The Democratic Party’s Illegitimate Use of Impeachment

The House Judiciary Committee, led by the majority Democratic Party, voted 23 to 17 along party lines to impeach President Donald J. Trump on Friday December 13th 2019, and the Democratic Party is moving full steam ahead with its lies and the weaponized impeachment process, that is an extremely flagrant, unacceptable and odious act, ignoring the truth. This exercise in evil, based on a deep hatred for the President and for America, is so devoid of sense and prudence that it would embarrass all the kangaroos ever assembled in the courts of legend, since it issues two articles of impeachment, two articles of fiction, that charge “abuse of power” and “contempt of Congress”. These charges are dubious at best, as they project the Democratic Party’s own offenses, and even have many members of the greater Democrat caucus in the House nervous over staking their political futures on a vote for this idiocy.

On December 10th, Representative Lee Zeldin (R-NY) exclaimed, “With this disgusting impeachment charade, House Democrats have proven themselves guilty of Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Congress.”

According to the New York Times, as of December 13th, one hundred and fifty-five of 235 House Democrats have expressed their support for the impeachment of President Trump. [Blog Editor: My brief efforts could not locate Justin’s NYT data, but NYT data on Impeachment Inquiry dated 10/10/19 has 227 Dems supporting Impeachment. BUT that was long before the GOP confronted Schiff, Nadler & Pelosi with facts vs hearsay.] Twelve representatives are still undecided or unclear on their decision, and sixty-six have not responded yet. One, Rep. Jeff Van Drew (D-NJ), appears to be a solid “No”.

However, a point made by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in November still holds true going into 2020, when he told reporters, “It is inconceivable to me that (the Senate vote) would be 67 votes to remove the president from office.”

During the airing of Meet the Press on December 8th, that highlights the hypocrisy and double-standards utilized by Democrats, host Chuck Todd noted that 21 years ago, as the impeachment of President Bill Clinton unfolded, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler [is quoted to have] stated: “Impeaching a president, when you have not got a broad consensus of the American people, a broad agreement of almost everybody that this fellow has to go, because he’s a clear and present danger to our liberty and to our Constitution, without that, you cannot and should not impeach a president. Because to do so is to call into question the legitimacy of all our political institutions.” Obviously, Nadler has departed a great distance from his former beliefs, as he invents new standards for impeachment.

On December 9th, former Independent Counsel Ken Starr, of Watergate fame, told Tucker Carlson at Fox News: “Impeachment should be the last resort and now it’s just a political tool.”

Since the 2016 elections, misusing the impeachment process, these Democratic Party traitors to America, such as Maxine Waters, Steve Cohen, Jim Cooper and Al Green, have attempted to impeach President Trump over everything imaginable, from his tax returns and the Emoluments Clause to Russian collusion, Ukrainian quid pro quo and on to obstruction of justice, obstruction of Congress and bribery. They have wasted weeks in formal impeachment proceedings that more closely resembled a Lefortovo Soviet style sham, where they unilaterally declared that President Trump’s intent was to harm Joe Biden’s bid for the Democratic Party presidential nomination; however, the facts do clearly exhibit, President Trump was actually more focused on seeing the Democrats’ real corruption and criminal acts, pertaining to kickback payments from Ukraine to Hunter Biden exposed and investigated.

On December 5th, during an interview at the Women’s Leadership Summit, Speaker Nancy Pelosi was asked, “Was there an ‘aha’ moment for you personally, a piece of evidence or testimony that swayed you now to take this step (forward with the rapid impeachment of President Trump)?” Pelosi answered this and two follow-up questions, with the following: “… all I hear from the press is that I move so swiftly that it’s like a blur going by. This has been a couple of years — two and a half — since the initial investigation of the Russian involvement in America’s election, which started much of this and led to other things. … So all along, I have said for two years, this is an impeachment … We don’t take any glee in this at all. It is heartbreaking.”

So how could all of the current impeachment talk really be about Ukraine and an innocent phone call, when Ukraine wasn’t on the agenda two years ago, especially when all parties concerned, including Chairman Jerrold Nadler have admitted there wasn’t any quid pro quo? Even if there had been a quid pro quo, it wouldn’t have constituted an abuse of power, since America has never just handed foreign nations money without any expectations. And as far as President Trump’s instructions to White House staff not to honor Congressional subpoenas, rather than an “obstruction of Congress”, this is simply a classic struggle and an exertion of rights between co-equal branches of government; most certainly President Trump cannot allow a rogue House to trample, thwart and usurp the White House.

“We don’t take any glee in this at all” …? Like hell they don’t.

A few days after Pelosi’s revelation, House Judiciary Committee ranking member Doug Collins suggested America should look at the Articles of Impeachment. He observed that the term “abuse of power” is so ambiguous and so vague” that it’s hard to even define, and they use its ambiguity to make it mean whatever they want it to mean. And Alan Dershowitz, a civil libertarian professor of law at Harvard University and a Democrat opponent of President Trump, essentially agrees with that assessment in his December 10th article, as he noted that abuse of power and obstruction of Congress are not mentioned in the Constitution and neither one is a high crime and misdemeanor. Dershowitz focused on Alexander Hamilton’s position that “vague criteria would allow a majority of the House to impeach a president from the opposing party just because they had more votes than the president’s party”, which Hamilton called ‘the greatest danger”.

The Democrats are abusing their power and weaponizing impeachment, dividing the nation, because if the early hearings had utilized due process addressing the issue and the President’s alleged wrongdoing, the entire process would have already ended, since President Trump has absolutely done nothing wrong. The Democrats simply fear the coming 2020 elections and they wish to be able to repeat over and over the words “impeach, impeach … President Trump was impeached” in hopes of smearing him enough to make a difference.

From November to the present, President Trump has exuded a “bring it on” attitude, stating “Frankly, I want a trial.”

Only one attempt to impeach the president was seen in the first 184 years of our nation’s existence, and in the last 45 years our nation has witnessed three, with President Trump well on his way to be the third U.S. President in American history to be impeached, before the Christmas holidays, although it is highly unlikely that the Senate will also vote to remove President Trump, as the sham proceedings head into next year. The larger question will be whether or not the issue even gets more than 50 votes to remove President Trump, since some Democrats, such as Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia, and all the Republicans, with the possible exceptions of Senators Lisa Murkowski and Mitt Romney, will vote against removing President Trump. A trial in the senate would be quite a circus and it would reveal the Democrats for the real fools they are each and every day. It would reveal that Eric Ciaramella is a rogue CIA agent, not a “whistleblower”, aiding and abetting the implementation of a seditious conspiracy, who should be forced to testify along with his co-conspirator Michael Atkinson — Intel Community Inspector General — and former assistant attorney general John Carlin, one of the perpetrators of the “Crossfire Hurricane” prelude to RussiaGate. And it would also be most interesting to hear from Gina Haspel, the current CIA Director, in order to discover just what she might know of Ciaramella’s role if this entire sordid, so far as to who were his associates in this treasonous affair.

And every cogent thinking, logical freedom loving American would certainly want to hear testimony from Representative Adam “Shifty” Schiff — UNDER OATH — who engineered Ciaramella’s entrance into this Ukrainian imbroglio and sequel to the Russiagate hoax. Schiff will certainly stay true to his immoral character and lie about his involvement and his actions, and any such perjury regarding such a serious matter before all America should result in his expulsion from Congress in disgrace. Bring in all the bad actors with pertinent knowledge on the allegations and the plot against the President, from crack-cocaine smoking Hunter Biden to Lt Colonel Vindman, U.S. Army, U.S. National Security Council Director for European Affairs and a de facto Ukrainian agent, and on to Daniel Goldman, the attorney and director for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and compel them all to testify under penalty of perjury.

Each time I hear Nadler and Pelosi, or any other Democrat, attempt to equate their treasonous impeachment tactic to “service to our duty to the Constitution and our country”, a white-flash passes through my eyes, bile fills my mouth and hot anger courses through my blood. In the end, the Democratic Party has provided all freedom and liberty loving Americans with more than ample reason to never vote for any Democrat ever again, as we join hands to right our country and renew and restore our Constitutional Republic.

This marks the first time in U.S. history that an impeachment has proceeded to a vote of the full House, without any clear criminal act and on the slimmest of “evidence” of any wrongdoing. Not only is this the most un-American act I have witnessed in my lifetime, it is a gross violation of the rule of law and the Constitution by Democratic Party petty tyrants, who have illegitimately changed the rules, manipulated our Supreme Law, and used any means at hand, both legal and illegal, in their numerous attempts to fully attain their endgame of ousting President Trump. And in the process, these traitors have subverted the will of the people and the U.S. Constitution, stopping at nothing in the pursuit of power, and created a Constitutional crisis that strikes at the heart of America’s society and Her Republic, deepening and widening our political divides and pushing America closer to a point of no return.

Trump Baits Democrats – Forcing Their Hand

Well-Well… Speaker-in-Name-Only Pelosi has decided to have a House Resolution on an Impeachment Inquiry Thursday 10/31/19. That certainly signifies Pelosi feels she has the votes to follow through with the idiocy of impeaching for zero crimes.

BUT what I am interested in are those who will go on record – be it Dems or RINOs – to get rid of a duly elected President who has committed no crimes such as Slick Willie did in the 1990s. Especially those Dems who won close and dubious elections in their Districts will probably be gone in November 2020. AND if any RINOs vote impeachment I pray to God they are primaried out of Office.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Monday the House will finally vote this week on a resolution to legitimize the Trump impeachment inquiry – which is exactly what Trump wanted them to do.

Pelosi sent out a formal letter to Democratic House lawmakers to say that the resolution “affirms the ongoing, existing investigation” and “establishes the procedure” for future investigative steps.

“We are taking this step to eliminate any doubt as to whether the Trump administration may withhold documents, prevent witness testimony, disregard duly authorized subpoenas, or continue obstructing the House of Representatives,” Pelosi said.

The vote is slated to take place Thursday on the House floor.

The actual result that will come from the vote is the setting of process ground rules. Now the Democrats will have to play by the rules that they were conveniently ignoring before.

Republicans, fully aware that Pelosi took the bait, seized the opportunity to go after the Dems.

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham criticized Democrats by saying, “A vote now is a bit like un-ringing a bell as House Democrats have selectively leaked information in order to damage President Trump for weeks.”

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said, “What it authorizes is that we were right. You can’t go back now.”

The White House pointed out that the move serves as proof that Democrats have been conducting an “unauthorized” inquiry.

“We won’t be able to comment fully until we see the actual text, but Speaker Pelosi is finally admitting what the rest of America already knew – that Democrats were conducting an unauthorized impeachment proceeding, refusing to give the President due process, and their secret, shady, closed-door depositions are completely and irreversibly illegitimate,” White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said in a statement.

For weeks now, Republicans have been calling for a formal House vote, arguing that the current handling of impeachment was illegitimate.

Earlier this month, the White House sent a daring eight-page letter to Pelosi and other top Democrats saying that it would not cooperate with the fraudulent impeachment inquiry.

“I take pride in the fact that our vigorous response to their underhanded tactics ended up making the House Democrat position untenable,” Graham said Monday. “Today, they were forced to change course.”

Pelosi made clear in her letter that the vote is being conducted because of the pressure put on by Republicans.

She accused Trump and his GOP allies of holding the position that “because the House has not taken a vote, they may simply pretend the impeachment inquiry does not exist.”

Even as she announced a formal vote, Pelosi insisted Monday that this argument “has no merit.”

“This resolution establishes the procedure for hearings that are open to the American people, authorizes the disclosure of deposition transcripts, outlines procedures to transfer evidence to the Judiciary Committee as it considers potential articles of impeachment, and sets forth due process rights for the president and his counsel,” she said.

Just two weeks ago, however, Pelosi was adamant that there would be no formal vote at that point, refusing to bend to meet Republican demands.

Democrats are now saying that Pelosi has changed her mind, embracing a vote for “strategic reasons.”

Not one of those lies used as an excuse to impeach Trump has wrung true. YET even now phone Dem/Intel Whistleblower operators are manifesting like cockroaches in the shadows with secondhand claims and unsubstantiated firsthand claims. AND I emphasize “UNSUBSTANTIATED” because of the Dem demand to protect the identity of accusers to mask any credible authenticity.

If you are a wonderer as I am, one reason is emerging that you will NEVER hear or read reliably from the Dem Propaganda MSM. Namely the purpose for years of defaming President Trump is to hide the criminal behavior of the Dems from at least the Obama years through the 2016 election cycle as well as the MSM colluding with Dems to cover up that criminal behavior. AND the basic tool in this Leftist coverup is the art of the smear, the lie and the manufactured acts to discredit. It’s a classic magician’s trick of the hope the hand is quicker than the eye.

Why Dems not pushing for ‘impeach’ vote

Impeachment has been an obsession of President Trump’s critics since before he even took office.

And now Democrats, interpreting the president’s telephone call with the president of Ukraine as a “quid pro quo,” say they have the grounds to impeach.

So why have they not held a full House vote on impeachment and instead are conducting an “impeachment inquiry.”

Because of internal Republican polling, according to NPR’s Susan Davis.

The NRCC briefed House GOP on private polling conducted Oct. 1-3 in 95 districts (55 D / 40 GOP). Don't expect any cracks in GOP unity: memo concludes voters "are much more willing to vote for a GOP candidate opposing impeachment than a Democrat supporting it."

On Twitter she wrote that the National Republican Congressional Committee “briefed House GOP on private polling conducted Oct. 1-3 in 95 districts (55D /40 GOP).”

The Twitter news aggregator Twitchy commented: “Democrats seem to know that as well, which is why all the talk of impeachment hasn’t yet moved along any formal votes being called.”

The Hill reported the White House planned to send House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., a letter urging her to hold an impeachment vote.

“By sending Pelosi the letter, Trump and the White House are aiming to force House Democrats in toss-up districts to take a formal stance on impeachment,” Axios noted.

“Republican sources say that even as the chamber’s minority party, GOP lawmakers can have a greater say in impeachment hearings and other parts of an inquiry once the full chamber formally approves it,” the report said.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., already has dared the Democrats to vote.

Warned Twitchy, “The Dems may well also know they’re sitting on a potentially epic backfire.”

The Democrats have been lobbying for impeachment since before Trump took office. They’ve tried claims such as collusion with Russia, obstruction and corruption. Their latest is that the president threatened to withhold military aid if Ukraine didn’t investigate Hunter Biden’s financial bonanza from a Ukrainian natural gas company while his father Joe Biden was the Obama administration’s point man for the country. Trump contends the withholding of military aid was unrelated and he had a right to discuss serious corruption allegations relevant to Ukraine and the United States.

One radical Democrat, Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, announced at her election party that she was going to Washington to “impeach the m———–.”

Pelosi for months had resisted moving on impeachment, claiming she wanted to see the evidence first.

She also is aware that the impeachment of Democratic President Bill Clinton backfired on House Republicans.

Audio Recording Blows Ukraine Scandal Wide Open, Appears To Confirm Ukraine-Hillary Connection

An audio recording obtained by the conservative radio and television network TheBlaze appears to show a top Ukrainian official admitting to trying to damage Donald Trump’s campaign in a bid to help Hillary Clinton.

You’ll recall in August 2016, then-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort resigned his post following the revelation of his past lobbying work for pro-Russian Ukrainian oligarchs.

Politico reported at the time, “In recent days, Manafort had lost the confidence of Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and one of his closest advisers, and other members of Trump’s family, according to a source close to the campaign.”

“The family was particularly troubled by reports of Manafort’s involvement with Russia and felt he hadn’t been entirely forthright about his activities overseas, the source said,” the news outlet added.

In an audio recording obtained by TheBlaze, Artem Sytnyk, director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, who was tried and convicted in Ukraine for interfering in the U.S. presidential election in 2016, can be heard bragging about his work to friends “Kolya” and “Ivan.”

On Friday, conservative commentator Glenn Beck, who founded TheBlaze, shared a translation of the tape.

“Did they, those Russians, help Trump? Your people?” Kolya asks.

“I think they did. Yeah. I helped him, too. Not him, but Hillary. I helped her,” Sytnyk responds.

“I was in charge of the investigation of their ‘black accounting’ records. We made the Manafort’s data available to general public,” Sytnyk later says.

“So what?” Kolya asked.

“He was imprisoned,” Sytnyk answers. “Manafort then was the head of the Supreme Headquarter of Trump, right? Then he was dismissed, too, including due to the ‘black accounting.’ After that, he was sentenced to 80 years of imprisonment term.”

According to Beck, the Democratic National Committee was working with the Ukrainian government through a Democratic operative named Alexandra Chalupa.

Andrii Telizhenko, the Ukrainian embassy political officer stationed at the country’s embassy in the U.S. at the time, stated that the Ukrainians “were coordinating an investigation with the Hillary team on Paul Manafort with Alexandra Chalupa” and that “the embassy worked very closely with” Chalupa.

Beck pointed to an email made public by WikiLeaks between Chalupa and Louise Miranda at the DNC.

“Hey, a lot coming down the pipe. I spoke to a delegation of 68 investigative journalists from Ukraine last night at the Library of Congress, the Open World Society forum. They put me on the program to speak specifically about Paul Manafort,” Chalupa wrote.

“I invited (American journalist) Michael Isikoff, who I’ve been working with for the past few weeks, and connected him to the Ukrainians,” she added.

“More offline tomorrow, since there was a big Trump component you and Lauren need to be aware of that will hit in the next few weeks. Something I’m working on that you should be aware of.”

The apparent further verification of Ukraine’s involvement in the 2016 race comes as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her fellow congressional Democrats have opened an impeachment inquiry, alleging President Donald Trump sought the assistance of the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Pelosi has accused Trump of delaying military aid in order to pressure Zelensky to open an investigation on Biden and his son Hunter’s alleged corruption.

Trump has denied wrongdoing and specifically that there was any quid pro quo, while Zelensky has stated he did not feel pressured by the president’s request.

Trump released the Ukrainian aid in mid-September. No investigation had been launched against the Bidens by Ukraine, according to The Associated Press.

So let’s get this straight. Pelosi and her Democratic lawmaker political lynch mob are trying to run Trump out of office because he expressed some interest in learning more about the Bidens potential corruption in Ukraine.

Over the weekend a new whistleblower, like the first unidentified, generated Monday morning headlines such as: “Second whistleblower emerges in Trump impeachment inquiry, said to be one of ‘multiple’ complainants,” from the Los Angeles Times. CBS News tagged a story “New whistleblower could blow up Trump’s main argument” And then came this: “BOMBSHELL: Audio, Email Evidence Shows DNC Colluded With Ukraine To Boost Hillary By Harming Trump, Report Says,” from Ryan Saavedra on the Daily Wire.

According to the story, The Blaze obtained an audio recording with Ukraine anti-corruption boss Artem Sytnyk admitting that he tried to sabotage the campaign of candidate Trump to boost the campaign of Hillary Clinton. Sytnyk’s contact was Alexandra Chalupa of the DNC, a veteran of the Clinton administration. As Askold Kryshelnycky noted in the Kyiv Post last October, “the connection between the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Ukrainian government was veteran Democratic operative Alexandra Chalupa.”

According to Saavedra, Andrii Telizhenko of the Ukrainian embassy revealed that the Ukrainians “were coordinating an investigation with the Hillary team on Paul Manafort with Alexandra Chalupa” and that she worked “very closely” with the embassy. In an email to Louise Miranda of the DNC, Chalupa wrote “I invited Michael Isikoff, who I’ve been working with for the past few weeks, and connected him to the Ukrainians. More offline tomorrow, since there was a big Trump component you and Lauren need to be aware of that will hit in the next few weeks. Something I’m working on that you should be aware of.”

In the audio obtained by The Blaze, Artem Sytnyk tells someone named Kolya, “I helped her,” that is “Hillary.” Trump has a “purely inner problem” and “didn’t give a shit” about Manafort. On the other hand, Sytnyk explains, “Hillary, she is – how shall I put it? She belongs to the cohort of politicians who comprise the hegemony in the U.S. Both in the U.S. and the entire world, right? For us, it’s … sort of … better. For Americans … what Trump is doing is better for them.”

Readers might wonder why these revelations didn’t get much traction with the establishment media. They might also recall that President Trump revealed the transcript of his own call with Volodymyr Zelensky. In response, Adam Schiff composed lines such as “I have a favor I want from you,” “I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent, understand? Lots of dirt on this and that.” And so on, doubtless hoping the television audience would take it for the real thing. Based on his record, viewers have grounds to believe that Schiff probably wrote the complaint of the “whistleblower” and others now allegedly emerging.

Based on revelations to date, the faux whistleblowers will be intel types. That is more evidence that POTUS 44, the “composite character” biographer David Garrow described in Rising Star, totally transformed the U.S. intel establishment, foreign and domestic, into a partisan, deep-state strike force. That partisan force exonerated the president’s chosen successor, Hillary Clinton, and framed opponent Donald Trump.

That continued through the bogus Mueller probe and now the campaign from Adam Schiff-Nancy Pelosi Productions, in which fake “whistleblowers” reprise the role of dossier composer Christopher Steele. Democrats have good cause to get this show on the road in a hurry.

With the 2020 election just around the corner, candidate Joe Biden often seems unsure of his location. Exposed as a fake Cherokee, Elizabeth Warren continues to run, and the others tout open borders and suicide pacts like the Green New Deal. A candidate who can beat Trump seems to have an existential problem, but there’s more to it.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz is coming out with a report on FISA abuses. Attorney General William Barr and John Durham are looking into the origins of the deep-state campaign against Trump, jostling with members of the Clinton Coup Clan such as Andrew McCabe, James Comey, James Clapper and John Brennan. It’s all so complicated but a famous movie might help clear things up.

In Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey, the HAL 9000 computer controls the entire spaceship Discovery One, but astronauts Frank Poole and Dave Bowman find the supposedly infallible HAL to be faulty. HAL uncovers their plot to disconnect him and bumps off Frank. Dave manages to reenter the ship and sets about disconnecting HAL.

“Just what do you think you are doing, Dave?” HAL says. Dave ignores him and HAL Protests, “Will you stop, Dave? I’m afraid. I’m afraid, Dave.”

In similar style, the Democrats’ intel ubermenschen [Blog Editor: German for supermen, the plural of ubermensch – superman. From Nietzsche’s philosophy] have been running the show and trying to overturn an election. Barr and Durham are looking into it, and like HAL the Democrats are afraid of what they will find. So Schiff-Pelosi Productions rushes out the Ukraine thriller, hoping to remove Trump or taint him beyond repair for 2020.

Barr and Durham should ignore the complaints of Brennan, McCabe, Eric Holder et al and keep working three shifts to reveal the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. That will be a better show than anything with the Schiff -Pelosi stank all over it.

Over a year and a half ago, President Trump called for American’s to set aside their differences and “to seek out common ground, and to summon the unity we need to deliver for the people … the people we are elected to serve.”

I’m pretty damned certain President Trump was speaking about the American people and not the Illegal Alien invaders now attempting to force their way into the nation and even demanding entrance. There isn’t any common ground to be found today between the Democratic Party, who represents Illegal Aliens’ interests over those of actual citizens and the Conservatives of America, who are fighting to save the Republic from their Open Borders policy and their flagrant flaunting of the law.

Recently, in response to an ICE operation aimed at carrying out thousands of deportation orders on July 14th, some two thousand protesters gathered outside of the GEO Group’s federal immigration detention center in Aurora, Colorado on July 12th, voicing their anger over Illegal Aliens being held in “cages”, in the same manner seen in at least ten other U.S. cities over this particular weekend. In what has become all too common place a display of Anti-American sentiment, shocking and despicable nevertheless, these protesters defaced an American flag with spray painted words “Abolish ICE” and the raised it upside down and alongside the Mexican flag.

One young toddler of obvious European descent was pictured in a stroller carrying a sign that read, “Would you steal me from my mother and lock me in a Filthy Cage?”

They seem to have forgotten, or they simply choose to ignore, the fact that rivers of blood have been spilled under the American Flag to defend and preserve the freedom they enjoy today, as they use their “rights” to abuse the nation in such a vile, despicable and reprehensible fashion, placing their hatred for America on full display.

Claudia Castillo, a former U.S. Army Major and an intelligence officer, was there as a representative for the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition. She told the Denver Post that those who took part in the disrespect of the American Flag shoved her, cursed her and spit on her when she tried to stop them. Castillo said, “It was disgusting and shameful”. And many Americans agree with you Major.

Meanwhile, at approximately 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13th, Willem Van Spronsen, an Antifa member, attacked the Northwest Detention Center, the local ICE facility in Tacoma, Washington. According to the Tacoma Police Department, Spronsen was throwing incendiary devices, setting cars ablaze, and armed with a “homemade” AR15 when they stopped him, killing him, before he could detonate the facility’s propane tank, which could have resulted in the mass murder of the facilities guards and those in detention.

Can you say seeds of Civil War?], released by KIRO7, Spronsen said he wanted to make a statement at the facility, writing: “I regret that I will miss the rest of the revolution. Doing what I can to help defend my precious and wondrous people is an experience too rich to describe. I am Antifa.” If he was truly interested in defending his “precious people”, he would have been defending them against being robbed, raped and murdered by illegal aliens every day, every week and each year.

While Spronsen was attacking an ICE facility, New York’s Marxist Mayor Bill de Blasio was telling Illegal Aliens, “we will do everything we can to protect you.” DeBlasio and others have essentially announced that they are openly violating federal immigration laws.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi urged Illegal Aliens to resist deportation on July 11th. She suggested that they have the right to refuse to open their doors to ICE agents who try to apprehend them in any national sweep aimed at their deportation. In similar fashion, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign sent out a mass email, that said the same thing, except with a lot more detail on how to interact with ICE, and in seventeen different languages.

What a load of Bull Manure. It is this sort of Commie Lunacy that aids criminal Illegal Aliens over the good and decent Americans. These nuts in our society and even Congress are protecting Illegal Alien criminals.

Thankfully, on July 12th, acting ICE director Thomas Homan gave a compelling and emotionally charged accounting for his actions, before Congress, and put AOC in her place, when she castigated him on separating children from families, by noting that even U.S. citizens are separated from their children when they commit a crime. AOC countered that seeking asylum isn’t illegal, but was shown her error and left speechless and fumbling with her papers, when Homan stated: “if you want to seek asylum, then go to a port of entry. Do it the legal way. The Attorney General (Barr} of the United States has made that clear.”

In connection with their report on July 12th, Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to the Prairie State Wire in Illinois, that Jose Rodriguez, who struck and killed Corey Cottrell on June 22nd, is an illegal alien. And, according to ICE, Rodriguez had an expedited removal order dating all the way back to April 17th 2013.

Breitbart reports that there are 1.7 million people from Central America and Mexico living in the United States who have been issued final deportation orders. Breitbart also noted that Illinois became a sanctuary state in 2017 and currently harbors 400,000 illegal aliens from being detained and deported. Rodriguez was even granted bail by Illinois despite his deportation order.

Engulfing our country with their outrageous and dangerous crap, the blood of thousands of maimed and murdered Americans is on the hands of the corrupt and criminal Congressmen and their supporters, who are obstructing good immigration law and securing our borders. Every damn day more Americans die at the hands of Illegal Aliens and Congress does nothing other than continue their protection of criminal Illegal Aliens.

From the first day of the 1965 Immigration Act, the law has been utilized by Democrat administrations to single-handedly alter the face of America forever, and rather than do their duty to America and the Constitution, we see political prostitutes in Congress, represent the antithesis of America’s Founding and openly defy the intelligent enforcement of more than four hundred federal statutes aimed at preventing illegal aliens, drugs and terrorists and weapons of mass destruction from crossing our borders. They have turned the nation into a flaming cauldron of cultural and ethnic differences, in the name of multiculturalism and diversity, and their efforts are resulting in the erosion and destruction of our entire Founding, through mass migrations of people with little respect or love for America’s Western and Judeo-Christian Principles, much less our Constitution.

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

And yet, mass legal immigration into America isn’t adequate enough for the red, radical, communist Democrats, who scream “racist” at the very mention of the border wall, calling it a “monument to white supremacists”. However, anyone paying attention understands this is all theater in their fight to ensure their power and control of the U.S. government for the rest of the century.

Today, rather than throw America’s doors wide open forever to hordes of the Ungrateful and despite Emma Lazarus’ words, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free …”, America should take sound counsel and allow entry to only those hopeful immigrants who support our principles and Constitution and come not to subvert and overthrow our republic as aliens and enemies.

No nation can last forever when its borders are open to every stranger under the sun.

We have seen this on many different occasions. The Democrats are on a “smear campaign” because they still can’t accept that their candidate didn’t win in 2016.

In a video published last week, Nancy Pelosi admits that the Democrats are using “smear tactics” to attack President Trump. In the video, she makes bold confessions that should have all Americans on red alert. (RELATED: President Trump Gives AG Barr Power to Declassify Russia Material)

“We call it the wrap-up smear–if you want to talk politics,” Pelosi said. “You smear someone with falsehoods and all the rest, and then you merchandise it” Pelosi added.

“Then you write it, and they see it reported in the press. So now it is validated that the press reported the smear, that is called wrap-up smear,” Pelosi continued. “Then you merchandise the report on the smear,” Pelosi concluded.

Of course, President Donald Trump has said many times while discussing continued aggravation, that nothing will satisfy the Democrats, even after the Mueller investigation found nothing to justify the two-year probe of allegations that he colluded with the Russians during the 2016 presidential campaign.

When the Mueller report was released, they were in shock for an entire day. Then they started doubling down. They claimed that they wanted the whole (un-redacted) Mueller report before they would believe the results. (RELATED: LEAKED: Kellyanne Conway Shuts Pelosi Down in Oval Office Meeting)

AG William Barr made the un-redacted version of the report available to key Democrats. However, the only two that have read the documents are Republicans.

And on Wednesday, according to the Associated Press, when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi answered a question as to what would satisfy the Dems, she pretty much confirmed what the entire Russia probe — which has deeply divided Americans along partisan lines — was all about: “I’ll be satisfied when we have a new president of the United States who that is a Democrat.”

It is worthy of highlighting that in the last presidential debate of 2016, candidate Dems asked Trump if he would accept the election results if he were to lose. When Trump said he would have to see, based on whether the authorities managed the election appropriately, the Democrats in and out of the media rebuked him. President Trump put the brakes on Speaker Pelosi’s intention to use taxpayer money to finance a Dem Party political junket to Brussels, Egypt and Afghanistan. This news went viral on Conservative Social Media yesterday.

The President’s stated reasoning was because Pelosi and Dems refuse to negotiate a political settlement to the government shutdown and funding the border security Wall.

Most realize the probable true reason was because Pelosi tried to silence President Trump from using the State of the Union (SOTU) Address to influence Americans about Dem Obstructionism. Pelosi – typical of a Democratic Party operative – LIED about security concerns for the SOTU due to the lack of government shutdown funding. Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and the Secret Service repudiated Speaker Pelosi’s security funding propaganda.

GOOD FOR TRUMP! If Pelosi is so concerned about government funding she and her MSM propaganda tools should not complain about President preventing a Dem Party foreign junket on government funds not available due the shutdown.

Blue State Blues: Shutdowns Are Different When Republicans Fight Back

Spare, if you will, a moment’s pity for Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). They are not exactly enjoying the government shutdown as they might have hoped.

Pelosi had already packed her bags and boarded the Air Force bus Thursday, along with a sizable delegation of House Democratic leaders, for her overseas junket.

She and her comrades were, no doubt, looking forward to touring NATO’s billion-dollar-plus new headquarters in Brussels; posing for selfies on camelback by the pyramids in Egypt; grinning for photo-ops with the troops in Afghanistan.

Then the order came from President Donald Trump to prohibit her use of government aircraft.

Fly commercial, he suggested. There is a government shutdown going on, after all.

And, as Trump noted, 800,000 federal workers will continue to go unpaid — unless Democrats stay in town to negotiate.

The bus went ’round the block and back.

Pelosi’s shock must have been quite something to observe.

She is not used to being treated like this, you see. She apparently expected she could cancel (ahem, “postpone”) the State of the Union address due to the shutdown — and then disappear abroad.

Trump’s response — blocking Pelosi’s use of the aircraft — was gutsy. It was a “drain the swamp” moment.

But the timing was pure comedy gold. (Adam Schiff, stepping off the bus, looked like he’d seen a Russian.)

In a statement, Pelosi’s spokesman protested that the purpose of the trip had been “to affirm the United States’ ironclad commitment to the NATO alliance,” something the president had already done earlier that day.

Her real goal was to conduct an alternative foreign policy — as she did after being elected Speaker in 2007, when she paid a friendly visit to Syrian butcher Bashar al-Assad.

Pelosi’s flack complained that President Trump himself had flown to visit the troops in Iraq early in the shutdown.

But Trump is the commander-in-chief, and Pelosi is not. How jarring for her to be reminded that although she might pretend the Constitution grants her equal power to the president, only Trump can turn the bus around.

It was just the latest setback for Pelosi in the shutdown fight.

She and Schumer insisted on equal television time after Trump’s Oval Office address last week — only to be mocked mercilessly for odd staging and absurd makeup.

Pelosi must have thought her State of the Union gambit would be a winner. And it was — with the media.

Politico’s lead headline Thursday morning blared: “PELOSI PLAYS HARDBALL.” The article added: “The bold move also sent the unmistakable signal that Pelosi holds all the cards in the lower chamber.” A separate article in Politico declared: “Donald Trump may have finally met his match in Nancy Pelosi.” It described her as “satin and steel.”

CNN’s Chris Cilizza also chimed in, praising Pelosi’s “major power move.”

But her decision was soon exposed as a major blunder.

First, Pelosi’s stated justification — security concerns — was quickly debunked by the Secret Service and Department of Homeland Security. (In other words: she lied.)

Second, by refusing to hear the president’s speech, Pelosi effectively gave Trump license to give his speech anywhere — in the Senate, perhaps, or in a football stadium, far beyond the frowns of Pelosi’s new majority.

Believe it or not, Trump is winning the shutdown.

True, polls suggest a majority of Americans blame him — not a surprise, since he told us he would be “proud” to take responsibility. And a National Public Radio poll suggested that there are “cracks showing with his base.”

Moreover, though the public is somewhat inoculated against the media’s usual shutdown horror stories — they have cried wolf too many times before — there could be some real hardship ahead.

Yet Trump is winning — because he is fighting back.

That is partly a consequence of his position: the White House always has the advantage in a negotiation with Congress, especially a divided Congress.

But Trump is also winning because he is fighting harder — and smarter — than any Republican has before.

He began by picking the right battle. The one reason for which the public — or enough of the public — might forgive a government shutdown is national security. And Trump has framed the border issue as a national security problem, not a question of immigration policy.

That means the shutdown can never be entirely his fault: it is his duty, as commander-in-chief, to refuse to sign a budget that places Americans in danger.

Trump does not need to convince the polls that he is right. He knows if he begins to solve the problem, his support will return.

Pelosi and Schumer are somewhat new to problem-solving. They have also never seen a Republican who fights back. That is why they are losing the shutdown.

After President Trump’s tenure, whether it is four years or eight, America is a dead nation walking, a ghost of what once was in the fight between right and wrong and good and evil, as evidenced by Nancy Pelosi’s smile, full of malice and bad faith, like the smile on statues of the Aztec sun god, who demanded thousands of hearts to eat to prevent the end of the world. The world may not be ending for America, but the sight of the newly elected ragtag cast of anti-American Muslims and Socialists, taking their seats in Congress, is reminiscent of Ray Bradbury’s tale of heartbroken carnival freaks and a shadowy ringmaster on a mission from the heart of darkness, and it does not bode well for our institutions, the rule of law or America, unless conservative America effectively counters Socialist propaganda and indoctrination and starts fighting back tooth and nail to preserve the republic and our liberty.

The new Democratic majority Congress is all revved up, with the fervor of religious zealots, to continue its pursuit of toppling President Trump, through an inquisition that is designed to weaken, disable and impeach the man, who they view as the Golem of the White House, representing all that is wrong with America. The heart of their mission is to undo a heresy and the results of the 2016 presidential election, and they are willing to use thumbscrews, waterboards, bamboo splinters and any means necessary to accomplish this, or so it does seem.

Newly elected Michigan Democrat, Muslim Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib put her party’s goal in plain, course terms, just hours after swearing in on the Koran. At a rally hosted by MoveOn, a socialist group, near Capitol Hill, this Muslim radical Hamas supporter aimed her remarks at President Trump, and she stated she would help her Democratic Party to “impeach the m…..f…er.”

Simpleton California Congressman Brad Sherman immediately filed his articles of impeachment, with the glee of a little boy, in hopes of impressing his San Fernando Valley constituents out for deplorable blood. And while Speaker Pelosi cautioned that some bit of a predicate crime was required, all Democrats are hopeful that Special Counsel Mueller will deliver the needed “proof” when he hurls down his accusation from on high.

President Trump will shortly have a new Attorney General at the Justice Department, William Barr, who might ask Mueller whether or not he has looked into the malfeasance and corrupt acts of the Justice Department and the FBI. Barr might also might ask: Has all that monkey business in politicizing government agencies and scheming to undo President Trump, even turned up as a footnote in the holy grail of the Mueller report? Although America’s anti-American sectors of the Democratic Party are salivating over its potential content, it has now been delayed by a six month extension of the “investigation.

The obvious double-standard that currently exists has many Americans aghast and void of any respect for “the Law”. It is all too clear Justice is dead in America. The accusations against President Trump drive this point home, especially when all of Conservative America understood that the Clintons, and even former president Obama, committed high crimes against the United States and should have been dressed in prison orange by now.

President Trump or anyone in his administration hasn’t done anything that remotely approaches Hillary Clinton’s and Barack Obama’s crimes. Surely America hasn’t forgotten Hillary’s email scandal as Secretary of State and her destruction of thousands of emails under a Congressional subpoena or the Clinton Foundation’s “pay for play” and the selling of the State Department favors and the illegal sale of America’s uranium resources to Russia. Surely America recalls Obama used government agencies, like the IRS and the FBI to illegally target conservatives; that his administration sold firearms to Mexican drug cartels resulting in numerous deaths from these weapons, including a U.S. Border Patrol officer; and the lies Obama told regarding the murders of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Tyrone Woods and Sean Smith in Benghazi. However, any suggestions that all of these require further investigation are shouted down by the Democrats and the Leftist media. And finally, what about the collusion between the FBI, the State Department, the Clinton campaign and Obama’s White House to undermine candidate Trump’s bid for the presidency and his presidency?

Even worse, the investigations into government corruption by Inspector General Michael Horowitz and Utah U.S. Attorney John Huber were, in fact, a cover-up. They hid the truth rather than sought it out, as they protected the criminals rather than charge them. And grand juries were never empaneled on the pertinent facts.

In the meantime, Hillary Clinton now smiles like an aging Cheshire cat, as Julian Assange is trapped like a tiny mouse, and the red, radical commie rats take over the U.S. House, chuckling to see our Courts side with black-robed mullah’s and Muslim misogynists against the reproductive rights of young girls and in favor of female genital mutilation. How humorous she must find Chief Justice Robert’s rebuke of President Trump and a conflicted rogue “special counsel” ruining the lives of good men and bad men alike, just so long as they connect to Trump, all with the blessings of a complicit Orwellian Fourth Estate.

Americans cannot fall into a trap of their own, morally paralyzed by believing there’s nothing to be done, becoming the hollow men of T.S. Elliot’s poem. For those patriots who understand what true liberty and the rule of law means, it is our duty to fight, fight, fight and set this country right, if we wish to save the Constitution and the Republic. President Donald Trump unveiled a vast overhaul of America’s immigration policies Sunday night.

The package would require that in exchange for any legislation to allow children of illegal immigrants to remain in the United States, Congress must approve funding a wall along the southern border, approve curbs on federal grants to sanctuary cities and fix the leaky border to stop potential gang members from crossing into the U.S.

Trump’s package of proposals would also give federal agents more ability to stop illegal immigrants at the border, detain them if they slip into the country and deport them faster.

“These findings outline reforms that must be included as part of any legislation addressing the status of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients,” Trump wrote in a letter to Congress. “Without these reforms, illegal immigration and chain migration, which severely and unfairly burden American workers and taxpayers, will continue without end.”

The proposals received support of many lawmakers and officials.

“President Trump has put forth a series of proposals that will restore the rule of law to our immigration system, prioritize America’s safety and security, and end the lawlessness. These are reasonable proposals that will build on the early success of President Trump’s leadership. This plan will work. If followed it will produce an immigration system with integrity and one in which we can take pride. Perhaps the best result will be that unlawful attempts to enter will continue their dramatic decline,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., praised the administration for “a serious proposal” and said that “we cannot fix the DACA problem without fixing all of the issues that led to the underlying problem of illegal immigration in the first place.”

When Trump announced that he wanted to phase out the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which allowed children of illegal immigrants to remain in the United States, he said he was open to a deal with Congress to allow the estimated 800,000 DACA participants to remain.

“Anything that is done addressing the status of DACA recipients needs to include these three reforms and solve these three problems,” a senior White House official told The Washington Times. “If you don’t solve these problems then you’re not going to have a secure border, you’re not going to have a lawful immigration system and you’re not going to be able to protect American workers.”

“We would expect Congress to include all the reforms in any package that addresses the status of the DACA recipients,” one White House aide said on the conference call with reporters. “Other views had their fair day in the democratic process.”

But Democrats were outraged and accused Trump of racism.

“The administration can’t be serious about compromise or helping the Dreamers if they begin with a list that is anathema to the Dreamers, to the immigrant community and to the vast majority of Americans,” Senate Minority Leader Church Schumer, D-N.Y., and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said in a joint statement Sunday evening, according to The Washington Post. “We told the President at our meeting that we were open to reasonable border security measures … but this list goes so far beyond what is reasonable. This proposal fails to represent any attempt at compromise.”

Others were not so restrained in their opinions of Trump.

“Congress should reject this warped, anti-immigrant policy wish list. The White House wants to use dreamers as bargaining chips to achieve the administration’s deportation and detention goals,” said Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-Tex.), vice chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus

Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., called the package of reforms “an extension of the white supremacist agenda.”

He said it is “fanciful thinking that you can sit down with a man who has based his presidential aspirations and has never wavered from his xenophobic positions. I never understood — I just never got it, how you go from Charlottesville and white supremacists to reaching an agreement with him.”

PRIVATE EYE: COPS BAILED FROM MEETING ON SETH RICH, RUSSIA PROBES

WASHINGTON – Detectives leading the Seth Rich murder investigation agreed to meet with Capitol Hill investigators to discuss evidence surrounding the alleged hacking of Democratic National Committee emails during the 2016 presidential election, a private eye claims.

But the Metropolitan Police Department canceled its meeting with House investigators on the Hill just hours before it was scheduled to take place, according to former Washington, D.C., homicide detective Rod Wheeler.

Wheeler, who previously worked as the Rich family’s private investigator, told WND he had arranged the meeting between House investigators looking into the alleged Russian interference in the election and members of the MPD probing the unsolved murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.

‘Why would they cancel?’

Incidentally, during one of Wheeler’s own discussions with House investigators probing the Russia case, he claims, they asked him: What do you know about the Awan brothers?

As WND reported, Imran Awan was arrested by federal agents Tuesday at Dulles Airport in Virginia as he attempted to flee to Pakistan. Awan, who has been charged with bank fraud, headed a group of at least five IT contractors working for dozens of House Democrats, including former Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla. He is suspected of much more, including the possible theft of sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server. Awan has somehow acquired the services of one of the top power attorneys in Washington, Chris Gowen, who is deeply connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Wheeler claims a thorough investigation of the Democrats’ IT hacking scandal involving the Awan brothers may reveal more information about Rich’s murder, the 2016 email breach of the Democratic National Committee and the Awan family.

“I’ve been following the arrest of Awan – this is a guy whose name came up a couple of times in my investigation as someone that I should look at,” he said in a phone call to WND Wednesday. “I never really got a chance to look at them in the investigation – but what I did do – I met with the Capitol Hill investigators.

“I thought they should meet with D.C. police regarding the Seth Rich case because I thought they may find some correlation between the two things that they were doing,” he continued. “Hill investigators were very interested in meeting with D.C. police – they had never met with them pertaining to the Seth Rich case. The D.C. police detective was very interested in meeting with the Hill investigators.”

The MPD hadn’t returned WND’s requests for comment at the time of this report.

“The MPD detective didn’t give me any explanation as to why. He just said, ‘Rod, I am going to need to cancel that meeting,’” Wheeler explained. “I don’t know why they canceled. I do have some suspicions, but I don’t want to speculate. I am always hesitant to speculate because they hang you out to dry when you do.”

He added: “I’ve always wondered in the back of my mind, ‘Why would they cancel at the last minute?’”

Awan had access to DNC emails during WikiLeaks dump

As WND reported, federal agents arrested Awan, the IT aide of Wasserman Schultz and the top suspect in a major Democratic hacking scandal, at Dulles Airport in Virginia as he tried to flee the U.S. Tuesday and fly to the Mideast.

Awan’s arrest came just one day after reports emerged that the FBI had seized numerous “smashed hard drives” and other computer equipment from Awan’s previous residence. The former House IT staffer is suspected of stealing sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server.

Awan and his family members, all of whom worked as IT professionals for members of Congress, were banned from the House network Feb. 2, 2017, by the House Sergeant at Arms.

Despite the rapidly escalating scandal that potentially involves multiple federal crimes, Awan had been kept on the payroll of former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who circumvented the ban by having him “advise” her office.

In the wake of WikiLeaks posting damaging internal emails during the 2016 election, Wasserman Schultz resigned from her post as DNC chairwoman and blamed the scandal on an alleged hacking by Russians.

After the emails became public, Donna Brazile, who served as interim DNC chairwoman following Wasserman Schultz’s resignation, initially claimed the messages were fabricated. Then she alleged Russians stole the emails.

The FBI requested access to the DNC’s server to determine who was responsible for the breach. According to former FBI Director James Comey, the DNC refused to grant access to its server.

Awan reportedly possessed the password to the iPad Wasserman Schultz used when the DNC emails were provided to WikiLeaks.

Meanwhile, some have speculated that Rich – who worked in the voter analysis division of the DNC and was brutally murdered on July 10, 2016, on a street near his Washington home – was an inside source who leaked party insider emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 presidential race.

In an August 2016 interview, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange appeared to suggest that Rich was one of his sources.

Did Rich attend an IT party on night of his death?

During the course of his investigation of Rich’s mysterious murder, Wheeler claims, he learned something peculiar that he hadn’t heard before: Rich attended a party with numerous IT workers the night he was killed. After the party, Rich went to Lou’s City Bar, the last known location where he was seen before his murder.

Wheeler said he was determined to learn more about the IT party and who was in attendance, but all his questions have gone unanswered.

“Seth attended that party, and I wanted to know who else was at that party. But I could never find out,” Wheeler said. “When I went back to ask other people who should have known who was at that party – these were people who were close to Seth – they told me, ‘You don’t need to know who was at that party because it had nothing to do with his death.’”

Uncovering more details about the attendees of the party is essential in the Rich homicide investigation, Wheeler contends.

“He was at the party before he went to the bar. What you do in a murder investigation is you work backward. You want to trace the victim’s steps as far back as you can – who was that person around the day before? – as far back as you can,” he said. “What was interesting is when I am told as an investigator that I don’t need to talk to people who were at the party. It makes you wonder why.”

DNC’s Brazile asked cops why Wheeler was ‘snooping’ in Rich case

Wheeler told WND in May that the MPD withheld information from him pertaining to Rich’s murder after former DNC interim chairwoman Donna Brazile called police to ask why investigators were “snooping” into Rich’s slaying.

A manager at Lou’s City Bar told WND that police never interviewed the bar’s staff or requested evidence, such as footage from security cameras. And police also never questioned Rich’s DNC co-workers.

As WND has reported, Jack Burkman, head of a team of private investigators in D.C. working to find Rich’s killers, claimed the MPD was instructed by Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser for political reasons to stop investigating Rich’s murder. The MPD and the mayor’s office disputed Burkman’s allegations.

The total reward for solving Rich’s murder currently stands at approximately a half-million dollars. Yet, the DNC has offered no reward for information leading to the arrest of the murderer of its own young staffer. Instead, the DNC honored its murdered employee by dedicating a bike rack outside its headquarters to Rich’s memory.

The Rich family’s attitude toward Wheeler, he claimed, changed dramatically after Democratic political crisis consultant Brad Bauman became their spokesman. Rich’s family threatened legal action against Wheeler in May after he told a Fox affiliate that he believed police were covering up details about the crime. An attorney representing the family sent Wheeler a cease-and-desist letter on May 19.

Wheeler said he’s uncertain when he’ll be allowed to reveal his report on Rich’s murder, but he is perplexed that Rich’s family has never expressed interest in the report’s findings.

“The cease-and-desist order does not have an expiration date. I don’t know if it’s set up for life or what,” he said. “The family has never asked for my final report. Why not? That’s interesting. Why wouldn’t they ask their investigator, ‘Give us a copy of the report and let us see what’s in it’?”

Unearthed email reportedly ties Nancy Pelosi to Wasserman Schultz’s arrested IT aide

The recently arrested IT aide to former DNC Chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz may have interacted with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.

Imran Awan, who worked for Wasserman Schultz as an IT aide, was arrested on Tuesday while attempting to flee to Pakistan, after wiring $283,000 to the nation from the Congressional Federal Credit Union.

His wife, also a Dem staffer who raked in $168,300 tax payer dollars through the most recent House period, fled to Pakistan before him with $12,000 in cash.

As BPR recently reported:

Awan began working for Wasserman Schultz in 2005. Shortly afterward, several of his relatives mysteriously appeared on the payroll of other Democrats, even though they were rarely seen at work.

These four relatives collected a total of $4 million in salaries (funded by U.S. taxpayers) since 2009.

The staffers have been involved in an ongoing probe chronicled by BizPac Review thanks to the investigative work by the Daily Caller’s investigative team.

Now it appears Awan may have had access to Pelosi’s iPad, according to an email obtained by WikiLeaks.

WikiLeaks’ founder Julian Assange sent a reminder of the email that showed Pelosi’s iPad likely made it into his hands for some unknown reason.

Despite the email hacks that uncovered top Democrats’ misconduct and an ongoing, months-long federal probe that barred Awan from accessing congressional servers, Wasserman Schultz curiously kept him on the payroll until after his arrest.

Perhaps Wasserman Schultz is incredibly forgiving and truly values Awan’s counsel, or perhaps he had her over a barrel. Evidence suggests the latter is more likely.

AFTER AN INVESTIGATION WAS LAUNCHED, AWAN MOVED SUDDENLY FROM HIS VIRGINIA RENTAL HOME, AND THE NEW TENANT, A MARINE CORPS VET, REPORTED THAT “WIRELESS ROUTERS, HARD DRIVES THAT LOOK LIKE THEY TRIED TO DESTROY [SIC], LAPTOPS, [AND] A LOT OF BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE TONER” WERE LEFT BEHIND IN THE GARAGE AFTER AWAN’S DEPARTURE. “THEY LEFT IN A HUGE HURRY. IT LOOKS LIKE GOVERNMENT-ISSUED EQUIPMENT. WE TURNED THAT STUFF OVER.”

THE FBI WERE REPORTEDLY SEIZED HARD DRIVES FROM AWAN’S HOME LAST SUNDAY. THE DAILY CALLER REPORTED THAT AN ANONYMOUS SOURCE IN CONGRESS CONFIRMED THAT THE FBI HAS JOINED A CRIMINAL PROBE INTO “SERIOUS, POTENTIALLY ILLEGAL, VIOLATIONS ON THE HOUSE IT NETWORK” BY IMRAN AND THREE OF HIS RELATIVES, “WHO HAD ACCESS TO THE EMAILS AND FILES OF THE MORE THAN TWO DOZEN HOUSE DEMOCRATS WHO EMPLOYED THEM ON A PART-TIME BASIS.”

“THE AWANS HAD [MEMBERS] IN THEIR POCKET,” ONE IT STAFFER TOLD THE DC. “THERE ARE A LOT OF MEMBERS WHO COULD GO DOWN OVER THIS.”

It’s no surprise that just last week Wasserman Schultz began “negotiating” with Capitol Police in possession of her computer; she’s trying to get ahead of what could be a massive scandal.

If the allegations against Awan and his family are true, he certainly doesn’t seem like the type to carry the water for culpable Democrats, which means he’s likely to cut a deal with investigators.

The stories he can tell should have House Democrats quaking in fear.

Former Democrat National Committee chief Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) may be in a world of trouble.

Her former IT team has long been under suspicion for a series of very serious crimes. However, Schultz ran interference for her IT team for months and even fought to keep investigators from gathering evidence of their crimes.

When confronted on her behavior Schultz dissembled and continued to make it harder for everyone to do their jobs.

Thankfully, Imran Awan, the man who Schultz worked so hard to protect made one too many mistakes and was caught attempting to flee the country and return home to Pakistan.

Now, Geraldo Rivera wonders if we may have finally caught the real leaker of the DNC and Clinton campaign emails.

“Well, now you have a possible suspect. Here’s the corrupt IT guy standing on the shoulders of Debbie Wasserman Schultz arrested at the airport trying to flee, charged with stealing hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, of dollars.”

Sadly, even though Awan was captured several days ago and the crimes against him are deadly serious, the liberal media has had nothing to say about the story.

The news is just getting noticed by some of the network giants, but BizPac Review has been chronicling this unbelievable story for months, thanks to the exceptional investigative reporting of the Daily Caller News Foundation.

As of this writing — more than 3 days after the latest news broke — liberal media outlets CNN, the Washington Post, and the New York Times — STILL have not covered the stunning developments. Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh is disgusted that the mainstream media are apparently ignoring this story simply because it makes Democrats look bad.

Here’s what’s happening: Imran Awan, the former IT employee of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, was arrested at Washington Dulles Airport on Monday trying to flee the country on a flight to Pakistan after wiring $283,000 to the country. On July 23, the FBI had seized several smashed hard drives from Imran’s home.

Awan’s wife had already fled the country in March 2017 after authorities found $12,000 in cash hidden in her suitcase at the airport.

In 2005 Awan got himself a job with Debbie Wasserman Schultz. In the months following, several of Awan’s family members got jobs with other Democrat legislators even though it seems they didn’t actually do any work for them.

In fact, Awan made some $ 2 Million during his 13 years working for Debbie Wassreman Schultz. The other four members of the Awan family earned some $4 million dollars from the Democrat Party (paid by the American taxpayers) between 2009 and 2016. Think about that number. Four “IT personnel” earned $4 Million over the course of 7 years. That’s a nice salary for the “IT guys.”

During the same period Awan found his way onto the FBI’s radar after making some shady mortgage deals.

While there is much evidence that the Awan’s financial deals were indeed criminal, there was a much more worrisome problem.

As WND reports Imran Awan, “is suspected of much more, including the possible theft of sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server. It is a major scandal almost completely ignored by the establishment media.”

If the government’s suspicions are warranted the data breach could be incredibly massive. Awan led a team of at least 4 or 5 IT staffers who worked for dozens of House Democrats and the government believes that they may have stolen crucial intelligence from all of those Democrats over the course of more than a decade.

Meanwhile, Debbie Wasserman Schultz kept Awan on her payroll throughout the investigation and even ran interference for him with investigators. She was seen threatening Washington, D.C. police investigators, refused to cooperate with federal investigators, and even harassed the investigators who were trying to protect our nation.

So why is Schultz still working in Congress?

After engaging in numerous security violations over the years, former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz admitted to it, which then led to an investigation into her information technology (IT). Following the FBI seizing several smashed hard drives from his home, Imran Awan was arrested while he tried to flee the country to Qatar and then Pakistan after wiring $283,000 from the Congressional Federal Credit Union to that country. Now, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D) and both Bill and Hillary Clinton are coming into the mix of the Muslim IT spy scandal.

The Daily Caller reports, “Chris Gowen, Imran Awan’s lawyer, is a long-time campaigner for former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and a member of an attorney team that brought a fraudulent lawsuit against energy giant Chevron.”

Apparently, the Democrats have paid at least $4 million since 2009 into this Muslim IT spy ring called the Awan group.

Imran Awan had been under investigation for stealing classified intel, potentially blackmailing house members and various other data breaches.

Among those in political office who employed the services of the Awans are at least 23 current and former Democrats in Congress. Here’s the list:

What all do these treasonous Democrats know and how are they aiding these Muslim spies? Who knows. They could just be completely ignorant and in it for political gain or money or power… or they could know exactly what they are doing.

Either way, it looks as if this IT scandal goes all the way to the top in the DNC.

Instead of the media parroting the fake news narrative about Russian collusion, they should be reporting on this story as it is not only documented, but has great ramifications for national security. We can safely say the mainstream media are colluding with the enemies of America. They are not the press. They are the propaganda machine.
