State Pennsylvania Appellate Judge by title, Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough, ruled the Pennsylvania Election UNCONSTITUTIONAL late last night! Now the gal is a Republican and of the Dem-Marxist Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf will most likely appeal to Dem controlled State Supreme Court AND THEN again ends up at SCOTUS. Keep in mind SCOTUS lacking a full panel failed the Constitution with a 4 to 4 tie (Chief Justice John Roberts joined the Left!) essentially sending back to PA State Supreme Court. BUT NOW the Supreme Court has a full panel and it is expected Justice Amy Coney Barrett will join the four Constitution-minded Justices and spank criminal Dem-led Courts. That’s 5 to 4 the Constitution and President Trump vindicated.

On Tuesday, the Democratic Party’s mainstream media was giddy over the news that Pennsylvania would certify their state’s November election results. But on Thursday, in a surprising development, Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race.  She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.

Robert Barnes of Barnes Law was first to break the news with a link to the opinion of Judge Patricia McCullough via Mark Levin. Now, in another surprising move, the PA Trial Court has ruled the 2020 election was likely unconstitutional in PA and that gives the state legislators the power to choose electors.

PA Judge Patricia A. McCullough has ruled that Pennsylvania’s preliminary election certification injunction was properly issued and should be upheld, stating in her opinion, “Petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed.”

The petitioners in the case are Mike Kelly, Sean Parnell, Thomas A. Frank, Nancy Kierzek, Derek Magee, Robin Sauter, Michael Kincaid, and Wanda Logan.

Legal Insurrection – A Pennsylvania state court judge has issued a preliminary injunction preventing Pennsylvania from taking any further steps to perfect its certification of the election, including but not limited to appointment of electors and transmission of necessary paperwork to the Electoral College, pending further court hearings and rulings. The ruling upholds an injunction from earlier in the week and is significant because of the findings made in the Opinion released tonight.

The case has been somewhat under the radar because it doesn’t involve claims of fraud. It appears to be a pretty straight legal argument. This is not the federal court case that has received a lot of press attention and in which the Third Circuit Court of Appeals denied relief.

The issue, in this case, is whether legislative expansion of absentee balloting to broad mail-in balloting violated the Pennsylvania Constitution. It’s not clear what the relief would be; the petitioners seek to preclude the Secretary of State from transmitting the certification or otherwise perfecting the electoral college selections.

The Judge issued this Opinion to extend that halt pending further hearings, and to set forth the basis for the injunction, which could be relevant to the appeal:

Additionally, Petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed on the merits because Petitioners have asserted the Constitution does not provide a mechanism for the legislature to allow for expansion of absentee voting without a constitutional amendment. Petitioners appear to have a viable claim that the mail-in ballot procedures set forth in Act 77 contravene Pa. Const. Article VII Section 14 as the plain language of that constitutional provision is at odds with the mail-in provisions of Act 77. Since this presents an issue of law which has already been thoroughly briefed by the parties, this Court can state that Petitioners have a likelihood of success on the merits of its Pennsylvania Constitutional claim.

The Judge found, among other things, that the plaintiffs were likely to prevail on their PA constitutional claims, and that the matter was not moot even though PA had “certified” the results, because there were more steps to be taken [emphasis added].

Judge McCullough concluded: This is not a final ruling on the merits. It’s meant to prevent PA from taking more steps until the court finally rules.

Given how the PA Supreme Court has ruled previously on election matters, expanding procedures beyond what even the legislature adopted, I don’t see how this survives the PA Supreme Court. From there, the next stop is the U.S. Supreme Court where we know John Roberts and the three liberal Justice will defer to the state supreme court. But the Court is now 6-3, so a Roberts defection would not result in a 4-4 deadlock again if the 5 conservative Justices voted together.

A Pennsylvania appeals court judge ordered state officials on Wednesday to halt any further steps toward certifying election results, a day after Gov. Tom Wolf said he had certified Democrat Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election in Pennsylvania.

Wolf’s administration quickly asked the state Supreme Court to block the ruling from taking effect, saying there was no “conceivable justification” for it.

“Since the birth of our nation nearly 250 years ago, no court has ever issued an order purporting to interfere with a state’s ascertainment of its presidential electors – until today,” the administration said in its motion.

Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough, a Republican, had issued the order and set a hearing for Friday. It wasn’t immediately clear if she intended to hold up the certification of state and local contests on the ballot or interrupt the scheduled Dec. 14 meeting of the state’s 20 electors.

She came back with more good news or Trump’s legal team as late in the night, Judge Patricia A. McCullough ruled that PA preliminary ELECTION CERTIFICATION injunction was PROPERLY ISSUED and should be upheld and that gives state legislators power to choose electors.

A majority of Americans will never be convinced to go against their own gut feeling and the massive amount of current evidence being offered by the Trump Legal Team of Sydney Powell, Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, that our Republic was not illegally and criminally hijacked by the Democratic Party and their Communist minions, who have made a great show of their hatred for Conservatives and Christian America, should Biden eventually be declared President. No institution in the country, and certainly not the mainstream media propagandists and advocates for the Marxist Biden Team, will ever convince millions of Americans that Biden is anything other than an illegitimate “president”.

 

On Thursday, November 19th 2020, America took front row seats at one hell of a press conference, that was carried by Fox News. President Trump’s legal team, led by his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, stated that they have enough evidence to disqualify more than double the number of votes needed to overturn the election results, currently being touted and screamed to the rooftops by the media, that appears to be in the tank for Biden.

An attorney of world renown of the highest caliber, Sidney Powell delivered a powerful statement, at the Republican National Committee, in a voice filled with the iron of conviction, forged in righteousness and filled with an emotional tone that spoke of her love for America, being the True American Patriot that she is. Powell stated: “This is stunning, heartbreaking, infuriating and the most unpatriotic acts I can even imagine for people in this country to have participated in, in any way, shape or form. And I want the American people to know right now, we will not be intimidated. American patriots are fed up with the corruption from the local level to the highest level of our government and we are going to take this country back. We are not going to be intimidated. we are not going to back down. (Closing with) We are going to clean this mess up now. President Trump won by a landslide. We are going to prove it and we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom.”

 

The former Mayor of New York Rudy Giuliani, a shrewd attorney in his own right, delivered his own statement with his voice filled with the emotion that can only be found within a true American patriot, as he stated he had enough evidence to overturn the election. As he continued, he bluntly stated: “(It is) a matter of national security that we’re talking about now, very, very serious matter of national security. Please don’t make light of it … don’t act like it isn’t a surprise. If that’s not a headline tomorrow, then you don’t know what a headline is. There isn’t a single person in this country that would have believed we have states that are stupid enough to have our vote sent out of this country. You couldn’t possibly believe that the company counting our vote, with control over our vote, is owned by two Venezuelans who were allies of Chavez, are present allies of Maduro, with a company whose Chairman is a close associate and business partner of George Soros, the biggest donor to the Democratic Party, the biggest donor to Antifa, and the biggest donor of Black Lives Matter. My Goodness! What do we have to do to get you [the media] to give our people the truth?”

 

It is quite a significant matter too, that America must note, several attorneys helping Giuliani’s Legal Team have already been threatened and doxxed by radical Marxist Democrats over the course of the past week, as this case built momentum. One of those threatened was Linda Kerns, a Philadelphia attorney, who came under a withering attack from the left, after she sought sanctions against a lawyer from the firm representing Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, and Ms. Kerns is now under official protection, according to the New York Post and court papers filed Wednesday evening. And attorneys from Jones Day and Porter and Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP have also come under attack for representing the election interests of President Trump and Vice-President Pence, in a manner that would make the Ministerium fur Staatssicherheit [Better known during Cold War days as Communist East Germany’s “Stasi”, a brutal Secret Police] proud.

 

Unfortunately, this is America’s current miserable state of affairs in its election system. This is what one gets after decades of cash-and-carry City Halls in Detroit, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Milwaukee and Atlanta.

 

Even the former Democratic Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich told Newsmax recently, that election fraud runs deep and is widespread in the large Democratic Party controlled cities, as if that was news to most of us with eyes and ears. He elaborated further, as he claimed that Democratic led polling places stop counting votes when their candidate is behind and in the middle of the night, “the stealing starts.”

 

All throughout the briefing, rude “reporters” kept trying to attack and cast doubt on the veracity of their assertions, despite repeated responses that they had not yet reached the questions segment of the news conference. With a great patience beyond my own, Jenna Ellis went with it until she unleashed a major blistering hot reprimand and harshly criticized the media for turning a blind-eye to previous claims of election fraud, as she predicted the media would spin and mock the press conference, noting the press conference was an “overview” of their legal case and not the legal case itself.

 

Ellis also tried to make an extremely ignorant press corps understand that a case for a single crime taking place in minutes could take days of preparation. She stated that they could not possibly expect to see a case as expansive as this Election Fraud case, spanning at least ten states or more and many months, resolved in a matter of a few days. Her hard aim at them was rightly delivered, in light of the fact it took Al Gore thirty-seven days to concede his loss in the 2000 Presidential election.

 

Much of the case for proving that President Trump actually did win the election hinges on a number of dynamics, and, as he waved affidavits that actually hold up in court as evidence, he told the gathered journalists that their claims of “lack of evidence” for fraud were ridiculous. His legal team’s assertions include fraudulent mail-in ballots — Back-dated ballots, Unobserved ballots and Unsigned ballots and thousands of them from multiple states; and massively evil electronic shenanigans focused on Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic.

 

During the briefing, Sidney Powell explained; “There is no doubt that it (Dominion) has been used to alter elections in other countries. The Dominion Voting Systems, the Smartmatic technology software and the software that goes in other computerized voting systems here as well, not just Dominion, were created in Venezuela at the direction of Hugo Chavez to make sure he never lost an election … we have one very strong witness who has explained how it all works. This affidavit is attached … it is a stunning, detailed affidavit because he was with Hugo Chavez when he was briefed on how it works. He has seen it operate and as soon as he saw the multiple states shut down the voting the night of the election, he knew the same thing was happening here. ….. Powell continued, alleging that Dominion systems were used to flip votes from Trump to Biden in the November 2020 election. ….. “One of its most characteristic features is its ability to flip votes. It can set up and run an algorithm that probably ran all over the country to take a certain percentage of votes from President Trump and flip them to Joe Biden. Notably, the Dominion executives are nowhere to be found now. They’re moving their offices overnight to different places. Their office in Toronto was shared with one of the Soros entities.”

 

Adding his own concerns, Giuliani explained how the aforementioned whistleblower had gone into great detail on the foreign interference that is also part and parcel of any Dominion package, as Giuliani also alleged that U.S. votes in 27 to 28 states that were counted by Dominion, calculated and analyzed, were sent outside of our country, and they don’t go to Canada. They were sent to Germany and Spain, where a company called “Smartmatic” performed the actual count. Giuliani further observed that this was Dominion’s expertise — rigging elections, and that they have already executed such fraudulent elections several times in Venezuela, Argentina and even Chicago, as noted in the official U.S. Congressional record. This crooked, corrupt, criminal enterprise was at the helm of the vote count on the night of November 3rd 2020.

 

Giuliani said: “And they did all their old tricks. They stopped it (the election count). They also switched votes around subtly, maybe 10 per district so you don’t notice. They got caught in Antrim County (Michigan) which is how we found out about them, and we are in the process of investigating this in great, great detail.”

 

It’s highly unlikely that Joe Biden was totally unaware of this massive criminal scheme to steal a U.S. election. I mean, he has lost a good bit of his mental acumen, not that he ever had that much at the start, but even Ol’ Sleepy Joe ain’t that slow. It’s almost assured that every vile thing that has occurred has done so under his “watchful eye”, since he’s never seen a criminal enterprise he could resist, or a betrayal of America that just didn’t warm the cockles of his little black commie heart.

 

Whatever happens down the road, Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) is certain to play an integral part in this Election Fraud case, especially in light of recent information focused on DVS’s Vice-President of U.S. Engineering Eric Coomer. As [JOS] retold to Michelle Malkin by Joe Oltmann, who infiltrated Antifa, Oltmann overheard a conversation concerning Coomer and his alleged statement to Antifa:

 

“Don’t worry about the election. Trump’s not going to win. I made f***ing sure of that.”

Yes. It is possible to use Dominion to rig elections, just as Coomer explained to the Illinois State Board of Elections, on August 26th 2016. Asked if it was possible to bypass election systems software and go directly to the data tables that manage the systems running in Illinois, Coomer’s reply was, “Yes, if they have access.” And apparently, somebody with “access” in the corrupt Democratic Party machine did exactly that very thing in the swing states, for Biden and the Democrats. It should make all honest and decent Americans wonder if any elections have been legitimate over the past decade.

 

And furthermore, just to show the depths of the evil, maniacal and unhinged criminal Democratic Party Communists will go, we must note one more of the statements made by the honorable and impeccable Rudy Giuliani this past Thursday, as he detailed information contained in no less than 220 sworn affidavits from Michigan alone: “… under any other circumstances, (this) would have been on the front page of all your newspapers, if it didn’t involve the hatred you have, irrational, pathological hatred that you have for the president. What they swear to is that, at 4:30 in the morning, a truck pulled up to the Detroit center where they were counting ballots. … It (contained) thousands of ballots, and the ballots were in garbage cans … paper bags … cardboard boxes, and they were taken into the center. … At that time, they thought all the Republican inspectors had left, all but two had and an employee of Dominion who we will address a little bit later … Here’s what they jointly swear to, that every ballot that they could see, everything they could hear, these ballots were for Biden. When they saw a ballot, these were ballots only for Biden, meaning there was no down-ticket. Just Biden. Many of them didn’t have anything on the outer envelope because these ballots were produced very quickly, very swiftly and there are estimated to be a minimum of 50,000, maximum of 100,000. Many of them were triple counted, which means they were put into the counting machine this way.

 

Once, twice, three times. I didn’t see that. I don’t know that but for the fact that three American citizens are willing to swear to it. We’re not going to let them go to court and do that? We’re going to let this election go by when there are in this case 60 witnesses that can prove what I’m saying to you and other acts of fraud in Michigan? … what’s happened to this country if we’re going to let that happen? What happened to this country if we’re going to cover that up? … This happened in Pennsylvania (too) … at least 300,000 illegitimate ballots that we can specifically identify [in Michigan where] the margin … is 146,121 and these ballots were all cast basically in Detroit that Biden won 80 to 20. So you see, it changes the result of the election in Michigan, if you take out Wayne County.”

 

Kristin Fisher of Fox News kept the faith with the globalists and Marxist propaganda, as she seemed more intent on attacking the credibility of Trump’s legal team and suggesting they had presented no facts, glossing over the fact that Jenna Ellis had in fact explained fully, that this briefing was a simple overview of a complex criminal matter. And not once in her report did Fisher make mention of the actual bombshell facts that were presented, exhibiting she has no real interest in revealing the truth to the American people.

 

Even Tucker Carlson tried to besmirch Sidney Powell for not taking advantage of his offer for a full hour, as he too suggested the briefing was light on facts. He and others fail to understand that any case doesn’t unfold like a scene from Law and Order, where everything is tied up in an hour. As Trump’s attorneys stated, they weren’t trying the case in the “Court of Public Opinion” but it would be tried properly before The Court.

 

Speaking to Maria Bartiromo at Fox Business on Friday morning, Ms. Powell noted that she didn’t get angry with Carlson, as he stated, but that she had actually sent him an affidavit that she had not even attached to a pleading yet; and, she had offered him a new witness who could explain the mathematics and statistical evidence far better than her. Later, in an interview with the Washington Examiner, Ms. Powell stated: “I would continue to encourage him and all journalists to review all the materials we have provided so far and conduct their own investigations. Evidence continues to pour in, but a five-minute television hit is not my focus now. Collecting evidence and preparing the case are my top priorities.”

 

President Trump’s legal team is under the gun at the moment and playing catch-up, so stunned has all America been to see this turn of events that is so incredible, the unthinkable betrayal until recent years. President Trump’s campaign was caught flatfooted to some degree on this and they are now playing catch-up, at a time when Trump should have already had a highly intelligent, loyal to the death grim reaper ready to defend his position in any such eventuality as this.

 

The Democratic Party Communists have assembled all their radical foot soldiers of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, enforcers, sympathetic “journalists”, bureaucrats, city political machines, computer techs, agent provocateurs, straight up thugs and every single usual suspect and corrupt piece of human refuse in every big city in every key state, every state they thought might come into play. And President Trump evidently didn’t plan for this, or if he did, he isn’t showing his “hole card” just yet. But, to date, in my estimation, it appears as though the Trump campaign wasn’t thorough enough, nor relentless enough.

 

Trump’s team is late to the war, and therefore, they are being spread thin at the moment, across the whole battlefield that needs to be occupied by any and all lawyers on his side and the side of freedom, to fight to catch the perpetrators and criminals of this massive multi-dimensional election fraud case of a lifetime, with deadlines looming and fast approaching, and to ensure that future elections will actually be honest and the U.S. doesn’t become just one more failed banana republic.

 

No small team of attorneys such as seen standing with Rudy Giuliani, no matter how seasoned and sharp, could handle such a Herculean task as this on the fly, without breaking into a cold sweat, especially when some of their colleagues are abandoning the fight to one degree or another, due to threats from the radical, lunatic Democratic Party Communists, from Nome to Tallahassee.

 

Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani shouldn’t have to carry the entire burden of this fight, but they’re the ones God has placed in the gap, while our Department of Justice remains mysteriously quiet on all fronts, at the precise time they should be all over this with warrants blazing. And that leaves We the People to do all we can, wherever we can. Stand in the gap alongside them, as need be, to pick up the slack in this fight to preserve freedom and liberty for all.

 

Win, lose or draw, the battle for truth and freedom isn’t over, not ever. Freedom burns bright in the minds and hearts of all true Americans, and it is revered in our homes and exhibited openly in our everyday lives, in the open air and through our efforts to succeed and all the adventures that come our way. It is the American Dream, a dream that will never die, so long as one lone free man or woman recalls what it means to truly live free or die, following in the footsteps of America’s Founders.

 

America is facing the same sort of war for freedom as mankind has fought for the last ten thousand years.

 

Determination, war, blood, sacrifice: It started in clans in caves and has spanned all the days of mankind, from King David through the signing of the Magna Carta and the United States Constitution; it was documented in a photo of a lone New Orleans DA on a rainy night with a valise full of evidence on JFK’s assassination, and it’s now moved into a new dimension and a new war that is just as deadly, but one that is buried in zeroes flashing inside the marvels of technology and designed to invent a new reality for us all.

 

It’s still a war to see who will be free, and to end the days of slaves and masters, in order to secure our “unalienable” rights of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

I ran into some information yesterday that even I would have pooh-poohed as conspiracy theory until I have witnessed how the Dem-Marxists have stolen by some kind of data manipulation the 2020 election from President Donald Trump. That data manipulation is an Intelligence (as in all of them) Service invention designated as The Hammer invented by Dennis Montgomery who in turn became an ignored Whistleblower (as in a holder of documented proof). The Hammer spies on people and is capable data manipulation electronically. The website The American Report (which annoyingly out of probable copyright jealousy has disabled copy-&-pasting functions on their web pages) has Montgomery story including some limited photocopying of documentation:

I am providing The American Report as corroboration to the information I ran into yesterday about The Hammer on a Brannon Howse audio podcast which included webpage content about the podcast. The podcast includes interviews with Mary Fanning (one of The American Report authors above) and retired Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (which is also a contributor on The American Report).

 

Let’s assume this info on The Hammer is accurate. If accurate then President Trump will not win in the judicial system. Indeed, it is my suspicion this is the very backup plan Peter Strzok referenced in his exposed text messages to his adultery infested paramour Lisa Page. Which also indicates why all these former Obama Administration criminals have zero fear of prosecution because they own the blackmail apparatus on Americans and the ability to electronically manipulate data.

THE WHISTLEBLOWER TAPES, confidential audio recordings released by U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow’s courtroom in November 2015, revealed that SCORECARD was deployed by the Obama team against Florida election computers to steal the 2012 presidential election on behalf of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.

 

SCORECARD is now being activated to steal the vote on behalf of Joe Biden once again. Biden utilized THE HAMMER and SCORECARD while running for Vice President in 2012. Votes are again being stolen on Joe Biden’s behalf as he runs for President of the United States in 2020.

 

This time, SCORECARD is stealing votes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona, according to Montgomery.

 

SCORECARD steals elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points of state election computer systems and outside third party election data vaults as votes are being transferred. The Obama White House had an encrypted VPN in order to access THE HAMMER at will.

 

In August 2015, CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery provided the FBI and the DOJ with evidence stored on 47 hard drives that implicates Robert Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden, in illegal activities, Montgomery states.

 

Among the 600 million pages of documents stored on those 47 hard drives of electronic data that Montgomery turned over to the FBI were 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, according to Montgomery. The 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden included videos and images.

 

Going all the way back to 2003, Montgomery maintains, the U.S. government continuously targeted Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with electronic surveillance via THE HAMMER.

 

On February 3, 2009, Brennan and Clapper moved THE HAMMER to Fort Washington, Maryland and began using the foreign surveillance system for domestic surveillance, targeting President Obama’s political enemies for “blackmail and leverage.” Montgomery, as a CIA contractor, worked for John Brennan and James Clapper.

 

Montgomery became a whistleblower upon seeing first hand how the Obama administration had turned THE HAMMER against America. Montgomery received two limited immunity agreements from the DOJ and the FBI in exchange for evidence production and testimony.

Plenty of valid, factual reasons exist to criticize and even oppose today’s Republican Party and President Trump, but none of them warrant abandoning the country to the waiting arms of the Democratic Party Communists and former Vice-President Joe Biden, who has done more to harm America than any other politician, any person, other than President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and their criminal cronies, in eighty-eight years. In fact, for Americans hoping to restore the nation and lead it back toward our ***Founding Principles, President Donald J. Trump, a man who loves traditional America and Her values, may be the best bulwark over the next four years against the encroachment of an all-consuming Marxist/Maoist Communist, counter culture ideology into virtually every aspect of American public and private life, preventing Biden and the militant radicals of his party from putting the final nail in the coffin of America’s Republic and destroying freedom and liberty for all.

I’ll have to admit that I’ve been so angry with Trump over the USMCA and the $4.8 trillion “Budget Bill” that doesn’t balance ’til 2035 and his illegal ban on bumpstocks by executive order, as well as other massive bills, that I simply intended to not vote for him, and instead, I was going to vote for great conservatives down the ticket. However, President Trump has done more good than harm in his first four years, once one considers his support for the UnBorn Children, the Newborn and Vulnerable, ending the individual mandate of the ACA [aka Obamacare], and his nomination of two fine Supreme Court Justices and one truly great Justice and the Abraham Accords, along with a strong effort on immigration reforms and halting illegal aliens; and, his leadership is certainly exhibiting flashes of brilliance and greatness that will not soon be forgotten.

 

With that said, vote for President Trump like the future of the nation depends on it, since it does. Vote often and hope for “twelve more years” for Trump (just jokin’ folks .. four more will be just fine).

 

Whatever gripes and grievances true conservatives may have over the Trump administration’s handling of domestic and foreign policy, they can wait until he’s re-elected, at which time, we should all support those viable plans he presents and oppose him when he is obviously presenting anything detrimental to the Bill of Rights, national sovereignty and individual freedom and liberty. And, with no room left for compromise any longer with the Democratic Party, we will simultaneously be charged with trying to draw many young socialists back to the conservative ideas that built America and made Her strong, no matter how hopeless the pursuit may seem, while preparing for a tumultuous decade of civil upheaval, quite probably civil war.

 

But make no mistake. America’s Democratic Party isn’t just an urgent existential threat to freedom and liberty, it is an existential threat to our very existence as a society and our own personal physical safety, too. Go ahead. Name a city, any major city from California to Illinois to Oregon and Washington and on to Georgia and New York and all points in between, and one finds that from the start, long before Trump even announced he was running for president, leftists have been attacking conservatives physically, for disagreeing with their declarations in support of Marxist tenets and ending American society as we have known it. And it only grew worse upon Trump’s announcement that he would seek the Presidency of the United States.

 

In their efforts to implement the Great Unraveling of our nation, the supporters of the Democratic Party are pushing the nation towards a terrible “new” yet old Bolshevik Marxist vision, as they demand a fantastic, unattainable country; and, the police are being defunded, statues are coming down, cities are being burned and real scandals and crimes committed by their leaders, such as Joe Biden, and the recent revelation of bribes from China simply for access to Biden are ignored and buried. And Antifa and BLM continue in their combined assaults against everything good and decent that has ever been created and brought forth from our Founding to the present.

 

And aren’t people the outcasts if they fail to sufficiently bow to the new racist paradigm being advocated by the Left and the Democratic Party? Now Black Lives Matter reading materials and propaganda are mandatory in the halls of universities and far too many state and local governments, and America hears Joe Biden praising the Black Lives Matter organization in Atlanta, Georgia on October 27th, even though it is known to have been organized by Marxists in 2013 and continues to be funded by Communist organizations from around the globe.

 

The proponents of Cancel Culture edicts will most certainly cast an anti-American vote for Biden. They’re addicted to the power they feel it gives them to destroy an individual’s livelihood and reputation for expressing the “wrong opinion” or telling a joke, or asking someone in one’s office for a date. It’s the advent of an “anything goes” society and nothing matters but that their power continues to grow and conservatives are increasing silenced and canceled, as they now move to bring about a Social Credit System much as seen in modern day China, whereby people are totally controlled and coerced for no productive purpose, but only to intimidate, harass and penalize people for nothing less than vengeance over personal losses and slights.

 

A Biden administration will trample free speech to hell and back. Think “trigger words” and the simpering university students who have had to be shielded from anything unpleasant that a conservative person might state, no matter how true it might be. Prepare to find new legislation implementing “hate speech” laws that are designed to suppress free speech and any speech that might hurt some poor little Communist’s feelings. And people should prepare to see their ideas excluded in the classroom and business offices, if they go against the current crony-capitalism and the push towards full blown Marxism, on the grounds that they are “offensive” or somehow “racist”.

 

A Biden administration will represent everything the Greatest Generation fought against over the decades, the Socialist and Communist freedom killing global agendas. But please do vote for Biden, if one wishes to see the CIA, FBI and Department of Justice, the IRS and every other federal institution, including the Department of Homeland Security, politicized and used against anybody who disagrees with Biden’s new Czars. Look for exculpatory evidence to regularly be withheld from federal court proceedings and other acts of obstructing justice, as RussiaGate hoaxes will become the rule to discredit conservatives and deflect attention from real crimes and treason committed by the Democratic Party, leaking lies and propaganda to the proponents of “Fake News” in the Leftstream media for political advantage. And if one does vote for Biden, please do understand that this undermines the basis of political rectitude, the Founding Principles, of our Republic, this thing where civilization supposedly lives.

 

Expect to see business as usual, when it comes to dealing with America’s enemies and selling Her out. Just as we are finding out more about Hunter Biden selling access to then Vice-President Joe Biden and Joe’s obvious complicity in the matter, especially regarding Burisma, Ukraine and China, America can expect to witness more acts of betrayal, such as, when Obama and VP Biden sold out thirty-six U.S. CIA informants to the Chinese Communists of the Xi Jinping regime, including one pregnant woman, twenty associates, and, in total, 60 CIA agents, who were all cruelly and brutally executed. Expect an undoing of all of Trump’s Middle East successes and more appeasement and bribes to the Iranian Mullahs for “peace” and deals similar to Hillary’s Uranium One debacle and the deal that facilitated and “authorized” transfers of US secret computer technology to Russia’s Skolkovo Project, that further enabled Russia’s development of hypersonic nuclear weapons.

 

Ironically, many of the same plotters and traitors, who have been involved in every anti-American scheme over the past twelve years, from the politicization of the IRS, FBI and CIA to the +++Benghazi Betrayal and on to the coup against President Trump, those demented red, radical Commie bastards, such as Obama, Hillary Clinton and former CIA Director, John Brennan, and former Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, are at it again, as they attempt to discredit the revelation of the Biden Family’s criminal and treasonous activities, by the New York Post, as more “Russian disinformation”, no matter there exists tapes and documentation, as well as sworn first hand testimony from those involved.  Clapper and Brennan went so far as to sign a letter, along with a long list of former Intelligence officers, who hate Trump, aimed at discrediting the story, in a move that speaks to the desperation of the Democratic Party, that is reminiscent of the not too distant RussiaGate Hoax that came up empty after two years of deflecting from real crimes and treason against America, by the Mueller “Special Counsel” team — the Obama Hit Squad, comprised largely of Democrats and Never Trumpers.

As if all of this isn’t bad enough, every American who cares about a productive and free future for their descendants must also consider that Biden and the Squad, comprised of Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley, are proposing a minimum of $11 trillion in brand new spending over the next ten years, including two trillion dollars for his version of a Green New Deal, far less than the $60 trillion the Squad wants, and $1.4 trillion to expand Obamacare; Biden is also fine with continued massive “stimulus spending” that only further destroys American opportunity and chances for a full economic recovery and future prosperity, such as the current demands from the House and Senate Democrats for a $3.3 trillion stimulus plan.

 

And contrary to Biden’s claims that Americans making under $400,000 a year would not pay “one red cent more in taxes”, this simply isn’t true, given his plans to reinstate the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate, and, according to Richard Rubin in the Wall Street Journal:

 

“… the corporate tax increases would indirectly affect households at all income levels. That’s because the burden of that tax is borne by shareholders and, over the long run, by workers. So anyone owning stocks could be affected and eventually, companies may raise wages less than they otherwise would.”

 

Starkly different and a hundred and eighty degrees opposed, President Trump has assured voters that he will perform the largest tax cut ever, if he’s re-elected. One aspect that has been suggested was permanently cutting the payroll tax. Although it’s unclear precisely what his cuts would include, President Trump has previously stated that he would cut the top capital gains tax to fifteen percent, down from twenty percent, give tax breaks to U.S. companies that bring back their operations from China, and help codify changes made in the previous tax overhaul that are on schedule to sunset in 2025.

 

Worse yet, Biden’s proposals, especially concerning new regulations focused on energy and healthcare, will put some hard brakes on our economy over the next decade, killing nearly five million jobs and causing the Gross Domestic Product to drop $2.6 trillion. By the end of the decade, U.S. consumption will be down $1.5 trillion and median-income households will make $6500 less, according to calculations made by the Hoover Institute.

 

Today’s Democratic Party and Joe Biden are devoid of the morality necessary and required for the proper administration of a democratically elected republican form of constitutional governance, since they reject the virtues and the principles of the Founding itself, seeking instead to impose the politics of fear, such as are found in despotic Third World Banana republics. They are devoid of any scruples and honorable moral code, and they would sell everything and anything America creates to the highest bidder, even Her enemies, since even they are for sale. They have no honor. They have no love for America.

 

No American who truly loves this great nation of ours should want to witness a Democratic Party Communist regime take control of our government, a regime that supports all this pernicious mendacity and bad faith governance, rejecting “by consent of the people”. Nor should they want an international grifter suffering from cognitive decline, such as Joe Biden, in The Power Seat, so easy to manipulate, although his mental state is not his fault. And so, if a true patriot wishes to stop a reliably dishonest, criminal and treasonous cabal from running America further into the ground and under the control of our enemies, they should vote for President Donald J. Trump, since despite his flaws, he has managed to hold America together during the greatest disruptions of American society and normal life any of us have witnessed over the past eighty years, acting defiantly and bravely in the face of a dastardly opposition intent on using any foul deed to destroy him.

 

America simply won’t withstand even the first four years of a Biden administration’s agenda that would bring an untold level of tyrannical and sadistic insanity to the governmental process that will certainly reduce us all to “equality” in the lowest common denominator of poverty, as serfs, and an American public forced to suffer terrible abuses. And, although President Trump won’t “Make America Great Again” in the manner so many of his supporters seem to take the slogan, simply because too much was working against him, from decades previous to his administration, another four years, under President Trump’s guidance and love and loyalty for America, may give us a bit of a respite to regroup and figure out a plan that will end forever the Communist movement within America.

Triggering a Constitutional Crisis and a Revolution – Revolutions Don’t Care About Elections

America has a long history of fair and relatively fraud free elections, and for most of our history, the various political factions have consistently sought and found a way to compromise on the most pressing issues of the day, whether on the social front or the economy, spending and the role government should play in them all. The lines between party lines have been delineated in firmer and harder positions from all sides, primarily the two sides that exhibit one standing for Big government and less freedom and the other standing for smaller, limited government and expanded freedom and individual liberties. And, as the fight drags on today, compromise has shown itself illusive and practically impossible to reach.

 

The Democratic Party is far and away from the Old Blue Dog Democrats of the late 1940s, 50s and early 60s, who actually still loved America. They held dear Her Founding Principles and the Constitution, largely just seeing Big Government as offering more solutions than not; and never would they seek to trash the Constitution or sell the nation down the road to Marxist Communism. Although to be sure, with the release of the declassified Venona Files [Blog Editor: Venona Background and Venona Files] in July of 1995, America was shown without a doubt that the Democratic Party had been rife with outright Communists, who absolutely would and did betray America to the Communists of the world, largely starting under President Franklin Roosevelt and brought to light by Senator Joe McCarthy, now standing vindicated in his allegations and charges against many government officials and American citizens.

 

Today, members of the Democratic Party are more similar to communists like Alger Hiss, who sought to hand America to the Soviets, and the radical Bill Ayers, who is a domestic terrorist of the Weather Underground***, still walking free; and, the Democratic Party is nothing less than a front group for the Marxist and Maoist communists of the world, who seek to destroy America by any means necessary. Over the past two weeks, once again they have hit upon another plan to wreak as much chaos as possible, by disrupting the election in November, if President Donald J. Trump does in fact win re-election. I don’t see any real path that he doesn’t, but it’s not going to matter to the Democrats, desperate to cling to power, who are already calling for the rejection of any electoral loss, in order to trigger a constitutional crisis.

The Commie Democrats, like Chuckie Schumer, Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and many others, are just crazy enough to want this now, in what seems to be a death wish for themselves, their countrymen and Western civilization, too. Trump’s victory will be seen as evidence of treason within the system and it would require an immediate correction, through a greater level of sedition and violence than originally utilized in their failed 2016 attempts to end President Trump.

 

They are already preparing the American people through their false scenarios and narratives as they explain that nobody should expect to see concrete election results on Election Night. They don’t want anyone to believe the results, even if they are definite, real and documented by election officials, as exhibited by a recent statement from Josh Mendelsohn, Hawkfish CEO, that suggested an election night landslide victory for President Trump would simply be a “red-mirage”, that would be proven erroneous in the days and weeks following Election Day, as the mail-in ballots rolled in. [Blog Editor: The “red-mirage” propaganda is to set the stage for Dems to steal the election via Voter Fraud by fabricating mailed-in ballots. You might be surprised to discover your dead Grandpa, dead Uncle, Micky Mouse and your dog voted by mail as a Dem.]

 

Hawkfish is a U.S. political data agency in New York City that was founded by Michael Bloomberg in 2019 to support Democratic candidates, causes and “common sense” solutions, an oxymoron when using “common sense” in the same sentence with “Democrat”. However, the election model presented by Hawkfish brings the Democratic Party’s longstanding voter fraud practices front and center when one considers their hard push for ballot harvesting and mail-in voting, since it shows mail-in ballots going overwhelmingly for Biden, to hand him a “massive victory” comprised of 334 Electoral College votes to Trump’s 204, in their best-case scenario

 

Incredibly, the acting Director of Homeland Security, Chad Wolf, nominated by President Trump himself, recently added fuel to the fire, by allowing the release of a draft document in August claiming once again that “white supremacists” represent a larger security threat to the nation, as if on cue, making one seriously wonder about Wolf’s own bias and standing as a Republican (in name only?). How does this report make no mention of the Marxists of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, who have been destroying U.S. cities and murdering policemen since at least 2016? One can only presume Americans are expected to ignore reality and the actual violence that has been ripping our country apart for months now, caused by shiftless and directionless, ignorant, malcontent people of color and equally shiftless, no-good, white “liberal” amerikkan Communist apparatchiks.

 

DHS’s draft report serves to enable state agents to more easily target legally-armed Americans, who congregate with other firearms owners, and the protections provided by our God-given Inalienable Rights and the 2nd Amendment. The label of “white supremacist” will be slapped against many peaceful conservatives who seek nothing less than the ability to defend themselves in a righteous manner. This document must serve as a warning to anyone who does not currently support the idiocy — especially as it pertains to “white privilege”, Maoist cancel culture, and the Marxist race-based agenda of Antifa and BLM —  the evil and the tyranny espoused by the New Democratic Party Communist Orthodoxy, and they must prepare accordingly.

 

In a Washington Post editorial entitled ‘Trump could refuse to concede’ [WaPo must have faced criticism, they changed title: “What’s the worst that could happen?”] on September 3rd 2020, Rosa Brooks, co-founder of TIP, wrote: “President Trump has broken countless norms and ignored countless laws during his time in office, and … my colleagues and I at the Transition Integrity Project … realized that identifying the most serious risks to our democracy might be the best way to avert a November disaster … “.  And over the course of unveiling four different “war game” scenarios focused on both broad and narrow victories for each candidate, Brooks finally got to the heart of the matter, as she offered forth an oh so thinly veiled threat: “A landslide for Joe Biden resulted in a relatively orderly transfer of power. Every other scenario we looked at involved street-level violence and political crisis.”

 

The Democratic Party’s cunning and scheming lawfare cadre will fall into the fray too, along with the complicit Leftstream Media and various fascist cable news channels, that will continuously promote the notion that Joe Biden is leading in several swing states, regardless of whether it’s true or not, amplified on social media sites, as well. When he loses on election night, the frenzied, fierce furor begins. And in the meantime, massive amounts of mail-in ballots pour into election districts that previously did not utilize this method much, leaving them quite ill-equipped to validate them.

 

One must note that Brooks and Nils Gilman founded TIP in 2019, supposedly from a “concern that the Trump administration may seek to manipulate, ignore, undermine or disrupt the 2020 presidential election and transition process.” Brooks was an advisor to the Hillary Clinton State Department and she has also been the general counsel to George Soros’s Open Society Institute (OSI), a subsidiary of the Open Society Foundation, while Zoe Hudson, TIP’s director, is also a top figure of OSF, senior policy analyst, who has been a liaison between the foundations and the U.S. government for the past eleven years.

This should be a massive Red Flag to the Trump Administration and all American patriots, since the communist OSF and George Soros fomented many “color revolutions” to overthrow non-aligned foreign governments, especially during the Obama administration, as seen through the 2011 Arab Spring and in the Ukraine in 2014. Now, the very same tactics used to foment rebellion in foreign countries, by our CIA, are being used in America domestically and against everything good and decent our country is built upon.

 

As noted by J.B. Shurk, on September 9th, for The Federalist: “This is why Sens. Bernie Sanders and Chuck Schumer pretend Trump won’t leave office if defeated. … It’s why Hillary Clinton insists Biden should not concede the election until Democrats have a chance to throw state vote counts into chaos, why Bill Clinton is selling the idea that Trump will ‘stack sandbags’ to stay in the White House, and why certain ‘Washington insiders’ have a plan to undertake ‘unprecedented’ measures to overthrow Trump after he wins re-election. The Democratic Party is actively working to create the conditions necessary to trigger a political revolution.”

 

“Progressive” communist groups, such as SEIU, Color of Change, MoveOn, Indivisible, Demos and many others, have formed a coalition focused on creating “mass public unrest”, according to the Daily Beast, as it reports the coalition intends to “Occupy shit, hold space, and shut things down, not just on Election Day, but for weeks.” This so-called “peaceful civil disobedience” will prove to be anything but peaceful, since the country has already witnessed 550 violent riots from May to the present, along with 7,750 Black Lives Matter associated demonstrations in 2,440 locations in all fifty states. Only self-deluded fools could possibly think that this will be anything other than more destructive violence aimed at destroying America and our republic, after the “summer of love” we’ve already endured.

 

Soon after victory is declared for President Trump, the Democratic Party Communists will immediately start screaming over the illegitimacy of Trump’s win and they will immediately declare it invalid, activating their mobs and an explosion of violence not seen in America in many a long century.

 

And even if Biden wins, the violence will persist and continue, since the anti-American radicals, the anarchists and the communists, will see Biden as a puppet to do their bidding, and they will accelerate their insurrection’s goals and head into full blown revolution. An uncooperative or incompetent Biden will be quickly be neutralized and removed with the reins of power handed to Kamala Harris, since nobody who heads the Democratic party today will be allowed to ignore the demands of Antifa and BLM, and any failure to submit means a political death.

 

Over the past three months, all America has had front row seats to the preview of what the Democratic Party Communists and their fascist strong-arm violent Antifa and BLM groups have planned for the next two months and beyond. It doesn’t take much to read the signs of a rapidly approaching expansion of the current insurrection, far removed from anything to do with “police reform”. So desperate is the Left to repel and escape the reality of life, the hard truths of life and everything intelligent humans know to be straight from Natural Law and God’s Creation — to Cancel America’s Culture after infecting every segment of Her society with their Marxist disease — that they now lash out violently to force utopian nostrums upon all America, smashing and destroying everything that’s given rise to so exceptional an America, from 1492 to the present, that one must think them out of their mind, as their intolerant, illiberal mob mentality is reminiscent of the mobs of France in 1793 and the Bolshevik murderers of 1917. This is a revolution in the making and it doesn’t care about the election.

 

No patriot will be caught dead with one thumb stuck between their lips and the other one stuck — well — somewhere, and paralyzed by the onslaught of the nation’s Marxist and Maoist Democratic Party Communists, as they attempt to threaten and intimidate their way to victory, devouring and demolishing the republic. We won’t be standing still with our eyelids fluttering and frozen by fear over the rising chaos, havoc and ruin. No, we won’t be cowed and made so afraid that we submit to a socialist authoritarian tyranny through this new tactic of electoral terrorism. And so, as the Democratic Party Communists fully exhibit that the soap box and the ballot box mean nothing to them, Americans who love God, Family and Country will answer with their rifles and thousands of well-directed bullets from the cartridge box, never to bend an inch in the face of those seeking to end freedom and liberty in America.

America has entered a dangerous realm, as Her enemies intensify their increased attacks against Her, at a time when America’s policies and fiscal deficits are sending America spiraling towards an economic crisis of mammoth proportions. America’s continued adventures in Wonderland, the society’s immorality and lack of civilized discourse on the home front and the explosion of spending and outright theft of its wealth, by numerous thieving knaves — those devils in federal bureaucracies and Congress too — can only end in a pool of tears and the ultimate downfall of America, left to exist in a perpetual state of dystopia from henceforth and into a new age of tyranny and darkness.

 

The Modern Monetary Theory [MMT] is being touted as America’s salvation, even in the GOP, as seen by their insistence to use it. And, as they sell it as a cure for all our problems, they would have us believe several impossible notions before breakfast, as they suggest that government debt isn’t bad, deficits are the cure and not the problem, governments don’t have to issue bonds or raise taxes and they can simply print all the money they want and need, all simultaneously.

 

[MMT is the Dem-Marxist dream to lie to the public on how to pay for all crazy programs costing enormous amounts of money from Universal Healthcare, the Marxist Green New Deal, Free College Tuition, Free Rent and other Communist deceptive lies. For anyone who thought America’s economic collapse of 2008 was horrible, at that moment in time, our national debt was near $10 trillion after more than two centuries as a nation, and our deficit was at $161 billion. Today our national debt totals more than $25 trillion, and of that amount, our immoral, corrupt and criminal elected officials added over $17 trillion of debt in just 13 years, with our current deficit on track to reach $4 trillion soon. That’s around $11 billion a day.

 

And, when one repeatedly uses public funds to bailout private industries, one is looking at the death of capitalism and dark days ahead.

 

In the meantime, Big Business races along investing in unicorns.

 

At the root of the problem, America and Her presidents have allowed the central banks to play around with interest rates, for over two decades, pushing them way too low, with a knowing purpose in mind to build the Boom and Bust cycles that they and their cronies use to line their own pockets and become ever more wealthy, in an obscene manner. However, by setting the system to basically run backwards, they set in motion the beak down and disruption of the normal order of the system, and herds of unicorns have appeared, as investment discipline disappears, wealth becomes virtual, inequality runs rampant, and society melts down while markets melt up.

 

Unfortunately for America, COVID-19, a largely and fairly harmless virus no worse than a bad cold, arrived just in time for the Federal Reserve and the-powers-that-be to seize upon it and hype it as a dire death-dealing crisis, as cover for their own malevolent machinations, fiscal malfeasance, incompetence in many regards too, and utter criminal activity. They supposedly created an extra $6 trillion, printing and unfathomably borrowing from China, since March, in order to help the average American family; and, while that breaks down to $46,000 per family, the average family only received around two to three thousand, depending on their particular set of circumstances.

 

Who received the remaining $5 trillion? The well connected corporate monopolies, hedge funds, Wall Street banks and billionaire oligarchs.

 

There’s certainly nothing wrong with being wealthy, but it’s immoral to give public money to corporations and private individuals to prevent them from going broke, especially after they have repeatedly utilized such egregious and irresponsible spending and investment practices. Let a business succeed or fail on its own merit and the smart use of resources, materials and labor by its managers or the abuse of the same; and the same goes for individuals, especially when they refuse to act in a financially responsible fashion, by working regularly, holding a job and saving their money for rainy times, the bad times.

 

Of course, the economic lockdowns have created a new unnecessary dynamic, that harms even the best of workers. But this is the intention of the hardcore Communists of our country, as they seek to destroy the independent middle class and their businesses, so those people will be forced to work for the large corporations and be held more dependent on those who would be King, whether in government or the corporations of crony-capitalists; the Marxists of America seek to reduce all Americans to serfdom, living on the most meager of handouts. 

 

Crony-capitalists such as Ayn Rand’s character **Wesley Mouch, in Atlas Shrugged, are the bane of human existence, who always subvert and suppress the slightest bit of individual liberty. It is those proponents of true capitalism, such as Hank Rearden, who are the examples all America should want their children to emulate, if they wish to ever truly live as free men and women.

To illustrate how sick and corrupt the latest bailouts have been, President Trump’s closest friends and family even profited to some great degree during this economic crisis, wreaking to high heaven of the worse sort of economic fascism, the picking of winners and losers and crony-capitalism. Observer Holdings, owned by the brother-in-law of President Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, received nearly one million dollars to protect 41 jobs, and Princeton Forrestal and Esplanade Livingston, two holdings controlled by the Kushner Family, received a combined total approaching two million dollars. And then there is Marc Kasowitz who was a top lawyer to President Trump during the Special Counsel’s Russia investigation, whose business, Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, was guaranteed to receive between $5 and $10 million, from Citibank, this for a man who bragged about making between $10 and $30 million a year.

 

Is it any wonder many people, especially conservatives, are angry, especially after witnessing Obama do the exact same thing in 2008?

 

Today’s markets and Silicon Valley, especially, specialize in unicorns. They create new companies that hold little value and don’t actually build assets or do anything very useful, and shortly after the early funding and an Initial Public Offering is made regarding the company’s shares, these knaves exit and take their profits and run for the hills.

 

Everything is upside down and the abnormal and unthinkable is routinely viewed as normal today.

 

The looters of America aren’t just the radical Antifa and Black Lives Matter and their supporters today. They also reside in the halls of government, the Board seats of the Federal Reserve Bank, and the corporate boards of companies that seek government protection from competition.

 

As noted by Veronique de Rugy, senior fellow at the Mercatus Center: “A company wants a special privilege from the government in exchange for political support in future elections. If the company is wealthy enough, the company will get its way and the politicians will get another private-sector ally. The few cronies ‘win’ at the expense of everyone else.”

 

Essentially, bad things happen, as government interests collude with business in a corrupt system that distorts incentives.

 

And, of course, all of the normal people of America, who believe our founding principles must shape our society, are horrified to witness Democratic mayors and governors across the country allowing their cities to be looted and burned upon the false narrative of systemic racism, as Antifa and Black Lives Matter are threatening and attacking conservative Americans and any independent free-thinking Americans who attempt even the slightest opposition of their intimidation tactics and violent message. We are sickened and angered at the sight of people being told they can’t move freely about their towns, pulled from vehicles and very nearly murdered, by these domestic terrorists who demand everybody swear allegiance to their new anti-capitalism, anti-white Communist agenda for America, fully funded by George Soros, his Democratic Party allies, such as Kimberly Gardner, Tim Waltz, Kate Brown, Ted Wheeler, Lori Lightfoot, Jenny Durkhan and Bill DeBlasio, and China in an attempt to subvert our republic and implement their new world order.

 

Isn’t it curious that none of the lockdown orders, the mask mandates or the calls for economic sacrifice applies to the radicals of Antifa and BLM, as they burn police union halls and American cities to the ground? All because they hate President Trump, our Founding principles and America Herself.

 

 

Those of us, who still love America, value traditional America, our Judeo-Christian values and the Founding principles, and we value reason, the individual, and the sort of freedom and liberty that created America’s system of governance, that also initially created so much individual prosperity and liberty for more people than any other system in the history of mankind. More than this, we also recognize that any society rejecting the reasoning mind and intelligent logic, preaching self-sacrifice and worshiping the collective soon creates something akin to Nazi Germany.

 

The current riots in our streets and all the destruction isn’t a product of a failure of politics. They are proceeding just as planned and facilitated by their masters and those in power who are using them to push the Marxist and Maoist Communist agenda.

These anti-American Enemies From Within see virtue as one submitting to all their phony ideas centered on the sin of being white, white privilege and reparations for slavery, along with the censoring and erasure of all Founding principles and conservative ideas, essentially demanding we willingly accept our own demise at their hands where little to no mercy ever reveals itself. Nothing is out of bounds to these evil bastards, not the passive men they drop-kick in the head, attempting murder, or even the elderly women they douse in paint and abuse, who bravely standing up to them and against the tyranny they seek to impose.

 

Too many of my countrymen cannot see beyond the current fictions of the hyped COVID Crisis and the false Systemic Racism narrative, because they believe what they have been told by Communists and the out-of-context words and cleverly edited videos that have turned their perceptions into their reality. Many others are simply cowards and willfully blind to the facts or delusional. They are unprepared for what is just over the horizon, and as the truth becomes apparent, they will have waited ’til it’s too late, with their desperation dancing in the public arena like a circus of the macabre. And they are the walking dead.

 

The good and decent American’s are beyond tired of the sight of our society disintegrating and crumbling before their eyes, being destroyed by Her domestic terrorists and Her elected officials, all in the same motion and especially over the past three months. The responsible citizens of this nation, the producers, are having their livelihoods destroyed and their very lives threatened by the looters and the Communist Mau Maus of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, those brutish and nasty people — self-loathing whites and black nationalist racists —  from the underbelly of the worst criminal and radical elements of our society, who believe they are owed a living, care and finances from the taxpayers. They care nothing for the lives of anyone outside their tribe, and they are an existential threat to free society.

 

Liberty minded Americans are not going to be able to vote away this radical agenda and a better future for America. The next few months will determine the future of America and Her long-term prospects. Many possible results are conceivable, and they are all bad, for the most part, and compromise nor mercy will be the order of the day, especially on the side of the radicals; conservatives should take heed and likewise refuse to compromise, with this growing evil. Time is growing short and a massive conflagration of violence is imminent.

 

The free thinking people of this nation must reject any further tolerance of the Marxist ideology, whose adherents now actively seek our destruction and our deaths, and eradicate it from the public arena from this day forth, treating it as the enemy it represents; and, rather than simply shrug and throw one’s hands in the air in despair, as America’s police forces stand down in many cities and towns, show some spine and fight back. And I do mean to literally fight back, tooth and nail, even to the point of planting some of these Communists six feet under the ground, if they attack anyone supporting freedom, liberty and traditional America and harming them in any manner that threatens their life, since our nation’s future and America’s very survival is at risk.

They used to try and hide who they really are.  Now, the Democrat Party proudly throws around their anti-Christian, anti-Israel, anti-American, anti-Liberty, anti-Free Market, anti-Constitution attitude.

 

They are deconstructionists who are dismantling American History and the American Culture in order to fundamentally transform America into a socialist nightmare.  The most amazing part of it is how they have so many Americans buying into their overthrow of Americanism, without asking questions, without examining the facts.

 

The whole thing is based on lies, projection, and tyrannical tactics that mirror the efforts of past bloody regimes run by murderous tyrants such as Adolf Hitler, Mao Tse Tung, Joseph Stalin, Vladimir Lenin, Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, and the Khmer Rouge.  Yet, they don’t see it.

The authoritarians of the Democrat Party have politicized healthcare in this country to the point that they are currently controlling us in the name of a virus to the point that it is illegal to go to church, assemble with groups in your own home, or speak out against their idiotic, anti-science mandates.  Meanwhile, they encourage the rioting in the streets of radical street thugs who do so not because they are honestly angry, but because it ushers in opportunities for a new socialist regime.  They are no different than the brown shirts and black shirts of fascism during the last century.

 

Then, to put the cherry on top of the whole thing, the Democrat Party’s presidential candidate has happily picked Kamala Harris as his running mate, a character assassination expert who deployed her skills against Brett Kavanaugh, and who happily promoted a communist front group that put up bail for violent Marxist street thugs.  She’s the same power hungry authoritarian who ruthlessly went after pro-life activist David Daleiden, who, if you remember, filmed numerous undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood employees admitting they make huge profits from the sale of tissue from aborted fetuses, and that upset Harris so greatly that she sent a team of heavily armed agents to his home to seize all of his footage.  The Real Kamala Harris then orchestrated an attack against Daleiden that left him nearly ruined, and facing jail time for exposing Planned Parenthood’s criminal activity.

Harris came out in favor of forcing Christians into violating their religious tenets by forcing them to pay for abortion. While attorney general of California she was furious when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the Hobby Lobby case that Christian institutions did not have to pay for abortion and contraceptives in their employee healthcare packages. She believed Hobby Lobby should be forced to cover abortion-inducing drugs and devices.  She wrote a brief urging the Supreme Court to take up the case and, when it did, joined with the attorney general of Massachusetts to write an amicus brief arguing that the court should force Hobby Lobby to cover abortifacients.  This premise lurked at the foundation of her argument: When people start for-profit corporations, they must leave their “personal” religious beliefs behind.  In her amicus, Harris suggested that the free exercise of religion is a right created by manmade statutes—not God—and is a “personal” thing that should be kept in an “inner sanctum.”

 

Kamala Harris, who is not black, by the way, she is half Indian, half Jamaican, according to Trump, is the kind of opponent any GOP candidate would dream of.  She’s a radical, supporter of policies that are compromising the family, compromising law and order, and policies that are literally sending Democrat-ruled New York City straight down the tubes.  She hates America, she hates our institutions, and she has even gone so far as to compare ICE to the KKK.

It is no longer big news that Senator Kamala Harris has been selected to run as Sleepy/Quid Pro Joe Biden’s Running Mate. (It’s doubtful mind-addled Joe actually picked Harris himself.) Harris has a host problematic issues connected to her legal/political career that should garner some admiration from Crooked Hillary. Well, the drama is over: Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden did what his handlers told him to do; he’s picked a ‘woman of color’ to be his running mate.

 

Remember when ‘persons of color’ were telling Americans the color of someone’s skin shouldn’t matter?

 

In any event, those days are long gone, and the Democrat Party has become the party of victimhood and identity politics, the latter of which is a joke when you consider Democrats were the party of the breakaway Confederacy, the party of slavery, the party of the KKK, Jim Crow laws, segregation, and opposition to the civil rights movement.

 

Now we come to the pick: Sen. Kamala Harris of California, who once called Biden the biggest racist on the planet, which is about the only truthful thing she has said during the 2020 campaign cycle.

 

While she’ll be feted and celebrated by the phony ‘woke’ Left as ‘the first black female vice presidential pick’ (allowing Democrats to check that box), the fact is, she’ll have a lot to answer for in the coming days and weeks.

Here are some of the many reasons why she’ll give Democrats fits:

 

— As the Marxist Democrat Left gets more ‘woke,’ the party’s ‘law enforcers’ have become more, shall we say, ‘tolerant’ of law-breaking. As a California district attorney and eventually attorney general, she pushed for a new state law that sought to punish parents if their kids were chronically truant. How will that work out with a party that lets dangerous criminals out of jail because they might catch COVID-19, or lets rioters and looters walk free?

— She supports the invasion of privacy through the expansion of police attainment of DNA samples. She wants cops to collect them from all crime scenes so that the samples can be added to global databases. Her home state allows them to be collected and preserved from anyone who’s ever arrested, even if they’re never charged.

— Harris supports civil asset forfeiture — the government’s taking of private property before any criminals proceedings are ever initiated. What a ‘constitutionalist.’

— She loves illegal immigrants and supports giving them extra rights that are not normally afforded to non-citizens, such as granting them law licenses and license to drive. Oh, and of course, as ‘president in waiting’ (Biden’s not mentally fit to govern) she’ll push for and expand giving taxpayer freebies to illegals. Hide and watch.

— Harris’ reputation as a ‘tough on crime’ prosecutor, again, will not bode well with her party’s new ‘look the other way’ and ‘defund the cops’ law enforcement policies. That said, her reputation isn’t even deserved.

— She said in 2017 she’d rather see the government shut down than vote for a spending bill that didn’t address the highly unconstitutional DACA program. She would later refuse to go along with a fix that President Trump proposed, proving that she, and other Democrats, really are hypocrites when they claim they ‘support’ the illegal aliens caught up in the unconstitutional Obama-era program.

— Then, of course, there was that time a California Superior Court judge found that she, as San Francisco district attorney, violated a defendant’s rights by hiding damaging info regarding a police drug-lab technician.

— In 2004, Harris angered her now-U.S. Senate colleague from California, Dianne Feinstein, when, as a district attorney, she would not seek the death penalty for David Hill, who had shot and killed a San Fran police officer with an AK-47 (he wounded another cop in the leg). Feinstein drew an ovation from a mostly-cop crowd when she said of Harris’ decision, “This is not only the definition of tragedy, it’s the special circumstance called for by the death-penalty law.”

And we’d be remiss if we didn’t remind readers that Harris, 30 at the time, dated the married San Fran Mayor Willie Brown, in his 60s, using that as a means of sleeping her way up the California political ladder.

 

Yeah, Harris was a great pick for Biden.

Religious Liberty: Some Things Are Self-Evident – A Violation of the First Freedom

Religious freedom and liberty is the First Freedom and an Inalienable Right granted all by God, enumerated in the Bill of Rights and sacrosanct, but somehow Chief Justice John Roberts, who is supposedly a conservative, barely bats an eye in casting the deciding vote for a ruling and a violation of this right, by which all others flow.

 

On July 24th 2020, [JOS]Roberts joined the four leftist Justices of the Supreme Court to deny the petition brought before the Court, to give Calvary Chapel in Dayton Valley, Nevada relief from Governor Steve Sisolak’s illegitimate and unconstitutional order, that limited attendance for the congregation to only 50 at a time — supposedly over Covid-19 concerns — despite allowing Nevada’s casinos to operate with hundreds of people flowing through its rooms and gaming arenas. And taken in total, this case actually represents one of the most blatant and overt attacks against Christianity and the Church that any American has witnessed in the course of American history, no matter the weak attempts to justify it by the weak, simpering backstabbing Chief Justice, who once again betrays his oath to the Constitution and America and dares to suggest he is upholding any rule of law.

 

The five justices handed out the majority 5-4 ruling in favor of Governor Sisolak and Nevada, and they chose not to write any opinion to explain their decision, probably due to the surreal nature any such explanation would hold in any attempt to defend the indefensible. However, it actually isn’t all that unusual, but their decision did draw three sharp dissents from the Court’s four conservative Justices.

 

Shortly after the ruling was revealed, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) exclaimed: “John Roberts has abandoned his oath.”

 

In his own criticism of Roberts, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) stated: “Justice Roberts once again got it wrong, shamefully closing church doors to their flocks.”

 

Even the Editorial Board at the Wall Street Journal was left scratching its head on this one, since a normally reliable SCOTUS on matters of religious freedom was now missing in action. Liberal reporters too were baffled and had trouble explaining how Nevada’s churches could mount so strong a challenge to Sisolak’s illegitimate order and still lose.

 

Roberts acted in the same anti-First Amendment manner on May 29th 2020, when he also sided with the four Communist Horsemen of the Supreme Court to deny South Bay Pentecostal Church relief from Gov. Gavin Newsom’s illegal order, that held it to a different and more onerous standard than California’s similar secular businesses. His decision there and most recently with Cavalry Chapel were both wrong-headed and in absolute contravention of any moral interpretation of the Constitution and the law.

 

Some things are self-evident, as noted often by America’s Founders, and nothing should be more self-evident than one’s right to worship in a house of worship when and where one chooses, without the heavy hand of government interfering. This is especially important to both Christians and Jews as we find in Hebrews 10: 22-27 of the King James Bible, that reads:

 

“Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; for He is faithful that promised; And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works; Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much more, as ye see the day approaching. For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgement and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.”

 

Inalienable rights cannot be superseded or abrogated by any executive order, state legislation or federal order, since they pre-exist government and the Constitution, and any agreement to abide temporarily by any such order is only moral in a fair application across the board. In other words, what’s good for factories in California and casinos in Nevada is good for the Church. But that is not what we have witnessed.

 

Justice Brett Kavanaugh saw the Calvary Chapel case as straightforward, in his dissent, writing:

 

“Nevada’s 50-person attendance cap on religious worship service puts praying at churches, synagogues, temples and mosques on worse footing than eating at restaurants, drinking at bars, gambling at casinos or biking at gyms. In other words, Nevada is discriminating against religion.

 

Rightfully so, lawyers for Calvary Chapel contended that Governor Sisolak’s order discriminated against churches and violated the First Amendment, writing in their brief: “This is a straightforward case. If the governor deems it acceptable for secular assemblies to occur at 50 percent capacity at casinos, restaurants, bars, gyms and fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor parks, bowling alleys, water parks, pools, arcades and more, he must apply the same 50 percent capacity rule to constitutionally protected worship services.”

 

[JOS]In his dissent, Justice Samuel Alito, one of the finest minds still on the Court, wrote:

 

“That Nevada would discriminate in favor of the powerful gaming industry and its employees may not come as a surprise, but this Court’s willingness to allow such discrimination is disappointing. We have a duty to defend the Constitution and even a public health emergency does not absolve us of that responsibility. It says nothing about the freedom to play craps or blackjack, to feed tokens into a slot machine or to engage in any other game of chance.”

 

The executive order is so unbelievably biased against churches, that Governor Steve Sisolak reveals himself to be one of the most obscene and disgraceful faces of “the Government” and Big Brother. His order goes beyond the pale in its blatant disregard for the Church’s rights and its honest approach to worshiping in a responsible fashion. And so too does Chief Justice John Robert’s affirmation of Sisolak’s evil.

 

All the Church had asked was for the Governor to allow 90 parishioners rather than 50, in a church that holds 200. So, America bears witness to a mentally maladjusted, intellectual midget who is willing to allow thousands of people to pursue the hopes of fleeting riches through the inequities of gambling, while cracking the government whip on the Church for seeking to bring more of their brethren into their building in pursuit of a closer relationship to God.

 

In one sentence, Justice Alito nails the crux of the matter:

 

“The idea that allowing Calvary Chapel to admit 90 worshipers present a greater public health risk than allowing casinos to operate at 50 percent capacity is hard to swallow, and the State’s efforts to justify the discrimination are feeble.”

 

During the course of the case, it was discovered that the Governor chose to disregard previous violations of his order by large masses of protesters. Not only did Gov. Sisolak not enforce his own directive, he actually supported and participated in at least one such protest, whereupon he shared a video of the protesters standing shoulder to shoulder. However, upon hearing that some churches might disregard the order, the State’s response from the attorney general came in part with a declarative statement that, “You can’t spit … in the face of law and not expect law to respond.”

 

What hypocrites. What anti-American hypocritical tyrants.

 

Of course all peaceful protests are protected too, by the First Amendment, but they are not any more important than Calvary Church’s Freedom of religion, and the State cannot favor one over another, since such a bias is anathema to the First Amendment, regardless of any imprimatur the Governor has given one in preference over the other. And it is still unconstitutional. [Blog Editor: Peaceful Protest is indeed a First Amendment Right BUT – rioting, looting, vandalism and other acts of violence are not First Amendment protected AND is NOT peaceful. Justin knows that, I just felt the need to reiterate it:

 

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.]

 

And Justice Neil Gorsuch concurred with Alito, writing:

 

“In Nevada, it seems, it is better to be in entertainment than religion. … Maybe that is nothing new. But the First Amendment prohibits such obvious discrimination against the exercise of religion. The world we inhabit today, with the pandemic upon us, poses unusual challenges. But there is no world in which the Constitution permits Nevada to favor Caesars Palace over Calvary Chapel.”

 

Is it any wonder that America finds Herself in such dire straits, with Satan and the Enemy standing at Her gates? —  Disguised in many deceptive garbs and speaking many soothing, pleasing and beguiling manners.

 

Of some interest, Chief Justice Robert’s did somewhat explain his reasoning in his South Bay ruling, that may shed some light to his decision on Calvary Chapel. Unlike his associate Republican Justices, he tends to defer to democratically accountable officials during a public health crisis, and suggests the Court on the whole should also. However, one must note, from his rulings records, Roberts’s deference to “the politically accountable officials does not always move in favor of public health, or even democracy, as understood through the prism of republican governance, for that matter.

 

Roberts’s justification is lame as anything we will read this decade, and just as he had to jump through linguistic hoops to discover that Obamacare was a “tax” rather than an unconstitutional penalty, he has had to delve into a whole new Alice In Wonderland delusional alternative universe to negate and disregard the fundamental, inherent truth of the inalienable quality of our religious liberty, the First Freedom. His actions are inexcusable and unconscionable beyond anything any true American should ever hope to never see again.

 

The majority’s decision was worse than if they had simply set the case aside, since their ruling is tantamount to endorsing discrimination against the Church, pure and simple. In an unconscionable manner, this Court is failing in its constitutional responsibilities, and without rhyme or reason, their rulings have taken on an imperial tone, that is both dangerous and antithetical to the rule of law. And this Supreme Court is as close to Black Robed tyrants as America has ever seen, to date.

 

Chief Justice John Roberts has aligned himself with the adversaries of the very virtues, principles and righteous endeavors that stand between man’s freedom and tyranny, and still some attempt to hold him as a fine example of judiciary prudence. They excuse him in what they view as his attempt to prevent the American public from seeing the Court as a politicized body comprised of four Democrats and five Republicans, even though essentially that’s precisely what it is. And regardless of his intent, whether he is a purposeful closet liberal intent on advancing certain Marxist agendas, i.e. Obamacare, abortion and the deviant LGBTQ agenda, and seeks to be loved by Leftist America or he simply seeks to align the Court with the prevailing public opinion of the day, Chief Justice John Roberts is still ruling in ways, especially of late, that will have long reaching and long-lasting effects on America and undermine the rule of law, having the exact opposite effect he seeks, as all Americans who value truth and reality grow to see him as the betrayer of both.

 

And whenever any elected official holds before the people a “law” that is a malformed, cheap, imitation of anything remotely adhering to our founding principles, and it violates our Inalienable Rights in so egregious a manner as this, as un-Christian as it may seem to many, my own first initial response is to, in fact, spit square in the face of said “law” that is no law at all and fill the Church ’til its doors and windows pulsate with the Spirit of the Lord.

A Long Hard Road

Too Many Americans Prefer the Sacrifice of Liberty

America and all of Her institutions have been under a constant, withering attack, since before the 2016 elections, and those attacks have grown more fierce and intense to this day, as the Marxists, fascists, nihilists and anarchists of America proceed with their cultural leveling and cancel culture agendas. They seek to force equality of outcomes for all, through mob rule and the redistribution of wealth and property that is not theirs and a campaign of intimidation, fear and widespread violence across the land, with the intent to destroy America’s heritage, everything good and decent about Her, from Her traditions and principles to Her very exceptional existence.

 

The Founders full well understood the dangers of democracy, of majority rule in general, and they had no qualms whatsoever in issuing warnings about those dangers, as noted in the following quotes:

 

“Mankind will in time discover that unbridled majorities are as tyrannical and cruel as unlimited despots.” ~ John Adams, the Second President of the United States, correspondence to John Stockdale, May 12th 1793

James Madison, the Fourth President of the United States, was more specific, in Federalist Paper 10, as he noted:

 

“Hence it is that such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.”

 

Today’s uneducated, ill-informed, envious frenzied collective masses, within the ranks of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, as well as all others seeking their own happiness through the prism of “what can government do for me”, rather than seeking to be truly free, independent, free-thinking proponents of their own happiness and success, fail to understand that all men and women are not equal in attitudes or individual capabilities. The only true equality for mankind is seen in the equality found under the moral rule of law, designed to protect and defend one’s inalienable rights, and expand those rights under individual liberty, that does no wrong to others.

 

Their so-called “solutions” are nihilistic, in that they have no solutions. They have no concrete demands other than vague calls for “social justice”, specific calls for privilege and an end to “Systemic Racism” (read “racism aimed at Blacks and Hispanics”) that does not exist in America today, despite all their screaming claims to the contrary. Although there isn’t any racist law, rule or practice within government and corporate America today, other than Affirmative Action laws biased against Whites and Asians, they continue to advance the notion that America is a racist nation, so long as even one individual commits a racist act, raising the bar for America on the whole to an unattainable standard.

 

In the meantime, during one interview, America witnesses Hawk Newsome, a 6 foot 6 inches tall Black Lives Matter leader in New York, tell Fox News, that “We don’t want white people in the Bronx, otherwise we’ll burn the place down.” This scenario has become reality in too many cities across America, as Black Lives Matter and Antifa both have brought out lethal weapons and tactics, in their agenda aimed at causing a major confrontation, possibly reminiscent of Kent State, that will finally bring down the Trump administration and place the reins of power in the hands of the Democratic Party and Joe Biden, which will start us on our way to a nation of extremely impoverished people all made “equal” by illegal diktats, from the new regimes communist czars, in a wholly un-American program.

 

On July 25th, more mayhem and chaos and violence was the rule of the day, in Portland, Oregon, and despite the temporary “truce” achieved by the Trump administration and Homeland Security with Mayor Ted Wheeler and Governor Kate Brown, no one should believe or expect this to be the end of violence and the campaign of fear and intimidation in the area. The same goes for places like Louisville, Kentucky that witnessed a member of the radical Not F****ng Around Coalition accidentally shoot another member, and Austin, Texas, where one BLM member was shot and killed after he pointed his AK-47 at someone in a car.

 

And, on this same weekend, America saw Seattle’s Antifa smash windows of businesses, set fires and destroy the Seattle Police’s East Precinct building, with 45 arrested for rioting, assault and other charges, while 21 police officers were injured. Down the coast, Antifa broke into the Federal Bureau of Prisons Detention Center in L.A. , while rioters in Richmond, Virginia were setting fire to a city dump truck.

 

Abide by the law and one is still likely to have one’s property destroyed or their life threatened or even taken by murder most foul, as America recently witnessed when some Marxist coward shot and killed Bernell Trammell, a Trump supporter, outside his store sporting Trump campaign signs, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 23rd. People are also being shot in their cars now, simply trying to conduct daily affairs, and so, gun sales are sky-rocketing.

Most Americans buying firearms currently envision themselves defending life and property within a system of laws, but in too many cities, police have been told to stand down and they have been politicized during the Obama years. What happens when decent patriotic Americans realize the “system of laws” — the rule of law — is now non-existent? For the silent majority, slipping into the minority, it would seem as though there isn’t any political option to end the current madness.

 

There really isn’t anything any sane and logical person can give to these anti-American radicals, since with every concession there comes ten more demands. They will not relent or stop until they have completely cowed and defeated conservative America into total submission to the new collective agenda, whatever that may be. No one knows what their vision for “social justice” or an end to “systemic racism” looks like, other than it doesn’t include traditional American values and morality, since their pointless slogans and chants are, by and large, simple-minded idiocies borrowed from the grievance studies programs of America’s universities, those hot-beds of subversive, anti-American propaganda and indoctrination.

 

For all their touted intelligence and brilliance, it cannot have escaped a cogent thinking person’s notice, that most of these Antifa and BLM disruptors and destroyers reject the reality that the system currently favors those in society who produce, and simultaneously, they reject private ownership of property and the reality that some achievements and experiences, for any variety of reasons, are open only to some people and not everybody in the country. And as such, their push for a pure democracy with a Marxist ideological base is founded in their premise that every single person must have the same exact “right” as the next person to enjoy the exact same things, a premise based in a deep hatred for America and toward success and anybody who has attained a level of success, on a social, intellectual and economic level, through their own choices, free will, independent drive and hard work. [Blog Editor: Justin Smith is exactly correct the apparent sentiment of the Dem Party, BLM and Antifa a “push for a pure democracy with a Marxist ideological base”. The thinking is a bit of a deceptive smoke and mirrors oxymoron operation. Historically Communist Pure democracy concepts to validate violent mobocracy (mobs pretending majority when actually a minority) YET without fail a Communist government is NEVER one-man/one-vote. Communist rule is ALWAYS a small oligarchical elite often dominated by a brutal individual telling citizens how to think, live and believe – OR ELSE]

 

To achieve such an end, these Marxists necessarily have to move against free thought and individual liberty, as they “rebuild” America to reflect this resentment and hatred. No individual can be allowed to exhibit views superior to the average man, and so, according to Antifa and BLM, all our institutions must be reduced to the lowest common denominator of intelligence, morality and opinion in society. To this end, government must, in the eyes of Antifa and BLM, cripple and oppress any superior being in our society, while stamping out any original thought and utterly destroying free-thinking dangerous men capable of true logic and reason and exposing the fallacies and lies behind the Marxist ideological tyranny they intend for all America.

 

The success of these anti-American radicals hinges on eliminating any center or person of power that is not subservient to their own power. This is the reason we have seen a marked increase in attacks against Christianity and Judaism in the nation and a rolling tide of vicious diatribes against any politician, especially Conservatives, who oppose the false narrative of Black Lives Matter and the Marxist worldview.

 

So intent are they to create a world of men who are all alike and “equal”, they must ostracize all men capable of superior reasoning and those men guilty of thinking unpopular thoughts. Once anyone is accused of such heresy, the subsequent proceedings take on the nature of a lynching, since no one can stray from the Party Line and anyone who does so stands in contempt and has no rights under their notion of what constitutes “the law”.

 

The politics of Antifa and BLM are nothing less than the politics of envy. They can’t stand seeing anyone in America having a better time than they are, or pocketing a few extra dollars than they might have. Their bitterness, prejudices and envy are formed in minds that haven’t developed much farther, emotionally and intellectually, than the average adolescent’s mind.

 

They seek the end of the Republic without offering anything concrete and of real substance to replace it, or “solutions” so extremely inferior to what is currently in place, that they represent nothing worthy of one’s time and consideration. And nothing appeases them, as they continue to loot and burn cities, and the Democratic Party cheers on the lunacy and the radical’s reckless behavior that completely ignores the consequences of their actions.

 

The election itself is another front in this ongoing civil war, this insurrection in the streets, and if Rep. John Lewis’s funeral gave us any indications, there is a smell of desperation to unseat President Trump hanging thick in the air, as Obama tried to present an image of “peaceful protesters” having their rights violated by this administration, which is one of the Biggest Lies of 2020. Most Americans have seen the massive bricks, concrete filled pvc pipes, frozen bottles of water, nail-filled M-80s and Molotov cocktails flying through the air at conservative counter protesters and police. Such a naked subversion of the truth suggests that the former president is using the mobs to Mau Mau the country, to ensure he and his minions don’t land in prison, for the traitors they are, as Attorney General Barr appears to be turning the screws a bit more, evidenced in July 28th’s Congressional hearing.

 

Going into November’s election, thirty-five Senate, 435 House and eighty-six of ninety-nine state legislatures and eleven governor seats are up for grabs, along with many other elected positions. The state legislatures will draft the legislative agendas for the states and the House of Representatives. With the Republicans controlling fifty-nine percent of state legislatures and both the legislative and executive branches in forty-three percent of the states and the Democrats having complete control in thirty-one percent of the states and complete control of thirty-eight percent of the legislatures, it is most certain that the Republicans have the most to lose in November. But, regardless of the results, an already emboldened Marxist insurrection will only grow larger and more violent, especially if President Trump is re-elected.

 

The answer lies in seeking men and women for offices who believe in limited and fiscally responsible government, rolling back many bad “laws” rather than creating thousands more and for all Americans to stop asking government to intercede in their lives. But too many Americans from all spectrum and both sides of the political aisles seem to prefer to sacrifice freedom and liberty in order to gain some material advantage and a false guarantee of one’s happiness from Big Brother. They long for the herd and a false security, as they sacrifice their dignity and pride, everything of real worth, for the most disgraceful peace of an environment comparable to a well-managed prison, that they hold more dear than their own liberty.

 

AG William Barr is offering a highly accurate assessment, in stating that mail-in ballots are invitations to fraud. But the Leftstream mass media is running a campaign to intensify the fear of “the Virus” in a manner designed to ensure that this mail-in scam can succeed. Wait for it, but hope, pray and work to keep it from coming to fruition, since the most likely result would be an election that cannot be resolved even by the Supreme Court. And then, with some 32 million plus out of work, thousands of small businesses forced to close, and many penniless, homeless and hungry, it may be left to the military to step in until matters get sorted, giving way to America’s Pinochet moment and all manner of hell breaking loose in America.

 

It’s quite a troubling juxtaposition in time from the days of our Founding, based on freedom and individual liberty, to today and the harsh reality of the extraordinary advancements the Progressive Democratic Party Communists’ movement has made against freedom and liberty in America. And given the depth and breadth of our nation’s current political divides and the Marxist radicals’ insistence for nothing less than the eradication of America’s Founding, whatever transpires in November, it will not be enough to stop this rapidly moving trajectory to an all-out hot civil war.

 

Any real hope for a return to the principles of limited government and the virtues that grew America and made Her so strong and exceptionally seems to have flown the coop many years ago. They will be reclaimed along a long hard road, and only after many hard fought, bloody battles.
