A couple of days ago the pseudonymous Sundance of The Conservative Treehouse (I still like “The Last Refuge” better) posted, “The Parliamentary Motive Behind the J6 Fedsurrection”. The premise of the post is to expose the fact that brainwashed Americans have failed to grasp. Specifically, Election 2020 was a Dem-Marxist Coup AND the January 6 Protest of that Coup was massaged to appear as a riot/insurrection to create a crisis TO PREVENT a Congressional Challenge to the 2020 Election Coup. AND FURTHERMORE, not only were Dem-Marxists part-and-parcel to fabrication this crisis, BUT ALSO the traitors known as RINOs and members of the Trump Cabinet were in on the fabricated crisis.

Much has been made of the events of January 6, 2021, and with the latest broadcast of CCTV video from inside the Capitol Hill complex, more questions have been raised.

Within the questions: the FBI and government apparatus had advanced knowledge of the scale of the J6 mall assembly yet doing nothing?  Why were the Capitol Hill police never informed of the FBI concerns?  Why didn’t House Speaker Nancy Pelosi secure the Capitol Hill complex, and why did she deny the request by President Trump to call up the national guard for security support?  Why did the FBI have agent provocateurs in the crowd, seemingly stimulating rage within a peaceful crowd to enter the Capitol building?  There have always been these nagging questions around ‘why’?

J6 Fedsurrection [Pelosi-McConnell vs Patriots]

Long time CTH reader “Regitiger” has spent a great deal of time reviewing the entire process, looking at the granular timeline and then overlaying the bigger picture of the constitutional and parliamentary process itself.  What follows below is a brilliant analysis of the federal government motive to create a J6 crisis that permitted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to trigger an emergency session and avoid the 2020 election certification challenges.

Those congressional floor challenges, known and anticipated well in advance of the morning of January 6, 2021, would have formed a legal and constitutional basis for ‘standing’ in judicial challenges that would have eventually reached the Supreme Court.  The certification during “emergency session” eliminated the problem for Washington DC.

Regitiger explains below, only edited by me for clarity and context:

I think most, not all, but a large number of people, are totally missing what happened; and why this happened on Jan 6th.  I am going to try my best to outline the events that day, blast past the commonly held assumptions and get right down to the core corruption.

I will present this as a series of questions and answers.

♦ Q1: How do you prevent congress from delaying the certification of state electoral votes?

A: It requires a crisis. A crisis that creates an “emergency” …An “emergency” that invokes special house rules.

FACTS: Remember carefully, focus please. Just moments, literally 3 minutes before two representatives issued a vote for motions to suspend the certification, the House members were “informed” by capitol police and other “agents” that a protest was about to breach the chambers. It was at this time that key people: Pence, Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell can be seen being walked out and escorted from the chamber. This effectively halted the Entire Chamber Process.

♦ Q2: Why was it necessary to halt the chamber process?

A: The crisis was created to eliminate the motion challenges to halt the certification and to begin voting to look into voting irregularities and fraud

FACTS: The two motions were completely legal and constitutional under at least two constitutionally recognized procedures… procedures that would REQUIRE the house to pause the certification and then vote to determine whether the motions of suspend could move forward.

♦ Q3: What was so important to refuse this motion and the subsequent votes to suspend the electoral certification?

A: It was important to remove that process entirely and continue the fraud and certify the fraud with no detractors on record. This effectively gives no standing for a SCOTUS ruling appeal!  Understand this.  If those two motions, even just one had successfully been voted EVEN IF THE MOTIONS were DENIED IN VOTE, this gives those who presented them with STANDING FOR A CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL ARGUMENT BEFORE SCOTUS. 

♦ Q4: Could this have been done some other way other than creating a crisis/protest?

A: Unlikely. In order to prevent those two motions, requires that speaker of the house, minority leaders, and the president of the congress (vice president of the United States: Pence), to NOT BE PRESENT IN THE CHAMBERS.

Once the capitol police and other “law enforcements agents” informed the speaker and these three other individuals, Pelosi UNILATERALLY UNDER EMERGENCY RULES, suspended the business of the congress. This protest was necessary. The crisis was created because there is no other way to suspend the business of certification UNILATERALLY. By creating a crisis invokes emergency procedures. No other circumstances other than war or mass simultaneous explosive diarrhea can create such unilateral speaker delivered suspension of the certification.

♦ Q5: Why did the motions, once that the speaker RECONVENED congress, move forward back again to the floor for votes? Why were members disallowed to even consider putting forward ANY motions to the floor in when the chamber business was reopened?

A: The Speaker initiated the NEW sessions under special emergency rules. These rules abandon and make it clear that the ONLY purpose of the new session was to EXPEDITE the certification and dismiss all prior regular session procedural rules. This is why those two motions to table votes to consider a debate and pause to the certifications of state vote electors never happened later that evening when the house business was reconvened!

♦ Q6: Other than new rules, emergency rules, what other peculiar things occurred when the speaker reconvened?

A: Members were allowed to “vote” in proxy, remotely, not being present.  You can use your imagination about what conditions were placed on ALL members during this time to prevent anyone from “getting out of line”.

Also clearly, it was at THIS NEW SESSION that VP Pence, President of Congress, would also have no ability to even consider pausing the electoral certification, because there were no motions of disagreements on the matter. So, in a technical legal claim, he is correct that he had no constitutional authority to address any issues of fraud or doubts about electoral irregularities. But this completely dismisses the FACT that congress created rules in this crisis/emergency that never allowed them to be floored!

Understand what happened in Jan 6, 2021.  Don’t get hung up on Viking impostors, stolen Pelosi computers, podium heists, and complicit capitol police. Understand the process and what happened and what WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.

This was a coup….it was a very organized and carefully planned coup. VP Pence without a doubt as well as most members of the house were quite aware of how the certification was going to be MANAGED.  It would require new rules to prevent the debate clause from occurring!  New rules that ONLY AN EMERGENCY CRISIS COULD CREATE! So, they created an emergency.

•NOTED: I understand why many people have great interest in debunking the j6 event. I get that. I think it is important to dissect and examine the events of that day but please, step back and understand WHY these things happened. Examine the chain of events in congress.  Why those two motions that would have at least paused the certification THAT WOULD GIVE VP PENCE THE CONSTITUTIONALLY RECOGNIZED POWER TO MOVE TO SUSPEND THE ELECTORAL CERTIFICATION AND THEN EXAMINE THE IRREGULARITIES AND CLAIMS OF FRAUD! At the very center of this coup stands Mike Pence, the same individual who also spoiled President Trump’s first opportunities in the earlies hours of his Presidency just 4 years prior, when he created and facilitated the removal of Lt General Michael Flynn. I will not spend much time on this thread explaining why Lt Gen Flynn was so important to President Trump and why the IC was so afraid he would have advisory power to the President. That I will leave for another day, another time. But understand this clearly: MIKE PENCE WAS AND IS WORKING FOR THE MOST CORRUPT CRIMINAL TREASONOUS PEOPLE IN GOVERNMENT. •PRO TIP: If you really want to get a true understanding of this matter videos of protesters walking in the capitol is not going to address them. Actual video and timeline records of events and the specific actions taken by the speaker just moments before TWO MAJOR ELECTORAL ALTERING MOTIONS WERE ABOUT TO BE FLOORED.

This crisis was developed just in time with a precise coordination to prevent those two motions to be entered into the chamber record. The two motions do not exist. The emergency powers established in the new session made sure they never could be entered. The emergency powers could never happen without a crisis.

J6 Election Protestors

Note from Author: “I started this effort years ago.  To date, no one and I mean no one has replied.  It’s as if everyone that can expose it that has a larger platform is either disinterested, or suspiciously withdrawn from the issue.  I made several comments about this over the years right here at CTH, on article threads that are relevant to the topic.

I was watching the certification live that day. I recorded it ALL on every channel. I was doing this because no matter what happened that day, I KNEW IT WOULD BE A PROFOUND AND SIGNIFICANT EVENT TO REMEMBER. I never in my wildest imagination (and I have a pretty vivid imagination, always have), expected to see the unmistakable perfectly timed “coincidences” that occurred.

One member raises a motion (with another in waiting for his turn) those two motions were well known and advertised. These were motions to vote for a pause in the certification to examine electoral vote fraud and irregularities. I can’t speak to the veracity and substance of those motions. They were never allowed to even be floored. it was at that exact moment that the house chambers were suspended and 4 of the key members, Pence, Pelosi, Schumer and McConnell were escorted OUT right after initiating the end of the session.

Effectively, this resulted in that motion never being floored at all.  Then, when reconvened under special emergency rules, inexplicably those two motions (and perhaps more – we will never know – or will we?) were not even attempted to be motioned. That was not just peculiar to me.

It all started to make more sense when I did some study on constitutional law AND THE HISTORY of specific special authorities given to president of the congress, Pence in this case. Not only did he have the authority and power to suspend the certification, but the duty to address the motion in the same sense that it becomes vital to the debate clause.

There really is no higher significance of weight given to the debate clause than the certification of the votes. This was more than odd to me the way that the media and pence framed their narrative: Pence would not have the constitutional power to suspend certification.  Then it hit me, like the obvious clue that was there all the time. He was right. But the reason he is right, is because there WAS NO MOTION ON THE FLOOR TO CAUSE HIM TO SUSPEND!

Understanding this, happened for me about 4 or 5 months after this Jan 6 day.  I took me this long to examine the facts, look at the video again, compare it to the arguments made by several leading constitutional academics, and again, inexplicably even some that I respect seemed to dodge that central reality.  The motions were never allowed to be floored in the re-convened house rules later that evening. Most would not even venture to address the exotically coincidence that the moment those two members would stand to place the motion before the house, that the House Speaker Pelosi AND Pence ended the session, effectively blocking the motions from being heard in normal house rules.

It’s been a journey for me. A journey that was initiated because I am just a simple but curious person. Perhaps even to a point where I get obsessive in those efforts. Many days and nights combing over the details. praying and trying to make sense of what makes little sense. With over 6 states having serious well known and obvious defects in the voting process, some more credible to believe – some less, but one would not expect the house would be so deliberate in marching past the motions that were definitely going to be present to slow this process down and take the time to get it right. Even IF the claims never reached an intersection that would change the outcome.

There are two possibilities: Millions of people, against all the odds, hitting all-time records even past Obama and Clinton, voted for a naval gazing ambulatory pathological racist moron. And chose Joe Malarkey as their leader.  Or this was a coup, a conspiracy, and a treasonous manipulation regime change because President Trump could not be controlled by the deep state and globalists who OWN AND OPERATE WASHINGTON DC. BOTH POSSIBILITIES ARE TERRIFYING.

The only way for THE PEOPLE to gain power in this country is to force the transfer of it.  If truth isn’t the fuel and vehicle, we will just be replacing deck chairs and hitting the next series of expected ice bergs.

Julie Kelly – […] Just as the first wave of protesters breached the building shortly after 2 p.m., congressional Republicans were poised to present evidence of rampant voting fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Ten incumbent and four newly-elected Republican senators planned to work with their House colleagues to demand the formation of an audit commission to investigate election “irregularities” in the 2020 election. Absent an audit, the group of senators, including Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) pledged to reject the Electoral College results from the disputed states.

The Hail Mary effort was doomed to fail; yet the American people would have heard hours of debate related to provable election fraud over the course of the day.

And no one opposed the effort more than ex-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

During a conference call on December 31, 2020, McConnell urged his Republican Senate colleagues to abandon plans to object to the certification, insisting his vote to certify the 2020 election results would be “the most consequential I have ever cast” in his 36-year Senate career.

From the Senate floor on the afternoon of January 6, McConnell gave a dramatic speech warning of the dire consequences to the country should Republicans succeed in delaying the vote. He downplayed examples of voting fraud and even mocked the fact that Trump-appointed judges rejected election lawsuits.

“The voters, the courts, and the States have all spoken,” McConnell insisted. “If we overrule them, it would damage our Republic forever. If this election were overturned by mere allegations from the losing side, our democracy would enter a death spiral.”

Roughly six hours later, McConnell got his way. Cowed by the crowd of largely peaceful Americans allowed into the building by Capitol police, most Republican senators backed off the audit proposal. McConnell, echoing hyperbolic talking points about an “insurrection” seeded earlier in the day by Democratic lawmakers and the news media, gloated. “They tried to disrupt our democracy,” he declared on the Senate floor after Congress reconvened around 8 p.m. “This failed attempt to obstruct Congress, this failed insurrection, only underscores how crucial the task before us is for our Republic.”

Congress officially certified the Electoral College results early the next day. (read more)

Investigative journalist Whitney Webb spoke with The Jimmy Dore Show about her book, “One Nation Under Blackmail: The Sordid Union Between Intelligence and Crime That Gave Rise to Jeffrey Epstein.” The book is so long — and packed with so many incredible details and references — that it was split into two volumes.

When I interviewed Webb in 2022, she started at the beginning, going back to World War II, detailing the connections between the intelligence community in the U.S. and organized crime. There was a decentralized network of different organized crime groups operating in the U.S. in the early 20th century. It was known as the national crime syndicate. Webb told Dore:1

“Historically, organized crime in the U.S. — most people are probably familiar with it because of Hollywood — tended to be an ethnic enclave. So you’d have Irish organized crime, the Jewish mob, the Italian mafia and so on. The national crime syndicate broke down those silos and brought these different groups together. That made them a lot more successful.”

According to Webb, the main people behind this were Meyer Lansky, representing the Jewish mob, and Lucky Luciano of the Italian mafia. The pair formally teamed up with the Office of Naval Intelligence and the OSS during World War II.

“OSS is the precursor to the CIA,” Webb said, “and this was justified as necessary because it was the war, right? So a wartime necessity justification.” Webb continued:2

“Then the war ends and the intelligence apparatus of the U.S. and these mob guys realize they have a lot in common and they work really well together. So that’s why in the ’60s and ’50s you see a lot of people involved in assassination stuff for the CIA … you see a lot of mob guys around, for example. There’s a lot of other examples of them interacting on and off over the years.”

From there, it expanded into shadow banking, finance and the world of corporate power as well “and just really became out of control,” Webb said.3 This was a worldwide effort, however, not one contained to the U.S.

“The Israeli intelligence got involved in this developing power nexus,” she continued, “because the Jewish mob side of the national crime syndicate was heavily involved in the arming of the Haganah [a paramilitary group] and the precursor to the IDF [Israel Defense Forces]. So, basically, by the time the state of Israel is created, these alliances are part of its national security state from the off.”4

Operation Underworld — The Consolidation of Power Networks

Webb states there’s evidence that the fusion of organized crime and government occurred even before what was formally termed Operation Underworld, beginning with the Democratic party in New York City, which was entwined with organized crime in the early 20th century. The mob had taken over most of the unions, which means they had also largely taken over the Democratic party.

Later it expanded to the Republican party as well, but initially power consolidation began in New York, including with the political machine Tammany Hall. Infamous New York described it this way:5

“Organized, politically connected and deadly, by the 1870s the gangs of New York had metastasized from leaderless hordes of criminals of the Civil War era into a cancerous pox, directed and controlled by New York’s political machine, Tammany Hall. With names like the Dead Rabbits, the Whyos, the Monk Eastmans, and the Five Pointers, gangs became a hallmark of New York politics in the early 20th Century.”

Sexual Blackmail’s Role in US History

One theme that pops up repeatedly in Webb’s book is the use of sexual blackmail in various scandals in U.S. history. She ties it back to Jeffrey Epstein, who, she says, is not an anomaly with behavior exclusive to him:6

“This is a type of activity that has been done over and over again in our political system … It’s a type of operation that was perfected first by the mob. So this is something that’s really born out of, in my opinion, this organized crime intelligence team. It’s been going on for an excessive amount of time at this point.”

J. Edgar Hoover, who led the FBI from 1924 to 1972 and was the top law enforcement official in the U.S., was sexually blackmailed by the mob in the ’30s, Webb said, which is why he didn’t go after organized crime:7

“The sexual blackmail operation that entrapped him [Hoover] also intimately involved a man named Roy Cohn, who was best known as Donald Trump’s mentor. And the two of them, along with the mob-linked businessman named Lewis Rosenstiel, were seen engaging in sexual blackmail operations themselves. But, again, Hoover and Cohn only joined that after they had been entrapped — and this involved minors.”

Epstein’s Ties to the Powerful Elite

Scandals involving sexual blackmail are numerous in U.S. political history. Webb rattles off several, including the page boy scandal in 1982, where congressmen were caught engaging in sex with underage Congressional pages, as well as the Franklin Scandal, a nationwide child-trafficking and pedophilia ring. The most prominent modern-day scandal, however, involves Epstein.

Epstein, while dismissed as a simple sex criminal, was far more instrumental to the globalist cabal than it first appears. In addition to being a mastermind at shadow banking and illicit finance, he engaged in major financial crimes and had ties to many powerful people, from Bill Clinton, Bill Gates and Donald Trump to the CIA, which Webb details in her book:8

“In my book I talk about how, in my opinion, Jeffrey Epstein was involved in two parallel operations of sex trafficking. So there’s the one that everyone knows about — the underage exploited girls — but then there’s these women that he invested a lot of time in when they’re minors, then funds their education and what have you over time. He developed them as assets and then married them off to his powerful friends.”

Webb also delves into Epstein’s ties to Bill Gates. While mainstream media narrative states that Epstein and Gates didn’t meet until 2011, Webb says that’s not true:9

“There’s mainstream media articles from 2001 saying that Jeffrey Epstein made all his money from his business connections — to three men — and those three men are Leslie Wexner [former owner of Victoria’s Secret], Donald Trump and the third one is Bill Gates.”

One example of the deep connection that actually existed between Epstein and Gates involves Melanie Walker, who is also, by the way, involved with the World Economic Forum:10,11

“She was recruited by Epstein in 1992, allegedly as a Victoria’s Secret model, but there’s no evidence she ever actually modeled for Victoria’s Secret. He apparently was funding her education, hires her as his science adviser in the late ’90s and then a couple years after that, in the early 2000s, she becomes the science adviser to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

So if you’re going to apply to be science adviser to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and your CV says my most recent experience is being the science adviser to Jeffrey Epstein, and you’re Bill Gates hiring your top science adviser, you would have to know who Jeffrey Epstein is and what kind of science he’s into.”

Webb believes Gates is lying about his ties to Epstein not only to protect himself but also to protect Microsoft. “You also have, in the ’90s, Jeffrey Epstein flying around on planes to official Microsoft functions in Russia, apparently giving women to the chief technology officer who was very close to Bill Gates … all sorts of stuff going on there with Epstein and Microsoft,” Webb explained.12

Suspicious ‘Suicides’ Continue

From Epstein’s death to the death of Ghislaine Maxwell’s father Robert, many “suicides” appear to be tied back to the global cabal and intelligence agencies attempting to hide incriminating information. One such death is that of Mark Middleton, special assistant to the chief of staff at the Clinton White House, who was responsible for setting up Epstein’s visits to the White House:13

“Jeffrey Epstein had 15 meetings in about a year with a guy named Mark Middleton. Mark Middleton died earlier this year with an extension cord around his neck and a shotgun wound to the chest in Little Rock, Arkansas, which was ruled a suicide.

Here’s the other thing. Mark Middleton was so scandalous for what he was doing at the same time Jeffrey Epstein was meeting with him that he was being investigated by Congress, and the only reason that investigation never finished is because the first time George W. Bush — the subsequent president — invoked executive privilege was to keep documents about Mark Middleton from being made available to Congress.

Mark Middleton was not a big fish, you would think, at the White House. He was just an aide to the chief of staff to Bill Clinton. So what was going on with Mark Middleton there?

Well, it’s mostly remembered as this scandal in 1996 called The Campaign Finance Scandal of ’96. It’s related to the fundraising of the DNC for Clinton’s re-election campaign, but a lot of what was going on is that foreign citizens were laundering campaign contributions, filling DNC coffers, but a lot of it was targeting Ron Brown.”

Ron Brown, Clinton’s secretary of commerce, also died under mysterious circumstances:14

“A lot of what was going on there were efforts to change Commerce Department policy so that a lot of very sensitive military technology could be sent to adversary nations when that was normally not allowed.

And some of the people at the center of this were people like Lockheed Martin’s CEO, who actually later goes on to create InQTel for the CIA. And you have a guy named Bernard Schwartz that runs a race to run Loral Space. He was one of Biden’s biggest donors in 2020.

So basically you have this huge effort to undermine the Commerce Department and buy off Ron Brown. Ron Brown at some point — as all of this kept going on pieces of it began to unravel — he agreed to cooperate with investigators. Not long after that he was unexpectedly invited to go on a trade mission to Croatia, and the plane crashes because of a supposedly aging navigational system.

Everyone on the plane dies except for a flight attendant that apparently walked away but then when she arrived at the hospital in a military helicopter, she arrived with a broken neck. Ron Brown’s body was so odd when it was discovered that people in Congress called for it to be investigated because he appeared to have a bullet wound in the skull not caused by a plane crash.”

The Solution — Don’t Be Afraid and Get Local

In her book, Webb explains her reasons for believing Epstein won’t be replaced with a cadre of new blackmailers. They don’t need people like him anymore, thanks to modern surveillance technology.

They can access everything, all your accounts, cameras, phones, microphones, surveillance cameras, you name it. They can find blackmail material on anyone these days. Of course, this tech is also being used to enslave and control the rest of us. They’re counting on you taking your cellphone with you everywhere, and adopting other forms of digital control, like vaccine passports and central bank digital currencies.

You don’t have to volunteer to give this information and give up your control, however. You can opt out. Stay local and build connections in your community. Webb explained:

“What we need are regular people to take responsibility. So many of us are looking for the good guy versus the bad guy on the level of nation state leadership. No. The good guys are just the regular people like you and me, and the bad guys are the people most often at the top that have stomped on heads and clawed their way to the heights of power, regardless of what nation state you’re talking about.

It’s among regular people where you will find the ‘good guys’ you’re looking for and it’s time for those people to come together and say ‘Enough!’ And we really can do it. It just is about taking personal responsibility … We have to take our power back and that starts on an individual level.”

I’m a Baby-Boomer. Born in 1956, I grew up in a period of time when family TV was Leave It To Beaver, Dennis the Menace, The Andy Griffith Show and so on. Before and after Elementary School had local TV programing for kids (even though I lived 100 miles from Seattle, the local Cable picked up KIRO’s JP Patches which I was addicted to particularly during the Winter months).

This was a time kids were taught to trust until Left-Wing primarily 1960s Counterculture movement began to question various norms of the day. I was both a Leave It To Beaver and emerging Counterculture kid as I realized some norms were good and some norms belittled people (e.g. Black-Americans, Native Americans). As kid growing up to a young adult I became disenchanted with government overreach at the time that led me Left-thinking. The irony of this present 21st century is that the presence AGAIN of government overreach and a lot more maturity has made a stalwart Christian and Conservative Values Individual. Come to think of it, I am amazed how government overreach influences my thinking. HMM…

ANYWAY … One of the last issues of trust for me due to government overreach is the trust in doctors and medicine. I have come to the realization a majority of doctors have abandoned the age-old adage of “Do No Harm” to conform to what government agencies and the cash of Pharmaceutical Corporations demand REGARDLESS of harm or health.

If you are a Senior Citizen as I am, you probably are stuck seeing a doctor on a regular basis. I encourage to use the rare doctor who place more stock in “Do No Harm” than following government and Pharmaceutical directives. If you can’t locate such a doctor, DEAR GOD IN HEAVEN be wise enough to verify medical advice or medical treatment rather than obeying wholesale what you are told. Keep in mind there are many doctors who still trust the science of a politically motivated government agency and corporate-for-profit/hang-the-actual-science Pharmaceutical Corporation. Those doctors trusting such authority are perhaps well-meaning yet mere drones of powers that should be mistrusted.

ERGO, I have three posts with information (That Biden’s new government Truth Ministry undoubtedly label as misinformation) I hope leads you to question your government so-called medical agencies and the doctors who follow such dictates.

Remember the “Seventh-Day Adventists?” [Blog Editor: Koresh’s Branch Davidians to be fair were splinter group from mainline 7th Day Adventists] The Feds burned 76 of the 85 of their “offshoots” alive, including some children (the ones ATF agents couldn’t coax out), for not coming out of their compound and surrendering. It happened in Waco, Texas, where the “Mount Carmel Center” was the home of the Branch Davidians. The leader? David Koresh – the self-proclaimed “Final Prophet” (think Fauci here).

Koresh taught his followers about the Seven Seals and that the end of the world was “imminent.” This is much like the CDC right now claiming that if we don’t all get experimental vaccines, the whole world will DIE from COVID-19 (which has a .01 percentage kill rate and mainly among the immune compromised). Vaccines, ever since the Polio vaccine, have caused more harm than help, that is, if you REALLY look at the evidence-based science behind them.

In other words, the “science” of vaccines is a religion that you must believe in, without any evidence-based proof of efficacy. It’s faith-based medicine and the “end of the world” is hinged on everyone getting flu shots that cause blood clots and myocarditis.

The Branch Covidian Cult has over 4.6 billion members worldwide and growing

Most Branch Covidian Cult members (vaccine pushers and takers) wholly believe that all “anti-vaxxers” are crazed lunatics (heretics) who don’t value human life and are walking around KILLING people because they “do NOT believe in” getting toxic gene therapy injections (“vaccines”) or wearing a useless, bacteria-laden mask 24/7/365. The mask has become a cult member signature cloth, and all members are instructed to give dirty looks to the mask-less and declare them guilty of blasphemy and sacrilegious acts (report them to DHS) for opposing the religious belief that masks help save the world from the Black Plague of 2022 (the Fauci Flu).

This story is about the proposed new World Health Organization pandemic treaty that can potentially eradicate the national sovereignty as we know it. It is also about the banality of evil and the impact of our individual daily choices on the future generations and the history of the world.

What’s the Deal With the World Health Organization Pandemic Treaty?

In December 2021, the World Health Organization announced their plan to develop a new pandemic treaty “strengthening” international cooperation during future pandemics. What does it mean in practical terms? The language of the announcement was vague, so we need to interpret it in context. Here’s from the horse’s mouth: (December 2021):

“In a consensus decision aimed at protecting the world from future infectious diseases crises, the World Health Assembly today agreed to kickstart a global process to draft and negotiate a convention, agreement or other international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.

Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General, said the decision by the World Health Assembly was historic in nature, vital in its mission, and represented a once-in-a-generation opportunity to strengthen the global health architecture to protect and promote the well-being of all people.”

More from the horse’s mouth (April 2022):

“In a consensus decision aimed at protecting the world from future infectious diseases crises, in December 2021 the World Health Assembly agreed to kickstart a global process by establishing an intergovernmental negotiating body (INB) to draft and negotiate a convention, agreement or other international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response …

As part of this historic decision, the World Health Assembly requested the Director-General to hold public hearings, in line with standard WHO practice, to support the work of the INB. Per the INB’s timeline, the first round of those hearings has been set for 12-13 April 2022, with a second round set for 16-17 June. This information on the modalities for the first round of hearings is also expected to apply to the second round as well.”

Lies, Lies, Lies

Let’s start with the issue of distorted language. In an honest world with no dark agendas, no Fourth Industrial Revolution, and no upside-down language, their treaty could sound like a beautiful idea. Like, what can possibly be wrong with benevolently guided, meaningful international cooperation during a time of crisis? A beautiful fairy tale, no?

Sadly, not a fairy tale at all but more like a horror movie because we are living in a world of shameless lying and upside-down language — and the words no longer mean what they are supposed to mean.

To deceive us, the bureaucrats are trying to create a feeling in our minds that they getting together to protect us, like a benevolent council of wise indigenous grandmothers — while in reality, it’s more like they are aiming to trap us, being a gang of greedy and ruthless wolves in sheep’s clothes that they are.

“Health” doesn’t mean actual health but rather the promotion of any product or interference that is desirable to the shareholders and the CEOs of pharmaceutical and technology companies.

Just like Fauci recently equated himself with science, the corporate mouthpieces equate whatever they want to sell or impose on us with “health,” and then say they are protecting our “health” while in fact, they are merely protecting their pockets.

We are living in a world where our leaders (translation: our fellow human being who have no intrinsic upper hand on us but who have gotten ahead on the basis of being extremely power-hungry) are taking full advantage of the fact that in order to do destructive things with the least resistance, then can call them “useful things that are good for the people,” and get away with it for some time. That’s the trick!

And besides, if the past two years are any indication, “international cooperation” means in practice that all WEF-affiliated leaders go ahead and throw their people under the bus in unison, to the sound of uniform messaging in the media.

“International cooperation” means that all countries do the same destructive thing, resulting in unnecessary human death and suffering, a disruption of social structures and the world economy, all to clear the way for their favorite “new normal.” That’s some international cooperation!

Public Hearings

Given the self-proclaimed historical nature of this treaty, the World Health Organization dedicated the whole two days to the first round of the public hearings (and they didn’t advertise it much). The first round took place in April 2022. The second round will be held in June of this year.

Dr. Tess Lawrie wrote a very moving article about the WHO pandemic treaty and the video comment submission by the World Council for Health.

Here are Dr. Lawrie’s comments on the proposed treaty, after she had a chance to participate in a call with the WHO (as well as UNAIDS, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, the UN Environment Programme, and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations) as a part of the submission process.

• Calls for ‘human security centric’ not just ‘health security centric’. Apparently, they don’t just want to control your body but every aspect of your life.

• Fast approval of emergency diagnostics – and unified regulatory registration for diagnostics. In other words, more control.

• Equitable access to vaccines and ‘a mechanism to hold violators accountable’. So if a nation concludes a vaccine is not safe – as has happened in this last pandemic – the WHO would have the power to override that and jab their population anyway.

• Vaccines should be developed within 100 days. This is absurd. Safe drugs take ten years to be adequately tested and declared safe. There are more than 3.5 million people on the WHO database who have been harmed by Covid vaccines and this may be the tip of the iceberg.

I agree that these bullet points sound like it’s about control, so no surprise that it comes with more censorship!

More Censorship

While the public comments were open, the #StopTheTreaty campaign by the World Council for Health, where Dr. Tess Lawrie is on the Steering Committee, was the talk of the town in the “freedom community.” But if you searched for it on Google, you wouldn’t know anything about it! Here’s what I wrote just a few hours after the comment period ended:

“If you search for the phrase “WHO pandemic treaty” on DuckDuckGo, #StopTheTreaty comes up among the top results. On Google though no such thing exists. If you actually search for the phrase “stop the treaty,” on DuckDuckGo #StoopTheTreaty is the number one result. Google, on the other hand, tells you everything you ever wanted to know about the 1919 Treaty of Versailles!)”

For the World Health Organization, It’s Not the First Rodeo

It is curious that it’s not the first time that the WHO is trying to serve the pharmaceutical industry and various industry shareholders using “pandemic preparedness” as a legal tool.

For example, in 2009, they announced an influenza pandemic (H1N1) that activated vaccine purchasing agreements and forced participating countries to large batches of doses that they didn’t need. The rushed release of a subpar medical product led to a “narcolepsy fiasco,” among other things.

According to the report by the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly:

“The Parliamentary Assembly is alarmed about the way in which the H1N1 influenza pandemic has been handled, not only by the World Health Organization (WHO), but also by the competent health authorities at the level of the European Union and at national level.

It is particularly troubled by some of the consequences of decisions taken and advice given leading to distortion of priorities of public health services across Europe, waste of large sums of public money, and also unjustified scares and fears about health risks faced by the European public at large.

The Assembly notes that grave shortcomings have been identified regarding the transparency of decision-making processes relating to the pandemic which have generated concerns about the possible influence of the pharmaceutical industry on some of the major decisions relating to the pandemic.

The Assembly fears that this lack of transparency and accountability will result in a plummet in confidence in the advice given by major public health institutions. This may prove disastrous in the case of the next disease of pandemic scope – which may turn out to be much more severe than the H1N1 pandemic …

The rapporteur considers that some of the outcomes of the pandemic, as illustrated in this report, have been dramatic: distortion of priorities of public health services all over Europe, waste of huge sums of public money, provocation of unjustified fear amongst Europeans, creation of health risks through vaccines and medications which might not have been sufficiently tested before being authorised in fast-track procedures, are all examples of these outcomes.”

Even Forbes wrote in 2010 that “from the beginning the World Health Organization’s actions have ranged from the dubious to the flagrantly incompetent.” A poignant quote:

“The WHO’s dubious decisions demonstrate that its officials are too rigid or too incompetent (or both) to make needed adjustments in the pandemic warning system — deficiencies we have come to expect from an organization that is scientifically challenged, self-important and unaccountable.

The WHO may be able to perform and report worldwide surveillance — i.e., count numbers of cases and fatalities — but its policy role should be drastically limited.

U.N. bureaucrats pose as authorities on all manner of products, public policy and human activities, from desertification and biodiversity to the regulation of chemicals, uses of the ocean and the testing of genetically engineered plants.

However, the U.N.’s regulatory policies, requirements and standards often defy scientific consensus and common sense. Its officials are no friends of commerce, public health or environmental protection. The result is a more precarious, more dangerous and less resilient world. When it comes to pestilence, the U.N. may be the greatest plague of all.”

What’s a Pandemic, Anyway?

It’s noteworthy that just before the WHO declared a pandemic, they changed the definition of the word. From the British Medical Journal:

“WHO for years had defined pandemics as outbreaks causing “enormous numbers of deaths and illness” but in early May 2009 it removed this phrase — describing a measure of severity — from the definition.

Key scientists advising the World Health Organization on planning for an influenza pandemic had done paid work for pharmaceutical firms that stood to gain from the guidance they were preparing. These conflicts of interest have never been publicly disclosed by WHO, and WHO has dismissed inquiries into its handling of the A/H1N1 pandemic as ‘conspiracy theories.’

A joint investigation by the BMJ and the Bureau of Investigative Journalism has uncovered evidence that raises troubling questions about how WHO managed conflicts of interest among the scientists who advised its pandemic planning, and about the transparency of the science underlying its advice to governments.

Was it appropriate for WHO to take advice from experts who had declarable financial and research ties with pharmaceutical companies producing antivirals and influenza vaccines?”

Boasting About the Tricks

In 2019, Marc Van Ranst, Belgian Flu Commissioner, gave a talk at the ESWI/Chatham House Influenza Pandemic Preparedness Stakeholders Conference. At around 13 minutes in, he boasted about how he “misused the fact that that the top, top football … soccer clubs in Belgium inappropriately and against all agreements vaccinated … they made their soccer players priority people.” The audience responded with laughter.

The United Nations Has Been Hijacked

Banality of Evil

Most horrible things that people do to each other don’t come out of nowhere. There is usually a “warm-up” period during which evil actions are trivialized, and people’s senses are “re-trained.”

Sometimes, using upside-down language, people’s senses are re-trained to the extent of swapping out the meanings completely, where war becomes peace, and murder becomes compassion. It takes time to dehumanize entire demographics — based on a particular ethnicity, or religion, or health status, or any other arbitrary affiliation.

For example, in early Nazi Germany, there was a campaign to kill mentally disabled children, (and also do inhumane experiments on them), and the parents were often told that their children were being taken away for better care. The parents didn’t know that their children were being murdered — but the nurses who killed the disabled knew exactly what they were doing, but perhaps some of them believed that they were performing acts of mercy!

There is a powerful, must-see documentary about it, called, “The Killing Nurses of the Third Reich.” I wrote about it last year:

“The only thing that was needed for the nurses to make the transition to the horror zone was to decide that the poor suffering imbeciles had no agency. As soon as in their minds, the nurses stripped the disabled children and the mentally ill adults of their human agency and turned them into creatures akin to suffering pets, killing them became virtuous. The nurses held the disabled babies lovingly, and then killed them.”

Our Choices Matter

Something that I have been thinking about a lot over the course of my life is how our choices have long-term consequences: for ourselves, for the people around us, and even for the history of the world!

For example, to come back to the topic of pandemic preparedness, much of what happened in the U.S. in 2020 was made possible thanks to Bush’s 2005 decision to redo the pandemic preparedness plan. Who paid any attention to it back in 2005? Who could imagine that it would have such a profound impact on our lives? Nobody, probably, except for the people who planned it. And yet here we are …

Or another example. When people accept censorship against the groups that they don’t relate to, they often don’t think that the censors are coming for them next — and yet more often than not, that is exactly what happens.

Or sometimes, a choice that we make at a very young age comes back to us years later, and whatever we tried to escape stares us straight in the face, and we have to deal with it anyway.

Which is to say, courage and trying to do the right thing are not only praise-worthy, they are also very practical, especially during challenging times.

There is most certainly no formula, and no universal prescription for a time like this but it’s important to see the scammers in high chairs for who they are (including when they talk about pandemic preparedness treaties “for our own good”), and to see through them without being afraid. When we stand together, with love in our hearts, we are strong.

Study shows mRNA in COVID-19 vaccines enter liver cells and alter human DNA

A new study out of Sweden confirms that the mRNA found in the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine can infiltrate human cells and transcribe its message onto human DNA in under six hours.

This adds to a growing body of evidence that the vaccine could indeed be altering people’s DNA. For example, a different study from Sweden that was published in October 2021 found that spike protein makes its way into the nuclei of cells and impairs the mechanism they have to repair damaged DNA.

The cell’s nucleus is its main control center, and it is imperative for it to remain intact. When the vaccines first hit the market, pharmaceutical companies repeatedly insisted that mRNA vaccines did not enter the nucleus or alter DNA.

In the October study, the researchers concluded: “Our findings reveal a potential molecular mechanism by which the spike protein might impede adaptive immunity and underscore the potential side effects of full-length spike-based vaccines.”

Blocking the action that repairs DNA on a constant basis can cause cell death and the formation of cancer.

Findings like these inspired scientists from Lund University to investigate the effects of the Pfizer jab on human liver cells and determine whether its encoded spike protein RNA can be reverse transcribed onto DNA.

They found that not only is it possible, but it happens within just six hours. They wrote: “Our study shows that BNT162b2 [Pfizer’s mRNA injection] can be reverse transcribed to DNA in liver cell line Huh7, and this may give rise to the concern if BNT162b2[injection]-derived DNA may be integrated into the host genome and affect the integrity of genomic DNA, which may potentially mediate genotoxic side effects.”

The study marks the first time researchers have demonstrated in a petri dish how mRNA vaccines are converted into DNA in a human liver cell line – something fact checkers have long claimed could simply not occur.

The researchers did caution, however, that the findings were observed in petri dishes, and they cannot say for certain if the converted DNA is integrated into cellular DNA in the genomes or what the consequences of that could be.

More studies are needed to better understand potential effects

One of the study’s authors, Professor Magnus Rasmussen, said that the attention the study is getting is not surprising, but he believes we need more studies like this.

“We understood that the study would attract attention, but we think it is self-evident that this type of research should be pursued. We have a new vaccine, and it needs to be tested in cell and animal models and also in humans, in various ways. The result might be surprising, but it is also a bit surprising that such studies do not seem to have been carried out before,” he said.

Renowned cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough said the paper suggests the CDC’s insistence that vaccines do not change the human genome could be “gravely wrong” and believes there should have been monthly safety reports on the vaccines.

He said: “This is getting into human chromosomes, at least this segment is. If it turns out that the entire code goes into human chromosomes, and if it expresses spike protein within cells—spike protein is an abnormal protein, it is not a human protein— if this protein is expressed within human cells on a regular basis or on demand, and it’s passed from parent cells to daughter cells, and it’s passed to the developing embryo, we’re in trouble.”

While we still don’t know if what happened in the study will occur in living organisms or if the DNA converted from the mRNA in the vaccine will integrate with the cell’s genomes, it is certainly something that needs to be explored. The authors said that investigations in whole living organisms, like animals, are needed to better understand the effects of these vaccines.

Ayn Rand – the author of the brilliant novel Atlas Shrugged – was not a paragon of Christian virtue. BUT she was born in Czarist Russia and raised in Lenin’s Soviet Union. Born with a Russian name she managed to immigrate to the USA changing her name to Ayn Rand.

 

Rand developed a character in Atlas Shrugged by the name of John Galt. Galt’s character enlists America’s self-reliant/innovative individuals to withdraw from the grip of government tyranny and Corporate cooperation with government tyranny to collectively control the lives of Americans.

Galt’s leadership in civil disobedience begins to bring tyranny to its knees peacefully. Atlas Shrugged was fiction yet Americans who cherish their heritage bequeathed by their Founding Fathers are facing in truth Dem-Marxist tyranny with the cooperation of America’s wealthy major Corporations to control lives, thoughts and actions. Before WWII in Italy this was called Fascism. In the same time frame in Germany this was called Nazism. All I ever wanted was to live free with an abundance of Liberty, for me and my family, and to be left alone, in the Pursuit of Life, Liberty and Happiness. In their pursuit of phantom “domestic terrorists” in the ranks of Conservative America and in our Church and schools, these Democratic Party Communists will soon have created that which did not previously exist, through their own actions and attacks upon all that is righteous and true in our world. America has entered a new, dark realm, and the Democratic Party and its figurehead leader, a Communist appeaser and an illegitimate “president”, having seized power, is revealing itself to be the greatest existential threat to America, that we as a nation and a people have ever faced. Although many people are willfully blind to this fact, many more Conservative, Christian and independent Americans have awakened to the fact, as we see our borders flung wide-open, our election laws subverted and the Biden administration Communists move to purge conservatives and Christians from government and the military, along with ending our right to keep and bear arms. This has left many Americans wondering, just how to respond, in the face of such a rapid coup and power being consolidated in the hands of Marxists and Maoists, who hate America.

 

The Democratic Party Communists currently have presented legislation, that will virtually ensure their lock on power for many years to come. Look at however one may wish, we have a cancerous mass of evil that has grown in our country, the Democratic Party, that seeks to subjugate and impoverish every Free Born American man, woman and child.

 

The For the People Act (H.R.1) codifies many of the heretofore illegal voting mechanisms like third-party ballot-harvesting and mail-in voting; it also makes it illegal to ask if anyone presenting a ballot is a legal U.S. citizen, thus opening the door for millions of illegal aliens to cast a vote. It also facilitates more election fraud by seeking to use online registration and automatic registration, without any paper back-up to ensure the information isn’t bogus. And while there remains many more troubling aspects of this bill, it essentially amounts to an unconstitutional federal takeover of elections and a premeditated destruction of State governments. Also, one should note, it seeks to make D.C. a state.

 

Joe Biden and his Communist Handlers sent the U.S. Citizen Act of 2021 to Congress, for the supposed purpose of making “immigration safer” but it essentially will give citizenship to some 20 million plus Illegal Aliens (closer to 40 million depending on the statistics one reviews), whose ranks are largely comprised of people from Central and South America who made their way here over several past decades. His “smart border” controls are basically no control and more Open Borders, as he has already signed an executive order ending the building of President Trump’s Wall, along with another EO to allow “refugees” on the Mexican side of the border to enter America and reside here, while they await approval for asylum. And all of this is designed to turn Texas into a Democratic voting bastion, which will make it virtually impossible for any Republican to win another national election.

 

More Democratic Party Communist tyranny rears its ugly head, through Representative Shelia Jackson Lee who has placed H.R. 127 before Congress to eradicate our right to keep and bear arms. This out-of-control, UnConstitutional, catastrophe of a bill is designed solely to dismantle our rights to own firearms. Reading through its diktats that require psychological exams for all gun owners, a federal licensing system for all firearms and ammo to be overseen by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Explosives, liability insurance, banning certain calibers and ammunition clips holding more than ten rounds, along with many more vile illegal diktats, it is readily apparent that this is the most dictatorial piece of trash ever put before the Congress of the United States of America.

One should also make note of the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act (H.R. 350), that focuses on “white supremacists” — which means any white person who opposes the “progressive” Democratic Party and Joey Biden’s agenda for the end of our Republic — and “racially motivated violent individuals” … HhMmmmm … a perfect description of their own foot soldiers of Black Lives Matter. And as I have previously noted, the Department of Homeland Security immediately started focusing on “right-wing domestic terrorists, Christians and conservative militias” as far back as the Obama administration, so revamping old policy was a snap, as soon as Biden gave the nod.

 

And now, even more disgusting, Biden has directed Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin to purge the ranks of the military of “all extremists”, as it is seemingly suggested that good men and women cannot be expected to uphold their oaths to the Constitution, bearing in mind that each of these people underwent fairly extensive background checks before ever being accepted into the military. But the mindset of the new Democratic Party under its Marxist and Maoist guidance is basically, “if you aren’t with the ‘progressive’ (and cancel culture) agenda, you’re against us”, and couldn’t have been more apparent than when Representative Steve Cohen suggested, just prior to Inauguration Day 2021, that the white male members of the U.S. Army could not be fully trusted to defend “president” Biden, since most of them possibly supported President Trump. While it’s unlikely Austin would not have initiated this miserable, insulting operation in more sane times, the U.S. military has been hell-bent on ridding itself of imagined “white supremacists” from the days of Obama to the present, as the military’s upper-echelon ranks of officers was purged of conservative military men and a new command enamored of Marxist Communist ideology replaced them; and, as we all know, the definition of “white supremacy” has become as elastic as a bungy-cord, with even most of America’s Founding Fathers painted as a white supremacists, as it is essentially a slur thrown at anyone opposing Biden, Harris, AOC and the Squad and the Communist machine that’s the driving force behind them.

 

Plain as night and day, Biden and Harris and Company are politicizing and weaponizing the U.S. Federal Government to be their tool against Conservatives and Christians and any political opponents in the country, and they are moving to use force and coercion most foul against U.S. citizens, acting more like an Occupying Force determined to stamp out The Resistance, wherever they find it.

 

With the past weak performance of Republicans, whenever they actually held the majority in both houses of Congress, no one should expect them to offer much in the way of any real opposition to the Democrats’ agendas. Many place a false hope in Rep Joe Manchin (D-WVA) as a possible saving vote, on critical issues, but with very few exceptions, when push comes to shove, he has always stood with his Democrat Caucus; and, with “vice-president” (focus on VICE) Harris as the tie-breaking vote, America is in deep trouble, in light of the aforementioned proposed pieces of legislation, acting in tandem with Biden’s destructive Executive Orders.

 

And now that they have framed the battle lines, resist we must, as we move through our communities to gather like-minded defenders and supporters of America’s Founding Principles, to demand of local elected officials that they must reject any federal mandate coming from the Biden administration that circumvents or attempts to abrogate the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We must still try to fight in the Courts, even though many are beyond corrupt and in the tank for the Marxist/Maoist progressive communist ideology and all its garbage, so detrimental to Freedom and Liberty. Wherever they move to limit our Inalienable God-Given Rights, they must be met with the fiercest resistance ever presented anywhere, and whenever it is blatantly obvious a legislative panel or judge is with the Communists and our rights are infringed upon, we have a duty and an obligation to ourselves and our families to refuse to comply with any such illegal acts.

 

The stolen election has in effect moved America significantly closer to one-party rule, but everybody knows that with a heavily weighted political movement currently favoring the Democrats and a push towards authoritarian socialism, the nation is essentially being ruled by the interest groups and the Communists who currently have the Democratic Party within an iron grip. The Republican Party is pretty much done for, in the short term, as so many “Republicans” have proven themselves to be Republicans-In-Name-Only, when they abandoned the American people and joined in the denunciation of President Trump, the supposed “insurrectionist”. The new evolving power structure is one comprised of Traitors and Cowards.

 

And in the meantime, America is positioned to collapse on all fronts, whether one addresses the economic, political, social, military or moral components of our current plight and numerous dilemmas. Every institution across the nation is corrupt, and when America finally collapses, oh what a collapse it will be, heard across the world.

 

Biden’s Communist Machine will continue using its Leftstream media contacts to grow its own soft power and shape popular “moral authority”, while they simultaneously move to enforce their hard power through aforementioned acts and policy. Using social pressure from the Marxists, Maoists, socialists, fascists and anarchists and the politics of exclusion and Cancel Culture, the malleable Joey Biden will use every law enforcement agency, the ATF, FBI, DOJ and Homeland Security to please his Masters and pursue their goals against Conservative America. And, unless the Conservatives who still stand for Freedom and Liberty and America’s Founding Principles can quickly rebuild soft power through political representation and full access to the mainstream, avenues that are already being closed down by the Communists in control, violence is the only path left open to Us for the future and our survival. There isn’t any political solution left, and anyone paying attention already knows this.

 

Two antithetical ideologies — one based on Marx and Mao and tyranny and serfdom opposed to the other and Our Founding based on Freedom and Liberty — cannot coexist in America; and, it is to our nation’s shame and disgrace that we as a people have allowed this evil to grow and take root across our land.

 

However, even if many Americans aren’t yet ready to take up arms against an Illegitimate Government, Our Countrymen have it in their power to drag Biden’s administration and every “progressive” Communist State’s government to a grinding halt — to Starve the Leviathan — and win this fight one transaction at a time. Every Christian Conservative and freedom-minded Independent must withdraw their consent — Good and Decent Americans Must Withdraw OUR CONSENT — to be governed by these Communists and their figurehead, Dictator Joe, and we must make it impossible for them to enforce their illegally obtained power against us, noting that they can’t punish people they can’t identify as “criminals”. Each of us has a different life circumstance, financial capability and constraints, but everyone can contribute something to toppling these communist despots, as wage this guerrilla warfare against an advancing dystopian world.

 

Spend only on absolutely necessary items and deprive the State of sales taxes; buy from local retailers and Mom & Pop stores, rather than Big Box stores; don’t buy from Amazon; leave Facebook and Twitter for good and go to platforms that don’t censor; leave Google and use something like Peekier.com, while also canceling Netflix and Amazon Prime; boycott any organization associated with BLM and the Critical Race Theory; learn to do electric and plumbing ourselves, or some other practical skill; grow our own food where possible (hydroponics even?) and deny the mega-food industry our business; barter and trade with local farmers, or pay cash, for meat, eggs, milk, etc. and if we actually need to hire contractors for something, find locals who will often give discounts for cash that need not be reported to the government; only frequent family-owned restaurants and always pay in cash since it allows the owners control over what they do with it, and credit cards absolutely ensure a portion will go to the government; withdraw any money in a Big Name Bank/ Wall Street Bank and place it in a Credit Union; don’t borrow for anything unless it’s an absolute emergency; reduce driving — not for the environment — to deny the State gasoline taxes and toll revenue; find alternative safe means of communication with allies; and don’t wear a mask or get the experimental DNA altering Vaccine Jab, as We All RIDICULE THOSE WHO DO.

 

Throw sand in the gears of government at every turn in the road, wherever it’s bent on suppressing our Inalienable God-Given Rights. And that can entertain a broad spectrum of Civil Disobedience. 

 

There are so many more things every individual can do, to stop these Control-Freaks and Evil Communist and GLOBALIST Tyrants from ending Freedom and Liberty in America, without automatically resorting to armed conflict, until that actually becomes our Last Resort. So, You can pretty well see where I’m going with all of this.

 

The Democrats make a fine show of wanting to talk peace and understanding, and yet, they only understand the language of the sword. As such, they are crowding Conservative America to a point that we must make the Democrats understand their chosen path leads to their own downfall. And time and time again, we have told them to leave us and our beloved ones in peace, but they only understand coercion, force and the language of the sword.

 

All cogent-thinking, rational, peace-loving individuals are placing hope against hope that a non-violent path is still possible for the two opposing political sides, but never content to let anyone live unmolested by their illegal, unconstitutional edicts, mandates and diktats, their arbitrary whims based in nothing remotely concerning “the Law”, these Communists will not stop, nor rest, until they have suppressed every Inalienable God-Given Right we hold dear, and no one will be left unscathed. The ballot will not restore America or save Her. If America is saved by Her Patriots, it will now most certainly come at a heavy cost and a great letting of blood in civil war. 

 

Everyone is free to decide just how much more Freedom and Liberty they are willing to sacrifice in the name of “peace”, while an out-of-control Marxist/ Maoist government demands it all, and by the same token, decide as a matter of one’s own conscience just how they will resist the coming madness and exactly what they are willing to do to stop it. But if they persist in infringing on my rights, our rights, bringing damage and harm to my property, person and family, America’s Families, I say kill them where they stand and leave their rotting carcasses along the roadsides and in the parking lots, stacked ten feet deep and ten feet high, all about one and in all directions for as far as the eye can see, even if I must fight ’til my own last dying gasp … so help me God.

How the Clinton machine is perverting U.S. federal law enforcement to shield Hillary.

The Obama Department of Justice has been corruptly aiding and abetting the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, Hillary Clinton, to escape legal accountability for her actions. From Attorney General Loretta Lynch on down through the Justice Department’s political ranks, the Department has blocked the FBI from searching for the truth and following the evidence of potential criminality to its logical conclusion. Whether it is Hillary’s use of a private e-mail server while serving as Secretary of State or her involvement in the pay-for-play Clinton enterprise known as the Clinton Foundation, the Obama administration is applying a banana republic-style double standard to pervert justice and the rule of law in order to shield her.

 

Lynch and President Obama were reportedly furious with FBI Director James Comey for sending a letter to Congress on October 28th indicating that new evidence potentially pertinent to the e-mail case had come to light, which required further investigation. This evidence consisted of a batch of e-mails FBI investigators had found on one or more computers belonging to Anthony Weiner, Clinton confidante Huma Abedin’s estranged husband, while they were searching for evidence in an unrelated case involving Weiner’s alleged sexting to an underage girl. Comey sent his letter after months of agonizing over his previous decision to let Hillary off the hook in the e-mail case last July. He was said by a source close to him to have been particularly disturbed by the mounting number of resignation letters from FBI agents who felt betrayed by that decision.

 

Department of Justice officials had leaned on Comey not to send the letter to Congress, claiming that it would violate Department protocols and procedures against taking any action that could be perceived as interfering with the upcoming presidential election. To his credit, Comey ignored the Department officials’ objections, claiming he had an obligation to keep the Congress and the public informed of any potentially significant new developments in the case.

 

Democrats, who had lavished praise on Comey for his July decision, lashed out at Comey for sending his letter updating Congress. Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid went so far as to make the baseless charge that Comey may have violated the law by informing Congress, because, Reid argued, he appeared to be taking sides in an election. The disgraced former Attorney General Eric Holder, held in contempt of Congress for withholding information relating to the Fast and Furious scandal, said about Comey’s action, “I fear he has unintentionally and negatively affected public trust in both the Justice Department and the FBI. It is up to the director to correct his mistake — not for the sake of a political candidate or campaign but in order to protect our system of justice and best serve the American people.”

 

Since when has Holder been genuinely concerned about protecting our system of justice and best serving the American people? Holder had already contributed to the erosion of public trust, with his blatant politicization of the Obama Department of Justice.  As evidenced by the Obama Department of Justice’s handling of the multiple FBI investigations involving Hillary Clinton, the Department has continued its slide into the muck of corruption. It interfered with both the normal course of criminal investigations and the election by stacking the deck in Hillary’s favor, ensuring that no indictment would occur to derail her path to succeed Obama and preserve his legacy.

 

First, the Department of Justice reportedly refused to empanel a grand jury in either the e-mail case or in connection with the FBI’s investigation of the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play allegations. “The problem here is this investigation was never a real investigation,” former assistant FBI director James Kallstrom said. “That’s the problem. They never had a grand jury empaneled [sic], and the reason they never had a grand jury empanelled, I’m sure, is Loretta Lynch would not go along with that.”

 

Kallstrom’s belief that Lynch acted to influence the results of the FBI probes in Hillary’s favor is buttressed by Lynch’s 30 minute private tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton shortly before FBI Director Comey faced the cameras on July 5th with his exculpatory announcement.

 

Second, at least five immunity agreements were handed out in the e-mail case, including to Hillary’s lawyer and confidante Cheryl Mills and to Platte River Networks’ Paul Combetta.  It appears that Combetta had previously lied to government investigators – a crime in itself – while trying to cover up the fact that he had evidently Bleachbited e-mails to delete them, even though they had been subject to a previously issued Congressional subpoena. The immunity agreements garnered nothing in return, but had the effect of blocking access to the computer devices of the immunity beneficiaries in the FBI’s separate Clinton Foundation investigation.  Apparently, the Department decided against the alternative option of subpoenaing the computer devices or seeking a search warrant, rather than granting useless immunities, in order to obtain any evidence relevant to the e-mail investigation that might have been contained in those devices.

 

Third, the Department and FBI did not conduct their last minute interview of Hillary Clinton under oath and allowed Cheryl Mills – herself a material witness – to sit in during Hillary’s interview. They did not ask pertinent follow-up questions. There was no verbatim transcript of the interview to use in checking the veracity of Hillary’s statements during the interview against her sworn Congressional testimony or her many public statements.

 

Fourth, the Department of Justice reportedly refused to allow the FBI to issue subpoenas to gather more evidence in connection with its investigation of the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play allegations. In fact, senior Department officials reportedly would not authorize a more thorough FBI investigation because they claimed there was not sufficient evidence gathered thus far to justify going further. Such a circular argument was a mere cover to prevent seasoned career investigators from learning the full extent of foreign government donations while Hillary was Secretary of State, their true motivations and any favors extended by the State Department in return.

 

Finally, the cross-connections between the Clintons and some high level Department of Justice and FBI officials cry out for recusal. But not so in this administration. For example, the wife of the deputy FBI director who was involved in the laggard Clinton Foundation investigation, Andrew McCabe, just happened to have received a large donation from close Clinton ally Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe to her 2015 run for the State Senate.

 

To make matters worse, the Obama Department of Justice assigned Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik, a close friend of Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta, to communicate with Congress about what Kadzik promised would be a “thorough” review of the newly discovered e-mails from Anthony Weiner’s online account.

 

Podesta praised Kadzik in an e-mail to an Obama campaign official back in 2008 as a “Fantastic lawyer,” and said about his pal, “Kept me out of jail.” Their history together goes further back than that. During the waning days of Bill Clinton’s presidency, it was Kadzik, then representing the infamous billionaire fugitive Marc Rich, who lobbied Podesta, then serving as Bill Clinton’s chief of staff, for a presidential pardon on his client’s behalf. Kadzik’s lobbying effort, no doubt helped along by contributions to Hillary Clinton’s Senate campaign and to Bill Clinton’s presidential library, paid off. Bill Clinton delivered the requested pardon on his last day in office.

 

Kadzik joined the Department of Justice in April 2013, first as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs, and then as the Principal Deputy. With the Podesta connection intact, Kadzik has served as a highly placed Clinton campaign mole in the Department. An e-mail dated May 19, 2015 from Kadzik to Podesta, released by WikiLeaks, proves the point.  Bearing the subject heading “Heads Up,” Kadzik advised Podesta about upcoming Congressional testimony by the head of the Department’s Civil Division, and about another filing in the Freedom of Information case that would mean “it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.” Podesta forwarded Kadzik’s heads up e-mail to several senior Hillary Clinton campaign officials with the admonition: “Additional chances for mischief.”

 

Exploiting his coordinating role in the re-opened e-mail investigation and contacts with FBI investigators, Kadzik will now be in a position to relay inside information to his pal Podesta and to provide inside information to the Clinton campaign’s supporters in Congress as well.

 

The Clintons manage to turn virtually everything they touch into a cesspool of corruption. The Obama Department of Justice is no exception.

Donald Trump may not be the strong constitutionalist that many conservatives saw in Ted Cruz. Still, we can acknowledge Trump’s abundant flaws, his Big Government Leftist leanings, just as I have done in several columns, and vote for him with a clear conscience, since a corrupt society gave us both Trump and Hillary Clinton. Save the political infighting over “true conservative values” for after the election. We are not responsible for Trump’s shortcomings; but, we can certainly take advantage of his known strengths, as we unify against Hillary Clinton, who is an evil ideologue hell-bent on the abolition of individual and religious liberties, the most corrupt elitist to ever seek the presidency.

 

Hurt feelings or not, the intransigent “never Trump” conservatives appear to be throwing a politically immature toddler-like temper tantrum. Reveling in their false pride, their patriotism questionable, they point to Trump’s assertion he could survive without them, while they endanger our republic by still refusing to vote for Trump, who is the only candidate with a real chance of beating Clinton. They bring Hillary Clinton one vote closer to the White House and the Clinton Foundation ever closer to its next billions in “donations” [bribes] from foreign governments, forcing the Founding Fathers’ edifice ever closer to becoming a banana republic.

 

Morally speaking, everyone, including “never Trump” groups and conservative Democrats, must look at which candidate will preserve human rights, our unalienable rights under the U.S. Constitution. Which candidate will best protect our right to free speech, property ownership, self-defense and life that natural law and reason guarantees all human beings?

 

Hillary Clinton is a political chameleon, changing position as the situation demands __ pro and anti-free trade [TPP], anti and pro-raising the minimum wage and anti and pro-same sex marriage. Her consistent views are shameful. She met with 57 Islamic nations in December of 2012 in New York to discuss how best to induce the Senate and the House to criminalize any criticism of Islam, a blatant attack on free speech. And during her presidential campaign, Clinton has warned abortion opponents moved by faith that their “religious beliefs” would “have to be changed.”

 

On June 21st, 2016, Donald Trump met with hundreds of Christian leaders in New York City [A Conversation with Donald Trump], where he gave extremely encouraging answers to the tough questions posed by nearly 1000 evangelical and Catholic leaders. He pledged to always appoint pro-life, pro-Second Amendment and pro-religious liberty judges and Supreme Court Justices, and he promised to eradicate the 1954 Johnson Amendment, which unconstitutionally silences pastors from the pulpit on issues of the day.

 

Clinton will be a full scale disaster. Along with her pro-Death [abortion] comments, she has already been clear about her intentions to succeed in disarming Americans. She will appoint a fifth Supreme Court Justice to gut the First and Second Amendments. She’ll further cripple our military, and she’ll force American industry to bow to her will through tax ploys and the regulatory infrastructure.

 

Leftist indoctrination of two generations of Americans, through our universities, has moved the Democratic Party far left of many European socialist parties; so much so that Hillary Clinton feels comfortable enough to brazenly suggest that her government will dictate to companies how much employees must be paid. Can you say “unconstitutional”? How about “fascist”?

 

Trump’s proposals to undo the immense tax and regulatory burden on U.S. businesses, the job creators, will bring many old businesses back into the U.S., along with new businesses. Money currently outside the U.S. will return, and the result will be an economy that will benefit all Americans, if they are willing to work.

 

Concerning the Supreme Court, Donald Trump has sought the guidance of the conservative Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation, as he notes that these well respected think tanks have set “the gold standard” on judicial appointments. These think tanks helped him list 11 judges with the judicial temperament and constitutional knowledge that we can expect from any of his potential nominees to any federal court or the Supreme Court.

 

If Hillary Clinton is elected, she’ll bury every one of her and Bill’s secrets and settle old scores with her enemies. Her agenda and the Progressive agenda is at stake, from Uranium One and donors like Gilbert Chougary and advocating unnecessary wars like Libya to Obamacare, the Iran Nuclear Deal and more potential unConstitutional Executive Orders, which is great motivation for the vast left-wing Clinton apparatus to fight to retain the levers of government power.

 

Unlike Obama’s “experts” in the DOJ and the CIA and Hillary’s State Department, Trump takes a more pragmatic approach to governance. He will encourage law enforcement policies that make U.S. cities safe for all regardless of color or ethnicity in opposition to progressive policies of division. He correctly sees the Islamic State as a bigger problem than Assad, where Obama and Hillary failed. He doesn’t mind re-evaluating allegiances that have been taken for granted, and he has castigated U.S. ally Mexico for its lack of border controls and the flood of illegal aliens into America. He has also said that Saudi Arabia would have to do more in the fight against the Islamic State, which would be a significant change from the Saudis’ prominent role in funding terrorism against the West.

 

Hillary Clinton policies vary only slightly from Obama’s. If Obama’s progressive policies had been proper and backed by action over the past seven years, would we now have such racial and ethnic strife in America? Would the Islamic State’s diseased brutality persist? Would America’s middle class be disintegrating? Hillary will give America four more years of Obama’s malaise and defective, negligent, incompetent and treasonous government.

 

I’m not voting for Trump to be my new best friend. I’m voting for him to be the Anti-Hillary. I don’t care if he’s mean and hurts the tender feelings of the fey and fainthearted, or even if he grows fangs and fur every full moon. I know Hillary Clinton is a worse person who would be unrestrained in power and pose a significant chance of plunging America into violence.

 

Donald Trump’s nationalist populism is not the death knell to conservative values that several conservative Christian pundits will have one believe. His current proposed policies will actually serve as a breastwork against all of Obama’s policies and terrible legislative legacy and Hillary’s planned radical destruction. Trump is a strong advocate, by and large, for the GOP platform, which contains mostly traditional conservative positions, and placing Trump in the Oval Office will prevent Hillary Clinton’s undoing of America, the destruction of the U.S. Constitution and America’s transformation into a godless neo-Marxist banana republic.

Hillary is in fact a Much Greater threat in the White House than Trump — if only You look at the two opposing platforms alone. The difference is stark and black and white.

 

A Third Party candidate in America stands absolutely ZERO chance when looking at the numbers, even if they get on all 50 ballots — it’s too little, too late.

 

The reality is that either Hillary or Trump will be president. After considering ALL possible scenarios from domestic to foreign policy, Trump will at least act as a buffer and protect traditional institutions and law i.e. the Bill of Rights (FOR THE MOST PART) — I’ve said time and again that Trump carries a list of difficulties with him, but that is why we have checks and balances — supposedly. So, vote for the BEST Conservative Statesmen You can for both houses.

 

If too many, such as Yourself, stay on the current course you’ve chosen, not only will you find yourselves without enough votes to win anything, but You’ll have ensured the election of Hillary by splitting the “conservative” vote and THUS ENSURING THE CEMENTING OF OBAMA’s POLICIES and THE FINAL COMPLETION OF THE FUNDAMENTAL TRANSFORMATION OF AMERICA INTO A WORLD OF SERFS SURVIVING IN THE LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR OF POVERTY AND TYRANNY.

 

Let Your Conscience Be Your Guide — But at this juncture, in my own learned opinion — You are more wrong than You know.

Honestly answering Mark Alexander’s check list of “Who is more likely to …”, should shake a Never Trumper out of their righteous indignation and principled hubris over Donald Trump’s perceived lack of integrity and at least give him a shot to keep at least some of his promises.

 

If the Donald screws up, how bad could it be compared to the continued dilution of America’s moral fiber and divested Liberty with another four to eight years of a Leftist POTUS?

(Aggravation Alert: I have received a considerable number of objections from fellow Patriots this year complaining either that my analysis of Donald Trump was too hard or too soft. This column is directed at those who believe either one to be true — the #NeverClinton and #NeverTrump folks who plan to abstain or vote for a third-party candidate.)

 

It’s no small irony that the Socialist Democratic Party is hosting its confab in Philadelphia this week, the cradle of Liberty and Rule of Law.

 

On the opening night, Bernie Sanders, the candidate who was narrowly defeated by Clinton thanks to hacked DNC emails indicating they rigged the primary, offered this assessment of the last eight years: “Together, my friends, we have begun a political revolution to transform America, and that revolution — our revolution — continues.”

 

If that sounds familiar, it should. That “political revolution to transform America” would be the fulfillment of Obama’s 2008 campaign promise of “fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

 

On the other hand, Republicans should be debating the re-election of Mitt Romney this year, but we aren’t. Here’s why.

 

Without debating Romney’s merits all over again, the reason that the contest this year is not between Romney/Ryan and Clinton/Kaine is because millions of “faith and values” voters chose to sit it out in 2012. Weeks before the 2012 election, I had a very intelligent young Christian woman ask a question far too typical of evangelicals: “Can you really vote for a Mormon?”

 

Of course, in addition to those evangelicals, there were also millions of principled conservatives who didn’t cast their ballots in 2012, protesting that Romney was a centrist, moderate, Northeastern elitist.

 

So how did that work out?

 

Four more years of Barack Obama’s colossal failures in both domestic and foreign policy.

 

Let’s review.

 

Obama’s domestic policies have been defined by his litany of lies and legacy of scandals, most notably the failure of his so-called “economic recovery” plan; his long list of ObamaCare lies; his IRS Enemies List targeting conservatives; his “Fast and Furious” gun control ploy; the VA death panels cover-up; the immigration crisis on our southern border, and the long-overdue resignation of his corrupt attorney general, Eric Holder.

 

The Obama-Clinton foreign policy malfeasance is unparalleled in American history, including the Benghazi cover-up ahead of the 2012 election; the “Russian Spring” in Crimea; the hollow “Red Line” in the Syrian sand; the Middle East meltdown in Egypt, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Jordan and Gaza; the disintegration of Iraq; the dramatic resurgence of al-Qa’ida; the rise of the Islamic State; and the re-emergence of Iran as the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism, which is now metastasizing into Western Europe and North America.

 

All that being the case, once again, millions of conservatives are reluctant to vote because the choices are the assurance of extending Obama’s disgraceful legacy for four more years under a Clinton regime or the prospect that Donald Trump will prove to be the “lesser of two evils” come January 2017.

 

For value and principle conservatives wrestling with whether to vote for Trump or not at all, political philosophers and moral theologians have written for generations about the “incommensurability in values,” or, in common parlance, choosing between the lesser of two evils.

 

Some of my conservative friends subscribe to the observation of 19th century British theologian Charles Spurgeon, who wrote, “Of two evils, choose neither.” But Spurgeon’s words, as related to evil actions, are taken out of context in reference to civic duty. Of such duties, Spurgeon said, “I would not, however, say … despise the privilege which you have as citizens.”

 

The question of voting for Trump is no quandary for me.

While I understand well the nature of presidential character, and believe both Clinton and Trump fall substantially short of that character, I also understand that the outcome of the November election will not only determine our president for at least the next four years, but also the composition of the Supreme Court for at least the next quarter-century. Think about that before you decide to stay home this year or to cast a “protest vote” for a third-party candidate.

 

On this point, I would state emphatically that those who choose to sit this election out or “choose neither” are making a choice. In fact, I would argue that handing this election to Hillary Clinton is far more evil than choosing the lesser of the two. If you can’t vote for Trump, then at least vote against Clinton. If you can’t vote for Trump, then at least vote for the Supreme Court. And make no mistake: A vote this year for a third-party candidate in any state where the Clinton v Trump contest is close constitutes a vote for Clinton and a third term for Obama. Period.

 

After the conservative congressional advances across the nation in 2010 and 2014, despite the needless presidential loss in 2012, throwing this year’s contest to Clinton would be disastrous.

 

Conservative political analyst Dennis Prager wrote a letter “To My Conservative #NeverTrump Friends,” in which he makes the case for supporting Trump:

 

“The ‘conscience’ argument that one can sleep with a clear conscience by not voting for Trump [asserts] that your conscience is clear after making it possible for Clinton to win. … In the 2016 presidential race, I am not interested in moral purity. I am interested in defeating the left and its party, the Democratic Party. The notion … that we can live with another four years of a Democratic president is, forgive me, mind-boggling. To that end … multiple additional leftists on the Supreme Court, a Republican presidential victory in 2020 would mean nothing. … Left-wing judges pass so many left-wing laws that they render those who control Congress, and even the White House, almost irrelevant. I just don’t understand how anyone who understands the threat the left and the Democrats pose on America will refuse to vote for the only person who can stop them.”

 

(Notably, Prager argues that Trump’s convention speech was not “dark enough.”)

 

Last week, Donald Trump delivered his GOP convention acceptance speech, outlining in the broadest terms what his objectives would be if elected president.

This week, Hillary Clinton will conclude the DNC convention with a similar speech, promising mostly the antithesis of the Trump platform. And it is unlikely that any of her adoring media will highlight her extensive record of incompetence and lawlessness.

In advance of Clinton’s diatribe, we compiled a list of questions for consideration by those who are not yet committed to vote for Trump. Our editors have expanded that list to include the following questions:

 

Who will achieve more with Republicans in Congress?

 

Who will nominate judges for the federal bench and Supreme Court who will uphold Rule of Law?

 

Who is more likely to formulate and enforce stronger foreign policy in an effort to restore America’s standing in the world?

 

Who is more likely to seek to begin rebuilding America’s military might?

 

Who is more likely to implement policies to protect America and the West from catastrophic terrorist attacks?

 

Who is more likely to clearly identify the greatest ideological threat to the West as “Islamic extremism”?

 

Who is more likely to treat our nation’s military personnel and veterans with the dignity and respect they have earned?

 

Who is more likely to enforce immigration laws and protect American borders?

 

Who is more likely to support the Second Amendment?

 

Who is more likely to reduce taxes?

 

Who is more likely to balance a budget?

 

Who is more likely to address our ruinous national debt?

 

Who is more likely to be a better communicator of free market principles?

 

Who is more likely to reduce oppressive central government regulations?

I’m sure you can add to this list, and I’m equally sure that Trump will fare better across the board than Clinton.

 

In her convention remarks, Michelle Obama declared, “This election … is about who will have the power to shape our children for the next four or eight years of their lives.” Indeed it is, and well into the next generation. Will our children and their children fare better with leadership from Democrats on the Left or Republicans on the Right?

 

So to my fellow conservatives who don’t plan to vote in 2016, I ask the following: What will our nation look like in 2020? How about 2030?

 

I ask this question not only as a citizen and fellow Patriot, but also as one who, like many other Patriots, has family blood on the line in this election. As the father of a young Marine who is bound by oath to “Support and Defend” our Constitution, I am, like so many of you, deeply concerned about who will be our next commander in chief.

 

The last seven years have been very demoralizing for those of us who are in the trenches every day advocating for Liberty. But take heart. While Liberty is eternal, the contest to maintain its beacon of freedom is also eternal, and sitting this election out or voting for a third-party candidate in a closely contested state only makes that contest more difficult.

 

Finally, the Demos are very divided. Let’s finish them off. Hillary Clinton is a deeply flawed status quo candidate in an election year for change. My advice to anyone who hasn’t yet committed to vote for Trump and the Supreme Court, or at least vote against Clinton: Embrace the suck. Just do it, and convince everyone you know to do the same.

Genetically modified material sounds a little bit like science fiction territory, but in reality, much of what we eat on a daily basis is a genetically modified organism (GMO). Whether or not these modified foods are actually healthy is still up for debate — and many times, you don’t even know that you are buying something genetically modified.

 

It is not required to label GMOs in the U.S. and Canada, but there are substantial restrictions, and even outright bans, on GMOs in many other countries.

 

However, by 2018, Whole Foods Market will start labeling GMOs in the U.S. This grocery chains’ locations in Britain already provide GMO labeled products, as required by the European Union. According to the EU, GMO refers to plants and animals “in which the genetic material has been altered in a way that does not occur naturally by mating and/or natural recombination.”

Almost 85 perecent (sic) of corn grown in the U.S. is genetically modified. Even Whole Foods’s brand of corn flakes was found to contain genetically modified corn. Many producers modify corn and soy so they are resistant to the herbicide glyphosate, which is used to kill weeds.

Soy is the most heavily genetically modified food in the country. China has returned 12 shipments of genetically modified US corn which violate China’s rules on GM products. 545-thousand tonnes of MIR162 genetically modified corn were returned. MIR162 is a variety of insect-resistant transgenic corn and hasn’t been authorized by China’s Agriculture Ministry. China’s quality authority has urged the United States to improve its inspection procedures to ensure that they comply with Chinese quality standards.

Billions of chickens around the world suffer in the intensive farming systems every year. Broilers chickens have been selectively bred and genetically modified so that they are reared quickly and cheaply to have enough meat to fulfill demand. Most these chickens suffer from painful lameness and disease related to their growth rates.

 

Intensification of the broiler chicken industry started in the late 1950’s, when the use of ‘dual purpose’ chickens for egg and meat production ceased and new poultry strains were produced specifically for meat production.

For example, in 1950, well under 50 million commercial broiler chickens were raised commercially, and now that number is well into the billions. When Kentucky Fried Chicken stores opened in the 1970s, production of these chickens skyrocketed over 40%.

The result of the narrowly focused breeding programs has been a bird which grows twice or three times as fast as a normal chicken and converts its food into meat in a much more efficient way. Most are raised under intensive systems and reach slaughter weight at 5-7 weeks of age. As a consequence the price of chicken meat has declined and consumption has risen several fold.

Intensive Selective Breeding

Over 50 years ago it took 98 days for a chicken to grow to 1.6kg. By 1986, due to selective breeding, it only took 37 days. Baby birds, who still chirp and have soft feathers, have the bodies of adult birds. This unnatural growth rate puts enormous pressure on the heart and immature skeleton and is the cause of many health problems.

Judge claims DHS delivering smuggled children to illegal immigrant parents

A federal judge in Texas is accusing the Department of Homeland Security of hand-delivering children smuggled into the United States to their illegal immigrant parents.

 

U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen revealed the practice in a blistering court order filed late last week. He said the “dangerous” practice is effectively aiding human traffickers and particularly the drug cartels, which run many of these operations.

 

“These actions are both dangerous and unconscionable,” he wrote.

 

The judge attempted to lift the curtain on what is happening behind the scenes of the Obama administration’s changing approach to immigration enforcement. It has been well-documented that DHS is allowing some illegal immigrants already inside the country to skirt deportation, and particularly those who came to the U.S. as children.

 

But the “conspiracy” outlined by Hanen would take that controversial policy a big step further. He detailed the case of an illegal immigrant parent in Virginia, but used that as an entry point to describe what he suggested was a broader program.

 

Hanen claimed that, in more than one case before his court, immigration officials are arresting human traffickers smuggling children into the U.S. — and then “delivering the minors to the custody of the parent illegally living in the United States.”

Pay no attention to the the Obama and Bush administration cheerleaders. The federal rescue of GM, along with the TARP in general, serves as an example of everything wrong with Washington.

 

The TARP was little more than a transfer of losses from inept corporations to the taxpayer, mistaking the redistribution of losses with their avoidance.

 

Let’s start with the easy part: The taxpayer is projected to take a loss of more than $20 billion on two of the TARP programs. About half of that loss is from the $50 billion GM bailout; the remainder is largely the result of various failed housing assistance programs.

 

It didn’t have to be this way. When GM entered bankruptcy, the creditors should have taken their losses, and the company could have been reorganized at no cost to taxpayers. The same is true of the banks. A conversion of debt to equity would have recapitalized the banks at no cost to the taxpayer. Any upside would have been shared with the creditors.

 

We were repeatedly told, however, that the only choices were bailout or liquidate. GM, among others, proved that a false choice. Just as many of us have flown on bankrupt airlines, banks and automakers could have been operated in a reorganization.

As if out of a Charles Dickens novel, people struggling to pay overdue fines and fees associated with court costs for even the simplest traffic infractions are being thrown in jail across the United States.

 

Critics are calling the practice the new “debtors’ prison” — referring to the jails that flourished in the U.S. and Western Europe over 150 years ago. Before the time of bankruptcy laws and social safety nets, poor folks and ruined business owners were locked up until their debts were paid off.

 

Reforms eventually outlawed the practice. But groups like the Brennan Center for Justice and the American Civil Liberties Union say it’s been reborn in local courts which may not be aware it’s against the law to send indigent people to jail over unpaid fines and fees — or they just haven’t been called on it until now.

 

The Brennan Center for Justice at New York University’s School of Law released a “Tool Kit for Action” in 2012 that broke down the cost to municipalities to jail debtors in comparison with the amount of old debt it was collecting. It doesn’t look like a bargain. For example, according to the report, Mecklenburg County, N.C., collected $33,476 in debts in 2009, but spent $40,000 jailing 246 debtors — a loss of $6,524.

The question would seem absurd if it were not for a 308-page report on the NSA that was released on Dec. 12 by an official White House panel. Recommendation 31, “Institutional Measures for Cyberspace,” on page 37 and repeated on page 221 reads:

According To The IMF  in a “White Paper” just release at the end of December 2013, warns much of the Western world will require defaults, a “savings tax” and “higher inflation” to clear the way for Western Economic recovery as debt levels reach a 200-year high. The IMF working paper states that debt burdens in developed nations have become extreme by any historical measure and will require a wave of haircuts, either negotiated 1930s-style write-offs or the standard mix of measures used by the IMF in its “toolkit” for emerging market blow-ups. This would mean that America’s low income and middle class would feel the financial pain the most, as they did during the Great Depression.

 

“The sheer magnitude of the problem suggests that restructuring will be needed, for example, in the periphery of Europe, far beyond anything discussed in public to this point,” said the paper, by Harvard professors Carmen Reinhart and Kenneth Rogoff.  How will the public react now that the IMF has made public their “White Paper” that announces the coming 1930′s style depression that lies ahead?

 

The IMF white paper said policy elites in the West still are still clinging to the illusion that rich countries are different from poorer regions and can therefore chip away at their debts with a blend of austerity cuts, growth, and tinkering (“forbearance”). But history reveals that this simply is not true.

 

The presumption is that advanced economies “do not resort to such gimmicks” such as debt restructuring and repression, which would “give up hard-earned credibility” and throw the economy into a “vicious circle”. (Depression)

Obama’s entire Domestic and Foreign Policy is conducted in such a way to squelch Conservative opposition and to hide Obama Leftist idiocy from voters so that they are deceived into believing Obama is a benevolent leader for America’s poor and multiculturalists insisting in maintaining a non-American culture rather than assimilating as past immigrants had done.

 

I was horribly disappointed that Sarah Palin did not run for President in 2012; however in hindsight she made the correct decision. Clearly the Establishment Republicans that run the Party apparatus were NOT about to give any help to Tea Party Conservatives that might rock the Establishment boat or made a verbal glitch like Todd Akin in Missouri. Akin led in the polls against incumbent Democrat Claire McCaskill until the Leftists made an issue about Akin’s thoughts on abortion and rape. Akin fell for the trap when he believed unverified info that rape victims’ biology claims up from being impregnated by a rapist. Instead of coming to Akin’s aid with a viable PR effort the Republican Establishment threw Akin under the bus and agreed with the Dem Party narrative against Akin. The result was a poll leading Akin was defeated in a huge way by incumbent Claire McCaskill.

 

I am convinced Establishment Republicans told Sarah they wanted a candidate that portrayed an image of being a Moderate. Hence Center-Left Mormon Mitt Romney was practically given the Yellow Brick Road to the GOP nomination while Palin saw this handwriting on the wall and Conservatives like Michele Bachmann were disdained and former Senator Rick Santorum, Speaker Newt Gingrich and businessman Herman Cain that had Conservative trappings but a bit of some Left Wing baggage or in the case of Cain of personal scandal were cut out so that Establishment friendly Romney won the nomination.

 

Let us pray that Sarah Palin reenters public life hopefully as a Senator. Any mud thrown her way this time can be repulsed by simply saying, “Look at the corruption of the Obama Administration that many Republicans warned about AND you are still trying to defame me?” Like who was the idiot and the liar? It definitely was not Sarah Palin!

 

I have read many draft Palin for the Senate articles and I have even signed at least one petition urging Palin to run for the Senate. Below is an article from Lloyd Marcus urging Palin to run for Office sent to me as an email but is a post on the Tea Party Nation.

The Gladiator: Sarah Palin We Need You Back in the Arena.

Hello, calling Sarah Palin! Has anyone seen her? Where is she? Has Sarah Palin left the building? Is the Palin magic gone forever? No. The Palin charisma and mass appeal is still alive and well.

 

Certain people are born gifted with “It”; something that compels you to watch them. Sarah Palin is one such individual. Though politically tarred, feathered and run out of town on a rail by the Left and a few spineless Republicans, I pray for the day when my favorite gladiator Sarah Palin returns to the arena.

 

Unquestionably, the vitriolic attacks on Palin and her family, the betrayals by Republicans and associates left Palin severely wounded. Who among us could endure and survive the full weight of the MSM launched to destroy you? It is quite understandable and reasonable if Palin were to say, Forget this. Todd and I are goin’ fishin’.

 

But, the Bible says to whom much is given, much is required. While Palin has not reported seeing a burning bush, I believe Sarah Palin has been called for such a time as this. I pray she will feel lead to return to Rome (Washington DC) to fight in the arena. At the moment, there is no one in the national arena who inspires the masses to follow and act on their convictions in mass like Palin.

 

Please allow me to re-share my personal testimony of the “Palin Effect”. With Sarah Palin as the keynote speaker, Tea Party Express launched one of it’s tours in Searchlight, NV, a small dust bowl town. Twenty-five thousand people showed up, RVs parked everywhere because many arrived days early to stake out their spot.

 

From inside our Tea Party Express tour bus as we approached the site, I saw seniors parked a mile away making their way to the event using walkers. It gave me goosebumps. Obviously, this woman, Sarah Palin, represented the America they loved and feared was slipping away.

 

Despite all of the scandals, lies, outrageous government overreaches and abuses of our civil liberties under this administration, Obama still gets a pass in the minds of far too many ill-informed Americans. Decades of dumbing down students have produced exactly what the Left wants, sheep totally dependent on government – clueless regarding U.S. History and the cost and value of freedom.

 

So, Obama can ignore the Constitution and do whatever he pleases as long as the food stamps, disability checks, welfare checks and free phones keep coming. Under Obama, an unprecedented half of the country is eating, talking on their phones and driving without working for it – a Democratic party dream come true.

 

I asked friends at dinner, “How did Ronald Reagan win in a landslide touting Conservatism? Jerry Falwell and his Moral Majority was said to have figured in the mix. Americans, for the most part, are a moral and just people. I believe Reagan touting values which spoke to the hearts and minds of decent people is what inspired Americans to be all they could be.

 

I was a 20 something year old black kid from the East Baltimore projects back then. I knew nothing about politics. All I knew was that every-time I heard President Reagan speak, I felt good about my country and myself. Reagan made me feel I could achieve and contribute to this wonderful country in which I was blessed to be born called America.

 

Where are the voices inspiring folks to love and contribute to the greatness of their country? I know, I know. Such talk sounds corny and naïve today. In Obama’s America, signing up for government assistance and approving of government confiscating the earnings of high achievers for redistribution is the new definition of compassion and patriotism.

 

Even being proud of our country is now considered to be a bad thing under Obama. When outside of the U.S. Obama continuously apologizes for who we are – furthering the narrative that the world has too little because we have too much. Amazingly, Reagan saw this mindset coming and warned us.

 

We need a hero folks – someone willing to stand up for America, boldly waving our flag and touting the virtues of hard work, self-reliance, family, God and country. I believe Sarah Palin can pull it off.

 

Reading my own words sound a bit corny even to me. Folks, have we become so cynical, so tainted that asking Americans to strive for goodness and righteousness rather than becoming permanent government welfare recipients is an outdated impossible dream of the past?

 

Sarah Palin, please come back. Run for office. We long to cheer you on as our gladiator in the arena.
