Exclusive: Hunter Biden, CCP-Tied Billionaire Had Close Relationship, Texts Reveal

Hunter Biden and an energy tycoon with extensive ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had a cozy relationship, according to text messages disclosed to U.S. Senate investigators by Tony Bobulinski, one of Biden’s former business partners.

 

In text messages sent to Bobulinski on Oct. 14, 2017, Biden wrote that he and Ye Jianming, the founder of multibillion-dollar Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy, had a “solid” relationship. Biden said he was the first guest at Ye’s new apartment and that the billionaire cooked lunch for him.

 

“I’ve been talking to the Chairman on a regular basis. I was his first guest in his new apartment/ he cooked me lunch himself and we ate in the kitchen together,” Biden wrote, according to text message screenshots (pdf) obtained by The Epoch Times.

 

Biden added that Ye “has me helping him on a number of his personal issues,” including for “staff visas and some more sensitive things.”

 

The close relationship between the pair began as early as 2015, according to a report by the Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security Committee. The text messages raise significant questions considering the extensive ties between the communist regime and both Ye and his company.

 

While on paper a private enterprise, CEFC had a rare contract to store part of China’s strategic oil reserves, received financing from a regime-owned bank, and hired a number of former top officials from state-owned energy companies, according to Reuters. The company also had more layers of Communist Party committees than many private Chinese companies have.

 

The text message from Biden, the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, was in response to a question from Bobulinski, who had at that point spent months trying to figure out why Ye hadn’t yet wired $10 million to SinoHawk LLC, the U.S. joint venture incorporated by Ye, Hunter Biden, James Biden, Bobulinski, and two more partners, James Gilliar and Rob Walker.

 

SinoHawk LLC was created through a web of corporate entities, according to corporate records (pdf) obtained by The Epoch Times. Hudson West IV, a limited liability corporation controlled by Ye, owned half of SinoHawk. Hunter Biden and his partners owned the other half through Oneida Holdings LLC, which they in turn owned through five more corporate entities, one for each partner, the corporate documents (pdf) show.

 

According to Bobulinski, the “Sino” in SinoHawk stood for China, while “Hawk” was picked because it was the favorite animal of Beau Biden, Joe Biden’s deceased son.

 

The emails, text messages, and documents reviewed for this article were produced by Bobulinski to the media and later to the Senate Homeland Security Committee. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), the committee chairman, told The Epoch Times last week that the committee’s ongoing review has found nothing to put the authenticity of the documents in doubt.

“What I can say about all of those sources, we’re continuing to do our due diligence to verify and authenticate the genuineness of those emails,” Johnson said. “And to date, we have found nothing that disputes them. All we’ve found is verification, validation of their authenticity.”

 

At least one of the emails in the batch provided by Bobulinski matches word-for-word the emails purportedly obtained from a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden and published by The New York Post. Bobulinski reportedly turned over three of his smartphones to the FBI on Oct. 23.

 

Ye’s underlings in China and the United States kept telling Bobulinski that the wire was coming while putting up baffling roadblocks, such as asking Bobulinski what the goals of the joint venture were, despite signing off on corporate paperwork that listed the mission of the enterprise. Throughout the process, Bobulinski couldn’t get in direct contact with Ye and had to deal instead with his lieutenants.

 

“So u 1000% [didn’t] reach out to Chairman Ye or Director Zang and create parallel noise?” Bobulinski wrote to Hunter Biden on Oct. 14, 2017. “I didn’t [think] so but just trying to manage chaos.”

 

Biden responded by talking of his close relationship and regular talks with Ye, including that Ye engaged Biden as his attorney in the United States. Biden also curiously distanced himself from the acquisition deals in Oman and Luxemburg for which SinoHawk was ostensibly created.

 

“Anyway, he and I are solid so when and if you or James feel like I’m capable of telling him about your Oman and Luxembourg or The Russian guys deal just let me know. We have a standing once a week call as I am also his personal counsel (we signed an attorney client engagement letter) in the US,” Biden wrote.

 

“I assumed you lost interest as we haven’t spoken for so long. Are any deals that you said were closing—,” Biden wrote.

 

Bobulinski’s responses suggest he was baffled by the response, considering the amount of effort he and other partners expended to get in touch with Ye to secure the promised $10 million in funding for SinoHawk.

“About ‘my deals’ they apparently are our deals not my deals,” Bobulinski wrote. “Not much for games, they were supposed to fund 10 MM USD, which they never did, and am assuming u know that.”

 

Ye never wired the money to SinoHawk, but Bobulinski would later learn from the Homeland Security Committee report that Hunter and James Biden received money from Ye via another channel.

 

According to confidential documents obtained by the Senate Homeland Security Committee, on Aug. 4, 2017, more than two months before the Biden–Bobulinski text exchange, CEFC Infrastructure Investment (US) LLC, a subsidiary of Ye’s company, sent Hunter Biden’s law firm, Owasco, a payment for $100,000.

 

Four days later, CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million to the bank account for Hudson West III, another entity controlled by Ye. On the same day the money arrived, Hudson West III started sending frequent payments to Hunter Biden’s firm.

 

“These payments, which were described as consulting fees, reached $4,790,375.25 in just over a year,” the Senate report stated.

 

A month later, on Sept. 8, 2017, Hunter Biden and Gongwen Dong, Ye’s U.S. operative, applied for a credit line. Hunter Biden, James Biden, and James Biden’s wife, Sara Biden, were authorized users for the credit cards linked to the accounts. They subsequently used the credit cards to buy more than $100,000 in luxury items, including airline tickets and multiple items at Apple Inc. stores.

 

When Bobulinski learned two years later about the money that flowed to the Bidens, he reached out to James Biden.

“Hope you and family are well, safe and healthy. You can imagine my shock when reading the report yesterday put out by the Senate committee. The fact that you and HB were lying to Rob, James and I while accepting $5 MM from CEFC is infuriating,” Bobulinski wrote, using Hunter Biden’s initials.

 

“And so disappointing based on the years of work that James, Rob and team invested to get things done.”

 

Further hints about Ye and Biden’s intentions for SinoHawk are revealed in an email from one of Ye’s lieutenants to Bobulinski. On July 26, 2017, Zhao Runlong wrote about the $5 million of working capital intended for SinoHawk as money “lent to BD family.”

 

“This $5 million loan to BD family is interest-free. But if the 5 M is used up, should CEFC keep lending more to the family?” Zhao wrote, using “BD” as shorthand for “Biden.”

 

A review of nearly 1,800 pages of emails and more than 600 messages Bobulinski handed over to Congress suggests that Bobulinski’s insistence on running SinoHawk by the book may have resulted in Hunter Biden abandoning his partners and accepting money from Ye via another route.

 

Bobulinski summed up the events prior to the last presidential debate on Oct. 22, telling reporters that Hunter Biden wanted to use SinoHawk as a personal “piggy bank” before Bobulinski intervened. President Donald Trump invited Bobulinski as a guest to the debate because the emails and texts Bobulinski handed to Senate investigators can be viewed as damaging to Joe Biden.

 

Joe Biden’s name doesn’t come up in any of the corporate documents used to set up SinoHawk. At the time the company was formed, he was no longer in the White House.

 

The texts and emails show that Gilliar brought Bobulinski into the deal to work full-time as the CEO of SinoHawk. Hunter Biden began to voice concerns about the direction of the company in mid-May, 2017, less than two weeks before the paperwork incorporating SinoHawk was signed.

 

On May 13, 2017, Gilliar sent an email to Biden, Bobulinski, and Walker about proposed “remuneration packages” and an equity breakdown between the five partners. Under the proposal, Hunter Biden would receive an $850,000 salary and a 20 percent stake in Oneida Holdings, which, in turn, owned half of the joint venture with Ye’s company. The equity breakdown also included a 10 percent stake, which was to be held by Hunter Biden “for the big guy.” Bobulinski told reporters on Oct. 22 that the “big guy” was Joe Biden.

 

Hunter Biden reacted to the proposal by pointing out that he would need more than $850,000 because after alimony and taxes, he would be left with only $100,000 for himself.

 

“I have been the only one asked to give up all other active commercial interests- no consulting fees no promoting another business no continuing to work on existing projects etc…so I have to admit I do expect that if I can’t keep my toe in other things I will need a hell of a lot more than 850 p/y on a monthly basis,” Biden wrote.

On the same day, Bobulinski wrote a text message to Gilliar: “We need to manage Hunter as every discussion makes me feel like he thinks things are going to be his personal piggybank.”

 

On May 16, 2017, Bobulinski responded to Hunter and partners by pointing out that the company would need an operating budget in order to make a profit.

 

“We should all discuss so you are covered but you also have to be conscious of the moving parts and operating budgets and we have to pay a team of people who will be working 100 hours a week so we generate enough profits so we are distributing $10s of MM out to the owners,” Bobulinski wrote.

 

“I will be circulating the Terms for Oneida later today. In that I have included an [additional] payment to you and I as sitting on the board of SinoHawk. We can all discuss.”

 

In the following days, the money discussion escalated into a standoff about the ultimate control of the company. Bobulinski, who was taking on the CEO role, didn’t want to have his decisions overruled by the Bidens, who controlled half the company with the combined stakes. Hunter Biden pushed back hard, arguing that Ye went in for the deal solely due to the Biden family name.

“They are both coming to be MY partner to be partners with the Bidens,” Biden wrote in a group chat on May 17.

 

The next day, in a text message sent directly to Bobulinski, Biden outlined his case for getting full control of the company.

 

“Tony please stop the ‘[you’re] making me nervous’ bull [expletive]. Come on man we both want the same thing. We want to make certain we have as much control over our own fates as possible. I don’t blame you for wanting that – it doesn’t ‘make me nervous’ it is what it is. Just happens that in this instance only one player holds the trump card and that’s me,” Biden wrote.

 

“May not be fair but it’s the reality because I’m the only one putting an entire family legacy on the line/ and if you think it’s reasonable that I turn the keys over to someone that I’ve spent less than 12 hours with than that makes me nervous. So I’m asking you to do us all a favor and find a different way to alleviate your worries.”

 

The argument then spilled out again into the group chat, with Biden making the case for why he should have more control of the company. At one point, Biden appeared to threaten to break Bobulinski’s jaw, to which Bobulinski responded with an invitation to a fight. The argument exposed that Bobulinski didn’t want to end up being a figurehead CEO to cover for the Biden family’s involvement without any control over the company.

 

“And to add to it, if you are so worried about your family, you wouldn’t be doing this because as u said, all of your dad’s lawyers and any lawyer would advise you and Jim not to touch this with a 100 foot pole,” Bobulinski wrote.

 

“So if you are willing to take a risk so be it, I am willing to stand by your side and take risk as well but there has to be balance in governance and the board.”

 

While Joe Biden’s name doesn’t appear in any of the corporate records disclosed by Bobulinski, the Biden family name was nonetheless one of the key offerings to Ye from Hunter Biden and his partners.

 

An April 25, 2017, business proposal (pdf) prepared by the partners for CEFC, features a photo of Joe Biden with Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos. The proposal touts Joe Biden’s relationship with Santos as a “strong one throughout the Obama administration.” A section dedicated to potential CEFC investments in Oman noted that Hunter Biden’s “family & friends” could be used to endorse Ye and CEFC and solicit a special exemption from the leader of Oman to establish a “CEFC vehicle” that is uniquely [sanctioned] by His Highness to omit the required local partner element.”

 

In a June 1, 2017, letter to Ye, Hunter Biden, after sending wishes from “my family and I,” wrote “I hope you are very happy with the progresses [sic] that has been made in Oman, this in my opinion cements our common belief, that by combining our connects and skills, we will create new opportunities in third geographies and economies, as well as the benefits for our two great countries.”

 

SinoHawk never got off the ground, but Hunter Biden and Gilliar appear to have been providing the same services for Ye in a less formal fashion since as early as February 2016.

 

In an email to CEFC sent on March 13, 2017, Gilliar referenced “several strategy documents that [were] prepared earlier in our relationship,” including a proposal for the CEFC acquisition of Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the United States. The Westinghouse proposal (pdf) attached to that email was dated Feb. 22, 2016.

 

CEFC China Energy was China’s largest privately held oil company before it was caught in Beijing’s crosshairs in 2018. The oil conglomerate made billions of dollars in Russia, Europe, and parts of Africa, while Ye fostered ties with high-level Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials.

 

Ye has been missing since early 2018 after he was placed under investigation by the Chinese regime for “suspected economic crimes” and detained. A state-owned enterprise took control of CEFC in March 2019, and, according to Chinese media Caixin, the firm declared bankruptcy early this year.

 

Hunter Biden, James Biden, Gilliar, Walker, Bobulinski, and the Joe Biden campaign didn’t immediately respond to requests by The Epoch Times for comment.

Hunter Biden – in an audio file labelled “Most Genius Shit Ever” – appears to be referencing Patrick Ho, who was a former Secretary for Home Affairs in Hong Kong, as a “spy chief of China” while lamenting how his business partner Ye Jianming of CEFC China Energy had disappeared.

 

Ho was also involved in the CEFC venture, as originally reported by the New York Post and suppressed by the media and Big Tech firms.

 

The audio breaks the mainstream media’s narrative that the hard drive is somehow “fake” or does not implicate Hunter or Joe Biden in criminal investigations and/or business deals with the Chinese Communist Party.

EXC: Huffy Hunter Expenses Emails – Biden Claims He Is ‘Managing Director’ At Chinese Military-Linked Firm, Demands Massive Cash Reimbursements

EMAILS FOUND ON HUNTER BIDEN’S HARD DRIVE REVEAL HE SERVED AS THE “MANAGING DIRECTOR” OF CEFC CHINA ENERGY – A COMPANY THAT HAS DEEP TIES TO THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY’S MILITARY, THE PLA.

 

CEFC China Energy recently made headlines following a New York Post exposè highlighting how Hunter Biden leveraged his father’s name to ink deals with the Chinese government-linked entity.

 

The article – ‘Emails reveal how Hunter Biden tried to cash in big on behalf of family with Chinese firm’ – also outlines how Joe Biden may have benefitted financially from the deal.

 

The company, founded by the now-missing Chinese tycoon Ye Jianming, has been identified as collaborating with the Chinese Communist Party’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) since its founding.

 

CEFC’s PLA ties come through Ye. Even CNN acknowledges it:

 

“For years, rumors had circulated in China that Ye was a People’s Liberation Army (PLA) princeling […] Onlookers theorized that Ye Jianming’s grandfather was a high-ranking Communist Party official called Ye Jianying. A biography of the younger Ye in a 2012 financial report seemed to support claims of high-level PLA ties. It states that from 2003 until 2005 he was the deputy secretary general of the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC). That group is a purported political arm of the Chinese military, according to a report by the Project 2049 Institute, a US-based organization that researches Asia security issues. Stylistic similarities between the CEFC China Energy and CAIFC logos did nothing to dispel the idea that Ye was linked to the military.”

 

What’s more, the Wall Street Journal noted the company was a supplier of the PLA in 2018:

 

“The company reports over $40 billion in annual revenue including Middle East oil production, financial holdings in Central Europe, trading in Singapore and oil storage depots for China’s strategic national reserve. A person with knowledge of the situation said CEFC supplies the People’s Liberation Army.”

 

Despite these ties, Hunter Biden identifies himself, “unequivocally with no room for different opinions or interpretation” as a Managing Director of CEFC.

 

“I am the managing director of CEFC. I have complete authority as to who I hire and who I fire. I have only employees that work for me in DC,” the former veep’s son wrote.

 

Hunter Biden continued: “I am not in a JV with CEFC. I am not partners with CEFC. I am not employed or funded by CEFC. My expenses will not be reviewed by any CEFC employee. The President of CEFC has no right reason nor ability to terminate HW3.”

The email thread, which contains Mervyn Yan, the Chinese Communist Party-linked GongWen Dong, and Joe Biden’s brother Jim, alludes a dispute over money owed to Hunter Biden from “Mervyn and Kevin.”

 

In full, the email thread entitled “RSA Expenses June-Dec 2017.numbers” reads:

 

Mervyn and Kevin,

 

The house of Sweden is my D.C. Office space. It will be reimbursed. As for a Cefc accountant going over my expense report I will personally sue you Kevin and the accountant if you forward my expense to them.

 

I am sorry to be so direct but for the final time I am not In Business with CEFC. I have never been a partner with nor an affiliate of CEFC.

 

I am amazed that my fellow board members do not see the inherent conflict such an arrangement if true would create for the chairman and Mervyn and Kevin and Jaqi personally.

 

Under US law if the Chairman and equity holder of a corporation partnered with a US LLC (Owasco) through ownership of his wholly owned US llc (Hudson West) was in reality and practice using CEFC employees and money to operate a privately held company there would be an enormous conflict of interest.

 

The notion that you and Kevin and Jackie are insisting that such an illegal scheme is in fact your understanding of how this company is organized – well then I would say in light of the ongoing investigation you should not be surprised by warrant being issued related to this.

 

That is why I am stating unequivocally with no room for no different opinions or interpretation – I am not in a JV with CEFC. I am not partners with CEFC. I am not employed or funded by CEFC.

 

My expenses will not be reviewed by any CEFC employee. The President of CEFC has no right reason nor ability to terminate HW3.

 

I am the managing director of CEFC. I have complete authority as to who I hire and who I fire. I have only employees that work for me in DC.

 

Reimbursement of expenses is not a matter for the board. The decision lies with the managing director alone.

 

If you refuse to sign the wire Kevin I will seek to have you removed from the board for unjust obstruction of equity holder rights. I am the only equity holder on the board. I will bring suit in the Chancery Court in Delaware- which as you know is my home state and I am privileged to have worked with and know every judge on the chancery court.

 

Because the chairman is unavailable and his equity according to you has been transferred to the president ( in direct violation of the LLC agreement I am certin [sic] the court will issue subpoenas for both the president and the chairman and if they refuse to comply the court will seek to “pierce the corporate veil” of CEFC through any of its remaining holdings in the US.

 

I could go on but I don’t think it necessary.

 

All expenses submitted will be reviewed for any obvious error in the moment and a accountant hired by HW3 will review when preparing HW3 taxes.

 

Thank you in advance for your cooperation. If my expenses as submitted are not wired into the Owasco account today I will file an injunction to freeze all HW account at Cathay Pacific and simultaneously seek a determination of control of HW3.

 

My fellow board members – your insistence on control of my capital in my account for my company is counter productive in the extreme. Your insistence on control by an entity that has no legal connection to HW3 by contract or any verbal agreement will be the single biggest reason you will become even more entangled in issues that will swallow your careers for the next ten years.

BIDEN: “[President Trump] did virtually nothing” to combat the coronavirus.

FACT: President Trump took action beginning in January to combat the coronavirus and his Administration has led an unprecedented response to protect American lives.

  • According to  Fauci, the Trump Administration “acted very, very early” to combat the spread of the virus and did not delay putting in place mitigation strategies.
  • President Trump restricted travel from China on January 31, a decision that saved American lives.
  • On February 11, top Biden coronavirus advisor Ron Klain admitted the Trump Administration was “far from doing nothing.”
  • Even Democratic Governors such as Andrew Cuomo (NY) praised the Trump Administration’s response: “What the federal government did, working with states, was a phenomenal accomplishment.”
  • President Trump launched Operation Warp Speed to guarantee that the American people are first in line for a safe, effective coronavirus vaccine—at no cost—as soon as one is developed.

BIDEN: “And there’s no prospect that there’s going to be a vaccine available for the majority of the American people before the middle of next year.”

FACT: Both the CDC and Dr. Fauci have said a vaccine is possible before the end of 2020.

  • In September, Dr. Anthony Fauci said he believes a “safe and effective” vaccine will be available by the end of the year.
  • In October, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it is possible “one or more COVID-19 vaccines” will be available “before the end of the year.”
  • Multiple coronavirus vaccines are now in their final stages of development—an “impressive” accomplishment, according to NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins.

BIDEN: “I don’t understand why this President is unwilling to take on Putin when he’s actually paying bounties to kill American soldiers in Afghanistan.”

FACT: Top military and intelligence officials have strongly emphasized that the reporting of bounties is completely unproven.

  • In July, Defense Secretary Mark Esper said “all the defense intel agencies have been unable to corroborate that report.”
  • In September, General Frank McKenzie Commander of U.S Central Command said that when it comes to evidence about bounties being placed on the heads of American service members “I just haven’t seen it.”

BIDEN: “They’re interfering with American sovereignty and to the best of my knowledge I don’t think the president has said anything to Putin about it.”

FACT: The Obama-Biden Administration’s Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, said no one has been tougher on Russia than the Trump Administration.

  • President Trump has stood up to Russia’s aggression by implementing strong sanctions and countering Russian interference and aggression.
  • In July 2017, President Trump pressed Putin on election meddling at the G-20 summit meeting.
  • In August 2017, President Trump applied new sanctions to Russia, in an effort to deter Russian subversion and destabilization actions.
  • In September 2017, the Trump Administration banned the use of Kaspersky Labs software on U.S. Government computers due to Kaspersky ties to Russian intelligence.
  • In March 2018, the Trump Administration imposed sanctions against 16 Russian entities and individuals for their roles in Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
  • In March 2018, President Trump ordered the expulsion of 48 Russian intelligence officers from the United States and ordered the closure of the Russian consulate in Seattle.
  • In June 2019, President Trump told Putin directly: “don’t meddle in the US presidential election.”

BIDEN: “[President Trump] has a secret bank account with China.”

FACT: The bank account is neither secret nor President Trump’s.

  • President Trump does not have a personal Chinese bank account.
  • Long before Donald Trump ran for president, Trump International Hotels Management L.L.C. opened an account in order to pay local taxes in China and to explore potential hotel deals in Asia.
  • No deals, transactions or other business activities ever materialized, and since 2015, the business office has remained inactive.
  • The Trump Organization maintains bank accounts in other countries where it does business, as international businesses typically do.
  • The Trump Organization’s account proves one thing: an international hotel business was an international hotel business. Meanwhile, Joe Biden still owes the American people answers about his foreign corruption and dangerous ties to China.

BIDEN: “When last time he said what he paid he said ‘I only paid that little because I’m smart, I know how to game the system.’”

FACT: President Trump has paid millions of dollars in federal taxes.

  • The Times’ article ignores millions of dollars the President has paid in payroll, property, and other taxes, along with state and local taxes he has paid.

BIDEN: “My son has not made money in terms of this thing about — what are you talking about – China.”

FACT: Hunter Biden attempted to negotiate multiple, lucrative business deals with Chinese partners, and currently has an ownership stake in a Chinese private equity firm.

  • An May 2017 email shows Hunter attempting to cash in on an $850,000 annual “renumeration [sic] package” and ownership stake of 20 percent as part of a deal with Chinese energy company CEFC.
  • This email also says that 10 percent equity should be held for “the big guy,” who Hunter Biden’s business associate, Tony Bobulinski, has confirmed was Joe Biden.
  • An August 2017 email shows Hunter tried to negotiate a deal with Ye Jianming, CEFC’s Chairman, for a $10 million annual fee for “introductions alone.”
  • At one point in 2015, Ye even gave Hunter a 2.8-carat diamond which his wife thought was worth $80,000.
  • In September 2017, Hunter reached an agreement with one of Ye’s lieutenants – Chi Ping Patrick Ho – for a $1 million legal retainer on “matters related to US law and advice”; Ho has since been convicted of bribery in a U.S. court.

BIDEN: “What I’d make China do is play by the international rules.”

FACT: Biden has a history of being soft on China.

  • Biden has spent his entire career in Washington as weak on China, bowing to their demands and enabling China’s rise.
  • In 2000, Biden voted to give China most favored nation trade status, a decision that ultimately killed 2 million U.S. jobs.

BIDEN: “When I met with Xi when I was still Vice President he said we are setting up air identification zones in the South China Sea, you can’t fly through them. I said we are going to fly through them. We just flew B-52 – B1 bombers through it.”

FACT: The Trump Administration, not the Obama-Biden Administration, flew B-1 bombers through China’s air defense identification zone.

  • In March 2017, the United States flew a B-1 bomber through China’s self-declared air defense identification zone.

BIDEN: “[President Trump’s] never come up with a [health care] plan.”

FACT: President Trump has a health care plan.

  • On September 24, President Trump unveiled his America First Health Care plan, outlining the key policies and reforms the President supports, including protecting Americans with pre-existing conditions.
  • In August, President Trump released his second term agenda, which includes health care as a central focus.

BIDEN: “There’s no way he can protect pre-existing conditions, none, zero.”

FACT: President Trump has fought and vowed to protect Americans with pre-existing conditions.

  • This month, President Trump signed an executive order ensuring pre-existing conditions will be protected.
  • The Obamacare repeal and replace bills that Republicans in Congress supported, such as the American Health Care Act and Graham-Cassidy, included protections for Americans with pre-existing conditions.
  • If Obamacare is struck down, President Trump has promised to pass and support a replacement that includes pre-existing condition protections.

BIDEN: “Not one single person with private insurance would lose their insurance under my plan.”

FACT: Biden’s government-run health plan would crowd out the private insurance that Americans rely on, and Biden broke the same promise when he was Vice President.

  • Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber authored multiple studies confirming that a public option would crowd out private health insurance plans: “if the Democrats are right…it’ll wipe out the private choice,” Gruber once said.
  • The Obama-Biden Administration previously earned the “Lie of the Year” for making the same promise when they passed Obamacare.

BIDEN: “I guess we are going to get the pre-existing condition plan the same time we get the infrastructure plan that we’ve waited since ’17, ’18, ’19, ’20.”

FACT: President Trump released an infrastructure plan more than two years ago, and has repeatedly called on Congress to invest trillions in our infrastructure and included proposals in his budget to do just that.

  • While President Trump is ready, willing, and able to act; Congress has failed to heed this call.
  • In his most recent budget, President Trump again called for rebuilding our infrastructure, proposing $1 trillion in direct federal investment to rebuild and modernize American infrastructure.
  • In March 2020, President Trump continued to push for infrastructure funding, calling for a $2 trillion infrastructure package as part of the phase four coronavirus response.

BIDEN: “Not one single person with private insurance would lose their insurance under my plan nor did they under Obamacare.”

FACT: 4 million Americans lost their health insurance in the first year of Obamacare’s rollout.

  • In 2013, PolitiFact rated the claim that you can keep your healthcare plan under Obamacare as the “lie of the year.”

BIDEN: “[President Trump] hasn’t done a thing for anybody on health care. Not a thing.”

FACT: This is completely false. President Trump is fighting to ensure the American people have access to affordable, world-class healthcare.

  • The Trump Administration has expanded the use of short-term, limited-duration health insurance (STLD) plans, expanded access to Association Health Plans (AHPs), and expanded Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs).
  • President Trump is working to protect the most vulnerable in our healthcare system, including by signing historic Right to Try legislation, giving terminally ill patients hope and the ability to try new experimental drugs.

BIDEN: “This is the guy that the actuary of Medicare said if, in fact, of Social Security, if, in fact, he continues to withhold – his plan to withhold the tax on Social Security, Social Security will be bankrupt in – by 2023, with no way to make up for it.”

FACT: This attack from Biden is false and has previously been debunked by fact checkers. The President’s payroll tax deferral will not harm Social Security.

  • The Washington Post’s Fact Checker gave Biden’s attack “Four Pinocchios,” saying Biden and other “Democrats ginned up a letter from [Social Security’s] chief actuary to describe a plan that does not currently exist.”
  • The President has said he would use the Treasury Department’s general fund to reimburse Social Security’s trust fund, ensuring zero impact on our nation’s seniors.
  • Biden’s attack is not only false, it is hypocritical.
  • In 2011, Biden wrote an op-ed touting a bill Obama signed to cut the payroll tax, specifically saying it was “misinformation” to suggest a payroll tax cut hurt Social Security’s solvency.
  • President Trump has promised to always protect Social Security, unlike Biden who bragged in the 1990s about his efforts to “freeze” benefits.

BIDEN: “This is the guy who’s tried to cut Medicare.”

FACT: The Washington Post Fact Checker previously gave Biden two Pinocchios for making this claim.

  • This is part of Biden’s attempt to scare seniors and distract from his own record of trying to cut Social Security and Medicare.

BIDEN: “Where I come from in Scranton and Claymont, the people don’t live off of the stock market.”

FACT: A majority of the American people own stock either directly or indirectly, meaning they are helped by a stronger stock market.

  • According to the Federal Reserve, a majority of Americans – 53 percent – directly and indirectly own stocks.
  • Under President Trump, a higher stock market has led to higher retirement account balances for America’s seniors and those planning for retirement.
  • Joe and Jill Biden own stocks through mutual funds and a variable annuity, meaning Biden himself has benefitted from the higher stock market.

BIDEN: “But these guys will not help them, not giving them any of the [PPP] money.”

FACT: President Trump’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) saved 51 million jobs.

  • Joe Biden has lied for months, falsely claiming the President’s Paycheck Protection Program wasn’t working. He supported delaying additional funding and even urged surrogates to lie about the program’s success.

BIDEN: “We did not separate [families at the border]”

FACT: The Obama-Biden Administration separated families at the border.

  • Obama-Biden Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said he couldn’t say that family separations “never happened.”
  • Therese Cardinal Brown, director of immigration and cross-border policy at the Bipartisan Policy Center, said the Obama-Biden administration “did separate some families.”

BIDEN: “You know my daughter is a social worker.”

FACT: Ashley Biden has not been a social worker for more than 8 years.

  • In 2012, Ashley Biden became the Executive Director of the Delaware Center Of Justice which was an “advocacy” organization in which she served as an administrator, not a social worker.

TRUMP: “You mean the laptop is now another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax?” BIDEN: “That’s exactly what – that’s exactly what we’re told.”

FACT:  The Director of National Intelligence, Department of Justice, and FBI all agree that Hunter Biden’s laptop is not part of a foreign disinformation campaign.

BIDEN: “38,000 prisoners were released from federal prison. We had — there were over 1,000 people who were given clemency.”

FACT: Biden is off by nearly a factor of 20; less than 2,000 petitions for pardons and commutations were approved under the Obama-Biden administration.

  • Nearly 20,500 petitions for clemency were denied.
  • By comparison, the First Step Act – signed by President Trump – is reuniting more families than Obama-Biden clemencies ever did:
  • More than 3,400 prisoners have had their sentences reduced under the First Step Act.
  • More than 1,700 prisoners have seen compassionate releases or reduction in sentences.
  • More than 1,000 elderly prisoners have been granted home confinement.
  • Biden repeatedly bragged that his name was on “every major crime bill” that Congress passed.

TRUMP: “I just asked, I just asked one question. Why didn’t you do it in the eight years, a short time ago? Why didn’t you do it?…” BIDEN: “We had a Republican congress. That’s the answer.”

FACT: The Democratic Party had full control of both houses of Congress during the first two years of the Obama-Biden Administration, yet they failed to pass criminal justice reform.

BIDEN: “Four more years of this man eliminating all the regulations that were put in by us to clean up the climate, to clean up, to limit the emissions will put us in a position where we’re going to be in real trouble.”

FACT:  President Trump has taken action to preserve our climate and ensure that every American has access to the most pristine water and the cleanest air.

BIDEN: “And right now, by the way, Wall Street firm (Moody’s) has indicated that my plan, my plan will in fact create 18.6 million jobs, 7 million more than his.”

FACT: The outfit Biden cited – Moody’s – has a history of drastically underestimating the positive effects of President Trump’s economic policies.

BIDEN: “I have never said I oppose fracking.”

FACT: Biden has repeatedly expressed his support for banning fracking, wiping out fracking jobs, and eliminating the fossil fuel industry.

  • Biden admitted during a debate last year there would be “no place” for fossil fuels, including fracking, in a Biden presidency, and that fossil fuels would be “eliminated.”
  • Biden agreed with a supporter in January that fracking needed to be stopped.
  • Biden said in February that he wants to “phase out” oil and gas.
  • In March, Biden exclaimed “so am I!” after Bernie Sanders said he was campaigning on “stopping fracking as soon as we possibly can.”
  • Last year, Biden pledged to a supporter that he would “end” fossil fuels.
  • Biden said he would “sacrifice” “hundreds of thousands” of oil and gas jobs in pursuit of his anti-energy agenda.

BIDEN: “The guy who got in trouble in Ukraine was this guy trying to bribe the Ukrainian government to say something negative about me.”

FACT:  There is no evidence President Trump pressured the Ukrainian government to investigate Joe Biden for the purpose of benefiting him in the 2020 election.

  • Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch testified that she had no evidence that President Trump bribed anyone in Ukraine.
  • Volodymyr Zelenskiy, the President of Ukraine, insisted that he faced “no blackmail” from President Trump in their phone call.

BIDEN: “My response is he is xenophobic, but not because he shut down access from China…”

FACT: Biden accused President Trump of “hysterical xenophobia” the same day the Trump Administration announced its travel ban; as the timeline makes clear, Biden was talking about the China travel ban.

  • On January 31, Biden accused President Trump of “hysterical xenophobia.”
  • Biden refused to endorse the China travel ban until April 3, more than two months after it was announced.

WELKER: “There have been questions about the work your son has done in China and for a Ukrainian energy company when you were Vice President. In retrospect, was anything about those relationships inappropriate or unethical?” BIDEN: “Nothing was unethical.”

FACT: Multiple State Department officials expressed alarm about Hunter Biden’s job with Burisma and the potential for a conflict-of-interest.

  • Congresswoman Elise Stefanik: “Joe Biden is lying to the American people.  Every single witness during impeachment hearings testified that Hunter Biden serving on the board of Burisma was a conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest. I know. Because I asked each and every one.”

BIDEN: “He has caused the deficit with China to go up not down, with China, up not down.”

FACT: The trade deficit with China is falling and “fell sharply” in 2019.

  • PolitiFact rated Biden’s claim “mostly false.”
  • FactCheck.org: “Biden wrongly claimed that the United States has ‘a higher deficit with China…’”

BIDEN: “Schools, they need a lot of money to open. They need to deal with ventilation systems, they need to deal with smaller classes, more teachers, more pods. And he’s refused to support that money, or at least up to now.”

FACT: President Trump has publicly supported another coronavirus relief bill.

  • Last week, President Trump has expressed support for a bigger relief bill.
  • President Trump has repeatedly tweeted in support of a stimulus package, saying he is “ready to sign.”

The President has also publicly urged Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to release more of Clinton’s emails in an attempt to be more aggressive in running Barack Obama, Joe Biden, James Comey, John Brennan and many other deep state traitors to ground, who actively engaged in a criminal conspiracy to overthrow a duly elected president of the United States of America, and just today (October 9th) Pompeo, in fact, told Fox News that he would be doing just so in the coming weeks.

Reported by Brooke Singman for Fox News on October 6th, handwritten notes were taken by Brennan after he briefed Obama on the scheme. This was a scheme Obama not only embraced but kept going through his administration’s abuse of FISA Warrants and unmasking of Trump loyalists.

This information was released after Ratcliffe informed the Senate Judiciary Committee that U.S. intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral on Clinton on September 7th 2016, regarding her stamp of approval on “a plan concerning U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russia hackers hampering elections” in order to hurt Trump and turn the public eye away from the investigation into her email scandal.

One part of Brennan’s notes read: “We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from (REDACTED). CITE (summarizing) alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.”

Also in [JOS] the notes, one finds items implicating then-FBI Director James Comey, National Security Advisor Susan Rice and Obama Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, through the simple scribbling of “JC”, “Susan” and “Denis”.

Throughout the recent Senate Judiciary Hearing, James Comey continuously pleaded ignorance of the referral saying it didn’t “ring any bells” and didn’t “sound familiar”.

In a clip from [JOS] Sunday Morning Futures on October 4th, Representative Devin Nunes, the highest ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, said: “The documents that are underlying what we now have seen, I have only seen a few of those — they’re smoking guns. That information definitely needs to be made available to the American public” — as he also declared quite emphatically — “Every Republican senator and member of Congress should be saying … we want every damn bit of evidence that every intelligence agency has or maybe it’s time to shut those agencies down.”

The plot thickens once one discovers that the entire approval of this scheme came implicitly from Obama and Biden himself, who also suggested using the Logan Act against Trump’s pick for DNI, General Michael Flynn, and their infiltration of the 2016 Presidential Campaign itself set up the machinations needed for their Soft Coup, in the “unlikely event”, in their minds, that Trump should actually win. Part of this scheme required getting Gina Haspel, who was at the time the head of the CIA London office, on board with the operation, since the FBI needed to fabricate a foreign counterintelligence “event” in order to pretend this operation was remotely legal. And this is the reason that all America now witnesses Haspel refusing to release documents from the CIA that have bearing on this, since she would have to reveal her own involvement and acts of treason.

One should keep a close eye on any new developments inside the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, especially if focus bears down on ranking member Mark Warner (D-VA) and the fact that he acted very aggressively to disseminate the Steele Dossier disinformation, between 2016 and 2017, in cooperation with The Democracy Integrity Project, a George Soros funded organization, that was overseen and operated by Dan Jones, chief of staff to Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA), and Adam Waldman, a go between for Christopher Steele and Warner. And it is far from insignificant that Waldman was also a lobbyist, raking in $40,000 a month, who worked for Oleg Deripaska, a Russian billionaire and Clinton Foundation donor, to the tune of at least one million dollars. How curious it is to also discover that Deripaska also employed Christopher Steele as a disinformation errand boy. Untangling this one will be like untangling a nest of water moccasins after a spring thaw.

The United States Department of Justice must accelerate its investigations and start taking real action against those known plotters of the ongoing coup attempt against President Trump, slowing down not one iota, since its current unraveling of the plot is providing the smoking guns that exhibit many people, within the Obama administration, were active parties in its planning and implementation. Even before President Trump authorized the declassification, ample evidence was on display that suggested the guilt of many high officials throughout the Obama administration, and many others who were held over into the Trump administration.

Speaking with Rush Limbaugh on October 9th, President Trump stated he was unaware that U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr wouldn’t be releasing the findings from the Durham Investigation before November 3rd, and he added that if this was in fact the case, he would “be very disappointed in him”.

In an October 8th interview with Fox Business host, Maria Bartiromo, President Trump stated [via transcript]: “These are people that spied on my campaign, and we have everything. Now they (the DOJ) say they have much more, OK. And I say, ‘Bill, we got plenty, you don’t need anymore.’ … (Later adding) … To be honest, Bill Barr is going to go down as either the greatest attorney general in the history of the country or he’s going to go down as, you know, a very sad situation. Unless Bill Barr indicts these people for crimes … then we’re going to get little satisfaction unless I win. But these people should be indicted; this was the greatest political crime in the history of our country. And that includes Obama and it includes Biden.”

An abundance of evidence released this past week quite incontrovertibly proves that everybody in Obama’s executive branch was fully aware that the Russia Gambit was a Hillary campaign ploy, and they still went along with it and weaponized their respective offices into the scheme, as they assumed Clinton couldn’t lose and they would never be exposed for the traitors to America they most certainly are.

But, Hillary lost and the ship is sinking, taking along all its red, radical Democratic Party communist rats, squeaking and squealing in desperation shown in all their actions that have unfolded over the past three years. But this is only a small part of their overall operation, exhibited by their unified operations state by state to exert lockdowns, gun control and all manner of suppression of our Bill of Rights, and no one should believe that the Democratic Reds’ reign of terror will end with the end of this saga, whatever its ignominious end. And in the meantime, conservative America reviles and castigates Jim Comey and his perfidious sedition, as he testifies to Congress, braying out, “I can’t recall” on very nearly every question.

Ratcliffe’s information arrives in the wake of many publications and a ream of documents unsealed last month that reveal FBI agents on the Trump-Russia probe acquired professional liability insurance, worried their investigation had crossed legal lines, and President Trump has received this news, as further proof of their culpability and involvement in a “coup” against him. Worried hell. They know, and any backwoods fool knows, that they broke numerous federal laws. Whatever the case is finally proven to be, somehow it seems most unlikely that professional liability insurance is going to shield anyone from the consequences of their acts of treason against a sitting president and the United States of America.

The snakes are being flushed from their dens. There’s a price one pays, when one participates in a coup and betrays one’s country.

However, with twenty-some-odd days left before Election Day, unfortunate as it is, unless everything is declassified immediately and placed in front of the American public, it’s highly likely that the deep state’s gambit of dragging its heels and sitting on the information, or releasing heavily redacted copies, will be rewarded with them escaping the justice and the gallows or firing squad. Trump is full well within his rights and authority to move Heaven and Earth and all the legal firepower he holds to have his staff walk into the FBI and the CIA and clear out their files, to preserve the records and all the evidence of treason, before they disappear. Short of this, these traitors and this Deep State cabal will have gotten away with the greatest crime in American history.

Numerous smoking guns and reams of readily seen solid facts and evidence, both first hand and circumstantial, prove beyond any shadow of doubt that Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, Susan Rice, James Clapper, Samantha Power and hundreds more across several federal agencies actively engaged in a criminal conspiracy to oust President Trump by criminal means and overthrow the U.S. republic itself. And, despite all the other assaults America is currently suffering from the Democratic Party Communists, such as Representative Nancy Pelosi ludicrously seeking to invoke the 25th Amendment against President Trump, this administration still must bring these traitors to their oaths, the Constitution and America to justice. Once all the evidence is in front of the people, it most assuredly should result in the conviction of these anti-American slugs, but these aren’t normal times anymore. Still, once all the evidence has proven to be fact and the truth, every traitor who took part in this operation must be prosecuted and imprisoned for life or executed, depending on their level of involvement.

After all of this, if no one is hoisted on the Hanging Tree, or at least thrown in a prison cell, all America will understand that there really isn’t any “rule of law” in America any longer, and it will serve to hasten our descent into civil war, as the enemies of America in the Democratic Party continue to commit treason against America with impunity and trample the Bill of Rights at will, each time power rests in their hands.

Pray for Joe Biden


My good friend Justin Smith alerted me to this Pro-Life post by Katherine Blakeman. Blakeman’s title of “Pray for Joe Biden” is quite generous since the Biden/Harris (or is it really Harris/Biden) Dem-Marxist Party ticket is overwhelmingly pro-kill-the-baby – for sure – before birth and many Dems are okay with pro-kill-the-baby just after birth. Joe Biden is deeply confused. As we approach the election, he needs prayer. It’s not just that he is gaffe-prone or that he exhibits mental decline during his infrequent softball interviews.

 

His campaign told him he is leading a battle for the soul of the nation. From the perspective of a Roman Catholic Christian, this motto could not be less fitting. Biden’s campaign motto appeals to the religious and spiritual realm by painting Joe Biden as a kind of pseudo-religious savior for our nation’s allegedly sullied soul.

 

It’s baffling that the left and the DNC would invoke language with such a religious undertone, while they take pains to remove God from the national conversation and threaten to suppress religious institutions in the name of health.

 

To reference the soul is to appeal to a realm that transcends politics and the chaos of the earthly realm. Biden’s campaign motto places upon him a burden no human being can bear alone without God’s grace. A mere human cannot produce peace in or restore a single soul, let alone that of the entire nation, without God’s assistance. But how could the Divine Author of Psalm 139 [Blog Editor: Take a gander at the Amplified Bible, Classic Edition of Psalm 139] get behind Biden’s agenda?

 

True peace ultimately comes from God. When a politician rejects God’s truth, and instead attempts to usher in a secular utopia made in the Marxist left’s image, allegedly based on “science” that agrees with them, lots of things may result, but liberty, unity, hope, peace, and the truth will not be among them.

 

So how did the left come up with this motto? And why is Joe Biden better for this role than President Trump? Joe Biden is a very nice guy who will end racism and hate in America, and Donald Trump is a big meanie, they claim. So clearly, Joe Biden is better qualified to safeguard and redeem our nation’s soul than President Trump.

 

It’s not very nice to call the president of the United States a “clown,” but well beyond this uncharitable remark, Joe Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris espouse policies and priorities produced by a culture of death, the most alarming of which is unfettered abortion-on-demand to a degree we have never seen before.

 

President Trump, on the other hand, is fighting for our nation, and for the future of our nation, unborn children. In his first term, he has kept most of his campaign promises such as: appointing constitutionalist judges and justices; growing the economy; record low minority unemployment; facilitating historic peace deals in the Middle East; and protecting unborn children.

 

The left has accused President Trump of being some kind of cult leader, but President Trump is not now, nor has he ever, presented himself as a pseudo-religious savior. The promises he makes genuinely pertain to temporal affairs.

 

Remember, it is Biden, not Trump, who claims he is called to save our nation’s soul.

 

Soul in Latin is “anima.” The soul is the breath, the animating or life-giving principle of a person—at every stage of human development. So, if we take the analogy behind Biden’s campaign motto a step further, we could say that the nation is a unified body, and each individual person is a cell in this body.

 

Babies before birth—literally and figuratively—are the pluripotential embryos of our nation. Abortion dismembers and poisons the nation’s most defenseless human beings when their only “crime” is the hope and potential they possess. This is the opposite of what a healthy soul does.

 

A politician cannot unify the nation or heal her soul by unleashing the abortion industry and abortion-on-demand like it never has been before. Nor will putting abortion, the greatest killer of African Americans, on steroids end the racial division. That would be like treating a person suffering from cancer by targeting her healthy cells with radiation and chemo.

 

It is also strange that Joe Biden wants to make history by selecting our nation’s first female vice president, without any regard for the little girls who would be killed by unconditional, taxpayer-funded, sex-selective abortions in Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s abortion-crazed America. These little girls will not even have a chance to take their first breath, let alone make history.

 

Biden and Harris are a horrifyingly pro-death pair of politicians, and they are champing at the bit to undo President Trump’s pro-life policies. They certainly make Planned Parenthood’s racist, eugenicist founder Margaret Sanger proud.

 

Biden is headed down the wrong path. If the poor soul wins the election this November, he will be under tremendous pressure from the left to keep his harmful promises. Instead of restoring civility, Biden’s plans will further cement the most barbaric form of discrimination that exists in our country, and according to the clear teaching of the Roman Catholic Church Biden claims as his own, imperil his own soul.

 

We should pray for him and for anyone who pridefully and mistakenly considers himself the author of creation or the prince of peace.

 

That job has already been taken.

Wallace Life-Guards Biden with an Attempted Trump Muzzle

I watched the Trump/Biden debate of 9/29/20. Admittedly I’m a Trump supporter because a Biden vote is a vote to transform America into a Marxist-Socialist do-what Big Bro government tells you to do or think  – or else – totalitarian dictatorship with a mirage of a Constitution.

So it didn’t matter to me who won that debate. Besides, I fully expected the Dem Party Propaganda Machine MSM to twist and spin the outcome to Biden’s favor even if Trump knocked the debate out of the park. AND egregiously Dems, way too many Republicans and definitely painted President Trump as an overaggressive bully.

HONESTLY if Trump bowed over to Wallace’s biased so-called moderating efforts, the President would have appeared as weak and evil as corrupt Quid Pro Joe Biden actually is. Even as the media/Dem consensus was and is to muzzle Trump, I was extremely pleased he vigorously interrupted Biden lies and Wallace rude life-guarding for the corrupt ex-Vice-President.

If you listen to the Trump detractors, you are under the process of being brainwashed to the Dem-Biden-Marxist transformed New World Order. Below is some perspective (and trust me, it’s only partial) showing Trump will not be a doormat for the coup-oriented Deep State liars.

Two crucial things emerged from the first presidential debate

The short version of the debate is that Biden did well if one ignored that almost every other statement he made was a lie or fantasy; Trump dominated him, almost too aggressively; and Chris Wallace may have been the worst and most obviously biased moderator since Candy Crowley.  Most significantly, though, Biden and Trump each made a critical point.  Biden’s was a tacit admission that if he is elected president, he will preside over the end of the filibuster, allowing Democrats to pack the courts and add two new Democrat-majority states.  Trump’s point was that he’s holding damning evidence about the Democrats’ coup attempt.

Let’s begin with Biden, whose squirming on court-packing and the filibuster promises the end of the American experiment.  Chris Wallace, in one of the few tough questions he posed to Biden, said this:

So my question to you is, you have refused in the past to talk about it, are you willing to tell the American tonight whether or not you will support either ending the filibuster or packing the court?

Biden refused to answer, something the Trump quickly challenged.  Here’s the colloquy:

BIDEN: Whatever position I take on that, that’ll become the issue. The issue is the American people should speak. You should go out and vote. You’re voting now. Vote and let your Senators know strongly how you feel.

TRUMP: Are you going to pack the court?

BIDEN: Vote now.

TRUMP: Are you going to pack the court?

BIDEN: Make sure you, in fact, let people know, your Senators.

TRUMP: He doesn’t want to answer the question.

BIDEN: I’m not going to answer the question.

TRUMP: Why wouldn’t you answer that question? You want to put a lot of new Supreme Court Justices. Radical left.

BIDEN: Will you shut up, man?

TRUMP: Listen, who is on your list, Joe? Who’s on your list?

WALLACE: Gentlemen, I think we’ve ended this —

BIDEN: This is so un-Presidential.

TRUMP: He’s going to pack the court. He is not going to give a list.

You can see that Biden made a nonsense statement to avoid answering whether he will preserve the filibuster and the Supreme Court’s current system of nine justices.  Shamefully, Wallace let him get away with not answering.  Wallace surely understands that Biden’s handlers plan to end the filibuster so they can pack the court and add D.C. and Puerto Rico as states.

Packing the court ends the American experiment as we know it.  It means that the Supreme Court will be a political body that will exist solely to put its imprimatur on Democrat policies.  And for those who say, “Well, if they pack the Court, then Republicans will pack it more when they’re in power,” that’s sadly foolish.

If Democrats pack the Court, there are no more Republicans.  The whole democratic republic will be over.  Once Democrats pack the Court, they never again need to persuade American voters to support their policies.  One of their first policies in that new era will be to add hard-left Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico as the 51st and 52nd American states.  That means four more Democrat Senate votes and a permanent Democrat party majority.

You see, the hard-left Democrat party views our American political system the same way Turkey president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan viewed democracy before becoming a dictator for life: “Democracy is like a train.  We shall get out when we arrive at the station we want.”  This time around, once the Democrats win, they will change the rules so they can never lose again.

Heed this warning: if Biden wins, our constitutional America is gone.  We will be a socialist country.  If you don’t believe me, just read the Democrat platform.  They’re not hiding their goals.

Trump, though, might have some aces up his sleeve.  When the subject of a “transition” came up (based on Biden’s assumption that he will win), Trump stated that he’d been denied a transition period.  Instead, there was a coup attempt (emphasis mine):

There was no transition because they came after me trying to do a coup. They came after me spying on my campaign. They started from the day I won and even before I won. From the day I came down the escalator with our First Lady. They were a disaster. They were a disgrace to our country. And we’ve caught ’em.  We’ve caught ’em all.  We’ve got it all on tape.  We’ve caught ’em all.

Maybe Trump’s exaggerating, but I don’t think so.  And maybe he’s going to keep that evidence secret, but I don’t think that, either.

My guess is that this October, the Trump administration is going to release one piece of evidence after another showing that the Democrat party, from Hillary to Obama, and from the FBI to the CIA to the DOJ, and everywhere in between, engaged in a massive, seditious conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2016 election.  Indeed, the information cascade has already begun with the release of DNI John Ratcliffe’s letter about Hillary’s conceiving of the Russia hoax.

In sum, amid all the sound and fury of the debate, these two important points emerged:

(1) If he wins, Biden will almost certainly sign off on ending the filibuster to pack the courts and add two new states for a permanent Democrat majority that will leave the Constitution behind.

(2) Trump may have announced that he’s about to reveal that the Democrats, from Obama on down, engaged in a coup against an American president.

Fox News host Chris Wallace, a registered Democrat, faced intense backlash on Tuesday night for what was widely deemed as bias in the debate in the favor of Democrat Joe Biden and against Republican President Donald Trump.

One of the issues that Wallace was called out for the most was how he appeared to let Biden interrupt Trump but would jump in to interrupt Trump when Trump would talk over Biden.

Fox News host Chris Wallace, a registered Democrat, faced intense backlash on Tuesday night for what was widely deemed as bias in the debate in the favor of Democrat Joe Biden and against Republican President Donald Trump.

One of the issues that Wallace was called out for the most was how he appeared to let Biden interrupt Trump but would jump in to interrupt Trump when Trump would talk over Biden.

I first of Peter Schweizer’s Documentary exposing the corruption of the Biden family on Fox News. I don’t recall the Fox News programming. I first saw the video in entirety on Facebook. I have little confidence that Facebook will allow their darling Leftist Joe Biden and family to be exposed as crooks. I suspect the Youtube version will be censored. I am posting the Bitchute version on Blogger and the Youtube version on WordPress with a Bitchute link in anticipation of Youtube censorship.

A 41-minute documentary titled “Riding the Dragon: The Bidens’ Chinese Secrets” investigates what Joe and Hunter Biden repeatedly and adamantly deny: their friendly relationship with the Chinese Government. The documentary “highlights several deals that Hunter Biden was involved in as a board member of the Beijing-based BHR Partners investment firm” reports the New York Post which exclusively previewed the documentary.

 

Conservative media has made its best efforts to unearth the corruption in Hunter Biden’s position with a Ukrainian firm for which he received a huge paycheck with zero experience in the industry. However, his father was Vice President of the United States, something few people are able to put on their resume.

 

Ukraine is one thing, but the Bidens’ involvement with China “served the ‘strategic interests’ of the country’s communist government and military – and may have imperiled American national security” which the new documentary suggests, is quite another. “The film also alleges that Hunter was only able to get meetings with Chinese officials – and secure $1 billion in funding – ‘because of who his father was: vice president of the United States’ and then-President Barack Obama’s ‘point person on US policy towards China” reports the Post.

 

“Riding the Dragon” is narrated by best-selling author Peter Schweizer, who also wrote, “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich” in 2015. In the film, Schweizer says “Hunter’s new firm…began making investment deals around the world that would serve the strategic interests of the Chinese government.”

 

Furthermore, “this new firm started making investment deals that would serve the strategic interests of the Chinese military.” Also, “the Bidens have cultivated very close relationships with members of the Chinese elite,” said Schweizer. The film documents years of the Bidens’ dealings with Chinese businesses and military involvement. “In the film’s conclusion,” writes the Post, “Schweizer says that ‘these deals didn’t just make the Bidens money – they had potentially dangerous consequences for our national security.”

Well, the drama is over: Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden did what his handlers told him to do; he’s picked a ‘woman of color’ to be his running mate.

 

Remember when ‘persons of color’ were telling Americans the color of someone’s skin shouldn’t matter?

 

In any event, those days are long gone, and the Democrat Party has become the party of victimhood and identity politics, the latter of which is a joke when you consider Democrats were the party of the breakaway Confederacy, the party of slavery, the party of the KKK, Jim Crow laws, segregation, and opposition to the civil rights movement.

 

Now we come to the pick: Sen. Kamala Harris of California, who once called Biden the biggest racist on the planet, which is about the only truthful thing she has said during the 2020 campaign cycle.

 

While she’ll be feted and celebrated by the phony ‘woke’ Left as ‘the first black female vice presidential pick’ (allowing Democrats to check that box), the fact is, she’ll have a lot to answer for in the coming days and weeks.

Here are some of the many reasons why she’ll give Democrats fits:

 

— As the Marxist Democrat Left gets more ‘woke,’ the party’s ‘law enforcers’ have become more, shall we say, ‘tolerant’ of law-breaking. As a California district attorney and eventually attorney general, she pushed for a new state law that sought to punish parents if their kids were chronically truant. How will that work out with a party that lets dangerous criminals out of jail because they might catch COVID-19, or lets rioters and looters walk free?

— She supports the invasion of privacy through the expansion of police attainment of DNA samples. She wants cops to collect them from all crime scenes so that the samples can be added to global databases. Her home state allows them to be collected and preserved from anyone who’s ever arrested, even if they’re never charged.

— Harris supports civil asset forfeiture — the government’s taking of private property before any criminals proceedings are ever initiated. What a ‘constitutionalist.’

— She loves illegal immigrants and supports giving them extra rights that are not normally afforded to non-citizens, such as granting them law licenses and license to drive. Oh, and of course, as ‘president in waiting’ (Biden’s not mentally fit to govern) she’ll push for and expand giving taxpayer freebies to illegals. Hide and watch.

— Harris’ reputation as a ‘tough on crime’ prosecutor, again, will not bode well with her party’s new ‘look the other way’ and ‘defund the cops’ law enforcement policies. That said, her reputation isn’t even deserved.

— She said in 2017 she’d rather see the government shut down than vote for a spending bill that didn’t address the highly unconstitutional DACA program. She would later refuse to go along with a fix that President Trump proposed, proving that she, and other Democrats, really are hypocrites when they claim they ‘support’ the illegal aliens caught up in the unconstitutional Obama-era program.

— Then, of course, there was that time a California Superior Court judge found that she, as San Francisco district attorney, violated a defendant’s rights by hiding damaging info regarding a police drug-lab technician.

— In 2004, Harris angered her now-U.S. Senate colleague from California, Dianne Feinstein, when, as a district attorney, she would not seek the death penalty for David Hill, who had shot and killed a San Fran police officer with an AK-47 (he wounded another cop in the leg). Feinstein drew an ovation from a mostly-cop crowd when she said of Harris’ decision, “This is not only the definition of tragedy, it’s the special circumstance called for by the death-penalty law.”

And we’d be remiss if we didn’t remind readers that Harris, 30 at the time, dated the married San Fran Mayor Willie Brown, in his 60s, using that as a means of sleeping her way up the California political ladder.

 

Yeah, Harris was a great pick for Biden.

As the U.S. presidential race began roaring to life in 2016, authorities in the former Soviet republic of Latvia flagged a series of “ suspicious” financial transactions to Hunter Biden and other colleagues at a Ukrainian natural gas company and sought Kiev’s help investigating, according to documents and interviews.

 

The Feb. 18, 2016 alert to Ukraine came from the Latvian prosecutorial agency responsible for investigating money laundering, and it specifically questioned whether Vice President Joe Biden’s younger son and three other officials at Burisma Holdings were the potential beneficiaries of suspect funds.

 

“The Office for Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds Derived from Criminal Activity … is currently investigating suspicious activity of Burisma Holdings Limited,” the Latvian agency also known as the FIU wrote Ukraine’s financial authorities.

 

The memo was released to me by the Ukrainian General Prosecutor’s Office and confirmed by the Latvian embassy to the United States.

 

Latvian authorities said they did not get any incriminating information back from Ukraine to warrant further investigation and did not take additional action in 2016. But the memo adds to the mounting evidence that there was ongoing investigative activity surrounding Burisma Holdings and Hunter Biden’s compensation as a board member in the weeks just before Joe Biden forced the firing of the Ukraine prosecutor overseeing the Burisma investigation in spring 2016.

 

The Latvian law enforcement memo identified a series of loan payments totaling about $16.6 million that were routed from companies in Beliz and the United Kingdom to Burisma through Ukraine’s PrivatBank between 2012 and 2015.

 

The flagged funds were “partially transferred” to Hunter Biden, a board member at Burisma since May 2014, and three other officials working for the Ukrainian natural gas company, the Latvian memo said. More here from Solomon.

But hold on as the media knew much of this as did so many members of Congress and quite frankly our intelligence agencies including the U.S. Department of State.

 

Politico reported just recently that the Bidens took over Paradigm Global Advisors. In the late summer of 2006 Joe Biden’s son Hunter and Joe’s younger brother, James, purchased the firm. On their first day on the job, they showed up with Joe’s other son, Beau, and two large men and ordered the hedge fund’s chief of compliance to fire its president, according to a Paradigm executive who was present. At the time, the senator was just months away from both assuming the chairmanship of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and launching his second presidential bid.

According to the executive, James Biden made it clear he viewed the fund as a way to take money from rich foreigners who could not legally give money to his older brother or his campaign account. “We’ve got investors lined up in a line of 747s filled with cash ready to invest in this company,” the executive remembers James Biden saying.

The Biden family has consistently mixed business and politics over nearly half a century, moving from one business to the next as Joe’s stature in Washington grew. None of the ventures appear to have been runaway successes, and Biden’s relatives have not been accused of criminal wrongdoing in their dealings. But over the years, several of their partners and associates have ended up indicted or convicted. The dealings have brought Joe unwelcome scrutiny and threaten to distract from his presidential bid. But hold on, there is still more beyond Burisma and China. That is we need to go back even further.

 

A son of Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden was paid an undisclosed amount of money as a consultant by MBNA, the largest employer in Delaware, during the years the senator supported legislation that was promoted by the credit card industry and opposed by consumer groups.

 

Barack Obama’s presidential campaign said Biden helped forge a bipartisan compromise on the measure, which is now law and makes it harder for consumers to obtain bankruptcy protection in the courts.

 

MBNA’s consulting payments to Hunter Biden, first reported by The New York Times, followed his departure in 2001 from the company, where he had been an executive.

 

At the time Hunter Biden was receiving consulting payments from MBNA, he also was a Washington lobbyist at a firm he had co-founded.

 

“He was not a lobbyist for MBNA, and his work had absolutely nothing to do with the bankruptcy bill. Zero. Nothing,” said Wade.

 

Resurrecting Biden’s role in the bankruptcy legislation could undercut one of the Obama campaign’s lines of attack: That his Republican opponent, John McCain, is insensitive to the financial woes of middle-class Americans.

 

Consumer and civil rights groups and unions, as well as Democratic opponents, had argued that the bankruptcy legislation was unfair to low-income working people, single mothers, minorities and the elderly, and would remove a safety net for those who have lost their jobs or face mounting medical bills. More here.

 

But are there other politicians we need to look at? Yes.

 

Robert Powell, the husband of Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, D-Fla., reportedly took $700,000 from a Ukrainian oligarch named Igor Kolomoisky. Mucarsel-Powell sits on the House Judiciary Committee, the committee that drafted two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump for his alleged abuse of power with regards to Ukraine.

In 2018, the Daily Beast reported that a number of businesses linked to Kolomoisky hired Powell as an attorney. One of those firms paid Powell at least $700,000 over two years, according to public records.

 

The Miami Herald reported Powell was working for companies tied to Kolomoisky for 10 years. Powell made most of his money in the two years leading up to his wife’s election in 2018.

 

Kolomoisky has been accused of contract killings and embezzlement in the past. Yet, in 2018 when Mucarsel-Powell was running for her seat, she did not see her husband’s work as relevant to her campaign. More here.

 

As President Trump works diligently to be the law and order president, it is no wonder AG Barr, John Dunham, Rudy Giuliani and so many others including conservative media are doing the real investigative work… draining the swamp.

 

So, while we have elections around the corner, we have much more to learn and consider at the ballot box. Could it be that the Democrats led by Speaker Pelosi are scrambling to cover up some other nasty events we are slowly learning about?

Rudy Giuliani went on Fox News with Laura Ingraham on Monday and dropped a huge bomb onto former Ukranian Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch and Joe Biden.

 

“What I uncovered, there are two major schemes,” said Giuliani. “One for 7.5 billion and the other one for 5 billion in money laundering that went on all through the Obama administration, part of it involved Joe Biden, the bribery part.” Giuliani went on to implicate American law enforcement at the very top for not investigating what he says is corruption.

 

“It’s a disgrace that he’s not under investigation in America, maybe because our law enforcement is too afraid, but the reality is it’s a complete defense for the president. When the president of the United States was asking the president of the Ukraine to investigate, he was asking him to investigate crimes at the highest level of both governments….he’s being impeached for doing the right thing.”

 

Giuliani also tweeted on Tuesday that “Yovanovitch needed to be removed for many reasons most critical she was denying visas to Ukrainians who wanted to come to the US and explain Dem corruption in Ukraine. She was OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE and that’s not the only thing she was doing. She at minimum enabled Ukrainian collusion.”

 

 

Democrats have accused Giuliani of forcing Yovanovitch out for political reasons. He says that’s garbage. “I didn’t need her out of the way, I forced her out because she’s corrupt. I came back with a document that will show unequivocally that she committed perjury when she said she turned down the visa for [Ukrainian prosecutor] Mr. Shokin because of corruption. The fact is on the record…the reason given is because he’d had an operation and hadn’t recovered yet. The operation was two years before. There’s documented evidence that she committed perjury.”

 

These documents, according to Giuliani, were turned over to the State Department and included four other witness statements corroborating the allegations.

 

“I have 4 witnesses who will testify that she personally turned down their visas because they were going to come here and give evidence either against Biden or against the Democratic Party,” Giuliani told Ingraham. “There’s no question she that she was acting corruptly in that position and had to be removed. She should have been fired if the State Department weren’t part of the Deep State.”

 

Giuliani first heard about Yovanovitch’s deception from former Rep. Pete Sessions and a “number of congressman” who told him what Yovanovitch was up to. “When I interviewed witnesses they told me she was specifically holding up visas in order to obstruct the investigation of collusion in the Ukraine and specifically to obstruct the Biden investigation. I have that testimony under oath. I gave it to the State Department, they never investigated a single witness. When they say she’s innocent, it’s innocent without investigation. It is a cover-up.”

 

Giuliani says he has audio recordings to back up his story that also implicate Barack Obama in the scandal. “I also have tape recordings with Ukrainian officials including career prosecutors who say that during the Obama era the corruption in Ukraine became substantially worse and that she [Yovanovitch] was a contributor to the corruption.”

 

Senior officials in the White House are reportedly worried about Giuliani and his insistence on being vocal about Democrats’ involvement in Ukrainian corruption. He doesn’t care. “Joe Biden was involved in a multi-million dollar corrupt scheme along with a number of other Democrats. It’s never been resolved. They’ve never been held to account. As long as those issues remain between the U.S. and Ukraine we really can’t fight corruption in the Ukraine and the fact is that there are numerous Ukranian witnesses that want to come to the U.S. and explain how much during the Obama administration Ukraine was corrupted by Americans.”

 

The question now should be, why haven’t our State Department and Department of Justice launched an official investigation into what happened to billions of dollars of American aid money that was sent to Ukraine? Why doesn’t anyone in our government seem to want to know where it went? “I have a report from the Ukrainian accounting office in 2017 showing that 5.3 billion dollars in aid seems to have been wasted,” Giuliani said. “Our State Department under Yovanovitch went to the police and told them not to do the investigation… because our embassy was involved in wasting a great deal of that money by giving it to NGOs and when I was asked ‘do the NGOs have a political bent?’ They were left of left.”

 

Giuliani reports that he has been trying to get anyone in law enforcement to look at his evidence and no one will. “I am willing to show this to anybody who wants to pay attention to it. So far law enforcement has been afraid to look at it.” Obviously, it’s time for Giuliani to release the evidence to the press. PJ Media reached out to Giuliani’s office and offered to publish this evidence, but have not heard back yet.

The Impeachment Theater of the Absurd

Ironically, by claiming he needs more witnesses, Schumer is admitting that the House impeachment case is insufficient!

Dems Want Impeachment Cuz Don’t Trust Voters

 

In Federalist No. 65, Alexander Hamilton outlined the Senate’s powers of impeachment, noting: “Where else than in the Senate could have been found a tribunal sufficiently dignified, or sufficiently independent? What other body would be likely to feel confidence enough in its own situation, to preserve, unawed and uninfluenced, the necessary impartiality between an individual accused, and the representatives of the people, his accusers.”

 

In 1788, our Founders anticipated that future senators should possess at least a modicum of decency, such that they would be able to judge articles of impeachment on the merits of such charges.

 

But Hamilton also noted that impeachment would “agitate the passions of the whole community, and to divide it into parties more or less friendly or inimical to the accused.” He concluded, “In many cases it will connect itself with the pre-existing factions, and will enlist all their animosities, partialities, influence, and interest on one side or on the other; and in such cases there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.”

 

The partisanship that attended the impeachment of Bill Clinton for perjury (for which he was disbarred) was but a mere shadow of the all-consuming hatred the Democrat Party has for Donald Trump — a partisan hatred fanned and fueled nationwide by their shameless Leftmedia publicists.

 

And it’s within this disgraceful climate that the House of Representatives will vote today, on partisan lines, to refer articles of impeachment to the Senate for trial.

 

In preparation for that show trial, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell declared, “I think we’re going to get almost entirely partisan impeachment. I would anticipate an almost entirely partisan outcome in the Senate as well.”

 

He added, “Everything I do during this, I’m coordinating with the White House counsel. There will be no difference between the president’s position and our position as to how to handle this.”

 

Laughably, McConnell’s transparency led a demand from Sen. Chuck Schumer that he “recuse himself” from the entire impeachment proceeding: “Do the American people want Mitch McConnell not to be an impartial juror in this situation? I would ask every one of our Republican colleagues, ‘Do you want someone who proudly says they are not impartial to be on a jury, judging high crimes and misdemeanors, serious charges against the president of the United States?’ And I would ask every one of my Republican Senate colleagues, ‘Are you impartial jurors or are you like Mitch McConnell, proud not to be?’”

 

McConnell responded to Schumer, “I am not an impartial jury. This is a political process. There’s not anything judicial about it. Impeachment is a political decision.”

 

Of course, the list of those who most arguably should be recused because of conflict of interest or lack of impartiality starts with the most biased members of the Senate — those Demo candidates hoping to unseat Trump: Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Amy Klobuchar, Cory Booker, and Michael Bennet.

 

Hypothetically, a non-voluntary recusal would require a motion by one senator and would be decided by Chief Justice John Roberts, presiding. His ruling would then be appealed for a full floor vote. But if such a dubious claim were made and a vote called, it would likely result in a domino effect — 99 more votes, with the Republican majority ultimately prevailing by recusing each minority member, one by one.

 

None of that should happen in the Senate.

 

Corrupt Dems Reason Electoral College Exists

 

But weeks before these howls for McConnell’s recusal, I contemplated this recusal issue as House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler displayed his historic, long-seething hatred for Trump while presiding over Rep. Adam Schiff’s contrived impeachment charges — charges that were devoid of any evidence of “treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

 

By “historic,” I don’t mean since the 2016 election, but since Nadler was in the New York State Assembly 35 years ago.

 

Back then, their dispute started when Nadler opposed Trump’s development of blighted sections of New York, becoming his arch adversary. So contentious was their antipathy for each other that in Trump’s 2000 book, The America We Deserve, he singled out Nadler as “one of the most egregious hacks in contemporary politics.”

 

After Trump’s election, Nadler posted on his official website a manifesto for the resistance detailing a plan for how to dispose of Trump: “We cannot wait four years to vote Mr. Trump out of office, as members of the GOP Senate and House Majorities have already stated that they will facilitate the Trump agenda. … So we must do everything we can to stop Trump and his extreme agenda now.”

 

Nadler called for “fierce battles against every regressive action he takes — from personnel appointments to his legislative program — in order to thwart or at least slow them down [and expose] his Republican enablers in Congress, voting them out of office in 2018, with the goal of taking back either the House or the Senate for Democratic control.”

 

“To achieve this,” insisted Nadler, “we must keep our eyes on two important goals: depressing Trump’s public support and dividing the Congressional GOP from him and from each other.”

 

And Democrats want McConnell to recuse himself?

 

If the head of the Judiciary Committee were held to a standard even remotely similar to that of a judge, Nadler’s vitriolic animus toward Trump would have been grounds for recusal, or even impeachment if necessary. Indeed, a legitimate process would’ve seen Nadler ousted before the first day’s testimony.

 

In his opening statement last month, Nadler declared: “We cannot rely on an election to solve our problems.”

 

In other words, Nadler and his fellow congressional Democrats cannot rely on the will and the wisdom of the American people. Clearly, they had no intention of doing so — even before Trump took office.

 

The evidence of their slo-mo coup d’état to take down Trump is now emerging, most notably with the exposure last week of the felonious FBI/FISA fiasco. A handful of Demo deep-state operatives in the FBI and CIA used that subterfuge to seed the Mueller investigation charade, which led to the current double-standard impeachment inquisition parade.

 

And recall what Nadler said about the impeachment of Bill Clinton in 1998: “We must not overturn an election and remove a president from office … without an overwhelming consensus of the American people. There must never be a narrowly voted impeachment or an impeachment supported by one of our major political parties and opposed by the other.”

 

So, after Nadler’s predictable party-line committee vote, we now await the next episode of this political theater — a House vote that will most assuredly be a “narrowly voted impeachment … supported by one of our major political parties and opposed by the other.”

 

For his part, on the eve of the House vote, Trump issued a letter to Speaker Nancy Pelosi Tuesday that included the following key points in his typical rhetorical form:

 

“This impeachment represents an unprecedented and unconstitutional abuse of power by Democrat Lawmakers, unequaled in nearly two and a half centuries of American legislative history. The Articles of Impeachment introduced by the House Judiciary Committee are not recognizable under any standard of Constitutional theory, interpretation, or jurisprudence. They include no crimes, no misdemeanors, and no offenses… Your first claim, ‘Abuse of Power,’ is a completely disingenuous, meritless, and baseless… The second claim, so-called ‘Obstruction of Congress,’ is preposterous and dangerous. … Even worse than offending the Founding Fathers, you are offending Americans of faith by continually saying ‘I pray for the President,’ when you know this statement is not true… Speaker Pelosi, you admitted just last week at a public forum that your party’s impeachment effort has been going on for ‘two and a half years,’ long before you ever heard about a phone call with Ukraine. … Before the Impeachment Hoax, it was the Russian Witch Hunt. … You are the ones interfering in America’s elections. You are the ones subverting America’s Democracy. You are the ones Obstructing Justice.”

Trump continued: “By proceeding with your invalid impeachment, you are violating your oaths of office, you are breaking your allegiance to the Constitution, and you are declaring open war on American Democracy. … You and your party are desperate to distract from America’s extraordinary economy, incredible jobs boom, record stock market, soaring confidence, and flourishing citizens. Your party simply cannot compete with our record. … Any member of Congress who votes in support of impeachment — against every shred of truth, fact, evidence, and legal principle — is showing deeply they revile the voters and how truly they detest America’s Constitutional order. … Our Founders feared the tribalization of partisan politics, and you are bringing their worst fears to life.”

 

And that, fellow Patriots, adequately sums up this sorry affair. And the House vote comes in the same week we learned about the politically motivated FISA court abuses that seeded the whole effort to undermine Trump’s presidency.

 

The House of Representatives has initiated impeachment proceedings more than 60 times since 1789. Of the 19 federal officeholders or officials who’ve been brought up on impeachment charges, only eight have been convicted — all federal judges. Of the two presidents tried in the Senate — Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton — both had the charges dismissed after the Senate failed to meet its two-thirds majority requirement for conviction.

 

The Demo charges against Trump will also be dismissed, for the reasons outlined by the president in his letter to Pelosi. But the trivialization of impeachment removes the already low bar on constitutional Rule of Law, creating a menacing threat to Liberty.

 

In order to keep the Demos’ Trump/Russia/Ukraine narrative on life support after the Senate vote, Schumer will continue to claim that Trump is guilty, but that Republicans wouldn’t allow his witnesses to prove it. Those would be the same witnesses that the House could have called in its hearings — but didn’t in order to provide Schumer his “witness denial” layup. Ironically, by claiming he needs more witnesses, Schumer is admitting that the House impeachment case is insufficient!

 

In Federalist No. 69, Alexander Hamilton described impeachment as a pressure release valve in order to avoid the “crisis of a national revolution.” But this round of impeachment, if it were to actually succeed, would most assuredly set up a “crisis of a national revolution.”
