President Trump called on Attorney General Barr to indict Obama and Biden in connection with the Russia investigation.]

The President has also publicly urged Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to release more of Clinton’s emails in an attempt to be more aggressive in running Barack Obama, Joe Biden, James Comey, John Brennan and many other deep state traitors to ground, who actively engaged in a criminal conspiracy to overthrow a duly elected president of the United States of America, and just today (October 9th) Pompeo, in fact, told Fox News that he would be doing just so in the coming weeks.

Reported by Brooke Singman for Fox News on October 6th, handwritten notes were taken by Brennan after he briefed Obama on the scheme. This was a scheme Obama not only embraced but kept going through his administration’s abuse of FISA Warrants and unmasking of Trump loyalists.

This information was released after Ratcliffe informed the Senate Judiciary Committee that U.S. intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral on Clinton on September 7th 2016, regarding her stamp of approval on “a plan concerning U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russia hackers hampering elections” in order to hurt Trump and turn the public eye away from the investigation into her email scandal.

One part of Brennan’s notes read: “We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from (REDACTED). CITE (summarizing) alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.”

Also in [JOS] the notes, one finds items implicating then-FBI Director James Comey, National Security Advisor Susan Rice and Obama Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, through the simple scribbling of “JC”, “Susan” and “Denis”.

Throughout the recent Senate Judiciary Hearing, James Comey continuously pleaded ignorance of the referral saying it didn’t “ring any bells” and didn’t “sound familiar”.

In a clip from [JOS] Sunday Morning Futures on October 4th, Representative Devin Nunes, the highest ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, said: “The documents that are underlying what we now have seen, I have only seen a few of those — they’re smoking guns. That information definitely needs to be made available to the American public” — as he also declared quite emphatically — “Every Republican senator and member of Congress should be saying … we want every damn bit of evidence that every intelligence agency has or maybe it’s time to shut those agencies down.”

The plot thickens once one discovers that the entire approval of this scheme came implicitly from Obama and Biden himself, who also suggested using the Logan Act against Trump’s pick for DNI, General Michael Flynn, and their infiltration of the 2016 Presidential Campaign itself set up the machinations needed for their Soft Coup, in the “unlikely event”, in their minds, that Trump should actually win. Part of this scheme required getting Gina Haspel, who was at the time the head of the CIA London office, on board with the operation, since the FBI needed to fabricate a foreign counterintelligence “event” in order to pretend this operation was remotely legal. And this is the reason that all America now witnesses Haspel refusing to release documents from the CIA that have bearing on this, since she would have to reveal her own involvement and acts of treason.

One should keep a close eye on any new developments inside the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, especially if focus bears down on ranking member Mark Warner (D-VA) and the fact that he acted very aggressively to disseminate the Steele Dossier disinformation, between 2016 and 2017, in cooperation with The Democracy Integrity Project, a George Soros funded organization, that was overseen and operated by Dan Jones, chief of staff to Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA), and Adam Waldman, a go between for Christopher Steele and Warner. And it is far from insignificant that Waldman was also a lobbyist, raking in $40,000 a month, who worked for Oleg Deripaska, a Russian billionaire and Clinton Foundation donor, to the tune of at least one million dollars. How curious it is to also discover that Deripaska also employed Christopher Steele as a disinformation errand boy. Untangling this one will be like untangling a nest of water moccasins after a spring thaw.

[Blog Editor: The Russian Deripaska connection to Christopher Steele is significantly disturbing, but it sounds to me Deripaska might have been in the beginning stages of grooming Paul Manafort via greed/blackmail to be a Russian mole. We may never know because the Trump-hate team prosecutors headed by corrupt Mueller convicted Manafort on unrelated-to-Trump tax crimes:

 

 

The United States Department of Justice must accelerate its investigations and start taking real action against those known plotters of the ongoing coup attempt against President Trump, slowing down not one iota, since its current unraveling of the plot is providing the smoking guns that exhibit many people, within the Obama administration, were active parties in its planning and implementation. Even before President Trump authorized the declassification, ample evidence was on display that suggested the guilt of many high officials throughout the Obama administration, and many others who were held over into the Trump administration.

Speaking with Rush Limbaugh on October 9th, President Trump stated he was unaware that U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr wouldn’t be releasing the findings from the Durham Investigation before November 3rd, and he added that if this was in fact the case, he would “be very disappointed in him”.

In an October 8th interview with Fox Business host, Maria Bartiromo, President Trump stated [via transcript]: “These are people that spied on my campaign, and we have everything. Now they (the DOJ) say they have much more, OK. And I say, ‘Bill, we got plenty, you don’t need anymore.’ … (Later adding) … To be honest, Bill Barr is going to go down as either the greatest attorney general in the history of the country or he’s going to go down as, you know, a very sad situation. Unless Bill Barr indicts these people for crimes … then we’re going to get little satisfaction unless I win. But these people should be indicted; this was the greatest political crime in the history of our country. And that includes Obama and it includes Biden.”

An abundance of evidence released this past week quite incontrovertibly proves that everybody in Obama’s executive branch was fully aware that the Russia Gambit was a Hillary campaign ploy, and they still went along with it and weaponized their respective offices into the scheme, as they assumed Clinton couldn’t lose and they would never be exposed for the traitors to America they most certainly are.

But, Hillary lost and the ship is sinking, taking along all its red, radical Democratic Party communist rats, squeaking and squealing in desperation shown in all their actions that have unfolded over the past three years. But this is only a small part of their overall operation, exhibited by their unified operations state by state to exert lockdowns, gun control and all manner of suppression of our Bill of Rights, and no one should believe that the Democratic Reds’ reign of terror will end with the end of this saga, whatever its ignominious end. And in the meantime, conservative America reviles and castigates Jim Comey and his perfidious sedition, as he testifies to Congress, braying out, “I can’t recall” on very nearly every question.

Ratcliffe’s information arrives in the wake of many publications and a ream of documents unsealed last month that reveal FBI agents on the Trump-Russia probe acquired professional liability insurance, worried their investigation had crossed legal lines, and President Trump has received this news, as further proof of their culpability and involvement in a “coup” against him. Worried hell. They know, and any backwoods fool knows, that they broke numerous federal laws. Whatever the case is finally proven to be, somehow it seems most unlikely that professional liability insurance is going to shield anyone from the consequences of their acts of treason against a sitting president and the United States of America.

The snakes are being flushed from their dens. There’s a price one pays, when one participates in a coup and betrays one’s country.

However, with twenty-some-odd days left before Election Day, unfortunate as it is, unless everything is declassified immediately and placed in front of the American public, it’s highly likely that the deep state’s gambit of dragging its heels and sitting on the information, or releasing heavily redacted copies, will be rewarded with them escaping the justice and the gallows or firing squad. Trump is full well within his rights and authority to move Heaven and Earth and all the legal firepower he holds to have his staff walk into the FBI and the CIA and clear out their files, to preserve the records and all the evidence of treason, before they disappear. Short of this, these traitors and this Deep State cabal will have gotten away with the greatest crime in American history.

Numerous smoking guns and reams of readily seen solid facts and evidence, both first hand and circumstantial, prove beyond any shadow of doubt that Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, Susan Rice, James Clapper, Samantha Power and hundreds more across several federal agencies actively engaged in a criminal conspiracy to oust President Trump by criminal means and overthrow the U.S. republic itself. And, despite all the other assaults America is currently suffering from the Democratic Party Communists, such as Representative Nancy Pelosi ludicrously seeking to invoke the 25th Amendment against President Trump, this administration still must bring these traitors to their oaths, the Constitution and America to justice. Once all the evidence is in front of the people, it most assuredly should result in the conviction of these anti-American slugs, but these aren’t normal times anymore. Still, once all the evidence has proven to be fact and the truth, every traitor who took part in this operation must be prosecuted and imprisoned for life or executed, depending on their level of involvement.

After all of this, if no one is hoisted on the Hanging Tree, or at least thrown in a prison cell, all America will understand that there really isn’t any “rule of law” in America any longer, and it will serve to hasten our descent into civil war, as the enemies of America in the Democratic Party continue to commit treason against America with impunity and trample the Bill of Rights at will, each time power rests in their hands.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that U.S. District Court Judge Christopher Cooper ordered the FBI to conduct a search within 60 days for records of communications with former British spy and dossier author Christopher Steele post-dating Steele’s service as an FBI confidential source. In ordering the supplemental search for records, Judge Cooper held:

[T]he potential for illuminating the FBI’s activities is not too difficult to discern. Communications post-dating Steele’s time as an informant might reveal a great deal about why the FBI developed him as a CHS [confidential human source], his performance as a CHS, and why the FBI opted to terminate its relationship with him. Those records might either bolster or weaken Steele’s credibility as a source. That information, in turn, could provide a basis on which to evaluate the FBI’s performance of its law-enforcement duties, including its judgment in selecting and relying on confidential sources, especially in connection with such a politically sensitive subject. Of course, the records Judicial Watch speculates about might not even exist—and even if they do, they may not reveal anything significant about the FBI’s operations. But that they might do so makes them a matter of potential public interest.

The court ruling came in the Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for records of communications and payments between the FBI, Christopher Steele and his private firm, Orbis Business Intelligence (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice) (No. 1:17-cv-00916)). The lawsuit seeks:

 

  • All records of communications between any official, employee, or representative of the FBI and Mr. Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer and the owner of the private firm Orbis Business Intelligence.

 

  • All records related to the proposed, planned, or actual payment of any funds to Mr. Steele and/or Orbis Business Intelligence.

 

  • All records produced in preparation for, during, or pursuant to any meetings or telephonic conversations between any official, employee, or representative of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Mr. Christopher Steele and/or any employee or representative of Orbis Business Intelligence.

 

The court initially ruled in favor of a DOJ “Glomar” response to Judicial Watch’s March 8, 2017, FOIA request stating that it could “neither confirm nor deny the existence of records responsive to [Judicial Watch’s] request.” On March 26, 2018, subsequent to the declassification of records revealing Steele’s role as an FBI informant and his firing by the FBI in November 2016, the court reopened the case at Judicial Watch’s request. The FBI, however, continued refusing to search for records post-dating Steele’s dismissal, contending that any records discovered would be exempt from disclosure on privacy grounds.

In Friday’s ruling, Judge Cooper held that, on balance, any privacy interests Steele may have in keeping the documents secret are outweighed by the public’s interest in disclosure:

 

Steele’s privacy interests are far different from those courts usually consider under Exemption 7(C), where disclosure would make public for the first time an individual’s affiliation with law enforcement, whether as agent, cooperator, or target… The balance therefore tilts in favor of disclosure. Accordingly, the Court will order the FBI to conduct a search for records post-dating Steele’s service as a confidential source.

 

“The court was right to turn aside the FBI’s fake concerns for Clinton spy Christopher Steele’s privacy and order the agency to search for more records on its use of Steele and his Dossier to target President Trump,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “That the FBI is still protecting Christopher Steele and the Clinton spy ring at Fusion GPS should tell you there is much more corruption to be exposed in the coup efforts against President Trump.”

Documents previously produced in this lawsuit show that the FBI paid Steele at least 11 times during the 2016 presidential campaign and then fired him for leaking.

Judicial Watch also uncovered smoking gun documents showing that former Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr remained in regular contact with Steele after Steele was terminated by the FBI in November 2016 for revealing to the media his position as an FBI confidential informant.

Through another FOIA lawsuit, Judicial Watch obtained emails of Bruce Ohr discussing information obtained through his wife Nellie, which he passed on to the FBI. The information contained anti-Trump dossier materials, including a spreadsheet that tries to link President Trump to dozens of Russians. These Justice Department documents also contain Russia-related emails sent from Nellie Ohr to high-ranking DOJ official Lisa Holtyn during the period Ohr worked with anti-Trump firm Fusion GPS, which contracted with Steele to create the Trump Dossier. Holtyn at the time was a top aide to Bruce Ohr.

Judicial later acquired FBI 302 interview forms of Bruce Ohr’s reporting information he received from Steele to his FBI handlers.

Judicial Watch additionally uncovered documents from the U.S. Department of State revealing that State Department “Special Coordinator for Libya” Jonathan Winer played a key role in facilitating Steele’s access to other top government officials and prominent international business executives.

One day before the FBI launched its Trump-Russia investigation, Sovietophile academic Nellie Ohr, wife of DOJ boss Bruce Ohr and an employee of Fusion GPS, met with former British spy Christopher Steele. The upper reaches of the FBI and DOJ – Ohr, McCabe, Comey, Strzok, Page and such – have drawn the most attention in the fake Russia collusion story. It now emerges that the elusive Steele also deployed collaborators at the U.S. Department of State.

 

As 43 pages of documents obtained by Judicial Watch explain, “State Department ‘Special Coordinator for Libya’ Jonathan Winer played a key role in facilitating dossier author Christopher Steele’s access to other top government officials,” and “prominent international business executives.”

 

According to the Middle East Institute, Jonathan M. Winer was “deputy assistant secretary of state for international law enforcement, and counsel to United States Senator John Kerry.” Winer has written and lectured widely on, among other things, “corruption, and U.S.-Russia issues,” which seems somewhat removed from the Yale alum’s background.

 

In November of 2014, Winer sought to hook up Steele with Nelson Cunningham, president of McLarty Associates, a consulting firm co-founded by former Clinton White House Counselor Thomas ‘Mack’ McLarty. Winer’s email describes Steele as “an old friend of mine,” and “a former senior British intelligence officer focusing on former Soviet Union with a number of US and European private sector clients these days…”

 

In November of 2014, Winer “openly acts as a liaison for Steele,” attempting to set up meetings for “Chris” and referencing “Three Orbis Reports” in the subject line of the email. That same month Winer set up Steele with Ariuna Namsrai of ACPO “one of the world’s leading advisory and advocacy communications consultancies.”

 

Jumping ahead to January of 2017, movie producer Eric Hamburg forwards an article on the Steele dossier to Winer, proclaiming “Let’s do a movie about this!” Hamburg is the producer of the 1995 Nixon, starring Anthony Hopkins and directed by Oliver Stone. As it happens, Hamburg’s IMDB profile shows him posing with Hillary Clinton.

 

In February of 2018, Winer wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post claiming that Steele told him in 2016 he had “learned of disturbing information regarding possible ties between Donald Trump, his campaign and senior Russian officials.” Steele and Clinton factotum Sidney Blumenthal approached Winer with “separate dossiers.” No word whether the DNC also paid for Blumenthal’s dossier and whether his high concept featured any Russian whores urinating on a bed. Scenarios like that doubtless had Eric Hamburg panting to produce a movie.

 

“These documents show that Fusion GPS and Clinton spy Christopher Steele had a close relationship with the Obama State Department,” said a statement from Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton. “The State Department under John Kerry is emerging as another center of the Spygate conspiracy against President Trump.” That should come as no surprise.

 

Kerry once testified that U.S. actions in Vietnam were “reminiscent of Genghis Khan.” Kerry said the 2015 Charlie Hebdo terrorist attack in France had a “sort of particularized focus and perhaps even a legitimacy” and “a rationale that you could attach yourself to.” Kerry described the terrorist attack as obscurantisme, which even in French fell a bit short. The performance prompted Sen. John McCain to call Kerry, “the most inept secretary of state, certainly in my lifetime.” And when no longer Secretary of State, Kerry still acted like one.

 

After President Trump nixed the Iran deal, Kerry duly showed up in Iran for back-channel talks. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo blasted Kerry for “actively undermining” administration’s policy toward the Islamic Republic.

 

For his part, Jonathan Winer was a State Department “Special Coordinator” for Libya, but what he managed to coordinate there remains unclear. For Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the murder of four Americans was all about some internet video, and after all, what did it matter?

 

As the State Department emails obtained by Judicial Watch show, Jonathan Winer was, in effect, Steele’s personal agent with the State Department, the Clinton propaganda machine, and even the entertainment industry. So Winer qualifies as an associate producer of the Russia collusion show, which the Democrat-media axis shows no sign of abandoning. It’s the biggest production on the left since Barry Soetoro teamed with David Axelrod on Dreams from My Father, which official biographer David Garrow called a novel, and the author a “composite character.”

 

Meanwhile, Attorney General William Barr is aiming at a broad-based, multifaceted investigation of the Russia collusion story’s origins. As other emails obtained by Judicial Watch reveal, the DOJ’s Bruce Ohr, Nellie’s husband, grabbed bonuses while that was going on, and bagged a pay raise after he lost his job as Associate Deputy Attorney General.

 

Prosecutor John Durham should find out if that was a reward for the Ohrs’ role in the illicit targeting of President Trump. In similar style, Durham might have a look at State Department records, and what they reveal about the multifaceted Jonathan Winer.

 

Curious observers might note that the State Department did not volunteer the material about Winer’s connections with Christopher Steele. Likewise, no congressional committee and nobody in the establishment media came up with the documents. The revelation resulted from legal action by Judicial Watch, whose motto is “because no one is above the law!” Other pertinent Judicial Watch revelations can be found at this link.

Brennan’s Treachery Comes Full Circle


Adina Kutnicki takes a look at former CIA Director John Brennan. Kutnicki asserts the unsurprising to Conservatives about Brennan; viz., liar and criminal. Of course the Kutnicki rundown implicates other crooked Dems but Brennan is the focus.

 

Amidst the Kutnicki examination are three videos. The first is an interview with John Guandolo talking of Brennan clandestinely converting to Islam. The second video is a little over an hour long and posted May 13, 2019. The second video’s theme is that Brennan will be imminently indicted for treason-related crimes and pedophilia. As to the second, we’ve all heard these notices of impending actions in the past and if you are like me – I’ll believe it when I see it (really ONLY the first 1/3 of the hour is relevant – the rest money making ads). The third video is a Fox News/Catherine Herridge report (posted 5/15/19) implicating Brennan, Comey and Clapper in pushing unverified Steele Dossier knowing the info was unsubstantiated.

 

I so much hope Kutnicki’s gleanings ring true even though I am maintaining a wait-and-see attitude for actual verification.

“The Shepherd Boy And The Wolf”, a classic short story, is often taught to junior and senior high school students to illustrate the importance, relevance, and contextual framework of morality. Its overall basis breaks down thusly: “once a liar, always a liar.” Similarly, “once a crook, always a crook” should be considered a comparative axiom; an extrapolation thereof. Bare bones lessons in morality.

 

AS such, it is hardly a shock that John Brennan, a serial liar with a monstrous size crooked bent, continues to be exposed at these pages. In fact, he made his debut (alongside HUSSEIN Obama, and the equally lying and criminally bent, Hill) in January 2013 – a mere few months after this site’s inception. That fast. Not for nothing.

The infamous Steele Dossier used by the Dems to try to frame President Trump for working with the Russians to steal the 2016 from Crooked Hillary did have an author who claims he had sources. The author or at least compiler is British former MI6 agent Christopher Steele – hence the most used appellation of the Steele Dossier.

 

So, did Steele merely create a work of fiction to villainize an American he didn’t like? Did Steele have a source (or sources) framework to construct the dossier that was and is unverified? AND if those sources exist, how reliable are they?

 

Chuck Ross writing for the Daily Caller some how has discovered potential sources via notes taken by State Department official Kathleen Kavalec. Accordingly the sources she noted were high level Russian Intelligence personnel.

 

These Russians are KNOWN individuals to Americans in government who care or watch what the Russians are doing. The chief implication Ross brings across is these Russian Intelligence individuals peddled disinformation to Trump-hater Steele.

 

My guess is Dem Trump-haters desired to believe the disinformation so badly, they observed at best the data was factual. AT WORST these Dem Trump-haters cared little about accuracy and colluded directly with Steele and perhaps indirectly colluded with Russians to frame Trump to first win 2016 for Crooked Hillary and/or failing the objective then impeach President Trump.

 

Of course my narrative is speculation. Time will tell how close my speculation is. I am willing to bet that “time” will show I am pretty darn close.

 

I’ll mention the names of those Russian Intelligences sources, but my guess you’ll never remember those hard to pronounce names even if those names begin to circulate among the Leftist Mainstream Media: Vyacheslav Trubnikov and Vladislav Surkov.

  • Christopher Steele told a State Department official a former Russian spy chief and a top Kremlin adviser were involved in an operation to collect compromising information on Donald Trump.
  • The State Department official’s notes also indicate Steele claimed the Russians, Vyacheslav Trubnikov and Vladislav Surkov, were “sources” for the dossier.
  • There is no evidence the compromising material mentioned in the dossier actually exists, raising questions about whether Steele was given disinformation.
  • Trubnikov, the former head of the SVR, also has links to Stefan Halper, an FBI informant who had contact with the Trump campaign.

 

Dossier author Christopher Steele identified a former Russian spy chief and a top adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin as being involved in handling potentially compromising information about President Donald Trump, State Department notes show.

 

In her notes, State Department official Kathleen Kavalec also referred to the two Russians — former Russian foreign intelligence chief Vyacheslav Trubnikov and Putin aide Vladislav Surkov — as “sources.”

 

The references to Trubnikov and Surkov, which have not previously been reported, are not definitive proof that either were sources for Steele’s dossier or that they were involved in an effort to collect blackmail material on Trump.

 

But the notes are significant because they are the first government documents that show Steele discussing potential sources for the information in his dossier, which the former MI6 officer provided to the FBI.

 

Trubnikov also has links to Stefan Halper, an FBI informant who collected information from Trump campaign aides George Papadopoulos and Carter Page. Halper arranged for Trubnikov to visit intelligence seminars at the University of Cambridge in 2012 and 2015. He also tapped Trubnikov to contribute to a Pentagon study published in 2015.

Kavalec took the notes during an Oct. 11, 2016, meeting with Steele at State Department headquarters. The documents, which were released earlier in May by Citizens United and first reported on by The Hill, show Steele laid out many of the same allegations about Trump and his advisers that are found in the infamous dossier.

 

The notes contain several inaccuracies, including that Russia was running operations out of its consulate in Miami. As Kavalec pointed out, Russia does not have a consulate in Miami.

 

Trubnikov and Surkov are not identified by name in Steele’s dossier, which the FBI used as part of its investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. But the information that the former British spy attributed to the two Russians involves the dossier’s most salacious allegation: that the Russian government had sexually compromising material on Trump.

 

Kavalec’s notes said Steele claimed Trump was “filmed engaged in compromising activities” with Russian prostitutes in 2013, but that “the Russians have not needed to use the ‘kompromat’ on [Trump] as he was already in cooperation.”

 

Steele, who operates a private intelligence firm in London, told Kavalec that Putin and some of his top advisers were running the Trump operation.

 

“Presidential Advisor Vladislov Surkov and Vyasheslov Trubnikov (former head of Russian External Intelligence Service — SVR) are also involved,” wrote Kavalec, who served as deputy assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian issues.

Kavalec’s handwritten notes also contain a reference to Trubnikov and Surkov as “sources,” but with no additional explanation.

 

Trubnikov served as head of Russia’s foreign intelligence service, SVR, from 1996 to 2000. He went on to serve as first deputy for foreign affairs and ambassador to India.

The unverified allegations of sexual blackmail material on Trump are included in the June 20, 2016, memo from Steele’s dossier. Steele had been hired that same month by Fusion GPS, an opposition research firm the DNC and the Clinton campaign paid to investigate Trump.

 

Citing “a former top level Russian intelligence officer still active inside the Kremlin,” Steele claimed Russian authorities had gathered a substantial amount of “embarrassing material” on Trump and would “be able to blackmail him if they so wished.”

 

It is difficult to know how to interpret Steele’s claims about Trubnikov and Surkov, given the numerous problems that have emerged with the former British spy’s reporting.

 

The special counsel’s report all but debunked Steele’s core claim of a “well-developed conspiracy” between the Trump campaign and Kremlin. The report also said Michael Cohen did not visit Prague, which is where Steele claimed the former Trump lawyer met with Kremlin insiders to pay off computer hackers.

Public evidence has not backed up other allegations, including about “kompromat” on Trump. The president has vehemently denied the sex tape claim, and individuals who were with Trump during his Moscow trip have cast doubt on the allegation, saying Trump had virtually no time to take part in the steamy activities described by Steele.

 

But questions remain about who provided the information to Steele and what his sources’ motives were if the information is false.

 

Steele, who operated in Moscow through 2009 before leaving MI6, relied on a network of sources and sub-sources, some of whom are said to have worked in Russia. Virtually nothing is known about Steele’s collectors, but it has been reported that some of the sources who Steele cited in the dossier unwittingly provided information that ended up in the 35-page document.

 

A former CIA station chief in Moscow, Daniel Hoffman, said discerning how Steele obtained and used information from Trubnikov and Surkov is “tricky.”

 

“Was [Steele] collecting intelligence on Trubnikov, or was he using Trubnikov to collect intelligence? Those are two different things,” Hoffman told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

 

Hoffman said Trubnikov remains a “trusted guy in the Russian national security bureaucracy,” despite not having an official title in Russian government for over a decade.

 

“They never stop,” Hoffman said of Russian intelligence operatives. “There’s no such thing as a former intelligence officer. The guy is going to be reporting back to the SVR or Putin.”

 

Hoffman has been a leading proponent of one theory about the dossier that has gained traction in the wake of the special counsel’s report. The former CIA officer has argued Steele likely fell victim to a Russian disinformation campaign.

 

A growing number of experts in Russian intelligence operations have embraced the theory, and Attorney General William Barr testified to Congress on May 1 that he is concerned about the prospect and is looking into it.

Hoffman has written that if the Russian government hacked Democrats’ computer systems, they could have figured out that Steele was trying to gather information on any connections between the Kremlin and Trump. Steele is also likely known to Russian intelligence given his covert work in Moscow, making it easier for Russian operatives to uncover his intelligence-gathering operation.

 

Hoffman said it’s difficult to determine whether Trubnikov and Surkov were involved in a disinformation campaign — saying “it’s a hall of mirrors” — but that it can’t be ruled out. He said he could envision a scenario in which Trubnikov could sniff out Steele’s operation and spin the dossier author’s collector with false leads.

 

Steele’s firm, Orbis Business Intelligence, did not respond to requests for comment. The Russian embassy also did not respond to a request for comment. The State Department declined comment.

Trubnikov’s links to Halper, the FBI informant, are also a source of intrigue.

 

Halper tapped Trubnikov to contribute to a study he did in 2015 for the Pentagon’s Office of Net Assessment (ONA) titled “The Russia-China relationship: The Impact on the United States’ Security Interests.” Halper, who served in three Republican presidential administrations, was paid over $1 million from 2012 through 2018 for reports from ONA, which is led by Pentagon officials Andrew May and James Baker.

 

Halper established contact with Papadopoulos, the Trump campaign aide, under the guise of contributing to a study on energy security issues in the Mediterranean and Middle East.

 

Halper paid $3,000 to Papadopoulos to write a paper on the topic. During meetings in London, Halper and a covert government investigator, Azra Turk, plied Papadopoulos for information on any contacts between the Trump campaign and Russia. While no evidence has emerged that Halper paid Papadopoulos out of ONA funds, a source familiar with Halper’s work for ONA told The DCNF that $3,000 was a sum he often paid contributors.

Halper also cozied up to Page in the midst of the 2016 campaign. The pair met for the first time July 10, 2016, at a political event hosted at Cambridge University. They remained in contact through September 2017, which is the same month the FBI ended its electronic surveillance on Page.

 

Halper might also have had a role in sharing information about Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser.

 

The Washington Post and The New York Times have reported Halper and Sir Richard Dearlove, the former chief of MI6, expressed concerns about interactions between Flynn and a Russian-British researcher at Cambridge named Svetlana Lokhova.

 

Flynn visited the Cambridge Intelligence Seminar in February 2014, when he served as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.

 

Several news outlets published stories in 2017 about Flynn and Lokhova, with the thinly veiled suggestion that the pair had a romantic fling and that Lokhova was trying to compromise Flynn. Lokhova has vehemently denied allegations of any impropriety with Flynn, and no evidence has emerged to suggest that there was any.

Halper and Dearlove publicly raised concerns about possible Russian infiltration of the Cambridge Intelligence Seminar. In December 2016, Halper was quoted in a Financial Times article saying he was resigning from the seminar due to “unacceptable Russian influence on the group.”

 

According to two sources for the FT piece, Halper and Dearlove feared “that Russia may be seeking to use the seminar as an impeccably-credentialed platform to covertly steer debate and opinion on high-level sensitive defence and security topics.”

 

Despite his concerns about possible infiltration at Cambridge, Halper twice provided a platform for Trubnikov at the Cambridge Intelligence Seminar. Trubnikov spoke at the university May 4, 2012, and May 11, 2015. The latter appearance was rescheduled because Trubnikov had issues with his visa, according to a program for the event.

 

Christopher Andrew, who convened the intelligence seminar with Halper and Dearlove, took Halper to task over the FT article, according to an email obtained by The DCNF.

 

“I am somewhat shocked by the comments attributed to you in today’s FT. I can well imagine that you’ve been misquoted but do need to know as a matter of urgency what you actually told the FT,” wrote Andrew, who serves as official historian for MI5, the British domestic intelligence service.

In December 2017 the head of opposition research firm Fusion GPS admitted in a court filing that his firm paid Nellie Ohr, the wife of senior Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, to help dig up damaging information on then-candidate Donald Trump.

 

The connections between Nellie Ohr and the ‘Spygate’ scandal were hidden at a distance for months.

 

As noted previously at TGP, Nellie Ohr is a Communist sympathizer connected to Russia as well as a corrupt Never-Trumper.

 

Author Diana West at the American Spectator posted an article on Nellie Ohr last year.  Nellie Ohr is “the “dossier” spying scandal’s woman in the middle.”

 

To one side of Ohr, there is the Fusion GPS team, including fellow contractor Christopher Steele. To the other, there is husband Bruce Ohr, who, until his “dossier”-related demotion, was No. 4 man at the Department of Justice, and a key contact there for Steele.

 

What’s more revealing about Nellie Ohr is the men in her life are protecting her involvement in the Russia scandal:

 

Notably, the “dossier” men in her life have tried to shield Ohr from public scrutiny, even at professional risk. Her husband, as the Daily Caller News Foundation reports, failed to disclose his wife’s employment with Fusion GPS and seek the appropriate conflict-of-interest waiver, which may have been an important factor in his demotion from associate deputy attorney general late last year.

 

Under Senate and House questioning, Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson consistently failed to disclose Nellie Ohr’s existence as one of his firm’s paid Russian experts, let alone that he hired her for the red-hot DNC/Clinton campaign Trump-Russia project.

 

Even Christopher Steele may have tried to keep Nellie Ohr “under cover.” Steele, put forth as the “dossier” author ever since its January 2017 publication in BuzzFeed, does not appear to have let on to his many media and political contacts that he had “dossier”-assistance from at least two fellow Fusion GPS Russian experts, Nellie Ohr and Edward Baumgartner. Baumgartner, interestingly, was a Russian history major at Vassar in the 1990s when Nellie Ohr taught Russian history there.

 

It appears that the men in Nellie’s life did all they could to prevent Nellie Ohr from being outed for being involved in the dossier because she also has links to the CIA and therefore to John Brennan.

New evidence suggests Nellie Ohr was working for the CIA and Fusion GPS when she passed on the junk Trump-Russia dossier and information on the Trump Children to the DOJ-FBI.

FISA Warrant to Spy on Trump Illegal

One doesn’t have to be a rocket scientist to comprehend the FBI/DOJ pursuit to get a FISA warrant to spy on Donald Trump based on the Steele Dossier hoax was known by those Obama Administration Departments to be illegal.

 

BUT since the Dem Party has had a history of breaking the law and getting away with it AND under the belief Crooked Hillary would win election to POTUS on Election Day 2016, the Dems undoubtedly felt safe in lawbreaking spying on then candidate Trump. Even with proof, the Dem machine in government (aka the Deep State) under Barack Hussein Obama felt above the law.

 

I’m not certain as yet how John Solomon uncovered proof connected to an illegal FISA warrant used against Trump, but he has. Solomon has found Bruce Ohr warned FBI/DOJ the Steele Dossier was tainted and those powers-that-be proceeded anyway to get the FISA spy warrant.

 

Last night’s Hannity interviewed John Solomon, Sara Carter and Gregg Jarrett on this illegal FISA spy warrant. The general consensus was laws were broken. If laws were broken, the Dem history of zero accountability implies no prosecutions will follow.

 

If the Trump DOJ ignores the Obama Deep State plants and grows a pair, perhaps a jury formed from WE THE PEOPLE can decide guilty or not-guilty.

According to a new report out by award-winning investigative journalist John Solomon, former top DOJ official, Bruce Ohr warned FBI and DOJ officials that Steele’s dossier was connected to Hillary Clinton and cautioned them it may be biased — weeks BEFORE they obtained a FISA warrant on Carter Page.

 

Twice-demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr briefed FBI and DOJ officials in July and August of 2016 and cautioned them about Steele’s connection to Hillary’s camp and warned them about political bias.

 

Two of the top DOJ officials, Andrew Weissmann and Zainab Ahmad then migrated to Mueller’s team to hunt down President Trump!

 

This crucial information provided to the FBI by Bruce Ohr was omitted weeks later from the FISA warrant application that the FBI submitted to the court to spy on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign through advisor Carter Page.

Ohr’s activities, chronicled in handwritten notes and congressional testimony I gleaned from sources, provide the most damning evidence to date that FBI and DOJ officials may have misled federal judges in October 2016 in their zeal to obtain the warrant targeting Trump adviser Carter Page just weeks before Election Day.

 

They also contradict a key argument that House Democrats have made in their formal intelligence conclusions about the Russia case.

 

Since it was disclosed last year that Steele’s dossier formed a central piece of evidence supporting the FISA warrant, Justice and FBI officials have been vague about exactly when they learned that Steele’s work was paid for by the law firm representing the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

 

Last year, the House Intel Committee released a 2-page FISA memo showing the dossier formed an essential part of the initial and three subsequent renewal FISA application against Carter Page.

 

The FBI claimed it was “unaware of any derogatory information” about Christopher Steele, that Steele was “never advised … as to the motivation behind the research” but that the FBI “speculates” that those who hired Steele were “likely looking for information to discredit” Trump’s campaign.

 

Bruce Ohr’s testimony to congressional investigators last summer revealed FBI and DOJ officials had no reason to speculate. Ohr told investigators that he explicitly warned the FBI officials that Christopher Steele was biased against Donald Trump and was working on a project connected to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

“I certainly told the FBI that Fusion GPS was working with, doing opposition research on Donald Trump,” Ohr told congressional investigators, adding that he warned the FBI that Steele expressed bias during their conversations.

 

“I provided information to the FBI when I thought Christopher Steele was, as I said, desperate that Trump not be elected,” he added. “So, yes, of course I provided that to the FBI.”

 

When pressed why he would offer that information to the FBI, Ohr answered: “In case there might be any kind of bias or anything like that.” He added later, “So when I provided it to the FBI, I tried to be clear that this is source information, I don’t know how reliable it is. You’re going to have to check it out and be aware.”

 

Investigative reporter Sara Carter has the exchange between Trey Gowdy and Bruce Ohr during Ohr’s testimony revealing the names of the top DOJ officials:

 

Under intense questioning from former North Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy, Ohr named the officials he informed about his contact with Steele.

 

“I spoke with some people in the Criminal Division, other career officials who dealt with some of these matters,” Ohr told Gowdy.

 

“Yes,” said Ohr. “So, I was about to tell you. One of them was Bruce Swartz, who is the counselor for International Affairs in the Criminal Division; a person who was working with him at the time, working on similar matters in the Criminal Division was Zainab Ahmad; and a third person who was working on some—some of these matters I believe was Andrew Weissmann.”

 

John Solomon points out that Bruce Ohr’s testimony about his contacts with top DOJ officials in the summer of 2016 destroys Adam Schiff’s junk counter-memo where he argued that Bruce Ohr’s contacts with the FBI began “weeks after the election and more than a month after the Court approved the initial FISA application.”

 

The FBI is required to present exculpatory evidence to the FISA court so by omitting this information, it is clear that Obama’s corrupt FBI/DOJ abused the FISA system.

I don’t watch, listen or read Mainstream Media News so I can only imagine how Cohen’s guilty plea propagandized their sheeple the plea will lead to imminent impeachment of President Trump.

 

You should really view the more reasoned reporting on the Cohen Guilty plea that suggests Mueller’s indictments and guilty pleas have NOTHING TO DO with an alleged Trump/Russia collusion. It’s been two-years so you may have forgotten Mueller’s Special Counsel appointment was to investigate Trump for colluding with Russia to manipulate the 2016 Election to Trump’s favor.

 

If you did forget Mueller’s mandate be careful to whom you speak. You might get caught in a perjury trap by making statement dissimilar to anything you said two years ago.

 

NOW if Robert Mueller was actually serious about a candidate who paid for information to sway the 2016 election that involve a Russian source, he should LOOK to the Crooked Hillary campaign paying for the debunked Steele Dossier which was used by the Obama Administration to spy on the Trump campaign. Oh, I forgot the key point. Christopher Steele claimed his Dossier was sourced by – GASP! – the Russians.

 

Specifically what is Cohen pleading guilty to? Could it be facilitating Russian spying on Crooked Hillary? Nope. Again the Russia/Election 2016/American campaign axis is closer akin to Crooked Hillary’s agenda. Cohen pled guilty to lying to Congress about a Trump project to build a skyscraper in Moscow. A project, incidentally, Trump the table as his campaign for President began to pick up steam.

 

…  Cohen admitted he lied to Congress about key details in the negotiations for the Moscow tower, most notably that those talks stretched much deeper into the presidential campaign than previously thought, to June of 2016.

 

Trump, speaking to reporters Thursday, disputed Cohen’s timeline and suggested his former fixer was telling prosecutors what they wanted to hear to save his own skin. As for why the most recent deal failed, Trump said he made the decision because he was focused on on [sic] running for president.”

In May 2016 Trump acquired the amount of delegates needed to win the GOP nomination and the GOP Convention made Trump’s nomination official in July 2016. The Dems and Leftist MSM are telling you that since Trump was still working the Moscow Trump Tower deal in June 2016, he must have been working with the Russians to win the election in November. THE ONLY THING CONFIRMING THAT ANTI-TRUMP THOUGHT IS LEFTIST WISHFUL THINKING!

 

The timing of securing the GOP nomination by late July led Trump to abandon the Trump Moscow Tower dream. That is a much closer correlation than a failed real estate deal in June 2016.

 

The irony about the Steele Dossier is the initial intelligence poop was initiated by Never-Trump Republicans. As it became evident Trump would win the nomination, the Never-Trump Republican funded terminated.

 

THEN the DNC began the funding in April 2016 which then tapped Christopher Steele in which the most egregious AND debunked accusations against Trump emerged as the infamous Steele Dossier. The DNC and the Clinton campaign expect gullible Americans to believe they knew/see nothing (shades of Sgt. Shultz) about where the info came from that they PAID FOR.

The Clinton campaign and the DNC are believed to have taken over the project in April 2016, once Trump became the nominee, and oversaw the compilation and completion of the dossier from there.

Who put it together?

 

The document was produced by Fusion GPS, a Washington strategic intelligence firm cofounded by former Wall Street Journal reporter Glenn Simpson in 2012.

 

In 2016, the firm hired Steele to dig into any connections between Trump, then a Republican presidential candidate, and the Russian government.

But it has attracted particular scrutiny for its work for a U.S. law firm that defended Prevezon Holdings, which until May was locked in a legal battle with the U.S. government over allegations the company’s executives fraudulently obtained a $230 million tax refund from the Russian treasury.

 

Also working the case defending Prevezon was Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer who attended the infamous Trump Tower meeting in June 2016 before which Donald Trump Jr. was offered damaging information on Hillary Clinton. Veselnitskaya is known for her work lobbying against the Magnitsky Act, a 2012 U.S. law aimed at punishing human rights abusers in Russia.

  • DOJ official Bruce Ohr testified before Congress on Tuesday about his contacts with Christopher Steele, the author of the dossier

 

  • One mystery surrounding Ohr and Steele was who he told at the Justice Department about his interaction with Steele

 

  • Ohr testified that he told his peers, but not his superiors, about the dossier-related contacts

 

Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr told Congress earlier this week that he informed half a dozen FBI and Justice Department officials about his contacts with dossier author Christopher Steele and opposition researcher Glenn Simpson.

 

Sources familiar with Ohr’s testimony before the House Judiciary and House Oversight Committees told The Daily Caller News Foundation that Ohr informed Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page about his interactions with Steele and Simpson. He also informed Justice Department prosecutor Andrew Weissmann about his dossier-related work.

 

Weissmann is now serving as right-hand man to Robert Mueller at the special counsel’s office.

 

Ohr testified that he informed his Justice Department peers, but not his superiors, about his contacts with Steele and Simpson. One of the superiors kept out of the loop was former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates. Ohr said he was demoted as assistant deputy attorney general in December because he failed to tell Yates and other top officials about his dossier interactions. (RELATED: Trump: ‘How The Hell Is Bruce Ohr Still Employed?’)

 

Republicans have sought an interview with Ohr to find out why he maintained contact with Steele even after the FBI decided to cut ties with the former British spy just before the 2016 election. The FBI said in applications for spy warrants against Trump campaign adviser Carter Page that the bureau dropped Steele as an informant because he had unauthorized contacts with the media. Despite that, Ohr met and spoke with Steele numerous times through May 2017. Ohr debriefed the FBI at least 12 times following his post-election contacts with Steele.

 

Weissmann’s contact with Ohr about the dossier is significant because of the mutual interest that Weissmann and Fusion’s Simpson had in former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

 

Simpson, a former Wall Street Journal reporter, has told Congress that Fusion GPS investigated Manafort’s links to Russian oligarchs as part of its anti-Trump project.

 

“A lot of what we were talking to the media about were things in the public record, specifically Carter Page, Paul Manafort had resigned over allegations of illicit relationships with Russian oligarchs and Ukrainian oligarchs,” Simpson told the Senate Judiciary Committee during an Aug. 22, 2017 interview.

 

“So there was, you know, a lot of open source public information pointing towards the possibility that the Russians had infiltrated the Trump campaign,” he added. “So we spoke broadly to reporters and encouraged them to look into this.”

 

As chief of the Justice Department’s criminal fraud division, Weissmann was investigating Manafort even before the special counsel’s team was formed. Weissmann facilitated a meeting in April 2017 with reporters from The Associated Press to discuss the Justice Department’s investigation into Manafort’s work for former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. Weissmann is the lead prosecutor in two cases against Manafort for that work.

 

Weissmann has also attracted criticism from Republicans because of his overt support for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. He has donated heavily to Democratic political candidates and attended Clinton’s 2016 election night party in New York City.

 

Ohr’s wife was also a focus of Tuesday’s closed-door interview.

 

Republicans pressed Ohr about how his wife, a Russia expert named Nellie Ohr, came to work for Fusion GPS.

 

Ohr testified that Fusion approached his wife for a job and that she began working for the research firm in late 2015. California GOP Rep. Darrell Issa said Ohr testified that his wife was paid $44,000 by Fusion GPS. As The DCNF has reported, Ohr did not disclose his wife’s Fusion income on his annual ethics disclosure form.

 

Perkins Coie, the law firm for the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee, paid Fusion GPS more than $1 million for the Trump-Russia project. Fusion paid Steele nearly $170,000 for his work.

 

Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan, a Republican who helped question Ohr, said that he believes that Fusion GPS chose Nellie Ohr so that the firm could leverage her husband’s senior position at the DOJ.

 

“Why did they need Bruce Ohr? Why did Fusion…want to work with Bruce Ohr?” he said in an interview on Fox News Tuesday night.

 

“My guess is, because he is associate deputy attorney general … that just adds heft and weight to what they were trying to do about this whole dossier, which was the key to everything,” he added.

 

The special counsel’s office declined to comment on Weissmann’s links to Ohr.
