Over the past six years, America has suffered some of the most egregious acts against Her foundations and institutions that have ever been witnessed in U.S. history, making Watergate appear to be much ado about nothing in comparison, and Special Counsel John Durham is now revealing just one more aspect to the Machiavellian workings of those who would destroy America, through his February 11th 2022 indictment of Michael Sussmann charging he lied to federal agents and failed to mention he represented Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign in his statements to FBI General Counsel James Baker on September 19th 2016. Sussmann told Baker he wasn’t doing work for any client, at the time he requested their meeting and presented his “data” and the “white papers” — The False Narrative — that supposedly demonstrated a covert communications channel between Donald Trump’s campaign organization and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin; and this was put in play less than two months before the 2016 presidential election. 

It’s of no real concern that Trump still won the election, despite the criminal and treasonous machine that went tried to take him down. What is of concern is that it even was able to occur in the first place, all orchestrated and perpetrated from the halls of the Obama administration. 

By April of 2019, everyone with a cogent thought process knew that Hillary Clinton was behind the numerous lies contained within the Steele dossier that was used by the FBI time and again to obtain FISA warrants to spy on President Trump, including a wiretap on Carter Page, a low-level Trump campaign advisor. And this — nothing but campaign smears — was the FBI’s extremely flawed and/or criminal justification for tapping Professor Stefan Halper to infiltrate the Trump campaign in 2016 to spy on Page and George Papadopoulos, another Trump advisor.

Imagine if some Republican led administration had perpetrated a similar criminal and treasonous scheme. The Leftist mainstream media would never stop painting their pages with the agony of it all, screaming to the world the great evil that had been committed. Even as I write this, Marxist acolytes posing as reporters are screaming about the “threats to democracy” while they totally ignore facts and real evidence of Hillary’s attempt to swing the 2016 election her way by criminal means; and, revealing their standing as journalist hacks, they are trying to defame Durham as a right-wing conspiracy theorist.

Sussmann was a partner at Perkins Coie, which is the law firm that paid Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele for the false Russian “dossier” that painted Donald Trump as a Russian agent on behalf of and at the behest of Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee. 

As I wrote in October 2020:

“President Trump authorized John Ratcliffe, Director of National Intelligence, to declassify all documents that prove former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s plan to tie Donald Trump to Russia, ‘the greatest political crime in history’,  during the 2016 presidential campaign, to distract America away from her illegal use of a private email server.”

For his part, Sussman has pleaded “not guilty” to the charge, and on February 17th, he filed a motion to have the case against him dismissed. 

On February 16th 2022, Hillary Clinton attempted to discredit Durham’s new report as a “fake scandal” and she tweeted:

“Trump & Fox are desperately spinning up a fake scandal to distract from his real ones. So it’s a day that ends in Y. The more his misdeeds are exposed, the more they lie. (linking her words to a Vanity Fair article, Hillary added) For those interested in reality, here’s a good debunking of their latest nonsense.”

But Clinton’s 2016 Pres Secretary, Brian Fallon, and her top campaign advisors, Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, Nick Merrill, Robby Mock and Phillippe Reines are all remaining uncharacteristically silent on the topic for now, despite calls for comment. 

Democratic Party Communists are circling the wagons, because more than anything, the deeper Durham goes the more Americans see that the only people who colluded on anything were Obama and Hillary Clinton, as Durham reveals the Obama administration perpetrated a political dirty-trick from the very beginning, one that traces back to CIA Director John Brennan, a self-avowed communist, who turned the CIA into something resembling an “Elect Hillary” office. It isn’t any wonder that Rodney Joffe, an executive for Tech Executive -1, felt comfortable in going to the CIA with false information to support Sussman’s false claims. 

The brash hubris of it all is reprehensible and despicable, as America continues to hear all the criminals and traitors of this vile saga, from Hillary Clinton to Jake Sullivan — former policy advisor to Hillary’s 2016 campaign and current National Security Advisor — and Christopher Steele and on to John Brennan, James Clapper — former Director of National Intelligence, James Comey — former FBI Director, Loretta Lynch — former Attorney General, and Susan Rice — former National Security Advisor, and so many others, continue to blatantly lie and bray on about “threats to democracy” after they were at the front of the most egregious assault against America in 2016 and 2017, an ongoing assault that persists still today. 

And nobody should forget that then-V.P. Biden was right in the thick of the plot, as he and several other top White House officials suggested to Obama that the Logan Act should be used against Michael Flynn, President Trump’s Director of National Intelligence, as their administration drew to its end. 

On February 12th 2022, President Donald Trump angrily suggested that Hillary Clinton’s actions rose to treason, as he stated:

“This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution. In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death.”

Speaking to Fox and Friends, Representative Jim Jordan [JRH] stated;

“Yep, there was spying going on, and it was worse than we thought because they were spying on the sitting president of the United States.”

The Durham indictment supports Rep. Jordan’s assertion, as Durham asserts that Sussmann met with employees of the CIA just outside D.C, as his associates and fellow conspirators met with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency after Trump had been sworn in as President. Sussmann’s meeting occurred on February 9th 2017 or thereabouts, at which time Sussmann provided “Agency-2 Employees several white papers and multiple data files containing purported DNS data, ranging from 2016 to early 2017.”

Noted in Durham’s indictment, Rodney Joffe was “seeking to please certain ‘VIPs” such as Sussman and his law firm and Hillary Clinton, and in the process he “exploited his access to non-public and/ or proprietary Internet data” and “enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university [revealed as Georgia Institute of Technology in numerous sources] who were receiving and analyzing large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract.”

Durham also revealed that Tech Executive-1’s employer, Internet Company-1, “had come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the [Executive Office of the President] as a part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided [Domain Name System] resolution services to the EOP. Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump.”

Basically, America got to witness their tax dollars put to the work of treason against Her and Her people. These university researchers worked under a federal government contract to maintain the White House servers at the same time they aided Executive Tech-1 and Sussmann and Clinton in their conspiracy to spy on the President of the United States. 

For anybody who believes Hillary Clinton and Jake Sullivan didn’t have any part in this, their tweets in 2016, just before the election, prove they full well knew what they were doing, and they knew the information was illegally obtained at the time. 

On October 31st 2016, Clinton tweeted:

“Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank.” 

She followed with a statement from Jake Sullivan, her policy advisor at the time, that read in part, “This could be the most direct link yet between Donald Trump and Moscow.”

Durham had all of this information on hand a year prior to the 2020 Election, and yet, for reasons that aren’t really clear, he chose to sit on it until after the elections, which is simply unconscionable, as far as I’m concerned. Many journalists and elected officials had already noted the same facts that are now being presented breathlessly by Fox News as “Breaking News”, while the rest of the news agencies are barely commenting on this disgraceful episode of American history that is still working on an ending.

Making matters worse, America still doesn’t know exactly who was responsible for granting these criminals and traitors access to the White House servers for an act against America and the Office of the President. Some dishonorable government bureaucrat and an ideologue, who was either a useful idiot or a knowing and complicit conspirator, granted permission and signed the checks, or handed out the suitcases of greenbacks, for the spy operation to get underway. And with all we already know, it isn’t a far leap of logic to believe that the heavy-hand of every single intelligence agency was involved, whether one speaks of the FBI, DOJ, CIA or the NSA.

Numerous smoking guns and reams of readily seen solid facts and evidence, both first hand and circumstantial, prove beyond any shadow of doubt that Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, Susan Rice, James Clapper, Samantha Power and hundreds more cross several federal agencies actively engaged in a criminal conspiracy to oust President Trump by criminal means and overthrow the U.S. Republic itself. Once all the evidence has proven to be fact and the absolute truth, every traitor to America who took part in this operation must be prosecuted and imprisoned for life or executed, depending on their level of involvement. 

After all of this, if no one is hoisted up by their neck from a railing on the Capitol Building, or thrown from its ramparts, or at least thrown in a prison cell, all America will full well understand once and for all that there really isn’t any “rule of law” in America any longer, and it will serve to hasten our descent into civil war, as the enemies of America in the Democratic Party continue to commit treason against America with impunity and trample the Bill of Rights at will each time power rests in their hands.

How The CIA Spied On President Donald Trump

On Friday, Special Counsel John Durham filed a motion relating to a defense firm’s potential conflict of interest in the Michael Sussmann case. The conflict itself is certainly intriguing, with Sussmann’s lawyers at Latham & Watkins LLP (Latham) having represented potential witnesses in the case, including Perkins Coie, former Perkins Coie (and Clinton Campaign general counsel) Marc Elias, the Hillary Clinton Campaign, and Hillary for America.

The issue that made more noise, however, was Durham’s disclosure that Rodney Joffe – a contractor with deep ties to the Clintons, and what appears to be a deep hatred for Trump – had exploited Executive Office of the President of the United States data he obtained from a “sensitive arrangement” with the U.S. Government to damage President Trump. Here is our initial post on the topic.

Yet the data from the Executive Office of the President wasn’t all that Joffe had obtained. He also collected domain name system (DNS) internet traffic pertaining to a healthcare provider; Trump Tower; and Trump’s Central Park West apartment building.

Yesterday, February 14, Sussmann’s attorney’s disputed the Durham filing – to an extent. They said Sussmann provided the CIA with Executive Office of the President data from “when Barack Obama was president.”

I have a theory about this.

If Sussmann’s attorney is telling the truth (never a given), then we suspect the Executive Office of the President data included that from the 74 day the Trump transition period (between the November 8, 2016 election and the January 20, 2017 inauguration) – which would still be spying on the incoming Trump Administration.

For background, the Executive Office of the President includes a number of Executive councils (National Security Council, Office of Management and Budget, etc.) that support the President. It is involved generally in the transition from one president to the next.

What about the data involved with the Trump transition? On August 1, 2016, Trump reached an agreement with the General Services Administration (GSA) “for telecommunication and internet technology services for both the pre- and post-election transition period.” This is the agreement. Fool Nelson pointed out to me that Joffe’s other company, Packet Forensics, has a 2010 – 2025 contract with GSA. I wonder if Joffe’s company, Neustar, helped the GSA in the execution of the transition agreement. Maybe. Maybe not. I’m not sure it matters, as Neustar already had an agreement to provide “DNS resolution services” to the Executive Office of the President.

Regardless, the “transition theory”, if we can call it that, matches the timeline in the Sussmann indictment, which states that Joffe and his team continued to target “Trump-related computer networks” in late 2016 and early 2017. And it makes sense in context of Sussmann’s conduct, as Sussmann tried to put this information out there in late December 2016.

Anyway, back to the point of this post.

According to Durham, Joffe and his associates manipulated that data to make it seem like Trump, and those in Trump’s world, had suspicious interactions with internet protocol (IP) addresses affiliated with a Russian mobile phone provider. They then combined those allegations with the Alfa Bank hoax materials (the subject of Sussmann’s Fall 2016 meeting with then-FBI General Counsel James Baker).

This damaging information, purporting to demonstrate at least circumstantial evidence of Trump/Russia collusion, was presented on February 9, 2017 to what Durham describes as U.S. Government “Agency-2.”

That agency was the CIA. We know for sure that Sussmann met with the CIA General Counsel. We learned in January 2022 that, if Sussmann is to be believed, there were two other CIA employees at that meeting.

In other words, a Clinton supporting contractor (Joffe) obtained sensitive information (perhaps unlawfully) about the Office of the President of the United States (Trump), manipulated the information, passed it to a DNC/Clinton lawyer (Sussmann), who then delivered it to the CIA.

All on American soil.

This is important because the CIA is generally prohibited from conducting domestic operations. The FBI explains:

“The CIA collects information only regarding foreign countries and their citizens. Unlike the FBI, it is prohibited from collecting information regarding ‘U.S. Persons,’ a term that includes U.S. citizens, resident aliens, legal immigrants, and U.S. corporations, regardless of where they are located.”

In the CIA’s own words:

“The FBI is responsible for coordination of clandestine collection of foreign intelligence through human sources or human-enabled means and counterintelligence activities inside the United States.”

Yet when it came to Trump, here was the CIA doing what it is prohibited: “collecting information regarding U.S. persons” inside the United States. (See also the CIA’s bulk surveillance program.)

A top CIA official answered the call of a DNC lawyer who alleged that these suspicious internet “lookups” proved “that Trump and/or his associates were using supposedly rare, Russian-made wireless phones in the vicinity of the White House and other locations.” Accusations that were baseless, according to Durham.

In other words, the secret police was more than willing to accept politically damaging information against the President. I’m curious what they did with it. It seems naive to think the information stayed at the CIA. I bet it was passed onto the FBI or DOJ, who may have used it to further the Trump/Russia investigation.

The scandal we are seeing come to light just isn’t about Hillary and Joffe and Sussmann. It’s not limited to Fusion GPS, FISA abuse, or Igor Danchenko.

It’s also about the willingness of U.S. intelligence to target the President. And on that topic, the CIA has some serious questions to answer.

Plenty of valid, factual reasons exist to criticize and even oppose today’s Republican Party and President Trump, but none of them warrant abandoning the country to the waiting arms of the Democratic Party Communists and former Vice-President Joe Biden, who has done more to harm America than any other politician, any person, other than President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and their criminal cronies, in eighty-eight years. In fact, for Americans hoping to restore the nation and lead it back toward our ***Founding Principles, President Donald J. Trump, a man who loves traditional America and Her values, may be the best bulwark over the next four years against the encroachment of an all-consuming Marxist/Maoist Communist, counter culture ideology into virtually every aspect of American public and private life, preventing Biden and the militant radicals of his party from putting the final nail in the coffin of America’s Republic and destroying freedom and liberty for all.

I’ll have to admit that I’ve been so angry with Trump over the USMCA and the $4.8 trillion “Budget Bill” that doesn’t balance ’til 2035 and his illegal ban on bumpstocks by executive order, as well as other massive bills, that I simply intended to not vote for him, and instead, I was going to vote for great conservatives down the ticket. However, President Trump has done more good than harm in his first four years, once one considers his support for the UnBorn Children, the Newborn and Vulnerable, ending the individual mandate of the ACA [aka Obamacare], and his nomination of two fine Supreme Court Justices and one truly great Justice and the Abraham Accords, along with a strong effort on immigration reforms and halting illegal aliens; and, his leadership is certainly exhibiting flashes of brilliance and greatness that will not soon be forgotten.

 

With that said, vote for President Trump like the future of the nation depends on it, since it does. Vote often and hope for “twelve more years” for Trump (just jokin’ folks .. four more will be just fine).

 

Whatever gripes and grievances true conservatives may have over the Trump administration’s handling of domestic and foreign policy, they can wait until he’s re-elected, at which time, we should all support those viable plans he presents and oppose him when he is obviously presenting anything detrimental to the Bill of Rights, national sovereignty and individual freedom and liberty. And, with no room left for compromise any longer with the Democratic Party, we will simultaneously be charged with trying to draw many young socialists back to the conservative ideas that built America and made Her strong, no matter how hopeless the pursuit may seem, while preparing for a tumultuous decade of civil upheaval, quite probably civil war.

 

But make no mistake. America’s Democratic Party isn’t just an urgent existential threat to freedom and liberty, it is an existential threat to our very existence as a society and our own personal physical safety, too. Go ahead. Name a city, any major city from California to Illinois to Oregon and Washington and on to Georgia and New York and all points in between, and one finds that from the start, long before Trump even announced he was running for president, leftists have been attacking conservatives physically, for disagreeing with their declarations in support of Marxist tenets and ending American society as we have known it. And it only grew worse upon Trump’s announcement that he would seek the Presidency of the United States.

 

In their efforts to implement the Great Unraveling of our nation, the supporters of the Democratic Party are pushing the nation towards a terrible “new” yet old Bolshevik Marxist vision, as they demand a fantastic, unattainable country; and, the police are being defunded, statues are coming down, cities are being burned and real scandals and crimes committed by their leaders, such as Joe Biden, and the recent revelation of bribes from China simply for access to Biden are ignored and buried. And Antifa and BLM continue in their combined assaults against everything good and decent that has ever been created and brought forth from our Founding to the present.

 

And aren’t people the outcasts if they fail to sufficiently bow to the new racist paradigm being advocated by the Left and the Democratic Party? Now Black Lives Matter reading materials and propaganda are mandatory in the halls of universities and far too many state and local governments, and America hears Joe Biden praising the Black Lives Matter organization in Atlanta, Georgia on October 27th, even though it is known to have been organized by Marxists in 2013 and continues to be funded by Communist organizations from around the globe.

 

The proponents of Cancel Culture edicts will most certainly cast an anti-American vote for Biden. They’re addicted to the power they feel it gives them to destroy an individual’s livelihood and reputation for expressing the “wrong opinion” or telling a joke, or asking someone in one’s office for a date. It’s the advent of an “anything goes” society and nothing matters but that their power continues to grow and conservatives are increasing silenced and canceled, as they now move to bring about a Social Credit System much as seen in modern day China, whereby people are totally controlled and coerced for no productive purpose, but only to intimidate, harass and penalize people for nothing less than vengeance over personal losses and slights.

 

A Biden administration will trample free speech to hell and back. Think “trigger words” and the simpering university students who have had to be shielded from anything unpleasant that a conservative person might state, no matter how true it might be. Prepare to find new legislation implementing “hate speech” laws that are designed to suppress free speech and any speech that might hurt some poor little Communist’s feelings. And people should prepare to see their ideas excluded in the classroom and business offices, if they go against the current crony-capitalism and the push towards full blown Marxism, on the grounds that they are “offensive” or somehow “racist”.

 

A Biden administration will represent everything the Greatest Generation fought against over the decades, the Socialist and Communist freedom killing global agendas. But please do vote for Biden, if one wishes to see the CIA, FBI and Department of Justice, the IRS and every other federal institution, including the Department of Homeland Security, politicized and used against anybody who disagrees with Biden’s new Czars. Look for exculpatory evidence to regularly be withheld from federal court proceedings and other acts of obstructing justice, as RussiaGate hoaxes will become the rule to discredit conservatives and deflect attention from real crimes and treason committed by the Democratic Party, leaking lies and propaganda to the proponents of “Fake News” in the Leftstream media for political advantage. And if one does vote for Biden, please do understand that this undermines the basis of political rectitude, the Founding Principles, of our Republic, this thing where civilization supposedly lives.

 

Expect to see business as usual, when it comes to dealing with America’s enemies and selling Her out. Just as we are finding out more about Hunter Biden selling access to then Vice-President Joe Biden and Joe’s obvious complicity in the matter, especially regarding Burisma, Ukraine and China, America can expect to witness more acts of betrayal, such as, when Obama and VP Biden sold out thirty-six U.S. CIA informants to the Chinese Communists of the Xi Jinping regime, including one pregnant woman, twenty associates, and, in total, 60 CIA agents, who were all cruelly and brutally executed. As if all of this isn’t bad enough, every American who cares about a productive and free future for their descendants must also consider that Biden and the Squad, comprised of Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley, are proposing a minimum of $11 trillion in brand new spending over the next ten years, including two trillion dollars for his version of a Green New Deal, far less than the $60 trillion the Squad wants, and $1.4 trillion to expand Obamacare; Biden is also fine with continued massive “stimulus spending” that only further destroys American opportunity and chances for a full economic recovery and future prosperity, such as the current demands from the House and Senate Democrats for a $3.3 trillion stimulus plan.

 

And contrary to Biden’s claims that Americans making under $400,000 a year would not pay “one red cent more in taxes”, this simply isn’t true, given his plans to reinstate the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate, and, according to Richard Rubin in the Wall Street Journal:

 

“… the corporate tax increases would indirectly affect households at all income levels. That’s because the burden of that tax is borne by shareholders and, over the long run, by workers. So anyone owning stocks could be affected and eventually, companies may raise wages less than they otherwise would.”

 

Starkly different and a hundred and eighty degrees opposed, President Trump has assured voters that he will perform the largest tax cut ever, if he’s re-elected. One aspect that has been suggested was permanently cutting the payroll tax. Although it’s unclear precisely what his cuts would include, President Trump has previously stated that he would cut the top capital gains tax to fifteen percent, down from twenty percent, give tax breaks to U.S. companies that bring back their operations from China, and help codify changes made in the previous tax overhaul that are on schedule to sunset in 2025.

 

Worse yet, Biden’s proposals, especially concerning new regulations focused on energy and healthcare, will put some hard brakes on our economy over the next decade, killing nearly five million jobs and causing the Gross Domestic Product to drop $2.6 trillion. By the end of the decade, U.S. consumption will be down $1.5 trillion and median-income households will make $6500 less, according to calculations made by the Hoover Institute.

 

Today’s Democratic Party and Joe Biden are devoid of the morality necessary and required for the proper administration of a democratically elected republican form of constitutional governance, since they reject the virtues and the principles of the Founding itself, seeking instead to impose the politics of fear, such as are found in despotic Third World Banana republics. They are devoid of any scruples and honorable moral code, and they would sell everything and anything America creates to the highest bidder, even Her enemies, since even they are for sale. They have no honor. They have no love for America.

 

No American who truly loves this great nation of ours should want to witness a Democratic Party Communist regime take control of our government, a regime that supports all this pernicious mendacity and bad faith governance, rejecting “by consent of the people”. Nor should they want an international grifter suffering from cognitive decline, such as Joe Biden, in The Power Seat, so easy to manipulate, although his mental state is not his fault. And so, if a true patriot wishes to stop a reliably dishonest, criminal and treasonous cabal from running America further into the ground and under the control of our enemies, they should vote for President Donald J. Trump, since despite his flaws, he has managed to hold America together during the greatest disruptions of American society and normal life any of us have witnessed over the past eighty years, acting defiantly and bravely in the face of a dastardly opposition intent on using any foul deed to destroy him.

 

America simply won’t withstand even the first four years of a Biden administration’s agenda that would bring an untold level of tyrannical and sadistic insanity to the governmental process that will certainly reduce us all to “equality” in the lowest common denominator of poverty, as serfs, and an American public forced to suffer terrible abuses. And, although President Trump won’t “Make America Great Again” in the manner so many of his supporters seem to take the slogan, simply because too much was working against him, from decades previous to his administration, another four years, under President Trump’s guidance and love and loyalty for America, may give us a bit of a respite to regroup and figure out a plan that will end forever the Communist movement within America.

The President has also publicly urged Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to release more of Clinton’s emails in an attempt to be more aggressive in running Barack Obama, Joe Biden, James Comey, John Brennan and many other deep state traitors to ground, who actively engaged in a criminal conspiracy to overthrow a duly elected president of the United States of America, and just today (October 9th) Pompeo, in fact, told Fox News that he would be doing just so in the coming weeks.

Reported by Brooke Singman for Fox News on October 6th, handwritten notes were taken by Brennan after he briefed Obama on the scheme. This was a scheme Obama not only embraced but kept going through his administration’s abuse of FISA Warrants and unmasking of Trump loyalists.

This information was released after Ratcliffe informed the Senate Judiciary Committee that U.S. intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral on Clinton on September 7th 2016, regarding her stamp of approval on “a plan concerning U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russia hackers hampering elections” in order to hurt Trump and turn the public eye away from the investigation into her email scandal.

One part of Brennan’s notes read: “We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from (REDACTED). CITE (summarizing) alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.”

Also in [JOS] the notes, one finds items implicating then-FBI Director James Comey, National Security Advisor Susan Rice and Obama Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, through the simple scribbling of “JC”, “Susan” and “Denis”.

Throughout the recent Senate Judiciary Hearing, James Comey continuously pleaded ignorance of the referral saying it didn’t “ring any bells” and didn’t “sound familiar”.

In a clip from [JOS] Sunday Morning Futures on October 4th, Representative Devin Nunes, the highest ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, said: “The documents that are underlying what we now have seen, I have only seen a few of those — they’re smoking guns. That information definitely needs to be made available to the American public” — as he also declared quite emphatically — “Every Republican senator and member of Congress should be saying … we want every damn bit of evidence that every intelligence agency has or maybe it’s time to shut those agencies down.”

The plot thickens once one discovers that the entire approval of this scheme came implicitly from Obama and Biden himself, who also suggested using the Logan Act against Trump’s pick for DNI, General Michael Flynn, and their infiltration of the 2016 Presidential Campaign itself set up the machinations needed for their Soft Coup, in the “unlikely event”, in their minds, that Trump should actually win. Part of this scheme required getting Gina Haspel, who was at the time the head of the CIA London office, on board with the operation, since the FBI needed to fabricate a foreign counterintelligence “event” in order to pretend this operation was remotely legal. And this is the reason that all America now witnesses Haspel refusing to release documents from the CIA that have bearing on this, since she would have to reveal her own involvement and acts of treason.

One should keep a close eye on any new developments inside the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, especially if focus bears down on ranking member Mark Warner (D-VA) and the fact that he acted very aggressively to disseminate the Steele Dossier disinformation, between 2016 and 2017, in cooperation with The Democracy Integrity Project, a George Soros funded organization, that was overseen and operated by Dan Jones, chief of staff to Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA), and Adam Waldman, a go between for Christopher Steele and Warner. And it is far from insignificant that Waldman was also a lobbyist, raking in $40,000 a month, who worked for Oleg Deripaska, a Russian billionaire and Clinton Foundation donor, to the tune of at least one million dollars. How curious it is to also discover that Deripaska also employed Christopher Steele as a disinformation errand boy. Untangling this one will be like untangling a nest of water moccasins after a spring thaw.

The United States Department of Justice must accelerate its investigations and start taking real action against those known plotters of the ongoing coup attempt against President Trump, slowing down not one iota, since its current unraveling of the plot is providing the smoking guns that exhibit many people, within the Obama administration, were active parties in its planning and implementation. Even before President Trump authorized the declassification, ample evidence was on display that suggested the guilt of many high officials throughout the Obama administration, and many others who were held over into the Trump administration.

Speaking with Rush Limbaugh on October 9th, President Trump stated he was unaware that U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr wouldn’t be releasing the findings from the Durham Investigation before November 3rd, and he added that if this was in fact the case, he would “be very disappointed in him”.

In an October 8th interview with Fox Business host, Maria Bartiromo, President Trump stated [via transcript]: “These are people that spied on my campaign, and we have everything. Now they (the DOJ) say they have much more, OK. And I say, ‘Bill, we got plenty, you don’t need anymore.’ … (Later adding) … To be honest, Bill Barr is going to go down as either the greatest attorney general in the history of the country or he’s going to go down as, you know, a very sad situation. Unless Bill Barr indicts these people for crimes … then we’re going to get little satisfaction unless I win. But these people should be indicted; this was the greatest political crime in the history of our country. And that includes Obama and it includes Biden.”

An abundance of evidence released this past week quite incontrovertibly proves that everybody in Obama’s executive branch was fully aware that the Russia Gambit was a Hillary campaign ploy, and they still went along with it and weaponized their respective offices into the scheme, as they assumed Clinton couldn’t lose and they would never be exposed for the traitors to America they most certainly are.

But, Hillary lost and the ship is sinking, taking along all its red, radical Democratic Party communist rats, squeaking and squealing in desperation shown in all their actions that have unfolded over the past three years. But this is only a small part of their overall operation, exhibited by their unified operations state by state to exert lockdowns, gun control and all manner of suppression of our Bill of Rights, and no one should believe that the Democratic Reds’ reign of terror will end with the end of this saga, whatever its ignominious end. And in the meantime, conservative America reviles and castigates Jim Comey and his perfidious sedition, as he testifies to Congress, braying out, “I can’t recall” on very nearly every question.

Ratcliffe’s information arrives in the wake of many publications and a ream of documents unsealed last month that reveal FBI agents on the Trump-Russia probe acquired professional liability insurance, worried their investigation had crossed legal lines, and President Trump has received this news, as further proof of their culpability and involvement in a “coup” against him. Worried hell. They know, and any backwoods fool knows, that they broke numerous federal laws. Whatever the case is finally proven to be, somehow it seems most unlikely that professional liability insurance is going to shield anyone from the consequences of their acts of treason against a sitting president and the United States of America.

The snakes are being flushed from their dens. There’s a price one pays, when one participates in a coup and betrays one’s country.

However, with twenty-some-odd days left before Election Day, unfortunate as it is, unless everything is declassified immediately and placed in front of the American public, it’s highly likely that the deep state’s gambit of dragging its heels and sitting on the information, or releasing heavily redacted copies, will be rewarded with them escaping the justice and the gallows or firing squad. Trump is full well within his rights and authority to move Heaven and Earth and all the legal firepower he holds to have his staff walk into the FBI and the CIA and clear out their files, to preserve the records and all the evidence of treason, before they disappear. Short of this, these traitors and this Deep State cabal will have gotten away with the greatest crime in American history.

Numerous smoking guns and reams of readily seen solid facts and evidence, both first hand and circumstantial, prove beyond any shadow of doubt that Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, Susan Rice, James Clapper, Samantha Power and hundreds more across several federal agencies actively engaged in a criminal conspiracy to oust President Trump by criminal means and overthrow the U.S. republic itself. And, despite all the other assaults America is currently suffering from the Democratic Party Communists, such as Representative Nancy Pelosi ludicrously seeking to invoke the 25th Amendment against President Trump, this administration still must bring these traitors to their oaths, the Constitution and America to justice. Once all the evidence is in front of the people, it most assuredly should result in the conviction of these anti-American slugs, but these aren’t normal times anymore. Still, once all the evidence has proven to be fact and the truth, every traitor who took part in this operation must be prosecuted and imprisoned for life or executed, depending on their level of involvement.

After all of this, if no one is hoisted on the Hanging Tree, or at least thrown in a prison cell, all America will understand that there really isn’t any “rule of law” in America any longer, and it will serve to hasten our descent into civil war, as the enemies of America in the Democratic Party continue to commit treason against America with impunity and trample the Bill of Rights at will, each time power rests in their hands.

There are problems enough associated with both political parties in America to make them unacceptable to me, as a fiscally responsible conservative Christian and a man who fights to preserve freedom and liberty in our nation, but, on the whole, while the Republican party is destroying the country slowly, if the reins of power slip back to the Democrats, that destruction will exponentially accelerate until nothing is left of our founding. All one need do is read their numerous statements regarding any issue of the day. But, the current dilemma lies in that the Democratic party and its members and followers now believe they have sufficient followers to ignore the results of elections and to abrogate and eventually eradicate the U.S. Constitution, by way of illegal acts in the halls of Congress and threats and intimidation, rioting, mayhem and murder in the streets.

 

There never was a “peaceful transition of power” after Hillary Clinton lost the election in 2016, as witnessed through the soft coup and everything else that was trumped up (pun intended) in the aftermath, from attacking Trump advisors, such as one cabinet member, Michael Flynn, to RussiaGate and the Mueller “investigation” witch hunt, “the phone call” to Ukraine and the revelation of treason most foul running rampant through U.S. institutions and the intelligence agencies and on to impeachment on pure bullshit charges. The transition between parties in 2020 is going to prove even less peaceful.

Does anybody currently believe they can trust the system to ensure the election is not stolen through some insidious, legal machinations? If so, explain why Michael Flynn’s case is still before the courts, after being abandoned by the prosecution and dismissed. Explain the lack of any convictions of the traitors involved in the soft coup against a sitting U.S. President, or the fact that some Marxist DA in St Louis was allowed to infringe on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens defending their home. Or the Marxist insurrections we now see prevalent in places like Louisville, Chicago, New York, Minneapolis, Kenosha, Seattle and Portland. It seems the law has abandoned America, other than that which we exert ourselves by way of our inalienable right to self-defense.

 

America is dangerously close to a full blown civil war, largely due to inaction in areas run by Democrats where the red, radical brownshirt Democrat Socialists and Communists of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, as well as lesser known radical groups and anarchists in general have been allowed to rampage, loot and burn. They have destroyed whole sections of the country, causing some two billion dollars in damage to date. And as President Trump rightly observed during the first debate, all of this violence is being organized, instigated and done by the Left in our country; the handful of times the ultra-conservative group, the Proud Boys, has shown up, it has been to try to ensure that the Leftists didn’t hurt counter-protesters and destroy business districts and Mom and Pop stores.

 

During the debate between the President and former VP Joe Biden, “moderator” and intellectually dishonest Chris Wallace and Biden called on the President to denounce “white supremacism” in general, which he has already done on numerous occasions, and more specifically, they named Proud Boys as a “white supremacist” group, which is a bare-faced lie, since its membership includes, Blacks, Whites, Asians and Hispanics. Although, Proud Boys isn’t a white supremacist group, much of what its co-founder Gavin McInnes advocates presents itself as unhinged to say the least, and quite distasteful, in its anti-Semitic nature and fallacious understanding of the historical record.

 

However, thankfully, Proud Boys does have many more decent patriots, such as Enrique Tarrio, its current leader and international chairman, who observes that the Proud Boys aren’t the problem, as he states: “It’s the people who want to commit acts of violence against people they don’t agree with. And that is called domestic terrorism. And that’s what we’re here to fight today.”

 

I can’t think of any fine American patriot who doesn’t hold Tarrio’s same resolve and commitment to stand against all enemies to America, both foreign and domestic.

 

I’m not trying to defend the Proud Boys, a multi-racial group, or any group, since all I’m primarily interested in is ensuring that all people are allowed to live and let live in freedom and liberty, within this heretofore most exceptional country. But no intellectually honest person can even remotely pretend that Proud Boys is in any way remotely as large a problem as Antifa and BLM — which ought to become known from this point on as “Burn, Loot and Murder”.

 

It’s worth noting that in April of last year, Joe Biden referred to Antifa, as “a courageous group of Americans”, according to the Daily Caller.

 

One should ask Biden, at what point did it become acceptable to shoot and kill people for supporting the President? Last month, that’s exactly what happened to Aaron “Jay” Danielson who was murdered in the street in Portland, Oregon, in an outright ambush by a member of Antifa.

 

It doesn’t take a genius to know, that the only people in the streets attempting to silence other people by attacking them are the members of Antifa, Black Lives Matter and those mobs of red, radical Communists and Anarchists, who support their anti-America dismally dark vision for America that largely means the end of Western Civilization and our American culture and heritage. Just think to the number of times we have seen these radical thugs beat someone to the ground, for simply trying to traverse the way through one of their “peaceful protests” or because they wore a Trump-Pence or MAGA campaign hat, or, they stated something in opposition to the false race-baiting narratives and the Marxist Democratic party platform, especially regarding the counter-culture activities, canceling people in the workplace who hold ideas unacceptable to these radicals, re-writing history and destroying monuments; attempting to force people minding their own business in public to chant the words “black lives matter” who find the organization itself objectionable; abortion/ baby murder and taking guns from people — only conservative people, of course.

 

It is extremely revealing that as of yet, to date, Joe Biden has not castigated or denounced Antifa, Black Lives Matter or Refuse Fascism, a subsidiary of the Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP) here in America, that are largely responsible for the ongoing violence across the country. Although Biden might not specifically endorse these domestic Marxist and Maoist terrorists, that are committed to overthrowing the U.S. government and its economic and social systems, they have endorsed him, only to the point that Trump is removed from office.

 

Even though the RCP, led by Bob Avakian since 1979, strongly denounces and condemns Biden and the Democratic Party as “instruments (of the) literally murderous system of capitalism-imperialism”, on August 1st 2020, it stated that if Trump could not be ousted from office by mass mobilization in the streets — read “Rioting” — before Election Day, “the struggle against this fascist regime needs to include voting against Trump by voting for Biden.”

 

At the head of too much of this “civil unrest” is George Soros, an anti-American, anti-freedom fascist billionaire, who has funneled more than $20 million to the Tides Foundation through his Open Society Foundations. The Marxist Nicaragua Network is funded by Tides, and the Network in turn created the Alliance for Global Justice [See Also Capital Research Center on AfGJ] and Refuse Fascism, funding both to this day.

 

Never would I advocate for anyone to start any violence, and I don’t believe anyone in this nation really wants to see a civil war, but the Left is determined to leave little choice. When the fight is forced upon one, upon a community, upon a state and the nation by any enemy, it is morally right and true to defend all one loves by countering violence with an overwhelming utilization of violence in kind, rather than surrender to thugs who have already shown no mercy to anyone in the streets, not even the elderly.

 

And in the absence of the necessary and proper action and defense of communities by any civil authority, it leaves individuals without any choice, other than to defend themselves as best they can. Millions of conservative Americans already agree full well with the premise, but they have been showing the greatest of restraint, for a litany of good reasons. Further absence of the enforcement of the law and police standing down in the face of radical violence will only force the return to armed citizen militias, as many put to use their God-given right to self-defense by force of arms.

 

Our civic order is being destroyed purposefully through the machinations of Marxist Democrat mayors and governors who turn a blind eye to the riots and tell police to “stand down”, as they are defunded in the process — the same ones who demand an end to the electoral college and moving to the mob rule of a pure democracy. Looting too is a longstanding practice among the Communist ranks, and despite the property destruction, it’s real value to these radicals is seen in it’s political value as a coercive tool against the status quo and the established system, as well as an existential threat to capital.

 

If these Communist thugs persist, no one should be surprised when their bodies start being found dead in the street and their friends and family members are murdered in the night and Democratic Party associated groups and buildings come under attack. It’s not much different than what they are doing now, leaving all America no peace, as the radical commies praise their own lies and seek to destroy the government, not in the name of “racial justice” or “freedom and liberty”, but in the name of raw power in their hands and the control of a newly formed authoritarian state, that serves no one but itself and the Democratic Party, and forces all to obey.

 

Acting as domestic terrorists and outside the laws of the United States and the U.S. Constitution, there isn’t anything outrageous in suggesting that President Trump must lay the groundwork for action to save America and put Her on the long, hard road to recovery, by stopping the Democrats from stealing the election, as they are want to do with their mail-in [voter] fraud scheme already in play. And if Trump wins in November, he must deal a death-blow to the Democratic Party Communists by immediately nationalizing the internet, removing activist, socialist-minded Federal judges — without ceremony or apology — seizing the assets of all wealthy Democratic Party donors, and systematically purging our institutions of Leftists and their allies. Trump will need to address the nation and explain to the people that we face an insurrection and a conspiracy to overthrow the republic and that he intends to suppress it, however it comes about, even if it means re-enacting legislation like the Communist Control Act of 1954, along with other more forceful measures.

The military will be the key, since many in the upper echelons have already exhibited a nature disloyal to the President, as their Commander-in-Chief, but nevertheless, Trump must order the military to stay at their posts, awaiting orders. The top military brass, the commanders of all the soldiers in the D.C. area, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, heads of the FBI and CIA and others must receive the President’s orders to stay close to the White House, and any hesitation to obey this order on the part of any official must be met with their immediate dismissal and arrest. He must also announce that any officer, NCO or enlisted man who fails to obey lawful orders will be considered a rebel and a security threat and dealt with appropriately, just as all Federal and state officials supporting these red, radical Democratic Party Communists will be guilty of treason and also dealt with in the harshest of manners.

 

Trump will necessarily need to call on his red-state allies and governors to engage and activate the regular militias, as provided under the law, since plenty of Veterans and good and decent Americans are anticipating such an order and the legal authority to actively stop these Marxists in their midst. The local apparatchiks will think twice about raising their heads to object, and Democratic states’ governors standing in opposition to the President must be told to resign immediately or prepare to be forcibly removed from their offices.

 

If this sounds extreme, please tell me what reasonable compromise actually exists any longer between these radicals who want to destroy the Founding and all the Christians and conservatives, and even independents, who love America’s traditions and Her rich heritage? There isn’t any for as far as the eye can see, for as long wishes to search.

 

To some great degree, the fate of America hangs on what happens after November 3rd 2020, and while President Trump can’t save America by himself, a “President Joe” certainly will be able and more than willing to destroy Her, as he will be pressured to do so by the domestic enemies sitting in Congress, such as Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Keith Ellison, Ayanna Pressley and RINOs and others, unless America is fortunate enough to witness conservatives and Republicans take the House and hold the Senate. If the Democrats and the Globalists are somehow able to pull off the greatest deception in history, other than the election of Barack Hussein Obama, through massive fraud — the only possible way Biden can win — America is done and practically buried, at least Her Republic will be, virtually ensuring civil war will follow swiftly in a horrifying display of bloody murder.

 

Let the die be cast.

 

America and President Trump are standing at the edge of the Rubicon River and neither should tarry, given all that is at stake. This is a pivotal and critical juncture in our nation’s history we have reached, and it requires the strongest of measures, as old as mankind itself, and real action from the hard honed men who understand the current threat to liberty and still reside in the home of the brave. At this point, only a stark-raving psychotic, drooling, imbecile currently believes that any actual peaceful, legalistic path exists to defeat the red, radical forces bent on the destruction of this America we love so well.

FBI Agent Who Uncovered Weiner Laptop with Hillary’s Emails says FBI Leadership Told Him to Erase All of His Findings

John Robertson, was an FBI Agent who investigated crimes against children.  This is how he stumbled upon Hillary Clinton’s emails.

 

We first reported on Robertson in August of 2018 when the mainstream media was focused on the Trump Russia Mueller sham investigation.

 

John was assigned to the Anthony Weiner case, a top Democrat married to Hillary Clinton adviser Huma Abedin. During his investigation of Weiner’s computer John discovered thousands of Hillary Clinton emails and blew the whistle on the Comey-McCabe and Strzok cover-up of evidence.

 

Yesterday the Washington Examiner reported:

 

“The crickets I was hearing was really making me uncomfortable because something was going to come down,” Robertson said he later told Justice Department investigators. “Why isn’t anybody here? Like if I’m the supervisor of any [counterintelligence] squad … and I hear about this, I’m getting on with headquarters and saying, ‘Hey, some agent working child porn here may have [Hillary Clinton] emails. Get your ass on the phone, call [the case agent], and get a copy of that drive,’ because that’s how it should be. And that nobody reached out to me within, like, that night, I still to this day don’t understand what the hell went wrong.” Robertson wrote a “Letter to Self” in late October after an Oct. 19, 2016, meeting, during which he implored Assistant U.S. Attorney Amanda Kramer of the Southern District of New York to push FBI leadership to look at the thousands of emails he had unearthed.

 

“I have very deep misgivings about the institutional response of the FBI to the congressional investigation into the Hillary Clinton email matter … Put simply: I don’t believe the handling of the material I have by the FBI is ethically or morally right. But my lawyer’s advice — that I simply put my SSA on notice should cover me — is that I have completed CYA [Cover Your Ass], and I have done so,” Robertson wrote. “Further, I was told by [Kramer] that should I ‘whistleblow,’ I will be prosecuted.”

 

Robertson continued: “I possess — the FBI possesses — 20 times more emails than Comey testified to. … While Comey did not know at the time about what I have, people in the FBI do now, and as far as I know, we are being silent. … If I say or do nothing more, I am falling short ethically and morally. And later, I may be accused of being a Hillary Clinton hack because of the timing of all this. … But if I say something (i.e., whistleblow), I will lose my reputation, my career, and risk prosecution. I will also be accused of being a Donald Trump hack.”

 

The Daily Mail reports on Robertson saying:

 

The only advice from his bosses was to erase his office computer, which meant leaving no record of his investigations, a new book says.

 

Charles Ortel, who’s an expert on the corruption within the Clinton Foundation believes that there were a number of Clinton Foundation emails on the Weiner laptop:

 

 

Others believe that what was found on the Weiner laptop was shocking, we reported on this in August 2018 as well.  In late 2016 shortly before the 2016 election on November 4th, 2016, Erik Prince, founder of Blackwater, was on Breitbart radio and he said shocking things about Weiner’s emails –

 

Prince claimed he had insider knowledge of the investigation that could help explain why FBI Director James Comey had to announce he was reopening the investigation into Clinton’s email server last week.

 

“Because of Weinergate and the sexting scandal, the NYPD started investigating it. Through a subpoena, through a warrant, they searched his laptop, and sure enough, found those 650,000 emails. They found way more stuff than just more information pertaining to the inappropriate sexting the guy was doing,” Prince claimed.

 

“They found State Department emails. They found a lot of other really damning criminal information, including money laundering, including the fact that Hillary went to this sex island with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton went there more than 20 times. Hillary Clinton went there at least six times,” he said.

 

“The amount of garbage that they found in these emails, of criminal activity by Hillary, by her immediate circle, and even by other Democratic members of Congress was so disgusting they gave it to the FBI, and they said, ‘We’re going to go public with this if you don’t reopen the investigation and you don’t do the right thing with timely indictments,’” Prince explained.

 

“I believe – I know, and this is from a very well-placed source of mine at 1PP, One Police Plaza in New York – the NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making in this investigation, and they’ve gotten huge pushback, to the point of coercion, from the Justice Department, with the Justice Department threatening to charge someone that had been unrelated in the accidental heart attack death of Eric Garner almost two years ago. That’s the level of pushback the Obama Justice Department is doing against actually seeking justice in the email and other related criminal matters,” Prince said.

 

Prince shared that the NYPD kept a copy of all the emails on Weiner’s computer, and the following –

 

Prince agreed, but said, “If people are willing to bend or break the law and don’t really care about the Constitution or due process – if you’re willing to use Stalinist tactics against someone – who knows what level of pressure” could be brought to bear against even the most tenacious law enforcement officials?

 

We still don’t know what happened to the Weiner emails.  We now know that Robertson did a CYA to protect himself.  The American people deserve to know what was on the laptop and in those emails.

Federal judge orders Hillary Clinton deposition to address private emails: ‘Still more to learn’

A federal judge Monday granted a request from conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch to have former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sit for a sworn deposition to answer questions about her use of a private email server to conduct government business.

 

Clinton has argued that she has already answered questions about this and should not have to do so again — the matter did not result in any charges for the then-presidential candidate in 2016 after a high-profile investigation — but D.C. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth said in his ruling that her past responses left much to be desired.

 

“As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clinton’s state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business,” Lamberth said.

 

The judge went on to recognize that while Clinton responded to written questions in a separate case, “those responses were either incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory at best. Simply put her responses left many more questions than answers.” Lamberth said that using written questions this time “will only muddle any understanding of Secretary Clinton’s state of mind and fail to capture the full picture, thus delaying the final disposition of this case even further.”

 

Lamberth even gave some examples of lingering questions about Clinton’s emails, such as how did she come to believe that her private emails would be preserved under normal State Department processes, who told her this and when, at what point did she learn department records management officials did not know about the server, “[a]nd why did she think that using a private server to conduct State Department business was permissible under the law in the first place?”

 

The ruling comes after Judicial Watch revealed at a December 2019 status conference that the FBI released “approximately thirty previously undisclosed Clinton emails,” and that the State Department “failed to fully explain” where they came from.

 

The State Department has been pushing for the discovery phase of the case to come to a close, but Lamberth said he is not ready to do so, saying that “there is still more to learn.”

 

Judicial Watch, which initiated this case in 2014, is looking for information regarding whether Clinton used her private email server to intentionally get around the Freedom of Information Act, whether the State Department acted in bad faith when they tried to settle the case years ago, and whether the department had adequately looked for records in response to Judicial Watch’s initial FOIA request.

 

Given that the settlement attempts and records search took place after Clinton left office, the judge ruled that the deposition should focus on whether she intentionally tried to use her private server to evade FOIA and her understanding of the State Department’s record management requirements.

 

Lamberth also granted Judicial Watch’s request to depose former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills, IT specialist Paul Combetta who was involved in deleting Clinton’s emails, as well as Brett Gittleson and Yvette Jacks, who were State Department officials familiar with Clinton’s private email server.

 

Judicial Watch also wanted to question Clinton and Mills about government talking points in the aftermath of the 2012 Benghazi attack. Lamberth said that while they “cannot be questioned about the underlying actions taken after the Benghazi attack,” they can face questions regarding “their knowledge of the existence of any emails, documents, or text messages related to the Benghazi attack.”

Court: ‘It is Time to Hear Directly from Secretary Clinton’

 

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today announced that U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth granted Judicial Watch’s request to depose former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about her emails and Benghazi attack documents. The court also ordered the deposition of Clinton’s former Chief of Staff, Cheryl Mills and two other State Department officials.

 

Additionally, the court granted Judicial Watch’s request to subpoena Google for relevant documents and records associated with Clinton’s emails during her tenure at the State Department.

 

The ruling comes in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit that seeks records concerning “talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack” (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)). Judicial Watch famously uncovered in 2014 that the “talking points” that provided the basis for Susan Rice’s false statements were created by the Obama White House. This Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit led directly to the disclosure of the Clinton email system in 2015.

 

In December 2018, Judge Lamberth first ordered discovery into whether Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server was intended to stymie FOIA; whether the State Department’s intent to settle this case in late 2014 and early 2015 amounted to bad faith; and whether the State Department has adequately searched for records responsive to Judicial Watch’s request. The court also authorized discovery into whether the Benghazi controversy motivated the cover-up of Clinton’s email. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.” The State and Justice Departments continued to defend Clinton’s and the agency’s email conduct.

 

Judge Lamberth today overruled Clinton’s and the State and Justice Department’s objections to limited additional discovery by first noting:

 

Discovery up until this point has brought to light a noteworthy amount of relevant information, but Judicial Watch requests an additional round of discovery, and understandably so. With each passing round of discovery, the Court is left with more questions than answers.

 

Additionally, Judge Lamberth said that he is troubled by the fact that both the State Department and Department of Justice want to close discovery in this case:

 

[T]here is still more to learn. Even though many important questions remain unanswered, the Justice Department inexplicably still takes the position that the Court should close discovery and rule on dispositive motions. The Court is especially troubled by this. To argue that the Court now has enough information to determine whether State conducted an adequate search is preposterous, especially when considering State’s deficient representations regarding the existence of additional Clinton emails. Instead, the Court will authorize a new round of discovery

 

With respect to Clinton, the court found that her prior testimony, mostly through written sworn answers, was not sufficient:

 

The Court has considered the numerous times in which Secretary Clinton said she could not recall or remember certain details in her prior interrogatory answers. In a deposition, it is more likely that plaintiff’s counsel could use documents and other testimony to attempt to refresh her recollection. And so, to avoid the unsatisfying and inefficient outcome of multiple rounds of fruitless interrogatories and move this almost six-year-old case closer to its conclusion, Judicial Watch will be permitted to clarify and further explore Secretary Clinton’s answers in person and immediately after she gives them. The Court agrees with Judicial Watch – it is time to hear directly from Secretary Clinton.

 

“Judicial Watch uncovered the Clinton email scandal and we’re pleased that the court authorized us to depose Mrs. Clinton directly on her email conduct and how it impacted the people’s ‘right to know’ under FOIA,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

President Donald Trump has faced Leftist and Dem venom from the very point he decided to run as a Republican for President of the United States. I don’t know about you but just as a Conservative voter I was a bit mystified by this venom.

 

Trump’s entertainment days were not exactly a paradigm of Conservative values. I mean entertainment-wise, I enjoyed watching Donald Trump telling an Apprentice contestant not meeting Trump business standards that he/she had a – “YOU’RE FIRED!” It was fun to watch, but not exactly an endorsement for Family Values.

 

YET the Donald announces a GOP run and all of a sudden Leftist politicians, former Leftist pals in Entertainment and the ever wicked Republicans in Name Only (RINOs) all of a sudden hated Trump’s guts. These haters vilified and ridiculed Donald Trump and at the time … I didn’t care. I was voting for the most reputable Family Values Republican in Senator Ted Cruz.

 

BUT WHAT HAPPENED?

 

GOP candidate after candidate went down in flames to the witticism of Donald Trump. Finally, my guy Ted Cruz was eliminated by the numbers and Trump won the Republican nomination for President in 2016.

AND YET the Dems in the House as the Majority Party are conducting Impeachment proceedings in which a majority of States via the Electoral College confirmed Donald Trump as President of the United States.

 

ONLY a Dem concerned about Trump’s reversing Obama’s fundamental transformation of America away from our nation’s Christian roots and away from our Founding Fathers’ Original Intent for America embodied in the Declaration of Independence and Ratified U.S. Constitution would support the Impeachment witch hunt being conducted in the House of Representatives.

 

And now I come to the inspiration for these thoughts. Yesterday Israpundit cross posted an American Thinker post referring to Judge Jeanine entitled, “Obama started the Trump hate”. The title sounds more like every Dem involved in this coup against President Trump in Congress and the Executive Branch (and perhaps every Obama Judiciary appointee) should be impeached.

Almost four years into the war on Donald Trump, any mention of Obama’s role in the banana republic tactics has been covered up.  The fact that high-ranking Obama-appointed FBI/CIA/intelligence officials have been caught plotting to delegitimize an election and remove President Trump from office makes it a sure bet that Obama, the consummate community organizer, had a tight leash on everything going on in the White House.  During her show this past Saturday, Judge Jeanine Pirro and her guest, The Plot against the President author Lee Smith, specifically called out Barack Obama for “interfering in the peaceful transition of power” in 2016.  It’s about time.

 

The five-minute interview, which aired on Fox’s Justice with Judge Jeanine, boiled this impeachment nightmare down to its essence: Barack Hussein Obama is the first president to orchestrate a coup against an incoming administration.  Smith even went on to suggest that Obama has set up a command post less than two miles from the White House.  As the “de facto head of the Democratic Party still … Barack Obama is right in the middle of the anti- Trump operation,” according to Smith.

 

Judge Jeannine then recalled Obama’s actions weeks before the 2016  election:

 

Watching Barack Obama taking the week off and doing nothing but campaigning for Hillary Clinton … to me I just remembered thinking to myself that’s a little weird, um, I know Presidents support incoming but that was full-on, all-in Barack Obama worried about Trump, making fun of Trump, it had never happened that way in the history of this country.  He started the Trump hate.

In October 2016, a Sun-Sentinel article reported that the Clinton campaign had “deployed the President to key battleground states.”  At each stop, Obama mocked, derided, and attacked candidate Trump.  When it looked as though a tough New York real estate mogul might actually beat Hillary Clinton, and worse, if elected, have the cojones to expose the Obama regime as the third-world Marxist corruptocrats they are, President Obama put everything on hold and went all in, as Judge Jeanine observed.

 

Obama’s strategy of inciting hatred of candidate Trump was nothing new.  For eight years, Obama had inspired his followers to hate America; rich white people; the police; corporations; private enterprise; and, most of all, those ‘God, family, country’ conservatives who would rise up in 2016 to reject yet another hater.

 

Barack and Michelle Obama’s record of malice toward this country, from Michelle’s racist Princeton thesis to her speech in South Carolina calling the U.S. “a downright mean country” to candidate Obama’s  disdain for working-class “gun and religion clingers,” laid the foundation of hate from which Trump Derangement Syndrome would emerge.

 

The unprecedented attempted overthrow of a duly elected president continues this week in more impeachment hearings as the Democrats throw everything at POTUS, hoping something sticks.  Against all logic, the Democrats and their voter base really, really hate Trump’s guts.  Jeanine Pirro rightly puts the blame for this hate-filled mockery of our Constitution on the Deep State’s figurehead: Barack Hussein Obama.

I found a video exposing Crooked Hillary. It’s a bit of a documentary being 1:35:23 long. It was posted by James Red Pills America on November 10, but footage shows noted people much younger than they are now. Nevertheless, with rumors the wicked woman is thinking of entering the Dem Party fray, it is good to go over the reasons the States dominating the Electoral College rejected her Presidency in 2016. A 2016 election she tried to cheat her to victory then blaming the very Russians/Ukrainians she employed to cheat for losing.

EXPLOSIVE DOCUMENTARY! Hillary: The Movie is a political documentary about past United States Senator and failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. It was produced by the conservative non-profit organization Citizens United. The producers went to U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to get a declaration that they could show this movie. This case was titled Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission and its final decision at the U.S. Supreme Court resulted in a major change in campaign finance law.

 

The documentary interviewed various conservative figures such as Dick Morris and Ann Coulter and reviewed various scandals in which Hillary Clinton participated, such as the White House travel office controversy, White House FBI files controversy, Whitewater controversy, and cattle futures controversy.

 

The factual finding of the three-judge district court was that there was “no reasonable interpretation [of the movie] other than as an appeal to vote against Clinton”, thus making it “electioneering communication”.

 

The Supreme Court did not change that decision, but applied the strict scrutiny test for the First Amendment of the Constitution and said corporations could not be banned from making electioneering communications.
