Mueller and many Clinton-invested DOJ members stick to the story the DNC email server was hacked by Russians then shared with Julian Assange’s Wikileaks. Many of us anti-Crooked Hillary folks believe Seth Rich had a hand in delivering the DNC email server content to Assange. There is plenty of respectable tech analysis the DNC server content was downloaded to a thumb drive and delivered to Wikileaks.
If indeed the later is truer than the former, it is a strong indication Rich was assassinated rather than murdered in random street mugging. ALSO the implication looms some in the DOJ (Obamanistas & Clintonistas) insisted on a Russian hack as part of a path to perpetuate Trump/Russian Collusion in the 2016 Election. AND THAT implication indicates very dark government corruption in perpetuating a hoax as a coup against President Trump.
A lawsuit filed a week ago by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleged that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange told Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron. [Full Backstory Here]
Due to the scale of ramification, there was some valid skepticism about the Butowsky assertion. However, recently unearthed footage from Ellen Ratner talking about her visit with Assange in November of 2016 seems to validate what the Butowsky’s lawsuit alleges.
In the video [Full Video Here] taken during a November 9th, 2016, Embry Riddle University symposium, Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner, representing the left, and former Congressman now Fox political analyst John Leboutillier, from the right, discussed the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election. WATCH EXCERPT:
[h/t Michael Sheridan for the excerpt] The date of the Ratner symposium November 9, 2016, aligns with the time-frame of Ratner’s travel and meeting with Assange as outlined by Butowsky in his lawsuit. As noted Mrs. Ratner confirms that she did meet with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, and that he did in fact tell her the leaked DNC emails came from inside the DNC. It was not a Russian hack.
Hopefully this will spur the DOJ under Attorney General Bill Barr to launch an inquiry which must obviously start with the questioning of Ratner.
Accepting some enhanced credibility now exists, the details contained within the lawsuit filing (full pdf below) are stunning.
If this information is true and accurate, now bolstered by the video of Ratner, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack – based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike – would be entirely false. Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive.
The ramifications here are almost too large to describe.
If this information turns out to be true and accurate, the entire narrative around the DNC “hack” will have been proven to be intentionally manufactured.
Despite the FBI’s prior admissions about never reviewing the DNC servers; and despite their recent admissions about never actually seeing the forensic computer analysis, the U.S. Department of Justice, specifically Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and former DAG Rod Rosenstein, cannot blame a simple investigative ‘mistake‘ for the wrong attribution of who gave the DNC emails to Wikileaks.
The FBI, the DOJ and the Mueller special counsel have each purposefully claimed specific Russian actors were responsible for hacking the DNC in 2016. If it turns out those claims were based on falsehood, the integrity of the DOJ and Special Counsel collapses.
Mr. Butowsky is making a very serious allegation in this court filing.
Additionally, the previously discussed motive to arrest Julian Assange would now be further enhanced. Heck, the reason for Assange’ arrest would be brutally obvious.
♦Dana Boente was head of DOJ-NSD from May 11th, 2017 through end of October 2017 when heofficially announced his intent to retire. However, the timeline gets cloudy here because Boente said he was staying on until an official replacement was announced. There’s no indication of when Boente actually left the DOJ-NSD or the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) role.
On January 23rd, 2018, FBI Director Christopher Wray announced Dana Boente had shifted over to the FBI to be Chief Legal Counsel (replacing James Baker) where Boente remains today. As Mueller was using 19 lawyers, and 50 FBI investigators, Boente was/is the legal counsel to FBI Director Christopher Wray while the Mueller probe was ongoing.
[Remember, Robert Mueller never interviewed Julian Assange. Additionally, it is worth noting for the U.S. side of the legal framework, the charges against Assange are not related to Russian efforts in a hack of the DNC; nor is Assange charged with anything related to the 2016 U.S. election interference activities, the Podesta email release or anything therein as previously described by the DOJ.]
The April 11th, 2019, Julian Assange indictment stemmed from the Eastern District of Virginia. From a review of the indictment we discover it was under seal since March 6th, 2018: (The DOJ sat on the indictment for 13 months, until Mueller finished)
However, on Tuesday April 15th, 2019, more investigative material was released. Again, note the dates: Grand Jury, *December of 2017* This means FBI investigation prior to December ’17..
The investigation of Assange took place prior to December 2017, it is coming from the EDVA where Dana Boente was still, presumably, U.S. Attorney. The grand jury indictment was sealed from March of 2018 until April of 2019.
Why did the DOJ wait until the Mueller report was complete?
Here’s where it gets interesting….
The FBI submission to the Grand Jury in December of 2017 was four months after congressman Dana Rohrabacher talked to Assange in August of 2017: “Assange told a U.S. congressman … he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents … did not come from Russia.”
(August 2017, The Hill Via John Solomon) Julian Assange told a U.S. congressman on Tuesday he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents he published during last year’s election did not come from Russia and promised additional helpful information about the leaks in the near future.
Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, a California Republican who is friendly to Russia and chairs an important House subcommittee on Eurasia policy, became the first American congressman to meet with Assange during a three-hour private gathering at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where the WikiLeaks founder has been holed up for years.
Rohrabacher recounted his conversation with Assange to The Hill.
“Our three-hour meeting covered a wide array of issues, including the WikiLeaks exposure of the DNC [Democratic National Committee] emails during last year’s presidential election,” Rohrabacher said, “Julian emphatically stated that the Russians were not involved in the hacking or disclosure of those emails.”
Pressed for more detail on the source of the documents, Rohrabacher said he had information to share privately with President Trump. (read more)
If you overlay the timing, it would appear the FBI took a keen interest in Assange after this August 2017 meeting and gathered specific evidence for a grand jury by December 2017. Then the DOJ sat on the indictment (sealed in March 2018) while the Mueller probe was ongoing; until April 11th, 2019, when a coordinated effort between the U.K. and U.S. was launched. Assange was arrested, and the indictment was unsealed (link).
To me, as a person who has researched this three year fiasco; including the ridiculously false 2016 Russian hacking/interference narrative: “17 intelligence agencies”, JAR report (needed for Obama – December 29th, ’16), and political ICA (January ’17); this looked like a Deep State move to control Julian Assange because the Mueller report was dependent on Russia cybercrimes…. AND that narrative is contingent on the Russia DNC hack story.
The Weissmann/Mueller/Rosenstein report contains claims that Russia hacked the DNC servers as the central element to the Russia interference narrative in the U.S. election. This claim is directly disputed by WikiLeaks and Assange, as outlined during the Dana Rohrabacher interview.
Right there is the FBI motive to shut Assange down when the Mueller report was released.
The DNC hack claim is contingent upon analysis by Crowdstrike computer forensics who were paid by the DNC to look into the issue. The FBI was never allowed to review the servers independently, and now we know the FBI never even looked at a full forensics report from Crowdstrike.
Almost all independent research into this DNC hack narrative challenges the claims of a Russia hack of the DNC servers; and now this bombshell court filing, again if accurate, makes the DOJ claim completely collapse.
Lastly, if we are to believe everything that is factually visible; including the admissions by the FBI and DOJ itself; and it is proven that Seth Rich was indeed the source of the DNC emails and there was no hack; well,… what does that say about Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein, who would have had to know they were pushing abject lies in their dubious Russian indictments.
I am amazed at the number of Conservatives that are wholly supportive of Julian Assange as a hero in an age of corrupt government. In full disclosure, I am extremely grateful the old self-serving cad exposed the wickedness of the Crooked Hillary campaign for President. There were plenty of DNC secrets BUT there were ZERO Classified State secrets/documents that would harm Military or Intelligence personnel in their duties for the U.S. government.
When I posted Justin Smith’s “Julian Assange — A Good End to America’s Enemy,” (SlantRight 2.0 & NCCR) the majority of the Social Media Conservative comments were quite hostile for condemning the nefarious side of Julian Assange.
From those comments I was persuaded that the “Pentagon Papers” defense could apply to Julian Assange as much as SCOTUS sided with Daniel Ellsberg. At first reading the comments applying the Pentagon Papers/Ellsberg was compelling to me. Then I ran into an article by Harry Melkonian in 2013 in relation to Wikileaks and transgendered Bradley Manning which provides scope that obliterates the Assange/Pentagon Papers argument:
“Much has been made of the parallels between Manning’s situation and the plight of Daniel Ellsberg, a US military analyst who released the Pentagon Papers during the Vietnam War.
But there is a major difference: Ellsberg released classified information and he faced criminal charges for that act. However, the documents released by Ellsberg were only historical and could not seriously be thought to compromise the interests of the United States.
The Pentagon Papers revealed a lack of candor by Lyndon B. Johnson’s administration concerning the Vietnam War and subjected the US to ridicule, but it did not jeopardise security. The papers were released during the Nixon presidency but none of the documents related to events that occurred during the Nixon administration.
Ellsberg may have done something unlawful but no-one could claim that it compromised ongoing military operations. This point is clearly revealed by the Nixon tapes, in which the president and his aides were initially rather pleased by the leaking of documents that embarrassed Johnson. In fact, the Supreme Court refused to stop publication of the Pentagon Papers because they found that nothing in the documents could possibly be considered a military secret. The charges against Ellsberg were ultimately dismissed because of the misbehavior of Nixon’s infamous plumbers unit.
But Manning is charged with releasing many thousands of government documents and not just historical records. The US government contends that this distinguishes Manning from Ellsberg’s situation – Ellsberg simply released documents that he was not authorised to release, and there was not a serious claim that his conduct put any American interest at risk.” (WikiLeaks and aiding the enemy: the court martial of Bradley Manning; By Harry Melkonian; The Conversation; 6/5/13 4.42pm EDT)
Assange and Manning did expose potential war crimes committed by the USA:
“… The publication provided explosive evidence of human rights abuses in Iraq and Pakistani cooperation with the Taliban in Afghanistan — among many other revelations …
…
… A brief experiment with automatic redactions was aborted. The journalist-led redactions were abandoned too after Assange’s relationship with the London press corps turned toxic. By 2013 WikiLeaks had written off the redaction efforts as a wrong move.
…
Three Saudi cables published by WikiLeaks identified domestic workers who’d been tortured or sexually abused by their employers, giving the women’s full names and passport numbers. One cable named a male teenager who was raped by a man while abroad; a second identified another male teenager who was so violently raped his legs were broken; a third outlined the details of a Saudi man detained for “sexual deviation” — a derogatory term for homosexuality.
Scott Long, an LGBT rights activist who has worked in the Middle East, said the names of rape victims were off-limits. And he worried that releasing the names of people persecuted for their sexuality only risked magnifying the harm caused by oppressive officials.” (Private lives are exposed as WikiLeaks spills its secrets; By RAPHAEL SATTER and MAGGIE MICHAEL; AP News; 8/23/16)
To date there have been no public revelations of people who died resulting from the Wikileaks/Manning document dump, BUT lives were endangered according to the National Review:
“… Among the documents Manning turned over to Assange were war logs that contained the names of hundreds of civilians who cooperated with U.S. forces. Assange simply published those logs en masse, without redacting the names of civilians involved, placing those fighting for freedom in their countries in great peril.” (Chelsea Manning Is Not a Whistleblower; By KYLE SMITH; National Review; 5/19/17 6:26 PM)
The DOJ is asserting that Manning did not act on his/her own volition in the once sealed indictment against Julian Assange. Evidently the DOJ believes it can prove criminal conspiracy with Manning rather Manning acting alone and dumping Classified material into Assange’s lap:
“In an indictment revealed Thursday morning, U.S. authorities say Assange conspired with former Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning to steal and publish huge troves of classified documents. Prosecutors said Assange at one point tried to help Manning crack a password to access military computers where the information was stored.
Over four months in 2010, Manning downloaded hundreds of thousands of secret reports on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as State Department cables and information about detainees in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Manning turned the records over to WikiLeaks, which passed them to journalists and published them on the internet.
Prosecutors said it was one of the most extensive leaks of classified secrets in U.S. history.
In fairness to Assange, he does have his supporters that pooh-pooh everything I just disclosed. For example Sharmini Peries of the Real News Networkinterviewed Daniel Ellsberg in correlation to Assange’s recent arrest. However Peries is a Leftist and her past association with Hugo Chavez may suggest she has a Marxist orientation. Which brings me to the mantra – Leftists lie.
This is what began these thoughts on, “Is Assange a criminal or hero,” is a submission by Justin Smith taking a stand that Julian Assange is an enemy of America and not a hero.
I’d like to think Justin’s submission resulted from a Facebook Messenger text I sent him yesterday about the pushback I was receiving from his earlier Julian Assange submission. As of this writing I have not gone back to Facebook to read my messages, but it’s at logical I’m not the only relaying feedback about his earlier submission (which Justin certainly submitted to other blogs and websites for publication as well).
In honesty I don’t like to share contributor’s post unless I can validate the info within the submission. As I began that process with Justin I ended up just adding my own response. I sense most of what I sourced in my thoughts corroborates Justin’s submission; ergo this is a rare time that I will not be adding corroborating sources. It may interest the reader that Justin provides a list of titles for me to choose from. I get to choose the title that I sense best fits. Enjoy and if you are in the camp Conservative that Assange is a hero, we’ll just have to agree to disagree. If your politics are Left-Wing, I could care less about any hateful vitriol in defense of Assange.
FOREWORD ___ No matter how beneficial one may have found Assange’s information dump to be to Conservative America overall, he still cost American lives in the Middle Eastern theater and the lives of many who were working with our nation.
Of late, my tolerance for people who advocate for actions that subvert “the rule of law” and by those actions the republic has slipped to zero. Some things are just pretty black and white to me. No matter how one wishes to frame the picture, Assange is no friend to America.
Julian Assange was a hero for much of the American Left when he was undermining American national security and putting Americans and allies in jeopardy, but a villain when he helped Vladimir Putin damage Hillary Clinton. But hold on. Assange became a hero for many on the right for the very same reasons. He was a villain for working with then–Bradley Manning for a lot of people. But that was all forgiven when he helped Putin damage Hillary Clinton.
If it’s your view that Assange was noble for undermining the U.S. war effort or national security but evil for undermining the DNC or Hillary Clinton, then your standard for such things is entirely team-based. And if it’s your view that Assange was evil for undermining the U.S. war effort or national security but noble for undermining the DNC or Hillary Clinton, your standards are also entirely team-based.
What Assange did wasn’t “journalism”. If he had filtered the information that he helped steal and simply focused on the Bad Guys and actual misdeeds and corruption found, I might have been more forgiving, but he Lumped the Good Guys in with the mix and released ALL Their Information for all to see, DESPITE PLEAS FROM HUMAN RIGHTS organizations [Some of which actually funded by George Soros] for him to redact that info.
Assange is an enemy of democracy not just for publishing stolen political gossip, but for aiding and enabling Manning’s espionage against the United States, in what far too many call an act of a “whistleblower”; Manning helped Assange publish far more sensitive, far more important, indeed life-endangering material.
Among the documents Manning turned over to Assange were war logs that contained the names of hundreds of civilians who cooperated with U.S. forces. Assange threw all caution to the wind and indiscriminately published those logs en masse, without redacting the names of civilians involved, placing those fighting for freedom in their countries in great peril.
Many CIA operatives and many covert assets working in country in Afghanistan and Iraq were subsequently outed and murdered as a direct result of this info dump. The embeds who weren’t killed, including several U.S. SOF personnel, report that the Taliban and Al Qaeda regularly poured over the information, sorting and sifting, to learn of U.S. tactics, strategic plans underway, and personnel strength and positions as well as armaments on hand.
The “benefit” from this information could have been achieved without the indiscriminate dumping of information.
If Assange thought there was criminal activity underway in the U.S. government, he should have simply released that criminal related information alone. His intention was to harm America, since the manner of his release didn’t focus on the Bad Guys; and he released the UNREDACTED NAMES, addresses, phone numbers and everything else related to ALL the other Good and Decent Young Men and Women in Our Armed Forces WHO HAD DONE NO WRONG — placing their information in the hands of the enemy, endangering them and their families.
Anyway one wants to look at it, if one is intellectually honest and views his actions through the prism of “the rule of law”, Assange is absolutely an enemy to America and a criminal GUILTY of ESPIONAGE, who should be under a U.S. prison, if not executed — the sooner the better.
~ Justin O Smith

Forgive me if I think You are in error to take Assange’s side in this. That some benefit came from his crime of espionage doesn’t absolve him of the crime and all the real world harm that came from it.
Julian Assange’s arrest and indictment should provide us with a moment of reflection. He is an awful man. He dumped American military secrets into the public domain without any regard for human life. He conspired with an American soldier to crack American security systems in the effort to deliver more secrets to the world public.
His co-conspirator, Chelsea (then Bradley) Manning, wasn’t a “whistleblower” — and neither was Assange. Manning didn’t carefully extract evidence of alleged wrongdoing from classified files and go to the press (a defensible, though still illegal, act). He just dumped hundreds of thousands of pages of classified files into Assange’s hands, and Assange posted them, en masse, on the Internet.
Any jihadist or enemy with Internet access could read the documents and not just learn about the identities of American allies on the ground (placing them at immediate, mortal risk) but also gain extraordinary insight into American military tactics and plans — including learning exactly how effective (or ineffective) their own weapons and tactics were.
Manning committed treason. Assange helped him. And there were Americans who celebrated both men.
The First Amendment doesn’t protect criminal acts and what Assange did wasn’t journalism. He didn’t write any story that focused on the Bad Guys and any of the wrongdoing in government. All he did was steal info that he later sold to the highest bidder; it’s not remotely in the same ballpark as reporters reporting it in the NYTs and WaPo afterwards. You seem not to care that he dumped Good and Decent Americans UNREDACTED Names, Addresses and Phone Numbers along with the Bad Guys, and HE COST AMERICAN LIVES in the aftermath.
In 2010, everyone on both sides of the aisle saw Assange as an enemy to America. The Obama administration condemned him, conservatives called him a traitor, and Donald Trump said WikiLeaks was “disgraceful,” adding that there should be the “death penalty or something” for its actions. Fast-forward to 2016, and WikiLeaks enjoyed a reputational renaissance on the right. Why? Well, WikiLeaks was the same organization, but its target had changed. Rather than taking on alleged American imperialism, it was the conduit for an alleged Russian hack that was systematically embarrassing Hillary Clinton and the Democratic party in the middle of a hotly contested presidential election. “I love WikiLeaks,” Trump declared to rousing cheers at a rally. Sean Hannity defended him during the election and even referred to Assange to advance his absurd Seth Rich conspiracy theory. Even worse, the special counsel’s office has alleged that a “senior Trump Campaign official was directed to contact Stone about any additional releases and what other damaging information [WikiLeaks] had regarding the Clinton Campaign.” Trump “loved” Wikileaks, and his campaign allegedly endeavored to get information from WikiLeaks — the same organization that had just a few years before conspired with a traitor to place American soldiers and American allies in mortal danger.
HYPOCRITES ABOUND — Julian Assange intentionally and deliberately works against American interests. Yet there are Americans who will intentionally and deliberately share WikiLeaks information, wield it as a weapon against their political opponents. There is no virtue in Assange. Those who celebrated his “transparency” in the Manning document dumps forget that responsible reporters who gain access to classified material carefully vet that material to make sure that their disclosures do not needlessly endanger innocent Americans, and they carefully weigh the value of the disclosure against the gravity of the harm.
Assange and Manning did not seem to care about the men and women they betrayed. Those who celebrated Assange’s role in the DNC and Podesta hacks forget that he was playing a willing and even eager role in a foreign plan to disrupt an election and divide our nation — a plan that worked beautifully in large part because of the very celebration of the hacks themselves.
In “Flight 93 elections,” I suppose, advancing Russian interests is a small price to pay for a news cycle or two that humiliates Hillary. And, by the way, if one is going to rightly denigrate the role that Russian hacking had in swaying the American election, how can one also then claim that advancing Russian interests and magnifying Assange was somehow important enough to be worth the costs?
Julian Assange is an enemy of the United States. Just because he is the enemy of our enemies as seen in the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton, and you now consider the enemy Assange to be your friend, that doesn’t make your “friend” Assange any less the actual entity trying to undermine American security, divide American society, and even threaten American lives.
I have no problem whatsoever with TRUE Whistleblowers who take precise aim at SPECIFIC WRONGS and SPECIFIC Crimes they have found within the U.S. government. But even then, there are proven and viable methods within our government for just such cases, and Manning never made the first attempt to take his concerns to his superiors and the proper chain of military command, as outlined in the Uniform Military Code of Justice, and Assange never cared one way or another who got hurt by his actions; all he saw was dollar signs and fame, but what is anyone to expect from a narcissist and a rapist like Assange.
There is so much that stinks around this entire episode in our nation’s recent events. Assange actually sought temporary relief and cover in Russia and regularly bashed America on his TV program ‘Russia Today’.
One of his first guests was the High Cleric and Hezbollah terrorist leader Hassan Nasrallah.
Assange’s motives were far from pure or noble. He’s no “hero”.
Julian Assange is an anti-American LEFTIST, and an ENEMY to America.
And, to tell the truth, I’d probably drop a hammer on him if I ever had him in my sights.
God Bless You All and God Bless Our Beloved America. May He Keep Her Free For All Eternity and Damn Her Enemies Both Foreign and Domestic to the Hell They Have Earned and So Richly Deserve.
I have looked on Julian Assange’s arrest today from Ecuadorian Embassy in London with mixed feelings. In one case Assange via Wikileaks exposed Classified and sensitive information related to U.S. National Security. On the other hand Assange’s release of hacked (or perhaps purloined) Crooked Hillary campaign emails might just contribute to exposing some of worst treasonous acts among American leadership since Benedict Arnold and Aaron Burr.
Justin Smith examines the Wikileaks Classified material dump with quite correct anger at America’s betrayal.
Julian Assange 4/11/19 arrested Ecuadorian Embassy London
If you think you’re having a rough morning . . . at least you’re not Julian Assange.
“Police entered the Ecuadorian embassy in London Thursday morning, arresting Assange and bringing the Wikileaks founder’s seven-year stint there to a dramatic close,” reports CNN [CNN has since updated original quote. Here is the same quote from wfsb.com – Eyewitness News 3 Hartford CT].
“Metropolitan Police said in a statement that he was ‘further arrested’ on his arrival at a London police station on behalf of United States authorities, who have issued an extradition warrant.
“Officers made the move after Ecuador withdrew Assange’s asylum and invited authorities into the embassy, citing the Australian’s bad behavior.”
Some people see Julian Assange as some sort of “hero” for joining Bradley Manning in espionage and the release of Department of Defense documents — thousands of documents — THAT COST THE LIVES OF AMERICANS SERVING OVERSEAS.
Even if Manning’s and Assange’s criminal hacking and espionage actions didn’t result in anyone’s death, that does not render them forgivable or harmless. If one sets his car in neutral and lets it glide down a hill toward a playground as he walks away in the other direction, he isn’t blameless by any stretch of logic simply because no one was killed. Moreover, Manning violated several tenets of the basic military oath, such as his vow to adhere to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which governs the handling of classified information. Think of all those military folks you have ever known, who you may have served with yourself, and consider how our good and decent young men and women, all military personnel, could have been — or actually were — exposed by Manning and Assange. Most patriots will find themselves grow angry as they reflect on these actions and those institutions that celebrate Manning’s and Assange’s criminal actions as “whistleblowing”.
Consider if you published something controversial on the Internet and started getting death threats. How would you like being “doxed”? In other words, what would your reaction be if someone who didn’t like you tweeted out to the world your home address? And your phone number? And your photo? And photos of your children? And the address of their school? And information about when you left the house each day, the license-plate number of your car, and the location where it was parked?
Would you call someone who published this information a “whistleblower”? Let’s say the same person simultaneously published accurate information about wrongdoing by your neighbors or colleagues. Would that make you feel any better?
Picture such an information dump on a massive scale. That’s roughly what then-Bradley Manning did when he threw hundreds of thousands of secret military and diplomatic documents into the public square. Manning made no effort to filter out information that didn’t show evidence of wrongdoing. He indiscriminately stole as many classified documents as he dared and sent them off for publication on the Internet.
Julian Assange of WikiLeaks. Remember him? The one you blame for working with the Russians to subvert democracy? He doesn’t necessarily have America’s best interests at heart, does he? He never did. Assange an enemy of democracy not just for publishing stolen political gossip, but for aiding and enabling Manning’s espionage against the United States, in what far too many call an act of a “whistleblower”; Manning helped Assange publish far more sensitive, far more important, indeed life-endangering material? Among the documents Manning turned over to Assange were war logs that contained the names of hundreds of civilians who cooperated with U.S. forces. Assange threw all caution to the wind and indiscriminately published those logs en masse, without redacting the names of civilians involved, placing those fighting for freedom in their countries in great peril.
Whether or not Americans received some other disturbing news that revealed government misconduct is beside the point. What he did was still a crime against America, in more regards than any that were “beneficial” to America.
Just as Americans have a wealth of information each individual keeps private, like Social Security numbers or bank account numbers or certain unknown events that occurred in their lives that revive hurtful memories and pain — information they wouldn’t want just anyone to have — there is an abundance of information in government files that the average U.S. citizen doesn’t have any real right to view, except and until they have gone through proper channels and/or a court process or FOIA requests. We have agreed to such channels, as citizens, to certain processes and oversights in matters of government.
There are men and women in place to provide oversight over government. And the problems we find too often today have resulted when those providing the oversight we less than trustworthy. If these people were immoral and untrustworthy, one doesn’t simply throw open the vault and release everything, especially when it may reveal CIA operatives in foreign countries, resulting in their murders, or troop positions and capabilities, resulting in unnecessary U.S. casualties.
The failure is with Us as a society, in that so many men and women elected today are immoral and untrustworthy and they appoint people to positions of similar character. Nothing will change in the halls of government until things change in America and Her people return to the God and the principles that founded America.
Governments need to keep secrets, too. We can argue about just how many secrets it should keep, and there’s a strong argument that the U.S. government over-classifies a lot of information that could be released to the public without harm. But besides all the aspects of national security that need to be kept secret — where our forces are, what they’re vulnerable to, what we know about hostile states and terrorist groups, what we don’t know, the identities of agents, case officers, and covert operators, and so on — our government needs to be able to assess and evaluate these issues in secrecy. The public also needs to be informed of at least the general contours of the national-security issues that concern the government, which is why the House and Senate intelligence committees usually hold both public and private hearings.
Countries also need to be able to communicate with each other discreetly. Sometimes a foreign government will privately agree with a U.S. policy and be willing to cooperate but cannot acknowledge their stance publicly because of preexisting public attitudes. For example, in 2010, the United States wanted to launch drone strikes against operatives of al-Qaeda on the Arabian Peninsula. Because allowing U.S. airstrikes on Yemeni soil would irritate the Yemeni people, president Ali Abdullah Saleh told General David Petraeus, “We’ll continue saying the bombs are ours, not yours.” This was one of the secrets revealed in the diplomatic cables released by WikiLeaks. The choice to reveal that conversation indicates that WikiLeaks finds the secrecy about the American bombing efforts more troubling that what those al-Qaeda members were doing.
Those of us who paid attention figured out early on that Julian Assange always seemed more interested in releasing information that harmed United States vital interests and national security than he was in helping the American people uncover the Traitors in their midst. Assange always seemed particularly angry with the American and Western European governments, and never all that bothered by the world’s indisputably brutal and despotic regimes, in Russia, Iran, Cuba, China, North Korea, Venezuela and Syria.
Some of us never discovered a newfound appreciation for Assange once he started leaking information from the DNC and John Podesta, and saw the same guy we always did — as a SPY and an ENEMY to America.
Ethel and Julius Rosenberg were executed in 1953 on slim evidence and for a whole lot less than the crimes committed by Julian Assange. Assange should be extradited to the U.S. and charged, prosecuted and executed.
By Justin O Smith
ADDENDUM: The Taliban and Al Qaeda both poured over these documents, sorting and sifting, to discover who was working with the U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq. Even more troubling, it placed U.S. tactics, strategic plans and military strength and positions all in the hands of the enemy.

Another nail in the coffin of the Mueller Investigation trying to frame President Trump for working with the Russians to win Election 2016. Dems are lying AGAIN.
This should reawaken the rumors that murdered Seth Rich stole the DNC files to expose Dem corruption. Here are some past titles from SlantRight 2.0 on Seth Rich exposing Crooked Hillary/Dem corruption:
The DNC emails published by Wikileaks in 2016 were not obtained via a Russian hack, cyber-security and intelligence experts William Binney and Larry Johnson claim.
According to forensic evidence, the files taken from the DNC between 23 and 25 May 2016, were copied onto a file storage device.
Thegatewaypundit.com reports: If the Russians actually had conducted an internet based hack of the DNC computer network then the evidence of such an attack would have been collected and stored by the National Security Agency.
The technical systems to accomplish this task have been in place since 2002. The NSA had an opportunity to make it clear that there was irrefutable proof of Russian meddling, particularly with regard to the DNC hack, when it signed on to the January 2017 “Intelligence Community Assessment,” regarding Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential election:
“We also assess Putin and the Russian Government aspired to help President-elect Trump’s election chances when possible by discrediting Secretary Clinton and publicly contrasting her unfavorably to him. All three agencies agree with this judgment. CIA and FBI have high confidence in this judgment; NSA has moderate confidence.”
The phrase, “moderate confidence” is intelligence speak for “we have no hard evidence.” Thanks to the leaks by Edward Snowden, we know with certainty that the NSA had the capability to examine and analyze the DNC emails. NSA routinely “vacuumed up” email traffic transiting the U.S. using robust collection systems (whether or not anyone in the NSA chose to look for this data is another question). If those emails had been hijacked over the internet then NSA also would have been able to track the electronic path they traveled over the internet. This kind of data would allow the NSA to declare without reservation or caveat that the Russians were guilty. The NSA could admit to such a fact in an unclassified assessment without compromising sources and methods. Instead, the NSA only claimed to have moderate confidence in the judgement regarding Russian meddling. If the NSA had hard intelligence to support the judgement the conclusion would have been stated as “full confidence.”
We believe that Special Counsel Robert Mueller faces major embarrassment if he decides to pursue the indictment he filed–which accuses 12 Russian GRU military personnel and an entity identified as, Guccifer 2.0, for the DNC hack—because the available forensic evidence indicates the emails were copied onto a storage device.
According to a DOJ press releaseon the indictment of the Russians, Mueller declares that the emails were obtained via a “spearphishing” attack:
“In 2016, officials in Unit 26165 began spearphishing volunteers and employees of the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton, including the campaign’s chairman. Through that process, officials in this unit were able to steal the usernames and passwords for numerous individuals and use those credentials to steal email content and hack into other computers. They also were able to hack into the computer networks of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) through these spearphishing techniques to steal emails and documents, covertly monitor the computer activity of dozens of employees, and implant hundreds of files of malicious computer code to steal passwords and maintain access to these networks.
The officials in Unit 26165 coordinated with officials in Unit 74455 to plan the release of the stolen documents for the purpose of interfering with the 2016 presidential election. Defendants registered the domain DCLeaks.com and later staged the release of thousands of stolen emails and documents through that website. On the website, defendants claimed to be “American hacktivists” and used Facebook accounts with fictitious names and Twitter accounts to promote the website. After public accusations that the Russian government was behind the hacking of DNC and DCCC computers, defendants created the fictitious persona Guccifer 2.0. On the evening of June 15, 2016 between 4:19PM and 4:56PM, defendants used their Moscow-based server to search for a series of English words and phrases that later appeared in Guccifer 2.0’s first blog post falsely claiming to be a lone Romanian hacker responsible for the hacks in the hopes of undermining the allegations of Russian involvement.”
Notwithstanding the DOJ press release, an examination of the Wikileaks DNC files do not support the claim that the emails were obtained via spearphishing. Instead, the evidence clearly shows that the emails posted on the Wikileaks site were copied onto an electronic media, such as a CD-ROM or thumb drive before they were posted at Wikileaks. The emails posted on Wikileaks were saved using the File Allocation Table (aka FAT) computer file system architecture.
An examination of the Wikileaks DNC files shows they were created on 23, 25 and 26 May respectively. The fact that they appear in a FAT system format indicates the data was transferred to a storage device, such as a thumb drive.
How do we know? The truth lies in the “last modified” time stamps on the Wikileaks files. Every single one of these time stamps end in even numbers. If you are not familiar with the FAT file system, you need to understand that when a date is stored under this system the data rounds the time to the nearest even numbered second.
We have examined 500 DNC email files stored on Wikileaks and all 500 files end in an even number—2, 4, 6, 8 or 0. If a system other than FAT had been used, there would have been an equal probability of the time stamp ending with an odd number. But that is not the case with the data stored on the Wikileaks site. All end with an even number.
The DNC emails are in 3 batches (times are GMT).
Date Count Min Time Max Time FAT Min Id Max Id
2016-05-23 10520 02:12:38 02:45:42 x 3800 14319
2016-05-25 11936 05:21:30 06:04:36 x 1 22456
2016-08-26 13357 14:11:36 20:06:04 x 22457 44053
The random probability that FAT was not used is 1 chance in 2 to the 500th power or approximately 1 chance in 10 to the 150th power – in other words, an infinitely high order.
This data alone does not prove that the emails were copied at the DNC headquarters. But it does show that the data/emails posted by Wikileaks did go through a storage device, like a thumb drive, before Wikileaks posted the emails on the World Wide Web.
This fact alone is enough to raise reasonable doubts about Mueller’s indictment accusing 12 Russian soldiers as the culprits for the leak of the DNC emails to Wikileaks. A savvy defense attorney will argue, and rightly so, that someone copied the DNC files to a storage device (E.g., USB thumb drive) and transferred that to Wikileaks.
We also tested the hypothesis that Wikileaks could have manipulated the files to produce the FAT result by comparing the DNC email files with the Podesta emails (aka Larter file) that was released on 21 September 2016. The FAT file format is NOT present in the Podesta files. If Wikileaks employed a standard protocol for handling data/emails received from unknown sources we should expect the File structure of the DNC emails to match the file structure of the Podesta emails. The evidence shows otherwise.
There is further compelling technical evidence that undermines the claim that the DNC emails were downloaded over the internet as a result of a spearphishing attack. Bill Binney, a former Technical Director of the National Security Agency, along with other former intelligence community experts, examined emails posted by Guccifer 2.0 and discovered that those emails could not have been downloaded over the internet as a result of a spearphishing attack. It is a simple matter of mathematics and physics.
Shortly after Wikileaks announced it had the DNC emails, Guccifer 2.0 emerged on the public stage, claiming that “he” hacked the DNC and that he had the DNC emails. Guccifer 2.0 began in late June 2016 to publish documents as proof that “he” had hacked from the DNC.
Taking Guccifer 2.0 at face value—i.e., that his documents were obtained via an internet attack—Bill Binney conducted a forensic examination of the metadata contained in the posted documents based on internet connection speeds in the United States. This analysis showed that the highest transfer rate was 49.1 megabytes per second, which is much faster than possible from a remote online connection. The 49.1 megabytes speed coincides with the download rate for a thumb drive.
Binney, assisted by other colleagues with technical expertise, extended the examination and ran various tests forensic from the Netherlands, Albania, Belgrade and the UK. The fastest rate obtained — from a data center in New Jersey to a data center in the UK–was 12 megabytes per second, which is less than a fourth of the rate necessary to transfer the data, as it was listed from Guccifer 2.
The findings from the examination of the Guccifer 2.0 data and the Wikileaks data does not prove who copied the information to a thumb drive, but it does provide and empirical alternative explanation that undermines the Special Counsel’s claim that the DNC was hacked. According to the forensic evidence for the Guccifer 2.0 data, the DNC emails were not taken by an internet spearphishing attack. The data breach was local. It was copied from the network.
There is other circumstantial evidence that buttresses the conclusion that the data breach was a local effort that copied data.
First there is the Top Secret information leaked by Edward Snowden. If the DNC emails had been hacked via spearphishing (as alleged by Mueller) then the data would have been captured by the NSA by means of the Upstream program (Fairview, Stormbrew, Blarney, Oakstar) and the forensic evidence would not modify times – the data would be presented as sent.
Second, we have the public reporting on the DNC and Crowdstrike, which provide a bizarre timeline for the alleged Russian hacking.
According to CrowdStrike founder, Dimitri Alperovitch, his company first detected the Russians mucking around inside the DNC server on 6 May 2016. A CrowdStrike intelligence analyst reportedly told Alperovitch that:
“Falcon had identified not one but two Russian intruders: Cozy Bear, a group CrowdStrike’s experts believed was affiliated with the FSB, Russia’s answer to the CIA; and Fancy Bear, which they had linked to the GRU, Russian military intelligence.”
And what did CrowdStrike do about this? Nothing. According to Michael Isikoff, CrowdStrike claimed their inactivity was a deliberate plan to avoid alerting the Russians that they had been “discovered.” This is nonsense. If a security company detected a thief breaking into a house and stealing its contents, what sane company would counsel the client to do nothing in order to avoid alerting the thief? Utter nonsense.
We know from examining the Wikileaks data that the last message copied from the DNC network is dated Wed, 25 May 2016 08:48:35. No DNC emails were taken and released to Wikileaks after that date.
CrowdStrike waited until 10 June 2016 to take concrete steps to clean up the DNC network. Alperovitch told Esquire’s Vicky Ward that:
“Ultimately, the teams decided it was necessary to replace the software on every computer at the DNC. Until the network was clean, secrecy was vital. On the afternoon of Friday, June 10, all DNC employees were instructed to leave their laptops in the office.”
Why does a cyber security company wait 45 days after allegedly uncovering a massive Russian attack on the DNC server to take concrete steps to safeguard the integrity of the information held on the server? This makes no sense.
A more plausible explanation is that it was discovered that emails had been downloaded from the server and copied onto a device like a thumb drive. But the culprit had not yet been identified. We know one thing for certain—CrowdStrike did not take steps to shutdown and repair the DNC network until 18 days after the last email was copied from the server.
The final curiosity is that the DNC never provided the FBI access to its servers in order for qualified FBI technicians to conduct a thorough forensic examination. If this had been a genuine internet hack, it would be very easy for the NSA to identify when the information was taken and the route it moved after being hacked from the server. The NSA had the technical collection systems in place to enable analysts to know the date and time of the messages. But that has not been done.
Taken together, these disparate data points combine to paint a picture that exonerates alleged Russian hackers and implicates persons within our law enforcement and intelligence community taking part in a campaign of misinformation, deceit and incompetence. It is not a pretty picture.

Once dismissed by cynics as a “conspiracy theory the New World Order is rapidly becoming a reality. We look at its origins, how it operates and how it affects the lives of everyone.
This website serves one purpose – to prove with undeniable proof that there is a group of extremely rich “power mongers” who want to rule the world in a slave state that makes the most extreme horror movie seem pale by comparison. They call their plan the New World Order. We want to “Wake Up” as many good people as possible to try to put an end to this insanity. As crazy as this sounds everything on this website is confirmed by multiple mainstream press news reports, reputable encyclopedic references or websites of those making the claims.
“We also assess Putin and the Russian Government aspired to help…
Have Dems and their media allies been pulling the old sleight of hand by trying to pin a Russia-Russia-Russia collusion on President Trump?
Muse this: Even with Deep State cover-ups and Left Stream Media collusion with the cover-ups; there are felonious acts going on that involve the murder of Seth Rich, Dem IT crook Imran Awan, former Dem Party Chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Crooked Hillary, Wikileaks, Nancy Pelosi and dear God who knows what else will be revealed.
All this is unravelling and you may not know it because the Left Stream Media is not informing their readers and listeners. The only wat – currently – to know is to watch Conservative media or anti-Left alternative news sources.
I am sure more info is forth coming and possibly even better sources than I have found. Here are a series of news articles that should allow you to construct at least a piece of the American Left Deep State conspiracy to end Constitutional government and the Trump Administration.
WASHINGTON – Detectives leading the Seth Rich murder investigation agreed to meet with Capitol Hill investigators to discuss evidence surrounding the alleged hacking of Democratic National Committee emails during the 2016 presidential election, a private eye claims.
But the Metropolitan Police Department canceled its meeting with House investigators on the Hill just hours before it was scheduled to take place, according to former Washington, D.C., homicide detective Rod Wheeler.
Wheeler, who previously worked as the Rich family’s private investigator, told WND he had arranged the meeting between House investigators looking into the alleged Russian interference in the election and members of the MPD probing the unsolved murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.
‘Why would they cancel?’
Incidentally, during one of Wheeler’s own discussions with House investigators probing the Russia case, he claims, they asked him: What do you know about the Awan brothers?
As WND reported, Imran Awan was arrested by federal agents Tuesday at Dulles Airport in Virginia as he attempted to flee to Pakistan. Awan, who has been charged with bank fraud, headed a group of at least five IT contractors working for dozens of House Democrats, including former Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla. He is suspected of much more, including the possible theft of sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server. Awan has somehow acquired the services of one of the top power attorneys in Washington, Chris Gowen, who is deeply connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Wheeler claims a thorough investigation of the Democrats’ IT hacking scandal involving the Awan brothers may reveal more information about Rich’s murder, the 2016 email breach of the Democratic National Committee and the Awan family.
“I’ve been following the arrest of Awan – this is a guy whose name came up a couple of times in my investigation as someone that I should look at,” he said in a phone call to WND Wednesday. “I never really got a chance to look at them in the investigation – but what I did do – I met with the Capitol Hill investigators.
“I thought they should meet with D.C. police regarding the Seth Rich case because I thought they may find some correlation between the two things that they were doing,” he continued. “Hill investigators were very interested in meeting with D.C. police – they had never met with them pertaining to the Seth Rich case. The D.C. police detective was very interested in meeting with the Hill investigators.”
The MPD hadn’t returned WND’s requests for comment at the time of this report.
“The MPD detective didn’t give me any explanation as to why. He just said, ‘Rod, I am going to need to cancel that meeting,’” Wheeler explained. “I don’t know why they canceled. I do have some suspicions, but I don’t want to speculate. I am always hesitant to speculate because they hang you out to dry when you do.”
He added: “I’ve always wondered in the back of my mind, ‘Why would they cancel at the last minute?’”
Awan had access to DNC emails during WikiLeaks dump
As WND reported, federal agents arrested Awan, the IT aide of Wasserman Schultz and the top suspect in a major Democratic hacking scandal, at Dulles Airport in Virginia as he tried to flee the U.S. Tuesday and fly to the Mideast.
Awan’s arrest came just one day after reports emerged that the FBI had seized numerous “smashed hard drives” and other computer equipment from Awan’s previous residence. The former House IT staffer is suspected of stealing sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server.
Awan and his family members, all of whom worked as IT professionals for members of Congress, were banned from the House network Feb. 2, 2017, by the House Sergeant at Arms.
Despite the rapidly escalating scandal that potentially involves multiple federal crimes, Awan had been kept on the payroll of former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who circumvented the ban by having him “advise” her office.
In the wake of WikiLeaks posting damaging internal emails during the 2016 election, Wasserman Schultz resigned from her post as DNC chairwoman and blamed the scandal on an alleged hacking by Russians.
After the emails became public, Donna Brazile, who served as interim DNC chairwoman following Wasserman Schultz’s resignation, initially claimed the messages were fabricated. Then she alleged Russians stole the emails.
The FBI requested access to the DNC’s server to determine who was responsible for the breach. According to former FBI Director James Comey, the DNC refused to grant access to its server.
Awan reportedly possessed the password to the iPad Wasserman Schultz used when the DNC emails were provided to WikiLeaks.
Meanwhile, some have speculated that Rich – who worked in the voter analysis division of the DNC and was brutally murdered on July 10, 2016, on a street near his Washington home – was an inside source who leaked party insider emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 presidential race.
In an August 2016 interview, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange appeared to suggest that Rich was one of his sources.
Reposting for posterity in case it is taken down etc., also for research. Please visit the original posters channel.
‘Julian Assange seems to suggests on Dutch television program Nieuwsuur that Seth Rich was the source for the Wikileaks-exposed DNC emails and was murdered.’
On July 22, just 12 days after Rich’s death and days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia, WikiLeaks began publishing “44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments” from top DNC officials. Some of the emails showed DNC officials conspiring to sabotage Bernie Sanders’ candidacy and help secure the party nomination for Hillary Clinton.
Did Rich attend an IT party on night of his death?
During the course of his investigation of Rich’s mysterious murder, Wheeler claims, he learned something peculiar that he hadn’t heard before: Rich attended a party with numerous IT workers the night he was killed. After the party, Rich went to Lou’s City Bar, the last known location where he was seen before his murder.
Wheeler said he was determined to learn more about the IT party and who was in attendance, but all his questions have gone unanswered.
“Seth attended that party, and I wanted to know who else was at that party. But I could never find out,” Wheeler said. “When I went back to ask other people who should have known who was at that party – these were people who were close to Seth – they told me, ‘You don’t need to know who was at that party because it had nothing to do with his death.’”
Uncovering more details about the attendees of the party is essential in the Rich homicide investigation, Wheeler contends.
“He was at the party before he went to the bar. What you do in a murder investigation is you work backward. You want to trace the victim’s steps as far back as you can – who was that person around the day before? – as far back as you can,” he said. “What was interesting is when I am told as an investigator that I don’t need to talk to people who were at the party. It makes you wonder why.”
DNC’s Brazile asked cops why Wheeler was ‘snooping’ in Rich case
Wheeler told WND in May that the MPD withheld information from him pertaining to Rich’s murder after former DNC interim chairwoman Donna Brazile called police to ask why investigators were “snooping” into Rich’s slaying.
A managerat Lou’s City Bar told WND that police never interviewed the bar’s staff or requested evidence, such as footage from security cameras. And police also never questioned Rich’s DNC co-workers.
As WND has reported, Jack Burkman, head of a team of private investigators in D.C. working to find Rich’s killers, claimed the MPD was instructed by Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser for political reasons to stop investigating Rich’s murder. The MPD and the mayor’s office disputed Burkman’s allegations.
The total reward for solving Rich’s murder currently stands at approximately a half-million dollars. Yet, the DNC has offered no reward for information leading to the arrest of the murderer of its own young staffer. Instead, the DNC honored its murdered employee by dedicating a bike rack outside its headquarters to Rich’s memory.
The Rich family’s attitude toward Wheeler, he claimed, changed dramatically after Democratic political crisis consultant Brad Bauman became their spokesman. Rich’s family threatened legal action against Wheeler in May after he told a Fox affiliate that he believed police were covering up details about the crime. An attorney representing the family sent Wheeler a cease-and-desist letter on May 19.
Wheeler said he’s uncertain when he’ll be allowed to reveal his report on Rich’s murder, but he is perplexed that Rich’s family has never expressed interest in the report’s findings.
“The cease-and-desist order does not have an expiration date. I don’t know if it’s set up for life or what,” he said. “The family has never asked for my final report. Why not? That’s interesting. Why wouldn’t they ask their investigator, ‘Give us a copy of the report and let us see what’s in it’?”

Unearthed email reportedly ties Nancy Pelosi to Wasserman Schultz’s arrested IT aide
The recently arrested IT aide to former DNC Chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz may have interacted with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.
Imran Awan, who worked for Wasserman Schultz as an IT aide, was arrested on Tuesday while attempting to flee toPakistan, after wiring $283,000 to the nation from the Congressional Federal Credit Union.
His wife, also a Dem staffer who raked in $168,300 taxpayer dollars through the most recent House period, fled to Pakistan before him with $12,000 in cash.
Awan began working for Wasserman Schultz in 2005. Shortly afterward, several of his relatives mysteriously appeared on the payroll of other Democrats, even though they were rarely seen at work.
These four relatives collected a total of $4 million in salaries (funded by U.S. taxpayers) since 2009.
The staffers have been involved in an ongoing probe chronicled by BizPac Review thanks to the investigative work by the Daily Caller’s investigative team.
Now it appears Awan may have had access to Pelosi’s iPad, according to an email obtained by WikiLeaks.
WikiLeaks’ founder Julian Assange sent a reminder of the email that showed Pelosi’s iPad likely made it into his hands for some unknown reason.
While the head of the Democratic National Committee, she disgraced the position by colluding against Bernie Sanders.
Now one of her top aides, already under investigation for congressional security breaches, was arrested in conjunction with fraud charges, and the questions are only beginning.
Imran Awan, Wasserman Schultz’s IT aide for over a decade, was arrested while trying to flee to Pakistan.
From TruthRevolt.org:
A LONGTIME IT AIDE TO FORMER DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE CHAIRWOMAN DEBBIE WASSERMAN SCHULTZ, WAS ARRESTED AT WASHINGTON, D.C.’S DULLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT MONDAY NIGHT AS HE WAS “TRYING TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY.”
THE BLAZE REPORTS THAT FEDERAL AGENTS AND THE U.S. CAPITOL POLICE ARRESTED PAKISTANI-BORN IMRAN AWAN AND CHARGED HIM WITH “MULTIPLE COUNTS OF BANK FRAUD” STEMMING FROM THE INVESTIGATION OF AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROCUREMENT SCANDAL IN THE U.S. HOUSE.
The Blaze has the background:
AWAN HAS BEEN THE LEAD SUSPECT IN AN ONGOING CRIMINAL PROBE INTO SECURITY BREACHES WITHIN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES THAT WAS LAUNCHED ON FEB. 2. HE ALLEGEDLY DOUBLED CHARGED THE U.S. HOUSE FOR IT EQUIPMENT AND MAY HAVE EXPOSED SENSITIVE HOUSE MEMBERS’ INFORMATION ONLINE. ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS REPORTS, WASSERMAN SCHULTZ KEPT AWAN ON HER PAYROLL, EVEN THOUGH HE HAD BEEN BANNED FROM HOUSE SERVERS BY CAPITOL HILL SECURITY.
[…]
AWAN, WHO WAS HIRED IN 2005, WAS REPORTEDLY IN POSSESSION OF AN IPAD USED BY THEN-DNC CHAIR WASSERMAN SCHULTZ, A FLORIDA REPRESENTATIVE, AROUND THE TIME THAT DNC EMAILS WERE LEAKED TO WIKILEAKS.
AWAN, THREE MEMBERS OF HIS FAMILY, AND CLOSE FRIEND RAO ABBAS WERE HOUSE IT WORKERS AND ARE ACCUSED OF STEALING EQUIPMENT FROM DEMOCRATIC MEMBERS’ OFFICES WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND COMMITTING POTENTIALLY ILLEGAL VIOLATIONS ON THE HOUSE IT NETWORK, INCLUDING LEAKING SENSITIVE INFORMATION STORED WITHIN THE SERVERS AND PERSONAL DEVICES OF HOUSE MEMBERS.
THE AWAN FAMILY — AS WELL AS FRIENDS — WERE ALLEGED TO HAVE OWED MONEY TO THE TERRORIST GROUP HEZBOLLAH.
[…]
THE AWANS WORKED IN 32 HOUSE MEMBER OFFICES, ALL DEMOCRATS, INCLUDING THE OFFICE OF WASSERMAN SCHULTZ AND MEMBERS OF THE HOMELAND SECURITY COMMITTEE, THE FOREIGN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, AND THE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE. THE TECH TEAM ALSO WORKED IN THE OFFICE OF THE HOUSE DEMOCRATIC CAUCUS.
Despite the email hacks that uncovered top Democrats’ misconduct and an ongoing, months-long federal probe that barred Awan from accessing congressional servers, Wasserman Schultz curiously kept him on the payroll until after his arrest.
Perhaps Wasserman Schultz is incredibly forgiving and truly values Awan’s counsel, or perhaps he had her over a barrel. Evidence suggests the latter is more likely.
The article continues:
HOUSE AUTHORITIES BEGAN INVESTIGATING THE AWAN FAMILY DURING THEIR SEARCH FOR A SECRET SERVER THAT WAS FUNNELING CONGRESSIONAL DATA OFF-SITE. CAPITOL POLICE ORDERED AWAN TO STAY AWAY FROM HOUSE SERVERS DURING THE INVESTIGATION, BUT SCHULTZ KEPT HIM ON IN AN “ADVISORY POSITION,” ALLOWING HIM TO WORK REMOTELY.
AFTER AN INVESTIGATION WAS LAUNCHED, AWAN MOVED SUDDENLY FROM HIS VIRGINIA RENTAL HOME, AND THE NEW TENANT, A MARINE CORPS VET, REPORTED THAT “WIRELESS ROUTERS, HARD DRIVES THAT LOOK LIKE THEY TRIED TO DESTROY [SIC], LAPTOPS, [AND] A LOT OF BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE TONER” WERE LEFT BEHIND IN THE GARAGE AFTER AWAN’S DEPARTURE. “THEY LEFT IN A HUGE HURRY. IT LOOKS LIKE GOVERNMENT-ISSUED EQUIPMENT. WE TURNED THAT STUFF OVER.”
THE FBI WERE REPORTEDLY SEIZED HARD DRIVES FROM AWAN’S HOME LAST SUNDAY. THE DAILY CALLER REPORTED THAT AN ANONYMOUS SOURCE IN CONGRESS CONFIRMED THAT THE FBI HAS JOINED A CRIMINAL PROBE INTO “SERIOUS, POTENTIALLY ILLEGAL, VIOLATIONS ON THE HOUSE IT NETWORK” BY IMRAN AND THREE OF HIS RELATIVES, “WHO HAD ACCESS TO THE EMAILS AND FILES OF THE MORE THAN TWO DOZEN HOUSE DEMOCRATS WHO EMPLOYED THEM ON A PART-TIME BASIS.”
“THE AWANS HAD [MEMBERS] IN THEIR POCKET,” ONE IT STAFFER TOLD THE DC. “THERE ARE A LOT OF MEMBERS WHO COULD GO DOWN OVER THIS.”
It’s no surprise that just last week Wasserman Schultz began “negotiating” with Capitol Police in possession of her computer; she’s trying to get ahead of what could be a massive scandal.
If the allegations against Awan and his family are true, he certainly doesn’t seem like the type to carry the water for culpable Democrats, which means he’s likely to cut a deal with investigators.
The stories he can tell should have House Democrats quaking in fear.

Democrat Leadership is Involved in a Massive Criminal Cover-Up – Mainstream Media Silent
Former Democrat National Committee chief Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) may be in a world of trouble.
Her former IT team has long been under suspicion for a series of very serious crimes. However, Schultz ran interference for her IT team for months and even fought to keep investigators from gathering evidence of their crimes.
When confronted on her behavior Schultz dissembled and continued to make it harder for everyone to do their jobs.
Thankfully, Imran Awan, the man who Schultz worked so hard to protect made one too many mistakes and was caught attempting to flee the country and return home to Pakistan.
Now, Geraldo Rivera wonders if we may have finally caught the real leaker of the DNC and Clinton campaign emails.
“Well, now you have a possible suspect. Here’s the corrupt IT guy standing on the shoulders of Debbie Wasserman Schultz arrested at the airport trying to flee, charged with stealing hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, of dollars.”
Sadly, even though Awan was captured several days ago and the crimes against him are deadly serious, the liberal media has had nothing to say about the story.
The news is just getting noticed by some of the network giants, but BizPac Review has been chronicling this unbelievable story for months, thanks to the exceptional investigative reporting of the Daily Caller News Foundation.
As of this writing — more than 3 days after the latest news broke — liberal media outlets CNN, the Washington Post, and the New York Times — STILL have not covered the stunning developments. Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh isdisgusted that the mainstream media are apparently ignoring this story simply because it makes Democrats look bad.
Here’s what’s happening: Imran Awan, the former IT employee of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, was arrested at Washington Dulles Airport on Monday trying to flee the country on a flight to Pakistan after wiring$283,000 to the country. On July 23, the FBI had seized several smashed hard drives from Imran’s home.
Awan’s wife had already fled the country in March 2017 after authorities found $12,000 in cash hidden in her suitcase at the airport.
In 2005 Awan got himself a job with Debbie Wasserman Schultz. In the months following, several of Awan’s family members got jobs with other Democrat legislators even though it seems they didn’t actually do any work for them.
In fact, Awan made some $ 2 Million during his 13 years working for Debbie Wassreman Schultz. The other four members of the Awan family earned some $4 million dollars from the Democrat Party (paid by the American taxpayers) between 2009 and 2016. Think about that number. Four “IT personnel” earned $4 Million over the course of 7 years. That’s a nice salary for the “IT guys.”
During the same period Awan found his way onto the FBI’s radar after making some shady mortgage deals.
While there is much evidence that the Awan’s financial deals were indeed criminal, there was a much more worrisome problem.
AsWND reports Imran Awan, “is suspected of much more, including the possible theft of sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server. It is a major scandal almost completely ignored by the establishment media.”
If the government’s suspicions are warranted the data breach could be incredibly massive. Awan led a team of at least 4 or 5 IT staffers who worked for dozens of House Democrats and the government believes that they may have stolen crucial intelligence from all of those Democrats over the course of more than a decade.
Meanwhile, Debbie Wasserman Schultz kept Awan on herpayroll throughout the investigation and even ran interference for him with investigators. She was seen threatening Washington, D.C. police investigators, refused to cooperate with federal investigators, and even harassed the investigators who were trying to protect our nation.
So why is Schultz still working in Congress?

Clintons and Pelosi Now Caught Up in Democrat Muslim IT Spy Scandal
After engaging in numerous security violations over the years, former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultzadmitted to it, which then led to an investigation into herinformation technology (IT). Following the FBI seizing several smashed hard drives from his home, Imran Awan was arrested while he tried to flee the country to Qatar and then Pakistan after wiring $283,000 from the Congressional Federal Credit Union to that country. Now, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D) and both Bill and Hillary Clinton are coming into the mix of the Muslim IT spy scandal.
The Daily Callerreports, “Chris Gowen, Imran Awan’s lawyer, is a long-time campaigner for former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and a member of an attorney team that brought a fraudulent lawsuit against energy giant Chevron.”
Of course, you probably recognize many of these names as the usual suspects when it comes to corruption and treason in the Democrat Party.
Following Awan’s arrest this week, Wikileaks’s Julian Assange pointed out the link between Awan and Nancy Pelosi by pointing to a May2016 email. Here’s the text.

What all do these treasonous Democrats know and how are they aiding these Muslim spies? Who knows. They could just be completely ignorant and in it for political gain or money or power… or they could know exactly what they are doing.
Either way, it looks as if this IT scandal goes all the way to the top in the DNC.
Instead of the media parroting the fake news narrative about Russian collusion, they should be reporting on this story as it is not only documented, but has great ramifications for national security. We can safely say the mainstream media are colluding with the enemies of America. They are not the press. They are the propaganda machine.
I realize there are a lot of unsubstantiated Conspiracy Theories out there. Because of this Conspiracy Theories are much like the old story of a Boy who Cried Wolf. In this day and age of television, video games, laptops, etc.; parents may not share classic stories like Aesop’s Fables that end with a learning moral. The moral of the Boy who Cried Wolf is if you tell an alarming lie all the time, when you tell the alarming truth, no one will believe you.
Deciphering the credible from the incredible Conspiracies brings up the Boy who Cried Wolf scenario in believability. I have unappreciated disagreements with Conspiracy Theory enthusiasts about the credible and incredible.
The current Deep State conspiracy to bring down the Trump Administration by any lying means necessary is remarkably credible hence believable.
The sad thing about this anti-Trump conspiracy is that a huge swath of Americans that ONLY get their information from the primary Mainstream Media (MSM), televised or print, are probably duped into believing President Trump is a corrupt criminal. The problem is the MSM is a part of the Deep State cabal conspiring against President Trump and the agenda he was elected to perform.
Ergo, if the MSM actually tells the truth about some info, their dishonesty has been so pervasive, I can’t believe them. AND YOU shouldn’t believe their wolf crying either.
Thanks to the Winning America Now e-newsletter, I have discovered some Deep State info that Chief Justice John Roberts may have been blackmailed into being the deciding Justice in validating Obamacare.
What was the possible dirt collecting method against Chief Justice Roberts? Illegal surveillance by the CIA and/or NSA perpetrated by the Obama Administration.
In full disclosure of the credibility/incredibility scale, one of the sources involved in making this public is former Sheriff Joe Arpaio who nearly convinced me that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya rather than Hawaii. Arpaio made some very credible assessments of Obama’s Birth Certificate validity. **
** On a personal level of opinion, I believe Obama was indeed born in Hawaii rather than Kenya. However, sometime between Hawaii to Indonesia and back to Hawaii, something hinky happened with Obama’s citizenship status. It is my opinion that Obama’s citizenship records were thus messed up in the travels that may have even gotten him into Occidental College as a foreign exchange student. For me this explains the suspicious Birth Certificate and the reasons Obama school records from childhood through college have been sealed from public exposure. That’s my conjecture and not a proven fact.
Below is the illegal Obama surveillance story that if true, should cause a huge Constitutional crisis with Obama forcing an unconstitutional law into constitutional validity via clandestine blackmail.
Evidence shows that John Roberts, chief justice of the United States Supreme Court, was “hacked” by a Deep State surveillance operation overseen by Obama administration CIA director John Brennan and Obama director of national intelligence James Clapper.
Roberts, the Bush appointee who made the decisive vote to uphold the constitutionality of Obamacare before the 2012 election, was allegedly the victim of the same Deep State surveillance program that spied on President Donald Trump.
Tapes released by Federal Judge G. Murray Snow — preserved on a Whistleblower Soundcloud page — show real estate billionaire Timothy Blixseth explaining Brennan and Clapper’s surveillance program to Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and detective Mike Zullo. The existence of this surveillance program has been corroborated by Wikileaks’ “Vault 7” release and bythe public comments of former CIA and NSA contractor Dennis Montgomery, who says he worked on the program for Brennan and Clapper.
Montgomery has gone public with his claims exposing how the program was used to spy on President Donald Trump when he was a private citizen. Montgomery has gained immunity and desperately wants House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes or other lawmakers to call him to testify about what he knows.
On the explosive tapes, Blixseth walks Arpaio and Zullo through the details of the program on a computer screen. At one point, the three begin pulling up specific names of targeted individuals.
“You know who that guy is? That’s the head of the FISA court they hacked into, Reggie Walton,” Blixseth tells the investigators.
“John Roberts, the chief justice of the Supreme Court, was hacked,” Blixseth tells Arpaio and Zullo.
Insiders have always been skeptical of Roberts’ motives for siding with President Obama on the 2012 Obamacare case. While there’s still no available evidence that Roberts was blackmailed, the allegation that he was “hacked” by Obama officials provides some more context into the justice’s controversial career.
As Big League Politics reported, former FBI director James Comey seized and buried volumes of information that demonstrated this wide-ranging government surveillance operation targeting Donald Trump before he became president.
Larry Klayman, attorney for former NSA and CIA contractor and whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, delivered to the FBI 47 hard drives and data amounting to more than 600 million pages of documentation on the surveillance scheme. Then-FBI director James Comey’s general counsel James Baker took the data into his possession, according to multiple sources. But despite possessing Montgomery’s bombshell whistleblower revelations, Comey never acted on or publicized the information.
Additionally, Comey’s former firm Lockheed Martin granted entry to Montgomery to one of its facilities to help him work on the alleged mass surveillance program, which was allegedly overseen by Obama administration officials John Brennan and James Clapper and specifically targeted Trump.
“This guy showed me 900 million phone calls. And I see myself in there. I see people I know. I see Donald Trump in there a zillion times, and Bloomberg is in there,” Blixseth said on the tape, referring to information that Montgomery allegedly showed him.
“We don’t have any comment,” the FBI told Big League Politics when questioned about the existence of the program.
“I provided to the FBI seventeen businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and the various family members that had been wiretapped under these programs,” Montgomery said in a recent interview. “There has been a wiretap on Trump for years.”
“I started by going to Maricopa County and showing that Sheriff Arpaio himself was wiretapped under the Obama administration,” the whistleblower said.
“I was a CIA contractor both under John Brennan and under James Clapper and these individuals were running domestic surveillance programs in the United States collecting information on Americans. This isn’t political. They were collecting information on Republicans and Democrats. But they collected everything they could find. Bank accounts, phone numbers, chats, emails, and they collected a massive amount of it under the Obama administration,” Montgomery said.

Twitter has “temporally” suspended Internet news service WND for exposing Donna Brazile interfering openly trying to put a plug in Rod Wheeler’s revelations about DNC staffer leaking “44,053 internal DNC emails to WikiLeaks before he was gunned down in while walking home from a bar in the wee hours of the night on July 10, 2016.”
Twitter, whose founder has expressed regret that his organization’s advocacy for free speech may have contributed to Donald Trump’s election as president, on Wednesday suspended for 12 hours WND.com’s account for a headline tweet on Donna Brazile’s involvement in the scandal developing over the death of DNC staffer Seth Rich.
Rich died in a gun attack in Washington, D.C., last July, and several individuals believe he was the source of DNC internal emails that were turned over to WikiLeaks and published on the Internet on the eve of the Democratic National Convention.
The tweet was: “Bombshell: Donna Brazile warned off private eye on Seth Rich murder…”
On Wednesday, Twitter sent a message instructing WND to delete the tweet. “If you feel that your account has been locked in error, you can appeal by contacting our support team here,” Twitter said.
Another message stated: “We’ve temporarily limited some of your account features.”
“What happened? We have determined that you have violated the Twitter Rules, so we’ve temporarily limited some of your account features. While in this state, you can still browse Twitter, but you’re limited to only sending Direct Messages to your followers – no tweets, retweets, or likes. Your account will be restored to full functionality in: 11 hours and 10 minutes.”
Twitter declined to comment when asked by a WND reporter, except to ask which account was being referenced.
A WND company official confirmed the tweet was deleted per the company’s instructions.
The news story was about a private detective’s revelation that former Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile was the high-ranking DNC representative who allegedly called police and the Rich family and demanded to know why a private investigator was “snooping” into the case.
The detective, Rod Wheeler, told WND: “The high-ranking DNC official that called the police after I inquired about Rich’s case was Donna Brazile. Why shouldn’t I reveal who it was?”
Brazile, who was also a CNN contributor and a Hillary for America donor at the time, was caught providing Clinton with questions that would later be asked of Clinton at a televised CNN town hall. In an interview with Fox News before the election, Brazile denied leaking the questions to Clinton. But in a March 17, 2017, column for Time magazine, she finally admitted doing so, saying it was a “mistake I will forever regret.”
A spokesman for the Rich family has repeatedly criticized detective Wheeler, who was hired by the family in March, for not ruling out the possibility that Rich may have leaked DNC emails to WikiLeaks. The family recently sent Wheeler a “cease and desist” order to stop his investigation into the murder.
As WND reported, Rich was murdered July 10, 2016, a block from his home in an affluent neighborhood of Washington, D.C. He was shot in the back with a handgun at 4:18 a.m., and nothing was taken from him. He was transported to a local hospital and was pronounced dead at 5:57 a.m. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich’s death and days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia, WikiLeaks released 20,000 emails from DNC officials.
Wheeler said in several interviews last week that a federal investigator has elaborate details of Rich’s connection to WikiLeaks and is a credible source.
While the Twitter rules don’t address news stories about high-profile public figures and high-profile public scandals, it appears there were no violations under the company’s trademark, copyright, graphic content, unlawful use, Twitter badges, abuse, violent threats, harassment, hateful conduct, account abuse, private information, impersonation, self-harm or spam restrictions.
However, the rules are open-ended in several categories so that if a politically motivated employee was offended, he could push the button.
Interestingly, anti-Shariah activist Pam Geller reported also on Wednesday that Evan Williams, Twitter co-founder and still a board member, “went on a snark attack against President Donald Trump – a prolific tweeter, if there ever was one – and outright apologized for helping the former businessman reach the pinnacle of power, the White House.”
“In an interview with the New York Times, he said his organization was intended to give everyone a chance to engage in the free exchange of thoughts and ideas. But apparently, he now feels he created a monster – that the free exchange offered Trump, and by logical extension, Trump supporters, has just gone too far.
“And he’s not gonna take it any more.”
She reported the Indian Express wrote, “Twitter co-founder Evan Williams … apologized for making Trump’s presidency possible. Williams, who still is a member of Twitter’s board of directors, in an interview … said the purpose of his organization was to give everyone a chance to have free exchange of information and ideas.
“‘I thought once everybody could speak freely and exchange information and ideas, the world is automatically going to be a better place. I was wrong about that,’” the report quoted him saying.
The report continued: “He further went on to apologize in case the microblogging website played a role in getting Trump elected 45th president of the United States. ‘It’s a very bad thing, Twitter’s role in that. If it’s true that he wouldn’t be president if it weren’t for Twitter, then yeah, I’m sorry,’ he said.”
Trump has openly credited social media for his success.
“Without the tweets, I wouldn’t be here … I have over 100m followers between Facebook, Twitter [and] instagram. Over 100 million. I don’t have to go to the fake media,” he said.
Bob Unruh joined WND in 2006 after nearly three decades with the Associated Press, as well as several Upper Midwest newspapers, where he covered everything from legislative battles and sports to tornadoes and homicidal survivalists. He is also a photographer whose scenic work has been used commercially.
About WND
Since 1997, WND has been the world’s best-kept secret in Christian content and marketing. But the word is getting out.
…
WND can best be explained by its mission statement:
WND is an independent news company dedicated to uncompromising journalism, seeking truth and justice and revitalizing the role of the free press as a guardian of liberty. We remain faithful to the traditional and central role of a free press in a free society — as a light exposing wrongdoing, corruption and abuse of power. What makes WND’s mission statement so meaningful is the WND team’s commitment to a Christian worldview. And what comes as a surprise to many is the fact that WND, a pioneer in …READ ENTIRETY
On May 17 I posted my own thoughts on the murder and coverup of Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich. I was of the opinion that Rich was murdered because it was he and not the Russians that acquired and made public the DNC emails that helped to show Hillary is crooked and the DNC is corrupt.
The typical response by the Left – MSM and Dems alike – was to attempt to discredit the story, especially the info made public by private investigator and former DC police detective Rod Wheeler.
I even had a bit of a disagreement on Facebook with a commenter that insisted she found at least three stories that repudiated Mr. Wheeler. I examined her sources and each story had zero information to discredit Wheeler’s revelation on Seth Rich. The Left Stream Media’s major point of contention was that Rich’s devoted Dem Party family could not believe such betrayal could occur. Rich’s family had acquired Wheeler’s services through the payment of a 3rd party and were quite upset that Wheeler went public with his discoveries.
AND that is the whole basis of the Left’s lame attempt to discredit Mr. Wheeler and the story in general that Seth Rich saw corruption and became a stealth whistleblower.
Today I find that I am not the only person that believes Seth Rich was murdered for being a whistleblower. I have articles on the subject at The Realistic Observer and Thoughts and Opinions Alan E. Moses both dated today 5/22/17. In that order, below is that cross post.
All doubts of MSM collusion with the “Powers That Be” for nefarious purposes designed to maintain the status quo are now erased.
The following post abounds in details regarding the lies, cover-up, and squelching of an investigation into what appears to a murder.
MSM Attempts To Kill ‘Murdered DNC Staffer Story,’ And Instead Blows Up The Internet
Brief Summary Of Background: DNC Data analyst, who it appears was a Bernie Sanders supporter, discovers the DNC rigged the primaries against Sanders in favor of Hillary Clinton, via internal emails exposed by Wikileaks. DNC staffer sends thousands of emails to Wikileaks. DNC staffer is murdered amidst the Wikileaks publications. Wikileaks offers 20k reward for information on DNC staffer’s murder. Julian Assange of Wikileaks speaks about the risks to leakers, then brings up DNC staffers murder on the same day of reward offer.
Caught up? Good, because this story just went mainstream because the Fake News (Washington Post) decided to try to kill the story and it backfired in a big, big way…. or as President Trump is often misquoted as saying … BIGLY!!!
The DNC staffer’s name is Seth Rich and he was murdered last July, and recent reports published on Fox News, show that a former DC homicide detective, hired to run a parallel investigation into his murder, found out from sources within law enforcement that Rich had previously emailed Wikileaks, dropping another bombshell during that report with the claim that he had personally been told by law enforcement officials that they were told to stand down on the investigation into Rich’s murder. (ANP article on that here)
The fake news (WAPO) , who has been using a lot of anonymous sources for anti-Trump/Russia stories, without any evidence to support their claims, decided to jump into the fray in an obvious attempt to kill the Seth Rich story, because it was taking attention away from their preferred narrative and their own outright fake news stories, by wring a so-called “analysis,” titled “The Seth Rich conspiracy shows how fake news still works,” where they assert “The reemergence of the conspiracy theory last week, which did not lack for real news, revealed plenty about the fake news ecosystem.”
BACKFIRE- By this morning there were over 65 thousand tweets trending with the term “The Seth Rich,” and multiple Independent Media outlets being highlighted in that trending term, which show why the Seth Rich story has legs and much more logic than the “Russia hacked the emails” BS conspiracy the mainstream media has been pushing.
“Former-DNC employee, Seth Rich, not only had access to the emails, but also a motive. He was pissed about the way the Clinton crowd was “sandbagging” Bernie Sanders. In contrast, there’s neither evidence nor motive connecting Russia to the emails. On top of that, WikiLeaks founder, Julien Assange (a man of impeccable integrity) has repeatedly denied that Russia gave him the emails which suggests the government investigation is completely misdirected. The logical course of action, would be to pursue the leads that are most likely to bear fruit, not those that originate from one’s own political bias. But, of course, logic has nothing to do with the current investigation, it’s all about politics and geopolitics.
We don’t know who killed Seth Rich and we’re not going to speculate on the matter here. But we find it very strange that neither the media nor the FBI have pursued leads in the case that challenge the prevailing narrative on the Russia hacking issue. Why is that? Why is the media so eager to blame Russia when Rich looks like the much more probable suspect?
And why have the mainstream news organizations put so much energy into discrediting the latest Fox News report, when– for the last 10 months– they’ve showed absolutely zero interest in Rich’s death at all?”
By May of 2015, Bloomberg also highlighted the fact that KimDotCom, had information that it would be Wikileaks founder Julian Assange that would be “Hillary Clinton’s Worst Nightmare in 2016.”
PRESENT DAY – KIMDOTCOM: I KNEW SETH RICH… I WAS INVOLVED
Those flashbacks are important because it shows he knew that Wikileaks had or would have information that would destroy Hillary Clinton and that he was invovled somehow, to which he has just reaffirmed, in a series of tweets from May 20, 2017, the same day Washington Post attempted to kill the story, where Kim asserts he knew Seth Rich, knew he was the source of the leaks, claimed that Kim himself was “involved,” and is offering written testimony to Congress regarding it all.
Sean Hannity jumped right on Kim’s claims, offering him a public invitation to appear on his radio show and television.
His offer to Congress below, from May 19th, 2017… before Washington Post clumsily tried to kill the story: (H/T Zero Hedge)
Has KimDotCom jumped into the discussion after the Washington Post story, or even after Wikileaks started publishing their damaging leaked emails from the DNC and the Clinton campaign, it could have been be [Sic] waved off as opportunistic, but the tweet from December 2014, shows knowledge that she was going to be running for president in 2016. The Bloomberg story shows Kim knew in May 2015 that Wikileaks would be involved in the 2016 “nightmare” for Hillary. His tweet about offering testimony to Congress came out on May 19, 2017, before the Wapo article attempting to kill the story.
This all points to direct knowledge on his part about Seth Rich’s role in the DNC/Clinton campaign hacks.
Which brings us back to the Washington Post and how their plan to kill the story, not only backfired, but how the deep state propaganda campaign to blame Russia, where the MSM are being used as hapless fools and puppets, is nothing more than an attempt to distract the public from the biggest story this century, where a DNC operative leaked damaging information against the media and DNC’s “chosen” candidate, Hillary Clinton, ended up being shot in the back, murdered, and the police were told to stand down and not investigate it.
Below is the investigator, Rod Wheeler speaking to Sean Hannity, where at the 4:53 minute mark, reveals that after he approached the police department for more information, the family notified him and he claims that the family was contact by the DNC asking why he is asking questions. This is critical because after the DNC supposedly got involved…. Wheeler walked back one of his assertions, specifically that one of his sources was with the FBI. (emphasis mine)

If Kim Dotcom Proves Seth Rich Was DNC Wikileaks Source Russian Hacking/Collusion Story Must End
Some very high level Democrats are terrified that the truth is about to be told. Kim Dotcom the German born Entrepreneur who now lives in New Zealand, has let it be known that he can confirm that Seth Rich was in fact the Wikileaks DNC emails source. This destroys the entire “Russia did it” narrative that MSM and Democrats have been claiming. The Seth Rich story may also finally become front page news and no longer buried. Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has been in a self created situation since the murder of Rich. Assange had vowed to never give up his sources whether alive or dead.
Assange was forced to walk a tightrope of hinting that it was in fact Seth Rich who provided the corruption exposing emails. Offering a $20,000 reward in the murder case, using Rich’s death as an example as to the danger his sources face. Assange even retweeted the recent Fox News 5 story that involved investigator Rod Wheeler saying that Seth Rich was the source and that the evidence was on his laptop.
Now that Kim Dotcom has entered the storyline more has come to light. Rich had a Reddit account that has been shown to have recent activity, someone has been editing his account. An anonymous source claiming to be one of Rich’s surgeons the morning he was shot has said that the gunshot wounds were not life threatening. This anonymous source has also said that they were witness to federal investigators entering Rich’s ICU room and that Rich died shortly afterward. This source seemed legitimate as they described the procedures in medical terms. However as with all anonymous sources you can’t be certain if it is the truth.
MSM has used anonymous sources to build it’s narrative of the Russian/Trump collusion claims and the Russian/Wikileaks source claims for almost a year now. If Kim Dotcom proves his claims then this entire MSM and Democrat narrative will blow up in their faces. It won’t solve the Seth Rich murder investigation but it should create a demand for answers. Hopefully both of these stories can come to light and we can end the guessing game. If this Doctor comes forward it could also expose the level of corruption surrounding Rich’s death. Putting to end the botched robbery claim and pointing to a political assassination instead.
Washington DC is full of anonymous sources as the truth can get you killed. The power these people in government wield is enormous even at lower levels. The American people have had the wool pulled over their eyes long enough. We deserve answers, we must demand them if we will ever really get our government back.

If Kim Dotcom Proves Seth Rich Was DNC Wikileaks Source Russian Hacking/Collusion Story Must End
Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer by the name of Seth Rich was shot to death around 4:00 AM on the streets of Washington D.C. The initial reports say Mr. Rich was murdered in a robbery.
Whoops. Nothing of value or at all was taken from the murdered Mr. Rich.
Then enters Julian Assange of Wikileaks. Assange publicizes that Rich was a major source of DNC emails and says an investigation should proceed to find the actual motive behind the murder.
The Left Stream Media blows off Assange’s assertion revenge murder for exposing the DNC and sticks with Trump colluded with Russia to hack the DNC emails to win the election.
The murder victim’s family is not buying the police dictum of a random murder and wants better answers for Mr. Rich’s homicide.
Thus, a private investigator is hired by the family but financed by a third party to look into the Rich murder.
The private investigator is a former police detective by the name of Rod Wheeler. Wheeler’s investigation is stonewalled by the D.C. Police and the FBI but still finds a source that wants anonymity to stay out of trouble. The anonymous tipster says he has seen Seth Rich’s laptop that has a history of sending thousands of emails to Wikileaks. Rod Wheeler goes public because D.C. Police and the FBI stonewalling and suspicious denials reeks of cover-up.
Whoops. The Rich family are evidently stalwart Dems and are upset that Wheeler let the cat out of the bag that Seth Rich sent DNC emails to Wikileaks.
The Rich family commit an odd oxymoron by rebuking Rod Wheeler’s public revelations by
1) Denying that Seth Rich – a Dem staffer from a Dem family – would send incriminating emails to Wikileaks
2) Claim Rod Wheeler violated his contract by making his findings public.
Hmm … It appears strange to defend Seth Rich’s memory at the potential cost of tying his murder to some form of DNC revenge and simultaneously yell at Rod Wheeler using the weight of public opinion to expose a D.C. Police/FBI cover-up.
The anger of Seth Rich’s family suggests that they would rather stick to the initial police story of a random killing then believe their son or nephew or whatever was murdered out of revenge or to silence him from further divulgement of info exposing the dark side of the Democratic Party.
What should an American’s grey matter to wonder is: Why would the FBI be involved in a random street murder rather than the local cops?
It appears that D.C.’s local Fox 5 News broke the story. Here’s a segment from posted by a Youtuber broadcasted at the Monday 10:00 PM time slot (I Found it at the BIZPAC Review linked above):
Monday during the 10 p.m. ET news broadcast of Fox’s Washington, D.C. affiliate WTTG, correspondent Marina Marraco revealed an investigation by former D.C. homicide detective Rod Wheeler found now-deceased Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich had been emailing with WikiLeaks.
Rich was killed last year in the northwest quadrant of Washington, D.C. According to local police, the incident was likely a botched robbery. However, Rich’s death has been the subject of other speculations given the timing of his death coincided with a WikiLeaks dump of Democratic National Committee emails.
Wheeler explained to Marraco the obstacles he has faced in dealing with both the local police and the FBI during his investigation and argued Rich’s computer may offer some more details.
“The police department nor the FBI have been forthcoming,” Wheeler said. “They haven’t been cooperating at all. I believe that the answer to solving his death lies on that computer, which I believe is either at the police department or either at the FBI. I have been told both.”
Wheeler went on to confirm he had a source within the police department that said that computer could link Rich to WikiLeaks. But he noted that a source within the police department told him of a “highly unusual” instruction for police to stand down on that murder investigation.
“Actually, I have a source inside the police department that has looked at me straight in the eye and said, ‘Rod, we were told to stand down on this case, and I can’t share any information with you.’ Now, that’s highly unusual for a murder investigation, especially from a police department. Again, I don’t think it comes from the chief’s office, but I do believe there is a correlation between the mayor’s office and the DNC and that is the information that’s going to come out tomorrow.”
Marraco went on to add that Wheeler’s reference to the information coming out tomorrow would be broadcasted on the Fox News Channel.
The Fox News link above has Rod Wheeler explaining his issues with a potential cover-up.
Fox News is now reporting, based on multiple investigative sources, that Seth Rich — the Democratic National Committee staffer who was gunned down in Northwest D.C. near his home last July — leaked thousands of DNC emails to WikiLeaks in the months beforehand.
According to Fox News’ Malia Zimmerman, these new revelations are consistent with the findings of Rod Wheeler, a former D.C. homicide detective and Fox News contributor. Wheeler told Fox 5 DC that there is evidence on Rich’s laptop that confirms he was emailing WikiLeaks prior to his death. Wheeler’s law enforcement sources also allegedly claimed they were told to “stand down” on investigating the crime.
Rich’s family, however, has denounced Wheeler’s claims in a statement, calling them “unsubstantiated.”
A federal investigator who reviewed an FBI forensic report — generated within 96 hours after DNC staffer Seth Rich’s murder — detailing the contents Rich’s computer said he made contact with WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen, a now-deceased American investigative reporter, documentary filmmaker, and director of WikiLeaks who was living in London at the time.
“I have seen and read the emails between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks,” the federal investigator told Fox News, confirming the MacFadyen connection. He said the emails are in possession of the FBI, while the stalled case is in the hands of the Washington Police Department.
The revelation is consistent with the findings of Rod Wheeler, a former DC homicide detective and Fox News contributor and whose private investigation firm was hired by a third party on behalf of Rich’s family to probe the case. Rich was shot from behind in the wee hours, but was not robbed.
“My investigation up to this point shows there was some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks,” Wheeler said. “I do believe that the answers to who murdered Seth Rich sits on his computer on a shelf at the DC police or FBI headquarters.”
The federal investigator, who requested anonymity, said 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments between Democratic National Committee leaders, spanning from January 2015 through late May 2016, were transferred from Rich to MacFadyen before May 21.
Rich left Lou’s City Bar, a couple miles from his home, at about 1:15 a.m. on July 10. His immediate activities after leaving the bar remain a mystery:
He walked home, calling several people along the way. He called his father, Joel Rich, who he missed because he had gone to sleep. He talked with a fraternity brother and his girlfriend, Kelsey Mulka.
Around 4:17 a.m., Rich was about a block from his home when Mulka, still on the phone with him, heard voices in the background. Rich reassured her that he was steps away from being at his front door and hung up.
Two minutes later, Rich was shot twice. Police were on the scene within three minutes. Rich sustained bruising on his hands and face. He remained conscious, but died at a nearby hospital less than two hours later.
Police detectives will not say whether Rich provided them with any clues about the identity of his attackers or their motivation, Wheeler said. However, Wheeler believes Rich could have provided information prior to his death of who was responsible for carrying out his murder.
Grainy video tape from a security camera outside a grocery mart shows two assailants shooting Rich twice in his back. They did not take “his wallet, cell phone, keys, watch or necklace worth about $2,000.”
On July 22, just twelve days after Rich was murdered, WikiLeaks published emails that prompted the resignation of Debbie Wasserman Schultz from her role as DNC chairperson on the eve of the Democratic National Convention. WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has insisted all along that the DNC emails were not hacked by the Russians, and he has implied that Rich was indeed the source of the emails. On August 9, WikiLeaks offered a $20,000 reward for information on the murdered DNC staffer.
Assange told a Dutch reporter last August:
[O]ur sources take risks, and they, they become concerned to see things occurring like that, whistle-blowers go to significant efforts to get us material and often very significant risks. As a 27-year-old, works for the DNC, was shot in the back, murdered just a few weeks ago for unknown reasons as he was walking down the street in Washington.
Fox News reports that law enforcement sources “close to the investigation” say the police have “no suspects and no substantial leads as to who the killer or killers may be”:
Metropolitan Police, including the police chief, have refused to discuss the case, despite requests from Fox News dating back 10 months.
The department released a statement on the case saying it remains an active investigation and that detectives are working with Rich’s family.
“If there are any individuals who feel they have information, we urge them to call us at (202) 727-9099 or text us at 50411,” read the statement. “The department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information on this case that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.”
The FBI’s national office declined to comment, but sources said the bureau provided cyber expertise to examine Rich’s computer.
Wheeler believes powerful forces are preventing the case from a thorough investigation.
“My investigation shows someone within the D.C. government, Democratic National Committee or Clinton team is blocking the murder investigation from going forward,” Wheeler told Fox News. “That is unfortunate. Seth Rich’s murder is unsolved as a result of that.”
Rich’s family released a statement blasting Rod Wheeler. The statement says he was not authorized to speak to the press about the investigation, and characterizes his findings as “unsubstantiated claims”:
“As we’ve seen through the past year of unsubstantiated claims, we see no facts, we have seen no evidence, we have been approached with no emails and only learned about this when contacted by the press,” the spokesperson said. “Even if tomorrow, an email was found, it is not a high enough bar of evidence to prove interactions as emails can be altered and we’ve seen that those interested in pushing conspiracies will stop at nothing to do so.
“We are a family who is committed to facts, not fake evidence that surfaces every few months to fill the voice and strict law enforcement and the general public from finding Seth’s murderers,” the statement continued. “The services of the private investigator who spoke to press was offered to the Rich family and paid for by a third party, and contractually was barred from speaking to press or anyone outside of law enforcement or the family unless explicitly authorized by the family.”
Rod Wheeler told CNNon Tuesday afternoon that the source for his claim that there was “tangible evidence” on Rich’s laptop that proves that he was in communications with WikiLeaks was the reporter who worked on the story for FoxNews.com (presumably Malia Zimmerman, who based her story on multiple investigative sources).
He explained that the comments he made to WTTG-TV were intended to simply preview Fox News’ Tuesday story. The WTTG-TV news director did not respond to multiple requests for comment.
“I only got that [information] from the reporter at Fox News,” Wheeler told CNN. Asked about a quote attributed to him in the Fox News story in which he said his “investigation up to this point shows there was some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and Wikileaks,” Wheeler said he was referring to information that had already been reported in the media.
In an appearance on Fox News’“Hannity” on Tuesday night, however, Wheeler had a different story.
He said a “federal investigator that was involved on the inside of the case” saw Rich’s computer and the case file. Wheeler told host Sean Hannity the investigator “came across [as] very credible.
When you look at that, with the totality of everything else that I found in this case, it’s very consistent for a person with my experience to begin to think, ‘Well, perhaps there were some email communication between Seth and Wikileaks.'”
Brad Bauman, a spokesman for the Rich family, said the family was “reviewing possible legal action against Wheeler for speaking about the case publicly.”
A contract between Wheeler and the Rich family prohibited from speaking to the media about his ongoing investigation, Bauman said.

Intro to ‘Was Obama’s White House Politicizing Intelligence To Influence The 2016 Elections’

The Dems and the Leftist Mainstream Media (MSM) have been hell-bent to disqualify President Trump since election day 2016. All disqualification agendas seem to gravitate around President Trump colluded with Russia to win over Crooked Hillary.
It is my belief the “collusion” accusation is horse pucky, but Russian attempts to manipulate the American voter is very possible. AND if POSSIBLE turns into reality, Russia needs to suffer any kind consequences the Trump Administration is willing to inflict. By inflict I mean at least with a Cold War-style agitation to see how far the Russians are willing to confront the still most powerful nation in the world which of course is the United States of America.
That being said, the continuous disparaging of President Trump should be examined by the Trump Administration Department of Justice for crimes by Dems, the Left MSM, current government civil servant lifers loyal to BHO AND former Obama Administration Officials INCLUDING the treasonous former President Barack Hussein Obama.
The truth is that all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies did not conclude that Russia tried to interfere in the election or help Trump win. Not even close.
Although there are strong indications the Obama administration abused intelligence collection by U.S. agencies to gather information on the Trump campaign to leak to the news media, it also appeared to abuse another U.S. intelligence mission: intelligence analysis.
Congressional Democrats and the mainstream media consider it gospel truth that all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies unanimously concluded that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to help Donald Trump win. But should we treat this assessment as true in light of major errors in U.S. intelligence analysis in the past and its politicization? Is something gospel truth just because U.S. intelligence agencies say it is?
The truth is that all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies did not conclude that Russia tried to interfere in the election or help Trump win. Not even close.
What Intelligence Has Really Confirmed About Russia
U.S. intelligence agencies issued two assessments on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. The first was an October 7 statement by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that said WikiLeaks disclosures of Democratic emails during the election were “consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts” but did not say there was any evidence of Russian involvement.
Moreover, although this statement said the U.S. intelligence community held this position, the memo was issued by only two agencies, and was called a “Joint DHS and ODNI Election Security Statement.” Hillary Clinton seized on this statement in the last presidential debate on October 19 by inaccurately claiming “We have 17, 17 intelligence agencies, civilian and military who have all concluded that these espionage attacks, these cyber attacks, come from the highest levels of the Kremlin.”
The fact that this memo was not an intelligence community document issued by all agencies with equities in this issue was very unusual. It also was suspicious that an unclassified intelligence analysis so advantageous to one presidential candidate was issued just before the election and only two weeks before the last presidential debate. In my view, this looked like looked like a clumsy attempt by the Obama White House to issue an intelligence assessment to boost Clinton’s presidential campaign and hurt the Trump campaign.
The second intelligence assessment on this question, issued on January 6, 2017, I believe represents a serious instance of a presidential administration manipulating U.S. intelligence analysis to issue a politicized analysis to sabotage an incoming president from a different political party. The January 6 analysis found that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election and hurt Hillary’s candidacy to promote Trump. The assessment said this interference came at the direction of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
What About All the Missing Intelligence Agencies?
Like the October memo, congressional Democrats and the news media have said this was the unanimous conclusion of all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. But also like the October memo, this was not the case. The January 6 assessment was an “Intelligence Community Assessment.” Such analyses are usually issued and cleared by most if not all U.S. intelligence agencies and have a statement on the first page that usually reads “this is an IC-coordinated assessment.”
The January 6 Intelligence Community Assessment lacked such a statement because it reflected the views of only three U.S. intelligence agencies: Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and National Security Agency. The CIA and FBI concluded with high confidence that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump win. NSA concluded this with moderate confidence.
Why did other U.S. intelligence agencies with major equities in this issue not participate in the January 6 assessment? Why were the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Homeland Security part of the October assessment but not the January one? Where were the Defense Intelligence Agency, the State Department’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research, and the military intelligence agencies?
The January assessment also was very unusual because it was such a conclusive analysis of a very controversial subject with no dissenting views. Based my CIA experience, this is unprecedented and makes me wonder whether intelligence agencies that may have dissented were deliberately excluded.
There also is the question as to whether this assessment was written to conform to a predetermined conclusion by the Obama White House to undermine the Trump administration. The U.S. intelligence community has played political games like this before with interagency assessments to promote political agendas. One of the most notorious examples of this was the controversial 2007 National Intelligence Estimate on Iran’s nuclear program that was intended to undermine President Bush’s Iran policy.
There Are Indications Intelligence Has Been Politicized
CIA Director John Brennan’s role in approving this assessment raises serious questions about whether it was manipulated for political reasons. Brennan has been heavily criticized for politicizing intelligence for the Obama administration. This includes the role he played in the 2012 CIA talking points on the Benghazi terrorist attacks. He also has been openly and extremely hostile toward Trump before and after the election.
Given FBI Director James Comey’s statements at a recent House Intelligence Committee hearing that the conclusion in the January 6 assessment that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump was based on logic and not evidence, it is hard to believe this was not a pre-cooked conclusion driven by the highly partisan Brennan.
I strongly believe that if there were any evidence that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump win, or that Russia and the Trump campaign collaborated to affect the outcome of the election, this intelligence would have been leaked by Obama holdovers in government and the so-called “Deep State” to The New York Times long ago. The fact that Comey could not point to such evidence and this information has not been leaked suggests there is no such evidence because this didn’t happen.
The current congressional investigations of possible Russian interference in the election and the Obama administration’s misuse of U.S. intelligence collection to surveil the Trump campaign must also include whether intelligence analysis was politicized to damage Trump’s candidacy and presidency. These investigations must look at how the above analyses were drafted, who drafted them, and why some agencies did not participate. The committees also need to uncover any evidence of the White House trying to influence the outcome of these assessments or excluding certain agencies from participating.
It is time to call out Democrats and reporters who portray the idea that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump win as established truth because it is the unanimous assessment of all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. I expect the congressional investigations will conclude this claim is false and actually represented a deliberate effort to manipulate intelligence analysis to undermine the Trump presidency.
