Joe Biden and his tyrannical regime are attempting to force all America to take a Covid vaccine that has been proven ineffective, as they moved to make it official on November 4th 2021, when Biden announced that the Occupational and Safety Health Administration would in fact demand all companies with 100 or more employees must require them to take the vaccine and still submit to wearing a mask and weekly testing or be fired from their job. Essentially Biden is creating a new segregated caste system based on an individual’s willingness to relinquish control of one’s own body to the government and abandon one’s right to choose one’s own medical treatment via consent, as he encourages the abuse of the unvaccinated by government and those who submit through his mockery of Free Will and Freedom itself.

Not the first rational, honorable and righteous American, whether a Government Worker or John Q Public, should be waiting for Biden or Fauci, a reprehensible puppy killer, to change or be dissuaded from the current path towards tyranny, and neither should anyone ignore our power of choice, to simply say “NO” and refuse to comply with Illegal Orders being implemented under the color of law.

Everyone who loves their families, America and the Principles and Virtues of Freedom and Liberty should be demanding this tyrannical mess be ended immediately, and ask for an answer to the following question:

Why do vaccinated Americans need to be protected from the unvaccinated by forcing the unvaccinated people to receive a “vaccination” that has not really worked and didn’t protect anyone or prevent anyone from getting the Covid virus in the first place?

And why should any unvaccinated person be denied their right to work or access to other public spaces, when the Director of the CDC has acknowledged that the Covid “vaccine” cannot prevent anyone from contracting it or spreading it? And by this fact, why are the vaccinated granted privilege above the unvaccinated?

The answer is pretty damned simple, and it’s the same as I have stated so often in previous articles. It’s all focused on controlling the entire population of the United States and the world, as we see other previously Free World nations, like France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia utilizing similar tactics through the same policies and Freedom and Liberty rapidly being suppressed globally.

If this Covid vaccine mandate is eventually cast aside by the Supreme Court, no one should be surprised to see Biden ignore any such ruling and carry on tyranny as usual, much in the same manner as Lincoln chose to suspend habeas corpus despite a Supreme Court ruling that found him to be in violation of the Constitution.

As a country, when we pay attention to Biden’s angry rantings, he quite often encourages all of America’s vaccinated people to castigate, blame and direct a hot hatred towards anyone who has made an informed choice to refuse vaccination. And unfortunately, far too many Americans are willing to sell their soul to the devil and this movement focused on instituting a global Marxist system of governance and making America subservient to it; state governors, federal bureaucrats, mayors, other appointed officials, as well as some in the judiciary, and even a large portion of the private sector are acting to ensure this tyranny continues. How often have we heard people in public service positions in America offer the same lame, inexcusable justification the world heard repeatedly at the trials of those Nazi genocidal monsters at Nuremberg, Germany? “I was only following orders.”

Although companies will face steep fines as high as fourteen thousand dollars for ignoring this mandate that goes into effect on January 4th 2022, if they have any love for America and their own personal Freedoms and Liberties, that’s precisely what companies’ CEOs and every Liberty-loving individual must do. They must reject the illegal and unconstitutional Covid vaccine mandate out of hand and tell Biden and his regime to go pound sand and stick their mandate squarely in their ass, regardless of whether or not numerous current lawsuits by individuals, states and corporations or the stay from the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals [Blog Editor: If you do not have WSJ subscription, I cross posted The Epoch Times on 5th Circuit Appellate panel stay HERE] eventually serve to completely halt the mandate [Blog Editor: At this point Justin shares a link to a tweet by the Pelican Institute who petitioned the 5th Circuit Appellate Court. Too many Americans are already being drastically and severely affected by Biden’s Covid vaccine policy, since many companies have already started implementing the policy, despite the fact that a fairly large number of people firmly oppose the mandate and are refusing to comply, because they are taking a stand for Freedom in opposition to medical tyranny and not from any “ant-vaccine” position. But to be clear, in this case, as many already understand, there are hundreds of great reasons to reject the Covid vaccine on the grounds of its highly questionable safety, with a certainty that we will see long term detrimental effects from accepting this toxic mess into our body, as Biden and Fauci reject and suppress the fact that natural immunity is twenty-seven times more effective than the vaccine.

Curiously and quite telling, the number of exceptions to the new ILLEGAL OSHA “rule” do not include those people who have already had the Covid infection and are already resistant or immune to catching it again. This intentional and conscious act of dismissing already proven science is one good point for questioning the necessity of this mandate and the intrusive federal overreach of power it represents. 

However, the Biden regime is less concerned with actual science than it is with the total control of America and a political hegemony under a new one party system led by the Democratic Party Communists. Once they discovered they could predict vaccination rates by party affiliation, the die was cast, and they’ve used the pandemic as a political weapon to target their opposition to drive home the point that they are in charge; and, this can only breed more contempt, resentment and anger from freedom-minded Americans, as our situation becomes worse and more dire over the months ahead.

Even worse, buried in the thousands of pages of text is a request for public comment on the potential expansion of this mandate to all U.S businesses of any size. This should be a real eye-opener for all America.

As an important aside, it isn’t any wonder that so many Americans question the safety of the Covid medical treatment — “vaccine” — that was created in a year, when most vaccines undergo years of thorough and proper testing, and we now see that many thousands of the vaccinated have died or been severely harmed and debilitated by the vaccine’s side-effects. And this is just in the short term; we still have no idea what the long term consequences of receiving this Covid medical treatment, that is already requiring multiple boosters, as Fauci and the CDC now move to inject the youngest of our children

More than this, we have seen so many criminal acts committed by Big Pharma and the FDA over the years, highlighted in the following three examples, that a person would have to be mentally deficient to not question the so-called “Covid vaccine”:

In 2009, Pfizer paid $2.3 billion in fines after pleading guilty to “misbranding with the intent to defraud or mislead” and paying “kickbacks to health care providers to induce them to prescribe [their] drugs”, and in 2013, Johnson & Johnson pled guilty to those same charges and paid $2.2 billion in fines.

Moderna was placed in charge of Operation Warp Speed, despite never having developed an approved drug [JRH – or if no WSJ subscription HERE], which certainly must make one wonder that they have received approximately six billion dollars from the U.S. government since the pandemic was declared

Let’s also point out that in 2005, the drug Crestor, made by AstraZeneca, was proven to be linked to life-threatening muscle disease, and AstraZeneca withheld evidence of this and over twenty other side-effects from the public

On October 29th 2021, Jenny Lane Weeks, a nurse at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN made the following statement in a post on Facebook [Blog Editor: Amazingly FB has allowed the post to remain but has slapped one of their ludicrous fact checking clouds to the post]:

Prior to this, on September 22nd , my own daughter, Kelli Mullen, a nurse in Hendersonville, Tennessee simply gave a short explanation on the one line of the form she was given to acknowledge that she had been informed of the new Covid vaccine mandate and was refusing to take it. She stated:

“I have a healthy immune system, I’ve had Covid, I can still get Covid, (and if I get) vaccinated, companies aren’t liable for side effects of (the) vaccine. It’s my personal choice.”

Over the past twenty-one months, essential workers from the ranks of the U.S. Armed Forces, fire and police departments and hospitals and other medical facilities and nursing homes have been in the thick of this fight, serving and protecting America and their communities. And yet, now at a critical time when our supply chain is being broken and nearly ten million jobs are open throughout America, Biden and his criminal cronies want to fire even more workers, as they target Americans for punishment who have understandable concerns about the Covid vaccine and who no longer trust a government and the CDC associated medical ruling class that has previously been caught in numerous outright lies and cover-ups since last year. 

It’s recognized and acknowledged that a fairly large majority of the population has already taken the vaccine, since everyone who saw no harm in it took it long ago at the onset of the Covid outbreak. Those left are those who are willing to be fired rather than accept some toxic Frankenstein brew into their bodies, and they are willing to transition into other fields of a more entrepreneurial nature, self-employed, or with companies who hold similar beliefs and objections to the vaccine and companies with less than 100 employees, in order to stymie the Biden regime and continue to live free to follow their own conscience.

Getting vaccinated is a choice that should be made between a person and their doctor, and not one American should be coerced or forced by Joe Biden to get vaccinated by being threatened with the loss of their job, and vaccinated or otherwise, the medicine we ingest or inject, our health records, and the choices we make regarding our own bodies, are not anyone’s business. And if we still lived in a free society, the federal government would be respecting our individual right to keep all of this private.

Forced to fight once again to physically secure rights that were long thought already secure and sealed on paper and in U.S. code, Americans find themselves in a very real war for the survival of traditional America against forces that are diametrically opposed to every principle the nation was built upon. We are in a war to secure and preserve the rights already won in 1776, as they pertain to individual Liberty, and to stop an out-of-control authoritarian Marxist-Maoist regime from relegating our rights to privileges for them to dispense at their discretion. It’s a war for the rights of citizens and against an ever increasing tyranny that seeks to reduce us all to subjects; and most important of all, it’s about whether You or the state owns Your body. 

That we’re even broaching the subject shows how far into the realms of the surreal and a dystopian world America has already fallen. 

Do not hide behind cowardly words, like “I had no choice”, but gather your courage to resist all intimidations and do what is right, in the face of the Biden regime’s absurd and oppressive rules and their Communist propaganda, and gather your moral strength to refuse to comply with orders to fire the unvaccinated. Refuse to allow Biden to segregate us into a new age caste system of the vaccinated and unvaccinated, as you show him your ire and scorn, and do not wait so late to act that historians may write books about how you supported tyranny over human rights, for this is surely a self-defining moment for us all. And no one should want to abdicate their personal responsibility on this matter, with the cost so high.

Fight with every tool at your disposal, and I do mean EVERY tool, and refuse to submit, obey or comply with anything and anyone who stands between your Freedom and Liberty, the Freedom and Liberty of America’s families. Fight with all your being and all your might so that you and your family may live free again in the tomorrows to come and future generations too will know freedom.

Dr. Joseph Mercola posted yesterday (11/3/21) on how the U.S. government – which used to work for WE THE PEOPLE – is constantly changing rules to hide mRNA jab injuries and to prevent WE THE PEOPLE from having legal recourse when the now voluminous mRNA jab injuries occur.   • The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has amended its injury recording rule in a way that will hide the true extent of the damage that the COVID jab mandate will have on the American workforce
  • According to OSHA rules, employers must record and report work-related illnesses, injuries and fatalities. This recording requirement initially also applied to adverse reactions suffered by employees who had to get the COVID shot as a requirement for employment. This rule was changed in late May 2021
  • OSHA will not enforce the recording requirement if the injury or fatality involves the COVID jab, even if required for employment. The nonenforcement will remain through May 2022. With this change, OSHA is covering up vaccine injuries — and hindering workers from seeking workers’ compensation
  • Meanwhile, federal employees required to get the COVID jab will be eligible for compensation for injuries through the Federal Employee’s Compensation Act (FECA)

As reported by Kim Iversen above, around the world people are gathering for massive protests against COVID shot mandates. In mid-September 2021, Italy became the first European country to announce the implementation of mandatory COVID-19 health passes (so-called “Green Pass”) for all workers, both public and private.

The Italian mandate took effect October 15, 2021. Residents have been protesting in the streets for months on end and there’s no sign of them letting up. Demonstrations are also taking place in The Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Greece, Romania, Slovenia, Australia and France.

Even in Israel, mass protests are now taking place as it was announced Israeli’s will lose their health pass privileges unless they get a third booster shot six months after their second dose. New York City has also seen large protests in the wake of its vaccine requirement for restaurants and other public venues.

Leaders Turn a Blind Eye

Yet, despite massive protests, the push for vaccine mandates and vaccine passports that will create a two-tier society continue unabated. With few exceptions, world leaders are simply turning a blind eye and a deaf ear to the fact that their residents want nothing to do with their new world order.

At the same time, government agencies charged with keeping us safe are doing the complete opposite. That includes the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which President Biden has placed in charge of enforcing his unconstitutional edict that private companies with 100 employees or more must make COVID “vaccination” a requirement for employment or face fines of as much as $700,000 per incidence.1

OSHA will issue the mandate for employers as an emergency temporary standard (ETS), but as of this writing, no official mandate has actually been issued.

According to an October 18, 2021, report by PJ Media,2 OSHA has sent a draft to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. Since it’s being issued as an ETS, there will be no public comment period.

Once the OMB review is finalized, the vaccination rule will be published. Only then will the mandate actually go into effect. That said, OSHA has already amended an already existing rule in a way that will hide the true extent of the damage that this mandate will have on the American workforce.

OSHA Rule Change Covers Up Vaccine Injuries

According to OSHA rules (29 CFR 19043), employers must record and report work-related illnesses, injuries and fatalities, whether the employer was at fault or not. As reported May 26, 2021, by employment law firm Ogletree Deakins,4 this recording requirement initially also applied to adverse reactions suffered by employees who had to get the COVID shot as a requirement for employment.

The original guidance stated that employers were required to record an employee’s adverse reaction to the COVID jab if the shot was a) work-related, 2) a new case under 29 C.F.R. 1904.6 and 3) met one or more OSHA general recording criteria set out in 29 C.F.R. 1904.7. OSHA specified that an adverse reaction to the jab would be considered “work-related” if the shot was required for employment.

Then, in late May 2021, OSHA suddenly revoked this guidance, saying it will not enforce the recording requirement if the injury or fatality involves the COVID jab, even if required for employment. The nonenforcement will remain in place through May 2022, at which time the agency will reevaluate its position.

Why would they remove the requirement to record and report vaccine injuries incurred as a result of a vaccine mandate? According to OSHA, the agency is “working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations,” “does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts.”5,6 As reported by Ogletree Deakins:7

“There is no doubt that OSHA’s guidance created a disincentive for employers to mandate that their employees get vaccinated. With a mandatory vaccination policy, the guidance ensured that employees’ adverse reactions (with arguably little correlation to actual work-related injuries) could end up on a company’s OSHA recordkeeping logs — which could, in turn, negatively affect its insurance rates and, in some industries, its ability to bid for work.”

What Ogletree fails to address is that by not enforcing this recording requirement for COVID jab injuries, OSHA is intentionally covering up the ramifications these vaccine mandates might have on employees’ health. Meanwhile, employers are still required to record and report COVID-19 infections and COVID-19 deaths among their employees.

Federal Employees Get Special Treatment

In related news, federal employees must be fully “vaccinated” by November 22, 2021, or face the unemployment line. While coercion of this nature is abhorrent under any circumstance, federal employees at least get special treatment if they’re injured by the required jab. As reported by Stacey Lennox for PJ Media:8

“… October 1, 2021, the Federal Employee’s Compensation Act (FECA) issued a bulletin regarding coverage for vaccine injuries.9 FECA did not traditionally cover preventative measures and any resulting illness or injury. As of September 9, 2021, when President Biden announced the federal mandate, adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccination are covered.”

As indicated in FECA Bulletin No. 22-01, dated October 1, 2021:10

“… this executive order now makes COVID-19 vaccination a requirement of most Federal employment. As such, employees impacted by this mandate who receive required COVID-19 vaccinations on or after the date of the executive order may be afforded coverage under the FECA for any adverse reactions to the vaccine itself, and for any injuries sustained while obtaining the vaccination.”

“This bulletin is an interesting turn of events given previous OSHA guidance to private employers,” Lennox writes.11 Indeed, while OSHA is selectively choosing to hide the vaccine injuries of private employees, federal employees will have access to financial compensation for their vaccine injuries, over and above the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Act (CICP).12

Who Will Pay for Private Employees Injured by the Jabs?

On the whole, it’s clear that private employees will be at a distinct disadvantage in terms of compensation. If their employer requires them to get the jab to keep their job, and they get injured by it, the only recourse they have is to file a CICP claim, which is near-impossible to get. By not requiring companies to record vaccine injuries, it effectively shuts down the path for an employee to seek worker’s compensation if they’re injured by a mandated COVID jab.

“While OSHA recordability does not govern worker’s compensation, after managing both for several employers, I have never seen a compensable injury that is not OSHA recordable,” Lennox writes.13

As for CICP, in its 15-year history, it has paid out fewer than 1 in 10 claims.14,15,16 It also offers rather limited help, as you first have to exhaust your personal insurance before it kicks in to pay the difference.

Even if they can get it, CICP awards are likely to be a drop in the bucket for most people. The average award is $200,000, and compensation for fatalities are capped at $370,376.17 Meanwhile, you can easily rack up a $1 million hospital bill if you suffer a serious thrombotic event.18

“Private sector employees deserve the same protection as federal employees in the face of mandatory vaccines. The mandates will put a severe risk between them and their ability to earn a living for some people … If employers don’t want the liability, they should fight the mandate. ~ Stacey Lennox, PJ Media”

Perhaps most egregious of all, it’s your responsibility to prove your injury was the “direct result of the countermeasure’s administration based on compelling, reliable, valid, medical and scientific evidence beyond mere temporal association.”

In other words, you basically have to prove what the vaccine developer itself has yet to ascertain, seeing how you are part of their still-ongoing study. You must also pay for your own legal help and any professional witnesses you may need to support your claim.

Union Workers Now Have Another Bargaining Chip

The fact that federal workers who are injured by the mandated COVID jabs will be covered by FICA now gives unionized employees a new bargaining chip though. As noted by Lennox:19

“Without the OSHA ETS, unions would have bargained about having a vaccine mandate as a term or condition of employment at all. Now, unions should still have an opportunity for effects bargaining to ensure their members are covered if they sustain a vaccine injury.”

Recordability Guidance Must Be Changed Back

As mentioned earlier, the OSHA requirement to record vaccine injuries was scrapped because it disincentivized employers to mandate the shot. Having large numbers of injury reports can raise a company’s insurance costs. However, if OSHA is now going to require all employers with 100 or more employees to implement vaccine mandates, then most companies will be in the same boat.

Since no employer will be at a particular disadvantage, OSHA really needs to change its recordability guidance back, Lennox says, adding:20

“Private sector employees deserve the same protection as federal employees in the face of mandatory vaccines. The mandates will put a severe risk between them and their ability to earn a living for some people.

If they [employers] cave, they should be liable just as every taxpayer is now liable for a vaccine injury to a federal employee. If employers don’t want the liability, they should fight the mandate.”

It is a horrendous act of despotism to force experimental jabs for a virus that has a 99% survival rated. AND the experimental jabs has the worst track record of side-effect injuries and jab-related deaths than any approved vaccine to date.

A forced jab with an or-else is beginning to be the picture of the Mark of the Beast. I read one former Obama Cabinet member publicly call for the un-jabbed to have their Liberty restricted that essentially affects buying and selling:

‘Former Obama administration Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Tuesday on CNN’s “OutFront” that Americans who have not received a coronavirus vaccine should not be allowed to work or have access to children and be limited on where they are allowed to go.

Sebelius said, “We’re in a situation where we have a wildly effective vaccine [Statistics show Sebelius is saying a WILDLY deceptive lie], multiple choices, lots available, free of charge, and we have folks who are just saying I won’t do it. I think that it’s time to say to those folks, it’s fine if you don’t choose to get vaccinated. You may not come to work. You may not have access to a situation where you’re going to put my grandchildren in jeopardy. Where you might kill them, or you might put them in a situation where they’re going to carry the virus to someone in a high-risk position.”

She continued, “That’s, I think the point where we are, is freedom is one thing, but freedom when you harm others like secondhand smoke and issues that we’ve dealt with very clearly in the past you can’t drive drunk. You can drink, but you can’t drive drunk because you can injure other people. During a speech on July 12, French President Emmanuel Macron announced the introduction of compulsory vaccination for healthcare workers in hospitals and a number of other establishments. The new measures have proved controversial and are expected to impact around 700,000 people. The step was taken as part of a new phase of France’s plan to curb the pandemic amid the spread of the highly infectious Delta variant.

As Statista’s Niall McCarthy notesFrance has thus joined a list of some 15 countries that have decided to impose to some of compulsory vaccination on some level.

As our map shows, the obligation is only population-wide in three countries so far – Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the Vatican City. Elsewhere, obligatory vaccinations are in place for healthcare workers or certain professions requiring a high level of human contact in a number of countries including the UK, Italy and Greece.

In Russia, for example, the vaccination of service sector employees is mandatory in some localities, such as Moscow and St. Petersburg, while in the United States, San Francisco recently announced it would require all 35,000 city employees to get the jab.
