On the Path of Dissolution and Civil War – The Democrats’ Extreme and Lawless Trajectory Towards Civil War

America is in crisis more than our country has ever been, since the 1850s and much worse than the 1960s, and most of the Freedom-loving Conservative and Independent Americans recognize the Biden regime’s willingness to break the Constitution and act lawlessly, with horror and disgust, along with his high-handed tyrannical edicts and mandates declared with nothing more than a wink and a nod, for what they represent. Here is a regime that embraces and advocates for the new “Wokeism” and the rising Marxist-Maoist Cancel-Culture, and taken together this is an existential threat to the nation on the whole, to the Republic and to Freedom and Liberty and all we hold dear.

Many philosophical pundits are certain that this is a blip and suggest Freedom-loving Americans are already turning the tide against the growing trend towards tyranny in our country. They erroneously suggest compromises are still in the offing and possible between the Democratic Party Communists and Conservative America, but they couldn’t be more wrong: Both ideologies are totally antithetical to one another, and the Democrats have made it plain that they seek nothing less than the eradication of our nation’s founding, essentially the erasure of America’s Christian and Western principles, as a weird, despicable and dangerous sort of **anocracy seems to be running the nation today.

The Biden regime, and so too the Marxist-Maoist component of his party, are in the driver’s seat pressing the fight against everything good, decent and moral that America was built upon: the idea of a core nuclear family comprised of one biological man and one woman and their children and the sanctity of marriage;  border security, national sovereignty and legal immigration; honor and God and Scripture, as they work overtime to squash America’s best concepts. And this makes common ground to be found by the Marxists and Conservatives and Independents something as scarce as unicorns.

A nation cannot stand without shared beliefs between its people, regarding their societal identity and those ideas and principles they view as the best for one’s guidance through life. It must have shared traditions, because without them the society is undermined by a consistent confusion and cacophony of competing ideas supported by different groups and tribes for one pet special interest after another; and, if not rectified, this leads countries into eventual chaos and dissolution.

This is the path America is on: Dissolution and civil war.

This was virtually ensured by the Democratic Party, as they have promoted and passed one anti-American piece of legislation after another and followed anti-American policies for decades, always pressing Congress and the public for more open and porous borders and a lax immigration system. They closed Ellis Island in 1954, which was the place where immigration officials would identify and reject the Communists, Fascists, Left-leaning anarchists and nihilists. As if that wasn’t enough, with the strong backing of Senator Ted Kennedy and his Globalist-Communist buddies, they passed the Immigration Act of 1965, purposefully choosing to completely ignore the fact, that many cultures held a worldview totally antithetical to ours and did not value or respect our American principles and virtues.

Compounding the problem, subsequent Democrat led administrations refused to facilitate and insist new immigrants fully assimilate to American norms and traditional culture, in a manner that supplants our inalienable God-given rights for group identity. Instead, they allowed for mini-states representing a patchwork of the globe to spring up throughout the country, some with very little loyalty to America. And then there are those immigrants, legal and illegal, who still to this day embrace Big Government solutions and the idea the state is sovereign and the citizens are subjects; and as such, they are very receptive to the rise of the Marxist-Maoist Cancel-Culture regime in America.

To put it in stark terms in the manner many Conservative Americans now see the problem, and taking a few liberties from the words of Jean Raspail as written in ‘The Camp of Saints’:

“In one sense, (America) is more than ever triumphant, but it has a conception of the rights of man. In its original form this was an excellent idea, but it has now been misapplied and it’s being used against (America) … (continuing with one protagonist, Professor Clagues, as he confronts an invader) … I too have stopped thinking and just want to tell you where I stand” — and with that he fires his weapon and turns his back on the corpse to return inside his home.

Worse, much of today’s anti-American sentiment has been done through our nation’s public education system, from the 1960s to the present, through the many untold numbers of Communist mouthpieces who infiltrated it, now advocating the Critical Race Theory and racism directed at White America. Included in their anti-American mantra are assertions that America is an imperialistic racist nation that was built by people of color, as they use colonialism and the notion of cultural appropriation to plant the seeds of hatred for America in the minds of the youth who were born and raised here. They’ve overstepped their duties in the most egregious of manners, as they now attempt to teach America’s children that no child should want to be an American, and that is criminal and beyond unconscionable, in my book.

These “educators” seek to make our youth forever feel guilty for the “crimes” of their ancestors, however real or imagined the “crimes” might be, with the degree of one’s guilt to be determined by the amount of color in one’s skin. They seek to institutionalize a perpetual class of victims and oppressors.

Today, the Biden regime and his Marxist-Maoist supporters scapegoat White America, and we especially saw this as the statues of our American heroes and our monuments and churches were attacked and defaced and often destroyed by Black Lives Matter and Antifa in recent years. We see this dynamic playing out in Biden’s Open Border Policy and his refusal to stop the flood of Illegal Aliens — future Democrats — into the country. And it’s obvious in every other Biden regime policy, as the Democratic Party Communists move to “transform” America, by debilitating our ability to produce energy through “dirty” fossil fuels and simultaneously demanding the redistribution of wealth, while Biden and his red, radical Globalist-Commies portray the American family, our national heritage, market commerce and our civic and religious institutions as corrupt, reprobate and immoral — the very things representative of their party — because, for the most part, White heterosexual men played the largest part in building and maintaining them.

In the name of “equality” and to further advance their Marxist-Maoist agenda, America bears witness to a new economic model paid for by the taxpayers, ’til they either can’t pay any longer or they bleed tears of frustration, as the merit of one’s ability and workmanship is reduced to nothingness and incompetence is rewarded and competence is handicapped. And rather than respecting all men and women through the prism of equality-in-the-eyes-of-the-law, the Biden Commies are moving to expand government over any expansion of Freedom and Individual Liberties, while they attempt to spend the nation into oblivion over the next three years, making all Americans equal in their shared economic misery at the lowest common denominator in poverty.

This is the Biden regime’s concept of the government facilitating “inclusiveness” for the people, in a perverse fashion that calls good “evil” and evil “good”. Satan himself couldn’t ask for better.

Our beloved America’s enemies want everybody to believe that America has been inherently and completely evil across its history. They want us to see our heterosexual Biblically ordained family as the deviancy and reject our “homophobic” churches to latch onto their heretical churches that bastardize the Word of God through their moral relativisms, false interpretations and outright lies. They call our entire way of life and the institutions we have built, including our educational institutions, “systemically racist” along with many corporations that aren’t fully in agreement with their Marxist-Maoist Cancel-Culture model of governance, and they demand that we renounce it all, before we can once more be a fully functioning, participating member of the new society they are creating, a dismal dystopian society without forgiveness in which self-hatred is the premier principle.

And for those so inclined, one’s guilt may be absolved for the exorbitant price of betraying America, sacrificing the nation and the three branches of government and all their subsidiaries that use to make it possible to live Free with some good bit of Individual Liberty to call our own, sacrificing our Freedom and Liberties in fact.

As Samuel Adams, one of America’s Founders, once noted:

“A general dissolution of principles and manners will more surely overthrow the liberties  of America than the whole force of the common enemy. While the people are virtuous they cannot be subdued; but when once they lose their virtue then will be ready to surrender their liberties to the first external or internal invader. How necessary then is it for those who are determined to transmit the Blessings of Liberty as a fair Inheritance to Posterity, to associate on publick Principles in Support of publick virtue …. and Nothing but opposite Principles and Manners can overthrow it.” [Bold emphasis in quote is Blog Editor’s]

We are no longer a Free country, not when elected and appointed government officials can simply declare a thing to be so, such as “Everyone shall wear masks — everyone shall take the Covid-19 vaccine”, and their subordinates impose those “mandates” as though they are law. We aren’t Free, when our government continues to try to keep a “state of emergency” ongoing, in order to manipulate it, so the government can retain power and control over the American people.

Two weeks to flatten the curve of the Covid virus has turned into two years and counting and the tyrants speculating over “new variants”, while now considering the possibilities of continuing the same failed lockdown policies for those variants that failed so miserably and caused so much economic destruction, as if the American people are that stupid or even willing to fall for that mess again. We’ve seen their hypocrisy, as the likes of Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi and Stacey Abrams and others have partied and gone about their lives maskless and nonchalantly while demanding everyone else comply with their asinine, unscientific illegal and illegitimate diktats.

Wouldn’t Biden and his gang of traitors love an America where everyone would receive massive fines for not wearing their mask everyday, inside and out, using micro-chips in the masks that would match to the wearer and identify the “criminals” amongst us?

While America snoozed and was entertained by Hollywood, the Woke Biden regime caught much of America unaware and off-guard, to the point that every single core Freedom we held most dear was stripped away from us overnight, as Corporate Nazis complied with the Biden mandates even before they were fully reviewed and resolved by the Court, continuing to do so at this moment, and other good little amerikkans among us in the private sector have made sure to single out violators for punishment and cancellation. Our words must be nuanced for fear of being canceled by our work — for any who are truly worried over such an eventuality, and our less brave citizens are pressured to acknowledge the false rectitude of ideas antithetical to our own, while books that contradict the false science of the CDC and Faucism with empirical findings and logic are blacklisted by certain publishers, such as Amazon, and others are pulled from circulation.

Whatever the case, complacency, a too-busy life, or apathy, Conservative America allowed the void in many segments of society and in every government institution to be filled by Communists and other radicals along the way. So much so did this occur that the Marxists and Maoists currently dominate America’s culture on all the important fronts, in the entertainment industry, academia and the mainstream media, which is making for an uphill battle at the moment. The longer this remains the status quo in our country the more any future Conservative victories will ring hollow and the Marxists will strike with more extreme reprisals and increased plundering of the U.S. Treasury, until every last vestige of America’s traditional culture is destroyed. 

It’s a hard thing to fully comprehend, but incredibly, there are millions of Americans who have accepted the fallacies and outright lies of the Biden regime as their New Gospel, and unfortunately they are the useful idiots, the Brown Shirted foot-soldiers, who are excited and ecstatic to surrender to the Democratic Party Communists’ authoritarian/totalitarian rule, for a continuation of Government freebees and the bread and circuses, no matter that any disobedience might one day mean their end at the end of a rope or a rifle.

The longer the Marxist-Maoists, the Biden regime and any subsequent tyrants push Americans along this current extreme and lawless trajectory the more a civil war becomes more certain, since what they demand contains no common ground or areas for compromise and is the bridge too far for most Americans who love everything about America, even Her flaws which were overcome and rectified by good men and women who transformed Her into a Shining City on the Hill, so exceptional and so wonderful — a beacon of Liberty and Freedom to all, ’til now.

It’s simply a question now of how soon or distant is the time that the fight is finally forced upon the principled Freedom-loving Americans. Upon its arrival, let us fight to win so that future generations may live Free, and let history note we were men and women of honor who did not flinch or give any quarter to the tyrants in the face of death.

Waiting for a Fateful Day

America Cannot Survive Her Fools and Traitors … Unless

America, as a nation, is facing some of the most serious and extremely dangerous existential threats to Her very existence and the continuation of freedom and liberty for Her people, that I have ever witnessed during my lifetime. Although the land will remain for many centuries forward, America cannot and will not exist as the free nation it once was so many long years ago. She cannot survive when half Her people, or more, are fools and traitors, who love not America or the principles upon which She was built.

America cannot survive a “president” and a Congress intent on giving away the bank and spending money just as fast as they can print and borrow it, and a Federal Reserve Bank that’s more than willing to keep the Ponzi scheme going, until it can go no longer and the entire House of Cards comes tumbling down around everybody. The Democratic Party Communists believe the sky is the limit, when it comes to spending, and in recent years, approximately two-thirds of the Republican Party, globalists and statists one and all, have taken to spending outrageous sums in the trillions, like a baby seal takes to water. 

Oh yes. We occasionally see a conscientious endeavor made to put the brakes on spending, as witnessed with Senator Joe Manchin bucking the Democratic Party Communists. However, even he and most Republicans were still willing to spend trillions more for Biden’s “Build Back Better” bullshit; it simply came down to a matter between nearly $2 trillion and $5 trillion or so dollars. 

But whose keeping count when it’s just a trillion here and a trillion there and just another day of driving the American taxpayer into the ground, taking their wealth and borrowing from Peter to pay Paul in order to keep the gravy-train rolling for the ne’er do-wells and the takers and looters? Who is keeping track when extreme government spending is creating a backdoor tax on all Americans through inflation that is more permanent than transitory? And in the meantime the debt ceiling keeps right on rising, adding more terrible limitations on the future of many generations to come.

America cannot survive Her fools and traitors who are actively pursuing an anti-American, sovereignty killing Open Borders policy, in the manner of the Biden Regime, that gives lip-service to securing the border, while simultaneously continuing to allow ILLEGAL ALIENS to flood across the border. In a related matter, we have just witnessed the Mayor of New York sign a bill into law that allows Non-Citizen foreign nationals residing in the U.S., to vote in all future elections. One can make a logical assumption that this will include Illegal Aliens. 

See the plan? These foreigners are being helped by the U.S. government in far too many instances through welfare programs, and it is the Democratic Party that continuously promotes this destructive policy, in order to build its base with more people who are previously inclined to vote for more socialism and Big Centralized Government, that typically takes its pound of flesh and an extremely heavy cost to individual liberty. 

Furthering the destruction of America, one must surely wonder how America will survive in the face of so many outside threats from China, Russia and a good portion of the Middle East, when Ol’ Uncle Joe and his Communist-driven, Communist-led regime are doing everything possible to hamstring America’s ability to respond in any effective manner, by destroying our energy independence — halting fracking and the building of pipelines in America and closing down oil exploration permits — without having any real or efficient alternative in place. And as if this isn’t bad enough, his regime is all too willing to engage in the appeasement of Islamofascists in Iran — begging for the return of the deeply flawed Iranian Nuclear Deal — as he warns China and Russia that he will hit them with “tough sanctions” if they move against Taiwan and Ukraine.

Ooowww. Tough sanctions after the fact. Biden has already hit China with sanctions over its abuse of the Uyghur Muslims in its domain, and yet, the Uyghur genocide is ongoing, just as it’s saber-rattling over international waterways in the South China Sea continues. Biden and Marx Inc are turning America into a weak, feckless paper tiger who has been declawed and defanged, and this is certain to invite a terrible attack on America in the not too distant future.

Day after day, America receives one shock after another, as the Biden Regime no longer even attempts any pretense of following any law or the Constitution. Biden and his Communist apparatchik bureaucratic holdovers infiltrating all the federal institutions are altering and manipulating the law in numerous illegal and illegitimate manners for their personal benefit and to grow and consolidate their power. They are utilizing and misusing regulatory authority and executive orders, in conjunction with outright illegal edicts and diktats in the form of “mandates” to effect a complete and full change to a socialist authoritarian/totalitarian system, whereby America’s Republic is totally destroyed and eradicated. 

Not to be outdone by Biden, Communist cronies sitting on the Supreme Court are inserting blatant, outright lies into the record in an attempt to ensure Biden policies and mandates win the day in any and all upcoming cases, especially where it concerns his Covid Vaccine mandate. Although America has only approximately 330 million people living here, Justice Stephen Breyer recently asserted that 750 million new cases of Covid had been reported in a single day. Trying to keep up, Justice Sonia Sotomayor falsely claimed that “more than 100,000 children (were) hospitalized because of Covid and ‘many of them’ on ventilators”, and then she rushed on out from behind her computer and the virtual address to have dinner in DC that evening, with the Democratic Senators Amy Klobuchar and Dick Durbin. [Blog Editor: Blatant lies told by Leftist SCOTUS Justices and Leftists in Congress to fearmonger support for Leftist Executive Branch diktats. That friends is a shredded Constitution and a Marxist dictatorship if no checks stop the despotism.]

Just how does America survive such idiots, buffoons, liars and evil Machiavellian traitors from within all of Her institutions, including the Highest Court in the land?

How does America survive complete and total lawlessness supported by hundreds of District Attorneys and assistant DAs that were helped into office by Soros and Zuckerberg millions? How do we survive as a nation when so many inner-city Blacks see absolutely nothing at all wrong with rioting, murder and mayhem, so long as they are getting whatever they want from the stores they trash? An entire massive segment of our population is completely and utterly immoral, reveling in their evil, and in many instances, presented as the “victims” of “oppression” by White America, when the exact opposite is true and they have been handed opportunity upon opportunity, that has far exceeded any right they had, becoming privilege and validation of their twisted view of American history.

Many dispute the following quote, asserting that George Orwell never said it. Wherever it actually originated, these words represent a hard and absolute truth:

“A people that elect corrupt politicians, imposters, thieves and traitors are not victims but accomplices.”

America cannot survive unless good, decent and righteous Liberty-minded men and women are placed in high offices such as Congress, the Oval Office and the Governor’s Office of our states and a true and real opposition party arises to stop this Marxist/Maoist Cancel-Culture assault on our nation. But the ready trouble America faces becomes all too apparent once one understands that far too many in the Republican Party are Big Centralized Government, globalist, statists incredibly closely aligned to Marxists, such as John Katko of New York and Liz Cheney, allegedly of Wyoming (what a joke), with all her appalling decisions such as siding with the Democrats in their Illegal January 6th Commission, especially in light of the fact that Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ill) should have been the ranking Republican on this “commission”. 

And then of course, who can ever forget all the previous and current turncoats and traitors to America’s Founding Principles, such as former Speaker John Boehner, former Speaker Paul Ryan and Senator Mitch McConnel who is still “serving” — Eerrr — subverting the rule of law and Freedom and Liberty in America.

How can America survive, when the very same mechanisms that allowed so much voter fraud to occur in the 2020 election in so many states are still in effect as ILLEGITIMATE, De Facto Law? Every future election will be suspect so long as this remains the status quo.

Traditional America has very nearly had the last few nails driven in Her coffin, but She most assuredly cannot and will not survive, until Americans fix the election fraud problem of their nation and start charging, convicting and placing people in some hard time breaking big rocks into little rocks for engaging in such criminal activity and return to a righteous moral standard that rejects the current double standard of “law” and embraces the idea of the equality of each man and woman under the law, with a truly blind Lady Justice. In conjunction with this, we as a society and a people must nominate only the best, most decent, good and honorable men and women to government positions across the spectrum, who are most interested in promoting and ensuring honest elections and Freedom and Individual Liberty over any other interests they may have — men and women who are above reproach and any hint of corruption, and unless we do this soon, America will remain on this lightening quick road to Her own ultimate destruction and demise.

America will be hard-pressed to survive this new wave of red, radical commies and Her “Emperor who has no clothes”, this wretched Biden, who is dumb as a rock but boasts of his own wisdom constantly, a man far out of touch with the average American who regularly ignores the counsel of men and women far more wise and knowledgeable than he has ever thought of being. Biden, a rude and uncouth manipulator who regularly insults ordinary Conservative and Independent Americans while basking in the phony praise of sycophants and con-men, mistaking sophists and harsh critics of Conservatives for wise and loyal counselors. This is the despot who regularly slights worthy and honorable Americans and puts them in the cross-hairs of the weaponized FBI and DOJ still to this day. The behavior of the Biden regime more closely resembles that of a Third World banana republic and a doomed state than an advocate for Freedom and Liberty and those principles of yesteryear that made and kept America great. 

We’re in deep trouble as a nation and a people, and even though so many of us see it and understand the numerous crises we’re currently experiencing, our chances of saving the nation grow slimmer by the day, due to the fact that millions of foreign green card holders and illegal aliens with no love for America, who hate our Western Civilization and the principles that built it, are acting as the enemy-from-within and traitors to America. Take this along with serious issues in the offing now, as they are resulting from past actions by anti-American administrations from Wilson to Obama and on to Biden, and the true patriotic Americans and traditional America will find themselves in even more dire straits fighting the best they can just to survive in the coming years. 

Incredible as it appears to me, we already find America’s enemies all through Congress. Look at Rep. Ilhan Omar who regularly and consistently rails against America and has never seen an Islamic terrorist she didn’t want to take home to Mom and send out into the streets of America with a care package, along with the bombs he’s carrying.

If America does manage to survive in some form or fashion, in any way that remotely resembles what She once was, it more than likely won’t be done through the ballot or the corrupt Court. 

Traditional America and Her real American populace survive the next few years by resisting, refusing to comply and fighting tooth and nail against the Biden Regime Commies and all future Globalist, Statist, Marxist/Maoist regimes that oppose U.S. sovereignty and Individual Liberty. We survive by saying absolutely “HELL NO” to any and all edicts and diktats that contravene and seek to eradicate our individual liberty and Inalienable God-given Rights, standing together with other freedom-loving Americans who also reject the Biden Regime’s despotism and tyranny in what will essentially amount to parallel societies of good, decent Conservatives and Independents.

And in the end, even this will probably not be enough, given the size of our federal government — this Leviathan — and the more than a hundred years of Communist infiltration it has experienced. Our institutions now seem to live to grow their own power, much more so than to serve ‘We the People’, and very little they do today actually benefits the average American, but always benefits Corporate America and the fat-ass do-nothing bureaucrats who love themselves and their power far more than America, in the style of Rep. Maxine Waters, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Speaker Pelosi. America will not be saved unless Her knowledgeable, intelligent, righteous men and women — hard men and women with backbone and resolve and willing to do the hard tasks — take up arms and run America’s enemies out of the country, letting events fall however they may on that fateful day as they hope, pray and fight to ensure that the forces of Truth, Life and Freedom and Liberty finally emerge victorious on the other side of the chaos that will ensue.

Hang on tight and ride this madness out to the end. We’re far past the point of no return.

I have posted with some frequency the thoughts of those who point to impending Martial Law or some sort of organized Patriot uprising to save the American Republic from the obvious crimes of an election coup to enthrone an illegitimate President with a protected criminal past of corruption with so much stench that I am convinced treason was and is involved. TODAY it is my sense those voices telling Patriots that Donald Trump will prevail via one fashion or another was more akin to a delusional pipedream.

I don’t know if these voices for a Patriot America were simply fed a steady diet of deception to assuage Americans while the Marxist Left completes the tightening of the vice totalitarianism or – GOD FORBID! They were a part of delivering false hope.

I pray to God Almighty that my assessment is wrong and on January 20 an awakened Patriotic Military throws off the emerging bands of despotic Dem-Marxist rule under the actual dark winter hands of Biden/Harris.

UNFORTUNATELY, I am convinced the ENTIRE instruments of government – Executive (especially the controlling unelected Deep State Bureaucracy), Legislative and Judicial Branches – are so tainted by lawlessness, the United States of America will descend into the Big Brother Totalitarian Banana Republic of America.

Politically, do NOT expect the rule of law to preserve the Founders Republic. ONLY We The People can do something politically. And that SOMETHING is NOT sitting on our hands hoping for the best. Just as in 1776 when American colonies became fed up with British governing tyranny. ONLY a 1776 mindset among THE PEOPLE can WE again rediscover the Freedom encompassing Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness individually rather than a cog of fiction by the tentacles of a controlling State. If you are an old Trekkie, you might understand the meaning of the Borg has arrived and their Collective is telling you, “Resistance is futile.” I for one am RESISTING! The note of the day coming from all corners of Conservative punditry is “Don’t give them an excuse to take it (Liberty), don’t give them an excuse”, as they admonish conservatives across America to be careful about speaking out on their rights to keep and bear arms as a right fundamental to maintaining all of our other rights. They add that everybody must refrain from speaking on the right to act violently in kind in self-defense when violently attacked.

And on top of this, we are witnessing Corporate America doing the bidding of the Marxist Communists and silencing Conservatives, and anyone who questions the results of Election 2020 in a manner that would make Stalin blush, all across social media sites, going so far as to have Twitter, Facebook, Google, Mozilla, Apple and Amazon all conspire to de-platform Parler (considered a site for Conservatives), even going so far as to essentially destroy its ability to function anywhere else as a business by taking down its servers. The server base that currently controls the internet is completely under the control of America’s communists and this is an existential threat to Free Speech and freedom and Liberty themselves.

Early Americans rose up to cast off this very sort of tyranny during our War for Independence, and while free speech is well and good, it’s purpose must always be in the service of those righteous and noble ideas that promote the greatest freedom and liberty for all people.

What we are witnessing today is an advocacy for tyranny, from the Democratic Party, that is essentially the Communist Party USA, that is being facilitated by Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the AOC Squad. Sure, they have free speech rights, but they do not have the right to implement an entirely new system that completely squashes our Inalienable Rights, the Founding itself, and takes away all semblance of freedom in our land. America’s covenant was one based on the preservation of those Inalienable Rights, which include the right to preserve and protect one’s private property, and as such, no real American can ever really compromise or even tolerate Democratic Party Communists within our society.

The Far Left has always been determined to take away freedom and liberty from all Americans, because, getting right down to brass tacks, Socialism is just another word for Totalitarianism.

Today, the American patriots have been reticent to take the field of battle, and it’s been the Communists of Antifa — the weepy, self-hating whites who have bought into the Bulls**t of the Critical Race Theory — Black Lives Matter and the New Black Panthers and all their fringe supporters that have been charging forward throughout every U.S. city attacking innocent people for their Conservative views and destroying any and everything that has anything to do with America’s Founding. America is under a hard assault from Her Amerikkans, those hard Far Left destroyers and Takers who believe they are owed something for past wrongs committed by a “racist” America, that have caused them no harm in this lifetime, since our government has worked tirelessly over the past sixty-five years to make certain that people of color have equality under the law, inadvertently creating an existing system that has actually ensured they have more rights than the average white person in America.

Elected officials everywhere have been taking our Liberty for the past 100 years, through compromise with the shiftless, Socialist Takers, who see government as an entity to provide for every single need of all the people, and the Far Left has been positioning their people and planning to suppress every Inalienable Right up to this very day, regardless of who was committing violence. And one must note, that even though the majority of violent events, nearly all the violence over the past century, have been plotted, initiated and executed by the Marxist and Maoist Communists of America, we heard nobody calling for greater crackdowns on any “peaceful protesters” until Conservatives finally responded in kind on January 6th, with their own “mostly peaceful” protest, after witnessing the Far Left violence of the Marxist groups of Black Lives Matter and Antifa burn entire cities to the ground, and in response to a stolen election and the looming presentation of an Imposter to the Presidency, Joe Biden, on the 20th.

On January 6, 2021 – one Black Lives Matter activist, John Sullivan, used a microphone, as he yelled to the crowd: “… we about to burn this s**t down… we got to rip Trump out of office … f**king pull him out of that s**t … we about to go get that motherf’er … it’s time for a revolution.” [Blog Editor: Justin’s above quote is only a fraction of the unintelligent profanity laced threats of violence against Trump and Patriots: HERE & HERE] The Justice Department has since [JOS] charged and arrested Sullivan on multiple charges. Irrefutably, a majority of Democrat Communists are hard-core malevolent beings who take extreme satisfaction in the pain and suffering of others, not so unlike their predecessors seen in the movements of Stalin, Mao, Fidel and Pol Pot, since their ideology isn’t fueled by an honest desire to help the downtrodden, but rather, it is fueled by an unhinged envy, anger and hate focused on illogical notions regarding class and racial differences and identity politics that only further divide a people. And no matter that some people have bought into the false promises of Communism, through their own ignorance or naïvetés, the primary drivers behind the Democratic Party and its Communist Platform and agenda are anger and hate.

Let’s not forget all the violence based on the false narrative of “systemic racism in America’s police agencies”, that was used to destroy parts of America in Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland, once again at the instigation of Black Lives Matter — an outright Communist organization through and through, from its supporters and funding to its leaders — and the New Black Panthers. Or the words of Barack Hussein Obama, the Terrorist-In-Chief, who said, “If they bring a knife, we bring a gun”, as he spoke about conservatives who might even consider defending themselves against the Communist-inspired violence.

In June 2019, regarding the violent protests seen in Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Dallas, ever more the radical Marxist, Senator Kamala Harris stated: “They’re not going to stop. This is a movement. I’m telling you. … and everyone, beware. … They’re not going to stop before election day in November, and they are not going to stop after election day. … And they should not, and we should not.”

Shortly after events on January 6th, all America heard the Leftist media breathlessly speaking of MAGA people and Trump supporters as “domestic terrorists”, since Communists always accuse their enemy of being guilty of the same things they themselves do. We also hear Joe Biden, the Imposter to the Presidency, call the DC protestors “insurrectionists” and “domestic terrorists”, after he called the incredibly violent arsons, looting and burning of American cities this summer “Peaceful Protests of Summer” for months.

Biden evidently doesn’t understand the terms “rule of law”, “dissent”, “protesters”, as he spoke the day after the Capitol unrest and harshly demanded of America: “Don’t you dare call them protesters. They were a riotous mob. Insurrectionists. Domestic terrorists. It’s that basic. It’s that simple.” If he fails to understand these terms, I’ll bet he knows the meaning of the words “Traitor” and Treason”, since he’s the embodiment of these terms.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently stated that she “almost died” in a confrontation with the protesters at the Capitol. Oh well. People died in Minneapolis, Kenosha, St Louis, Seattle and many other Democratic Communist controlled cities where their elected officials refused to uphold actual state law, and in many cases turned the law upside and abused and misused their power to violate those laws themselves, as they gave the Brown Shirt Fascist street soldiers of BLM and Antifa free rein to wreak havoc and mayhem, commit any heinous act of violence, and sow the seeds of chaos. It’s good that she got just a small taste of the same fear that was spread across America throughout this year.

In a recent [JOS] Instagram video, AOC said: “I did not think, I did not know if I was going to make it to the end of that day alive, and not just in a general sense, but also in a very, very specific sense and, you know, I think it’s an opportunity for a lot of us to talk about trauma as well.”

Let’s not forget that over two years ago, on October 4, 2018; a group of Leftist protesters took over a Senate Building in order to protest the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. In the ensuing chaos of that day, we saw actresses Amy Schumer and Emily Ratajkowski arrested, along with 128 other demonstrators, with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a New York Democrat, telling them that they were “speaking truth to power because you care about the future, you care about our children, you care about who is leading the country …”.

Well guess what. Conservative Americans care about who is leading the country, apparently much more than Leftists who have “elected” Joe Biden, the worse and most destructive individual they could have ever thought to elect.

And, if one really wants to look at one of the most chaotic moments in the takeover of a federal building, one should look at what happened on March 1, 1954 in the House of Representatives. Four Puerto Rican Nationalists, three men and a woman who were seeking independence for Puerto Rico from the United States, entered the visitor’s gallery above the chamber and took their seats, while having entered with handguns unbeknownst to anyone. (Remember that security protocols were incredibly lax back then).

Around 2:30 p.m., they opened fire onto the House Floor and unfurled a Puerto Rican flag, in an act of violence meant to draw attention to their demand for Puerto Rico’s independence. Clifford Davis of Tennessee was shot through one calf; Al Bentley had been shot through his abdomen and was stretched out on the floor; Ken Allison of Alabama was shot through one knee; and Ben Jensen of Iowa was shot in one shoulder, and the bullet bounced inside his body, as it traveled down to his waist.

On January 12th during a fairly thunderous press conference, acting U.S. Attorney for D.C. Michael Sherwin stated that law enforcement officials are treating the unrest at the Capitol “like an international counterterrorism investigation” and “looking at everything — money, travel records” with “no resource … unchecked”. This is set to be one of the largest investigations in U.S. history, as all fifty-six FBI field offices are involved, largely to give a nod to Biden, who isn’t even in office yet.

In just the exact same manner as Trump used the “police brutality” riots to justify an executive order that authorized a ten-year prison term for anyone who damaged federal property, America can now expect to see Biden and his AOC Commie Squad turn this to their advantage as they focus on naming all Christian Conservatives and Trump supporters “domestic terrorists”. And in fact, the day after the civil upheaval at the Capitol, Biden explicitly stated he has made it a priority to pass a law against domestic terrorism, and he has been urged to create a White House Cabinet post to oversee the fight against ideological [read anything deemed to be conservative] inspired violent extremists and increase funding for the fight, as noted by the Wall Street Journal.

This mess our elected officials have created continues to expand exponentially, since tens of millions of Amerikkans are content to abandon their freedom and liberty and hand themselves over to the “good will” of the Government, the Nanny Super-State, the Leviathan, a non-existent good will, such as it is, and ever more intent on growing its own power, whether Republicans or Democrats are in charge — people who demand cradle to grave care and damned the cost, so long as they can post their idiotic selfies to social media, where PhDs will continue to receive government financing for whatever thesis will get them a grant. And, in the meantime, the Socialist philosophy and the ideas of Marx are so deeply entrenched in public schools that America’s children graduate as idiots, counting on their fingers and unable to write a coherent paragraph.

America will soon have to awaken to the fact that when any country sows the seeds of stupidity, greed and envy in any area, whether personal, financial, cultural, religious, sexual or governmental, it reaps the whirlwind, chaos and the fires of destruction. The die was cast, long before I was born, and I hate this fact, and so should any righteous American who is pure of heart and longing to see freedom and Liberty thriving once more in our country.

There isn’t one American — who believes in the Founding Principles and American traditions [Blog Editor: American traditions based on Christian Heritage: HERE, HERE & HERE], God and the Rights of All men [Unalienable/Inalienable interesting trivia] as seen in Nature and delivered to us by God [Blog Editor: For me a complicated essay on “the laws of nature and nature’s God” under the title, “The Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God:
The True Foundation of American Law” by KERRY L. MORGAN culminates with this bit of lucid understanding:

 

The first paragraph of the Declaration of Independence sets the stage for the American revolution and its indispensable reliance on the laws of God, the Creator.26 It declares:

And therein lies our problem, since the Democratic Party Communists are unwilling to leave people alone to thrive in their freedom, because they need to exert controls through government, to threaten, coerce and otherwise intimidate people to give up their wealth, in order to provide for their followers and their own oligarchical aristocracy, who believe in stealing the wealth of others so they may live like kings.

And although some question the attribution of the following quote to Hans-Hermann Hoppe, it has long been asserted that he once told a reporter that, “men will never be free (and I would add Liberty will not be safe) until the last democrat is strangled by the entrails of the last communist”, and I am in a thousand percent agreement. Each successful Leftist totalitarian infringement against our freedoms leaves Conservative Americans less and less choice and fewer options, other than actual civil war to take our country back. However, even though most Americans are no longer truly free, whether they realize it or not, they have grown fat and comfortable, just like fatted hogs or budgies are in their pens and cages.

And so, the question becomes — How far will the infringement on our freedoms have to go before the majority of the people rise up against the rising forces of tyranny in our society and the halls of our government? How much more abuse and violence are freedom-loving Americans willing to suffer at the hands and behest of criminal, treasonous Democrat Communists who do not truly seek co-existence in a peacefully governed America, but rather they seek ultimate and total control, to create a State in which their Marxist ideology is the final word and a hellish totalitarian “Socialist” regime reigns supreme, one in which there is no place for Conservatives who believe in those first principles set forth by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence?

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed …”.

Hear that? “… deriving their Just Powers from the CONSENT of the Governed”, not by way of threats, intimidation, violence and the planned and coordinated destruction of our nation’s cities and monuments, or the murders of innocents.

As we prepare to restore America, as best we can in light of all the damage already done, one would do well to prepare themselves as if they’d already arrived at the end of their life. It’s time to balance our books and call for a full accounting from all America’s traitors, as we put the finishing touches on our lives and perhaps leave this world, with the knowledge we lived our lives well to the very end.

The terms are simple. We win or die.

However, far too many Americans have grown to adulthood, living fat, dumb and relatively happy under this government stupidity that has become a virtual norm for society, and thus the Leftstream media and social media too, who live only to lick the hand that feeds them and slaps Conservative America in the face. And the normal, independent, freedom-loving Americans aren’t yet quite angry or afraid enough to do the necessary hard things to take their rights and their futures in their own hands, restoring the Founding Principles and Liberty across the land, all but myself and the few thousands or millions of true American Patriots who are done tolerating the tyranny that runs roughshod over us all today.

Similar to Ireland’s Bloody Sunday in 1920, America will have many Bloody Sunday’s before the pot finally boils all the way over. But in this moment and in the aftermath of January 6, 2021; it’s without a doubt that the fragile bond between the American people and our government has been broken forever.

Over the past 65 years the Far Left has probed, prodded, provoked and pushed Conservative America and the weak, ineffective, too often compliant Republican Party into one flawed “compromise” after another, with each one costing us all an untold cost to our freedom and liberty that is now revealing itself in today’s events. Each poke, each provocation pushed us one step closer to the abyss of tyranny, and one day, that last “next step” will move the good and decent Americans, who love the Founding Principles and Freedom and America’s traditions — men and women who have tried to win converts to the cause of freedom in order that their grandchildren may inherit a world in which they are truly free — to do the unthinkable.

The rule of law has been so corrupted that it has done nothing but let Americans down time and again, as blatant corruption has become the rule and compromised politicians, activist judges and federal agencies have gone against America’s best interests and individual Liberty and Inalienable Rights.

On the day of the last “next step”, tired and furious Americans will take the hard task at hand and rise up to kill every last damned anti-American rat-bastard liberal, Democrat, Communist, Socialist, Antifa and BLM member in the country, at a rate that will make a course correction for America overnight. This day will be the day that American patriots so thoroughly execute America’s domestic terrorists and enemies from within, that we will never again need have this discussion, as every Democratic Communist and sympathizer and supporter — teachers, doctors, lawyers, journalists and CEOs alike and anyone who betrayed the American Founding along the way — are taken out and shot or their throats slit, to the point that the streets run slick with their blood … Unless we wait too late and allow the tyrants to consolidate their power and ingrain themselves permanently into the seats of government.

American Patriots vs American Bolsheviks Rising


My wife and I are legal Guardians of two of our Middle School aged grandsons. They are involved in “distance learning” (meaning online) until tomorrow (9/17). My youngest grandson told me the entirety of his Social Studies class online Tuesday was the viewing of CNN for that hour. In case you are an American with your head in the sand, whatever “CNN” used to be an acronym for, the reality today is it stands for the Communist News Network. It’s apparent sole purpose is to broadcast Dem-Marxist Party lying propaganda.

 

Now I feel compelled to cause a ruckus over the brainwashing of my grandchildren into potential future Antifa-Marxist terrorists in America. This brainwashing of children in America has set the stage for American Patriots who know actual history versus brainwashed American Bolsheviks to collide to decide America’s future. The preservation of American Liberty or the collapse into a Sheeple nation dominated by Big Government Marxist brainwashing. American Patriots vs American Bolsheviks Rising

Triggering a Constitutional Crisis and a Revolution – Revolutions Don’t Care About Elections

America has a long history of fair and relatively fraud free elections, and for most of our history, the various political factions have consistently sought and found a way to compromise on the most pressing issues of the day, whether on the social front or the economy, spending and the role government should play in them all. The lines between party lines have been delineated in firmer and harder positions from all sides, primarily the two sides that exhibit one standing for Big government and less freedom and the other standing for smaller, limited government and expanded freedom and individual liberties. And, as the fight drags on today, compromise has shown itself illusive and practically impossible to reach.

 

The Democratic Party is far and away from the Old Blue Dog Democrats of the late 1940s, 50s and early 60s, who actually still loved America. They held dear Her Founding Principles and the Constitution, largely just seeing Big Government as offering more solutions than not; and never would they seek to trash the Constitution or sell the nation down the road to Marxist Communism. Although to be sure, with the release of the declassified Venona Files [Blog Editor: Venona Background and Venona Files] in July of 1995, America was shown without a doubt that the Democratic Party had been rife with outright Communists, who absolutely would and did betray America to the Communists of the world, largely starting under President Franklin Roosevelt and brought to light by Senator Joe McCarthy, now standing vindicated in his allegations and charges against many government officials and American citizens.

 

Today, members of the Democratic Party are more similar to communists like Alger Hiss, who sought to hand America to the Soviets, and the radical Bill Ayers, who is a domestic terrorist of the Weather Underground***, still walking free; and, the Democratic Party is nothing less than a front group for the Marxist and Maoist communists of the world, who seek to destroy America by any means necessary. Over the past two weeks, once again they have hit upon another plan to wreak as much chaos as possible, by disrupting the election in November, if President Donald J. Trump does in fact win re-election. I don’t see any real path that he doesn’t, but it’s not going to matter to the Democrats, desperate to cling to power, who are already calling for the rejection of any electoral loss, in order to trigger a constitutional crisis.

Claimed to be “bipartisan” by the Leftstream “mainstream” media, a group called the Transition Integrity Project (TIP), so-called “experts”, that is largely comprised of Democratic Party shills, those on the Far Left and the RINO Never-Trumpers, has laid forth a plan to steal the election from under President Trump when he wins it fair and square. The Commie Democrats, like Chuckie Schumer, Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and many others, are just crazy enough to want this now, in what seems to be a death wish for themselves, their countrymen and Western civilization, too. Trump’s victory will be seen as evidence of treason within the system and it would require an immediate correction, through a greater level of sedition and violence than originally utilized in their failed 2016 attempts to end President Trump.

 

They are already preparing the American people through their false scenarios and narratives as they explain that nobody should expect to see concrete election results on Election Night. They don’t want anyone to believe the results, even if they are definite, real and documented by election officials, as exhibited by a recent statement from Josh Mendelsohn, Hawkfish CEO, that suggested an election night landslide victory for President Trump would simply be a “red-mirage”, that would be proven erroneous in the days and weeks following Election Day, as the mail-in ballots rolled in. [Blog Editor: The “red-mirage” propaganda is to set the stage for Dems to steal the election via Voter Fraud by fabricating mailed-in ballots. You might be surprised to discover your dead Grandpa, dead Uncle, Micky Mouse and your dog voted by mail as a Dem.]

 

Hawkfish is a U.S. political data agency in New York City that was founded by Michael Bloomberg in 2019 to support Democratic candidates, causes and “common sense” solutions, an oxymoron when using “common sense” in the same sentence with “Democrat”. However, the election model presented by Hawkfish brings the Democratic Party’s longstanding voter fraud practices front and center when one considers their hard push for ballot harvesting and mail-in voting, since it shows mail-in ballots going overwhelmingly for Biden, to hand him a “massive victory” comprised of 334 Electoral College votes to Trump’s 204, in their best-case scenario

 

Incredibly, the acting Director of Homeland Security, Chad Wolf, nominated by President Trump himself, recently added fuel to the fire, by allowing the release of a draft document in August claiming once again that “white supremacists” represent a larger security threat to the nation, as if on cue, making one seriously wonder about Wolf’s own bias and standing as a Republican (in name only?). How does this report make no mention of the Marxists of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, who have been destroying U.S. cities and murdering policemen since at least 2016? One can only presume Americans are expected to ignore reality and the actual violence that has been ripping our country apart for months now, caused by shiftless and directionless, ignorant, malcontent people of color and equally shiftless, no-good, white “liberal” amerikkan Communist apparatchiks.

 

DHS’s draft report serves to enable state agents to more easily target legally-armed Americans, who congregate with other firearms owners, and the protections provided by our God-given Inalienable Rights and the 2nd Amendment. The label of “white supremacist” will be slapped against many peaceful conservatives who seek nothing less than the ability to defend themselves in a righteous manner. This document must serve as a warning to anyone who does not currently support the idiocy — especially as it pertains to “white privilege”, Maoist cancel culture, and the Marxist race-based agenda of Antifa and BLM —  the evil and the tyranny espoused by the New Democratic Party Communist Orthodoxy, and they must prepare accordingly.

 

In a Washington Post editorial entitled ‘Trump could refuse to concede’ [WaPo must have faced criticism, they changed title: “What’s the worst that could happen?”] on September 3rd 2020, Rosa Brooks, co-founder of TIP, wrote: “President Trump has broken countless norms and ignored countless laws during his time in office, and … my colleagues and I at the Transition Integrity Project … realized that identifying the most serious risks to our democracy might be the best way to avert a November disaster … “.  And over the course of unveiling four different “war game” scenarios focused on both broad and narrow victories for each candidate, Brooks finally got to the heart of the matter, as she offered forth an oh so thinly veiled threat: “A landslide for Joe Biden resulted in a relatively orderly transfer of power. Every other scenario we looked at involved street-level violence and political crisis.”

 

The Democratic Party’s cunning and scheming lawfare cadre will fall into the fray too, along with the complicit Leftstream Media and various fascist cable news channels, that will continuously promote the notion that Joe Biden is leading in several swing states, regardless of whether it’s true or not, amplified on social media sites, as well. When he loses on election night, the frenzied, fierce furor begins. And in the meantime, massive amounts of mail-in ballots pour into election districts that previously did not utilize this method much, leaving them quite ill-equipped to validate them.

 

One must note that Brooks and Nils Gilman founded TIP in 2019, supposedly from a “concern that the Trump administration may seek to manipulate, ignore, undermine or disrupt the 2020 presidential election and transition process.” Brooks was an advisor to the Hillary Clinton State Department and she has also been the general counsel to George Soros’s Open Society Institute (OSI), a subsidiary of the Open Society Foundation, while Zoe Hudson, TIP’s director, is also a top figure of OSF, senior policy analyst, who has been a liaison between the foundations and the U.S. government for the past eleven years.

This should be a massive Red Flag to the Trump Administration and all American patriots, since the communist OSF and George Soros fomented many “color revolutions” to overthrow non-aligned foreign governments, especially during the Obama administration, as seen through the 2011 Arab Spring and in the Ukraine in 2014. Now, the very same tactics used to foment rebellion in foreign countries, by our CIA, are being used in America domestically and against everything good and decent our country is built upon.

 

As noted by J.B. Shurk, on September 9th, for The Federalist: “This is why Sens. Bernie Sanders and Chuck Schumer pretend Trump won’t leave office if defeated. … It’s why Hillary Clinton insists Biden should not concede the election until Democrats have a chance to throw state vote counts into chaos, why Bill Clinton is selling the idea that Trump will ‘stack sandbags’ to stay in the White House, and why certain ‘Washington insiders’ have a plan to undertake ‘unprecedented’ measures to overthrow Trump after he wins re-election. The Democratic Party is actively working to create the conditions necessary to trigger a political revolution.”

 

“Progressive” communist groups, such as SEIU, Color of Change, MoveOn, Indivisible, Demos and many others, have formed a coalition focused on creating “mass public unrest”, according to the Daily Beast, as it reports the coalition intends to “Occupy shit, hold space, and shut things down, not just on Election Day, but for weeks.” This so-called “peaceful civil disobedience” will prove to be anything but peaceful, since the country has already witnessed 550 violent riots from May to the present, along with 7,750 Black Lives Matter associated demonstrations in 2,440 locations in all fifty states. Only self-deluded fools could possibly think that this will be anything other than more destructive violence aimed at destroying America and our republic, after the “summer of love” we’ve already endured.

 

Soon after victory is declared for President Trump, the Democratic Party Communists will immediately start screaming over the illegitimacy of Trump’s win and they will immediately declare it invalid, activating their mobs and an explosion of violence not seen in America in many a long century.

 

And even if Biden wins, the violence will persist and continue, since the anti-American radicals, the anarchists and the communists, will see Biden as a puppet to do their bidding, and they will accelerate their insurrection’s goals and head into full blown revolution. An uncooperative or incompetent Biden will be quickly be neutralized and removed with the reins of power handed to Kamala Harris, since nobody who heads the Democratic party today will be allowed to ignore the demands of Antifa and BLM, and any failure to submit means a political death.

 

Over the past three months, all America has had front row seats to the preview of what the Democratic Party Communists and their fascist strong-arm violent Antifa and BLM groups have planned for the next two months and beyond. It doesn’t take much to read the signs of a rapidly approaching expansion of the current insurrection, far removed from anything to do with “police reform”. So desperate is the Left to repel and escape the reality of life, the hard truths of life and everything intelligent humans know to be straight from Natural Law and God’s Creation — to Cancel America’s Culture after infecting every segment of Her society with their Marxist disease — that they now lash out violently to force utopian nostrums upon all America, smashing and destroying everything that’s given rise to so exceptional an America, from 1492 to the present, that one must think them out of their mind, as their intolerant, illiberal mob mentality is reminiscent of the mobs of France in 1793 and the Bolshevik murderers of 1917. A Nation Gasping For Air


I deplore profanity.

 

A couple of days ago President Trump expressed the desire to declare the Antifa-instigators of violence, rioting and looting after the tragic murder of George Floyd by then Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin a domestic terrorist organization. I then read and hear Dems and the MSM become outraged that President Trump deplores property and person being violently assaulted.

 

When I heard and read these idiots defend Antifa violence, my first reaction was and is  – DAMN!

 

Rather than support Trump to protect property and people from these anti-American Communist Antifa thugs, the President receives criticism about the authority to act. Again – DAMN!

 

Maybe Dems and the MSM will pay attention when armed vigilantes begin protecting property and property owners threatened by Antifa or Antifa-inspired sheeple. How will vigilantes protect property and people against thugs? I’m not a rocket scientist but I suspect this is where the Second Amendment comes into play. YUP, LOOTING WILL LEAD TO SHOOTING!

A Nation Gasping For Air

Riots Are Socially Destructive And Self-Defeating

America’s cities are burning today, from New York to Philadelphia and Seattle to Nashville, (May 31st) still, after five days of chaos and anarchy, and rioters and looters are having a field day as they cart off toilet paper, liquor, 50″ HD televisions and electronics, proving that their actions are no longer focused on the murder of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer. Thugs, criminals, communists and anarchists have forced the situation to devolve, and they act as if America’s cities owe them the courtesy of allowing them to loot and destroy whole cities, to make up for an array of grievances, both real and imagined, that emanate from the “social justice” crap so prevalent in our society today. And too many mayors, such as Nashville’s John Cooper, and governors, too, seem reticent to act to stop them. Even the most patriotic American, deep in their heart, would struggle to feel proud of their country and optimistic about its future after this week.

 

I full well understand the frustration and anger felt by those legitimate peaceful protesters, who only want to ensure that Floyd’s death isn’t simply shrugged off. Although I do believe a large element of racism still exists in America today, from many different segments of our society, Floyd’s death wasn’t any more egregious or horrendous than that of Tony Timpa, a 32 year old white man, who was murdered by Dallas Police, in 2016, as he pleaded for help thirty times. However, I also believe that a white person wouldn’t have been so sorely abused and mistreated by any police force, most usually, as Floyd was over a $20 counterfeit bill.

 

Floyd died telling police officers “I can’t breathe” and calling out for his mother. Eric Garner, a black man from New York, uttered the very same words just before his death, in 2014, caused by a police chokehold.

“He had a cardiac arrest and they tried to shock him and the shocks didn’t work,” Baden added. “He was dead before they put him on the stretcher … many minutes before he gets to the hospital.”

Now, America is on fire. All across America we see images of cars and buildings ablaze. Giant balls of flame erupt and the streets are choked with black smoke blanketing the sky. Protesters throw fire-extinguishers, knives, bottles and rocks at police, and grocery and department stores are being looted.

 

I thought the good people of Nashville might actually avoid getting sucked into the madness of the maddening masses’ ignorance, but evil knows no limit and leaves nothing in this world untouched, so I was obviously hoping for too much. Many of us were shocked to see a supposed “peaceful protest” turn ugly within a matter of just a couple of hours, with rioters setting the Nashville Courthouse ablaze on May 30th and destroying a large swathe of Nashville’s Lower Broad tourist area.

Incredibly, the “peaceful protest” in my hometown of Murfreesboro, TN led to the city being placed under a “state of emergency” by Governor Bill Lee and Mayor Shane McFarland, after a prayer vigil and protest on Sunday, March 31st, “turned violent” and a police armored vehicle was vandalized and a brick was thrown through the window of Whiskey Dix’s business. At approximately 7:00 pm, McFarland ordered a curfew to go into effect, and about forty-five minutes later, Gov. Lee threw his support behind the move with his statement, that “the protests in Murfreesboro are no longer peaceful but have escalated to overt threats to public safety and property”. But overall, the situation was mild compared to other parts of the nation, thankfully.

 

No one should condone the violence spreading across this country, as an answer to George Floyd’s horrific murder. These riots that are tearing our cities apart, from Minneapolis to all points beyond, coast-to-coast, can and will only lead to more suffering, and it also overshadows the peaceful demonstrations actually in support of finding justice for George Floyd and his family, as the leftists, ANTIFA, communists and anarchists continue their quest for cosmic justice — the sort of justice they think will settle all scores of racial grievance for all time, which, of course, is unlikely to ever be settled by any means, until they have succeeded in completely destroying the founding principles of America.

What a sad day for America. I am disgusted and infuriated, not just by the murder of George Floyd, but even more so by the destruction that the ignorant mobs across the country are wreaking throughout nearly every major city. Their actions are not making America better and they certainly do not serve any real idea of justice, since the poor minority business owners, and white business owners, too, such as Ed Smith, owner of Big Time Boots in Nashville, TN, have most likely been left wondering just how justice has been served by the destruction of their businesses, burnt to the ground or simply torn apart by frenzied, crazed, senseless mobs.

 

And now we are to be lectured by the servants of those purveyors of “racist America”, such as Chris Wallace at Fox News, who tell us that black men are twice as likely to meet a bad end at the hands of police than white men. Could it be a difference in upbringing and home life? Could it simply be a cultural difference and a certain proclivity to go against the moral norms of America? Whatever the reason, black people comprise thirteen percent of America’s population, and yet they are responsible for a disproportionate number of crimes, including fifty-two percent of the murders in America.

 

Unfortunately, the race-baiters are out in full force, basically handing out the matches and gasoline that continue to stoke the riots, similar to Minnesota’s Attorney General Keith Ellison, who invited Jesse Jackson to Minnesota. Jackson said, “the pain is real” and “rioting is the voice of those who truly have no way to express themselves”, shortly after leaving a meeting with Ellison, according to KARE11’s Adrienne Broaddus. Al Sharpton, who was instrumental in inciting the 1991 Crown Heights riots and numerous other incendiary situations, was on hand to offer his worthless two-cents, also, observing that destroying “black-owned stores” was “reckless”, begging the question … What about other Minneapolis businesses?

 

We’ve all seen the video of George Floyd’s murder by now, and most of us have wondered how could anyone end up handcuffed and pinned down on the street, in distress and dying under the knees of a law enforcement officer anywhere in America? It calls for us to be outraged and it’s right to demand justice, but what we are witnessing today is far from justice, and it is far removed from anything whatsoever to do with Mr. Floyd’s death.

 

It’s very unfortunate that this violence, chaos and anarchy is unfolding in America right now. And although purposeful protest is intended to deliver a strong message to the leaders of the cities and states across the country, the message has now been sent, the message has been received and the powers-that-be have acknowledged it by arresting Derek Chauvin quickly by any known standard, with charges against the remaining officers and their arrests more than likely to follow. Justice is forthcoming and change should be on the way, if a city has moral leadership, so there actually is nothing that warrants the actions of the rioters. Their actions are based on an entirely different agenda.

 

On May 29th, U.S. Attorney General William Barr stated, that the Department, the DOJ and FBI, “is conducting an independent investigation to determine whether any federal civil-rights laws were violated”.

 

Emotions are also running high, and many cities are dealing with a devious, immoral left that declares any inconvenient fact “racist”. America is also witnessing well-funded professional agitators inciting the violence and riots, stoking mob anger. And we see too many in positions of power — I won’t call them “leaders” — forcing a collective suicide for their own political causes, in a manner all too reminiscent of what transpired during the Ferguson riots.

 

While many leftists across our nation are so quick to throw out Dr. Martin Luther King’s 1967 observation that “a riot is the language of the unheard”, they forget that it was prefaced with, “Let me say as I’ve always said, and I will always continue to say, that riots are socially destructive and self-defeating.”

 

Just how much rioting, looting and arson will be enough to slate the collective “aggrieved’s” sense of solidarity in their quest for justice? Five nights? Three weeks? Six months? Will it actually cease if and when the remaining three officers are prosecuted for murder? How much rioting, looting and arson will the authorities in cities across America allow to blast the nation before they move to forcefully stop it? Does all this chaos amplify itself in a feedback loop as it plays out?

 

At a press conference held in Minneapolis on May 29th, Eric Garner’s mother, Gwen Carr addressed the crowd, saying: “Don’t let this (just) be another news story … We all have to get out and stand together and we don’t have to do it violently. We can do it politically. Don’t sit around and say ‘My vote don’t count’. We put these politicians in and we can take them out.”

 

As Alfred Pennyworth notes in the movie Dark Knight: “… some men aren’t looking for anything logical, like money. They can’t be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.”

 

In a fiery speech on May 29th, Atlanta Mayor Keishs Lance Bottoms stated: “This is not Atlanta. This is not a protest. This is not in the spirit of Martin Luther King Jr. This is chaos. A protest has purpose. When Dr. King was assassinated we didn’t do this to our city. … You are disgracing our city. You are disgracing the life of George Floyd and every other person who has been killed in this country. We are better than this. We are better than this as a city. We are better than this as a country. Go home, go home.”

 

These rioters are killing people, they are killing businesses and they are killing America. They are ensuring that America becomes the land of the angry and the home of the divided, a nation that is itself gasping for air.

 

Whatever sympathy the people may have felt for Black Lives Matter or greater police accountability collapsed, as the riots grew from isolated incidents into a nationwide violent upheaval, largely orchestrated and conducted by the worse elements of our society. They have lost the moral high ground.

 

And with that said, in regards to the violent looters, taking a page from Miami’s Police Chief Walter Headley suggestion in 1967, it is past time that criminal looters are dealt with in the most severe and harsh manner, regardless of what color they are, since today we see looters of all colors, many communists and anarchists, many simple-minded opportunists, just as likely to be the perpetrators. We have the weapons to halt this chaos and mayhem, and we have the weapons to use in this war against criminal and subversive acts and this war against America, by immoral people intent on taking America down. Looters used to be shot in the act. It’s time to revive the practice and put an end to this anarchy that is destroying the livelihoods that were built, in many instances, over a person’s lifetime, in the name of restoring order and “the rule of law”.

 

The promise of the Declaration of Independence that all men are created equal applies to every individual of every race, the George Floyds and the Ed Smiths, who have the right to their lives and their livelihoods to be protected and defended by the powers-that-be and law enforcement at every level.

 

Embedded in our culture for four-hundred years, racism is America’s Achilles’ Heel, but right is right and wrong is wrong. Floyd’s murder is reprehensible and demands swift justice. The destruction of American cities and some store owners being beaten senseless, as they try to defend their stores, is equally reprehensible and demands equal swift justice. And real justice in America will only come, when all Americans stop judging anyone by race and reject the calls to “reject racism”, by simply living and acting as good, decent and moral human beings, regardless of one’s color and ethnicity. Reject the natural end result of a “social justice” communist philosophy that works overtime to absolve individuals of responsibility for their crimes and blames others for political advantage. Reject rage for the sake of rage, to engage in unthinking hate, and use George Floyd’s murder to place racism in history’s dustbin, rather than continue to burn down our homes and destroy America, still the greatest nation on earth.

I was born in 1956. That means I was raised in a period of America before the Internet, Mobile Phones and three local television channels one watched for free via antenna (uhf or vhf). Gosh Remember the excitement of upgrading the family TV from black and white to color. I grew up relatively rural thus remember a local ABC affiliate being added to the local CBS and NBC pantheon and about a decade later – gasp – a Fox affiliate was added. The WOW! We moved into a small college town that then numbered less than 10,000 people and we scored Cable TV. That meant a channel upgrade from three to about 10 channels.

 

Simpler days – for sure.

 

All that simplicity and most Americans were unaware American Liberty had already been in the process of evaporation for quite some time. It would behoove young Americans to listen to the sage memories of older Americans to comprehend what has been robbed from them to have perhaps a glimmer of hope to stop the complete erosion of Liberty. Liberty: The Most Divine Thing

It’s extremely hard today to keep a positive mindset, when we are constantly bombarded by so much “Bad News”, from more “refugee” ills and immigration subterfuge to the fake, evil and manufactured wrongdoing of President Trump in this impeachment hoax perpetrated by the Democrats. I have my own axe to grind against Trump on several issues BUT, He Hasn’t Done One Thing That Warrants His Impeachment. My God, I’ve never encountered so many ignorant people in my life, as in any time or moment I make the slightest endeavor to address the topic with some Leftists.

 

It’s a relief, and the only time I get any peace of mind, to simply ignore the “News” Cycle at times and let the world proceed without me for a few hours, or even days. I take a good bit of pleasure from viewing various artworks I am offered daily through Saatchi Artworks and from my musical library that I find so soothing in the evenings after a long day, as I sit with Big Ol’ Sweet Mutt in my lap, rubbing his ears and tickling under his chin.

 

So much has been going on these days, that I’m just now slowing down in my normal work day, what with the Virginia rally, the Senate election here in Tennessee, the $1.4 trillion dollar spending bill, measures in the spending bill that add gun control regulations by way of the FBI, ATF and DEA, Trump signing the USMCA (dammit) and so much more that has kept me extremely busy with The Reader … my home-base.

 

We all have to be more than just the politics of the country, but just as the old adage states “if You don’t involve Yourself in politics, politics will find their way into Your life”, we do need to be aware of what our so-called “representatives” are doing in Our names. I’d just as soon see government disappear altogether, but of course, we need some modicum of it, if simply to keep men’s demons in check; however, isn’t that an ironic statement, given that it’s the demons who seem to be in charge in most of the States’ governments, Congress and even spread throughout certain bureaucracies in the Trump administration.

 

One of the most divine things next to God Himself is Our Liberty based upon our own choices and emanating from the Free Will God gave to Us all. If only all Our Countrymen loved them both so well and would allow all Americans the very same Rights they claim for themselves, what a wonderful world, a wonderful country, this would be.

 

The youth of America need to be taught simpler Truths and the Absolute TRUTH regarding life and how best to make it through life. It need not be so complicated as Our modern day society has made it in so many regards, from the finances of it all to just circumnavigating all its laws, rules and regulations in order not to offend or end up on the wrong side of what passes for “the law” these days. The law today is far removed from anything remotely resembling true fairness, justice or morality, rather it is corrupted by the very same corrupted officials appointed to police forces, courts and other agencies, by corrupt elected officials who have been elected by a corrupted and immoral American populace, by and large, who are much more interested in security and the “free stuff” they will acquire from their “Chosen One” than in holding tightly to every aspect and segment of their own Liberty.

 

Teenagers today would benefit a great deal from Christian teachings and the Word of God from the Bible above many other works deemed to be more important by all the “experts” and learning to simply love one another as they would love themselves, to do unto others as they would have done unto them — yes, to follow the Golden Rule. And when they find that special someone, to cleave unto them and let no man put asunder what God has joined; let no man of God consider joining a man with a man or a woman with a woman as anything other than the abomination in God’s eyes and the evil that it represents here on earth.

 

A man should try to always bring as much happiness as he can, into the life and the heart of the woman he loves. To marry or enter any relationship for one’s own happiness is a mistake at the start. And this same maxim should be followed by women too, since very often, each of us find great happiness of our own in helping others find happiness too.

 

The person we love never really grows old to us, through the wrinkles of time and the mask of years. A man always remembers his loved one as the exquisite, sophisticated, elegant and Beautiful Lady he fell in love with. A woman always sees the same gallant gentleman who first won her heart, even though the mirror may show a man who has become a mere shadow of the man he once was. Call me a dreamer, a romantic, an idealist, I like to think that love is eternal, when it is true and pure, it helps us all in our later years in life, as we enjoy our children’s laughter, whether sons and daughters or nieces and nephews, and the cheery chirping of the morning songbirds, as we reopen new pages in our last days and close other chapters.

 

And far from being a socialist, I do have a social conscience that compels me to help others of my own free will where and how I can. There’s nothing wrong with giving charity to one or more or many, in order to help lift them up out of squalor and a miserable dire situation, but it is wrong for government to mandate it and to essentially steal the product of our own initiatives and hard work and creative endeavors to do so.

 

With that said, I find it damning and a gross thing for any man of wealth in the millions, fifty or even ten million dollars, to die without leaving at least ten percent of such a treasure to a community full of want and real need. We’ve all borne witness during our own lifetime to the hand of beggary and the white lips of starvation, right here in America; at least I have, during my numerous travels as a young man across Appalachia and many other parts of America, such as Warren, Arkansas, where I thought I had entered a Third World country and the people were desperate just to receive a single dollar bill. How any man of good conscience and a pure heart hold that much money in the clutch of his own greed, is past comprehension; even if he has heirs, if they begrudge ten percent to those truly less fortunate, well then … they are the ones who will answer one day as they stand before God.

 

I’m nowhere close to being prepared for certain [the] crises I see coming in the future, not in my estimation or not as good as I’d like to be, but I’m still not going to fret day in and day out about what may come. I’ll just meet each day with a new plan and a job to get done, and I’ll find one small thing to enjoy that one day, even if its letting Punxsutawney Phil bite me on the ear … now that Mayor made one fun memory for himself and many others too.

 

So, illegal aliens and refugees continue to come, the Bill of Rights are at risk and imperiled, the globalists of both parties and this President are selling America down the river, both parties are spending the nation into oblivion and plotting against the Constitution each and everyday and the propaganda machines of both parties are working overtime. And in the meantime, the Federal Reserve Bank continues to borrow and print money as though there’s no tomorrow, while propping up the Repurchasing Markets to the tune of $100 billion a day from October to the present, and all the dumbass Americans, Leftists and conservatives alike just keep nodding their heads and saying, “Yep … It’s a ‘Great Economy’.” Good Lord, I feel as though I fell down the Rabbit Hole and Alice is screaming for “more Free Stuff”.

 

So, I just imagine You will see this Old Guy heading to the hills, more and more in the coming months. We vote, but even then, we are voting in a system that has essentially been re-designed since 1913 to make each of Us economic slaves to the government; and “We’ — the bulk of Americans — still somehow can call this “freedom” with a straight face, when the Federal Reserve has been creating bubbles and economic collapses, ever since the 1929 Stock Market Crash to 2008, that enriches the few insiders at the expense of the American people — Outright THEFT by way of the Backdoor.

 

But I digress and have once again entered the realm of the political I sought to flee for a moment by touching base with You, My Fellow American Patriots, with Your own keen insights and interesting ways, Your hopes, desires and dreams of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of True happiness. Many of You are Wonderful, Good-Hearted Americans. I do so wish and pray that nothing but God’s Good Graces and many earthly rewards come to You throughout all the remainder of Your days that I pray number to be at least three more decades of nothing but happiness.

 

As far as I’m concerned, I wish to be in a mountain cabin or out on the high seas, taking my chances with wind, waves, blizzards, the elements and the sun and the moon and stars above. I’d rather die truly living life as the Good Lord intended, than to rot sitting in my easy chair before a computer terminal. And no matter how horrible or Good a death comes my way, I will greet it with a twinkle in my own blue eyes and a smile on my face with a whispered “Finally … Lord, I’m Coming Home”.

When I took history and government in school, many critical issues were misrepresented, given short shrift, or even ignored entirely. And those lacunae undermined my ability to adequately understand many things. Randall Holcombe’s new book, Liberty in Peril: Democracy and Power in American History, fills in some very substantial gaps, particularly with regard to American constitutionalism and how it has morphed from protecting liberty to advancing democracy at the expense of liberty. It does so with a host of novel and important insights rather than the disinterest generated by the books I suffered through in school.

 

The Role of Government 

Holcombe gets right to the main point:

 

The role of government as [America’s founders] saw it, was to protect the rights of individuals, and the biggest threat to individual liberty was the government itself. So they designed a government with constitutionally limited powers, constrained to carry out only those activities specifically allowed by the Constitution. This book describes how the fundamental principle underlying American government has been transformed from protecting individual liberty to carrying out the will of the people, as revealed by a democratic decision-making process. (p. xxii)

 

Holcombe begins by laying out the case that “the Founders had no intention of creating a democracy, in the sense of a government that would be guided by popular opinion,” (p. 5) in sharp contrast to current “understanding.” And what makes the transformation from a central focus on liberty to a central focus on democracy that routinely invades liberty particularly significant is that

 

the powers embodied in America’s twenty-first-century democratic government are those that eighteenth-century Americans revolted against to escape. (p. 7)

 

Since I do not have the space to dissect all of the issues in Liberty in Peril, I would like to highlight a few particularly noteworthy things.

 

Holcombe starts with John Locke, which is a common place to start for those interested in advancing liberty. But he also calls attention to Cato’s Letters, which was one of the most influential—but now almost completely ignored—influences leading to the birth of the American Revolution. I have long been struck by how many of the insights our founders are credited with that actually trace back there (see the first major chapter of my book Lines of Liberty), and I echo Holcombe’s invitation for more people to discover it.

 

Are Liberty and Democracy Complementary? 

Liberty in Peril challenges the typical current presumption that liberty and democracy are complementary.

 

The principle of liberty suggests that first and foremost, the government’s role is to protect the rights of individuals. The principle of democracy suggests that collective decisions are made according to the will of the majority…The greater the allowable scope of democracy in government, the greater the threat to liberty…In particular, the ascendency of the concept of democracy threatens the survival of the free market economy, which is an extension of the Founders’ views on liberty. (pp. 14-15)

 

This is reflected in the changing nature of elections.

 

At one time, elections might have been viewed as a method of selecting competent people to undertake a job with constitutionally-specified limits. With the extension of democracy, elections became referendums on public policy. (p. 20)

 

Consensus vs. Democracy

The book also challenges commonly held presumptions that our Founders wanted democracy. But while “the Founders wanted those in charge of government’s operations to be selected by a democratic process,” they “also wanted to insulate those who ran the government from direct influence by its citizens” because “[b]y insulating political decision-makers from directs accountability to citizens, the government would be in a better position to adhere to its constitutionally-mandated limits.” (p. 15)

 

“Thus, the Constitution created a limited government designed to protect liberty, not to foster democracy.” (p. 16) But the United States “consistently has moved toward more democracy, and the unintended side effect has been a reduction in liberty.” (p. 25)

 

Holcombe lays out issues of consensus versus democracy, with consensus illustrated by market systems in which all those whose property rights are involved agree to transactions, (p. 29) but in government, “a group is able to undertake more extensive collective action if it requires less consensus to act.” (p. 30) And the slippery slope is that

 

[t]he more citizens want to further national goals through government action, the less consensus they will demand in the collective decision-making process. (p. 33)

 

An In-Depth Study of the Constitution

Another notable aspect of Liberty in Peril is how far beyond the typical discussion of constitutional issues it goes, substantially expanding readers’ understanding in intriguing ways. For instance, how many Americans know of the Iroquois Constitution, which focused on unanimity? How many are aware of the Albany Plan of Union, drawn up in 1754, or how it was influenced by the Iroquois Constitution? How many know that a “clear chain of constitutional evolution proceeds from the Albany Plan of Union to the Articles of Confederation to the Constitution of the United States”? (p. 43)

 

How many have noticed that “when compared with the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution clearly less constraining than the document it supplanted…the Constitution did not limit the powers of government; it expanded them”? (p. 48) Yet,

 

[w]hile the authors of the Constitution did deliberately expand the powers of the federal government, they just as deliberately tried to prevent the creation of a democratic government. (p. 52)

 

How many are aware of what the Confederate Constitution tells us about the US Constitution and the drift from its principles since its adoption, especially because “the problems that the authors of the Confederate Constitution actually did address were overwhelmingly associated with the use of legislative powers to impose costs on the general public to provide benefits to narrow constituencies”? (p. 107)

 

The Constitution often is portrayed as a document that limits the power of the federal government and guarantees the liberty of its citizens…When compared to the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution places less constraint on the federal government and allows those who run the government more discretion and autonomy and less accountability. The adoption of the Constitution enhanced the powers of government and laid the foundation for two centuries of government growth. (pp. 66-67)

 

The Elitist Constitution

Holcombe’s section on “The Elitist Constitution” is fascinating. It lays out the case for why “[t]he Constitution devised democratic processes for collective decision-making, but the Founders had no intention of designing a government that would respond to the will of the majority,” (p. 70) as illustrated by the fact that citizens “had almost no direct input into the federal government as the Constitution was originally written and ratified.” (p. 70)

 

The section on the Electoral College is even more striking, as it stands in sharp variance from the presumptions behind almost the entire current debate over the National Popular Vote compact:

 

[A]t the time the Constitution was written the Founders anticipated that in most cases no candidate would receive votes from a majority of the electors. The Founders reasoned that most electors would vote for one candidate from their own states…and it would be unlikely that voting along state lines would produce any candidate with a majority of the votes. (p. 75)

 

Consequently,

 

The Founders envisioned that in most cases the president would end up being chosen by the House of Representatives from the list of the top-five electoral vote recipients…Furthermore, there was no indication that the number of electoral votes received should carry any weight besides creating a list of the top five candidates…The process was not intended to be democratic. (p. 76)

 

I found the issues discussed above to be of particular interest. But there is far more in the book to learn from, and often be surprised by, in comparison to what history courses usually teach.

 

America’s Evolution Away From Founding Values

Such issues include the evolution of parties, the influence of Andrew Jackson, who “fought for democracy, but, ironically, the result of making the nation’s government more democratic has been to expand the scope and power of government in response to popular demands for govern programs,” (p. 91) which “the Founders foresaw and tried to guard against by limiting the role of democracy in their new government,” (p. 91), the War Between the States (“the single most important event in the transformation of American government,” (p. 93) including the elimination of state succession as a real possibility, the Reconstruction Era amendments, the origins of interest group politics, the evolution of federal regulatory power, the evolution of the incentives of civil servants, the Sixteenth Amendment (income tax) as “a response to the demand for a larger federal government,” (p. 149) a different take on the 1920s, in which “[f]ar from representing a retreat from progressivism, the 1920s extended the now-established orthodoxy, (p. 154) added insight into the New Deal and the courts, Social Security as the “one New Deal program for the responsibility for fundamentally transforming the historical, constitutional role of the federal government,” (p. 175) how “The Great Society represents the ultimate triumph of democracy, because for the first time a major expansion in the scope of government was based on the demands of the electorate, with no extenuation circumstances” (p. 205), and far more.

 

In sum, there are very many good reasons to recommend Liberty in Peril. In it, Randall Holcombe provides not just a powerful and insightful look into crucial aspects of America’s evolution away from the principles of the revolution that created it but also an important warning:

 

Unfortunately, many Americans do not appear to fully understand these dangers as they continue to push the foundations of their government away from liberty and toward democracy. (p. 225)

The Democratic Party has abused its power for decades, but never like it has today, as it has engaged in sedition and treason against a presidential candidate and the American people, since 2015, that continued into President Trump’s Administration. Their anti-American seditious mechanisms are still underway, through this current CIA Gossip Leaker imbroglio, while the real criminals and perpetrators of the numerous assaults on President Trump, such as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, James Clapper and John Brennan and so many others are still walking free across the land, and all freedom loving Americans should vow to never again give these anti-American communists a seat in the Oval Office, as most of us recoil in revulsion and anger over their treason, tyrannical methods, secret star chambers, closed-door “investigations” and unidentified accusers.

 

Anonymous sources are not permissible in America under the U.S. codified “due process of the law”, but Representative Adam Schiff must have missed that class in law school, if he even ever really attended. His weeks of buffoonery can only be seen as a futile attempt by him and his cronies to find a fall guy willing to pretend that he is the “whistleblower”. And let’s not forget that this is the same idiot who promised for two years that he had absolute proof positive of collusion between President Trump and Russia, with none of it ever coming to light in the Mueller report.

 

President Trump has failed from day one to completely acquiesce and defer to the supposed superior intellect and the authority of the national security establishment and D.C. political “elites”– the Deep State — in the same manner as Hillary Clinton and other Democrat hopefuls, which placed him in their scope sites from before day one. All sectors from the Pentagon, CIA, NSA and the FBI had already thrown in with Hillary Clinton, and this has been the motivation behind the national security establishment’s attacks against Donald Trump, even before he was elected and more so after he was elected.

 

Please recall that in his 1961 Farewell Address, President Eisenhower discussed the threats to liberty and democratic processes of the American people that one finds in the intimate, integrated relationships between many members of Congress, the CIA, Pentagon and NSA. Although he referenced the threats coming from the “military-industrial complex”, he had originally intended to use the term “military-industrial-congressional complex“, but changed his mind at the last minute. This entire episode has been a sham from the start, and the so-called “whistleblower” was only named such through legalistic legerdemain to conceal the origin of this affair, as a CIA ass-covering operation, with asses aplenty on display during the recent Democratic press releases and “Shifty” Schiff’s shameful lies, during his statement on the floor of the House, that completely changed and misrepresented what was actually said during President Trump’s telephone call with Ukraine’s president. One must marvel at Schiff’s idiocy. And now, Schiff and Pelosi are also circumventing “due process” through their refusal to take a vote on impeachment, which would change the entire balance of the proceedings.

 

The CIA Gossip Leaker isn’t even a “Whistleblower”, since he didn’t blow the whistle on the CIA and some dark-side practice, like drug experimentation on unsuspecting Americans, secret assets within the mainstream media or secret assassinations of Americans. Instead, this leaker simply revealed second hand gossip about a phone call he never heard, in a weak and thinly veiled attempt to once again smear President Trump and give the Democrats something to keep the impeachment frenzy alive, into the presidential election season.

 

Does Schiff actually believe he can conceal this whistleblower’s identity in a Senate impeachment trial, should it come?

 

This is the sort of thing one expects to see in Spanish inquisitions and old style Soviet show trials. From our earliest days and across history, Americans have extremely firm, longstanding objections to kangaroo courts and star chambers, that dispose of common law safeguards of due process.

 

On September 29th, President Trump shared a message tweeted by Pastor Robert Jeffress:

 

“[The Democrats are] increasingly aware of the fact that they won’t win against him [Pres. Trump] in 2020, and Impeachment is the only tool they have to get rid of Donald J. Trump — And the Democrats don’t care if they burn down and destroy this nation in the process. I have never seen the Evangelical Christians more angry over any issue than this attempt to illegitimately remove this President from office … They know the only Impeachable offense that President Trump has committed was beating Hillary Clinton in 2016. That’s the unpardonable sin for which the Democrats will never forgive him. If the Democrats are successful in removing the President from office (which they will never be), it will cause a Civil War like fracture in this nation from which our Country will never heal.”

 

Most of America already realizes that the Democratic Party and its communist members are no friends to the principle of political liberty, or any liberty for that matter. Their shibboleths of diversity and inclusion are simply strategies aimed at eradicating free speech and dictating everybody’s “acceptable thoughts”. They are much more interested in control and coercion, than they are in seeking real “social justice” for anyone; and, much worse, they seek to use government as the instrument for enforcing their will, something all Americans must reject, if on principle alone.  [Blog Editor: At this point I think you might be interested in this Justin post: “Breakfast and Death in a Brave New World”]

 

Looking beyond this ongoing orchestrated coup, America finds a reality challenged Democratic Communist Party consumed by serial hysterias, like “climate change”, uninterested in truth, steeped in social despotism and absolutely 100 percent willing to do anything to gain and hold power. Each freedom loving American should be highly concerned with what Democrats will do should they ever regain power.

 

When the truth finally reveals itself, America will find that the Democratic Party was behind the 2016 election interference and the RussiaGate Hoax. That is the main reason they are still directing one false accusation after another at President Trump, in hopes of deflecting focus from their treason and, just maybe, causing enough doubt to force a Republican loss in 2020.

 

Heading into these dangerous days of autumn, the institutional damage done by the Democrats is deep, and something has got to give, as the current impeachment frenzy collides with the other dynamic forces in play and the secretive activities, to date, of Attorney General William Barr and his deputy, John Durham. When that happens, quite a few Deep State agents, i.e. Comey, Clapper and Brennan and many others, should be seeing the inside of a prison cell, after the dust from the ensuing political mayhem settles, if these two men have done their jobs properly.

 

Some so-called “Republican” advisors are telling Trump not to allow any indictments to come forward against former president Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, because it would be a “nation-destroying precedent”, even though the Democrats are currently facilitating and moving towards Trump’s own impeachment. These Democrats are already pushing America towards its destruction, with or without any indictments, and even if it is the last decent act of any moral people left in America, Obama and Hillary, the organizers of the sedition and treason against President Trump and America, who approved and encouraged the plot, from the Steele Dossier to the false FISA Warrants, must be indicted, prosecuted and imprisoned, if not executed.

 

Hopefully, the dark network known as the Intelligence Community will be burned by the heat of a thousand suns of truth that reveal any and all nefarious dealings in the recent subversive activities taken under the Obama administration, that facilitated a coup against a sitting U.S. president. The hammer is about to drop on America’s traitors, one way or another, and before all is said and done, America may full well see the current administrative civil war turn into a hot, bullets blazing civil war.

 

History abhors vacuums just as nature does, and America is currently facing a vacuum of authority never before experienced, with UkraineGate set to become a Fort Sumter moment, the consequence of a society in which anything goes and nothing matters. As tempers flare, everyone better check their principles and who they believe in days ahead, since this ain’t no foolin’ around, and once again the integrity of the Union is at stake.

Red Flag Laws and Tyranny


Justin Smith again tackle the potential tyranny that will evolve under Dem Party gun-grabbing Red Flag Laws. Some good background to this post is Justin’s article from 8/12/19 entitled, “The Rush Towards Tyranny”.

 

I completely agree with Justin in today’s political Left vs. Right climate. The Right stands for the traditional interpretation of the U.S. Constitution and the implications behind the Declaration of Independence coupled with Christian concepts of Natural Law. The Left – regardless of any FAKE Constitution support – desires to toss the Constitution in favor of a Multiculturalist Socialist (really Marxist) society controlled by an elitist government that tells YOU what to believe and how to act.

 

The Dems are using the epidemic of mass shootings to realize their essentially totalitarian dream government tentacles in everything.

 

Conservatives had better find a Liberty protecting solution to mass shootings OR end up living in the Dem dream.

Americans Must Draw a Blood-Red Line in the Sand

Outrage and fear are being used by representatives and Senators to attempt to strip away God-Given Rights and rights supposedly safeguarded by the Bill of Rights, specifically the 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendments, and the 14th Amendment and due process, through Red Flag “laws”, and they are exploiting recent mass shootings and the shock of Americans to browbeat and coax them into relinquishing some of their liberty to achieve greater safety, liberty that will be lost forever. And if they succeed, firearm restriction tentacles will spread across this once free nation, choking it, and eventually enslaving America’s children on the land of their ancestors.

 

Once any government gains a certain power or suppresses a right, it is an uphill battle to ever reverse that situation, since today the government’s interest, with the House in Democrat hands, and Senate Republicans complicit, lies more in growing its power more so than in protecting American’s rights. They are certainly making good use out of this current “crisis” and the notion of “Ordo ab chao” — “order out of chaos”.

 

One should recall that the Constitution was written by our Founders to preserve individual God Given Rights and Liberty and to limit the government oversight of those rights and liberty. Enumerating our God Given Rights in the Bill of Rights makes it clear that our Founding Fathers were determined to keep the government from interfering with these rights that belong to each and every American today.

 

The mass shootings in Gilroy, El Paso and Dayton were horrific and as terrible a thing as one never wishes to see happen again in America, but one is more likely to die accidentally falling from one’s front porch with a cup of coffee in their hand, than they are likely to be killed in a mass shooting.

 

In their rush for power and greater control over ‘We the People’, our so-called leaders simply ignore facts. Legal gun ownership had nothing to do with these murders. Our society’s descent into moral depravity and indifference to human life led to these horrific murders. None of the numerous laws across America that regulate firearms, in one manner or another, prevented these murders, but this is a point that Congress seems unwilling to acknowledge.

 

For anyone needing to place blame, there is blame enough to go around on many fronts. The most obvious is in the homes that failed to properly nurture, educate and guide these young men properly. Look no further than leftist policies that eroded the core of families in America, through nonsense like “it takes a village to raise a child” in their attempt to make children look to government as their most important benefactor and protector. Look at the efforts to erase God from the public square and the lives of everyday ordinary Americans, through federal government overreach and tyranny across most recent decades.

 

In the wake of the mass shootings, Ivanka Trump went to Instagram and posted a note, that called on Congress to “enact Red Flag Laws/Extreme Risk Protection Orders [ERPO] in every state, increase resources dedicated to mental health support nationwide and close background check loopholes.” She couldn’t have been more wrong than when she also referred to this action as “common sense reform”. [Blog Editor: The embedded links in the quote are added by the Editor.]

 

Regardless of the horror of what we see unfolding today, Ivanka Trump and people of similar intent are dead wrong, when they seek to impede and infringe on our Second Amendment, and rather than “common sense reform”, these proposals represent sheer ignorance and idiocy and an assault on our Second Amendment Rights. Rather than impede the God Given Right of every U.S. citizen to defend themselves with a firearm, Ivanka and her ilk should be working day and night to ensure that the Second Amendment, an inalienable right, remains inviolate and free from federal government overreach and tyrannical suppression.

 

Similarly, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is exhibiting the same exact ignorance and idiocy, and in a fervor of rare bipartisanship, McConnell and all the Democrats and many traitorous Republicans-In-Name-Only are all wound up and ready to be set loose, like puppets or mechanical dolls. McConnell recently stated, “But what we can’t do is fail to pass something. By just locking up, and failing to pass, that’s unacceptable”, marking a significant departure from his past position on firearm controls and legislation in the wake of the mass shootings.

 

NO! What is “unacceptable” is any more DAMNED infringement on Americans’ RIGHTS in a thinly veiled move to tighten the noose of federal control around the necks of law abiding Americans, while criminals go largely unchecked. Rather than pass one more law aimed at good and decent Americans that suppress their Second Amendment Right, leaders should be urging all the states to rescind any state law that illegitimately and unconstitutionally suppresses this right and ensure that any citizen can walk the streets of America with a firearm at their side, if they so wish to do so.

 

Americans don’t need more “Gun Free Zones”. They need to be left alone and allowed to “keep and bear arms” just as the Founders intended — in and outside their home and in public — and they need to be able to defend themselves and shoot back, if and when such a situation may arise. And then, not only would we see the Good Guys win more often, we would see many sad, tragic murders prevented.

 

Spouting BULLS**T that sounds exactly like some sort of strategic totalitarian philosophy, these politicians on both sides of the political aisle are poised to remove the only obstacle between United States citizens and globalism and the New World Order, since they and their predecessors have already greatly diminished the United States Constitution over the past seventy years or so.

 

McConnell, Schumer, Blumenthal, Pelosi and every God D**ned anti-American godless Commie self-made Son-of-a-Bitch running for the Democratic Party presidential nomination are now using the same bullshit and strategic totalitarianism that has been used for decades to create a generation or two of ill-informed, ignorant masses of people within the American culture, expand the federal and state government welfare programs and keep Americans in a perpetual psychotic state of discontent through Hollywood “elites” and the so-called “mainstream media” mental midgets. Americans have been persuaded to abandon their vigilance to the principles that made America exceptional from its inception.

 

The affirmation of rights derived from natural law, honesty, morality, self-reliance and equality of opportunity; in stark contrast and opposition to modern America’s identity politics, politically correct censorship and thought control, equality of outcomes, fiscal irresponsibility and unlimited government.

 

Is it any wonder that one would certainly look at these “leaders” new proposals with great suspicion? Now they once again demand the consent of the governed, the people’s consent, to willingly restrict our God Given and Constitutional Rights, on whose behalf. Doing so certainly doesn’t benefit me in any way, and it certainly will not make “The Children” any safer.

 

Take note that Benjamin Franklin stated: “Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

 

Unfortunately, President Trump seems to be on board and supporting Red Flag Laws, even if he has walked back his support for federally legislated Red Flag Laws and suggested these were laws the states needed to address. Whichever the case that is closest to Trump’s true intent, Red Flag laws would allow just one neighbor to lodge an unsubstantiated complaint, that someone “might do something”, or to “see something” and “say something” that would enable law enforcement to confiscate all of one’s firearms, without any legal hearing whatsoever. Not only does this violate the Second and Fourth Amendments, it cancels any presumption of innocence and negates due process of the law.

 

Judge Andrew Napolitano is an expert on the U.S. Constitution, who has written nine books on the Constitution, and he phrased it succinctly and cogently:

 

” … Red Flag laws are unconstitutional. The presumption of innocence and the due process requirement of demonstrable fault as a precondition to any punishment or sanction together prohibit the loss of liberty on the basis of what might happen in the future.

 

In America, we do not punish a person or deprive anyone of liberty on the basis of a fear of what the person might do.

 

The government can no more interfere with the Second Amendment rights than it can infringe upon any other rights. If this were not so, then no liberty — speech, press, religion, association, self-defense, privacy, travel, property ownership — would be safe from the reach of a fearful majority.

 

That’s why we have a Constitution.”

 

Criminals don’t obey laws. Citizens don’t require further restrictions. Emotions don’t trump Constitutional Rights. Gun Free Zones aren’t safe. Federal and state Red Flag Laws don’t save lives. And the federal government doesn’t grant us our rights.

 

The astounding proposed and existing Red Flag Laws are merely one more warning sign, a gurgling gasp, in America’s desperate fight to ward off tyranny, representing the “final straw”. Any defeat along these lines means no Constitution, no United States, since they essentially break the social contract and the implied consent of the governed will have been torn asunder, by its own leadership and their inability to facilitate and promote the necessary elements for liberty, such as self-reliance, responsibility and morality. So long as such laws remain on the books and suppress our rights, politicians and all Americans will be less safe, and ultimately, historians and many Americans may look back on this moment and rightly view it as a time that Americans should have drawn a blood-red line in the sand.

 

At the core of these laws one finds only tyranny.
