The following dossier outlines a staggering amount of crimes that the Biden family appears to have committed. These crimes are well-documented and largely undisputed, yet in each case prosecutors have declined to press charges.

National/International Biden Family Business Crimes
The crimes listed below concern peddling political influence on behalf of other nations and can be referred to the Department of Justice as Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violations, which was how Paul Manafort was convicted.
Paul Manafort is the most notable recent case involving this law, as he was charged with failing to register with FARA as an agent of Ukraine and was sentenced to a total of 73 months in prison, including the maximum of 60 months for conspiracy to violate FARA. Hunter Biden and his business associates, Devon Archer and James Bulger, violated the FARA when they acted on Bohai Harvest Equity Investment Fund’s (BHR) behalf in an ill-fated effort to secure Bill Clinton as a speaker for an event, which required registration with the DOJ. Indeed, the 533 FARA guidelines could not be more clear about this scenario: one must register as a foreign agent when one “[a]cts within the United States as a public relations counsel, publicity agent, information service employee, or political consultant” for a “foreign principal.” In this case, the foreign principal 534 sought—through Hunter and his business partners—access to a former U.S. president. Burisma
In late 2013 and into 2014, anti-corruption protests erupted in Kyiv, eventually leading to Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych fleeing the country and abdicating in February 2014.
On April 16, 2014, Joe Biden met with his son’s business partner, Devon Archer. Five days later, Joe Biden visited Ukraine and the following day, April 22, 2014, Devon Archer joined the board of Burisma. (HSGAC Senate Report)
Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, had $23M seized from London bank accounts on April 28 on the pretense that it was embezzled money related to Yanukovych and his associates. (HSGAC Senate Report)
On May 12, 2014 Hunter Biden joined the board.
In April 2023, former White House stenographer Mike McCormick revealed that Joe Biden went to Ukraine to push fracking just days after Hunter joined the Burisma board, knowing Hunter would then get rich off it. (DailyMail Article) (FoxNews Video)
From 2014 on, Hunter Biden and his associates enjoyed millions in cash flow from Ukraine, presumably in exchange for Burisma avoiding harsh criticism and/or investigation from the U.S. government. (HSGAC Senate Report)
“Biden’s Secret E-mails,” the New York Post’s widely censored story, narrated how Joe Biden had, contrary to his claims, met with a high-ranking Burisma official in 2015 and then, eight months later, flew to Kyiv and threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid unless Ukraine fired Viktor Shokin, its top prosecutor who was pursuing Burisma for corruption. Peddling Influence in China
In total, Chinese elites have paid roughly $31 million to Hunter and the Biden’s. (NY Post)
Hunter Biden’s involvement in the Chinese investment fund Bohai Harvest RST netted him an estimated $20 million. Hunter even introduced Joe Biden to a company executive in December 2013.
Hunter conducted other multi-million dollar deals with CCP-linked groups like Burnham Asset Management and CEFC China Energy.
Of special interest is Hunter Biden’s relationship with CEFC and Ye Jianming.
In 2017, one of Ye Jianming’s “top lieutenants,” Patrick Ho, was arrested on bribery charges by the FBI for offering money to African officials in exchange for energy deals.
He immediately called James Biden, Joe Biden’s brother, looking for Hunter Biden.
Hunter was soon hired by CEFC to be Patrick Ho’s defense attorney despite his little experience in criminal defense. CEFC paid Hunter a $1 million fee. Hunter referred to Patrick Ho as “the f–ing spy chief of China,” according to leaked audio obtained by RealClearPolitics.

Hunter’s actions show a clear pattern of acting on behalf of associates in other countries and peddling influence and access to his father while not registering under FARA.

Hunter Biden Laptop Drug & Sex Crimes in Prosecutable States
The Marco Polo report on the Biden laptop notes over 170 crimes in various states. The difficulty is that most of these crimes were committed in extremely liberal areas that will not prosecute: New York, California, and the Bidens’ home state of Delaware. These crimes extend to the manufacture of crack cocaine and the trafficking of prostitutes across state lines.
Note: the use of “ff” after a date (ie. 05/19/2018ff) means and following. The first occurrence of a crime occurred on the date listed (05/19/2018), and then additional criminal activity related to that crime occured in the following days, weeks, or months.

Hunter left several items in the Jeep including personal IDs and a crack cocaine pipe and a baggie with cocaine residue.
Jon Paladini, the Prescott City Attorney, and Sheila Polk, the Yavapai County Attorney, announced that they were not going to prosecute even before the lab tests (which proved the substance was indeed cocaine) came back.

The whistleblower, “a career IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent who has been overseeing the ongoing and sensitive investigation of a high-profile, controversial subject since early 2020,” seeks to expose “preferential treatment” and false testimony to Congress by a “senior political appointee.”

Prostitution / Human Trafficking
According to the HSGAC Senate Report on Hunter Biden, their records note that it is a documented fact that Hunter sent funds to nonresident alien women in the United States who are citizens of Russia and Ukraine and who have subsequently wired funds they have received from Hunter Biden to individuals located in Russia and Ukraine, indicating that these transactions are linked to what “appears to be an Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.” (HSGAC Senate Report, p. 65)
The Hunter Biden laptop corroborates these findings. The Marco Polo report notes that two of the women that Hunter Biden wired money to were “listed in prior SAR filings by JPMC reporting transactions consistent with possible human trafficking.” (Marco Polo Report, p. 80).
Messages between Hunter and one of the women he paid reveal that he would “make up for the female’s ‘back pay’” if she performed sexual acts in person or via FaceTime, and there is photographic evidence of these sex acts being performed in person on the laptop. (Marco Polo Report, pp. 84, 85)
Not only that but the Wells Fargo transactions to this woman were initiated only after she traveled from Los Angeles to D.C. (Marco Polo Report, p. 85, 86)
Under 18 U.S. Code § 2422, enticing an individual to travel in interstate commerce to engage in prostitution is a federal offense with a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. (18 U.S. Code § 2422 – Coercion and Enticement)
Hunter also paid a woman to fly from New York to California, and his laptop has sex acts, text messages referencing sex acts between them, as well as records of thirteen payments to the woman totaling $18,600. (Marco Polo Report, p. 239)
Hunter Biden’s laptop has records of him soliciting prostitutes in various locations, but these may be harder to prosecute depending on the area.
For example, the Marco Polo Report notes that Hunter was soliciting prostitutes in NY (Marco Polo Report, p. 236), but prosecutors in the state have increasingly declined to prosecute prostitution cases, a move that has been praised by progressives. (NY Times)
In light of this, it would be better to focus on Hunter’s soliciting services across states since that falls under a federal statute.
Child Pornography
One of the reasons Mac Isaac wanted the laptop out of his shop was that he was concerned it had child pornography on it. (Marco Polo Report, p. 1)
It looks like this was investigated, as the FBI’s top child porn investigator subpoenaed the laptop. (Buffalo Chronicle)
The Marco Polo report contains four concerning images (p. 360).
Although all are censored, only one contained nudity according to Miranda Devine who had direct access to the laptop contents (Laptop from Hell, p. 189).
The image is a Snapchat, and all four images are selfies of sorts taken by Natalie Biden. The fact that these appear not to be coerced, and were on the laptop as part of a shared iCloud drive where Hallie and Natalie backed up their phones suggests that they were probably uploaded there unintentionally.
Election Interference/Laptop Coverup
At the request of Anthony Blinken, one of Biden’s campaign officials, former acting CIA Director Mike Morell agreed to “help Biden” by organizing 50 colleagues to sign a letter in October 2020 falsely claiming that damning emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop published by The Post were Russian disinformation. Over the next two days, Morell gathered signatures from 51 former intelligence officials, including himself and four other former CIA directors, including John Brennan and Leon Panetta.
Once in office, Biden made Blinken the Secretary of State.

The Archbishop, for several years, has raised the alarm to the world of a massive plot involving whole nations, powerful corporations and NGOs, answering the bogus call of climate change, racism, pandemic, and now war…all to destroy Christianity and Western culture, to create a totalitarian world government, to do away with Christian morality, complete with a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) style social credit system and massive surveillance, even to identify people by gait.

These so-called ‘smart cities’ that the WEF and Google want to create are not merely environmental advances, but immense improvements in surveillance, watching and listening to what everyone is doing 24/7.
Where has our morality gone?
This is part of the ‘celebrated’ 4th Industrial revolution the WEF has written much about and working to implement. The progress they want is progress in controlling people and monitoring compliance to their directives. COVID-19 was a world-wide experiment in that endeavor. Yes, millions died and continue to die, mostly from the ‘cures’.
Connect the dots. Is this merely politics as usual? In the midst of a ‘pandemic’ having pushed hard for everyone to be vaccinated our government opens the border, allowing millions of migrants to enter without vetting, without medical examination or having been vaccinated. Does that make any sense? Are world governments fighting to ‘improve’ our environment by shutting down food production farms? Why are so many food plants and farms being forced to shut down, mysteriously catching fire or being destroyed creating food shortages and high prices everywhere in the world? 18,000 cows were recently killed in an explosion and fire in Texas (USA Today). Did the United States voluntarily give up its energy independence, the first one in world history? Did the EPA just recently raise its emission standards for oil and gas power plants for which no power plant can comply? Will much of our power grid be shut down by 2030?
Where has our morality gone? The globalists, with the aid of the UN and the WHO, have ‘normalized’ homosexuality, transsexuality, and now want to include pedophilia. And the WHO wants to take over world health policy without a single Democrat opposing it? An entire new trans industry has appeared almost overnight with once revered hospitals advertising for ‘gender re-assignment’ and willing to operate on children, mutilating them. Victims of crime have become the criminals while criminals are now the victims. Who ever heard of politicians in the US openly professing communism.

Their solution is to make walkable everything you need. It may sound good until you read the fine print: A 2500 calorie per day consumption per person by force, no fossil fuel vehicles and 90% reduction in private car ownership of even EVs since no grid can handle it. That is one of the secrets of pushing EVs. Very few people are going to be allowed to own one. No air travel more than once every three years. Limit travel outside neighborhoods. Of course, the elite class are exempt. What they will not tell you is that ‘walkable’ means they want you to stay within 15-minutes walking distance of where you live.
This is no conspiracy theory. They are planning tightly controlled, total surveillance cities. Smart Cities go well beyond mere environmental considerations. They are quite open about it. Do your research.

The Cloward-Piven strategy was developed by Richard Cloward and Frances Piven in the 1960s. It outlines a strategy for radical social change by way of abusing the system to the point of destruction.
The primary goal of the Cloward-Piven strategy is to create a political and economic crisis that would destroy capitalism and lead to the implementation of a socialist system with a guaranteed income.
The strategy involves enrolling large numbers of people into the welfare system. As many people as it takes to overwhelm and strain the system until it collapses.
Everyone enrolled into the welfare system is also used as an army to carry out the destruction of the current system. They are registered to vote and instructed on how to vote. They are organized and mobilized and made to appear as grassroots organizations demanding more from the system.

The director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Jen Easterly, the President of the World Economic Forum Børge Brende, and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla are some notable attendees.

The fascist far left have always had to lie to survive. They’ve always been on the wrong side of history, and the only way they can remain viable is by gaslighting people on a full-time basis. For decades, their biggest lie has been that the supposedly pro-freedom side of the political spectrum, imbued in the precepts of individual liberty and limited government, is somehow connected to totalitarian collectivist regimes that displayed the exact opposite of those values.
Anyone who has debated leftists for the past few decades has been subjected to the same bluff abuse in their trying to maintain that nonsensical lie. But the close similarities between fascism and communism have been obvious for at least 75 years:
“In certain basic respects — a totalitarian state structure, a single party, a leader, a secret police, a hatred of political, cultural and intellectual freedom — fascism and communism are clearly more like each other than they are like anything in between”.

Even if you set aside the preposterous argument that totalitarians would also be proponents of liberty and limited government, there are still a myriad of parallel characteristics between the Democrat party and the National Socialist German Workers’ (Nazi) Party. That’s what was so startling about the first eight ways.
Our follow-up along those lines will make the case even more.
1. Democrats and the Nazis were/are obsessed with gun confiscation.
We’ll start with the one issue the fascist far left never bring up when they try to make their absurd claims: that the Democrats and the Nazis were obsessed with gun confiscation. You will never hear them try to make this accusation of the pro-freedom right because even they know that their lies can only carry them so far. This obvious common collectivist trait also destroys the far leftist mythology of the “party switch,” which supposedly took place sometime in the late ’60s. This was one glaring item that didn’t switch, so they avoid mentioning it.
Anyone who has been paying attention for the past few years knows that saying that the Democrats are obsessed with gun confiscation is an understatement of massive proportions. Every day, it seems they’ve come out with a new scheme on the national, state, and local levels to deprive the people of their commonsense civil rights.
2. Democrats and Nazis are collectivists.
There are essentially two political philosophies: individualism and collectivism. The fact is that all academic disciplines are based on foundational principles, and this is an ironclad rule that separates the two sides of the political spectrum and also eviscerates the fascist far left’s biggest lie. According to F.A. Hayek, students today are often taught that on the imaginary “political spectrum,” socialism and communism are “left of center,” and capitalism and fascism are “right of center.” This is frightfully misleading. Socialism, communism and fascism are all peas in the same collectivist pod. [Blog Editor Bold Text emphasis] Hayek held that they all despised both competition and the individual, and he was precisely right.
3. The overarching philosophy of both Democrats and Nazis is centralized control.
The individualists on the pro-freedom side of the political spectrum favor liberty and limited government. The collectivists of the anti-liberty side of the political spectrum favor control and unlimited government. This can easily be seen in the Democrat’s obsession with controlling not only basic liberties, but also gas stoves, dishwashers, and air-conditioners.
In the case of the German National Socialist Labor Party, this was set out as point 25 in their 25-point program:
25. In order to carry out this program we demand: the creation of a strong central authority in the State, the unconditional authority by the political central parliament of the whole State and all its organizations.
4. The centralized collectivist control philosophy of the Democrat and Nazi parties is epitomized in the phrase “the Common Good” (Gemeinnutz vor Eigennutz in the original German).
How many times have you heard the fascists of the far left parrot the phrase “the Common Good” when trying to shove a draconian, authoritarian rule down our throats? The COVID crisis was particularly egregious in this regard, exemplified by this piece in USA Today: “The COVID culture war: At what point should personal freedom yield to the common good?”
5. Far-left fascists of the Democrat and Nazi parties see force as means to their political power.
While the German national socialist party exploited force, Democrats started the practice with the KKK and perfected it with the Burning, Looting, and Murder riots during the summer of 2020, making it clear to everyone that if they didn’t get their way, the BLM violence would continue.
The tradition continues with Mr. Liberty Control himself, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), threatening a “popular revolt” if they don’t get their way in ramming the pre-stages of gun confiscation down our throats.
6. Democrats and Nazis are proponents of single-party systems.
It should also be obvious that the authoritarians of the far left would love to keep everything nice and simple with a single party — theirs. This is why the Nazis attacked the rival collectivists of the communist party. Just like the rival factions of Islam, they had the same ideology; it’s just that they wanted to be the people in control.
This was exemplified in a piece from the New Republic, “The Constitution Is the Crisis,” with this lovely quotation: “We’ve seen multiple periods of one-party dominance in our history; we’ve also seen defeated political parties wither and die. Why shouldn’t the Republican Party join them?”
7. Democrats and Nazis are fascistic.
You can always tell when a leftist defines fascism, because aside from the inevitable circular logic that supposedly prevents them from being fascist, such as oh, so cleverly labeling themselves as “anti-fascist,” they will define the term based on an arbitrary set of subjective (and thus meaningless) criteria.
In present-day parlance, it’s a “Public/Private” partnership, combining the worst aspects of unlimited governmental rule and corporate oligarchy, with the latter answering to the government instead of the customer. The Bud Light debacle is a prime example.
When the Italian far left originally developed this reprehensible ideology 96 years ago, it was based on La Carta del Lavoro, translated as the Charter of Labor. The New York Timesenthused:
FASCISTI PROCLAIM ‘CHARTER OF LABOR’; Mussolini Is Hailed as Prophet of Cooperative Industrial Peace Under the State. LABOR AND CAPITAL JOINED Document Declaring Rights and Duties Is Presented at Climax of Rome’s 2,681st Birthday.

Strangely enough, Democrats never refer to this founding document of their base ideology. If you study any of their “academic” work on the subject, they tend to ignore these facts.
8. Democrats are striving for a totalitarian state structure and a single party like the Nazis.
Put all of this together, and you’ll come to the inescapable conclusion that all of these parallels make the ironclad case that both parties are all too similar.
With modern surveillance technology and tyrannical “innovations” like Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), the Democrats could make the Nazis look like amateurs. This is why they have to be opposed with cultural guerrilla warfare every step of the way.

Frankly, I’m surprised the Durham Report has been made available to public access. The PDF of the report is 316-pages. I was not surprised that Durham will not pursue any actionable prosecutions. The FBI Is Not “Partisan” — It’s Globalist and Demonic
Let’s not dismiss the many evils of the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Deep State in general as everyday partisan politics. It’s far worse than that.
Let’s start by conspicuously not rehashing the Durham Report. If you’d like to be brought up to speed you can either read this recap by Ben Whedon and Natalia Mittelstadt at Just The News or you can accept this singular takeaway: A lot of bad people did bad things, but nobody’s going to jail and nothing is going to change as a result.
Many patriots are calling for the FBI to be disbanded. These are mostly the same people who have been calling for the FBI to be disbanded for a long time. I’m in that camp. But it won’t happen. The FBI will not be disbanded, defunded, limited, chastised, or given a slap on the wrist. The reason nothing will happen is because too few people are aware of the real dynamic that’s in play.
On the surface, it appears the FBI is a pawn of the Democrat Party. That’s what they want us to believe. In reality, Democrat (and most Republican) lawmakers are pawns of the Deep State and the FBI is used to either herd them in the direction chosen by the globalist elite cabal or to herd them out of politics. The common belief among America First patriots that the FBI is a partisan organization is inaccurate. That thinking gets the dynamic backwards. They aren’t used by Democrats. They use the Democrats. They aren’t in the pockets of the RINOs. They keep RINOs in their pockets. The FBI is a domestic enforcement wing of the Deep State which holds complete and total control over the Uniparty Swamp. This is why they act with absolute impunity. They have negligible concern about oversight committee hearings or “bombshell” reports by special counsels.
It’s important to understand this because if we do not recognize our enemy for what it really is, then we have zero chance of ever overcoming it. They control government. They control media. The only question that’s more challenging to answer is whether the Deep State is a minion of the globalist elite cabal or if they’re part of the upper echelon.
In other words, do they report to the Schwabs, Rockefellers, and Obamas of the world or do they have a seat at the big boy table? Are they minions of Satan or minions of the minions of Satan?
These are questions that are above my paygrade and the answers really don’t change things for the rest of us. As long as we can stop treating them as subservient to politicians, we can address them properly.
So, how do we stop them? That, too, is above my paygrade. All I can do is try to inform people about the real dynamic here and hope that someone with resources and a pure heart can organize a battleplan.
Earlier today Special Counsel John Durham released his final report concluding the FBI had no verified intel when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016, according to Just the News.
This was Durham’s final report. There will be no arrests. The American people were lied to for years as the intel community worked feverishly to accomplish their coup on President Trump. And THEY ALL KNEW it was a lie.
Tonight Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) joined Jesse Watters on FOX News to discuss the final Durham Report. Hawley says the FBI should be disbanded.
Sen. Josh Hawley: There needs to be a lot more than reports, Jesse. People need to be prosecuted for this. The Clinton campaign and Hillary Clinton herself. Is it any coincidence that she is tweeting about collusion at exactly the same time her campaign operatives are feeding this BS to the FBI? I don’t think so. Special Counsel John Durham has released a highly anticipated 316-page report outlining corrupt U.S. activity during the targeting of presidential candidate, president elect, and subsequent President, Donald J Trump.
I have completed my first review of the report, and suffice to say the details within it are not new. The majority of the reaction so far has been centered around how Special Counsel Durham is not prosecuting anyone for their corrupt conduct outlined within the report. However, for the sake of this first review, I will draw attention to a few aspects you will likely not see discussed anywhere else.
[…] “The Office exercised its judgment regarding what to investigate but did not investigateevery public report of an alleged violation of law in connection with the intelligence and law enforcement activities directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns.”
As perhaps the only person who tracked down and subsequently interviewed the investigators on the Durham team, and as a person who subsequently came away with a full understanding of how the silo operation inside this investigation was going to play out, I can reasonably assure you that notation and reference by team Durham is entirely directed to us.
That statement above tells us why none of the DC politicians who engaged in specific violations of law were criminally charged. This is part of the silo effect within government, which I will explain later. As a good friend said, “Yeah great, but we don’t have badges.” So, we went to the badges with the evidence, but the badges did not want to act upon the evidence, because it would have been, in their estimation, too damaging to the framework of our government.
First a positive note about the report. Unlike all other reports of similar internal investigation, I will give the Durham team credit for not using the ‘executive summary’ of the report to cloud, positively shape or disguise the corruption outlined within the body of the report. This is the first such report where the executive summary actually summarizes the scale of the corruption within the details.
Perhaps the parting message was considered, “If you are going to whitewash this s**t [ie entire govt operation], at least be intellectually honest with the American people, and not whitewash the investigation in the ‘executive summary’ of it.” I’m pretty sure that was the exact parting phrase. It was after that conversation [Aug 2020] when CTH then said, do not anticipate anything from Durham. Bill Barr was the bondo, John Durham is the spray paint.
Team Durham, while not indicting anyone for ancillary crimes – of which there are many – does lay naked the motives and intentions of the people at the top of the FBI, DOJ, CIA and ODNI. The full weight of government was weaponized against Donald Trump and the Durham report lays out all the details.
It is the background of this report that stands as the current motive for those same institutions to remove Donald Trump in 2023. Quite simply, they fear retaliation.
[…] “If this report and the outcome of the Special Counsel’s investigation leave some with the impression that injustices or misconduct have gone unaddressed, it is not because the Office concluded that no such injustices or misconduct occurred. It is, rather, because not every injustice or transgression amounts to a criminal offense, and criminal prosecutors are tasked exclusively with investigating and prosecuting violations of U.S. criminal laws. And even where prosecutors believe a crime occurred based on all of the facts and information they have gathered, it is their duty only to bring criminal charges when the evidence that the government reasonably believes is admissible in court proves the offense beyond a reasonable doubt.” [Page #6]
Durham walks through the missing predicate that initiated the Trump-Russia investigation. Essentially, as the Durham team noted, there was nothing ever to trigger the authority of the FBI to investigate Donald Trump or his campaign in the first place.
The Obama FBI and DOJ justified full physical and electronic surveillance of their political opposition, through false justifications manufactured by the FBI. As Durham notes, “Our findings and conclusions regarding these and related questions are sobering.” Really, “sobering”? Nice choice of understatement.
Everything was predicated on The Big Lie:
[…] As set forth in greater detail in Section IV.A.3 .b, before the initial receipt by FBI Headquarters of information from Australia on July 28, 2016 concerning comments reportedly made in a tavern on May 6, 2016 by George Papadopoulos, an unpaid foreign policy advisor to the Trump campaign, the government possessed no verified intelligence reflecting that Trump or the Trump campaign was involved in a conspiracy or collaborative relationship with officials of the Russian government.
Indeed, based on the evidence gathered in the multiple exhaustive and costly federal investigations of these matters, including the instant investigation, neither U.S. law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.
[…] As set forth in greater detail in Section IV, the record in this matter reflects that upon receipt of unevaluated intelligence information from Australia, the FBI swiftly opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. In particular, at the direction of Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Deputy Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Peter Strzok opened Crossfire Hurricane immediately. Strzok, at a minimum, had pronounced hostile feelings toward Trump. The matter was opened as a full investigation without ever having spoken to the persons who provided the information.
Further, the FBI did so without (i) any significant review of its own intelligence databases, (ii) collection and examination of any relevant intelligence from other U.S. intelligence entities, (iii) interviews of witnesses essential to understand the raw information it had received or (iv) using any of the standard analytical tools typically employed by the FBI in evaluating raw intelligence.
Had it done so, again as set out in Sections IV.A.3.b and c, the FBI would have learned that their own experienced Russia analysts had no information about Trump being involved with Russian leadership officials, nor were others in sensitive positions at the CIA, the NSA, and the Department of State aware of such evidence concerning the subject.
In addition, FBI records prepared by Strzok in February and March 2017 show that at the time of the opening of Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI had no information in its holdings indicating that at any time during the campaign anyone in the Trump campaign had been in contact with any Russian intelligence officials.
The speed and manner in which the FBI opened and investigated Crossfire Hurricane during the presidential election season based on raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence also reflected a noticeable departure from how it approached prior matters involving possible attempted foreign election interference plans aimed at the Clinton campaign. [Page 10]
I’ll have more on the substance of the report, as well as share the details of others following their review. However, in the interim, it is important to understand how the investigative silos, created by DC administrators, impact the investigative outcomes as displayed in this report.
Former FBI Director James Comey is a criminal. Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe is a criminal. Former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok is a criminal. Current Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman, Senator Mark Warner, is a criminal.
Any criminal conduct that is discovered by a person who is not the direct victim of the criminal conduct does not penetrate the DC system. Meaning, just because you can show criminal activity in Washington DC, that doesn’t mean anyone has a responsibility to investigate it.
If the criminal conduct is not identified by the investigators inside the DC system, the criminal conduct essentially does not exist – unless the evidence of criminal conduct in DC, is provided by a specific victim of the crime being reported.
There is a silo effect in place within the DC system that permits the investigative authorities to dismiss claims of institutional or administrative criminal conduct from outside entities, including ‘whistleblowers.’ The DOJ/FBI arbiters of what constitutes crime are the same DOJ/FBI arbiters in charge of protecting the institutional system.
If the DC system is threatened by the conduct of an outside entity, a crime may have been committed. However, if an agent, operator, official or politician representing the DC system is the one threatening, there is no crime. The justice system in DC is designed to protect itself.
Holding DC officials accountable for criminal conduct first requires the deconstruction of the silos that protect them. Deconstructing those silos requires strategy and legislative willpower….

House Committee Unleashes Big Dirt on Biden: Pages of Bank Records and 2 Devastating Charts
A new report from the House Oversight Committee shines a light on the Biden family’s wide-ranging international business deals.
The Wednesday memorandum was released after the GOP-led committee subpoenaed four different banks — receiving thousands of records in response, according to the document.
Bank records indicate that Biden-controlled businesses raked in more than $10 million from companies controlled by foreign nationals.

Chinese Communist Party-controlled entities took lengthy steps to funnel payments into entities controlled by Hunter Biden — disguising their ultimate origin in doing so, according to the committee.

While VP Biden was lecturing Romania on anti-corruption policies, he served as a walking billboard for his son & family to collect money.
Hunter & his associates capitalized on a lucrative financial relationship with a Romanian national who was later convicted of corruption.

Biden family accounts were allegedly sent $1.038 million from the corporation in question — after Popoviciu’s Cyprus-registered company paid Biden firm Robinson Walker LLC more than $3 million.
A White House spokesman described the Oversight Committee report as “evidence-free” in a statement provided to Fox News, accusing its chairman Rep. James Comer of engaging in “absurd innuendo.”

FNC’s Watters Floats Theory: ‘Epstein Was Intelligence Asset for CIA’
After reports from The Wall Street Journal revealing that the infamous pedophile Jeffrey Epstein met with numerous left-wing individuals – which included the current CIA Chief William Burns – AFTER he was convicted of child sex crimes, Fox News host Jesse Watters firmly believes that Epstein was an asset for the CIA and other intelligence agencies.
Epstein’s meeting with Burns was confirmed by CIA spokeswoman Tammy Kupperman Thorp, however, she argued that Burns did not know who Epstein was.
She claims that Burns only met with the disgraced financier because Burns wanted to leave the government agency and wanted advice.
On Monday, Watters declared that Epstein was CLEARLY an intelligence asset.
He argued, “Jeffrey Epstein was arrested. So why do we still know nothing about him? Well, we’re finding out tonight some answers. The Wall Street Journal just got its hands on Jeffrey Epstein’s private calendar, and it was a lot more suspicious than Brett Kavanaugh’s. Epstein was meeting with the kind of people you’d think would steer clear of a convicted pedophile. Jeffrey Epstein was meeting with one of Barack Obama. His top lawyers, Kathryn Ruemmler. She met with Epstein dozens of times. Epstein even tried to set up Obama’s lawyer to work for Bill Gates. How is Jeffrey Epstein? A fixer between Obama’s lawyer and Bill Gates? Epstein was also meeting with Joe Biden’s, CIA director. He wasn’t CIA director at the time. He was Barack Obama’s deputy secretary of State. William Burns was working for John Kerry at the State Department and meeting with Jeffrey Epstein, a known pedophile. And then Burns becomes CIA director. Today’s, director of the CIA went to Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse, where Epstein had sex with underage girls and where he filmed other men having sex with underage girls. And William Burns went there and was then promoted to the director of the CIA. Watters continued, “A few years later, Epstein was arrested and then hung himself in a jail cell while security cameras just happened to not be working and the replacement guards just happened to fall asleep. And two years later, Biden just happens to pick William Burns to run the CIA. So what are we supposed to think?”
“It’s never been more clear,” he added. “Epstein was an intelligence asset. Not only was he working for the CIA, Israeli intelligence, maybe even Russia intelligence. So was the American government allowing an asset to traffic and molest teenage girls all over the world for intelligence? Were we allowing Epstein to commit crimes against children for blackmail material? We asked the CIA director, William Burns, why were you meeting with a convicted pedophile at his disgusting townhouse? And the CIA director said this – the director did not know anything about him other than that he was introduced as an expert in the financial services sector and offered general advice on transition to the private sector. Shilhavy dislikes Trump over Operation Warp Speed (a fair criticism) but also takes a poke at Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. among other issues over some links to Epstein. In full disclosure, I support Trump because Dems hate him; AND I appreciate RFK, Jr. for battling Medical Tyranny but would NEVER vote for ANY person on a Dem Party ticket.
Which leads me to the high probably of an old meme: Jeffrey Epstein did not kill himself. Yup, I know… GASP! Naysayer finger pointing YELLING, “Conspiracy theory alert!” AND YET for all the SMOKE there has to be some FIRE. There is a host of powerful Elitists – not just the Clintons – that had a motive to SILENCE Jeffrey Epstein.
I will always suspect Epstein was a victim (yeah I know, how can a victimizer be a victim?) of the much downplayed and pooh-poohed Clinton Body Count (FOR THOSE WHO WONDER: HERE, HERE & HERE) to shut up potential witnesses to Clinton Crimes. Yet Epstein’s death could even be more nefarious. What if the Epstein demise was the result of a conglomerate of Elitist power-oligarchs who have the means, the wealth and the power to SILENCE a potential problem to an Elitist agenda?

In 2014, current CIA directorWilliam Burns had three meetings with Jeffrey Epstein when Burns was Obama’s deputy secretary of state, and after Epstein had been convicted of child sex exploitation, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Burns and Epstein first met in Washington prior to Burns visiting Epstein and his Manhattan townhouse, according to a trove of leaked documents that include Epstein’s schedules which were not contained in Epstein’s “black book” of contacts or flight logs.
Burns, who became CIA Director under Biden in 2021, met with Epstein while he was preparing to leave his position in the government, according to agency spokeswoman Tammy Kupperman Thorp.
“The director did not know anything about him, other than that he was introduced as an expert in the financial services sector and offered general advice on transition to the private sector,” she said, adding “They had no relationship.”
Mr. Burns, 67 years old, a career diplomat and former ambassador to Russia, had meetings with Epstein in 2014 when Mr. Burns was deputy secretary of state.
A lunch was planned that August at the office of law firm Steptoe & Johnson in Washington. Epstein scheduled two evening appointments that September with Mr. Burns at his townhouse, the documents show. After one of the scheduled meetings, Epstein planned for his driver to take Mr. Burns to the airport.
Mr. Burns recalls being introduced in Washington by a mutual friend, and meeting Epstein once briefly in New York, said Ms. Thorp. “The director does not recall any further contact, including receiving a ride to the airport,” she said. -WSJ
One month after meeting with Epstein, in October 2014, Burns stepped down from this role at the State Department to serve as president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a think tank. He ran it until he was nominated by Biden to serve as CIA director in early 2021.
Epstein also had dozens of meetings with then-Obama White House attorney Kathryn Ruemmler, who went on to become Goldman Sachs’ top lawyer in 2020. Epstein also planned for her to join him in 2015 on a trip to Paris, and in 2017 to visit his private island in the Caribbean.
According to a spokesman for Goldman, Ruemmler had a ‘professional relationship’ with Epstein tied to her role at law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, and did not travel with him.
“I regret ever knowing Jeffrey Epstein,” she said.
According to the documents, however, they knew each other wellenough… following Epstein’s 2006 conviction for sexually abusing girls in Florida as young as 14-years-old.
He asked for avocado sushi rolls to be on hand when meeting with Ms. Ruemmler, according to the documents. He visited apartments she was considering buying. In October 2014, Epstein knew her travel plans and told an assistant to look into her flight. “See if there is a first class seat,” he wrote, “if so upgrade her.”
Within weeks of Ruemmler’s 2014 departure from the Obama White House, Epstein planned an August lunch at his townhouse, followed by a series of meetings to introduce her to his acquaintances.
The two first met when Epstein called her to ask if she would be interested in representing the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation – a relationship which never panned out.
Epstein and his staff discussed whether Ms. Ruemmler, now 52, would be uncomfortable with the presence of young women who worked as assistants and staffers at the townhouse, the documents show. Women emailed Epstein on two occasions to ask if they should avoid the home while Ms. Ruemmler was there. Epstein told one of the women he didn’t want her around, and another that it wasn’t a problem, the documents show.
Ms. Ruemmler didn’t see anything that would lead her to be concerned at the townhouse and didn’t express any concern, the Goldman spokesman said. -WSJ
Epstein also connected Ruemmler with Ariane de Rothschild, current CEO of the Swiss private bank Edmond de Rothschild Group. Ruemmler’s law firm was hired by the bank to help them with US regulatory matters, according to the bank and the Goldman spokesman.
I have been asserting that Epstein was OBVIOUSLY not a major financier since well before his Florida arrest in 2006.
These leaders are meeting him years after his conviction and incarceration.

De Rothschild, who married into the famous banking family, met with Epstein over a dozen times.
In September 2013, Epstein asked Mrs. de Rothschild in an email for help finding a new assistant, “female…multilingual, organized.”
“I’ll ask around,” Mrs. de Rothschild emailed back.
She bought nearly $1 million worth of auction items on Epstein’s behalf in 2014 and 2015, the documents show.
Mrs. de Rothschild was named chairwoman of the bank in January 2015. That October, she and Epstein negotiated a $25 million contract for Epstein’s Southern Trust Co. to provide “risk analysis and the application and use of certain algorithms” for the bank, according to a proposal reviewed by the Journal.
In 2019, after Epstein was arrested, the bank said that Mrs. de Rothschild never met with Epstein and it had no business links with him. -WSJ
The bank admitted to the Journal that it lied in its earlier statement, and that Mrs. de Rothschild and Epstein met as part of her normal duties at the bank.

Mr. Ramo also was invited to a breakfast at the townhouse in September 2013 with former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, another regular guest, the documents show.

Mr. Barak also met Epstein in 2015 with Mr. Chomsky, now 94, a linguistics professor and political activist who has been critical of capitalism and U.S. foreign policy.
Mr. Chomsky said Epstein arranged the meeting with Mr. Barak for them to discuss “Israel’s policies with regard to Palestinian issues and the international arena.”
Mr. Barak said he often met with Epstein on trips to New York and was introduced to people such as Mr. Ramo and Mr. Chomsky to discuss geopolitics or other topics. “He often brought other interesting persons, from art or culture, law or science, finance, diplomacy or philanthropy,” Mr. Barak said.
When asked about his relationship with Epstein, Noam Chomsky said: “First response is that it is none of your business. Or anyone’s. Second is that I knew him and we met occasionally.”
After Epstein donated $850,000 to MIT between 2002 and 2017, and $9.1 million to Harvard between 1998 and 2008, Chomsky said in a 2020 interview that people ‘worse than Epstein’ had donated to MIT. He didn’t disclose their friendship at the time.
Chomsky said that at the time of their meetings, “what was known about Jeffrey Epstein was that he had been convicted of a crime and had served his sentence. According to U.S. laws and norms, that yields a clean slate.“

But first, how about a little primer on Woke Economics “ESG”. An acronym for Environmental, Social, and Governance. An economic concept used by Marxist-Fascist-Globalist Corporations to manipulate and control the masses under the guidance of WEF/U.N. Agenda 21/2023 world governance guidelines.

Fox News has been touting its ESG, ‘diversity and inclusion’ goals since 2020 in annual ‘corporate social responsibility’ reports, and NewsCorp, too
After Tucker Carlson’s firing by Fox News, do high ratings even matter anymore?
That might be a good question one might ask from Fox News’ termination of Carlson, the station’s most highly rated host, who was easily winning cable news’ battle for the 8pm slot for years, with an average 3.25 million viewers a night for the past four months.
For years, Carlson was critical of the Black Lives Matters and Antifa’s use of riots in 2020 following the killing of George Floyd while in police custody in Minneapolis, Minn., and of tyrannical Covid policies. Surely, he had many controversial takes, but that was what his audience was looking for: someone perceived to be fearlessly telling the truth in the face of the censors.
But these also sparked organized boycotts against Carlson’s advertisers by social and political groups favoring Democrats — apparently an effective strategy when corporate dollars stop coming in the doors.
Even though advertisers should be attracted to highly rated programs, that assumes they are using a profit motive, and not some other motive. But today we know there is another motive: stakeholder capitalism, or the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) investment model that has found corporations seeking equity above profit.
For their part, U.S. corporations have already made up their mind, with a recent KPMG survey finding 82 percent of U.S. corporations are touting ESG sustainability goals in their corporate filings, even though doing so does not necessarily mean greater profits or even greater market caps for publicly traded companies per se. It’s more like a protection racket: tout the goals, carry the correct political water, fire when necessary and avoid the corporate embargo.
So it should surprise nobody that Fox Corporation, which owns Fox News, and NewsCorp (which used to own Fox) and owns the Wall Street Journal, have been touting Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals in their corporate filings in order to attract woke investment dollars since at least 2020, a review of the companies’ corporate filings reveals. Fox’s explicit ESG reports appeared to follow the company’s removal in 2019 from Vanguard’s ESG fund. It wanted those woke capitalist dollars.
Again, unsurprisingly, Fox has been touting its “diversity and inclusion” corporate agenda that include legally questionable racial and gender hiring quotas by the company. In its 2022 “corporate social responsibility” report: “we have voluntarily posted on our corporate website our 2021 Employment Information Report (EEO-1), showing the race, ethnicity and gender of our U.S. employees. For example, by the end of 2021, our first/mid-level officials (EEO-1 Category 1.2) and managers were approximately 41.7% female and 30.6% non-White. Similarly, our employees categorized as professionals (EEO-1 Category 2.0) were 36.7% female and 35.3% non-White. We are proud of our workforce and our ongoing efforts to further its diversity.”
“It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer… to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; or … to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.”
And how do we know that Fox knows it is “legally questionable,” as I wrote above?
Because Fox News never reported on a legal complaint to the U.S. Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission filed by America First Legal, one of the non-profits run by former President Donald Trump’s advisor Stephen Miller, against Anheuser-Busch’s ESG-driven racial and gender hiring quotas as being a violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights. The complaint against AB-InBev — the Belgian company that own Anheuser-Busch — followed a consumer-led revolt against the beermaker after using transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney tell sell Bud Light, or not sell it, depending on your perspective.
If Fox had reported on the seemingly illegal racial and gender hiring quotas, it would have had to admit in its reporting that it was using the same discriminatory practices now being targeted by Republicans.
It certainly has been questioned before, and in a 1979 ruling by the Supreme Court ruling Steelworkers v. Weber it was found that employment policies that racial preferences on the basis of race and sex in favor of women and minorities, which plaintiffs argued was reverse discrimination, were somehow not a violation of the Civil Rights Act, in effect legalizing employment discrimination against whites and males. This was a sharp departure from more racially neutral interpretations of the Civil Rights Act by federal courts that preceded the decision.
Then Associate Justice William Rehnquist, who would go on to become the Court’s 16th Chief Justice in 1986, in his dissenting opinion, compared the Court’s rewriting of the Civil Rights Act to the totalitarian regime portrayed in George Orwell’s 1984, writing that law was written plainly, “Taken in its normal meaning, and as understood by all Members of Congress who spoke to the issue during the legislative debates, this language prohibits a covered employer from considering race when making an employment decision, whether the race be black or white.”
Rehnquist blasted the majority of the court, adding, “the Court behaves much like the Orwellian speaker earlier described, as if it had been handed a note indicating that Title VII would lead to a result unacceptable to the Court if interpreted here as it was in our prior decisions. … Now we are told that the legislative history of Title VII shows that employers are free to discriminate on the basis of race: an employer may, in the Court’s words, ‘trammel the interests of the white employees’ in favor of black employees in order to eliminate ‘racial imbalance.’… Our earlier interpretations of Title VII, like the banners and posters decorating the square in Oceania, were all wrong.”
And so that’s where we are living now, in Oceania, with our news and information largely controlled by corporations with a collectivist agenda — to silence voices who speak up for the American people. They’re compromised.
Fox is definitely an increasing part of that. According to its June 2022 standards of business conduct and ethics, Fox states, rather laughingly in hindsight, “The First Amendment and the fundamental values it reflects are integral to who we are and what we do. As an important source of news, information, analysis and media, we play a leading role in the marketplace of ideas. Our flagship news properties are some of the most influential in history, and we respect the significant responsibility that comes with being a steward for the people’s right to know. In keeping with the Constitution’s protections for the freedom of the press, we guard and defend our journalists in their search for the truth.”
Critically, Fox adds, “We do not let revenue sources dictate our news and opinion content.” What a joke. Of course they do.
This is Orwellian “newspeak,” and I write that with kindness to the author of 1984, George Orwell, who was criticizing totalitarian censorship. One does not need to look very far for Fox kneeling to its advertisers to get rid of a controversial host. They aren’t “guarding and defending” anything.
Carlson’s dismissal also follows his predecessor in the 8pm slot, Bill O’Reilly, who was also the station’s ratings juggernaut prior to his 2017 dismissal following sexual harassment allegations that was leading to an advertising boycott.
Other popular hosts who lost their jobs at Fox include Glenn Beck in 2011, following an advertiser boycott, at the time reported by Reuters’ Christine Kearney and Alex Dobuzinskis, that “about 300 companies have either pulled their ads or declined to run commercials on his show in the past 18 months after campaigns by black and Jewish groups,” due to Beck’s criticism of former President Barack Obama and controversial political financier George Soros.
That, despite the fact that at the time “Beck’s nightly show currently dr[ew] about 1.9 million viewers, dwarfing the ratings for other cable news shows in the time slot.”
Similar advertiser boycotts were waged effectively against the late Rush Limbaugh—easily the most highly rated conservative talk radio host in history—beginning in 2012 when he criticized calls for legislation by then-Georgetown University law student Sandra Fluke by personally attacking Fluke, calling her a “slut” and “prostitute” because she “wants you and me and the taxpayers to pay her to have sex,” later leading to a rare apology by Limbaugh when his position was being threatened by the boycott.
On and on it goes, with boycotts also targeting Sean Hannity for years, Fox News’ 9pm host, but for how long, one wonders? Maybe if his ratings go up again, he’ll be a target.
Perhaps high ratings equal high risk, then? Advertisers are not interested in seeking out millions of viewers to sell products as much as being spooked by advertiser boycotts and campaigns waged by groups against what is perceived as a conservative news channel that Republicans could actually watch without too much bias against their own leaders and causes.
The boycotts are absolutely political from groups supporting Democrats. Today, they are being driven by corporate ESG, and the best part is, the news companies they are purchasing will never be obliged to report on itself in a negative light about what is driving their unprofitable decisions. Nor will it report, not too deeply, about the regulatory and tax incentives for ESG that exist. Are they even allowed to?
Again, they do not seek profit, but equity.
So, they’re not trying to sell us Tucker Carlson or the Fox News brand. They want Republicans in Name Only. And they’re not trying to sell us oil. They want net zero carbon emissions. Or beer. They want to end “toxic masculinity” and water consumption in manufacturing. From the ESG perspective, these are all “harmful” industries that need to become woke, diverse, inclusive and green, or ultimately be eliminated because they do not serve this collectivist agenda to destroy America. Either way, they win. The message is clear: Bend the knee, or pay the price. You could be next.

He focused on the expansion of Communism and the priority of containment. The future senator referred to the Communist threat as “an enemy, powerful, unrelenting and implacable who seeks to dominate the world by subversion and conspiracy.” He asserted that, “All problems are dwarfed by the necessity of the West to maintain against the Communists a balance of power.” He also pointed out that containment was necessary not only for United States military safety, but also because of the threat Communism posed in “political and economic” spheres.
Can you imagine any person running for office, or for that matter, anyone in Congress giving a speech like that today? Congressman Larry McDonald was the last Democrat who spoke words of freedom. He was the Chairman of the John Birch Society.

America’s Communist Infiltration
The slow destruction of a once beautiful and thriving people has been in the works since the first socialists arrived in America in 1824. Robert Owen created the Utopian Socialist Society of New Harmony, Indiana in 1825. He tested some of his writings and speeches in both Scotland and Indiana and his experiments were very influential on Marx, Engels, and other socialists and communists at the time and later on. This led to Owen being mentioned in the Communist Manifesto and would lead to the creation of other utopian societies around the country.
Robert Owen’s influence reached key members of society. In February and March of 1825, Owen gave two speeches to Congress when figures such as John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, John Quincy Adams, and others were present. Wouldn’t you love to know what our early presidents and founders thought of Owen’s speeches!
In 1848 we were flooded with immigrants from Germany, many of whom were Marxists whose socialism had failed in Germany. By 1861, there were 13 high ranking Marxist officers within the Union Army. This is documented.
By the 1930s, communists had infiltrated our schools (The Turning of the Tides by former Congressman Paul Shafer and John Howland Snow). Teachers were being taught how to subtly teach Marxism. Teachers’ unions were started as early as 1916.
From 1950-1954, the public was alerted to growing communism within all segments of our government and it was already late in the game. Senator Joseph McCarthy tried to save the country, but was himself destroyed and his reputation sullied with lies.
Now, Communist China owns most all of America, land, businesses, education, banks, most portions of the government and certainly the military, especially Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley, who twice disobeyed the orders of the Commanders in Chief. First the treasonous act with China when Trump was President and his recent refusal to shoot down the Red Chinese spy balloon when Biden ordered it shot.
The doors of our country are now open, not for those with skills to increase America’s greatness, but to the dregs of the underworld, most of whom are young men, gang affiliates, drug runners, child traffickers and more. Millions of illegals have entered America since Biden took office.
We are owned by the enemies of freedom and I cannot get my fellow citizens to call and write their colluding, money hungry, power seeking basturds in DC nor their state legislatures and tell them what we want and don’t want. Only a handful of folks will let their voices be heard.
Have we heard any politician expose the manifest evils of the Great Reset’s Klaus Schwab, Yuval Harari and the United Nations? These are the globalist organizations whose plans are to reduce the population to serfs and slaves.

Culling America’s Breadbox

There have been over 100 food processing plant fires in the last two years. Too many to be coincidental albeit there are around 5300 processing plant fires every year, but we don’t know how many of those process food.

Depending upon state laws demanding all ranchers and farmers jab their cattle, including their milk cows, which will eliminate butter, milk, buttermilk, cheese, cottage cheese, steaks, prime rib, chuck roasts, hamburgers, and my favorite, ice cream, etc., beef will also become verboten.
From an AP News article, No, farmers aren’t required to vaccinate livestock with mRNA vaccines, “There is no requirement or mandate that producers vaccinate their livestock for any disease,” U.S. Department of Agriculture spokesperson Marissa Perry said in an email. “It is a personal and business decision left up to the producer and will remain that way.”
Jason Menke, a National Pork Board spokesperson, said in a statement that the “decision to use vaccines and other medical treatments to protect animal health and well-being are made by the farmer under the direction of the herd veterinarian.”
For now, vaccinating cattle is optional, but how many states will enforce a law demanding all cattle and pork be vaccinated for the “public health.”
Hundreds of thousands of birds have been burned alive throughout the country, including the largest egg producing company in Connecticut with 100,000 chickens dead. Egg prices are at an all-time high.
According to an article by The Guardian published Dec 2022: The World Organization of Animal Health says 140 million birds killed across the world in just one year, including 48 million birds killed in Europe and 53 million in the United States.
The CDC put out a November 3rd, 2022 press release on the destruction of the American food supply:
“Since early 2022, more than 49 million birds in 46 states have either died as a result of bird flu virus infection or have been culled (killed) due to exposure to infected birds.”
Think you’re safe if you’re a vegetarian? Think again! WLTreport.com tells us our vegetables may soon contain the mRNA in our salads. The University of California states, The project’s goals, made possible by a $500,000 grant from the National Science Foundation, are threefold: showing that DNA containing the mRNA vaccines can be successfully delivered into the part of plant cells where it will replicate, demonstrating the plants can produce enough mRNA to rival a traditional shot, and finally, determining the right dosage.
Please realize that mRNA is messing with genome. The genome is the entire set of DNA instructions found in a cell. In humans, the genome consists of 23 pairs of chromosomes located in the cell’s nucleus, as well as a small chromosome in the cell’s mitochondria. A genome contains all the information needed for an individual to develop and function.
Poisoned Soil, Water and Air
What about fish? Well, the Ohio River has been turned off for Cincinnati drinking water since the E. Palestine train derailment. The fish in E. Palestine were all dead. The poisoned soil from that train derailment has been dumped in Indiana and a truck carrying that soil to other parts of Ohio recently overturned. Rain will wash that poison everywhere. And a huge barge with tons of toxic methanol recently sunk, again polluting the Ohio River.
Half of the U.S. investigators fell ill while studying the E. Palestine disaster. Local and state authorities previously evacuated all residents within one mile of the February 3rd derailment and started a controlled burn of substances on the railcars. Governor Mike DeWine authorized the Norfolk Southern burn. Those poisons could have been drained from the cars and carried away, saving the air, water and soil and most of all, the residents, their farm animals and pets.
But that’s not all. One need only look at the massive problems with our oceans. Brazil’s plan to sink a 34,000-ton ship would be an environmental disaster; toxics include, asbestos and hundreds of metric tons of other toxic substances in its electrical wiring, paints, and fuel stores.
Newsweek reported a ship off the coast of Sri Lanka containing 25 tons of toxic chemicals caused significant damage to the planet.
A Nazi shipwreck is leaking toxic chemicals into the sea. The many planes shot down and ships sunk during WWII, Korean War, Vietnam, and the continuing wars against terror have polluted our oceans worldwide. Is it any wonder we see beached whales? I’m not saying that’s the cause, but it certainly isn’t from the globalist tax-and-control efforts of those claiming “climate change.”

For the past couple of years, we’ve been led to believe that the letter from 51 national security officials was some sort of spontaneous, grassroots effort by the intelligence community to warn us about the potential foreign influence behind Hunter Biden’s laptop.
The laptop has since been confirmed to be legitimate, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence confirmed that there was no foreign disinformation campaign involved. But new information from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan and congressional investigators, with the help of two Obama-era CIA officials, has revealed a new twist in the story. The investigation has uncovered evidence linking the letter dismissing the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation during the 2020 election to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign.
The unsettling revelation of evidence linking the dismissal of the laptop to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign raises grave concerns about the suppression and censorship of crucial information by big tech and the mainstream media leading up to the 2020 election. This could be one of the most significant instances of legitimate election interference in our nation’s history, with far-reaching implications that leave a dark cloud over the integrity of our democracy. The implications of this investigation are deeply disturbing and must not be ignored.
Jordan revealed to Just the News that a report on government weaponization is set to be released later this month, detailing the individuals involved in the letter and the evidence linking them to the Biden campaign. Jordan suggested that the letter may have been a significant interference in the presidential election and was motivated by political considerations. Jordan declined to provide more details as further witness interviews are being conducted this week.
“It was all done with politics, and it looks like there was some real connections with the Biden campaign,” Jordan said during an interview late last week on the John Solomon Reports podcast.
According to Jordan, his team of investigators has obtained valuable insights from transcribed interviews with two former CIA officials from the Obama era: Mike Morrell, who served as acting Director; and Nick Shapiro, a former adviser to ex-Director John Brennan. Jordan believes that Morrell played a crucial role in coordinating the effort to dismiss the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation, while Shapiro was involved in coordinating how the story was presented to the legacy media. “It’s becoming increasingly clear that Morrell and Shapiro were key players in this whole saga,” Jordan stated.
I’m sure the question on everyone’s mind is: who in the Biden campaign was involved in this scheme? While Jordan has confirmed that evidence linking the letter dismissing the Hunter Biden laptop to the Biden campaign has been uncovered, he says specific ties to the Biden campaign will be disclosed in the interim report.
An online Christian preacher has been ordered by a Washington County judge in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to stay silent on social media for five years after he expressed his moral and religious concerns in posts about a church that endorses same-sex marriage and a public drag queen performance in front of children.
A team of attorneys with The Rutherford Institute, a nonprofit civil liberties organization, has stepped in to help Rich Penkoski. They’re asking the Oklahoma Supreme Court to overturn the five-year restraining order against him, denouncing it as excessive and a clear violation of the pastor’s First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and the free exercise of religion.
Penkoski leads the Tennessee-based online ministry Warriors for Christ.
Rutherford Institute attorneys also point out that in the absence of any actual threats by Penkoski or proof that he sought to incite violence through the use of Bible verses, the court’s rationale appears to be based solely on claims that LGBTQ leaders felt harassed and fearful about how others might react to the Bible verses cited in the preacher’s social media posts.
“Religious individuals have a clear First Amendment right to publicly cite Bible verses that reflect their concerns about moral issues of the day without being accused of stalking, harassing, or terrorizing those who are offended by the sentiments,” said constitutional attorney John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute.
He warned, “This case is a foreshadowing of the government’s efforts to insulate the populace from all things that might cause offense by criminalizing nonviolent First Amendment activities (speech, thought, and actions) perceived as politically incorrect.”
According to the institute, in one of Penkoski’s social media posts, he shared another church’s public photo of a same-sex wedding involving leaders of an LGBTQ organization and quoted Bible verses describing God’s judgment of sin.
In a second post, Penkoski criticized the church’s publicly shared photos of children celebrating Pride Month.
In a third post, Penkoski weighed in on a regional effort to ban adult-oriented entertainment in public spaces.
Attempting to refute what he believed were false statements by one of the leaders of the LGBTQ group who told the city council that no adult-oriented entertainment, obscenity, or sexually suggestive performances had occurred at a Pride event, Penkoski posted a video clip of the LGBTQ leader’s public statement to city council along with a video and photos of a drag queen behaving in a sexually suggestive manner near children at the Pride event.
Although there was no evidence that Penkoski ever contacted, spoke to, tagged, or met the public figures leading the LGBTQ group, the trial court—based upon claims that the LGBTQ leaders felt terrorized and harassed by Penkoski’s three social media posts on religious and political issues—imposed a five-year protective order against him.
Under the terms of the court’s order, which Rutherford Institute attorneys condemn as so vague and overly broad as to chill lawful First Amendment activities, Penkoski could be subject to arrest and up to one year in jail for engaging in conduct that might cause his accusers to fear for their safety, which could broadly be interpreted to prevent him from citing similar Bible verses critical of the church’s or LGBTQ group’s activities.
