So, I missed Thursday’s (9/1) Dementia Joe broadcast to his gullible Sheeple – AW SHUCKS. Nevertheless, I did catch some of the criticism of the vilification of Trump Supporters. AND by Trump Supporters, you realize that was nearly 75 MILLION voters the Election Coup traitors allowed to be recorded. It was probably more but the CORRUPT States stopped the count to either erase, switch or fabricate votes to add up to the MYTHICAL 81 million that ONLY the gullible believe Dementia Biden achieved.

Biden’s Authoritarian Speech: ‘MAGA’ Republican Opponents Are a Threat to Democracy

President Joe Biden confirmed on Thursday night that if you oppose him, you are an extremist who hates democracy.

Flanked by two members of the military and illuminated on a podium in blood-red lighting, Biden spent half an hour blasting his political opponents in a prime-time address to the nation.

Biden, who delivered his rant in front of Independence Hall in Philadelphia, defined his political opponents—the “MAGA Republicans”—as illegitimate monsters, a rich statement to make just weeks after the FBI raided the home of former President Donald Trump, the man who opposed him in the last election.

Though Biden stumbled and coughed through some of his early lines, his message was clear: People who oppose and disagree with his administration are against democracy.

Biden never really got around to the important issues that most Americans are concerned about right now. He said nothing about the runaway inflation, the economy, the border crisis, or any of that—just a long string of invectives against his political opponents followed up by statements about “unity” and “hope.”

“As I stand here tonight, equality and democracy are under assault,” Biden said. “We do ourselves no favors to pretend otherwise.”

The president then smeared his political foes as an existential threat to the country: “Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal. Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”

So, what Americans represent unacceptable extremism?

Earlier in the day, Biden’s Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had the answer.

“When you are not with where majority of Americans are, then you know, that is extreme.”

Since Biden is deeply underwater in the polls, this administration must be defining the “majority” differently.

“There is no place for political violence in America. Period,” Biden said, adding that “the blind loyalty to a single leader and a willingness to engage in political violence is fatal to democracy.”

Of course, Biden wasn’t so vociferous and animated when the “mostly peaceful protests,” turned riots destroyed large sections of American cities in 2020. That’s different, of course. When riots happen in the name of Black Lives Matter or when Antifa—which Biden defined as no more than an “idea”—smashes businesses, well that’s just people getting a little carried away.

In his denunciation of political violence, Biden also said nothing about the abortion activist who tried to murder Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. He also said nothing about the dozens of churches and crisis pregnancy centers that have been vandalized and attacked in the last few months.

Biden spent much of his time saying that those who question elections are basically against democracy. Almost laughably, he said that his political opponents are against the Constitution. It’s a remarkable contention given that he just unilaterally declared student loan forgiveness, spending billions of dollars, with dubious constitutional authority.

Ignoring the Constitution is only bad when other people do it, I guess.

“Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very republic,” Biden said. “Democracy cannot survive when one side believes there are only two outcomes to an election: either they win or they were cheated.”

Is that so? What an interesting take from the leader of a party that’s had a significant faction question the electoral legitimacy of every Republican presidential win since 2000.

In fact, this was the president’s own press secretary after the 2016 election.

And again, more recently.

Is the press secretary a threat to democracy or is it just the president’s opponents?

As caustic and at times unhinged Biden’s speech was, it was important in understanding what this administration defines as extreme and intolerable: Basically, anyone who opposes them.

It was a fiery speech delivered to activists in his base. His attempts to inject words about unity came off as entirely unserious.

“MAGA Republicans have made their choice, they embrace anger. They thrive on chaos. They live not in the light of truth but in the shadow of lies,” Biden said.

You heard that? Biden isn’t just saying that his former electoral opponent is bad, he’s saying those who supported him are bad and that they’ve “made their choice.”

It’s as if the words of unity were sprinkled into the speech to justify punitive actions toward political opponents.

While most Americans may not have heard Biden’s speech—many were probably watching college football instead—it nevertheless summed up much of what the administration has stood for and will now lean into.

Extremism in the name of moderation, condemnation in the name of unity, petty politics in the name of leadership.

Biden said during his speech that his opponents “promote authoritarian leaders and they fan the flames of political violence.”

On Thursday night, it was Biden who sounded like an authoritarian.

Biden’s after-speech Tweet sums things up.

If you stand in opposition to his regime, Biden defines you as a threat to the country. So, now what will he do?

What a healer.

Biden certainly isn’t an Abraham Lincoln, who called on Americans to embrace the better angels of their nature. He’s not even a Jimmy Carter, who was simply an ineffective micromanager.

Increasingly Biden’s looking like a James Buchanan, pushing his country to the brink while insisting that only his opponents are extremists.

Weaponizing the Bureaucracy: Who Will Protect Us from the Government’s Standing Army?

The IRS has stockpiled 4,500 guns and five million rounds of ammunition in recent years, including 621 shotguns, 539 long-barrel rifles and 15 submachine guns.

The Veterans Administration (VA) purchased 11 million rounds of ammunition (equivalent to 2,800 rounds for each of their officers), along with camouflage uniforms, riot helmets and shields, specialized image enhancement devices and tactical lighting.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) acquired 4 million rounds of ammunition, in addition to 1,300 guns, including five submachine guns and 189 automatic firearms for its Office of Inspector General.

According to an in-depth report on “The Militarization of the U.S. Executive Agencies,” the Social Security Administration secured 800,000 rounds of ammunition for their special agents, as well as armor and guns.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) owns 600 guns. And the Smithsonian now employs 620-armed “special agents.”

This is how it begins.

We have what the founders feared most: a “standing” or permanent army on American soil.

This de facto standing army is made up of weaponized, militarized, civilian forces which look like, dress like, and act like the military; are armed with guns, ammunition and military-style equipment; are authorized to make arrests; and are trained in military tactics.

Mind you, this de facto standing army of bureaucratic, administrative, non-military, paper-pushing, non-traditional law enforcement agencies may look and act like the military, but they are not the military.

Rather, they are foot soldiers of the police state’s standing army, and they are growing in number at an alarming rate.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the number of federal agents armed with guns, ammunition and military-style equipment, authorized to make arrests, and trained in military tactics has nearly tripled over the past several decades.

There are now more bureaucratic (non-military) government agents armed with weapons than U.S. Marines. As Adam Andrzejewski writes for Forbes, “the federal government has become one never-ending gun show.”

While Americans have to jump through an increasing number of hoops in order to own a gun, federal agencies have been placing orders for hundreds of millions of rounds of hollow point bullets and military gear. Among the agencies being supplied with night-vision equipment, body armor, hollow-point bullets, shotguns, drones, assault rifles and LP gas cannons are the Smithsonian, U.S. Mint, Health and Human Services, IRS, FDA, Small Business Administration, Social Security Administration, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Education Department, Energy Department, Bureau of Engraving and Printing and an assortment of public universities.

Add in the Biden Administration’s plans to grow the nation’s police forces by 100,000 more cops and swell the ranks of the IRS by 87,000 new employees (some of whom will have arrest-and-firearm authority) and you’ve got a nation in the throes of martial law.

The militarization of America’s police forces in recent decades has merely sped up the timeline by which the nation is transformed into an authoritarian regime.

What began with the militarization of the police in the 1980s during the government’s war on drugs has snowballed into a full-fledged integration of military weaponry, technology and tactics into police protocol. To our detriment, local police—clad in jackboots, helmets and shields and wielding batons, pepper-spray, stun guns, and assault rifles—have increasingly come to resemble occupying forces in our communities.

As Andrew Becker and G.W. Schulz report, more than $34 billion in federal government grants made available to local police agencies in the wake of 9/11 “ha[ve] fueled a rapid, broad transformation of police operations… across the country. More than ever before, police rely on quasi-military tactics and equipment… [P]olice departments around the U.S. have transformed into small army-like forces.”

This standing army has been imposed on the American people in clear violation of the spirit—if not the letter of the law—of the Posse Comitatus Act, which restricts the government’s ability to use the U.S. military as a police force.

A standing army—something that propelled the early colonists into revolution—strips the American people of any vestige of freedom.

It was for this reason that those who established America vested control of the military in a civilian government, with a civilian commander-in-chief. They did not want a military government, ruled by force.

Rather, they opted for a republic bound by the rule of law: the U.S. Constitution.

Unfortunately, with the Constitution under constant attack, the military’s power, influence and authority have grown dramatically. Even the Posse Comitatus Act, which makes it a crime for the government to use the military to carry out arrests, searches, seizure of evidence and other activities normally handled by a civilian police force, has been greatly weakened by exemptions allowing troops to deploy domestically and arrest civilians in the wake of alleged terrorist acts.

The increasing militarization of the police, the use of sophisticated weaponry against Americans and the government’s increasing tendency to employ military personnel domestically have all but eviscerated historic prohibitions such as the Posse Comitatus Act.

Indeed, there are a growing number of exceptions to which Posse Comitatus does not apply. These exceptions serve to further acclimate the nation to the sight and sounds of military personnel on American soil and the imposition of martial law.

Now we find ourselves struggling to retain some semblance of freedom in the face of administrative, police and law enforcement agencies that look and act like the military with little to no regard for the Fourth Amendment, laws such as the NDAA that allow the military to arrest and indefinitely detain American citizens, and military drills that acclimate the American people to the sight of armored tanks in the streets, military encampments in cities, and combat aircraft patrolling overhead.

The menace of a national police force—a.k.a. a standing army—vested with the power to completely disregard the Constitution, cannot be overstated, nor can its danger be ignored.

Historically, the establishment of a national police force accelerates a nation’s transformation into a police state, serving as the fundamental and final building block for every totalitarian regime that has ever wreaked havoc on humanity.

Then again, for all intents and perhaps, the American police state is already governed by martial law: Battlefield tactics. Militarized police. Riot and camouflage gear. Armored vehicles. Mass arrests. Pepper spray. Tear gas. Batons. Strip searches. Drones. Less-than-lethal weapons unleashed with deadly force. Rubber bullets. Water cannons. Concussion grenades. Intimidation tactics. Brute force. Laws conveniently discarded when it suits the government’s purpose.

This is what martial law looks like, when a government disregards constitutional freedoms and imposes its will through military force, only this is martial law without any government body having to declare it.

The ease with which Americans are prepared to welcome boots on the ground, regional lockdowns, routine invasions of their privacy, and the dismantling of every constitutional right intended to serve as a bulwark against government abuses is beyond unnerving.

We are sliding fast down a slippery slope to a Constitution-free America.

This quasi-state of martial law has been helped along by government policies and court rulings that have made it easier for the police to shoot unarmed citizens, for law enforcement agencies to seize cash and other valuable private property under the guise of asset forfeiture, for military weapons and tactics to be deployed on American soil, for government agencies to carry out round-the-clock surveillance, for legislatures to render otherwise lawful activities as extremist if they appear to be anti-government, for profit-driven private prisons to lock up greater numbers of Americans, for homes to be raided and searched under the pretext of national security, for American citizens to be labeled terrorists and stripped of their rights merely on the say-so of a government bureaucrat, and for pre-crime tactics to be adopted nationwide that strip Americans of the right to be assumed innocent until proven guilty and creates a suspect society in which we are all guilty until proven otherwise.

All of these assaults on the constitutional framework of the nation have been sold to the public as necessary for national security.

Time and again, the public has fallen for the ploy hook, line and sinker.

We’re being reeled in, folks, and you know what happens when we get to the end of that line?

My latest podcast is about the radical left and their “banana republic” tactics which are an obscene outrage to all freedom loving Americans. They go after parents who want to protect their children from indoctrination of Critical Race Theory, age inappropriate sex education, and most importantly the Attorney General Merrick Garland claiming that the biggest crime problem and threat we face as a nation is domestic terrorism in the form of white supremacy. He of course says nothing whatsoever about the record high crime rates, mostly in Democratic run cities, which are terrorizing our citizenry.

Does the FBI have any time to pursue real violent crime or are they now acting as solely the political enforcement arm of the radical left and the Biden Administration? When I was a member of the Department of Justice (DOJ) I used the FBI in many criminal investigations to pursue and solve many violent crimes which, as the US Attorney in the Southern District of New York, I convicted some of the worst of the worst criminals and white collar offenders. I didn’t pick and choose who to prosecute based on political affiliation. If someone broke the law in my jurisdiction I used my unbiased judgement when deciding whether or not to prosecute based upon the evidence law enforcement collected.

I use the term “banana republic” often now and not just literally but also figuratively. In fascist, Nazi, communist, third world, and other one party governments the ruling class “disappears” their opposition whether it’s the prior leadership or a threat to the current leadership. Thankfully in America we don’t do that – but we have now adopted those tactics to “disappear” the political opposition by silencing them, having a complicit corrupt media malign and disparage the political opposition as they’ve done to President Trump and many who are associated them, and social media sites have cancelled conservative accounts such as they did to President Trump. Figuratively we are a “banana republic” now with the constriction of speech and censorship. We see the radical left “disappear” many on the right and even independent voters solely because of their support for President Trump and his policies.

The radical left has damaged President Trump’s character as well as my own and many other individuals associated with him. Look no further than the lie of Russian Collusion which President Trump was vindicated of and FBI was found complicit in fabricating evidence in the Steele Dossier. There were no Intelligence Community derived documents that linked President Trump to Russia. However, on the first day Trump took office democrats announced they were seeking his impeachment despite the fact that he had not yet had the opportunity to govern the United States.

Please listen to my latest podcast as I delineate and describe not only the raid at President Trump’s home but also how the radical left has an agenda they are utilizing to modify and change America’s domestic way of life. They are attempting – and may succeed if we don’t stop them – in creating a one party political system. It’s time for ALL Americans to resist these demonic and evil radical left tactics and come together as one nation which can disagree in a civil manner as we did in the past.

BREAKING: FBI Whistleblower Leaks Document Showing Bureau Targeting ‘News Media’


• Document reveals the FBI labeled Project Veritas as “news media,” and categorized the probe as a “Sensitive Investigative Matter” due to Veritas being journalists. This is a direct contradiction of the U.S. government’s in-court position that Project Veritas are not journalists.

• The whistleblower, who has several years of experience as an FBI Special Agent and is still on payroll with the Bureau, came to Project Veritas with the document after seeing what he calls “a number of troubling things that are happening in the FBI.”

• The document also shows the federal investigation was launched into Project Veritas the same day Ashley Biden’s Attorney, Roberta Kaplan, said, “This is insane. We should send to SDNY” in response to a request for comment on the contents of Ashley Biden’s abandoned diary.

• Additionally, the FBI categorized the investigation into an abandoned diary under Threat Band I, which is usually reserved for “threat issues that are likely to cause the greatest damage to national interests or public safety in the coming year.”

• The Whistleblower also revealed how the document shows surveillance of Project Veritas included use of CAST tools, an analysis which includes cellular geolocation tracking of phone devices.

• FBI Whistleblower: “Tyranny happens incrementally, and it happens by a bunch of people agreeing to small injustices over and over simply to keep their paycheck and their pension…to maintain your paycheck and pension that gives you the Holocaust”

[NEW YORK – May 11, 2022] A source within the Federal Bureau of Investigation has come forward to expose the FBI’s targeting of members of the “news media” including information about what the FBI calls a Special Investigative Matter (“SIM”) regarding their investigation into Project Veritas over Ashley Biden’s abandoned diary.

According to a document obtained and published by Project Veritas, the FBI opened an investigation into Project Veritas knowing full well they were journalists as the document is labeled under a “news media” classification.

This classification is a direct contradiction to the government’s court filing where they argued that actions taken by the government to surveil, raid and seize materials from Project Veritas journalists were appropriate. The government’s filing stated, “Project Veritas is not engaged in journalism within any traditional or accepted definition of that word,” because it’s reporting is “non-consensual.”

The whistleblower, who has several years of experience as an FBI Special Agent, came to Project Veritas because, “The direction that the agency has headed troubles a vast majority of the agents.”

Something else the whistleblower called “alerting” was the fact that the FBI categorized the investigation into Ashley Biden’s diary under Threat Band I, which is usually reserved for “threat issues that are likely to cause the greatest damage to national interests or public safety in the coming year.”

The document, which lacks certain information due to the restricted classification of the file, also shows the investigation was launched the same day Ashley Biden’s Attorney, Roberta Kaplan, said, “This is insane. We should send to SDNY,” in response to a request for comment on the contents of Ashley Biden’s diary.

The FBI also used its Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST) tools, which includes cellular geolocation tracking of phone devices, to secretly surveil Project Veritas journalists, according to the whistleblower and as revealed on the leaked document.

The whistleblower, who is still on the Bureau’s payroll, sat down for an interview with Project Veritas CEO and Founder, James O’Keefe. “Tyranny happens incrementally, and it happens by a bunch of people agreeing to small injustices over and over simply to keep their paycheck and their pension,” said the whistleblower, adding, “To maintain your paycheck and pension that gives you the Holocaust.”

At the time of this writing, the FBI has not yet responded to a request for comment.

In a familiar pattern, left-wing fact checkers furiously try to hide the damning proof of election fraud in the 2020 election presented in Dinesh D’Souza’s documentary 2000 Mules. But those “fake checkers” clearly did not actually watch the film. See, e.g., Ali Swenson, Associated Press, reprinted at U.S. News and World Report or at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Initially, one should note that 2000 Mules is not a Western movie. It refers to the term developed decades ago of “drug mules” who carry illegal drugs for criminal cartels such as smuggling drugs across the border.

With 2000 Mules the leftists desperate to hide voter fraud clearly only watched the free trailer for the movie and did not spring for the $20 to $29 to actually see the entire film. The film can be purchased from the Salem radio network from Dinesh D’Souza on “Locals” at or at the main website. [Blog Editor: Can be watched free HERE.]

After mainstream journalists became discredited as biased, left-wing propagandists, very suddenly a new fad sprung up: fact checkers. Now, the same journalists whom we stopped believing in the normal news are suddenly believable because they call themselves “fact checkers.”

But if there is anything that presumably a fact checker would do is actually carefully read and analyze a claim and compare it point by point to determine its truth. (Typically, fact checkers specialize in being distracted by a minor detail. For example, a news story might report that Sen. Nogood smashed into a green-colored van full of nuns while driving drunk. The fact checker would then spend pages discussing how there is “no evidence” that the van was colored green. The van might have been blue. So rating: False.)

True The Vote did what the government failed to do. They purchased through commercial brokers the cell phone “geotracking” or “geolocator” data from specific cities in particular states where the election was decided. They then analyzed the GPS data to show the paid “mules” who visited left-wing nonprofit organizations and then drove to many different ballot drop boxes on the same day — then did it all over again the following day, day after day, for weeks.

While ballot “harvesting” is illegal in the states sampled, one is allowed to deliver ballots from their family members or a voter for whom they are officially-designated caregivers. Otherwise, it is a crime to drop off someone else’s ballots in an election drop box.

But under no circumstances would one legally or legitimately do that again and again, day after day, for weeks or months. The fake checkers discuss the data as if these mules made only one trip, on one day, to only one drop box location. They didn’t watch the film.

The film explains that the analysis filtered out people who were driving past drop boxes, or whose routines did not fit a voter fraud hypothesis. Only those driving straight up to a drop box carrying their cell phones were included.

The analysis considered the “pattern of life” routines of cell phone users. Those going to work or shop near a drop box would be excluded, as opposed to those who spent only a few minutes at the drop box and then immediately turned around and drove on to the next drop box location. A person parked for a long time for an appointment or shopping would be excluded.

(The fact checkers also skip over the fact that — by my rough estimate — perhaps around 10% of those mules active during the election season were also located in the middle of violent ANTIFA riots throughout the year 2000.)

The documentary carefully explains how they filtered out the possibility of anyone dropping off ballots for their family. Only mules who visited 10 or more ballot drop boxes were included in the analysis. For example, one “mule” visited drop boxes in six different counties.

Ballots are different for different counties, congressional districts, and state legislative districts. So no one dropping off legitimate ballots would go to drop boxes in six different counties. Someone dropping off grandma’s ballot would not visit ten to one hundred different drop boxes — and do this over again the next day and the next and the next.

The fact checkers tell us that geotracking is not that accurate. Oddly, the FBI is prosecuting peaceful, nonviolent protestors from January 6, 2021, based on that same “imprecise” geotracking data allegedly showing people inside the U.S. Capitol. Oops. Never mind. So, geotracking cell phone locations is very precise, except when it isn’t. Depends on the needs of the moment.

But it doesn’t actually matter, because True the Vote set such a high bar that the data cannot be dismissed. Only those mules who visited left-wing, election-related nonprofit offices and then went from there straight to election drop boxes were included.

The film repeatedly explains how they obtained over four million minutes of official government surveillance video viewing the ballot drop boxes (promiscuously deployed due to COVID-19). The trailer only shows a few snippets out of four million minutes. Even the documentary barely scratches the surface of that ocean of data.

Yet, the fact checkers “analyze” the surveillance videos as if the few examples shown are the only surveillance videos. That is, they dismiss the examples shown only in the movie trailer. Had they actually watched the documentary, they would have known that the same mules are showing up again and again in various surveillance videos at different drop boxes all over the city. Not just once, as in the movie trailer.

The four million minutes of video show mules stuffing dozens of ballots into drop boxes, not two or three. Often, we see ballots falling all over the sidewalk. The governmental surveillance video shows sometimes twenty or thirty ballots at a time getting stuffed into boxes already full.

The surveillance videos repeatedly show mules taking photographs of themselves putting the ballots into the drop boxes or just photos of the drop box itself. The only reason to take photographs of the drop boxes is because the mules are being paid and are presenting proof that they delivered the illicit ballots.

Oh, and not to mention that this is often happening between 1 AM and 4 AM in the morning.

The surveillance videos show mules wearing surgical gloves as they stuff illicit ballots into the drop boxes. Then they remove the surgical gloves and toss them into nearby trash cans — all caught on government surveillance videos. The film explains that this started the day after ballot harvesters were arrested in one state based on fingerprints on the ballots. In one case, a woman never looks at the trash can until after taking off her gloves, indicating that she had done it before at that same location.

Finally, True the Vote concentrated only on specific cities or areas within the battleground states that decided the 2020 presidential election. The fact checkers are again off base. D’Souza’s excellent documentary is a call for honest law enforcement (if there are any left) to conduct a full analysis of the entire country. There is one indisputable conclusion: This must be thoroughly investigated in full.

America’s Patriot Warriors – in this Editor’s opinion – should initiate an open offensive not with guns and bullets, but with peaceful DISOBEDIENCE to lawless edicts and corrupt election management. A good example is the Canadian Truck Convoy Protest now apparently under the threat of the force of the Canadian government which also has had its funding (in the millions) stolen by Go Fund Me to be (Communist-style) redistributed to the charities of Go Fund Me’s choice. (In an update on Go Fund Me Communist-style redistribution, the threat of American-end civil and criminal investigation has decided on refunding donations to “… donors to submit a refund form” which leads one to wonder what Go Fund Me intentions are for the cash not claimed by a “refund form”.)

America needs Her warriors to arise and fight for Her today, now, this very moment. She’s had enough weak-kneed feckless milksop politicians and backstabbers and betrayers to do Her for as long as Her land remains.

One can argue the hard law or its subtler nuances ’til they’re blue in the face on the election results of 2020, but nothing is more clear than the fact that numerous and assorted manners of criminal election fraud occurred in numerous counties and states across the land. The country even witnessed election officials, such a Pennsylvania’s Secretary of the Commonwealth, illegally change election law, just days before the election in a way that favored Biden, and similar and more egregious criminal acts unfolded in each swing state.

Now, the rift between President Donald Trump and Mike Pence over the election results has flared anew. Trump recently noted reasserted (on January 30th 2022) that Pence actually did have “the right to change the election results”, as he argued a thought-provoking, pertinent and valid point:

“If the Vice President had ‘absolutely no right’ to change the Presidential Election results in the Senate, despite fraud and many irregularities, how come the Democrats and RINO Republicans, like Wacky Susan Collins, are desperately trying to pass legislation that will not allow the Vice President to change the results of the election?”

On February 1st 2022, President Trump angrily exclaimed:

“So pathetic to watch the Unselect Committee of political hacks, liars, and traitors work so feverishly to alter the Electoral College Act so that a Vice President cannot ensure the honest results of the election. The Unselect Committee should be investigating why Nancy Pelosi did such a poor job of overseeing security and why Mike Pence did not send back the votes for recertification or approval, in that it has now been shown that he clearly had the right to do so!”

If you know me personally, or have followed my writing for very long, you already know that I’m not exactly a huge fan of President Trump for a good many reasons … BUT …

President Trump won eighteen of nineteen counties in the country that have historically ultimately had their election results align with the winner of the presidential election, and he won ninety-four percent of primary’s share of the votes. In contrast, Biden was soundly defeated in regions that typically reveal how well a candidate might do in the actual election, losing Iowa, Nevada and New Hampshire, while Kamala dropped out before the first vote was cast, after viewing the dismal reports on her viability and popularity as a candidate. Taken with the fact that Trump increased his vote numbers significantly from 2016 to 2020, it’s more than probable that he actually did win the election. 

‘National Election Fraud: Evidence of Chicanery During America’s 2020  Presidential Elections’ by Sam Jacobs appeared in several publications sometime after its initial release on November 13th 2020, and it detailed the massive voter fraud that had occurred. In part, he noted that 353 counties across twenty-nine states had turnout exceeding 100 percent of registered voters, with Vermont, Colorado, Alaska, Rhode Island, Maine, Maryland, Michigan and New Jersey exceeding 100 percent across the entire state. Whistleblowers were also coming forward to expose the backdating of ballots.

And the criminal election fraud schemes and chicanery story becomes even more convoluted and [JRH] Machiavellian once one delves into all the corruption surrounding the Dominion Voting Systems and Scytl, a Spanish based organization that services and oversees election results for any country willing to hire them. Much of this was brought to light in November of 2020 by Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of True the Vote, in an interview with Breitbart News Daily and was further supported by Frank Gaffney, a former assistant Secretary of Defense and founder of the Center for Security Policy. The report noted that Scytl had been used in 980 U.S. jurisdictions and twenty-eight states.

As Gaffney later noted:

“I am personally convinced that the amount of fraud is vastly greater than anything we’ve seen so far, because … we’ve seen signs of it in at least one county in Michigan, and that is the fact that we have 28 states — including 10 of the swing states — that have had their vote counts tabulated in Barcelona, Spain, on servers and computer systems.”

Why are U.S. elections being tabulated by foreigners? That’s the million dollar question.

Jacobs also observed that tens of thousands of voters marked their ballots just for Joe Biden, with no votes cast for down ballot candidates. This was a concentrated 450,000 voters in a handful of swing states, such as Georgia, where a difference of only 818 votes existed between Trump and down-ticket Senate races. And the same irregularities popped up in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin, where Biden allegedly surpassed Trump by anywhere from 42,000 to 115,000 votes, despite the down-ballot races suggesting otherwise. This reveals an incongruity and a statistical anomaly that most certainly is strong evidence of widespread fraud. 

And who can ever forget that Conservative Republican poll watchers were often outright banned from the polls in heavily Democratic Party dominated districts, or at best, barely allowed inside and made to stand many yards away in the distance?

It should be noted that Catherine Engelbrecht, a well prepared Patriot, had a well-founded suspicion of what was afoot months before the November 2020 election. In her fight to ensure the integrity of the 2020 election, she sent a Freedom of Information request to Lance Meisenheimer, Union County Clerk [IL], on August 7th 2020, asking for all election tabulations and statistics regarding election resources and materials. Needless to say, he was less than helpful and seemed to have considered her request in a manner that was simply dishonest. 

Most recently, the use of the mail-in ballots in the fraud has been highlighted in ‘2000 Mules’, a documentary film by Dinesh D’Souza. D’Souza declared:

“We tracked 2,000 mules making multiple ballot drops, leaving no fingerprints, snapping photos to get paid, a coordinated ring of illegal vote harvesting in all the key states where the election was decided.”

I mention all of this simply to highlight that at the time, there was enough real concern in many districts and states that illegal schemes and mechanisms had been utilized to steal the election, that those votes should not have been certified as “legal” or “legitimate” until a full investigation and audit had been conducted, by a team of men and women known to have the most impeccable character and integrity — studied people who would uncover the facts only, leaving the politics aside.

And finally, this brings me to the real story and the renewed uproar over whether or not Vice-President Mike Pence had the authority to “overturn the election”.

There isn’t one single person constitutionally authorized to overturn an election in the United States, and although Pence didn’t have that as an authority, he most certainly did have the duty to uphold the laws of the land, which most certainly includes states’ laws. Once it became apparent that the law had been violated to create an election environment certain to swing the election Biden’s way, just as seen in Pennsylvania, wherever any vile election fraud had been exposed, those places and their votes should have immediately been placed on hold, rather than to be sent on for certification.

Under the 12th Amendment, while it doesn’t specifically state the VP must check the legitimacy of each state’s electoral votes, it would seem only natural that this would be a part of the process. It’s purely asinine to suggest that the VP is to stand there and robotically make a straight count, whether those votes were gained legally or illegally. That the count is done publicly indicates the Founders’ intent this was to act as a check on fraud; and the VP’s responsibility of counting the votes is certainly and most assuredly inextricably intertwined with the burden of judging the legitimacy of those votes. 

To constrain the VP to only count the votes, illegal or not, in and of itself would be to act in an unconstitutional manner, since he would necessarily be rewarding criminal acts. And furthermore, Congress cannot use legislation, i.e. the Electoral Count Act, to dictate to any individual branch of government how it must execute it unique duties. 

Pence could have just as easily decided to decide between the competing slates of electors chosen by state legislators and governors, or made a final decision on the contested votes. 


If nothing else, when those illegally gained votes came before Pence to be counted on January 6th 2021, he most assuredly could have legally demanded that all the questioned votes in the seven swing states be returned to those states to be sorted out; he could have even cast them out altogether in Pennsylvania’s case, since the law had so obviously been violated. His sole job wasn’t merely to count the vote, treating the illegally gained electoral votes the same as legally cast votes.

Settling the contested 2020 election probably wouldn’t have been such a hard matter, if it hadn’t been Trump in the Oval Office, but so many from both sides of the aisle were bound and determined to remove him by hook and crook, and any way they could. The Court could have readily stepped in and settled it, just as they did in 2000 with the hanging chad controversy, but even though they were petitioned by President Donald J. Trump and his administration, which presented an abundance of facts and real evidence of criminal voter fraud, Chief Justice Roberts curled up like the coward he is, with his face in his skirts, and refused to even review the evidence, during one of the most critical times in American history, with the nation under a full blown assault from the Democratic Party Communists and their globalist allies.

Whatever the Court’s reasoning, they’ve only temporarily staved off the coming cataclysmic conflagration of civil war [Blog Editor: OR set the butterfly effect in motion to inflame a future civil conflagration], as this growing tyranny under Biden and Marx Inc forges ahead with its anti-American, anti-Founding agenda. Even though Republicans have successfully checked his illiberal moves to some degree so far, without the needed election fix ensuring the integrity of the voting results, the stage is being set to keep the Democratic Party Communists in power for the rest of this century. And civil war is preferable for many American Patriots rather than seeing their children and children’s children condemned to the cold chains of poverty and serfdom to a Socialist State.

Stewart Rhodes Chokes Back Tears At 1/6 Committee, Pleads 5th To Partisan Questions


Here is a Stewart Rhodes update that sure shows him more an FBI victim more than an FBI plant. Rhodes provides Patriot answers to the Dem-Marxist political inquisition panel known as January 6 select committee trying AGAIN to frame the legitimately elected President Trump for an insurrection among Trump Supporters. THE ACTUAL INSURRECTION was the Election Coup of fraudulent votes on 11/2/20!

BREAKING: Stewart Rhodes Chokes Back Tears At 1/6 Committee, Pleads 5th To Partisan Questions

Today Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes appeared before the partisan January 6 select committee organized by Democrat Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Rhodes agreed to appear before the committee despite currently being detained for alleged crimes related to the events of January 6, 2021.

Rhodes refused to answer almost every question offered by the committee, except for general questions that described the nature of the Oath Keepers.

The Oath Keepers founder choked back tears as he answered questions about the Oath Keepers and their history, explaining that the Oath Keepers protected minority communities in Ferguson, Missouri for two weeks during the 2014 riots in Ferguson, Missouri, recalling the Oath Keepers protecting “minority business owners” from looting.

He added that seeing illegal actions by police and National Guard in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina was “part of the reason” why Rhodes founded the Oath Keepers, “to educate military vets on how rules of war overseas apply also domestically.”

Rhodes specifically noted that the Oath Keepers regularly “call out” police officers and soldiers who use “excessive force.”

“We protest against that, I take this seriously. We have the duty to speak out against any level of government,” said Rhodes. He then used George Floyd’s death as an example, and said that convicted former police officer Derek Chauvin’s actions were an example of excessive force.

Rhodes specifically took the 5th when asked to describe his responsibilities as the leader of the Oath Keepers. However, Rhodes told the committee that there are no current dues paying Oath Keepers members because the organization lost its payment processor.

Thus, Rhodes has no way of knowing how many active Oath Keepers remain over a year after the January 6 protests.

January 6 lawyer Jon Moseley, who represents Rhodes in civil matters related to that day, told National File that this unorthodox appearance was to avoid a conflict with the partisan committee.

“There is a legal difference between not appearing at all, in disregard to the subpoena, as opposed to appearing and not being able to answer specific questions,” said Moseley.

Moseley explained that the ongoing criminal trial – Rhodes is accused of something called “seditious conspiracy” – would normally preclude his client from speaking before the committee.

“He’s going to appear to avoid the fight about supposedly disregarding the subpoena,” Moseley told National File. “But, his new criminal defense attorney, Phil Linder, will not allow him to testify with charges pending.”

As noted, Rhodes did not answer questions that could impact his ongoing criminal trial.

At one point, the committee asked Rhodes to give an example of an “unlawful order” given by 45th President Donald Trump.

Misunderstanding the question, Rhodes gave a series of examples of the previous Republican president, George W. Bush, giving orders that he considered unlawful.

When forced to take a stand against one of President Trump’s orders, Rhodes said that the 45th President’s suggestion to “take the guns first” when asked about red flag gun laws was dangerous and irresponsible.

Moseley told National File that the committee’s decision to interview Rhodes while knowing he would be unable to answer many of their questions reeked of a public relations move.

“I don’t know why they’re in a hurry to have Stewart Rhodes’ deposition when he can’t testify to anything,” said Moseley.

“It seems like they’re doing this to generate a press release.”

Rhodes was only charged after he told Moseley that he would testify for Kelly Meggs, a fellow Oath Keeper whose criminal trial is being handled by Moseley.

In fact, Moseley was on the phone with Rhodes, discussing the Oath Keepers founder’s legal issues, when the FBI raided the address.

“The committee wants President Trump’s head on a platter,” Moseley told National File. “And for some reason they think Stewart Rhodes will get them there.”

At press time, Rhodes’ appearance is still underway after three hours.

Stewart Rhodes is currently raising money for his legal defense via the Christian fundraising platform GiveSendGo.

In the fundraiser’s description, attorney Phillip Linder noted that – under Rhodes’ leadership – the Oath Keepers provided security on January 6, and regularly work with the National Guard and law enforcement:

Oath Keepers is a national organization made up primarily of first responders that volunteer their time to provide security at national events and declared disasters. They provided security during the Hurricane Harvey cleanup as well as over a dozen other declared disasters. In those situations they worked alongside the National Guard and local law enforcement agencies for each of those disasters.

In addition, they have provided security to political speakers who face real threats of violence for speaking at political events and college campuses. They were actually providing security in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021 for multiple individuals and groups scheduled to speak that day on stages around the area of the Capitol.

Rhodes is currently being held at a federal facility in Oklahoma, and attended the January 6 committee hearing via a remote video conference. He was arrested in Texas over one year after January 6, 2021.

In an earlier post/submission by Justin Smith, I had a Social Platform commenter sarcastically ask, “What is a Justin Smith?” I replied with some equal sarcasm which I won’t share. Justin may not be a widely known Patriot-author, but he should be.

Here Justin shares how the Senate Filibuster managed to survive yet another Dem-Marxist attack throwing at least a temporary monkey wrench in the Dem-Marxist power-control grab by Federalizing America’s election process to ensure continued ELECTION FRAUD on a national basis.

Biden Casts a Shadow of Tyranny Attempting to End Filibuster

I make no apologies for saying “Joe Biden is a G*d d**ned ignorant, anti-American, red, radical, bastard and a self-made son-of-a-bitch, and the bunch leading him by the nose are worse”. He and his band of merry Marxists have pushed myself and most Americans past the point of exasperation, frustration and anger with his [i.e. Chairman Joe] outlandish and continued LIES, and on this afternoon of January 11th 2022, as I heard him speak on voting rights from the Atlanta University Center Consortium on the grounds of Morehouse College in Atlanta, pounding his fist, it was just too much. He suggested he wasn’t offering hyperbole but fact, and it surely had to turn the stomachs of any Freedom-loving Conservative and Independent to hear Biden suggest that Republicans were attempting to suppress voting rights, by using the filibuster to oppose the Freedom to Vote Act, when the 2020 election stands as a hard example that the real criminals are found in the Democratic Party, who are more than willing to violate the law to steal any and all  elections.

The current Senate rules require a sixty vote majority to advance most legislation, which is a threshold that the Senate Democrats cannot meet, since the current Senate is split at an even fifty Democrats and fifty Republicans, with Kamala Harris acting as a tie breaker where applicable in some instances related to America’s economy and the U.S. budget. And rightfully so, all Republicans currently oppose Biden’s Freedom to Vote Act. 

Although Biden’s and the Marxist/Maoists’ push to end the filibuster in order to be able to successfully pass the Freedom to Vote Act and many other items on their anti-American, Communist wish list will more than likely fail, due to the intelligence of a very few more Conservative leaning Democrats, such as Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema, it is still angering that these Communists are even trying to subvert the system in so egregious a manner.

On January 11th, Senator Manchin noted:

“We need some good rule changes to make the place work better but getting rid of the filibuster doesn’t make it work better.”

It’s a curious thing to note, but as recent as March 2021, Biden still supported the filibuster, just as he had throughout his Senate career, and during the year between 2019 and 2020, the filibuster was used 328 times, by the Democratic Party that was then in the minority, setting an all-time record high for the use of the filibuster. 

During his speech, Biden declared:

“… as an institutionalist, I believe that the threat to our democracy is so grave that we must find a way to pass these voting rights bills, debate them, vote, let the majority prevail. And if that bare minimum is blocked, we have no option but to change the Senate rules, including getting rid of the filibuster for this.”

His logic fails to understand that a majority of Senators includes some from his own party, and if the current majority prevails, so too ends his attempt to end the filibuster.

Our Founding Fathers rejected the pure democracy and majority mob rule that Biden and Marx Inc currently seek, as one can clearly see through James Madison’s Federalist Paper Number 10, which is precisely why they created a Constitutional Republic that sought to ensure everybody’s Inalienable God-given Rights were protected, including any minority within America’s society. 

Biden repeatedly brought up the January 6th 2021 riot at the Capitol Building, calling it an “attempted coup” and a day when “a dagger was literally held at the throat of American democracy,” when most rational cogent-thinking Americans understand the only “attempted coup” was implemented and run by the red, radical Democratic Party Communist rat bastards from 2016 through 2021.

As he wailed about so-called “insurrectionists” during the DC riot — largely incited by weaponized anti-Trump FBI agents and FBI informants and BLM infiltrators posing as Trump supporters — that lasted less than four hours, any Conservative surely had to wonder: Has Biden’s dementia caused him to become so deluded he has totally forgotten that White Antifa Communists and nihilists, Black Lives Matter Marxists and Muslims burned entire neighborhoods and cities from 2015 to the present? Has he forgotten what Black Lives Matter did to DC in 2017, even to the point of gutting historical church landmarks? Or has he simply fully surrendered to America’s enemies from within, Her traitors worthy of a traitor’s execution?

He brought up Jim Crow and the Suffrage Movement, as though Blacks and women were still being prevented from voting, as he also invoked the name of John Lewis and the Civil Rights movement, as if Blacks were still being prevented from voting by White supremacists and the Ku Klux Klan. I guess Biden forgot the time in recent history, when the New Black Panthers tried to intimidate White voters in Philadelphia and Atlanta. 

Whatever happened to Joe Biden “the uniter”?

Today, Biden and his criminal cronies are literally holding a dagger to the throat of America’s Constitutional Republic, because they wish to totally eradicate it, so they can have complete and total power. This is the reason they urgently want all elections in their hands and the hands of a massive centralized federal government; and they seek to complete this power grab through open voting without any identification of voters, non-citizen and Illegal Aliens voting, and UNVERIFIABLE mail-in ballots that are completely different from Absentee Ballots request by the individual entitled to use them, among other things. 

And as sure as the sun rises and sets, one of the founders of Black Voters Matter, LaTosha Brown, was there the day before to demand federal legislation on the matter.

I could give a good damn what color anyone is when they vote in an election. All the votes of real Americans matter, regardless of color, just as long as they are U.S. citizens.

Anyone who currently thinks that Biden wants free, fair and honest elections are deluded and fooling themselves and anyone they try to convince of this. [Blog Editor: Just as anyone who believed Dementia Joe received over 80-million votes to beat President Trump is a deluded Sheeple.]

I’ve never liked Senator Mitch McConnell and I certainly have never trusted much of anything that comes out of his mouth, but even a broken clock is right twice a day, and Ol’ Mitch got it right when he stated:

“The president’s rant … yesterday was incoherent, incorrect and beneath his office. … repeatedly (invoking) the January 6th riot while himself using irresponsible, delegitimizing rhetoric that undermines our democracy (Constitutional Republic). (Biden) compared American states to totalitarian states … So the world saw our commander-in-chief propagandize against his own country to a degree that would have made Pravda blush.” … McConnell added … “A president shouting that 52 senators and millions of Americans are racist unless he gets whatever he wants is proving exactly why the Framers built the Senate to check his power. This whole display is the best possible argument for preserving the Senate rules that extend deliberation, force bipartisan compromise, and let cooler heads prevail.”

Ken Blackwell, Chair of the AFPI’s Center for Election Integrity and a former Secretary of State of Ohio, framed the Democrats’ bill as The Freedom to Cheat Act, as he pointedly asked:

“Does it make sense to let the federal government run our state elections?” (Further noting) “After all, this is the same incompetent federal government that botched the Afghanistan withdrawal, leaving thousands of Americans stranded. It is the same federal government that has given us gas prices 82 percent higher than last year; leaves our borders open to drug cartels, human trafficking, and child smuggling; and it admits to being caught flatfooted on dealing with COVID-19 that it does not have enough tests, is denying therapeutics to American citizens, and has seen more deaths in 2021 than in 2020.”

I take it personally whenever someone or any group tries to do anything from within any government entity that removes the tiniest bit of my Freedom and Liberty, and the Freedom to Vote Act represents one more massive attempt to grab power for the Democrats, ensure that Conservative Americans’ votes are neutralized and suppressed and a new law that will make voter fraud the new “law of the land”. If it were to somehow actually pass, Conservative government would most assuredly disappear for the rest of the century, and that is something every Freedom-loving American should take as a personal attack upon their persons, their property and their family.

“Keep the Faith” Ol’ Commie Joe says. One surely must wonder what faith he speaks of since his actions and statements are far removed from anything that even closely resembles the Christian Faith that founded America. 

Make no mistake, my fellow Conservative and Independent Americans. If Biden and the Democratic Party ever get enough support to fulfill their desire to end the filibuster, every democratic mechanism within our Republic will be eradicated, and the shadow of tyranny will reign supreme across the land. Rest assured that injustice for all opponents will be the rule of the day and America’s Republic will lie on its deathbed, as a dark rule, full of despair and chaos, overtakes the land that once was a shining beacon of Freedom and Liberty, replacing it with an evil monstrosity that will have the Founders of this land we love so well rolling over in their graves and many fine Patriots giving their very lives to stop the despots and tyrants.

If you wonder if our Judicial system is corrupt with EVERY level of Court choosing to ignore the merits of voting crimes telling Americans that voters DO NOT have standing to challenge by civil suit the OBVIOUS merits of election irregularities and crimes absolutely ignored by the Legislative and Executive (specifically the DOJ of the Executive) Branches therefore eradicating the premise of Constitutional Checks and Balances, then your wondering is genius.

The Last Refuge (aka The Conservative Treehouse)

I first wrote about the great purposeful foreboding last year.  I never thought it would apply to a second advent.  Essentially, this foreboding narrative stems from a political message promoted this year by a godless joy-sucking White House: “A winter of death” awaits the unvaccinated.  Seriously?

Seriously!  Stop for a minute. Just stop.

Stop and think about the purpose of that narrative, and then ask yourself, are you succumbing to it?

This is the day of great joy, the greatest joy of all.  A day when we celebrate a loving and purposeful blessing provided to us by our Creator.  The universal truth. The pure perfection of a loving Child born in the most ordinary fashion for us, to us, to guide and share the most blessed and purposeful message that could ever be delivered to mankind:  You are Loved.

Pause amid the human distractions.  That message of love is pure.

Stop and sit in peace, and join together in the joy.

Yes, it is true, all around us is this great sense of foreboding ugh, and it’s not just connected to a virus; it’s everything before and everything since.  Everything being created around us is weird, everything created around us is less comfortable, everything created around us is intended to project less joy – and as a consequence, it requires an intensity of thought just to carry on ordinary events.

Christmas, the day we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, is tonight and tomorrow. Yet, almost everything created around us seems purposefully placed to distract from that joy – and focus our attention on what joy we are missing. At the heart of that effort is an anxiety, a sense of foreboding. A sense of fear and worry, and a sense of trepidation.

In our daily lives, we encounter ordinary disconnects now. Masked faces are disconnecting our sense of interaction, our human connection. Unfortunately, and as a natural outcome of these challenges, we are accepting disconnect and creating a void inside ourselves. At the same time, COVID is physically disconnecting people from their families.

Many families will not gather this year to celebrate the joyous event of Christ’s birth. Many parents and grandparents will not see their adult children for the first time in years, perhaps ever.  Many destabilized families are disconnecting as they succumb to fractures, instructions, created by people who appointed themselves as leaders.

It is almost unbelievable when you contemplate the damage.   Politicians, yes P.O.L.I.T.I.C.I.A.N.S, have created terms and conditions, instructions for you and me, with the expectation that somehow we will adhere to their fiats or accept their aspersions.

I reject this.

My Faith Will Stand

I reject this effort with every fiber of my being.

Division, regardless of intent, is not a term or condition that I will accept.  However, amid all of this bombardment, flux and ugh, even simple tasks like decorating the Christmas tree feel somehow – senseless, seem less joyful.

Perhaps financial worry, again driven by the outcomes of man, stems the joy in shopping for family and friends. Perhaps the shine within the cheer is slightly dimmed, because all around us is something we cannot quite describe, yet we feel it.

Perhaps tears flow at times, and we struggle to understand what this unusual anxiety is all about. Then, we begin to struggle with the feelings of shame or guilt for being weak and allowing our humanity to pour out of our human selves. Then, at the worst possible time in the year, our faith organizations are slow to understand the importance of fellowship and community amid an upheaval that has taken our center from under our feet.

The insufferable lack of regional leaders standing tall only makes the anxiety worse.  Where are the brave?

Where are the purposeful few who know the benefit of larger messages?  I do not fault their absence, because their void reminds me to stop, look at that face I see while brushing my teeth, and remember the greatest strength of all is from within.  Nothing has the capacity to remove the strength provided by a loving God unless we allow it to; unless we allow them to.

As our grip on our familiar surroundings becomes more tenuous, we are faced with dictates and mandates that only exacerbate the issues our community faces.  Meanwhile, this ridiculous media drumbeats an incessant noise intent on  destabilizing us.  Perhaps we cannot quite put our finger on why the impact is worse now…. but it is.  This effort of theirs is more impactful.  It is all ugh. It is all just ugh.

If you find the assembly of these simple words familiar to your current sense, first understand YOU ARE NOT ALONE.  Second, understand there is nothing wrong with you. This blanket of anxiety is laying across our entire nation, indeed the entire world, and no matter where we stand – we are all sensing a various level of this ‘ugh’ with some familiarity. However, that said, it is important to know this is transitional. We will not be in this place long. This too shall pass.

How do we shake these destabilizing feelings and emotions?

How do we reconnect to the core-spirit we carry in our lives?

These are the questions we should use to leverage ourselves back to a center of peace and hope. These are the questions that empower us to recharge our sense of purpose and life within the lives of others, including our community, family and friends.

♦ The first way we shake this ‘ugh’, is to give to others without reservation. Giving with purpose is the true spirit of human contact. The giving is not related to money or wealth, the giving is related to our human purpose. Perhaps we give a smile. Perhaps we give a kind word. Perhaps we give a compliment, or perhaps we just give time to another.

You could give a more valuable gift this year to anyone simply by reaching them.  Perhaps send an email; or better yet, write a letter to a dear friend or family member, or just pick up the phone.  Reach out and tell them they matter and express why their place in this life of yours is important. Remind them of your specific thankfulness, and connect to the purpose of why we endeavor in this thing we call life.

Years from now, it is unlikely anyone will remember that thing they unwrapped.  What they will remember, what will have much greater impact, is a message from YOU to THEM that they matter, that they are loved.  That moment, perhaps those moments, provided by you, will NEVER be forgotten.  That look in your eye or sound of your voice that reached into them and emphasized their value, their worth, their importance.  That is the gift they will remember in great detail, forever.

The important thing is to give, and to do it without any other intent or purpose than to fill your own heart.

♦ Within the giving, remind yourself what this journey is all about and look around to recognize how fortunate we are to have this life. Choose to cherish the ultimate gift from a loving God who wants joy and hope to permeate our human sense.

Hope is the one necessary human element beyond all other facets of life. Give the gift of hope and light to those you love by first reminding yourself of the gift that a loving God has given us all. It is too easy in our human sense to forget the biggest gift we have been granted, the gift of life. The ability to live and choose how we engage in the lives of others.

Remind yourself of the kind of purposeful HOPE that would leave the most glorious throne to be born into a manger as a baby, only to grow into a Man willing to lay down His everything for the flawed people amid humanity.  Why?  Because that hope is pure.  That love is perfect.

No politics or false sense of security can overwhelm the message of HOPE that a loving God has provided. No effort of man or human disposition can surmount the greatest love of all. The message of Christ’s birth is bigger and greater than any virus or legislative battle.

“No power of hell, nor scheme of man” can come close to the purpose of God’s intent and love for you as a unique person qualified to receive that love.

Wrap yourself in the blanket of that unconditional love.  Stop what you are doing.

Pause in the peace of this moment… set down your troubles, LISTEN and FEEL.

Here are two cross posts highlighting the COVID Medical Tyranny enveloping the once home of the Brave and Land of the Free (apparently now the home of the illegal government compliance and land of government serfs).

The first post is admittedly largely based on a gruesome Newsom rumor mill. Apparently following a COVID booster jab Newsom has disappeared from public view. He could simply be ill. He could have had a minor side-effect that wears away with time. BUT the rumor mill is speculating Governor Gruesome has acquired a booster jab injury related to Guillain-Barre Syndrome which would be huge for anti-mRNA jab advocates if true.

The second post sifts through Comrade Biden’s Executive Order exposing just how tyrannical the order which any HONEST Court on any level should strike down as UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Yet since November 2020 have little confidence in Courts protecting the Constitution.

Newsom’s vanishing act linked to COVID shots, reports allege

Two reports have linked the days-long disappearance of California Gov. Gavin Newsom to COVID shots, and the reaction he suffered from them.

His absence had prompted considerable comments, as he last had been seen in the latter part October, then only reappeared days ago at a socialite’s wedding events.

Among other things he missed attending the huge global warming summit conference in Glasgow during that time period.

It is the Children’s Health Defense that explained a source confirmed Newsom suffered “an adverse reaction to the Moderna COVID vaccine.”

The source “asked not to be identified, but described Newsom’s symptoms as similar to those suffered by patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome.

An increase in cases of Guillain-Barre was noticed following the 1970s distribution of swine flu vaccines in America, although the Centers for Disease Control says the exact link remains unknown.

The report said, “GBS is a neurological disorder in which the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks part of its peripheral nervous system — the network of nerves located outside of the brain and spinal cord — and can range from a very mild case with brief weakness to paralysis to leaving the person unable to breathe independently.”

The governor got his COVID shot on Oct. 27, and hadn’t been seen until last weekend’s wedding festivities.

His office had issued a statement Oct. 29 said “family obligations” were keeping him too busy to keep his scheduled appearances.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the chief of the CHD, said, “if it’s true the governor has suffered debilitating neurological injuries following vaccination, it raises grave ethical questions about his seemingly dishonest efforts to conceal his injuries while implementing aggressive policies to force the children and working people of California to endure similar risks.”

Newsom has been a high-profile promoter of COVID shots, and mandates for those treatments with the experimental products.

Just weeks ago he confirmed school children in the state must take the shots when they get approval from federal regulators.

The report noted the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System shows between Dec. 14, 2020, and Oct. 29, 2021, there were 705 reports of GBS following COVID vaccines, with 41% of cases attributed to Pfizer, 31% to Moderna and 28% to J&J.”

The Daily Mail also confirmed that Newsom got a “double jab” of COVID booster and flu shot, and that “made him sick enough” to cancel his global warming conference appearance.

It’s report, citing sources, said the governor had “muscle weakness and fatigue.”

The report noted Daniel Lopez, the governor’s press secretary, claimed Newsom had “no adverse reaction to his booster shot.”

The disappearance of the governor for 12 days prompted speculation about his condition and status, triggering his wife, Jennifer Newsom, to go to social media to attack “haters without a life” who were raising questions.

President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for private employers often is described as requiring employees of large companies either to be vaccinated or be tested weekly.

But when you dig into the details, the mandate is far more invasive than that.

Nonvaccinated employees must wear masks, even if they are being tested weekly. Employers must maintain records of employees’ vaccination status.

Employees who lie to their employers about their vaccination status could face up to five years imprisonment, while employers who do not comply with the mandate face fines of $13,653 per violation.

The Biden administration is trying to make noncompliance with the federal government’s legally dubious vaccine mandate a dangerous proposition for employers and employees.

“We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin,” Biden said in a Sept. 9 speech in which he announced the coming vaccine mandate.

The Labor Department then issued an emergency rule that requires businesses and other organizations with 100 or more employees to get a shot of the COVID-19 vaccine. The mandate is intended to supersede state laws.

The rule, set to go into effect Jan. 4., authorizes the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, an agency within the Labor Department, to enforce the vaccine mandate.

Unsurprisingly, states and employers are challenging the mandate in court. Legal scholars are raising serious constitutional questions about whether OSHA has the power to enforce such a measure.

Businesses, nonprofits, and 27 states already have launched lawsuits to stop implementation of the mandate. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued an order to halt the vaccine mandate, citing “grave statutory and constitutional issues.”

But what’s going to happen Jan. 4 if Biden’s vaccine mandate goes into effect?

Here are some ways that the mandate could be enforced if it isn’t blocked by courts or otherwise stopped.

1. Employees who don’t comply must be masked and tested weekly.

The vaccine mandate allows for some employees to choose not to vaccinate. However, the mandate has strict requirements for those who opt out.

First, unvaccinated employees must wear face masks while indoors or in a vehicle with another person, “except in certain limited circumstances.”

But the mandate requires more than just masking.

Employees who are not “fully vaccinated” must be tested for COVID-19 on a weekly basis.

What counts as fully vaccinated?

A fact sheet from the White House says:

All covered employers must ensure that their employees have received the necessary shots to be fully vaccinated—either two doses of Pfizer or Moderna, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson—by Jan. 4. After that, all covered employers must ensure that any employees who have not received the necessary shots begin producing a verified negative test to their employer on at least a weekly basis.

The mandate does not make an exception for those who already have had COVID-19 and developed natural immunity. The vaccine requirement will apply to them too.

2. Only specific tests fulfill the mandate’s requirements.

Not all COVID-19 tests fulfill the requirement for the weekly testing of unvaccinated employees.

According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s “frequently asked questions” guide to the mandate, the test must be “cleared, approved, or authorized, including in an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.”

The test also must not be “both self-administered and self-read unless observed by the employer or an authorized telehealth proctor.”

The mandate requires that employees use antigen tests, not antibody tests. That is, the test must detect whether a person is currently infected with COVID-19, not whether the person had it at some point and now has antibodies.

A test that meets the mandate’s compliance standards either must be processed in a laboratory, “a proctored test that is supervised by an authorized telehealth provider,” or a test conducted by the employer itself.

3. Unvaccinated minors are subject to the same requirements.

The vaccine mandate applies to employees who are minors too. This is so despite some evidence that a vaccine may lead to myocarditis, a heart condition, in a higher proportion of teens and young adults.

For minors who are unvaccinated, the same standards of testing and masking apply as with other employees.

4. Employers must track employees’ status and enforce compliance.

Biden’s vaccine mandate requires employers to track who gets vaccinated and how.

According to an OSHA fact sheet, employers must “determine the vaccination status of each employee, obtain acceptable proof of vaccination from vaccinated employees, maintain records of each employee’s vaccination status, and maintain a roster of each employee’s vaccination status.”

In addition, the mandate requires employers to record COVID-19 test results for unvaccinated employees.

Given the limited nature of OSHA—which has a relatively small number of inspectors given the scope of compliance demands—the agency essentially will rely on whistleblowers.

“For the private employer rules, OSHA has an estimated 800 safety and compliance inspectors to cover more than 100,000 companies covered by the mandate,” Reuters reported. “The agency likely will rely on whistleblowers concerned about unvaccinated co-workers or that unvaccinated people are not being tested as required, said James Hermon, a labor and employment expert with the firm Dykema Gossett.”

5. Failure to comply could lead to big fines.

Compliance enforcement is where Biden’s vaccine mandate is at its most draconian.

Businesses that fail to comply with the mandate could be subject to hefty fines. And these wouldn’t just be blanket fines for noncompliance.

Instead, the mandate includes significant fines per violation.

The “normal” penalty is $13,653 per violation. But this applies to violations of the mandate such as not providing paid leave for employees to get a COVID-19 shot.

For willful noncompliance, companies face a maximum penalty of $136,532 per violation, or 10 times larger.

The nature and dollar amount of these fines is left to the discretion of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

This means that the penalties imposed could be lower than the highest amount. It also could mean that fines could be applied to each individual employee who fails to comply with the mandate.

“They [OSHA] can theoretically issue a $13,653 citation times 150 for each employee there,” Jordan Barab, former deputy assistant secretary of OSHA, said in an interview with McClatchy News. “There are ways for OSHA to issue larger penalties in certain egregious but generally rare situations.”

The fines could end up being a whole lot worse if Democrats in Congress get their way.

Biden’s “Build Back Better” social spending plan, a $1.75 trillion package under consideration in the House, would bump up the fines to $70,000 for “serious violations” and $700,000 for willful violations.

The current version of the spending bill also would give OSHA $707 million to enforce the mandate, Fox News reported.

6. Falsifying vaccination status could mean fines and imprisonment.  

Individual employees who falsify statements to their employers about their vaccination status also face harsh, criminal penalties.

In fact, the penalty could end up being jail time behind bars. 

OSHA’s website lays out what could happen:

Whoever knowingly makes any false statement, representation, or certification in any application, record, report, plan, or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $10,000, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both.

Joe Biden and his tyrannical regime are attempting to force all America to take a Covid vaccine that has been proven ineffective, as they moved to make it official on November 4th 2021, when Biden announced that the Occupational and Safety Health Administration would in fact demand all companies with 100 or more employees must require them to take the vaccine and still submit to wearing a mask and weekly testing or be fired from their job. Essentially Biden is creating a new segregated caste system based on an individual’s willingness to relinquish control of one’s own body to the government and abandon one’s right to choose one’s own medical treatment via consent, as he encourages the abuse of the unvaccinated by government and those who submit through his mockery of Free Will and Freedom itself.

Not the first rational, honorable and righteous American, whether a Government Worker or John Q Public, should be waiting for Biden or Fauci, a reprehensible puppy killer, to change or be dissuaded from the current path towards tyranny, and neither should anyone ignore our power of choice, to simply say “NO” and refuse to comply with Illegal Orders being implemented under the color of law.

Everyone who loves their families, America and the Principles and Virtues of Freedom and Liberty should be demanding this tyrannical mess be ended immediately, and ask for an answer to the following question:

Why do vaccinated Americans need to be protected from the unvaccinated by forcing the unvaccinated people to receive a “vaccination” that has not really worked and didn’t protect anyone or prevent anyone from getting the Covid virus in the first place?

And why should any unvaccinated person be denied their right to work or access to other public spaces, when the Director of the CDC has acknowledged that the Covid “vaccine” cannot prevent anyone from contracting it or spreading it? And by this fact, why are the vaccinated granted privilege above the unvaccinated?

The answer is pretty damned simple, and it’s the same as I have stated so often in previous articles. It’s all focused on controlling the entire population of the United States and the world, as we see other previously Free World nations, like France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia utilizing similar tactics through the same policies and Freedom and Liberty rapidly being suppressed globally.

If this Covid vaccine mandate is eventually cast aside by the Supreme Court, no one should be surprised to see Biden ignore any such ruling and carry on tyranny as usual, much in the same manner as Lincoln chose to suspend habeas corpus despite a Supreme Court ruling that found him to be in violation of the Constitution.

As a country, when we pay attention to Biden’s angry rantings, he quite often encourages all of America’s vaccinated people to castigate, blame and direct a hot hatred towards anyone who has made an informed choice to refuse vaccination. And unfortunately, far too many Americans are willing to sell their soul to the devil and this movement focused on instituting a global Marxist system of governance and making America subservient to it; state governors, federal bureaucrats, mayors, other appointed officials, as well as some in the judiciary, and even a large portion of the private sector are acting to ensure this tyranny continues. How often have we heard people in public service positions in America offer the same lame, inexcusable justification the world heard repeatedly at the trials of those Nazi genocidal monsters at Nuremberg, Germany? “I was only following orders.”

Although companies will face steep fines as high as fourteen thousand dollars for ignoring this mandate that goes into effect on January 4th 2022, if they have any love for America and their own personal Freedoms and Liberties, that’s precisely what companies’ CEOs and every Liberty-loving individual must do. They must reject the illegal and unconstitutional Covid vaccine mandate out of hand and tell Biden and his regime to go pound sand and stick their mandate squarely in their ass, regardless of whether or not numerous current lawsuits by individuals, states and corporations or the stay from the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals [Blog Editor: If you do not have WSJ subscription, I cross posted The Epoch Times on 5th Circuit Appellate panel stay HERE] eventually serve to completely halt the mandate [Blog Editor: At this point Justin shares a link to a tweet by the Pelican Institute who petitioned the 5th Circuit Appellate Court. Too many Americans are already being drastically and severely affected by Biden’s Covid vaccine policy, since many companies have already started implementing the policy, despite the fact that a fairly large number of people firmly oppose the mandate and are refusing to comply, because they are taking a stand for Freedom in opposition to medical tyranny and not from any “ant-vaccine” position. But to be clear, in this case, as many already understand, there are hundreds of great reasons to reject the Covid vaccine on the grounds of its highly questionable safety, with a certainty that we will see long term detrimental effects from accepting this toxic mess into our body, as Biden and Fauci reject and suppress the fact that natural immunity is twenty-seven times more effective than the vaccine.

Curiously and quite telling, the number of exceptions to the new ILLEGAL OSHA “rule” do not include those people who have already had the Covid infection and are already resistant or immune to catching it again. This intentional and conscious act of dismissing already proven science is one good point for questioning the necessity of this mandate and the intrusive federal overreach of power it represents. 

However, the Biden regime is less concerned with actual science than it is with the total control of America and a political hegemony under a new one party system led by the Democratic Party Communists. Once they discovered they could predict vaccination rates by party affiliation, the die was cast, and they’ve used the pandemic as a political weapon to target their opposition to drive home the point that they are in charge; and, this can only breed more contempt, resentment and anger from freedom-minded Americans, as our situation becomes worse and more dire over the months ahead.

Even worse, buried in the thousands of pages of text is a request for public comment on the potential expansion of this mandate to all U.S businesses of any size. This should be a real eye-opener for all America.

As an important aside, it isn’t any wonder that so many Americans question the safety of the Covid medical treatment — “vaccine” — that was created in a year, when most vaccines undergo years of thorough and proper testing, and we now see that many thousands of the vaccinated have died or been severely harmed and debilitated by the vaccine’s side-effects. And this is just in the short term; we still have no idea what the long term consequences of receiving this Covid medical treatment, that is already requiring multiple boosters, as Fauci and the CDC now move to inject the youngest of our children. 

More than this, we have seen so many criminal acts committed by Big Pharma and the FDA over the years, highlighted in the following three examples, that a person would have to be mentally deficient to not question the so-called “Covid vaccine”:

In 2009, Pfizer paid $2.3 billion in fines after pleading guilty to “misbranding with the intent to defraud or mislead” and paying “kickbacks to health care providers to induce them to prescribe [their] drugs”, and in 2013, Johnson & Johnson pled guilty to those same charges and paid $2.2 billion in fines.

Moderna was placed in charge of Operation Warp Speed, despite never having developed an approved drug [JRH – or if no WSJ subscription HERE], which certainly must make one wonder that they have received approximately six billion dollars from the U.S. government since the pandemic was declared. 

Let’s also point out that in 2005, the drug Crestor, made by AstraZeneca, was proven to be linked to life-threatening muscle disease, and AstraZeneca withheld evidence of this and over twenty other side-effects from the public. 

On October 29th 2021, Jenny Lane Weeks, a nurse at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN made the following statement in a post on Facebook [Blog Editor: Amazingly FB has allowed the post to remain but has slapped one of their ludicrous fact checking clouds to the post]:

Prior to this, on September 22nd , my own daughter, Kelli Mullen, a nurse in Hendersonville, Tennessee simply gave a short explanation on the one line of the form she was given to acknowledge that she had been informed of the new Covid vaccine mandate and was refusing to take it. She stated:

“I have a healthy immune system, I’ve had Covid, I can still get Covid, (and if I get) vaccinated, companies aren’t liable for side effects of (the) vaccine. It’s my personal choice.”

Over the past twenty-one months, essential workers from the ranks of the U.S. Armed Forces, fire and police departments and hospitals and other medical facilities and nursing homes have been in the thick of this fight, serving and protecting America and their communities. And yet, now at a critical time when our supply chain is being broken and nearly ten million jobs are open throughout America, Biden and his criminal cronies want to fire even more workers, as they target Americans for punishment who have understandable concerns about the Covid vaccine and who no longer trust a government and the CDC associated medical ruling class that has previously been caught in numerous outright lies and cover-ups since last year. 

It’s recognized and acknowledged that a fairly large majority of the population has already taken the vaccine, since everyone who saw no harm in it took it long ago at the onset of the Covid outbreak. Those left are those who are willing to be fired rather than accept some toxic Frankenstein brew into their bodies, and they are willing to transition into other fields of a more entrepreneurial nature, self-employed, or with companies who hold similar beliefs and objections to the vaccine and companies with less than 100 employees, in order to stymie the Biden regime and continue to live free to follow their own conscience.

Getting vaccinated is a choice that should be made between a person and their doctor, and not one American should be coerced or forced by Joe Biden to get vaccinated by being threatened with the loss of their job, and vaccinated or otherwise, the medicine we ingest or inject, our health records, and the choices we make regarding our own bodies, are not anyone’s business. And if we still lived in a free society, the federal government would be respecting our individual right to keep all of this private.

Forced to fight once again to physically secure rights that were long thought already secure and sealed on paper and in U.S. code, Americans find themselves in a very real war for the survival of traditional America against forces that are diametrically opposed to every principle the nation was built upon. We are in a war to secure and preserve the rights already won in 1776, as they pertain to individual Liberty, and to stop an out-of-control authoritarian Marxist-Maoist regime from relegating our rights to privileges for them to dispense at their discretion. It’s a war for the rights of citizens and against an ever increasing tyranny that seeks to reduce us all to subjects; and most important of all, it’s about whether You or the state owns Your body. 

That we’re even broaching the subject shows how far into the realms of the surreal and a dystopian world America has already fallen. 

Do not hide behind cowardly words, like “I had no choice”, but gather your courage to resist all intimidations and do what is right, in the face of the Biden regime’s absurd and oppressive rules and their Communist propaganda, and gather your moral strength to refuse to comply with orders to fire the unvaccinated. Refuse to allow Biden to segregate us into a new age caste system of the vaccinated and unvaccinated, as you show him your ire and scorn, and do not wait so late to act that historians may write books about how you supported tyranny over human rights, for this is surely a self-defining moment for us all. And no one should want to abdicate their personal responsibility on this matter, with the cost so high.

Fight with every tool at your disposal, and I do mean EVERY tool, and refuse to submit, obey or comply with anything and anyone who stands between your Freedom and Liberty, the Freedom and Liberty of America’s families. Fight with all your being and all your might so that you and your family may live free again in the tomorrows to come and future generations too will know freedom.

Federal Court Blocks Biden Administration’s Private Business COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

A federal appeals court on Saturday blocked the Biden administration’s private employer COVID-19 vaccine mandate, asserting there may be constitutional issues with the requirement.

“Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate, the mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court,” a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said in the brief order.

The halt of the mandate, which was unveiled this week, is temporary as the case moves forward.

The case was brought by multiple businesses, including the American Family Association; multiple individuals; and several states, including Texas, Utah, and Mississippi.

Petitioners said the mandate, promulgated as an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) by the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), should be struck down because it exceeds OSHA’s authority under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

They said that the authority is limited to workplace-related hazards while the risk from COVID-19 is “a society-wide danger.” They also said the mandate doesn’t make sense because determining whether COVID-19 is a workplace hazard depends on employees’ age and health, not how many co-workers they have.

“In an attempt to impose a nationwide vaccination mandate without approval from Congress, the executive branch has couched its COVID-19 vaccine mandate as an emergency workplace rule affecting nearly 100 million Americans. But the ETS is neither a workplace rule nor responsive to an emergency,” lawyers for the petitioners wrote in an emergency motion asking the court to impose a stay.

“Vaccination status is a public health issue that affects people throughout society; it is not a hazard particular to the workplace. And there is no need to use an emergency rule to address a pandemic that has been going on for nearly two years. Congress did not grant OSHA such sweeping powers in its authorizing statute,” they added.

Administration officials have in recent days said they’re confident the OSHA rule will withstand the flurry of legal challenges that were lodged after it was made public.

Solicitor of Labor Seema Nanda told The Epoch Times in an emailed statement that the administration is prepared to defend the mandate in court.

“The U.S. Department of Labor is confident in its legal authority to issue the emergency temporary standard on vaccination and testing. The Occupational Safety and Health Act explicitly gives OSHA the authority to act quickly in an emergency where the agency finds that workers are subjected to a grave danger and a new standard is necessary to protect them,” she said.

Brandon Trosclair, a petitioner who employs nearly 500 people across grocery stores in Louisiana and Mississippi, said in a statement that the ruling is “an incredible first victory for all Americans,” adding that the appeals court “quickly realized that the Biden employer vaccine mandate would cause great harm to businesses like mine.”

“The court’s action not only halts Biden from moving forward with his unlawful overreach, but it also commands the judicious review we sought. The president will not impose medical procedures on the American people without the checks and balances afforded by the Constitution,” added Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, a Republican and one of the petitioners.

The appeals court panel consisted of Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan, a Trump nominee; Judge Edith Jones, a Reagan nominee; and Judge Kurt Engelhardt, a George W. Bush nominee.

The Biden administration was ordered to file a response to the petitioners’ motion for a permanent injunction by 5 p.m. on Monday and file a reply to other petitioner court documents by 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
