Online publications such as WND (formerly World Net Daily) face economic woes largely due to the Leftist monopoly of Online Media. In a recent WND e-newsletter David Kupelian writes about the effects of this media stranglehold. Among other Leftist entities that Conservatives are nearly forced to use due to a monopolistic Media, Kupelian uses Google and Facebook as prime examples.

Today, Monday, May 6, 2019, is WND’s 22nd anniversary as America’s first online journalism company. Thank you for your readership, loyalty and support over all these years. We deeply appreciate it. WND was here before Facebook, before Google, before almost all the other Big Tech companies that have come to dominate – and unfortunately, control – today’s Internet. Following is my candid assessment of where we are, the challenges we face in a much more hostile environment, and the clear road ahead for WND.

The Democratic Party – whose presidential candidates proudly advocate allowing convicted mass-murdering terrorists to vote, destroying America’s oil, gas and coal industries, ending private insurance, killing babies after they’re born, inviting never-ending hordes of illegal aliens to invade our country, and imposing socialism on the most successful free-market nation in history – could win the presidency and Congress next year.

How is that possible?

How could such an obviously lunatic – and catastrophic – worldview prevail in the United States of America, you ask?

There are several reasons, but let’s start with a big one: Lies take hold in the absence of truth, and the left is now deeply engaged in a campaign to eliminate truthful free speech and a free press in our beloved country.

I’m talking about the ongoing censorship and predatory monopolistic suppression of genuinely truth-based journalism.

You no doubt are already somewhat familiar with this. Every day, it seems, Facebook or Twitter or YouTube has banned or suspended or demonetized yet another conservative, Republican or Christian.

But behind such headlines, something far deeper and more consequential is happening.

The left in America – with its increasingly blatant totalitarian tendencies – already dominates most of our nation’s major institutions, from our colleges and universities, to today’s Democratic Party, to Hollywood, to the “mainstream media.” Well, now the same “progressive” left has succeeded in taking over yet another gigantic institution: the Internet.

Although WND has published many stories over the last year and a half exposing Google, Facebook and the other tech giants’ campaign to extinguish free speech and independent journalism, we probably understated the problem.

As the original online journalism organization, going way back to 1997, WorldNetDaily – like other independent news enterprises – has been enduring a powerful, concerted, multi-pronged attack.

First, there’s the all-out assault on our operating revenues.

“Journalism, sustained by traditional advertising, is dying,” confirms the respected Washington, D.C.-based Electronic Privacy Information Center, or EPIC. In the research center’s recent written testimony to Congress’s Subcommittee on Digital Commerce and Consumer Protection, EPIC summarized its findings starkly: “Two companies [Google and Facebook] dominate the market. The privacy of internet users is under assault. The revenue model that sustained journalism is broken. The ad platforms are manipulated by foreign adversaries. Secrecy and complexity are increasing as accountability is diminished.”

Bear in mind that what enabled Google and Facebook to accomplish this – to essentially steal the life-sustaining advertising revenues from WND and other online news organizations – is their scandalous practice of invading your privacy and harvesting and monetizing your private, personal information. Totally unrepentant over this, Facebook is now going after your bank account.

But vanishing revenues are just part of the problem.

While Google and Facebook vacuum up four-fifths of all digital advertising, thereby depriving news sites like ours of their traditional lifeblood, these same mega-companies are simultaneously censoring, suppressing and “shadow-banning” independent, right-of-center news and opinion sources. It is now utterly indisputable that the Internet gatekeepers’ leftwing bias is fully baked into their algorithms, which is why – in an era when the Trump economy is expanding, with manufacturing finally returning to the U.S. and employment at record highs – for the past two years, it is almost exclusively stories claiming Trump is a traitorous Russian double-agent that have populated the Google or Facebook news feeds where tens of millions congregate to get their “news.”

Worse, you’ve no doubt heard that many of these Internet mega-companies now rely on the same corrupt hate group, the Southern Poverty Law Center, as their go-to expert on whom to discriminate against as purveyors of “hate speech.” (This, even though the SPLC’s top leaders have recently been ousted amid revelations of internal racial and sexual harassment!) The SPLC is best known for its “hate group” lists where it delights in lumping together genuinely honorable Christian/conservative organizations – like the American Family Association, Liberty Counsel, Alliance Defending Freedom, the Family Research Council and yours truly, WND – with actual hate groups like the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, Aryan Nations and the Westboro Baptist Church.

WorldNetDaily has long been featured on the SPLC’s ridiculous “hate/extremist” label. And since the Southern Poverty Law Center now determines what is “hate speech” or “fake news” for Google, Facebook and others, is it any wonder that these days, WND rarely shows up on a Google search unless you specify “WND” in your search, or else enter the exact WND headline?

There is much more going on, but hopefully it is now absolutely clear to you that, in a multitude of ways, the leftwing appropriation of the Internet is intent on accomplishing what it already has in America’s universities, popular culture, Democratic Party and establishment press. That is, to take it over, impose politically correct speech (and therefore thought) codes, and suppress dissident voices – in this case, making it extremely difficult for journalists animated by American, constitutional, biblical, commonsense values to do their job of digging out the truth and reporting it to you.

So, what does the future hold for WND and other independent media?

It’s no secret that WND has been severely impacted by this ongoing assault and is having to reinvent itself in many ways, from painful cost reductions including layoffs and pay-cuts, to optimizing remaining revenue sources, to inventing new and outside-the-box strategies in every part of our company.

Is there hope? Well, consider this.

Revered economist and technology futurist George Gilder, in his new book “Life After Google: The Fall of Big Data and the Rise of the Blockchain Economy,” predicts Google will one day come to an end. Why? Because, says Gilder, at root Google’s “philosophy attempts to lay an axe to the root of human creativity, free will and man’s uniqueness as created in God’s image.”

Let me explain. Gilder, whose track record of anticipating future technology trends is impeccable, predicts that today’s extreme centralization of data, power and wealth will one day give way to a new age of decentralization, restored privacy and individual empowerment. That would mean Google-Facebook’s predatory monopolistic destruction of competitors, wanton invasion of privacy and ideological censorship also come to an end.

However, there’s a catch. Key to that better future, says Gilder, is understanding that the whole idea of “free” is an illusion. As we all have recently learned, when we access Facebook and Google for “free,” it’s only because it turns out we are the product being sold! In place of “free” services that exploit, monetize and censor us, says Gilder, new developments like blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and micropayments will one day play a crucial role in keeping the public square of information open, decentralized, healthy and thriving.

If all this still sounds a bit esoteric, let’s boil it down to its essence: Only one thing is immune to Google/Facebook’s censoring, stifling, starving and shadow-banning independent, pro-American news and analysis like WND. Only one thing can counteract Amazon sucking up all the ecommerce and crippling everyone else.

That one thing that trumps all the predatory business practices, censorship and utopian fantasies of the current Internet gatekeepers is the creativity and goodness of real people acting under the inspiration of Almighty God. Arrogant, wealthy mega-companies cannot interfere with genuine virtue and generosity working through human beings committed to helping each other.

We at WND would love nothing more than to be able to continue working our hearts out doing what we’ve been doing for you for the past 22 years. If you agree, help us. It’s just as simple as that.

The Digital Cartel – and for that matter, the rest of the dark forces of this world – cannot destroy an honorable relationship between you and us. We give to you, and you give back to us. There is no “free.” “It is always a lie,” says Gilder, “because on this earth nothing, in the end, is free.”

Timing is everything. Gilder’s hopeful predictions – that the tech giants will succumb to the self-destruct code they have unknowingly created, and that one day what he calls the “cryptocosm” will usher in a new era of unfettered Internet freedom where ideological censorship is no more, privacy is restored, and sovereign individuals happily pay a tiny amount for the content they like – may take years to come about.

But for WND to survive, that future has to be now.

Intro to WND’s ‘After Farah Suffers Stroke…’

The online publication WND has been around a long time founded in 1997. WND’s own press asserts it is the oldest online publication of its kind.

With that said, I’m on the WND email alert list providing timely news articles. This is how I discovered the unfortunate news the WND founder Joseph Farah has suffered a stroke. Below are some brief details posted on WND 3/28/19:

 

Recently, adversity hit hard when our company’s founder and CEO, Joseph Farah, suffered a serious stroke. After spending several days in the hospital undergoing extensive testing and evaluation, he is now home, resting comfortably and recovering.

 

Although no one can say with certainty how long he will be away from WND, what I can say with certainty is that Joseph and his family are extremely appreciative of your prayers, as are all of us at WND.

 

Joseph’s medical crisis, in addition to being a difficult trial for the Farah family, is likewise tough for those of us staffing the news organization he founded and has led for 22 years. I’ve known Joseph Farah for three decades, and for 20 years have worked closely with this pioneering journalist as a colleague, good friend and fellow Christian. I know him as a man of enormous talents, integrity and genuine faith.

 

For me, even more disturbing, the formerly great Washington Post recently published a hit piece against WND mere days after Farah’s stroke was announced. It’s a sad day in the media industry when a media giant rips into another media company whose founder has had a severe medical event.

 

But I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised since WaPo has become one of the chief purveyors of Left-Wing Fake News.

 

David Kupelian writing for WND chastises WaPo and provides reassurances about WND’s intentions to keep providing Conservative news with a Christian and pro-Israel slant.

AFTER FARAH SUFFERS STROKE, WASHINGTON POST LAUNCHES MAJOR ATTACK ON WND

America’s 1st online journalism organization responds to attempted takedown by D.C. behemoth

Just five days after WND went public with the news that its founder, editor and CEO, veteran journalist Joseph Farah had suffered a devastating stroke, the Washington Post has published a lengthy article attacking Farah, his wife Elizabeth, and WND, America’s first online journalism organization.

 

The story, sensationally headlined “Inside the spectacular fall of the granddaddy of right-wing conspiracy sites,” cites mostly unnamed former employees and others. The Post also mysteriously managed to get a hold of the contents of WND’s private email server, referencing and picking apart numerous internal emails going as far back as 12 years.

 

So, what does the Washington Post story actually allege?

 

Against a backdrop of ongoing financial struggles at the company, the article rolls out numerous examples of unpaid bills, unhappy authors, supposedly bad judgment, failure to adequately communicate with board members, and “reckless and undisciplined” spending by the company’s founders.

 

Evidently the Post considers it shocking and newsworthy that over its 22-year history, a small, influential though undercapitalized company in a highly competitive business, rocked regularly by seismic changes – the dot-com crash, the Google-Facebook-Amazon disruption of the internet and so on – might experience its share of failures, difficulties and embarrassments.

 

Nowhere in the Post’s article is anything remotely illegal alleged. More to the point, nor does the Post acknowledge the important and highly regarded reporting generated day in and day out, year after year, by WND’s journalists – most of whom, remarkably, have been with WND for virtually all of its two decades of existence.

 

Most interestingly, nowhere in his massive 2,700-word article does Post reporter Manuel Roig-Franzia ever get down to what has actually caused the precipitous drop in annual revenue at WND over the last couple of years, which has led to the company’s current struggles.

 

Irony alert: One of WND’s most critical revenue streams over the past two decades has been its robust e-commerce operation featuring thousands of products: the WND Superstore. But WND’s store revenues have dropped dramatically, just as sales have tanked at countless other retailers both online and brick-and-mortar, from Barnes & Noble to Macy’s, thanks to one company – Amazon – whose founder, CEO and president Jeff Bezos is the owner of the Washington Post, having purchased it in 2013 for $250 million.

 

Seeing as Bezos is the world’s wealthiest human being, the Post fortunately suffers no financial problems like WND and others do.

 

But there’s more: Besides Amazon, other internet mega-monopolies including Google and Facebook have all but destroyed the other major revenue stream for online news: advertising.

“Journalism, sustained by traditional advertising, is dying,” says the respected Washington, D.C.-based Electronic Privacy Information Center, whose written testimony to Congress’s Subcommittee on Digital Commerce & Consumer Protection explained starkly that “the revenue model that sustained journalism is broken.”

 

These developments on the internet – along with the now well-documented progressive-left bias, censorship, skewed search algorithms, demonetizing, shadow-banning, outright banning and multiple other modes of suppressing non-leftwing thought – have severely impacted many independent journalism organizations, including WND.

 

There is so much in the Post’s article that is unfair, misleading and just wrong. But rather than refute every allegation and innuendo in this one-sided, unsympathetic portrayal of a vastly smaller but influential news competitor, maybe it’s fair game – since the Post casts aspersions not just on the actions, but the motivations, of WND co-founders Joseph and Elizabeth Farah – to examine the Post’s own motivations and agenda.

 

The Washington Post was once a great newspaper (I grew up in Washington and the Post was delivered to our door daily), best known for its fabled Watergate coverage, with Woodward and Bernstein inspiring a generation of young people to follow in their journalistic footsteps – including Joseph Farah. Those days are long gone. Critics today refer to the Washington Post as “Jeff Bezos’ vanity paper,” the Amazon founder’s chief lobbying-propaganda arm in the nation’s capital.

 

For the past two-plus years, the Post has been in the forefront of the fake news coverage of the phony Trump-Russia-collusion hoax. Let’s be clear: Month after month after month, the Washington Post feverishly promoted the worst hoax in American history.

 

Even before Trump’s election and the Russia hysteria, the Post frequently compared the New York businessman to Adolf Hitler. That’s right. As this writer documented in 2016, during that historic year the Washington Post’s election coverage included no fewer than five different Post writers explicitly comparing Trump to the Nazi monster who murdered 11 million people.

 

Enough said. As Tucker Carlson puts it, “The Washington Post is not a serious newspaper. It’s a joke.”

 

Although Joseph Farah is the only person situated to respond to many of the Post’s allegations, the paper chose to publish its takedown article right after Farah suffered a major stroke rendering him totally unable to defend himself, his wife and his news organization.

 

I don’t know why the Post chose to do such a thing. But I’ll close by simply saying for the record, as WND’s vice president and managing editor for 20 years, that I have nothing but the highest respect and love for this amazing news organization, for its founders Joseph and Elizabeth Farah, and for the dedicated journalists who work here.

 

Finally, regarding that Post headline gloating over “the spectacular fall” of WND: To paraphrase Mark Twain, “Reports of our death have been greatly exaggerated.” WND is still here. And we’re committed to doing what we’ve been doing since before Amazon, Google, Facebook and others even existed – to boldly report without fear or favor on all the corruption, lies, fraud, abuse, attacks on the Constitution, and outright delusions that increasingly dominate our great country. As the 2020 election nears, count on us to focus on underreported but life-and-death issues like voter fraud in all its forms, the left’s disastrous and flat-out insane agenda, Big Tech’s intended election rigging and much more – oh yes, and exposing fake news.

FEDS WANT TO REVIVE CASE LOST BY ‘OUTRAGEOUS’ PROSECUTION

Many may already know this, but I just ran into this story after largely light blogging during Christmas. I just read a WND story that the U.S. Assistant Attorney in Nevada intends to appeal U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro’s dismissal of all charges against Cliven Bundy, his sons and supporters for the 2014 armed standoff with Bureau of Land Management agents.

 

Why were the charges dismissed?

 

BECAUSE the Federal Prosecutors “… conduct in the case as “outrageous” and “flagrant,” asserting prosecutors concealed evidence favorable to the defense.”

 FEDS WANT TO REVIVE CASE LOST BY ‘OUTRAGEOUS’ PROSECUTION

Lawyer asks government if it will continue ‘gross injustice’ against Bundys

The federal government is preparing to appeal the dismissal of charges against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, his sons and supporters for the 2014 armed standoff with Bureau of Land Management agents.

 

The Bundys faced charges of conspiracy, obstruction, threats and assault for squaring off with federal agents and contract cowboys enforcing court orders to round up the family’s cattle.

 

The case was dismissed by U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro, who scolded the government’s conduct in the case as “outrageous” and “flagrant,” asserting prosecutors concealed evidence favorable to the defense.

 

The case was dismissed “with prejudice,” meaning the government is not allowed to retry the defendants regarding the standoff.

 

Now, Larry Klayman, the founder of Freedom Watch, has told WND that Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth White of the district of Nevada informed him the federal government has prepared an appeal brief.

 

Klayman said he asked for confirmation in a letter to the Justice Department solicitor general, Noel Francisco.

 

“In light of the history of this case and the gross injustice which has already been meted out against my client Cliven Bundy, his sons, and family by rogue Obama-era prosecutors,” Klayman wrote, the only reason for an appeal would be to cover up for “corrupt prosecutors.”

 

And he noted that the behavior of prosecutors in the case remains “under review” by the Department’s Office of Professional Responsibility and the Inspector General.

 

“It is time to allow my clients to go on with their lives and not continue to be persecuted by a Department of ‘Injustice,’ which rather than meting out justice, ‘circles the wagons’ to try to unethically and unlawfully protect its own,” he wrote.

 

Klayman included with the letter a lengthy statement by whistleblower Larry Wooten, a special agent with the Department of Interior and Bureau of Land Management, who detailed alleged misconduct in the case.

 

His description begins: “I routinely observed, [in the case] and the investigation revealed a widespread pattern of bad judgment, lack of discipline, incredible bias, unprofessionalism and misconduct, as well as likely policy, ethical, and legal violations among senior and supervisory staff at the BLM’s Office of Law Enforcement and Security.”

 

Wooten said the issues he uncovered put “our agency and specific law enforcement supervisors in potential legal, civil, and administrative jeopardy.”

 

When he went to superiors, he found they either knew of the issues already or had “instigated the misconduct.”

 

He charges “gross mismanagement,” “abuse of authority,” violations of the merit system principles and “prohibited personnel practices.”

 

The standoff between federal agents and Bundy supporters stemmed from the government’s contention Bundy had been grazing his cattle on publicly owned land and was therefore responsible for substantial past fees. Klayman, among others, has insisted the prosecution of the Bundy family was politically motivated.

 

Bundy and his supporters contend the federal government has no authority over state lands.

You can’t make this stuff up.

Never, even in my fertile imagination, would I have guessed that we would find a smoking-gun 49-page memo revealing how George Soros operatives, including David Brock, were there at the genesis, the planning stages, with their hands on the ignition key, of the most concerted, well-funded, diabolical attack on free speech in the history of America.

But there it is.

Millions saw it on the DrudgeReport – including, no doubt, President Trump, Vice President Pence and Republican congressional leaders. But most Americans still know nothing of its existence – because it was not reported among the Big Media. They don’t want you to know about it. They would be embarrassed if America found out how they have been used and manipulated – from their focus on “Russian collusion” to other wild conspiracy theories targeting their No. 1 villain, President Trump.

 

It was nothing short of a plan to turn Google, Facebook and other social media into hyper-partisan Democratic Party activists, promoters, cheerleaders, and off-the-books donors in an effort to turn the country into a one-party state.

And they’re getting away with it, even though the beans have been spilled publicly. That’s partly because, as I have pointed out before, Google-Facebook control the media. They use the media. They manipulate the media. They choose winners and losers among the media. That’s real power that we have never seen before in American life.

The timing of this insidious plot is key. When did it begin? Right after Trump was inaugurated. That’s when the attacks on the independent, alternative media — WND, Breitbart, et al. — began. We’ve been feeling the squeeze ever since — through politically skewed algorithms and speech codes.

The Google-Facebook-YouTube-Twitter-Amazon-Apple cabal is trying to ensure that we never have a free and fair election again in America. The “Russia-collusion” hoax is meant to take your eye off the real collusion by un-American, anti-free speech radical political activists.

Rich’s death brought forth theories ranging from random robbery gone bad to Rich was assassinated under the belief he released sensitive DNC emails that the Dems still claim was the result of a Russian hack. Report: Witness Prepared to Identify Two Killers of Seth Rich

The Washington, D.C. lobbyist who has been on the hunt for Seth Rich’s killer found a “credible” witness who will identify the two men he believes murdered the DNC staffer.

 

Jack Burkman, a Washington-based attorney and lobbyist who has worked with a private investigative team to solve the Seth Rich murder mystery, told The Gateway Pundit that the witness has conclusive evidence that will bring Rich’s killers to justice within a month.

 

“We believe that we have reached the beginning of the end of the Seth Rich murder investigation,” Burkman told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview Sunday.  “After two long hard years of work, we have a witness who is prepared to identify the two killers of Seth Rich. One is reportedly a current DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) agent, the other is reportedly a current ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) agent”

 

The witness, who “fears for his life,” will be accompanied by armed guards and disguise his identity as he details how two employees of the United States government killed Seth in a press conference slated for Tuesday.

 

 

Frank Whalen, a retired NYPD Detective Sergeant NYPD who served as the head of NYPD Homicide for 23 years, found the witness, Burkman explained.

 

“We found him through working with a retired New York City detective, who found him and brought him to us. We have thoroughly vetted this witness and we believe in this witness,” he said. “He has evidence that substantiates his claims but it will be revealed slowly. This witness is in great fear of his life – that’s why we are going with disguising him, disguising his voice and everything about him.”

 

Burkman, who has viewed surveillance footage from the night Rich was killed, says the witness’ testimony confirms two men involved in the shooting.

 

“What the witness says matches what the police say and matches what we know from the surveillance videos,” he said. “The police let me see the video. The police said the video clearly identifies the pant legs of two men. So, there were two men involved in the killing that night. I now believe that in the next 3 to 4 weeks the entire matter will be resolved. It’s the beginning of the end.”

Rich, 27, was a DNC voter expansion data director for two years and had accepted a position with Hillary Clinton’s campaign. He was murdered in Washington, D.C., on July 10, 2016, near his apartment in an affluent neighborhood. Rich was shot twice in the back with a handgun, and his wallet, credit cards, watch and phone were left in his possession. The Metropolitan Police Department has described it as a “botched robbery.”

 

Private investigators have claimed there is evidence Rich was the source who provided WikiLeaks with thousands of bombshell emails that rocked the Democratic National Committee in the summer of 2016 just ahead of its convention and the 2016 election. WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has also insinuated Rich was the source WikiLeaks used to obtain the emails.

The emails indicated the Democrat Party was manipulating the primary race in favor of Hillary Clinton and sabotaged the Bernie Sanders campaign, led to the resignation of then-DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich’s death and days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia, WikiLeaks released 20,000 emails from DNC officials.

 

As Gateway Pundit reported, Burkman was shot at and run over by the former U.S. Marine Kevin Doherty on March 13 who he hired to help him get to the bottom of the case. Doherty – who claims he worked as a special agent and criminal investigator in the intelligence community – was subsequently arrested by Arlington County police on charges of malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

 

 

The witness informed Burkman that Doherty was well acquainted with the two government employees that killed Rich, but he was unaware Doherty worked as Burkman’s lead investigator and tried to kill him earlier in the year.

 

“The witness himself didn’t know that I had been shot by Kevin Doherty. Before we even told him that, he told us that Doherty was friends and palled around with the ATF agent and the DEA agent who shot Seth. That’s why we think the witness is credible,” he said. “There wasn’t much coverage of my shooting. The witness didn’t see the coverage and didn’t know. We didn’t tell him, he told us before we told him.”

“We believe that Kevin Doherty may have been a plant in my organization, to kill me and stop my investigation,” he added. “He was carefully playing the role.”

 

Despite nearly getting killed while investigating the Rich case, Burkman says he doesn’t “live in fear” and neither should the witness.

 

“I now have armed guards all the time. And we will have even more armed guards at the press conference the place will be surrounded with private armed security,” he said. “But once we start living in fear we might as well have Adolph Hitler in power. Once you live in fear, there’s no reason to have won World War II.”

 

Following the press conference, Burkman will hold a candlelight march to the spot where Rich was killed.

 

“I promised the Rich family that I would find their son’s murderer. Their son was a great patriot and a great young man and it is for that reason that I want to solve this murder,” Burkman said. “His heart was in the right place and I want to honor him. We are one big political fraternity. This could have happened to any of the young people who work for me, Republican or Democrat, I employ both. This could happen to anyone of those young people.”

 

Burkman has created, paid for and erected billboards in the neighborhood where Rich lived and died; built the website WhoKilledSeth.com  and canvassed the neighborhood with Seth Rich’s parents. Last year, he sued the Democratic National Committee for the release of the hacked DNC server he claimed will reveal key information in solving the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.

 

The DC-based attorney has also offered a $130,000 reward of his personal money for information leading to the arrest of Rich’s killer. WikiLeaks is offering $20,000, One America News Network $100,000, the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department $25,000 and Businessman and investor Martin Shkreli $100,000.

 

The DNC has yet to offer a reward for information leading to the arrest of the murderer of its own young staffer. The DNC honored its murdered employee by dedicating a bike rack outside its headquarters to Rich’s memory.

 

The press conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Rosslyn @ Key Bridge Hotel in Virginia at 1:00PM est. Attendees of the candlelight march will meet in the lobby of the hotel at 6pm est.

The convoluted case of the murder in Washington, D.C., of Democratic operative Seth Rich has taken another turn, with a lobbyist who has been investigating the case claiming a “credible” witness has been found.

 

Jack Burkman, a Washington-based lawyer and lobbyist, told the Gateway Pundit blog: “We believe that we have reached the beginning of the end of the Seth Rich murder investigation. After two long hard years of work, we have a witness who is prepared to identify the two killers of Seth Rich.”

 

Burkman told the blog in an exclusive interview on Sunday that one of the culprits identified by the witness is an agent for the Drug Enforcement Administration and the other is an agent for the ATF, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Burkman said the witness has conclusive evidence that will bring the killers to justice.

 

As WND has reported, Rich, 27, the DNC’s voter expansion data director, had accepted a position with Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign just before his death.

 

On July 10, 2016, he was fatally shot in the back in Washington, D.C., near his apartment in an affluent neighborhood. Rich had been working for the DNC at a time when emails from the organization were provided to WikiLeaks for publication.

 

The Metropolitan Police Department and Washington Mayor Muriel Bowers insist Rich was randomly killed during a “botched robbery.” But others are doubtful because he was found with his wallet, credit cards and other valuables.

 

The new Gateway Pundit report said the witness fears for his life, and plans to have armed guards and a disguise to protect him.

 

Burkman told the blog Frank Whalen, a retired NYPD detective sergeant, found the witness.

 

“We found him through working with a retired New York City detective, who found him and brought him to us. We have thoroughly vetted this witness and we believe in this witness,” Burkman said. “He has evidence that substantiates his claims but it will be revealed slowly. WND has reported on the case since its outset, reporting just weeks ago the Department of Justice was refusing to release any records related to the murder, according to a lawyer who has been investigating the unsolved case.

 

The lawyer, Ty Clevenger, reported on LawFlog he received the news from the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys.

 

“Actually, they have refused to release any records about Seth Rich at all, e.g., whether he had a security clearance or a background check.”

 

But he pointed out the “same office originally refused to even search for records related to Seth Rich, but it was overruled on October 2, 2017, after I appealed to DOJ’s Office of Information Policy.’

WND reported last fall when Clevenger started his hunt for the Rich records.

 

After his FOIA request for records or correspondence about the murder or its investigation was rejected, the DOJ at that time told the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Washington, D.C., to hunt for records.

 

The U.S. Attorney’s Office originally put off Clevenger’s FOIA request, demanding he submit a death certificate to prove that Rich was dead.

 

“Since you have not furnished a release, death certificate, or public justification for release, the release of records concerning a third party would result in an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy and would be in violation of the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C.§ 552a,” the office said.

 

But Clevenger appealed. And Sean R. O’Neil, the chief of administrative appeals at DOJ’s Office of Information Policy, directed the executive office for U.S. attorneys to search for and produce any records covered in Clevenger’s FOIA request.

 

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has hinted that Rich, and not Russian agents, may have been the source of the Democratic National Committee emails he published online.

 

The case has caused considerable distress for Democrats. WND reported last year when former DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazile appeared incoherent and agitated when WND approached her at a book signing to ask her questions about murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich.

 

Brazile said in her new book, which is dedicated to Rich, that she was deeply concerned about Rich’s mysterious murder and had discussed it in a phone call with Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton after Clinton’s election loss.

 

She wrote that she asked Clinton to contribute to a reward fund to help find the slain DNC staffer’s murderer, but Clinton ended the phone call.

 

The following is an excerpt from Brazile’s book “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns That Put Donald Trump in the White House”:

 

I knew the campaign had over $3 million set aside in a legal fund. Could she help me get this lawsuit started? And don’t forget the murder of Seth Rich, I told her. Did she want to contribute to Seth’s reward fund? We still hadn’t found the person responsible for the tragic murder of this bright young DNC staffer.

 

You’re right, she said. We’re going to get to that. But she really had to go. She had made the call and checked it off her list, and I accepted after we said our good-byes that I might never hear from her again.

 

WND attended Brazile’s Dec. 12 book signing at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., and asked her why she believes Clinton seemed unconcerned about Rich’s murder and unwilling to allocate campaign money as a reward to find Rich’s killers.

 

But Brazile contradicted statements in her book, flat-out denying she even made them.

 

“You say in your book that you urged Hillary Clinton to use campaign funds as reward to find Rich’s murderer(s). And Clinton briefly responded by saying she really had to go,” WND stated, before Brazile interjected.

 

“I – I never read – I never wrote that. No,” she said.

 

“We discussed – on Dec. 1 we offered – Jim Roosevelt [co-chair of the DNC rules and bylaws committee] proposed that the DNC raise money to help with the reward fund, and we urged members to provide resources. But at no time did I tell Hillary – in the book, I said, ‘Don’t forget Seth Rich.’ That’s what I said in the book,” she claimed.

WND also pressed Brazile on why the DNC has offered no reward money to help find Rich’s killers.

 

The former DNC chairwoman and CNN contributor then became visibly angry and accused WND of trying to “smear” Rich and his family for mere “sensationalism.”

 

“Once again, I would like to go on the record as saying that the attempt to smear Seth Rich has caused enormous harm to his family,” she charged. “Joel and Mary (Rich’s parents) deserve better than that kind of salacious, sensational type of journalism.”

 

At some points, she appeared lost for words and made bizarre and rambling statements:

There’s no evidence whatsoever that Seth Rich computer, or any of his personal electronic gadgets was penetrated or infiltrated by any of those malware spyware. We had every computer, every cell phone, everything at the DNC reviewed on multiple occasions because of the nature of the attack.

 

In the entirety of the book, I mention, I dedicate the book to Seth Rich because Seth Rich belonged to, ah well, let me just say this. Seth Rich was a member of the voting rights department. I was the vice chair for civic engagement and voter participation. And when I wrote in the first instance about Seth Rich, when I heard about his death, I talked about July 10th, when I got the news that Seth was murdered. Some of you might remember during that period of time, it was following the shooting at Baton Rouge. And the shooting, the incident in Dallas. And when I first received this information that Seth was killed, the first thought in my head was, ‘Oh my god, Seth was in the wrong neighborhood at the wrong time.’

 

We live in Washington, D.C., and it bothered me. It bothered me that Seth was murdered, of course, because he was, you know, he belonged to the DNC. He was my kid, and I loved him. But it also bothered me that, uh, when I heard about what happened. I just thought that this might have been a racial incident. This was a period of heightened racial tension, not just in D.C. but across the country. Black Lives Matter and the police department, all of the protests across the country. That’s number one. So the context of me saying that was the context of what was happening on July 10, 2016, and what happened to Seth.

 

The context of who could have murdered Seth Rich, I don’t know. But what I do know is that his murderer is still some – or the people that murdered him – they have not been brought to justice. There’s a big reward for Seth, to capture and to bring – to find information – to bring it to justice. I know that Mayor [Muriel] Bowser and others are still concerned about what happened to Seth Rich, and I hope that we can finally bring to justice what happened.

 

Now, I know some people don’t understand anything about cyber security and hacking and harassment. Has anybody here as a part of OPM been harassed by the Chinese? Through the stealing of personnel files through the Office of Personnel Management? And do you recall at that time you receive a notice from OPM saying that you will have your information protected? And every year, I know every month, every month, I get a protect my ID status, OK.

 

Well, when this happened to us at the DNC, the first thing, because I had my information hacked through that illegal cyber-attack through OPM. That experience is one where, you know, you try to go and get a car, you try to go out and take out a loan, you know what that hacking caused you and the discomfort and I hope you continue to protect your individual identity and status. But when the Russian attack happened, this was one that no one provided us with any kind of protection. And so it was the responsibility of the Democratic National Committee – heh, who was broke – to provide protection. Similar to what OPM was providing me with the Chinese hacking, I had to provide that to the DNC, to the staff, to the donors and to others who had their personal information. And this just wasn’t just a normal threat, “Hey Geoff, you’re an X, hey Donna you’re a Y.” This was, this went beyond the name-calling. This went to our physical infrastructure. This went to our personhood. And I didn’t like it one bit; that’s why I changed our entire physical landscape at the DNC.

 

We put cameras everywhere. We began to protect ourselves because of the intrusion. Because of the way in which it came after our lives individually and personally and institutionally. They wanted to send a message. And for whatever reason why [Russian President Vladimir] Putin decided that he wanted to destroy the – I kept saying to myself – I used to scream out at night, “The Clinton campaign is – they, they got money – just leave us alone!” But this harassment continued and continued, up until Oct. 21.

 

And so no, I don’t allude in my book. I don’t practice the conspiracy theories that people have used to scar Seth’s memory, to hurt his family. I have been to Omaha. I have been to his synagogue. I have cried because of him. I love that boy. He was my child. I have dedicated a bike rack. I have gone out to raise money to help his family. Seth Rich, Seth Rich was a patriot. He was a great American, and he does not deserve to be, in anyway, he does not deserve the kind of outrageous conspiracy theories. And, yes, I told that to Sean Hannity. I’ll tell it to anyone else.

 

Seth was a patriot. He was a good patriot. He was a good person. He worked very hard. His colleagues at the DNC miss him. His family, Joel and Mary, they miss him. They are going through yet another Hanukkah without their son tonight. And I loved him, and he was my child. And I will always say good things about him. I get emotional about Seth. I love Seth. I love all my kids at the DNC.

I am stunned that the Leftist MSM has ignored the OBVIOUS discrepancies in the reports of the D.C. Police (officially the Metropolitan Police Department or MPD) and FBI on the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich! The police are officially calling Rich’s murder a robbery gone wrong. AND YET Rich’s wad of cash, expensive watch, wallet and credit cards were ALL found on him. Oh yeah, has anyone mention that even though it is reported Rich was shot twice in the back he did not die on the scene. Rather Rich was rushed to the hospital by ambulance quite alive with quite survivable gunshot wounds. AND YET Seth Rich died mysteriously in the hospital.

 

WND has the details below which incorporates the reporting of One America News Network (OANN). (I find it suspicious that my browser cannot access ANYTHING to do with OANN. I don’t know if the website is down or if my Chrome browser is blocking access or if my Internet Provider (Cox Communications) is blocking access. The only reason I could think of for Cox blocking access is OANN actually has a news channel on Cox’s competitor Direct TV. Or is it something even more nefarious? Could Obama-Friendly Government Intelligent services be involved in blocking OANN? I don’t know, the could be as simple as the website is down. WASHINGTON – A budding independent TV news company is jumping into the Seth Rich murder case with both feet today – boosting the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the slain Democratic National Committee employee’s killer or killers by an additional $100,000 and issuing a step-by-step report on why the mysterious death is more than a “conspiracy theory.”

 

With the additional reward money, the total amount from various sources has reached $245,000.

 

“We want to stress that our only agenda is finding the truth and that everything we report here is revealing the facts that we’ve uncovered in our investigation,” said Pearson Sharp in a new One America News broadcast on the case. OANN is on DirectTV and carried by many cable providers across the nation.

 

“Facts,” he emphasized, “and not opinions. And from an objective standpoint they simply don’t add up.”

One of the first responding police officers the morning Rich was shot was Robert Wingate Robinson. OANN reports he was a student at Georgetown University when John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, was a professor there. His sister, Nandy, the network reports, worked for the Clinton campaign as a research assistant in 2016. Since then she’s worked for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as a researcher.

 

The network reminds viewers that Rich was alive and talking to police and EMTs before being hospitalized, raising questions about what he may have been able to tell them. If he told them it was a botched robbery, that evidence has certainly not been made public.

 

The report also cites an anonymous Internet post by a person claiming to be a fourth-year resident at the hospital who confirmed Rich was not only alive when he arrived, but that his injuries were not life-threatening. Though the anonymous report cannot be confirmed, the resident said he was ordered not to visit Rich on his rounds because he was surrounded by law-enforcement officers and would only be seen by his attending physician.

 

That physician, OANN reports, was Dr. Jack Sava, a donor to Hillary Clinton’s campaign, who visited the White House six times before the day of Seth Rich’s murder. His wife reportedly visited the White House 23 times during that same time period. They both reportedly visited the East Wing, reserved for then-first lady Michelle Obama and her staff.

 

In addition, the network reports, the manager of Lou’s City Bar [Blog Editor: Interesting info on the manager identity], the establishment Rich left early the morning he was shot, had also visited the White House July 6 – days before Rich was killed.

 

What about political connections at the police department that have been alleged?

 

OANN cites Heather Podesta’s seat on the board of the Washington Police Foundation where she served with former Washington Police Chief Kathy Lanier.

 

OANN’s report stated no evidence has been produced to date suggesting the WikiLeaks emails of Podesta and Hillary Clinton were the results of a Russian hack. The Democrat National Committee did not ask the FBI to investigate the source of the leaks. Instead, as WND has reported, the investigation was conducted by the DNC’s chosen private firm, CrowdStrike, which, interestingly, was founded by the Moscow-born Dmitri Alperovitch, a nonresident senior fellow at the globalist Atlantic Council, which has ties to Hillary Clinton.

 

“I’m glad to see another independent news organization jumping into the investigation of Seth Rich’s death,” said Joseph Farah, founder and editor of WND.com. “We welcome the help. And we certainly welcome impartial official investigations with full subpoena power – something journalists don’t have.”

 

Rich’s murder is one of 65 unsolved cases in D.C. from 2016. His was the only murder last year in the quiet, well-to-d0 Bloomingdale neighborhood. There have been a total of five homicides in Bloomingdale since 2012, according to the Twitter feed DCHomicideCount.

OANN cites a number of inconsistencies and lingering questions in the case, while also noting that Rich’s murder occurred in close proximity to the similarly strange death of UN official John Ashe. Ashe was found dead just days before he was set to testify against Clinton in relation to matters pertaining to a corruption case where Chinese billionaire Charlie Trie helped launder $1.2 million dollars as part of Chinese government efforts to influence Bill Clinton’s 1996 presidential election. On May 25th, one day before OANN’s report, a representative of the media company made a post on the online messageboard 4chan appealing for help locating information regarding the doctor who treated Seth Rich for gunshot injuries he sustained during the incident. Within minutes of the post, OANN’s website was taken offline in a Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attack.

The findings of the report offer fresh insights what is appearing to be a story of complex political corruption and Democratic National Committee (DNC) attempts to downplay the scandal. Disobedient Media has previously reported on the extensive ties that key players in the Seth Rich case have to the DNC, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and the Rose Law Firm, the law firm which was at the center of the 1990’s Whitewater Controversy.

Shortly after the killing, Redditors and social media users were pursuing a “lead” saying that Rich was en route to the FBI the morning of his murder, apparently intending to speak to special agents about an “ongoing court case” possibly involving the Clinton family.

Seth Rich’s father Joel told reporters, “If it was a robbery — it failed because he still has his watch, he still has his money — he still has his credit cards, still had his phone so it was a wasted effort except we lost a life.”

In August Wikileaks offered a $20,000 reward for information on the murder of DNC staffer Seth rich. Julian Assange also suggested in August that Seth Rich was a Wikileaks informant.

On Friday American businessman Martin Shkreli offered $100,000 reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder.

Now this. OAN offered $100,000 reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder (This report says OAN offered $250,000 but it cannot be verified).

That brings the total up to at $245,000 in cash reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder.

Murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich reportedly sent 44,053 internal DNC emails to WikiLeaks before he was gunned down in while walking home from a bar in the wee hours of the night on July 10, 2016.

 

Twitter, whose founder has expressed regret that his organization’s advocacy for free speech may have contributed to Donald Trump’s election as president, on Wednesday suspended for 12 hours WND.com’s account for a headline tweet on Donna Brazile’s involvement in the scandal developing over the death of DNC staffer Seth Rich.

 

Rich died in a gun attack in Washington, D.C., last July, and several individuals believe he was the source of DNC internal emails that were turned over to WikiLeaks and published on the Internet on the eve of the Democratic National Convention.

 

The tweet was: “Bombshell: Donna Brazile warned off private eye on Seth Rich murder…”

On Wednesday, Twitter sent a message instructing WND to delete the tweet. “If you feel that your account has been locked in error, you can appeal by contacting our support team here,” Twitter said.

“What happened? We have determined that you have violated the Twitter Rules, so we’ve temporarily limited some of your account features. Your account will be restored to full functionality in: 11 hours and 10 minutes.”

Twitter declined to comment when asked by a WND reporter, except to ask which account was being referenced.

 

A WND company official confirmed the tweet was deleted per the company’s instructions.

 

The news story was about a private detective’s revelation that former Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile was the high-ranking DNC representative who allegedly called police and the Rich family and demanded to know why a private investigator was “snooping” into the case.

 

The detective, Rod Wheeler, told WND: “The high-ranking DNC official that called the police after I inquired about Rich’s case was Donna Brazile. Why shouldn’t I reveal who it was?”

 

Brazile, who was also a CNN contributor and a Hillary for America donor at the time, was caught providing Clinton with questions that would later be asked of Clinton at a televised CNN town hall. In an interview with Fox News before the election, Brazile denied leaking the questions to Clinton. But in a March 17, 2017, column for Time magazine, she finally admitted doing so, saying it was a “mistake I will forever regret.”

 

A spokesman for the Rich family has repeatedly criticized detective Wheeler, who was hired by the family in March, for not ruling out the possibility that Rich may have leaked DNC emails to WikiLeaks. The family recently sent Wheeler a “cease and desist” order to stop his investigation into the murder.

 

As WND reported, Rich was murdered July 10, 2016, a block from his home in an affluent neighborhood of Washington, D.C. He was shot in the back with a handgun at 4:18 a.m., and nothing was taken from him. He was transported to a local hospital and was pronounced dead at 5:57 a.m. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich’s death and days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia, WikiLeaks released 20,000 emails from DNC officials.

 

 

Wheeler said in several interviews last week that a federal investigator has elaborate details of Rich’s connection to WikiLeaks and is a credible source.

 

While the Twitter rules don’t address news stories about high-profile public figures and high-profile public scandals, it appears there were no violations under the company’s trademark, copyright, graphic content, unlawful use, Twitter badges, abuse, violent threats, harassment, hateful conduct, account abuse, private information, impersonation, self-harm or spam restrictions.

 

However, the rules are open-ended in several categories so that if a politically motivated employee was offended, he could push the button.

 

Interestingly, anti-Shariah activist Pam Geller reported also on Wednesday that Evan Williams, Twitter co-founder and still a board member, “went on a snark attack against President Donald Trump – a prolific tweeter, if there ever was one – and outright apologized for helping the former businessman reach the pinnacle of power, the White House.”

 

“In an interview with the New York Times, he said his organization was intended to give everyone a chance to engage in the free exchange of thoughts and ideas. But apparently, he now feels he created a monster – that the free exchange offered Trump, and by logical extension, Trump supporters, has just gone too far.

 

“And he’s not gonna take it any more.”

 

She reported the Indian Express wrote, “Twitter co-founder Evan Williams … apologized for making Trump’s presidency possible. Williams, who still is a member of Twitter’s board of directors, in an interview … said the purpose of his organization was to give everyone a chance to have free exchange of information and ideas.

 

“‘I thought once everybody could speak freely and exchange information and ideas, the world is automatically going to be a better place. I was wrong about that,’” the report quoted him saying.

 

The report continued: “He further went on to apologize in case the microblogging website played a role in getting Trump elected 45th president of the United States. ‘It’s a very bad thing, Twitter’s role in that. If it’s true that he wouldn’t be president if it weren’t for Twitter, then yeah, I’m sorry,’ he said.”

 

Trump has openly credited social media for his success.

 

“Without the tweets, I wouldn’t be here … I have over 100m followers between Facebook, Twitter [and] instagram. Over 100 million. I don’t have to go to the fake media,” he said.

Muslim Boy Rapists get Wrist Slap in Idaho?

Mysteriously WND has removed this title from their online publication: “Truth emerges in sex assault of 5-year-old by Muslim refugees”. The link that came with the email update times out. Searching the WND website will tell you the article is non-existent. (I discovered today just before posting, the email alert link with the above title now goes to a WND article dated 4/5/17. WND stamped a 4/7/17 update on it and stuck with the 4/5 title which is “TOWN WHERE MUSLIMS ASSAULTED 5-YEAR-OLD WANTS MORE REFUGEES: WND, Breitbart vindicated in case that brought accusations of fake news”. This is an informative article but I still am disappointed WND didn’t use the “Truth emerges …” title.)

 

I did a Google Search of the same title hoping someone else picked up the WND title – NOTHING – ZIP – ZERO showed up. What did show up is a lot of labeling of the story of a 5-year old little girl from Idaho being raped by three Muslim refugee boys was fake news.

I found a  GOPUSA.com article on the subject dated 4/6/17at 6:55 am entitled, “Refugee Minors Plead Guilty to Sexual Assault of Child Age 5”. The GOPUSA.com pages sources a Twin Falls newspaper: The Times-News (Twin Falls, Idaho). Unfortunately, the source link does not go The Times-News by name, rather the link goes to the GOPUSA Staff page.

 

After Googling “The Times-News,” I found a local website called MagicValley.com. The GOPUSA title does not work there. However after doing MagicValley.com search on the 5-year old rape victim, a very informative story does come up but under the title, “Prosecutor: Boys in Fawnbrook case plead guilty”. This title is not close to the WND title or the GOPUSA title. AND note there is no inkling Islam, Muslim or Refugees.

 

I have to wonder what reason caused WND to remove their title.

 

Then Lo & Behold, I found a Pamela Geller article entitled, “BREAKING: Sad Update to Five-Year-Old Idaho Girl Raped by Muslim Migrants.” The article website is at TruthFeed.com. It is similar to the WND title yet still different. The Truth Feed article goes to a point and then the very end reads “You can read more here.” The read more goes to PamelaGeller.com but it is a past post on the 5-year old victim entitled, “Pamela Geller, WND: Idaho State officials mistreat girl, 5, raped by Muslim migrants.” The Geller article is dated 11/21/16.

 

On a lark, I did a search on the WND title at the Geller website and came up empty handed. The Geller article from Truth Feed came up with nothing as well.

 

I am sensing more cover-up to the benefit of the Muslim Refugee boy rapists. But in full disclosure, the boys’ guilty pleas were essentially a slap on a wrist coupled with the fact they are minors. My guess is they will be reunited with their Refugee families and their records hidden from the public. As minors, there is a strong probability their sealed juvie records will be expunged sometime during their adulthood between ages 18 and 21.

 

The five-year old victim is stuck with psychiatrist/medical bills that may or may not help her in her adult life. Meaning, she needs prayer.

 

I was cross posting the Geller article from Truth Feed but I found a more detailed report from Mad World News (MWN). The MagicValley.com article will be first followed by MWN. If there is a cover-up, both articles may disappear. Since MagicValley.com is a local newspaper with an online presence, there is a good chance the article will be archived only accessible to subscribers.

Prosecutor: Boys in Fawnbrook case plead guilty

TWIN FALLS — Three boys involved in a June assault on a 5-year-old girl at the Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls pleaded guilty Tuesday to felonies.

 

The victim’s family and their lawyer approved the settlements reached in each of the three cases, Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs said in a statement.

 

“I am pleased that we were able to resolve this case in a way that was approved and agreed to by the victim’s family,” Loebs said. “This continues to be a serious and sad case, but it was resolved properly.”

 

“We agreed to the plea bargains. That by no means implies my clients were, or are, fully satisfied with the outcome of these cases or the prosecuting attorney,” Mark Guerry, the attorney representing the victim’s family, said in emails to the Idaho Statesman.

 

“After 10 months their right to some form of justice was long overdue. … They were prepared to testify at a trial or enter into to plea agreements months ago. More importantly, no convictions or mere words in statements could ever mitigate the unrelenting trauma and grief their little daughter now suffers as a result of this vicious sexual assault.”

 

The incident touched off months of turmoil in Twin Falls after the story was spun into a fake news account that exaggerated or flat-out falsified many of the details, including that a knife was present, the attack was perpetrated by a Syrian gang of adult men, that a rape had occurred and that the attack was celebrated by the perpetrators’ families as city officials orchestrated a cover-up.

 

In fact, police and prosecutors said, there was no rape, no knife was present, and the incident involved young boys. Officials characterized the incident as a sexual assault and say each say each agency involved followed proper protocol.

 

The boys were charged not long after the June 2 incident, and later that month their families were evicted from the apartment complex.

 

A GoFundMe page started by the mother of the victim has raised more than $72,000, with a goal to raise $100,000. The mother, who refers to her family in the third person when posting on the site, added her most recent update Tuesday morning.

 

“Today is the day!” the post said. “We find out what happens and when the kids start there (sic) sentence and what they get charged with. Please pray!!!! Also if you can share the campaign and donate so we can reach the goal for this family. They deserve justice and praying that happens today.”

 

After an investigation, two boys ages 14 and 10 were detained and charged. A third boy involved in the incident, age 7, was charged later. The youngest boy is from Iraq and the two older boys, who are brothers, are from Eritrea, an African country. The boys are from refugee families, but its unclear how long they’ve been in the community.

 

What actually happened during the incident remains unclear because the case was sealed to the public, typical in juvenile cases, especially those involving allegations of sexual misconduct.

 

Prosecutors said one of the boys touched the girl in the laundry facilities of Fawnbrook, a low-income housing complex in Twin Falls, while another boy recorded the assault on a cellphone video camera.

 

One boy pleaded guilty to felony exploitation of a child and misdemeanor battery. A second boy pleaded guilty of aiding and abetting felony lewd conduct and aiding and abetting misdemonear battery. The third boy pleaded guilty to a charge of accessory to the commission of a felony.

 

The boys will be sentenced at a later date. Loebs declined to say what the possible sentences are in the case.

 

The 14- and 10-year-old boys charged in the assault were released from juvenile custody in late June.

 

“As I said last summer, just like with any other case this is going to be handled by the justice system, and this is the next step in that process,” Mayor Shawn Barigar said shortly after hearing the news Tuesday.

 

From the beginning, refugee opponents accused police of mishandling the investigation. Those claims garnered the attention of national figures on the far right, including Brigitte Gabriel, head of Act for America, who came to Twin Falls to speak about what she perceives as a coordinated Muslim plan to take over Western societies.

 

But Police Chief Craig Kingsbury said Tuesday his officers handled the case like they do any other report of lewd conduct with a child.

 

“I’ve always felt that we followed proper protocol and procedure,” Kingsbury said.

 

In June, the police chief outlined the way such cases are generally handled and said his officers don’t interview juvenile victims or perpetrators of sex crimes. Those interviews are left to “properly trained forensic interviewers” at St. Luke’s Children at Risk Evaluation Services.

 

“The questions and question formulation when interviewing young victims is so important,” the chief said in June. “We don’t want to do anything that’s going to re-victimize — we don’t want this child to have to tell that story more than once, if we can help it — and we also don’t want to do anything that’s going to jeopardize the prosecution if an officer or detective were to improperly formulate questions.”

 

“There are no winners or losers in cases like this,” Kingsbury said Tuesday. “I think we just need to continue to focus on the victim, and victims in these types of incidents, especially here in April, child abuse prevention month. We need to do right by all our child victims.”

 

The assault happened in the wake of local debate over whether to close the College of Southern Idaho Refugee Center and at a time when refugee resettlement was a topic of debate in the presidential race and internationally, and the story spread quickly in the right-wing and anti-Muslim blogosphere. Authorities released some details about the case — a highly unusual step in a sexual assault case in which everyone involved is a minor — in an apparent effort to quell the outcry and counter inaccurate versions of the story that were circulating.

 

Many of these sources accused the city, law enforcement and local media of trying to cover up what had happened, and city officials were inundated with angry phone calls and emails and a handful of violent threats. Chobani, whose factory employs many refugees, was another target of anti-refugee anger, with some seeking to link the refugee program’s existence to the labor needs of Chobani and other large local employers.

 

By the end of the summer, Lee Stranahan, a reporter for the conservative news website Breitbart, and Julie DeWolfe, a vocal resettlement critic in Twin Falls, started a group aimed to fight globalism with populism and planned to start a “microbusiness incubator.” But plans for the “Make Your Hometown Great Again” group apparently never came to fruition.

 

College of Southern Idaho Refugee Center director Zeze Rwasama said Tuesday afternoon he hadn’t heard the latest news about the Fawnbrook case.

 

But he said the center took the case “very seriously” and condemns that kind of behavior.

 

“Whatever happened is not what we — as people helping the refugees resettle — something that we would think that it’s OK,” Rwasama said. “It is not.”

 

After the Fawnbrook case, the Refugee Center partnered with a behavioral agency to hold therapy groups with school-aged refugee children who’d recently arrived in Twin Falls “so they understand that type of behavior isn’t acceptable,” Rwasama said.

 

It was part of a program children regularly attend on Wednesdays after school.

 

Whenever something happens like the Fawnbrook case, the Refugee Center’s action is to “create a program that would give some more education to the kids,” Rwasama said. “We want to prevent any behavior that may be violating the law.”

They stripped her and urinated in her mouth while molesting her in ways that shocked the small Idaho community. Lacy Peterson and her husband Levi have endured nearly 10 months of hell since the horrendous incident that brought them into the news when their special needs daughter, Jayla, was molested by three Muslims boys at the Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls, Idaho.

The molestation was witnessed by Jolene Payne, an 89-year-old retired nurse who saw a 14-year-old boy from Sudan filming the assault in progress inside the laundry room. Two other boys, ages 7 and 10 from Iraq, were inside the room with the little girl, all three with their clothes off, while the older boy shot the video.

 

Although leftist media tried to cover the heinous crime, denying a rape occurred and calling many outlets “fake news” for covering it, Breitbart has most recently reported, “New allegations against ten-year-old boy who was involved in the June 2 attack were revealed in court on Thursday afternoon, alleging the boy both anally and orally penetrated the five-year-old, in addition to urinating on her. Previously, it had only been known that a seven-year-old boy had orally penetrated the girl and urinated on her.”

 

You would think that after your precious daughter endured something that no little girl ever should, justice would be swift and harsh. In a sick twist, that’s not what happened. The parents report that something happened that they never saw coming. Not only have they had to endure the molestation and rape to their daughter, but the powerful liberals in the community have sided with the Muslim refugees who allegedly sexually assaulted her.

 

These liberal nutjobs want everyone to embrace the Muslim refugees. Right after it happened, the liberal media helped the leftist mayor by reporting it was not “Syrians,” and even going as far as to say it “did not happen.” Sure, it was not Syrians, the 7 and 10-year-old are from Iraq and the 14-year-old is from Sudan. However, the fact remains that they are Muslim refugees. And now, we are finding out that the innocent child was, indeed, raped.

 

The case is set for a pre-trial hearing on Monday, March 27th, and one Twin Falls city councilman, Chris Talkington, went so far as to brand the concerned citizens who want to stop taking Muslim refugees into their community as “white supremacists.”

 

Shawn Barigar, the mayor of Twin Falls, also came to the defense of the refugees, giving an extended lecture to residents at a city council meeting, warning them against spreading false information. The only people spreading false information are the liberal nutjobs like this councilman, mayor, and mainstream media.

 

“We have been treated horribly,” Lacy Peterson said. “The way I feel, our case has been pushed under the rug and soon to be forgotten about. Since June, we moved into a house that we can hardly even afford. We were totally fine in the apartments until now.”

 

She continued, “I don’t think it’s fair that us Americans get to struggle and work hard and live paycheck-to-paycheck and pray to make bills,” adding, “And the refugees get to have everything handed to them.” It’s sick to think that a little American girl would be vilified by her own community. What is wrong with these scumbags who refuse to support this little girl who needs their help?

 

This story is so important to the liberal rags that the failing New York Times just sent a reporter to Twin Falls to cover the trial. Get ready for the spin from the left as they turn their backs on the little American girl in favor of the Muslim refugees just to make a point. This all goes back to their agenda to keep our borders open and deny President Donald Trump any type of travel ban.

 

What idiots they truly are, hurting a little girl in this case and sacrificing American safety, all so the United States ends up just like Europe, ripe with Muslim ghettos where terrorists live who want us dead. Only then will they be truly satisfied; that’s how these liberal rats roll.

A blockbuster new documentary asserts there is a master plan to create a permanent liberal majority in American by flooding it with millions of voters hostile to conservatism.

But “The Enemies Within” also claims forces dedicated to the destruction of this country have even penetrated the national security bureaucracy, endangering Americans and the entire system of constitutional government.

Key to this case is the testimony of Philip Haney, a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security and a counter-terrorism analyst who was widely praised and commended by his superiors throughout his distinguished career.

By accumulating vast amounts of data and examining the relationships between various extremist groups and their sources of funding, Haney had identified dozens of terrorists throughout the years, arguably preventing numerous attacks.

However, in 2009, it was Haney himself who was targeted by his own government. He tells his story in the book “See Something, Say Nothing,” but his story is also the most powerful part of “The Enemies Within.”

He recounts in “The Enemies Within:” “I finished a case up, I put it in the system. There were 67 records related to the case, individuals and organizations. But then about two weeks after I put the case into the system, I went on vacation and received a call from my colleague. He said they had removed the records from the system. They didn’t just modify them, they completely obliterated them, took all of them out.”

Haney argues this dramatic action had devastating consequences for the American people. The specific records the government deleted turned out to be directly relevant to terrorist attacks that took place later.

“Those are the records related to the network of mosques and organizations operating in the United States that is linked to the San Bernardino shooting and to the Orlando shooting,” he recalled.

Indeed, Haney states in the video the federal government not only removed the records but actually investigated him for simply doing his job. “They said essentially that I did not have the authority to put those records into the system, even though I had been commended by the National Targeting Center for finding 300 terrorists,” Haney says in the film. “So, essentially, the last three years of my career, I was under investigation by three different government agencies, all at the same time. They essentially determined that I was more of a threat than these terrorist groups.”

Shockingly, the distinguished counter-terrorism expert says no one in the federal government ever claimed his records were inaccurate or untrue. The facts, he claims, were beyond dispute. Instead, for no good reason he can identify, his work was eliminated and he was disgraced.

In one of the most dramatic moments of the film, Haney describes his reaction as feeling “infuriated and stripped naked.” He describes the painful experience as a “public humiliation.”

“To sequester me in a small room for the last 11 months of my career with no assigned duties and then have the audacity to say those were not adverse actions because ‘we’re just conducting an investigation,” Haney remembers. “It’s cruel to do that to a person. It wasn’t a moral infraction, it wasn’t refusal to obey orders, it wasn’t some crime that I committed. It was simply doing the job that I took a vow to do and had been recognized and awarded for.”

For that reason, Haney emphatically states in the documentary the United States has enemies within its own government.

Distinguished author and researcher Trevor Loudon describes the terrifying full extent of this hostile network operating within America’s own borders in “The Enemies Within,” detailing an alliance between radical Marxists and Islamic extremists that has penetrated the very highest levels of the federal government. As Haney explains in the film, the problem has gotten so bad, many of America’s politicians and policy makers would not be able to pass the kind of basic security checks required of even entry level employees.

“If you have overt ties to associations with known associations with terrorism, you cannot pass a background check,” Haney says in the film.

He describes Hillary Clinton as a “domestic threat” and details the deep connections between the former Democratic presidential nominee and secretary of state with some of the most dangerous Islamic movements in the world. They even go beyond her close relationship with longtime aide and confidante Huma Abedin.

Resolution 1618. That resolution, it essentially criminalizes defamation of Islam, has been backed for 10 years by the Organization of the Islamic Conference, a 57-nation organization. It is essentially run in its leadership positions by members of the Muslim Brotherhood. By endorsing U.N. Resolution 16/18, by default Hillary Clinton is aiding and abetting the Muslim Brotherhood on a macro, global level.” And the Muslim Brotherhood, in Haney’s opinion as a national security professional, is directly responsible for sponsoring terrorism. He argues in “The Enemies Within” the organization should be labeled a terrorist group and shut down.

“Since we already know that Muslim Brotherhood is the parent of Hamas and that these organizations are overtly supporting Hamas and other like-minded organizations around the world then we should shut those organizations,” he declares in the film. “And that would send a shockwave throughout the pro-Shariah, pro-jihadist Islamic world without firing a single shot or dropping a bomb anywhere in the world.”

Until that happens, Haney argues, national security professionals have been “completely blindfolded and handcuffed.” “We can’t use the most basic fundamental language that they themselves use to help us understand what Islam believes and what its intentions are,” he explains in the movie.

“The Enemies Within” doesn’t just analyze radical Islam. Instead, it details the terrifying extent to which far left radicals who have overtly declared their anti-American intentions are taking control of the very institutions meant to protect Americans.

At a time when the mainstream media is suddenly concerned about supposed Russian interference, “The Enemies Within” shows the rot set in much sooner than the last election cycle and involves hostile foreign actors more malevolent than Vladimir Putin.

“Those of us who took our oath [seriously] are being betrayed,” Haney says of his fellow national security professionals in the film. “Things like that which happened to me will happen more and more often because people will be forced to stand up for the law at the risk of their career and maybe even their life.”

Blog Editor: I found a Youtube video that bills itself as the documentary “The Enemies Within”. The video is narrated by Trevor Loudon as the first WND link in the promotion. However, the length  of the video is 5:41:39. That seems a bit lengthy to me thus I am unsure if it is the same documentary promoted by the WND Superstore.

Part of the nefarious Benghazi spin was to blame the terrorism on the so-called spontaneous reaction to an insignificant parody trailer poking fun at the architect of genocide the pseudo-prophet Mohammed. I should say, “Legal to date.” If Trump is elected President, there is a good chance his Justice Department will do what Obama’s Justice Department has allowed to be covered up at least from 2012.
