Mueller and many Clinton-invested DOJ members stick to the story the DNC email server was hacked by Russians then shared with Julian Assange’s Wikileaks. Many of us anti-Crooked Hillary folks believe Seth Rich had a hand in delivering the DNC email server content to Assange. There is plenty of respectable tech analysis the DNC server content was downloaded to a thumb drive and delivered to Wikileaks.
If indeed the later is truer than the former, it is a strong indication Rich was assassinated rather than murdered in random street mugging. ALSO the implication looms some in the DOJ (Obamanistas & Clintonistas) insisted on a Russian hack as part of a path to perpetuate Trump/Russian Collusion in the 2016 Election. AND THAT implication indicates very dark government corruption in perpetuating a hoax as a coup against President Trump.
A lawsuit filed a week ago by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleged that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange told Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron. [Full Backstory Here]
Due to the scale of ramification, there was some valid skepticism about the Butowsky assertion. However, recently unearthed footage from Ellen Ratner talking about her visit with Assange in November of 2016 seems to validate what the Butowsky’s lawsuit alleges.
In the video [Full Video Here] taken during a November 9th, 2016, Embry Riddle University symposium, Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner, representing the left, and former Congressman now Fox political analyst John Leboutillier, from the right, discussed the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election. [h/t Michael Sheridan for the excerpt] The date of the Ratner symposium November 9, 2016, aligns with the time-frame of Ratner’s travel and meeting with Assange as outlined by Butowsky in his lawsuit. As noted Mrs. Ratner confirms that she did meet with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, and that he did in fact tell her the leaked DNC emails came from inside the DNC. It was not a Russian hack.
Hopefully this will spur the DOJ under Attorney General Bill Barr to launch an inquiry which must obviously start with the questioning of Ratner.
Accepting some enhanced credibility now exists, the details contained within the lawsuit filing (full pdf below) are stunning.
If this information is true and accurate, now bolstered by the video of Ratner, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack – based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike – would be entirely false. Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive.
The ramifications here are almost too large to describe.
If this information turns out to be true and accurate, the entire narrative around the DNC “hack” will have been proven to be intentionally manufactured.
Despite the FBI’s prior admissions about never reviewing the DNC servers; and despite their recent admissions about never actually seeing the forensic computer analysis, the U.S. Department of Justice, specifically Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and former DAG Rod Rosenstein, cannot blame a simple investigative ‘mistake‘ for the wrong attribution of who gave the DNC emails to Wikileaks.
The FBI, the DOJ and the Mueller special counsel have each purposefully claimed specific Russian actors were responsible for hacking the DNC in 2016. If it turns out those claims were based on falsehood, the integrity of the DOJ and Special Counsel collapses.
Mr. Butowsky is making a very serious allegation in this court filing.
Additionally, the previously discussed motive to arrest Julian Assange would now be further enhanced. Heck, the reason for Assange’ arrest would be brutally obvious.
♦Dana Boente was head of DOJ-NSD from May 11th, 2017 through end of October 2017 when heofficially announced his intent to retire. However, the timeline gets cloudy here because Boente said he was staying on until an official replacement was announced. There’s no indication of when Boente actually left the DOJ-NSD or the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) role.
On January 23rd, 2018, FBI Director Christopher Wray announced Dana Boente had shifted over to the FBI to be Chief Legal Counsel (replacing James Baker) where Boente remains today. As Mueller was using 19 lawyers, and 50 FBI investigators, Boente was/is the legal counsel to FBI Director Christopher Wray while the Mueller probe was ongoing.
[Remember, Robert Mueller never interviewed Julian Assange. Additionally, it is worth noting for the U.S. side of the legal framework, the charges against Assange are not related to Russian efforts in a hack of the DNC; nor is Assange charged with anything related to the 2016 U.S. election interference activities, the Podesta email release or anything therein as previously described by the DOJ.]
The April 11th, 2019, Julian Assange indictment stemmed from the Eastern District of Virginia. From a review of the indictment we discover it was under seal since March 6th, 2018: (The DOJ sat on the indictment for 13 months, until Mueller finished)
However, on Tuesday April 15th, 2019, more investigative material was released. Again, note the dates: Grand Jury, *December of 2017* This means FBI investigation prior to December ’17..
The investigation of Assange took place prior to December 2017, it is coming from the EDVA where Dana Boente was still, presumably, U.S. Attorney. The grand jury indictment was sealed from March of 2018 until April of 2019.
Why did the DOJ wait until the Mueller report was complete?
Here’s where it gets interesting….
The FBI submission to the Grand Jury in December of 2017 was four months after congressman Dana Rohrabacher talked to Assange in August of 2017: “Assange told a U.S. congressman … he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents … did not come from Russia.”
(August 2017, The Hill Via John Solomon) Julian Assange told a U.S. congressman on Tuesday he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents he published during last year’s election did not come from Russia and promised additional helpful information about the leaks in the near future.
Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, a California Republican who is friendly to Russia and chairs an important House subcommittee on Eurasia policy, became the first American congressman to meet with Assange during a three-hour private gathering at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where the WikiLeaks founder has been holed up for years.
Rohrabacher recounted his conversation with Assange to The Hill.
“Our three-hour meeting covered a wide array of issues, including the WikiLeaks exposure of the DNC [Democratic National Committee] emails during last year’s presidential election,” Rohrabacher said, “Julian emphatically stated that the Russians were not involved in the hacking or disclosure of those emails.”
Pressed for more detail on the source of the documents, Rohrabacher said he had information to share privately with President Trump. (read more)
If you overlay the timing, it would appear the FBI took a keen interest in Assange after this August 2017 meeting and gathered specific evidence for a grand jury by December 2017. Then the DOJ sat on the indictment (sealed in March 2018) while the Mueller probe was ongoing; until April 11th, 2019, when a coordinated effort between the U.K. and U.S. was launched. Assange was arrested, and the indictment was unsealed (link).
To me, as a person who has researched this three year fiasco; including the ridiculously false 2016 Russian hacking/interference narrative: “17 intelligence agencies”, JAR report (needed for Obama – December 29th, ’16), and political ICA (January ’17); this looked like a Deep State move to control Julian Assange because the Mueller report was dependent on Russia cybercrimes…. AND that narrative is contingent on the Russia DNC hack story.
The Weissmann/Mueller/Rosenstein report contains claims that Russia hacked the DNC servers as the central element to the Russia interference narrative in the U.S. election. This claim is directly disputed by WikiLeaks and Assange, as outlined during the Dana Rohrabacher interview.
Right there is the FBI motive to shut Assange down when the Mueller report was released.
The DNC hack claim is contingent upon analysis by Crowdstrike computer forensics who were paid by the DNC to look into the issue. The FBI was never allowed to review the servers independently, and now we know the FBI never even looked at a full forensics report from Crowdstrike.
Almost all independent research into this DNC hack narrative challenges the claims of a Russia hack of the DNC servers; and now this bombshell court filing, again if accurate, makes the DOJ claim completely collapse.
Lastly, if we are to believe everything that is factually visible; including the admissions by the FBI and DOJ itself; and it is proven that Seth Rich was indeed the source of the DNC emails and there was no hack; well,… what does that say about Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein, who would have had to know they were pushing abject lies in their dubious Russian indictments.
Another nail in the coffin of the Mueller Investigation trying to frame President Trump for working with the Russians to win Election 2016. Dems are lying AGAIN.

The DNC emails published by Wikileaks in 2016 were not obtained via a Russian hack, cyber-security and intelligence experts William Binney and Larry Johnson claim.
According to forensic evidence, the files taken from the DNC between 23 and 25 May 2016, were copied onto a file storage device.
Thegatewaypundit.com reports: If the Russians actually had conducted an internet based hack of the DNC computer network then the evidence of such an attack would have been collected and stored by the National Security Agency.
The technical systems to accomplish this task have been in place since 2002. The NSA had an opportunity to make it clear that there was irrefutable proof of Russian meddling, particularly with regard to the DNC hack, when it signed on to the January 2017 “Intelligence Community Assessment,” regarding Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential election:
“We also assess Putin and the Russian Government aspired to help President-elect Trump’s election chances when possible by discrediting Secretary Clinton and publicly contrasting her unfavorably to him. All three agencies agree with this judgment. CIA and FBI have high confidence in this judgment; NSA has moderate confidence.”
The phrase, “moderate confidence” is intelligence speak for “we have no hard evidence.” Thanks to the leaks by Edward Snowden, we know with certainty that the NSA had the capability to examine and analyze the DNC emails. NSA routinely “vacuumed up” email traffic transiting the U.S. using robust collection systems (whether or not anyone in the NSA chose to look for this data is another question). If those emails had been hijacked over the internet then NSA also would have been able to track the electronic path they traveled over the internet. This kind of data would allow the NSA to declare without reservation or caveat that the Russians were guilty. The NSA could admit to such a fact in an unclassified assessment without compromising sources and methods. Instead, the NSA only claimed to have moderate confidence in the judgement regarding Russian meddling. If the NSA had hard intelligence to support the judgement the conclusion would have been stated as “full confidence.”
We believe that Special Counsel Robert Mueller faces major embarrassment if he decides to pursue the indictment he filed–which accuses 12 Russian GRU military personnel and an entity identified as, Guccifer 2.0, for the DNC hack—because the available forensic evidence indicates the emails were copied onto a storage device.
According to a DOJ press releaseon the indictment of the Russians, Mueller declares that the emails were obtained via a “spearphishing” attack:
“In 2016, officials in Unit 26165 began spearphishing volunteers and employees of the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton, including the campaign’s chairman. Through that process, officials in this unit were able to steal the usernames and passwords for numerous individuals and use those credentials to steal email content and hack into other computers. They also were able to hack into the computer networks of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) through these spearphishing techniques to steal emails and documents, covertly monitor the computer activity of dozens of employees, and implant hundreds of files of malicious computer code to steal passwords and maintain access to these networks.
The officials in Unit 26165 coordinated with officials in Unit 74455 to plan the release of the stolen documents for the purpose of interfering with the 2016 presidential election. Defendants registered the domain DCLeaks.com and later staged the release of thousands of stolen emails and documents through that website. On the website, defendants claimed to be “American hacktivists” and used Facebook accounts with fictitious names and Twitter accounts to promote the website. After public accusations that the Russian government was behind the hacking of DNC and DCCC computers, defendants created the fictitious persona Guccifer 2.0. On the evening of June 15, 2016 between 4:19PM and 4:56PM, defendants used their Moscow-based server to search for a series of English words and phrases that later appeared in Guccifer 2.0’s first blog post falsely claiming to be a lone Romanian hacker responsible for the hacks in the hopes of undermining the allegations of Russian involvement.”
Notwithstanding the DOJ press release, an examination of the Wikileaks DNC files do not support the claim that the emails were obtained via spearphishing. Instead, the evidence clearly shows that the emails posted on the Wikileaks site were copied onto an electronic media, such as a CD-ROM or thumb drive before they were posted at Wikileaks. The emails posted on Wikileaks were saved using the File Allocation Table (aka FAT) computer file system architecture.
An examination of the Wikileaks DNC files shows they were created on 23, 25 and 26 May respectively. The fact that they appear in a FAT system format indicates the data was transferred to a storage device, such as a thumb drive.
How do we know? The truth lies in the “last modified” time stamps on the Wikileaks files. Every single one of these time stamps end in even numbers. If you are not familiar with the FAT file system, you need to understand that when a date is stored under this system the data rounds the time to the nearest even numbered second.
We have examined 500 DNC email files stored on Wikileaks and all 500 files end in an even number—2, 4, 6, 8 or 0. If a system other than FAT had been used, there would have been an equal probability of the time stamp ending with an odd number. But that is not the case with the data stored on the Wikileaks site. All end with an even number.

The random probability that FAT was not used is 1 chance in 2 to the 500th power or approximately 1 chance in 10 to the 150th power – in other words, an infinitely high order.
This data alone does not prove that the emails were copied at the DNC headquarters. But it does show that the data/emails posted by Wikileaks did go through a storage device, like a thumb drive, before Wikileaks posted the emails on the World Wide Web.
This fact alone is enough to raise reasonable doubts about Mueller’s indictment accusing 12 Russian soldiers as the culprits for the leak of the DNC emails to Wikileaks. A savvy defense attorney will argue, and rightly so, that someone copied the DNC files to a storage device (E.g., USB thumb drive) and transferred that to Wikileaks.
We also tested the hypothesis that Wikileaks could have manipulated the files to produce the FAT result by comparing the DNC email files with the Podesta emails (aka Larter file) that was released on 21 September 2016. The FAT file format is NOT present in the Podesta files. If Wikileaks employed a standard protocol for handling data/emails received from unknown sources we should expect the File structure of the DNC emails to match the file structure of the Podesta emails. The evidence shows otherwise.
There is further compelling technical evidence that undermines the claim that the DNC emails were downloaded over the internet as a result of a spearphishing attack. Bill Binney, a former Technical Director of the National Security Agency, along with other former intelligence community experts, examined emails posted by Guccifer 2.0 and discovered that those emails could not have been downloaded over the internet as a result of a spearphishing attack. It is a simple matter of mathematics and physics.
Shortly after Wikileaks announced it had the DNC emails, Guccifer 2.0 emerged on the public stage, claiming that “he” hacked the DNC and that he had the DNC emails. Guccifer 2.0 began in late June 2016 to publish documents as proof that “he” had hacked from the DNC.
Taking Guccifer 2.0 at face value—i.e., that his documents were obtained via an internet attack—Bill Binney conducted a forensic examination of the metadata contained in the posted documents based on internet connection speeds in the United States. This analysis showed that the highest transfer rate was 49.1 megabytes per second, which is much faster than possible from a remote online connection. The 49.1 megabytes speed coincides with the download rate for a thumb drive.
Binney, assisted by other colleagues with technical expertise, extended the examination and ran various tests forensic from the Netherlands, Albania, Belgrade and the UK. The fastest rate obtained — from a data center in New Jersey to a data center in the UK–was 12 megabytes per second, which is less than a fourth of the rate necessary to transfer the data, as it was listed from Guccifer 2.
The findings from the examination of the Guccifer 2.0 data and the Wikileaks data does not prove who copied the information to a thumb drive, but it does provide and empirical alternative explanation that undermines the Special Counsel’s claim that the DNC was hacked. According to the forensic evidence for the Guccifer 2.0 data, the DNC emails were not taken by an internet spearphishing attack. The data breach was local. It was copied from the network.
There is other circumstantial evidence that buttresses the conclusion that the data breach was a local effort that copied data.
First there is the Top Secret information leaked by Edward Snowden. If the DNC emails had been hacked via spearphishing (as alleged by Mueller) then the data would have been captured by the NSA by means of the Upstream program (Fairview, Stormbrew, Blarney, Oakstar) and the forensic evidence would not modify times – the data would be presented as sent.
Second, we have the public reporting on the DNC and Crowdstrike, which provide a bizarre timeline for the alleged Russian hacking.
According to CrowdStrike founder, Dimitri Alperovitch, his company first detected the Russians mucking around inside the DNC server on 6 May 2016. A CrowdStrike intelligence analyst reportedly told Alperovitch that:
“Falcon had identified not one but two Russian intruders: Cozy Bear, a group CrowdStrike’s experts believed was affiliated with the FSB, Russia’s answer to the CIA; and Fancy Bear, which they had linked to the GRU, Russian military intelligence.”
And what did CrowdStrike do about this? Nothing. According to Michael Isikoff, CrowdStrike claimed their inactivity was a deliberate plan to avoid alerting the Russians that they had been “discovered.” This is nonsense. If a security company detected a thief breaking into a house and stealing its contents, what sane company would counsel the client to do nothing in order to avoid alerting the thief? Utter nonsense.
We know from examining the Wikileaks data that the last message copied from the DNC network is dated Wed, 25 May 2016 08:48:35. No DNC emails were taken and released to Wikileaks after that date.
CrowdStrike waited until 10 June 2016 to take concrete steps to clean up the DNC network. Alperovitch told Esquire’s Vicky Ward that:
“Ultimately, the teams decided it was necessary to replace the software on every computer at the DNC. Until the network was clean, secrecy was vital. On the afternoon of Friday, June 10, all DNC employees were instructed to leave their laptops in the office.”
Why does a cyber security company wait 45 days after allegedly uncovering a massive Russian attack on the DNC server to take concrete steps to safeguard the integrity of the information held on the server? This makes no sense.
A more plausible explanation is that it was discovered that emails had been downloaded from the server and copied onto a device like a thumb drive. But the culprit had not yet been identified. We know one thing for certain—CrowdStrike did not take steps to shutdown and repair the DNC network until 18 days after the last email was copied from the server.
The final curiosity is that the DNC never provided the FBI access to its servers in order for qualified FBI technicians to conduct a thorough forensic examination. If this had been a genuine internet hack, it would be very easy for the NSA to identify when the information was taken and the route it moved after being hacked from the server. The NSA had the technical collection systems in place to enable analysts to know the date and time of the messages. But that has not been done.
Taken together, these disparate data points combine to paint a picture that exonerates alleged Russian hackers and implicates persons within our law enforcement and intelligence community taking part in a campaign of misinformation, deceit and incompetence. It is not a pretty picture.

The Washington, D.C. lobbyist who has been on the hunt for Seth Rich’s killer found a “credible” witness who will identify the two men he believes murdered the DNC staffer.
Jack Burkman, a Washington-based attorney and lobbyist who has worked with a private investigative team to solve the Seth Rich murder mystery, told The Gateway Pundit that the witness has conclusive evidence that will bring Rich’s killers to justice within a month.
“We believe that we have reached the beginning of the end of the Seth Rich murder investigation,” Burkman told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview Sunday. “After two long hard years of work, we have a witness who is prepared to identify the two killers of Seth Rich. One is reportedly a current DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) agent, the other is reportedly a current ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) agent”
The witness, who “fears for his life,” will be accompanied by armed guards and disguise his identity as he details how two employees of the United States government killed Seth in a press conference slated for Tuesday.

Frank Whalen, a retired NYPD Detective Sergeant NYPD who served as the head of NYPD Homicide for 23 years, found the witness, Burkman explained.
“We found him through working with a retired New York City detective, who found him and brought him to us. We have thoroughly vetted this witness and we believe in this witness,” he said. “He has evidence that substantiates his claims but it will be revealed slowly. This witness is in great fear of his life – that’s why we are going with disguising him, disguising his voice and everything about him.”
Burkman, who has viewed surveillance footage from the night Rich was killed, says the witness’ testimony confirms two men involved in the shooting.
“What the witness says matches what the police say and matches what we know from the surveillance videos,” he said. “The police let me see the video. The police said the video clearly identifies the pant legs of two men. So, there were two men involved in the killing that night. I now believe that in the next 3 to 4 weeks the entire matter will be resolved. It’s the beginning of the end.”
Rich, 27, was a DNC voter expansion data director for two years and had accepted a position with Hillary Clinton’s campaign. He was murdered in Washington, D.C., on July 10, 2016, near his apartment in an affluent neighborhood. Rich was shot twice in the back with a handgun, and his wallet, credit cards, watch and phone were left in his possession. The Metropolitan Police Department has described it as a “botched robbery.”
Private investigators have claimed there is evidence Rich was the source who provided WikiLeaks with thousands of bombshell emails that rocked the Democratic National Committee in the summer of 2016 just ahead of its convention and the 2016 election. WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has also insinuated Rich was the source WikiLeaks used to obtain the emails.
The emails indicated the Democrat Party was manipulating the primary race in favor of Hillary Clinton and sabotaged the Bernie Sanders campaign, led to the resignation of then-DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich’s death and days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia, WikiLeaks released 20,000 emails from DNC officials.
The witness informed Burkman that Doherty was well acquainted with the two government employees that killed Rich, but he was unaware Doherty worked as Burkman’s lead investigator and tried to kill him earlier in the year.
“The witness himself didn’t know that I had been shot by Kevin Doherty. Before we even told him that, he told us that Doherty was friends and palled around with the ATF agent and the DEA agent who shot Seth. That’s why we think the witness is credible,” he said. “There wasn’t much coverage of my shooting. The witness didn’t see the coverage and didn’t know. We didn’t tell him, he told us before we told him.”
“We believe that Kevin Doherty may have been a plant in my organization, to kill me and stop my investigation,” he added. “He was carefully playing the role.”
Despite nearly getting killed while investigating the Rich case, Burkman says he doesn’t “live in fear” and neither should the witness.
“I now have armed guards all the time. And we will have even more armed guards at the press conference the place will be surrounded with private armed security,” he said. “But once we start living in fear we might as well have Adolph Hitler in power. Once you live in fear, there’s no reason to have won World War II.”
Following the press conference, Burkman will hold a candlelight march to the spot where Rich was killed.
“I promised the Rich family that I would find their son’s murderer. Their son was a great patriot and a great young man and it is for that reason that I want to solve this murder,” Burkman said. “His heart was in the right place and I want to honor him. We are one big political fraternity. This could have happened to any of the young people who work for me, Republican or Democrat, I employ both. This could happen to anyone of those young people.”
Burkman has created, paid for and erected billboards in the neighborhood where Rich lived and died; built the website WhoKilledSeth.com and canvassed the neighborhood with Seth Rich’s parents. Last year, he sued the Democratic National Committee for the release of the hacked DNC server he claimed will reveal key information in solving the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.
The DC-based attorney has also offered a $130,000 reward of his personal money for information leading to the arrest of Rich’s killer. WikiLeaks is offering $20,000, One America News Network $100,000, the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department $25,000 and Businessman and investor Martin Shkreli $100,000.
The DNC has yet to offer a reward for information leading to the arrest of the murderer of its own young staffer. The DNC honored its murdered employee by dedicating a bike rack outside its headquarters to Rich’s memory.
The press conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Rosslyn @ Key Bridge Hotel in Virginia at 1:00PM est. Attendees of the candlelight march will meet in the lobby of the hotel at 6pm est.

BOMBSHELL: HUNT FOR SETH RICH’S MURDERER TURNS UP ‘WITNESS’
The convoluted case of the murder in Washington, D.C., of Democratic operative Seth Rich has taken another turn, with a lobbyist who has been investigating the case claiming a “credible” witness has been found.
Jack Burkman, a Washington-based lawyer and lobbyist, told the Gateway Pundit blog: “We believe that we have reached the beginning of the end of the Seth Rich murder investigation. After two long hard years of work, we have a witness who is prepared to identify the two killers of Seth Rich.”
Burkman told the blog in an exclusive interview on Sunday that one of the culprits identified by the witness is an agent for the Drug Enforcement Administration and the other is an agent for the ATF, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Burkman said the witness has conclusive evidence that will bring the killers to justice.
As WND has reported, Rich, 27, the DNC’s voter expansion data director, had accepted a position with Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign just before his death.
On July 10, 2016, he was fatally shot in the back in Washington, D.C., near his apartment in an affluent neighborhood. Rich had been working for the DNC at a time when emails from the organization were provided to WikiLeaks for publication.
The Metropolitan Police Department and Washington Mayor Muriel Bowers insist Rich was randomly killed during a “botched robbery.” But others are doubtful because he was found with his wallet, credit cards and other valuables.
The new Gateway Pundit report said the witness fears for his life, and plans to have armed guards and a disguise to protect him.
Burkman told the blog Frank Whalen, a retired NYPD detective sergeant, found the witness.
“We found him through working with a retired New York City detective, who found him and brought him to us. We have thoroughly vetted this witness and we believe in this witness,” Burkman said. “He has evidence that substantiates his claims but it will be revealed slowly. This witness is in great fear of his life – that’s why we are going with disguising him, disguising his voice and everything about him.”
The lawyer, Ty Clevenger, reported on LawFlog he received the news from the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys.
“Actually, they have refused to release any records about Seth Rich at all, e.g., whether he had a security clearance or a background check.”
But he pointed out the “same office originally refused to even search for records related to Seth Rich, but it was overruled on October 2, 2017, after I appealed to DOJ’s Office of Information Policy.’
WND reported last fall when Clevenger started his hunt for the Rich records.
After his FOIA request for records or correspondence about the murder or its investigation was rejected, the DOJ at that time told the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Washington, D.C., to hunt for records.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office originally put off Clevenger’s FOIA request, demanding he submit a death certificate to prove that Rich was dead.
“Since you have not furnished a release, death certificate, or public justification for release, the release of records concerning a third party would result in an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy and would be in violation of the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C.§ 552a,” the office said.
But Clevenger appealed. And Sean R. O’Neil, the chief of administrative appeals at DOJ’s Office of Information Policy, directed the executive office for U.S. attorneys to search for and produce any records covered in Clevenger’s FOIA request.
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has hinted that Rich, and not Russian agents, may have been the source of the Democratic National Committee emails he published online.
The case has caused considerable distress for Democrats.WND reported last year when former DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazile appeared incoherent and agitated when WND approached her at a book signing to ask her questions about murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich.
Brazile said in her new book, which is dedicated to Rich, that she was deeply concerned about Rich’s mysterious murder and had discussed it in a phone call with Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton after Clinton’s election loss.
She wrote that she asked Clinton to contribute to a reward fund to help find the slain DNC staffer’s murderer, but Clinton ended the phone call.
The following is an excerpt from Brazile’s book “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns That Put Donald Trump in the White House”:
I knew the campaign had over $3 million set aside in a legal fund. Could she help me get this lawsuit started? And don’t forget the murder of Seth Rich, I told her. Did she want to contribute to Seth’s reward fund? We still hadn’t found the person responsible for the tragic murder of this bright young DNC staffer.
You’re right, she said. We’re going to get to that. But she really had to go. She had made the call and checked it off her list, and I accepted after we said our good-byes that I might never hear from her again.
WND attended Brazile’s Dec. 12 book signing at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., and asked her why she believes Clinton seemed unconcerned about Rich’s murder and unwilling to allocate campaign money as a reward to find Rich’s killers.
But Brazile contradicted statements in her book, flat-out denying she even made them.
“You say in your book that you urged Hillary Clinton to use campaign funds as reward to find Rich’s murderer(s). And Clinton briefly responded by saying she really had to go,” WND stated, before Brazile interjected.
“I – I never read – I never wrote that. No,” she said.
“We discussed – on Dec. 1 we offered – Jim Roosevelt [co-chair of the DNC rules and bylaws committee] proposed that the DNC raise money to help with the reward fund, and we urged members to provide resources. But at no time did I tell Hillary – in the book, I said, ‘Don’t forget Seth Rich.’ That’s what I said in the book,” she claimed.

WND also pressed Brazile on why the DNC has offered no reward money to help find Rich’s killers.
The former DNC chairwoman and CNN contributor then became visibly angry and accused WND of trying to “smear” Rich and his family for mere “sensationalism.”
“Once again, I would like to go on the record as saying that the attempt to smear Seth Rich has caused enormous harm to his family,” she charged. “Joel and Mary (Rich’s parents) deserve better than that kind of salacious, sensational type of journalism.”

There’s no evidence whatsoever that Seth Rich computer, or any of his personal electronic gadgets was penetrated or infiltrated by any of those malware spyware. We had every computer, every cell phone, everything at the DNC reviewed on multiple occasions because of the nature of the attack.
In the entirety of the book, I mention, I dedicate the book to Seth Rich because Seth Rich belonged to, ah well, let me just say this. Seth Rich was a member of the voting rights department. I was the vice chair for civic engagement and voter participation. And when I wrote in the first instance about Seth Rich, when I heard about his death, I talked about July 10th, when I got the news that Seth was murdered. Some of you might remember during that period of time, it was following the shooting at Baton Rouge. And the shooting, the incident in Dallas. And when I first received this information that Seth was killed, the first thought in my head was, ‘Oh my god, Seth was in the wrong neighborhood at the wrong time.’
We live in Washington, D.C., and it bothered me. It bothered me that Seth was murdered, of course, because he was, you know, he belonged to the DNC. He was my kid, and I loved him. But it also bothered me that, uh, when I heard about what happened. I just thought that this might have been a racial incident. This was a period of heightened racial tension, not just in D.C. but across the country. Black Lives Matter and the police department, all of the protests across the country. That’s number one. So the context of me saying that was the context of what was happening on July 10, 2016, and what happened to Seth.
The context of who could have murdered Seth Rich, I don’t know. But what I do know is that his murderer is still some – or the people that murdered him – they have not been brought to justice. There’s a big reward for Seth, to capture and to bring – to find information – to bring it to justice. I know that Mayor [Muriel] Bowser and others are still concerned about what happened to Seth Rich, and I hope that we can finally bring to justice what happened.
Now, I know some people don’t understand anything about cyber security and hacking and harassment. Has anybody here as a part of OPM been harassed by the Chinese? Through the stealing of personnel files through the Office of Personnel Management? And do you recall at that time you receive a notice from OPM saying that you will have your information protected? And every year, I know every month, every month, I get a protect my ID status, OK.
Well, when this happened to us at the DNC, the first thing, because I had my information hacked through that illegal cyber-attack through OPM. That experience is one where, you know, you try to go and get a car, you try to go out and take out a loan, you know what that hacking caused you and the discomfort and I hope you continue to protect your individual identity and status. But when the Russian attack happened, this was one that no one provided us with any kind of protection. And so it was the responsibility of the Democratic National Committee – heh, who was broke – to provide protection. Similar to what OPM was providing me with the Chinese hacking, I had to provide that to the DNC, to the staff, to the donors and to others who had their personal information. And this just wasn’t just a normal threat, “Hey Geoff, you’re an X, hey Donna you’re a Y.” This was, this went beyond the name-calling. This went to our physical infrastructure. This went to our personhood. And I didn’t like it one bit; that’s why I changed our entire physical landscape at the DNC.
We put cameras everywhere. We began to protect ourselves because of the intrusion. Because of the way in which it came after our lives individually and personally and institutionally. They wanted to send a message. And for whatever reason why [Russian President Vladimir] Putin decided that he wanted to destroy the – I kept saying to myself – I used to scream out at night, “The Clinton campaign is – they, they got money – just leave us alone!” But this harassment continued and continued, up until Oct. 21.
And so no, I don’t allude in my book. I don’t practice the conspiracy theories that people have used to scar Seth’s memory, to hurt his family. I have been to Omaha. I have been to his synagogue. I have cried because of him. I love that boy. He was my child. I have dedicated a bike rack. I have gone out to raise money to help his family. Seth Rich, Seth Rich was a patriot. He was a great American, and he does not deserve to be, in anyway, he does not deserve the kind of outrageous conspiracy theories. And, yes, I told that to Sean Hannity. I’ll tell it to anyone else.
Seth was a patriot. He was a good patriot. He was a good person. He worked very hard. His colleagues at the DNC miss him. His family, Joel and Mary, they miss him. They are going through yet another Hanukkah without their son tonight. And I loved him, and he was my child. And I will always say good things about him. I get emotional about Seth. I love Seth. I love all my kids at the DNC.

On the call are Andrew Slavitt, who served as the head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and former Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, who also headed Health and Human Services, as saving Obamacare is of paramount concern.
“There operation is just a few blocks from the Capitol and it’s in a war room run by Leslie Dash, one of (former President) Obama’s top health care officials. Coordinating a nationwide anti-repeal campaign by liberal think tanks, local resistance groups — sympathetic governors, Medicaid insurance lobbyists, Democratic activists, pollsters and academics. It was conceived in the hours after (President) Trump was elected in November and the group called itself Protect Our Care,” Morris said.
“The covert part of the resistance in these moles who are buried in the Trump administration who are leaking to sabotage (President) Trump,” he added.
In Marchit was reported that former top aide to President Obama, Valerie Jarrett, was moving in with the Obama family as part of an operation to resist President Trump.
According to the rumors, Jarrett and Michelle Obama were creating a “nerve center” to figure out ways to remove President Trump from office, either by forcing him to resign or having him impeached.
Morris expounded on that idea on Sunday when he appeared on New York AM 970’s “The Cats Roundtable,” with host John Catsimatidis, a former candidate for mayor of New York City.
“The main thing that is going on, though, in politics is really an attempt at a coup d’etat, which is essentially what this whole Russian stuff is,” Morris told Catsimatidis. “In fact, I call it the illusion of collusion. The whole Democratic party is so taken up with the idea that Hillary [Clinton] lost the election because of collusion between Trump and [Vladimir] Putin.”
“I think the whole thing has been cooked up in an effort to topple Trump from power,” he said. “It amounts really to a coup d’etat between the intelligence community on the one hand and the media on the other.”
Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz seemingly planned to pay cyber-probe suspect and IT aide Imran Awan even while he was living in Pakistan, if the FBI hadn’t stopped him from leaving the U.S. Monday. Public statements and congressional payroll records suggest she also appears to have known that his wife, a fellow IT staffer, left the country for good months ago — while she was also a criminal suspect.
In all, six months of actions reveal a decision to continue paying a man who seemingly could not have been providing services to her, and who a mountain of evidence suggests was a liability. The man long had access to all of Wasserman Schultz’s computer files, work emails and personal emails, and he was recently accused by a relative in court documents of wiretapping and extortion.
Records also raise questions about whether the Florida Democrat permitted Awan to continue to access computers after House-wide authorities banned him from the network Feb. 2. Not only did she keep him on staff after the ban, but she also did not have any other IT person to perform necessary work that presumably would have arisen during a months-long period, according to payroll records.
Wasserman Schultz employed Pakistani-born Awan and his wife Hina Alvi, and refused to fire either of them even after U.S. Capitol Police said in February 2017 that they were targets of the criminal investigation. She said police wouldn’t show her evidence against the couple and, without it, she assumed they might be victims of anti-Muslim profiling.
Awan booked a round-trip ticket to Pakistan in July and planned to depart Monday, July 24 with a return ticket in six months. He was arrestedat Dulles Airport during his attempt to leave.
The Associated Pressreported that Awan’s lawyer, Chris Gowen, said Awan “had informed the House of his plans to visit his family.”
Wasserman Schultz’s spokesman cited Awan’s Monday arrest as the reason for ending his employment on Tuesday: “Upon learning of his arrest, he was terminated.”
The office’s insistence that his termination was prompted by the Monday arrest — and not the House Sergeant at Arms banning him and his wife from touching congressional computers or his six months in Pakistan — suggests that had he boarded the flight without incident he would still be on payroll.
“Does that mean if he had boarded the flight as planned the office would have been paying him for six months while he was abroad?” The DCNF investigative group asked Wasserman Schultz’s spokesman Thursday. “Why would it do that?” The spokesman did not respond.
Awan’s wife, Hina, left the country under similar circumstances March 5, after withdrawing the couple’s three kids from school without telling Virginia education officials, packing up all of her possessions, and hiding $12,000 in cash, according to an FBI affidavit. She allegedly had hundreds of thousands of dollars waiting in Pakistan for her — money the FBI says Awan had obtained partly through mortgage fraud and had wired overseas using a false explanation.
Two days later, on March 7, House records show Hina was cut from Wasserman Schultz’s payroll.
Though Hina bought a round trip ticket with a return in six months, the FBI said it “does not believe that Alvi has any intention to return to the United States.”
Wasserman Schultz spokesman David Darmrom did not respond to a DCNF IG request to explain why Hina had been terminated two days into a trip she claimed was temporary, while her husband had not been terminated for a six-month move. Between the part-time nature of her work and the ban, her absence was unlikely to have been noticed in two days without someone telling the office her plans.
Wasserman Schultz’s office also didn’t answer if the office knew Hina’s “round trip” was a permanent move.
Hina and Awan were both IT aides whose jobs required access to the network, but the House Sergeant-At-Arms banned them from accessing it beginning Feb. 2. Awan and Hina were her only IT staffers, and payroll records through the latest available period, March 31, indicate that no other IT staffer or vendor was added to the payroll after their ban.
A House source said Awan was seen in the House office building multiple times after the network ban. “Imran Awan is working in an “advisory” role for Wasserman Schultz, her spokesman said, “providing advice on technology issues.”
The spokesman wouldn’t say who did the office’s computer work after the ban, if not Awan.
As IT administrators, the suspects could read all emails sent and received by the lawmaker and see all files on the staff members’ computers, numerous House IT aides said. WikiLeaks shows that Awan also had the password to Wasserman Schultz’s iPad.
In public court documents filed in Fairfax, Va., Awan’s stepmother accused him of wiretapping andextortion. “Imran Awan did admit to me that my phone is tapped and there are devices installed in my house” and “Imran Awan threatened that he is very powerful and if I ever call the police again, [he] will … kidnap my family members back in Pakistan,” his stepmother, Samina Gilani, claimed in the documents (p. 21) filed April 14.
Despite her professed concern of stereotyping, all other colleagues who employed Awan, Hina or their other relatives on House payrolls fired them, including Rep. Andre Carson of Indiana, who is Muslim and has criticized Wasserman Schultz for blocking police from examining a laptop tied to Imran.
That laptop was found in an unused crevice of a House office building and seized as evidence by the Capitol Police, but Wasserman Schultz appeared determined to not let police see its contents, threatening “consequences” for the police chief if he didn’t release it. The exchange was captured on video.
Fox News reported that months later, she had blocked them from looking at it but had become open to “negotiating” with police, possibly turning over certain files, as Hillary Clinton was permitted to do in deciding which emails were “personal.”
Observers have decried Wasserman Schultz’s judgment and cybersecurity record, noting she was the chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee when it was hacked. A group of Democratic donors filed a lawsuit saying she and the DNC “breached the duties they owed to… members of the DNC Donor Class by failing to exercise reasonablecare and implement adequate [cyber]security protocols..”
In Washington, it’s never about what they tell you it’s about. So take this to the bank: The case of Imran Awan, Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s mysterious Pakistani IT guy, is not about bank fraud.
Yet bank fraud was the stated charge on which Awan was arrested at Dulles Airport this week, just as he was trying to flee the United States for Pakistan, via Qatar. That is the same route taken by Awan’s wife, Hina Alvi, in March, when she suddenly fled the country, with three young daughters she yanked out of school, mega-luggage, and $12,400 in cash.
By then, the proceeds of the fraudulent $165,000 loan they’d gotten from the Congressional Federal Credit Union had been sent ahead. It was part of a $283,000 transfer that Awan managed to wire from Capitol Hill. He pulled it off — hilariously, if infuriatingly — by pretending to be his wife in a phone call with the credit union. Told that his proffered reason for the transfer (“funeral arrangements”) wouldn’t fly, “Mrs.” Awan promptly repurposed: Now “she” was “buying property.” Asking no more questions, the credit union wired the money . . . to Pakistan.
As you let all that sink in, consider this: Awan and his family cabal of fraudsters had access for years to the e-mails and other electronic files of members of the House’s Intelligence and Foreign Affairs Committees. It turns out they were accessing members’ computers without their knowledge, transferring files to remote servers, and stealing computer equipment — including hard drives that Awan & Co. smashed to bits of bytes before making tracks.
They were fired in February. All except Awan, that is. He continued in the employ of Wasserman Schultz, the Florida Democrat, former DNC chairwoman, and Clinton crony. She kept him in place at the United States Congress right up until he was nabbed at the airport on Monday.
This is not about bank fraud. The Awan family swindles are plentiful, but they are just window-dressing. This appears to be a real conspiracy, aimed at undermining American national security.
At the time of his arrest, the 37-year-old Imran Awan had been working for Democrats as an information technologist for 13 years. He started out with Representative Gregory Meeks (D., N.Y.) in 2004. The next year, he landed on the staff of Wasserman Schultz, who had just been elected to the House.
Congressional-staff salaries are modest, in the $40,000 range. For some reason, Awan was paid about four times as much. He also managed to get his wife, Alvi, on the House payroll . . . then his brother, Abid Awan . . . then Abid’s wife, Natalia Sova. The youngest of the clan, Awan’s brother Jamal, came on board in 2014 — the then-20-year-old commanding an annual salary of $160,000.
A few of these arrangements appear to have been sinecures: While some Awans were rarely seen around the office, we now know they were engaged in extensive financial shenanigans away from the Capitol. Nevertheless, the Daily Caller’s Luke Rosiak, who has been all over this story, reports that, for their IT “work,” the Pakistani family has reeled in $4 million from U.S. taxpayers since 2009.
That’s just the “legit” dough. The family business evidently dabbles in procurement fraud, too. The Capitol Police and FBI are exploring widespread double-billing for computers, other communication devices, and related equipment.
Why were they paid so much for doing so little? Intriguing as it is, that’s a side issue. A more pressing question is: Why were they given access to highly sensitive government information? Ordinarily, that requires a security clearance, awarded only after a background check that peruses ties to foreign countries, associations with unsavory characters, and vulnerability to blackmail.
These characters could not possibly have qualified. Never mind access; it’s hard to fathom how they retained their jobs. The Daily Caller has also discovered that the family, which controlled several properties, was involved in various suspicious mortgage transfers. Abid Awan, while working “full-time” in Congress, ran a curious auto-retail business called “Cars International A” (yes, CIA), through which he was accused of stealing money and merchandise. In 2012, he discharged debts in bankruptcy (while scheming to keep his real-estate holdings). Congressional Democrats hired Abid despite his drunk-driving conviction a month before he started at the House, and they retained him despite his public-drunkenness arrest a month after. Beyond that, he and Imran both committed sundry vehicular offenses. In civil lawsuits, they are accused of life-insurance fraud.
Democrats now say that any access to sensitive information was “unauthorized.” But how hard could it have been to get “unauthorized” access when House Intelligence Committee Dems wanted their staffers to have unbounded access? In 2016, they wrotea letter to an appropriations subcommittee seeking funding so their staffers could obtain “Top Secret — Sensitive Compartmented Information” clearances. TS/SCI is the highest-level security classification. Awan family members were working for a number of the letter’s signatories.
Democratic members, of course, would not make such a request without coordination with leadership. Did I mention that the ranking member on the appropriations subcommittee to whom the letter was addressed was Debbie Wasserman Schultz?
Why has the investigation taken so long? Why so little enforcement action until this week? Why, most of all, were Wasserman Schultz and her fellow Democrats so indulgent of the Awans?
The probe began in late 2016. In short order, the Awans clearly knew they were hot numbers. They started arranging the fraudulent credit-union loan in December, and the $283,000 wire transfer occurred on January 18. In early February, House security services informed representatives that the Awans were suspects in a criminal investigation. At some point, investigators found stolen equipment stashedin the Rayburn House Office Building, including a laptop that appears to belong to Wasserman Schultz and that Imran was using. Although the Awans were banned from the Capitol computer network, not only did Wasserman Schultz keep Imran on staff for several additional months, but Meeks retained Alvi until February 28 — five days before she skedaddled to Lahore.
Strange thing about that: On March 5, the FBI (along with the Capitol Police) got to Dulles Airport in time to stop Alvi before she embarked. It was discovered that she was carrying $12,400 in cash. As I pointed out this week, it is a felony to export more than $10,000 in currency from the U.S. without filing a currency transportation report. It seems certain that Alvi did not file one: In connection with her husband’s arrest this week, the FBI submitted to the court a complaint affidavit that describes Alvi’s flight but makes no mention of a currency transportation report. Yet far from making an arrest, agents permitted her to board the plane and leave the country, notwithstanding their stated belief that she has no intention of returning.
Many congressional staffers are convinced that they’d long ago have been in handcuffs if they pulled what the Awans are suspected of. Nevertheless, no arrests were made when the scandal became public in February. For months, Imran has been strolling around the Capitol. Her stridency in obstructing the investigation has been jarring.
As evidence has mounted, the scores of Democrats for whom the Awans worked have expressed no alarm. Instead, we’ve heard slanderous suspicions that the investigation is a product of — all together now — “Islamophobia.” But Samina Gilani, the Awan brothers’ stepmother, begs to differ. Gilani complained to Virginia police that the Awans secretly bugged her home and then used the recordings to blackmail her. She averred in court documents that she was pressured to surrender cash she had stored in Pakistan. Imran claimed to be “very powerful” — so powerful he could order her family members kidnapped.
We don’t know if these allegations are true, but they are disturbing. The Awans have had the opportunity to acquire communications and other information that could prove embarrassing, or worse, especially for the pols who hired them. Did the swindling staffers compromise members of Congress? Does blackmail explain why were they able to go unscathed for so long?
And as for that sensitive information, did the Awans send American secrets, along with those hundreds of thousands of American dollars, to Pakistan?
This is no run-of-the-mill bank-fraud case.

Imran Awan Becomes Suspect In Seth Rich Murder Inquiry
Imran Awan, the former DNC staffer who was arrested this week while trying to flee the United States, was with Seth Rich the night of his murder, according to new photographic evidence.
Police who originally investigated the murder suggested that Seth Rich might have been killed by someone he knew, due to the lack of struggle. The killer also took nothing from the victim, leaving behind his wallet containing $2000, watch and phone.
The photo, which directly links Imran Awan to Seth Rich, also links Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Awan’s former employer, to the former Seth Rich’s death.
Awan, who was kept on the DNC payroll for months and received several payments from Wasserman Schultz, was arrested earlier this week at Dulles airport. while trying to flee the United States and return to his native Pakistan.
Earlier this week WND reported that Seth Rich attended a party with Washington D.C. IT workers the night of his death, and that Rod Wheeler, the detective investigating the murder, was determined to learn more about who attended the party:

Uncovering more details about the attendees of the party is essential in the Rich homicide investigation, Wheeler contends.
“He was at the party before he went to the bar. What you do in a murder investigation is you work backward. You want to trace the victim’s steps as far back as you can – who was that person around the day before? – as far back as you can,” he said.
“What was interesting is when I am told as an investigator that I don’t need to talk to people who were at the party. It makes you wonder why.”
Now that we know Imran Awan was at the party, Rod Wheeler’s statement has become even more interesting.

After the emails became public, Donna Brazile, who served as interim DNC chairwoman following Wasserman Schultz’s resignation, initially claimed the messages were fabricated. Then she alleged Russians stole the emails.
The FBI requested access to the DNC’s server to determine who was responsible for the breach. According to former FBI Director James Comey, the DNC refused to grant access to its server.
Awan reportedly possessed the password to the iPad Wasserman Schultz used when the DNC emails were provided to WikiLeaks.
Meanwhile, some have speculated that Rich – who worked in the voter analysis division of the DNC and was brutally murdered on July 10, 2016, on a street near his Washington home – was an inside source who leaked party insider emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 presidential race.

WASHINGTON – Detectives leading the Seth Rich murder investigation agreed to meet with Capitol Hill investigators to discuss evidence surrounding the alleged hacking of Democratic National Committee emails during the 2016 presidential election, a private eye claims.
But the Metropolitan Police Department canceled its meeting with House investigators on the Hill just hours before it was scheduled to take place, according to former Washington, D.C., homicide detective Rod Wheeler.
Wheeler, who previously worked as the Rich family’s private investigator, told WND he had arranged the meeting between House investigators looking into the alleged Russian interference in the election and members of the MPD probing the unsolved murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.
‘Why would they cancel?’
Incidentally, during one of Wheeler’s own discussions with House investigators probing the Russia case, he claims, they asked him: What do you know about the Awan brothers?
As WND reported, Imran Awan was arrested by federal agents Tuesday at Dulles Airport in Virginia as he attempted to flee to Pakistan. Awan, who has been charged with bank fraud, headed a group of at least five IT contractors working for dozens of House Democrats, including former Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla. He is suspected of much more, including the possible theft of sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server. Awan has somehow acquired the services of one of the top power attorneys in Washington, Chris Gowen, who is deeply connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Wheeler claims a thorough investigation of the Democrats’ IT hacking scandal involving the Awan brothers may reveal more information about Rich’s murder, the 2016 email breach of the Democratic National Committee and the Awan family.
“I’ve been following the arrest of Awan – this is a guy whose name came up a couple of times in my investigation as someone that I should look at,” he said in a phone call to WND Wednesday. “I never really got a chance to look at them in the investigation – but what I did do – I met with the Capitol Hill investigators.
“I thought they should meet with D.C. police regarding the Seth Rich case because I thought they may find some correlation between the two things that they were doing,” he continued. “Hill investigators were very interested in meeting with D.C. police – they had never met with them pertaining to the Seth Rich case. “The MPD detective didn’t give me any explanation as to why. He just said, ‘Rod, I am going to need to cancel that meeting,’” Wheeler explained. “I don’t know why they canceled. I do have some suspicions, but I don’t want to speculate. I am always hesitant to speculate because they hang you out to dry when you do.”
He added: “I’ve always wondered in the back of my mind, ‘Why would they cancel at the last minute?’”

DNC’s Brazile asked cops why Wheeler was ‘snooping’ in Rich case
Wheeler told WND in May that the MPD withheld information from him pertaining to Rich’s murder after former DNC interim chairwoman Donna Brazile called police to ask why investigators were “snooping” into Rich’s slaying.
A managerat Lou’s City Bar told WND that police never interviewed the bar’s staff or requested evidence, such as footage from security cameras. And police also never questioned Rich’s DNC co-workers.
As WND has reported, Jack Burkman, head of a team of private investigators in D.C. working to find Rich’s killers, claimed the MPD was instructed by Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser for political reasons to stop investigating Rich’s murder. The MPD and the mayor’s office disputed Burkman’s allegations.
The total reward for solving Rich’s murder currently stands at approximately a half-million dollars. Yet, the DNC has offered no reward for information leading to the arrest of the murderer of its own young staffer. Instead, the DNC honored its murdered employee by dedicating a bike rack outside its headquarters to Rich’s memory.
The Rich family’s attitude toward Wheeler, he claimed, changed dramatically after Democratic political crisis consultant Brad Bauman became their spokesman. Rich’s family threatened legal action against Wheeler in May after he told a Fox affiliate that he believed police were covering up details about the crime. An attorney representing the family sent Wheeler a cease-and-desist letter on May 19.
Wheeler said he’s uncertain when he’ll be allowed to reveal his report on Rich’s murder, but he is perplexed that Rich’s family has never expressed interest in the report’s findings.
“The cease-and-desist order does not have an expiration date. I don’t know if it’s set up for life or what,” he said. “The family has never asked for my final report. Why not? That’s interesting. Why wouldn’t they ask their investigator, ‘Give us a copy of the report and let us see what’s in it’?”

The recently arrested IT aide to former DNC Chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz may have interacted with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.
Imran Awan, who worked for Wasserman Schultz as an IT aide, was arrested on Tuesday while attempting to flee toPakistan, after wiring $283,000 to the nation from the Congressional Federal Credit Union.
His wife, also a Dem staffer who raked in $168,300 taxpayer dollars through the most recent House period, fled to Pakistan before him with $12,000 in cash.
Awan began working for Wasserman Schultz in 2005. Shortly afterward, several of his relatives mysteriously appeared on the payroll of other Democrats, even though they were rarely seen at work.
These four relatives collected a total of $4 million in salaries (funded by U.S. taxpayers) since 2009.

In 2005 Awan got himself a job with Debbie Wasserman Schultz. In the months following, several of Awan’s family members got jobs with other Democrat legislators even though it seems they didn’t actually do any work for them.
In fact, Awan made some $ 2 Million during his 13 years working for Debbie Wassreman Schultz. The other four members of the Awan family earned some $4 million dollars from the Democrat Party (paid by the American taxpayers) between 2009 and 2016. Think about that number. Four “IT personnel” earned $4 Million over the course of 7 years. That’s a nice salary for the “IT guys.”
During the same period Awan found his way onto the FBI’s radar after making some shady mortgage deals.
While there is much evidence that the Awan’s financial deals were indeed criminal, there was a much more worrisome problem.
AsWND reports Imran Awan, “is suspected of much more, including the possible theft of sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server. It is a major scandal almost completely ignored by the establishment media.”
If the government’s suspicions are warranted the data breach could be incredibly massive. Awan led a team of at least 4 or 5 IT staffers who worked for dozens of House Democrats and the government believes that they may have stolen crucial intelligence from all of those Democrats over the course of more than a decade.
Meanwhile, Debbie Wasserman Schultz kept Awan on herpayroll throughout the investigation and even ran interference for him with investigators. She was seen threatening Washington, D.C. police investigators, refused to cooperate with federal investigators, and even harassed the investigators who were trying to protect our nation.
So why is Schultz still working in Congress?

Clintons and Pelosi Now Caught Up in Democrat Muslim IT Spy Scandal
After engaging in numerous security violations over the years, former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultzadmitted to it, which then led to an investigation into herinformation technology (IT). Following the FBI seizing several smashed hard drives from his home, Imran Awan was arrested while he tried to flee the country to Qatar and then Pakistan after wiring $283,000 from the Congressional Federal Credit Union to that country. Now, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D) and both Bill and Hillary Clinton are coming into the mix of the Muslim IT spy scandal.
The Daily Callerreports, “Chris Gowen, Imran Awan’s lawyer, is a long-time campaigner for former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and a member of an attorney team that brought a fraudulent lawsuit against energy giant Chevron.”
Of course, you probably recognize many of these names as the usual suspects when it comes to corruption and treason in the Democrat Party.
Following Awan’s arrest this week, Wikileaks’s Julian Assange pointed out the link between Awan and Nancy Pelosi by pointing to a May2016 email. Here’s the text.

What all do these treasonous Democrats know and how are they aiding these Muslim spies? Who knows. They could just be completely ignorant and in it for political gain or money or power… or they could know exactly what they are doing.

Of late I have fumed over the murder of Seth Rich who was a Dem that initially favored the nomination of Bernie Sanders over Crooked Hillary. After Crooked Hillary won the Dem nomination Rich continued as a DNC staffer with this job description according to BusinessInsider:

You have to ask yourself, “Was Smith’s death an actual suicide or a staged murder to appear as a suicide?”
Next hitting the headlines of Conservative suspicions is the death of Klaus Eberwein is from Haiti and was preparing to testify before Haitian legislature about his involvement in fraud in dispersing funds from guess what global charity – The ClintonFoundation. 1 – James McDougal – Clinton’s convicted Whitewater partner died of an apparent heart attack, while in solitary confinement. He was a key witness in Ken Starr’s investigation.
2 – Mary Mahoney – A former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks Coffee Shop in Georgetown. The murder happened just after she was to go public with her story of sexual harassment in the White House.
3 – Vince Foster – Former white House councilor, and colleague of Hillary Clinton at Little Rock’s Rose Law firm. Died of a gunshot wound to the head, ruled a suicide.
4 – Ron Brown – Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown’s skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors.
5 – C. Victor Raiser II and Montgomery Raiser, Major players in the Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July 1992.
6 – Paul Tulley – Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock, September 1992… Described by Clinton as a “Dear friend and trusted advisor.”
7- Ed Willey – Clinton fund raiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.
8 – Jerry Parks – Head of Clinton’s gubernatorial security team in Little Rock. Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock. Park’s son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton. He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.
9 – James Bunch – Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a “Black Book” of people which contained names of influential people who visited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas.
10 – James Wilson – Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to Whitewater.
11- Kathy Ferguson, ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in her living room with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit. Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.
12 – Bill Shelton – Arkansas State Trooper and fiancee of Kathy Ferguson. Critical of the suicide ruling of his fiancee, he was found dead in June, 1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the grave site of his fiancee.
13 – Gandy Baugh – Attorney for Clinton’s friend Dan Lassater, died by jumping out a window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a convicted drug distributor.
14 – Florence Martin – Accountant & sub-contractor for the CIA, was related to the Barry Seal Mena Airport drug smuggling case. He died of three gunshot wounds.
15 – Suzanne Coleman – Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head, ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death.
16 – Paula Grober – Clinton’s speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.
17 – Danny Casolaro – Investigative reporter. Investigating Mena Airport and Arkansas Development Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparently, in the middle of his investigation.
18 – Paul Wilcher – Attorney investigating corruption at Mena Airport with Casolaro and the 1980 “October Surprise” was found dead on a toilet June 22, 1993 in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report to Janet Reno three weeks before his death
19 – Jon Parnell Walker – Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to his death from his Arlington, Virginia apartment balcony August15, 1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guarantee scandal.
20 – Barbara Wise – Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29, 1996. Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office at the Department of Commerce.

The search engine altered an algorithm to prevent searches for ‘Clinton body count’ from auto-completing, InfoWars reports.
Yet when internet users begin to enter the phrase on the likes of Bing or Yahoo search engines, the phrase auto-completes as the top result.

Peter W. Smith, 81, had allegedly left a suicide note and carefully prepared documents. He claimed he was in ill health and that he had a life insurance policy that was expiring, which probably would not cover a suicide.
The suicide occurred in mid-May at the Aspen Suites in Rochester that was used almost exclusively by Mayo Clinic patients and relative.
Days earlier, the financier from suburban Lake Forest gave an interview to the Journal about his quest, and it began publishing stories about his efforts in late June. The Journal also reported it had seen emails written by Smith showing his team considered retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, then a top adviser to Republican Donald Trump’s campaign, an ally. Flynn briefly was President Trump’s national security adviser and resigned after it was determined he had failed to disclose contacts with Russia.
At the time, the newspaper reported Smith’s May 14 death came about 10 days after he granted the interview. Mystery shrouded how and where he had died, but the lead reporter on the stories said on a podcast he had no reason to believe the death was the result of foul play and that Smith likely had died of natural causes.
However, the Chicago Tribune obtained a Minnesota state death record filed in Olmsted County saying Smith committed suicide in a hotel near the Mayo Clinic at 1:17 p.m. on Sunday, May 14. He was found with a bag over his head with a source of helium attached. A medical examiner’s report gives the same account, without specifying the time, and a report from Rochester police further details his suicide.

Smith was to check out of the hotel on the day his body was discovered.
According to a former employee of Smith, he thought Smith had gone to the Mayo Clinic to be treated for a heart condition, but Mayo spokeswoman Ginger Plumbo could not confirm whether or not that took place, citing medical privacy laws.
He had been staying at the hotel for several days and had extended his stay at least once but was expected to check out on the day his body was found. “Tomorrow is my last day,” Smith told a hotel worker on May 13 while he worked on a computer in the business center, printing documents, according to the police reports.

“Many people obtain that information from his book,” said Fran Schindler, a volunteer with The Final Exit Network, a Florida-based nonprofit, provides information and support to people who suffer from a terminal illness and want to kill themselves. “It’s a method that has been around for many years and is well-known.”
The Tribune adds:
Rochester police Chief Roger Peterson on Wednesday called Smith’s manner of death “unusual,” but a funeral home worker said he’d seen it before.
An employee with Rochester Cremation Services, the funeral home that responded to the hotel, said he helped remove Smith’s body from his room and recalled seeing a tank.

An autopsy was conducted, according to the death record. The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office declined a Tribune request for the autopsy report and released limited information about Smith’s death. A spokeswoman for AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co., listed in documents recovered by police as Smith’s insurance carrier, had no immediate comment.
According to the WSJ, Smith put together a team to see if they could find the more than 30,000 missing emails Clinton deleted from her server. Believing that Russians may have hacked her server, Smith and his team sought out five groups of hackers who claimed to have her emails. Among those groups, two were Russian.
Smith had a hand in many investigations into government corruption in the past, including the infamous “Troopergate,” which exposed the sexual allegations against former President Bill Clinton, and he also financed a probe into a 1969 trip Bill Clinton took to the Soviet Union while in college.
Smith’s demise is just another in a long list of people who somehow tied to the Clintons. While he was aging and in poor health, the fact that his death comes just days after confessing to trying to obtain Clinton’s emails seems quite suspicious to me. What do you think?

Klaus Eberwein “Commits Suicide” Ahead of Testimony Against Clinton Foundation – Media Blackout
Klaus Eberwein, 50, was found dead in his motel room from an apparent gunshot wound to the head, according to the Miami-Dade medical examiner, who ruled his death a suicide.
Klaus Eberwein, a former Haitian government official, was found dead Tuesday in a South Dade motel room in what the Miami-Dade medical examiner’s office is ruling a suicide.
“He shot himself in the head,” said Veronica Lamar, Miami-Dade medical examiner records supervisor. She listed his time of death at 12:19 p.m.
“It’s really shocking,” said Muncheez’s owner Gilbert Bailly. “We grew up together; he was like family.”
Bailly said he last spoke to Eberwein, 50, two weeks ago and he was in good spirits. They were working on opening a Muncheez restaurant in Sunrise, he said.
During and after his government tenure, Eberwein faced allegations of fraud and corruption on how the agency he headed administered funds. Among the issues was FAES’ oversight of shoddy construction of several schools built after Haiti’s devastating Jan. 12, 2010, earthquake.
Eberwein was scheduled to appear Tuesday before the Haitian Senate’s Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, the head of the commission, Sen. Evalière Beauplan confirmed. The issue to which he was to address concerning the Clinton Foundation hasmisappropriated Haiti earthquake donations from international donors.
According to Eberwein, a paltry 0.6% of donations granted by international donors to the Clinton Foundation with the express purpose of directly assisting Haitians actually ended up in the hands of Haitian organizations. A further 9.6% ended up with the Haitian government. The remaining 89.8% – or $5.4 billion – was funneled to non-Haitian organizations.
“The Clinton Foundation, they are criminals, they are thieves, they are liars, they are a disgrace,” Eberwein said at a protest outside the Clinton Foundation headquarters in Manhattan last year.
The former director general of Haiti, who also served as an advisor to Haitian President Michel Martelly, was also a partner in a popular pizza restaurant in Haiti, Muncheez, and even has a pizza — the Klaus Special — named after him.
Eberwein had acknowledged that he believed his life was in danger, and he was right.
No one expected him to commit suicide. Even the Haiti Libre newspaper reported that he was in “good spirits” and planning for his future, and the idea of him committing suicide shocked both business partners and close friends.
“It’s really shocking,” said Muncheez’s owner Gilbert Bailly. “We grew up together; he was like family.”
Charles Ernest Chatelier, the Haitian government’s director general, issued a statement regarding Eberwein’s untimely death.
“The Directorate General of FAES presents its sympathies to the bereaved families, friends and collaborator that this mourning afflicts. The FAES flag will be flown at half-mast from Wednesday 12th to Tuesday 18th July 2017. May his soul rest in peace.”
In the past year, several people with close ties to the Clinton crime family have found themselves “suicided” or dying mysteriously. In the previous campaign season, we saw a trail of bodies linked to Hillary Clinton, including murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich, who is believed to be the leaker of tens of thousands of Democratic National Committee emails.
In just six weeks in 2016, five people turned up dead who were tied to the Clintons.
Shawn Lucas along with filmmaker Ricardo Villaba had served papers to the Democratic National Committee Services Corp. and the former Chair Debbie WassermanSchultz with regards to a fraud class action lawsuit against the Democrat Party.
Lucas was found lying on the bathroom floor by his girlfriend when she returned home on the evening of 2 August 2016. Paramedics responding to her 911 call found no signs of life.
Finally, Joe Montano, 47, a close aide to Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) and a prominent activist in the Washington area’s Filipino American community, died July 25 at his home inFalls Church, Virginia. Montano’s parents said that he was known to have hypertension and died of an apparent heart attack.
Mr. Montano not only worked for the DNC and the Democratic Party in Virginia, but also served as the national vice chairman of the Filipino Civil Rights Advocates group and executive director of the NationalFederation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA).

Hence, when I run into a story about Seth Rich that adds more narrative to the young man’s murder is something I run with. Alicia Powe writing for WND is going with a story about Tim Canova running against Debbie Wasserman Schultz within the Dem Party for her District nomination for Congress.
The significance of the Canova-dethrone run against Schultz is that she was exposed as being front and center in rigging the Crooked Hillary nomination. AND Canova is focusing on the lack of a proper police investigation by the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) of Seth Rich’s murder.
If you primarily read, listen or watch Mainstream Media (MSM); you may not be aware the MPD is pushing the theory that Rich met his demise in a botched street robbery that had no witnesses and nothing – as in no available valuables whatsoever – was taken. AND Seth Rich was taken alive to a hospital reportedly on the road to recovery yet died mysteriously in the hospital bed.

WASHINGTON – Any American who cares about the rule of law should be demanding the truth about the mysterious murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich, says TimCanova, a Democratic law professor who is challenging former DNC chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz for her congressional seat in 2018.
Canova has been slammed by left-leaning media outlets for calling attention to the unusual circumstances surrounding the July 10, 2016, murder of Rich, the DNC voter-expansion data director who is rumored to have leaked DNC emails to WikiLeaks.
“There should be a thorough investigation of what happened,” Canova told WND. “I know millions of people are asking the same question – they just want to know what happened in this investigation. That’s really all I am guilty of, making that plea for a thorough transparent investigation.”
He continued: “Whether we are talking about Seth Rich or anyone else, if you believe in the rule of law, you should want to apprehend people who commit these types of crimes, and I say that without speculating about who did it. I am grateful [WND] is looking into it.”
As WND has reported, Rich, 27, had accepted a position with Hillary Clinton’s campaign just before his death. He was murdered in Washington, D.C., near his apartment in an affluent neighborhood. Rich was shot twice in the back with a handgun, and his wallet, credit cards, watch and phone were left in his possession. The Metropolitan PoliceDepartment has described the murder as a “botched robbery.”
Private investigators have claimed there is evidence Rich was the source WikiLeaks used to obtain thousands of Democratic National Committee emails released on the eve of the party’s presidential nominating convention last July. The emails, indicating the party was manipulating the primary race in favor of Hillary Clinton, led to the resignation of Wasserman Schultz. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich’s death and days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia, WikiLeaks released 20,000 emails from DNC officials.
Also as WNDhas reported, former detective Rod Wheeler was initially hired by Rich’s parents through a third party to find their son’s killer. Wheeler alleges former interim DNC chairwoman Donna Brazille contacted the Metropolitan Police Department demanding to know why he was “snooping” after Wheeler began investigating Rich’s murder. As a result, he said, law-enforcement authorities are now refusing to provide him with more details about the case.
Wheeler and another source also told WND that the family’s spokesman, Brad Bauman – a Democratic political crisis consultant – was “assigned” to the family by the DNC. Bauman denies the DNC hired him to represent the Rich family, calling the claim“patently 100 percent false.”
AsWND reported, the total reward for solving Rich’s murder currently stands at approximately a half-million dollars. However, the DNC has offered no reward for information leading to the arrest of the murderer of its own young staffer. Instead, the DNC honored its murdered employee by dedicating a bike rack outside its headquarters to Rich’s memory.

Establishment media have ignored recent revelations concerning Rich’s case. The little coverage of the investigation has been devoted to dismissing speculation surrounding Rich’s murder as “conspiracy.” And Canova has been ridiculed for speaking out about the unsolved crime.
After weighing in on social media about the Seth Rich murder mystery, Canova quickly became the target of widespread criticism.
“I Facebook live-streamed walking past his murder scene. I happened to be in Washington at the time,” Canova told WND. “People objected. They thought I was trying to use his murder for political reasons, that I was disregarding the feelings of Seth Rich’s family. So I took down the video. It’s others, my opponents, who want to politicize the Seth Rich murder.”
He continued: “I think the criminal justice system has to be able to work without political interference. I cross my fingers and hope that the Seth Rich family and others are pushing for a complete investigation.”
“The mainstream media, they are looking to divide the progressive left,” Canova said. “They are looking to demonize and discredit. They try to discredit, and they engage in their own conspiracy theorizing. I’m very unconcerned with what the mainstream media are saying on any given day at this point. I am reaching the voters, where the voters live and where the voters work, and we are talking to the about real issues, the issues they care about.
“Ordinary people,” he continued, “don’t really give a damn about what the mainstream media are saying. There is a reason why the media are so low in digits in approval ratings. They are lower than Congress at this point.”
Canova told WND he has been a longtime supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.
“In 2011, I was appointed by Sen. Bernie Sanders to a select advisory committee on reforming the Federal Reserve, so for years I had been doing a lot of work on the Federal Reserve and other financial institutions like the International Monetary Fund,” he said. “My politics were very aligned with Sanders.”
Sanders, then a presidential candidate, endorsed Canova, stating in May 2016 that “[Canova’s] views are much closer to mine than to Wasserman Schultz’s.”
Sanders told the Miami Herald: “I have no idea about Tim Canova, I honestly don’t. I know nothing about Tim Canova.”
Leading conservatives, including Fox News host Sean Hannity and best-selling author Ann Coulter, argue that Democrats’ ongoing probe of the Trump administration’s alleged collusion with Russia, supposedly to rig the election by hacking DNC emails, will be derailed completely if Rich is proven to have leaked the DNC emails.
Canova concurs with that assessment, arguing that Democrats are hurting themselves by focusing on Russia.
“I am not one to think that the Russian focus is a productive one. I think it a very counterproductive one for the Democratic Party,” he said. “A lot of folks want to see more hard evidence if that’s what happened. Even taking their narrative as the truth, if the Russians can hack into our election systems, anyone can hack into our election system. And we need to focus a lot on election integrity.”
He continued: “I don’t have the time to focus on any of this Russia stuff. I am running for office, and I am focused on constituents, who are every day [working to] making ends meet, and worried out of their minds about their job prospects, the job prospects of their children, the health care for their aging parents. These are real issues that real people care about.”
DNC and Wasserman Schultz sued for election ‘rigging’
As WND reported, the DNC and Wasserman Schultz are currently facing a class-action lawsuit filed by attorneys Elizabeth and Jared Beck on behalf of Bernie Sanders supporters who claim they sought to rig the election.
On June 13, lawyers and plaintiffs suing the DNC told the U.S. District Court in Florida that they’re being harassed with threatening messages and “freaky” encounters and they fear for their safety – particularly in the wake of the mysterious and unsolved murder of Rich – but the court denied their request for protection.
On June 1, the Becks filed a motion in court claiming they received a voice-modulated phone call from a number matching Debbie Wasserman Schultz’ office.
One of the plaintiffs, Angela Monson, claimed in an affidavit to have awakened to her porch door open. She said both of her computers had been moved and showed evidence of tampering.
Similarly, Canova, who lost his 2016 Democratic primary bid against Wasserman Schultz, alleged June 17 in a now-deleted tweet that his computer was hacked and an electrical surge had fried both of his computers, after he announced an official rematch against her.

Wasserman Schultz ‘put finger on the scale … to clear field for Hillary’
As a longtime Sanders supporter and an outspoken advocate of election integrity, Canova told WND he was infuriated by the foul play that took place within the Democratic Party during its primary.
“It became increasingly clear that as chair of the DNC, [Wasserman Schultz] was putting her fingers on the scale to try to undermine the Sanders campaign and to clear the field for Hillary Clinton,” he said. “That aggravated me. I had already been a Bernie Sanders supporter from early on when he got in the race. As it became increasingly clear that Wasserman Schultz wasn’t just [failing to represent] her constituents but was really doing an atrocious job as DNC chair, undermining democracy within the Democratic Party, it made the urgency of challenging her that much more acute.”
Canova said Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s record of taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from corporations, while doing nothing to help her constituents, compelled his candidacy.
“During the course of her career, she had taken millions of dollars from big Wall Street banks, fossil fuels and other big corporate interests.
“She took money from private prison corporations, and was pushing for a private prison in our district. Their district has a lot of problems, especially economic problems. Low income, out of work, under employed – and it’s never been on her agenda. It’s been a very corporate agenda,” he explained. “So we started to look around for someone who would challenge her. No one else would, and I did. I am continuing to for those reasons. I think our district needs representation.”
Canova said he’s disappointed not only in Wasserman Schultz, but in the entire Democratic establishment.
“When I ran against Wasserman Schultz, I was running against the entire establishment, the entire time,” he said. “My beef is not just a personal one with Wasserman Schultz. My campaign is not just about replacing a single congresswoman but the party’s politics. [I’m] hoping it’s … not too late to reform this party.”
Canova said he believes he has a better chance of winning the primary in 2018 now that Hillary Clinton is not running as the party’s nominee for president.
To ensure Democratic Party establishment doesn’t rig the election against him,as it’s accused of doing to Sanders, Canova said he plans to pay for a recount, “no matter the election outcome.”
“Certainly, millions of Americans have concerns about the fairness of elections and the way the ballots are counted,” he said. “Election integrity is an enormous issue for my campaign. Really, it should be an enormous issue nationwide right now.”
Canova argued that Wasserman Schultz is viewed as a liability, even among party insiders, after being forced to resign as DNC chair.
“This time, I am in early,” he said. “This time, she is not going to be in a Clinton White House or cabinet. And I am not so sure she can count on the same level of support even from the establishment. Nobody wants to be seen standing next to her and campaigning for her. It’s a different race.”

With that quickie summation, I have found a quite detailed post questioning the official record according to the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
Despite being lampooned by the mainstream media with the all too common label of ‘conspiracy theory’, anyone who has studied the facts behind SethRich’s murder can smell something fishy. Only the alternative media and Sean Hannity have been outspoken about it; with Hannity recentlyproclaiming that he has been making progress in the investigation. And now, more interesting facts have just emerged.
For a brief review of why there is so much interest in Seth Rich’s death, recall the news from August of 2016. At first glance, upon learning of Seth Rich’s death, “conspiracy theorists” couldn’t help but notice the rather obvious absurdity of how police labeled his murder a botched “robbery,” when Rich hadn’t been robbed of anything. At the time Rich’s body was discovered, he still had his wallet, money, watch, cell phone, etc. He was, however, beaten, and then shot in the back, neither of which is consistent with a typical “robbery,” and certainly not a “robbery” where nothing was taken.
In addition to the decision by police not to investigate Seth Rich’s death as murder, what really drew the attention of all the crazy “conspiracy theorists” was the fact that at the time of his murder, Rich was one of five former Clinton “associates” who had become Clinton “adversaries,” all ofwhom died under very mysterious circumstances over a six-week span leading up to the DNC convention. Looking at both circumstances together, it’s hard to fathom how any well-trained, logical member of law enforcement, would not find any need to investigate the potential for possible ties between the two.
When this story first broke, not only did the police see no need to investigate possible ties between the two circumstances mentioned, but when people did start asking questions, terms like “conspiracy theorist” were thrown around, and police refused to investigate further.

Remarkably it has been discovered by members of the online community that posts Seth Rich made on Reddit before his death have been altered and 663 comments from the thread have been deleted.
Last Saturday, Twitter user FlickMontana tweeted: “@caitoz Seth Rich’s email was in a comment on his Reddit account, but it was edited out an hour ago.”

Report: Sean Hannity To Be Fired by Fox News Over Seth Rich Murder Coverage???
Over the last several weeks we have seen a massive corporate media operation targeting anyone who dares to cover the possible connection between hacked DNC emails, Wikileaks, and the murder of Seth Rich.
The media, with help from leftist groups like Media Matters, has gone into overdrive attacking any news outlet or reporter that even considers the possibility that Rich was murdered because he was the person who gave the emails to Wikileaks in the first place.
Now, one of the more prominent voices who have questioned the official story may soon pay for it with his job.
According to a report by independent journalist Joe Biggs, a source close to Hannity has revealed that the popular Fox News host will be fired sometime next week as a result of his coverage of the Seth Rich conspiracy.
“I had a conversation with a source close to Hannity who showed me an internal email at fox where Adam Housley spoke to Sean and he said he believes he will be fired next week sometime by Fox News for his coverage of the Seth Rich murder,” reported Biggs.
The report also claims that a source within the FBI may soon provide documents that prove that Rich was indeed in direct contact with Wikileaks.
If Hannity is fired it would prove once again that the entire establishment is unbelievably scared about the real details surrounding the horrific death of Rich and essentially wants the entire story squashed for good.

Are journalists starting to get to close to the truth in the Seth Rich case?
ABC 7’s Scott Taylor was recently denied a Freedom of Information Act Request that he filed with the Government of the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department which requested copies of video footage captured at the crime scene by police officers body cameras and surveillance video captured from the hospital where DNC staffer Seth Rich was taken before his death.
Frustrated with the official response, the investigative journalist tweeted:

The response from DC Metro Police makes no sense, especially because body camera footage has been released by the department in the past and can only help in solving the case.

WASHINGTON – A budding independent TV news company is jumping into the Seth Rich murder case with both feet today – boosting the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the slain Democratic National Committee employee’s killer or killers by an additional $100,000 and issuing a step-by-step report on why the mysterious death is more than a “conspiracy theory.”
With the additional reward money, the total amount from various sources has reached $245,000.
“We want to stress that our only agenda is finding the truth and that everything we report here is revealing the facts that we’ve uncovered in our investigation,” said Pearson Sharp in a new One America News broadcast on the case. OANN is on DirectTV and carried by many cable providers across the nation.

One of the first responding police officers the morning Rich was shot was Robert Wingate Robinson. OANN reports he was a student at Georgetown University when John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, was a professor there. His sister, Nandy, the network reports, worked for the Clinton campaign as a research assistant in 2016. Since then she’s worked for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as a researcher.
The network reminds viewers that Rich was alive and talking to police and EMTs before being hospitalized, raising questions about what he may have been able to tell them. If he told them it was a botched robbery, that evidence has certainly not been made public.
The report also cites an anonymous Internet post by a person claiming to be a fourth-year resident at the hospital who confirmed Rich was not only alive when he arrived, but that his injuries were not life-threatening. Though the anonymous report cannot be confirmed, the resident said he was ordered not to visit Rich on his rounds because he was surrounded by law-enforcement officers and would only be seen by his attending physician.
That physician, OANN reports, was Dr. Jack Sava, a donor to Hillary Clinton’s campaign, who visited the White House six times before the day of Seth Rich’s murder. His wife reportedly visited the White House 23 times during that same time period. They both reportedly visited the East Wing, reserved for then-first lady Michelle Obama and her staff.
In addition, the network reports, the manager of Lou’s City Bar [Blog Editor: Interesting info on the manager identity], the establishment Rich left early the morning he was shot, had also visited the White House July 6 – days before Rich was killed.
What about political connections at the police department that have been alleged?
OANN cites Heather Podesta’s seat on the board of the Washington Police Foundation where she served with former Washington Police Chief Kathy Lanier.
OANN’s report stated no evidence has been produced to date suggesting the WikiLeaks emails of Podesta and Hillary Clinton were the results of a Russian hack. The Democrat National Committee did not ask the FBI to investigate the source of the leaks. Instead, as WND has reported, the investigation was conducted by the DNC’s chosen private firm, CrowdStrike, which, interestingly, was founded by the Moscow-born Dmitri Alperovitch, a nonresident senior fellow at the globalist Atlantic Council, which has ties to Hillary Clinton.

On May 25th, one day before OANN’s report, a representative of the media company made a post on the online messageboard 4chan appealing for help locating information regarding the doctor who treated Seth Rich for gunshot injuries he sustained during the incident. Within minutes of the post, OANN’s website was taken offline in a Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attack.

(Gateway Pundit) May, 28, 2017 – On July 8, 2016, 27 year-old Democratic staffer Seth Conrad Rich was murdered in Washington DC. The killer or killers took nothing from their victim, leaving behind his wallet, watch and phone.
Shortly after the killing, Redditors and social media users were pursuing a “lead” saying that Rich was en route to the FBI the morning of his murder, apparently intending to speak to special agents about an “ongoing court case” possibly involving the Clinton family.
Seth Rich’s father Joel told reporters, “If it was a robbery — it failed because he still has his watch, he still has his money — he still has his credit cards, still had his phone so it was a wasted effort except we lost a life.”
In August Wikileaks offered a $20,000 reward for information on the murder of DNC staffer Seth rich. Julian Assange also suggested in August that Seth Rich was a Wikileaks informant.
On Friday American businessman Martin Shkreli offered $100,000 reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder.
Now this. OAN offered $100,000 reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder (This report says OAN offered $250,000 but it cannot be verified).
That brings the total up to at $245,000 in cash reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder.
