My wife and I are legal Guardians of two of our Middle School aged grandsons. They are involved in “distance learning” (meaning online) until tomorrow (9/17). My youngest grandson told me the entirety of his Social Studies class online Tuesday was the viewing of CNN for that hour. In case you are an American with your head in the sand, whatever “CNN” used to be an acronym for, the reality today is it stands for the Communist News Network. It’s apparent sole purpose is to broadcast Dem-Marxist Party lying propaganda.

 

Now I feel compelled to cause a ruckus over the brainwashing of my grandchildren into potential future Antifa-Marxist terrorists in America. This brainwashing of children in America has set the stage for American Patriots who know actual history versus brainwashed American Bolsheviks to collide to decide America’s future. Triggering a Constitutional Crisis and a Revolution – Revolutions Don’t Care About Elections

America has a long history of fair and relatively fraud free elections, and for most of our history, the various political factions have consistently sought and found a way to compromise on the most pressing issues of the day, whether on the social front or the economy, spending and the role government should play in them all. The lines between party lines have been delineated in firmer and harder positions from all sides, primarily the two sides that exhibit one standing for Big government and less freedom and the other standing for smaller, limited government and expanded freedom and individual liberties. And, as the fight drags on today, compromise has shown itself illusive and practically impossible to reach.

 

The Democratic Party is far and away from the Old Blue Dog Democrats of the late 1940s, 50s and early 60s, who actually still loved America. They held dear Her Founding Principles and the Constitution, largely just seeing Big Government as offering more solutions than not; and never would they seek to trash the Constitution or sell the nation down the road to Marxist Communism. Although to be sure, with the release of the declassified Venona Files [Blog Editor: Venona Background and Venona Files] in July of 1995, America was shown without a doubt that the Democratic Party had been rife with outright Communists, who absolutely would and did betray America to the Communists of the world, largely starting under President Franklin Roosevelt and brought to light by Senator Joe McCarthy, now standing vindicated in his allegations and charges against many government officials and American citizens.

 

Today, members of the Democratic Party are more similar to communists like Alger Hiss, who sought to hand America to the Soviets, and the radical Bill Ayers, who is a domestic terrorist of the Weather Underground***, still walking free; and, the Democratic Party is nothing less than a front group for the Marxist and Maoist communists of the world, who seek to destroy America by any means necessary. Over the past two weeks, once again they have hit upon another plan to wreak as much chaos as possible, by disrupting the election in November, if President Donald J. Trump does in fact win re-election. I don’t see any real path that he doesn’t, but it’s not going to matter to the Democrats, desperate to cling to power, who are already calling for the rejection of any electoral loss, in order to trigger a constitutional crisis.

Claimed to be “bipartisan” by the Leftstream “mainstream” media, a group called the Transition Integrity Project (TIP), so-called “experts”, that is largely comprised of Democratic Party shills, those on the Far Left and the RINO Never-Trumpers, has laid forth a plan to steal the election from under President Trump when he wins it fair and square. The Commie Democrats, like Chuckie Schumer, Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and many others, are just crazy enough to want this now, in what seems to be a death wish for themselves, their countrymen and Western civilization, too. Trump’s victory will be seen as evidence of treason within the system and it would require an immediate correction, through a greater level of sedition and violence than originally utilized in their failed 2016 attempts to end President Trump.

 

They are already preparing the American people through their false scenarios and narratives as they explain that nobody should expect to see concrete election results on Election Night. They don’t want anyone to believe the results, even if they are definite, real and documented by election officials, as exhibited by a recent statement from Josh Mendelsohn, Hawkfish CEO, that suggested an election night landslide victory for President Trump would simply be a “red-mirage”, that would be proven erroneous in the days and weeks following Election Day, as the mail-in ballots rolled in. [Blog Editor: The “red-mirage” propaganda is to set the stage for Dems to steal the election via Voter Fraud by fabricating mailed-in ballots. You might be surprised to discover your dead Grandpa, dead Uncle, Micky Mouse and your dog voted by mail as a Dem.]

 

Hawkfish is a U.S. political data agency in New York City that was founded by Michael Bloomberg in 2019 to support Democratic candidates, causes and “common sense” solutions, an oxymoron when using “common sense” in the same sentence with “Democrat”. However, the election model presented by Hawkfish brings the Democratic Party’s longstanding voter fraud practices front and center when one considers their hard push for ballot harvesting and mail-in voting, since it shows mail-in ballots going overwhelmingly for Biden, to hand him a “massive victory” comprised of 334 Electoral College votes to Trump’s 204, in their best-case scenario

 

Incredibly, the acting Director of Homeland Security, Chad Wolf, nominated by President Trump himself, recently added fuel to the fire, by allowing the release of a draft document in August claiming once again that “white supremacists” represent a larger security threat to the nation, as if on cue, making one seriously wonder about Wolf’s own bias and standing as a Republican (in name only?). How does this report make no mention of the Marxists of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, who have been destroying U.S. cities and murdering policemen since at least 2016? One can only presume Americans are expected to ignore reality and the actual violence that has been ripping our country apart for months now, caused by shiftless and directionless, ignorant, malcontent people of color and equally shiftless, no-good, white “liberal” amerikkan Communist apparatchiks.

 

DHS’s draft report serves to enable state agents to more easily target legally-armed Americans, who congregate with other firearms owners, and the protections provided by our God-given Inalienable Rights and the 2nd Amendment. The label of “white supremacist” will be slapped against many peaceful conservatives who seek nothing less than the ability to defend themselves in a righteous manner. This document must serve as a warning to anyone who does not currently support the idiocy — especially as it pertains to “white privilege”, Maoist cancel culture, and the Marxist race-based agenda of Antifa and BLM —  the evil and the tyranny espoused by the New Democratic Party Communist Orthodoxy, and they must prepare accordingly.

 

In a Washington Post editorial entitled ‘Trump could refuse to concede’ [WaPo must have faced criticism, they changed title: “What’s the worst that could happen?”] on September 3rd 2020, Rosa Brooks, co-founder of TIP, wrote: “President Trump has broken countless norms and ignored countless laws during his time in office, and … my colleagues and I at the Transition Integrity Project … realized that identifying the most serious risks to our democracy might be the best way to avert a November disaster … “.  And over the course of unveiling four different “war game” scenarios focused on both broad and narrow victories for each candidate, Brooks finally got to the heart of the matter, as she offered forth an oh so thinly veiled threat: “A landslide for Joe Biden resulted in a relatively orderly transfer of power. Every other scenario we looked at involved street-level violence and political crisis.”

 

The Democratic Party’s cunning and scheming lawfare cadre will fall into the fray too, along with the complicit Leftstream Media and various fascist cable news channels, that will continuously promote the notion that Joe Biden is leading in several swing states, regardless of whether it’s true or not, amplified on social media sites, as well. When he loses on election night, the frenzied, fierce furor begins. And in the meantime, massive amounts of mail-in ballots pour into election districts that previously did not utilize this method much, leaving them quite ill-equipped to validate them.

 

One must note that Brooks and Nils Gilman founded TIP in 2019, supposedly from a “concern that the Trump administration may seek to manipulate, ignore, undermine or disrupt the 2020 presidential election and transition process.” Brooks was an advisor to the Hillary Clinton State Department and she has also been the general counsel to George Soros’s Open Society Institute (OSI), a subsidiary of the Open Society Foundation, while Zoe Hudson, TIP’s director, is also a top figure of OSF, senior policy analyst, who has been a liaison between the foundations and the U.S. government for the past eleven years.

This should be a massive Red Flag to the Trump Administration and all American patriots, since the communist OSF and George Soros fomented many “color revolutions” to overthrow non-aligned foreign governments, especially during the Obama administration, as seen through the 2011 Arab Spring and in the Ukraine in 2014. Now, the very same tactics used to foment rebellion in foreign countries, by our CIA, are being used in America domestically and against everything good and decent our country is built upon.

 

As noted by J.B. Shurk, on September 9th, for The Federalist: “This is why Sens. Bernie Sanders and Chuck Schumer pretend Trump won’t leave office if defeated. … It’s why Hillary Clinton insists Biden should not concede the election until Democrats have a chance to throw state vote counts into chaos, why Bill Clinton is selling the idea that Trump will ‘stack sandbags’ to stay in the White House, and why certain ‘Washington insiders’ have a plan to undertake ‘unprecedented’ measures to overthrow Trump after he wins re-election. The Democratic Party is actively working to create the conditions necessary to trigger a political revolution.”

 

“Progressive” communist groups, such as SEIU, Color of Change, MoveOn, Indivisible, Demos and many others, have formed a coalition focused on creating “mass public unrest”, according to the Daily Beast, as it reports the coalition intends to “Occupy shit, hold space, and shut things down, not just on Election Day, but for weeks.” This so-called “peaceful civil disobedience” will prove to be anything but peaceful, since the country has already witnessed 550 violent riots from May to the present, along with 7,750 Black Lives Matter associated demonstrations in 2,440 locations in all fifty states. Only self-deluded fools could possibly think that this will be anything other than more destructive violence aimed at destroying America and our republic, after the “summer of love” we’ve already endured.

 

Soon after victory is declared for President Trump, the Democratic Party Communists will immediately start screaming over the illegitimacy of Trump’s win and they will immediately declare it invalid, activating their mobs and an explosion of violence not seen in America in many a long century.

 

And even if Biden wins, the violence will persist and continue, since the anti-American radicals, the anarchists and the communists, will see Biden as a puppet to do their bidding, and they will accelerate their insurrection’s goals and head into full blown revolution. An uncooperative or incompetent Biden will be quickly be neutralized and removed with the reins of power handed to Kamala Harris, since nobody who heads the Democratic party today will be allowed to ignore the demands of Antifa and BLM, and any failure to submit means a political death.

 

Over the past three months, all America has had front row seats to the preview of what the Democratic Party Communists and their fascist strong-arm violent Antifa and BLM groups have planned for the next two months and beyond. It doesn’t take much to read the signs of a rapidly approaching expansion of the current insurrection, far removed from anything to do with “police reform”. So desperate is the Left to repel and escape the reality of life, the hard truths of life and everything intelligent humans know to be straight from Natural Law and God’s Creation — to Cancel America’s Culture after infecting every segment of Her society with their Marxist disease — that they now lash out violently to force utopian nostrums upon all America, smashing and destroying everything that’s given rise to so exceptional an America, from 1492 to the present, that one must think them out of their mind, as their intolerant, illiberal mob mentality is reminiscent of the mobs of France in 1793 and the Bolshevik murderers of 1917. This is a revolution in the making and it doesn’t care about the election.

 

No patriot will be caught dead with one thumb stuck between their lips and the other one stuck — well — somewhere, and paralyzed by the onslaught of the nation’s Marxist and Maoist Democratic Party Communists, as they attempt to threaten and intimidate their way to victory, devouring and demolishing the republic. We won’t be standing still with our eyelids fluttering and frozen by fear over the rising chaos, havoc and ruin. No, we won’t be cowed and made so afraid that we submit to a socialist authoritarian tyranny through this new tactic of electoral terrorism. And so, as the Democratic Party Communists fully exhibit that the soap box and the ballot box mean nothing to them, Americans who love God, Family and Country will answer with their rifles and thousands of well-directed bullets from the cartridge box, never to bend an inch in the face of those seeking to end freedom and liberty in America.

America Wonders Where the Violence Ends  

American Cities Look More Like Beirut

Seeking “justice” for wrongful acts by those in power and the government is as normal a thing to do in this country, as going to Mom’s cafe for a good ol’ piece of homemade apple-pie, but destroying entire cities in the name of such “justice” is pure evil, extreme racial prejudice and sheer, unadulterated ignorance at play, with the justified shooting of Jacob Blake on August 23rd used as the excuse in Kenosha, Wisconsin. If a city must burn, at least know that the cause is, in fact a just cause and not something that could have been prevented, if only Blake had complied with lawful orders. What we have witnessed, through these communist inspired, communist led violent riots, these so-called “peaceful protests”, from Portland to Seattle and Minneapolis to Kenosha and elsewhere across America isn’t anything remotely concerned with justice and everything to do with creating chaos and destroying the natural order, the rule of law, the republic and America.

 

On January 20th, 2017, one of the main backers of Black Lives Matter, the Communist group Freedom Road Socialist Organization, hear its secretary, Steff Yorek, tell its membership, “We need to stay in the streets the entire four years opposing Trump and making the country ungovernable.” BLM and Antifa both took his message and they have done their best to disrupt every segment of society, nearly everyday since the President was sworn into office. Yes, black people quite often get shot by white police officers. They get shot by black police officers too. And guess what? So too do people of all colors, especially white folks, when they’re acting ignorant and do not comply with lawful police orders. I won’t get into the statistics of it all, since I’ve addressed the topic to death previously, but suffice it to say, white folks get shot by police a whole lot more than black. Some blacks have been shot under extremely questionable or even wrongful circumstances, and so too have some whites and people of Hispanic decent; it does happen.

 

And although, I am myself one of the largest advocates for passive, firm resistance and even violent resistance under the right set of circumstances, even I would have allowed myself to be taken, rather than endanger my own children by escalating the situation. How ironic was it that Blake supposedly was merely attempting to “de-escalate” a situation between two women who were fighting?

 

Blake was shot on the 2800 block of 40th Street, as he walked away from officers after being tazed, appearing to be concealing a knife in his waistband, as shouts to “Drop the knife” are heard on recently released video. He went to the driver side of his car and entered it, reaching down to get something, that could have been anything — even a gun. However, just today, Wednesday, August 26th, authorities in the Wisconsin Justice Department revealed that Blake had a knife in his possession when he was shot, and it was recovered from the “driver’s side floorboard” of his car; so, Officer Rusten Sheskey, a seven year veteran of the police force was, in fact, completely justified in shooting Blake.

 

Blake got shot while being STUPID.

 

However, the Blake shooting really is separate from the violence we are witnessing today, across the country, as is the George Floyd case.

 

One should also note that no one has ever seen a “peaceful protest” at night. All of Martin Luther King, Jr’s truly peaceful protests of the 1960s took place in the light of day.

 

Warzone after warzone is opening up in one city after another, and the good American people are astounded by the sight of Black Lives Matter and Antifa trying to destroy their fellow countrymen, their businesses and the cities where they exist. America is wondering where this all ends.

 

As one man recently told a reporter for OneNewsNow: “My city (Kenosha) looks like Beirut today. It is unfathomable to me.”

 

The protests are growing more violent, and on the third night of the riots in Kenosha, a seventeen year old young man, Kyle Rittenhouse, shot three rioters, two in the process of destroying a car dealership, at the northwest corner of Sheridan Road and 63rd Street, and one more who pursued and attacked him; another pursuer was seen with a handgun in his right hand. As he fell to the ground from being kicked in the head, by a BLM thug, another man hit him with a skateboard; Rittenhouse fell to the ground, Ar-15-style rifle in hand. In the ensuing struggle for the rifle, Rittenhouse managed to snatch it back, whereupon, he opened fire from a sitting position, on those closing upon him, with bad intentions.

Dem-managed cities and States are doing nothing to stop the violent onslaught. It has only been a matter of time individual or groups would form to confront what Dem-controlled police have been hamstrung from doing. It might take the initiative of a 17 year-old kid to inspire adults to protect themselves from Communist thugs. The BLM/Antifa casualties were identified, by Fox News, as a 26 year old resident of Silver Lake, Wisconsin, and a 36 year old from Kenosha. A 36 year old from West Allis, Wisconsin was wounded, but is expected to survive.

 

One really sees the hypocrisy of the BLM anti-Americans as they scream “No justice, No Peace” while indiscriminately burning everybody’s businesses down, even some owned by other black people. Their concern for black people is touching to hear, as they rush from a store they’ve just looted, screaming, “I got the phones”. This also reveals that at the core of this problem, America finds that a lot of malcontents are smashing store windows, stealing merchandise, assaulting and killing people, and setting fires because they can escape any serious consequences, due to the retreat of so many mayors and governors.

 

In even more surreal fashion, we even hear young white Antifa screaming their justification for burning the towns down, saying, “We paid for that shit” and “… the insurance companies will pay to rebuild it”, even though they’ve obviously never worked a real job in their lifetime, never paid taxes and are still in school somewhere, in a university that has successfully brainwashed and indoctrinated them full bore into the depths of the Marxist ideology.

 

A jewelry store owner told Fox6 News, that “this is not protesting”, after looters in Kenosha fled with something close to $200,000 in jewelry, before they destroyed the business, and the owner of a car dealership called the events “domestic terrorism” after fifty cars were torched on the first night of the riots. On the second night of the rioting, the fire department answered thirty-seven fire calls, as residents of Kenosha watched more homes and businesses go up in flames.

 

American cities are literally on fire, and it’s particularly troubling to see such a dynamic — rioters and armed militia standing off against one another — in a city like Kenosha, on Lake Michigan, with less than 100,000 people, a fairly small town, that is also considered part of the Chicago combined statistical area, by the Census Bureau. And, to date in 2020, America has witnessed riots in Atlantic City, Trenton, Philadelphia, DC, Boston, Atlanta, Louisville, Columbus, St Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, De Moines, Denver, Phoenix, San Jose, Dallas, Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Sacramento, Oakland, and Seattle, and I’m sure there have been many more riots that simply weren’t large enough to receive as much press as the aforementioned. And in the meantime, the people of Portland have suffered through 87 straight nights of protests and seventeen declared riots on their streets, within the last three months, along with 100 arrests over the past three weeks and 23 more arrests on August 23rd.

 

These aren’t simple, “peaceful protests”. This is unhinged, arson, looting, maiming and killing, and violence aimed at traditional America and the people who uphold those principles that founded and built America. These are riots with the sole purpose of destroying America, without anything better to take its place, only gibberish filled slogans and mindless chants, that are sure to absolutely not grow jobs or prevent other criminals from doing something stupid one day in the near future, getting their ass shot off in the process.

 

Governor Tony Evers is as much to blame for this situation as anyone, since he mouthed the popular BLM anti-police narrative and only had 250 National Guard soldiers patrolling Kenosha’s streets, although County leaders had pleaded for 1500 to control the streets, and on the third night of the riots a void was filled, when good and decent militiamen confronted the rioters in the streets. And now, finally, after rejecting President Trump’s offer of help, in breaking news this morning (Wednesday August 26th 2020), President Donald Trump announced that Governor Evers had agreed to “federal assistance” for this hard-hit city, explaining that federal law enforcement and more National Guardsmen were headed to Kenosha.

 

Less than six years ago, President Barack Obama stated that he had “no sympathy at all” for the rioters in Ferguson, Missouri, and he sent fifteen-hundred National Guard soldiers into Missouri to enforce a curfew and to quell the violence that followed a police officer shooting Michael Brown. Nothing has really changed with the greatest percentage of Americans, who believed that action was warranted, just as a similar action underway today by President Trump is also warranted. Yet, the majority of elected Democrats seem too beholden to the Far Left Communist and Nihilists, or too complicit with them, to actually speak very forcefully, intelligently or effectively to this current existential threat and a growing insurrection.

 

The Democratic Party’s assurances, and those of presidential candidate Joe Biden and his running-mate Kamala Harris, that they can end this violence and the rioting, are meaningless, when they weakly condemn actual violence and still insist the protesters are “mostly peaceful”. Even if most of any particular group of protesters are mostly peaceful at any given point in time, it’s not a great distinction, when we see cities consumed by chaos and burning to the ground.

 

Stopping the riots will require more police on the ground, rather than less, at least in the short term. Many elected officials, especially in the Democratic Party, will be uncomfortable with this fact. Those communists driving their anti-American agenda most certainly will scream like stuck hogs over any increase, as they place their phony narrative on a high platform, demeaning and slandering police and declaring their distrust of police; but most police officers are heads above these commie rat bastards, when it comes to maintaining a moral character and integrity. And we can’t simply rely on the weak and ineffective calls for calm or simply sit back and hope for the best, while American cities burn.

 

Some people just want to watch the world burn.

 

The Communist and Socialists and Nihilists attempts to destroy America have continued into this long, hot summer of 2020, as they work to force their desires for the darkest of authoritarian socialist regimes, upon us all, refusing to follow any semblance of the rule of law, while they wreak havoc upon America’s greatest cities. And so, in our communities, the fine Americans of our country, business owners and just plain hard-working people who love America, have faced off against these radicals, who prey on the weakest of our towns, those radicals intent on creating greater political and racial unrest and even civil strife so serious as to drag the nation into certain civil war.

 

America is still on a trajectory towards civil war, a messy, bloody war that will be fought city to city and community to community, even pitting neighbor against neighbor, since this will be a war that pits those who subscribe to Marx and socialism against those who hold dear the principles of Thomas Jefferson, freedom and liberty. So too will factions be split among these groups, and if matters keep disintegrating as they’ve been, we aren’t far away at all from an even greater social upheaval than we’re currently experiencing. While we may not be so deeply immersed in difficulties as of yet, to even remotely be to the point of civil war any time soon, perhaps not even for another decade, there isn’t any doubt in my mind and the mind of several other renown national security analysts, that we’re not as far away from civil war as we were six months ago, or even a decade ago.

Sane Americans across America want to see an immediate end to the violence, including everybody I know, but let’s be clear and recognize that every single bit of this violence has been facilitated and initiated by his Democratic Party’s members, whether they live in the House of Congress and the Senate, State Governors’ Mansions or they are the radical nihilists and communists of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, who seek to bring the entire U.S. system down. Americans want the violence halted, but they also want the assault against America and this radical communist insurrection halted too, so by no means will we stand silent, while these radicals loot, maim, kill and burn our cities to the ground; at some point, most of us will make use of our God-Given right to self-defense and act to stop it ourselves, in the absence of clear and effective leadership and an active, unrestrained police force.

 

Time and again, America has witnessed city mayors telling their police forces to essentially stay back and allow the “peaceful protester” Looters and Rioters have their way with their cities, as occurred in Portland, Seattle, New York, Chicago, Minneapolis and even here in Nashville, Tennessee where they have another raving lunatic for a mayor. These police do just the modicum to attempt to keep Antifa and BLM radicals separated from conservative counter-protesters, and the conservatives and liberals alike who have just simply been trying to get to their businesses. And in the process, we have repeatedly seen them injured by the scores and hit in the head with bricks and frozen bottles, even shot and killed.

 

The shooting of Jacob Blake was a good and justified shooting, because he had an outstanding warrant against him, he had already fought the police on the scene, he was armed with a knife, and he was refusing to comply with lawful orders from the police. However, now, under the new Black Lives Matter narrative, any shooting of a black person, no matter how justified, is just an excuse for violence by these Radicals, who need the illusion of “Systemic Racism” to advance their subversion of the Constitution and the rule of law. They could give a damned less about Black Lives or anyone else’s life, since racism is a divisive Marxist social construct always used to divide and conquer; they care only that communism rules the day in America and they get to raid and rape Her of Her wealth.

 

A slightly different perspective on these Radicals comes from Eva Silvers, political activist, American patriot and a great friend of mine, from Columbus, Ohio, who recently broadcast a video, stating, in part [Blog Editor: Link is to a Facebook video by Eva Silvers openly upset about rioters & their violence. Justin graciously edited profanity from her valid point.]: “I’ve never been to a protest where the city (has) been obliterated, where we’ve looted and stolen and destroyed shit. No! … This is an entitled bunch of kids (I disagree in that most of them are grown-ass men and women well into their prime and radical Antifa and BLM thugs) and the Cancel Culture generation (thugs) who want an excuse to go steal shit because they’re too sorry to get a job.”

 

And, if any American of any color, especially those Black Brothers out there, doesn’t want to be shot by police or anyone else, don’t act stupid and unhinged around reserved, polite, decent, moral and cultured Americans, don’t become violent in situations that don’t warrant violence, and just act like a normal human being. Don’t go into communities for the sole purpose of looting, burning and destroying them under the pretense of one’s false grievances, attacking, maiming and killing innocent Americans.

 

We sure didn’t hear a peep from Black Lives Matter, [White Lives expendable to Blacks in Sessoms community] when Darius Sessoms, a black man, executed little five year old Cannon Hinnant, a white child, with a shot to his head from a pistol, as he played in front of his two sisters. And where was the outrage from BLM, when little seven year old Natalia Wallace, a black child, was murdered by Terrell Boyd, a black man, on July 4th 2020?

 

Finally, on August 25th, the radicals of Antifa and Black Lives Matter were handed a taste of their own medicine, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, by a young seventeen year old Kyle Rittenhouse, a resident of Antioch, Illinois, twenty miles away from Kenosha, who killed two animalistic radicals [notice I didn’t say “humans”] in self-defense and wounded one, close to midnight, after one of them had assaulted employees at the store he was protecting. The “law” can be twisted and get murky once a case hits the courtroom, but there exists an abundance of cases of decent people shooting criminals who were stealing property or assaulting someone, in which the shooting was ruled justifiable homicide.

 

Joseph Rosenbaum, a white man thirty-six years old and a convicted sexual abuser of children, was one of the first men killed by Rittenhouse. One should also note that earlier in the evening, Rosenbaum had stepped up on Rittenhouse and angrily screamed, “Shoot me nigga“, and as the events unfolded, it wasn’t Rittenhouse who fired first; this fact is caught on video and undeniable.

 

From all the witness statements and available video, at the point Rittenhouse retreats and flees from the gathering mob of Radicals, i.e. Antifa and BLM, seeking revenge against him, he displays that he isn’t the threat here. And once they caught him and attempted to disarm him, as they beat him with fists and a skateboard, it does, in my estimation, exhibit a clear cut case of self-defense.

 

Anthony Huber, 26, was also shot and killed by Rittenhouse, during the riot of the Radicals. He chased Rittenhouse, along with others, and hit him with a skateboard as he lay on the ground. Huber has a criminal record of numerous assaults against innocent people, especially women.

 

The third Radical shot by Rittenhouse was Gaige Grosskreutz, who unfortunately survived. He’s a twenty-six year old member of the People’s Revolution Movement, and he was shot, nearly blowing his arm in half, as he held a pistol in his right hand and chased Rittenhouse. He too has a criminal record that involves alcohol and firearms.

 

Good-riddance to bad rubbish. Young Rittenhouse was defending his life in self-defense. As far as I’m concerned, the kid deserves a medal.

 

Now, young Rittenhouse faces first-degree murder charges; however, any prosecutor worth a plug nickel cannot support such a charge, in light of the facts, and if he does, he needs to shred his law degree and leave the business. Even without Rittenhouse’s viable assertion of self-defense, the facts of the case simply do not support a charge of first degree murder.

 

The Radicals, criminals and thugs one and all, I see on the streets under the pretense of “peaceful protests”, beating people into a bloodied mess and to the point of death, for the crime of being conservative and white and valuing and defending their property — these things that are less than human themselves have nothing of humanity left in them. They represent something barbaric and foreign to civilization.

 

Many of the great American patriots across this land knew it was only a matter of time before these Radicals of Antifa and BLM were brought down a notch by one or more of their countrymen, who would finally say “enough is enough” and hand them a hard day of reckoning. And Kenosha represents a dividing line all America recognized, as we watched a young man, who was clear in his purpose to defend people and property from roving groups of criminals, thugs and commies and nihilists, forced to kill two of the animals, and this is a line that we might not withdraw too soon.

 

These Radicals seem to think conservative freedom and Liberty-loving Americans are supposed to simply take whatever abuse and violence they serve up, because the media and many other weepy, weal-minded liberal have accepted the false narrative that America is a racist nation and that they have suffered being oppressed because of it. Most Americans, the greatest percentages in fact, have moved far past worrying about skin color, because we full well know it means absolutely nothing in the world today, and we’re sick to death of being beat over the head with the constant barrage of “race issues”, when any man and women in our society, as it has restructured itself over the past 60 years, can achieve a fine living and lifestyle, if they are of good moral character and willing to exert the necessary hard work to achieve it. And, if anyone wishes to hate me for this hard truth and the color of my nicely browned white skin, I really could give a damn less.

 

However, as Black Lives Matter propaganda gains ground in some of our largest cities and the halls of power, to the point that the Mayor of the District of Columbia, Muriel Bowser, paints its communist logo down the center of DC to honor BLM, all America should tremble at the import of this act, by an elected official. Every patriotic American must come to understand that communists, fascists, and nihilists are the driving force behind this escalating violence, and if that isn’t cause for enough concern to move good Americans to fight back hard on every front, at this point in America’s history, we are in for the darkest times this nation has ever seen.

 

The violence and the riots won’t die down until our nation’s radicals are taken to task and treated as the domestic enemies that they are. They’re growing more intense, and if one doubts the fact, just look at Kenosha, Wisconsin that pretty well appears to be a war zone at the moment.

 

America will not find peace, so long as a communist movement and domestic terrorists are allowed to continue their insurrection against America’s Founding and they are enabled by other communists in high government office, like Governors Kate Brown, Tim Waltz, Tony Evers and Andrew Cuomo and Mayors Ted Wheeler, Lori Lightfoot, and Bill DeBlasio. They are forcing their will against good Americans, outside of any Constitutional norm and any real sense of the rule of law, in a manner that has brought many various groups, factions and individuals into the violent civil upheaval; and given their malcontent, evil agenda and their unwillingness to actually compromise and follow the set order of our system and the principles of liberty, this civil strife and bloodshed will continue to plague our communities for quite some time.

 

Sadly, this is only the beginning of our troubles, since police forces are being decimated across the country and ineffective at a time they are most needed, and whatever “law” still exists is being used against good citizens, such as the McCloskeys, and anyone else, who dare question the “new order” making its way into our system. It is this new order of things, communist at its roots, that is making many choose between staying silent and accepting the suppression of their rights or potentially facing surreal charges, as they stand up for their rights and defend all they have worked to acquire and all they love. And, as the Radicals, Antifa and BLM, overwhelm our streets and threaten our homes and lives, many American’s reluctance to cross the line into violent self-defense is diminishing rapidly, as we lovers of true liberty will not stand for this anarcho-tyranny and chaos in our streets any longer.

 

It’s becoming increasingly unlikely that the Radicals and normal, conservative America are going to be able to live with each other, especially since the Radicals won’t cease and desist their attacks against America on all fronts. And without them leaving us be in peace and simply going about their lives under “the rule of law”, conflicts can only grow and spread.

 

The Radicals tolerate no limits on their criminal behavior, and as communists, they believe the ends justify the means in the pursuit of their evil, tyrannical agenda. In this sense, the only natural conclusion to this is “it’s us or them”, and I only know that I’m not submitting to any Marxist vision. Rather than allow them to prevail, I’d just as soon fight them to the death, when that day arrives, since I’m a firm believer in “Better dead than red” and true freedom and liberty for all.

Fight Back Tooth and Nail for America

America has entered a dangerous realm, as Her enemies intensify their increased attacks against Her, at a time when America’s policies and fiscal deficits are sending America spiraling towards an economic crisis of mammoth proportions. America’s continued adventures in Wonderland, the society’s immorality and lack of civilized discourse on the home front and the explosion of spending and outright theft of its wealth, by numerous thieving knaves — those devils in federal bureaucracies and Congress too — can only end in a pool of tears and the ultimate downfall of America, left to exist in a perpetual state of dystopia from henceforth and into a new age of tyranny and darkness.

 

The Modern Monetary Theory [MMT] is being touted as America’s salvation, even in the GOP, as seen by their insistence to use it. And, as they sell it as a cure for all our problems, they would have us believe several impossible notions before breakfast, as they suggest that government debt isn’t bad, deficits are the cure and not the problem, governments don’t have to issue bonds or raise taxes and they can simply print all the money they want and need, all simultaneously.

 

[MMT is the Dem-Marxist dream to lie to the public on how to pay for all crazy programs costing enormous amounts of money from Universal Healthcare, the Marxist Green New Deal, Free College Tuition, Free Rent and other Communist deceptive lies. In the previous paragraph I embedded links showing how bad an MMT economy would be to a Liberty-oriented Market culture. Since the Left, RINOs, and perhaps some duped GOP Conservatives are touting MMT; here are a few more articles describing the bad for America of MMT:

 

 

 

 

For anyone who thought America’s economic collapse of 2008 was horrible, at that moment in time, our national debt was near $10 trillion after more than two centuries as a nation, and our deficit was at $161 billion. Today our national debt totals more than $25 trillion, and of that amount, our immoral, corrupt and criminal elected officials added over $17 trillion of debt in just 13 years, with our current deficit on track to reach $4 trillion soon. That’s around $11 billion a day.

 

And, when one repeatedly uses public funds to bailout private industries, one is looking at the death of capitalism and dark days ahead.

 

In the meantime, Big Business races along investing in unicorns.

 

At the root of the problem, America and Her presidents have allowed the central banks to play around with interest rates, for over two decades, pushing them way too low, with a knowing purpose in mind to build the Boom and Bust cycles that they and their cronies use to line their own pockets and become ever more wealthy, in an obscene manner. However, by setting the system to basically run backwards, they set in motion the beak down and disruption of the normal order of the system, and herds of unicorns have appeared, as investment discipline disappears, wealth becomes virtual, inequality runs rampant, and society melts down while markets melt up.

 

Unfortunately for America, COVID-19, a largely and fairly harmless virus no worse than a bad cold, arrived just in time for the Federal Reserve and the-powers-that-be to seize upon it and hype it as a dire death-dealing crisis, as cover for their own malevolent machinations, fiscal malfeasance, incompetence in many regards too, and utter criminal activity. They supposedly created an extra $6 trillion, printing and unfathomably borrowing from China, since March, in order to help the average American family; and, while that breaks down to $46,000 per family, the average family only received around two to three thousand, depending on their particular set of circumstances.

 

Who received the remaining $5 trillion? The well connected corporate monopolies, hedge funds, Wall Street banks and billionaire oligarchs.

 

There’s certainly nothing wrong with being wealthy, but it’s immoral to give public money to corporations and private individuals to prevent them from going broke, especially after they have repeatedly utilized such egregious and irresponsible spending and investment practices. Let a business succeed or fail on its own merit and the smart use of resources, materials and labor by its managers or the abuse of the same; and the same goes for individuals, especially when they refuse to act in a financially responsible fashion, by working regularly, holding a job and saving their money for rainy times, the bad times.

 

Of course, the economic lockdowns have created a new unnecessary dynamic, that harms even the best of workers. But this is the intention of the hardcore Communists of our country, as they seek to destroy the independent middle class and their businesses, so those people will be forced to work for the large corporations and be held more dependent on those who would be King, whether in government or the corporations of crony-capitalists; the Marxists of America seek to reduce all Americans to serfdom, living on the most meager of handouts. 

 

Crony-capitalists such as Ayn Rand’s character **Wesley Mouch, in Atlas Shrugged, are the bane of human existence, who always subvert and suppress the slightest bit of individual liberty. It is those proponents of true capitalism, such as Hank Rearden, who are the examples all America should want their children to emulate, if they wish to ever truly live as free men and women.

To illustrate how sick and corrupt the latest bailouts have been, President Trump’s closest friends and family even profited to some great degree during this economic crisis, wreaking to high heaven of the worse sort of economic fascism, the picking of winners and losers and crony-capitalism. Observer Holdings, owned by the brother-in-law of President Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, received nearly one million dollars to protect 41 jobs, and Princeton Forrestal and Esplanade Livingston, two holdings controlled by the Kushner Family, received a combined total approaching two million dollars. And then there is Marc Kasowitz who was a top lawyer to President Trump during the Special Counsel’s Russia investigation, whose business, Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, was guaranteed to receive between $5 and $10 million, from Citibank, this for a man who bragged about making between $10 and $30 million a year.

 

Is it any wonder many people, especially conservatives, are angry, especially after witnessing Obama do the exact same thing in 2008?

 

Today’s markets and Silicon Valley, especially, specialize in unicorns. They create new companies that hold little value and don’t actually build assets or do anything very useful, and shortly after the early funding and an Initial Public Offering is made regarding the company’s shares, these knaves exit and take their profits and run for the hills.

 

Everything is upside down and the abnormal and unthinkable is routinely viewed as normal today.

 

The looters of America aren’t just the radical Antifa and Black Lives Matter and their supporters today. They also reside in the halls of government, the Board seats of the Federal Reserve Bank, and the corporate boards of companies that seek government protection from competition.

 

As noted by Veronique de Rugy, senior fellow at the Mercatus Center: “A company wants a special privilege from the government in exchange for political support in future elections. If the company is wealthy enough, the company will get its way and the politicians will get another private-sector ally. The few cronies ‘win’ at the expense of everyone else.”

 

Essentially, bad things happen, as government interests collude with business in a corrupt system that distorts incentives.

 

And, of course, all of the normal people of America, who believe our founding principles must shape our society, are horrified to witness Democratic mayors and governors across the country allowing their cities to be looted and burned upon the false narrative of systemic racism, as Antifa and Black Lives Matter are threatening and attacking conservative Americans and any independent free-thinking Americans who attempt even the slightest opposition of their intimidation tactics and violent message. We are sickened and angered at the sight of people being told they can’t move freely about their towns, pulled from vehicles and very nearly murdered, by these domestic terrorists who demand everybody swear allegiance to their new anti-capitalism, anti-white Communist agenda for America, fully funded by George Soros, his Democratic Party allies, such as Kimberly Gardner, Tim Waltz, Kate Brown, Ted Wheeler, Lori Lightfoot, Jenny Durkhan and Bill DeBlasio, and China in an attempt to subvert our republic and implement their new world order.

 

Isn’t it curious that none of the lockdown orders, the mask mandates or the calls for economic sacrifice applies to the radicals of Antifa and BLM, as they burn police union halls and American cities to the ground? All because they hate President Trump, our Founding principles and America Herself.

 

 

Those of us, who still love America, value traditional America, our Judeo-Christian values and the Founding principles, and we value reason, the individual, and the sort of freedom and liberty that created America’s system of governance, that also initially created so much individual prosperity and liberty for more people than any other system in the history of mankind. More than this, we also recognize that any society rejecting the reasoning mind and intelligent logic, preaching self-sacrifice and worshiping the collective soon creates something akin to Nazi Germany.

 

The current riots in our streets and all the destruction isn’t a product of a failure of politics. They are proceeding just as planned and facilitated by their masters and those in power who are using them to push the Marxist and Maoist Communist agenda.

These anti-American Enemies From Within see virtue as one submitting to all their phony ideas centered on the sin of being white, white privilege and reparations for slavery, along with the censoring and erasure of all Founding principles and conservative ideas, essentially demanding we willingly accept our own demise at their hands where little to no mercy ever reveals itself. Nothing is out of bounds to these evil bastards, not the passive men they drop-kick in the head, attempting murder, or even the elderly women they douse in paint and abuse, who bravely standing up to them and against the tyranny they seek to impose.

 

Too many of my countrymen cannot see beyond the current fictions of the hyped COVID Crisis and the false Systemic Racism narrative, because they believe what they have been told by Communists and the out-of-context words and cleverly edited videos that have turned their perceptions into their reality. Many others are simply cowards and willfully blind to the facts or delusional. They are unprepared for what is just over the horizon, and as the truth becomes apparent, they will have waited ’til it’s too late, with their desperation dancing in the public arena like a circus of the macabre. And they are the walking dead.

 

The good and decent American’s are beyond tired of the sight of our society disintegrating and crumbling before their eyes, being destroyed by Her domestic terrorists and Her elected officials, all in the same motion and especially over the past three months. The responsible citizens of this nation, the producers, are having their livelihoods destroyed and their very lives threatened by the looters and the Communist Mau Maus of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, those brutish and nasty people — self-loathing whites and black nationalist racists —  from the underbelly of the worst criminal and radical elements of our society, who believe they are owed a living, care and finances from the taxpayers. They care nothing for the lives of anyone outside their tribe, and they are an existential threat to free society.

 

Liberty minded Americans are not going to be able to vote away this radical agenda and a better future for America. The next few months will determine the future of America and Her long-term prospects. Many possible results are conceivable, and they are all bad, for the most part, and compromise nor mercy will be the order of the day, especially on the side of the radicals; conservatives should take heed and likewise refuse to compromise, with this growing evil. Time is growing short and a massive conflagration of violence is imminent.

 

The free thinking people of this nation must reject any further tolerance of the Marxist ideology, whose adherents now actively seek our destruction and our deaths, and eradicate it from the public arena from this day forth, treating it as the enemy it represents; and, rather than simply shrug and throw one’s hands in the air in despair, as America’s police forces stand down in many cities and towns, show some spine and fight back. And I do mean to literally fight back, tooth and nail, even to the point of planting some of these Communists six feet under the ground, if they attack anyone supporting freedom, liberty and traditional America and harming them in any manner that threatens their life, since our nation’s future and America’s very survival is at risk.

Cathy Dodson, a black woman from Wichita Falls, stood up during a recent hearing over the potential for removing a Confederate monument at city hall. “The issue of removing the statue is a distraction and an excuse to dismantle this city,” she insisted. “If it comes down, there will be something else and something else and something else and something else to please these terrorist young folks.” “If BLM wanted to help black people in the area, they could help with their needs, like paying the rent, putting food on the table,” she added about Black Lives Matter. “That would be more beneficial.”

America and all of Her institutions have been under a constant, withering attack, since before the 2016 elections, and those attacks have grown more fierce and intense to this day, as the Marxists, fascists, nihilists and anarchists of America proceed with their cultural leveling and cancel culture agendas. They seek to force equality of outcomes for all, through mob rule and the redistribution of wealth and property that is not theirs and a campaign of intimidation, fear and widespread violence across the land, with the intent to destroy America’s heritage, everything good and decent about Her, from Her traditions and principles to Her very exceptional existence.

 

The Founders full well understood the dangers of democracy, of majority rule in general, and they had no qualms whatsoever in issuing warnings about those dangers, as noted in the following quotes:

James Madison, the Fourth President of the United States, was more specific, in Federalist Paper 10, as he noted:

 

“Hence it is that such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.”

 

Today’s uneducated, ill-informed, envious frenzied collective masses, within the ranks of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, as well as all others seeking their own happiness through the prism of “what can government do for me”, rather than seeking to be truly free, independent, free-thinking proponents of their own happiness and success, fail to understand that all men and women are not equal in attitudes or individual capabilities. The only true equality for mankind is seen in the equality found under the moral rule of law, designed to protect and defend one’s inalienable rights, and expand those rights under individual liberty, that does no wrong to others.

 

Their so-called “solutions” are nihilistic, in that they have no solutions. They have no concrete demands other than vague calls for “social justice”, specific calls for privilege and an end to “Systemic Racism” (read “racism aimed at Blacks and Hispanics”) that does not exist in America today, despite all their screaming claims to the contrary. Although there isn’t any racist law, rule or practice within government and corporate America today, other than Affirmative Action laws biased against Whites and Asians, they continue to advance the notion that America is a racist nation, so long as even one individual commits a racist act, raising the bar for America on the whole to an unattainable standard.

 

In the meantime, during one interview, America witnesses Hawk Newsome, a 6 foot 6 inches tall Black Lives Matter leader in New York, tell Fox News, that “We don’t want white people in the Bronx, otherwise we’ll burn the place down.” This scenario has become reality in too many cities across America, as Black Lives Matter and Antifa both have brought out lethal weapons and tactics, in their agenda aimed at causing a major confrontation, possibly reminiscent of Kent State, that will finally bring down the Trump administration and place the reins of power in the hands of the Democratic Party and Joe Biden, which will start us on our way to a nation of extremely impoverished people all made “equal” by illegal diktats, from the new regimes communist czars, in a wholly un-American program.

 

On July 25th, more mayhem and chaos and violence was the rule of the day, in Portland, Oregon, and despite the temporary “truce” achieved by the Trump administration and Homeland Security with Mayor Ted Wheeler and Governor Kate Brown, no one should believe or expect this to be the end of violence and the campaign of fear and intimidation in the area. The same goes for places like Louisville, Kentucky that witnessed a member of the radical Not F****ng Around Coalition accidentally shoot another member, and Austin, Texas, where one BLM member was shot and killed after he pointed his AK-47 at someone in a car.

 

And, on this same weekend, America saw Seattle’s Antifa smash windows of businesses, set fires and destroy the Seattle Police’s East Precinct building, with 45 arrested for rioting, assault and other charges, while 21 police officers were injured. Down the coast, Antifa broke into the Federal Bureau of Prisons Detention Center in L.A. , while rioters in Richmond, Virginia were setting fire to a city dump truck.

 

Abide by the law and one is still likely to have one’s property destroyed or their life threatened or even taken by murder most foul, as America recently witnessed when some Marxist coward shot and killed Bernell Trammell, a Trump supporter, outside his store sporting Trump campaign signs, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 23rd. People are also being shot in their cars now, simply trying to conduct daily affairs, and so, gun sales are sky-rocketing.

Most Americans buying firearms currently envision themselves defending life and property within a system of laws, but in too many cities, police have been told to stand down and they have been politicized during the Obama years. What happens when decent patriotic Americans realize the “system of laws” — the rule of law — is now non-existent? For the silent majority, slipping into the minority, it would seem as though there isn’t any political option to end the current madness.

 

There really isn’t anything any sane and logical person can give to these anti-American radicals, since with every concession there comes ten more demands. They will not relent or stop until they have completely cowed and defeated conservative America into total submission to the new collective agenda, whatever that may be. No one knows what their vision for “social justice” or an end to “systemic racism” looks like, other than it doesn’t include traditional American values and morality, since their pointless slogans and chants are, by and large, simple-minded idiocies borrowed from the grievance studies programs of America’s universities, those hot-beds of subversive, anti-American propaganda and indoctrination.

 

For all their touted intelligence and brilliance, it cannot have escaped a cogent thinking person’s notice, that most of these Antifa and BLM disruptors and destroyers reject the reality that the system currently favors those in society who produce, and simultaneously, they reject private ownership of property and the reality that some achievements and experiences, for any variety of reasons, are open only to some people and not everybody in the country. And as such, their push for a pure democracy with a Marxist ideological base is founded in their premise that every single person must have the same exact “right” as the next person to enjoy the exact same things, a premise based in a deep hatred for America and toward success and anybody who has attained a level of success, on a social, intellectual and economic level, through their own choices, free will, independent drive and hard work. [Blog Editor: Justin Smith is exactly correct the apparent sentiment of the Dem Party, BLM and Antifa a “push for a pure democracy with a Marxist ideological base”. The thinking is a bit of a deceptive smoke and mirrors oxymoron operation. Communist rule is ALWAYS a small oligarchical elite often dominated by a brutal individual telling citizens how to think, live and believe – OR ELSE]

 

To achieve such an end, these Marxists necessarily have to move against free thought and individual liberty, as they “rebuild” America to reflect this resentment and hatred. No individual can be allowed to exhibit views superior to the average man, and so, according to Antifa and BLM, all our institutions must be reduced to the lowest common denominator of intelligence, morality and opinion in society. To this end, government must, in the eyes of Antifa and BLM, cripple and oppress any superior being in our society, while stamping out any original thought and utterly destroying free-thinking dangerous men capable of true logic and reason and exposing the fallacies and lies behind the Marxist ideological tyranny they intend for all America.

 

The success of these anti-American radicals hinges on eliminating any center or person of power that is not subservient to their own power. This is the reason we have seen a marked increase in attacks against Christianity and Judaism in the nation and a rolling tide of vicious diatribes against any politician, especially Conservatives, who oppose the false narrative of Black Lives Matter and the Marxist worldview.

 

So intent are they to create a world of men who are all alike and “equal”, they must ostracize all men capable of superior reasoning and those men guilty of thinking unpopular thoughts. Once anyone is accused of such heresy, the subsequent proceedings take on the nature of a lynching, since no one can stray from the Party Line and anyone who does so stands in contempt and has no rights under their notion of what constitutes “the law”.

 

The politics of Antifa and BLM are nothing less than the politics of envy. They can’t stand seeing anyone in America having a better time than they are, or pocketing a few extra dollars than they might have. Their bitterness, prejudices and envy are formed in minds that haven’t developed much farther, emotionally and intellectually, than the average adolescent’s mind.

 

They seek the end of the Republic without offering anything concrete and of real substance to replace it, or “solutions” so extremely inferior to what is currently in place, that they represent nothing worthy of one’s time and consideration. And nothing appeases them, as they continue to loot and burn cities, and the Democratic Party cheers on the lunacy and the radical’s reckless behavior that completely ignores the consequences of their actions.

 

The election itself is another front in this ongoing civil war, this insurrection in the streets, and if Rep. John Lewis’s funeral gave us any indications, there is a smell of desperation to unseat President Trump hanging thick in the air, as Obama tried to present an image of “peaceful protesters” having their rights violated by this administration, which is one of the Biggest Lies of 2020. Most Americans have seen the massive bricks, concrete filled pvc pipes, frozen bottles of water, nail-filled M-80s and Molotov cocktails flying through the air at conservative counter protesters and police. Such a naked subversion of the truth suggests that the former president is using the mobs to Mau Mau the country, to ensure he and his minions don’t land in prison, for the traitors they are, as Attorney General Barr appears to be turning the screws a bit more, evidenced in July 28th’s Congressional hearing.

 

Going into November’s election, thirty-five Senate, 435 House and eighty-six of ninety-nine state legislatures and eleven governor seats are up for grabs, along with many other elected positions. The state legislatures will draft the legislative agendas for the states and the House of Representatives. With the Republicans controlling fifty-nine percent of state legislatures and both the legislative and executive branches in forty-three percent of the states and the Democrats having complete control in thirty-one percent of the states and complete control of thirty-eight percent of the legislatures, it is most certain that the Republicans have the most to lose in November. But, regardless of the results, an already emboldened Marxist insurrection will only grow larger and more violent, especially if President Trump is re-elected.

 

The answer lies in seeking men and women for offices who believe in limited and fiscally responsible government, rolling back many bad “laws” rather than creating thousands more and for all Americans to stop asking government to intercede in their lives. But too many Americans from all spectrum and both sides of the political aisles seem to prefer to sacrifice freedom and liberty in order to gain some material advantage and a false guarantee of one’s happiness from Big Brother. They long for the herd and a false security, as they sacrifice their dignity and pride, everything of real worth, for the most disgraceful peace of an environment comparable to a well-managed prison, that they hold more dear than their own liberty.

 

AG William Barr is offering a highly accurate assessment, in stating that mail-in ballots are invitations to fraud. But the Leftstream mass media is running a campaign to intensify the fear of “the Virus” in a manner designed to ensure that this mail-in scam can succeed. Wait for it, but hope, pray and work to keep it from coming to fruition, since the most likely result would be an election that cannot be resolved even by the Supreme Court. And then, with some 32 million plus out of work, thousands of small businesses forced to close, and many penniless, homeless and hungry, it may be left to the military to step in until matters get sorted, giving way to America’s Pinochet moment and all manner of hell breaking loose in America.

 

It’s quite a troubling juxtaposition in time from the days of our Founding, based on freedom and individual liberty, to today and the harsh reality of the extraordinary advancements the Progressive Democratic Party Communists’ movement has made against freedom and liberty in America. And given the depth and breadth of our nation’s current political divides and the Marxist radicals’ insistence for nothing less than the eradication of America’s Founding, whatever transpires in November, it will not be enough to stop this rapidly moving trajectory to an all-out hot civil war.

 

Any real hope for a return to the principles of limited government and the virtues that grew America and made Her so strong and exceptionally seems to have flown the coop many years ago. They will be reclaimed along a long hard road, and only after many hard fought, bloody battles.

I am still a huge Trump supporter! Nonetheless President Trump has supported and/or signed some anti-Conservative legislation lately. This has given rise to anger by many all-or-nothing Conservatives particularly in the areas of National Sovereignty and Spending (can you bursting out of control National Debt?).

 

My primary blog contributor Justin Smith appears to have joined the ranks of Conservatives with frankly legitimate concerns of recent Trump-supported legislation. I am in the camp where Trump pro-Patriot actions still outweigh the recent stupid Trump decisions. NEVERTHELESS, Trump support of globalist USMCA will quite probably lead to National Sovereignty and Rule of Law problems to our U.S. Constitution in the long run from an Originalist perspective (probably less concerns from Republic-destroying supporters of a Living Constitution perspective). On a personal level I’m not ready to toss President Trump under the bus for policy errors – YET. The source links that support Justin Smith’s commentary will show my support of Trump more than my disappointment. If Trump’s trend continues with bad decisions Impeachment will not be the solution. Rather your votes for Representatives and Senators will decide America’s fate. I for one will be voting Trump in 2020. Hopefully a 2024 Conservative POTUS candidate emerges supporting the Trump good actions while reversing any bad Trump decisions.

 

ANY election of the Dem Party’s current Left-Wing Globalist candidates in Congress or POTUS will doom the American Republic to a government telling people how to live whether they like it or not.

President Donald J. Trump has done some fine things in the domestic and foreign policy arenas, but even so, despite what the nearly 63 million Americans who voted for him believe, President Trump is not the best thing in America to have come along since sliced white-bread. Unfortunately, with each passing day, he has proven himself to be the Big Spending, Big Government fascist that I knew him to be in 2015. Regardless of his “good deeds”, any American, who stays silent in the face of this president’s current harmful executive orders and signed pieces of legislation, such as the recent Omnibus bill that he signed on December 20th 2019, is not a conservative or a patriot, and their silence does the nation a great disservice, no matter how “great” anyone may view Trump at this moment in history, and no matter Trump’s claim of the “conservative mantel”.

 

America has also just witnessed the passage of the worst so-called “trade agreement” ever negotiated in U.S. history on December 19th 2019 — the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement [USMCA] — with President Trump’s enthusiastic support, even though it was negotiated by Obama era bureaucratic holdovers, the same exact negotiators responsible for the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The USMCA kills individual liberty in America, facilitates Open Borders and subverts our Constitution and national sovereignty, as it also coincides nearly verbatim with approximately seventy percent of the TPP, an agreement that Trump once called “a fraud” and “one of the worst trade deals”.

 

If this is an example of President Trump’s great negotiating skills, America’s confidence in him is misplaced.

 

America was so focused on all the Congressional impeachment drama, that nobody seemed to notice when the so-called “good guys” and “bad guys” sat down to carve up another great portion of America’s wealth. After the House voted completely along party lines to impeach President Trump and the historic dust settled, both the fraudulent champions of Conservatism in the GOP and the Democratic Party Progressives, the mortal enemies of America’s Founding, set aside all differences to pass another record breaking spending bill, with a mere 24 hours of review and “discussion”, that is so massive, its 2100 pages had to be split into twelve packages — gifts, if you will — to conceal the fact that President Donald J. Trump, the “Conservative”, has just signed the two largest spending packages in United States History, totaling $1.4 trillion dollars.

 

Not one Congressman could have had the time to properly review this albatross in a 24 hour period. It isn’t any wonder that so much that is so detrimental to America’s well-being was allowed to creep into U.S. law via this outrageous act.

 

Although President Trump eradicated thousands of federal regulations, upon taking office, the results of many of his most recent bills are adding thousands more. Some of the detrimental effects will arise in the same way we saw through the struggle over property rights between the Hammond and Bundy Families and the Bureau of Land Management [BLM], since both the USMCA and this recent Omnibus bill undermine private property rights.

Historically, Pendley hostile attitude toward public land and federal land management has been demonstrated over years, as a force with the Mountain States Legal Foundation, which has advocated for getting rid of our federal public patrimony.  Recently, in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, an op-ed written by Ben Gabriel of the Montana Wilderness Association and Dave Chadwick of the Montana Wildlife Federation came with this headline: “Would we put an arsonist in charge of fire department?”

 

In a separate piece, New York Times columnist Timothy Egan wrote an essay titled “The Great Western Public Land Robbery” and subtitled “Trump’s pick to be the steward of America’s public lands doesn’t believe in public lands.”

“But you have to go pretty deep into the ranks of the Worst People to find someone equal to the man Donald Trump has now put in charge of your public lands — William Perry Pendley. The man now overseeing 245 million acres owned by every American citizen is a mad-dog opponent of the very idea of shared space in the great outdoors. He has spent his professional life chipping away — in court, in public forums, in statehouses — at one of the most cherished of American birthrights.”

The Environmental Protection Agency received $9 billion, a $240 million increase over last year, and the Bureau of Land management received a two percent increase. And the Land and Water Conservation Agency received a whopping $500 million, no doubt so they can continue to tell Americans they can’t collect rain-water in barrels, as they have been aligned with UN Agenda 21 mandates for many years, advocating for the same “sustainable development” and the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives, also a UN creation, that killed jobs and farming for decades in any area that utilized these policies; these policies are also currently a part of the anti-sovereignty, anti-American USMCA.

 

John Adams, the second U.S. President, once proclaimed: “The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. Property must be secured or liberty cannot exist.”

 

Exuding an abundance of brilliance and wisdom, James Madison asserted: “Government is instituted to protect property of every sort …. (including personal firearms) …. this being the end of government, that alone is not a just government, …. nor is property secure under it, where the property which a man has in his personal safety and personal liberty, is violated by arbitrary seizures of one class of citizens for the service of the rest.”

 

In light of the Democratic Party majority in Virginia recently stating their intentions to confiscate their citizens’ firearms through newly proposed illegitimate legislation and “law”, all Americans who value freedom and liberty should be highly alarmed by their statements, when viewed in conjunction with two sections of the December 20th Omnibus. In the name of fighting “gun violence”, this bill robs the American taxpayers’ and their grandchildren of $22.5 billion. This money is set aside for the FBI, ATF, DEA and the US Marshall Service, so they can target our right to keep and bear arms.

 

Neatly hidden within this 2100 page [217 page summary] monstrosity are a few lines with ominous implications. Along with granting the ATF and FBI greater finances to “combat gun violence”, the Center for Disease Control and the National Institute of Health are receiving $25 million for their new mission to gather data on gun violence as if it were an epidemic or national health crisis, in order to justify any future advocacy for stricter gun control initiatives and measures. And as the Democrats are salivating and wetting their pants over this new good fortune that’s dropped in their laps, the ATF — the militant branch of firearm control — receives nearly one billion dollars, an increase of $50 million over last year, to target “criminal firearm possession”, something that is ever increasingly becoming more subjective; the FBI will receive $131 million to run background checks, which sounds like far too much to just field calls on firearm purchases.  All of this aligns with Trump’s criminalization of bumpstocks and his amenable attitude to the circumvention of “due process” and “red flag laws”, as these federal agencies are receiving a pretty vague mandate from the Trump White House to “find illegal guns and take them”.

 

One should also note, although President Trump has been extremely successful at manipulating the economy and keeping America safe from her foreign enemies, he has violated the 4th Amendment by signing H.R. 76, that granted warrantless searches of houses and businesses in proximity to the D.C. Metrorail [Blog Editor: Justin is quite in HR 76 violates the 4th Amendment. Ergo I expect a SCOTUS challenge more than likely by a monied criminal caught in an HR 76 crime search], and by way of his signature on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Reauthorization, which now allows all U.S. citizens to be placed under NSA surveillance, along with the foreign nationals it was originally created to address, among several other failures regarding the Bill of Rights.

 

Among many other detrimental edicts, this albatross bill hands the Department of Energy three billion dollars to research more efficient means of producing renewable energy. It also pays additional funds to NASA, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Indian Affairs to purchase the less efficient options already available, in order to give further credence and legitimacy to the bunk science of “climate change”.

 

Please take note that on March 23rd 2018, after signing his first massive $1.3 trillion Omnibus bill, President Trump stated: “There are a lot of things I’m unhappy about in this bill. There are a lot of things that we shouldn’t have had in this bill, but we were in a sense forced if we want to build our military …. I said to Congress, I will never sign another bill like this again.”

 

In a manner reminiscent of President George H.W. Bush’s “read my lips, no new taxes” moment and seeming to make peace with The Swamp, President Trump issued the following statement on December 20th 2019, after signing the $1.4 trillion Omnibus: “Taken together, the government funding bills guarantee that critical priorities — investing in the military, ensuring Americans are more prosperous and healthy, delivering border security, engaging in criminal justice reform, and defending life — will be met in the upcoming year …”

 

It’s funny how fallin’ can feel like flying for a little while. [Blog Editor: This line was a part of many Justin Smith suggestions for a title. 😊]

 

Far too many Americans are cheerleading for Trump, when he has actually failed on several of his key campaign promises, such as securing the border and building the wall and ending Obamacare, with one key promise to reduce deficit spending. He could have accomplished all of this, when he had a majority in both the House of Representatives and the Senate; however, today, only work replacing 60 miles of old wall and 98 miles of new wall has been completed, and the American taxpayer is still paying for Obamacare taxes and subsidies for the uninsurable, even though the individual mandate was eradicated. And in the meantime, President Trump’s 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act lowered taxes by trillions of dollars without reducing a dime of spending, and as a result, this administration has already added $5.6 trillion to the national debt.

Where is the fight for fiscal restraint? It never existed in the Democratic Party and it certainly no longer can be found in the Republican Party. The vote on this last Omnibus was 89 to 8, with three abstentions.

 

The “Great Economy” isn’t all a lie, but neither is the underlying truth being told about it. Many ordinary Americans are doing fairly well, as far as it goes, and as America is being hollowed out. Real economic decline is concealed by institutions that measure only areas that can be manipulated to give a positive result, such as the Consumer Price Index, the unemployment rate, Gross Domestic Product, and hundreds of financial numbers associated with net wealth and bank loans among other items.

 

Does everybody really not see the rise in childcare expenses, college tuition, and rent? They have risen at double-digit rates, while shrinkflation has reduced the quality and quantity of goods, even as the price has remained unchanged, or, in some cases, seen an increase. My own daughter, my youngest, makes a decent salary as an office manager for a great company, but she now pays a hefty $700 per month for daycare for my grandson, in order to be able to work, a significant cut to her salary.

 

Essentially, official statistics are manipulated to give a rosy picture of the economy, even as the nation’s treasury and the U.S. taxpayer are being robbed blind. Americans everywhere sense the disconnect, however, since significant factors aren’t measured, few objective indicators are documenting the decline all Americans experience in their everyday life.

 

And so, Americans are regularly told that they are doing fine, with manageable debt and rising incomes, when in the real world, their auto loan defaults are soaring, forty percent of America’s cancer patients are wiped out by the co-pays, and most “middle-class” households are one layoff or job loss away from default and going broke and to the poor house. [Blog Editor: THESE ARE LEGITIMATE concerns every American should take note! These should be at least a part of the issues in seeking a 2024 POTUS candidate. Depending on the Trump DOJ to hold crooked Dems accountable in 2020 and a Trump reelection, a law and order equal application to crooked Dems may also be a 2024 POTUS campaign issue. OTHERWISE an American Civil War might initiate between 2020 and 2024.]

 

In the fiscal year for 2019, the federal government spent $660 billion on interest payments. This amount very nearly equals the U.S. budget for Medicare, and it is more than what the U.S. spends on education, transportation, housing and agriculture combined. Federal debt held by the public is projected to double between today and 2049, rising from 78 percent of the gross domestic product to 144 percent. So, if fancy accounting is all that is hiding negative growth in the U.S. economy, times can’t be all too good.

 

The Trump tax cuts have really helped big corporations, by granting them subsidies, to help keep them healthy and solvent. This, in part, has benefited ordinary workers by ensuring companies can keep their jobs in place, but salaries have not increased to any significant level over the past decade. This is outrageous, once one considers that in each of the past two years, the U.S. Treasury has written checks of over $100 million checks to Amazon out of our tax dollars. This helps President Trump grow his political power, because these windfall tax benefits received by large public companies like, Apple, Microsoft and Amazon translate directly into higher stock prices, and in Trump’s own words, “the stock market is my report card”. One can argue whether or not the economy is really doing great, but one can’t argue with a new high for the Dow Jones.

 

Therein lies the problem. Gradually over time, the American people have come to accept the redefining of “capitalism”, by the “elite” oligarchs, to mean “the stock is up”, through indoctrination and propaganda disseminated in the public education and university systems. Capitalism is no longer associated with Adam Smith’s invisible hand or Joseph Schumpeter’s risk-taking investments in the real economy, but simply reduced to only financial asset price inflation in real time, by any means necessary. And so, from the White House to the Federal Reserve Bank to corporate management, in the endless present, America is handed an endless series of policies and decisions in service to capitalism-as-financialization [Blog Editor: So far the closest I could find to the phrase is a reverse order such as “Financialization of Capitalism”. The term implies political power is in the hands of a few Corporate Finance companies ending the individualism of a Market Economy by which American Capitalism had its beginnings. From my brief reading Market Capitalism is transformed more akin to Market Communism with old terminology utilized to mislead the working common man. There isn’t any free market in this nation, using honest money on a level field, as educators and media would have one believe, and there hasn’t been a free market, since 1913 and the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank. Americans live and work in what can only be described as a fascist oligarchy, that relies on the premise of state and corporate partnership, managed trade for special interests. This is what is exacerbating our current economic situation, and taken in conjunction with massive bills that leave the growth of government unchecked, growing the power associated with large government at the expense of individual liberty, Congress is also undermined, while the Executive grows stronger.

Reckless policies have created trillions of dollars of bad investments, that will inevitably be liquidated and lead to an economic disaster. This disaster will make the Great Depression seem like a mild event, as our paper currency becomes worthless. Already the signals are rippling across the global markets, as the Euro and the Japanese yen have crashed in value, along with the Canadian dollar losing 26 percent of its value since 2013. The U.S. dollar is currently just the healthiest currency on its way to a death-bed.

 

Designed for a moral society, the imperfect Constitution has been repeatedly dealt thousands of hammer blows on its imperfections by America’s enemies, to the point it is ready to crack and fail. The Constitution has been perverted and bastardized by the nation’s communists, anarchists [Thoughts on Anarchism: HERE, HERE & HERE], Muslims, activist black robes, globalists [Globalist issues examples affecting the Constitution: HERE, HERE & HERE] and statists [Perspectives about Statists: HERE & HERE], all for “the general welfare” of America’s ruling class oligarchs. Its inherent negative power over learned and moral citizens has been fully subverted to the positive endorsement of the whims of those who would be kings and tyrants, incompetents one and all.

 

Americans must find a way back to the moral underpinnings that first led the way for the country, those self-evident truths and the knowledge that God-Given Rights and the Bill of Rights are not to be subverted, that they are inalienable [Blog Editor: To the nitpickers of the usage of unalienable or inalienable, my frame of thought is they are the same]. And as such, refuse to be led any longer by men who would rule over us rather than serve us. Trumpet one’s refusal to obey any rogue government seeks to keep us enslaved at the altar of the state through a fiat currency, financial system and debt Ponzi scheme that is a criminal fraud stealing money from hard-working Americans, and refuse to obey any and all who seek to disarm us by coercion and force.

 

Most of the aforementioned facts could have seen completely different results that supported liberty in every way, if only America had a leader at Her helm who truly loved Liberty and understood its principles, as the Founders understood them. Some of this, people will suggest, was due to opposition in his own party, which is only true in regard to Obamacare’s survival. The rest has been enthusiastically advocated and facilitated by President Donald J. Trump, who never was a conservative and never will be a true conservative, as he continues to have his love affair with the progressive globalist views he held so close in his youth, while Democrats and RINOs make America pay the price in Her slow death by a thousand cuts from anti-American policy, treachery, and treasonous bills. Today, America and Her people are facing their most dangerous times, as the far left is positioning themselves for a hard tyrannical push to control all, resources, wealth and people, by a select few, who see themselves as “experts, after President Trump’s second term, utilizing the current existing system. These are the advocates of controlled allocation for society, centrally planned socialism, commanded by a top-down Bolshevik-style Central Committee controlled by the few. And should the ranks of Liberty loving American Patriots keep decreasing, as in recent decades, and fail to halt the Democratic Party communists’ success, it will mark the start of a thousand years of darkness and the end of liberty.

Contrary to what anyone might think, including the hardcore Democratic Party communists and their Antifa buddies, there is absolutely nothing socially redeeming, insightful or advanced and “forward thinking” in the “progressive” ideas that advocate “kill whitey” and set forth the fallacy that all conservative Christian whites must also be “white supremacists”, who must be punished for slavery and the crimes of their ancestors. Although their identity politics agenda has always been a grift, a con, and cover for their anti-white agitation, in times when they couldn’t simply be in the open with their hatred for “whitey” as they are now, whether the hate comes from self-loathing Leftist whites or from people of color, the hardcore Democrat socialists and communists and Antifa fascists currently inject hatred of whites into every conversation and keep a quiet low-grade riot, a hum of hate, boiling just under the surface waiting to explode and destroy America’s domestic tranquility.

 

I’m guilty of nothing except loving America, so I won’t be checking my “white privilege” anytime soon, and I suggest any other white people should stop buying into this racist nonsense, that somehow we are guilty for having benefited from our Forefathers’ sins of slavery. I accept none of it.

 

Far from “white supremacy”, the average white male has consistently been denied equality for decades. They have been discriminated against in university admissions and employment, and especially most recently, free speech is denied to them. Google fires white males for stating facts. The ridiculous overused charge of white supremacy is now being used like a club to beat the white people to the back of the bus, in a dangerous machination to propagandize white people out of existence.

 

I’ve always been proud of who I am, a strong willed American patriot — who also just happens to be white. But for me, race has never been something I concerned myself with too much, other than times I have addressed some inconsiderate and insulting bigoted and racist remark or action aimed at any person, regardless of their color, white, red, yellow or black. And I always looked more at the content of one’s character, their race being secondary to everything and of little importance to any interaction I might have with them, unless it was an issue for them.

 

The 1965 Immigration Act was signed on October 3rd, before an entirely white audience on Liberty Island, with Ellis Island in the background, after extensive promises that it wouldn’t alter America’s demographic, political or cultural sectors. However, it proved to be a revolutionary bill that has gutted our immigration quota system, blocking most Europeans’ efforts to immigrate to America, a contrived ploy by “progressive Democrats” such as Senator Ted Kennedy, who claimed our system was “discriminatory”; they understood that most of the Third World would vote Democrat when any of their members reached our shores. And look at America’s diseased multicultural socialist population today, from Black Lives Matter to the New Black Panthers and Antifa to CAIR [SA DTN, National Review, IPT, Anti-CAIR to name a few aware exposés] and the Muslim Brotherhood [SA DTN: ‘THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD’S “GLOBAL PROJECT FOR PALESTINE”’, DTN: ‘THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD’S “GENERAL STRATEGIC GOAL” FOR NORTH AMERICA’, CEP: ‘THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD’S TIES TO EXTREMISTS’, Gatestone Institute: ‘History of the Muslim Brotherhood Penetration of the U.S. Government’ and CIRC: ‘Barack Obama’s Support for the Muslim Brotherhood’], and even La Raza [La Raza Unida and National Council of La Raza (as of 7/11/17 aka UnidosUS)].

 

For the past fifty-five years, Americans have watched a steady erasure of their culture occur right in front of them, with even their art being deemed “racist” due to its depiction of Historical FACT, in a blatant and arbitrary manner, as Third World hordes of invaders, often socialists and anarchists, swarm the nation and revise our history in their attempts to obliterate our cultural identity, that was once indisputably European and First World in nature. There was absolutely no moral imperative to pursue such a destructive agenda and this purge, but the anti-American, anti-freedom and anti-liberty forces within our own Congress and federal government decided to weaponize immigration, as a means to circumventing and eventually eradicating our U.S, Constitution and the very Founding of America.

 

Thomas Jefferson once said: “When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.” [Blog Editor: In researching this quote, I discovered many quotes attributed to Jefferson used in relation to the 2nd Amendment and rebellion were not ever written or spoken by our 3rd President. That includes Justin’s quote used above. BUT many of those falsely attributed quotes of Jefferson reflect Jeffersonian sentiments. For example here is an excerpt from Jefferson to Madison dated January 30, 1787 reads:

 

“I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.1 Unsuccesful rebellions indeed generally establish the incroachments on the rights of the people which have produced them. An observation of this truth should render honest republican governors so mild in their punishment of rebellions, as not to discourage them too much. It is a medecine necessary for the sound health of government.”

 

And an excerpt from Thomas Jefferson to John Cartwright dated June 5, 1824 reads:

 

“the constitutions of most of our states assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves, in all cases to which they think themselves competent, (as in electing their functionaries executive and legislative, and deciding by a jury of themselves, both fact and law, in all judiciary cases in which any fact is involved) or they may act by representatives, freely and equally chosen; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; that they are entitled to freedom of person; freedom of religion; freedom of property; and freedom of the press.” (Underlined emphasis is mine)]

 

It is not justice when our government abdicates its primary responsibility to defend and protects the people and culture that placed it in power, and it chooses to codify into law the forces that will annihilate us, just as is currently also evidenced in unconstitutional “legislation” by sanctuary cities and sanctuary states. We also see this through the Democratic Party’s refusal to secure the border. It is primarily due to this injustice and such egregious “laws” as the 1965 Immigration Act, among others, and the refusal of the current House to hear our grievances, that all Americans must take a new and more forceful stance, to see this destructive madness end.

 

I am not so concerned myself, with being “replaced” by people of color, as many whites are obsessed with the issue; however, I am concerned that an overwhelming number of the people of color who are immigrating to America hold to ideologies that are antithetical to Western Principles and the Founding Principles that made America great, i.e. communism and Islam, and that they now openly speak of erasing the white race from the face of the earth, through violence and murder, just as one should expect from all good Marxists, especially now that their ranks have grown so large in America among the Millennials, and especially once they attain the majority.

 

In July of 2016. Micah Johnson, a black nationalist and the murderer of six Dallas police officers, told the hostage negotiator that he was angry on the behalf of Black Lives Matter and he “wanted to kill white people, especially police officers”. [Johnson liked a] Facebook page [from the Black Nationalist group known as African American Defense League] encouraged followers to “Attack Everything In Blue Except the Mailman”.

 

Over the past decade, King Samir Shabazz, leader of Philadelphia’s New Black Panthers, has stated on numerous occasions, that “You want freedom, you gonna have to kill some crackers [white people] … You gonna have to kill some of they (sic) babies.” The rules of behavior seem to be non-existent and these new radicals have zero respect for the rule of law and anyone’s Constitutional rights, not even one’s right to life, the most sacred of all things.

 

Tom Curry, a black man and an associate professor of philosophy at Texas A & M, in a 2014 interview entitled ‘White People Are the Problem’, essentially denied that people can reason logically despite their race. He even criticized Dr. Martin Luther King, JR. and other black theologians and theorists for suggesting that white people can be reasonable, and revealing his own racism and intolerance, he stated, “[for blacks] to be equal, in order to be liberated, some white people might have to die.”

 

[Blog Editor: In full disclosure, the Left (e.g. Left-Wing Fact Checkers like Snopes) claim Curry was smeared and taken out of context. Rod Dreher (that I embedded link in the name “Tom Curry,” takes the Conservative position Curry was advocating killing White people. The podcast interview pointed to by Justin Smith (transcript embedded above in the title) actually has Curry saying, “… some white people may have to die” speaks so fast that I am unsure Curry is advocating killing White people or if he is advocating African-Americans have as much right to bare arms as a White person to protect themselves from an angry White person. We can also thank useful idiots like Frank Zappa and songs similar to ‘Trouble Every Day’, for the racial environment we have inherited, that enshrines the Watts Riots in Los Angeles in August of 1965. In part and in self-loathing style, it serenades one with the disturbed words, “… I’m not black, but there’s a whole lot of times I wish I could say I’m not white”.

 

Noel Ignatiev, an academic and a son of Jewish Russian immigrants, has campaigned for whiteness to be abolished, once stating: “The goal of destroying the white race is simply so desirable, it boggles the mind trying to understand how anyone could possibly object to it.” Ignatiev has stated that white people are a cancer and should kill themselves; and I say to him, “You First.” [Blog Editor: The quote Justin is referencing never took place. It derives from a satirical website called Diversity Chronicle which published a fake interview with Ignatiev claiming a Harvard retirement speech to his White students. Part of the problem is at the time in question Ignatiev had not retired. (according to The Blaze 11/26/13)  BUT in my opinion, even the words spoken and the interview never happened, it’s not difficult to extrapolate such an offensive story from Noel Ignatiev based on his anti-White legacy which is entirely accurate.]

 

Heavy Democrat controlled areas of the United States, such as Baltimore, Oakland, Los Angeles and Portland, are now permanent riot zones. There may not be a riot today in any of these Leftist communities and their ghettos, but tomorrow may not say the same, given the Democratic Commies’ tireless efforts to rile blacks and anti-white poor whites to mobilize to action outside of their designated riot zones. It can only be a matter of time, before all hell breaks loose in America, if we stay this course.

 

Americans will not have a nation without a sovereign identity and there can be no sovereign identity without a nation. This is the key insight of multiculturalist Marxists, and their agenda that has always been focused on America’s destruction. To have a multicultural society is to have no culture whatsoever, and once a people’s historical identity — their heritage —  is destroyed, the nation is not far behind. And this is precisely what is currently unfolding in America, as the various ideologies struggle against one another — socialism and tyranny vs capitalism and freedom — and as the bureaucrats attempt to perform basic duties as the turmoil envelopes them.

 

I could give a good damn less if I am replaced at some point, since I expect to die sometime within the next forty years or so, maybe even tomorrow, but I am concerned that those who follow may not — probably won’t from all indications — have the same respect and love for America that I hold for Her deep within my breast. I am concerned that those who follow seek to tear the Founding asunder “by any means necessary”, including violence, and although I have defended all races in my lifetime, at one point or another, whenever a group of any people come to murder me and mine, simply due to the fact that I happen to be white, I will spill their blood ’til I grow tired or am killed myself.

 

Any man of any color who stands for those principles of truth and honor, our nation’s Judeo-Christian and Western principles and the U.S. Constitution is one of my kin, one of my tribe, if tribalism is to be the rule of the day. And anyone seeking to destroy our culture and heritage and usher in something foreign is my enemy. Color never enters the equation, since I subscribe to the belief that all who are here legally are simply Americans, and my primary goal is to leave a nation behind me whose people and leaders ensure freedom and liberty for all, not just for people of color, not just for whites.

 

But just as we witnessed today, August 17th 2019, in Portland, Oregon where Mayor Ted Wheeler and the police seemed to once again give preferential treatment to Antifa over conservatives and Christians, the hardcore socialists and their multicultural race-baiters have largely attempted to de-platform, silence and marginalize conservative speech and any counter to their anti-American agenda, pushing us to resist however we can and however we must [See Townhall.com and Washington Examiner: HERE and HERE]. We have a moral right, a duty and an obligation to future generations to resist what we are currently witnessing and experiencing, a moral right firmly based on the duty to preserve and safeguard the world created by our ancestors and the Founding Fathers, coupled with the sense that we must pass this legacy of freedom and liberty forward to our children and their children’s children and beyond. And however repugnant we might find violence as the solution, past honorable men, moral men, once found it necessary to use violence to secure our freedom and liberty.

 

[Blog Editor: In the process of researching Antifa violence a mere one day ago, I am appalled by the lack of respectable Conservative sources reporting on the Antifa perpetrated violence. I also found it interesting that there was a lack of reporting on groups typically described as White Supremacist (e.g. The Proud Boys) being attacked by Antifa thugs. Sources I consider to Left-Wing biased MSM were all over the place on three different search engines. Unsurprisingly Google did not even have one Conservative site (that’s all that Duck Duck Go and Bing had) in their search engine listings that stopped at 10 levels as of 6:30 PM 8/18/19. Duck Duck Go had Townhall.com and Bing had two similar listings both the Washington Examiner. Does that mean the Conservatives didn’t report? I DON’T BELIEVE IT! I just believe their websites were ostracized.]

 

I hope and pray that civil war really isn’t quite as possible as I know it is. And more than any “race war”, this will be a war between the forces of tyranny and freedom, as old as time itself.

 

The Left doesn’t share this view, and it seems to welcome such a coming death dealing conflagration and the unleashing of the dogs of war, especially since the instigators think they will be unscathed by it, when the violence and killing starts in earnest. But, their names are on lists, and those with their names on lists, when such firestorms ignite usually end up in a garbage dump or hung from a pole, regardless of who wins.

 

This path will not end well, for the nation as a whole, and it especially will not end well for the socialists and racists; but it will end, one way or another, with the good and decent patriotic Americans actively confronting and impeding the machinery of our destruction.

 

Americans must engage this conflict with everything within their being, and with all the love they hold for our country, because this truly is a struggle for the very survival of America, our nation-state and our culture. There is nothing more important this very moment, than this domestic existential threat to country, since this represents the struggle of our century. Nothing will ever be more honorable than fighting for the survival of our people, and the very laws of nature demand it, since only a perverse fool could believe that “being on the right side of history” means capitulating to one’s own extinction.

America will be unable to continue for much longer through the “give and take” of Congressional politics, when one views the reality of the Democratic Party as thinly veiled Communists of today, who simply take and never give in any so-called “compromise”. Look at the violence that followed President Trump’s election and the tacit support given violent Antifa rioters and Black Lives Matter, and look at the election of Democrat Rashid Tlaib to Michigan’s 13th Congressional District this month, whereupon she wildly waved the Palestinian flag — the flag of Hamas and Muslim terrorists; and one will understand that the far and wide disparity between the ideology of the Democrats and the Republicans will only lead to greater civil strife, setting the stage for a civil war that may not come real soon but soon enough. One cannot reach across the political divide or build bridges with those who will use those bridges to destroy one’s homes.

 

It is astounding to find factions in our exceptional country, who support the Swamp and its expansion, that have united against President Trump and any move towards our Founding Principles [Blog Editor: Expanded views of Founding Principles – HERE & HERE]  and real conservative values, that promote great prosperity and individual liberty.  These are the crazies of the Left and their Democrat Party useful idiots, Marxists, liberals, elderly hippies, welfare moochers, rabid feminists, LGBTQ bathroom “rights” advocates and rainbow dancing socialists, Black Lives Matter racists, cowardly Antifa thugs, and the Millennial pansy generation who subvert the U.S. Constitution for their taxpayer subsidized paychecks.

 

In March of this year, State Department official Keith Mines suggested [Blog Editor: See Also HERE] he believed the odds of a second American Civil War starting within the next ten to fifteen years are about sixty percent. During an interview with ‘Foreign Policy’ magazine, Mines lamented: “It is like 1859, everyone is mad about something and everyone has a gun.”

 

America is not the same country it was, when I was a boy, several decades ago. She has changed drastically, and not for the better, and Democrats and Republicans are irretrievably divided, as they stare across a wide ideological chasm at each other.

 

On October 9th, 2018, former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton declared that Democrats “cannot be civil” as long as Republicans hold the White House and Congress, adding: “You cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about”.

 

Hell has frozen over. I agree with Hillary. However, I’d ask her, just exactly what is it that she and her fellow “Progressive” Democratic Commie Rats care about? It can’t be America or Her Founding Principles, as we see them cry “racism” whenever they cannot win an ideological debate. They always divert the discussion to race, gender or sexual preference and the “right” of women to abort their unborn children, so much so that their corruption of the FBI and the Department of Justice is never properly addressed and corrected — neither are Hillary’s numerous criminal acts against America.

 

Today, Americans hear young socialists and communists within our nation talking about “fundamentally transforming” America, which simply means creating a new authoritarian socialist state for America and destroying the Constitution and the Republic “by any means necessary”, including violence.  We saw the Hillsborough, North Carolina GOP headquarters firebombed last month, Some, such as the  Antifa professor from Diablo Valley College who clubbed several pro-Trump people at a rally last year, have very nearly killed people they thought were conservatives or Trump supporters. Antifa attacked my good friend Haley Adams and her family at both the June Prayer Rally and the July Freedom Rally she helped organize this year in Portland, Oregon, sending her elderly father to the hospital after one attack; and all simply due to the fact that she was waving an American flag.

 

Americans have witnessed Leftists, communists and anarchists attack good and decent Americans all across the nation, as they burn the American flag as they did in 2016 in Pittsburgh. From El Cajon, California to Connecticut to Tennessee, Americans have been attacked repeatedly, since 2015, simply for being a Trump supporter or for honoring the American Flag. Despicably, even the elderly are assaulted, as evidenced by the attack on a seventy-one year old female staffer for California GOP Representative Dana Rohrabacher last year. And it is well documented that Black Lives Matter and Antifa have shot at and shot and killed or wounded several people, over the last few years.

 

The Left and the Democratic Party has now cast aside its once veiled-veneer of civility and all remaining pretense. It still pursues its suicidal sovereignty killing mission through neo-Orwellian Agenda 21 regulations, gun confiscation, government-mandated politically correct orthodoxies and the suppression of Free Speech and dissent — especially in regard to any criticism of Islam — more fiercely than even the mainstream media currently demonstrates.

 

Sadly, there is not much that unites us today.

 

The Communists of America, the Democratic Progressives, call decent Americans, who support and defend the Constitution, “deplorables, racist, homophobic, Islamophobic and every other vile name under the sun.” And most often, we are referred to as fascists and Nazis. These are the anti-Christians and anti-Americans — the secular humanists intent on purging Christianity from our society — bent on the destruction of the Republic. Their vulgar outbreaks of violence are a growing movement intent on bringing down America.

 

How can anyone find any “compromise” with this sort of EVIL and this agenda, and why would anyone want to do so?

 

On June 26th of this year, Representative Steve King (R-Iowa) warned America is headed toward another civil war, as he declared: “America is heading in the direction of another Harpers Ferry. After that comes Ft. Sumter.”

 

My people, who love America and understand Her Founding Principles and Her Exceptionalism, want America to return to ‘E Pluribus Unum’ and a national community grounded in the desire for individual freedom, but it is far too obvious today that this will not happen without a struggle. Our enemies hate our God-given inalienable rights to speak freely, to worship freely and to keep and bear arms, and they will hate and attack us even more once they ever regain power. Understand this and be ready to defend your life and liberty by exercising your right to do so.

 

Any decent American cannot abide by the totalitarian ideology the Democratic Party would foist upon them, if the Democrats were given the chance, and should this nation and the patriots of Our Republic find themselves forced to take up arms to hold their rights and preserve Liberty, one need look no farther than the illiberal Democratic Party and its fascist ranks. History will record  they pushed America into the abyss of civil war and brought down a darkness on our society through their ideology and their death wish, blurring the shape of beauty and normalcy, the definition of virtue, the edges of truth.

 

The battle for the heart and soul of America will continue for some time. These events, this juncture in history at this hour, represent the most sickening things I have witnessed in my many years on this earth. The war is ahead of us, and the ending will be much like that of the final fall of Rome.

 

Be blessed my friends, for we are on the final journey.

The Hammond Ranchers Pardoned by Trump

President Trump gave pardons to Oregon ranchers Dwight and Steven Hammond. Many, including myself, consider their convictions a huge blight on the Justice system. The Hammond family had a long dispute with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) over cattle grazing and land management. They were actually convicted on terrorism charges because protecting their land from BLM started brush fires, they started their own fire on their own land. The Hammond fire slipped onto BLM managed Federal land. The BLM decided to make an example of the Hammonds undoubtedly to scare other ranchers in the Western States who also have long disputed BLM authority and practices.

 

The Hammonds actually pleaded guilty to the arson charges, but the original Judge saw how frivolous the Hammond fire was to Federal land, the gave very light sentencing. The light sentence ticked someone off in the Obama DOJ. Western Prosecutors appealed the short sentence which resulted in stiffer punishment that extended to years.

 

The incident of re-sentencing sparked a rancher rebellion in Oregon centered around the occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge.

 

I found out about the pardons from the Freedom Outpost which I am cross posting. However, the local Oregon media under Oregon Live has greater detail.

Trump Pardons Hammonds!

Now, this is good news!  On Tuesday, President Trump Oregon cattle ranchers, Dwight and Steven Hammond, who had been serving sentences for arson.

 

A Statement from the White House read as follows:

 

Today, President Donald J. Trump signed Executive Grants of Clemency (Full Pardons) for Dwight Lincoln Hammond, Jr., and his son, Steven Hammond.  The Hammonds are multi-generation cattle ranchers in Oregon imprisoned in connection with a fire that leaked onto a small portion of neighboring public grazing land.  The evidence at trial regarding the Hammonds’ responsibility for the fire was conflicting, and the jury acquitted them on most of the charges.

 

At the Hammonds’ original sentencing, the judge noted that they are respected in the community and that imposing the mandatory minimum, 5-year prison sentence would “shock the conscience” and be “grossly disproportionate to the severity” of their conduct.  As a result, the judge imposed significantly lesser sentences.  The previous administration, however, filed an overzealous appeal that resulted in the Hammonds being sentenced to five years in prison.  This was unjust.

 

Dwight Hammond is now 76 years old and has served approximately three years in prison.  Steven Hammond is 49 and has served approximately four years in prison.  They have also paid $400,000 to the United States to settle a related civil suit.  The Hammonds are devoted family men, respected contributors to their local community, and have widespread support from their neighbors, local law enforcement, and farmers and ranchers across the West.  Justice is overdue for Dwight and Steven Hammond, both of whom are entirely deserving of these Grants of Executive Clemency.

 

Well, it took long enough, but thank you President Trump.  You did the right thing in this matter.

 

And for all those who took the time to keep this story alive and urge people to petition the White House on behalf of the Hammonds, thank you!

 

It should be noted that the protests that took place in Oregon a couple of years ago were a response to the injustice the Hammonds faced.  As a result, Robert “LaVoy” Finicum was killed by Oregon State Police.

 

Those who led the protest were all acquitted of all charges and reporter Pete Santilli had all of his charges dismissed.   No doubt, Finicum would have been found not guilty as well, but that’s not how tyrants work, is it?

 

Today is a day to celebrate a wrong that has not been fully made right, but has definitely turned in the right direction!

Trump pardons Oregon ranchers whose case sparked Bundy takeover of refuge

President Donald Trump on Tuesday pardoned two eastern Oregon ranchers serving time in federal prison for setting fire to public land in a case that inflamed their supporters and gave rise to the armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

 

Dwight Hammond Jr., 76, and son Steven Hammond, 49, walked out of a federal prison in California about 6 1/2 hours later. They were convicted in 2012 of arson on Harney County land where they had grazing rights for their cattle. They were ordered back to prison in early 2016 to serve out five-year sentences.

 

“The Hammonds are devoted family men, respected contributors to their local community and have widespread support from their neighbors, local law enforcement and farmers and ranchers across the West,” the White House said in a statement. “Justice is overdue for Dwight and Steven Hammond, both of whom are entirely deserving of these Grants of Executive Clemency.”

 

Susie Hammond, Dwight’s wife and Steven’s mother, said she was sound asleep when a call from U.S. Rep. Greg Walden awakened her Tuesday morning. “He said it’s a done deal, the papers were signed,” she said. “We’ve been waiting a long time. I think it’s wonderful.”

 

Though Susie Hammond believed her husband and son had a strong case for clemency, she was reluctant to get her hopes up.

 

“I’ve just been sitting here, on the phone since,” she said. “I still can’t believe it. I won’t believe it until I see them.”

 

Walden said he looks forward to welcoming the Hammonds back to Oregon.

 

“Today is a win for justice and an acknowledgement of our unique way of life in the high desert, rural West,” he said. “I applaud President Trump for thoroughly reviewing the facts of this case, rightly determining the Hammonds were treated unfairly and taking action to correct this injustice.”

 

Trump’s move marks yet another big victory for backers of the Hammonds, including Ammon Bundy and his followers who repeatedly cited the case as the trigger for the 41-day occupation of the wildlife refuge that abuts the Hammond family ranch. A jury acquitted him and other key takeover figures of all federal charges.

 

“The true reason the Hammonds have suffered has not been corrected. It must be corrected,” Bundy said. He pledged to continue to fight against the federal government’s “control over land and resources inside our states.”

 

Both Hammonds were convicted of setting a fire in 2001, and the son was convicted of setting a second fire in 2006. A federal judge initially sentenced the father to three months in prison and the son to one year after they successfully argued that the five-year mandatory minimum was unconstitutional.

 

They served the time and were out of prison when prosecutors challenged the shorter terms before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and won. Another federal judge in 2015 sent the ranchers back to complete the full sentences.

 

According to the Trump administration, federal prosecutors who challenged the Hammonds’ original sentences filed “an overzealous appeal.”

 

“This was unjust,” the White House said.

 

The Hammond family also said in a statement that they hoped the pardon will “help signal the need for a more measured and just approach by federal agents, federal officers and federal prosecutors – in all that they do.”

 

Amanda Marshall, who was Oregon’s U.S. attorney when the appeal occurred, defended it and said she was disturbed by Trump’s pardons.

 

“It means their conviction doesn’t exist. I find that incredibly troubling,” Marshall said. “I think it’s a slap in the face to the people in Pendleton who served on that jury and a slap in the face to the Constitution.”

 

Marshall said the Hammonds’ first sentences veered from the mandatory minimum set by Congress. The trial judge’s decision to issue shorter sentences violated the law, she said.

 

Jennifer Rokala, executive director of the Center for Western Priorities, also criticized Trump’s decision, saying it sends a “dangerous message” to America’s park rangers, wildland firefighters and public land managers.

 

“President Trump, at the urging of Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, has once again sided with lawless extremists who believe that public land does not belong to all Americans,” Rokala said.

 

As of this month, Dwight Hammond has served two years and nine months in prison and 31 months of supervised release. His son has served three years and four months in prison and two years of supervised release.

 

“I am very happy for the entire Hammond family, who I have known and respected for 25 years,” said attorney Larry Matasar, who represents Steven Hammond. “I hope that Dwight and Steven will soon be able to continue their work on the Hammond Ranch.”

 

Attorney Kendra Matthews, who represents Dwight Hammond Jr., said the pardon is “a just and proper resolution of the Hammonds’ criminal prosecution and we are thrilled that the Hammond family will soon be reunited.”

 

Susie Hammond had heard several weeks earlier that Trump was considering a pardon. At the time, she said she had a “sense that things are moving forward and I have faith in our president. If anyone is going to help them, he’d be the one.”

 

Ryan Bundy, who joined his brother Ammon as a leader of the armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, said the pardons were “long overdue. It’s time. It’s overtime.”

 

Bundy said he and others would like to return to Burns to give the Hammonds a “hero’s welcome” when they get out of Terminal Island Federal Correctional Institution in San Pedro, Calif.

 

In clemency petitions, lawyers for the Hammonds cited the ranchers’ longtime service to their community, the severity of their punishment, the trial judge’s support and their family situation.

 

“Unlike some cases where clemency may outrage the community, clemency for the Hammonds would be embraced by the Oregon community, both rural and urban,” Matasar wrote.

 

The lengthy sentences, plus the U.S. Bureau of Land Management’s refusal in 2014 to renew a grazing permit for the Hammond ranch, have crippled the operation, the family has said. The Hammonds have appealed the federal agency’s denial.

 

“If the Hammonds are unable to return to the ranch in the near future, the legacy and livelihood Dwight and Steven Hammond have been building for their family could truly be lost,” Matasar wrote in his petition. “A clemency would not only serve as a balm to the community’s angst about these sentences, but very practically, give the Hammonds a real chance to keep their ranch afloat.”

 

Dwight Hammond set a prescribed burn on about 300 acres of his own land that then traveled onto Bureau of Land Management property and burned an additional 139 acres, his lawyer wrote. The elder Hammond said he was trying to fend off invasive species.

 

Prosecutors argued the fire also was to cover up illegal deer poaching and got out of control, placing firefighters who had to be airlifted out of the area in grave danger.

 

The federal pursuit of the Hammonds followed years of permit violations and unauthorized fires, and they never accepted responsibility, Marshall said.  The Hammonds could have faced less than a year in prison under a plea offer they declined, she said.

 

The Hammonds’ lawyers pointed out in their clemency petitions that the father and son faced other sanctions. They paid $400,000 in 2015 to settle a civil suit brought by the government and are having a hard time sustaining the cattle operation because of the grazing permit denial.

 

They cited the opinion of the trial judge, U.S. District Judge Michael Hogan, who found the five-year sentences “grossly disproportionate to the severity of the offenses here” and noted that the fires didn’t endanger any people or property.

 

Prosecutors argued the fires did endanger others. When the government won the appeal of the Hammonds’ lower sentences, Acting U.S. Attorney Billy Williams issued a release, saying that the fires illegally set on public lands, even in remote areas, endanger firefighters called to respond. Marshall said “firefighters were in grave danger and had to be dramatically evacuated” after the fires set by the Hammonds.

 

Williams was asked by the Office of the Pardon Attorney to submit a written brief summarizing the Hammond litigation and his office’s position on the Hammonds’ clemency requests. He prepared a brief and submitted it, but his office declined to release it or summarize what Williams’ position was, calling the document privileged.

 

Williams also declined any comment Tuesday about Trump’s pardons.

 

Steven Grasty, a former Harney County commissioner, said he’s glad the Hammond saga has come to an end. He said he disagreed with first sentence, but didn’t see the value of sending the Hammonds back to prison after they had served their initial term.

 

“I’m really proud of the efforts of our community, Greg Walden, the Oregon Cattlemen’s Association,” Grasty said.

 

But he said the pardons shouldn’t be considered a win for the Bundys. “The Bundys complicated this. They made it worse. The Bundys didn’t know the Hammonds. They used them.”

 

Among those who wrote letters of support for the Hammonds’ clemency petitions were Walden, Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward, Malheur County Sheriff Brian Wolfe as well as leaders of the Oregon Cattlemen’s Association and Oregon Farm Bureau.

 

Ward, who was the face of law enforcement during the 2016 occupation of the wildlife refuge in his county, wrote to the White House that he personally felt the initial sentences and the financial penalties “covered the debt owed to society.”

 

“This case was thrust into the national spotlight when, for lack of a better term, anti-government extremists exploited the Hammond family and began attempting to use their unfortunate circumstance to gain support for their own agendas,” Ward wrote.

 

He noted that Dwight and Steven Hammond rejected pressure they faced from Ammon Bundy and others to defy federal orders and instead turned themselves in to prison.

 

“It is my humble opinion that justice would be better served if these gentlemen were afforded the opportunity to return home,” Ward wrote. “For Dwight to spend his remaining years with his wife. For Steven to return to his family … and to set an example that along with being a nation of laws, we are a nation of compassion and forgiveness.”

 

On Tuesday, Ward said he was “happy for their families and I respect the decision, as it is a responsible and lawful use of our governmental system. … Now please allow this community to move on.”

 

Other letters of support described good deeds done for their neighbors, children and grandchildren’s schools, the county’s 4H and FFA clubs and many others in need. They spoke of Dwight Hammond’s sincerity, decency, his humility and the respect for him in Harney County — a man who dressed up as Santa Claus for schoolkids and what one friend described as “a real life John Wayne.”

 

Dwight Hammond’s wife, who is ailing, lives alone in Burns. Steven Hammond is married with three children.

 

“I am seeking commutation of my sentence so that I can return home to take care of my wife,” Dwight Hammond wrote. “I live in fear that one of us will pass before we are reunited.”

 

Trump’s action follows a flurry of pardons, including for Dinesh D’Souza, a conservative author convicted of illegal campaign contributions; I. Lewis Libby Jr., a former aide to Vice President Dick Cheney; former Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio; and Alice Johnson, 63, serving life for her role in a cocaine distribution ring.

Will Bundy Prosecution MISCONDUCT be Given Pass by Judge Navarro?

For decades the Bureau of Land Management (BLM … Not to be confused with African-American racists pumping Black Lives Matter) has been utilizing bureaucratic rules and regulation (NOT CONGRESSIONAL LEGISLATION) to manipulate Western Ranchers use of their own land and/or Federal usurped land with excessive grazing fees to force Leftist Eco-Marxist agendas or protect Crony Capitalist agendas supported by the Left. The current practices of federal agencies provide a few clues. Although the only body authorized under the Constitution to buy or sell land for government purposes is Congress, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and other federal agencies like the Forest Service have for several decades deprived private property owners of their land (and cattle) at below market prices. The land is then leased back to its owners for a yearly fee. Land that predates the BLM is simply confiscated by way of litigation [i].

 

In one such case, a rancher named Wally Klump contested the BLM’s rights to his land owing to the fact that his ranch predated the BLM by one hundred years. When Klump refused to move, he was held in contempt and sent to federal prison. The result should come as no shock, since internal BLM documents reveal that humans are viewed as a “biological resource” for the purposes of “ecosystem management activities.” (‘Sustainable’ Poverty: The Real Face of the Leftist Environmental Agenda; By John Griffing; American Thinker; 8/25/10)

 

Exposing a latent Marxism and Crony Capitalism inherent in the BLM goes a long way to explaining rancher hostility to this Federal Agency’s despotism toward private ownership and traditional grazing rights is so important.

 

The Bundy family organized a rancher stand-off against the BLM despotism which was aided none other than by the FBI (currently embroiled in Leftist cover-ups of Obama Administration probable crimes). Unsurprisingly, the Dems and Obama Justice Department have used the full resources of the Federal government to eradicate the Bundy family no doubt to make an example to other ranchers resisting BLM despotism.

 

The Obama DOJ faced a couple of problems.

 

First in the Bundy led Oregon stand-off trials, all the big dog defendants were acquitted by a jury with only minor convictions of other defendants. Immediately after Bundy exonerations in Oregon, the Feds arrested the Bundys and other rancher allies over their Bunkerville stand-off to protect the family cattle from BLM confiscation and slaughter because the Bundys refused to pay exorbitant grazing fees. The fee disagreement was an already much used BLM despotic tactic to force ranchers to conform to environmental and crony Capitalist rules and regulations.

 

The second problem for the Obama DOJ led persecution of the Bundys and their allies is that juries were acquitting minor participants, having hung juries or convictions again on minor (yet unfair) obstruction of justice violations.

 

And third, the Obama DOJ lost their Kemosabe ally in Obama’s Administration ending in January 2017 and the expected Leftist successor (Crooked Hillary) lost the November 2016 election.

 

For the Bundys, point three might be the most important. Obama originally set-up Daniel Bogden as the Federal Attorney General in Nevada. Bogden experienced some swamp draining by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions. BHO appointed Bogden in 2009. Apparently Bogden’s replacement Acting U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre is a part of the Bogden-Swamp. Federal Judge Gloria Navarro (an Obama Appointee) along with the rest  of the prosecution swamp have lost their Leftist political lifeline. This can be seen when Whistleblowers don’t fear Obamunist political reprisals.

 

Perhaps such is the case of Whistleblower BLM Investigator Larry Wooten. Wooten had put together an 18-page memo that explains how “the government employees engaged in a host of policy, ethical and legal violations” against the Bundy family before and during the Bunkerville stand-off in Nevada. The Bundy Defense Attorneys just recently saw this exculpatory evidence held back by the Prosecution. This sent the Obama appointed Federal Judge Gloria Navarro into enough of a tizzy that she sent the Jury home until she fully examined the memo.

 

I am willing to bet you have not read or heard a lick of this prosecutorial crisis from the Mainstream Media (MSM). Sadly, neither I have I run into any coverage by the still better disseminating Fox News channel.

 

I first heard of trial misconduct from a Tim Brown post in The Sons of Liberty Media under the title ‘After Prosecution “Missteps” in Bundy Trial, is it All Over? – Jury Sent Home, Will Be Called Back “If They Are Needed”’. That post is dated 12/13/17. After looking for other sources, I found the same Tim Brown post under the title “BUNDY PERSECUTION OVER? PROSECUTION MAKES BIG MISTAKE AT TRIAL, JURY DISMISSED” posted on 12/14/17 at Keep and Bear.

 

I enjoy reading Brown articles, yet I am certain Leftist too often dismiss him as a Far-Right Conspiracy Theorist. BUT SURPRISE dear Leftists, I have a couple of journalists from the Las Vegas Review-Journal and OregonLive.com. I am cross posting both even most of the info is repeated in both, there are tidbit differences that worth getting the full story. Memo alleges government misconduct in Bunkerville standoff case

The possibility of a mistrial in the Bunkerville standoff case was amplified this month after defense attorneys received a scathing memo outlining sweeping allegations of misconduct by federal investigators and prosecutors.

 

According to the 18-page memo, obtained late Thursday by the Las Vegas Review-Journal but first viewed last week by defense lawyers, the government employees engaged in a host of policy, ethical and legal violations.

 

The document, dated Nov. 27, was penned by Bureau of Land Management investigator Larry Wooten, who had been tasked with assessing how the agency handled the 2014 armed standoff at Cliven Bundy’s ranch in Bunkerville. Wooten previously testified before the federal grand jury that returned indictments against the Bundys.

 

In his whistleblowing memo, which Wooten sent directly to the U.S. Department of Justice as a “last resort,” the investigator described pervasive misconduct by his fellow investigators, saying it reminded him of middle school. He argued that the behavior was so common and inappropriate that it could be “considered exculpatory and subject to trial discovery.”

 

Prosecutors handed over the memo last week, prompting defense lawyers to file a motion early Monday to dismiss the case, which already had been delayed a week over concerns that prosecutors were not sharing evidence with the defense in a timely manner. The memo is sealed and not part of the public court record.

 

Wooten said he repeatedly tried to report the allegations to his supervisors, who largely dismissed his observations. In February, Wooten was removed from the investigation after complaining to the U.S. attorney’s office in Nevada, according to the memo.

 

In reference to the ongoing Bundy case, Wooten said investigators openly referred to the Bundys and their supporters using several different profanities and sexually inappropriate terms. In an office presentation, Wooten’s supervisor also included altered and degrading photos of the defendants, according to the memo.

 

‘Clear prejudice’

 

Wooten went on to accuse agency officers of bragging about roughing up Dave Bundy, one of Cliven’s sons, in April 2014, citing comments about the officers grinding Dave Bundy’s face into the ground so much so that Dave Bundy had “little bits of gravel stuck in his face,” Wooten said.

 

“The misconduct caused considerable disruption in our workplace, was discriminatory, harassing and showed clear prejudice against the defendants, their supporters and Mormons,” Wooten wrote, later adding that, on two occasions, his supervisor asked him, “You’re not a Mormon, are you?”

 

He added that, for a period of time, one of his supervisors “instigated” the monitoring of jail calls between the defendants and their wives “without prosecutor or FBI consent,” though he noted that Steve Myhre, Nevada’s acting U.S. attorney and the lead prosecutor on the case, quickly put a stop to the practice.

 

In the memo, Wooten also described misconduct separate from the Bundy case, which extended to “citizens, cooperators from other agencies and even our own employees.”

 

He added that supervisors openly talked about other employees’ mental health and often shared derogatory opinions of higher level supervisors, and he noted that he filed a separate formal complaint to the BLM in reference to those allegations.

 

In reference to when the U.S. attorney’s office had Wooten pulled from the case, Wooten said a supervisor subsequently violated his privacy by ransacking his office and by seizing case files, investigative notes and personal documents, including medical records. Those items have not been returned, he said.

 

“I am convinced that I was removed to prevent the ethical and proper further disclosure of the severe misconduct, failure to correct and report, and cover-ups by (BLM) supervisors,” Wooten wrote.

 

Wooten went on to accuse Myhre, the case’s lead prosecutor, of relying on inaccurate talking points throughout his prosecution strategy and adopting a “don’t ask, don’t tell” attitude in reference to BLM misconduct.

 

Wooten added that, prior to the investigation, he held Myhre “in the highest of regards,” but after Wooten’s attempts to report sweeping misconduct went unheard and got him kicked off the case, he now believes Myrhe is clouded by “extreme” personal bias and “a desire to win at all costs.”

 

“Not only did Mr. Myhre in my opinion not want to know or seek out evidence favorable to the accused, he and my supervisor discouraged the reporting of such issues and even likely covered up the misconduct,” Wooten wrote.

 

The U.S. attorney’s office in Nevada declined to comment Friday.

U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro is expected to reconvene court at 8 a.m. Wednesday.

 

‘Totally unusual’ case

 

It remains unclear if the explosive memo provides the defense a clear path to a mistrial.

 

UNLV law professor Ruben Garcia, who teaches professional responsibility, said the allegations, if true, are possible ethical violations that the State Bar of Nevada may investigate.

 

But for the purpose of the pending trial, Garcia said the decision is up to the judge.

 

“She’ll have to decide what is worthy of a dismissal, based on her standards and federal criminal standards,” he said.

 

Veteran Las Vegas defense attorney Tom Pitaro said the more common approach in situations of late discovery is to grant the defense extra time to analyze the new evidence and adjust their strategy. But, he added, given the extensive allegations and applicable case law, “Who knows?”

 

“This case of course has become so unique — just totally unusual,” he told the Review-Journal on Friday.

 

The 2014 standoff came after a years long legal dispute over grazing fees. Cliven Bundy had long contested the fees, which had been imposed for his continued, illegal use of federal land for cattle grazing.

 

In response, federal agents began rounding up and impounding the rancher’s cattle, but stood down after Bundy and a group of armed supporters protested the roundup and forced a shutdown of Interstate 15, garnering national media attention. The charges Cliven Bundy and his sons currently face stem from the standoff.

 

“The purpose of this narrative is not to take up for or defend the actions of the subjects of this investigation,” Wooten noted in the memo. “This investigation further indicated that instead of Cliven Bundy properly using the court system or other avenues to properly address his grievances, he chose an illegal, uncivilized, and dangerous strategy in which a tragedy was narrowly and thankfully avoided.”

BLM investigator alleges misconduct by feds in Bundy ranch standoff

A scathing memo from the lead investigator who assessed how federal officers handled the 2014 armed standoff with Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy accuses agents of far-reaching misconduct, recklessness and unrestrained antipathy toward the family.

 

The 18-page document, obtained Thursday by The Oregonian/OregonLive, is dated Nov. 27.

 

Prosecutors shared it last week with defense lawyers for Bundy, his two sons and co-defendant Ryan Payne as they were in the midst of their conspiracy trial, but it’s not part of the public court record.

 

The memo prompted Cliven Bundy’s lawyer to file a motion early Monday to dismiss the case, already in disarray over concerns raised previously about the government’s failure to promptly share evidence with the defense.

 

The judge sent the jury home for more than a week as she tries to sort out the claims and prosecutors scramble to save their case.

 

The memo comes from Larry Wooten, who had been the lead case agent and investigator for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management after the tense confrontation outside the patriarch’s ranch near Bunkerville. Wooten also testified before a federal grand jury that returned indictments against the Bundys. He said he was removed from the investigation last February after he complained to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Nevada.

 

Then last month he sent a whistleblower email to the U.S. Department of Justice, alleging a “widespread pattern of bad judgment, lack of discipline, incredible bias, unprofessionalism and misconduct, as well as likely policy, ethical and legal violations among senior and supervisory staff” at the Bureau of Land Management’s Office of Law Enforcement and Security.

 

Wooten wrote that supervisory agents with the bureau repeatedly mocked the defendants in an “amateurish carnival atmosphere” that resembled something out of middle school, displayed “clear prejudice” against the Bundys, their supporters and Mormons, and prominently displayed degrading altered booking photos of Cliven Bundy and other defendants in a federal office and in an office presentation.

 

The memo described “heavy handedness” by government officers as they prepared to impound Cliven Bundy’s cattle. He said some officers “bragged about roughing up Dave Bundy, grinding his face into the ground and Dave Bundy having little bits of gravel stuck in his face.” Dave Bundy, one of Cliven Bundy’s sons, was arrested April 6, 2014, while videotaping men he suspected were federal agents near his father’s ranch.

 

Wooten contends that supervisory agents failed to turn over required discovery evidence to the prosecution team that could help the defense or be used to question the credibility of a witness, as required by law.

 

The top agents also “instigated” the monitoring of jail phone calls between defendants and their wives without consent from the U.S. Attorney’s Office or the FBI, Wooten wrote, though the memo noted that Steven Myhre, Nevada’s acting U.S. attorney who is leading the prosecution of the Bundys, stopped the practice.

 

Myhre couldn’t be reached for comment late Thursday. On Friday morning, Trisha Young, a spokeswoman for the Nevada U.S. Attorney’s Office, said the office declined to comment.

 

Cliven Bundy, sons Ammon and Ryan Bundy and Payne are accused of conspiring to block federal agents from enforcing court orders to confiscate family cattle on public land after Cliven Bundy failed to pay grazing fees and fines for years.

 

They’re also accused of using or carrying a firearm in a crime of violence, threatening a federal law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice and extortion. Their trial began Nov. 14 in Las Vegas.

 

Wooten accused Dan Love, the former special agent-in-charge of the cattle roundup for the Bureau of Land Management, of intentionally ignoring direction from the U.S. Attorney’s Office and his superiors “in order to command the most intrusive, oppressive, large scale and militaristic trespass cattle impound possible.” He described Love as immune from discipline, though Love eventually was fired from the bureau for misconduct in an unrelated case.

 

Wooten said he learned from other agency supervisors that Love had a “Kill Book” as a “trophy,” in which he essentially bragged about “getting three individuals in Utah to commit suicide,” following a joint FBI-BLM investigation into the alleged trafficking of stolen artifacts.

 

Wooten said his supervisor took photos in a secure command post at FBI headquarters in Las Vegas of an “Arrest Tracking Wall,” where photos of Cliven Bundy and co-defendant Eric Parker were marked with an “X” over them, and emailed out the photos, although no photos were allowed to be taken in that area.

 

Wooten called prosecutors in the Bundy case and told Myhre and Assistant U.S. Attorney Nadia Ahmed, as well as FBI special agent Joel Willis, of his fears that his supervisors weren’t sharing key witness statements with them.

 

On Feb. 16, Wooten said he asked Myhre if statements that Love made, such as “Go out there and kick Cliven Bundy in the mouth (or teeth) and take his cattle” or “I need you to get the troops fired up to go get those cows and not take any crap from anyone” would be considered evidence that must be shared with the defense. He said that Myhre replied, saying something like “we do now” or “it is now.”

 

Two days later, Wooten said his supervisor took him off the investigation and another Bureau of Land Management agent confiscated files from his office and from a safe in his office.

 

The material included computer hard drives, collected emails, text messages, case notes and “lessons learned,” Wooten wrote.

 

“These items were taken because they contained significant evidence of misconduct and items that would potentially embarrass BLM Law Enforcement Supervision,” the memo said. “I am convinced that I was removed to prevent the ethical and proper further disclosure of the severe misconduct.”

 

Wooten said his supervisor told him that Myhre “furiously demanded” that he be removed and that Myhre had mentioned something about the bureau’s failure to turn over all crucial evidence to his office.

 

Wooten noted that he was ordered not to contact the Nevada U.S. Attorney’s Office.

 

He said he believed Myhre “adopted an attitude of ‘don’t ask, don’t tell”’ or “preferred ignorance” when it came to potential information from the federal land management agency that would have been helpful to the Bundy defense.

 

He also said prosecutors relied on inaccurate talking points, particularly not disclosing at previous trials the fact there were government snipers on surveillance outside the Bundy Ranch before the April 12, 2014, showdown.

 

“Not only did Mr. Myhre in my opinion not want to know or seek out evidence favorable to the accused, he and my supervisor discouraged the reporting of such issues,” Wooten wrote.

 

Wooten said he had held Myhre in the highest regard, but believes his judgment is “clouded” by personal bias and a “desire to win the case at all costs.”

 

Wooten, now working as a bureau agent in Idaho, sent the memo to an associate deputy U.S. attorney general who serves as the U.S. Department of Justice’s national criminal discovery coordinator. He obtained the lawyer’s contact information during a training by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boise, Idaho.

 

“I have tried to resolve these issues through my chain of command but I have failed,” he wrote in the memo.

 

But he felt it was “his obligation” to report his findings, describing his memo as a “last resort.”

 

He didn’t return phone calls or messages Thursday night.

 

Cliven Bundy’s lawyer Bret O. Whipple declined any comment on the memo, and would only describe the new information received as “quite a development,” one he hadn’t seen in his 20-plus years of legal work.

 

“In my mind, I think the case should be dismissed by next Tuesday,” Whipple said. “I think I can get my client home for Christmas.”
