A couple of days ago the pseudonymous Sundance of The Conservative Treehouse (I still like “The Last Refuge” better) posted, “The Parliamentary Motive Behind the J6 Fedsurrection”. The premise of the post is to expose the fact that brainwashed Americans have failed to grasp. Much has been made of the events of January 6, 2021, and with the latest broadcast of CCTV video from inside the Capitol Hill complex, more questions have been raised.

Within the questions: the FBI and government apparatus had advanced knowledge of the scale of the J6 mall assembly yet doing nothing?  Why were the Capitol Hill police never informed of the FBI concerns?  Why didn’t House Speaker Nancy Pelosi secure the Capitol Hill complex, and why did she deny the request by President Trump to call up the national guard for security support?  Why did the FBI have agent provocateurs in the crowd, seemingly stimulating rage within a peaceful crowd to enter the Capitol building?  There have always been these nagging questions around ‘why’?

J6 Fedsurrection [Pelosi-McConnell vs Patriots]

Long time CTH reader “Regitiger” has spent a great deal of time reviewing the entire process, looking at the granular timeline and then overlaying the bigger picture of the constitutional and parliamentary process itself.  What follows below is a brilliant analysis of the federal government motive to create a J6 crisis that permitted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to trigger an emergency session and avoid the 2020 election certification challenges.

Those congressional floor challenges, known and anticipated well in advance of the morning of January 6, 2021, would have formed a legal and constitutional basis for ‘standing’ in judicial challenges that would have eventually reached the Supreme Court.  The certification during “emergency session” eliminated the problem for Washington DC.

Regitiger explains below, only edited by me for clarity and context:

I think most, not all, but a large number of people, are totally missing what happened; and why this happened on Jan 6th.  I am going to try my best to outline the events that day, blast past the commonly held assumptions and get right down to the core corruption.

I will present this as a series of questions and answers.

♦ Q1: How do you prevent congress from delaying the certification of state electoral votes?

A: It requires a crisis. A crisis that creates an “emergency” …An “emergency” that invokes special house rules.

FACTS: Remember carefully, focus please. Just moments, literally 3 minutes before two representatives issued a vote for motions to suspend the certification, the House members were “informed” by capitol police and other “agents” that a protest was about to breach the chambers. It was at this time that key people: Pence, Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell can be seen being walked out and escorted from the chamber. This effectively halted the Entire Chamber Process.

♦ Q2: Why was it necessary to halt the chamber process?

A: The crisis was created to eliminate the motion challenges to halt the certification and to begin voting to look into voting irregularities and fraud

FACTS: The two motions were completely legal and constitutional under at least two constitutionally recognized procedures… procedures that would REQUIRE the house to pause the certification and then vote to determine whether the motions of suspend could move forward.

♦ Q3: What was so important to refuse this motion and the subsequent votes to suspend the electoral certification?

A: It was important to remove that process entirely and continue the fraud and certify the fraud with no detractors on record. This effectively gives no standing for a SCOTUS ruling appeal!  Understand this.  If those two motions, even just one had successfully been voted EVEN IF THE MOTIONS were DENIED IN VOTE, this gives those who presented them with STANDING FOR A CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL ARGUMENT BEFORE SCOTUS. 

♦ Q4: Could this have been done some other way other than creating a crisis/protest?

A: Unlikely. In order to prevent those two motions, requires that speaker of the house, minority leaders, and the president of the congress (vice president of the United States: Pence), to NOT BE PRESENT IN THE CHAMBERS.

Once the capitol police and other “law enforcements agents” informed the speaker and these three other individuals, Pelosi UNILATERALLY UNDER EMERGENCY RULES, suspended the business of the congress. This protest was necessary. The crisis was created because there is no other way to suspend the business of certification UNILATERALLY. By creating a crisis invokes emergency procedures. No other circumstances other than war or mass simultaneous explosive diarrhea can create such unilateral speaker delivered suspension of the certification.

♦ Q5: Why did the motions, once that the speaker RECONVENED congress, move forward back again to the floor for votes? Why were members disallowed to even consider putting forward ANY motions to the floor in when the chamber business was reopened?

A: The Speaker initiated the NEW sessions under special emergency rules. These rules abandon and make it clear that the ONLY purpose of the new session was to EXPEDITE the certification and dismiss all prior regular session procedural rules. This is why those two motions to table votes to consider a debate and pause to the certifications of state vote electors never happened later that evening when the house business was reconvened!

♦ Q6: Other than new rules, emergency rules, what other peculiar things occurred when the speaker reconvened?

A: Members were allowed to “vote” in proxy, remotely, not being present.  You can use your imagination about what conditions were placed on ALL members during this time to prevent anyone from “getting out of line”.

Also clearly, it was at THIS NEW SESSION that VP Pence, President of Congress, would also have no ability to even consider pausing the electoral certification, because there were no motions of disagreements on the matter. So, in a technical legal claim, he is correct that he had no constitutional authority to address any issues of fraud or doubts about electoral irregularities. But this completely dismisses the FACT that congress created rules in this crisis/emergency that never allowed them to be floored!

Understand what happened in Jan 6, 2021.  Don’t get hung up on Viking impostors, stolen Pelosi computers, podium heists, and complicit capitol police. Understand the process and what happened and what WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.

This was a coup….it was a very organized and carefully planned coup. VP Pence without a doubt as well as most members of the house were quite aware of how the certification was going to be MANAGED.  It would require new rules to prevent the debate clause from occurring!  New rules that ONLY AN EMERGENCY CRISIS COULD CREATE! So, they created an emergency.

•NOTED: I understand why many people have great interest in debunking the j6 event. I get that. I think it is important to dissect and examine the events of that day but please, step back and understand WHY these things happened. Examine the chain of events in congress.  Why those two motions that would have at least paused the certification THAT WOULD GIVE VP PENCE THE CONSTITUTIONALLY RECOGNIZED POWER TO MOVE TO SUSPEND THE ELECTORAL CERTIFICATION AND THEN EXAMINE THE IRREGULARITIES AND CLAIMS OF FRAUD! At the very center of this coup stands Mike Pence, the same individual who also spoiled President Trump’s first opportunities in the earlies hours of his Presidency just 4 years prior, when he created and facilitated the removal of Lt General Michael Flynn. I will not spend much time on this thread explaining why Lt Gen Flynn was so important to President Trump and why the IC was so afraid he would have advisory power to the President. That I will leave for another day, another time. But understand this clearly: MIKE PENCE WAS AND IS WORKING FOR THE MOST CORRUPT CRIMINAL TREASONOUS PEOPLE IN GOVERNMENT. •PRO TIP: If you really want to get a true understanding of this matter videos of protesters walking in the capitol is not going to address them. Actual video and timeline records of events and the specific actions taken by the speaker just moments before TWO MAJOR ELECTORAL ALTERING MOTIONS WERE ABOUT TO BE FLOORED.

This crisis was developed just in time with a precise coordination to prevent those two motions to be entered into the chamber record. The two motions do not exist. The emergency powers established in the new session made sure they never could be entered. The emergency powers could never happen without a crisis.

J6 Election Protestors

Note from Author: “I started this effort years ago.  To date, no one and I mean no one has replied.  It’s as if everyone that can expose it that has a larger platform is either disinterested, or suspiciously withdrawn from the issue.  I made several comments about this over the years right here at CTH, on article threads that are relevant to the topic.

I was watching the certification live that day. I recorded it ALL on every channel. I was doing this because no matter what happened that day, I KNEW IT WOULD BE A PROFOUND AND SIGNIFICANT EVENT TO REMEMBER. I never in my wildest imagination (and I have a pretty vivid imagination, always have), expected to see the unmistakable perfectly timed “coincidences” that occurred.

One member raises a motion (with another in waiting for his turn) those two motions were well known and advertised. These were motions to vote for a pause in the certification to examine electoral vote fraud and irregularities. I can’t speak to the veracity and substance of those motions. They were never allowed to even be floored. it was at that exact moment that the house chambers were suspended and 4 of the key members, Pence, Pelosi, Schumer and McConnell were escorted OUT right after initiating the end of the session.

Effectively, this resulted in that motion never being floored at all.  Then, when reconvened under special emergency rules, inexplicably those two motions (and perhaps more – we will never know – or will we?) were not even attempted to be motioned. That was not just peculiar to me.

It all started to make more sense when I did some study on constitutional law AND THE HISTORY of specific special authorities given to president of the congress, Pence in this case. Not only did he have the authority and power to suspend the certification, but the duty to address the motion in the same sense that it becomes vital to the debate clause.

There really is no higher significance of weight given to the debate clause than the certification of the votes. This was more than odd to me the way that the media and pence framed their narrative: Pence would not have the constitutional power to suspend certification.  Then it hit me, like the obvious clue that was there all the time. He was right. But the reason he is right, is because there WAS NO MOTION ON THE FLOOR TO CAUSE HIM TO SUSPEND!

Understanding this, happened for me about 4 or 5 months after this Jan 6 day.  I took me this long to examine the facts, look at the video again, compare it to the arguments made by several leading constitutional academics, and again, inexplicably even some that I respect seemed to dodge that central reality.  The motions were never allowed to be floored in the re-convened house rules later that evening. Most would not even venture to address the exotically coincidence that the moment those two members would stand to place the motion before the house, that the House Speaker Pelosi AND Pence ended the session, effectively blocking the motions from being heard in normal house rules.

It’s been a journey for me. A journey that was initiated because I am just a simple but curious person. Perhaps even to a point where I get obsessive in those efforts. Many days and nights combing over the details. praying and trying to make sense of what makes little sense. With over 6 states having serious well known and obvious defects in the voting process, some more credible to believe – some less, but one would not expect the house would be so deliberate in marching past the motions that were definitely going to be present to slow this process down and take the time to get it right. Even IF the claims never reached an intersection that would change the outcome.

There are two possibilities: Millions of people, against all the odds, hitting all-time records even past Obama and Clinton, voted for a naval gazing ambulatory pathological racist moron. And chose Joe Malarkey as their leader.  Or this was a coup, a conspiracy, and a treasonous manipulation regime change because President Trump could not be controlled by the deep state and globalists who OWN AND OPERATE WASHINGTON DC. BOTH POSSIBILITIES ARE TERRIFYING.

The only way for THE PEOPLE to gain power in this country is to force the transfer of it.  If truth isn’t the fuel and vehicle, we will just be replacing deck chairs and hitting the next series of expected ice bergs.

Knowing the truth is not enough; however, it is truth that makes it a righteous cause.

Julie Kelly – […] Just as the first wave of protesters breached the building shortly after 2 p.m., congressional Republicans were poised to present evidence of rampant voting fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Ten incumbent and four newly-elected Republican senators planned to work with their House colleagues to demand the formation of an audit commission to investigate election “irregularities” in the 2020 election. Absent an audit, the group of senators, including Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) pledged to reject the Electoral College results from the disputed states.

The Hail Mary effort was doomed to fail; yet the American people would have heard hours of debate related to provable election fraud over the course of the day.

And no one opposed the effort more than ex-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

During a conference call on December 31, 2020, McConnell urged his Republican Senate colleagues to abandon plans to object to the certification, insisting his vote to certify the 2020 election results would be “the most consequential I have ever cast” in his 36-year Senate career.

From the Senate floor on the afternoon of January 6, McConnell gave a dramatic speech warning of the dire consequences to the country should Republicans succeed in delaying the vote. He downplayed examples of voting fraud and even mocked the fact that Trump-appointed judges rejected election lawsuits.

“The voters, the courts, and the States have all spoken,” McConnell insisted. “If we overrule them, it would damage our Republic forever. If this election were overturned by mere allegations from the losing side, our democracy would enter a death spiral.”

Roughly six hours later, McConnell got his way. Cowed by the crowd of largely peaceful Americans allowed into the building by Capitol police, most Republican senators backed off the audit proposal. McConnell, echoing hyperbolic talking points about an “insurrection” seeded earlier in the day by Democratic lawmakers and the news media, gloated. “They tried to disrupt our democracy,” he declared on the Senate floor after Congress reconvened around 8 p.m. “This failed attempt to obstruct Congress, this failed insurrection, only underscores how crucial the task before us is for our Republic.”

Congress officially certified the Electoral College results early the next day. (read more)

There is a tyranny in America and there is so much brainwashing Americans don’t even realize they are being ruled rather than being the foundation for the rule of law to exist. Almost two years after the January 6, 2021, Washington D.C. protests that Democrats and the mainstream news media call an “insurrection,” the Department of Justice (DOJ) is still asking for the public’s help in identifying more people to arrest.

Of the 964 individuals charged with crimes for their participation in the protests of January 6, 2021, “hundreds” are still in Washington D.C. prisons today.

The conditions in these prisons are so horrific that 34 January 6th (J6) prisoners asked for a transfer to the military terrorist prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (Gitmo). In their letter pleading for a transfer, the J6 prisoners said that Gitmo would provide what they are lacking in their D.C. prison, namely “nutritional meals, sunlight exposure, top notch medical care,” and respect for “religious requirements.”

The harsh treatment of the J6 prisoners is in sharp contrast to the rioters who burned and looted in the aftermath of the death of George Floyd in police custody in Minneapolis, MN on May 25, 2020. These criminals destroyed over $2 billion worth of property, attacked countless police officers and participated in 574 violent riots throughout the country.

Some of the worst violence occurred in Minneapolis, MN, where Floyd died. Rioters either partially or completely destroyed or burned 1,000 buildings. As a result of this violence, 520 misdemeanor citations were issued, but 95% were quickly dismissed.  Only 17 individuals were charged with federal crimes related to either arson or rioting.

This kind of minimal prosecution was also displayed in other cities around the country that suffered from the damaging effects of uncontrolled rioting in the summer of 2020.

The same federal law enforcement approach was used last summer. In the aftermath of the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade, which returned the issue of abortion to the respective states, leftists were outraged. Radical groups recruited protesters to illegally march outside the homes of Supreme Court Justices.

After weeks of protests and little response from the DOJ, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin and Maryland Governor Larry Hogan asked U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to “provide adequate resources to keep the Supreme Court justices and their families safe amid ongoing protests at their homes.”

While hesitant to act regarding left-wing protesters, Garland is not restrained on the issue of J6 protesters. It is clearly the top priority for the DOJ. For example, one J6 protester, Guy Reffitt, was charged with five felony counts and sentenced to seven years in prison. He did not enter the U.S. Capitol on that day, but he was with protesters on the stairs outside of the building.

His harsh treatment contrasts with the refusal to charge the mysterious Ray Epps, who was seen on multiple videos encouraging members of the crowd to enter the U.S. Capitol. In fact, he was at the barricades outside of the building firing up the protesters. While Epps denies that he was a federal informant, there are many unanswered questions about why he was given preferential treatment.

While Epps has not been charged, federal authorities are still on the hunt for more J6 Trump supporters. According to investigative reporter Julie Kelly, “You have new defendants, new people who have been arrested and charged just this week, including for misdemeanor offenses. They are closing in on a thousand total defendants, and the DOJ has warned that they are going to look for a thousand more. Here we are almost two years later; they are still rounding up Trump supporters, destroying their lives, throwing them in prison and ruining their families.”

Of the protesters charged, 465 have pleaded guilty. One person the Democrats, the mainstream media, the Deep State, and establishment Republicans want to add to that list is President Donald Trump.

According to a prominent establishment Republican and a potential 2024 GOP presidential candidate, Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, Trump’s J6 crimes are so egregious that he is hereafter disqualified from serving as President of the United States again. He said, “Jan. 6 really disqualifies him for the future. So, we move beyond that, and that is what I want to be focused on.”

In 2024, Hutchinson may be a presidential candidate, along with Hogan, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former Vice President Mike Pence, and a host of other Republican leaders. Yet, currently, the only announced candidate is Donald Trump.

On January 6, 2021, President Trump did not commit or encourage any violence. He did not lead the charge into the U.S. Capitol and was not even present outside the building.

Prior to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, he told a massive crowd of his supporters to march “over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”

Despite his calls for non-violence, Trump was impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives for his actions on January 6, 2021. Fortunately, he was later acquitted by the U.S. Senate.

This exoneration did not prevent a U.S. House Select Committee from targeting Trump in their biased activities. The committee was composed of all Democrats and two Never-Trump Republicans. There was never anything close to a fair proceeding in their activities.

In essence, the committee conducted a “Kangaroo Court” by focusing solely on Trump. Their so-called investigations involved ten public hearings, as well as reviewing thousands of documents, conducting hundreds of interviews, and issuing dozens of subpoenas.

Not surprisingly, the committee recommended to the DOJ that Trump be charged with four crimes: conspiracy to defraud the US, conspiracy to make false statements, obstruction of an official proceeding, and inciting an insurrection.

It remains to be seen what the DOJ will do with these charges, but there is already a Special Prosecutor who has been appointed to investigate Trump’s role in the J6 protests, along with the documents brought to his Mar-a-Lago home.

The unrelenting abuse of President Trump by his enemies is obvious. It must be investigated, along with the horrific treatment of the J6 protesters, by the new GOP leadership in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano intends to hold a 3-day fast from January 3rd to 5th in support of those who are still detained on January 6 related charges. 964 individuals have been charged with crimes, many of them misdemeanors, related to January 6, and 465 pleaded guilty. Hundreds are still languishing in DC-area jails awaiting trial.

In a letter exclusively obtained by Human Events, Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, the former Apostolic Nuncio to the United States, said “I hope that this initiative will find many adherents, in a spirit of true reparation of the innumerable sins and grave betrayals committed.”

Many of these detainees are kept in solitary confinement in their cells in Washington, DC, in a jail many have termed the “gulag.” No matter where detainees are arrested, they are then transported to DC where they will face trial. And the conditions of their confinement are facing scrutiny.

 
“It doesn’t matter really what prison they’re in — and they’re in prisons across the country in indefinite incarceration — they are targeted,” Kelly said, “they are specifically mistreated. They’re kept away from their families. They’re kept away from their defense attorneys, which, of course, is a constitutional violation on top of the few other constitutional Bill of Rights violations. So I’ll tell you, I just get inundated with stories and it’s almost impossible to cover because there’s so much happening. And then, of course, you have people who are then convicted or take plea deals hoping that the torment will end, and they’re sentenced to years in prison on nonviolent felonies like obstruction of an official proceeding.”


Vigano’s call for fasting came in a letter to attorney Joseph McBride, who defends many defendants on Jan 6 charges, and has committed to a 3-day fast to bring attention to the detainees’ plight. “My job as an American Catholic Civil Rights Attorney is to defend the persecuted Christ every January Sixer in the most devoted and intelligent way possible,” McBride said.

“Archbishop Vigano’s example of outspoken leadership and piety has deeply influenced my personal life and professional work. As such, I could think of no better person to contact for support during this crucial time,” he said.

“We have been persecuted, cancelled, and prevented from coalescing as a community of believers and patriots. In 2023, all of that changes. This period of fasting and prayer will be the beginning of our fight back in this truly spiritual war,” Ali Alexander, who worked with McBride on the initiative to connect him with Vigano, and earlier this year was called to testify before the January 6 Committee, told Human Events.


That committee had stated their intention to subpoena former President Trump, but in recent days withdrew that subpoena, and noted that their investigation was coming to an end. For many January 6 defendants, they are nowhere near the end of their ordeal, and they are already at risk of being forgotten.

 The Republicans in the House will be taking over from the Democrats on January 3rd and there are 13 things they must do first. You will notice that the list does not include any legislation whatsoever.

That is very wise because any kind of good legislation will never pass in the Democratically controlled Senate. In fact, it details a lot of investigations. The ones that Democrats did not dare do under Nancy Pelosi.

#1 Investigate Hunter Biden’s laptop. 

There is enough there to 9investigate with many criminal referrals that can be made to the DOJ that Merrick Garland will ignore. There is a long list of shady business dealings many of which Daddy Joe could be involved with.

#2 Investigate Joe Biden for violating the Groper Bill that he signed.

There are many videos of Joe Biden groping and sniffing women and children. Biden himself signed a law that made groping a criminal act and he could easily be convicted if brought to trial in a red district.

#3 Demand tax returns from Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Ilhan Omar, Chuck Schumer, and Hunter Biden.

Now that the Democrats have created precedence, Republicans need to do the same thing and I guarantee you will find more damaging information in the Pelosi tax forms than you would ever find in Trump’s. Then release the tax forms immediately. Internet sleuths are quite proficient in investigating these documents.

Require information on FBI cut-outs like Ray Epps.

6. Demand a copy of the affidavit and all supporting documentation for the Biden DOJ-FBI raid on President Trump’s home. 

Some say that the affidavit related to the FBI’s raid of the President’s home is garbage.  Americans need to see it.

7. Get all of former Speaker Pelosi’s emails, text messages, her film crew’s footage, and records related to the 2020 election and Jan 6

What did Nancy know and when did she know it?  Why did she not protect the US Capitol on Jan 6 and how much did she know about the setup and Deep State informants involved in the violence that day?

8. Remove Ilhan Omar, Adam Schiff, and Eric Swalwell from their committee assignments.  Investigate them.

Most people know that Ilhan Omar married her brother so he could enter the US.  But many don’t know that her father committed immigration fraud as well to enter the US.  It’s time to address this individual being inside the US House.

9. Begin immediate investigation into Democrat dark money and the many corrupt Democrat-linked NGOs that they use to skirt US laws.

10. Begin an investigation and audit of all money sent to and from Ukraine, especially money related to the Bidens and other corrupt politicians.  And the related donations to Democrats from FTX crypto company.

11. Immediately obtain and release Adam Schiff’s interview with corrupt former ICIG Atkinson during the first Trump impeachment sham

The first thing the GOP should do is go to the basement of the Capitol or wherever it is located, to obtain and release the testimony of corrupt former Deep State Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) Michael Atkinson.

Atkinson changed the IC whistleblower form in September of 2019 shortly after a CIA Agent, who was spying in the Trump White House, drafted a complaint on President Trump.

Atkinson saw to it that the whistleblower form was updated to allow for secondhand information, which the ‘whistleblower’ (believed to be Eric Ciaramella) provided in his complaint.  Although the form should not have been accepted based on second-hand information and because it was about the President of the United States (who is not a member of the IC), Atkinson accepted the complaint.

12. Investigate all actors related to the attempted coup of President Trump starting with the Russia collusion sham. 

Start it off by bringing in Andrew Weismann.  Interview him on Russia collusion activities and all of his corrupt acts going back 30 years at the DOJ.

13:  Subpoena the footage from the Capitol Police of the Paul Pelosi attack in California.  This story doesn’t add up.

The Democratic Party Communists have made it clear once more that they are incapable of doing anything that actually serves all America’s best interest, as they continue to push their false narrative that the riot on January 6th in the Capitol — minor compared to what Black Lives Matter did last summer — was an insurrection, by passing the January 6 Commission Bill (HR 3233), with a 252-175 vote [Blog Editor: This Roll Call Clerk link shows 35 Republicans voted Yea]. The passage of this bill exhibits that they are far more interested in smearing and targeting Conservative America and Republicans and protecting themselves more than all America, given the fact that we have yet to see any proposal or investigations to reveal the backers and funders of the thousands of Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots over the past few years, that have been far more destructive and deadly than anything remotely close to what transpired at the Capitol Building, on January 6th 2021, referred to as a “domestic terrorist attack in the United States” in Speaker Pelosi’s February 15th 2021 “Dear Colleague” letter. 

Observed by many Conservative politicians and pundits, the [JOS] Major Cities Chiefs Association detailed that between May 25th and July 31st 2020, nationwide protests numbered 8,700, with 609 declared riots. Along with this, they reported 2,385 looting and 624 arson incidents, and yet Congress now seeks to spend millions of taxpayer dollars to investigate one lone riot at the Capitol that resulted in very little real damage of anything. 

Gavel in hand, Speaker Pelosi, the Ol’ Hag of the House, would have America believe that she is worried about saving America’s “democracy” — forget our long and storied chronicles of our Republic — as she was recently quoted saying, “… This legislation is about our democracy.” And on May 19th, as she addressed the House, she said, “It is imperative that we seek the truth of what happened on January 6th.”

Yes, hearing the truth emanate forth from any Democrat’s lips these days would be refreshing, but even as Speaker Pelosi disingenuously called for its revelation, those of us who have watched her decades long career full well understand that she and her Communist ilk are no friends of the Truth. And already the fix is in as she prepares to paint every single person who showed that day in support of President Trump and to fight the illegally acquired Electoral College votes, as a “right-wing domestic terrorist” or a “white supremacist” suggested by her immediate reference to that day’s events as a “domestic terrorist attack”. 

HR 3233 takes on a darker character when one reads the overly broad language within it, that seems to give the Democratic Party Communists virtually unimpeded far-reaching authority to investigate anybody on the flimsiest bit of “evidence” and the most distant connection to the events on January 6, 2021; leaving the specifics of just what authority they will actually have to investigate as an unanswered question. It also suggests its authority will include opening investigations into “the influencing factors that fomented such attack on American representative democracy while engaged in a constitutional process”, and from beginning to end the move is already underfoot politicizing and weaponizing the proceedings against Conservatives.

One could quite correctly assert that Congress’s actions on January 6th were far from “constitutional”, and in fact, treason has been afoot from the first day that Obama started spying on the Trump administration through his collaborators and the abuse of the FISA Court warrants. 

This is a blatant attempt by the Democratic Party Communists to target Conservatives as an extension of their numerous campaigns to censor, cancel and silence all political opposition.

Ignorant and self-destructive beyond belief, thirty-five House Republicans ignored Minority Leader McCarty’s admonishment that the bill didn’t address Antifa and BLM and was cut as a political weapon against them, and they went ahead and voted in favor of the bill. Of the thirty-five, they included ten RINO traitors, who sided with the Democrats to impeach President Trump.

Where is the designation of “domestic terrorism” for the vandalism and burning of Federal Buildings and U.S. Courthouses by BLM and Antifa in Portland, Seattle, Nashville, New York, D.C, Louisville and cities all across America last year? How ironic that nothing is said about radical rat commie bastards of both groups setting up “autonomous zones” in places like Seattle, Portland, Louisville, and Minneapolis.  

One could almost support this massive waste of money and time, in the face of so many other more important issues facing America, like developing and recent Chinese aggression against America, if it was going to cut across all lines of thought and all tangents related to that day, including Speaker Pelosi’s gross negligence or complicit collaboration to bring the event to its inevitable culmination, in the absence of any large presence of law enforcement agencies to stop it. Query Pelosi’s people in depth as to the days leading up to January 6th, since there is an abundance of evidence already that suggests Pelosi knew a high probability of such an upheaval existed two weeks prior to the day, and still she did nothing to call in any reinforcements for the Capitol police.

Even DC Mayor Muriel Bowser rejected calls for additional police officers for duty that day, or any National Guard presence.

And, as former Capitol Police Chief Steve Sund would later reveal, his efforts to heighten security surrounding the Capitol was undermined by security officials who answered directly to Speaker Pelosi. His fears had grown over the new projections he saw, regarding the size of the pro-Trump crowds expected to arrive for the vote count and President Trump’s rally, and he asked for more security and support from other agencies, as well as a National Guard contingent to be placed on standby in case of just such an emergency as unfolded that day; but they turned him down.

Isn’t it interesting that Pelosi didn’t want witnesses to be called during the second impeachment proceedings against President Trump? She knew she would be one of the first called to testify, since many Republicans were already aware that she had warnings and did not act accordingly to ensure the Capitol’s security that day. She also knew that Sund would testify to that fact. 

Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) has noted:

“That’s the question most of us want to know: did (Pelosi) bear great responsibility for what happened on January 6th? She’s the one who had the intelligence.”

Of the nearly two million peaceful protesters who arrived to hear President Trump speak in DC on January 6th, probably less than 2,000 actually ever breached or entered the Capitol that day out of anger, curiosity or simple mob dynamics, and the riot that day, more civil unrest than anything, was not an insurrection or a domestic terrorist attack, except in the twisted and reprobate minds of the power hungry Democratic Party radicals, full of envy, deceit, a desire to murder and a black malevolent heart. The offenders were guilty only of trespass, scuffling with police officers, vandalism and some few cases of minor thefts; they were not armed and the government was never in danger of being overcome by them. 

If anything, the majority of Conservatives on site that day only wanted the Congress and Vice-President Pence to do the right thing and send the Illegal Electoral College Votes back to their respective states and refuse to certify an Illegitimate Election Result. And that would have been the Constitutional, Legal and Righteous move to make for any in Congress who still had any sense of honor left. 

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy stated his reasons for opposing the bill, were in part largely due to the Democrats’ bad faith negotiation, adding:

“Given the political misdirections that have marred this process, given the now duplicative and potentially counterproductive nature of this effort, and given the Speaker’s shortsighted scope that does not examine interrelated forms of political violence in America, I cannot support this legislation.”

On May 18, 2021; former President Donald Trump released a short statement, that read:

“Republicans in the House and the Senate should not approve the Democrat trap of the January 6 Commission. It is just more partisan unfairness and unless the murders, riots, and fire bombings in Portland, Minneapolis, Seattle, Chicago, and New York are also going to be studied, this discussion should be ended immediately. Republicans must get much tougher and much smarter, and stop being used by the Radical Left. Hopefully, Mitch McConnel and Kevin McCarthy are listening.”

This bill is unlikely to pass the Senate, but with all the traitors in the Republican Party, who in the hell really knows.

As shocking as it should be, given the heavy infiltration of the Republican Party by globalists and Marxists, when two RINO IDIOTS issued a joint statement urging support for the January 6th Commission, I just nodded, as my blood pressure went through the roof and I thought, “yep … here we go”. 

Former Governor Tom Kean (R-NJ) and former Rep. Lee Hamilton (R-IN) wrote: 

“Today, democracy faces a new threat. The January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol was one of the darkest days in our history. Americans deserve an objective and accurate account of what happened. As we did in the wake of September 11th, it is time to set aside partisan politics and come together as Americans in common pursuit of truth and justice.”

In no way shape or form does the January 6th event even begin to remotely equate to the horrific tragedy of September 11, 2001. And one must certainly note that America has seen many more significantly darker days than January 6th. One need only recall the Boston Bombing or the day in July 2016, when Micah Xavier Johnson, a member of South Dallas’ Muhammad Mosque Number 48 and a follower of Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam, shot twelve Dallas police officers, killing five of them.

It doesn’t get much darker than witnessing some 220 cities [Blog Editor: Justin inserted a CSPAN link here of random Congressional speeches. At about the 35-minute & 21-second mark, the Rep. MTG speech proceeds highlighting the following info in this paragraph.] have entire sections go up in flames, much like Minneapolis, resulting in $2 billion in damages in private property in 20 major cities, private money, as citizens are assaulted and beaten senseless, or actually shot and killed, as in the case of retired St Louis police officer, Capt. David Dorn. Dark is hearing reports from three-quarters of America’s police departments that numerous officers were assaulted and hurt, by an assortment of hard hurled objects and weapons, while trying to protect their community’s property and people. And although one fine young lady, Ashli Babbitt, was killed by an as of yet unnamed Capitol police officer during the January 6th riot, approximately thirty Americans lost their lives last year as a direct result of violent acts by Black Lives Matter and Antifa. Now that’s just pretty damned dark. [Blog Editor: I could not locate corroboration of 30 dead Americans resulting from Antifa/BLM rioting. The closest I could locate was a post by The Guardian (British origin) that lists 25. But here The Guardian disingenuously implies some of the dead were not directly related to protests but resulted from crimes nearby the “mostly peaceful” protests. DUH! Looters and thuggery are crimes that were part and parcel of the Dem-Marxist lie of “mostly peaceful”.]

The most anti-Liberty, anti-Freedom, anti-Republic administration in U.S. history, the authoritarian Biden regime, and its allies in Congress, such as Speaker Pelosi and Senator Chuck Schumer, want everybody to be afraid and view Republicans and Conservatives, as White Supremacists and domestic terrorists, by way of this miserable Kangaroo Commission, in order to deflect from their incredible failures to safeguard America, whether we speak of energy supplies, halting the violence in the ranks of their own foot soldiers and the destruction of U.S. cities and the global economic warfare being lost to China at the moment or inflation and rising food and gas prices and the southern border long past the breaking point. So, they’ve pushed for a 9/11 style commission to pave the way towards open-ended “investigations” into any political opponent and to smear any Republican who doesn’t agree with their new witch hunt — this exercise in malicious political theater — as they attempt to portray a two-and-a-half-hour riot as an insurrection, heating national tensions along the way while shining the light of Truth nowhere, and doing nothing but further ensuring more violence in the future.

Not one to normally defend others. especially politicians, when their own words come back to haunt them, it seems someone needs to stand in defense of Marjorie Taylor Greene (MTG). She has held up in a commendable manner, strong, true and righteous in her own recent statements, under a blistering attack from the Democratic Party Communists, who have done considerably worse things in their past, than what they’ve accused her of doing; however, even worse, eleven Republican Congressmen actually joined the Democrats on February 4, 2021 to remove MTG from her committee positions, in a betrayal most foul.

On February 4, 2021, after being accused of making “hateful and violent statements” in the past, well before she was a Congresswoman, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) took to the House Floor to answer the charges and acquit herself as best as she could, delivering a remarkable statement, as she admitted her wrongs on one of the largest forums one possibly can find, in front of C-SPAN, Fox News and all the major news networks, asking forgiveness in the process.

 

In part, Greene stated:

 

“These were words of the past, and these things do not represent me. They do not represent my district, and they do not represent my values.”

 

One must wonder which statements exactly was Greene referencing, since some of those statements found to be objectionable to Democrats absolutely were accurate and every one of them, in totality fell under her Freedom of Speech rights. She made note that she had temporarily believed things she later discovered were untrue, and at least she was a big enough lady, exhibiting true moral character and bearing, to admit it, unlike her counterparts in the Democratic Party, such as Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and many others across the way in the Senate too.

 

On Thursday, February 4, 2021, Congress voted 230 to 199, largely across party lines, to remove MTG from her committees, with eleven turncoat Republicans-In-Name-Only, Democrat-Lites, piling on too and joining the Democrat ploy. This was her “punishment” for a few incendiary statements and alleged “false” statements, some of which are absolutely TRUE, such as statements made that truthfully detailed the methods used to steal the 2020 Election.

 

Three of the House Republicans voting against MTG — John Katko (NY), Adam Kinzinger (IL) and Fred Upton (MI) — also voted to impeach then-President Donald Trump in January. The rest of the Betrayal Caucus included: Mario Diaz-Balart (FL), Brian Fitzpatrick (PA), Carlos Gimenez (FL), Chris Jacobs (NY), Young Kim (CA), Nicole Malliotakis (NY), Maria Salazar (FL) and Chris Smith (NJ). [Blog Editor: You caught me making a similar above before reading to this point. Greene makes every effort to engage in critical thinking and analyze situations accurately. Asking questions that make people think is part of what she does, asking at one point in an early video, if it wasn’t possible that there was something more at work in the Las Vegas shooting, that took fifty-eight lives, such as a plan to make people victims, make them fear and motivate them to act to pass anti-firearm legislation. Every point, in my estimation, was a valid question, since we already know just how devious and duplicitous the Democratic leadership can be, from experiences with the Fast and Furious scheme, Obama’s abuse of FISA and surveillance on Americans and the Russia Hoax, that proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Democrats had politicized and weaponized the IRS, CIA, FBI, and DOJ to act against their conservative Republican opponents. 

 

Please remember that anyone who question Hillary’s emails or any of the aforementioned Democratic schemes was called a “conspiracy theorist”. As time moved along, evidence was finally forthcoming that showed all of the so-called “conspiracy theories” were fact.

 

And yet they want to burn her at the stake for saying: “I don’t believe (Paddock) pulled this off by himself, and I know most of you don’t either.”

 

Well guess what? She is 100 percent correct in that statement. I know that a large percentage of America, along with myself, don’t believe Paddock acted alone, simply from a perspective that looked at all the weaponry and ammunition that was toted through a major hotel’s halls.

 

Of course, there are things she stated that I disagree with, and I’ve never been a supporter of the QAnon phenomenon, that was easily rebutted and debunked on multiple fronts with just a bit of concentrated research. However, at the time she was posting this stuff to her social media, she probably was doing like most people, simply batting info and items about in a casual fashion after work, which she did work. She was working a full-time job at her family’s construction business and raising her three children, so this was simple unwind time.

 

Today, February 5, 2021, the Associated Press was having a conniption fit, because MTG didn’t implicitly and specifically apologize for online remarks that simply mulled over the possibility of Speaker Nancy Pelosi being assassinated or being executed for treason. Well by damn. I guess I’ll forever be excluded from possibly serving in Congress, if that’s the case, because I for damned certain agree that Pelosi is guilty of treason on numerous occasions, along with scores of other Democratic Party Red, Radical Communist Rat Bastards, such as Chuck Schumer and Kamala Harris, and each and every one of them are deserving of the electric chair, lethal injection or the firing squad and hangman’s gallows.

 

First reported by CNN, MTG once stated:

 

“(Pelosi is) a traitor to our country; she’s guilty of treason. And it’s … uh … it’s a crime punishable by death is what treason is. Nancy Pelosi is guilty of treason.”

 

Let me say at this juncture, that if an errant 7.62 x 54mm were to make its way through any of the current Democratic Party Leadership’s heads for any reason — call it an act of God — I would not shed the first tear, and I would fall on my knees in thanks to God that he removed one more speck of evil from the face of the planet, one more vile freedom-hating, America-hating, God-hating quisling gone in a blink of an eye. (Please make note … This may well be the opening for my speech when I run for Congress in 2022).

 

Everything the radicals of the Democratic Party have done in recent history, from at least 2000 to the present, has been done with the intention and the sole purpose of undermining and destroying the Founding and the Republic, so as far as any American patriot should be concerned, these are people who have earned the hatred directed at them, for trying to eradicate every good and decent principle that America was founded upon.

 

Of anything and everything Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has apologized for, nothing she stated arises to the repugnant level of Representative Ilhan Omar’s justification of Mogadishu warlords murdering U.S. soldiers on a peacekeeping mission and dragging their bodies through the streets of Mogadishu, or Omar’s continued flagrant and blatant anti-Semitism that is enjoined by her crony, Rep Rashida Tlaib. And of course, two wrongs don’t make a right, but it is surely indicative of the height of hypocrisy that runs rampant in the ranks of these Democratic Party communists, since Omar was not removed from any committees.

 

One sees just how badly the media has portrayed MTG when one listens to her passionate speech delivered to Congress on February 4, 2021. The Leftstream Media, as usual, mischaracterized Rep Greene, and never bothered asking her side of the story, or finding the truth, that she had walked away from the QAnon conspiracies, by 2018. In one of the most riveting moments of the debate on February 4th,  MTG wore a dark mask emblazoned with the words “FREE SPEECH, as she told her story (in part):

 

“You only know me by how Media Matters, CNN, MSNBC and the rest of the mainstream media is portraying me. What you don’t know about me is that I’m a very proud wife of almost 25 years … a mother of three children, and I consider being a mother the greatest blessing of my life and the greatest thing I’ll ever achieve. I’m proudly the first person graduating college in my family, making my parents happy and proud. I’m a very successful business owner. We have grown our company from one state to eleven states. 

 

I’m a very hard worker. I’ve always paid my taxes. I’ve never been arrested. I’ve never done drugs. But I’ve gotten a few speeding tickets in my day. What you need to know about me is I’m a very regular American, just like the people I represent in my district and most people across the country.

 

I never, ever considered to run for Congress or even get involved in politics. As a matter of fact, I wasn’t a political person until I found a candidate that I really liked; and his name is Donald J. Trump when he ran for president. To me, he was someone I could relate to, someone I enjoyed his plain talk. Not the offensive things but just the way he talked normally. And I thought finally, maybe this is someone that will do something about the things that deeply bother me, like the fact that we’re so deeply in debt … our country has murdered over 62 million people in the womb; the fact that our borders are open and some of my friends have had their children murdered by illegal aliens, or perhaps that maybe we can stop sending our sons and daughters to fight in foreign wars, and be used as the world’s police, basically. Or maybe that our government would stand up for American businesses and American jobs and make the American people and the American taxpayers their focus. These are the things that I care about deeply.

 

So, when we elected President Trump and I started seeing things in the news that didn’t make sense to me, like Russian Collusion, which are conspiracy theories [and] also have been proven so, these things bothered me deeply, and I realized just watching CNN or Fox News, I may not find the truth. 

 

And so what I did is I started looking things up on the internet, asking questions like most people do everyday. (Using) Google. And … at the end of 2017 (I stumbled across) QAnon. These posts were mainly about this Russian collusion information. A lot of it was some of what I would see on the news at night and I got very interested in it, so I posted about it on Facebook. I read about it. I talked about it [and] I asked questions about it. …

 

But you see, here’s the problem. Throughout 2018, because I was upset and didn’t trust the government really, because the people here (D.C.) weren’t doing the things that I thought they should be doing for us, the things I just told you I cared about … A lot of Americans don’t trust our government, and that’s sad. The problem … though, is I was allowed to believe things that weren’t true and I would ask questions about them and talk about them. And that is absolutely what I regret. … 

 

I’ve lived a very good life that I’m proud of. My family is proud of. My husband is proud of. My children are proud of. And my — that’s what my district elected me for. So … Later in 2018, when I started finding misinformation, lies, things that were not true, in these QAnon posts, I stopped believing it.

 

And I want to tell you, any source — and I say this to everyone — any source of information that is a mix of truth and a mix of lies is dangerous, no matter what it is saying, what party it is helping, anything or any country it’s about. It’s dangerous. And (this) happened on the left and the right, and it is a true problem in our country.

 

So, I walked away from those things and I decided, I’m going to do what I’ve done all my life. I’m going to work hard and try to solve the problems that I’m upset about.”

 

As Mrs. Greene spoke to a herd of media on Friday morning, February 5, 2021, she observed that news organizations “can take teeny, tiny pieces of words that I’ve said … you have said, any of us, and can portray us as someone we’re not. In continuing, MTG also noted that America is in deep trouble if the House can get away with punishing her, while it simultaneously tolerates “members that condone riots that have hurt American people”, as she referenced the Democratic Party’s sponsored “Summer of Love” that was nothing but a continuous stretch of looting, burning, maiming and killing carried out by the foot-soldiers of the Democratic Party, the Fascists and Communists of Antifa and Black Lives Matter.

 

But showing her resolve to carry on in the cause to defend freedom and liberty, MTG almost euphorically exclaimed: “I woke up early this morning literally laughing about what a bunch of morons the Democrats are for giving someone like me free time.” She spoke to the fact that she could now more easily spread her message on how best to keep America free and the people living in liberty, as she planned to spend more time at home with her constituents and also speaking to a variety of Americans across the nation.

 

However, it should truly anger all America that the Leftists in Congress can so easily censor an entire U.S. Congressional District, through such an egregious act against their representative. She may be able to gain an audience in public to build support for Conservatism, but for the time being, MTG’s Conservative values aren’t being heard in the Education and Labor Committee or the Budget Committee where they could do the most good, and that means her districts values aren’t being represented as well as they could have been.

 

Despite her minor shortcomings, it’s hard to miss the ringing sound of truth in her voice or the love for America and the American people that reverberates like a Church bell throughout her words, along with her fine innate intellect, and one should see her as a future rising star in the Republican Party, who is doing her dead level best to restore America and return Her to Her founding principles. Her next moves may just be a wonder to behold, because, regardless of the loss of committees, she has faced the Marxist, Maoist Beasts and walked away the better for it, showing her true worth and mettle.

Triggering a Constitutional Crisis and a Revolution – Revolutions Don’t Care About Elections

America has a long history of fair and relatively fraud free elections, and for most of our history, the various political factions have consistently sought and found a way to compromise on the most pressing issues of the day, whether on the social front or the economy, spending and the role government should play in them all. The lines between party lines have been delineated in firmer and harder positions from all sides, primarily the two sides that exhibit one standing for Big government and less freedom and the other standing for smaller, limited government and expanded freedom and individual liberties. And, as the fight drags on today, compromise has shown itself illusive and practically impossible to reach.

 

The Democratic Party is far and away from the Old Blue Dog Democrats of the late 1940s, 50s and early 60s, who actually still loved America. They held dear Her Founding Principles and the Constitution, largely just seeing Big Government as offering more solutions than not; and never would they seek to trash the Constitution or sell the nation down the road to Marxist Communism. Although to be sure, with the release of the declassified Venona Files [Blog Editor: Venona Background and Venona Files] in July of 1995, America was shown without a doubt that the Democratic Party had been rife with outright Communists, who absolutely would and did betray America to the Communists of the world, largely starting under President Franklin Roosevelt and brought to light by Senator Joe McCarthy, now standing vindicated in his allegations and charges against many government officials and American citizens.

 

Today, members of the Democratic Party are more similar to communists like Alger Hiss, who sought to hand America to the Soviets, and the radical Bill Ayers, who is a domestic terrorist of the Weather Underground***, still walking free; and, the Democratic Party is nothing less than a front group for the Marxist and Maoist communists of the world, who seek to destroy America by any means necessary. Over the past two weeks, once again they have hit upon another plan to wreak as much chaos as possible, by disrupting the election in November, if President Donald J. Trump does in fact win re-election. I don’t see any real path that he doesn’t, but it’s not going to matter to the Democrats, desperate to cling to power, who are already calling for the rejection of any electoral loss, in order to trigger a constitutional crisis.

The Commie Democrats, like Chuckie Schumer, Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and many others, are just crazy enough to want this now, in what seems to be a death wish for themselves, their countrymen and Western civilization, too. Trump’s victory will be seen as evidence of treason within the system and it would require an immediate correction, through a greater level of sedition and violence than originally utilized in their failed 2016 attempts to end President Trump.

 

They are already preparing the American people through their false scenarios and narratives as they explain that nobody should expect to see concrete election results on Election Night. They don’t want anyone to believe the results, even if they are definite, real and documented by election officials, as exhibited by a recent statement from Josh Mendelsohn, Hawkfish CEO, that suggested an election night landslide victory for President Trump would simply be a “red-mirage”, that would be proven erroneous in the days and weeks following Election Day, as the mail-in ballots rolled in. [Blog Editor: The “red-mirage” propaganda is to set the stage for Dems to steal the election via Voter Fraud by fabricating mailed-in ballots. You might be surprised to discover your dead Grandpa, dead Uncle, Micky Mouse and your dog voted by mail as a Dem.]

 

Hawkfish is a U.S. political data agency in New York City that was founded by Michael Bloomberg in 2019 to support Democratic candidates, causes and “common sense” solutions, an oxymoron when using “common sense” in the same sentence with “Democrat”. However, the election model presented by Hawkfish brings the Democratic Party’s longstanding voter fraud practices front and center when one considers their hard push for ballot harvesting and mail-in voting, since it shows mail-in ballots going overwhelmingly for Biden, to hand him a “massive victory” comprised of 334 Electoral College votes to Trump’s 204, in their best-case scenario

 

Incredibly, the acting Director of Homeland Security, Chad Wolf, nominated by President Trump himself, recently added fuel to the fire, by allowing the release of a draft document in August claiming once again that “white supremacists” represent a larger security threat to the nation, as if on cue, making one seriously wonder about Wolf’s own bias and standing as a Republican (in name only?). How does this report make no mention of the Marxists of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, who have been destroying U.S. cities and murdering policemen since at least 2016? One can only presume Americans are expected to ignore reality and the actual violence that has been ripping our country apart for months now, caused by shiftless and directionless, ignorant, malcontent people of color and equally shiftless, no-good, white “liberal” amerikkan Communist apparatchiks.

 

DHS’s draft report serves to enable state agents to more easily target legally-armed Americans, who congregate with other firearms owners, and the protections provided by our God-given Inalienable Rights and the 2nd Amendment. The label of “white supremacist” will be slapped against many peaceful conservatives who seek nothing less than the ability to defend themselves in a righteous manner. This document must serve as a warning to anyone who does not currently support the idiocy — especially as it pertains to “white privilege”, Maoist cancel culture, and the Marxist race-based agenda of Antifa and BLM —  the evil and the tyranny espoused by the New Democratic Party Communist Orthodoxy, and they must prepare accordingly.

 

In a Washington Post editorial entitled ‘Trump could refuse to concede’ [WaPo must have faced criticism, they changed title: “What’s the worst that could happen?”] on September 3rd 2020, Rosa Brooks, co-founder of TIP, wrote: “President Trump has broken countless norms and ignored countless laws during his time in office, and … my colleagues and I at the Transition Integrity Project … realized that identifying the most serious risks to our democracy might be the best way to avert a November disaster … “.  And over the course of unveiling four different “war game” scenarios focused on both broad and narrow victories for each candidate, Brooks finally got to the heart of the matter, as she offered forth an oh so thinly veiled threat: “A landslide for Joe Biden resulted in a relatively orderly transfer of power. Every other scenario we looked at involved street-level violence and political crisis.”

 

The Democratic Party’s cunning and scheming lawfare cadre will fall into the fray too, along with the complicit Leftstream Media and various fascist cable news channels, that will continuously promote the notion that Joe Biden is leading in several swing states, regardless of whether it’s true or not, amplified on social media sites, as well. When he loses on election night, the frenzied, fierce furor begins. And in the meantime, massive amounts of mail-in ballots pour into election districts that previously did not utilize this method much, leaving them quite ill-equipped to validate them.

 

One must note that Brooks and Nils Gilman founded TIP in 2019, supposedly from a “concern that the Trump administration may seek to manipulate, ignore, undermine or disrupt the 2020 presidential election and transition process.” Brooks was an advisor to the Hillary Clinton State Department and she has also been the general counsel to George Soros’s Open Society Institute (OSI), a subsidiary of the Open Society Foundation, while Zoe Hudson, TIP’s director, is also a top figure of OSF, senior policy analyst, who has been a liaison between the foundations and the U.S. government for the past eleven years.

This should be a massive Red Flag to the Trump Administration and all American patriots, since the communist OSF and George Soros fomented many “color revolutions” to overthrow non-aligned foreign governments, especially during the Obama administration, as seen through the 2011 Arab Spring and in the Ukraine in 2014. Now, the very same tactics used to foment rebellion in foreign countries, by our CIA, are being used in America domestically and against everything good and decent our country is built upon.

 

As noted by J.B. Shurk, on September 9th, for The Federalist: “This is why Sens. Bernie Sanders and Chuck Schumer pretend Trump won’t leave office if defeated. … It’s why Hillary Clinton insists Biden should not concede the election until Democrats have a chance to throw state vote counts into chaos, why Bill Clinton is selling the idea that Trump will ‘stack sandbags’ to stay in the White House, and why certain ‘Washington insiders’ have a plan to undertake ‘unprecedented’ measures to overthrow Trump after he wins re-election. The Democratic Party is actively working to create the conditions necessary to trigger a political revolution.”

 

“Progressive” communist groups, such as SEIU, Color of Change, MoveOn, Indivisible, Demos and many others, have formed a coalition focused on creating “mass public unrest”, according to the Daily Beast, as it reports the coalition intends to “Occupy shit, hold space, and shut things down, not just on Election Day, but for weeks.” This so-called “peaceful civil disobedience” will prove to be anything but peaceful, since the country has already witnessed 550 violent riots from May to the present, along with 7,750 Black Lives Matter associated demonstrations in 2,440 locations in all fifty states. Only self-deluded fools could possibly think that this will be anything other than more destructive violence aimed at destroying America and our republic, after the “summer of love” we’ve already endured.

 

Soon after victory is declared for President Trump, the Democratic Party Communists will immediately start screaming over the illegitimacy of Trump’s win and they will immediately declare it invalid, activating their mobs and an explosion of violence not seen in America in many a long century.

 

And even if Biden wins, the violence will persist and continue, since the anti-American radicals, the anarchists and the communists, will see Biden as a puppet to do their bidding, and they will accelerate their insurrection’s goals and head into full blown revolution. An uncooperative or incompetent Biden will be quickly be neutralized and removed with the reins of power handed to Kamala Harris, since nobody who heads the Democratic party today will be allowed to ignore the demands of Antifa and BLM, and any failure to submit means a political death.

 

Over the past three months, all America has had front row seats to the preview of what the Democratic Party Communists and their fascist strong-arm violent Antifa and BLM groups have planned for the next two months and beyond. It doesn’t take much to read the signs of a rapidly approaching expansion of the current insurrection, far removed from anything to do with “police reform”. So desperate is the Left to repel and escape the reality of life, the hard truths of life and everything intelligent humans know to be straight from Natural Law and God’s Creation — to Cancel America’s Culture after infecting every segment of Her society with their Marxist disease — that they now lash out violently to force utopian nostrums upon all America, smashing and destroying everything that’s given rise to so exceptional an America, from 1492 to the present, that one must think them out of their mind, as their intolerant, illiberal mob mentality is reminiscent of the mobs of France in 1793 and the Bolshevik murderers of 1917. This is a revolution in the making and it doesn’t care about the election.

 

No patriot will be caught dead with one thumb stuck between their lips and the other one stuck — well — somewhere, and paralyzed by the onslaught of the nation’s Marxist and Maoist Democratic Party Communists, as they attempt to threaten and intimidate their way to victory, devouring and demolishing the republic. We won’t be standing still with our eyelids fluttering and frozen by fear over the rising chaos, havoc and ruin. No, we won’t be cowed and made so afraid that we submit to a socialist authoritarian tyranny through this new tactic of electoral terrorism. And so, as the Democratic Party Communists fully exhibit that the soap box and the ballot box mean nothing to them, Americans who love God, Family and Country will answer with their rifles and thousands of well-directed bullets from the cartridge box, never to bend an inch in the face of those seeking to end freedom and liberty in America.
