(Natural News) Globalists see humanity as cattle (or sheeple) to be exploited for as long as needed, then culled like cattle herds when they are no longer useful. As globalist advisor Yuval Harari is now saying (paraphrased), the age of humans is coming to an end on planet Earth, and globalists have activated a multi-faceted plan to “cleanse” the planet of all human beings.

If someone were to have some sick, twisted desire to kill off a herd of cattle, they could simply shut off the water and the food. Death would come in a matter of days or weeks at most. The same is happening right now to humans.

The water supply is being cut off via geoengineering, causing global droughts and widespread crop failures. Entire cities like Los Angeles and Los Vegas are being threatened with a terminated water supply in the years ahead.

The food supply is being decimated by cutting off fertilizer supplies and causing diesel fuel prices to go sky high while also attacking the supply chain that supplies agricultural equipment parts.

The result? Both the water supplies and food supplies are being cut off. The human herd is being culled in some of the same ways a herd of cattle might be eliminated.

Vaccines are designed to kill the gullible billions, and starvation will get the rest

Vaccines represent another kill vector for global depopulation. Because vaccines are voluntary, they are intended to easily kill off the gullible masses who are so ill-informed that they actually believe Big Government and Big Pharma wants to save their lives. In reality, of course, the vaccines are biological weapons designed for infertility and depopulation. A huge percentage — we don’t yet know the final number — of those who have already taken the vaccines will die from self-assembling clots that we now know contain high concentrations of conductive elements such as Aluminum, Tin and Sodium.

Those who resist the vaccines are harder to kill because they don’t line up and beg for death injections like the vaccine zealots do. Globalists intend to starve them to death with global food scarcity.

Right now, we already know there isn’t enough food in the pipeline to feed the world throughout 2023. It simply isn’t getting planted and harvested in sufficient quantities to feed 8 billion people.

Continued government attacks on the food supply — such as The Netherlands ordering ranchers to cull their herds — are designed to worsen food scarcity and accelerate mass starvation.

The purpose of having a rogue FBI, armed IRS agents (armed with a massive new cache of ammunition and firearms), armed ATF agents, etc., is to have a private army that answers to the executive branch of government and that doesn’t fall under the jurisdiction of the US military, which cannot legally wage war on US soil. Federal agencies, however, can and will wage war against the American people. They are already doing it, with ATF agents now going door to door, demanding civilians surrender gun parts they legally purchased, for example. It’s going to be up to state governors to defend their residents against these federal tyrants, and that will spark regional warfare with states literally going to war with rogue federal agencies run by the illegitimate fake “resident in chief” Joe Biden.

Democrats, media and government are preparing to call for mass executions of all Christians and conservatives

Even right now, democrats, government and the media are claiming that all conservatives are terrorists, implying they all deserve to be exterminated. As Everett Piper writes in the Washington Times:

This past Tuesday, Democrat adviser Kurt Bardella called all Republicans a “domestic terrorist cell.” MSNBC’s Tiffany Cross agreed and said there should be no distinction between Republicans and “right-wing extremists.” At the same time, Peter Wehner, a contributing writer for The Atlantic, likened the Republican Party to a “dagger pointed at the throat of American democracy.” All this while the FBI Director Christopher Wray added that any American flying the Gadsden — “Don’t Tread On Me” — flag is suspect of violent extremism.

Does it concern you that a group of Democrats holding power is now defining all Republicans as being “right-wing extremists” and a “threat to American democracy?”

Democrats, government and the media are gearing up to try to morally justify their “purge” of all conservatives, Christians, gun owners, pro-lifers and Trump supporters.

Remember, these Democrats are the same people who mutilate the genitalia of their own children in the name of transgenderism. If they will mutilate their children, what do you think they will do to their perceived political enemies? …Especially if they can convince themselves that their enemies represent a “threat to democracy.”

To the skeptics who say ignorant things like, “The IRS is going to use those guns and ammo on the American people,” we ask: Who else would they be planning to use it on? Of course it’s intended to use on Americans! Anyone who hasn’t yet come to realize that simple fact is probably not going to survive the next year in America.

Other vectors of depopulation being accelerated

If you’re wondering what can kill billions of people faster than mass starvation and crop failures, think grid down scenarios. Any western government can sabotage their own domestic power grid and blame the Russians for “cyber attacks.” When the power grid is down, the financial system grinds to a halt. Chaos ensues. Mass looting and violence in the streets. Cops bug out. Civilians who are left behind get murdered, robbed and raped. This will happen in nearly every blue city in America.

Within just a few months of a grid down scenario, up to 90% of the population is dead from violence, starvation, exposure or disease. Understand that heating and air conditioning will not function. Municipal water systems won’t work, meaning there will be no tap water. Cell towers will not function. If you need to charge an electronic device, you’ll need solar panels and a solar generator. If you want to enjoy communications, you’ll need a satellite phone or satellite text messaging device (like the Bivy stick from our sponsor SAT123.com). If you want to eat, you’ll need stored food. If you don’t want to die from dehydration, you’ll need a water filter and a water source that you can safely and frequently access. You’ll also need lots of containers for storing and transporting water, because you’ll need far more water than you think. (Figure 10 gallons per person per day as an absolute minimum.)

Understand that the globalists have only just begun to deploy their weapons against humanity. There’s much more they can unleash as needed, and if they don’t get the kill rate they’re wanting, they will just crank up the chaos until a sufficient number of billions are dead.

Humanity is being culled like cattle. Those who don’t see it will be among the first to be exterminated by it. But those who prepare have a realistic chance of making it through the genocide and participating in the rebuilding of human civilization on the other side.

A declaratory judgment declaring that mail-in and absentee ballot fraud must be remedied with a Full Manual Recount or statistically valid sampling that properly verifies the signatures on absentee ballot envelopes and that invalidates the certified results if the recount or sampling analysis shows a sufficient number of ineligible absentee ballots were counted;

Appeals Court Grants Expedited Review Over Lin Wood’s Election Lawsuit in Georgia

Outlines jurisdictional issues that will need to be addressed

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday granted Lin Wood’s emergency motion seeking an emergency review of a lower court’s decision that had rejected his efforts to delay the vote certification in Georgia. However, the court said that the appeal could only proceed if Wood could address certain jurisdictional issues.

 

Wood, an attorney with Trump’s reelection campaign, announced on Twitter, “Thanksgiving Eve News! 11th Circuit granted my Emergency Motion for Expedited Review of lawsuit challenging validity of GA election procedure.

 

“We The People delivered a historic landslide win for [President Donald Trump] in GA & nationally. We The People will not allow it be stolen.”

 

The appellate court presented Wood with two questions about jurisdiction (pdf): “Please address whether the district court’s November 20, 2020 order denying the ‘Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order’ is immediately appealable,” and “Please also address whether, and to what extent, any challenge to the denial of the requests for relief in the ‘Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order’ is now moot.”

 

The questions come after Georgia’s Gov. Brian Kemp and the state department certified the state’s election results on Nov. 20. In an announcement streamed online, Kemp did not clearly endorse the results but said the law required him to “formalize the certification, which paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options and a separate recount if they choose.”

 

Poll workers across the state began a machine recount of roughly 5 million votes on Nov. 24, which the Trump campaign requested to be performed in accordance with Georgia State Law and the U.S. Constitution after an earlier hand audit was criticized for not verifying signatures on ballot envelopes.

 

Prior to the certification, Wood had filed a lawsuit (pdf) on Nov. 13 against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and other state officials. He argued that an agreement earlier in March between election officials and the state’s Democratic Party that changed the process of handling absentee ballots in Georgia is unconstitutional.

The agreement could result in absentee ballots cast in the 2020 election being invalidated, the filing said. As such, the counting of absentee ballots for the general election in the state is therefore “improper and must not be permitted,” the suit argued.

 

Under the U.S. Constitution, only state legislatures and Congress can prescribe the “times, places, and manner of holding elections.”

 

On Nov. 17, Wood filed an emergency motion (pdf) for a temporary restraining order seeking to delay the vote certification in Georgia. Judge Steven Grimberg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia dismissed the effort on Nov. 19, saying that Wood lacked legal standing as an individual voter to challenge Georgia’s election procedures.

 

Wood then filed an appeal to the 11th Circuit on Wednesday, seeking an emergency review of Grimberg’s decision.

 

“Appellant requests that this Court grant expedited briefing on its appeal from the District Court’s decision denying the Emergency Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order,” the filing (pdf) read. “Appellant’s underlying action relates to the integrity of election procedures in the 2020 Presidential General Election in the State of Georgia, particularly as those procedures were fundamentally and irredeemably flawed, from this Constitutional deviation.”

 

The 11th Circuit’s order stipulates that defendants—Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and other state officials—must respond to Wood’s initial brief by 5 p.m. on Dec. 1, and Wood must file any reply brief by 5 p.m. on Dec. 3.

Sidney Powell Files Lawsuit in Georgia, Alleging ‘Massive Election Fraud’

Attorney Sidney Powell filed a federal lawsuit late on Nov. 25 that alleges “massive election fraud” and multiple violations of the Constitution and Georgia’s state laws in the 2020 general election, as well as issues pertaining to Dominion Voting Systems.

 

The civil action claims that the purpose of the alleged actions was for “illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as president of the United States.” A similar, separate suit was filed in Michigan.

 

The Georgia suit (pdf) was filed in the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, against Gov. Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, and other election officials.

 

The suit seeks to compel the court to invalidate the election results in Georgia. It was filed on behalf of plaintiffs including Republican Party nominees for the Electoral College, Cobb County Republican Party Chairman Jason Shepherd, and the assistant secretary of the state Republican Party, Brian Jay Van Gundy.

 

The 104-page complaint argues that “incontrovertible evidence Board of Elections records demonstrates that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded.”

 

According to the suit, fraud also was allegedly “executed by many means” but the “most troubling, insidious, and egregious” way was the “systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.’” It alleges computerized ballot-stuffing and manipulation by software created and run by domestic and foreign actors. The complaint cited affidavits from multiple witnesses, documentation, as well as expert testimony that raised “sheer mathematical impossibilities” in the election results supporting the claims.

 

“Especially egregious conduct arose in Forsyth, Paulding, Cherokee, Hall, and Barrow County,” the complaint reads. “This scheme and artifice to defraud affected tens of thousands of votes in Georgia alone and ‘rigged’ the election in Georgia for Joe Biden.”

 

In particular, the suit took issue with election software and hardware from Dominion, which it noted was recently purchased and “rushed into use” by Kemp, Raffensperger, and the Georgia Board of Elections.

 

Plaintiffs allege that the design and features of the Dominion software don’t allow for a simple audit to see whether votes were misallocated, redistributed, or deleted, pointing to a Jan. 24 decision by the Texas secretary of state to deny certifying the software “because of a lack of evidence of efficiency and accuracy and to be safe from fraud and unauthorized manipulation.”

 

“First, the system’s central accumulator does not include a protected real-time audit log that maintains the date and time stamps of all significant election events. Key components of the system utilize unprotected logs,” the filing reads. “Essentially, this allows an unauthorized user the opportunity to arbitrarily add, modify, or remove log entries, causing the machine to log election events that do not reflect actual voting tabulations—or more specifically, do not reflect the actual votes of or the will of the people.”

 

The suit also alleges “incontrovertible physical evidence that the standards of physical security of the voting machines and the software were breached, and machines were connected to the Internet in violation of professional standards and state and federal laws.”

 

Part of the suit mentions a delay in voting at State Farm Arena in Fulton County, where video on Nov. 3 shows that election workers “falsely claimed a water leak required the facility to close.” It adds: “All poll workers and challengers were evacuated for several hours at about 10:00 PM. However, several election workers remained unsupervised and unchallenged working at the computers for the voting tabulation machines until after 1:00 AM.”

 

Another part of the complaint says that cybersecurity expert Navid Keshavarz-Nia testified that “U.S. intelligence services had developed tools to infiltrate foreign voting systems including Dominion.” Pointing to vulnerabilities in the Dominion’s software, he claims that “hundreds of thousands of votes” were transferred to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden from President Donald Trump in battleground states.

 

The complaint also cites a former electronic intelligence analyst under the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, who declared that the Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran to monitor and manipulate elections, including the 2020 U.S. general election.

 

A former U.S. military intelligence expert, who analyzed the Dominion software system, concluded that the system and software “were certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China,” according to another part of the complaint.

 

“By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, Dominion neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020,” the filing says.

 

The lawsuit also claims: “Georgia’s election officials and poll workers exacerbated and helped, whether knowingly or unknowingly, the Dominion system carry out massive voter manipulation by refusing to observe statutory safeguards for absentee ballots. Election officials failed to verify signatures and check security envelopes. They barred challengers from observing the count, which also facilitated the fraud.”

 

The Georgia secretary of state and Dominion Voting Systems didn’t immediately respond to requests by The Epoch Times for comment on the suit.

 

Dominion released a statement on Nov. 25 saying: “Claims that Dominion deleted or switched votes are completely false. Dominion systems are 100 percent auditable.”

 

Election results were certified by Georgia on Nov. 20. At the time, Kemp didn’t clearly endorse the results but said the law required him to “formalize the certification, which paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options and a separate recount if they choose.”

Trump voters hoping that enough evidence of fraud will be presented and prove Trump to the be the legitimate victor of the election may feel a bit anxious after the results of the election were certified in both Michigan and Pennsylvania, and the GSA has begun providing assistance for Biden’s team to aid in his presidential transition, but don’t fret yet.

 

Trump himself seemed to dismiss the significance of this. “What does GSA being allowed to preliminarily work with the Dems have to do with continuing to pursue our various cases on what will go down as the most corrupt election in American political history? We are moving full speed ahead,” he tweeted Monday evening. “Will never concede to fake ballots & ‘Dominion.’”

 

“Remember, the GSA has been terrific, and Emily Murphy has done a great job, but the GSA does not determine who the next President of the United States will be,” Trump tweeted Tuesday morning.

 

Trump senior legal adviser Jenna Ellis also appeared on Newsmax TV on Tuesday, assuring Trump supporters that the legal battles will continue.

 

“There are still legal challenges going on and [Biden] is not president-elect and the delegates have not even been selected, much less voted,” she told Newsmax TV host John Bachman. “And the next president for the next four years will be sworn in on January 20, 2021, and … the current president—President Trump—is very very much aware of that, and so he’s focused on the actual constitutional procedures and actually making sure to safeguard election integrity. He’s not out there, you know, just trying this in the court of public opinion and saying things, like Joe Biden, that ultimately do not matter.”

 

Ellis also cited a tweet from President Trump explaining his decision to let the GSA “do their job” in following protocols in assisting with the transition even as the results await legal challenges.

 

 

Ellis also expressed disappointment in Michigan and Pennsylvania certifying their results, but explained to Bachman, “Of course, we were hoping the states would not certify their inaccurate results and that’s a process … it’s like entering into a contract, where, that is a procedural step, but a court can undo that and say, ‘you know, what? That’s invalid’ or ‘that’s illegal,’ ‘that’s void’ for various legal reasons. So, that’s just one procedural step and I’m very grateful that the Michigan legislature is going to provide the opportunity for a bipartisan hearing that will be fully transparent because they’re very concerned about election integrity.”

 

She also reacted to media stories about Biden picking individuals to serve in his administration.

 

“All this media chatter of Joe Biden picking his cabinet is like fantasy football,” Ellis tweeted. “Meaningless in the real game.”

I only discovered this morning that President Trump and the rest of his legal team decided to distance themselves from the very public disclosures of Sidney Powell. Without reading the backdrop to this decision, my first reaction was President Trump was giving up on exposing the election fraud of the Biden campaign, the Crooked Dems and the Dem propaganda machine MSM.

 

But after reading snippets of “the distancing” measure by the Trump Legal Team, I developed a more positive theory which I am sure the Dem Marxists probably have cause for concern, i.e. concern Trump is still on board to expose Election/Voter crimes.

 

My theory: There are too many chiefs at the Pow Wow. Chief Sidney wants to focus on software election manipulation (Dominion, Smartmatic, Syctl, etc.) and Chief Rudy wants to focus on GOP Election Watchers being locked out while millions (nationally) of suspicious ballots that only God & the devil know from whence were harvested in the dead of night under Dem-Marxist control.

 

The President has made Chief Rudy the leader of the official Pow Wow. To be clear! Chief Sidney has not been told to stop (INDEED, many Pow Wow chiefs not associated with the Trump Legal Team have been pursuing independent legal actions). I suspect Chief Rudy believes illegally GOP Poll Watchers and bogus ballots is easier to expedite through Federal Courts probably ending at SCOTUS.

 

Powell’s pursuit is legit but will stretch beyond election deadlines in Federal Civil Court. ALSO, Sidney Powell’s battle – she is correct – will include either incompetence but probable criminality on the part of the FBI and CIA which Chief Sidney has hinted at involvement election software fraud. I believe Chief Rudy will prevail which means Chief Sidney’s pursuits begun in civil court will prosper in criminal court.

 

Well it’s a theory, I believe at least a close one.

Gen. Flynn: Sidney Powell ‘Staying the Course,’ Will Prove Alleged Election Fraud

Gen. Michael Flynn, a former Trump administration official, said lawyer Sidney Powell is “staying the course” and will prove election fraud after the president’s legal team said she is not working for the campaign on Sunday night.

 

Powell, who represented Flynn in his legal case, “has been suspended from Twitter for 12 hours,” he wrote on Twitter after former New York Mayor and campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani made the statement about her status.

 

“She understands the WH press release & agrees with it,” Flynn said. “She is staying the course to prove the massive deliberate election fraud that robbed #WeThePeople of our votes for President Trump & other Republican candidates.”

 

“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity,” Giuliani said on Sunday night. He did not elaborate.

 

Last week, President Donald Trump said Powell would be part of his team and representatives. Powell appeared alongside Giuliani and Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis several days later, making claims about voting software companies being involved in a transnational conspiracy to overturn the election.

 

Dominion Voting Systems, one of the software companies she mentioned, categorically denied her claims. A spokesperson for the Toronto-based firm told Fox News that it isn’t possible to flip votes from Trump to Democratic candidate Joe Biden.

 

 

Powell referenced a partly redacted affidavit from a person who claimed to have witnessed the software being used to steal an election for Venezuelan socialist strongman Hugo Chavez and claimed to have worked for the Venezuelan military years ago. The affidavit was subsequently filed in federal court as part of a lawsuit by Lin Wood, another attorney who is associated with the Trump campaign. Chavez died in 2013.

 

Several days ago, Powell told Newsmax that the team had “tons of evidence.”

 

“It’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together,” she said, before explaining that the team would file a massive lawsuit of “biblical” proportions.

 

She added, “It’s a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in.”

Sidney Powell Confirms Non-Affiliation With Trump Legal Team, Vows to Continue Fraud Fight

Attorney Sidney Powell, who made headlines with claims that the 2020 election was rigged in favor of Democrat Joe Biden because of software that switched votes, confirmed that she isn’t part of the Trump campaign’s legal team, adding that she is continuing her fight to expose widespread election fraud on behalf of the American public.

 

Powell was responding to a statement from President Donald Trump’s legal team clarifying that she was acting in her own capacity in pursuing related legal action.

“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump legal team. She is also not a lawyer for the president in his personal capacity,” according to the statement, from attorney Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal adviser Jenna Ellis.

 

Powell, in a statement, said she agrees with the campaign’s announcement that she isn’t part of Trump’s legal team, saying she never signed a retainer nor did she charge the campaign for expenses or fees.

 

“My intent has always been to expose all the fraud I could find and let the chips fall where they may—whether it be upon Republicans or Democrats,” she stated.

 

“The evidence I’m compiling is overwhelming that this software tool was used to shift millions of votes from President Trump and other Republican candidates to Biden and other Democrat candidates,” she added. “We are proceeding to prepare our lawsuit and plan to file it this week. It will be epic.”

 

In a separate statement to CBS, Powell said, “I will continue to represent #WeThePeople who had their votes for Trump and other Republicans stolen by massive fraud through Dominion and Smartmatic, and we will be filing suit soon.” She added the hashtag “#KrakenOnSteroids,” a reference to her previous remarks that the evidence she said she was receiving about allegations of election fraud was massive, and likening its eventual disclosure to “releasing the Kraken.”

 

At a joint press conference last week, Powell, Giuliani, and Ellis said they have evidence of massive election fraud, which they would release as part of a forthcoming court filing.

 

Powell said on Nov. 21 that the expected lawsuit would be of “biblical” proportions, alleging also that some election officials were embroiled in a pay-to-play scheme with Dominion Voting Systems, a prominent manufacturer of voting software.

 

“We’ve got tons of evidence; it’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together,” Powell told Newsmax. She didn’t provide or elaborate on the evidence.

 

“Hopefully this week, we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical,” Powell said. “It’s a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in.”

 

Powell said the voting system’s algorithms provided Democrats 35,000 extra votes. She said Democratic candidate Biden’s votes were “weighted” at 1.25 times, while President Donald Trump’s votes were parsed at 0.75.

 

The longtime lawyer and former federal prosecutor also alleged that there were modifications to some voting machines after the legal cutoff for changes.

 

Powell also said that some governors may have engaged in a pay-to-play scheme to use Dominion Voting Systems—one of the Trump campaign’s chief targets in recent days.

 

“Georgia is probably going to be the first state I’m going to blow up,” she said, accusing Republican Gov. Brian Kemp of engaging in such a scheme.

 

Kemp’s office didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment, although Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has frequently said there were no instances of fraud or irregularities in the state.

 

Dominion, in several statements to The Epoch Times, has categorically denied allegations of election tampering and voter fraud in recent days, saying that Trump’s team has peddled “falsehoods regarding Dominion” in recent press conferences and interviews.

 

“Dominion employees do not have access to the [canvass] adjudication system, nor do they operate it,” the Toronto-based firm said in a statement. It added that “access to the adjudication system resides with the election authority using it” and that “the system is controlled through secure and verifiable user accounts, and all voter intent adjustments are securely logged in the system and then recorded in the digital image of the ballot.”

 

Dominion also cited statements made by the secretaries of state in Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, who said they’ve found no evidence of voter fraud large enough to overturn the election.

 

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Federal Election Commission, Trey Trainor, has repeatedly said there was voter fraud in key states.

 

“The massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place,” he said during an interview with “Just the News AM” on Nov. 20, while suggesting a lack of transparency.

 

The questions raised by the Trump campaign in recent days are “very important for the legitimacy of the presidency,” Trainor said.

 

Trump hasn’t conceded. The Epoch Times will not declare a winner of the 2020 presidential election until all results are certified and any legal challenges are resolved.

A dozen compelling allegations of voting irregularities in 2020 election

From ejected ballot observers to fraudulently backdated mail-in votes, the evidence of irregularities is growing nationwide.

While many Democrats and their allies in the traditional media argue there is no evidence of systemic voting irregularities in the Nov. 3 election, a mountain of evidence has been amassed in private lawsuits alleging there was, in fact, significant and widespread voting misconduct.

 

The question for the courts is whether the irregularities were widespread enough to impact the outcome or erase Joe Biden’s lead in at least three of the six battleground states where results are being contested.

 

And while both President Trump’s campaign and private entities like the Amistad Project are planning to file more lawsuits on Monday, Just the News reviewed the scores of filings and affidavits and declarations in the court cases.

 

Here are the 12 most compelling pieces of evidence presented to the courts as of Sunday night:

 

City of Detroit worker swears she witnessed thousands of ballots being falsified

 

Of all the sworn statements to date, career civil servant Jessy Jacob of Detroit provided the most sweeping claim of election fraud.

 

She stated in an affidavit she personally witnessed — and in some cases was instructed — to backdate thousands of absentee ballots the day after the election to make them appear legal even though they were not in the Qualified Voter File and had not arrived by the deadline. “I estimate that this was done to thousands of ballots,” her sworn statement says.

 

Jacob also described how in the weeks before Election Day she witnessed Detroit poll workers skipping voter ID checks and that she was “instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mailing date of these absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than they were actually sent. The supervisor was making announcements for all workers to engage in this practice.”

Jacob described 70 to 80 other poll workers who also were instructed to falsify ballots, potentially a massive fraud.

 

Nearly three quarters of Detroit’s precincts had mismatched voting totals

 

Wayne County Board of Canvassing member William Hartmann, a Republican, says in a sworn declaration that Michigan’s largest county certified results knowing there were massive discrepancies between the approved voter files and the ballots cast and counted in Detroit.

 

“In my review of the results, I determined that approximately 71% of Detroit’s 134 absentee voter counting boards were left unbalanced and many unexplained,” his statement said.

 

Hartmann also raised concerns that birth dates in voter ID files “were altered in the pollbooks.”

Unfolded, pristine mail-in ballots flagged in Georgia

 

At least nine observers who watched an audit last week in Georgia’s razor-thin election have signed affidavits swearing they saw suspicious mail-in ballots, almost uniformly cast for Biden. The ballots were in pristine condition and had no creases on them, meaning the ballots had not been mailed in envelopes as required, according to the affidavits.

 

“It was pristine. There was a difference in the texture of the paper — it was as if they were intended for absentee use, but had not been used for that purpose,” Susan Voyles, a poll manager with two decades of experience, wrote in her affidavit about her time at a recount center in Fulton County. “There were no markings on the ballots to show where they had come from, or where they had been processed. I observed that the markings for the candidates on these ballots were unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot marking device.”

 

Thousands of ballots went uncounted initially in Georgia, belatedly discovered during audit

 

Election officials divulged last week that thousands of uncounted ballots were discovered in Georgia, most favoring Trump, during a post-election audit. They include:

 

  • 2,600 uncounted ballots in Floyd County.

 

  • 2,755 ballots in Fayette County that were not included in the original count

 

  • 508 ballots in Walton County

 

Large numbers of Pennsylvania voters say their absentee votes weren’t counted or someone else requested their mail-in ballot

 

Just the News interviewed numerous Pennsylvania voters who say either their mail-in ballots were never counted or that someone else had appeared to request and obtained their mail-in ballots. A data scientist then projected from sampling that the problems were widespread.

 

In a sworn declaration, a respected mathematician says his analysis of election data and phone interviews with Pennsylvania voters raises questions about as many as 100,000 absentee ballots requested in the key battleground state where President Trump and Joe Biden are separated by just about 82,000 votes.

 

Williams College Professor Steven Miller, a Yale and Princeton trained math expert, said he analyzed Pennsylvania ballot data collected by former Trump campaign data chief Matt Braynard as well as 2,684 voter interviews conducted by a phone bank and found two concerning patterns. One involved possible votes that were not counted, the other ballots that appeared to be requested by someone other than a registered voter.

 

“I estimate that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican or requested and returned but not counted range from 89,397 to 98,801,” Miller said in the sworn statement provided to Just the News.

Las Vegas Review Journal columnist Victor Joecks disclosed he signed a total of nine other voters’ mail-in ballot envelops and eight of the ballots were accepted even though it was not the signature of the voter. That’s an 89% failure rate for Clark County’s signature validation techniques.

 

“It’s unclear how much voter fraud took place in Nevada,” Joecks wrote. “But it’s clear signature verification isn’t the fail-safe security check elections officials made it out to be.”

 

Joecks discussed the security weaknesses in a podcast with Just the News last week.

Social worker charged in Texas with submitting voter registration applications for nursing home residents

 

Kelly Reagan Brunner, a social worker in the Mexia State Supported Living Center in Texas, was charged with submitting voter registration applications for dozens of facility residents absent signatures or effective consent, including some residents who are not even eligible.

 

“State Supported Living Centers serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” a press release from the Texas attorney general states. “Brunner submitted voter registration applications for 67 residents without their signature or effective consent, while purporting to act as their agent.

 

“Under Texas law, only a parent, spouse or child who is a qualified voter of the county may act as an agent in registering a person to vote, after being appointed to do so by that person. None of the SSLC patients gave effective consent to be registered, and a number of them have been declared totally mentally incapacitated by a court, thereby making them ineligible to vote in Texas.”

 

Computer issue in Oakland County, Mich., blamed as a GOP incumbent belatedly declared winner after first being told he lost.

 

While it had appeared that incumbent Republican Adam Kochenderfer had narrowly lost an Oakland County commissioner election contest, it turned out that he had actually won.

 

“A computer issue in Rochester Hills caused them to send us results for seven precincts as both precinct votes and absentee votes,” Oakland County Director of Elections Joe Rozell said in a text message, according to the Detroit Free Press. “They should only have been sent to us as absentee votes.”

 

Antrim County, Mich., reversed election results after error found

 

Due to an issue in Antrim County, Mich., it appeared that Biden had outpolled Trump according to the unofficial vote count. But it ultimately turned out that the president had actually beaten Biden in the county. According to a Nov. 7 statement from Michigan’s Secretary of State, Democrat Jocelyn Benson, “user error” was to blame for the incorrect unofficial results.

 

“The error in reporting unofficial results in Antrim County Michigan was the result of a user error that was quickly identified and corrected; did not affect the way ballots were actually tabulated; and would have been identified in the county canvass before official results were reported even if it had not been identified earlier,” according to the statement.

 

Numerous Republicans poll observers in multiple states say they were improperly ejected

 

From Michigan to Pennsylvania, numerous GOP poll observers say they were ejected or improperly kept from monitoring ballot-counting in big city election centers. Bipartisan poll watching is supposed to be one of the most important protections against fraud.

 

David Shestokas, a Chicago-based lawyer who joined several dozen other lawyers and Allegheny County residents to poll-watch in Pittsburgh, said observers for campaigns “were maybe 15, 20 feet from many of the tables, in a coral. Other tables may have been 100-150 feet away.”

 

“We literally had no input and no ability to watch anything,” he said. “As far as I’m concerned, each and every one of those ballots was opened illegally.”

 

Voter drive in Nevada targeting Native Americans offered gifts as voting incentives

 

A get-out-the-vote effort by a Nevada Native American group included a raffle with cash prizes, a tactic the Trump campaign says amounted to an illegal incentive to vote.

 

The Nevada Native Vote Project, a group that seeks to “increase civic participation of the Indigenous populations in Nevada,” sponsored a “virtual raffle” during this year’s presidential election, according to a post on the group’s Facebook page.

 

The event, sponsored jointly with the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, informed voters that they would be entered in a raffle if they sent in a photograph of themselves with an “I Voted” sticker and/or a “ballot completion form.”

 

Among the prizes in the raffle were four $250 gift cards, four $100 gift cards and eight $25 gift cards, as well as “beadwork, t-shirts & more,” the raffle poster advertised.

 

Los Angeles prosecutors uncover scheme in which thousands of fraudulent ballots cast

 

Two men were charged last week with 41 counts for allegedly submitting thousands of fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

 

Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, and 53-year-old Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, aka Mark Anthony Gonsalves, were each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, eight counts of voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument and four misdemeanor counts.

Trump scores two wins as Michigan legislature, federal appeals court agree to election reviews

Michigan House hearing set for Wednesday, and 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals grants expedited review.

President Trump’s campaign said it scored two victories Monday in its effort to contest results in several key battleground states, as Michigan state legislators agreed to hold a hearing into election irregularities while a federal appeals court expedited proceedings to consider Trump’s legal challenge in Pennsylvania.

 

The developments were announced by Trump campaign senior legal counsel Jenna Ellis, who said the GOP-led Michigan House would hold its hearing at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

 

“We are grateful to Michigan House lawmakers for not rushing to certify inaccurate election results,” Ellis told Just the News. “We are confident they will share the same concerns once they see the extent of the outright fraud and disregard for the law that happened in Michigan and across the nation. Every American should want to know the truth.”

 

Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield, who over the weekend said he feared the state was heading toward a constitutional crisis, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

 

Meanwhile, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday ruled Trump’s “motion for emergency expedited review is granted at the direction of the court.”

 

The campaign must file its initial brief by Monday afternoon, and the court said it “will advise if oral argument desired.”

 

The Trump campaign is appealing U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann’s decision Saturday to dismiss the campaign’s lawsuit seeking to throw out hundreds of thousands of votes in Pennsylvania on the grounds that Democratic-led counties made changes to voting that violated the equal protection clause of the Constitution.

 

Brann, an appointee of President Barack Obama, wrote that he “has no authority to take away the right to vote of even a single person, let alone millions of citizens.”

 

His ruling cleared the way for Pennsylvania officials to certify results. Ellis cheered the appeals court intervention.

 

“We are grateful to the Third Circuit for accepting an expedited review,” she said. “There was no legal reason to deny our amended complaint, other than pure politics and judicial activism. This was an Obama-appointed judge whose opinion was rife with errors. We hope the appellate court will recognize that and properly give us our day in court. The American people deserve for us be able to bring forward our witnesses and evidence showing election fraud — this is at the heart election integrity and fundamental fairness.”

The comments came during Poulos’s sworn testimony before the House Administration Committee on January 9th, 2020.

 

The unearthed remarks boost claims that Dominion’s voting systems could have been influenced by a foreign actor – specifically the Biden-backing Chinese Communist Party.

 

Contained in the nearly three hour-long testimony, Poulos’s opening statement revealed how the company relies on parts manufactured in China for its voting machines.

Poulos didn’t “know the exact percentage” of China-based parts used in his company’s machines:

 

“We do have components in our products that come from China and don’t know the exact percentage. I can certainly get that to the committee through my staff – happy to work with you on getting the exact number.”

 

Democratic Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren interrupted, inquiring “before you go forward, what are the components that are from China.”

 

Poulos then reveals that “the actual glass screen on the interface down to the chip component level of capacitors and resistors” are from China:

 

“Uh so, for example, LCD components, the actual glass screen on the interface down to the chip component level of capacitors and resistors, several of those components to our knowledge are not even – there’s no option for manufacturing of those in the United States. We would welcome guidelines and best practices from the committee and from the federal government in terms of this is not a problem that is unique to the industry.”

 

The comments follow Lofgren, who spearheaded President Trump’s impeachment inquiry for the Democrats, raising concerns about Chinese influence over voting machines:

 

“In December 2019, a study released by a supply chain monitoring company showed that one-fifth or 20 percent of components in a popular voting machine came from China-based companies. Furthermore, close to 59 percent of suppliers within that machine’s supply chain had locations in either China or Russia.”

 

Establishment media outlets, however, have insisted that claims of Dominion being subject to foreign influence are rooted in “baseless conspiracy.”

Is there a problem with universal mail-in balloting?

 

Sounds simple enough: You fill out a ballot, stick it in the mail; somebody counts it on Election Day. In fact, we already do that with absentee ballots, right? So why would universal mail-in balloting be any different?

 

Well, the biggest difference is that with absentee ballots, the voter specifically asks for a ballot.

 

With universal mail-in balloting, ballots are mailed out en masse. Millions of people who would normally go to the polls vote by mail instead.

 

No national election has ever been conducted this way. And there are very good reasons to be concerned that one ever should.

 

Reason #1:

 

Bureaucratic incompetence.

 

I don’t think I have to sell you on the idea that when the government bureaucracy takes on a big new project with little preparation, the results aren’t pretty. We’ve seen those results as it relates to mail-in balloting already.

 

Wisconsin was one of the first states to hold a primary in the coronavirus era. It saw an influx in mail-in votes as a result. Predictably, this led to serious snafus: Thousands of requested ballots were not sent; 1,600 ballots were found in a mail processing center the day after the election; 23,000 votes were rejected due to missing signatures or other missing information.

 

And those are the mistakes we know about in just one state and in one primary election, when fewer people than in the general election typically bother to cast a vote.

 

In Pennsylvania, where they delayed the date of their primary to get better prepared for the expected increase in mail-in balloting, they still couldn’t handle the volume. Half of Philadelphia’s votes were still uncounted a week after the election.

 

In Virginia, more than half a million applications for ballots were mailed with incorrect information. Some of the applications went to the wrong addresses, some went to dead voters, one even went to a pet.

 

Under the best of circumstances, the bureaucracy struggles with mail-in balloting. Under less than the best of circumstances? That’s not a scenario we want to face.

 

Which brings us to reason #2 for concern: shoddy security.

 

Here’s what the New York Times said about voting by mail in an article in 2012. Keep in mind, they were talking about traditional absentee balloting, not a mass-mailing of ballots.

 

“There is a bipartisan consensus that voting by mail, whatever its impact, is more easily abused than other forms.”

 

No kidding.

 

In May 2020, New Jersey conducted its first ever all-mail election. One month later, two elected officials were among four charged with criminal conduct involving mail-in ballots. One operative confessed to stealing ballots, both completed and uncompleted, out of mailboxes. Other operatives compiled a database of signatures of prospective voters, and then used them to fill out ballots on behalf of their preferred candidates.

 

And we only know about it because they got caught.

 

Election fraud only figures to get easier because of a new weapon in the cheater’s arsenal— ballot harvesting. This is the term for when a third party—usually a campaign worker or activist—goes to people’s homes and collects their ballots.

 

With ballot harvesting, you don’t even have to put your ballot in the mailbox; vote harvesters will pick it up for you. The opportunities for mischief—say, pressuring people to vote a certain way, destroying ballots, or filling out ballots for those who didn’t bother to vote—are endless.

 

Vote harvesting that targets senior citizens for their ballots even has its own name: “granny farming.”

 

Reason #3 to be concerned:

 

The likelihood of long delays in determining final results.

 

Americans are used to knowing who won and who lost within hours of the polls closing on Election Day. Of course, some close races take longer to sort out. But the longer it takes, the less legitimate an election seems.

 

That is exactly what happened in the 2000 presidential election—Bush v. Gore. Then, the dispute was focused on a single state: Florida. It was finally settled by the Supreme Court over a month later.

 

If we have a national election that relies heavily on mail-in voting, we’re almost certain to see a significant delay before we get the final results. From the post office to the vote counters, the system is just not set up for it.

 

In a close contest involving massive mail-in voting, lawsuits disputing the results are inevitable. This could delay final results even longer. And instead of involving a single state, it’s likely to involve multiple states. This is a recipe for civil unrest as frustration and fear of a stolen election grips voters.

 

Bureaucratic incompetence. Shoddy security. Long delays.

 

These are just some of the concerns any reasonable person should have over universal mail-in balloting.

 

What’s the solution?

 

Simple. If you need to vote absentee, request a ballot. Otherwise, vote like you always have: in person.

Voter fraud is apparently rampant in Florida based on bombshell emails uncovered by USA Today. A Democrat Party official “directed aides to share altered election forms with voters in an effort to fix ballot signature problems a day AFTER polls closed,” according to the damning emails.

 

Election experts say use of the altered forms — which turned up in four Florida counties — was apparently an effort to boost the number of Democrat votes in the state’s hotly-contested gubernatorial and Senate races.

 

The deadline in the forms was retroactively altered to read November 8.  Here’s what the altered forms look like.

Here’s what the original forms looked like. It directed voters to return the mail-in ballot by November 5.

 

ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS

 

Altering state forms is a criminal offense, and the Department of Justice is investigating the bogus mail-in ballots pursuant to a referral from the Florida Department of State.

 

A GOP lawyer told Breitbart the bogus ballots could be grounds for a potential RICO (organized crime) investigation.

 

The ploy even disgusted Democrat campaign consultant Jake Sanders, who said he had warned party officials about the illegality of using altered ballots, and was ignored.

 

“Self-imposing a fake deadline and deceiving people is counter to [standing up for voters],” Sanders told USA Today.

 

Election expert Charles Zelden said this deception could be construed as a reckless “Hail Mary effort” on the part of the Democrat Party to rig the election.

 

“If this is an attempt at fraud to sneak in votes that would have not been counted otherwise…it does play into the narrative of Republicans that this is a fraudulent effort,” said Zelden, a political science professor at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

 

Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida has repeatedly warned that Democrats are trying to “steal the election.”

Again, we have the perfect display of voter fraud and manipulation taking place in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. It’s getting to the point that these two precincts, in particular, are expected to finagle the votes on every level and at any given election, Federal, state, or otherwise.

 

To most people, when they hear the news that these counties are finding thousands of uncounted votes after the election is over, they think a recount is in order, nothing else because most simply cannot accept the thought that their government could be so corrupt as to fix an election. Since no one really pays close attention to numbers, important facts escape most of us. However, when the numbers involved in these two counties are examined closely, one clearly sees that they just do not add up.

 

Take the total number of registered voters in Miami-Dade County, officially at 1,433,668. Then add up the total number of people who voted for Rick Scott and Bill Nelson which is 801,209 votes between them, subtract the Scott/Nelson 801,209 from the total number of registered voters of 1,433, 668 for a sum of 632,459.

 

Now, taking into consideration that when provisional ballots, discarded ballots, and the contested ballots, many of which were brought in to election officials long after the election was over by private automobiles are counted, there will be well over 150,000 votes. Deduct 150,000 from the 632,459 sum

 

In Palm Beach County, there are 928,696 registered voters, Rick Scott received 244,776 votes, Bill Nelson 343,780 votes for a total of 588,556. Subtract their total from the 928,696 total registered voters for the sum of  340,140.

 

Broward County has 1,167,982 registered voters, officially Rick Scott received 211,119 votes, Bill Nelson 471,334 votes for a total of 982,453 total votes between them. Deduct their total from the total number of registered voters for the sum of 185,529.

 

Between Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Broward counties there is a sum of 1,158,128 voters who did not vote for Scott or Nelson, 2,318,218 who did, for a grand total of 3,476, 346 voters between these counties.

Now count the votes for other candidates, not Scott or Nelson, Miami-Dade 8,492, Palm Beach 4,294, Broward 5,008 for a total of 17,794.

 

Add the other votes of 17,794 to the 150,000 estimated votes not counted on election night for a sum of 167,794, add this to the total number of votes cast for Scott and Nelson for a sum of 2,486,012 votes altogether.

Taking into consideration that the absolute highest voter turnout ever in these counties was at about 80% in general elections we can go high this time around and say there was a 60% turnout in this midterm election leaving some 1,390,539 total people who actually voted. The only problem here is we end up having 2,486,012 people these 3 counties claim voted, out of roughly 1,390,539 who could have possibly voted, given the highest percentage rate of turnout.

 

What we have here are some 1,095,473 votes that in reality do not exist.

The 1,095,473 ghost ballots, in reality, belong to dead Democrats, illegal aliens, individuals who vote multiple times, and the finagling of electronic ballots themselves. This type of fraud in these counties as seen with Scott and Nelson is also being used in all other contests statewide, including the race for governor.

 

This kind of fraud is what is expected when billions of dollars are pouring into the Democrat effort to win elections. George Soros, Tom Steyer, and Michael Bloomberg are the big 3 financial donors involved in the quest to transform the country into a Socialist Banana Republic. Their sphere of financial influence is what is happening in Arizona, Georgia, and a few other states where the initial outcome of votes on election night are still being counted in tight races.

 

Bottom line, it is not Russians or any other international entities that are illegally influencing USA elections, it is entirely coming from Socialist insurgents living right here in our country.

Dem Election Cheating, Lies & Stealing

While the Dems expand their voting base by making illegal aliens citizens, allowing illegals to vote, counting dead people’s votes as valid as well as having cartoon characters and pets vote; the Dems are making an art of stealing elections with the mysterious appearance of ballots that by law should have already been counted.

Obvious voter fraud scenarios are developing in the States of Florida, Arizona and Georgia. AND the Dem propaganda machine – err I mean the Mainstream Media – have been dismissing these voting fraud incidents as GOP fabrications.

Below are two similar The Federalist articles explaining the election fraud in Florida and the pro-Dem villains perpetrating it. (I’ll get to Arizona and Georgia in later posts.)

Yes, Democrats Are Trying To Steal The Election In Florida

Are Florida’s election officials merely incompetent, or is there a sinister plot afoot to throw the election results towards Democrats?

Three days after election night, when Gov. Rick Scott delivered a victory speech and held a comfortable margin of votes against Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson, loads of ballots favoring the Democratic candidate mysteriously turned up in Palm Beach and Broward counties — where one official has a history of violating election laws.

State law requires that all early and by-mail votes be tabulated within 30 minutes of the polls closing, but three days later, Broward County Supervisor of Elections Dr. Brenda Snipes still refuses to specify how many people voted, how many ballots have been tabulated, and how many are left to count.

Since Tuesday, 80,000 new votes have mysteriously turned up in Broward County and another 15,000 in Palm Beach County. These newly discovered ballots have been “breaking almost 3-to-1 in favor of Democrats,” narrowing the margin between these two candidates to likely force a recount after Saturday’s noon deadline requiring all counties to turn over election results to the state Division of Elections.

 

Snipes’s History Of Incompetence and Lawbreaking

 

Snipes is no stranger to controversy. Her office has broken the law and repeatedly botched election counting. In 2016 a judge ruled that her office had violated federal and state laws by destroying ballots too quickly after a congressional race.

Then-Democratic congressional candidate Tim Canova asked to see the paper ballots to examine voter irregularities in his failed bid to unseat Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Snipes ignored his request and destroyed the ballots months later, even signing a certificate saying there was no ongoing legal challenge involving the ballots.

Why would she sign such a certificate when she knew there was a pending legal challenge? Was it to cover something up, or was it because she simply didn’t care about telling the truth and adhering to the law? Either answer is equally troubling, as one might hope the person in charge of overseeing the integrity of elections would be honest and forthcoming, or at a minimum follow the rules.

In 2003, about 58,000 ballots were reported missing and in 2004, her office was counting votes days after the election took place. In 2006, her office was still counting ballots long after other counties had submitted their results, due to the possibility that ballots were still left in the machines.

Local reporters have asked her repeatedly what has been taking so long to count the votes, and have gotten no clear answers. Jeff Weisner, an investigative reporter for ABC affiliate Local 10 News, confronted Snipes on camera about what is taking so long to tabulate vote counts, to which she explained that other “counties didn’t have 600,000 votes out there.”

“Well, Miami-Dade did,” Weinsier said.

“Well, have you been inside my — never mind, let me go check. I’ll check,” Snipes said.

Why is she so flippant about flouting Florida’s election laws? With a U.S. Senate race on the line, one might think this deserves a somewhat believable explanation. Instead she’s offered flimsy excuses or nothing.

Republicans Are Rightly Worried Election Integrity Is Shot

 

On Thursday night, Scott filed a lawsuit against Broward and Palm Beach counties for their refusal to be transparent. Following Scott’s lawsuit, Florida Department of Law Enforcement confirmed it will launch investigations into these counties and their respective supervisors, The Hill reported.

At a court hearing on Friday morning in Palm Beach County, Judge Krista Marx ordered that “any ballot that the supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher or her staff throws out will need to go in front of the canvassing board,” NBC affiliate WPTV reported. “Marx also ordered Bucher to provide a list by 4 p.m. of everyone who voted by provisional ballot.”

Republican Sen. Marco Rubio has been on a tweet storm decrying a lack of transparency from Broward County officials.

Early Voting in #BrowardCounty ended 108 hours ago. Every other county, including neighboring Miami-Dade (which had 100k more votes cast) was able to canvass, tabulate & report to state by deadline. But #Broward still hasn’t finished & won’t disclose how many ballots are left.

They have good reason to worry, as the newly discovered ballots have already tipped the scales in favor of Democrat Nikki Fried over Rep. Matt Caldwell by 2,841 votes in the Florida agriculture commissioner race.

Snipe’s office broke the law by failing to give a vote count on time. And the validity of the newly discovered ballots heavily favoring Democrats should be questioned.

Democrats Confident Broward County Will Tip Them a Win

In an interview with the Orlando Sentinel, one of Nelson’s attorneys said he’s confident the untabulated votes that mysteriously keep turning up without explanation will carry Democrats to victory.

‘We believe at the end of the day, Sen. Nelson is going to be declared the winner and return to the U.S. Senate,’ said Marc Elias, a recount attorney hired by the Nelson campaign, in a conference call.

Elias pointed to significant numbers of ballots not yet tabulated in Broward, where even Snipes said Wednesday night, ‘I can’t give you an exact number. I’m not sure. I’m really not sure.’

Already, however, national media outlets are working to discredit election integrity fears. NPR ran a story with the following headline: “As Florida Races Narrow, Trump And Scott Spread Claims Of Fraud Without Evidence.” This was The Washington Post’s headline: “After Trump and Scott cry ‘fraud,’ critics pounce on Broward County’s troubled election history.”

Why are Democrats so sure these missing ballots will hold the key to victory? Why are members of the news media attempting to minimize legitimate concerns about the validity of the election results?

Democrats frequently poo poo concerns of election integrity, oppose voter ID laws, push for former felons to regain the right to vote, and dismiss reports of illegal immigrants and dead people casting ballots. It’s no surprise the party whose only concern about ballot integrity comes when the Constitution gets in the way of electoral victory is nonchalant about what’s happening in Florida. The murkier the electoral process is, the more the Democratic Party wins.

Broward County Is An Embarrassment, And The Potential For A Stolen Florida Election Is Real

Every day that we do not have a total tabulation of the ballots, the more Republican voters will with all good reason begin to believe the election results are being manipulated.

Last night CBS News’ John Dickerson tweeted “The Florida voting system is the Florida Man of voting systems.” But at least Florida Man combines stupid fun entertainment with incompetence and hubris, as opposed to depressing levels of corruption and idiocy.

Comes now Dr. Brenda C. Snipes, the key election official in Broward County, Florida has presided for the past 72 hours over a level of bureaucratic incompetence – in the best spin of the situation – or utter corruption in the worst when it comes to counting the ballots from her county.

Last night Governor and would-be Senator Rick Scott announced he was filing a lawsuit against her – not one claiming anything about the ballots being counted, but simply demanding that she live up to the regulatory obligation to tell us how many ballots there are. Again, this is not a lawsuit about counting, just about knowing how many ballots you have left to count, which is required to be disclosed by law.

This demand to know the facts is being described by some Democrats as an attempt to prevent votes being counted. That’s how ridiculous the situation is.

Here’s the situation: Florida law 102.141 4(b) details the process by which ballots shall be counted, and it requires that within 30 minutes of polls closing, you publish an estimated count of the ballots in hand, regularly updated afterward. Every other county in Florida other than Broward has done this. Broward’s Dr. Snipes has not. Local journalists have shouted questions at her, and the local officials have demured [sic] or said she was too busy or said she was “taking a break”.

In my humble opinion, “she’s taking a break” is the greatest bureaucratic incompetence excuse I have ever heard. The point is that Florida election officials will apparently tell you what they are required to tell you at a time of their choosing, not before.

What is infuriating about Florida and Broward is that the county is required to tell us how many total ballots they have, and they refuse. There is no legitimate reason justification for that. None.

The media – both local and national – should be raising all sorts of hell about the absence of this easily tabulated information. Every day that we do not have a total tabulation of the ballots in this key county, with the most basic level of transparency, the more Republican voters will with all good reason begin to believe the election results are being manipulated.

When you have a sitting Senator from the state in Marco Rubio sounding the alarm over this, in a way that obviously is an embarrassment to the state, you understand something terrible is happening.

“The newly counted ballots, which are breaking almost 3-to-1 in favor of Democrats, have triggered a likely hand recount, a machine recount, a lawsuit, a law enforcement investigation, and accusations from Republicans that Democrats are literally trying to steal the election…

“In a secluded room away from the well-wishers gathered at his victory party in Naples, Florida, Scott’s team did some basic math and determined the remaining uncounted precincts couldn’t possibly contain enough Democrat votes for Nelson to overcome the 60,000-vote deficit. At midnight, Scott claimed victory in a subdued speech, then retired to bed.

“When Republicans woke the next morning, they were stunned to learn Scott’s lead had shrunk by 22,000 votes, a seemingly impossible mathematical feat. Most of the newly counted ballots came from Broward County, but some were added from Palm Beach County (yes, that one). With Scott’s lead now down to just 38,000 votes, murmurs of a potential recount began to build. By mid-afternoon, more cartons of Democrat-leaning ballots had been added to the statewide total, trimming Scott’s margin over Nelson to around 30,000 votes.

“Even at that point, Republicans didn’t seem overly concerned. After all, 30,000 votes is a lot to overcome, especially when all that remained to be counted were a few handfuls of provisional ballots, overseas military ballots likely favoring Republicans, and some straggling vote-by-mail and early ballots. And while the governor’s race had also tightened, it remained outside the mandatory recount margin.

“That all changed on Thursday morning, when Republicans woke for the second day in a row to learn that overnight, still more Democrat votes had been dumped into the system, cutting Scott’s lead by 8,000 votes, putting it well within the mandatory hand-recount range.

“Reporters, by now curious about why Broward County was still counting ballots when hurricane-ravaged Bay County had their work wrapped up on election night, asked Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes if she knew how many uncounted ballots remained.

“Not sure. I’m really not sure. But we are working on those,” she told CBS 4 News in Miami.

“A few hours later, Snipes posted another 11,300 ballots to the state’s Division of Elections. Those new votes favored Democrats by more than 2-to-1, helping Bill Nelson close the gap even further, but also triggering mandatory recounts in the governor’s race, and flipping the race for agriculture commissioner from Republican to Democrat.”

What’s worse, according to Scott’s lawsuit and as this Florida State University professor details, Snipes has denied access to their campaign to view the actual creation of new ballots – ones that are being created in replacement of purportedly damaged ballots submitted by voters:

Snipes is clearly an election official with a number of dubious past decisions, including many that have put her in the courtroom. Her emphatic and continued refusal to do what she is legally required to do – tell us how many ballots there are – is astounding. No matter the party that benefits or that currently stands in the lead in Florida, her behavior is unconscionable if voters are to have any faith in this process being transparent and unimpeachable.

The next time a Dem tells you Crooked Hillary won the majority of the popular vote and pooh-poohs President Trump’s claim that if the fraudulent votes were discounted he won the popular vote too, tell them to read the FACTS on voter fraud that has been accumulated to date.

 

The stats have not been all acquired. WHY? Big surprise: a huge bulk of States are refusing to cooperate with the President Trump’s Commission examining voter fraud in 2016!

New Report Exposes Thousands of Illegal Votes in 2016 Election

A new bombshell study released by the Government Accountability Institute shows why President Donald Trump’s Advisory Commission on Election Integrity has such an important job ahead of it.

 

The institute concluded in its report that thousands of votes in the 2016 election were illegal duplicate votes from people who registered and voted in more than one state.

 

The Government Accountability Institute, founded by Peter Schweizer, author of “Clinton Cash,” seeks to “investigate and expose crony capitalism, misuse of taxpayer monies, and other governmental corruption or malfeasance.”

 

Over the last few months, the institute sought to obtain “public voter information” from every state in order to search for duplicate votes. This is the same type of information the president’s Election Integrity Commission has requested.

 

With this report, we may have a clue as to why some states are resisting providing this data.

 

The Government Accountability Institute was able to obtain voter registration and voter history data from only 21 states because while some states shared it freely, “others impose exorbitant costs or refuse to comply with voter information requests.”

 

These 21 states represent “about 17 percent of all possible state-to-state comparison combinations.”

 

The institute compared the lists using an “extremely conservative matching approach that sought only to identify two votes cast in the same legal name.” It found that 8,471 votes in 2016 were “highly likely” duplicates.

 

Extrapolating this to all 50 states would likely produce, with “high-confidence,” around 45,000 duplicate votes.

 

The institute obtained this level of confidence by matching not only names and birthdays—which can be the same for different individuals—but also by contracting with companies, such as Virtual DBS, that have commercial databases to further cross-check these individuals using their Social Security numbers and other information.

 

According to the Government Accountability Institute’s experts, “the probability of correctly matching two records with the same name, birthdate, and Social Security number is close to 100 percent.” In fact, “using these match points will result in virtually zero false positives.”

 

The probability of 45,000 illegal duplicate votes is the low end of the spectrum, and it does not even account for other types of fraud such as ineligible voting by noncitizens and felons and absentee ballot fraud.

 

To put this number of fraudulent votes in perspective, Hillary Clinton won New Hampshire by fewer than 3,000 votes out of over 700,000 cast. Just this number of duplicate votes alone has the power to swing state results and, in turn, elections.

 

Unfortunately, New Hampshire refused to turn over its data for this study.

 

There have been other razor-tight elections in recent years. In 2000, the presidency was decided by 537 votes out of a total of 105 million cast. In 2008, Al Franken won his Minnesota Senate race by a mere 312 votes. He ended up being the deciding vote that gave this country Obamacare.

 

Though the institute did not look at the 2008 elections in this study, there is little doubt that the 2016 numbers show that duplicate voting and voter fraud are a real problem that can have serious consequential effects.

 

The Government Accountability Institute also used the state of Rhode Island as a test case. Over 30 percent of all registered voters in Rhode Island have no Social Security or driver’s license number on file.

 

While it is legal to register without providing this information, the institute notes that “confirming the identities of some of these voters is impossible using only the data contained in the state’s voter registration system.”

 

Without this “uniquely identifying information … there is no way to confirm a voter’s identity or citizenship … ” This shows the vulnerabilities that are ripe for any person or group wanting to take advantage of them.

 

The institute also found more than 15,000 voters registered at prohibited addresses “such as post office boxes, UPS stores, federal post offices, and public buildings.” In some cases, more than 100 voters “were registered to the same UPS store locations.”

 

They also found voters whose registered addresses were “gas stations, vacant lots, abandoned mill buildings, basketball courts, parks, warehouses, and office buildings.”

 

The institute tried to bring some of these problems to the attention of Rhode Island election officials as part of its test case. It provided officials with a list of 225 voters who “were registered using prohibited addresses.”

 

But Rhode Island refused to do anything about the problem beyond sending a letter to the voters. If a voter did not respond, the state refused to take any further action.

 

Instead, in an obvious attempt to deter the Government Accountability Institute, the state said that the institute would have to file a “voter challenge” and would be subject to a misdemeanor penalty if it filed a “false challenge.”

 

The fact that these election officials did not want to thoroughly investigate possible voter fraud illustrates one of the problems in this area: Too many election officials don’t want to know about these problems, and refuse to do anything when it is brought to their attention.

 

The Government Accountability Institute points out that the quality of the voter registration data in some states is very poor, with missing and obviously incorrect information. The institute found 45,880 votes cast by individuals whose dates of birth were more than 115 years before the election.

 

Several hundred votes were cast by individuals whose registration birthdates “indicated they were under 18 years old at the time of the election,” although some of these were through provisional ballots.

 

All of this is just the latest evidence that we have serious, substantive problems in our voter registration system across the country and that voter fraud is, without a doubt, real.

 

The Heritage Foundation has a database that is being constantly updated. It documents nearly 1,100 proven instances of voter fraud, including cases where elections were overturned because of proven fraud.

 

This kind of work, which the Government Accountability Institute has done, will be invaluable to the Election Integrity Commission as it researches the registration and voting process and looks for ways to fix its vulnerabilities and security problems, enhance our democratic process, and make sure every eligible American votes and is not disenfranchised by illegal votes.

 

Election integrity and public confidence in the election process are fundamental to preserving our democratic republic.
