Biden’s Advance of Liberty and Justice Means America’s Destruction – White Replacement: An Observable Phenomenon

“If we are to advance liberty and justice, we need to secure the border and fix the immigration system. We can do both.”  ~ Ol’ Commie Joe, who has never seen an enemy or a buck he didn’t just love to death, or a crisis he couldn’t manufacture.

There isn’t any doubt in most educated conservative American’s minds that Biden and his anti-American regime would have our borders sealed tight as vaulted steel door and the wall completed in a few days, if thousands of White Republican-leaning Polish people were flooding across our southern border today, in the manner of the current flood of Socialists from Central and South America and the four corners of the world. And there isn’t any doubt that the Biden regime has adopted the radical Marxist-Maoist Cancel Culture worldview that names the White population and the Western Civilization the enemies of their movement — those principles that nearly all of America’s traditions and heritage are built upon — those principles and people that stand in the way of their fundamental transformation of America, as Biden has often incoherently garbled.

Calling White Americans “racists” and “white supremacists”, because we support the virtues and founding principles of America and pressing American school children to be indoctrinated in the truly racist dogma of the Marxists’ Critical Race Theory and other anti-American gibberish is one part of many in the Democratic Party plan to continue their subversion of our government and country, while they import ignorant, uneducated foreigners, who will be susceptible to their propaganda and easily indoctrinated in the ways of the Shining Path. 

In the process, we see Ol’ Commie Joe advancing the Maoist-Marxist revolution and equity over “equality under the law” through the constant delivery of lies, propaganda and the revision of history.

Joe Biden doesn’t want to secure the U.S. border any more than he wants to ensure Ukraine’s border integrity (giving it heavy lip-service for the sake of his “legacy”) and take America to war against Russia over Ukraine. That wouldn’t fit into the Democratic Party Communists’ plans to destroy America’s Founding and the republic.

The new data from the Customs and Border Patrol’s official website perfectly exposes this fact, when Americans can readily see 153,941 foreigners attempted to enter our country illegally, and these are just the ones that were caught. Of this number, Joe’s anti-American buddies released 62,573, bussing and flying them to all points unknown across the nation; the data also exposes the fact that deportations are down by 70 percent, the lowest it has been in the past five years. 

A child’s ethnicity or country of origin isn’t so important, if his parents’ come to America legally and to teach them the foundational values and principles that built America, but too often today, such is not the case. This malaise has manifested whole communities within our society that have largely refused to assimilate into traditional America, as they continue to live by foreign notions and ideologies that are diametrically opposed to our system and long-held cultural norms, just as experienced in Shelbyville, TN, Boston, Minneapolis, Nashville, Seattle and numerous other cities when thousands of Somali, Iraqi and Syrian Muslims were resettled in their communities, between 2000 and the present; and as seen through La Raza and Illegals from South and Central America and Mexico, so often used as mules by the violent Cartels for moving drugs and trafficking young women and even children for sex. And the situation is made worse when so-called “educators” and the Biden regime Communists in America purposefully facilitate this multicultural, ethno-centric mess and the Great Replacement of White America. 

In 2021, over eleven thousand pounds of fentanyl were seized by Border Patrol Agents, and already in 2022, they have seized 5,569 pounds of the deadly drug, which represents an exponential increase over past years. The largest portion of the illegal drugs entering America today come by way of our wide-open southern border, all courtesy of Joe Biden and his Border Czar, Kamala. 

Just five years after the Immigration Act of 1965, the census showed America’s population was eighty-three percent White, eleven percent Black and one percent Native American, with little change between 1970 and 1980. In other words, in 1970, when I was a young boy of thirteen years, ninety-five percent of America’s population had longstanding roots in America, and the remainder, for the most part, was the Hispanic population that also had deep roots in places like Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and California, often going back centuries.

Essentially, the Immigration Act of 1965 effectively codified discrimination against White European immigrants on a national level and proactively pursued affirmative action for all others, primarily people of color who often come to America holding ideas completely opposite to those of our Founding. The nation will never see such advocacy from its enemies-from-within once Whites are reduced to a small minority, as we find in California, and it’s all been done through the imprimatur of Congress and the immoral idiots who present themselves as genii more brilliant than the common American, although the truth proves otherwise. 

On May 14th 2021, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and thirty-four other Democrats sent a letter  to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas that characterized policies enabling mass Illegal Immigration as some sort of benevolent racial justice — more insane Marxist gibberish that seeks to have us all enter a national suicide pact —  which seems to have Dementia Joe’s ear and attention for the time being, as the border crisis rages on. 

In part the letter read:

“We are in a moment of racial reckoning in this country, with communities across the country calling for an end to mass incarceration and racist policing. It is time to end the carceral approach to immigration, which relies on these same flawed systems. Instead, we urge the Biden administration to pursue humane and just immigration policies that aim to end mass incarceration, criminalization and deportation of immigrants.”

This is simply a plea for Biden to carry on with the very same Open Border policy he already has implemented that will certainly serve to end America as we have known Her to be in better days gone by. Biden’s immigration policies are a nation-killer.

Today, Biden and Marx Inc have seen fit to offer Black farmers federal government subsidies, paid for by all American taxpayers, while making those same subsidies unavailable for White farmers. But the Court saw fit to stop Biden’s blatant racism in that case; however, the Biden regime has also moved ahead with a Pentagon program based on Critical Race Theory and designed to make the military “less White”.

White America was reduced to a little under sixty percent by 2020, as the African-American, Asian-American and Hispanic populations soared exponentially larger. Currently, there are more immigrants in America than at any other time in history, numbering some 45 million, and that doesn’t even take into account the nearly 40 million illegal aliens that are scattered about the country, courtesy of Biden and Marx Inc and past presidents and Congressmen of anti-American like minds.

Nutcases have made it into America’s mainstream, as it’s now commonplace to hear some “expert” from academia or on some media outlet calling for the physical, political and cultural marginalization, replacement  and even death of White people; but, when confronted, they ***attempt to deflect and hide their true intentions behind rhetoric and the disingenuous language of “diversity and inclusion”, which they insist is not meant to be as malicious and malevolent as it actually is. Incredibly, this position has found large support in U.S. corporations and among the so-called “elite” of the political arena, media and academia.

Making America “less White” doesn’t always necessarily imply violence against people, but the Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots showed America the true underbelly of a new and deeper racism that definitely has the propensity to be directed at Conservative White America. In historical context, the world has witnessed past cases that start off as condemnation of classes of people and gradually evolve to people engaging in the extermination of others — genocide, especially when those targeted resist the end goals of their tormentors, whether one inspects the Jewish Holocaust, the Ukraine Holodomor or the Rwandan slaughter.

As Hewitt Moore noted last year:

“What would make ‘White replacement’ a conspiracy theory would be if it wasn’t an observable phenomenon. If it’s such a positive transition, why can’t we have an honest discussion about it without name-calling, moral posturing, and censorship?“

Mass migration, legal and illegal regardless of race, is a shock to a nation’s system. It dilutes the votes and the political norms that have held sway for many years in America in most instances. In a country that guarantees us some power at birth with the premise of one man, one vote, this is most significant if the new arrivals hold a worldview completely antithetical to their host country.

What better way to transform a nation into an authoritarian Socialist system of governance than to flood it with people who have no loyalty or love for America, not Her traditions, Her heritage or the principles She was founded upon?

Given the trend in our nation’s politics and the insanity exhibited on the Left, the Biden policies are more than troubling, especially if they aren’t checked in total and stopped dead cold, before they get too much more out of hand. 

Sadly, too often Americans also see damned dumb, or complicit Republicans (RINOs), who unconscionably and perhaps inadvertently aid the Democrats in their destructive plans, in great displays of doing things “legally”. We now have new legislation introduced on February 8th 2022 by Representative Maria Salazar (R-FL) that would give amnesty to somewhere between eleven and twenty-two million illegal aliens, while simultaneously we see that Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Rick Scott (R-FL), Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Susan Collins (R-Maine) are currently speaking with Democrats about a separate amnesty deal. If this doesn’t make one sick to their stomach and to their very core, nothing will.

Fighting this will rest primarily on Conservative and Independent Americans and their ability to ensure honest elections in 2022 and 2024, in order to gain a super-majority, so that we may be able to slow or stop illegal border crossings and the financial incentives driving them and also make greater progress with the assimilation of legal immigrants. If we can succeed in this mission, we just might be able to save America’s rich traditions, culture and heritage and a better future for all America’s children.

The struggle must include adamantly and forcefully rejecting all racist discrimination against Whites, especially in light of the real political power held by Whites as still the largest political base. Have no fear of offending anyone, when this cause is absolutely righteous. With the revelation of the final goal of these despotic based Democratic policies, even Conservative people of color and some immigrants will side with White America rather than live under the monstrosity Biden and his Marxist-Maoist Commies have in mind for this beloved America of ours.

Anybody currently following and advancing the Biden Open Border policies and the racist mantra that accompanies them as a political strategy must be permanently removed from power and any further ability to hold any government position. More than this, Americans who still love this country must get many more of our countrymen to reject, without any reservation or equivocation, those in power across all walks of American life, who rejoice over the abrogation of the law and the erosion of America’s traditions and Founding as they pursue the Republic’s eradication by any means necessary. America cannot survive with such traitors left to their same devices to wreak havoc across our system at will, and their punishment must be swift and harsh. 

The Declaration of Independence makes clear that America’s national identity and its virtues and Founding principles are inherently joined at the core of what our nation exemplifies, and they are inseparable, when we read “We hold these truths to be self-evident...”. 

For this we fight.

On the Path of Dissolution and Civil War – The Democrats’ Extreme and Lawless Trajectory Towards Civil War

America is in crisis more than our country has ever been, since the 1850s and much worse than the 1960s, and most of the Freedom-loving Conservative and Independent Americans recognize the Biden regime’s willingness to break the Constitution and act lawlessly, with horror and disgust, along with his high-handed tyrannical edicts and mandates declared with nothing more than a wink and a nod, for what they represent. Here is a regime that embraces and advocates for the new “Wokeism” and the rising Marxist-Maoist Cancel-Culture, and taken together this is an existential threat to the nation on the whole, to the Republic and to Freedom and Liberty and all we hold dear.

Many philosophical pundits are certain that this is a blip and suggest Freedom-loving Americans are already turning the tide against the growing trend towards tyranny in our country. They erroneously suggest compromises are still in the offing and possible between the Democratic Party Communists and Conservative America, but they couldn’t be more wrong: Both ideologies are totally antithetical to one another, and the Democrats have made it plain that they seek nothing less than the eradication of our nation’s founding, essentially the erasure of America’s Christian and Western principles, as a weird, despicable and dangerous sort of **anocracy seems to be running the nation today.

The Biden regime, and so too the Marxist-Maoist component of his party, are in the driver’s seat pressing the fight against everything good, decent and moral that America was built upon: the idea of a core nuclear family comprised of one biological man and one woman and their children and the sanctity of marriage;  border security, national sovereignty and legal immigration; honor and God and Scripture, as they work overtime to squash America’s best concepts. And this makes common ground to be found by the Marxists and Conservatives and Independents something as scarce as unicorns.

A nation cannot stand without shared beliefs between its people, regarding their societal identity and those ideas and principles they view as the best for one’s guidance through life. It must have shared traditions, because without them the society is undermined by a consistent confusion and cacophony of competing ideas supported by different groups and tribes for one pet special interest after another; and, if not rectified, this leads countries into eventual chaos and dissolution.

This is the path America is on: Dissolution and civil war.

This was virtually ensured by the Democratic Party, as they have promoted and passed one anti-American piece of legislation after another and followed anti-American policies for decades, always pressing Congress and the public for more open and porous borders and a lax immigration system. They closed Ellis Island in 1954, which was the place where immigration officials would identify and reject the Communists, Fascists, Left-leaning anarchists and nihilists. As if that wasn’t enough, with the strong backing of Senator Ted Kennedy and his Globalist-Communist buddies, they passed the Immigration Act of 1965, purposefully choosing to completely ignore the fact, that many cultures held a worldview totally antithetical to ours and did not value or respect our American principles and virtues.

Compounding the problem, subsequent Democrat led administrations refused to facilitate and insist new immigrants fully assimilate to American norms and traditional culture, in a manner that supplants our inalienable God-given rights for group identity. Instead, they allowed for mini-states representing a patchwork of the globe to spring up throughout the country, some with very little loyalty to America. And then there are those immigrants, legal and illegal, who still to this day embrace Big Government solutions and the idea the state is sovereign and the citizens are subjects; and as such, they are very receptive to the rise of the Marxist-Maoist Cancel-Culture regime in America.

To put it in stark terms in the manner many Conservative Americans now see the problem, and taking a few liberties from the words of Jean Raspail as written in ‘The Camp of Saints’:

“In one sense, (America) is more than ever triumphant, but it has a conception of the rights of man. In its original form this was an excellent idea, but it has now been misapplied and it’s being used against (America) … (continuing with one protagonist, Professor Clagues, as he confronts an invader) … I too have stopped thinking and just want to tell you where I stand” — and with that he fires his weapon and turns his back on the corpse to return inside his home.

Worse, much of today’s anti-American sentiment has been done through our nation’s public education system, from the 1960s to the present, through the many untold numbers of Communist mouthpieces who infiltrated it, now advocating the Critical Race Theory and racism directed at White America. Included in their anti-American mantra are assertions that America is an imperialistic racist nation that was built by people of color, as they use colonialism and the notion of cultural appropriation to plant the seeds of hatred for America in the minds of the youth who were born and raised here. They’ve overstepped their duties in the most egregious of manners, as they now attempt to teach America’s children that no child should want to be an American, and that is criminal and beyond unconscionable, in my book.

These “educators” seek to make our youth forever feel guilty for the “crimes” of their ancestors, however real or imagined the “crimes” might be, with the degree of one’s guilt to be determined by the amount of color in one’s skin. They seek to institutionalize a perpetual class of victims and oppressors.

Today, the Biden regime and his Marxist-Maoist supporters scapegoat White America, and we especially saw this as the statues of our American heroes and our monuments and churches were attacked and defaced and often destroyed by Black Lives Matter and Antifa in recent years. We see this dynamic playing out in Biden’s Open Border Policy and his refusal to stop the flood of Illegal Aliens — future Democrats — into the country. And it’s obvious in every other Biden regime policy, as the Democratic Party Communists move to “transform” America, by debilitating our ability to produce energy through “dirty” fossil fuels and simultaneously demanding the redistribution of wealth, while Biden and his red, radical Globalist-Commies portray the American family, our national heritage, market commerce and our civic and religious institutions as corrupt, reprobate and immoral — the very things representative of their party — because, for the most part, White heterosexual men played the largest part in building and maintaining them.

In the name of “equality” and to further advance their Marxist-Maoist agenda, America bears witness to a new economic model paid for by the taxpayers, ’til they either can’t pay any longer or they bleed tears of frustration, as the merit of one’s ability and workmanship is reduced to nothingness and incompetence is rewarded and competence is handicapped. And rather than respecting all men and women through the prism of equality-in-the-eyes-of-the-law, the Biden Commies are moving to expand government over any expansion of Freedom and Individual Liberties, while they attempt to spend the nation into oblivion over the next three years, making all Americans equal in their shared economic misery at the lowest common denominator in poverty.

This is the Biden regime’s concept of the government facilitating “inclusiveness” for the people, in a perverse fashion that calls good “evil” and evil “good”. Satan himself couldn’t ask for better.

Our beloved America’s enemies want everybody to believe that America has been inherently and completely evil across its history. They want us to see our heterosexual Biblically ordained family as the deviancy and reject our “homophobic” churches to latch onto their heretical churches that bastardize the Word of God through their moral relativisms, false interpretations and outright lies. They call our entire way of life and the institutions we have built, including our educational institutions, “systemically racist” along with many corporations that aren’t fully in agreement with their Marxist-Maoist Cancel-Culture model of governance, and they demand that we renounce it all, before we can once more be a fully functioning, participating member of the new society they are creating, a dismal dystopian society without forgiveness in which self-hatred is the premier principle.

And for those so inclined, one’s guilt may be absolved for the exorbitant price of betraying America, sacrificing the nation and the three branches of government and all their subsidiaries that use to make it possible to live Free with some good bit of Individual Liberty to call our own, sacrificing our Freedom and Liberties in fact.

As Samuel Adams, one of America’s Founders, once noted:

“A general dissolution of principles and manners will more surely overthrow the liberties  of America than the whole force of the common enemy. While the people are virtuous they cannot be subdued; but when once they lose their virtue then will be ready to surrender their liberties to the first external or internal invader. How necessary then is it for those who are determined to transmit the Blessings of Liberty as a fair Inheritance to Posterity, to associate on publick Principles in Support of publick virtue …. and Nothing but opposite Principles and Manners can overthrow it.” [Bold emphasis in quote is Blog Editor’s]

We are no longer a Free country, not when elected and appointed government officials can simply declare a thing to be so, such as “Everyone shall wear masks — everyone shall take the Covid-19 vaccine”, and their subordinates impose those “mandates” as though they are law. We aren’t Free, when our government continues to try to keep a “state of emergency” ongoing, in order to manipulate it, so the government can retain power and control over the American people.

Two weeks to flatten the curve of the Covid virus has turned into two years and counting and the tyrants speculating over “new variants”, while now considering the possibilities of continuing the same failed lockdown policies for those variants that failed so miserably and caused so much economic destruction, as if the American people are that stupid or even willing to fall for that mess again. We’ve seen their hypocrisy, as the likes of Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi and Stacey Abrams and others have partied and gone about their lives maskless and nonchalantly while demanding everyone else comply with their asinine, unscientific illegal and illegitimate diktats.

Wouldn’t Biden and his gang of traitors love an America where everyone would receive massive fines for not wearing their mask everyday, inside and out, using micro-chips in the masks that would match to the wearer and identify the “criminals” amongst us?

While America snoozed and was entertained by Hollywood, the Woke Biden regime caught much of America unaware and off-guard, to the point that every single core Freedom we held most dear was stripped away from us overnight, as Corporate Nazis complied with the Biden mandates even before they were fully reviewed and resolved by the Court, continuing to do so at this moment, and other good little amerikkans among us in the private sector have made sure to single out violators for punishment and cancellation. Our words must be nuanced for fear of being canceled by our work — for any who are truly worried over such an eventuality, and our less brave citizens are pressured to acknowledge the false rectitude of ideas antithetical to our own, while books that contradict the false science of the CDC and Faucism with empirical findings and logic are blacklisted by certain publishers, such as Amazon, and others are pulled from circulation.

Whatever the case, complacency, a too-busy life, or apathy, Conservative America allowed the void in many segments of society and in every government institution to be filled by Communists and other radicals along the way. So much so did this occur that the Marxists and Maoists currently dominate America’s culture on all the important fronts, in the entertainment industry, academia and the mainstream media, which is making for an uphill battle at the moment. The longer this remains the status quo in our country the more any future Conservative victories will ring hollow and the Marxists will strike with more extreme reprisals and increased plundering of the U.S. Treasury, until every last vestige of America’s traditional culture is destroyed. 

It’s a hard thing to fully comprehend, but incredibly, there are millions of Americans who have accepted the fallacies and outright lies of the Biden regime as their New Gospel, and unfortunately they are the useful idiots, the Brown Shirted foot-soldiers, who are excited and ecstatic to surrender to the Democratic Party Communists’ authoritarian/totalitarian rule, for a continuation of Government freebees and the bread and circuses, no matter that any disobedience might one day mean their end at the end of a rope or a rifle.

The longer the Marxist-Maoists, the Biden regime and any subsequent tyrants push Americans along this current extreme and lawless trajectory the more a civil war becomes more certain, since what they demand contains no common ground or areas for compromise and is the bridge too far for most Americans who love everything about America, even Her flaws which were overcome and rectified by good men and women who transformed Her into a Shining City on the Hill, so exceptional and so wonderful — a beacon of Liberty and Freedom to all, ’til now.

It’s simply a question now of how soon or distant is the time that the fight is finally forced upon the principled Freedom-loving Americans. Upon its arrival, let us fight to win so that future generations may live Free, and let history note we were men and women of honor who did not flinch or give any quarter to the tyrants in the face of death.

The Government Is Betraying the American People


I’m a bit behind on sharing Justin Smith’s sentiments on the level a lawless government nearly ships in Illegal Aliens into the USA giving an amplified meaning to the old Communist adage of spread the wealth by transporting Illegals secretly to various locations.

I share Justin’s anger over the situation but not the violent solutions – YET. The Government Is Betraying the American People

The more anyone with any common sense looks towards the bedlam and chaos at America’s southern border the more it appears that the radicals of La Raza and Pueblo Sin Fronteras are winning the day, aided by radical Joe Biden and his regime’s agenda that views Illegal Aliens as future Democrats. Biden and his DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas are actually violating U.S. law by using government personnel and private contractors to relocate hundreds of thousands of Illegal Aliens in cities across the United States, and although this was exposed by numerous sources in April of 2021, it is still happening, as seen this month in Brownsville, Texas and many other places, and all those who love our country are greatly angered by this blatant disregard of U.S. law and the subversion of America. 

[JRH] Under U.S. Immigration Law and Title 42, single adult male Illegals are supposed to be apprehended and immediately sent back across the border, but this isn’t being followed. Less than half are being removed from the country and [JRH] the rest — criminals or not (we really don’t know who they are) — are being flown to the interior of America on the taxpayers’ hard earned dollars.

For over forty years, I have warned about the destruction illegal immigration causes to our nation, as well as legal immigration policy under the 1965 Immigration Act that put uneducated, often unskilled people with antithetical ideas from Africa and Asia in the immigration line ahead of educated, skilled and professional people from Europe who held Judeo-Christian values and Western principles dear. However, the Communists of the Democratic Party and those falsely pious, false Christians, especially Catholics like Speaker Nancy Pelosi, made the bulk of America accept that everybody “has a right to come to America” and that it was “our Christian duty”, when in reality, their ideology was Marxist/Maoist Communism and their brand of “Christianity” was the Jesuit brand of ***Black Liberation Theology, aligned with the world view of the Communist Pope Francis.

Watching the southern border melt way all these years prompted me and others to call for hardline common sense fixes to illegal immigration, over the past few decades. We have a right to determine who comes here to our country, and if they come in the dead of night and secretively cross our border illegally, they should be sent back immediately by bus or plane to Mexico, for Mexico’s government to deal with as they see fit, since they let them cross the southern border with Guatemala or didn’t flag the Illegal Aliens as they flew into its airports. If they are repeat offenders, put them to work, no pay, on chain gangs for a ten year minimum; but, that won’t happen as long as “progressives”, these Democratic Party Communists are continuously allowed to drive America’s immigration policies.

On January 28th 2022, frustrated beyond belief that two million Illegal Aliens have been allowed to enter America in the one year Biden and his communist handlers have controlled our federal government, I wrote the following words on Martin Armstrong’s article, ‘Biden Administration Preparing Illegal Aliens to Rig 2022 Election’ [Blog Editor: Comment posted under “Anonymous” dated 1/28/22 2:27 pm and signed “Justin”]:

“As soon as we saw the Court activism from communist judges on the federal courts allowing actual law to be subverted and completely ignored under the Obama administration and where the border and Illegal Immigration was concerned, most freedom-loving conservatives and independents knew how this would be used by the Democrats. All their past statements and intent left no doubt that this was a Fifth Column of INVADERS — the Barbarians Breaching the Gate — and willing and prepared to do their fellow Traveler’s [communists] bidding to suppress the actual rights of freedom-loving Americans — Our Inalienable God-given Rights — enumerated within the Bill of Rights, as the Democrats drove the final nails in America’s coffin, setting the stage for the abrogation of America’s Founding Principles and the destruction of the Republic.

It’s just too bad that many subordinates at all levels of our federal institutions aren’t refusing to follow Illegal and Unconstitutional orders to subvert standing immigration law.

It’s just too bad that a few hundred thousand — perhaps a few million — American patriots haven’t tired of this to the point of going armed to the border and doing what the Biden regime refuses to do.”

The Good Lord must have taken my words as a plea and a prayer, probably very similar to many others He has heard over the years, because no sooner had I written these words than numerous news sources, such as Fox News, burst forth with a report the next day about [JRH] a small uprising among Border Agents who confronted U.S. Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz in Laredo [Blog Editor: Justin used a Fox News Category link to associated anger with Ortiz: https://www.foxnews.com/category/us/immigration/illegal-immigrants. I embedded a 1/27/22 post I believe Justin was referencing], Texas on January 27th over the insanity that had taken hold in the organization, and not even being allowed to use the term “Illegal Aliens”. 

As the heated discussion proceeded, with DHS Secretary Mayorkas standing silent in the background, at one point, Chief Ortiz asked, “Why are you guys getting caught up in semantics? … I’ve been doing this job as long as y’all.”

One agent in the assembled group, obviously one fine American Patriot who understands the law, his duty and right from wrong, quickly responded:

“That’s the problem, chief. For evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. That’s exactly what’s happening here. Good men are doing nothing. You’re allowing illegal aliens to be dropped off in communities.”

Numerous videos exist revealing the illegal operations of the Biden regime and the transport of Illegal Aliens by bus and plane from border towns to cities across America, whether we speak of Chattanooga, New York or Allentown and Atlanta, the list is a damning testament to the treason conducted by this administration, and it recently prompted Representative Claudia Tenney (R-NY) to call for Biden’s impeachment, as she stated:

“This is a complete, aggravated dereliction of duty, which is why last night on Twitter I called for Joe Biden to be impeached and removed. His primary obligation as the commander-in-chief and president of the United States is to enforce our laws, to live up to his oath, to enforce our border security and to tell the truth to the American people.”

Live up to his oath? Tell the truth? Oh my, my sides are aching from laughter. The good representative has forgotten she’s dealing with a lying-ass red, radical anti-American rat bastard who intends to destroy the current system and the Republic “by any means necessary”.

“What’s the big secret?” asked Westchester (NY) Police Officer Michael Hamborsky after he confronted the Illegal Alien smuggler at the airport in August and asked if DHS (Dept of Homeland Security) had authorized this.

The smuggler replied,

“DHS wants everything on the down low. … of this gets out, the government is betraying the American people.”

A Representative from my home state of Tennessee, Bruce Griffey, recently wrote a bill that proposes to send illegal aliens to states and towns, like Wilmington, Delaware; Rehoboth Beach, Delaware; Governors Island, New York; Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard Massachusetts; Palo Alto, California; North Hero, Vermont and so forth, wherever top Democrats such as Ol’ Commie Joe and Speaker Pelosi live, as he noted on January 26th 2022:

“The Biden administration is quietly moving thousands of illegals to various states, including Tennessee, by putting them on planes and buses and transporting them in the middle of the night, and we should return them to their sender. … I imagine that if we relocated them to the backyards of those responsible for allowing the flood of illegal immigration across our border, then those with federal power might be more apt to secure the border and secure it quickly.”

Mayorkas claims that the Biden regime’s border policy is designed to “(provide) employers with the resources (read ‘manpower’) … needed to sustain their businesses while expanding lawful pathways to the United States”. No amount of Big Businesses’ “need” justifies so egregious a violation of our borders and such a massive influx of Illegal Aliens, and Mayorkas obviously doesn’t have a working knowledge of the word “lawful’, even if he did graduate from Loyola Law School.

“If.” It’s a big word. If a frog had wings, he wouldn’t bump his ass every time he hopped.

There are a whole lot of things Americans can do to save our country, from being completely overrun and changed forever, if only they will act and act now. But with nearly 40 million Illegal Aliens in America it will be one of the most massive and seemingly insurmountable tasks we have undertaken in our history. We must act now to stop the pillaging and rape of America by those who come only for what they can take, for we surely don’t need to add to the ranks of those “amerikkans”, actual U.S. “citizens” who already work to destroy America.

Elected and appointed officials who blatantly violate U.S. law and the U.S. Constitution must be held accountable with more than public outrage or the loss of an election and impeachment, since enemies from within, such as Ol’ Commie Joe and his Cabinet members can do so much damage, when they essentially very nearly hold all the reins of power and there isn’t anyone who can really do anything to them, between the time they are sworn into office and the point they leave. Laws must be passed that ensure not even the President can betray America so lightly as Biden has done without seeing the inside of a prison cell, its dark, dank underbelly, or an execution squad, depending on the severity of the betrayal.

Until our elected officials fear the American people and their might, these Red, Radical Communists of the Democratic Party will continue their evil, dirty work to transform the country into an authoritarian, possibly totalitarian, full blown Socialist nation, under one party.

We see the Democrat’s America. We see their destruction of America. We see their criminal and illegal acts. And we see them aiding and abetting an invasion of America. 

Damn this administration and damn Joe Biden. Rise up in your communities and states to stop this attack on America and do whatever is necessary to safeguard and protect your families, communities and states, even if that includes rounding up Illegal Aliens and sending them back on our own, regardless of what Biden and his corrupt Department of Justice may have to say about it.

I’m just living for the day this country actually arrives to the point of disgust and anger over the situation on the border, that we choose leaders who will move the full weight of the government, Border Patrol, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, other law enforcement and the National Guard to actually deport all 40 million Illegal Aliens, right down to the last man, woman and child, without anymore touchy, feely, weepy bulls**t over “their right” to come to America.

Out of One, Many – The Biden Formula for America’s Transformation

The Biden regime is tracking right along utilizing one destructive policy after another to destroy the Republic that has stood for over two hundred years, and one of the worse is the policy whereby Biden has allowed his handlers to simply throw open the gates at the border. He’s let the barbarians enter unimpeded, to the tune of a confirmed 1.7 million; and these Illegal Aliens aren’t held to the same standards or actually required to adhere to the same laws as any U.S. citizen, with a small number of these illegals being returned to their country of origin, which has ordinary Americans wondering what are the benefits of being a U.S. citizen today, as the Democratic Party Communists and their supporters actively work to destroy our language, culture and national sovereignty.

The real Americans who get up each morning and go to work have all the responsibility of financing this mess under the coercive and subversive tactics of the Biden regime, even as our Inalienable God-given Rights are being regularly violated through Covid Vaccine Mandates and many other federal government power grabs, while Illegal Aliens go back and forth across the border, no testing and no requirements to be vaccinated, at will and seemingly with more rights than a U.S. citizen. And in the aftermath, as the Biden regime moves them into U.S. neighborhoods from Tennessee to New York, violating our sacred spaces — even shooting across the border at Border Agents — we find our crimes rate climb, along with massive amounts of drug related crime, and our language and common history eroded and  traditions delivered one more damaging blow.

At the heart of many of the current policies is Biden’s rejection of the concept of the Westphalian System [Blog Editor: Short & Long Westphalian explanation] utilized by most of the Free World for approximately 350 years, in favor of their version of a New World Order, in which traditional America no longer exists, and the United States acts in a subservient role to the United Nations and the International Criminal Court.

As bad as this is, one sees how terrible any continuation of Biden’s insanity at the border will be for America, once one is made aware that forty-five million people within the lower 48 states were not born in America and twenty-seven percent of the entire population of California wasn’t born in America either. When we see such an imbalance of people who have been born and raised here and have a strong affinity for America’s traditions juxtaposed with so large a number who do not really love America’s traditional culture, it becomes very nearly an impossible task to assimilate, integrate and inculcate these “new residents” to the point that they are on the same intellectual and cultural plane with a shared love of traditional America. 

All of this works to further divide our populace into tribes, especially now that we see a strong advocacy of Critical Race Theory from the nation’s Communists at all levels of U.S. government and throughout America’s schools. These anti-American race-baiters are using open borders and CRT as weapons to destroy American civilization, to revert to something akin to the savagery that existed prior to Western Civilization, based on their notions that most Americans are more concerned with one’s race rather than one’s character, ability, or skills; and so they now move to cancel White people, whether by simply silencing them and making them unemployable or by actually replacing them, as some actually advocate for killing White people. 

It’s incredible to watch so many in America step backwards in time and reject Dr Martin Luther King’s wish for all people of all colors to one day live and work side by side in peace, love and harmony, as they now try to facilitate and advance the notion the skin color is more important than character in our society, and skin color should be the foremost factor in deciding all matters in our society. This is a recipe for further catastrophe and disaster for America, based on pre-civilizational idiocy steeped in foolish, racist gibberish and ideas that many ordinary Americans thought were long abandoned.

Under the Biden Marxist-Maoist Cancel Culture Formula, one need not be a U.S. citizen for anything, or so it does seem to be the case today. No U.S. citizenship is required to join the U.S. Armed Forces or receive entitlements; foreigners, aliens are even being allowed to vote in some parts of America, especially in local school board elections, and as we are currently witnessing on every broadcast channel these days, if one wants to cross our border without a passport or visa — Well Hell — No Problemo, Señor, Señorita. 

Welcome to America. Where the new motto is now “Ex Uno, Multis“, “Out of One, Many”.

The only thing an illegal alien can’t do right now is run for public office, but even that is being debated right now in areas where the Democrats hold a strong backing. 

The absurdity and surreal nature of these anti-American, anti-rule-of-law policies are never so brightly illuminated as in the recent case of the illegal alien who harassed Senator Krysten Sinema all the way to a bathroom stall over “rights” for illegals to stay in America and committed a felony by filming the confrontation and releasing it into the public. [Blog Editor: And again on airline.]

Most Illegal Aliens are just like the young lady, a Dreamer, who harassed the Senator in the bathroom. They first commit the crime of crossing the U.S. border illegally and then they reside here illegally for any number of years, jumping ahead of millions of decent, honest, skilled and intelligent foreigners seeking to come to America through proper and legal channels. They apply and receive identification cards from their respective states, as though that somehow justifies their illegal residency, leaving normal law abiding U.S. citizens both angered and confounded that any administration could allow such to exist unimpeded and unrestrained. 

And all across the globe, these Illegals are seen to be romanticized by America’s Leftists, the Useful Idiots, giving real hope to any foreigner, no matter their intentions upon arrival, that they too can come to America and receive exemptions and preferential treatment not even afforded Americans who were born here.

People look on in amazement as they come to see that there’s no real difference between an Illegal Alien and a sitting U.S. Senator. In fact, an Illegal Alien who breaks numerous U.S. laws seems to be exempt from all the rules. 

Since Biden and Marx Inc are intent on letting America be overrun by hordes of Illegal Aliens with hundreds of thousands of foreigners from around the globe still on the way, Governor Abbott of Texas and Governor Ducey of Arizona are moving to secure their state’s borders through their own initiatives, giving some great leeway to private militias working with local sheriffs and deploying the National Guard to stop and detain any Illegal at the border. Although they are still severely undermanned on this front, they are taking charge and control of their own situation to protect and defend their states and America from this unprecedented wave of Illegal Aliens that is beginning to more closely resemble an invasion force, as the [JRH] Republican governors of the [JRH] Red States also jump in to help their mission.  

However, one must expect the unexpected from the Democratic Party Communists who have thrown all their chips into the pot on the Biden Formula for the success of their transformation agenda, and after years of infiltrating every U.S. institution and public venue from Hollywood to Wall Street and back to Silicon Valley, they will not settle easily for anything less than the complete eradication of our Republic by changing America’s demography through the destruction of citizenship and borders. In conjunction with this, all comers will be allowed, despite their lack of skills, finances or understanding of the English language, in order that they will be immediately reliant on the U.S. social services and welfare system and left beholden to the Democratic Party Communists, who will demand their loyalty in return.

Americans are a tolerant bunch overall, but no red-blooded tried and true American has to tolerate a Communist movement and enemies from within mounting an overt and blatant attempt to take down the nation and the Republic in broad daylight, before their very eyes. And as the Biden regime facilitates this mess, it calls for a stronger response from people than has been exhibited to date, or at the very least, it demands the good and decent Americans living along the border and thousands or millions more from the contiguous forty-eight states to convene and descend on the most troubled areas with pistols and rifles in hand, in order to do whatever it takes to turn these hordes back from our border and stop this disgusting invasion of America.

Let’s hope the most recent lack of response from the American people isn’t a sign that the worse is yet to come. Let’s hope Americans don’t simply let this Marxist Juggernaut of an Illegal Alien invasion to continuously roll over them from here on out, year after year, until America no longer exists and has become just another in a long list of failed nation states throughout history and one more Third World nation whose people bow before their tyrants.

Biden Doesn’t Want to Stop Illegal Aliens

The cut, dried and short of the matter remains that our U.S. borders are wide-open and it is in fact a direct result of the Joe Biden regime’s policies and inaction on the southern border. One doesn’t need to see a ream of statistics to understand this, since most of America has eyes to see, and anyone with half a brain knows that 15,000 [JOS] illegal aliens swarming across at one border section in Del Rio, Texas, largely comprised of Haitians, over a three day period and over a [JOS] million five hundred thousand illegal alien apprehensions this year to date is every bit an invasion as we will see in our lifetime, and it is being facilitated with the purpose and the intent of changing the face of America and destroying Her Founding.

America won’t be America for long if those charged with defending Her can’t do more than stand at the border and ask each illegal alien to “please don’t cross the border”. They traveled hundreds, sometimes thousands of miles, to get here and they were unconcerned about following any legally prescribed manner to become a U.S. resident or citizen, so it does require some significant barrier like an actual wall or armed agents with the ability to use their authority unrestrained to physically stop and return them back across the border, to apply for refugee status or legal entry if they wish. 

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA), a real unhinged, ignorant piece of work, who evidently represents an equally ignorant and racist segment of America’s population, recently came unglued over a false report of mounted Border agents whipping back the illegals. In fact, they were simply running their horses up and down the border line, as they used a twirling rein technique to guide them, in an attempt to stop the flow of people and make them turn around at the crossing in Del Rio, Texas, where illegal aliens by the thousands were simply walking across the top of a small dam to get to the U.S. side of the border.

At best, Waters simply advanced a lie. She knew it was a lie, and yet she went with it, further exhibiting the lengths these anti-American Democrats will go to further divide and subvert America, in advancing their own miserable Marxist-Maoist and “we are the world” cosmopolitan U.N. agenda. At one point [JOS] she exclaimed in exaggeration:

“What the hell are we doing here? What we witnessed takes us back hundreds of years. What we witnessed is worse than what we witnessed in slavery. Cowboys whipping black people, Haitians, into the water, when all they’re trying to do is escape violence in their country.”

Well, just how in the hell do we stop them, if we can’t impede their path to our soil? That’s the real point. They don’t really want to stop the illegals from crossing, and that’s what gives way to the Biden regime lie that the border is secure and under control. It’s definitely under control if “control” means opening the flood gates to the uneducated, poorly-skilled dregs of the Third World arriving for free stuff from Uncle Joe and creating a new small army of Leftist activists and Brown Shirts, similar to La Raza and Pueblos [Sin] Fronteras, and voters for the Democratic Party.

If this isn’t about building a base for the Democratic Party, in order for them to retain power, then why have they allowed hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from areas in the Northern Triangle known to support Big Government solutions into the country without any real restrictions? [JOS] Why have they immediately stopped and returned Cuban refugees fleeing real tyranny? Could it be that the U.S. Cuban population typically votes Republican?

The Biden administration has [JOS] released over six hundred thousand illegal aliens into America this year, according to Bill Melugin, a reporter at Fox News, and they are simply being handed a Notice to Appear. Supposedly they are being tracked through a variety of methods, but no one should believe this regime has any intention of ever rounding them up to determine if they should be sent back to their country of origin. This is the same regime that promised to stay in Afghanistan until all Americans were evacuated, and yet, it abandoned thousands. And it is this lax scene on the border in conjunction with Biden’s early welcome mat and promise of U.S. benefits during his presidential campaign that will keep the hordes of illegals coming. 

Women at Del Rio have only had to mention the possibility of being pregnant, and they automatically received a free pass. Some who actually were pregnant have been flown across the country to various hospitals to give birth to their new little anchor baby that will secure them a place in America from here on out, forever. This is something that absolutely one hundred percent needs to be ended. Babies born on U.S. soil to illegal aliens must not be given automatic U.S. citizenship. 

At some point, we must make our country inhospitable to illegal aliens and make it impossible for them to work here, through strong laws with heavy consequences for employers who hire illegal aliens. And put people in place who will actually forcefully enforce those laws. 

The Democrats have even recently attempted to sneak a blanket amnesty for eight million illegal aliens into the $3.5 trillion spending bill, [JOS] but fortunately for America, Elizabeth MacDonough, the Senate Parliamentarian, blocked it from being entered and considered. In prior amnesty bills, most usually America saw supposed firm new requirements for illegal immigrants before they could receive green cards, along with strong border security measures to prevent the need for further amnesties; but this bill contained no attempt at any such balance, gave the Homeland Security Director great latitude in allowing anyone entry to America and offered a straight amnesty at a time of great upheaval on our southern border.

Depending on the poll one accesses, the number of [JOS] Americans who oppose illegal immigration and support border security has hovered between 69.3 and 73 percent from 2014 to the present, if for a litany of varied and numerous expressed reasons. The American people have the political will to seal and safeguard our borders and our national security, but we lack leaders, and we are currently controlled by an illegitimate regime pursuing its own political agenda, regardless of what the people actually want and demand, as Press Secretary Jen Psaki and numerous other White House staffers posit one new lie after the next and run cover for [JOS] Susan Rice, Biden’s director of the Domestic Policy Council, the real power and policy maker behind the scenes, who is a racist, a Commie and the best friend to America’s enemies.   

No matter how badly one might feel for the plight of those flocking to the border, we all really must ask the question: Why haven’t they previously applied to enter America legally long before now? When one asks this question one begins to understand just why this situation is so critical. They knew they had something in their background that would normally find them rejected. 

Although race politics are being injected into this issue and we know Biden supports the anti-white, anti-American Critical Race Theory being taught in every sector of U.S. society, more than this, it simply comes down to Biden and his party’s desire to move the country into a complete and total authoritarian socialist model by drawing people heavily from countries where these sorts of ideologies currently flourish. By changing America’s demographics rapidly and nearly overnight, or so it seems, Biden and his regime will successfully disenfranchise many current voters and natural born Americans who have spent their entire lives in America. 

I get sick of hearing how we’re “a nation of immigrants”. We are a nation that was colonized by our ancestors, and most of the Americans living here today were born here and have lived here all their lives, and while we find many new second and third generation Americans too, most of their parents were legal immigrants, who arrived through channels prescribed by U.S. law. And bringing in hordes of illegal aliens who will one day vote, lessens the political power of the real Americans, and most American patriots just aren’t willing to abide it, under any set of circumstances. 

The bottom line? These illegal aliens are breaching our borders illegally at will. They were not invited here, at least not by the majority of Americans. They really aren’t welcome here, if all Americans one asks will speak honestly, and they actually haven’t any right whatsoever to be here. They must be sent back immediately at the border to wherever they came or to find their way to another country of their liking.

Bear in mind that many of the current Haitian “refugees” were actually living quite comfortably for many previous years in Chile. And now, ironically, the very few single men who have been deported are returning to a place they haven’t seen in years that was recently devastated by an earthquake and thrown into political turmoil by the assassination of its president. 

This must not and cannot be allowed to continue, but the lunatics of the Biden regime have allowed hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to enter the U.S. each month since taking office. The Biden regime is not following any law one can recognize, instead it is making up new rules on the fly to justify an uncontrolled massive influx of illegal aliens, largely without any real scrutiny or proper vetting process. Biden and his criminal cronies are violating U.S. law, because they can, and no one as of yet seems able or capable of stopping them, since they hold most of the power at the moment and too many willing activist judges are in their pocket just waiting to do their bidding, the very ones who repeatedly stymied President Trump’s real efforts to secure the border and stem the tide of illegal immigration. 

Our entire border should be guarded by an electric fence up to certain points designated for legal crossing. Short of that, until such time a strong pro-America government is elected, if elections can be salvaged, it has been shown that the border can be fairly well secured through the proper application of manpower and technology, during the Trump administration. And this highlights the importance of ridding America of the Biden regime just as soon as humanly possible, for the sake of all Americans and the future of the country, in order that we may remain a free society. 

And in the meantime, the Southern Border is wide open.

Joe Biden has broken every aspect of any social contract that may have existed between the federal government and the American people, and “the rule of law” actually no longer exists in this nation. In the absence of any true and actual enforcement of existing U.S. law, immigration law and otherwise, each individual has a legal, moral and righteous right to act as necessary to defend his property and life and the lives of his friends, family and community. This frees anyone who lives near these border areas and other Americans across the country, who hate the current abuse at the hands of Biden, to take their firearms to any and all areas of the southern border most in need, with or without the cooperation of sheriff’s departments and their state’s National Guard, and force these hordes of illegal aliens to stop and turn back to Mexico. 

The Constitution isn’t a suicide pact and neither does it require any of us to sit back and be overrun by any invading force of foreigners while obeying “the law” that a damned illegitimate federally operated regime violates at will.

Taliban Joe Doesn’t Give a Damn About Americans

Americans see the pictures of the Afghan women and their little children and feel sympathy for their plight, and this is being played to the last card to persuade Americans of the need for us all to accept a massive invasion of largely unvetted Afghan refugees and an unacceptable national security risk. Very few actually qualify for Special Immigration Visas, and many more are either criminals such as Ghader Heydari, a convicted rapist previously deported from America, or actual terrorists who killed our own soldiers and “refugees” on the terror watch list, like the one detected at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar; and, as such, America’s good people mustn’t allow Taliban Joe, a dishonest, lying, elitist anti-American to use his military failure in Afghanistan [JOS] as an excuse to bring thousands of more people into America, who hold views largely antithetical to America’s virtues and principles, to advance his and the Democratic Party’s agenda to further dismantle America, when they can and should be just as easily resettled in some other Islamic country of their own choosing.

The Afghan people are comprised of numerous tribes, such as the Pashtun, Kyrgyz, Arab, Turkmen, Baloch, Tajik, Uzbek and others, Sunni and Shiite Muslims, that were loosely held under control through most of the 20th century under a monarchy, until approximately 1963 when a Maoist movement rolled across the country and caused a great deal more unrest. But they have warred among themselves for centuries, as well as against all outsiders, and the war Biden says he ended will go on for many long decades yet, perhaps centuries, with the exception that America will remain its primary target. So let Afghan wishing to escape bide their time during a complete security screening somewhere else, like Tajikistan or Pakistan, anywhere else other than a U.S. military base or some city in fly-over America.

During the September 1st news conference, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin stated that the U.S. military had evacuated a total of six thousand Americans. That would suggest there could be as many as five thousand Americans still left stranded as real live Taliban hostages, when one recalls the lowest figure given at the beginning of evacuation operations was eleven thousand Americans were there In Country, with a high confidence that as many as 40,000 total were spread across Afghanistan. Austin also noted that 120,000 Afghan nationals were evacuated, which reveals that 95 percent of the evacuees were not Americans. 

The question all American patriots must be screaming over the phone to their Congressmen and anybody else in high office they can reach is: “Why wasn’t the greatest, most intense effort expended towards getting our fellow Americans out of Afghanistan, rather than focusing so much on the Afghanis?”

At best, it was an extremely difficult, very nearly impossible, task for U.S. soldiers to attempt to properly and fully vet all the Afghan evacuees who claimed to have fought with or served U.S. Armed Forces and government agencies, while they were so besieged under such dire and dangerous circumstances, and if it is going to happen at all, it must now occur in whichever Middle Eastern countries are willing to hold them, before they are allowed to continue to the United States. But, this job has become pretty much impossible now that we no longer have any personnel in the region, since we certainly can’t rely on the Taliban to tell us the truth about any Ahmed the Terrorist and say, “Oh no … don’t let him through.”

Thanks to leaked excerpts from Taliban Joe’s call to Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on July 23rd 2021, we now know that Joe Biden threw Ghani to the Taliban, stood back and watched and let Afghanistan be overrun by the Taliban and its allies. Ghani specifically told Biden as much and nothing was done.

[JOS] Ghani told Biden:

“Mr. President, we are facing a full-scale invasion, composed of Taliban, full Pakistani planning and logistical support, and at least ten to fifteen thousand international terrorists, predominantly Pakistanis thrown into this, so that dimension needs to be taken account of. … (noting later) … There are agreements with the Taliban that we [or ‘you’ (which wasn’t made) clear] are not previously aware of, and because of your air force was extremely cautious in attacking (the Taliban) them.”

Even though we hear the Mainstream Media breathlessly tell us time and again how well all the evacuees have been vetted, with thousands evacuated willy-nilly and in a panicked accelerated manner for most of the evacuees there isn’t any real way to tell exactly who they are. Some of them could well be some of the international terrorists Ghani spoke of on July 23rd. And as we saw too often over the twenty years In Country, vetting isn’t foolproof; vetting is only as good as the initial information one has to start the process, and too many of these so-called “refugees” offer next to nothing from the start regarding personal background information, making the vetting process as it now stands trying to ignore the usual two year fourteen steps program largely irrelevant.  

However, the U.S. federal government absolutely should honor any documented, verifiable and well proven agreement to bring any Afghan who served honorably, side by side, with our soldiers and faced the same Taliban and Al Qaeda bullets, as soldiers or interpreters and never had the nature of their trustworthiness called into question over a period of years or timeframe named in any agreement. This shouldn’t mean that any Afghan who worked a few weeks or a few months as an office worker for some commander or in the U.S. Embassy gets an automatic pass, especially when we have seen numerous cases over the years where “interpreters” [JOS] actually were later found to be Taliban agents, usually after they killed some U.S. soldiers with surprise ambushes and automatic rifle fire and bombings, [JOS] similar to those 257 insider attacks in 2019 that killed 172 U.S. soldiers. 

In his usual incredible manner, Biden’s people have created a new program to circumvent Congress and existing immigration and refugees laws, exhibiting that there may also be more at stake than a simple rescue of Afghanis in actual real need of rescuing. On [JOS] August 2nd, the State Department announced “a Prior 2 (P-2) designation granting U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) access for certain Afghan nationals and their eligible family members,” essentially removing the criteria of one demonstrating a true fear of persecution. Any Afghan who was remotely connected to the U.S. government is now eligible to come to America, through this unwarranted expansion of the refugee program and the negation of real need. 

Throwing fuel on the fire, on Tuesday, August 24th,  America was apprised by [JOS] Alejandro Mayorkas, Homeland Security Secretary, that he would be “using his parole authority to allow some Afghan evacuees to enter the United States while they wait for their applications to be processed”, moving in a gray area of immigration law that is essentially open-ended. It’s open-ended to such an extreme that Mayorkas or Biden can literally allow anyone they want into America, for any reason and without any real limit on the number of so-called “refugees”, although at some point Congress, now controlled by Democratic Communists, is supposed to use a narrow discretion on a case by case basis to determine who may stay based on any significant benefit to America or for urgent humanitarian reasons. 

This is what Democrats have done from the turn of the 20th century when they assaulted America’s immigration law and ended the process at Ellis Island that was designed to keep out undesirables such as criminals and radicals with ideas so antithetical to our Founding Principles as to be deemed unacceptable, like Communists, anarchists, and yes, practitioners of Islam, an ideology that demands to reign supreme above all others. That they continuously advocate for more Muslims, now [JOS] Afghans of which ninety-nine percent wanted to live under Sharia Law according to 2011 and 2013 PEW polls, exhibits more of the same subversion of America, since they know that most of these people will lie, swear their allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and America and still never fully assimilate, as they ride the immigration benefits afforded them.

America shouldn’t expect anything less from its enemy from within, Taliban Joe and his Democratic Party Communists who have never seen a U.S. enemy they didn’t want to hug or an immigration ceiling they didn’t want to break if the new “immigrants” were as anti-American as them and seen as potential future Democratic Party voters. This need to subvert U.S. sovereignty in the name of Marx is found at the core of their little black hearts, so what’s a few hundred thousand more Afghan immigrants to them, in the grand scheme of things, when they’ve already shredded our borders and immigration law these past few months, by bringing in 800,000 illegal aliens along with some 750,000 legal immigrants, in their desire to change the political environment for years to come with thousands more like Ilhan Omar and to finally one day implement a totally authoritarian Socialist regime, end the Republic and complete their fundamental transformation of America. 

Say “Good-bye” to any Constitutional mandate for U.S. “presidents” to protect and defend America. Taliban Joe seems determined to do just the opposite, as he declares “Mission Accomplished”.

Shortly after the terrorist attack Chattanooga experienced on July 16th 2015, I wrote ‘The War Keeps Coming Home’ [on SlantRight 2.0], and it seems that it’s still coming home. Before that I had a long series of articles noting all the attacks prevented and the many that weren’t, and we have seen several here and abroad since. But in [JOS] one of my more important pieces from 2014, I wrote some things worth mentioning today, since not a whole lot has really changed:

“During the past decades, the U.S. has witnessed Islamic inspired terror plots, designed to kill hundreds and thousands, foiled by the Grace of God, luck and good investigative work and intelligence information. Najibullah Zazi hoped to detonate a triacetone triperoxide-based explosive in the New York subway close to September 11, 2009; in April 2013, Ahmed Abassi, a chemical engineering graduate student at Laval University in Quebec, planned to murder upwards of 100,000 people, by contaminating the water supply of a major U.S. city. ….. Border agents are finding items like ‘In Memory of Our Martyrs’, a book documenting suicide-bombings, which was found near Casa Grande, AZ in January 2012. And, two months later, Arizona State Senator Sylvia Allen released a report quoting Abdullah al-Nafsi, a Muslim cleric, saying, “… one man with the courage to carry a suitcase of anthrax through the tunnels from Mexico to the United States could kill 330,000 Americans in one hour.” 

Reviews the photos and videos of the C-17 transports and commercial charters leaving out of Kabul Airport during most of last week, and one sees that very few women and children found their way on board. And for all practical intent and purposes, once the doors of those planes closed on the tarmac in Kabul, no matter the potential security threat from anyone aboard, they all basically became permanent U.S. residents, despite all assurances to the contrary, just you wait and see. 

America will most certainly witness a renewal of Islamic inspired terror attacks on America’s soil in the coming months, because Taliban Joe doesn’t give a damn about Americans or America.

However badly one may feel for the unfortunate and truly innocent Afghans, like the little children flashed across our television screens, as Americans we all should be much more concerned over those Americans that Taliban Joe so callously and nonchalantly left behind to serve as hostages for the Taliban, as he also abandons any semblance of a pro-America immigration policy. No one should really give a good damn if not even one more Afghan of the highest character and trustworthy nature isn’t brought to America as long as just one American is left in Afghanistan against his wishes, because of Taliban Joe’s demented need for a photo opportunity on September 11th 2021 as the man who ended the Afghan War, and damn the cost to America in the years to come. 

Tell Joe to bring our people home.

Biden’s Open Border Policy Destroys America

If anyone believes that the Democratic Party’s current border and immigration policies are based on any humanitarian sense of decency and doing the right thing for struggling people in the Triangle region of Central America, and that somehow this isn’t harming America in the process, then I have some Swampland in D.C., just a few miles from the Potomac River I’d like to sell You. The Capitol Building currently sits on it, so you may want to raze it to the ground, fumigate, and build anew. 

The Biden regime and its cronies are making great progress on the border, if “great progress” [JOS] means the further destruction of the Republic and the rule of law, [JOS] through mass amnesties and the end of President Trump’s viable border policies. But we already knew this was the case, just as it always has been, for most of my sixty-four years above ground, because the Democratic Party has always used human suffering and tragedy to further its own anti-American agenda in order to gain and hold power, [JOS] often aided by the Marxists of the Church who [JOS] support and advance the Communist Liberation Theology as opposed to the actual Word of God.

They continue pushing a destructive agenda and policies that subvert the Republic and the rule of law, despite their assurances that detainments are up and thousands are being stopped at the border. It doesn’t matter how many they are capturing, when they are turning right around and placing them on Greyhound buses and even airlines to be sent to all points across the United States, and their protestations that they are succeeding to halt the flow rings especially hollow, when we [JOS] hear them say that a person shouldn’t have to be a U.S. citizen to vote in our elections.

As reported by Tucker Carlson on July 14th 2021 at [JOS] Fox News:

“What’s happening most of the time is that they’re boarding buses and heading into America’s heartland. A conveyor belt of commercial and charter buses just like this one out of Del Rio, Texas are carrying tens of thousands sight unseen from Texas, Arizona, and California borderlands northward and they’re dropping Haitian, Venezuela, Cuban and Central American family units in Florida, New Jersey, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky and large cities in Texas such as Dallas and Houston.”

One might question Carlson in whether Cubans were really included in these transports, since we’ve seen the U.S. Coast Guard returning actual Cuban refugees to Cuba, regardless of the fact that they face death or imprisonment, on the orders of the Biden administration. Cubans are persona non grata, because they are Conservative and usually vote Republican, but in the meantime, those huddled Marxist sympathizers from El Salvador and Guatemala are rushed right on across the border to be sent off to eventually become good little Democratic Party foot soldiers and supporters.

A single illegal alien crossing our border for the first time is actually only committing a misdemeanor under U.S. law, subject to a fine and possibly six months in jail. But taken in its cumulative effect with thousands upon thousands crossing at will and we find an invasion every bit as capable of destroying this nation as if an army had invaded, with guns, sex-slaves, drugs and a host of diseases too.

It’s also worth noting that sixty-seven percent of Hispanics voted for Obama in 2008, and in a recent Rasmussen poll, it was found that 54 percent of Democrats believe illegal aliens should be allowed to vote in U.S. elections; this would allow every anti-American segment of dregs to enter our country and cause annual chaos in elections across the country, as they vote for more bad, destructive “laws” and bills that leave our Treasury’s coffer more empty than it already is. And don’t forget that in 2019, [JOS] all but six Democrats in the House of Representatives voted in favor of letting illegal aliens vote in U.S. elections, because their agenda is to use illegal aliens to grow their voter base.

But whatever the case may be, all American Patriots full well know and understand this is a situation that cannot and must not be allowed to stay its course and to become our immigration “new normal”, the status quo. 

Since January, the [JOS] U.S. Border Patrol has encountered 900,000 people trying to enter America illegally and over [JOS] 210,000 illegal aliens have crossed the U.S. border, just this month. This has America well on track to be flooded with well over a million illegal aliens, closer to two million, by year’s end if this high volume persists. 

If one considers the potential damage from a continued immigration push through the Biden regime’s de facto assertion that the entire world should be able to just waltz into our country and reassemble it into a cosmopolitan Communist hell-hole, one is looking at adding a population equal to the City of Philadelphia’s. America absolutely cannot keep doing this, and we simply cannot handle this, especially when one appraises how assimilation seems to be failing in America today, along with all the trouble it will bring to the school systems, policing, and our welfare system. And not only are the Biden government agents bringing these illegals into the interior of America, they are just dropping them off, willy-nilly, without any communication or prior warning for state governors and local communities to offer any explanation to what is transpiring. 

This is simply unacceptable and unsustainable. The economic hit to cities, counties and states and the federal government is already reaching mammoth levels, amounting to well over two million dollars per Illegal Alien household for all services combined for a year, while [JOS] Biden spends $395 a night for a hotel room for thousands of illegal aliens, raises Americans’ taxes and kills our energy independence all in one fell swoop. 

And no matter one’s view on Covid, it speaks to the sheer insanity of the Biden regime that they allow hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens with a double-digit percentage testing Covid positive to just casually saunter across our Southern Border, not a mask one,  while simultaneously threatening the actual U.S. citizens with mask and “vaccine” mandates and the specter of more lockdowns.

The Biden regime is perpetrating every single bit of this in contravention to the law that demands the Office of the President — even an Illegitimate President such as Biden — uphold the law pursuant to Article 4 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution. He is charged with the duty of protecting the American people against invasion and domestic violence, but to date, we have seen plenty of both along the border associated with this manufactured crisis, stamped with Biden and the Squad’s seal of approval with a wink and a nod behind closed doors. 

This is happening because the Biden regime and Marx Inc do not view arriving here in America as an illegal alien to be illegal any longer, no matter that the U.S. law says it is. And so long as foreigners are seeing the Biden regime maintaining a policy that says one can simply show up and walk across the border, this flood of illegal alien invaders will continue as one massive caravan after another arrive. 

Long and short of it — this isn’t just a temporary crisis. This is a disaster for all America, for the future of America – a treason that is succeeding in dismantling America as She has existed for over two-hundred years.

So where does that leave the righteous American citizens who see an out-of-control, power mad, power-grabbing federal government ignoring and disobeying U.S. law to the detriment of the entire nation?

In all reality, we could actually do with a good ten year long moratorium on all immigration, just to get our house in order.

While I commend Governor Abbott of Texas on his efforts to stop illegal immigration into Texas, America shouldn’t have to house detainees in newly reopened prisons or fight federal agents and bus lines who ignore Abbott’s executive order not to ship them to the interior of America. Border governors must stop these illegal aliens who circumvent normal immigration procedures and violate our law dead in their tracks, at the border, before they ever cross. Not only must the National Guard be authorized in this task, but if manpower for such an endeavor is not sufficient, then local sheriffs all along the border must deputize any and all good and decent men in good standing with the law, from all across the nation, so they may help in stemming the tide of this flood of illegal aliens.

I’ve heard from several friends along the Arizona border that they are struggling under the weight of this problem and would welcome all comers arriving to help in any manner possible.

The nation’s temporary overseers have abrogated their duty and the law, and as such and as they make up their own rules as they go, we have no real leaders and no law that’s actually being enforced to any great degree on the border, not as written or intended. The people most affected will now necessarily need to take it upon themselves to act in a manner that they know to be righteous, fair and just, and that doesn’t demand we keep the floodgates open, regardless of how badly we might feel for these poor, impoverished people.

Americans must-must come together now, in the absence of any real leadership on the border, with or without local border authorities’ blessings to stop this invasion, organizing (rotating militias?) and departing from all points of the country with pistols and rifles in tow, in order to turn these illegal aliens away from our border and perhaps hand them a few supplies to help them return to the nearest town or city, or truck or bus that dropped them. Somehow, the message must be sent back to Guatemala, Haiti, El Salvador, Honduras and all across the globe, that all are welcome to come to be citizens in the United States, but not if they try to jump the line ahead of legal applicants to cross illegally. And anyone joining in this vital task must not allow federal agents serving Biden’s anti-American agenda to dissuade them from their righteous, legal and vital actions to defend and protect America and their fellow countrymen, especially given the long term consequences that standing down will bring to every major and mid-size city and every small town in America.

Destroy the border, you destroy our language, our culture, our heritage. Destroy the border, you destroy the nation.

There doesn’t exist a nation that has ever been able to withstand such attempts at assimilating an entire region’s populations, and neither will “the American people” exist for much longer in the wake of such an ongoing and perpetual event.

2021: The Invasion of America

America Must Secure Her Borders Soon

Americans have the absolute right to defend themselves, America Herself, their states and their communities from the detrimental effects of illegal immigration and the illegal aliens, who are currently flooding across the border in record numbers. Those of us who love this country have the right and the duty to determine who enters under existing immigration law found in 8 USC 1151, that is currently being mocked and broken by the Biden regime, and as such, Governor Gregg Abbott is one-hundred percent within the purview of federal and state law in [JOS] his recent declaration that he will build a wall along the border to halt the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens – [JOS] 180,034 in May alone — who do not have any virtuous right to enter America just because they arrive at the border, especially in light of the Biden regime’s malfeasance on the U.S. Southern Border. 

During his recent Border Security Summit Meeting in Del Rio on June 10th, Governor Abbott stated:

“President Biden’s open-border policies have led to a humanitarian crisis at our southern border as record levels of immigrants, drugs, and contraband pour into Texas. While securing the border is the federal government’s responsibility, Texas will not sit idly by as this crisis grows. The state is working collaboratively with communities impacted by the crisis to arrest and detain individuals coming into Texas illegally.

Our efforts will only be effective if we work together to secure the border, make criminal arrests, protect landowners, rid our communities of dangerous drugs, and provide Texans with the support they need and deserve. This is an unprecedented crisis, and Texas is responding with the most robust and comprehensive border plan the nation has ever seen.”

This same statement should be issued by every Governor in the nation who opposes this Open Border Policy of the Biden regime. It is their absolute right as governors of Sovereign States and as understood through the prism of our Tenth Amendment Rights***. To date, America has only seen a weak and futile response from [JOS] twenty GOP Governors in a May 11th 2021 letter to Biden that only “urged” him “to end the humanitarian crisis and secure our southern border immediately”.

Reported by Fox News on June 17th [Blog Editor: I found Governor Abbot on Fox News 5/14/21 corroborated by Leftist Newsweek 5/25/21], the State of Texas has documented an eight-hundred percent increase in the quantity of fentanyl confiscated at the border, from January through May. That’s more than enough of the deadly drug to kill over twenty-one million Americans. 

Just prior to the election, all the media and all America heard the promises from Biden and Harris both that they would stop Trump’s wall, suspend deportations for 100 days and provide a way for all illegal aliens currently living in America to receive citizenship, and it didn’t take a genius to understand that a Biden or Harris administration would pursue an open border policy. All of Central America was listening too, and the message was heard loud and clear. 

Recently, in a meeting with Kamala Harris, America’s new border expert, Guatemala’s President Alejandro Giammattei noted that almost immediately after Biden took office, U.S. immigration policy did a complete turnaround from President Trump’s firm stance on the border. Giammattei stated:

“The message changed to ‘We’re going to reunite families, we’re going to reunite children’. The very next day, the coyotes were here organizing groups of children to take them to the United States.”

This makes it all the more difficult for good, decent law-abiding Americans to accept Kamala Harris, the Biden regime’s “Border Czar”, and her words at face value or consider them to be honestly spoken, when she recently stood next to Guatemala’s President Alejandro Giammattei, on June 7th, and abandoned her previously held assertion in 2017 that “an undocumented immigrant is not a criminal”, as she stated:

“If you come to our border, you will be turned back. … Do not come. Do not come. The United States will continue to enforce our laws and secure our border.” 

Please note that on February 1, 2021; eleven Iranian citizens were caught at the border, and almost every week the Border Patrol catches a drug cartel member or members, a pedophile or rapist, murderers and even people known to have terrorist ties, along with a large array of Other Than Mexicans, from countries such as Romania, China, Nigeria, Ghana, Yemen and elsewhere. 

If a state cannot defend itself and its people against foreign violence, just what can it do and what good is it?

Although states and States’ Rights bring a certain amount of decentralization to the federation, the Founders and most Americans, until recent times, understood we had to share a common cause and goals regarding our national security and borders, and that not everybody could be welcomed into our domain with open arms, for any number of reasons centered on crime and subversion from within and abroad. As such, it has been incumbent upon every U.S. president to faithfully execute and uphold U.S. law, as noted in Article 2, Section 3 [Full Text], Clause 5 of the Constitution that states the president “shall take care that the Laws be carefully executed”, along with Article 4, Section 4 that supposedly ensures the president and our government will protect us “against Invasion” and “against domestic Violence“.

The devious criminal deception of the Biden regime becomes all the more clear, once one discovers that Biden’s administration is now actually flying [and bussing] illegal aliens all across America to major population hubs, where they depart and board buses for parts unknown. We recently saw some of this play out right here in Tennessee, as four planes loaded with [JOS] illegal aliens arrived at Chattanooga’s Wilson Air Center between May 14th and May 19th 2021. 

How does any of this make sense to anybody of sound mind? This is the policy of an idiot, a walking, mumbling imbecile, who simply wants to be remembered as the anti-Trump. Nobody other than the Biden regime and the Democratic Party Communists is going around saying, “Hey … let’s bring in plane loads of Romanians, Guatemalans, Yemenis, and Iranians”.

America is not morally bound to take everyone into the country for permanent settlement, and the entire world isn’t entitled to live in America.

In despicable fashion, the Biden regime is refusing to enforce immigration laws as written, taking a page from the Obama administration, leaving States’ borders unprotected against illegal aliens that should not be granted entry at all. And no matter what anyone says or tries to spin the issue, the sovereign States are not at the mercy of the Biden regime’s refusal to enforce United States immigration law. Our Constitution is not a suicide pact.

In 1833, Justice Joseph Story wrote:

“If aliens might be admitted indiscriminately to enjoy all the rights of citizens at the will of a single state, the Union might itself be endangered by an influx of foreigners, hostile to its institutions, ignorant of its powers, and incapable of a due estimate of its privileges.” [Scope of the Story quote: Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution 3:§§ 1098—99]

This is the exact current modus operandi of the traitors and criminals in the top echelons of California’s state government, who seek to increase the numbers of those desirous of greater socialist programs while increasing their representation at the expense of the rest of the country; and, in the meantime, these illegals are also left free to travel state to state at will and making Americans suffer from coast to coast.

Many Democrats and other radicals are now trying to say that only the federal government has the right or authority to act in any regard on the border situation, because it is in their interests and aligned with their agenda to grow their voter base and power, to do nothing to stop the current invasion of illegal aliens. Nothing is further from the truth, and many of America’s earliest leaders addressed any conflict between a state’s authority and the federal government’s authority in some great specificity.

During the Virginia State Convention in 1788, John Marshall, who would become the fourth Chief Justice of the United States in 1801, stated the following in regards to the constitutional prohibition on State power, although Alexander Hamilton had previously stated it months earlier in a much lengthier manner in the Federalist Essay #32:

“The truth is, that when power is given to the general legislature, if it was in the state legislatures before, both shall exercise it, unless there be an incompatibility in the exercise by one to that of the other, or negative words precluding the state governments from it … All the restraints intended to be laid on the state governments (besides where an exclusive power is express given to Congress) are contained in the 10th section of the 1st article.”

The Constitution recognizes the sovereignty of the States and their authority and power to police their own borders. Sovereignty includes the authority to fiercely defend one’s own borders absent any valid federal prohibition; and once one reviews all the constitutional prohibitions on State power in Article 1, Section 10, it is readily apparent that there are absolutely no restraints on States that prevent them from acting decisively to halt illegal aliens from crossing the Southern Border into their State.

Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 (also often referred to as the Compact Clause) states:

“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, … engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”

If a State has the power to engage in war through independent action when the danger is deemed “imminent”, it should stand to reason that the States also have the civil authority to protect their borders.

The Founders acknowledged the necessity of prohibitions on the States’ ability to wage war, but much like Justice Joseph Story, they also recognized that exceptions certainly needed to be noted, when the safety of all the States were involved and those exceptions were “not justly open to the objection of being dangerous to the Union.” In his commentary on the Compact Clause, Story wrote [(JOS) § 1398]:

“Still, a state may be so situated, that it may become indispensable to possess forces, to resist an expected invasion, or insurrection. The danger may be too imminent for delay; and under such circumstances, a state will have a right to raise troops, for its own safety, even without the consent of Congress.”

Bearing this very thing in mind, I wrote the following, in an article on June 6th:

“If the Federal Government and the Biden regime are not going to secure our borders, pray tell, just what is wrong with armed America militias within the border states stopping the illegal alien hordes at the border and forcing them back towards Tijuana, Nuevo Laredo or wherever from whence they came?“

Whether these folks have rifles or duffel bags of drugs or toddlers and babies in their arms, if hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens crossing the border each month and on track to hit a total of two million by year’s end doesn’t constitute an invasion, I don’t know what does. Samuel Huntington, chair of Harvard Academy of International and Area Studies (1996-2004), wrote much the same in The Clash of Civilizations in 1996.

If able, every American, who loves this country and all it has traditionally represented across the ages, should be reaching deep within their pockets to send funds for the construction of the Texas border wall. And if that’s not an option, abled-body men seeking honest employment should be placing their names on the list of candidates for all jobs available in the construction of the Abbott Wall.

Far from a crisis in any normal sense of the word, no one should mistake the situation on America’s southern border for anything other than Biden’s Open Border policy and manufactured “crisis” that is a part of the Democratic Party’s Marxist agenda to complete the “fundamental transformation of America” through aliens who hold no real loyalty to America and Her traditions, to be used to erode and subvert the fabric of democratic mechanisms in local communities, while drawing checks from taxpayer funded welfare programs.

If America doesn’t soon secure Her borders in a sane, logical manner, we won’t have a nation any longer, because, regardless of Joe Biden’s attempt to purge our language of words such as “illegal” and “assimilation”, without a common language and common cultural norms brought forth through picking and choosing good candidates for U.S. citizenship, who will assimilate and uphold and defend America and Her principles, America will be torn apart by increasing tribalism and balkanization, while the nation’s traitors and imbeciles grow in power, and She will fall into ruin and shambles. Biden’s Open Border Policy and unrestrained illegal immigration will change America from the Shining City on the Hill that holds forth a river of hope into a sewer of despair.

Malevolent Intentions Feed The Southern Border Crisis – Communist Mad Hatters Run America’s Border Policy

The United States borders on all points of the compass were pretty well secured under President Donald J. Trump, even in the face of a massive movement within the Democratic Party, to obstruct secure borders and any plans to end illegal immigration at every opportunity, largely through two and a half years of lawsuits; and, regardless of the propaganda, Trump’s border and immigration policies have nothing to do with the current mass exodus from Central America. The responsibility for this crisis of humanity lies solely with Joe Biden and his advisors, who seek to use illegal immigration as a political weapon and a means of turning multiple U.S. states into strongholds of Democratic Party voters, in order to hold and wield power in a manner that goes against everything America has traditionally represented.

 

The bigger issue at hand is the fact that the Biden regime illegally holds power today, after stealing the election of 2020, and although they put on a great pretense and a massive propaganda campaign, that points to many fallacious reasons for the current rush to our southern border, they themselves have orchestrated all of this, in one more massive attack against the Republic of the United States of America.

 

Conditions haven’t changed to any great degree over the past century, in the Northern Triangle Area of Central America that includes Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, except that annual earnings are up slightly, and yet, Biden points to violence, poverty, earthquakes and hurricanes as the explanation for the exponentially larger increase in Central Americans and many other nationalities, including Chinese, Iranians and thousands of others from around the globe, amassing on the southern border, in numbers not seen in twenty years, numbers projected to reach some two million by the end of this year.

 

Following new Biden administration directives, in February, Customs and Border Protection allowed nearly all of the Illegal Border Crossers in family units that it encountered on the southern border to remain in America, as they awaited an immigration judge’s ruling on whether or not they would be allowed to stay permanently, and the word has spread like wildfire back home. According to one illegal alien who was interviewed by ABC’s Martha Raddatz, he crossed the border illegally, because Joe Biden was “elected president”, as he also noted that he would not have tried if Donald Trump were still in office.

 

During a March 23rd press conference, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, the President of Mexico, stated:

 

“Expectations were created that with the Government of President Biden there would be a better treatment of migrants. And this has caused Central American migrants, and also from our country, wanting to cross the border thinking that it is easier to do so.“

 

Well folks, it certainly is being made easier once one sees the guide markers being set out by U.S. Border Patrol to help these hopeful border jumpers reach Border Patrol outposts. This was discovered by the recent Congressional investigation team that actually went to the border, as many of us saw Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Tom Cotton (R-AK) smashing through the tall brush at the border, as journalist Sara Carter noted, on Friday evening (March 26th), they could even hear the sounds of Illegal Aliens approaching in the thick brush at that very moment. And Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) informed all who were watching that they could hear cartel members on the other side of the river, and they had all just seen a body float on by them in the river, an unfortunate illegal alien who died in his effort to live a better life, a life of freedom and prosperity.

 

On March 15th, Representative Michael Cloud (R-TX) spoke at a press conference, where he exclaimed:

 

“We are a compassionate nation, but lawlessness is not compassion. Aiding and abetting cartels is not compassion. Putting policies that allow them to abuse women on the journey is not compassion. Allowing them to grow and be funded into a destabilizing force in these [Central American] nations that are trying to thrive and survive and create a thriving economy for their people is not compassion. …..  We have turned the people who’ve signed up to protect our border into the last mile delivery system of the cartel migrant human trafficking organization …. We can fix this, we can secure our border, we can protect the lives of these people, and we can keep this nation strong and help push back the cartel influence in our nation and throughout Central and South America.”  

 

During his recent press conference on March 25, 2021; Joe Biden knowingly lied to the American people, as he stated that this same sort of rush to the border happens every year. Looking back over the numbers from the past decade, it’s easy to spot the lie, since we’ve already taken in well over one hundred thousand illegal aliens in 2021, as opposed to twenty-four thousand in 2015, twenty-six thousand in 2016, eighteen thousand in 2017, twenty-six thousand in 2018, sixty-six thousand in 2019 and thirty thousand in 2020. And, as noted by Fox News on March 26th, 10,000 unaccompanied migrant children from Central America were held by the Border Patrol in Arizona, in just the last month alone, representing a 171% jump in such activity.

 

Biden may be a step slower these days, as seen in his failing mental acuity, but he’s still fully aware of what he’s doing on the border, since he’s doing the second act of Obama’s disastrous immigration policies and he is knowingly, with intent and purpose, choosing to double down on these paths that are so destructive to America. 

 

For weeks, the Biden administration has denied that any crisis exists at our southern border, as Biden’s Secretary for Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, calls it “a challenge” rather than the crisis we all see. On average each day, 600 unaccompanied migrant children are being picked up by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency, more than a twofold increase over this time in 2019.

 

Although she too won’t use the “C” word, on March 24th, Kamala Harris, illegitimate partner in the Biden regime, finally admitted that the nation faced “a huge problem” on the southern border. After being asked about the growing crisis on “CBS This Morning”, Harris stated:

 

“Well, okay, look, it’s a huge problem. I’m not gonna pretend it’s not. It’s a huge problem.”

 

The sheer numbers alone scream out “Crisis”. Nearly 17,000 unaccompanied migrant children were in federal custody, as of early Wednesday morning (March 24th), and over 11,000 of those children were housed in emergency housing sites and shelters, with another 5,000 pushed into overcrowded Border Patrol facilities, which Biden railed against when President Trump used the same facilities. Even more troubling, these young people are placed in a situation that leaves them no choice other than to lie nearly atop one another in order to sleep. And all of this is due to Biden’s policy of turning no child or family with children away, and any way one wishes to view this situation, this is in fact a crisis on America’s southern border.

 

Don’t take my word for it. Even the Biden Administration has finally called in the Federal Emergency Management Agency to help with this massive surge of illegal aliens.

 

In a wry, humorous quip, Mitch McConnel said,

 

“So either this is the first time FEMA has been deployed just to admire a situation that is going smoothly, or the administration is not being straight with the American people.”

 

Love him or hate him, Senator Mitch McConnell was accurate when he recently stated:

 

“The border crisis is not just seasonal. CBP (Customs and Border Patrol) is tracking the largest surge in apprehensions in twenty years. Unaccompanied children are piling up in close quarters. It turns out when politicians spend a two year campaign advertising a porous border and amnesty. People listen.”

 

With every question answered and at every raise of his hand, Joe Biden incentivized illegal immigration, just as if he’d stood in Tegucigalpa, San Salvador and Guatemala City himself waving a huge white banner with red letters that said, “America is Open to All Illegal Aliens Today”. Throughout his campaign, Biden essentially suggested that all Illegal Aliens would be placed on a fast track to U.S. citizenship and helped by also receiving all the perks and social service benefits that are supposed to only be for U.S. Citizens and Legal U.S. Residents holding Green Cards. And, as noted by the Center for Immigration Studies, on March 22nd, it’s highly likely that at least 2.1 million illegal aliens already in the country, a small portion of the estimated 30 to 40 illegal alien population in America, will receive a total of $4.38 billion in stimulus payments, because they have either fraudulently obtained Social Security numbers or they received them through several existing federal programs, focused on guest workers; suffice it to say, some 1.8 million Social Security numbers don’t match the names using them.

 

On March 17th, Chief Border Patrol Agent Brian Hastings shared images of large groups of families and small children arriving across the river as he tweeted:

 

“No end in sight as large groups continue entering in the [Rio Grande Valley sector]. In 48 hours, agents arrested 369 illegal aliens mainly consisting of family members and (Unaccompanied Minors) UACs in 4 separate groups. This year, agents have encountered 19 groups of 100 or more people illegally entering the US.”

 

Over 100,000 illegal aliens, Other Than Mexican, are pouring across the U.S.-Mexico Border each month now, as if it’s not even there. And worse yet, many are MS-13 gang members and members of other drug cartel and human trafficking gangs. Many are found to be on the FBI terror watch list.

 

It’s a certainty that Biden is content to let the flood of Illegal Aliens roll on and on, in light of his choice of his partner in crime, Kamala Harris, to take charge of resolving the situation on the U.S.-Mexico Border. This is the woman who compared the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency to the Ku Klux Klan in 2018, during a conversation with ICE Acting Director Ronald Vitiello, at a Congressional hearing. She was more concerned that ICE made these illegals afraid to come than she was congratulating ICE on doing its job to help stop illegal immigration. She sees no problem or existential national security threat, as she has noted she would remove any criminal assignment for anyone crossing the border without a passport or U.S. authorization, and as such, she is the worst possible choice for this task, from the position of anyone who loves America.

 

Mad as Hatters, we’ve even recently heard a proposal to fly these Illegal Aliens to cities in the northern states near the Canadian border, as a pressure release valve on the southern border. This administration seems to believe that merely showing up at the border demands entry, when Trump had the situation perfectly under control, through agreements with the Triangle nations and Mexico that had stemmed the flow to a large degree. Those who did still make the journey, during Trump’s term, found themselves sitting and waiting on the Mexican side of the border, as it should be.

 

The Crisis on the Southern Border and all its associated chaos exist because bad men and women, with malevolent intentions, such as Biden and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and all of his “progressive” Communist bureau czars are intractably determined to smash all the illegal aliens, that they possibly can, through the legal system’s regulatory, judicial and legislative side-doors and loopholes that they can find or create. For them, all that matters is this expands their voter base, eventually, no matter that a deep, national opposition to this illegal immigration expansion exists, along with the wage cuts, rent hikes and poverty associated with it, and we are currently trying to rise out of our own massive recession and care for our own poor and homeless.

 

Biden has broken the border with a humanitarian crisis, a human trafficking crisis, a drug-smuggling crisis and an immigration crisis. These are Joe Biden’s policies in action, that are unfolding in one massive illegal immigration disaster that will leave a permanent mark on our country, since not too many illegal aliens ever really get sent home, as evidenced by nearly 40 million illegals still hopscotching across the countryside. Our country’s population has exploded by 100 million people over the last three decades, due to both legal and illegal immigration, but what is being conducted by design today is beyond reason, beyond evil and it will change America forever.

 

Our last perfectly presidential president, Ronald W. Reagan, stated the case simply:

 

“A nation without borders is not a nation.”

 

Biden and company were birthed by treason and they continue to walk the path of treason against the United States of America, never having held any moral authority to lead this great country from day one. They are succeeding in their endeavor to subvert our national sovereignty and to turn America into their version of a cosmopolitan, diverse country, without borders, to be robbed blind by her enemies from within and from abroad, until She is left beaten, bloodied and shredded to pieces, beyond any semblance of the country that offered so much of Herself to all the world so willingly, for centuries. It’s a macabre, sick path of traitors, and they must be defeated and this disgrace wiped from our country’s story, by way of America’s restoration of Her traditional principles and virtues.

 

All America should pay close attention to the March 22nd warnings of Laura Ingraham, as she observed that the Democrats would soon use this surge and the crisis, that they created, as a pretext to seek a blanket amnesty, as she exclaimed:

 

“Democrats want to use this crisis that they are solely responsible for, to force the hands of GOP members on immigration amnesty. Hell no, they won’t. You cannot negotiate border legislation with people who don’t believe in borders and continue to tell blatant lies to the American people. ….. The current crisis is something that will change our country forever. Just what the open borders zealots always wanted but couldn’t admit. They conceal, instead of reveal, their true intentions. ….. Just remember, the whole time that they were telling Americans to stay home, slow the spread, mask up, and avoid other people, they were encouraging everyone in the rest of the world to come here as quickly as possible.“

All people desire to live free and have the ability to exercise their individual liberty in a free society, especially here in America, where until recently, our nation has had a long history of preserving and defending all manner of freedoms for all our people. But today we consistently see one despotic case after another of the people’s basic personal freedom and individual liberty violated by some ill-informed “public servant” or police officer carrying out an illiberal and despotic “order” emanating from some governor’s or mayor’s office, these petty tyrants, enforcing unreasonable, high-handed “policies”, that have no real basis in any law.

 

Take a look at what the Constitution actually states in plain language and read it through the prism of the Original Intent of the Founders, and a person finds that any such power taken for granted as the authority of the government doesn’t exist anywhere within this document. The government cannot infringe upon Our personal freedoms, willy-nilly, regardless of any plandemic or emergency, no matter the vast number of excuses and flawed or outright erroneous science they offer as justification.

 

In recent days, America, the good Americans, watched in deep dismay, concern, and a great deal of anger, as five men and women were arrested in Idaho for worshiping at an outdoor church service without a mask, in Moscow, Idaho. This was considered a violation of the mayor’s and City Council’s draconian and arbitrary order that extends a mask mandate to January 2021, even though there no longer remains any real health emergency surrounding “the Virus”, that has proven much less severe and deadly than projections.

 

How many times will these mask mandates be extended? What happens in 2021 in Moscow, Idaho? Another extension into 2030? 2050?

 

On September 23rd in Logan Ohio, Alecia Kitts had made an hour and a half drive to see her son play in a ball game, where she sat with family members the required six feet distance away from other groups. It wasn’t long before she was approached by a policeman who noticed she wasn’t wearing a mask. She initially objected and stated correctly that she had done nothing wrong, and it was at that point that this small young lady was manhandled, tasered and arrested, like some thug criminal would be, for “non-compliance” with “the rule” and the governor’s mask mandate, when in actuality, as written, she was absolutely in compliance for outdoors, and in light of her own asthmatic condition.

But regardless of how it’s written or who complies or doesn’t comply with it, the [Governor Mike DeWine] [JOS]order’s premise is flawed and illegal on its face and should never have been given any ground or legitimacy whatsoever, from the start.

 

One witness can be heard on a video of the incident exclaiming in disgust, “Tasing this lady over not wearing a damn mask.”

 

So, this is what good Americans are handed, after they initially went along with a “temporary” lockdown measure aimed at “flattening the curve”. Well, the damned curve has long been flattened and its past time to end this insane arbitrary tyrannical use of police powers and force against regular, peaceful citizens just trying to go about their everyday life, as best they can.

 

I see a massive lawsuit on the behalf of Ms. Alecia Kitts against the Logan Police Department and Marietta City School System on the horizon, in the near future.

 

And I can hear the cop saying, “I was just following orders.” Isn’t that what the Nazi SS, such as Adolf Eichmann, said at their Nuremburg Trials? Hhmmmm … I wonder where that goes?

 

Fortunately, here in my home county (Rutherford County, TN), Mayor Bill Ketron issued a statement acknowledging the end of his mask mandate on September 22nd 2020, not that I was too concerned. I haven’t worn a mask since the first day the mandate was issued, and just like Ms. Kitts, I would have resisted any attempt to arrest me for non-compliance; I probably would have kicked the officer’s fat ass down the steps, if I could, simply on principle, no matter the price I would pay afterward.

 

Too many people say, “Oh, it’s just a mask. It’s just being ‘respectful’ to others. What’s the harm in just wearing it to make others feel better?” No. It’s not just a mask and I’m not concerned with anyone’s feelings. These mask mandates are strictly about control and a blatant, overt act of tyranny from any government entity forcing them upon the people.

 

Making an observation on the lockdowns on September 16th, U.S. Attorney General William Barr noted: “You know, putting a national lockdown, stay-at-home orders, is like house arrest. It’s — you know — other than slavery, which was a different kind of restraint, this is the greatest intrusion on civil liberties in American history.”

 

Numerous lawsuits have grown from the abuses of power America is experiencing across our land, and while many activist, Marxist judges or judges who simply don’t understand the Constitution — probably bottom tier graduates of their respective law schools — have ruled on the side of the tyrants, some, such as Judge William Stickman, for the Western District of Pennsylvania, full well understand the implications, and they are ruling against these unconstitutional orders, in a righteous and correct manner. On September 14th, in [JOS] Butler v. Wolf, he ruled that the Governor Tom Wolf’s pandemic restrictions were unconstitutional, and he upheld that ruling again on September 22nd, stating that he was not convinced by the Wolf administration’s argument “that irreparable harm will result if a stay is not imposed.”

 

In his ruling, Stickman, a Trump appointee to the Court, stated: “The liberties protected by the Constitution are not fair-weathered freedoms, in place when times are good but able to be cast aside in times of trouble. There is no question that this Country has faced, and will face, emergencies of every sort. But the solution to a national crisis can never be permitted to supersede the commitment to individual liberty that stands as the foundation of the American experiment. … the Constitution sets certain lines that may not be crossed, even in an emergency

 

Quite a few judges are hiding behind Jacobson v. Massachusetts (1905) [Blog Editor: Short Version & Long Version] as their justification for upholding these illegal mask mandates and social distancing, even lockdowns, giving way to an erroneous view of the Constitution, since they ignore, that even the judges of the day made note of the potential for abuse of power through this ruling, if people weren’t careful in the future. The judges of 1905 even stated that their ruling didn’t mean government had complete authority to act in any manner contrary to one’s personal and individual liberty and one’s inalienable rights protected by the Constitution.

 

Stickman’s rulings essentially defended and upheld the people’s absolute right to peaceful assembly for any reason, whether political, religious or commercial. It also upheld everybody’s right to work, while rejecting the designation of “essential” and “non-essential” workers, since everybody has the right to travel to work, from across the street or across state lines, as a fundamental liberty protected by substantive due process of the law. His ruling is groundbreaking in that his court is the first to characterize the right to work as fundamental, and in so doing, he righteously and correctly limited and narrowly restricted the government’s power in this case.

 

Governors do not hold any inherent power to craft regulations in the face of any emergency that carry the force of law. Under the Guarantee Clause of the Constitution, that mandates our republic, only a representative legislature, either the States or Congress, can write laws that authorize any use of police powers and force and any criminal penalties. The governor of any state cannot constitutionally write laws, which means that their executive orders mandating masks and ordering economic shutdowns are completely illegal and illegitimate and can and should be ignored completely, by any American wishing to live free and survive a crisis well, through their own good common sense applied to their needs and the needs of their own families.

 

As reported by Michelle Malkin on September 15th, Florida House Representative Anthony Sabatini was ecstatic over the defeat of Wolf’s draconian orders, directed at “the Virus”, stating: “Some in the Judiciary are finally waking up to the fact that the government is not always right and that the Constitution is not suspended during an emergency. Sabatini, who has filed fifteen ongoing challenges to Florida’s lockdown measures, added, “We’re looking forward to winning.”

 

However, over the past six months, the facts on the ground in much of America, especially the Democratic Party strongholds, reveal that most of the country was imprisoned without due process and suffered threats of renewed lockdowns, while interstate travel was severely restricted; privacy rights have been devastated and numerous business takings occurred without compensation. Many other regulations have been enforced illegally, illegitimately and outside the statutory process requirements under a pretense and cover of a health emergency, that is no more dangerous than a bad case of the flu.

 

An untold millions of Americans have suffered injury, in various capacities, due to circumstances set in motion and end results of these unconstitutional actions, and if other courts in every state do not act so wisely as the Western District Court of Pennsylvania, or if states’ legislatures do not pass corrective legislation to ensure such tyranny never again rises under any pretense of an “emergency”, or any real emergency, they will have allowed the people’s Constitutional rights to be continually suppressed and violated in the future, simply because they demand that we just trust the unelected technocrats — the supposed “experts”.

 

Our inalienable rights empower each sovereign individual to make their own personal choices free from any government interference and not conditioned upon receiving any special permission from the government. As viewed through the prism of the Bill of Rights, our personal choices are insulated from government interference so long as those choices do not step on another individual’s rights. And, since the government’s power is derived from the consent of the people, any government action that circumvents such consent, violating our rights, is unlawful, invalid and unconstitutional.

 

Virtually every U.S. Governor, with the possible exception of South Dakota’s Governor Kristi Noem, and thousands of America’s mayors have violated the rights of their countrymen. They knowingly and criminally operated outside their oaths of office to their state constitution and the U.S. Constitution. Whether in Rutherford County or Logan, Ohio or somewhere in Pennsylvania, these petty tyrants do not have the authority to shut down entire counties and states and mandate masks for businesses and individuals, and, they certainly have no authority to place jail sentences and hefty fines against individuals they deem have violated their illegal orders. Each and every single one of them have acted outside the authority of their office.

 

This must never again happen in America under any set of circumstances or any new emergency. We must ensure that there are pathways to immediate redress of grievances under any emergency orders, especially once they are found to be premised on false and misleading information and deception and they trample on our inalienable rights, inadvertently or by plan. More importantly, sometimes less is more, and our leaders should fight their impulses to resort to extraordinary measures unnecessarily, doing more harm than good, as seen via the catastrophic economic damage from the illegal lockdowns, infringing on all of our Constitutional rights.

 

All Americans longing for better and more freely lived lives must continue to stand with their patriotic brothers and sisters to resist the government overreach and arrogance we see today. Keep fighting and resisting to halt the growth and expansion of the unrestrained power and corruption that runs through a deep vein in the core of all U.S. government currently, from D.C. to Tennessee to Washington and Florida and on to California, Minnesota, Illinois and all the rest. If we are to preserve our civil rights and personal freedom and liberty, we must make a firm stand against those evil and dangerous men and women currently in seats of power, whereby they have usurped Constitutional law and offered an illusion of safety to use force and compel compliance through their illegal orders, in order to return the nation to common sense governance and our constitutional principles, to restore individual sovereignty and to return America to some semblance of sanity and days that witness many of these petty tyrants and abusers of power prosecuted for violations of the federal criminal code.
