Ex-US Attorney: Obama CIA Chief Led Operation To Frame Trump

The Trump campaign/Russian collusion narrative — which led to special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation — has been steadily unraveling in recent weeks.

 

Despite a year long investigation into allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 election, “no credible evidence” of collusion with the Trump campaign has been found, and the “evidence” and intelligence that has been offered up appears to be false and manufactured.

 

Former U.S. Attorney Joe DiGenova spoke about that and other recent developments during an appearance on Fox News with Laura Ingraham on Tuesday night, and cast the blame on the operation, which he viewed as a set up to frame President Donald Trump, on former Obama administration CIA Director John Brennan.

 

“It was abundantly clear that there was no legitimate basis even for a counter intelligence investigation, let alone a criminal investigation,” DiGenova said.

 

“It is quite obvious that John Brennan was at the head of the group of people who were going to create a counter intelligence investigation against Trump by creating false information that was going to be fed through Carter Page, and fed through George Papadopoulos so that it would be picked up, reported back to Washington and provide the basis for a counter, a fake, counter intelligence investigation,” he continued.

 

“And it was all Brennan’s doing,” DiGenova stated emphatically.

 

“And that is why the Justice Department is viciously fighting revealing everything they can about the source in London, who everybody knows the identity of.”

 

Ingraham asked the former U.S. attorney to further explain recent reports about an unnamed “source” in London who allegedly provided information that was used as a basis for the FBI investigation into the Trump campaign.

 

“The source in London was another person who was feeding false information to George Papadopoulos and others about collusion which did not exist,” DiGenova replied.

 

Another guest on the program, former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, spoke about another aspect of the creation of the Trump/Russia collusion narrative and the anti-Trump dossier compiled by former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele on behalf of Democrat-funded political opposition research firm Fusion GPS.

 

She noted how the FBI had granted access to a handful of private contractors, likely to include Fusion GPS, to sift through raw intelligence gathered under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. This was then passed on to Steele and others and recycled back to the U.S. intelligence community with a false air of legitimacy to help form the narrative used as the basis for the investigation into Trump.

 

DiGenova picked up on what Powell had mentioned and pointed out that there had been two opinions issued by the FISA court in opposition to that illegal practice of allowing private contractors access to the sensitive raw intelligence data.

 

“All of that was designed for the unmasking and the leaking of the names, and that was all done by private contractors,” DiGenova said. “The FISA court objected to it and it never stopped.”

 

The supposition that Brennan was the ringleader of an attempt to “frame” Trump is little more than DiGenova’s opinion, informed however well it might be by experience and information obtained through public and private sources.

 

That said, it increasingly appears as though the entire Trump/Russia collusion narrative was indeed created wholly out of false, manufactured or misconstrued information in order to provide justification for the investigation that was likely intended to prevent Trump from winning the election, or at least hamstring his agenda and lead to his impeachment once he took office.

 

On top of that, Brennan has made it blatantly obvious that he loathes Trump, so it isn’t too much of a stretch to think he may have used the powerful intelligence tools at his disposal in order to “frame” an innocent man and destroy him politically. Hopefully we will find out the truth soon when the DOJ inspector general’s report is released.

Trump: Obama FBI Spied on Campaign, ‘Bigger Than Watergate’

One paragraph from a recent New York Times article has sparked indignant reactions from President Donald Trump and a number of his political allies.

 

According to Fox News, the revelation that “at least one government informant met several times” with two advisers during the 2016 presidential cycle led to speculation that the FBI was conducting espionage within the Trump campaign.

 

The Times report indicated the informant met with both Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, prompting Trump and others to speculate about the extent of the operation within the Trump campaign.

 

In a tweet on the topic Thursday morning, the president cited National Review columnist Andrew McCarthy’s assessment of the new details.

 

 

“Wow, word seems to be coming out that the Obama FBI ‘SPIED ON THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN WITH AN EMBEDDED INFORMANT,’” Trump wrote. “Andrew McCarthy says, ‘There’s probably no doubt that they had at least one confidential informant in the campaign.’”

 

He claimed the allegation, if true, would be a conspiracy “bigger than Watergate!”

 

That tweet came one year after the appointment of Department of Justice special counsel Robert Mueller, who has gone on to secure indictments against some of the figures involved in the investigation. Trump marked the anniversary by attacking those in charge of the probe.

 

 

In one tweet, he once again called the investigation a “Witch Hunt,” this time adding “disgusting” and “illegal” to his description.

 

Trump went on to claim that despite the DOJ probe, he has had “the most successful first 17 month Administration in U.S. history – by far!”

 

Former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, who was added to the president’s legal team last month, weighed in on the latest news by discusing [sic] a scenario in which former FBI Director James Comey should face criminal prosecution.

 

He appeared on “Fox & Friends” on Thursday to decry the behavior outlined in The Times article.

 

“That would be the biggest scandal in the history of this town, at least involving law enforcement,” Giuliani said.

 

According to The Times report, however, the FBI had been investigating Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton for some time regarding her email server controversy prior to dedicating any resources to Trump’s team. When the assignment came late in the election season, officials were reportedly specifically tasked with investigating four campaign associates: Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, and the aforementioned Page and Papadopoulos.

 

Regardless of the extent of the investigation, Giuliani expressed confidence that the FBI did not gather any evidence against the Trump campaign.

 

“If there’s a spy, they got nothing from it,” he said.

 

Nevertheless, Giuliani suggested Comey “should be prosecuted” if he ordered the investigation.

Robert Mueller’s office begrudgingly gave Judge T.S. Ellis the unredacted Rosenstein memo detailing the Special Counsel’s scope in a sealed court filing Thursday.

Reuters reported:

 

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office notified a federal court in Virginia on Thursday it had filed under seal an unredacted memorandum that is expected to shed light on the scope of his wide-ranging probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

 

Judge T.S. Ellis lost his temper a couple weeks ago in a Manafort hearing and accused Mueller’s prosecutors of using the case against Trump’s former campaign chairman to oust the President from office.

 

The Reagan-appointed judge also ordered the government to hand over the unredacted Rosenstein memo.

 

The Judge told Mueller’s prosecutors, “We don’t want anyone with unfettered power.”

 

Mueller’s prosecutors argued they have certain authorities given to them which were laid out in Rosenstein’s August 2017 memo.

 

Judge Ellis scoffed at Mueller’s prosecutors who argued the memo has to be kept a secret because of ongoing investigations and ordered the unredacted memo to be released within a two week time frame.

 

And here we are; Judge Ellis now has the unredacted memo.

The Department of Justice’s Inspector General has released a report which indicated that the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the DOJ both broke the law during the probe into Hillary Clinton’s illegal email server.

 

The report was kept private, but The Wall Street Journal reported:

 

Those invited to review the report were told they would have to sign nondisclosure agreements in order to read it, people familiar with the matter said. They are expected to have a few days to craft a response to any criticism in the report, which will then be incorporated in the final version to be released in coming weeks.

 

However, Former D.C. bureau chief for Investor’s Business Daily, Hoover Institution media fellow, and author of several books, including bestseller INFILTRATION, Paul Sperry, tweeted out that the IG is turning over a referral to the DOJ for possible criminal charges in the matter.

 

“IG Horowitz has found “reasonable grounds” for believing there has been a violation of federal criminal law in the FBI/DOJ’s handling of the Clinton investigation/s and has referred his findings of potential criminal misconduct to Huber for possible criminal prosecution,” he tweeted.

 

 

Sperry continued, “Comey/Yates targeted Gen. Flynn in C.I. investigation a yr BEFORE he communicated w Russian ambassador in Dec 2016 as a transition official–and the trigger was Flynn sitting at same table w Putin at Dec 2015 Moscow event, even tho Green Party’s Jill Stein also at table.”

 

 

“As the IG prepares to release his next report, Sally Yates is suddenly animated & agitated. She is tweet-storming against Trump, giving speeches bashing Trump, and spinning her role in the investigations in the New York Times. Yates appears worried about something ahead of report,” Sperry added.

 

 

Tyler Durden goes into detail over at Zero Hedge on recapping what all has taken place and what is expected to take place as a result of the report.  He believes that this is the foundation for appointing a Special Counsel.

 

He writes:

 

Once congress has reviewed the OIG report, the House and Senate Judiciary Committees will use it to supplement their investigations, which will result in hearings with the end goal of requesting or demanding a Special Counsel investigation. The DOJ can appoint a Special Counsel at any point, or wait for Congress to demand one. If a request for a Special Counsel is ignored, Congress can pass legislation to force an the appointment.

 

And while the DOJ could act on the OIG report and investigate / prosecute themselves without a Special Counsel, it is highly unlikely that Congress would stand for that given the subjects of the investigation.

 

After the report’s completion, the DOJ will weigh in on it. Their comments are key. As TrumpSoldier points out in his analysis, the DOJ can take various actions regarding “Policy, personnel, procedures, and re-opening of investigations. In short, just about everything (Immunity agreements can also be rescinded).”

With the wheels set in motion last week seemingly align with Congressional requests and the OIG mandate, and the upcoming OIG report likely to serve as a foundational opinion, the DOJ will finally be empowered to move forward with an impartially appointed Special Counsel.

 

 

The question now though is, will we ever see any justice in the matter concerning Hillary Clinton’s crimes?  It’s one thing to deal with criminal activity in the DOJ and the FBI, even though it’s like the fox guarding the henhouse.  It’s another to actually deal with a woman, who we know because of the evidence we’ve seen and the laws we have, who knowingly broke the law.

WSJ Reporter: We’ve Confirmed the Worst – US Intel Truly Was Spying on Trump Camp

A Wednesday piece by The New York Times which details the FBI’s investigation into Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign may have revealed more than intended, at least if a Wall Street Journal reporter who has covered the surveillance previously is correct.

 

The Journal’s Kimberley Strassel has written about the investigation in the past. In a piece last week, she posited that the FBI may have used a mole in the Trump campaign, particularly given the Department of Justice’s reluctance to turn over information about the informant to congressional investigators.

 

The Times piece revealed more details about the Trump campaign surveillance operation — called “Crossfire Hurricane” in reference to the Rolling Stones song “Jumpin’ Jack Flash” — and just how extensive it was.

 

While the tenor of the article, which was written by Matt Apuzzo, Adam Goldman and Nicholas Fandos, is overwhelmingly favorable to the FBI and dismisses any claims that the surveillance was politically motivated, (“I never saw anything that resembled a witch hunt or suggested that the bureau’s approach to the investigation was politically driven,” one DOJ official is quoted as saying) there were a few things buried deep in there that specifically caught Strassel’s attention.

 

In a tweetstorm Wednesday evening, Strassel noted key problems in The Times’ narrative, particularly when the story appeared and significant facts that they glossed over.

 

Strassel first argued that the article was a calculated leak of sorts in an effort to get out ahead of House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes and the information that he’s gathering and releasing regarding the FBI’s sources on the Trump investigation.

 

 

However, she says it proves what Trump was claiming all along: namely, that his campaign was being spied upon.

 

 

The story briefly mentions that “one government informant met several times with Mr. Page and Mr. Papadopoulos, current and former officials said. That has become a politically contentious point, with Mr. Trump’s allies questioning whether the FBI was spying on the Trump campaign or trying to entrap campaign officials.”

 

However, if that informant met several times with two low-level Trump campaign officials, one wonders just what his role — if any — in the Trump campaign might have been. It seems somewhat unlikely that a random individual outside the campaign would have had the opportunity to meet with both George Papadopoulos and Carter Page without some suspicion being aroused if the informant didn’t have extremely close ties to the campaign.

 

 

 

Strassel then noted the fact that if the FBI is willing to leak information that makes them look good to media sources, they shouldn’t have any problem complying with the subpoena that the House Intelligence Committee issued.

 

She also pointed out that the FBI had claimed the dossier had little to no influence on the investigation.

 

 

 

 

Sally Yates, for those of you with short memories, was the deputy attorney general under former President Barack Obama.

 

Strassel closed with a shot at the DOJ and James Comey.

 

 

This is arguably the biggest story in quite some time. We already knew that intelligence had been weaponized by Obama-era apparatchiks to get a FISA court to agree to surveillance and that the Trump dossier had been prepared using money from the Clinton campaign. However, we’re beginning to realize it went deeper than that — and it could have included a mole in the Trump campaign itself.

 

If it did, we need to know. No more of this drip-drip-drip of information specifically designed as a limited hangout. It’s time that the American people are appraised, once and for all, just how far the Obama administration went in using the apparatus of the federal government to infiltrate the campaign of their political adversary.

Release FISA Memo to American Public

As of the moment I’m typing this, Schumer and Pelosi have been leading the Dems in a government shutdown in extortion for absolute amnesty for Illegal Aliens while giving ZERO that the Republican majority has electorally promised.

 

I see this as deflection for two things the Dems fear:

 

1. The Dem promised Armageddon over Trump tax-cuts NEVER came; indeed, a booming economy has arisen in the stock market and for middle class employees pay raises and/or bonuses have mushroomed to benefit family living.

 

2. The worst Dem fear is news that will undoubtedly affect the 2018 mid-term election to the benefit of the GOP. The basis of Dem fear is a 4-page mem exposing criminal corruption by FBI/DOJ Dem-favoring agents planning a fake evidence against President Trump.

In the first instance, even after lying Dem propaganda, the evidence economic prosperity is too huge for the MSM to cover-up from the public.

 

In the second instance, the lying Dem propaganda machine is being fired up to discredit the 4-page FISA Memo as either distorted or based on mitigating other evidence making to the Memo much too difficult for the stupid public (Dem thinking – NOT GOP!) to comprehend correctly.

 

ERGO, if you are stupid join the Dems in preventing the public from knowing how corrupt the American Left has made agencies created to keep harm from the public. Tick..Tock..Tick..Tock. America, are you ready for a great shock?? No. It’s not about the expected Schumer Shutdown. I speak of the FISA Memo that will in short time be released to the public who have a right to know. It’s called transparency. Those on the Intel Committee who have read are shocked by the abuse of power that they did see. No one in the TYRANT’S regime ever thought that this four page document would ever see the light of day. Apparently those who were part of this criminal conspiracy never heard that CRIME DOES NOT PAY.

 

In the criminal syndicate that is run by Bill and Dastardly Hillary they always seem to get away with any and all accountability. This time it will be a tad different. They and those in the FBI will not get away free. You can comprise your list of those who will be tainted. Never since the days of Watergate has there been a scandal like this. We are told that the scope of this is far and wide. Before long we will have a picture before us that is fully painted. It is said that assumptions should not be made for when you do it can lead to trouble. In the DEEP STATE everyone thought Hillary would surely win. That was the prevailing view in the environs that is the DC bubble.

 

In a Clinton Presidency everything would have been hidden. But she didn’t win and now a whole of disgusting characters can very well wind up in prison. How ironic it is to find that everyone who boasted about their being not a whiff of scandal in the previous regime will now see exposed one that shows the scope of criminality heretofore never seen. You and I are certainly not surprised to find the eight years of Trump’s predecessor was far from clean and pristine.

 

It is unfathomable to think that in the days ahead as more and more details are released that this story can be ignored. I am confident that justice will be done. A lack of it we, as a country, can ill afford. My only concern is this Attorney General That we have in place is so weak and hesitant. If he dares to be intimidated by the Democrats from pursuing these alleged criminals we would all find it utterly abhorrent. Can we trust his assistant AG. I certainly doubt he can be trusted. One more thing. If this Mueller Investigation is not ended post haste you will have an America in a fit of rage and thoroughly disgusted!!

On Saturday Rep. Dave Joyce announced Saturday that the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSIC) had launched the process to release the explosive FBI-FISA-Russia classified memo.

 

 

 

The 4 page memo contains evidence that the Obama administration used FISA warrants to spy on both the Trump campaign and transition team — charges Obama officials have long denied.

 

On Sunday morning investigative reporter Sara Carter told FOX and Friends Weekend that the memo could be released to the public this week.

This vote will be made for the public… They’re sure it’s going to pass because Republicans are going to pass on the party line to make this available to the public. And what I’m being told from my sources he will declassify that memo for the public. They’re actually hoping the memo gets declassified very soon, the latest I’ve heard is the end of the month but the soonest could be anytime this week.

Interestingly enough, they’ve made common cause once again with Russian bots because Russian bots are pushing their narrative out there. It’s in a redux of the campaign. We have Assange and Wikileaks and Russian trolls and bots saying, you know, hash tag whatever the GOP narrative is. That ought to tell you a lot about what’s driving this. And that is –”

 

CABRERA: “Why not allow peel to look at it and let Americans make the decision for themselves about whether it’s useful information or not?”

 

SCHIFF: “Well, because the American people unfortunately don’t have the underlying materials and therefore they can’t see how distorted and misleading this document is.The Republicans are not saying make the underlying materials available to the public. They just want to make this spin available to the public. I think that spin, which is a attack on the FBI, is just designed to attack the FBI and Bob Mueller to circle the wagons for the White House. And that’s a terrible disservice to the people, hard working people at the bureau, but more than that, it’s a disservice to the country.”

 

In other words, Schiff believes Americans are too stupid to understand the memo.

 

As The Gateway Pundit‘s Cristina Laila reported, Schiff is in full blown panic mode as release of the memo looms. The Democrat lawmaker is fiercely working to block Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes from exposing “shocking” FISA abuses that took place during the 2016 presidential election.

AND YET this same Leftist MSM is suspiciously silent on the ever-increasing information that treasonous President Barack Hussein Obama had been spying on the American people he considered enemies before his reelection to President in 2012.

 

I found a Legal Insurrection news piece that displays declassified FISA documents about FISA Court rebuking Obama a mere two-weeks before the 2012 election cycle for spying on Americans via the National Security Agency (NSA).

 

You and I should wonder if the Obama domestic spying coupled with his Administration’s open lies about the Benghazi attacks would have changed that election victory toward Mitt Romney.

 

Obama has lied his way to every one of his election victories AND the MSM has been in – wait for it – in collusion with those lies that gullible voters were ensnared to favor Obama.

FISA Court: Illegal searches constituted a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue,” yet media reaction subdued.

 

A Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court ruling was declassified and released this week.

 

The ruling reveals that the Obama administration engaged in widespread violation of NSA surveillance rules. The Obama administration was reprimanded by the FISA court for illegal searches that constitute “very serious Fourth Amendment issue.”

 

According to previously classified documents, this admission of methodical and long-term violations of Americans’ Constitutional rights was made on October 26th of 2016.

The National Security Agency under former President Barack Obama routinely violated American privacy protections while scouring through overseas intercepts and failed to disclose the extent of the problems until the final days before Donald Trump was elected president last fall, according to once top-secret documents that chronicle some of the most serious constitutional abuses to date by the U.S. intelligence community.

 

More than 5 percent, or one out of every 20 searches seeking upstream Internet data on Americans inside the NSA’s so-called Section 702 database violated the safeguards Obama and his intelligence chiefs vowed to follow in 2011, according to one classified internal report reviewed by Circa.

 

The Obama administration self-disclosed the problems at a closed-door hearing Oct. 26 before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that set off alarm. Trump was elected less than two weeks later.

 

The FISA court sanctioned administration officials and ruled that the searches constitute a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue.”

The normally supportive court censured administration officials, saying the failure to disclose the extent of the violations earlier amounted to an “institutional lack of candor” and that the improper searches constituted a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue,” according to a recently unsealed court document dated April 26, 2017.

Upstream collections refers to data routes between computer networks as opposed to those communications intercepted by Internet service providers.   Even these collections and the distribution of collected and unmasked data, however, are not permitted to be handled in a manner that violates Americans’ Fourth Amendment privacy rights.

As the FISA court explains, upstream collection refers to the interception of communications “as they transit the facilities of an Internet backbone carrier.” These are the data routes between computer networks. The routes are hosted by government, academic, commercial, and similar high-capacity network centers, and they facilitate the global, international exchange of Internet traffic. Upstream collection from the Internet’s “backbone,” which accounts for about 9 percent of the NSA’s collection haul (a massive amount of communications), is distinguished from interception of communications from more familiar Internet service providers.

 

Upstream collection is a vital tool for gathering intelligence against foreign threats to the United States. It is, of course, on foreign intelligence targets — non-U.S. persons situated outside the U.S. — that the NSA and CIA are supposed to focus. Foreign agents operating inside the U.S. are mainly the purview of the FBI, which conducts surveillance of their communications through warrants from the FISA court — individualized warrants based on probable cause that a specific person is acting as an agent of a foreign power.

 

. . . . In a nutshell, it is not possible to capture a single e-mail related to a single target as it transits the backbone routes (or “switches”) that connect networks. The NSA must instead capture packets of e-mail data — which include lots of e-mails beside the targeted e-mail. It sifts through these packets, finds and assembles the components of the email it was looking for, and then discards the rest. (A New York Times report by Charlie Savage earlier this week, in connection with a different FISA issue, provides a good explanation of this process.

 

By contrast, the relevant discussion in the FISA court opinion of “multiple communications transactions,” or MCTs, is brief and heavily redacted — see the opinion at 15–16.) Even if the NSA does exactly what it is supposed to do (i.e., sift and discard), this means American communications are being seized and subjected to an inspection — however cursory — in the absence of any warrant, probable cause, or foreign-intelligence relevance.

 

According to Circa, the ACLU responds to the “appalling lack of oversight” in our nation’s intelligence agencies.

 

The American Civil Liberties Union said the newly disclosed violations are some of the most serious to ever be documented and strongly call into question the U.S. intelligence community’s ability to police itself and safeguard American’s privacy as guaranteed by the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment protections against unlawful search and seizure.

 

“I think what this emphasizes is the shocking lack of oversight of these programs,” said Neema Singh Guliani, the ACLU’s legislative counsel in Washington.

In fact, Senator Paul has discovered at least one other Senator who was most certainly surveilled by the Obama administration.

 

This past week, Senator Rand Paul revealed that he had asked the White House, and the House and Senate Intelligence committees to look into the possibility that he and other presidential candidates and politicians had been unlawfully surveilled by the Obama administration.

On Monday, Judge Andrew Napolitano explained on the Fox Business Network that Senator Paul is likely right and that many others were likely surveilled as well. Specifically, Judge Napolitano mentioned that former Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia believed that he and the other Justices were under constant surveillance.

 

Justice Scalia told me that he often thought the court was being surveilled. And he told me that probably four or five years ago… If they had to unmask Senator Paul’s name to reveal a conversation he was having with a foreign agent and the foreign agent was hostile to the United States they can do that. That’s not what he’s talking about. They’re talking about unmasking him when he’s having a conversation with his campaign manager when he’s running in the Republican primary.

How Long will U.S. Law Ignore Obama Admin. Corruption?

Back in March I was extremely upset that Fox News had suspended (two posts: HERE & HERE) Judge Andrew Napolitano for breaking the news that British Intel organization Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) was spying on President Donald Trump during his campaign run and during the Obama lame duck period prior to the Trump inauguration on January 20, 2017.

 

There was no surprise that Leftist MSM called the Judge’s report fake news, but many Conservative news outlets also threw the Judge under the bus just like Fox News. Fox News anchor totally discredited Andrew Napolitano the same day that the Judge was on Fox and Friends. Very disconcerting to me was the way typically Conservative RedState reported on Napolitano’s GCHQ exposé:

 

… Judge Andrew Napolitano is back on Fox News after reports that he was suspended temporarily because he openly promoted an internet hoax about the British intelligence community surveilling Donald Trump’s team, at the behest of former President Obama.

 

His poorly sourced story was used by the president as “proof,” but otherwise discounted by others at Fox, such as Shepard Smith, who said Fox News had seen nothing to back up Napolitano’s claims. Susan Wright uses words like “internet hoax” and “discounted by others at Fox” which in my opinion unjustly impugns Andrew Napolitano’s reputation.

 

I found a couple of articles that amplify the Andrew Napolitano GCHQ exposé, yet lends a huge amount credence to the Judge’s reporting. The articles are both by the Daily Wire. The articles refer to Obama’s Administration gathering intel on Trump:

 

1. By gathering Intel on Trump not only from the UK, but also several other American ally foreign Intelligence services. HELLO JUDGE ANDREW NAPOLITANO!

2. The other Daily Wire story is about then CIA Director John Brennan actively working with foreign Intelligence services to “Falsify Trump-Russia Connections”.

 

How does this not incriminate Barack Hussein Obama, American Intelligence service officials and probably numerable top Executive Branch officials in felonious crimes that must be tried in Court before a jury?

 

YES, THAT INCLUDES FORMER PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA!

BOMBSHELL Report: Entire Western World Helped Obama WIRETAP Trump

If you are wondering why our national media has pretty much dropped the whole Trump-Is-A-Russian-Manchurian-Candidate thing, it is because the naked truth about the Obama administration’s chilling spying — something the media has covered up for months — is finally coming to light. Last week, both The Washington Post and The New York Times quietly reported that the Obama administration had “wiretapped” (their word, not mine) a Trump staffer.

 

The Trump-hating Guardian then dropped another bombshell, the news that pretty much every Western intelligence agency in the world was aiding and abetting the Obama administration’s unbelievable and unprecedented (Nixon only wanted to do this) abuse of power against a political opponent:

 

Over the next six months, until summer 2016, a number of western agencies shared further information on contacts between Trump’s inner circle and Russians, sources said.

 

The European countries that passed on electronic intelligence – known as sigint – included Germany, Estonia and Poland. Australia, a member of the “Five Eyes” spying alliance that also includes the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand, also relayed material, one source said.

 

Another source suggested the Dutch and the French spy agency, the General Directorate for External Security or DGSE, were contributors.

 

Q: So what exactly is this “sigint”?

 

A: It perfectly meets the modern definition of — you ready for it? — wiretapping!

 

Signals intelligence (SIGINT) is intelligence-gathering by interception of signals, whether communications between people (communications intelligence—abbreviated to COMINT) or from electronic signals not directly used in communication (electronic intelligence—abbreviated to ELINT). Signals intelligence is a subset of intelligence collection management.

 

This next bit from the Guardian report is important because it appears to vindicate Fox News commentator Judge Napolitano, who was widely-ridiculed in the political media, and then suspended by Fox News, for reporting something very close to this back in March:

 

Britain’s spy agencies played a crucial role in alerting their counterparts in Washington to contacts between members of Donald Trump’s campaign team and Russian intelligence operatives, the Guardian has been told.

 

GCHQ first became aware in late 2015 of suspicious “interactions” between figures connected to Trump and known or suspected Russian agents, a source close to UK intelligence said. This intelligence was passed to the US as part of a routine exchange of information, they added.

 

No one better summed up what was going on here better than PowerLine’s John Hinderaker:

 

The blindingly obvious point that the Guardian tries to obscure is that the combined assets of all of these agencies failed to find any evidence of collaboration between the Trump campaign and Russia. We know this, because the Democrats have pulled out all the stops. Both before the election, and especially after the election, they have leaked furiously to try to discredit President Trump. If there were any evidence of collusion between Trump (or even obscure, minor “advisers” like Carter Page) and Russia, there would have been nothing else in the Washington Post or the New York Times for the past five months. But they have nothing.

 

In other words, the whole world was spying on Trump, not just the Obama administration, and even with all of these resources the Democrats and their media got exactly squat. There is no evidence of any wrongdoing between Team Trump and Russia. There is, however, a growing pile of evidence that Team Barry needs to be investigated by Congress and the Justice Department.

 

Hinderaker’s second point is that everyone in the world was so sure Hillary Clinton was going to beat Trump that all of these countries believed it was safe to “curry favor with the new administration” by spying on her opponent, by offering her intelligence-oppo during the campaign that was then leaked to a MSM that was 100% complicit in this illegal behavior — because leaking intelligence is a felony.

 

If this is not scary enough, try to imagine what Hillary’s administration and the MSM would be doing to Donald Trump right now if he did not have the power of the presidency to defend himself. As it is, the media have been lying, smearing, and slandering him without any evidence.

 

The only weapon Trump has had to fight back with is his access to truth about Obama’s spying, access he would not have had had he not won the presidency.

 

We have already seen the terrifying lengths Hillary and Obama will go to as a means to cover up their lies, we have already seen the violence our media (especially CNN) is willing to gin up in order to protect a Narrative. There is no doubt in my mind that with the help of their media pals, had Hillary won the presidency, Trump would right now be in federal prison for a crime he did not commit.

Report: Former CIA Director Colluded With Foreign Spies to Falsify Trump-Russia Connections

There were dueling headlines this week, one from a liberal British newspaper, the other from a conservative U.S. magazine.

 

“British spies were first to spot Trump team’s links with Russia,” wrote The Guardian. Well, bother, that’ll put the prezzy in a bit of a spot.

 

But wait, there was this other headline — same story, just a different headline, from The American Spectator: “Confirmed: John Brennan Colluded With Foreign Spies to Defeat Trump.”

 

Well dang, now we don’t know what to think.

 

The Guardian painted the “facts” in dull hues:

 

The Guardian has been told the FBI and the CIA were slow to appreciate the extensive nature of contacts between Trump’s team and Moscow ahead of the US election. This was in part due to US law that prohibits US agencies from examining the private communications of American citizens without warrants. “They are trained not to do this,” the source stressed.

 

“It looks like the [US] agencies were asleep,” the source added. “They [the European agencies] were saying: ‘There are contacts going on between people close to Mr Trump and people we believe are Russian intelligence agents. You should be wary of this.’

 

Thank God for British intelligence, or we surely would’ve missed this massive Trump-Russia collusion.

 

But The Spectator shined the spotlight into the dark crevasses of the story:

 

Seeking to retain his position as CIA director under Hillary, [John] Brennan teamed up with British spies and Estonian spies to cripple Trump’s candidacy. He used their phony intelligence as a pretext for a multi-agency investigation into Trump, which led the FBI to probe a computer server connected to Trump Tower and gave cover to Susan Rice, among other Hillary supporters, to spy on Trump and his people.

 

John Brennan’s CIA operated like a branch office of the Hillary campaign, leaking out mentions of this bogus investigation to the press in the hopes of inflicting maximum political damage on Trump. An official in the intelligence community tells TAS that Brennan’s retinue of political radicals didn’t even bother to hide their activism, decorating offices with “Hillary for president cups” and other campaign paraphernalia.

 

Huh. What a very different story.

 

What’s important from the U.S. side, of course, is what our own CIA director did.

 

Says The Spectator: “The Guardian says that British spy head Robert Hannigan ‘passed material in summer 2016 to the CIA chief, John Brennan.’ To ensure that these flaky tips leaked out, Brennan disseminated them on Capitol Hill. In August and September of 2016, he gave briefings to the’“Gang of Eight’ about them, which then turned up on the front page of the New York Times.”

 

Funny, it was all right there in The Guardian report — Brennan was the center of the storm. “The matter was deemed so sensitive it was handled at ‘director level.’ After an initially slow start, Brennan used GCHQ information and intelligence from other partners to launch a major inter-agency investigation.”

 

But The Guardian sought to play up the roles of British and European agencies.

 

 Over the next six months, until summer 2016, a number of western agencies shared further information on contacts between Trump’s inner circle and Russians, sources said.

Instead, the public gets a steady stream of Orwellian propaganda about the sudden propriety of political espionage. The headline writers at Pravda couldn’t improve on this week’s official lie, tweeted out by the Maggie Habermans: “Susan Rice Did Nothing Wrong, Say Both Dem and Republican House Aides.”

Judge Andrew Napolitano said he had sources the British GCHQ was helping Obama spy on Donald Trump. The irony is Left Stream media CNN found the same info from their sources. I wonder if the Judge’s sources and CNN’s sources were the same.

 

There is one egregious lack of Mainstream Media (MSM) that bothers me and should bother you immensely as an American citizen. The MSM is in full cover Barack Hussein Obama’s gluteus maximus for spying on President Donald Trump before and directly after he won POTUS on November 2016. This includes a host of Crooked Hillary acolytes.

 

What do these Leftist Dems have in common:

 

“Hillary, Barack, Biden (in his own insane way), Jarett, Rice, Rhodes, Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Podesta, Brazile, Mook, Palmieri, Wasserman-Schultz and other similar deviant political operatives”.

 

You should be astonished, rather you should be thinking – “I KNEW IT!”

I am quite gratified that one of the Leftist cover-ups has found a MSM reversal. CNN (in jest – Communist News Network) has released some information that confirms Judge Andrew Napolitano’s assertion that Obama was also using British Intelligence to spy on Trump. If you recall, Fox News actually suspended Napolitano for exposing this. The good Judge has since had his suspension lifted.

 

The Blaze points out the Left will claim was mere incidental Intelligence gathering. But you have to realize that is a load of horse pucky if you realize the so-called incidental gathering included Trump info. Why would British Intelligence gathering merely share incidental intel or even incidental intel that specifically looked Trump?

 

The answer: Obama was spying!

CNN reported Thursday that their sources indicate British intelligence services provided U.S. agencies with intercepts they obtained between Trump campaign associates and the Russian government. They say it was “incidental collection,” much like the kind that was captured by U.S. agencies on Trump associates.

 

The communications were captured during routine surveillance of Russian officials and other Russians known to western intelligence. British and European intelligence agencies, including GCHQ, the British intelligence agency responsible for communications surveillance, were not proactively targeting members of the Trump team but rather picked up these communications during what’s known as “incidental collection,” these sources tell CNN.

 

The Trump administration had previously denied a report that they apologized to the British government for including the GCHQ in a list of agencies that former President Obama used to spy on Trump.

 

In March, Fox News’ Judge Napolitano claimed that he had sources telling him Obama had asked foreign intelligence services to spy on Trump.

 

“Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI and he didn’t use the Department of Justice,” said Judge Napolitano. “He used GCHQ.”

 

The United Kingdom denied it, Fox News denied they had knowledge of these sources, and they suspended Judge Napolitano, who maintained the truth of his assertion.

 

Trump cited Napolitano’s claim as evidence that he had been surveilled by the Obama administration before the election, an accusation he fired off in a tweet that spurred a congressional investigation into the matter.

 

Trump allies will likely use this report to bolster his claim that he was being surveilled by the prior administration, while critics of the president will point to this as more circumstantial evidence that there was collusion between the Trump camp and the Russians.

President Trump clearly and accurately branded Hillary Clinton as “Crooked Hillary” during his winning campaign for POTUS. Then voters in a majority of States were wise enough to understand Crooked Hillary cover-ups of Classified data on a private email server was occurring. I am convinced the FBI, the Intel Community and Obama Administration operatives aided in that cover-up.

 

THEN Wikileaks – whether with Russian help, private hackers or insider whistleblowers – exposed the crookedness of the Hillary campaign in her staff and in the Dem Party itself.

 

Then a release of a book exposing Pay for Play money scandal from foreign donors to Clinton family charitable foundation for political favors while Crooked Hillary was Secretary of State.

 

One could also meld all the scandals that slipped mysteriously away like Teflon associated with both Bill and Crooked Hillary as a taint to her 2016 candidacy.

 

ALL this put together I find it incredulous that the popular vote spread (officially yet suspiciously) favored Crooked Hillary! Thank God for the Founding Fathers’ wisdom of the Electoral College levelling the play field between populous States and less populous States!

 

AND SO, it is also becoming clearer – to the horrified denial of Dem rank-and-file – that President Barack Hussein was also spying on pre-election Trump, post-election (lame duck period) and on other Americans. To what end? OBVIOUSLY to manipulate a Crooked Hillary victory to maintain the nefarious fundamental Obama-transformation of America into an unconstitutional Leftist Living Constitution nation with socially liberal values.

Adam Housley, who broke the major Fox report on the surveillance of the Trump team by the Obama administration, is now dropping some more information.

 

Check this tweet out.

 

What he’s saying is that Congress is investigating whether other people, and not just the Trump team, were being spied on by the Obama administration.

 

Who might that include?

 

Adam Housley was on The O’Reilly Factor this evening. He said that the Congressional investigation is expanding. He said they are looking into who else the Obama administration may have unmasked, “Including politicians,” and how their information may have been collected.

Housley reported that Congress is upset with the FBI and the NSA because they haven’t been turning over the information that Congress has requested. It’s been four weeks and they have not responded to 100 questions submitted to both FBI Director James Comey and NSA Director Mike Rogers. Nor has Comey returned to the Congress to testify.

 

He also noted the Congress members are saying that the FBI and the other intelligence agencies better comply or the 702 program which allows them to be able to do surveillance is not going to be authorized by Congress.

The Dems and the Leftist Mainstream Media (MSM) have been hell-bent to disqualify President Trump since election day 2016. All disqualification agendas seem to gravitate around President Trump colluded with Russia to win over Crooked Hillary.

 

It is my belief the “collusion” accusation is horse pucky, but Russian attempts to manipulate the American voter is very possible. AND if POSSIBLE turns into reality, Russia needs to suffer any kind consequences the Trump Administration is willing to inflict. By inflict I mean at least with a Cold War-style agitation to see how far the Russians are willing to confront the still most powerful nation in the world which of course is the United States of America.

 

That being said, the continuous disparaging of President Trump should be examined by the Trump Administration Department of Justice for crimes by Dems, the Left MSM, current government civil servant lifers loyal to BHO AND former Obama Administration Officials INCLUDING the treasonous former President Barack Hussein Obama.

Was Obama’s White House Politicizing Intelligence To Influence The 2016 Elections

The truth is that all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies did not conclude that Russia tried to interfere in the election or help Trump win. Not even close.

 

Although there are strong indications the Obama administration abused intelligence collection by U.S. agencies to gather information on the Trump campaign to leak to the news media, it also appeared to abuse another U.S. intelligence mission: intelligence analysis.

 

Congressional Democrats and the mainstream media consider it gospel truth that all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies unanimously concluded that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to help Donald Trump win. But should we treat this assessment as true in light of major errors in U.S. intelligence analysis in the past and its politicization? Is something gospel truth just because U.S. intelligence agencies say it is?

 

The truth is that all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies did not conclude that Russia tried to interfere in the election or help Trump win. Not even close.

 

What Intelligence Has Really Confirmed About Russia

 

U.S. intelligence agencies issued two assessments on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. The first was an October 7 statement by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that said WikiLeaks disclosures of Democratic emails during the election were “consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts” but did not say there was any evidence of Russian involvement.

 

Moreover, although this statement said the U.S. intelligence community held this position, the memo was issued by only two agencies, and was called a “Joint DHS and ODNI Election Security Statement.” Hillary Clinton seized on this statement in the last presidential debate on October 19 by inaccurately claiming “We have 17, 17 intelligence agencies, civilian and military who have all concluded that these espionage attacks, these cyber attacks, come from the highest levels of the Kremlin.”

 

The fact that this memo was not an intelligence community document issued by all agencies with equities in this issue was very unusual. It also was suspicious that an unclassified intelligence analysis so advantageous to one presidential candidate was issued just before the election and only two weeks before the last presidential debate. In my view, this looked like looked like a clumsy attempt by the Obama White House to issue an intelligence assessment to boost Clinton’s presidential campaign and hurt the Trump campaign.

 

The second intelligence assessment on this question, issued on January 6, 2017, I believe represents a serious instance of a presidential administration manipulating U.S. intelligence analysis to issue a politicized analysis to sabotage an incoming president from a different political party. The January 6 analysis found that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election and hurt Hillary’s candidacy to promote Trump. The assessment said this interference came at the direction of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

 

What About All the Missing Intelligence Agencies?

 

Like the October memo, congressional Democrats and the news media have said this was the unanimous conclusion of all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. But also like the October memo, this was not the case. The January 6 assessment was an “Intelligence Community Assessment.” Such analyses are usually issued and cleared by most if not all U.S. intelligence agencies and have a statement on the first page that usually reads “this is an IC-coordinated assessment.”

 

The January 6 Intelligence Community Assessment lacked such a statement because it reflected the views of only three U.S. intelligence agencies: Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and National Security Agency. The CIA and FBI concluded with high confidence that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump win. NSA concluded this with moderate confidence.

 

Why did other U.S. intelligence agencies with major equities in this issue not participate in the January 6 assessment? Why were the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Homeland Security part of the October assessment but not the January one? Where were the Defense Intelligence Agency, the State Department’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research, and the military intelligence agencies?

 

The January assessment also was very unusual because it was such a conclusive analysis of a very controversial subject with no dissenting views. Based my CIA experience, this is unprecedented and makes me wonder whether intelligence agencies that may have dissented were deliberately excluded.

 

There also is the question as to whether this assessment was written to conform to a predetermined conclusion by the Obama White House to undermine the Trump administration. The U.S. intelligence community has played political games like this before with interagency assessments to promote political agendas. One of the most notorious examples of this was the controversial 2007 National Intelligence Estimate on Iran’s nuclear program that was intended to undermine President Bush’s Iran policy.

 

There Are Indications Intelligence Has Been Politicized

 

CIA Director John Brennan’s role in approving this assessment raises serious questions about whether it was manipulated for political reasons. Brennan has been heavily criticized for politicizing intelligence for the Obama administration. This includes the role he played in the 2012 CIA talking points on the Benghazi terrorist attacks. He also has been openly and extremely hostile toward Trump before and after the election.

 

Given FBI Director James Comey’s statements at a recent House Intelligence Committee hearing that the conclusion in the January 6 assessment that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump was based on logic and not evidence, it is hard to believe this was not a pre-cooked conclusion driven by the highly partisan Brennan.

 

I strongly believe that if there were any evidence that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump win, or that Russia and the Trump campaign collaborated to affect the outcome of the election, this intelligence would have been leaked by Obama holdovers in government and the so-called “Deep State” to The New York Times long ago. The fact that Comey could not point to such evidence and this information has not been leaked suggests there is no such evidence because this didn’t happen.

 

The current congressional investigations of possible Russian interference in the election and the Obama administration’s misuse of U.S. intelligence collection to surveil the Trump campaign must also include whether intelligence analysis was politicized to damage Trump’s candidacy and presidency. These investigations must look at how the above analyses were drafted, who drafted them, and why some agencies did not participate. The committees also need to uncover any evidence of the White House trying to influence the outcome of these assessments or excluding certain agencies from participating.

 

It is time to call out Democrats and reporters who portray the idea that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump win as established truth because it is the unanimous assessment of all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. I expect the congressional investigations will conclude this claim is false and actually represented a deliberate effort to manipulate intelligence analysis to undermine the Trump presidency.

Setting a dangerous precedent for the future of America, the New York Times, the Washington Post and other Leftist propaganda machines and an army of the Obama administration’s holdovers, nothing less than saboteurs, have waged a war of innuendo and speculation and felony leaks for months in an attempt to destroy President Donald Trump’s administration and the government American voters demanded. They have turned their backs on the Constitution and the American people, their oath to protect and defend both, and they have sought to undermine our democratic process and the Republic of the United States of America.

 

Classified information leaked to the media – a felony – set speculation in motion as the New York Times and the left-leaning Mother Jones alleged collusion between Donald Trump and his advisors and Russia for the past six months, even though their own reports show an initial Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) warrant targeting Trump and several associates was denied and nothing criminal was ever proven. And, according to Heat Street [HERE & HERE], a more narrowly drawn FISA warrant was granted in October to investigate the Trump campaign’s alleged links to Russia’s Alfa Bank and SVB Bank; the FBI found nothing “nefarious” and attributed the raised alarm to “spam”.

 

Essentially, Donald Trump was not named in the second FISA warrant, but surveillance of him and his inner circle, private citizens such as Michael Flynn, Roger Stone and Paul Manafort, continued up to the general election [HERE & HERE]. One can only surmise that Obama and his leftist minions banked on finding information that would defeat Trump; and after Donald Trump won, they continued surveillance in hopes of eventually impeaching and unseating President Trump.

 

If phone calls to Russia merit an investigation, shouldn’t Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have been investigated for accepting a $145 million bribe from Russia and ROSATOM [HERE & HERE] in exchange for helping them acquire twenty-five percent of America’s uranium resources? Oh, wait a minute — Hillary is a Democrat, so just overlook any criminal behavior.

 

Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) suggested the Obama administration’s extensive surveillance of Trump’s presidential campaign was troubling but not surprising. Hatch “suspected that they were going to do that anyways.”

 

How could the media and the Obama machine — the Obama Foundation, billionaire George Soros and Organizing for America — not expect Trump to counter-punch? But incredulously, they were unprepared for President Trump’s March 4th 2017 allegation on Twitter that former President Obama “had my wires tapped in Trump Tower just before the victory”.

 

Who in the Obama administration ordered the FISA wiretaps and why?

 

U.S. citizens normally cannot be searched or subjected to electronic eavesdropping without probable cause of a crime, however FISA makes exceptions if there is probable cause they are agents of a foreign power. No one person can state with a straight face that “Trump is a Russian spy”.

 

Retired Lt. Colonel Tony Shaffer, a defense intelligence officer trained by the CIA (Fox News), said, “I put this right at the feet of John Brennan and Jim Clapper, and I would even go so far as to say the White House was directly involved before [Obama} left”. He also asserted that it was clear sensitive information was divulged to the media by people who had access to beyond Top Secret material.

On the same day of President Trump’s bombshell, Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s former campaign manager, told Judge Jeanine Pirro (Fox News) that the Obama administration was also “listening to conversations between then-Senator Jeff Sessions and the Ambassador from Russia while he was in his U.S. Senate office’. Please note that Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY), House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and many other Democrats met with this same Russian Ambassador. Their hypocrisy is on full display.

 

Some sort of surveillance of the Trump campaign occurred, if one can believe James Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence. Clapper told NBC and ABC News that during his tenure in the Obama administration, up to January 20th 2017, there wasn’t any collusion or collaboration between Donald Trump’s campaign and the government of Vladimir Putin’s Russia.

 

The NYT’s story “Wiretapped Data Used in Inquiry of Trump Aides” on January 19th 2017 states: “The FBI is leading the investigation, aided by the National Security Agency, the CIA and the Treasury Department’s financial crimes unit. The investigators have accelerated their efforts in recent weeks … intelligence reports based on some of the wiretapped communications had been provided to the [Obama] White House.”

 

With FBI Director James Comey’s motivation suspect, he asked the Justice Department to confirm that President Trump’s allegation was “absolutely false”. This was followed recently with Congress’s demand for any and all documents concerning any Department of Justice investigation of President Trump and his campaign.

 

Once the Democrats had their “uh oh moment”, as Garth Kant of WND called it, they realized that a scandal bigger than Watergate was beginning to unfold. The Obama Justice Department had apparently used its legal authorities to target a political opponent and a presidential candidate.

 

Any outrage from the Obama White House is extremely exaggerated. Obama does not deny that Trump was being monitored by his Justice Department, and any spying on his arch rival, a man with the ability to diminish his legacy, was done with Obama’s blessing. Only a fool could believe that Obama was ignorant of the spying. [Editor’s Bold Text]

 

From the DOJ’s seizure of Associated Press phone records and Fox News reporter James Rosen’s email records, to heavy IRS scrutiny of the Tea Party and on to the NSA’s warrantless mass surveillance of American citizens, the Obama administration’s enthusiasm for surveillance and using government power against its political enemies is a matter of shameful record. NSA whistleblower Bill Binney says Trump was wiretapped

Anyone who has passed by this way before, knows I am a big fan of former NSA master mind, William Binney. What has been revealed this week was foretold by him years ago. After all, he was the creator of the mass surveillance program. At the end of the post is a riveting clip of an interview with him. This interview was made in 2012. So while many of us dirt people have been accused of wearing tin foil, the info was out there all the time.

 

Binney resigned from NSA shortly after the U.S. approach to intelligence changed following the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. He “became a whistleblower after discovering that elements of a data-monitoring program he had helped develop — nicknamed ThinThread — were being used to spy on Americans,” PBS reported.

 

Washington’s Blog asked the highest-level NSA whistleblower in history – Bill Binney – whether he thought Trump had been bugged.

 

Binney is the NSA executive who created the agency’s mass surveillance program for digital information, who served as the senior technical director within the agency, who managed six thousand NSA employees.

 

He was a 36-year NSA veteran widely regarded as a “legend” within the agency and the NSA’s best-ever analyst and code-breaker.

 

Binney also mapped out the Soviet command-and-control structure before anyone else knew how, and so predicted Soviet invasions before they happened (“in the 1970s, he decrypted the Soviet Union’s command system, which provided the US and its allies with real-time surveillance of all Soviet troop movements and Russian atomic weapons”).

 

Binney told Washington’s Blog:

 

NSA has all the data through the Upstream programs (Fairview/Stormbrew/Blarney)  [background] and backed up by second and some third party country collection.

 

Plus the FBI and CIA plus others, as of the last month of the Obama administration, have direct access to all the NSA collection (metadata and content on phones, email and banking/credit cards etc.) with no attempt at oversight by anybody [background]. This is all done under Executive Order 12333 [the order which allows unlimited spying no matter what intelligence officials claim] ….

 

FBI would only ask for a warrant if they wanted to be able to take it into court at some point given they have something meaningful as evidence. This is clearly true given the fact the President Trump’s phone conversations with other country leaders were leaked to the mainstream media.

Legendary NSA whistleblower William Binney (and creator of NSA’s global surveillance system) confirmed to Fox News, that President Trump is “absolutely right” to claim he was wiretapped and monitored… he was.

As we noted previously, Binney is the NSA executive who created the agency’s mass surveillance program for digital information, who served as the senior technical director within the agency, who managed six thousand NSA employees, the 36-year NSA veteran widely regarded as a “legend” within the agency and the NSA’s best-ever analyst and code-breaker, who mapped out the Soviet command-and-control structure before anyone else knew how, and so predicted Soviet invasions before they happened (“in the 1970s, he decrypted the Soviet Union’s command system, which provided the US and its allies with real-time surveillance of all Soviet troop movements and Russian atomic weapons”). Binney is the real McCoy.

 

Binney resigned from NSA shortly after the U.S. approach to intelligence changed following the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. He “became a whistleblower after discovering that elements of a data-monitoring program he had helped develop — nicknamed ThinThread — were being used to spy on Americans,” PBS reported.

 

On Monday he came to the defense of the president, whose allegations on social media over the weekend that outgoing President Barack Obama tapped his phones during the 2016 campaign have rankled Washington.

“I think the president is absolutely right. His phone calls, everything he did electronically, was being monitored,” Bill Binney, a 36-year veteran of the National Security Agency who resigned in protest from the organization in 2001, told Fox Business on Monday.

 

Everyone’s conversations are being monitored and stored, Binney said.

 

Binney also told Sean Hannity’s radio show earlier Monday, “I think the FISA court’s basically totally irrelevant.” The judges on the FISA court are “not even concerned, nor are they involved in any way with the Executive Order 12333 collection,” Binney said during the radio interview. “That’s all done outside of the courts. And outside of the Congress.”

 

Binney also told Fox the laws that fall under the FISA court’s jurisdiction are “simply out there for show” and “trying to show that the government is following the law, and being looked at and overseen by the Senate and House intelligence committees and the courts.”

 

“That’s not the main collection program for NSA,” Binney said.

What Binney did not delve into, however, was if Obama directed surveillance on Trump for political purposes during the campaign, a core accusation of Trump’s. But Binney did say events such as publication of details of private calls between President Trump and the Australian prime minister, as well as with the Mexican president, are evidence the intelligence community is playing hardball with the White House.

 

“I think that’s what happened here,” Binney told Fox. “The evidence of the conversation of the president of the U.S., President Trump, and the [prime minister] of Australia and the president of Mexico. Releasing those conversations. Those are conversations that are picked up by the FAIRVIEW program, primarily, by NSA.”

 

Since Binney designed the NSA’s electronic surveillance system, he would know.

According to the international whistleblower and government watchdog, Julian Assange, by the end of 2016, the CIA’s hacking division, which formally falls under the agency’s Center for Cyber Intelligence (CCI), had over 5000 registered users and had produced more than a thousand hacking systems, Trojan horses, viruses, and other “weaponized” malware.

 

Two of America’s top legal minds – both of whom were successful prosecutors and trial attorneys – believe that the new president is being victimized by a secret cabal comprised of Democratic politicians, their puppetmasters and the majority of news organizations.

 

Despite, the daily drumbeat by journalists that the claims of President Donald Trump are outrageous and without credibility, top-rated talk host and former chief of staff at the U.S. Justice Department Mark Levin and former prosecuting attorney and House Select Committee on Benghazi chairman Rep. Trey Gowdy are willing to bet-the-farm that Trump’s allegations will expose a conspiracy to delegitimize and bringdown a sitting president.

 

This week, President Donald Trump doubled-down on his accusations that his predecessor, President Barack Obama, wiretapped the Trump Tower in New York City during the run-up to the presidential election. Trump is calling on Congress to launch a formal investigation into the eavesdropping by a federal law enforcement or intelligence agency. However, Trump believes the House and Senate Intelligence Committees are the way to go.

 

Trump voiced his allegation on his Twitter account and compared the Obama spy situation to Nixon’s Watergate and the McCarthy Hearings.

 

Benghazi investigation leader, Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-SC, said that if the surveillance indeed took place carried on then there are only a couple ways to justify the surveillance: Americans can either be wiretapped as part of a criminal inquiry, or as part of an intelligence gathering operation under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

 

“There is no other way for it lawfully to be done,” said Gowdy. “The good news about both of those … is there’s a paper trail. There’s an application. There are warrants — all of which can be reviewed.”

 

“The Obama team is no longer in charge,” Gowdy noted. “So any information the current Department of Justice has that suggests the previous Department of Justice acted inappropriately, they are welcome to release it.”

 

Gowdy on Monday also dismissed as premature any calls for any special prosecutor to investigate Russian links to Trump’s campaign.

 

“There is no special prosecutor statute. There is no independent counsel statute. There’s a regulation that allows for the appointment of special counsel if the Department of Justice has a conflict and if all 92 U.S. attorneys have a conflict. Until that evidentiary burden has been satisfied, I don’t know why Republicans or Democrats are talking about special counsel,” Gowdy said.

 

“It’s too early. Special Counsel only applies to a criminal investigation,” he said, also adding that the FBI would be the agency to investigate a potential crime.

Unfortunately, Trump allowed far too many Obama minions to remain in the White House and in the various federal agencies.

 

“I want this investigated but not by FBI Director James Comey, who I wouldn’t hire as a traffic officer writing parking tickets in New York. He’s a failure as FBI chief and should be forced to resign or be fired,” said former New York City Detective Iris Aquino. “And Trump better take this opportunity to replace a lot of people in his agencies.”

 

Aquino believes that former intelligence chief James Clapper who also denied Trump’s allegations, has a history of lying and even perjured himself before a House panel. “There were more than 50 intelligence officers who complained that intelligence was tailored to backup President Barack Obama’s lies and his agenda,” she added

 

Conservative radio show host Mark Levin said the evidence was “overwhelming” that Obama conducted surveillance during Trump’s campaign. Levin, a former chief of staff in the U.S. Justice Department, called the effort a “silent coup” by the Obama administration and demanded that it be investigated.

 

Levin made the case that former President Obama and his operatives have actively worked to spy on, and undermine, President Donald Trump and his administration.

 

Levin spoke to “Fox & Friends” on Sunday and used liberal news sources to essentially prove that the Obama administration was behind spying on President Trump and others in his campaign during the election season.
WIKILEAKS RELEASES DOCUMENTS REGARDING ILLEGAL CIA SPYING IN U.S.

The CIA had created, in effect, its “own NSA” with even less accountability and without publicly answering the question as to whether such a massive budgetary spend on duplicating the capacities of a rival agency could be justified, noted Wikileaks founder Assange.

 

“In a statement to WikiLeaks the source details policy questions that they say urgently need to be debated in public, including whether the CIA’s hacking capabilities exceed its mandated powers and the problem of public oversight of the agency. The source wishes to initiate a public debate about the security, creation, use, proliferation and democratic control of cyberweapons,” wrote Assange.

 

Once a single cyber ‘weapon’ is ‘loose’ it can spread around the world in seconds, to be used by rival states, cyber mafia and teenage hackers alike.

 

Julian Assange, WikiLeaks editor stated that “There is an extreme proliferation risk in the development of cyber ‘weapons’. Comparisons can be drawn between the uncontrolled proliferation of such ‘weapons’, which results from the inability to contain them combined with their high market value, and the global arms trade. But the significance of “Year Zero” goes well beyond the choice between cyberwar and cyberpeace. The disclosure is also exceptional from a political, legal and forensic perspective.”

Packed away in the thousands of documents released by WikiLeaks Tuesday was one that fascinated talk show host Rush Limbaugh because it links to the narrative of alleged connections between Russia and President Donald Trump’s campaign.

 

“Folks, we are in the midst of dangerous times like you cannot believe, and Donald J. Trump is the target,” he said.

 

Limbaugh noted that in the documents showing how the CIA hacks a vast array of electronic devices was evidence that the CIA often mimics Russian hackers.

 

“By the way, in the WikiLeaks dump today of thousands and thousands of documents from the CIA, do you know what is included? A little program called UMBRAGE. What this program is, apparently the CIA has the ability to mimic Russian hackers. In other words, the CIA has the ability to hack anybody they want and make it look like the Russians are doing it,” he said.

 

“Isn’t that interesting, given everything we’ve been told about the election? ‘The Russians hacked the election, that the Russians did this, the Russians did that.’ So far we don’t have any evidence the Russians did anything! But we have all kinds of supposition that the American deep state is deeply involved in whatever sabotage is being conducted on the Trump administration,” Limbaugh said.

 

“The evidence the Russians were involved? Nobody’s got it. Everybody runs around and talks about it as though it’s a fait accompli, but there isn’t any evidence,” Limbaugh noted.

Limbaugh said liberals and the media sought to manufacture a way to attack Trump.

 

“… (S)o I think because of everything that we’re learning here, the danger that Donald Trump has faced ever since he won the election is greater than we’ve ever known,” he said. “The establishment of this country — whatever you want to call it, the ruling class — is desperate. We’re living in times they never thought possible or didn’t consider likely, and that is somebody from outside their group being president, being vice president, being secretary of state, being secretary of commerce, being attorney general. This kind of thing, this is such an assault, and it’s got them in a state of panic.”

 

Limbaugh said that the claims of Russian connections to the Trump campaign were “a pretext to have a never-ending investigation of Trump.”

 

Limbaugh suggested that a Trump supporter is behind the dump of CIA secrets.

 

“Now, it’s gonna take weeks or longer to understand all the implications of the data in the WikiLeaks CIA dump. But one matter is abundantly clear to me. Someone who really supports Trump is trying to counter what’s happening to him,” he said,” … somebody who supports Trump somewhere in the deep state is trying to impede and impugn the integrity of all of these investigations.”

 

Limbaugh noted that it is not just the CIA under attack from the leaks, but also the Obama administration.

 

“… (M)ost of what the WikiLeaks CIA release contains is what the CIA has been doing during the Obama years, specifically 2013 to 2016. And you throw Trump’s weekend tweet into this that Obama was hacking him,” Limbaugh said, “… you look at Trump’s weekend tweets, this CIA leak to WikiLeaks or the dump to WikiLeaks about the CIA is even more and more curious. The timing is exquisite.”

 

Limbaugh said that Trump’s claims about Obama now play into a new narrative of CIA spying.

 

“This is absolutely beautiful the way this is playing out. It’s a brilliant maneuver on Trump’s part, whether he intended it to be or not,” Limbaugh said.

 

“And the theory that I articulated … was, when everybody was saying, ‘What the hell is Trump doing? Oh, my God, Obama tapped?’ I said, ‘Look, what I think Trump’s actually doing is saying, “You guys want to lie about me in your Russia stuff, here’s a taste of your own medicine. I’m just gonna fire something right back at you.’” So he fires back that Obama is bugging him, that Obama bugged Trump Tower, and look what that has wrought. It’s fascinating,” Limbaugh added.

NSA Whistleblower: Spy Agencies Eavesdrop On Americans Without Warrants All The Time

NSA surveillance program architect Bill Binney told Sean Hannity Monday that the intelligence community routinely listens in on Americans’ conversations without court-ordered FISA warrants.

 

President Donald Trump accused former President Barack Obama on Twitter Saturday of wiretapping Trump Tower during the election.

 

“Under executive order one two triple three, they do surveillance of everybody in the United States without warrants and that’s done through various upstream programs Fairview, Stormbrew, Blarney and also in cooperation with other countries in terms of collection worldwide,” Binney said on Hannity’s radio show.

 

“So it’s all done without warrants and that was testified to by Adrian Kinney and David Murfee Faulk, who were transcribing at Fort Gordon George. They were transcribing conversations between U.S. citizens with no warrant at all.”

 

ABC News reported in in early October 2009, Murfee Faulk, a Navy Arab linguist, said he and other NSA intercept operators in Baghdad’s Green Zone from late 2003 to November 2007 listened to hundreds of Americans’ private phone conversations.

 

“Calling home to the United States, talking to their spouses, sometimes their girlfriends, sometimes one phone call following another,” said Faulk.

 

“Hey, check this out,” Faulk says he would be told, “there’s good phone sex or there’s some pillow talk, pull up this call, it’s really funny, go check it out. It would be some colonel making pillow talk and we would say, ‘Wow, this was crazy.’”

 

Binney, who resigned from the NSA in 2001 and became a whistleblower, told Hannity, “I will put it this way. The IC is becoming more like the Praetorian Guard. You know, where they’re trying to determine who the emperor is and also influence what the emperor does, so I just think that this is getting out of hand.”

 

He added, “And I think, you know, President Trump is absolutely right. The intelligence community needs to be revamped.”

 

“Are you say that every American can be wiretapped against their will without any warning at any point?” Hannity asked.

 

“No. I’m saying they are,” Binney replied.

 

Hannity later asked, “And by wiretapping, that means what? Recording my phone conversations, taking my emails, my texts?”

 

Binney responded, “That’s correct, and also storing it for mining,” noting that the storage was also under the executive order 12333 section 2 -2.3C. The executive order, Binney explained, is the one President Obama “opened it up to all the other agencies in the intelligence community. Originally it was just restricted. The only ones that had access were NSA CIA and FBI.”

 

“So was Donald Trump being surveilled even without the FISA court?” Hannity asked.

 

“That’s correct. And actually … he’s being targeted now. They’re going into the database looking for data on him,” said Binney.

 

A spokesman for Obama said neither the former president nor any White House official ordered any surveillance on Trump when he was still in the White House. Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper told NBC’s Chuck Todd on Sunday that he was not aware of a FISA court order to monitor Trump Tower.

 

“Not to my knowledge,” Clapper said. “I can’t speak for other authorized entities in the government or a state or local entity.”
