The Off-Guardian Saturday (9/17) picked up a John & Nisha Whitehead post on The Rutherford Institute originally dated September 14. The Rutherford post has a bit more expanded and direct than Off-Guardian which reads, “Overthrow the Government: All the Ways in Which Our Rights Have Been Usurped.” The Off-Guardian remove d “Overthrow the Government.”

And to be fair to Off-Guardian, Whitehead does not offer a clarion call to overthrow the Dem-Marxist tyranny in the U.S. Government but concludes with the power to change is in the hands of WE THE PEOPLE without offering advice on how WE THE PEOPLE can effect change.

That which Whitehead does very effectively is itemize just how a Big Centralized Government has eradicated the Original Intent of the U.S. Constitution, especially the first Ten Amendments known as The Bill of Rights.

One thing I’d like to mention that Whitehead does not is Political Parties did not exist at the beginning of the Constitution. However, the process of National (well… 13 newly independent sovereign states) debate to accept or reject the U.S. Constitution quickly developed two political factions: The Federalist faction promoting constitutional ratification and the Anti-Federalist faction rejecting ratification in favor of preserving a Confederation of loosely aligned independent states.

As the Constitution was ratified, the Federalist faction became a really not at all well-organized Federalist Party while the Anti-Federalists began to emerge into today’s Democratic Party. Thomas Jefferson (3^rd President) led the early Democratic-Republicans. George Washington and John Adams became attached to the Federalists but my sense is no political party authority was ever enforced among Federalists.

Today’s two dominant Political Parties (Democrats and Republicans) are both culprits in eradicating the Original Intent of the U.S. Constitution so that Big Government rules beyond the authority provided by the Constitution. If WE THE PEOPLE continue to support the status quo of a uniparty Two Party System we deserve the tyranny WE THE PEOPLE experience.

John and Nisha Whitehead how the uniparty Big Government has decimated the Bill of Rights. I like Rutherford’s title better, but I like Off-Guardian’s article organization better. Ergo I am cross posting the latter.

It’s easy to become discouraged about the state of our nation.

We’re drowning under the weight of too much debt, too many wars, too much power in the hands of a centralized government, too many militarized police, too many laws, too many lobbyists, and generally too much bad news.

It’s harder to believe that change is possible, that the system can be reformed, that politicians can be principled, that courts can be just, that good can overcome evil, and that freedom will prevail.

So where does that leave us?

Benjamin Franklin provided the answer. As the delegates to the Constitutional Convention trudged out of Independence Hall on September 17, 1787, an anxious woman in the crowd waiting at the entrance inquired of Franklin, “Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” “A republic,” Franklin replied, “if you can keep it.”

What Franklin meant, of course, is that when all is said and done, we get the government we deserve.

Those who gave us the Constitution and the Bill of Rights believed that the government exists at the behest of its citizens. It is there to protect, defend and even enhance our freedoms, not violate them.

Unfortunately, although the Bill of Rights was adopted as a means of protecting the people against government tyranny, in America today, the government does whatever it wants, freedom be damned.

“We the people” have been terrorized, traumatized, and tricked into a semi-permanent state of compliance by a government that cares nothing for our lives or our liberties.

The bogeyman’s names and faces have changed over time (terrorism, the war on drugs, illegal immigration, a viral pandemic, and more to come), but the end result remains the same: in the so-called name of national security, the Constitution has been steadily chipped away at, undermined, eroded, whittled down, and generally discarded with the support of Congress, the White House, and the courts.

A recitation of the Bill of Rights—set against a backdrop of government surveillance, militarized police, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture, eminent domain, overcriminalization, armed surveillance drones, whole body scanners, stop and frisk searches, vaccine mandates, lockdowns, and the like (all sanctioned by Congress, the White House, and the courts)—would understandably sound more like a eulogy to freedoms lost than an affirmation of rights we truly possess.

What we are left with today is but a shadow of the robust document adopted more than two centuries ago. Sadly, most of the damage has been inflicted upon the Bill of Rights.

Here is what it means to live under the Constitution, twenty-plus years after 9/11 and with the nation just emerging from two years of COVID-19 lockdowns and mandates.

The First Amendment is supposed to protect the freedom to speak your mind, assemble and protest nonviolently without being bridled by the government. It also protects the freedom of the media, as well as the right to worship and pray without interference. In other words, Americans should not be silenced by the government. To the founders, all of America was a free speech zone.

Despite the clear protections found in the First Amendment, the freedoms described therein are under constant assault. Increasingly, Americans are being persecuted for exercising their First Amendment rights and speaking out against government corruption.

Activists are being arrested and charged for daring to film police officers engaged in harassment or abusive practices. Journalists are being prosecuted for reporting on whistleblowers.

States are passing legislation to muzzle reporting on cruel and abusive corporate practices. Religious ministries are being fined for attempting to feed and house the homeless. Protesters are being tear-gassed, beaten, arrested and forced into “free speech zones.”

And under the guise of “government speech,” the courts have reasoned that the government can discriminate freely against any First Amendment activity that takes place within a so-called government forum.

The Second Amendment was intended to guarantee “the right of the people to keep and bear arms.” Essentially, this amendment was intended to give the citizenry the means to resist tyrannical government. Yet while gun ownership has been recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court as an individual citizen right, Americans remain powerless to defend themselves against red flag gun laws, militarized police, SWAT team raids, and government agencies armed to the teeth with military weapons better suited to the battlefield.

The Third Amendment reinforces the principle that civilian-elected officials are superior to the military by prohibiting the military from entering any citizen’s home without “the consent of the owner.” With the police increasingly training like the military, acting like the military, and posing as military forces—complete with heavily armed SWAT teams, military weapons, assault vehicles, etc.—it is clear that we now have what the founders feared most—a standing army on American soil.

The Fourth Amendment prohibits government agents from conducting surveillance on you or touching you or encroaching on your private property unless they have evidence that you’re up to something criminal. In other words, the Fourth Amendment ensures privacy and bodily integrity.

Unfortunately, the Fourth Amendment has suffered the greatest damage in recent years and has been all but eviscerated by an unwarranted expansion of governmental police powers that include strip searches and even anal and vaginal searches of citizens, surveillance (corporate and otherwise), and intrusions justified in the name of fighting terrorism, as well as the outsourcing of otherwise illegal activities to private contractors.

The Fifth Amendment and the Sixth Amendment work in tandem. These amendments supposedly ensure that you are innocent until proven guilty, and government authorities cannot deprive you of your life, your liberty or your property without the right to an attorney and a fair trial before a civilian judge.

However, in the new suspect society in which we live, where surveillance is the norm, these fundamental principles have been upended. Certainly, if the government can arbitrarily freeze, seize or lay claim to your property (money, land or possessions) under government asset forfeiture schemes, you have no true rights.

The Seventh Amendment guarantees citizens the right to a jury trial. Yet when the populace has no idea of what’s in the Constitution—civic education has virtually disappeared from most school curriculums—that inevitably translates to an ignorant jury incapable of distinguishing justice and the law from their own preconceived notions and fears.

However, as a growing number of citizens are coming to realize, the power of the jury to nullify the government’s actions—and thereby help balance the scales of justice—is not to be underestimated. Jury nullification reminds the government that “we the people” retain the power to ultimately determine what laws are just.

The Eighth Amendment is similar to the Sixth in that it is supposed to protect the rights of the accused and forbid the use of cruel and unusual punishment. However, the Supreme Court’s determination that what constitutes “cruel and unusual” should be dependent on the “evolving standards of decency that mark the progress of a maturing society” leaves us with little protection in the face of a society lacking in morals altogether.

The Ninth Amendment provides that other rights not enumerated in the Constitution are nonetheless retained by the people. Popular sovereignty—the belief that the power to govern flows upward from the people rather than downward from the rulers—is clearly evident in this amendment.

However, it has since been turned on its head by a centralized federal government that sees itself as supreme and which continues to pass more and more laws that restrict our freedoms under the pretext that it has an “important government interest” in doing so.

As for the Tenth Amendment’s reminder that the people and the states retain every authority that is not otherwise mentioned in the Constitution, that assurance of a system of government in which power is divided among local, state and national entities has long since been rendered moot by the centralized Washington, DC, power elite—the president, Congress and the courts.

Thus, if there is any sense to be made from this recitation of freedoms lost, it is simply this: our individual freedoms have been eviscerated so that the government’s powers could be expanded.

It was no idle happenstance that the Constitution opens with these three powerful words: “We the people.” As the Preamble proclaims:

We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this CONSTITUTION for the United States of America.

In other words, it’s our job to make the government play by the rules of the Constitution.

We are supposed to be the masters and they—the government and its agents—are the servants.

We the American people—the citizenry—are supposed to be the arbiters and ultimate guardians of America’s welfare, defense, liberty, laws and prosperity.

Still, it’s hard to be a good citizen if you don’t know anything about your rights or how the government is supposed to operate.

As the National Review rightly asks, “How can Americans possibly make intelligent and informed political choices if they don’t understand the fundamental structure of their government? American citizens have the right to self-government, but it seems that we increasingly lack the capacity for it.”

Americans are constitutionally illiterate.

Most citizens have little, if any, knowledge about their basic rights. And our educational system does a poor job of teaching the basic freedoms guaranteed in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. For instance, a survey by the Annenberg Public Policy Center found that a little more than one-third of respondents (36 percent) could name all three branches of the U.S. government, while another one-third (35 percent) could not name a single one.

A survey by the McCormick Tribune Freedom Museum found that only one out of a thousand adults could identify the five rights protected by the First Amendment. On the other hand, more than half (52%) of the respondents could name at least two of the characters in the animated Simpsons television family, and 20% could name all five. And although half could name none of the freedoms in the First Amendment, a majority (54%) could name at least one of the three judges on the TV program American Idol, 41% could name two and one-fourth could name all three.

It gets worse.

Many who responded to the survey had a strange conception of what was in the First Amendment. For example, a startling number of respondents believed that the “right to own a pet” and the “right to drive a car” were part of the First Amendment. Another 38% believed that “taking the Fifth” was part of the First Amendment.

Teachers and school administrators do not fare much better. A study conducted by the Center for Survey Research and Analysis found that one educator in five was unable to name any of the freedoms in the First Amendment.

Government leaders and politicians are also ill-informed. Although they take an oath to uphold, support and defend the Constitution against “enemies foreign and domestic,” their lack of education about our fundamental rights often causes them to be enemies of the Bill of Rights.

So what’s the solution?

Thomas Jefferson recognized that a citizenry educated on “their rights, interests, and duties” is the only real assurance that freedom will survive.

As Jefferson wrote in 1820:

“I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of our society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power.”

From the President on down, anyone taking public office should have a working knowledge of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and should be held accountable for upholding their precepts. One way to ensure this would be to require government leaders to take a course on the Constitution and pass a thorough examination thereof before being allowed to take office.

Some critics are advocating that students pass the United States citizenship exam in order to graduate from high school. Others recommend that it must be a prerequisite for attending college. I’d go so far as to argue that students should have to pass the citizenship exam before graduating from grade school.

Here’s an idea to get educated and take a stand for freedom: anyone who signs up to become a member of The Rutherford Institute gets a wallet-sized Bill of Rights card and a Know Your Rights card. Use this card to teach your children the freedoms found in the Bill of Rights.

A healthy, representative government is hard work. It takes a citizenry that is informed about the issues, educated about how the government operates, and willing to do more than grouse and complain.

As I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, “we the people” have the power to make and break the government.

The powers-that-be want us to remain divided over politics, hostile to those with whom we disagree politically, and intolerant of anyone or anything whose solutions to what ails this country differ from our own. They also want us to believe that our job as citizens begins and ends on Election Day.

Yet there are 330 million of us in this country. Imagine what we could accomplish if we actually worked together, presented a united front, and spoke with one voice.

Tyranny wouldn’t stand a chance.

AND by Trump Supporters, you realize that was nearly 75 MILLION voters the Election Coup traitors allowed to be recorded. It was probably more but the CORRUPT States stopped the count to either erase, switch or fabricate votes to add up to the MYTHICAL 81 million that ONLY the gullible believe Dementia Biden achieved.

Biden’s Authoritarian Speech: ‘MAGA’ Republican Opponents Are a Threat to Democracy

President Joe Biden confirmed on Thursday night that if you oppose him, you are an extremist who hates democracy.

Flanked by two members of the military and illuminated on a podium in blood-red lighting, Biden spent half an hour blasting his political opponents in a prime-time address to the nation.

Biden, who delivered his rant in front of Independence Hall in Philadelphia, defined his political opponents—the “MAGA Republicans”—as illegitimate monsters, a rich statement to make just weeks after the FBI raided the home of former President Donald Trump, the man who opposed him in the last election.

Though Biden stumbled and coughed through some of his early lines, his message was clear: People who oppose and disagree with his administration are against democracy.

Biden never really got around to the important issues that most Americans are concerned about right now. He said nothing about the runaway inflation, the economy, the border crisis, or any of that—just a long string of invectives against his political opponents followed up by statements about “unity” and “hope.”

“As I stand here tonight, equality and democracy are under assault,” Biden said. “We do ourselves no favors to pretend otherwise.”

The president then smeared his political foes as an existential threat to the country: “Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal. Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”

So, what Americans represent unacceptable extremism?

Earlier in the day, Biden’s Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had the answer.

“When you are not with where majority of Americans are, then you know, that is extreme.”

Since Biden is deeply underwater in the polls, this administration must be defining the “majority” differently.

“There is no place for political violence in America. Period,” Biden said, adding that “the blind loyalty to a single leader and a willingness to engage in political violence is fatal to democracy.”

Of course, Biden wasn’t so vociferous and animated when the “mostly peaceful protests,” turned riots destroyed large sections of American cities in 2020. That’s different, of course. When riots happen in the name of Black Lives Matter or when Antifa—which Biden defined as no more than an “idea”—smashes businesses, well that’s just people getting a little carried away.

In his denunciation of political violence, Biden also said nothing about the abortion activist who tried to murder Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. He also said nothing about the dozens of churches and crisis pregnancy centers that have been vandalized and attacked in the last few months.

Biden spent much of his time saying that those who question elections are basically against democracy. Almost laughably, he said that his political opponents are against the Constitution. It’s a remarkable contention given that he just unilaterally declared student loan forgiveness, spending billions of dollars, with dubious constitutional authority.

Ignoring the Constitution is only bad when other people do it, I guess.

“Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very republic,” Biden said. “Democracy cannot survive when one side believes there are only two outcomes to an election: either they win or they were cheated.”

Is that so? What an interesting take from the leader of a party that’s had a significant faction question the electoral legitimacy of every Republican presidential win since 2000.

In fact, this was the president’s own press secretary after the 2016 election.

Is the press secretary a threat to democracy or is it just the president’s opponents?

As caustic and at times unhinged Biden’s speech was, it was important in understanding what this administration defines as extreme and intolerable: Basically, anyone who opposes them.

It was a fiery speech delivered to activists in his base. His attempts to inject words about unity came off as entirely unserious.

“MAGA Republicans have made their choice, they embrace anger. They thrive on chaos. They live not in the light of truth but in the shadow of lies,” Biden said.

You heard that? Biden isn’t just saying that his former electoral opponent is bad, he’s saying those who supported him are bad and that they’ve “made their choice.”

It’s as if the words of unity were sprinkled into the speech to justify punitive actions toward political opponents.

While most Americans may not have heard Biden’s speech—many were probably watching college football instead—it nevertheless summed up much of what the administration has stood for and will now lean into.

Extremism in the name of moderation, condemnation in the name of unity, petty politics in the name of leadership.

Biden said during his speech that his opponents “promote authoritarian leaders and they fan the flames of political violence.”

On Thursday night, it was Biden who sounded like an authoritarian.

Biden’s after-speech Tweet sums things up.

Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic.

They don't respect our Constitution.

They don't believe in the rule of law.

And they don't recognize the will of the people.

If you stand in opposition to his regime, Biden defines you as a threat to the country. So, now what will he do?

What a healer.

Biden certainly isn’t an Abraham Lincoln, who called on Americans to embrace the better angels of their nature. He’s not even a Jimmy Carter, who was simply an ineffective micromanager.

Increasingly Biden’s looking like a James Buchanan, pushing his country to the brink while insisting that only his opponents are extremists.

Has anyone dared to wonder the reason behind condemning upset American Patriots willing to resist Dem-Marxist tyranny with arms is condemned (even by many Conservatives), YET Black Lives Matter and Antifa violent riots and looting are called “mostly peaceful protests”?

Personally, I believe confronting the current American tyranny should begin with peaceful – YET LOUD – protests and resistance to laws and bureaucratic (unlegislated) rules. However I suspect a time is soon coming when Biden/Dem-controlled law enforcement agencies will begin confronting Conservative protests with violent enforcement and/or the Communist private paramilitary forces of BLM/Antifa will be unleashed on Conservatives without restraint. I’ll Take Liberty Over Peace Every Time – America Needs Her Hard Men

Reasonable Americans and decent and sane humans in general naturally prefer peace over any violent environment in society, and although one should always strive to preserve the peace, peace isn’t worth a damn if it’s preserved at the expense of individual liberty, through the coercion and threats of retaliation and violence from the foot-soldiers of an opponent and a regime that governs and manipulates the mechanisms and processes of “the law”, through diktats and tyranny and outside the normal rules and understanding of established law.

American Conservative pundits have long noted that our country is in deep trouble, as the nation is repeatedly assaulted by the Communists of the Democratic Party, in their efforts to destroy the Republic and the Founding of the nation. We are in the middle of a cold civil war, that’s on the verge of turning hot in rapid fashion, by way of the Democrat’s hard left push through Joe Biden’s executive orders and Big Tech and the Marxist/Maoist Cancel Culture proletariat in the streets and academia, and as it grows more successful with each passing day and drives America into a new ruthless tyrannical socialist structure, largely due to the useful idiots and the Marxist tools in the ranks of the Millennials, seventy percent of whom find Communism to be an acceptable alternative to Capitalism.

[Blog Editor: My examination shows the 70% refers more to Socialism than Communism. NEVERTHELESS, in this day and age of looking for sanitized words acceptable to the masses (e.g., Progressive rather than Liberal or Leftist), Socialism today is merely a more acceptable term than Communism for the brainwashed masses. Full of a desire to exact vengeance from Conservative America for a litany of delusional and fallacious reasons, Joe Biden and the Democratic Party Communists are advancing a grudge-filled aggressive policy toward traditional America and every fine thing accomplished by Her people since our War of Independence and the Founding of America. They hate all that America represents across the span of history and the immense expanse of America’s Flyover Country where Her patriots are found.

Anyone who accepts the premise that violence can never be the answer to tyranny, as recently suggested by Trevor Loudon in his March 4^th [UPDATED 3/11/21 – premium subscribers] Epoch Times article, is already permanently defeated and a prisoner of his own cowardice.

Loudon writes [For non-subscribers, Loudon’s article can be read on We The People Convention]:

“Violence will not save America … (continuing four paragraphs later to say) … the Second Amendment must be preserved at all costs. An armed populace is at least some check on tyranny … Americans should keep their guns and work everyday to ensure they never have to use them against their own people.”

Loudon’s reasoning is based on the politicization and weaponization of the military against conservatives and the idea that the Left will welcome any right-wing violence as an excuse to lock the nation down tighter, as he prefaced his aforementioned words with:

“This country will be saved peacefully or not at all. If significant violence breaks out, it’s over.”

Well Damn! I guess it’s over then. Only a fool could make Loudon’s statement and believe it to be true.

What are we supposed to do? Keep showing up at protests with our firearms, as if role-playing — suspecting it’s all for show and thinking not one person will ever use those AR-15s for their real purpose — knowing that most of these summer soldiers and sunshine patriots will “shrink from the service of their country”? Just wait quietly counting our ammo ’til the ATF and the FBI demand our firearms upon Uncle Joe’s orders and we meekly hand them over? Wait silently while Biden and his regime consolidate and solidify their power and America descends into a thousand years of darkness and tyranny?

The Democratic Mayors and Governors managing the recent race-riots of the Communist Black Lives Matter, supported by self-loathing white Antifa Communists, certainly didn’t shy away from violence as a tool for achieving their Marxist agenda in their areas of control. They sanctioned violence to subvert the law and set the nation on edge as they demanded the Oval Office be placed at their command, rather than in any righteous defense of anything.

One should recall that in December of 1776, with General George Washington and some 2000 fighting men braving a bitter cold in the face of a superior numbers and a small pox epidemic, Thomas Paine wrote:

“These are the times that try men’s souls; the summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. America faces a similar crisis today, and truth be known, given our situation, our Founders would already have been shooting by now, and that’s no exaggeration.

After the Biden regime took hold of the reins of power, America saw an increase in the demands for defunding the police, along with the continued trampling of individual and property rights through mask mandates and business lockdowns, as rioters continued to loot and burn. Biden also hamstrung U.S. energy production; and Biden declared Whites in general, White supremacy and White initiated systemic racism to be the nation’s number one problem, while Democrats continue to subvert election laws and weaponize and politicize the federal agencies against conservatives and Christians.

Black activists, many of them pro-Second Amendment and armed, marched in Tulsa on Saturday to commemorate the victims of the ‘Tulsa race massacre’ in Oklahoma.

Organised in part by Elmer Geronimo Pratt Gun Club of Austin, Texas and The New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, the armed march paid tribute to Black residents and businesses of the Greenwood District in Tulsa who were attacked, injured or killed by members of a white mob during one of the most violent episodes of racial violence in the US history.

Organised under the banner of “Reparations Now”, the march marked a century since the Tulsa massacre which took place from May 31, 1921, to Jun 1, 1921.

It is not simply the ideas of Adam Smith, Charles Montesquieu, John Lock and Thomas Jefferson and James Madison that are being rejected and abandoned by the Democratic Party Communists and their supporters, but they are also abandoning the bedrock of civilization, as it was developed by the Greeks, Romans and Christians, and all the individualism that emanated from the philosophers of classical antiquity and through the Enlightenment to create a spirit and a sense of rugged independence in Americans, that still resides in many of us to this day.

Our current conflicts are actually being waged between two extremely different economic systems. Republicans largely pursue a Capitalist system, even though our current system still more closely resembles a Crony-Capitalist system (thanks to Woodrow Wilson), while the Democrats desire something akin to Marxism and/ or the sort of economic fascism reminiscent of the Red Fascism of the Bolsheviks and Black Fascism of the National Socialists, where everything is produced for and owned by the state. These are diametrically opposed systems, antithetical to one another, with the Democrats’ Marxist “utopian vision” incompatible with out Founding’s premise of inalienable God-given rights and individual liberty, and they cannot coexist any longer; and preferably, the side of liberty must emerge victorious on the other side of this battle.

The Democratic Party’s embrace of Collectivism and Cancel Culture denies Individual Liberty, and anyone who denies individualism and Individual Liberty also denies Western Civilization.

There isn’t any compromise to be had between Liberty-minded individuals who love Freedom and Communists who demand tyranny and submission to the state.

America’s Conservative and Republican pundits, not one in the same these days, are good ones for speaking about the “peaceful transition of power” and bragging about how they will win in 2022, as if everything is settled and it’s business as usual in the face of the stolen 2021 election. This braggadocio falls flat in light of the fact that nothing has yet been done to remove illegal election mechanisms from the voting system in the various Democratic Party strongholds that played an integral part in the treason, and this last election had more earmarks of an outright soft coup than any “peaceful transition of power”.

And yet, no matter the slim margin of their majority in Congress, the red radicals of Democratic Party remain in a constant stage of rabid rage and hysteria aimed at Conservative America, who desire more than a simple victory over the Election Weeks. More than a simple victory, these red radical Marxists/Maoists are howling for Conservative America to be completely silenced in the political arena and suppressed as a movement, definitively and clearly obliterated.

Just how far is any one American supposed to let this tyranny go before saying, “Hey Y’All — Open Fire”?

America’s answer to the howls for our destruction will determine whether America is ruled by its Big Tech oligarchs, American plutocrats, the racists running academia and the feeble children of Marxists or governed by Free Born Americans — a Great People — who put this America we love so well above all else other than our God, without the unnatural and obsessive desire for the accumulation of massive amounts of wealth and power exhibited by the Marxists of this nation.

America needs something far superior to Her summer soldiers and sunshine patriots, those self-described “happy warriors” who are more interested in fighting for deregulating businesses, lower capital gains taxes or paying out American tax-dollars to fight foreign wars, against the advice of our Founders, rather than fighting the real and necessary wars right here for the preservation of Freedom and Liberty for all Americans. For the real fight for Liberty at home, America needs Her hard men willing to do the hard tasks to defend U.S. and individual sovereignty, traditional America and its heritage and all that means — men who will not fade in the fight but will stand firm and true to their last dying gasp should it be asked of them to go so far.

No one is suggesting running right out this very minute or hour and starting the next full blown hot civil war. Certainly, we must see if there is any way left to find a peaceful path forward, even though it does look highly doubtful, once one considers the current mission and platform of the Democratic Party is nothing less than the full destruction of the United States Republic, to be rebuilt in the image and vision of Marx and Mao. And with that in mind, if one cannot even hint that a day and a time may soon arrive that demands a righteous and violent armed response in defense of all that America is founded upon, then I suggest the cowards should go ahead and cower and die, with their heads stuck in their nether regions, while the rest of us pick up our rifles and prepare to fight for traditional America and the restoration of real freedom and liberty.

Writing as I am on the evening of the anniversary of D-Day, I consider that so many fine, decent, honorable and brave Americans from Antietam to the Normandy invasion, generation after generation, have been willing to sacrifice everything in the name of Liberty and for this America we love so well and Her Founding Principles, in the face of enemies both foreign and domestic. Many fine young American men and women, hundreds of thousands and well over one million in number, have taken their last dying gasps believing that America embodied all the best ideas man has to offer and was worth the sacrifice it required to defend Her.

The Tyranny of Mask Mandates

Mask Mandates: Impermissible and Insufferable – Eventually Unanswered Tyranny Touches Us All

Americans are facing one bit of tyranny heaped upon others at a breathtaking rate, that we never would have expected to see in our country at this advanced stage of our history, and to a large degree the current “Covid Crisis” is the mechanism of its advancement. The push for the continued enforcement of illegal, unconstitutional mask mandates by small-minded petty bureaucrats and government workers everywhere is a large part of this anti-freedom and anti-liberty agenda advocated by the worst elements of local, state and federal governments, raising the blood-pressure and the ire of many Americans from all walks of life, who recognize this as the tyrants demands for our submission, in the face of their erroneous science and lies.

Not one single individual, not the first executive of any branch of government, not any governor and not the President of the United States and certainly not any mayor of any city or county, has any legal or legitimate authority to mandate that the entire healthy population don masks, under the pretense that these masks stop the spread of any disease, when the CDC’s own information and numerous recent studies state the contrary. They only have the authority to enhance and facilitate the implementation of existing legislation passed by a sitting legislative body, and there isn’t one single law on the books that gives them the power they have taken for themselves under this Covid imbroglio; and, never in our entire history, not even during the deadly Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918, have we ever penalized the entire population.

On April 16th, between one and two o’clock p.m., my first-born daughter had a misadventure at the Department of Motor Vehicles, in Sumner County, Tennessee, simply because she sought to get her tags without first donning a mask, even though numerous other people were already sitting in the waiting area without masks. [JOS] The lady at the counter told her that she couldn’t even talk to her without a mask, to which my daughter quickly countered by noting that JOS] another woman was receiving her tags without a mask and a police officer had just been nearby without a mask. Needless to say, my daughter was furious, and rightly so.

How does one get past this sort of coercion, when a government office withholds service of something like one’s tags, unless one complies with an illegal, unconstitutional, illegitimate mandate?

Make them get their supervisor and ask for a confirmation in writing that they are being refused service even though no legislation requires them to wear a mask. Accept the ticket one will surely later receive, for driving without tags, and then go to court to fight it under the grounds that government malfeasance and incompetence is to blame; and, if necessary, refuse to pay any ticket or tickets received, and then stand with the other mistreated citizens of one’s community under a lawyer’s guidance to sue the county for its infringement on their constitutional rights.

This process may lead to a list of other problems, such as suspended licenses and arrests and jail, which are too much for many to stand and bear, especially when they have children in school and families depending on them to get back and forth to work. And this is what the tyrants know and count on, as they have no compunction over making one or all dissenters into criminals for the simple act of standing up for what is right.

As one can readily see, a person might avoid any grief from the mask mandates for a long time, just as I have avoided any problems or confrontations, until something like this arises. Eventually, tyranny allowed to go unanswered touches us all.

Some suggest that states do have the legal right to pass such legislation, and perhaps they do. However, under the incorporated “due process clause” of the Fourteenth Amendment, the states cannot “deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law“. States might technically have such a right, but in that mask-mandates deprive us of our liberty and individual sovereignty, they are virtually unenforceable in many respects, and so, any dissent and legal challenge against any mask mandate is on firm legal ground.

And, I would also retort that if I am healthy and representing no risk to others, any such “law” or mandate represents an illegitimate government intrusion and a massive government overreach; and if anyone thinks others “may be sick” and just not symptomatic, then you can wear a damn mask, but you cannot force me and all America to don one due to your own irrational fear of a virus that has a damn near 99 percent survival rate.

Don’t people recognize, if states actually believed this to be the existential threat that the Leftists of America are screaming it is, they would have already passed legislation to move in this direction? Instead, here in Tennessee, legislators have proposed bills to ensure that businesses and government offices cannot discriminate and refuse service to anyone not wearing a mask or who has rejected the Covid vaccine (see SB320/SB187/HB13/HB0794), and several other states are doing much the same.

These mask mandates in too many instances serve only as a burden on the public peace, health and the safety of all Americans, for a litany of sound medical reasons that I have hashed and rehashed in a dozen other articles. And, once one sees the theatrics of Dr. Anthony Fauci and his admitted lies to mislead the American people, as he flip-flops all over the place on the necessity of wearing a mask — one day saying they are a must, the next saying abandon them — it is not clear what, if any, scientific and clinical basis for wearing facemasks as a protective strategy might be, especially knowing for a fact that facemasks restrict breathing, cause hypoxemia and hypercapnia and increase the risk for respiratory complications, self-contamination and the exacerbation of chronic conditions.

And then there are the cowards who would tell us, “It’s just a facemask”. Only a coward so readily takes refuge in such a poor excuse to give up even the slightest portion of one’s individual Liberty, as their words illuminate the fact that they were simply searching for the right reason to acquiesce to the unwise, such as Fauci and those adhering to Fauci’s willful ignorance. The words of cowards hold no value to me and it shouldn’t have any for anybody else, either, since they take comfort in cowering before the tyrants and huddled alongside their own ilk.

Sadly, once the power was discovered that came with these mask mandates and lockdowns and such, government bureaucrats and their lower-level agency workers have steadily and constantly facilitated the coercion and bribery of businesses to act on their orders, in essence to restrict the opportunity for free people to engage in commerce based upon wearing masks and medical procedures they may or may not have received. The mask mandates are simply the beginning, and now that we see government offices using them as an arbitrary tyrannical means of control, it’s readily apparent that many in our society want to use them to exert total control over how Americans will be allowed to simply live and interact in public spaces.

According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, although public safety and health falls under the Tenth Amendment and to the general oversight of the states, even they have limits on their authority in this regard. Speaking on Fox News one day, Napolitano stated that the states could not legitimately mandate people must wear masks, stating:

“If a person is known to be contagious, the state could require that person to be quarantined or wear a mask, but anything short of that, the state cannot interfere with that person’s freedom of movement or freedom to wear or not to wear a mask, so the government’s authority is really limited here no matter how aggressive the pandemic may become.”

However, Napolitano did clarify that states could require people to wear masks inside property they own, which cannot be right, in that the state supposedly represents all the people, even those who refuse to comply with mask mandates. Therefore, it must be left to each person as a free individual to decide for themselves whether or not they wish to wear a mask or not.

“So let me modify slightly what I just said,” he said. “The federal government could compel wearing masks on federal property. A military facility, the post office, government buildings, and the state government could compel wearing masks on state property. The DMV, state colleges, things like that. But on property that the government doesn’t own, the feds have no authority to compel wearing a mask, and the states can only compel it when people are sick.”]

One father, a soccer coach in Kentucky, made his stand against Kentucky’s mask mandate, refusing to make his daughter wear one, and lost a good job, because he refused to comply, or sit down and remain silent in the face of this tyranny. And due to the courage he exhibited, he is also the father of the only soccer player in his city who plays without a mask; this is the sort of courage all of America’s parents, and everybody else too, needs to find, if they expect to hold onto any semblance of freedom and liberty in days ahead.

Any American failing to act decisively at this important juncture in our history, to ensure Liberty and Freedom for future generations, is sorely lacking in the principles and virtues that America was founded upon. It is unconscionable to let this government overreach to continue at any level of government, and what we do now as a people and a society will determine the fate of freedom and humanity in our country for the rest of the century.

If one chooses the coward’s path, at least be honest with those depending on you to let them know you will not be there for them. At least that way, they will not be surprised or unprepared, when looking for ways to defend themselves and people who will stand alongside them, or in front of them in the coming battles.

As H.L. Menken noted in 1922:

“All government, in its essence, is a conspiracy against the superior man: It’s one permanent object is to oppress him and cripple him … One of its primary functions is to regiment men by force, to make them as much alike as possible and as dependent upon one another as possible, to search out and combat originality among them.”

The forced mask mandate upon Americans anywhere — the imposition of these Chinese face burkas — is impermissible and insufferable for anyone with any backbone, integrity and virtue, since they go against the very principles that America was founded upon and the idea of limited government, and they must not be allowed to serve the tyrannical ends for which they are now employed. If the petty tyrants among us can mandate that we all wear a mask for through their own devious and arbitrary “logic” and mechanisms outside constitutional law, then they can mandate anything at all in our lives, even up to and including that we must lick their boots every Friday.

Americans must not let these petty tyrants succeed in facilitating government rule-making for the sake of government rule-making, just to show that they command and we are to obey. Resist and refuse to comply at every turn in the road and fight this regime and any other government entity like all manner of hell is descending upon you and yours, like your life depends on it, in order to prevent the deep entrenchment of a government that demands our total obedience, with the ability to enforce it. Our liberty, our lives and our futures depend on what we all do from this day forward.

Be brave. Be courageous. Spit in the face of these unconstitutional and illegitimate power grabs and fight like hell to ensure that America’s future generations will be living free for many centuries.

Today I am cross posting “Trevor Loudon’s Plan to Save American from Socialism” and The Gateway Pundit’s continuing examination of Election Crimes STILL being committed in Arizona. The Loudon plan is dated March 4 and the TGP examination is dated March 7.

I am hoping many have already read the Loudon plan yet it is such an important READ you should examine it as a refresher and if you haven’t read it, DEAR GOD if you don’t desire to live in the Marxist States of America – READ IT! Loudon points out the Q-propaganda fallacy of the military being in control and how you can actually resist Dem-Marxism to preserve America.

I am including the TGP piece on Election Crimes in Arizona because my sense it highlights the reasoning from Loudon American Patriots cannot depend on mythical behind-the-scenes power sources to save the American Republic. Political preservation begins with YOU on a local basis becoming active peacefully (at least at first) to RESIST unconstitutional political crimes instituting Marxism (apparently influenced by the Chinese Communist Party) to the USA into a Globalist/Marxist puppet state ditching the Liberty of WE THE PEOPLE.

In full disclosure I have been one that placed hope in Q-like propaganda in the past. BUT YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND nary a Q-prediction of the last four years has occurred. Which by the way includes a March 4^th resurrection of the American Republic. Stop waiting for waiting for some unseen physical power to do something YOU can do.

THE ONLY UNSEEN POWER TO WAIT ON IS THE POWER OF GOD to activate through His human instruments in line with His Word and the direction of His Holy Spirit.

Being a doer and not hearer only in Biblical context courtesy of the AMPLIFIED BIBLE, CLASSIC EDITION (AMPC) in the Epistle of James:

²¹So get rid of all uncleanness and the rampant outgrowth of wickedness, and in a humble (gentle, modest) spirit receive and welcome the Word which implanted and rooted [in your hearts] contains the power to save your souls.

It is my opinion, to be an effective doer one needs to sense Holy Spirit guidance which always aligns with God’s Word:

John 16

For those of you who I believe and still place your hope in Q-like propaganda, I will not criticize. I’ve been there. In the back of mind, I would love to see the Q-stuff happen. BUT WHEN NOTHING HAPPENNED, I decided to place my hope and faith in the power of God which even after evil has run rough shod, God will always prevail in one manner or another. Even the American Judicial System is unreliable to uphold the Constitution.

A New Zealander’s 9 ‘Starter Steps’ to Save America From Socialism

Though I’m a New Zealander, I know America and its people well. I’ve travelled to every state in the Lower 48 and have addressed more than 500 audiences across this amazing nation. My message has always been the same: The United States is heading toward a brutally tyrannical socialist revolution—and if America goes down, every free country follows.

Well, now it’s here, people, unfolding before our very eyes.

So, what can be done? Can the Republic be saved? Honestly, I don’t know.

However, I can suggest some steps that would at least give this country a fighting chance.

Face Reality

Millions of Americans are still in complete denial. Many think the military is secretly in control—that it’s only a matter of time until justice is done and President Donald Trump is restored. There’s a “secret plan”—just “have faith.” The truth is that Trump was outmaneuvered by an alliance of communists, globalists, and even traitors in his own party. The “deep state” is now almost fully in control.

Trump isn’t coming back into office any time before 2024—if we still have meaningful elections by then.

To make sure they can never be voted out of office, the Democrats plan to enfranchise 22 million illegal immigrants, abolish the electoral college, gain at least four more far-left senators through Puerto Rican and D.C. statehood, and flood the country with tens of millions more third-world refugees and illegal immigrants. They also plan to nationally introduce voting “reforms,” i.e., mass mail-in balloting, abolition of ID requirements, etc. that will guarantee eternal Democratic Party control.

If the Democrats can abolish the Senate filibuster and place at least four more leftist “Justices” on the Supreme Court, there’ll be virtually no way to stop any of this if we rely on traditional political methods.

We’re undergoing a Marxist-Leninist revolution driven by China—right now, in real time.

The military can’t save us, nor can Trump. On the contrary, it’s up to patriots to protect Trump and the Armed Services from unrelenting Democrat/communist attacks.

When enough Americans face the unpleasant truth, then, and only then, can we talk about hope.

Stop All Violent Rhetoric

Violence will not save America. The harsh reality is that President Barack Obama had eight years to replace patriotic generals with left-leaning political appointees. He did a great job. If violence breaks out (God forbid) the military will stand with the government, not the insurgents.

Does anyone think Russia and China, and Cuba and North Korea and Iran would stand idly by while their Democrat friends are being defeated by a patriotic uprising? They would undoubtedly use the opportunity to finish off their “main enemy” once and for all.

Beware anyone inciting violence online, at a public gathering, or in a private meeting. Distance yourself fast. They will be at best hopelessly naive, at worst government provocateurs.

The left is praying for “right wing” violence. It will give them an excuse for a massive crackdown on patriotic Americans. This country will be saved peacefully or not at all. If significant violence breaks out, it’s over.

Having said that, the Second Amendment must be preserved all costs. An armed populace is at least some check on tyranny, even if useless in the face of biological warfare or nuclear attack. Americans should keep their guns and work every day to ensure they never have to use them against their own people.

Restore Election Integrity in All Red States

If voter trust isn’t restored within months, the Republican Party is doomed. Democrats will continue to vote. Large numbers of Republican voters will stay home. They won’t trust the elections and will refuse to participate. We’ve already seen this play out in the Georgia Senate elections.

Thirty states are currently led by Republican legislatures. Some are already holding enquiries into fixing deficient electoral procedures. Most will be whitewashes unless the public gets heavily involved. If the resulting recommendations don’t include the elimination of electronic voting machines and heavy penalties for organized voter fraud, it’s likely to be a window dressing exercise. Be alert.

Patriots must work to restore voting integrity first in the red states, then the red counties of the blue states—then after 2022, the whole nation.

Get involved in this process. It’s a top priority.

Close the Republican Primaries Immediately

This should be a no-brainer, but no one is talking about it. Only five U.S. states have truly closed Republican primaries. This means that in most states Democrats and Independents (even communists) can vote in Republican primaries—and they do. All over the country, the GOP’s enemies vote in Republican primaries to pick the weakest, most wimpy candidate they can.

That’s why the Republican base is super patriotic but most of their elected representatives in most states vote like “progressive” Democrats.

Close the primaries, Republican patriots. It will transform your party.

Organize a Compact of Free States

MAGA folk need to build a “nation within a nation.” This doesn’t mean secession—Russia and China would be quick to exploit such division. What’s needed is a re-affirmation of 10th Amendment rights as already outlined in the U.S. Constitution. The already out-of-control federal government is about to go on a rampage against every form of independence left in the country. Every red state with the courage to do so must immediately begin working toward a formal compact to collectively oppose all forms of federal overreach.

Such a formal alliance should start with Florida and Texas, then grow by inviting Oklahoma, the Plains states, most of the Southern states, New Hampshire, the free Midwestern states, and the Republican-led Northern and Western states.

Such an alliance, stretching from the Florida Keys and the Gulf of Mexico all the way to the Great Lakes and the Canadian border and even Alaska, would bisect the entire country.

Adding the red counties of the blue states such as Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California, would create a voting and economic bloc that Washington would find exceedingly difficult to challenge.

When the Biden administration recently suggested that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis close all restaurants in his state to slow the CCP virus pandemic, the governor politely refused—citing the ineffectiveness and horrendous economic consequences of mass lockdowns.

Biden then reportedly hinted at an unconstitutional ban on air and road travel to and from Florida. This threat might work against Florida alone. It wouldn’t work against Florida plus Texas and Oklahoma and 10 to 25 other states.

The United States is technically a federation of free and independent states. It’s time to fully realize that ideal.

Southern states will soon be reeling under a massive new wave of illegal immigration. The federal government will do nothing to prevent it. Texas, Florida, Arizona, and the free counties of New Mexico and California need to be preparing to defend their borders now. This is not an immigration issue that is the Constitutional preserve of the federal government—this is a state public welfare issue.

Of course, the Biden-Harris administration plans to pack the Supreme Court with more left-wing justices to make virtually anything they want “constitutional.” But this shouldn’t even need to go the courts. State governments already have the power under the 10th Amendment to nullify Federal overreach. They simply have to band together to put Washington back into its constitutionally tiny box.

The Republic will be saved through the courageous application of the First Amendment (free speech) and the 10th Amendment (state sovereignty).

Republic Review

Every free state should immediately embark on the adoption of the “Republic Review” process. There’s a small but growing movement in some Western and Northern states to review their engagement with the federal government to eliminate or nullify all unconstitutional relationships.

Under the Constitution, the states are technically superior to the federal government. They’re sovereign under the “equal footing” doctrine and have the legal power to refuse to engage in unconstitutional programs.

For instance, most states only get about 10 percent of their education budget from the feds—but are almost completely subservient to Department of Education dictates. Why not forgo the measly 10 percent in exchange for a return to local control over all public education? America is losing its youth in the public schools. Every patriotic parent knows that.

This would give parents more control over their children’s education and restore citizen’s control over their own government. Is this worth 10 percent of your state’s education budget?

If the free states are willing to stand against federal government overreach they must also be prepared to forgo unconstitutional federal money.

A thorough Republic Review audit would soon return power to the state legislatures—where it belongs.

Form a Multi-State ‘America First’ Popular Alliance

The left has “Our Revolution,” a nationwide alliance of 600 groups operating both inside and outside of the Democratic Party. Operated by Democratic Socialists of America and the Communist Party USA, Our Revolution works in the Democratic primaries to elect far-left candidates like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), and Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) into office. Our Revolution is not subject to Democratic Party discipline, but it does get to choose Democratic candidates.

We need an “America First” umbrella group to operate both outside and inside the Republican Party—even possibly within the Democratic Party in some areas.

This organization should be all about pushing the MAGA/America First agenda at every level of government, in every state of the union.

Such a movement could harness the energy of 70 million to 80 million Trump voters without being under Republican Party control.

America First could unite the Tea Party and MAGA movements, grassroots Republicans, patriotic Democrats, and Independents to mobilize tens of millions of voters to transform the GOP into the truly populist, patriotic MAGA party it should always have been.

Take that Mitch McConnell!

Trump is already vetting candidates to stand against the Republican congressmembers and senators who betrayed their own base after the 2020 election.

America Firsters should register Republican by the millions to primary out dozens of Republican sell-outs in 2022. The America First/MAGA movement could “own” every level of the GOP by 2024. The GOP needs the MAGA movement way more than the MAGA movement needs the Republican brand.

Meanwhile, there are almost 70 far-left Democratic congressmembers in red states. Just restoring voter integrity alone could defeat several of them in 2022.

Running MAGA candidates backed by Trump in every one of those races could flip many more. It would be more than feasible to take back the House in 2022 to make Biden a “lame duck” president.

Boycott/Buycott Bigtime

Patriots should be abandoning Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. for more honest platforms. They should also enthusiastically support efforts by DeSantis to heavily fine Big Tech operators who “cancel” patriots. If 25 or 30 free states did the same, “Big Tech” would soon be little tech.

Patriots need to organize nationwide boycotts of unpatriotic companies and buycotts for loyal American companies like My Pillow and Goya Foods.

Already, local groups are drawing up lists of “unfriendly” local companies and friendly alternatives so patriots can stop supporting their opponents and spend more with their fellow MAGA supporters.

It would also be smart to sequentially target vulnerable unpatriotic companies.

Imagine if 80 million MAGA patriots resolved to begin a nationwide boycott of one such company starting now. The boycott would go on indefinitely until the target company was broke, or it apologized for “cancelling” patriots. If applicable, every MAGA family could simultaneously commit to buying at least one of the cancelled person’s products this year.

On April 1, another disloyal company could be targeted, then another on May 1, another on June 1, etc.

After two or three companies had collapsed or apologized, we would soon see large companies start to back away from the “Cancel Culture.”

Patriots have spending power in this country, people. We need to starve our enemies and feed our friends.

Again, patriots need to build a nation within a nation.

It should be also a given that every American patriot boycotts all communist Chinese goods wherever possible. Check those labels! Buying Chinese communist products in 2021 is like buying Nazi products in 1939. It’s immoral and it’s suicidal. [Blog Editor bold text]

The Chinese Communist Party just crippled the U.S. economy with the CCP virus. Then, pro-China communists instigated mass Black Lives Matter rioting. Then the same people worked to influence the 2020 election.

It’s about time Americans stop funding their number one enemy—the CCP. [Blog Editor bold text]

Remove Malign Foreign Influence at State Level

DeSantis has unveiled legislation to massively curtail communist Chinese activity in Florida. The legislation also targets several other enemy states including Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and Venezuela—all of which interfere in this country’s internal affairs.

In December 2020, Trump’s Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe revealed that the Chinese Communist Party was conducting a “massive influence campaign” targeting dozens of members of Congress and their aides, including through attempted blackmail and bribery.

Currently, thousands of foreign companies from hostile regimes are buying up land, food production facilities, technical companies, educational facilities, and infrastructure.

Tens of thousands of foreign agents are co-opting unpatriotic businessmen, unethical politicians, and sympathetic journalists in the interests of China and other malevolent states.

Under the Biden-Harris administration nothing will be done to stop these activities at a federal level—but much can still be done by the free states.

If every free state cracked down on foreign bribery, corruption. espionage, and subversion, this country would be transformed.

If hundreds of corrupt academics, journalists, businessmen, and politicians (from both parties) were exposed and punished, this country would soon be well on the way to moral, economic, and political recovery.

The Dems who are closer to Communism than at any point ever experienced in American history, have actually voted to impeach President Donald Trump with only a FEW days left until their criminal election victor Biden is inaugurated as the USA’s first Communist President.

This whole election cycle has proven one thing. A person with a “D” by their name or a supporter of the Dem-Marxist Party can commit election crimes with impunity and face ZERO consequences for those crimes from law enforcement or from State/Federal Courts.

BUT actual supporters of the rule of law and a President who had his election stolen (with proof refused to be observed any level of Court due to illicitly fabricated concepts of Standing) and get actively upset that nowhere came close the level perpetrated by Antifa/BLM violence, looting, and property destruction are called seditionists and terrorists as the truly elected President is called the inciter. If Patriots were and are incited to revolt against this present tyranny, IT IS THE DEM-MARXISTS who are inciting anger by getting a pass for crimes committed against WE THE PEOPLE who had their majority votes nullified by Election Fraud instituted by Dem-Marxists in six or seven key States.

House Votes To Impeach President Trump For The Second Time

The House of Representatives voted Wednesday to impeach President Donald Trump for the second time during his presidency.

The House impeachment resolution charges Trump with one article of “incitement of insurrection” and the effort is being led by Democratic Reps. David Cicilline of Rhode Island, Jamie Raskin of Maryland and Ted Lieu of California.

The vote Wednesday was 232-197 with 10 Republicans, including Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger, Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney, and New York Rep. John Katko, voting to impeach.

Democrats in the House of Representatives introduced at least one article of impeachment against Trump on Monday morning after rioters supporting Trump stormed the U.S. capitol Wednesday, committing acts of vandalism and violence and postponing the electoral college certification process, forcing members of Congress to evacuate the building.

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer introduced the resolution, which called on Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office, NBC News reported. That resolution was passed by the House Tuesday night, but Pence declined to enact the 25th amendment.

Meanwhile, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s office confirmed that he will not “consent” to reconvening the Senate before Jan. 19, effectively killing hopes for removing Trump from office before President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration. According to Axios founder and former Politico Playbook editor Mike Allen, there is a “50-50 chance” McConnell will vote to impeach Trump. McConnell is reportedly considering his own legacy and wants to defend the Senate and the institution. If McConnell voted to impeach, it is likely other Senate Republicans would jump on board, making it possible for the Senate to impeach Trump. [Blog Editor: That is actually erroneous. “The Senate institutional loyalists are fomenting a counterrevolution” to Trump, a top Republican close to McConnell, reportedly told Axios.

The New York Times released a report Tuesday, citing anonymous sources, saying that McConnell is pleased Democrats will try to impeach Trump, as it will help separate the Republican party from Trump.

The house will now have to vote on sending the articles of impeachment to the Senate.

Additionally, Pence authored two tweets threatening punitive action against the citizens who voted for his re-election in 2020.

“The violence and destruction taking place at the US Capitol Must Stop and it Must Stop Now. Anyone involved must respect Law Enforcement officers and immediately leave the building,” Pence said.

Reports and video evidence indicate that Wednesday’s protest and occupation of federal buildings were mostly peaceful in nature, with the only reported fatality being a female protester who was gunned down by police.

President Trump called for peace in a video message Wednesday, but has been repeatedly attacked by GOP leadership in statements throughout the course of the day’s events.

In an appearance on the Fox News Channel, former White House Chief of Staff Reince Preibus called protesters domestic terrorists who “have no respect for democracy” and act “opposite of patriotism.” Preibus described the concerns of Trump voters in Washington as “pure insanity and disgusting.”

It’s not just Missouri, on Tuesday Allen West told Steve Bannon on the War Room, “I think you’re going to see ten states sign on to this petition and lawsuit. I know as you said Louisiana just came on board.”

Seven states have already reportedly joined Texas in their lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

And the list has now grown to 17 states.

Trump Says He Will Intervene in Texas’ SCOTUS Election Case

President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he and/or members of his legal team would join, as intervenors, the lawsuit brought by Texas’ Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton to the U.S. Supreme Court against four battleground states.

“We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!” Trump said in a tweet.

An intervention, in legal terms, is a procedure that lets a nonparty join ongoing litigation if the case affects the rights of that party. The court considering an application to intervene, in this case the U.S. Supreme Court, has the discretion to allow or deny such a request.

In the lawsuit, Texas is alleging that Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin introduced last-minute unconstitutional changes to election laws, treated voters unequally, and triggered significant voting irregularities by relaxing ballot-integrity measures. The lawsuit is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to declare that the four battleground states conducted the 2020 election in violation of the Constitution.

The suit, filed on Dec. 7 and docketed the next day, is also seeking to prohibit the count of the Electoral College votes cast by the four states. For the defendant states that have already appointed electors, it asks the court to direct the state legislatures to appoint new electors in line with the Constitution.

Trump’s remarks about joining the suit as an intervenor came after several states expressed their support for the lawsuit. Attorneys general for Arkansas, Alabama, Missouri, and Louisiana have issued statements in support of Paxton’s motion.

On Tuesday, the president wondered if lawmakers or judges have the courage to help him challenge election results in key battleground states.

“Let’s see whether or not somebody has the courage—whether it’s a legislator or legislatures, or whether it’s a justice of the Supreme Court or a number of justices of the Supreme Court. Let’s see if they have the courage to do what everybody in this country knows is right,” Trump told a press conference in Washington during a summit on COVID-19 vaccines.

In the complaint to the Supreme Court, Paxton argues that the four battleground states had acted in a way that violated their own election laws and thereby breached the Constitution through enacting and implementing new measures, rules, and procedures right before the Nov. 3 election.

In some instances, the defendant states enacted such measures through the use of so-called friendly lawsuits, in which the plaintiff and the defendant collude to procure a court order, the lawsuit alleges. In other instances, a variety of state election officials allegedly exceeded their authority to promulgate rules and procedures that should have been enacted by each state’s legislature, as required by the Constitution’s Elections and Electors clause.

“The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections,” Paxton said in a statement.

Attorneys general from the defendant states have disputed the allegations in the lawsuit.

Paxton argued that the actions he outlined in his complaint “constitute non-legislative changes to State election law by executive-branch State election officials, or by judicial officials” and, as such, votes cast by Electoral College electors pursuant to these actions should not be considered constitutionally valid.

Texas is also asking the Supreme Court (pdf) to grant a preliminary injunction or a temporary restraining order to block the four states from taking action to certify their election results or to prevent the state’s presidential electors from taking any official action. The presidential electors are scheduled to meet on Dec. 14.

The court has ordered the defendant states to respond to Texas’s motions by 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10.

In a novel legal strike, the state of Texas has asked the Supreme Court to invalidate the election results in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia, arguing officials in those four battleground states violated the Constitution by making changes to how ballots were cast and counted without legislative approval.

The lawsuit filed late Monday night by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton asked the justices to issue a temporary restraining order preventing the states “from taking action to certify presidential electors or to have such electors take any official action including without limitation participating in the electoral college.”

The suit argues that changes made by the state’s governors, secretaries of states and election supervisors were “inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.”

“I’m worried about the credibility of elections, not just right now, but I’m worried about the credibility of elections going forward,” Paxton told Just the News on Tuesday afternoon in a phone interview. “I’m not making a fraud argument, I’m making an argument based on the Constitution. And what we know happened, which was that we know state law was changed by people other than the state legislature, which is the only constitutionally authorized changes that are allowed … My argument is that the law was violated, the constitution was violated. I’m not addressing whether there was 2 million fraudulent ballots cast in Pennsylvania. I don’t know, and there’s no way to know, the way the system got set up, the way the rules got changed.”

States are allowed in certain circumstances to appeal directly to the Supreme Court, bypassing lower federal courts, in disputes involving other states. Paxton argued the state of Texas was wrongly harmed by the unconstitutional acts of the other states.

“These non-legislative changes … facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution,” the suit stated. “By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.”

Paxton said the defendant states may have had good intentions in making changes to the elections to address COVID-19 but nonetheless violated the Constitution, requiring a dramatic remedy.

“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting,” the suit argued. “The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect they made the 2020
election less secure in the Defendant States.”

The lawsuit was backed by the Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project, a conservative group that has taken the national lead in challenging election irregularities in 2020. “The lawless nature of the 2020 election is on full display in the suit filed by Texas,” Amistad director Phill Kline said. “There was a coordinated and unprecedented effort of private interests improperly joining with leftist government officials to illegally support the democrat ticket in this election. This involved the sharing of sensitive citizen information with the private sector and the flow of more than $500 million from the private sector to targeted government officials and local governments.”

Paxton told Just the News he did not rely on research from the Amistad Project in his lawsuit and as of Tuesday afternoon had not spoken with other states about the issue but anticipated he could when he arrives in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday. Paxton’s scheduled to meet with President Trump on a pre-arranged meeting.

Paxton rejected interpretations of stare decisis arguments saying that some states have wrongly trying to redefine who has constitutional authority over running elections in order to sow chaos and delay a clear presidential election result.

“I know what the Constitution requires, and it’s always required that,” Paxton said. “It’s the Constitution, so if case law says that the Constitution shouldn’t be the Constitution, well, I think that case law’s wrong.”

However, Paxton said he is hopeful the U.S. Supreme Court — including with the newly-sworn Justice Amy Coney Barrett to possibly tip the balance — will ultimately restore Constitutional order under a strict textualist reading that prohibits what Paxton said was last-minute judicial usurpation of the prerogatives of state legislatures to make election rules.

“I’m always for reading based on what the Framers meant, otherwise we don’t really have a Constitution if it’s just nine judges up there and they can make up whatever they want,” Paxton said. “We don’t really have a Constitution, we just have a ruling oligarchy of nine judges. And I’m in favor of judges who aren’t making the law for us and telling us what to do. I’m in favor of judges who are put there, they look at the law as it was written, whether by a legislature by the Founders, and they follow it. That’s their job.”
