In Part I of our series we discussed the Clinton Foundation and the donations to the Foundation from the COB and CEO of AGT International as well as from Sheikhs in the UAE. These donations in the millions of dollars were for favors from the Clintons.
In Part II of our series we discussed the illegal actions that AGT International took to generate revenues around the globe. Highly sensitive ITAR classified technology was provided to China, Russia and other countries in the name of sales growth. These actions were beyond criminal, they were treasonous.
In Part III today we discuss the investigation that the FBI/DOJ started into AGT and the Clinton Foundation but then terminated and covered up before the 2016 Presidential election despite irrefutable crimes!
We’ve uncovered a heavily redacted letter dated April 18, 2016, addressed to a United States Attorney’s Office. The letter discusses an apparent court case or investigation entered into between the US, New Jersey, New York and an unidentified party (United States of America, State of New Jersey, State of New York, et rel. [redacted]) and members of the AGT family of companies (AGT International, 4D Security Solutions Inc., Star Management Services, LLC., 3I-MIND, Inc., iJet International Inc., Sentillian, Inc., AGT Group (Singapore) PTE. LTD., Logic Industries and Advanced Integrated Systems). The state, address and those who were copied in the letter within the government are all redacted in the header of the letter. (See Attachment)
It’s unknown who the letter is from but it is sent to the US Attorney’s Office regarding the court action noted above. The letter addressed a discussion that took place between the senders of the letter and the parties to which it is addressed (i.e. the US Attorney’s Office). The letter addressed potential tax evasion by AGT in the first couple of paragraphs. The letter followed up a discussions that took place on March 31, 2016, between the parties regarding the tax liability for “AGT International and all the companies within its shadowy domain”.
The letter includes numerous attachments that provide an idea of the size, revenues and geographic reach of AGT International. The senders of the letter note that they suggested to the US Attorney’s Office that the government subpoena “AGT’s tax returns and inter company agreements”. The sender believes that these agreements will detail work flows, responsibilities and the company’s structures. The sender believes that it is expected that the tax returns and revenues will be at odds with the dictates of the inter-company agreements. US revenues at AGT will not square with the work performed. (See Attachment)
The sender also suggests that the US Attorney’s Office subpoena bank signatures, SBARS or foreign bank reports that will reveal crimes. “A review of these documents should reveal incriminating falsehoods and concealment.”
The letter goes on to note that AGT has more than 2,000 employees and revenues of over $1 Billion annually, as boasted by the company’s CEO, Mati Kochavi. But despite these claims the US portion of the company shows little or no profit. AGT’s top management and world-wide back office were all housed in New York offices. This alone would cause major US tax obligations.
It’s also noted that one person with AGT (name redacted) “managed AGT, 4D, 3I-MIND, Logic and German AGT Resources.” The senior management team of AGT located in the US also managed, guided, and directed, all design and product development activity in Israel, Germany, the US and other locations. Although AGT claimed its headquarters were in Zurich, Switzerland, all of AGT’s top management operated from its Manhattan office, including AGT’s Human Resources Officer. (See Attachment)
At the bottom of the second page in the document is a footnote that is damning. The sender of the letter notes that the term ‘Safe City’ is just another name for the company’s principal integrated product. In Philadelphia, it goes by the name Delaware Valley Intelligence Center (“DVIC”). All of the AGT’s Safe City installations, regardless of name, utilize the same Wisdom command and control software.” (See attached)
This comment is damning because it asserts that AGT used one software and just renamed it wherever it went. If this software is highly technical and protected under US law from being exported to regimes that are restricted by US law, then AGT has a very big problem!
After describing more examples of AGT top personnel being housed in the US, the sender of the letter again notes that 4D, one of the names of one of the companies used by AGT, actually formed contracts in the US and has key players and a plant within the US which helps for eligibility for bidding on certain defense contracts.
The letter goes on to state that AGT uses the same people with aliases around the world. It is unknown why they do this. Also, AGT had a project in Luoyang District in China with the name “Urban Shield’ which in truth was really virtually the same project sold to Philadelphia and other federal and state customers by AGT entities 4D and 3I-MIND as the Wisdom Command and Control software. The same marketing tools were also employed in China and used in the US.
A final note about the letter is that it is noted that AGT software is used for intelligence gathering. The sender notes that the 3I-MIND and IJET intelligence platforms sold in the US are now functioning in various countries around the world as [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted], which are tools used to manage intelligence gathering, open source intelligence analytics and natural disasters management. In summary, the letter to the US Attorney’s Office provides startling information regarding AGT. The company was under investigation in 2016. All evidence suggested that it owed millions to the US government in taxes. But most damning for AGT is the fact that it was selling software, developed and used in the US, and sharing this software around the world. This software was used for intelligence gathering and yet was shared with Russians and Chinese! This is against the law.
At around the same time as the investigation, actions were allegedly taken by AGT. It was as if the company was tipped off. Many of its operations in and around New York were reportedly quickly shut down.
What happened to this investigation and court action? Why were US voters not told about this investigation and the government’s actions? Were there more actions like this? Was this covered up due to AGT’s relationship with the Clintons? Is this the only investigation by the FBI related to the Clinton Foundation? Is this the investigation leaked to the press by fired former FBI Director Andrew McCabe?
This investigation involves the Clintons and their pay to play machine, the Clinton Foundation. It was material to the 2016 US election and yet the FBI and DOJ suppressed it from the American public. It was terminated as can be easily surmised due to the fact that this investigation was never publicly reported and its timing was in 2016.

Today is our initial report on this egregious scandal and coverup.
This story begins with the Clintons and their Clinton Foundation. It includes Russia and China, and ends with another FBI/DOJ cover-up of Clinton crimes. The FBI did such a good job covering this up, that it has not been reported – until today.
This story started before the 2016 Presidential election. In and around 2007, Martin L. Edelman a New York attorney with Paul Hastings LLP, a Bill and Hillary Clinton close friend, and one of their largest donor bundlers met Mati Kochavi, who reportedly made his fortune in NYC real estate market. They came up with the idea of forming a group of companies and purchasing other companies that would develop and sell Homeland Security and intelligence solutions in the US and world-wide.
Edelman (below) became the Chairman of the Board and Kochavi the CEO of their company named AGT International.
AGT International – the firm that the Clintons helped create did all it could to generate revenues, even if it meant flagrantly breaking US law. In 2014, AGT described itself on its website as the following:

The Clintons were compensated for their support and endorsement by Kochavi and Edelman through payments to the Clinton Foundation. These payments totaled millions of dollars.

In 2016 at the time when there was a DOJ investigation into AGT and its illegal actions related to selling its highly sensitive defense and Homeland Security products to Russia and China, AGT updated its website and purged some references to the sensitive nature of its products. The company also shutdown most of its operations in the US.
Edelman and Kochavi were both involved in the business. For example, an AGT Management Meeting that includes executives from all of its business units, included Martin Edelman from Paul Hastings at the top of the list –

AGT’s flagship platform was called “Wisdom” and “Urban Shield”. The C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) system and some of the other derivatives technologies were ITAR regulated.
Former President Bill Clinton endorsed AGT CEO Kochavi through public appearances and by using himself and Hillary to help the venture with political clout and support in the US. For example, in July 2012 President Clinton joined Kochavi and Maria Bartiromo on Wall Street Journal Review promoting Kochavi’s business venture –

Emails released by WikiLeaks show the significance of the relationship between Edelman and Kochavi and the Clintons. In an email dated November 18, 2011, describing the various donors to the Clinton Foundation there is a paragraph describing their relationships –

President Clinton recently turned down a 2 year, $8 million offer to become Honorary Chairman of Mati Kochavi’s new media business venture. Mati is a former client of Teneo who we were referred to through Marty Edelman. I went back to Mati and proposed a new structure without any business connectivity other than 4 speeches for $1 million and $250k to the foundation should President Clinton choose to accept it. That would also include any broadcasting of foundation events or anything President Clinton would like exposure for on his website. This offer will be presented to President Clinton in Walker speech invitations which he can choose to decline or accept with no role or relationship with the company.
The email lists over $50 million in donations to the Clintons in return for personal work and lists $66 million more in expected future donations from various sources, including Edelman and Kochavi.
In another email released by WikiLeaks, Edelman sent an email to Hillary Clinton and shared the message that a Middle East Shiek was coming to Washington, D.C. –

The Sheikh most likely referred to by Edelman, is Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan from the Abu Dhabi Royal family. It’s suspected that the Sheikh provided capital through the Mubadala investment Company to Edelman and Kochavi to start up their AGT venture. Not surprisingly, the Clinton Foundation also received millions in donations from related entities in the Middle East –
Former US President Bill Clinton has been paid $5.625 million since 2011 by Dubai’s GEMS Education to lead the company’s charity arm, according to tax returns released in the US this month [August 2015].
Many Americans are aware of the stories of corruption surrounding the Clinton Foundation since the 2016 election. The Foundation received millions in return for the sale of a significant portion of US uranium to the Russians. Democrat Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton denied any wrong doing during the 2016 debates and even spoke of the Clinton Foundation as a superb philanthropic venture.
Future President Donald Trump disagreed with Hillary and stated that the Foundation was a fraud – the people of Haiti, for example, whom the Clintons had ‘helped’, didn’t want the Clintons back –

Hillary denied “pay to play” involving the Clinton Foundation where the Clintons would demand donations to their ‘Foundation’ and in return promise to perform agreed upon actions for these payments. Hillary was not honest.
The Clintons took in millions from Edelman, Kochavi and Sheikhs in the Middle East. In return the Clintons made promises and performed actions for a price. Unfortunately, the actions taken by the Clintons and the companies and individuals who donated to them were often illegal.

A trove of documents on the Clinton Foundation alleging possible pay for play and tax evasion have been turned over to the FBI and IRS by several investigative whistleblowers, who will be testifying in an open hearing before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Thursday, according to the committee and lawmakers.
Roughly 6,000 documents that are expected to reveal the nearly two-year investigation by the whistleblowers with a private firm called MDA Analytics LLC, which allegedly turned over the documents more than a year and a half ago to the IRS, according to John Solomon, who first published the report last week in The Hill.
The whistleblowers are former federal criminal investigators, who allege that the Clinton Foundation was “engaged in illegal activities and may be liable for millions of dollars in delinquent taxes and penalties,” according to Solomon.
The Department of Justice and the FBI’s Little Rock, Ark. field office, which is believed to be investigating the foundation, have allegedly obtained the documentation from the whistleblowers as well, according to lawmakers who’ve spoken with the whistleblowers.
Clinton Foundation officials could not be immediately reached for comment.
However, a former whistleblower, who has spoken with agents from the Little Rock FBI field office last year and worked for years as an undercover informant collecting information on Russia’s nuclear energy industry for the bureau, noted his enormous frustration with the DOJ and FBI. He describes as a two-tiered justice system that failed to actively investigate the information he provided years ago on the Clinton Foundation and Russia’s dangerous meddling with the U.S. nuclear industry and energy industry during the Obama administration.
William D. Campbell’s story wasfirst published by this reporter in 2017. He turned over more than 5,000 documents and detailed daily briefs to the bureau when he served as a confidential informant reporting on Russia’s nuclear giant Rosatom. Campbell worked as an energy consultant, gaining the trust of Russians and providing significant insight into Russia’s strategic plans to gain global dominance in the uranium industry. He reported on Russian’s intentions to build a closer relationship with Obama administration officials, to include then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as reported. The documents he turned over to the DOJ, which were reviewed by this news site, showed Campbell had also provided highly sensitive information both related to the uranium case, as well as other intelligence matters, since 2006.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller was the director of the FBI at the time Campbell was a confidential informant and according to Campbell, the information was briefed to Mueller by his FBI handlers.
“(Mueller) received the documents, copies of which I still have, over a period of years and ignored a national security threat to the United States because of his political preference,” said Campbell, who said he is frustrated that the investigation into the Clinton Foundation and the other information he provided was apparently ignored years ago.
“These men were in charge of transport of nuclear materials (inside the United States) while committing criminal activity here in the United States and signing major US utility contracts,” said Campbell, referring to the information he provided the FBI on the American company Transportation Logistics International, also known as TLI, was the primary transport company for Russian enriched uranium sold to the United States.
“One teacup of what they were transporting both domestically and abroad could close down Wall Street or Washington,” Campbell warned. “(Mueller) ignored and delayed their arrests over years while I was risking my life undercover and interacting with these (Vladimir) Putin appointees both here in the United States and overseas.”
But Rep. Mark Meadows, chairman of the Freedom Caucus and member of the committee, said this time it will be different. He noted that the investigation is apparently ongoing with the FBI and DOJ and believes the information being delivered for Thursday’s hearing to be ‘explosive’ in nature and may help connect the dots.
Meadow’s told Fox New’s Martha MaCallum Tuesday, “the American people, they want to bring some closure, not just a few sound bites, here or there, so we’re going to be having a hearing this week, not only covering over some of those 6,000 pages that you’re talking about, but hearing directly from three whistleblowers that have actually spent the majority of the last two years investigating this.”
Meadows, who’s also on President Donald Trump’s short-list to replace Chief of Staff Gen. John Kelly, noted that some “allegations (whistleblowers) make are quite explosive.”
“We just look at the contributions. Now everybody’s focused on the contributions for the Clinton Foundation and what has happened just in the last year,” he said. “But if you look at it, it had a very strong rise, the minute she was selected as secretary of state. It dipped down when she was no longer there.”
“And then rose again, when she decided to run for president. So there are all kinds of allegations of pay-to-play and that kind of thing,” Meadows added.

I ran into a social media post linking to the audio of a Dan Bongino podcast. I usually give credit to such discoveries, but I can only remember it was on a G+ Community.
Bongino takes about an hour to discuss the ramifications of the FBI raid on Whistleblower Dennis Cain in Chicago. The surprise is Cain was supposed to be a cooperating Whistleblower protected by Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA).
So, why would the FBI get a search warrant and raid a person supposedly under the protection of the ICWPA? Bongino theorizes three possibilities:
The initial theory the raid is good.
Bongino’s theory (which I think is plausible) the raid might be to prevent incriminating evidence against the FBI.
OR a combination of 1 & 2.

A series of four investigations that recently came to light suggest that something larger is at play in clearing out corruption in the United States. In this episode of Declassified, we take a look at these investigations and their significance.
If anyone tells you they are tired of nothing happening with regard to ongoing investigations, perhaps they should take a closer look at a number of events that came to light over the past few days.
In a matter that caused no small amount of worry and consternation among supporters of President Donald Trump, The Daily Caller reportedon Nov. 29 that the FBI had raided the home of whistleblower Dennis Nathan Cain.
The raid, which took place on Nov. 19, involved 16 FBI agents who had obtained a court order signed on Nov. 15 by federal magistrate Stephanie A. Gallagher in the U.S. District Court for Baltimore, according to The Daily Caller. No reason for the 10-day delay between the raid and his lawyer’s public announcement was given.
Cain, whose name is new to the public, isn’t just any whistleblower. He retains a top-level security clearance and maintains a number of security-related credentials, according to his resume, which has since been deleted online. Specialties include the FISA Amendment Act (FAA) Section 702 and USSID SP0018 Minimization Procedures and Signals Intelligence Authorities.
According to the article, Cain “privately delivered documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to a government watchdog, according to the whistleblower’s attorney.”
“The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One,” the article states.
Cain also had obtained official whistleblower status from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz. Michael Socarras, Cain’s lawyer, told The Daily Caller that Cain had met with a “senior member of Horowitz’s office” and delivered a flash drive along with a sealed envelope containing documents. The same materials reportedly were also delivered to the Senate and House Intelligence committees.
The FBI agents seized all of the original documents in Cain’s possession, according to Socarras. The Daily Caller said that one document they reviewed showed that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller “failed to investigate allegations of criminal misconduct pertaining to Rosatom and to other Russian government entities attached to Uranium One.” How The Daily Caller was able to review any documents, following what was reported to be a full seizure, remains unexplained.
There have been strong reactions to the news, with many perceiving it as some sort of coverup. However, a few facts are worth entertaining. Regardless of the FBI’s seizure, both IG Horowitz and the House and Senate intelligence committees already have the documents in their possession. The FBI’s seizure of documents from Cain doesn’t indicate the documents are being hidden.
As noted in the article, the FBI agents obtained a court order which means their identities are known. FBI Director Chris Wray, if he doesn’t already know, could easily determine the agents’ identities—this wasn’t a clandestine operation.
Another possible issue might have to do with Cain himself. Very little is known about him other than that he’s a whistleblower, which generally conveys images of positive actions taken by a well-intentioned individual. However, we know nothing of Cain’s true motivations or the actions that lay behind them. It may turn out that an invasive raid by the FBI was fully warranted.
Another explanation may lie within the documents themselves. The FBI’s actions may be related to chain-of-custody issues. The FBI may have been required to ensure that all evidence was accumulated and taken into their custody. It’s possible this document seizure by the FBI may indicate a case against the Clintons and/or their Foundation is actively underway.
The Chicago Raid
The FBI raid on Cain’s house wasn’t the only one.
On Nov. 29, federal agents raided the offices of Alderman Edward Burke, a powerful Chicago politician who has held his position in Chicago politics for 50 years. Burke’s office windows were covered and FBI agents remained on the premises for about seven hours, according to media reports.
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who abruptly announced in September that he would not seek re-election, said his office had no advance warning of the raid, noting: “I know what I read in the paper. I’m out here. That’s it. … You are asking hypotheticals and I am not going to do that with the FBI walking around his office.”
Burke, who has beenunder federal scrutiny on several occasions, has never been convicted or indicted. His investigation is being handled by the public corruption squad from the local FBI office.
Burke’s law firm specializes in property-tax reductions for his clients, and some have speculated that the raid could be connected to work that Burke’s law firm did for the president, but there are several problems with that theory.

The Burke investigation, according to the Chicago Tribune, “was being conducted in conjunction with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago, not Mueller’s office.” Additionally, the Sun-Times reported, “the raids were in response to new allegations, and not prompted by any past controversies that have swirled around Burke.”
Dan Mihalopoulos, a reporter for WBEZ in Chicago, was somewhat more direct: “Worth also noting today: Burke’s huge role in the local Democratic judge-making process. One judge just told me, ‘Everyone’s crapping themselves here.’”
The investigation probably has more to do with corrupt Chicago politics than anything related to the president.
Money-Laundering Probes
Two other events with a more international scope also have been underway.
Several banks are currently under investigation for a massive money-laundering scandal that is likely to only grow larger.
Danske Bank is being investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice, and new charges were filed this week by Danish authorities. The bank’s CEO and chairman both have been forced to resign and numerous current employees are under investigation. Danske Bank has admitted that approximately $230 billion has flowed through one of its units in Estonia, but the focus now appears to be shifting to other financial institutions:
“Howard Wilkinson, a former Danske Bank A/S manager who blew the whistle on its multibillion-dollar laundromat, told lawmakers in Brussels that when it comes to shell companies, or limited liability partnerships, the U.K. is ‘worst of all.’ He said he was legally prevented from naming the other banks involved, but urged lawmakers to treat the Danske scandal as a case that goes well beyond its core in Estonia,” Bloomberg reported Nov. 21.

Also on Nov. 29, Deutsche Bank’s headquarters was also raided by German officials. Transactions being examined by investigators relate to the bank’s wealth-management division, which previously has come under scrutiny.
According to a spokeswoman for prosecutors, the investigation covers the five-year period from 2013 to 2018 and is related to disclosures made in the Panama Papers—11.5 million leaked documents from Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca, then the world’s fourth-biggest provider of offshore services.
The Deutsche Bank raids continued for a second day and reportedly included the executive management board’s floor. Deutsche was one of Danske’s correspondent banks, as are JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. Any potential involvement of other banks will bear close watching.
Clinton Donor Charged
Lastly, in a Nov. 29 DOJ press release, three executives including Abul Huda Farouki were charged “for their roles in a scheme to defraud U.S. military contracts in Afghanistan, engaging in illegal commerce in Iran, and laundering money internationally.” Farouki was the CEO of Anham, a defense contractor based in the United Arab Emirates
This wasn’t the first time Farouki or his company have been involved in allegations of misconduct. In a 2013 article by The Daily Caller, headlined “Clinton Donors Get a Pass on Shady Contracting,” Farouki and his company were highlighted:
“In June 2011, the Defense Department’s Office of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR) released a scathingreport on a defense contracting company called Anham. The title of the report and its conclusion were the same: ‘Poor Government Oversight of Anham and Its Subcontracting Procedures Allowed Questionable Costs to Go Undetected.’”
The article then asked a simple question: Given prior violations, how was Anham able to secure an $8 billion contract in Afghanistan that “allowed it to illegally ship supplies through two Iranian border crossings and a seaport controlled by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard?”
The $8 billion contract, along with the illegal shipment of supplies, being cited in the 2013 article appear to be exactly the same violations being alleged in the 2018 DOJ indictment. So why weren’t Farouki and his company charged with these same, known violations back in 2013?
The answer may lie within Farouki’s many connections to the Democratic Party. The Daily Caller notes that Farouki is a longtime donor to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), and donated to Obama for America in 2008. But Farouki’s closest ties lie with the Clintons and their Foundation.
Farouki, a member of the now-shuttered Clinton Global Initiative,participated in annual CGI meetings since the group’s formation in 2005 through at least 2010 and made multiple donations to the Clinton Foundation. Farouki also made donations to Terry McAuliffe and has been photographed with Huma Abedin.
There appears to be a common thread among what might appear to be unrelated events: the raid on the whistleblower, the raid on the Chicago politician, the investigations of European banks, and the charges brought against a Clinton donor. All the activities targeted were either occurring during the Obama era or, in the case of the DOJ whistleblower, were directly related to underlying events from that time.
There may be more going on than meets the casual eye.

Whistleblower activists condemned the FBI’s raid of a recognized whistleblower, Dennis Cain.
Cain had previously shared documents with Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz.
The documents contained potential wrongdoing regarding the Clinton Foundation, the Uranium One deal and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to Cain’s lawyer.
Whistleblower advocates across the political spectrum condemned an FBI raid on the home of a recognized whistleblower who reported potential wrongdoing surrounding the Clinton Foundation, the Uranium One deal and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The Daily Caller News Foundation, in a bombshell report, detailed how 16 FBIagents raided the home of Dennis Cain, a former employee of an FBI contractor, on Nov. 19. They rummaged through his home for six hours even though he told them that Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz awarded him whistleblower status, according to Cain’s lawyer, Michael Socarras.
Everyone TheDCNF interviewed said the raid should never have occurred. They said it appeared Cain followed the rules in accordance to the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act, which protects federal whistleblowers from retaliation.
“I really do question the need for this raid at all,” said Nick Schwellenbach, the investigations director for the Project on Government Oversight, a nonpartisan watchdog group that frequently works with whistleblowers. “On its face it doesn’t seem like it was necessary.”
“This isn’t how we should be treating whistleblowers who are coming forward with information about high level wrongdoing,” he told TheDCNF. “It sends a very strong message that you will be treated as a criminal even though what you’re trying to do is expose crime or a potential crime.”

Craig Holman, a lobbyist for Public Citizen, the liberal advocacy group founded by Ralph Nader, told TheDCNF: “Well it certainly sounds like an absolute violation of the spirit of what the whistleblower law is supposed to be all about.”
The documents Cain possessed, which he gave to the special agent leading the search, show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity pertaining to Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, according to a document TheDCNF reviewed.
The court order and all the documents justifying the raid are sealed and are not available for public viewing. Federal magistrate Stephanie A. Gallagher of the U.S. District Court of Maryland in Baltimore issued the court order on Nov. 15.
TheDCNF asked the court on Friday to unseal the documents. Gallagher has not yet responded.
A conservative attorney on ethics law, Cleta Mitchell, questioned whether the FBI was truthful when it sought the court order.
“If they did not fully advise the court of his whistleblower status, then I would find that to be extremely troublesome,” she said. “The main question is whether or not they properly informed the court that this individual is a whistleblower and that he had gone through the procedures to receive whistleblower status.”
“Until Mr. Cain’s attorney is able to see what the FBI or the U.S. Attorney presented to the court in order to obtain this search warrant, then we have no way of knowing and he has no way of knowing whether they fully and properly advised the court that he had whistleblower status, and whether they informed the judge that he had gone through all of the proper procedures,” Mitchell continued.
Schwellenbach said the judge should release the original documents filed by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney.
“I would love to see what’s in their subpoena request to the judge,” he told TheDCNF. “What facts do they present to the judge? I think that is a document that should see the light of the day.”
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley asked FBI Director Christopher Wray in a Nov. 30 letter whether the bureau was “aware at the time of the raid that Mr. Cain had made what appeared to be lawful disclosures to the Inspector General?”

Texas defense attorney Stuart Baggish told TheDCNF that the search of Cain’s home could be a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects against unreasonable search and seizures. Baggish is challenging a recent raid on his client’s business after local law enforcement allegedly omitted key facts before a judge when justifying the search.

“If the search warrant for Mr. Cain’s property was based on an affidavit that purposely or recklessly omitted his whistleblower status, like my client’s case against the Smith County Sheriff [in Texas], the search could be ruled unreasonable and hence a Fourth Amendment violation,” he said.
“Material information may occasionally inadvertently be left out of a search warrant affidavit, but it is rare and dangerous when it is done purposely or recklessly,” Baggish continued.
Schwellenbach, the POGO investigator, told TheDCNF: “I think the FBI needs to be thoughtful how it uses these powers. Judges need to be skeptical of FBI claims.”
“They shouldn’t be raiding people’s homes unless there’s a real compelling reason to do so and alternative means have been exhaustive,” he continued.
Baggish warned that such raids also undermine the judiciary and violate civil rights.
“When law enforcement officers intentionally mislead a court to obtain a search warrant, they are entering a realm of malfeasance that harms not just the individual or entity whose property is raided, destroyed and confiscated, they also harm the judiciary itself by depriving it of its efficacy as the guardian of Americans’ civil rights,” he said.

So readers, I’ve been using a seven year old laptop to fulfill the old blogging habit. My lovely wife sprang for a Christmas upgrade. America is witnessing some of the most dangerous days to Her Republic, that I have ever witnessed in my lifetime, as rogue elements of the U.S. government, who are intent on facilitating Obama’s fundamental transformation of America and turning Her into a bastion of communist tyranny, have unleashed a festering wave of illegality by way of their efforts to turn America into just one more bastion of globalist communists and tyranny. This has led Us into an epic battle for control of power and the U.S. government, which will either be won by the anti-American Deep State agents or American patriots and President Trump’s loyalists.
An FBI raid on Dennis Cain’s home, in Union Bridge, Maryland on November 19th (reported by The Daily Caller), is one more move in this war for the future of America, and it could well start the unraveling of the intricate web of lies weaved over the past eight years by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Cain is a Department of Justice whistleblower, who gave information to a government watchdog on the Clinton Foundation’s involvement with the Uranium One Deal, and documents in his possession show criminal activity by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and then FBI Director Robert Mueller’s failure to enforce criminal laws in regard to Russian State Nuclear Energy Corporation (ROSATOM) and other Russian government agencies involved in Uranium One.

Well known and widely reported, as the trench fighters of the FBI were assiduously investigating these Clinton and Russian cooperative schemes to obtain U.S. uranium through other corrupt public officials, Robert Mueller handed his longtime legal crony, Rod Rosenstein, the Uranium One case to be buried and forgotten, clearing the way for the ROSATOM Deal that handed Russia twenty percent of America’s uranium industry and a path to controlling interests.
Now America bears witness to a severely flawed and corrupt Special Counsel Mueller. Rather than politely decline the position due to numerous conflicts of interest, Mueller took the position to investigate the “progressive” Communist Democratic Party’s claim of collusion between Russia and President Trump, without even blinking and to the cheers of key figures implicated in the Department of Justice, National Security and FBI corruption in service to ulterior partisan agendas, through the Clinton crime family — all of whom had close personal and professional connections to Mueller.
Mueller is not a “special prosecutor”. He is a political hack put in place to prevent the truth from being revealed and to ruin President Trump in the process. It’s just as Representative Louie Gohmert (R-TX) noted in June, as he said, “[Mueller is] covering for himself at the same time he’s trying to have a coup against the president.” This entire ignoble and despicable Democrat machination has been manufactured to prevent Americans from understanding how truly depraved, duplicitous and traitorous Barack Hussein Obama’s regime really was.
In bizarre fashion that reads like a John Le Carré novel, the fine, good and decent constitutional-minded Americans were alarmed to see Hillary Clinton protected from clear felonious violations of the Espionage Act. The Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, lied for her and leaked those lies to the media; CIA Director John Brennan started the false dossier and the false investigation on President Trump and FBI Director James Comey refused to charge and arrest her. Even the United Kingdom’s top security agency used U.S National Security Agency information to target President Trump and protect Hillary. It should chill every American to the bone to know these people were willing to risk criminal prosecution in order to get Hillary elected.
This is an evil and desperate gambit facilitated by the Democratic Party to bring down a sitting U.S. President. In the process, they have ruined the lives of many people, such as General Flynn and George Papadopoulos, and now they are targeting the highly esteemed and nationally renowned scholar and investigative journalist, Jerome Corsi, when it is the Democratic Party operatives, such as Mueller — a fake “republican”, who need the media and legal ACME anvil dropped on them.
The Obama White House was involved in the entire sorry episode, attempting to cloak itself in plausible deniability, which may be unraveling now. It will be interesting to see where this goes.
Who is going to review the chain of decisions among FISA judges who approved of warrants made in bad faith to spy on U.S. citizens?
Potent weapons against his adversaries, President Trump may wait to declassify numerous secret files, memoranda and communications he’s been holding for months, until Mueller releases a final report. And then the chaos of a constitutional crisis will follow, as Good goes to war with Evil for adjudication of the misdeeds of several agency heads and top officials. The Department of Justice may split into warring camps, one charging the other, and surely America will soon see the acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker seek indictments against Bruce Ohr, Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, John Brennan, James Clapper and others, and Hillary herself should be in real jeopardy.
“Now that Russia collusion is a lie, when do the trials for treason begin?”, tweeted President Trump on November 29th. Many Americans would like to find out, too.
If not treason, there are a litany of other charges that can be levied against these traitors to America, and at the very least, they too should be exposed, arrested and ruined. Remember these are the allies of Antifa, Black Lives Matter and people, such as Eric Holder, urging the masses to assault conservatives and Trump supporters, organize violent riots and destroy entire neighborhoods.
America’s constitutional patriots, conservatives and most Christians yearn for the return of the rule of law and the righteous ideas of freedom and equality under the law, as We watch this legal charade and mockery of the Constitution orchestrated by Mueller and his Democrat cronies, in shock and disbelief, play out in each evening’s newscast. We want someone in the Department of Justice to stand up and end this Deep State coup; and, if Justice cannot untangle and properly resolve this mess, America may witness a Constitutional crisis, for the first time in almost nineteen years, that requires President Trump to declare a state of emergency, possibly martial law, in order to eradicate the seditious elements and traitors to America, from the halls of the U.S. government.

I thought, “Well that is annoying.” I began reading LaSalle’s post.
The LaSalle comment was huge which might have contributed to Google flagging as spam.
As (or if) you read the comment, LaSalle comes off as an angry person ranting about the state of affairs left for America by one of the most Presidential Administrations in U.S. history. The thing is LaSalle backs his rant with admittedly Conservative sourced links, yet he includes some links that are from the Left MSM.
AND I made the post even longer by adding some excerpts to most of those standalone source links for better context.
I might add I concur with 95% of LaSalle’s rants but not all. LaSalle has several paragraph-lists of nefarious individuals and organizations in which some overlap, one example:
The M.O. of George Soros, Barack Obama, Muslims, the Roman Catholic Church, Organized Crime, the United Nations, Obama’s Administration, Liberals, Socialists and Communists, and Hilary Clinton is the same.
I point the “Roman Catholic Church” in bold text. As huge as the comment is, his inclusion of the Catholics as nefarious actors is not sourced. This leads me to believe a bit of personal animus against Catholics which is not an uncommon issue even among good moral upstanding Protestants (as opposed to a hate group).
I am a Protestant/Charismatic/Word-of-Faith Christian. Being in this crowd I have received share of animus from Mainstream Protestants and Catholic in Denominational Christianity.
The irony of LaSalle’s animus toward Catholics is he is commenting to a post that showed my displeasure of Jew-Hating Muslims promoting the proven forgery/hoax document The Protocols of the Elders of Zion as legit.
Those that have animus toward Catholics have some legit gripes with Catholic Dogma, such as: Papal Infallibility, encouraging prayers to angels and canonized saints and so on.
The reality is that devout Catholics have the same Conservative Family values as Biblical-minded Protestants. Today’s modern world has both Catholics and Protestants that have eschewed the Bible as God’s Word to Believers. These watered down diluted Catholics and protestants are worthy of criticism but not animus. Well, that’s my two-cents on the Catholics.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions this week raised the possibility that a special counsel may be appointed to investigate potential wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation, specifically suggestions that a U.S. government panel approved the sale of a large uranium firm to Russian interests in exchange for donations to the foundation.
The so-called Uranium One deal has been a focus of conservative media and President Donald Trump, who has repeatedly asked on Twitter why the DOJ is not actively investigating the matter.
What is the Uranium One deal?
The deal in question involves the sale of a Canadian company, Uranium One, with mining interests in the U.S. to Rosatom, Russia’s nuclear energy agency. The sale occurred in stages, beginning in 2009 when Rosatom purchased a minority stake in Uranium One, and continued in 2010, when the Russian agency took ownership of a 51 percent share of the company. In 2013, a third transaction gave Rosatom full ownership of Uranium One.
With its purchase of Uranium One, Rosatom assumed control of roughly 20 percent of uranium production capacity in the U.S. The current licenses issued to Rosatom’s U.S. subsidiaries, issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, prohibit the company from exporting uranium outside the country, according to OilPrice.com.

A close friend, advisor and confidant of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was allegedly interviewed by the FBI in connection with the controversial dossier that was used ‘in part’ as evidence by the bureau to obtain a warrant to investigate members of President Trump’s campaign team, according to several sources who spoke to this reporter.
Sidney Blumenthal, a former journalist and a close friend of Clinton, was interviewed by the FBI in 2016 regarding the dossier that alleged Trump colluded with Russia, the sources stated. Department of Justice officials, however, declined to comment on Blumenthal or the dossier.
FBI officials declined to comment.
Blumenthal did not return a phone call seeking comment.
Blumenthal worked as a White House aide for Bill Clinton, and later worked with the Clinton Foundation after being denied a role by Obama Administration officials with then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to reports. According to Politico he was being paid $10,000 a month by the Clinton Foundation.
In 2015, emails released by the State Department showed the extensive and ongoing working relationship between Clinton and Blumenthal. The emails revealed that then Secretary of State Clinton would seek Blumenthal’s advice on foreign policy issues and his role appeared to be more of an advisor than friend, according to the emails. Blumenthal regularly sent Hillary Clinton “vaguely sourced” “intelligence cable style” briefings while she was Secretary of State.
Earlier this month, members of the House Intelligence Committee went to the Justice Department to review the FBI and DOJ documents requested last August by Chairman Devin Nunes, as reported earlier.
The Washington Post revealed in October that the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton campaign the research firm Fusion GPS for the dossier that was put together by former British spy Christopher Steele.
In April, CNN reported that the dossier was used to monitor communications of Carter Page, who volunteered as a national security advisor with the Trump campaign for a short period of time. But by December, another story by the New York Times suggested that the inquiry into the Trump campaign and its alleged ties to Russia began with George Papadopoulos, a former foreign policy advisor to Trump campaign.
After the 2016 presidential election, Blumenthal told Dutch TV Nieuwsuur that Clinton’s loss to Trump “was the result of a cabal of right-wing agents of the FBI in the New York office attached to Rudy Giuliani, who was a member of Trump’s campaign.”
“I think it’s not unfair to call it a coup,” said Blumenthal.
Sidney Blumenthal, Clinton confidant and insider, made a visit to the Netherlands. Blumenthal was interviewed by NOS Nieuwsuur, a Dutch Evening News Magazine. Yesterday I posted a Judicial Watch press release about Huma Abedin removing State Department Documents that I interpreted as Classified in the tags. Apparently, the documents were a part of a deal between Crooked Hillary and the Obama Administration to be kept secret and not susceptible to a FOIA request. JW did point that out, I just interpreted it incorrectly.
The premise that JW was establishing was an Obama Administration/Crooked Hillary cover-up to protect her Secretary of State dealings from incriminating her of personal gain. That brings us back to the criminality of a Clinton Crime Syndicate and Pay-to-Play.
Faced with allegations of mishandling classified information, the State Department allowed Hillary Clinton and top aide Huma Abedin to take files of telephone calls, schedules and other work-related information under the claim they were “personal” and “unclassified, non-record” materials, according to newly released documents.
The records newly obtained by the Washington watchdog Judicial Watch show that Abedin was allowed to take five boxes of “physical files” out of the State Department that include records described as “Muslim Engagement Documents.”
And Clinton was allowed to take personal correspondence and gift binders, which could be relevant to allegations that donations were made to the family’s Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative in exchange for favorable policy decisions.
WND previously reported emails obtained by Judicial Watch showed Abedin doing favors for a Russia-connected group on behalf of the Clinton Foundation while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state.
Abedin, who grew up in Saudi Arabia, worked for an organization founded by her family that promotes the kingdom’s strict Wahhabi interpretation of Islam. She was a member of the executive board of the Muslim Student Association, which was identified as a Muslim Brotherhood front group in a 1991 document introduced into evidence during the terror-financing trial of the Texas-based Holy Land Foundation
Previous Judicial Watch investigations revealed numerous examples of Clinton’s schedule being broadcast via email through her unsecure, non-government server.
The records newly uncovered by Judicial Watch also contain a list of materials removed by Clinton that were accumulated by Robert Russo, Clinton’s then-special assistant, including PDFs of Clinton’s “correspondence in response to gifts … thank you and acknowledgements.”
The documents indicate that Clinton removed a physical file of “the log of the Secretary’s gifts with pictures of gifts.” Judicial Watch noted the receipt of gifts by federal employees in the Executive Branch is regulated. A “prohibited source” of gifts, for example, is “one whose interests may be substantially affected by the performance or nonperformance of the employee’s official duties.”
The documents show the State Department records would not be “released to the general public” under any Freedom of Information Act request.
“We already know the Obama State Department let Hillary Clinton steal and then delete her government emails, which included classified information. But these new records show that was only part of the scandal,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
“These new documents show the Obama State Department had a deal with Hillary Clinton to hide her calls logs and schedules, which would be contrary to FOIA and other laws,” Fitton said.
“When are the American people going to get an honest investigation of the Clinton crimes?”
Hillary team gets a pass
The revelations come amid news that FBI agent Peter Strzok, who was dismissed by special counsel Robert Mueller in the “Russia collusion” investigation for demonstrating personal bias against President Trump, was a key figure in the bureau’s investigation of Clinton’s mishandling of classified information.
It was Strzok who, according to sources cited by CNN, changed the language of FBI Director James Comey’s earlier draft describing Clinton’s actions as “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless.” It was a critical legal distinction that Comey used to explain why he did not refer charges to the Justice Department.
Abedin and longtime Clinton counsel Cheryl Mills, according to official FBI summaries of their interviews with Strzok, made misleading statements regarding Clinton’s mishandling of national secrets but faced no consequences, unlike former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, who was charged with a felony, the Daily Caller reported.
Clinton violated State Department standards by using several home-brew email servers to conduct her official government business as secretary of state. In his July 5, 2016, announcement, Comey said the bureau’s investigation found that of 30,000 emails Clinton handed over to the State Department, 110 contained information that was classified at the time she sent or received them. A few, Comey said, bore markings that identified them as classified.
The bureau also discovered “several thousand” work-related emails that Clinton had not turned over to the State Department – three of those emails contained classified information. And Comey said it was “possible” that hostile foreign governments had gained access to Clinton’s personal account, noting she also regularly used her mobile device on foreign trips, including “in the territory of sophisticated adversaries.”
Comey’s finding conflicted with Clinton’s repeated assertions that none of the emails were classified at the time she sent or received them.
State required keeping released docs secret
The new information obtained by Judicial Watch includes a list of official and personal calls, and schedules that carry a special notation that the documents were released to Clinton on the condition that they not be made public.
Judicial Watch point out that the notation is on an addendum to a DS-1904 form, which authorizes the removal of personal papers and non-record materials. The form was signed by Clarence N. Finney Jr., then-director of the Office of Correspondence and Records.
Judicial Watch said it has a pending request to depose Finney in separate litigation concerning Clinton emails and the Benghazi terrorist attack.

The Media Research Center (MRC) sent out an email on November 2 about the near zero coverage by the Leftist Mainstream Media (MSM) about the Clintons, Obama & Comrades and the Dem Party being the actual collusion story in a thankfully vain attempt to manipulate the November 2016 election. Well, I should say vain as pertaining Donald Trump, but successful pertaining to Bernie Sanders’ campaign for the Democratic Party Presidential nomination. The MRC email has a link to a page that has a brief (roughly 2 ½ minute) video of Brent Bozell explaining the MSM corrupt failure, followed by some details, a place to sign a petition and ending with a typical ask for a donation.
The donation is a worthy cause. I am uncertain if the petition exists to measure public interest in castigating the MSM or if the MRC is going to send petition results to the MSM or if the petition is simply a fundraising effort. MRC analysts examined national media coverage of the Clinton/Russia/Uranium debacle and found that this outrageous scandal — one potentially bigger than Watergate — has been almost entirely ignored by the major news networks. Since the story broke on October 17, the media have met this news with radio silence.

The FBI also found that the Clinton Foundation received millions of dollars in donations from the Russians during this time. A Chicago Republican donor and operative who confessed to trying to obtain Hillary Clinton’s missing emails through Russian hackers committed suicide in a Minnesota hotel room just days after speaking to The Wall Street Journal about what he had done.
Peter W. Smith, 81, had allegedly left a suicide note and carefully prepared documents. He claimed he was in ill health and that he had a life insurance policy that was expiring, which probably would not cover a suicide.

In the note recovered by police, Smith apologized to authorities and said that “NO FOUL PLAY WHATSOEVER” was involved in his death. He wrote that he was taking his own life because of a “RECENT BAD TURN IN HEALTH SINCE JANUARY, 2017” and timing related “TO LIFE INSURANCE OF $5 MILLION EXPIRING.”

According to record, Smith died of “asphyxiation due to displacement of oxygen in confined space with helium.” Apparently, Smith may have obtained the information on how to use helium and a plastic bag over his head from a book by Derek Humphry titled “Final Exit.”
You have to ask yourself, “Was Smith’s death an actual suicide or a staged murder to appear as a suicide?”
Next hitting the headlines of Conservative suspicions is the death of Klaus Eberwein is from Haiti and was preparing to testify before Haitian legislature about his involvement in fraud in dispersing funds from guess what global charity – The ClintonFoundation. 1 – James McDougal – Clinton’s convicted Whitewater partner died of an apparent heart attack, while in solitary confinement. He was a key witness in Ken Starr’s investigation.
2 – Mary Mahoney – A former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks Coffee Shop in Georgetown. The murder happened just after she was to go public with her story of sexual harassment in the White House.
3 – Vince Foster – Former white House councilor, and colleague of Hillary Clinton at Little Rock’s Rose Law firm. Died of a gunshot wound to the head, ruled a suicide.
4 – Ron Brown – Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown’s skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors.
5 – C. Victor Raiser II and Montgomery Raiser, Major players in the Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July 1992.
6 – Paul Tulley – Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock, September 1992… Described by Clinton as a “Dear friend and trusted advisor.”
7- Ed Willey – Clinton fund raiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.
8 – Jerry Parks – Head of Clinton’s gubernatorial security team in Little Rock. Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock. Park’s son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton. He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.
9 – James Bunch – Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a “Black Book” of people which contained names of influential people who visited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas.
10 – James Wilson – Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to Whitewater.
11- Kathy Ferguson, ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in her living room with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit. Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.
12 – Bill Shelton – Arkansas State Trooper and fiancee of Kathy Ferguson. Critical of the suicide ruling of his fiancee, he was found dead in June, 1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the grave site of his fiancee.
13 – Gandy Baugh – Attorney for Clinton’s friend Dan Lassater, died by jumping out a window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a convicted drug distributor.
14 – Florence Martin – Accountant & sub-contractor for the CIA, was related to the Barry Seal Mena Airport drug smuggling case. He died of three gunshot wounds.
15 – Suzanne Coleman – Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head, ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death.
16 – Paula Grober – Clinton’s speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.
17 – Danny Casolaro – Investigative reporter. Investigating Mena Airport and Arkansas Development Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparently, in the middle of his investigation.
18 – Paul Wilcher – Attorney investigating corruption at Mena Airport with Casolaro and the 1980 “October Surprise” was found dead on a toilet June 22, 1993 in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report to Janet Reno three weeks before his death
19 – Jon Parnell Walker – Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to his death from his Arlington, Virginia apartment balcony August15, 1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guarantee scandal.
20 – Barbara Wise – Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29, 1996. Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office at the Department of Commerce.

Google has been accused of burying internet searches about an infamous list of mysterious deaths and murders of people allegedly connected to the Clintons.
The search engine altered an algorithm to prevent searches for ‘Clinton body count’ from auto-completing, InfoWars reports.
Yet when internet users begin to enter the phrase on the likes of Bing or Yahoo search engines, the phrase auto-completes as the top result.

A Chicago Republican donor and operative who confessed to trying to obtain Hillary Clinton’s missing emails through Russian hackers committed suicide in a Minnesota hotel room just days after speaking to The Wall Street Journal about what he had done.
Peter W. Smith, 81, had allegedly left a suicide note and carefully prepared documents. He claimed he was in ill health and that he had a life insurance policy that was expiring, which probably would not cover a suicide.
The suicide occurred in mid-May at the Aspen Suites in Rochester that was used almost exclusively by Mayo Clinic patients and relative.
Days earlier, the financier from suburban Lake Forest gave an interview to the Journal about his quest, and it began publishing stories about his efforts in late June. The Journal also reported it had seen emails written by Smith showing his team considered retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, then a top adviser to Republican Donald Trump’s campaign, an ally. Flynn briefly was President Trump’s national security adviser and resigned after it was determined he had failed to disclose contacts with Russia.
At the time, the newspaper reported Smith’s May 14 death came about 10 days after he granted the interview. Mystery shrouded how and where he had died, but the lead reporter on the stories said on a podcast he had no reason to believe the death was the result of foul play and that Smith likely had died of natural causes.
However, the Chicago Tribune obtained a Minnesota state death record filed in Olmsted County saying Smith committed suicide in a hotel near the Mayo Clinic at 1:17 p.m. on Sunday, May 14. He was found with a bag over his head with a source of helium attached. A medical examiner’s report gives the same account, without specifying the time, and a report from Rochester police further details his suicide.
In the note recovered by police, Smith apologized to authorities and said that “NO FOUL PLAY WHATSOEVER” was involved in his death. He wrote that he was taking his own life because of a “RECENT BAD TURN IN HEALTH SINCE JANUARY, 2017” and timing related “TO LIFE INSURANCE OF $5 MILLION EXPIRING.”
Smith was to check out of the hotel on the day his body was discovered.
According to a former employee of Smith, he thought Smith had gone to the Mayo Clinic to be treated for a heart condition, but Mayo spokeswoman Ginger Plumbo could not confirm whether or not that took place, citing medical privacy laws.
He had been staying at the hotel for several days and had extended his stay at least once but was expected to check out on the day his body was found. “Tomorrow is my last day,” Smith told a hotel worker on May 13 while he worked on a computer in the business center, printing documents, according to the police reports.
According to record, Smith died of “asphyxiation due to displacement of oxygen in confined space with helium.” Apparently, Smith may have obtained the information on how to use helium and a plastic bag over his head from a book by Derek Humphry titled “Final Exit.”
“Many people obtain that information from his book,” said Fran Schindler, a volunteer with The Final Exit Network, a Florida-based nonprofit, provides information and support to people who suffer from a terminal illness and want to kill themselves. “It’s a method that has been around for many years and is well-known.”
The Tribune adds:
Rochester police Chief Roger Peterson on Wednesday called Smith’s manner of death “unusual,” but a funeral home worker said he’d seen it before.
An employee with Rochester Cremation Services, the funeral home that responded to the hotel, said he helped remove Smith’s body from his room and recalled seeing a tank.

An autopsy was conducted, according to the death record. The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office declined a Tribune request for the autopsy report and released limited information about Smith’s death. A spokeswoman for AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co., listed in documents recovered by police as Smith’s insurance carrier, had no immediate comment.
According to the WSJ, Smith put together a team to see if they could find the more than 30,000 missing emails Clinton deleted from her server. Believing that Russians may have hacked her server, Smith and his team sought out five groups of hackers who claimed to have her emails. Among those groups, two were Russian.
Smith had a hand in many investigations into government corruption in the past, including the infamous “Troopergate,” which exposed the sexual allegations against former President Bill Clinton, and he also financed a probe into a 1969 trip Bill Clinton took to the Soviet Union while in college.
Smith’s demise is just another in a long list of people who somehow tied to the Clintons. While he was aging and in poor health, the fact that his death comes just days after confessing to trying to obtain Clinton’s emails seems quite suspicious to me. What do you think?

Klaus Eberwein “Commits Suicide” Ahead of Testimony Against Clinton Foundation – Media Blackout
Klaus Eberwein, 50, was found dead in his motel room from an apparent gunshot wound to the head, according to the Miami-Dade medical examiner, who ruled his death a suicide.
Klaus Eberwein, a former Haitian government official, was found dead Tuesday in a South Dade motel room in what the Miami-Dade medical examiner’s office is ruling a suicide.
“He shot himself in the head,” said Veronica Lamar, Miami-Dade medical examiner records supervisor. She listed his time of death at 12:19 p.m.
“It’s really shocking,” said Muncheez’s owner Gilbert Bailly. “We grew up together; he was like family.”
Bailly said he last spoke to Eberwein, 50, two weeks ago and he was in good spirits. They were working on opening a Muncheez restaurant in Sunrise, he said.
During and after his government tenure, Eberwein faced allegations of fraud and corruption on how the agency he headed administered funds. Among the issues was FAES’ oversight of shoddy construction of several schools built after Haiti’s devastating Jan. 12, 2010, earthquake.
Eberwein was scheduled to appear Tuesday before the Haitian Senate’s Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, the head of the commission, Sen. Evalière Beauplan confirmed. The commission is investigating the management of PetroCaribe funds, the money Haiti receives from Venezuela’s discounted oil program.
The issue to which he was to address concerning the Clinton Foundation hasmisappropriated Haiti earthquake donations from international donors.
According to Eberwein, a paltry 0.6% of donations granted by international donors to the Clinton Foundation with the express purpose of directly assisting Haitians actually ended up in the hands of Haitian organizations. A further 9.6% ended up with the Haitian government. The remaining 89.8% – or $5.4 billion – was funneled to non-Haitian organizations.
“The Clinton Foundation, they are criminals, they are thieves, they are liars, they are a disgrace,” Eberwein said at a protest outside the Clinton Foundation headquarters in Manhattan last year.
The former director general of Haiti, who also served as an advisor to Haitian President Michel Martelly, was also a partner in a popular pizza restaurant in Haiti, Muncheez, and even has a pizza — the Klaus Special — named after him.
Eberwein had acknowledged that he believed his life was in danger, and he was right.
No one expected him to commit suicide. Even the Haiti Libre newspaper reported that he was in “good spirits” and planning for his future, and the idea of him committing suicide shocked both business partners and close friends.
“It’s really shocking,” said Muncheez’s owner Gilbert Bailly. “We grew up together; he was like family.”
Charles Ernest Chatelier, the Haitian government’s director general, issued a statement regarding Eberwein’s untimely death.
“The Directorate General of FAES presents its sympathies to the bereaved families, friends and collaborator that this mourning afflicts. The FAES flag will be flown at half-mast from Wednesday 12th to Tuesday 18th July 2017. May his soul rest in peace.”
In the past year, several people with close ties to the Clinton crime family have found themselves “suicided” or dying mysteriously. In the previous campaign season, we saw a trail of bodies linked to Hillary Clinton, including murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich, who is believed to be the leaker of tens of thousands of Democratic National Committee emails.
In just six weeks in 2016, five people turned up dead who were tied to the Clintons.
Shawn Lucas along with filmmaker Ricardo Villaba had served papers to the Democratic National Committee Services Corp. and the former Chair Debbie WassermanSchultz with regards to a fraud class action lawsuit against the Democrat Party.
Lucas was found lying on the bathroom floor by his girlfriend when she returned home on the evening of 2 August 2016. Paramedics responding to her 911 call found no signs of life.
Finally, Joe Montano, 47, a close aide to Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) and a prominent activist in the Washington area’s Filipino American community, died July 25 at his home inFalls Church, Virginia. Montano’s parents said that he was known to have hypertension and died of an apparent heart attack.
Mr. Montano not only worked for the DNC and the Democratic Party in Virginia, but also served as the national vice chairman of the Filipino Civil Rights Advocates group and executive director of the NationalFederation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA).
