The Parliamentary Motive Behind the J6 Fedsurrection

Much has been made of the events of January 6, 2021, and with the latest broadcast of CCTV video from inside the Capitol Hill complex, more questions have been raised.
Within the questions: the FBI and government apparatus had advanced knowledge of the scale of the J6 mall assembly yet doing nothing? Why were the Capitol Hill police never informed of the FBI concerns? Why didn’t House Speaker Nancy Pelosi secure the Capitol Hill complex, and why did she deny the request by President Trump to call up the national guard for security support? Why did the FBI have agent provocateurs in the crowd, seemingly stimulating rage within a peaceful crowd to enter the Capitol building? There have always been these nagging questions around ‘why’?
Long time CTH reader “Regitiger” has spent a great deal of time reviewing the entire process, looking at the granular timeline and then overlaying the bigger picture of the constitutional and parliamentary process itself. What follows below is a brilliant analysis of the federal government motive to create a J6 crisis that permitted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to trigger an emergency session and avoid the 2020 election certification challenges.
Those congressional floor challenges, known and anticipated well in advance of the morning of January 6, 2021, would have formed a legal and constitutional basis for ‘standing’ in judicial challenges that would have eventually reached the Supreme Court. The certification during “emergency session” eliminated the problem for Washington DC.
I think most, not all, but a large number of people, are totally missing what happened; and why this happened on Jan 6th. I am going to try my best to outline the events that day, blast past the commonly held assumptions and get right down to the core corruption.
I will present this as a series of questions and answers.
♦ Q1: How do you prevent congress from delaying the certification of state electoral votes?
A: It requires a crisis. A crisis that creates an “emergency” …An “emergency” that invokes special house rules.
FACTS: Remember carefully, focus please. Just moments, literally 3 minutes before two representatives issued a vote for motions to suspend the certification, the House members were “informed” by capitol police and other “agents” that a protest was about to breach the chambers. It was at this time that key people: Pence, Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell can be seen being walked out and escorted from the chamber. This effectively halted the Entire Chamber Process.
♦ Q2: Why was it necessary to halt the chamber process?
A: The crisis was created to eliminate the motion challenges to halt the certification and to begin voting to look into voting irregularities and fraud
FACTS: The two motions were completely legal and constitutional under at least two constitutionally recognized procedures… procedures that would REQUIRE the house to pause the certification and then vote to determine whether the motions of suspend could move forward.
♦ Q3: What was so important to refuse this motion and the subsequent votes to suspend the electoral certification?
A: It was important to remove that process entirely and continue the fraud and certify the fraud with no detractors on record. This effectively gives no standing for a SCOTUS ruling appeal! Understand this. If those two motions, even just one had successfully been voted EVEN IF THE MOTIONS were DENIED IN VOTE, this gives those who presented them with STANDING FOR A CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL ARGUMENT BEFORE SCOTUS.
♦ Q4: Could this have been done some other way other than creating a crisis/protest?
A: Unlikely. In order to prevent those two motions, requires that speaker of the house, minority leaders, and the president of the congress (vice president of the United States: Pence), to NOT BE PRESENT IN THE CHAMBERS.
Once the capitol police and other “law enforcements agents” informed the speaker and these three other individuals, Pelosi UNILATERALLY UNDER EMERGENCY RULES, suspended the business of the congress. This protest was necessary. The crisis was created because there is no other way to suspend the business of certification UNILATERALLY. By creating a crisis invokes emergency procedures. No other circumstances other than war or mass simultaneous explosive diarrhea can create such unilateral speaker delivered suspension of the certification.
♦ Q5: Why did the motions, once that the speaker RECONVENED congress, move forward back again to the floor for votes? Why were members disallowed to even consider putting forward ANY motions to the floor in when the chamber business was reopened?
A: The Speaker initiated the NEW sessions under special emergency rules. These rules abandon and make it clear that the ONLY purpose of the new session was to EXPEDITE the certification and dismiss all prior regular session procedural rules. This is why those two motions to table votes to consider a debate and pause to the certifications of state vote electors never happened later that evening when the house business was reconvened!
♦ Q6: Other than new rules, emergency rules, what other peculiar things occurred when the speaker reconvened?
A: Members were allowed to “vote” in proxy, remotely, not being present. You can use your imagination about what conditions were placed on ALL members during this time to prevent anyone from “getting out of line”.
Also clearly, it was at THIS NEW SESSION that VP Pence, President of Congress, would also have no ability to even consider pausing the electoral certification, because there were no motions of disagreements on the matter. So, in a technical legal claim, he is correct that he had no constitutional authority to address any issues of fraud or doubts about electoral irregularities. But this completely dismisses the FACT that congress created rules in this crisis/emergency that never allowed them to be floored!
Understand what happened in Jan 6, 2021. Don’t get hung up on Viking impostors, stolen Pelosi computers, podium heists, and complicit capitol police. Understand the process and what happened and what WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.
This was a coup….it was a very organized and carefully planned coup. VP Pence without a doubt as well as most members of the house were quite aware of how the certification was going to be MANAGED. It would require new rules to prevent the debate clause from occurring! New rules that ONLY AN EMERGENCY CRISIS COULD CREATE! So, they created an emergency.

This crisis was developed just in time with a precise coordination to prevent those two motions to be entered into the chamber record. The two motions do not exist. The emergency powers established in the new session made sure they never could be entered. The emergency powers could never happen without a crisis.

I was watching the certification live that day. I recorded it ALL on every channel. I was doing this because no matter what happened that day, I KNEW IT WOULD BE A PROFOUND AND SIGNIFICANT EVENT TO REMEMBER. I never in my wildest imagination (and I have a pretty vivid imagination, always have), expected to see the unmistakable perfectly timed “coincidences” that occurred.
One member raises a motion (with another in waiting for his turn) those two motions were well known and advertised. These were motions to vote for a pause in the certification to examine electoral vote fraud and irregularities. I can’t speak to the veracity and substance of those motions. They were never allowed to even be floored. it was at that exact moment that the house chambers were suspended and 4 of the key members, Pence, Pelosi, Schumer and McConnell were escorted OUT right after initiating the end of the session.
Effectively, this resulted in that motion never being floored at all. Then, when reconvened under special emergency rules, inexplicably those two motions (and perhaps more – we will never know – or will we?) were not even attempted to be motioned. That was not just peculiar to me.
It all started to make more sense when I did some study on constitutional law AND THE HISTORY of specific special authorities given to president of the congress, Pence in this case. Not only did he have the authority and power to suspend the certification, but the duty to address the motion in the same sense that it becomes vital to the debate clause.
There really is no higher significance of weight given to the debate clause than the certification of the votes. This was more than odd to me the way that the media and pence framed their narrative: Pence would not have the constitutional power to suspend certification. Then it hit me, like the obvious clue that was there all the time. He was right. But the reason he is right, is because there WAS NO MOTION ON THE FLOOR TO CAUSE HIM TO SUSPEND!
Understanding this, happened for me about 4 or 5 months after this Jan 6 day. I took me this long to examine the facts, look at the video again, compare it to the arguments made by several leading constitutional academics, and again, inexplicably even some that I respect seemed to dodge that central reality. The motions were never allowed to be floored in the re-convened house rules later that evening. Most would not even venture to address the exotically coincidence that the moment those two members would stand to place the motion before the house, that the House Speaker Pelosi AND Pence ended the session, effectively blocking the motions from being heard in normal house rules.
It’s been a journey for me. A journey that was initiated because I am just a simple but curious person. Perhaps even to a point where I get obsessive in those efforts. Many days and nights combing over the details. praying and trying to make sense of what makes little sense. With over 6 states having serious well known and obvious defects in the voting process, some more credible to believe – some less, but one would not expect the house would be so deliberate in marching past the motions that were definitely going to be present to slow this process down and take the time to get it right. Even IF the claims never reached an intersection that would change the outcome.
There are two possibilities: Millions of people, against all the odds, hitting all-time records even past Obama and Clinton, voted for a naval gazing ambulatory pathological racist moron. And chose Joe Malarkey as their leader. Or this was a coup, a conspiracy, and a treasonous manipulation regime change because President Trump could not be controlled by the deep state and globalists who OWN AND OPERATE WASHINGTON DC. The Hail Mary effort was doomed to fail; yet the American people would have heard hours of debate related to provable election fraud over the course of the day.
And no one opposed the effort more than ex-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).
During a conference call on December 31, 2020, McConnell urged his Republican Senate colleagues to abandon plans to object to the certification, insisting his vote to certify the 2020 election results would be “the most consequential I have ever cast” in his 36-year Senate career.
From the Senate floor on the afternoon of January 6, McConnell gave a dramatic speech warning of the dire consequences to the country should Republicans succeed in delaying the vote. He downplayed examples of voting fraud and even mocked the fact that Trump-appointed judges rejected election lawsuits.
“The voters, the courts, and the States have all spoken,” McConnell insisted. “If we overrule them, it would damage our Republic forever. If this election were overturned by mere allegations from the losing side, our democracy would enter a death spiral.”
Roughly six hours later, McConnell got his way. Cowed by the crowd of largely peaceful Americans allowed into the building by Capitol police, most Republican senators backed off the audit proposal. McConnell, echoing hyperbolic talking points about an “insurrection” seeded earlier in the day by Democratic lawmakers and the news media, gloated. “They tried to disrupt our democracy,” he declared on the Senate floor after Congress reconvened around 8 p.m. “This failed attempt to obstruct Congress, this failed insurrection, only underscores how crucial the task before us is for our Republic.”

All of these institutions and organizations share members. Even this extended vanguard represents less than 0.001% of the global population. The system’s common denominator is the (still) ubiquitous US dollar.
UNELECTED INDIVIDUALS
We the People believe it is normal for unknown, unelected individuals to rule over our sovereign nations and sovereignly elected governments. We’ve turned into a herd of obedient sheep. Globalists have slowly and quietly taken over. But we didn’t notice it. Unfortunately, most only become aware of it after it is too late, and freedom, civil and human rights have vanished. They use very skilled instruments such as a tiny invisible enemy known as a virus and a massive but also invisible monster known as fear. These two instruments take us off the street and keep us from seeing our friends or enjoying conversation, the theater, sports, or a park picnic.
If we let them, globalists will soon be deciding who lives and who dies. Another wave of pandemics, and people will be begging, yelling, and screaming for another vaccine, applauding Big Pharma’s and eugenicists’ goals. There is still time to say NO as a group. Collectively and in unity.
TRIAL RUNS AND AGENDAS
Will the people accept the agenda of the unelected World Economic Forum? As drivers of the globalization process over the last decades, the globalists will now opportunistically portray themselves as world saviors, focusing on protecting what they have left of Mother Earth. Of course, man-made CO2-based “global warming” will be at the heart of their argument. The UN Agenda 2030—which corresponds to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—is the instrument for protecting nature and humanity. The UN Agenda focuses on rebuilding the willfully destroyed global economy in accordance with the 17 SDGs’ “green” principles.
Keep in mind that everything is interconnected. The infamous Agenda 2021, which aligns with and supplements the (UN) Agenda 2030, was officially launched in January 2021 with the WEF’s official declaration of “The Great Reset”. Similarly, “The Great Reset” began in January 2020, with the outbreak of the Corona Pandemic. This had been in the works for decades. The Rockefeller Report of 2010 forewarned the ongoing Corona regime with its “Lockstep Scenario,” further Event 201 of October 18, 2019, in New York, which computer-simulated a Corona pandemic, with 65 million dead and a ruined economy within 18 months. Event 201 occurred just a few weeks before the actual Corona pandemic began.
The Agenda ID 2020 is the globalists’ plan to implement what is behind the UN Agenda 2030. This is a collaboration between public and private sector partners, including UN agencies and civil society. ID2020 is an electronic identification program that bases digital identity on universal immunization. Bill Gates founded and funds ID2020, as does GAVI, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations. GAVI is a Big Pharma association involved in the development of coronavirus vaccines that, along with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), funds a large portion of the WHO budget.
The “Great Reset,” as announced by Klaus Schwab and his colleague Thierry Malleret, will undoubtedly be carried out with the assistance of Agenda ID2020. There’s more to it than meets the eye. Agenda ID2020 is even incorporated into the SDGs as SDG 16.9, which seeks to “provide legal digital identity for all by 2030, including free birth registration.” This is perfectly in line with SDG 16’s overall concept:
“Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, ensure equal access to justice for all, and build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels.”
Agenda ID2020 is currently being tested on schoolchildren in Bangladesh, following the official path of the UN Agenda 2030 to achieve the SDGs. Children are given digitized ID cards as part of the process, as well as mandatory immunization programs.
All of this will drive the digitization of money and the introduction of 5G, which will necessitate the loading of personal data onto nano-chips to monitor and control the population. As a result, it’s no surprise that Agenda ID2020 is barely mentioned in the mainstream media. ID2020 is the One World Order’s ultimate control of the world population by a small elite. ID2020’s mechanism would enable tracking, control, and networking of all people on the planet, including all health data, money flows, bank accounts, and behavior in a society that I no longer want to call civilization.
Agenda ID2020 could also include “vaccination programs” to drastically reduce the global population. Eugenics is a critical component in population control around the world. All of this sounds like a conspiracy theory, but it is a massive plot unprecedented in human history.
LOCKDOWNS FOR AGENDA IMPLEMENTATION
The ruling elite employs lockdowns as a tool to carry out the aforementioned agendas. If the public knew about this, the “elites” would face massive protests. That is why they organize and finance various types of counter-demonstrations. The Ford Foundation, for example, makes no apologies for financially supporting the “Black Lives Matter” movement, which was previously dismissed as insignificant by the elites.
Total militarization of the countries is required to control the population in the United States and Europe, where the most unrest is expected. And this is in the works. According to the New York Times, at least 93,763 machine guns, 180,718 magazine cartridges, hundreds of silencers, and an unknown number of grenade launchers have been delivered to state and local police departments in the United States since 2006. This is in addition to at least 533 aircraft and helicopters, 432 MRAPs (9-foot-tall, 30-ton mine-resistant, anti-attack armored vehicles with turrets), and over 44,900 pieces of night-vision equipment that are routinely used in night raids in Afghanistan and Iraq.
This militarization is part of a larger trend. Since the late 1990s, approximately 9% of US police departments serving at least 50,000 people have used a PPU (police paramilitary unit). This figure is nearly double what it was in the mid-1980s. Even before Covid-19, approximately 15 to 20% of the US population lived at or below the poverty line. The economic devastation caused by the lockdowns will at least double that percentage, increasing the likelihood of civil unrest and clashes with authorities. This will add fuel to the fire for more justifications for militarized policing.
BRAVE NEW WORLD OF POST-COVID WORKING
The WEF has launched a new diabolical project for the post-covid working world, presenting it to the public in October 2020 as a trial balloon to see how it responds. The “Resetting the Future of Work Agenda,” a 31-page document published in July 2020, is a blueprint for how the “Great Reset” will be carried out.
I wrote about it extensively before, but I will talk about the basics again.
They call the document a “white paper,” implying that it is a draft. It does read like an executioner’s story. People would take up arms and fight against this latest totalitarian blueprint and its authors if they knew what the WEF was up to. The time frame is ten years because the UN Agenda 2021 must be implemented by 2030.
That means we are talking about a time frame of roughly 10 years until the following should be completed:
An acceleration of digitized work processes, leading to 84% of all work processes as digital, or virtual / video conferences.
Some 83% of people are planned to work remotely – i.e., no more interaction between colleagues – absolute social distancing, separation of humanity.
About 50% of all tasks are planned to be automated – in other words, human input will be drastically diminished, even while remote working.
Accelerate the digitization of upskilling / reskilling (e.g., education technology providers) — 42% of skill upgrading or training for new skills will be digitized, in other words, no human contact – all on computer via artificial intelligence (AI), algorithms.
Accelerate the implementation of upskilling / reskilling programs – 35% of skills are planned to be “re-tooled” – i.e., existing skills are planned to be abandoned – declared defunct.
Accelerate ongoing organizational transformations (e.g., restructuring) – 34% of current organizational set-ups are planned to be “restructured’ – or, in other words, existing organizational structures will be declared obsolete – to make space for new sets of organizational frameworks, digital structures that provide utmost control over all activities.
Temporarily reassign workers to different tasks – this is expected to touch 30% of the workforce. That also means entirely different pay-scales – most probably unlivable wages, which would make the also planned “universal basic income” (UBI) or “basic income” (a wage that allows you barely to survive) an obvious need. But it would make you fully dependent on the system – a digital system, where you have no control whatsoever.
Temporarily reduce the workforce – this is projected as affecting 28% of the population. It is an additional unemployment figure, disguised as “temporarily”. These people will never come back to full-time.
Permanently reduce the workforce – 13% permanently reduced workforce.
Temporarily increase the workforce – 5% – there is no reference to what type of workforce – probably unskilled labor that, eventually, will also be replaced by automation, by AI and robotization of the workplace.
No specific measures implemented – 4% – does that mean, a mere 4% will remain untouched from the algorithm and AI-directed new work places? As small and insignificant as the figure is, it sounds like “wishful thinking”, never to be accomplished.
Permanently increase the workforce – a mere 1% is projected as “permanently increased workforce”. This is of course not even cosmetics. It is a joke.
Furthermore, the “Great Reset” envisions a credit system in which all personal debts are “forgiven” in exchange for the surrender of all personal assets to an administrative body or agency—possibly the IMF. According to the ideologues, people would own nothing and be happy because all of their needs would be met.
In addition to numerous human rights violations and disasters, the “Great Reset” envisions, for example, making the use of the resources we earn dependent on our behavior—in other words, we are to be at the mercy of this cabal and subject to the wishes of the Deep State, the shadow government, this network of oligarchs that controls all 193 UN member states plus the UN. Only then can we use our money to purchase items that are still available to us. According to various WEF papers, artificially created shortages of food, health care, and other items could jeopardize the free flow of goods.
But the cabal wants even more: as briefly mentioned above, it should not occur to people to reject the system because, simultaneously, everyone has been vaccinated and given a nano-chip, allowing thoughts to be read and influenced with 5G or, soon, 6G.
DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, as part of the Pentagon, developed this technology years ago. It is simply a matter of time before it is put into action. And if we don’t revolt, it will be implemented. Civil disobedience in large numbers is the order of the day. The longer we do nothing, the more we sleepwalk into this human disaster.
Neither “The Great Reset” nor the “Resetting the Future of Work Agenda” specify who will enforce these new, harsh rules. They appear to be the same forces that are now being trained to wage urban warfare and suppress riots and social unrest: police and military.
STRENGTHEN THE RESISTANCE
Civil disobedience organization must address the issue of how to communicate with the police and military, as well as how to educate and inform them about the purposes for which they are being misused by this small diabolical cabal. Teachers, doctors, and people in all professions must all be educated and informed about the truth.
Disinformation in the media is brutal and powerful, making it difficult for the resistance to counter without additional funds. The ruling classes’ media is doing everything they can to further divide us.
Only freedom from fear will rip “Resetting the Future of Work Agenda” and “The Great Reset” to shreds, destroying organizations such as the WEF and co-opted UN agencies such as the WHO, UNICEF, WTO, World Bank, IWE, and possibly the entire UN system.
The globalists are acting unethically and have descended to the depths of their moral dysfunctions. The time has come to indict the project’s political and economic leaders under international human rights standards or for crimes against humanity.

OAN’s Chanel Rion Lays Out How Donald Trump Can Take Down EVERYONE in the FBI Involved in the Mar-a-Lago Raid
This isn’t just about redemption or even revenge for President Trump. His legal team needs to act swiftly and decisively to protect American citizens from the rising police state.
It’s the job of reporters to share the news. It’s the job of commentators and pundits to analyze the news. But sometimes, a journalist steps up and does the legwork to not only determine an appropriate strategy a leader should take, but also to disseminate the strategy to the masses. Such is the case with One America News Chief White House Correspondent Chanel Rion.
In a recent monologue, she laid out the case for President Donald Trump to go after EVERYONE involved in the unprecedented raid on his home, Mar-a-Lago. Russia’s stuck in the embarrassment of a Ukraine quagmire. They could have taken Ukraine inside of three weeks, but didn’t, they’re holding back. Why? China’s too scared to invade Taiwan. They’re holding back. Why? The FBI should have been able to devour Mar-a-Lago and Trump once and for all. The FBI has never launched a full scale raid without an arrest. Two weeks out, they’ve got nothing. They’re holding back. Why?
The reason Russia, China and the Democrats’ DOJ are all holding back is because they don’t know what Trump is going to do with them in 2025. The greatest advantage the entire world has against evil actors right now is that Donald Trump remains more powerful as a sitting candidate for president than anyone in four generations. The threat of Trump’s return is doing more right now to restore the balance of power on the national and international stage than anything the insulting high heel limping men and dresses in Biden’s cabinet could possibly do.
While Biden went hat in hand, begging the Saudis for oil, Trump began to export more oil than we imported for the first time in 70 years, showing them who the real boss was. Where was Biden’s ceremonial sword dance? Here’s Trump being showered with Saudi Arabia’s finest cultural displays. This was the Saudi’s acknowledging the first real power they’ve seen since general Eisenhower.
In case you need reminding, the weight of what I just said is in the fact that Saudi Arabian tribes would still be living in tents were not for the American Eisenhower generation. The Saudis don’t roll out the red carpet for puppets like Biden. They just expect Biden-types to kiss their feet.
Remember when Trump pushed his way to the front and that swarm of NATO leaders. He’d have been justified if this was ego driven, but it wasn’t. Trump was pushing his way to the front for America. He was and is a man who can’t stand for America to be last on anything.
And the world knew it. He didn’t have to prove that he owned his own 747. He didn’t have to prove he owned his own golf course in Scotland or 90 story buildings in Manhattan and Chicago. He didn’t have to prove any of this. After all, most of these bureaucratic NATO leaders still have car payments in their respective countries. Trump didn’t have to be there for any of it. Trump was there for one reason: to put America first and he did. But let’s bring it home to the national landscape.
What is the DOJ and the FBI even doing right now? Do they even know? When Judge Reinhardt asked the DOJ to redact the affidavit, sparking the raid on Mar-a-Lago, the Department of Justice told the judge they just didn’t have the time or manpower to do it.
Translation. ‘Sorry, judge. We don’t have a case.’
Please understand. The FBI reached out to President Donald Trump with President Biden’s green light, asked Trump for all documents he had from the White House, President Trump obliged and gave everything he had. The FBI took all he had, locked it away with their own lock-in-key at Mar-a-Lago, only to return in a nine-hour, 30-man raid to break into their own vault and claim Trump was stealing classified government secrets.
Could there be anything more embarrassing than this charade? And now the best they can do is leak like the bedwetters they are that there were 700 pages of classified documents hidden away by Trump, himself. All of it moot under the Presidential Records Act. So who’s the useful idiot leading this blank-check-looting of Mar-a-Lago? Take a good look.
Alan Kohler, FBI assistant director who coordinated the Mar-a-Lago raid at the behest of a DNC donor at the FBI. And having clearly gone too far on all this, even the judge on the case is pushing back, urging more transparency. The DOJ doesn’t want this. They went too far and now they’re petrified, but this is the least of their worries.
Here’s why. Donald Trump can sue every single FBI agent who stepped foot on Mar-a-Lago personally. And right now, every lawyer on Trump’s payroll should be executing a lawsuit against every agent who stepped foot on Trump’s personal property, including little Mr. Alan. Here’s how. The legal precedent to sue the FBI agents and officials individually is in a 1971 Supreme Court case called Bivins versus Six Unknown Named Agents.
Bivins allows Trump to sue the FBI agents, one miserable agent, director, assistant director, and water boy at a time. And by the way, want to guess why these FBI looters don’t want an unredacted affidavit out there for all to see? It’s because they sought a general warrant to grab anything. They had to lie and omit to the judge and the hot light of day quivers on the horizon. Blank check police state general warrants are absolutely forbidden under US law.
If you need that reminder, FBI, and I want you to listen to me right now, the Fourth Amendment was written to counter what you did at Mar-a-Lago to Trump. The much-hated general warrant used and abused by the rotten British Crown was one of the sparks that set off our independence from a corrupted, elitist, debt-strapped empire.
It’s our understanding Donald Trump is spending $4 million a week on legal fees as of today. Imagine him leveraging those $4 million a week against individual agents of the FBI. That can happen starting today. Watch the dominoes fall.
Let’s hope Donald Trump listens to Chanel Rion’s advice. It is wise counsel and considering where we stand as a nation, this could go a long way to righting some of the wrongs before they’re turned against the people.

Barack Obama and Eric Holder did not create a weaponized DOJ and FBI; the institutions were already weaponized by the Patriot Act. What Obama and Holder did was take the preexisting system and retool it, so the weapons of government only targeted one side of the political continuum.
This point is where many people understandably get confused.
In the era shortly after 9/11 the DC national security apparatus, instructed by Vice President Dick Cheney, was constructed to preserve continuity of government and simultaneously view all Americans as potential threats. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) were created specifically for this purpose.
After 9/11/01 the electronic surveillance system that was originally created to monitor threats from abroad was retooled to monitor threats inside our country. That is when all of our electronic ‘metadata’ came under federal surveillance.
That inflection point, and the process that followed, was exactly what Edward Snowden tried to point out.
What Barack Obama and Eric Holder did with that new construct was refine the internal targeting mechanisms so that only their political opposition became the target of this new national security system.
The problems we face now as a country are directly an outcome of two very distinct points that were merged by Barack Obama. (1) The post 9/11 monitoring of electronic communication of American citizens; and (2) Obama’s team creating a fine-tuning knob that it focused on the politics of the targets. This is very important to understand as you dig deeper into this research outline.
Washington DC created the modern national security apparatus immediately and hurriedly after 9/11/01. The Department of Homeland Security came along in 2002, and within the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) was formed.
When President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder arrived a few years later, those newly formed institutions were viewed as opportunities to create a very specific national security apparatus that would focus almost exclusively against their political opposition.
The preexisting Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Dept of Justice (DOJ) were then repurposed to become two of the four pillars of the domestic national security apparatus: a domestic surveillance state. However, this new construct would have a targeting mechanism based on political ideology.
The DHS, ODNI, DOJ and FBI became the four pillars of this new institution. Atop these pillars is where you will find the Fourth Branch of Government.
We were not sleeping when this happened, we were wide awake. However, we were stunningly distracted by the economic collapse that was taking place in 2006 and 2007 when the engineers behind Obama started to assemble the design. By the time Obama took office in 2009, we sensed something profound was shifting, but we can only see exactly what shifted in the aftermath. The four pillars were put into place, and a new Fourth Branch of Government was quietly created.
As time passed, and the system operators became familiar with their new tools, technology allowed the tentacles of the system to reach out and touch us. That is when we first started to notice that something very disconcerting was happening. Those four pillars are the root of it, and if we take the time to understand how the Fourth Branch originated, questions about this current state of perpetual angst will start to make sense.
Grab a cup of your favorite beverage and take a walk with me as we outline how this was put together. You might find many of the questions about our current state of political affairs beginning to make a lot more sense.
Remember, it is not my intent to outline the entire history of how we got to this place where the intelligence community now acts as the superseding Fourth Branch of Government. Such an effort would be exhausting and likely take our discussion away from understanding the current dynamic.
History provided enough warnings from Dwight D. Eisenhower (military) to John F. Kennedy (CIA), to Richard Nixon (FBI), to all the modern versions of warnings and frustrations from HPSCI Devin Nunes and ODNI Ric Grenell.
None of those prior reference points are invalid, and all documented outlines of historic reference are likely true and accurate. However, a generational review is not useful, as the reference impacting us ‘right now‘ gets lost.
Instead, we pick up the expansive and weaponized intelligence system as it manifests after 9/11/01, and my goal is to highlight how the modern version of the total intelligence apparatus has metastasized into a Fourth Branch of Government. It is this superseding branch that now touches and influences every facet of our life. We The People are under surveillance.
If we take the modern construct, originating at the speed of technological change, we can also see how the oversight or “check/balance” in our system of government became functionally obsolescent.
After many years of granular research about the intelligence apparatus inside our government, in the summer of 2020 I visited Washington DC to ask specific questions. My goal was to go where the influence agents within government actually operate, and to discover the people deep inside the institutions no one elected, and few people pay attention to.
It was during this process when I discovered how information is purposefully put into containment silos; essentially a formal process to block the flow of information between agencies and between the original branches. While frustrating to discover, the silo effect was important because understanding the communication between networks leads to our ability to reconcile conflict between what we perceive and what’s actually taking place.
After days of research and meetings in DC during 2020; amid a town that was serendipitously shut down due to COVID-19; I found a letter slid under the door of my room in a nearly empty hotel with an introduction of sorts. The subsequent discussions were perhaps the most important. After many hours of specific questions and answers on specific examples, I realized why our nation is in this mess. That is when I discovered the fourth and superseding branch of government, the Intelligence Branch.
I am going to explain how the Intelligence Branch works: (1) to control every other branch of government; (2) how it functions as an entirely independent branch of government with no oversight; (3) how and why it was created to be independent from oversight; (4) what is the current mission of the IC Branch, and most importantly (5) who operates it.
The Intelligence Branch is an independent functioning branch of government, it is no longer a subsidiary set of agencies within the Executive Branch as most would think. To understand the Intelligence Branch, we need to drop the elementary school civics class lessons about three coequal branches of government and replace that outlook with the modern system that created itself.
The Intelligence Branch functions much like the State Dept, through a unique set of public-private partnerships that support it. Big Tech industry collaboration with intelligence operatives is part of that functioning, almost like an NGO. However, the process is much more important than most think. In this problematic perspective of a corrupt system of government, the process is the flaw – not the outcome.
There are people making decisions inside this little known, unregulated and out-of-control branch of government that impact every facet of our lives.
None of the people operating deep inside the Intelligence Branch were elected; and our elected representative House members genuinely do not know how the system works. I assert this position affirmatively because I have talked to House and Senate staffers, including the chiefs of staff for multiple House & Senate committee seats. They are not malicious people; however, they are genuinely clueless of things that happen outside their silo. That is part of the purpose of me explaining it, with examples, in full detail with sunlight.
We begin….
In April of 2016, the FBI launched a counterintelligence operation against presidential candidate Donald Trump. The questioning about that operation is what New York Representative Elise Stefanik cites in March of 2017, approximately 11 months later (First Two Minutes).
♦ Notice how FBI Director James Comey just matter-of-factly explains no one outside the DOJ was informed about the FBI operation. Why? Because that’s just the way things are done. His justification for unilateral operations was “because of the sensitivity of the matter“, totally ignoring any constitutional or regulatory framework for oversight; because, well, quite simply, there isn’t any. The intelligence apparatus inside the DOJ/FBI can, and does, operate based on their own independent determinations of authority.
♦ Notice also how FBI Director Comey shares his perspective that informing the National Security Council (NSC) is the equivalent of notifying the White House. The FBI leadership expressly believe they bear no responsibility to brief the Chief Executive. As long as they tell some unknown, unelected, bureaucratic entity inside the NSC, their unwritten responsibility to inform the top of their institutional silo is complete. If the IC wants to carve out the Oval Office, they simply plant information inside the NSC and, from their perspective, their civic responsibility to follow checks-and-balances is complete. This is an intentional construct.
♦ Notice how Comey obfuscates notification to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), by avoiding the fact James Clapper was the DNI from outset of the counterintelligence operation throughout the remainder of Obama’s term. When I get deeper into the process, we will understand how the Intelligence Branch has intentionally used the creation of the DNI position (established post 9/11/01) as a method to avoid oversight, not enhance it. Keeping an oblivious doofus like James Clapper in position held strategic value [Doofus Reminder HERE].
That video of James Comey being questioned by Elise Stefanik was the first example given to me by someone who knew the background of everything that was taking place preceding that March 20, 2017, hearing. That FBI reference point is a key to understand how the Intelligence Branch operates with unilateral authority above Congress (legislative branch), above the White House (executive branch), and even above the court system (judicial branch).
Also, watch this short video of James Clapper, because it is likely many readers have forgotten, and likely even more readers have never seen it. Watch closely how then White House national security adviser John Brennan is responding in that video. The video of James Clapper highlights how the ODNI position (created with good national security intention) ended up becoming the fulcrum for modern weaponization, and is now an office manipulated by agencies with a vested interest in retaining power. The Intelligence Branch holds power over the ODNI through their influence and partnership with the body that authorizes the power within it, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).
Factually, the modern intelligence apparatus uses checks and balances in their favor. The checks create silos of proprietary information, classified information, vaults of information that work around oversight issues. The silos, which include the exploitation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA Court, or FISC) are part of the problem.
Ironically, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence was created in the aftermath of 9/11/01 expressly to eliminate the silos of information which they felt led to a domestic terrorist attack that could have been prevented. The ODNI was created specifically upon the recommendation of the 9/11 commission.
The intent was to create a central hub of intelligence information, inside the Executive Branch, where the CIA, NSA, DoD, DoS, and DIA could deposit their unique intelligence products and a repository would be created so that domestic intelligence operations, like the DOJ and FBI could access them when needed to analyze threats to the U.S. This, they hoped, would ensure the obvious flags missed in the 9/11 attacks would not be missed again.
However, the creation of the DNI office also created an unconstitutional surveillance system of the American people. The DNI office became the tool to take massive amounts of data and use it to target specific Americans. Weaponizing the DNI office for political targeting is now the purpose of the DNI office as it exists.
The illegal and unlawful nature of the surveillance creates a need for careful protection amid the group who operate in the shadows of electronic information and domestic surveillance. You will see how it was critical to install a person uniquely skilled in being an idiot, James Clapper, into that willfully blind role while intelligence operatives worked around the office to assemble the Intelligence Branch of Government.
• The last federal budget that flowed through the traditional budgetary process was signed into law in September of 2007 for fiscal year 2008 by George W. Bush. Every budget since then has been a fragmented process of continuing resolutions and individual spending bills.
Why does this matter? Because many people think defunding the Intelligence Community is a solution; it is not…. at least, not yet. Worse yet, the corrupt divisions deep inside the U.S. intelligence system can now fund themselves from multinational private sector partnerships (banks, corporations and foreign entities).
• When Democrats took over the House of Representatives in January 2007, they took office with a plan. Nancy Pelosi became Speaker, and Democrats controlled the Senate where Harry Reid was Majority Leader. Barack Obama was a junior senator from Illinois.
Pelosi and Reid intentionally did not advance a budget in 2008 (for fiscal year 2009) because their plan included installing Barack Obama (and all that came with him) with an open checkbook made even more lucrative by a worsening financial crisis and a process called baseline budgeting. Baseline budgeting means the prior fiscal year budget is accepted as the starting point for the next year budget. All previous expenditures are baked into the cake within baseline budgeting.
Massive bailouts preceded Obama’s installation due to U.S. economic collapse, and massive bailouts continued after his installation. This is the ‘never let a crisis go to waste’ aspect. TARP (Troubled Asset Recovery Program), auto bailouts (GM), and the massive stimulus spending bill, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA, i.e.. those shovel ready jobs) were all part of the non-budget spending. The federal reserve assisted with Quantitative Easing (QE1 and QE2) as congress passed various Porkulous spending bills further spending and replacing the formal budget process.
Note: There has never been a budget passed in the normal/traditional process since September of 2007.
• While Obama’s radical ‘transformation‘ was triggered across a broad range of government institutions, simultaneously spending on the U.S. military was cut, but spending on the intelligence apparatus expanded. We were all distracted by Obamacare, and the Republican Party wanted to keep us that way. However, in the background there was a process of transformation taking place that included very specific action by Eric Holder and targeted effort toward the newest executive agency the ODNI.
The people behind Obama, those same people now behind Joe Biden, knew from years of strategic planning that ‘radical transformation’ would require control over specific elements inside the U.S. government. Eric Holder played a key role in his position as U.S. Attorney General in the DOJ.
AG Holder recruited ideologically aligned political operatives who were aware of the larger institutional objectives. One of those objectives was weaponizing the DOJ-National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) a division inside the DOJ that had no inspector general oversight. For most people the DOJ-NSD weaponization surfaced with a hindsight awakening of the DOJ-NSD targeting candidate Donald Trump many years later. However, by then the Holder crew had executed almost eight full years of background work.
• The second larger Obama/Holder objective was control over the FBI. Why was that important? Because the FBI does the domestic investigative work on anyone who needs or holds a security clearance. The removal of security clearances could be used as a filter to further build the internal ideological army they were assembling. Additionally, with new power in the ODNI created as a downstream consequence of the Patriot Act, new protocols for U.S. security clearances were easy to justify.
Carefully selecting fellow ideological travelers was facilitated by this filtration within the security clearance process. How does that issue later manifest? Just look around at how politicized every intelligence agency has become, specifically including the FBI.
• At the exact same time this new background security clearance process was ongoing, again everyone distracted by the fight over Obamacare, inside the Department of State (Secretary Hillary Clinton) a political alignment making room for the next phase was being assembled. Names like Samantha Power, Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton were familiar on television while Lisa Monaco worked as a legal liaison between the Obama White House and Clinton State Department.
Through the Dept of State (DoS) the intelligence apparatus began working on their first steps to align Big Tech with a larger domestic institutional objective. Those of you who remember the “Arab Spring”, some say “Islamist Spring”, will remember it was triggered by Barack Obama’s speech in Cairo – his first foreign trip. The State Department worked with grassroots organizers (mostly Muslim Brotherhood) in Egypt, Syria, Bahrain, Qatar and Libya. Obama leaned heavily on the organizational network of Turkish President Recep Erdogan for contacts and support.
Why does this aspect matter to us? Well, you might remember how much effort the Obama administration put into recruiting Facebook and Twitter as resources for the various mideast rebellions the White House and DoS supported. This was the point of modern merge between the U.S. intelligence community and Big Tech social media.
In many ways, the coordinated political outcomes in Libya and Egypt were the beta test for the coordinated domestic political outcomes we saw in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. The U.S. intelligence community working with social media platforms and political operatives.
Overlaying all of that background activity was also a new alignment of the Obama-era intelligence apparatus with ideological federal “contractors“. Where does this contractor activity manifest? In the FISA Court opinion of Rosemary Collyer who cited the “interagency memorandum of understanding”, or MOU.
Hopefully, you can see a small part of how tentacled the system to organize/weaponize the intelligence apparatus was. None of this was accidental, all of this was by design, and the United States Senate was responsible for intentionally allowing most of this to take place. The tools the government used to monitor threats were now being used to monitor every American. WE THE PEOPLE were now the threat the national security system was monitoring.
That’s the 30,000/ft level backdrop history of what was happening as the modern IC was created. Next, we will go into how all these various intelligence networks began working in unison and how they currently control all of the other DC institutions under them; including how they can carve out the President from knowing their activity.
♦ When Barack Obama was installed in January 2009, the Democrats held a 60 seat majority in the U.S. Senate. As the people behind the Obama installation began executing their longer-term plan, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence was a tool to create the Intelligence Branch; it was not an unintentional series of events.
When Obama was installed, Dianne Feinstein was the Chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI), and Democrat operative Dan Jones was her lead staffer. Feinstein was completely controlled by those around her including Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. The CIA was in the process of turning over personnel following the Bush era, and as a result of a massive multi-year narrative of diminished credibility (Iraq WMD), a deep purge was underway. Obama/Holder were in the process of shifting intelligence alignment and the intensely political Democrat Leader Harry Reid was a key participant.
THE TRAP – Many people say that Congress is the solution to eliminating the Fourth and superseding Branch of Government, the Intelligence Branch. This is an exercise in futility because the Legislative Branch, specifically the SSCI, facilitated the creation of the Intelligence Branch. The SSCI cannot put the genie they created back in the bottle without admitting they too are corrupt; and the background story of their corruption is way too intense to be exposed now.
Every member of the SSCI is compromised in some controlling manner. Those Senators who disliked the control over them; specifically disliked because the risk of sunlight was tenuous and, well, possible; have either left completely or stepped down from the committee. None of the SSCI members past or present would ever contemplate saying openly what their tenure involved.
[Note: You might remember when Vice Chairman Mark Warner’s text messages surfaced, there was a controlled Republican SSCI member who came to his defense in February of 2018. It was not accidental that exact Senator later became the chair of the SSCI himself. That Republican Senator is Marco Rubio, now vice-chair since the Senate re-flipped back to the optics of Democrat control in 2021.]
All of President Obama’s 2009 intelligence appointments required confirmation from the Senate. The nominees had to first pass through the Democrat controlled SSCI, and then to a full Senate vote where Democrats held a 60 vote majority. Essentially, Obama got everyone he wanted in place easily. Rahm Emmanuel was Obama’s Chief of Staff, and Valerie Jarrett was Senior Advisor.
Tim Geithner was Treasury Secretary in 2010 when the joint DOJ/FBI and IRS operation to target the Tea Party took place after the midterm “shellacking” caused by the Obamacare backlash. Mitch McConnell was Minority Leader in the Senate but supported the targeting of the Tea Party as his Senate colleagues were getting primaried by an angry and effective grassroots campaign. McConnell’s friend, Senator Bob Bennett, getting beaten in Utah was the final straw.
Dirty Harry and Mitch McConnell saw the TEA Party through the same prism. The TEA Party took Kennedy’s seat in Massachusetts (Scott Brown); Sharon Angle was about to take out Harry Reid in Nevada; Arlen Spector was taken down in Pennsylvania; Senator Robert Byrd died; Senator Lisa Murkowski lost her primary to Joe Miller in Alaska; McConnell’s nominee Mike Castle lost to Christine O’Donnell in Delaware; Rand Paul won in Kentucky. This is the background. The peasants were revolting…. and visibly angry Mitch McConnell desperately made a deal with the devil to protect himself.
In many ways, the TEA Party movement was/is very similar to the MAGA movement. The difference in 2010 was the absence of a head of the movement, in 2015 Donald Trump became that head figure who benefited from the TEA Party energy. Trump came into office in 2017 with the same congressional opposition as the successful TEA Party candidates in 2011.
Republicans took control of the Senate following the 2014 mid-terms. Republicans took control of the SSCI in January 2015. Senator Richard Burr became chairman of the SSCI, and Dianne Feinstein shifted to Vice-Chair. Dirty Harry Reid left the Senate, and Mitch McConnell took power again.
Republicans were in control of the Senate Intelligence Committee in 2015 when the Intelligence Branch operation against candidate Donald Trump was underway. [Feinstein’s staffer, Dan Jones, left the SSCI so he could act as a liaison and political operative between private-sector efforts (Fusion GPS, Chris Steele) and the SSCI.] The SSCI was a participant in that Fusion GPS/Chris Steele operation, and as a direct consequence Republicans were inherently tied to the problem with President Trump taking office in January of 2017. Indiana Republican Senator Dan Coats was a member of the SSCI.
Bottom line…. When it came to the intelligence system targeting Donald Trump during the 2015/2016 primary, the GOP was just as much at risk as their Democrat counterparts.
When Trump unexpectedly won the 2016 election, the SSCI was shocked more than most. They knew countermeasures would need to be deployed to protect themselves from any exposure of their prior intelligence conduct. Immediately Senator Dianne Feinstein stepped down from the SSCI, and Senator Mark Warner was elevated to Vice Chairman.
Indiana’s own Mike Pence, now Vice President, recommended fellow Hoosier, SSCI Senator Dan Coats, to become President Trump’s Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). [Apply hindsight here]
• To give an idea of the Intelligence Branch power dynamic, remind yourself how House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), Chairman Devin Nunes, tried to get access to the DOJ/FBI records of the FISA application used against the Trump campaign via Carter Page.
Remember, Devin Nunes only saw a portion of the FISA trail from his review of a Presidential Daily Brief (PDB) previously given to President Obama. Chairman Nunes had to review the PDB at the White House SCIF due to compartmented intelligence, another example of the silo benefit.
Remember the massive stonewalling and blocking of the DOJ/FBI toward Nunes? Remember the back and forth battle over declassification surrounding the Nunes memo?
Remember, after Nunes went directly to House Speaker Paul Ryan for help (didn’t get any), the DOJ only permitted two members from each party within the HPSCI to review the documents, and only at the DOJ offices of main justice?
Contrast that amount of House Intel Committee railroading and blocking by intelligence operatives in the DOJ, DOJ-NSD and FBI, with the simple request by Senate Intelligence Vice Chairman Mark Warner asking to see the Carter Page FISA application and immediately a copy being delivered to him on March 17th 2017.
Can you see which intelligence committee is aligned with the deepest part of the deep state?
The contrast of ideological alignment between the House, Senate and Intelligence Branch is crystal clear when viewed through the prism of cooperation. You can see which legislative committee holds the power and support of the Intelligence Branch. The Senate Intel Committee facilitates the corrupt existence of the IC Branch, so the IC Branch only cooperates with the Senate Intel Committee. It really is that simple.
• The Intelligence Branch carefully selects its own members by controlling how security clearances are investigated and allowed (FBI). The Intelligence Branch also uses compartmentalization of intelligence as a way to keep each agency, and each downstream branch of government (executive, legislative and judicial), at arm’s length as a method to stop anyone from seeing the larger picture of their activity. I call this the “silo effect”, and it is done by design.
I have looked at stunned faces when I presented declassified silo product from one agency to the silo customers of another. You would be astonished at what they don’t know because it is not in their ‘silo’.
Through the advice and consent rules, the Intelligence Branch uses the SSCI to keep out people they consider dangerous to their ongoing operations. Any appointee to the intelligence community must first pass through the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, before they get a full Senate vote. If the SSCI rejects the candidate, they simply refuse to take up the nomination. The president is then blocked from that appointment. This is what happened with President Trump over and over again.
• Additionally, the Intelligence Branch protects itself, and its facilitating allies through the formal classification process. The Intelligence Branch gets to decide unilaterally what information will be released and what information will be kept secret. There is no entity outside the Intelligence Branch, and yes that includes the President of the United States, who can supersede the classification authority of the Intelligence Branch. {Go Deep} and {Go Deep} This is something 99.9% of the people on our side get totally and frustratingly wrong.
No one can declassify, or make public, anything the Intelligence Branch will not agree to. Doubt this? Ask Ric Grenell, John Ratcliffe, or even President Trump himself.
• The classification process is determined inside the Intelligence Branch, all by themselves. They get to choose what rank of classification exists on any work product they create; and they get to decide what the classification status is of any work product that is created by anyone else. The Intelligence Branch has full control over what is considered classified information and what is not. The Intelligence Branch defines what is a “national security interest” and what is not. A great technique for hiding fingerprints of corrupt and illegal activity.

• Similarly, the declassification process is a request by an agency, even a traditionally superior agency like the President of the United States, to the Intelligence Branch asking for them to release the information. The Intelligence Branch again holds full unilateral control. If the head of the CIA refuses to comply with the declassification instruction of the President, what can the president do except fire him/her? {Again, GO DEEP} How does the President replace the non-compliant cabinet member? They have to go through the SSCI confirmation. See the problem?
Yes, there are ways to break up the Intelligence Branch, but they do not start with any congressional effort. As you can see above, the process is the flaw – not the solution. Most conservative pundits have their emphasis on the wrong syllable. Their cornerstone is false.
For their own self-preservation, the Intelligence Branch has been interfering in our elections for years. The way to tear this apart begins with STATE LEVEL election reform that blocks the Legislative Branch from coordinating with the Intelligence Branch.
The extreme federalism approach is critical and also explains why Joe Biden has instructed Attorney General Merrick Garland to use the full power of the DOJ to stop state level election reform efforts. The worry of successful state level election control is also why the Intelligence Branch now needs to support the federal takeover of elections.
Our elections have been usurped by the Intelligence Branch. Start with honest elections and we will see just how much Democrat AND Republican corruption is dependent on manipulated election results. Start at the state level. Start there…. everything else is downstream.
♦ COLLAPSED OVERSIGHT – The modern system to ‘check’ the Executive Branch was the creation of the legislative “Gang of Eight,” a legislative oversight mechanism intended to provide a bridge of oversight between the authority of the intelligence community within the Executive Branch.
The Go8 construct was designed to allow the President authority to carry out intelligence operations and provide the most sensitive notifications to a select group within Congress.
The Go8 oversight is directed to the position, not the person, and consists of: (1) The Speaker of the House; (2) The Minority Leader of the House; (3) The Chair of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, HPSCI; (4) The Ranking Member (minority) of the HPSCI; (5) The Leader of the Senate; (6) The Minority Leader of the Senate; (7) The Chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, SSCI; and finally (8) the Vice-Chair of the SSCI.
Example: When the Chief Executive (the President) initiates an intelligence operation on behalf of the United States, the President triggers a “finding memo.” In essence, the instruction to the intel agency or agencies to authorize a covert operation. When that process takes place, the Go8 are the first people notified. Depending on the sensitivity of the operation, sometimes the G08 are notified immediately after the operation is conducted. The notification can be a phone call or an in-person briefing.
Because of the sensitivity of their intelligence information, the Gang of Eight hold security clearances that permit them to receive and review all intelligence operations. The intelligence community are also responsible for briefing the Go8 with the same information they use to brief the President.
The Go8 design is intended to put intelligence oversight upon both political parties in Congress; it is designed that way by informing the minority leaders of both the House and Senate as well as the ranking minority members of the SSCI and HPSCI. Under the concept, the President cannot conduct an intelligence operation; and the intelligence community cannot carry out intelligence gathering operations without the majority and minority parties knowing about it.
The modern design of this oversight system was done to keep rogue and/or corrupt intelligence operations from happening. However, as we shared in the preview to this entire discussion, the process was usurped during the Obama era. {GO DEEP}
Former FBI Director James Comey openly admitted to Congress on March 20, 2017, that the FBI, FBI Counterintelligence Division, DOJ and DOJ-National Security Division, together with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the CIA, had been conducting independent investigations of Donald Trump for over a year without informing the Go8. Comey justified the lack of informing Go8 oversight by saying, “because of the sensitivity of the matter.”
Stupidly, Congress never pressed James Comey on that issue. The arrogance was astounding, and the acceptance by Congress was infuriating. However, that specific example highlighted just how politically corrupt the system had become. In essence, Team Obama usurped the entire design of congressional oversight…. and Congress just brushed it off.
Keep in mind, Comey did not say the White House was unaware; in fact he said exactly the opposite, he said, “The White House was informed through the National Security Council,” (the NSC). The unavoidable implication and James Comey admission that everyone just brushed aside, was that President Obama’s National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, was informed of the intelligence operation(s) against Donald Trump. After all, the NSC reports to the National Security Advisor.
Does the January 20, 2017, Susan Rice memo look different now?
Again, no one saw the immediate issue. What Comey just described on that March day in 2017 was the usurpation of the entire reason the Gang of Eight exists; to eliminate the potential for political weaponization of the Intelligence Community by the executive branch. The G08 notifications to the majority and minority are specifically designed to make sure what James Comey admitted to doing was never supposed to happen.
Team Obama carried out a political operation using the intelligence community and the checks-and-balances in the system were intentionally usurped. This is an indisputable fact.
Worse still, the entire legislative branch of Congress, which then specifically included the Republicans that now controlled the House and Senate, did nothing. They just ignored what was admitted. The usurpation was willfully ignored.
The mechanism of the G08 was bypassed without a twitch of condemnation or investigation…. because the common enemy was Donald Trump.
This example highlights the collapse of the system. Obama, the Executive Branch, collapsed the system by usurping the process; in essence the process became the bigger issue, and the lack of immediate Legislative Branch reaction became evidence of open acceptance. The outcomes of the usurpation played out over the next four years, Donald J. Trump was kneecapped and lost his presidency because of it. However, the bigger issue of the collapse still exists.
The downstream consequence of the Legislative Branch accepting the Executive Branch usurpation meant both intelligence committees were compromised. Additionally, the leadership of both the House and Senate were complicit. Think about this carefully. The Legislative Branch allowance of the intelligence usurpation meant the Legislative Branch was now subservient to the Intelligence Branch.
That’s where we are.
Right now.

Term-3 Obama is now back in the White House with Joe Biden.
NOTE: Former Obama National Security aide and counsel to the President, Lisa Monaco, is in her current position as Deputy Attorney General, specifically to make sure all of these revelations do not become a legal risk to Barack Obama and the people who created them. The SSCI confirmed Monaco for this purpose because the Senate is just as much at risk.
Term-1 and Term-2 Obama usurped the ‘check and balance‘ within the system and weaponized the intelligence apparatus. During Trump’s term that weaponization was covered up by a compliant congress, complicit senate intelligence committee, and not a single member of the oversight called it out. Now, Term-3 Obama steps back in to continue the cover up and continue the weaponization.
Hopefully, you can now see the scale of the problem that surrounds us with specific citation for what has taken place. What I just explained to you above is not conspiracy theory, it is admitted fact that anyone can look upon. Yet….
Have you seen this mentioned anywhere? Have you seen this called out by anyone in Congress? Have you seen anyone in media (ally or adversary) call this out? Have you seen any member of the Judicial Branch stand up and say wait, what is taking place is not okay? Have you seen a single candidate for elected office point this out? Have you seen anyone advising a candidate to point this out?
This is our current status. It is not deniable. The truth exists regardless of our comfort.
Not a single person in power will say openly what has taken place. They are scared of the Fourth Branch. The evidence of what has taken place is right there in front of our face. The words, actions and activities of those who participated in this process are not deniable, in fact most of it is on record.
There are only two members of the Gang of Eight who have existed in place from January 2007 (the real beginning of Obama’s term, two years before he took office when the Congress flipped). Only two members of the G08 have been consistently in place from January of 2007 to right now, today. All the others came and went, but two members of the Gang of Eight have been part of that failed and collapsed oversight throughout the past 15 years, Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell.
♦ TECHNOLOGY – On a global scale – the modern intelligence gathering networks are now dependent on data collection to execute their intelligence missions. In the digital age nations have been executing various methods to gather that data. Digital surveillance has replaced other methods of interception. Those surveillance efforts have resulted in a coalescing of regional data networks based on historic multi-national relationships.
We have a recent frame of reference for the “U.S. data collection network” within the NSA. Through the allied process the Five Eyes nations all rely on the NSA surveillance database (U.K, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and U.S.) The NSA database provides the digital baseline for intelligence operations in defense of our allies. The portals into the NSA database are essentially an assembly of allies in like-minded ideological connection to the United States.
Unfortunately, there have been some revelations about the NSA database being used to monitor our allies, like in the example of Germany and surveillance on Angela Merkel’s phone. As long as “the good guys” are operating honorably, allies of the United States can feel confident about having protection from the NSA surveillance of global digital data. We warn our friends if we detect something dangerous etc.
The U.S. has nodes on communication pipelines to intercept and extract data. We have also launched hundreds, perhaps thousands, of satellites to conduct surveillance and gather up data. All of this data is fed into the NSA database where it is monitored (presumably) as a national security mechanism, and in defense of our allies.
However, what about data collection or data networks that are outside the NSA database? What do our enemies do? The NSA database is just one intelligence operation of digital surveillance amid the entire world, and we do not allow access by adversaries we are monitoring. So what do they do? What do our allies do who might not trust the United States due to past inconsistencies, i.e. the Middle East?
The answers to those questions highlight other data collection networks. So, a brief review of the major players is needed.
♦ CHINA – China operates their own database. They, like the NSA, scoop up data for their system. Like us, China launches satellites and deploys other electronic data collection methods to download into their database. This is why the issues of electronic devices manufactured in China becomes problematic. Part of the Chinese data collection system involves the use of spyware, hacking and extraction.
Issues with Chinese communication company Huawei take on an added dimension when you consider the goal of the Chinese government to conduct surveillance and assemble a network of data to compete with the United States via the NSA. Other Chinese methods of surveillance and data-collection are less subversive, as in the examples of TicTok and WeChat. These are Chinese social media companies that are scraping data just like the NSA scrapes data from Facebook, Twitter and other Silicon Valley tech companies. [ Remember, the Intelligence Branch is a public-private partnership. ]
♦ RUSSIA – It is very likely that Russia operates their own database. We know Russia launches satellites, just like China and the USA, for the same purposes. Russia is also very proficient at hacking into other databases and extracting information to store and utilize in their own network. The difference between the U.S., China and Russia is likely that Russia spends more time on the hacking aspect because they do not generate actual technology systems as rapidly as the U.S. and China.
The most recent database creation is an outcome of an ally having to take action because they cannot rely on the ideology of the United States remaining consistent, as the administrations ping-pong based on ideology.
♦ SAUDI ARABIA – Yes, in 2016 we discovered that Saudi Arabia was now operating their own intelligence data-gathering operation. It would make sense, given the nature of the Middle East and the constant fluctuations in political support from the United States. It is a lesson the allied Arab community and Gulf Cooperation Council learned quickly when President Obama went to Cairo in 2009 and launched the Islamist Spring (Arab Spring) upon them.
I have no doubt the creation of the Saudi intelligence network was specifically because the Obama administration started supporting radical Islamists within the Muslim Brotherhood and threw fuel on the fires of extremism all over the Arab world.
Think about it., What would you do if you were Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE, Jordan, Oman or Yemen and you knew the United States could just trigger an internal uprising of al-Qaeda, ISIS and the political arm of the Muslim Brotherhood to seek your destruction?
Without a doubt, those urgent lessons from 2009, 2010, 2011 triggered the formation of the Arab Intelligence Network as a network to defend itself with consistency. They assembled the network and activated it in 2017 as pictured above.
♦ Israel – Along a similar outlook to the Arab network, no doubt Israel operates an independent data collection system as a method of protecting itself from ever-changing U.S. politics amid a region that is extremely hostile to its very existence. Like the others, Israel launches proprietary satellites, and we can be sure they use covert methods to gather electronic data just like the U.S. and China.
As we have recently seen in the Pegasus story, Israel creates spyware programs that are able to track and monitor cell phone communications of targets. The spyware would not work unless Israel had access to some network where the phone meta-data was actually stored. So yeah, it makes sense for Israel to operate an independent intelligence database.
♦ Summary: As we understand the United States Intelligence Branch of government as the superseding entity that controls the internal politics of our nation, we also must consider that multiple nations have the same issue. There are major intelligence networks around the world beside the NSA “Five-Eyes” database. China, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Israel all operate proprietary databases deploying the same tools and techniques for assembly.
The geopolitical conflict that has always existed has now shifted into a digital battle-space. The Intelligence Agencies from these regions are now operating as the backbone of the government that uses them, and has become dependent on them. [<- Reread that].
Once you accept the digital-era intelligence apparatus of China, Russia, Saudi-Arabia, The United States and Israel, are now the primary national security mechanisms for stabilization of government; then you accept the importance of those intelligence operations.
Once you understand how foundational those modern intelligence operations have become for the stability and continuity of those governments…… then you begin to understand just how the United States intelligence community became more important than the government that created it.
From that point it is then critical to understand that domestic intelligence operations are underway to monitor the electronic communication of American citizens inside our own country. YOU are under surveillance. The parents who confront school boards are under surveillance. The political operatives inside the FBI are monitoring everyone who comes onto the radar, that is why the National School Boards Association asked the White House, then the DOJ, to have the FBI start targeting parents. Are things making sense now?
♦ Public Private Partnership – The modern Fourth Branch of Government is only possible because of a Public-Private partnership with the intelligence apparatus. You do not have to take my word for it, the partnership is so brazened they have made public admissions.
The biggest names in Big Tech announced in June their partnership with the Five Eyes intelligence network, ultimately controlled by the NSA, to: (1) monitor all activity in their platforms; (2) identify extremist content; (3) look for expressions of Domestic Violent Extremism (DVE); and then, (4) put the content details into a database where the Five Eyes intelligence agencies (U.K., U.S., Australia, Canada, New Zealand) can access it.
Facebook, Twitter, Google and Microsoft are all partnering with the intelligence apparatus. It might be difficult to fathom how openly they admit this, but they do. Look at this sentence in the press release (emphasis mine):
[…] “The Group will use lists from intelligence-sharing group Five Eyes adding URLs and PDFs from more groups, including the Proud Boys, the Three Percenters and neo-Nazis.”
Think about that sentence structure very carefully. They are “adding to” the preexisting list…. admitting the group (aka Big Tech) already have access to the intelligence-sharing database… and also admitting there is a preexisting list created by the Five Eyes consortium.
Obviously, who and what is defined as “extremist content” will be determined by the Big Tech insiders themselves. This provides a gateway, another plausible deniability aspect, to cover the Intelligence Branch from any oversight.
When the Intelligence Branch within government wants to conduct surveillance and monitor American citizens, they run up against problems due to the Constitution of the United States. They get around those legal limitations by sub-contracting the intelligence gathering, the actual data mining, and allowing outside parties (contractors) to have access to the central database.
The government cannot conduct electronic searches (4th amendment issue) without a warrant; however, private individuals can search and report back as long as they have access. What is being admitted is exactly that preexisting partnership. The difference is that Big Tech will flag the content from within their platforms, and now a secondary database filled with the extracted information will be provided openly for the Intelligence Branch to exploit.
The volume of metadata captured by the NSA has always been a problem because of the filters needed to make the targeting useful. There is a lot of noise in collecting all data that makes the parts you really want to identify more difficult to capture. This new admission puts a new massive filtration system in the metadata that circumvents any privacy protections for individuals.
Previously, the Intelligence Branch worked around the constitutional and unlawful search issue by using resources that were not in the United States. A domestic U.S. agency, working on behalf of the U.S. government, cannot listen on your calls without a warrant. However, if the U.S. agency sub-contracts to say a Canadian group, or foreign ally, the privacy invasion is no longer legally restricted by U.S. law.
What was announced in June 2021 is an alarming admission of a prior relationship along with open intent to define their domestic political opposition as extremists.
July 26 (Reuters) – A counterterrorism organization formed by some of the biggest U.S. tech companies including Facebook (FB.O) and Microsoft (MSFT.O) is significantly expanding the types of extremist content shared between firms in a key database, aiming to crack down on material from white supremacists and far-right militias, the group told Reuters.
Until now, the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism’s (GIFCT) database has focused on videos and images from terrorist groups on a United Nations list and so has largely consisted of content from Islamist extremist organizations such as Islamic State, al Qaeda and the Taliban.
Over the next few months, the group will add attacker manifestos – often shared by sympathizers after white supremacist violence – and other publications and links flagged by U.N. initiative Tech Against Terrorism. It will use lists from intelligence-sharing group Five Eyes, adding URLs and PDFs from more groups, including the Proud Boys, the Three Percenters and neo-Nazis.
The firms, which include Twitter (TWTR.N) and Alphabet Inc’s (GOOGL.O) YouTube, share “hashes,” unique numerical representations of original pieces of content that have been removed from their services. Other platforms use these to identify the same content on their own sites in order to review or remove it. (read more)
The influence of the Intelligence Branch now reaches into our lives, our personal lives.
In the decades before 9/11/01 the intelligence apparatus intersected with government, influenced government, and undoubtedly controlled many institutions with it. The legislative oversight function was weak and growing weaker, but it still existed and could have been used to keep the IC in check. However, after the events of 9/11/01, the short-sighted legislative reactions opened the door to allow the surveillance state to weaponize against domestic enemies.
After the Patriot Act was triggered, not coincidentally only six weeks after 9/11, a slow and dangerous fuse was lit that ends with the intelligence apparatus being granted a massive amount of power. Simultaneously the mission of the intelligence community now encompassed monitoring domestic threats as defined by the people who operate the surveillance system.
The problem with assembled power is always what happens when a Machiavellian network takes control over that power and begins the process to weaponize the tools for their own malicious benefit. That is exactly what the network of President Barack Obama did.
The Obama network took pre-assembled intelligence weapons (we should never have allowed to be created) and turned those weapons into political tools for his radical and fundamental change. The target was the essential fabric of our nation.
Ultimately, this corrupt political process gave power to create the Fourth Branch of Government, the Intelligence Branch. From that perspective the fundamental change was successful.
This is the scale of corrupt political compromise on both sides of the DC dynamic that we are up against. Preserving this system is also what removing Donald Trump is all about…. And like I said in the precursor, I doubt Donald Trump fully comprehends the motives of his opposition.
Yesterday I got to an email in time from Ari Bussel informing me of a Conference Call billed as National Faith Leaders Call with Donald Trump. Ari provided the contact info to be on the call to me which I indeed participated (9/2/21).
The call began with a proviso that if members managed to get access to hang up now for the Conference Call was to be off the record. Because of that I will not share the content of what I was able to listen. Sadly my old Android Smart Phone dropped the call about a half-hour after beginning. BUT this I will share: President Trump (that without FRAUD – the actually elected President in 2020) was very upbeat and did NOT sound like a quitter.

I would now like to formally begin today’s call and introduce President of the United States, Donald J Trump.
Pres. Trump: It’s a great honor to be with you and to host our third annual call with Jewish leaders, rabbis and friends to wish you Shana Tova, a sweet new year. During the High Holy Days, families gather in synagogues across the country and around the world to sound the shofar and pray, reflect and thank God for His many blessings.
As we mark the Jewish New Year, our entire country is reminded of the infinite ways Jewish Americans strengthen our communities, uplift our nation, and deepen our culture. You care for your neighbors, teach your children, cherish our heritage, and you embody the American dream. Throughout history, the Jewish people have suffered unthinkable oppression and persecution, yet they have persevered, endured, thrived, and created a flourishing democracy – the state of Israel.
In the last two and a half years, we have strengthened the everlasting friendship between the United States and Israel. I moved the United States Embassy to Jerusalem. We recognized Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights, which was something they were trying to have done for 72, or 52 years to be more specific. We’re confronting Iran, a regime that chants “Death to Israel.”
As I said in my recent address to United Nations, America will never tolerate anti-Semitic hate. In recent months, our entire nation was stricken with shock and grief and righteous anger when two horrific anti-Semitic murderers attacked synagogues in California and Pennsylvania. To every survivor, family member and to the entire Jewish community, all of America embraces you with love. We pledge our undying and total resolve to excise the vile placing of anti-Semitism from our world. Earlier this year, I appointed a new special envoy to monitor and combat anti-Semitism. Elan Carr, who is with us now and will provide an update shortly. In the wake of such atrocious attacks, millions have been inspired by Jewish-American heroes who responded to the worst evil with remarkable bravery. During my State of the Union Address, we were all moved by the presence of Pittsburgh survivor, Judah Samet, who also survived the Holocaust. In May, on the National Day of Prayer in the Rose Garden, we were joined by members of the congregation from Poway, California, including Rabbi Goldstein. This afternoon we’re joined on the call by survivors of the Holocaust. We cannot comprehend the persecution and suffering you have endured, yet you have overcome the darkest chapters of human history with the purity of love and goodness in your hearts. We renew our pledge now and always. Never again.
I understand that during this time of year, you often read Psalm 27. We remember the promise of those words that says, “Wait for the Lord. Be strong and let your heart take courage.” Today, we thank God for His faithfulness and for the countless ways Jewish-Americans bless our nation.
I once was a great supporter of QAnon info but eventually became disillusioned with promises of victories on specific dates that NEVER transpired. But I gotta tell ya, a Patriot loving their nation who is weary of how the USA is being turned into a crapper of anti-Liberty by hate-America-first Dem-Marxists, this Q-stuff is as infectious as the fear spread virally to control American thoughts, actions and lives.
So, I share this not to promote QAnon narrative which probably never play out as laid out by Q-propagandists, but to INSPIRE RESISTANCE to the stolen Liberty infecting our American lives and individual Freedom.
I begin with the entirety of authentic-President Donald Trump’s 2/28/21 CPAC speech. Already cryptic-Conspiracy Theories are widespread about the speech, BUT for the most relevant part was the authentic-President’s reference to Election Crimes followed closely by the insinuation of a Republican Party reformation to get rid of corrupt leadership and fake Republicans (aka RINOs).
Frankly, I personally hold little hope to reform the Republican Party. I am willing to wait for a Trump reform success, yet if nothing changes in 2022 – NOTHING will ever change in the GOP. If Trump effects change, I’m with him. If Trump realizes the GOP is unreformable and begins a new Political Party, I’m with him. If Trump sticks with Republican backstabbing corruption, I am then looking for a new group of American Patriot leaders.

Last week, almost three dozen House Democrats issued a formal letter questioning Joe Biden’s mental acuity as it related to his sole presidential authority to launch nuclear weapons.
In that letter, principal signer Jimmy Panetta (D-CA) asked that Biden give up his unilateral authority because, “Vesting one person with this authority entails risks.” Panetta tactfully noted, “Past presidents have threatened to attack other countries with nuclear weapons or exhibited behavior that caused other officials to express concern about the president’s judgment,” and asked that Biden “install additional checks and balances.”
Translation: “Mr. President, you are terminally non compos mentis, and we don’t want your finger alone on the launch button.”
Given the timing of that letter, combined with the fact that, since their “unity” inauguration, Biden’s uber-leftist president-in-waiting, Kamala Harris, has been rapidly assuming duties generally reserved for the president, is it any wonder that she’s now running an office pool on when she’ll bump Biden off his box?
Some on our team don’t think he’ll finish the year. I’m not sure he will finish the month.
The Demo/media co-conspirators combined forces to elect Creepy Joe, but leftists of all ages were really supporting Harris. She is, like Bernie Sanders, the socialist they wanted, and indeed Harris voted with Sanders on 92% of legislation before the Senate in the two years she served.
The Biden/Harris ticket was the inverse of the Obama/Biden ticket, with the radical unknown on the top unable to draw the more moderate Demo voters without adding Biden. Last year, because Biden won the Demo primary in a large field of mostly leftist candidates, he needed a leftist on the bottom of his ticket to win.
In August of last year, when Biden announced Harris as his running mate — despite her abysmal primary performance — I titled my profile of Harris, “Actually It’s the ‘Harris-Biden’ Ticket. I wrote, “It may be ‘Biden-Harris 2020’ on the ballot, but it’s really Harris ‘21-’22-’23-’24, and she is a perilous Trump opponent.” Just ask Donald Trump!
Noting that Biden’s handlers completed their “selection of his [Insert Leftist Woman of Color Here] ticket requirement” just ahead of the Demo convention, it was clear that neither Michelle Obama nor Susan Rice passed Joe’s “sniff test.”
It was equally clear that the then-78-year-old Biden still had enough cognitive processing ability to know he was on borrowed time, even declaring himself a “transitional candidate” early in his campaign.
Recall that in public forums just before the election, Harris made a very deliberate reference to “a Harris administration, together with Joe Biden.” Following the script, the next day, Biden referenced a “Harris-Biden administration.” In Biden’s case, this might have been a “slip of the teleprompter,” but the point stands. Harris is at the helm and she is a perilous threat to Liberty.
I believe Rep. Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Chuck Schumer scripted Biden’s “transition,” the rapid succession setup to replace him with Harris. Their scheme is not unprecedented. In 1944, when it was evident to his Democrat Party handlers that Franklin Delano Roosevelt would not survive his fourth term, they tapped Sen. Harry Truman (D-MO) as his successor — who indeed did succeed FDR just months after his January 1945 inauguration for a fourth term.
Weeks before the election, Pelosi seeded the 25th Amendment legislation for Biden’s path to resign. As I noted then, “Pelosi’s target is, ostensibly, Trump. But if Biden wins, this will provide Democrats plausible deniability to remove him. Of course, he’ll be complicit in that political maneuver, and ‘acquiesce’ to House Democrats in order to cover the fact that the real candidate has been Kamala Harris all along, thus not causing protest from his supporters that the transition was fixed before the election.”
And Trump agreed with that assessment: “Crazy Nancy Pelosi is looking at the 25th Amendment in order to replace Joe Biden with Kamala Harris. The Dems want that to happen fast because Sleepy Joe is out of it!!!”
Indicative of how short the puppeteer strings are, now 40 days into his administration, Biden’s handlers have not allowed him to hold any solo press conferences.
And when Joe does go, there is a pesky constitutional question that will have to be resolved: Is Harris eligible to be president?
Now, for the record, we did not join the parade denying Barack Obama’s citizenship, because that was a rat hole down which a lot of conservative political capital was wasted. However, for those of us who still understand that our Republic is only as strong as the Rule of Law upon which it was founded, the question of Harris’s citizenship, and thus eligibility, is far more compelling than the questions raised about Obama.
Article II, Section 1 of our Constitution stipulates, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President…”
Though Harris was born in California, recall that her mother, Shyamala Gopalan, was a scientist who emigrated from India, and her estranged father Donald Harris, from whom she inherited her slave-trading legacy, was a Stanford University economist who emigrated from Jamaica. Her mother’s citizenship status was unclear, and her father’s citizenship was listed as Jamaican. After her parents divorced, at age 12 Harris left the country with her mother to live in Montreal, where she spent her teenage years — years about which she says very little.
Of course, Leftmedia talkingheads (and even a few conservative outlets that should know better) reject any consideration of the Harris citizenship question, claiming it’s “racist” to bring it up. But whether Kamala Harris is a “natural-born” U.S. citizen has nothing to do with her race. It has only to do with the circumstances of her birth. Thus, the inquiry about eligibility is relevant.
Despite the Demos’ “open borders” agenda, key to establishing their “permanent majority” that subordinates the law and welfare of American citizens to their political objectives, the notion of “birthright citizenship” is erroneous. It is clear that the drafters and ratifiers of the 14th Amendment never intended it to confer citizenship on the children of illegal aliens or those in our country legally but who are not citizens.
Leftmedia “fact-checkers” who dismiss Harris’s parents’ status as irrelevant completely ignore that aspect of the question. In fact, parental legal status is the entire premise of the “anchor baby” debate.
When Harris arrives at the presidential podium, the Supreme Court will have to answer the question of her eligibility. And if it’s determined that she is not eligible, maybe that’s Pelosi’s plan — as the speaker is next in the line of succession for the presidency.
Meanwhile, the most perilous threat posed by a Harris presidency is not about race or birth status. The real threat to American Liberty is her leftist agenda. She’s a radical leftist fraud who cannot be trusted with power.

Clearing the Path for Harris to Bump Biden

Just to be clear – I AM EXTREMELY UPSET with the Republican Party. If the so-called Grand Old Party (GOP) actually supported the Constitution, the tenets of America’s Founding and President Donald Trump; then Trump would still be President.
It was bad enough the Courts REFUSED to even look at the volumes of evidence of election fraud with arbitrary rulings of a lack Standing, but Republican leadership on both the State and Federal level WOULD NOT force the issue legislatively to expose the election crimes.
I began with my anger with the Republican Party because I am on Oklahoma’s Sooner Tea Party email list.
I am inclined to dump the Republican Party for another political party; however, the Sooner Tea Party though angry at members of the Republican Party failing Trump, rightfully calling for the resignation of Oklahoma Senators Inhofe and Lankford for their betrayal of President Trump; the Sooner Tea Party wants to work in local GOP precinct meetings across Oklahoma to influence change.
Although local grassroots meetings are a necessity to begin reclaiming America, it is my sense the National version of the Republican Party is far too corrupted by Establishment thinking for local Republican precinct meetings to affect ANYTHING on a national level. That means Inhofe and Lankford will not be resigning from local pressure.

Our President has been betrayed and the election stolen. Of that there is no doubt.
The only question is what you are going to do about it. Trump was what I once thought impossible, the silver bullet. The one thing that could turn around our country and give us a chance to push back the forces of evil.
I never believed in silver bullets because they gave people an excuse to avoid the fight, that is just human nature to protect oneself and avoid conflict if possible, to put their faith and hope in a miracle. That leaves a people weak, for it is by fighting that humans become both strong and noble.
But now Trump has been cheated out of the election and it is clear that before we fight back, we must first clear out the traitors and weak that refuse to fight back. We do that by taking control of the GOP, banding with other GOP leaders that are willing to fight and to lead their counties and elect new leadership of the Oklahoma GOP. We do that by becoming a delegate to the State GOP Convention so we can support better leadership and to drive out the traitors in the Party.
One of the crucial reasons we need every single conservative Republican to attend their precinct meeting and qualify as a county and state GOP convention delegate is to deal with our disgusting traitor senators that threw us and President Trump under the bus.
Below is the resolution. Print a few copies, date it and sign it, and turn it in with your precinct meeting paper work by describing the resolution on the actual paperwork and stating that the resolution is attached to the precinct meeting forms. Give your extra copies to others, the more that get filed the greater the chance of the County GOP convention putting the resolution on the agenda.
Now a trick learned from the 2012 Ron Paul effort, take pictures of all of your paperwork and resolutions that you turn in so you can prove you attended the precinct meetings and applied as a delegate. And pictures of the resolution you turned in.
You will elect yourself as precinct chair or vice chair if no one else shows up or elect whoever wins the informal election. You can choose an open or closed delegation. This is your choice once elected as the Precinct chair or vice chair, not the person running the precinct meetings, not the County GOP officials. In all matters at the precinct level the precinct is the final say once voting upon an issue.
You can choose which committee you wish to volunteer on, Rules Committee which sets the rules for the convention, Credentials which decide any appeals for anyone rejected as a delegate (very rare), or the Platform which helps modify the Party Platform.
If you have more attendees than delegate votes (which will be written on your precinct paperwork given to you) you might choose to have a closed delegation so that the County GOP officials cannot dilute your vote by adding late comers to the delegates from your precinct. One delegate can carry up to two convention votes or if more delegates than votes, the votes are equally divided up among the precinct delegates.
If that fails, have several copies with you at the County GOP convention and get as many signatures as possible and we can file the resolution at the convention from the floor.
And lastly, if you have any problem being seated as a delegate call me after business hours at 405-942-2644 and give me the name of whoever is standing in your way. If you are a registered Republican and can prove that with a voter ID card or printing out proof from the Election Board you have the right to attend your precinct meeting and become a delegate. It is possible in a precinct with a large turnout to specify and elect delegates, in that case lobby hard to be one of the delegates. That is rare though, inclusion usually is expected by dividing the votes among attendees.
Generally, any shenanigans happen at the County Convention in the Credentials Committee. Save that phone number and call while you are in the room if they reject you so we can document the fraud and get the names of those responsible. We will have no problem making them pariahs in the GOP if they are acting irresponsibly. No better friend, no worse enemy is our adopted motto.

Be it resolved that both men shall be stripped from the Executive Committee of the Republican Party of Oklahoma, along with any representatives they might send or have sent in the past.
Be it also resolved that both Inhofe and Lankford are hereby stripped of Republican Party membership and any right to speak at any Oklahoma Republican Party event or meeting.
Be it also resolved that both Inhofe and Lankford are stripped of any right to run as a Republican candidate or use the Republican brand or name from the day this resolution passes.
Be it finally resolved that a copy of this resolution once passed shall be sent to all Oklahoma GOP County Chairmen, to the National Republican Party, to all State Republican Parties, and to all media outlets in the state of Oklahoma.
Please print off several copies of this resolution to take to the Precinct meetings for attendees to sign and for them to file their own copy with signatures.

Osage County held their precinct meetings/county convention on Saturday and led the state in censuring Oklahoma’s two traitorous Senators for their attack on President Trump and their refusal to represent the will of the voters of Oklahoma.

Vice President Mike Pence took to Twitter Wednesday to threaten the citizens who voted for his re-election in the 2020 presidential campaign, promising that pro-Trump protesters on Capitol Hill “will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.” Moments later, news broke that Pence had defied Trump by unilaterally deployment the National Guard against American citizens.
According to a statement from the office of acting SECDEF Chris Miller, Pence met with Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Sen, Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, and the lawmakers conspired to deploy the National Guard against protesters behind President Trump’s back.

Additionally, Pence authored two tweets threatening punitive action against the citizens who voted for his re-election in 2020.

Reports and video evidence indicate that Wednesday’s protest and occupation of federal buildings were mostly peaceful in nature, with the only reported fatality being a female protester who was gunned down by police.

President Trump called for peace in a video message Wednesday, but has been repeatedly attacked by GOP leadership in statements throughout the course of the day’s events.
In an appearance on the Fox News Channel, former White House Chief of Staff Reince Preibus called protesters domestic terrorists who “have no respect for democracy” and act “opposite of patriotism.” Preibus described the concerns of Trump voters in Washington as “pure insanity and disgusting.”

President Donald Trump on Wednesday called for a full forensic audit of mail-in ballots that were cast in key states during the Nov. 3 presidential election.
In a lengthy pre-recorded speech, the president said that “tens of thousands [of ballots] have fraudulent signatures” in key states.
It means “a full forensic audit is required to ensure that only legal ballots from lawfully registered voters that were properly cast are included,” Trump added.
“The reason for this is clear,” he said, “they were not verifying signatures because they know the ballots have not been filled out by the voters in whose names they were cast.”
The only way to remedy the situation, Trump said, is to carry out a full review of ballot envelopes, which contain the signatures. He did not say what states should carry out the auditing process.
Over the past three weeks, Trump’s legal team has sent several letters to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger, demanding a full signature audit. Raffensberger, however, has responded by saying that it’s not possible to match the ballots and the envelope with the signature, citing privacy laws. His team and other Republicans have pushed for signature-audit procedures in Pennsylvania.
“We need a systematic analysis of the mail-in ballots to review the envelopes,” Trump said. “It’s about the signature. And if they’re on the envelopes, we can only review the envelopes. And that will tell us everything. This is the absolute minimum we should expect.”
On Election Day and beyond, poll watchers were not allowed to watch the tabulation process in several heavily Democratic areas, Trump said, arguing that it further compounded the allegedly fraudulent vote-tabulation process. In testimonies over the past week in Michigan, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, GOP poll observers said they witnessed irregularities, saw votes that were cast for Trump going to Biden, and were harassed by election workers.
Secretaries of state in these places have said there has not been sufficient evidence of voter fraud or irregularities that would overturn the election result. Going further, a spokesman for Michigan’s Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, told Epoch Times that Republican poll watchers who testified in front of the Michigan Legislature this week displayed a “lack of knowledge” about vote-counting and promoted “conspiracy theories,” without elaborating.
Trump, meanwhile, argued that his efforts to find voter fraud and irregularities are a bid to safeguard the U.S. election system.
“This is not just about my campaign, although it has a lot to do with who’s going to be your next president,” Trump remarked.
“If we don’t root out the fraud, the tremendous and horrible fraud that’s taken place in our 2020 election. We don’t have a country anymore,” he said.
