Government Force Supplants the Rule of Law


Justin Smith shares some thoughts that illustrate American Liberty has been eroded in stealth probably since at least 1913. Friends that is a timeframe of over a 100-years in which Americans have not paid attention. That slow Liberty erosion has empowered America’s HUGE alphabet bureaucratic agencies on ALL levels of government above the rule because the alphabets now make and enforce their extra-Constitutional rules as law. The Leviathan-bureaucrats are so brazenly powerful they openly defied the rule of law to install a lawlessly elected government. The Real Price of Freedom and Liberty

Americans know, when something bad is happening, and if anyone looks hard at this current debacle that has been building for years, it is obvious that there is this Huge Power holding America hostage, that’s incomprehensible to many of my countrymen. We see there isn’t any truly effective way in the halls of Congress and the state legislatures to properly influence it, let alone stop it and its destructive machinations. And, in the process of fighting this fight, we keep in the forefront of our minds and our hearts that the only thing most Americans want is to just be free, to respect other people and have those individuals respect them; we want to be protected by the law, in order that we may do those things we most desire and to enjoy an abundance of Freedom and Liberty. 

But most Americans can’t slog through all the nit-pick, nitty-gritty plethora of laws and regulations the government has built over the centuries. It’s as hard as anything to battle against the Monster — the Leviathan — that’s coming our way, as we fight to restore and preserve freedom and liberty. 

American freedom-loving Conservatives, Christians and Independents feel a resentment in their gut, that they are left defenseless, short of a great financial cost to filter through all the legalistic jargon, the terms and the reams of U.S. codes. 

Our rights are rights — Inalienable and God-given — and we shouldn’t have to buy our rights again through one legal battle after the next, one major hassle after another. The American people shouldn’t be put in the position of being in a constant battle with Big Centralized Government — or any government — that has the expertise and the major finances behind it, in order to “win” our rights again in any court, or eventually on any battlefield again, when that day finally arrives. 

Look at the number of times we hear of stories of regular citizens who fought the IRS or the ATF and beat them at a heavy cost to themselves. We hear them in the retelling saying, “I beat them, but it took me ten years (sometimes they may say 20 or 30 years) and it cost me twenty-thousand dollars”, and for many of us, we are left shaking our heads, because that sounds almost like a prison sentence. Twenty or thirty years and twenty-thousand dollars, or more, and one is left asking, “Who is the real winner here”, because they still get us anyway one looks at the situation.

One may have won, but they’re worn out and nearly physically and mentally broke by the fight, nearly literally “dead right”. It’s enough to sicken any real American Patriot to their very core and their own righteous conscience. 

Any American currently paying good attention full well understands the nation is on shaky ground these days in many respects and in many segments of our society. Americans are rightfully worried over government power growing exponentially towards tyranny and grabbing so much power that directly serves to negate, eradicate and trample on our freedom and individual liberty, to the point that U.S. citizens can be spied upon without any adherence to the 4th Amendment and people can be arrested and held for virtually any reason chosen by the arresting government agent. 

Americans are told so many times, by so-called “Conservatives” and establishment Republicans, that all you can do is beg the Tyrant to change to the point that they feel as though they’ve been kicked in the gut by the Government Boot again. We are told that we can commit our life to a long, slow trudge uphill in an attempt to reform the Leviathan and set the nation back on course to the Original Intent of the Founders and those traditions and principles upon which America was founded, and to hear so-called “leaders” take such a defeatist tact is disheartening and enough to give one a sinking feeling, one of drowning in an ocean’s tempest.

Is this really the price of Freedom and Liberty? Is this our only chance? Maybe to get elected and go to D,C., where we aren’t supposed to own a firearm according to the many D.C. officials, in order to stop tyranny? It’s close to an overwhelming mission to consider for the average U.S. citizen. 

There’s a miles long list of things we can do that have been suggested over the decades, by many politicians and pundits, that will serve to secure our rights more firmly in the future, but they all seem to pretty much amount to keep bowing and scraping, begging them and kissing their rings and maybe they will finally listen one day – if there’s enough of us confronting them. Well, here’s what is what in this matter. That doesn’t really resonate with me or any Free Born American’s spirit, our hearts and our minds, simply because however right they may be, their way goes against the grain of everything it means to be free, to be an individual able to live by way of an abundance of liberty and everything it means to be an American, in the truest sense of the name.

Many of us still hold knowledge that has seemingly been long forgotten by most of America, that may appear unconventional means to secure Freedom but are means that have existed throughout all of human history. 

There are many things for every American to consider, in regard to our massive government, this massive Beast we’re attempting to reform and draw back in line with the Principles of Freedom. One must understand one’s enemy, in order to understand their mechanisms and machinations and how we arrived at this point that we are virtually at the mercy of an out-of-control government, that acts as though we are here to serve the State, rather than acknowledge the fact that the government bureaucrats and elected officials are here to serve us, the American people. 

Anyone who would attempt to take away the rights that are granted to us all by God is an enemy to us all. Anybody issuing executive orders without any basis in statute and U.S. code, or a state code, and creates “law” from whole cloth, from nothing at all, on their arbitrary words and diktats alone, is an enemy of the American people. Anybody, who stands on their own authority to deny us our rights and demands we obey because they said so, are tyrants advancing tyranny in our country, and they are the enemy from within and the enemy of good, decent, righteous American Patriots, the U.S. Constitution and this America we love so well.

This places a large number of people in our “enemies” category, but that’s alright, because the truth is the truth and it must be recognized, if we are to right this nation and restore America.

Let’s look at the money situation, since this is the main tool of tyranny. The manipulation of our economic system and our currency was the start of getting America so far off base and far removed from Her Original Principles. And it all comes down to legal theory and what Americans allowed to be presented as “law” and enforced as such, by way of illegitimate means.

The Federal Reserve  is neither “federal” or a “reserve” in any true or legitimate legal sense of the words, since it is actually a cooperative of private banks that are named after their best customer. They are allowed to print up money out of thin air — to essentially print trillions of dollars from thin air — and then turn around and loan it to the federal government with interest. That’s a damn great deal for them, and it’s how they acquire so much of their own wealth, in large part; the Income Tax Act was passed in 1913 [Blog Editor: Actually the 16th Amendment passed Congress in 1909 and ratified by enough States in 1913], at the same time the Federal Reserve Act was passed, and it serves to pay them to some significant degree, too.

On Christmas Eve 1913 there wasn’t even a proper quorum of legislators on hand to legitimately pass these malignant, malevolent mechanisms of the Communists and Fascists into law. The entire affair was criminal as all hell, but to be expected from the fascist in the White House at the time, Woodrow Wilson, who was a strong proponent for Marxist and globalist machinations of the day. 

[Blog Editor: In 1913 there were 48 States. This means there were 96 Senators. According to Senate rules a quorum is plus-one of half the Senate. So today in 2021 at least 51 Senators need to be present to vote meaning something could pass the Senate a 26 to 25 vote. In 1913 the Senate quorum would have been 49 Senators present to vote. The actual vote passing The Federal Reserve Act was indeed fishy but not for a lack of quorum. The last paragraph of a Senate.gov post on the Federal Reserve Act reads as:

“On December 23, 1913, the Senate adopted the conference report by a vote of 43 to 25, with every Democrat present voting for the measure and all but four Republicans voting against it. (Twenty-seven senators were “paired” or chose not to vote.) Most senators immediately rushed to Union Station to catch trains home for the holidays, while the chief sponsors went to the White House. President Wilson signed the Glass-Owens Act at 6:00 p.m. He used four pens, then gave one to each of the leading sponsors. Wilson commented that he was not accustomed to using a series of pens. The Democratic whip, Senator J. Hamilton Lewis of Illinois, responded, “The bill itself was made in installments, Mr. President.” “Yes,” said Wilson, “and very slowly.” The Oval Office filled with cheers for what became the most lasting legislative accomplishment of the Wilson administration.”

Doing a little math. At 68 Senators were present in the voting process. That is well over the quorum threshold for 2013. The fishy part is 27 Senators DID NOT VOTE. BUT if those 27 Senators would have hung around to vote and joined the 25 who voted against the Federal Reserve Act. That would have been 52 nays sending The Fed into non-existence. An unimaginable harm to America was set in motion that year that would play out over the next century.

Printing up money from nothing is a terrible idea from a multitude of lines of reason, starting with the fact that dollars react to supply and demand, just like any commodity item or retail item in the market. When the number of dollars in circulation is increased, the value of each one of those dollar bills decreases. The value lost in those bills, or the retirement account many Americans rely upon, is value transferred to whoever printed those dollars, whether it’s the U.S. Treasury — as it once was — a counterfeiter, or the Federal Reserve Bank, as it stands today. 

This is the primary reason that our Founding Fathers, in their infinite wisdom, wrote in the U.S. Constitution that no state shall make anything other than gold or silver coin a payment in tender for their debts. This is brilliant, because gold and silver coins can’t be churned out on a printing press; America would be better off, if these criminals were actually printing our currency today, but they are simply holding down the zero key on their computers until they have enough of them to suit their spending projections and agenda, and they simply send them out in an email. 

The end result is enough hard-earned dollars and enough value has to be stolen from the American people in a significant quantity to make that email balance, to make it worth something, to authorize people to spend those new dollars they’ve just injected into the economy. Once these new dollars enter the economy, they cause prices to rise.

Once one examines the national debt as something one’s children and grandchildren are going to be stuck paying off for many long years, it is more than enough to make anyone angry. But there’s also another angle and dynamic in action with the national debt. In recent years, the government simply prints a massive new batch of money, destroying the current value of the dollar, while making more dollars necessary to do the same amount of work in the economy, due to supply and demand, and prices rise accordingly. And so, in a few years, when a Big Mac is $29.99, it’s just one sign of how we all end up paying the national debt, one way or another, in the here and now or on down the road where its effects are much more significant, dire and destructive to the nation on the whole.

It’s all pretty much an underhanded way to generate funds for Big Centralized Government and the Big Banks, because If the federal government had attempted to raise taxes to match their spending, they would have had a rebellion on their hands many years ago. This is essentially a backdoor method of taxation. 

For example, say one had a hundred thousand dollars in real capital and assets and the government sent them a tax bill for 30 percent. One might get pretty hot over seeing such a bill. So, rather than try to collect extra taxes in so obvious a fashion, our federal government, through the Federal Reserve Bank, simply prints a bunch of money, expanding the amount of money in circulation to meet their target, and it reduces the purchasing power of one’s dollars by the thirty percent they sought.   

Whether the government bills one $30,000 on a $100,000 or drives down the purchasing power of the dollar by thirty percent, it still robs the American people of the ability to redeem their currency for the full, proper and real asset value of the currency for a valuable commodity item or service that one may want. They basically tax us in a manner that doesn’t so readily hit us right between the eyes. 

Not only does this system weaken the individual in order to strengthen the government, but then they take the money they’ve stolen from us all and give it back to the states, with strings attached. The Feds dangle this money in front of the State, basically telling them, we will give you this money, if you will do this one thing and another to the people of your state; we are all currently witnessing this in the Education Department and the Biden administration’s advocacy of the racist Critical Race Theory and an agenda to target all conservative and Christian white people, standing in opposition to his Marxist/Maoist policies.

Once the State signs on with the program, it is essentially working for whatever agenda the money is tied to funding and implementing. This is the precise manner that the federal government has acted as an empire, under which all people serve it, rather than a republic in the service of a Free people with actual and very real rights by way of the Bill of Rights and as seen in Nature and under Natural Law created by God. 

God gave every human being a right to life, liberty and property and a corresponding obligation to defend those rights, as an individual and through the establishment of governments to do the same. 

Today, as our government and the elitist oligarchs in control of it have become greatly distanced from the real everyday Americans on the streets, and under normal circumstances, if our republic were functioning as envisioned by the Founders, their power should have been diminished by the people themselves, as any part of sound reasoning and under the rule of law. However, with the manipulation of the flow of money, where the Federal Reserve can just snatch the money away from the people and give it straight to the federal Government, the republic itself is severely damaged and ceases to function as a republic. 

This has made America more closely resemble an empire, where the chain of command follows the flow of money, and suddenly, all Americans find that the most far away, the most distant, the most inaccessible to ‘We the People’ of the federal and state governments, or even the international concerns and interests some of them, such as John Kerry, the Climate Czar, serve are telling us what our rights are and aren’t, in the manner of one granting privilege rather than administering actual codes created for and by the people themselves. 

Basically, the federal government is robbing the American people blind and giving the states a cut, to cooperate with them, too often against the best interests of the American people, just as we’ve all seen unfold via the COVID hoax and the exponential growth of power as it manifested itself on all levels of government, through mask mandates and mandatory statewide and nationwide lockdowns, along with the current push that is leaning towards mandatory COVID vaccinations.  The powers-that-be don’t dictate the terms of how and when the American people are to be subjugated — no — they just buy our supposed “representatives” and have them do the dirty work of betraying the American people. 

As an aside, one should note they do this in all the Western nations and any nation that utilizes Big Centralized Banking, fiat currency and currency manipulation to control its economy. 

They bribe our states away from us and make our states betray us. They give our sheriffs’ departments a bunch of federal money; and when we go there to tell the sheriff we elected that we demand protection from those who would trample on our rights, no matter what they call themselves or how they are organized, i.e. the domestic terrorists of Black Lives Matter and Antifa and the foot soldiers of the Democratic Party — since the sheriffs’ department is the one closest to the people of each community — too often a reluctant sheriff is found, because the very people we seek protection from are the people providing a large amount of that sheriff’s funding.

No better examples of this dynamic are seen than through the events that surrounded the standoff at the Bundy Ranch and the standoff at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon, where LaVoy Finicum met his death by murder at the hands of the FBI and the Oregon State Patrol, in his fight to secure states’ rights and stop the illegal seizure of states’ lands by the federal government; one local county’s sheriff was opposed to Finicum and the group of men he represented, while another nearby sheriff was very sympathetic and was going to meet with Finicum the day he was shot and killed. 

Now, many communities find themselves faced with a sheriff with split loyalties, because we’re no longer a free republic; we’re a monetized, inflationary empire. 

Many 1950s socialists, like John Maynard Keynes, were the drivers behind this current insane monetary and economic theory and the inflation associated with it. Keynes even acknowledged that robbing this money form people hurts them, but he justified it as a necessary means to an end, saying that the government’s use of that money in the economy actually boosted the economy and served the people better, in the long run. 

This is what has been taught in American business schools for decades, and the greatest percentage of those schools have been subsidized and funded for decades by those same fiat dollars that are creating America’s woes. Naturally, these schools are toeing the line to keep the money spigot open and flowing. 

However, the reality of this Keynesian monetary theory reveals that when the federal government robs the American people of their real capital, this action in no way creates investment, as suggested by socialist economists. It creates malinvestment, because it is an investment that has grown around artificial government dollars rather than a natural demand in the market. And so businesses grow around this stolen money that is unstable, traveling from place to place, and it creates a bubble — a stock bubble, a housing bubble, a tech bubble.

All of these bubbles that America has seen burst over the past three decades have had their origins in this injected stolen money. Now why is this good for politicians? This is good for politicians, because they can inject this money where their friends, their cronies, need it; they can inject it where they need votes and where they need cash donors for their campaigns. And this is the reason politicians love this system.

However, the bubbles also place politicians between a rock and a hard spot very often, as they also catch grief from foreign holders of U.S. dollars, because now they’re losing money. This prompts the halt to the cash injections and brings about the bursting of the bubble and the recession that follows. 

But if one looks at a high school textbook today, students are being taught that “depressions are causeless anomalies”. That’s FDR era bullshit. This is the state of our monetary system. 

And, regardless of any policy or law one wishes to analyze, America will also find that our Senators and Representatives aren’t nearly as powerful, as many of us would like to think that they are. Whenever one attempts to talk to any of these elected officials to get down to the hard brass tacks of why it seems to be such an ordeal for Americans to retain their freedoms and liberties, it becomes apparent that many of them are afraid of the Alphabet Agencies — the IRS, the FBI, the CIA, the ATF, the ECA, the DEA and any others I may have missed. Taken together, these agencies very nearly act as little governments unto themselves, and very often, they make their own rules and regulations that have the full weight of “law”, effectively circumventing the normal three branches of government, through what many of us recognize as administrative tyranny. 

Ask any federal employee of an agency or a bureau, what an agency or a bureau is and what is its real purpose and many times one will be met by blank silence, or a flatly stated “I don’t know”. It is a difficult thing to understand just what “service” the Internal Revenue Service provides to the American people, since it would actually seem to have been created purely to serve the interests of the centralized federal government. So many federal employees haven’t any real clue as to the real mission behind their respective agencies. But it would be most interesting to find who they are actually accountable to, since we saw several of them flatly refuse to obey legal and lawful orders from President Donald J. Trump during his tenure as President of the United States of America. 

How is this even possible in America today, in the 21st century?

These bureaus, agencies and unconstitutional species of government, they consolidate all three functions of the three branches of government into one. They create regulations that have the force of “law”. They have their own enforcers who will come out and knock a citizen’s door to the floor, if one isn’t following their rules, regulations and edicts. So right there we see the legislative and executive functions in action. Then, once a person is dragged out in zip-ties, that person goes before them for a review, before it actually goes to the actual judiciary and a “real” court, and in essence, this is how they circumvent the checks and balances of our government. 

This is a consolidation of all government powers and a parallel government and its administrative tyrannical controls, that are so entrenched and so powerful in our federal government and state governments too, our Congressmen and Senators are very often afraid of it too. What more proof does anyone need than what we witnessed from the FBI and DOJ, weaponized under Obama, that engaged in an outright counterintelligence operation and sedition, espionage and treason against a duly-elected sitting U.S. President. Even the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is so afraid that he crapped his pants at the thought of hearing anything remotely related to the Theft of the 2020 Election, so afraid that he wouldn’t even do his absolute Constitutional duty to hear Texas’s grievance over the election results and that massive fraud that occurred in states, such as Pennsylvania, Georgia, Minnesota and Arizona.

Congress is very nearly held neutered and impotent these days as real legislators. They even went so far as to certify an illegitimate election result founded on illegally acquired Electoral College Votes, on the false premise that President Trump’s supporters were trying to halt the results on January 6, 2021; when the civil unrest broke out and the Capitol Building was breached. Several Senators had already stated the election was stolen, but then backed away from that position after the Capitol unrest; that had nothing to do with the validity of the election results and those Senators’ actions were from fear of reprisals. If the election was considered stolen prior to January 6th, a group of people’s disruptive actions didn’t make that any less true that day or the next day, or a four months later. This is making the role of Congress very nearly ceremonial, reducing them to a sideshow at the local carnival. 

Americans must realize now more than ever that a greater hidden power within our government, whether it’s being directed by the military industrial complex, the CIA or whatever this entity called “the Deep State” may be, is something that was never behind the intentions of America’s Founders. Americans must face this and reckon with it now, soon, 

How many times have we witnessed Americans going up against the federal government, or even a state government, with everything researched and documented and all their Constitutional arguments more than sound and in full order, only to be denied relief or the victory based on the logic and substance of their accurate legal brief and presentation of their case? 

Americans often appeal to the government based on the rule of law, calling them on the carpet and before a court, based on logic and the Constitution, all ironed out and perfect — appealing to them — on the merits of law, and they still remain unheard and without satisfactory redress of their grievances or any real satisfactory resolution, that gives any of us the real sense that our government could give two hoots and a red cent about our Bill of Rights and our Inalienable God-given Rights. 

We see people appear before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, desiring to go all the way to the Supreme Court, only to hear some leftist activist judge say “We’re not going to hear your case”, and upon questioning them with “Why not”, one hears, “because you don’t have standing” or some other disingenuous lying-ass, two-faced arbitrary tyrannically motivated reason, much as the Supreme Court had the audacity to tell Texas it didn’t have standing in its case against the State of Pennsylvania.

This isn’t an oversimplification or an exaggeration. This is what they do and then it’s simply “next please” for them. 

One can have the entire case laid out perfectly from a Constitutional standpoint, for instance in the case of the 16th Amendment and the IRS being and unconstitutional entity and illegally “passed” piece of legislation. One can show how the Income Tax was never properly ratified and it’s an unconstitutional act that came about through a temporary war measure and place all the pertinent laws before the Court, laid out in perfect fashion, via U.S. code and “the rule of law”, and still one can lose, depending on one’s legal team and the judge on any given day. 

And there’s quite a few people who have actually fought paying Income tax based on these laws, with seventeen prevailing, but there are many more people who haven’t fought this or any other unconstitutional edict based on our laws, because — and here’s the secret — our government no longer operates under “the rule of law”. 

Our government operates under the rule of force. It’s not the rule of law but rather the threat of force that guides our domestic legal codes and their application and resolution these days. 

Look at the Oxford Dictionary and one finds the meaning of “terrorism” to be “the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.” Wow … if that doesn’t describe the Biden administration perfectly, I don’t know what does, especially now that they are targeting white conservatives, Christians and independents across the board as “radical extremists” and having Gen. Austin combing through the U.S. Military for “white supremacists”. 

Too many Americans submit to the government out of the fear of the possible consequences, while many others submit, because they believe if it’s “the law” they must do so, and if there is any discrepancy later found, it will be corrected in short order. And that’s exactly where we’ve arrived — the rule of force supplanting the rule of law. And that’s a terrible realization for any American to awaken to understand. 

Fear it or welcome it, but our government is not going to hear us until we speak in their language, the language of force. And while this doesn’t necessarily mean violence, make no mistake that I will kill in order to remain a free man and defend freedom and liberty for America’s children and their children’s children. 

We often hear many pundits ask someone “would you die for liberty?”, when the right question to ask is “would you kill for liberty?” If one will kill for liberty, it goes without saying that they are prepared to die for liberty.

However, force doesn’t necessarily have to be violence. It can be as simple as directing and pushing the government into submission to the law, through non-violent means, such as hassling it in between such a rock and a hard spot that it has to respond in the affirmative to one’s demands. 

One may not even have to do such a thing.

But we certainly won’t beat them at the polls because the people cannot overcome such an overwhelming force and votes that were bought and purchased through money that was stolen from us, in the first place. 

And the powers-that-be know this. They know that all they have to do is to steal enough money from a broad enough base — or just mail out ballots everywhere without any names associated with them for verification purposes — and give it to a big enough base to secure their re-election. They’ve figured it out and refined it over the decades, and they just keep sending the American populace back through those same turnstiles repeatedly, like a tired re-run of an old B movie, telling us to “vote ’em out of you’re angry”; and in the meantime, they laugh behind closed doors knowing they have an army of corrupt individuals awaiting their backing and payoffs to set them up to be “elected” (read “installed”) next.

As long as they keep the people focused on this single recourse of “vote ’em out”, they know they can keep the scam going for years. And if anyone in the right circle to see this as a fact speaks up to say, “this isn’t right”, they soon find themselves back on the outside looking in. 

This is the reason so many Americans feel that dull aching pain in their heart and a sinking feeling in their gut. They see the overwhelming nature of the Leviathan than confronts them and threatens everything in their lives that they hold dear. It’s as if they are tasked with throwing themselves in front of a speeding locomotive in order to try to stop it, knowing it’s not going to work, before they ever do it. 

Americans have sensed this for many long years, even if they never heard anyone speak of it before today.

Without a doubt, America is in dire straits and a more than difficult situation, as the calls are going out across the land for Her Patriots to rush to Her aid and Her defense. She needs Her heroes, wherever they are to be found.

Americans have gone through an exhausting process since 2000, and today many of us find ourselves hating the situation we find ourselves living in the here and now, for whatever the reason. We’ve been handed one insurmountable challenge after another, feeling somewhat defeated at times, as we try to fight our way out of the dark hard place we are at this time in history. It’s time for us to rise up and be all that history demands us to be for the sake of our children and their children’s children and all generations left to come. 

American Patriots are facing the most important mission of their lives, in stopping the current onslaught of the Democratic Party Communists under Joe Biden and the tyranny that is associated with him and his people. Bonds are being formed, as we see this is a fight that may actually require many of us to place our lives on the line, and there’s a good chance many of us won’t live to see the final days of this battle for Freedom in America. It’s a fight that will require leaders who can galvanize Conservatives, seize the day and bring them together in order to overcome the growing tyranny in our country and press on to ensure that the forces of Truth, Life, Liberty and God emerge victorious on the other side of this war, in which failure is not any option whatsoever, not for a people resolved to accept nothing less than complete and total Freedom and Liberty for themselves, their families and all those whom they love. 

Anyone who fears dying in the defense of Americans’ Freedom will be useless in this fight. For this to succeed, each of us must accept, that as much as any of us want to live to see a free America once again, some of us may die in the coming fight, that is certain to turn into a full-blown hot civil war in the not-too-distant future. Fight to live another day, fight for Freedom and Liberty, but fear not stepping on across that narrow divide between life and death with the stakes set so high for all who love this America so dearly.

Any nation that requires armed soldiers and police, fences and barriers surrounding its Capitol, in the manner the Biden regime has now placed around America’s Capitol in Washington, D.C., is no longer a nation. It is simply a geographical location controlled by men and women of a particular party, in this case, the Democratic Party, that are so immoral, corrupt and tyrannical in nature, that it does not trust the people, who supposedly elected its people by a landslide, and it is not trusted by the people. 

Any nation throwing its borders wide open to all arrivals regardless of who they are, without demanding documentation of who these people are, is no longer a nation. Instead, it is just another cosmopolitan gathering spot for the dregs and castoffs of the world, and in the case of the relatively wealthy country of America, more wealthy than most of the world only because it prints the dollar as if there’s no tomorrow, it is simply a massive spigot for the delivery of money, resources and welfare benefits to be stolen by those who have no right to them.

Any nation under the control of a [Dem-Marxist Political] Party that so obviously stole the last election is no longer a nation, not when half the nation view those in control, as being illegitimate, treasonous usurpers and traitors to the country. Something so vile as what we see ruling by fiat in our country today is tantamount to what one might expect to see in a Third World country ruled by a military junta, from a fenced in military compound called the Capitol.

Any nation that has a [Dem-Marxist Political] Party acting against the nation’s Founding Principles [Blog Editor: Look for ** after this paragraph of three posts listing secular oriented, Christian oriented then a combination. The combination post is old on Free Republic with dead source-links, but still excellent.] and Founding Documents and  towards its stated goal of transforming the government into something antithetical to its original constitutional republican form of government is not a nation, not when this Party completely upends, ignores and violates the existing Constitution of that nation at will — when it violates the Supreme Law of the Land — to effect the destruction of what came before. It is an occupied area under the control of its enemies from within and abroad, especially when the people once known as “citizens” are being told that they must pay $15,000 to each illegal alien invader crossing the southern border, in effect paying to ensure that the current dictatorship maintains plenty of support in any number of future rigged elections.

Any nation that has men and women running it, who have not a bit of compunction or twinge of conscience over violating every single basic human right — each inalienable God-given right — is not a nation of the people, for the people and by the people, rather it is an emerging new totalitarian regime and  hellhole in the making that loves itself, it’s psychopathic dictators and taking all the power that it can simply for the sake of having such enormous power. The United States of America might have been a nation, once upon a time, but now its monuments are being destroyed and its history is being erased and revised, so that America’s true history is read by our Communist Controllers, sitting within the D.C. Military Command Center, as if it is a new Fairy Tale, and what is presented for the Truth by these foul despicable denizens of the lowest levels of Hell sounds like something that only Satan himself could devise. The United States of America is no longer a nation, or a country united in any sense of the word or by any stretch of one’s imagination. It is a GPS spot on the globe facing its own certain destruction at the hands of its own people, who have joined hands with the Fascists, Socialists and Communists of the world. It is a people unprepared to reap what they have sown and a spot on earth that is soon to descend into an unbelievable, unimaginable abattoir and rivers of blood, unless the greatest numbers among them soon turn away from their current love affair with the godless, immoral teachings of Marx, Mao and the Cancel Culture and unite to return to the ways taught to the first American settlers from the great philosophers of Western Civilization and the Books of the Bible and the Word of the One True God, or, at the very least, a moral code that fiercely protects and defends our inalienable God-given rights for all.

I have posted with some frequency the thoughts of those who point to impending Martial Law or some sort of organized Patriot uprising to save the American Republic from the obvious crimes of an election coup to enthrone an illegitimate President with a protected criminal past of corruption with so much stench that I am convinced treason was and is involved. TODAY it is my sense those voices telling Patriots that Donald Trump will prevail via one fashion or another was more akin to a delusional pipedream.

I don’t know if these voices for a Patriot America were simply fed a steady diet of deception to assuage Americans while the Marxist Left completes the tightening of the vice totalitarianism or – GOD FORBID! They were a part of delivering false hope.

I pray to God Almighty that my assessment is wrong and on January 20 an awakened Patriotic Military throws off the emerging bands of despotic Dem-Marxist rule under the actual dark winter hands of Biden/Harris.

UNFORTUNATELY, I am convinced the ENTIRE instruments of government – Executive (especially the controlling unelected Deep State Bureaucracy), Legislative and Judicial Branches – are so tainted by lawlessness, the United States of America will descend into the Big Brother Totalitarian Banana Republic of America.

Politically, do NOT expect the rule of law to preserve the Founders Republic. ONLY We The People can do something politically. And that SOMETHING is NOT sitting on our hands hoping for the best. Just as in 1776 when American colonies became fed up with British governing tyranny. ONLY a 1776 mindset among THE PEOPLE can WE again rediscover the Freedom encompassing Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness individually rather than a cog of fiction by the tentacles of a controlling State. Amerikkans Are Content to Abandon Freedom

OR We Win Or We Die as Americans – Why Stand We Here Idle?

The note of the day coming from all corners of Conservative punditry is “Don’t give them an excuse to take it (Liberty), don’t give them an excuse”, as they admonish conservatives across America to be careful about speaking out on their rights to keep and bear arms as a right fundamental to maintaining all of our other rights. They add that everybody must refrain from speaking on the right to act violently in kind in self-defense when violently attacked.

And on top of this, we are witnessing Corporate America doing the bidding of the Marxist Communists and silencing Conservatives, and anyone who questions the results of Election 2020 in a manner that would make Stalin blush, all across social media sites, going so far as to have Twitter, Facebook, Google, Mozilla, Apple and Amazon all conspire to de-platform Parler (considered a site for Conservatives), even going so far as to essentially destroy its ability to function anywhere else as a business by taking down its servers. The server base that currently controls the internet is completely under the control of America’s communists and this is an existential threat to Free Speech and freedom and Liberty themselves.

Early Americans rose up to cast off this very sort of tyranny during our War for Independence, and while free speech is well and good, it’s purpose must always be in the service of those righteous and noble ideas that promote the greatest freedom and liberty for all people.

What we are witnessing today is an advocacy for tyranny, from the Democratic Party, that is essentially the Communist Party USA, that is being facilitated by Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the AOC Squad. Sure, they have free speech rights, but they do not have the right to implement an entirely new system that completely squashes our Inalienable Rights, the Founding itself, and takes away all semblance of freedom in our land. America’s covenant was one based on the preservation of those Inalienable Rights, which include the right to preserve and protect one’s private property, and as such, no real American can ever really compromise or even tolerate Democratic Party Communists within our society.

The Far Left has always been determined to take away freedom and liberty from all Americans, because, getting right down to brass tacks, Socialism is just another word for Totalitarianism.

Today, the American patriots have been reticent to take the field of battle, and it’s been the Communists of Antifa — the weepy, self-hating whites who have bought into the Bulls**t of the Critical Race Theory — Black Lives Matter and the New Black Panthers and all their fringe supporters that have been charging forward throughout every U.S. city attacking innocent people for their Conservative views and destroying any and everything that has anything to do with America’s Founding. America is under a hard assault from Her Amerikkans, those hard Far Left destroyers and Takers who believe they are owed something for past wrongs committed by a “racist” America, that have caused them no harm in this lifetime, since our government has worked tirelessly over the past sixty-five years to make certain that people of color have equality under the law, inadvertently creating an existing system that has actually ensured they have more rights than the average white person in America.

Elected officials everywhere have been taking our Liberty for the past 100 years, through compromise with the shiftless, Socialist Takers, who see government as an entity to provide for every single need of all the people, and the Far Left has been positioning their people and planning to suppress every Inalienable Right up to this very day, regardless of who was committing violence. And one must note, that even though the majority of violent events, nearly all the violence over the past century, have been plotted, initiated and executed by the Marxist and Maoist Communists of America, we heard nobody calling for greater crackdowns on any “peaceful protesters” until Conservatives finally responded in kind on January 6th, with their own “mostly peaceful” protest, after witnessing the Far Left violence of the Marxist groups of Black Lives Matter and Antifa burn entire cities to the ground, and in response to a stolen election and the looming presentation of an Imposter to the Presidency, Joe Biden, on the 20th.

On January 6, 2021 – one Black Lives Matter activist, John Sullivan, used a microphone, as he yelled to the crowd: “… we about to burn this s**t down… we got to rip Trump out of office … f**king pull him out of that s**t … we about to go get that motherf’er … it’s time for a revolution.” [Blog Editor: Justin’s above quote is only a fraction of the unintelligent profanity laced threats of violence against Trump and Patriots: HERE & HERE] The Justice Department has since [JOS] charged and arrested Sullivan on multiple charges. Irrefutably, a majority of Democrat Communists are hard-core malevolent beings who take extreme satisfaction in the pain and suffering of others, not so unlike their predecessors seen in the movements of Stalin, Mao, Fidel and Pol Pot, since their ideology isn’t fueled by an honest desire to help the downtrodden, but rather, it is fueled by an unhinged envy, anger and hate focused on illogical notions regarding class and racial differences and identity politics that only further divide a people. And no matter that some people have bought into the false promises of Communism, through their own ignorance or naïvetés, the primary drivers behind the Democratic Party and its Communist Platform and agenda are anger and hate.

Let’s not forget all the violence based on the false narrative of “systemic racism in America’s police agencies”, that was used to destroy parts of America in Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland, once again at the instigation of Black Lives Matter — an outright Communist organization through and through, from its supporters and funding to its leaders — and the New Black Panthers. Or the words of Barack Hussein Obama, the Terrorist-In-Chief, who said, “If they bring a knife, we bring a gun”, as he spoke about conservatives who might even consider defending themselves against the Communist-inspired violence.

In June 2019, regarding the violent protests seen in Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Dallas, ever more the radical Marxist, Senator Kamala Harris stated: “They’re not going to stop. This is a movement. I’m telling you. … and everyone, beware. … They’re not going to stop before election day in November, and they are not going to stop after election day. … And they should not, and we should not.”

Shortly after events on January 6th, all America heard the Leftist media breathlessly speaking of MAGA people and Trump supporters as “domestic terrorists”, since Communists always accuse their enemy of being guilty of the same things they themselves do. We also hear Joe Biden, the Imposter to the Presidency, call the DC protestors “insurrectionists” and “domestic terrorists”, after he called the incredibly violent arsons, looting and burning of American cities this summer “Peaceful Protests of Summer” for months.

Biden evidently doesn’t understand the terms “rule of law”, “dissent”, “protesters”, as he spoke the day after the Capitol unrest and harshly demanded of America: “Don’t you dare call them protesters. They were a riotous mob. Insurrectionists. Domestic terrorists. It’s that basic. It’s that simple.” If he fails to understand these terms, I’ll bet he knows the meaning of the words “Traitor” and Treason”, since he’s the embodiment of these terms.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently stated that she “almost died” in a confrontation with the protesters at the Capitol. Oh well. People died in Minneapolis, Kenosha, St Louis, Seattle and many other Democratic Communist controlled cities where their elected officials refused to uphold actual state law, and in many cases turned the law upside and abused and misused their power to violate those laws themselves, as they gave the Brown Shirt Fascist street soldiers of BLM and Antifa free rein to wreak havoc and mayhem, commit any heinous act of violence, and sow the seeds of chaos. It’s good that she got just a small taste of the same fear that was spread across America throughout this year.

In a recent [JOS] Instagram video, AOC said: “I did not think, I did not know if I was going to make it to the end of that day alive, and not just in a general sense, but also in a very, very specific sense and, you know, I think it’s an opportunity for a lot of us to talk about trauma as well.”

Let’s not forget that over two years ago, on October 4, 2018; a group of Leftist protesters took over a Senate Building in order to protest the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. In the ensuing chaos of that day, we saw actresses Amy Schumer and Emily Ratajkowski arrested, along with 128 other demonstrators, with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a New York Democrat, telling them that they were “speaking truth to power because you care about the future, you care about our children, you care about who is leading the country …”.

Well guess what. Conservative Americans care about who is leading the country, apparently much more than Leftists who have “elected” Joe Biden, the worse and most destructive individual they could have ever thought to elect.

And, if one really wants to look at one of the most chaotic moments in the takeover of a federal building, one should look at what happened on March 1, 1954 in the House of Representatives. Four Puerto Rican Nationalists, three men and a woman who were seeking independence for Puerto Rico from the United States, entered the visitor’s gallery above the chamber and took their seats, while having entered with handguns unbeknownst to anyone. (Remember that security protocols were incredibly lax back then).

Around 2:30 p.m., they opened fire onto the House Floor and unfurled a Puerto Rican flag, in an act of violence meant to draw attention to their demand for Puerto Rico’s independence. Clifford Davis of Tennessee was shot through one calf; Al Bentley had been shot through his abdomen and was stretched out on the floor; Ken Allison of Alabama was shot through one knee; and Ben Jensen of Iowa was shot in one shoulder, and the bullet bounced inside his body, as it traveled down to his waist.

On January 12th during a fairly thunderous press conference, acting U.S. Attorney for D.C. Michael Sherwin stated that law enforcement officials are treating the unrest at the Capitol “like an international counterterrorism investigation” and “looking at everything — money, travel records” with “no resource … unchecked”. This is set to be one of the largest investigations in U.S. history, as all fifty-six FBI field offices are involved, largely to give a nod to Biden, who isn’t even in office yet.

In just the exact same manner as Trump used the “police brutality” riots to justify an executive order that authorized a ten-year prison term for anyone who damaged federal property, America can now expect to see Biden and his AOC Commie Squad turn this to their advantage as they focus on naming all Christian Conservatives and Trump supporters “domestic terrorists”. And in fact, the day after the civil upheaval at the Capitol, Biden explicitly stated he has made it a priority to pass a law against domestic terrorism, and he has been urged to create a White House Cabinet post to oversee the fight against ideological [read anything deemed to be conservative] inspired violent extremists and increase funding for the fight, as noted by the Wall Street Journal.

This mess our elected officials have created continues to expand exponentially, since tens of millions of Amerikkans are content to abandon their freedom and liberty and hand themselves over to the “good will” of the Government, the Nanny Super-State, the Leviathan, a non-existent good will, such as it is, and ever more intent on growing its own power, whether Republicans or Democrats are in charge — people who demand cradle to grave care and damned the cost, so long as they can post their idiotic selfies to social media, where PhDs will continue to receive government financing for whatever thesis will get them a grant. And, in the meantime, the Socialist philosophy and the ideas of Marx are so deeply entrenched in public schools that America’s children graduate as idiots, counting on their fingers and unable to write a coherent paragraph.

America will soon have to awaken to the fact that when any country sows the seeds of stupidity, greed and envy in any area, whether personal, financial, cultural, religious, sexual or governmental, it reaps the whirlwind, chaos and the fires of destruction. The die was cast, long before I was born, and I hate this fact, and so should any righteous American who is pure of heart and longing to see freedom and Liberty thriving once more in our country.

There isn’t one American — who believes in the Founding Principles and American traditions [Blog Editor: American traditions based on Christian Heritage: HERE, HERE & HERE], God and the Rights of All men [Unalienable/Inalienable interesting trivia] as seen in Nature and delivered to us by God [Blog Editor: For me a complicated essay on “the laws of nature and nature’s God” under the title, “The Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God:
The True Foundation of American Law” by KERRY L. MORGAN culminates with this bit of lucid understanding:

And therein lies our problem, since the Democratic Party Communists are unwilling to leave people alone to thrive in their freedom, because they need to exert controls through government, to threaten, coerce and otherwise intimidate people to give up their wealth, in order to provide for their followers and their own oligarchical aristocracy, who believe in stealing the wealth of others so they may live like kings.

And although some question the attribution of the following quote to Hans-Hermann Hoppe, it has long been asserted that he once told a reporter that, “men will never be free (and I would add Liberty will not be safe) until the last democrat is strangled by the entrails of the last communist”, and I am in a thousand percent agreement. Each successful Leftist totalitarian infringement against our freedoms leaves Conservative Americans less and less choice and fewer options, other than actual civil war to take our country back. However, even though most Americans are no longer truly free, whether they realize it or not, they have grown fat and comfortable, just like fatted hogs or budgies are in their pens and cages.

And so, the question becomes — How far will the infringement on our freedoms have to go before the majority of the people rise up against the rising forces of tyranny in our society and the halls of our government? How much more abuse and violence are freedom-loving Americans willing to suffer at the hands and behest of criminal, treasonous Democrat Communists who do not truly seek co-existence in a peacefully governed America, but rather they seek ultimate and total control, to create a State in which their Marxist ideology is the final word and a hellish totalitarian “Socialist” regime reigns supreme, one in which there is no place for Conservatives who believe in those first principles set forth by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence?

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed …”.

Hear that? “… deriving their Just Powers from the CONSENT of the Governed”, not by way of threats, intimidation, violence and the planned and coordinated destruction of our nation’s cities and monuments, or the murders of innocents.

As we prepare to restore America, as best we can in light of all the damage already done, one would do well to prepare themselves as if they’d already arrived at the end of their life. It’s time to balance our books and call for a full accounting from all America’s traitors, as we put the finishing touches on our lives and perhaps leave this world, with the knowledge we lived our lives well to the very end.

The terms are simple. We win or die.

However, far too many Americans have grown to adulthood, living fat, dumb and relatively happy under this government stupidity that has become a virtual norm for society, and thus the Leftstream media and social media too, who live only to lick the hand that feeds them and slaps Conservative America in the face. And the normal, independent, freedom-loving Americans aren’t yet quite angry or afraid enough to do the necessary hard things to take their rights and their futures in their own hands, restoring the Founding Principles and Liberty across the land, all but myself and the few thousands or millions of true American Patriots who are done tolerating the tyranny that runs roughshod over us all today.

Similar to Ireland’s Bloody Sunday in 1920, America will have many Bloody Sunday’s before the pot finally boils all the way over. But in this moment and in the aftermath of January 6, 2021; it’s without a doubt that the fragile bond between the American people and our government has been broken forever.

Over the past 65 years the Far Left has probed, prodded, provoked and pushed Conservative America and the weak, ineffective, too often compliant Republican Party into one flawed “compromise” after another, with each one costing us all an untold cost to our freedom and liberty that is now revealing itself in today’s events. Each poke, each provocation pushed us one step closer to the abyss of tyranny, and one day, that last “next step” will move the good and decent Americans, who love the Founding Principles and Freedom and America’s traditions — men and women who have tried to win converts to the cause of freedom in order that their grandchildren may inherit a world in which they are truly free — to do the unthinkable.

The rule of law has been so corrupted that it has done nothing but let Americans down time and again, as blatant corruption has become the rule and compromised politicians, activist judges and federal agencies have gone against America’s best interests and individual Liberty and Inalienable Rights.

On the day of the last “next step”, tired and furious Americans will take the hard task at hand and rise up to kill every last damned anti-American rat-bastard liberal, Democrat, Communist, Socialist, Antifa and BLM member in the country, at a rate that will make a course correction for America overnight. This day will be the day that American patriots so thoroughly execute America’s domestic terrorists and enemies from within, that we will never again need have this discussion, as every Democratic Communist and sympathizer and supporter — teachers, doctors, lawyers, journalists and CEOs alike and anyone who betrayed the American Founding along the way — are taken out and shot or their throats slit, to the point that the streets run slick with their blood … Unless we wait too late and allow the tyrants to consolidate their power and ingrain themselves permanently into the seats of government.

The President who once stated “America will never be a socialist country”, President Donald J. Trump, is currently taking America down a path far and away from the free market and liberty, in general, in a manner that will only succeed in creating a situation for a greater economic collapse in the future, and perhaps the final collapse. He is answering the current economic collapse with big government, massive spending solutions, handouts and social projects, in the fashion of President Franklin D. Roosevelt, whose authoritarian policies ushered in a decade of economic misery and extended the disastrous effects of the Great Depression by years; and, this is certain to end badly for America, as the country is led further towards a deep depression and complete socialism, and, quite likely, greater control over all society, falling into a more extreme political environment and full blown Statism [Blog Editor: Statism defined – Your Dictionary and Ayn Rand Lexicon].

 

All Americans should be filled with some great degree of fear and anger as We recall President Trump at the White House, well-intentions or otherwise, recently stating, on April 13th: “When somebody is President of the United States, the authority is total. The governors know that.” This is such an egregiously outright erroneous, factually and historically inaccurate statement [Blog Editor: 10th Amendment and Implication] as to boggle one’s mind that any elected official, much less a sitting President, would so easily and assertively let such a remark pass their lips. This shows that Trump is neither the “stable genius” or the friend to the Constitution he portrays himself to be, and he isn’t anywhere close to understanding anything whatsoever regarding our U.S. Constitution and our nation’s founding; and it sends a flood of hot anger through me to hear such an anti-freedom and anti-liberty view held by a man who is sworn to defend freedom. [Blog Editor: President Trump can be infuriating when he makes 10th Amendment mistakes but on a personal level I’m not ready to toss him under the bus because he is used to corporate management despotism (remember, “You’re fired!”?), doesn’t mean Trump is averse to private correction. I suspect private correction has occurred because Trump has already walked back the I am totally in charge attitude toward the States. No matter how often President Trump screws up he drives Dem-Communists and their MSM propaganda tools nuts. As long that happens I’ll look for the best and pray the worst Trump decisions don’t activate the worst ends. But that is me – the Blog Editor.]

 

President Trump may as well have simply stated, “I am the State.”

 

This national shutdown of America by the Federal and State governments has crushed nearly every business in the country and put millions of Americans out of work, in the process, that also resulted in a crash in tax revenues at the federal, state and local levels. If the economy remains debilitated by government interference beyond May 1st, America is looking at an economic decline, a Greater Depression, that will not see its end for two decades, give or take a few years.

 

The best thing that could have been done was to allow the economy to continue to operate and function as normally as possible, rather than shut the nation’s entire economy down in a panic over a virus that represented so minimal a threat to the greatest majority of the people [Blog Editor: The Sweden and Brazil approach to COVID-19 you won’t hear about from MSM]. Somehow, the new Trump GOP was unable to use any semblance of cogent thought to arrive at this same conclusion; and so, they succumbed to the badgering of the Democratic Party Communists and passed the $8.3 billion vaccine bill, the $100 billion relief and paid leave package and the $2.2 trillion all-encompassing Dream Bailout — most of it is corporate socialism, as they currently propose several more $2 trillion packages that double-down on all the “Free Stuff” that was contained in the first Trump stimulus, that passed without any debate on a voice vote rather than an actual recorded vote.

 

Trump, RINO globalists and Trumpified “Republicans”, now Bernie Sanders socialists, have joined hands with the “progressive” Democratic Party Communists to open the U.S. Treasury to a massive theft that would create an indescribable envy in the hearts of the New Deal porkers, the Great Society big spenders and the Obama cartel cronies. And, as they also move towards a $2 trillion or more “stimulus/infrastructure” bill, and a deficit that will be $3 trillion this year and next, they are engaging in a fiscal drunken revelry that will leave America with outrageous and criminal debts, political dysfunction and economic debilitation and catastrophe for decades to come.

 

Look at what these criminals advocated and passed and then tell me they don’t need to be hung from the railings of the Capitol Building:

 

$25,000,000 for additional salary for the House of Representatives (Doesn’t that just blow your mind?)

 

$20,000,000 for UPS (for who knows what)

 

$300,000,000 for the Endowment for the Arts (as if they said, “Let’s do it. They’ll never know)

 

$300,000,000 for the Endowment for the Humanities

 

$435,000,000 for mental health support (that’s a lot of suicide hotlines)

 

$30,000,000,000 for the Department of Education stabilization fund (WOW, that’s massive. They need it to complete the indoctrination of children into the Communist ideology. I wonder how much goes to the socialists of the NEA?)

 

$200,000,000 to Safe Schools Emergency Response to Violence Program (because the virus causes students to be violent???)

 

$720,000,000 to the Social Security Administration (However, only $200,000,000 of this goes to benefit people. The rest goes to administration costs.)

 

$25,000,000 for Cleaning supplies for the Capitol Building (Yes it’s true. See page 136)

 

And these few examples don’t even begin to scratch the surface of the theft that is being perpetrated against the people through a massive bill that amounts to nothing less than a Grab Bag of Goodies for Congressmen, the lobbyists and their crony criminal CEOs and Wall Street.

 

The Democratic Party’s opposition to helping small businesses and their preference for handing out checks is sheer malevolence; in that they will hand a person a fish to feed them for a day and stand nearby as their policies destroy people’s ability to remain gainfully employed. Jobs and pensions alike are being destroyed as we speak. The Democratic Communists and Republican Statists and Communists have no consideration of the consequences of their actions [Blog Editor: Sadly, Justin is 100% correct], and they will eventually have to raise taxes as any future attempt to issue more debt will prove difficult in the midst of an economic collapse. One cannot help but see this as a deliberate move to force a Universal Basic Income in place of employment in order to create a larger welfare state. And the Paycheck Protection Act is simply one more big government program that facilitates this very thing.

 

The Communists within our government barely did achieve the 216 members’ presence for a quorum, of sorts, after Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) demanded it and went on to suggest they were trying to subvert the Constitution. Although President Trump and former Senator John Kerry (D-Mass) criticized Massie for the move as “grandstanding”, Massie pushed back stating that it wasn’t “grandstanding” when one defends the Constitution.

 

Massie further justified his dissent, stating, “I came here to make sure our Republic doesn’t die by unanimous consent in an empty chamber, and I request a recorded vote.”

 

Americans understand what it means when seventeen millions of their countrymen — a full 10 percent of the workforce are added to the unemployment rolls in the past month, with projections that suggest it could go as high as 47 million, if not ended soon. We are appalled to see modern day bread lines at local food banks stretch for miles in the heart of America’s once proud cities, such as Philadelphia, and we — at least the Conservative Americans — are angered at the knowledge our fiat Monopoly Money debt rises over $24 trillion and the Sovietization of Wall Street and our economy has been completed by the Federal Reserve Bank.

 

Americans also understand what it means when billionaires such as Bill Gates start explaining that only their new experimental mRNA vaccines will release us from this nightmare and provide us with the “certificates” that allow us to return to work. We — the Christians and true Conservative liberty-minded Americans — are truly angered to hear of threats to mark us with invisible ink tattoos, and we are infuriated to hear them say that we will not be able to buy or sell and participate in the economy until we can prove our “immunity”.

 

It means that the New World Order is upon us and charging at a furious rate of speed to finish the job of ending America’s republic.

 

Never did the simple, plain good and decent Americans suspect that someday their so-called “protectors” and “leaders” would lead them to the slaughter, but while some may say we were stupid, by and large, far too many Americans are naive and innocent [Blog Editor: It is this Editor’s current opinion that business mogul turned President Trump is among the naïve though probably not innocent] when it comes to seeing through their government’s Machiavellian machinations. They are trusting, peaceable and cooperative by nature, and that is nothing to be derided. If it weren’t for the predatory criminals in our midst who gain seats in all levels of government, their failings could be seen as virtues.

 

To date, an unimaginable number of our political, financial, corporate, religious “leaders” at every level, such as Jerome Powell, Steven Mnuchin and Larry Kudlow, have revealed their true nature and their willingness to violate moral and ethical codes to facilitate the current Trump agenda, that does not align with the Constitution or the views of liberty-minded Americans. They, like top federal bureaucrats and Congressional leaders, have confirmed they are one party, that is loyal to corporate and banking interests, and completely willing to destroy the livelihoods of nearly all Americans to keep the top one percent enriched and empowered. And, more than likely, they will continue to do so until every manjack among us picks up a rifle and puts an end to it all, in order that Americans may one day achieve real freedom and liberty.

 

So my mission is to awaken all my countrymen and say, “Fight like Hell to save Freedom and Liberty in America!”

 

Free born Americans do not need permission to buy and sell anything, to leave our homes to assemble and speak our minds, because the government doesn’t have the right to know where we are, who we meet or what we are buying and our every move each hour of the day. Each of us are free to leave our homes as we desire and wish, for any reason, including work, despite illegal “orders” from incompetent or criminal “leaders” on the advice of intelligentsia knaves and fools far too willing to serve an agenda that destroys liberty in America. [bold text by Editor and I concur.]

 

There are dark forces using this virus for ulterior motives and creating an economic collapse that will cost more lives than anything we will ever see from COVID-19, and, as the veil of civilization is pulled aside, everything past generations have fought to secure and achieve is now at risk. The economy expanded and life expectancy increased all due to the prosperity initially created in America’s earliest years of constitutional governance and unfettered capitalism. Now, that is all being undone.

 

Not one single red-blooded freedom and liberty loving American should ever be willing to sacrifice their liberty and freedom for the safety and security of a corporate fascist oligarchy that has bastardized our Constitution and now pretends to be a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Any liberty mistakenly abandoned may never return to us, or it may be a long time coming.

 

Our fragile constitutional Republic and civilization itself rests in our hands. It will take a people with great courage to defend our **Founding Principles, if we are to survive as a civilization, society and nation. So long as we remember the blood of our brave ancestors flowing through our veins and remain brave ourselves, in the face of great adversity and danger, our desire to live free will never be extinguished and it will burn brightly in the lamp of Liberty forever.

Confronting the Leviathan of the COVID-19 Crisis

The COVID-19 outbreak has made one thing clear: we are a nation that is quickly forgetting how to be free. How many people, in the face of economic panic, have knelt before our elected officials and financial authorities, yearning to be led out of this crisis and made secure in their livelihoods? How many people have taken comfort in the small amount of safety that comes from knowing that millions are not allowed to go to work and support their families, or leave their homes for anything other than what the government deems necessary?

 

Increasing Government Powers

 

How many have taken comfort in knowing that the police, in complete violation of the fourth amendment, are conducting unwarranted searches for civilians not following quarantine mandates? How many have gained a sense of peace in the idea of forced checkpoints and the government’s ability to dictate what companies ought to produce? How many people have taken comfort in their measly share of the $2 trillion stimulus package, which was financed from their own income and savings in the first place? And how many people have marveled at the government’s power to indefinitely shut down the economy and bring millions of lives to a halt?

 

It appears we live in a nation of people who have chosen to dismiss, or are blissfully ignorant of, the wealth of historical evidence—expertly documented in Robert Higgs’s Crisis and Leviathan—which lays bare the state’s tradition of arrogating unwarranted powers during crises and emergencies, powers that never fully recede from its arsenal of economic and political manipulation once the crisis subsides. Higgs described this pattern as the “ratchet effect” and documented its unfolding throughout critical events of the 20th century—most notably the Great Depression and both World Wars.

 

In each crisis, the government assumed incredible powers to manipulate both the economy and the court of public opinion. For example, World War I alone saw the initiation of the War Industries Board, the War Labor Board, the Espionage Act, the Food Administration, the Fuel Administration, the Railroad Administration, and many others. The War Industries Board and War Labor Board, for example, represented one of the most invasive economic planning attempts by our government to date. And the Espionage Act, created to prohibit interference with military operations, military recruitment, and punish enemy support, was also used to silence opponents of the draft and those who exercised their right to speak out against American involvement in the war.

 

After the war ended, every bureaucratic creation mentioned above was formally scrapped, except for the Espionage Act, which remains on the government’s books to this very day. Be very alert my fellow Conservative Americans!

 

I’m on the email list of Israpundit. Israpundit is a Pro-Israel blog founded and operated by Ted Belman. Israpundit does a lot of the same thing I do in cross posting interesting content from other sources. My Israpundit email list for 8/25/19 had the title “Who Is Antifa?” by Ray DiLorenzo of “STAND UP AMERICA” listed fifth. With all the Antifa violence going on, especially in Portland Oregon, the title piqued my interest.

 

Before I followed through with a cross post myself, I thought I’d do a little checking into Stand Up America. So I Googled it (Yeah I know, I should have Duck Duck Go’d it). I typed in “Stand Up America” and went to the first entry on the Google search engine. I was stunned!

 

The page loading from https://www.standupamerica.com/ is the word “RESIST” in large bold caps. Realizing these days that “RESIST” is the mantra of the Dems to all things relating to the Trump Administration, I warily scrolled down. Here are the words that greeted my curiosity:

After the 2016 election, millions of progressives came together in the Stand Up America community to resist Trump’s dangerous agenda. We’re now focusing our efforts on standing up to the Trump administration’s corruption and strengthening our democracy across the country. I thought, “WHAT?!” That description didn’t sound like a website that would expose Antifa but rather a website that would promote Antifa ideology. So I went to the website’s About Page for further clarification:

Stand Up America began in the weeks after the 2016 election, when hundreds of thousands of concerned Americans came together online to organize and resist Trump’s dangerous agenda. My God! Stand Up America sounds like a hate America-hate Trump Antifa sympathetic website. That couldn’t possibly be the folks Israpundit was cross posting to expose the Communist background of anti-American ideals of Antifa, right?

 

So I came to my senses and Duck Duck Go’d “Stand Up America” coupled with the author of the Israpundit exposé post’s name – Ray DiLorenzo.

 

And Shazam! I discovered DiLorenzo’s name was associated with another “Stand Up America.” To be precise though, the name is “STAND UP AMERICA US FOUNDATION.” And the URL is “http://www.standupamericaus.org/sua/”. The key being evil “Stand Up America” is a dot-com and good “Stand Up America” is a dot-org.

 

Stand Up America US’s About Page promotes the American principles of the U.S. Republic the Founding Fathers would have been proud. And NOT the concepts of “Democracy” that would have Founders churning in their graves:

Antifaschistische Aktion, abbreviated as Antifa or anti-fascist, was an organization affiliated with the Communist Party of Germany that existed from 1932 to 1933. In the postwar era the historical organization inspired new groups and networks, known as the wider Antifa movement, many of which use the aesthetics of the historical Antifaschistische Aktion, especially a modified version of its logo. There is much confusion as to who Antifa is, and what they stand for. First, let’s define fascism that they say they are against: Fascism is a set of political beliefs that includes strong control of society and the economy by the state, and the halting of any resistance. In a fascist nation, private enterprise would continue, but all private commercial endeavors would be heavily controlled by the state. Examples would be Nazi Germany and Mussolini’s Italy.

 

In a Communist society, all means of production would be owned and controlled by the state. Communism is theoretically classless and egalitarian. In reality, the ruling class always does very well. Examples would be the former Soviet Union, Communist China, Cuba, Vietnam, Laos and North Korea. All have had to introduce some form of capitalism to survive, some more than others. There are no pure Marxist systems in existence today. It simply does not work.

 

Hitler expelled the Communists from Germany in the early thirties as they were stealing his thunder and his voice. The Fuhrer was very impressed with Mussolini’s fascism and how effective it was, hence the fascist/Nazi alignment during World War II. These deported German Communists hit the U.S. college circuit, joining every major university, until they have now almost completely taken over our education system.

 

Fascism and Communism are not opposite ends of the spectrum, rather, they are first cousins on the left. Both are secular socialist with power being absolute with no opposition tolerated, especially from God. No natural rights, only that which they choose to dispense.

 

On Monday, a disenchanted former Antifa member was interviewed on Fox News. He was as confused as so many others. He called Antifa the real fascists. No, they are not fascists. Antifa was and is primarily a global Communist movement using fascist tactics…breaking up meetings, rallies, destroying property, clubbing a few people, etc. They use the moniker ‘anti-fascist’ to keep you confused with no idea as to their real intentions. Democrats don’t speak out because they are close relations…the militant wing of the party doing the dirty work, but keeping enough space between them to distract you. Democrats are not strangers to militant wings, hence the KKK.

 

They both have all the earmarks of beginning as organized crime. If someone wants free stuff from the government, they vote or support those that promise it. The money is taken from those that do work (oppressors) and gives it to those who won’t work (the oppressed). It’s a social & political contract. Give me power, I give you free stuff and will protect your receivership. Of course, if you give them enough power you will eventually no longer have a vote or a choice in the matter or even the free stuff.

 

Democrats love to promise what they know is impossible just to sit back and watch the Republicans say no, and then with expressions of righteous indignation explain in a press conference that Republicans just don’t care. Republicans fall for it every time.

 

Antifa are people that have been indoctrinated that America is an illegitimate country, built on the backs of slaves, racist to its very core where common citizens, especially those of color, have no chance at a decent life. They have been stirred up to a point of hate. They are either ignorant of history or just lying to themselves.

 

To Antifa, anyone that disagrees with them, is not entitled to free speech. Heck, anyone who disagrees with Democrats is labeled a racist, homophobe, whatever. They both see themselves as the arbiters of morality even while they are assaulting people and killing babies. Conservatives are not fascist. If there are fascists in this country, they will reside in the Democrat Party. What group of politicians works the hardest to control every aspect of commerce and limit freedoms?

 

If a group is going to seize power or arrange a civil war, you need a reason and that always points to a class of people, a faction, an enemy. And the Left is busy creating just that…an enemy they need to destroy in order to achieve their ends. You know, the middle class ‘racists’, ‘white supremacists’, ‘deplorables’, conservatives…all the people that are representative of the people that built this country. That would be everyone that isn’t a socialist, whatever the race. Hitler and Stalin would be proud.

 

The immediate goal of Antifa and the Left is to create chaos with anarchy close behind. The Antifa website, itsgoingdown.org admits that Antifa members are either Marxists, Maoists or anarchists. They urge their followers to make the country ungovernable and to participate in mass insurrection and physical violence….anarchy.

 

Many Democrat-controlled cities are close to anarchy now. San Francisco and Los Angeles are becoming unlivable. Dallas will not bother prosecuting theft unless it is over $750. Even the New York Times admits that Democrat-controlled cities are unlivable and that is saying a lot.

 

Why does the Left ignore Antifa? Why do they demand that prison populations be reduced? Why is the rule of law being assaulted? If violent demonstrations and mass shootings continue…the people will demand a heavy-handed response from the government…especially gun confiscation, making the country ripe for takeover. I am not convinced that the mass shootings as of late are totally unrelated. They seem to fit the intention nicely. Do not assume they wouldn’t stoop to such a low.

 

Who is funding Antifa has proven difficult. They are highly decentralized with loose affiliations with other groups. What we do know is that the Democrat Party and George Soros have used paid protest organizers and protesters in the past. We don’t believe the protesters are motivated by money, but rather their hatred of America. George Soros has an affiliation with Antifa through a group called The Alliance for Global Justice that supports Refuse Fascism, an Antifa group. Their goal is to “Drive out the Trump/Pence regime.”

 

There is no strong Fascist movement in America, but there is a strong Communist presence. Popular phrases such as social justice that Obama put into fashion are popular communist signals. The movement is now filled with every disenchanted dirt bag, with built-in Antifa Brown Shirts in attendance in case you’re not listening. This is no longer politics, but an attempt at a Communist/Socialist takeover of this country.

 

As we get closer to the 2020 election, and especially if the Democrats lose, I see cities like Portland, Oregon and a town near you descending into total chaos as the Left gets more aggressive in their attempt to be rid of Trump and the America we love.

 

If we do not get a handle on this problem soon, Western civilization will resemble a post-apocalyptic Mel Gibson movie.

A Steady Erasure of America’s Culture

Contrary to what anyone might think, including the hardcore Democratic Party communists and their Antifa buddies, there is absolutely nothing socially redeeming, insightful or advanced and “forward thinking” in the “progressive” ideas that advocate “kill whitey” and set forth the fallacy that all conservative Christian whites must also be “white supremacists”, who must be punished for slavery and the crimes of their ancestors. Although their identity politics agenda has always been a grift, a con, and cover for their anti-white agitation, in times when they couldn’t simply be in the open with their hatred for “whitey” as they are now, whether the hate comes from self-loathing Leftist whites or from people of color, the hardcore Democrat socialists and communists and Antifa fascists currently inject hatred of whites into every conversation and keep a quiet low-grade riot, a hum of hate, boiling just under the surface waiting to explode and destroy America’s domestic tranquility.

 

I’m guilty of nothing except loving America, so I won’t be checking my “white privilege” anytime soon, and I suggest any other white people should stop buying into this racist nonsense, that somehow we are guilty for having benefited from our Forefathers’ sins of slavery. I accept none of it.

 

Far from “white supremacy”, the average white male has consistently been denied equality for decades. They have been discriminated against in university admissions and employment, and especially most recently, free speech is denied to them. Google fires white males for stating facts. The ridiculous overused charge of white supremacy is now being used like a club to beat the white people to the back of the bus, in a dangerous machination to propagandize white people out of existence.

 

I’ve always been proud of who I am, a strong willed American patriot — who also just happens to be white. But for me, race has never been something I concerned myself with too much, other than times I have addressed some inconsiderate and insulting bigoted and racist remark or action aimed at any person, regardless of their color, white, red, yellow or black. And I always looked more at the content of one’s character, their race being secondary to everything and of little importance to any interaction I might have with them, unless it was an issue for them.

 

The 1965 Immigration Act was signed on October 3rd, before an entirely white audience on Liberty Island, with Ellis Island in the background, after extensive promises that it wouldn’t alter America’s demographic, political or cultural sectors. However, it proved to be a revolutionary bill that has gutted our immigration quota system, blocking most Europeans’ efforts to immigrate to America, a contrived ploy by “progressive Democrats” such as Senator Ted Kennedy, who claimed our system was “discriminatory”; they understood that most of the Third World would vote Democrat when any of their members reached our shores. And look at America’s diseased multicultural socialist population today, from Black Lives Matter to the New Black Panthers and Antifa to CAIR [SA DTN, National Review, IPT, Anti-CAIR to name a few aware exposés] and the Muslim Brotherhood [SA DTN: ‘THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD’S “GLOBAL PROJECT FOR PALESTINE”’, DTN: ‘THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD’S “GENERAL STRATEGIC GOAL” FOR NORTH AMERICA’, CEP: ‘THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD’S TIES TO EXTREMISTS’, Gatestone Institute: ‘History of the Muslim Brotherhood Penetration of the U.S. Government’ and CIRC: ‘Barack Obama’s Support for the Muslim Brotherhood’], and even La Raza [La Raza Unida and National Council of La Raza (as of 7/11/17 aka UnidosUS)].

 

For the past fifty-five years, Americans have watched a steady erasure of their culture occur right in front of them, with even their art being deemed “racist” due to its depiction of Historical FACT, in a blatant and arbitrary manner, as Third World hordes of invaders, often socialists and anarchists, swarm the nation and revise our history in their attempts to obliterate our cultural identity, that was once indisputably European and First World in nature. There was absolutely no moral imperative to pursue such a destructive agenda and this purge, but the anti-American, anti-freedom and anti-liberty forces within our own Congress and federal government decided to weaponize immigration, as a means to circumventing and eventually eradicating our U.S, Constitution and the very Founding of America.

 

Thomas Jefferson once said: “When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.” [Blog Editor: In researching this quote, I discovered many quotes attributed to Jefferson used in relation to the 2nd Amendment and rebellion were not ever written or spoken by our 3rd President. That includes Justin’s quote used above. BUT many of those falsely attributed quotes of Jefferson reflect Jeffersonian sentiments. For example here is an excerpt from Jefferson to Madison dated January 30, 1787 reads:

 

“I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.1 Unsuccesful rebellions indeed generally establish the incroachments on the rights of the people which have produced them. An observation of this truth should render honest republican governors so mild in their punishment of rebellions, as not to discourage them too much. It is a medecine necessary for the sound health of government.”

 

And an excerpt from Thomas Jefferson to John Cartwright dated June 5, 1824 reads:

 

“the constitutions of most of our states assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves, in all cases to which they think themselves competent, (as in electing their functionaries executive and legislative, and deciding by a jury of themselves, both fact and law, in all judiciary cases in which any fact is involved) or they may act by representatives, freely and equally chosen; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; that they are entitled to freedom of person; freedom of religion; freedom of property; and freedom of the press.” (Underlined emphasis is mine)]

 

It is not justice when our government abdicates its primary responsibility to defend and protects the people and culture that placed it in power, and it chooses to codify into law the forces that will annihilate us, just as is currently also evidenced in unconstitutional “legislation” by sanctuary cities and sanctuary states. We also see this through the Democratic Party’s refusal to secure the border. It is primarily due to this injustice and such egregious “laws” as the 1965 Immigration Act, among others, and the refusal of the current House to hear our grievances, that all Americans must take a new and more forceful stance, to see this destructive madness end.

 

I am not so concerned myself, with being “replaced” by people of color, as many whites are obsessed with the issue; however, I am concerned that an overwhelming number of the people of color who are immigrating to America hold to ideologies that are antithetical to Western Principles and the Founding Principles that made America great, i.e. communism and Islam, and that they now openly speak of erasing the white race from the face of the earth, through violence and murder, just as one should expect from all good Marxists, especially now that their ranks have grown so large in America among the Millennials, and especially once they attain the majority.

 

In July of 2016. Micah Johnson, a black nationalist and the murderer of six Dallas police officers, told the hostage negotiator that he was angry on the behalf of Black Lives Matter and he “wanted to kill white people, especially police officers”. [Johnson liked a] Facebook page [from the Black Nationalist group known as African American Defense League] encouraged followers to “Attack Everything In Blue Except the Mailman”.

 

Over the past decade, King Samir Shabazz, leader of Philadelphia’s New Black Panthers, has stated on numerous occasions, that “You want freedom, you gonna have to kill some crackers [white people] … You gonna have to kill some of they (sic) babies.” The rules of behavior seem to be non-existent and these new radicals have zero respect for the rule of law and anyone’s Constitutional rights, not even one’s right to life, the most sacred of all things.

 

Tom Curry, a black man and an associate professor of philosophy at Texas A & M, in a 2014 interview entitled ‘White People Are the Problem’, essentially denied that people can reason logically despite their race. He even criticized Dr. Martin Luther King, JR. and other black theologians and theorists for suggesting that white people can be reasonable, and revealing his own racism and intolerance, he stated, “[for blacks] to be equal, in order to be liberated, some white people might have to die.”

 

[Blog Editor: In full disclosure, the Left (e.g. Left-Wing Fact Checkers like Snopes) claim Curry was smeared and taken out of context. Rod Dreher (that I embedded link in the name “Tom Curry,” takes the Conservative position Curry was advocating killing White people. The podcast interview pointed to by Justin Smith (transcript embedded above in the title) actually has Curry saying, “… some white people may have to die” speaks so fast that I am unsure Curry is advocating killing White people or if he is advocating African-Americans have as much right to bare arms as a White person to protect themselves from an angry White person. I’ll let you make the call:

We can also thank useful idiots like Frank Zappa and songs similar to ‘Trouble Every Day’, for the racial environment we have inherited, that enshrines the Watts Riots in Los Angeles in August of 1965. In part and in self-loathing style, it serenades one with the disturbed words, “… I’m not black, but there’s a whole lot of times I wish I could say I’m not white”.

 

Noel Ignatiev, an academic and a son of Jewish Russian immigrants, has campaigned for whiteness to be abolished, once stating: “The goal of destroying the white race is simply so desirable, it boggles the mind trying to understand how anyone could possibly object to it.” Ignatiev has stated that white people are a cancer and should kill themselves; and I say to him, “You First.” [Blog Editor: The quote Justin is referencing never took place. It derives from a satirical website called Diversity Chronicle which published a fake interview with Ignatiev claiming a Harvard retirement speech to his White students. Part of the problem is at the time in question Ignatiev had not retired. (according to The Blaze 11/26/13)  BUT in my opinion, even the words spoken and the interview never happened, it’s not difficult to extrapolate such an offensive story from Noel Ignatiev based on his anti-White legacy which is entirely accurate.]

 

Heavy Democrat controlled areas of the United States, such as Baltimore, Oakland, Los Angeles and Portland, are now permanent riot zones. There may not be a riot today in any of these Leftist communities and their ghettos, but tomorrow may not say the same, given the Democratic Commies’ tireless efforts to rile blacks and anti-white poor whites to mobilize to action outside of their designated riot zones. It can only be a matter of time, before all hell breaks loose in America, if we stay this course.

 

Americans will not have a nation without a sovereign identity and there can be no sovereign identity without a nation. This is the key insight of multiculturalist Marxists, and their agenda that has always been focused on America’s destruction. To have a multicultural society is to have no culture whatsoever, and once a people’s historical identity — their heritage —  is destroyed, the nation is not far behind. And this is precisely what is currently unfolding in America, as the various ideologies struggle against one another — socialism and tyranny vs capitalism and freedom — and as the bureaucrats attempt to perform basic duties as the turmoil envelopes them.

 

I could give a good damn less if I am replaced at some point, since I expect to die sometime within the next forty years or so, maybe even tomorrow, but I am concerned that those who follow may not — probably won’t from all indications — have the same respect and love for America that I hold for Her deep within my breast. I am concerned that those who follow seek to tear the Founding asunder “by any means necessary”, including violence, and although I have defended all races in my lifetime, at one point or another, whenever a group of any people come to murder me and mine, simply due to the fact that I happen to be white, I will spill their blood ’til I grow tired or am killed myself.

 

Any man of any color who stands for those principles of truth and honor, our nation’s Judeo-Christian and Western principles and the U.S. Constitution is one of my kin, one of my tribe, if tribalism is to be the rule of the day. And anyone seeking to destroy our culture and heritage and usher in something foreign is my enemy. Color never enters the equation, since I subscribe to the belief that all who are here legally are simply Americans, and my primary goal is to leave a nation behind me whose people and leaders ensure freedom and liberty for all, not just for people of color, not just for whites.

 

But just as we witnessed today, August 17th 2019, in Portland, Oregon where Mayor Ted Wheeler and the police seemed to once again give preferential treatment to Antifa over conservatives and Christians, the hardcore socialists and their multicultural race-baiters have largely attempted to de-platform, silence and marginalize conservative speech and any counter to their anti-American agenda, pushing us to resist however we can and however we must [See Townhall.com and Washington Examiner: HERE and HERE]. We have a moral right, a duty and an obligation to future generations to resist what we are currently witnessing and experiencing, a moral right firmly based on the duty to preserve and safeguard the world created by our ancestors and the Founding Fathers, coupled with the sense that we must pass this legacy of freedom and liberty forward to our children and their children’s children and beyond. And however repugnant we might find violence as the solution, past honorable men, moral men, once found it necessary to use violence to secure our freedom and liberty.

 

[Blog Editor: In the process of researching Antifa violence a mere one day ago, I am appalled by the lack of respectable Conservative sources reporting on the Antifa perpetrated violence. I also found it interesting that there was a lack of reporting on groups typically described as White Supremacist (e.g. The Proud Boys) being attacked by Antifa thugs. Sources I consider to Left-Wing biased MSM were all over the place on three different search engines. Unsurprisingly Google did not even have one Conservative site (that’s all that Duck Duck Go and Bing had) in their search engine listings that stopped at 10 levels as of 6:30 PM 8/18/19. Duck Duck Go had Townhall.com and Bing had two similar listings both the Washington Examiner. Does that mean the Conservatives didn’t report? I DON’T BELIEVE IT! I just believe their websites were ostracized.]

 

I hope and pray that civil war really isn’t quite as possible as I know it is. And more than any “race war”, this will be a war between the forces of tyranny and freedom, as old as time itself.

 

The Left doesn’t share this view, and it seems to welcome such a coming death dealing conflagration and the unleashing of the dogs of war, especially since the instigators think they will be unscathed by it, when the violence and killing starts in earnest. But, their names are on lists, and those with their names on lists, when such firestorms ignite usually end up in a garbage dump or hung from a pole, regardless of who wins.

 

This path will not end well, for the nation as a whole, and it especially will not end well for the socialists and racists; but it will end, one way or another, with the good and decent patriotic Americans actively confronting and impeding the machinery of our destruction.

 

Americans must engage this conflict with everything within their being, and with all the love they hold for our country, because this truly is a struggle for the very survival of America, our nation-state and our culture. There is nothing more important this very moment, than this domestic existential threat to country, since this represents the struggle of our century. Nothing will ever be more honorable than fighting for the survival of our people, and the very laws of nature demand it, since only a perverse fool could believe that “being on the right side of history” means capitulating to one’s own extinction.

An Insane Chain of Events


If you’re a Conservative you are not surprised the Left-Wing Dems are taking political advantage to control the guns acquired and owned legally by Americans. If you are like me these Dem calls for massive gun control is leaving a bad taste in your mouth, BUT after the rapid sequence of mass killings you are also hesitant to take a stand for your Second Amendment Rights. A Second Amendment by the way designed for Americans to defend themselves from an oppressive government if the Constitutional government ever became oppressively unwieldy.

 

With that in mind, Justin Smith handles pretty well how two extremes in America are taking innocent lives and frankly how the Dems ignore their own Leftist extremes to blame all Conservative Americans by putting the face of President Trump on Right-Wing extremists. Which is a bit duplicitous by the Dem-Left because if check some of the source links I provide, you will discover these mass killers were influenced more by Left-Wing thinking than Right-Wing thinking.

 

On a personal note: I have never owned a gun. The last time I shot a gun was target practice with friends at around age 14. Currently I’m 62. I’ve come close to gun ownership largely due to (shh, don’t tell my wife) crazy in-laws. At age 62 I’ve been considering gun ownership again. Why? American politics is so divided I sense clashing civil strife will be a prelude to some form of a civil war that in the 21st century will likely be vicious.

An Insane Chain of Events:

Murders Based On Ideology

Americans are witnessing an advent of a time, when murders based on ideology will become ever increasingly more prevalent, and, although it is a righteous matter to kill one’s enemies, in the defense of freedom and liberty, our American ideology based on Judeo-Christian and Western principles, the Bill of Rights and our God Given Rights and our Republic, in the face of violence intending to suppress those treasures, absolutely nothing can justify killing another human being simply because of their race. And as I hear the Democrats rail against “white nationalism”, I am left wondering where all their moral outrage was hiding when a black nationalist shot and murdered six Dallas police officers in 2016. Murder is a terrible and reprehensible act, and racially motivated murder is simply pure evil. [Bold text is Editor’s]

 

The only real justification to ever killing another human is in the defense of one’s family, a weaker community member under a violent attack, and one’s self, and some would say one’s property, although the situation would dictate my action in such a case; I can leave it to law enforcement to retrieve my property, but I can never see a loved one come back from death, unless God intervened on my behalf.

 

In an insane chain of events, running from July 28th to August 4th 2019, America has recently had to bury Her dead from senseless murders in Gilroy, California; El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio; a total of 31 dead and 64 wounded. Their murderers were 19, 21 and 24 years old, respectively, and the last two mass murders occurred within fifteen hours of one another.

 

Shortly after the Dayton Shooting, Mick Mulvaney, Director of the Office of Management and Budget, told ABC’s Jonathan Karl: “This was a sick person. … No politician is to blame for that. The person who was responsible here are the people who pulled the trigger. We need to figure out how to kind of create less of those kinds of people as a society and not trying to figure out who gets blamed going into the next election.”

 

Jon Cooper, Chairman of the Democratic Party Coalition, tweeted the following to Vice-President Pence on August 4th: “Fuck you, @VP. Our nation doesn’t want your thoughts and prayers. You and @realDonaldTrump — and congressional Republicans — are complicit in these horrific acts of gun violence. YOUR HATE SPAWNS DOMESTIC TERRORISM BY WHITE NATIONALISTS. The blood of innocent victims is on your hands!” [Blog Editor: I have to comment here on this Dem Party sentiment. There are Left-Wing extremists and Right-Wing extremist who BOTH utilize violence in the name of their agenda and anger. Both sides activate that violence when they hear or read something that will set them off. AND what they heard may be something as simple that normal people would write or vote their political anguish of what was heard from a Progressive (I hate that term for a Leftist who promotes politics that regresses ultimately to totalitarianism) or heard from a Conservative. So, when someone like Cooper spews profane venom toward a Christian Conservative like Pence, what do you think a violent Right-Wing extremist will with that? If a Right-Winger retorts in violence, is it Trump’s fault or Cooper’s fault? Perhaps I should inspire an Antifa Left-Wing extremist and say to Cooper, “Get off your mouth polluted high-horse! Is an Antifa violent response my fault? Trump’s fault? Or Cooper’s fault?]

 

Where was all this rage and fury when a deranged 66 year old Leftist gunman shot five people, at Eugene Simpson Stadium Park in Alexandria, Virginia, on June 14th 2017, including Representative Steve Scalise?

 

Regarding El Paso, President Trump tweeted: “Today’s shooting in El Paso, Texas, was not only tragic, it was an act of cowardice. I know that I stand with everyone in this Country to condemn today’s hateful act. There are no reasons or excuses that will ever justify killing innocent people.” And after the Dayton attack, Pres. Trump tweeted: ” … information is rapidly being accumulated in Dayton” noting that law enforcement response “was very rapid in both” Dayton and El Paso, as he added, “God Bless the people of El Paso Texas. God Bless the people of Dayton, Ohio.”

 

Many of our youth today are reaching adulthood believing that the foreign and antithetical Marxist ideology of communism and communism light, i.e. socialism, are attractive alternatives to the Constitution and free market capitalism, and they adhere to the communist adage of eventually implementing it “by any means necessary“, including violence, thanks to 80 years of socialist indoctrination in the public education system. Today’s violence is a reemergence of the 1960s violence of the Black Panthers and Students for a Democratic Society, as seen through Antifa, Black Lives Matter and the New Black Panthers; except now, some youth, who see themselves as “conservatives” and defenders of the American culture, are answering in kind and for reasons based in fallacies, with a flawed understanding of conservatism.

 

With that said, there was some real truth offered in the El Paso shooter’s manifesto. He wrote, in part: “… America is rotting from the inside out, and peaceful means to stop this seem to be nearly impossible. The inconvenient truth is that our leaders, both Democrat AND Republican, have been failing us for decades. They are either complacent or involved in one of the biggest betrayals of the American public in our history. … America will soon become a one-party state. … They [the Democratic Party] have already begun the transition by pandering heavily to the Hispanic voting bloc in the 1st Democratic Debate. They intend to use open borders, free healthcare for illegals, citizenship and more to enact a political coup by importing and then legalizing millions of new voters.”

 

However, for the most part, this manifesto was a confused jumble that mixed communist and capitalist ideologies, especially towards the end, when he espoused Malthusian depopulation of the planet and sustainable development. More than any “Trump supporter”, his “manifesto” read more like an ANTIFA member wrote it, and gibberish.

 

According to many on the Left today and exhibited in numerous acts of rioting and violence in America, since 2014, some statements are equivalent to an act of violence, especially if they target socialist pet projects like “affirmative action” and “welfare”. Using their twisted logic, if there isn’t any difference between words and action — if “Oppressive speech … is violence” as noted by Nobel Prize author Toni Morrison — and the use of violence can be exonerated if done in the name of “the right ideas”, then the El Paso shooter would have been in the right, if only he hadn’t targeted innocent civilians and he had targeted those officials he believed to be responsible for our situation.

 

After the deadly incident at Charlottesville last August, the white supremacists were condemned for their violence, by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, but not even a peep of condemnation was ever directed towards the extremely violent Antifa, which evidently was using force for “the right reasons”.

 

The Left and Antifa have long adopted the philosophy that an argument is as bad as a fist, so a fist is as good as an argument, and currently, the Alt-Right embraces that same philosophy. Antifa hates the profit-seeking corporations and wants an all-powerful, authoritarian socialist state, ruled by the proletariat. The Alt-Right hate immigrants and racial minorities and advocate an all-powerful fascist state, ruled by white nationalists. Both hate capitalism and our system based on the primacy of the individual, independence and individual rights — the system that opposes collectivism — the system that rejects the initiation of force and the system that has historically always legitimately stood against the Left and its inherent tyranny.

 

If the evil of insane, indiscriminate mass shootings is ever to become a thing of the past, whether one is a Christian or not, Americans must return to the teachings and early principles, that were based on solid Judeo-Christian principles, simply because they teach people to be good and righteous. The value of reason must also be upheld, along with a respect of each other’s right to believe as they wish and speak their minds, so long as they do not step on another’s same rights or infringe on one’s liberty, without any just cause based on a criminal act. [Bold text by Editor]

 

Whatever their reasons, the fact that all three targeted innocent civilians makes all three shooters the worse kind of evil, despicable, and reprehensible of cowards, who are surely all on their way to busting the Gates of Hell wide open … although the live one’s final judgement day is still a bit far off.

 

As Mulvaney would later add: “There’s no benefit here trying to make this a political issue. This is a social issue.”

 

But anyone paying attention full well understands that along with the mentally ill, who are a part of the equation and dynamics, this absolutely is a political issue. One half the population is determined to eradicate the Constitution and the Founding principles in favor of anti-freedom authoritarian socialism and tyranny, and the other half is more than determined to defend our beloved America’s Founding Principles and freedom and liberty at any cost. And this cannot be resolved without one side or the other deciding the other side is actually right and giving up the fight. The nation must largely choose one path or the other — Unite —  because it cannot serve two different and antithetical ideologies and remain a republic; and without a peaceful solution, the nation will see great civil strife and, in due time, civil war. [Bold text Editor’s. Justin’s thoughts bring to mind the words of a great American and the words of the Savior of humankind:

Independence Day is a now a day that has no real meaning for far too many Americans today, as nearly half the nation works tirelessly to destroy our republic and the principles it was founded upon, and the rest of us can barely believe that some who want to lead the nation, Democrat communists and Republican globalists (RINOs), hold a vision, that would reduce us all to serfs serving the government rather than the government serving the will of the people; and a good portion of both sides simply want a barbecue and a good time.  America’s domestic enemies see state power as paramount over individual liberty, and unless America’s youth starts standing up and remembering how much blood was shed for their freedom and the rights they so casually abuse as they trash America in so many ways, from their anti-American speeches to their attempts to destroy the basis of America and our Judeo-Christian principles, everyone, my children and grandchildren and yours too, face dangerous times ahead.

 

Anyone who listened to Presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren share her horror over states making gains in halting abortion understand that true liberty and individual rights, even states’ rights, mean nothing to the Democrats. Warren called for a federal law that codifies Roe v Wade, with the certain knowledge that the federal government treasury would be used to coerce states to fall in line, as has been done regarding so many other federal laws.

 

Even at the local city and county governments, citizens witness elected officials, claiming to be “conservatives”  — who think they know better than the people — go against the will of the people, just as the city council in Murfreesboro, TN and  also Rutherford County council did recently when they voted a thirty-five percent and six percent tax increase respectively to pay for services and pay raises and to preserve a government “savings account”.

 

Our republic uses democratic mechanisms to govern, while certain checks and balances and the Bill of Rights were also put in place to protect the individual’s rights. The principle of good governance as set forth by Thomas Jefferson and many of the Founding Fathers acknowledges that the rights of the individual are paramount over anything else one might consider in any government.

 

Read the unredacted parchment drafted by Thomas Jefferson. It presents an important distinction, in that it reads the “Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America”, not the “Declaration of the United States of America.

These were thirteen independent states, on that hot summer day in 1776, not a “United” States in the singular, a State to be held together at gunpoint or through coercion, and these sovereign states were comprised of sovereign individuals who gave their consent to be governed, not ruled. However, today a stark contrast exists between the single State governed by the central authority of the federal government and the once sovereign states that have become nothing more than administrative districts.

 

Since 1865, “consent of the governed” has become a heretical phrase and must not be spoken of due to its implications. No one now living consented to such an all-powerful centralized government, and if consent is a moral prerequisite to legitimate government, the government of the United States — the singular behemoth, the Leviathan — is illegitimate on the face of it. And we have allowed ourselves to become subjects, not citizens, speaking holistically, since some of Us have fought government intrusions on individual liberty and states’ rights all our adult lives.

 

Think You’re “free”? Try not paying excessive taxes, as we recall that the War of Independence was fought, in part due to the Stamp Act of 1765 and the Tea Act of 1773 and three pennies added to the cost of a pound of tea.

 

The fact that government can levy an excessive tax against Us today and take any amount of our money it arbitrarily determines is “fair” belies the notion we are free. Whatever of our own finances we retain is only by sufferance and not by right.

 

Even though you are an adult, who is responsible for your own choices concerning your safety, try not fastening your seat-belt as you cruise down the highway on a sunny Saturday drive.

 

One never really owns their property either. No matter how much one paid for it or how many years it has been paid off in full, one is forced to continue paying money to a government whose exactions and existence were never consented to by him.

 

And for many Americans, such as President Trump and even myself, who have often stated, “America will never be a socialist country”, America is already well on its way to being just that, if not an authoritarian fascist state, noted by Italian dictator Benito Mussolini to be “corporatism” and the “merger of corporate and state power”. Think of “too big to fail“, Bear Stearns and American International Group and the 2008 economic collapse and today’s Big Tech subsidies.

 

America began a major slide into fascism around 1913, and from that point on, when America enacted many of the ideas enumerated in Marx’s ‘Communist Manifesto’,  like a progressive income tax, a national centralized bank,  government ownership of land, government ownership and control of communications and transportation, government schools, regulation of installment buying, price controls and farm subsidies (corporate farms), government housing, social security and “free” education, and several other items. This has essentially resulted from a convergence of capitalism and socialism, a bit at a time, and not only has it slowly destroyed our economy (note that the current economic “boom” won’t last) education and the nation’s moral compass, it gave rise to the utter corruption of our political system and the Deep State.

 

By contrast, in a true capitalist system an actual free-market exists that is unfettered by government interference, finding its own level as the market demands at any given time. Supply and demand are self-regulating, and government controls are unnecessary limitations on economic freedom.

 

Today, far too many Americans have come to see government as their “rescuer” in their longing to have every need met by someone else. They expect government to solve all their problems, and that’s a real problem, since everything the government “gives” us exacts a price from our individual liberty, not to mention that D.C. draws sociopaths to it like a pile of cow manure draws flies.

 

Just as in Venezuela, our Deep State actors, in cooperation with billionaire socialist George Soros, have been most thorough in representing the current economy as a “capitalist economy”, even though America has not had a truly free-market capitalist system in over a hundred years, and they have facilitated full socialism into the political realm. And, when our economy finally does collapse under the weight of the current out-of-control spending and the ever growing fascism and socialism, these anti-American, anti-freedom authoritarians will attempt to fool Americans that capitalism is the problem and socialism is the cure, laying the blame at the feet of capitalism.

 

The socialist Presidential candidates, such as Bernie Sanders, who wants to forgive all university tuition debt and make healthcare “FREE” also, argue that “capitalism” has failed, and while it is true that the gap between the rich and poor is greater today than it has ever been in modern times, and that the middle class is shrinking and the elite oligarchy of the upper class is growing wealthier, it is due to the insertion of socialist policies into the economy. Pointing to capitalism as the problem is based on more falsehoods and fallacies than I can list; such claims are undeniably false.

Capitalism has not failed, but rest assured that the socialists’ dream of making education and healthcare — the two largest rackets in America — “free” only further ensures that Americans will be turned into debt slaves and bankrupts; and, to date, socialism has always failed in the basic mission to prepare young minds for life’s reality and to “first do no harm.”

 

All of the socialists’ policies in education and healthcare would still do nothing to reform the patent idiocies of the gender studies departments and the current misinterpretation and application of Title IX that infringes on heterosexual rights. Those policies also cannot rescue the “victims” of self-inflicted obesity and diabetes from their toxic consumption of Big Macs, Frosty dairy desserts and fries, since these dynamics rest on the wheels of futility, often depression and self-loathing, for which there is no happy ending outside of drastic changes in behavior.

 

One must also fully understand governments, especially under Obama and even under President Trump, always move in a direction of more control; just look the politicization of the IRS, FBI and the DOJ and the passage of the FISA Reauthorization, bump stock regulation and various new bill proposals. Given enough time, governments always create a state of despotism, and historically, governments never voluntarily reverse their level of control and introduce greater liberty.

 

Although the number is disputed by some, even President Ronald Reagan once noted that there are roughly 20,000 laws regarding gun control alone, and that’s just the federal illegitimate “laws”. So many other “laws” exist that it’s been estimated the average American commits approximately three felonies each day, and this makes the authorities’ task very simple, if for any reason they wish to victimize you. Just ask the Bundy Family, Hammond father & son, LaVoy Finicum’s Family, Lt. General Michael Flynn and Michael Cohen and a few others.

 

Thomas Jefferson once stated: “Even under the best forms of government, those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.”

 

God help America if the Democrats take the majority in the Congress and the Oval Office anytime in the near future and implement a more stringent and authoritarian form of the morally corrupt, economy destroying and de-civilizing ideology of socialism and the sick social system it embodies. Their system must be exposed for all the obnoxious, abhorrent and hellacious ideas it represents.

 

Too large a segment of America no longer cares for individualism, free markets, personal freedom and free minds, and in fact, they now mock the very virtues America was founded upon. They may have some ill-formed, nebulous notion on ethics that they borrowed from the Boy Scouts, but they basically assert that socialism and communism are as equally good as capitalism, while their reigning philosophy is a mixture of Marxism, identity politics, anti-male feminism and anti-white racism.

 

The institutional damage along the way has been epic, and the scene today is a debris field of broken ideas, that strayed far and away from the Founding Principles and the Original Intent of the U.S. Constitution. The far left still advocates the failed Marxist vision as having national support and purpose, as they rush to implement and organize a chaotic demolition of pretty rigorous American values and traditions and even historic monuments and paintings, in their insane desire to eradicate our republic, a country that still may be the “home of the brave” but is now barely recognizable as the “land of the free”.

 

America is the only country in the history of mankind that was founded on the principles of individualism and personal freedom, that manifested in the early rugged American independent nature of America’s people. America is still special, still unique and still that Oh So Exceptional nation that has millions across the globe rushing towards Her shores, even if it’s becoming harder to see the fact and the light of liberty shining from Lady Liberty’s torch is growing dimmer each day.

 

As the Founders’ spin in their graves, America is now rapidly nearing the point of the ultimate inversion, where the government is free to do anything it pleases and our individual liberty is suppressed and we must bow to the altar of the state and beg permission to act. And this is the stage of the darkest times of human history, the stage of total dominance and rule by violence and brute force.

 

Is it too late to restore and save our beloved America? Nothing is ever too late if it serves a righteous cause, and I defy anyone to name any better causes for Us to firmly stand together and defend than our God Given Rights, the Bill of Rights and individual liberty in America, even if it takes us into the streets of our nation in armed conflict and civil war.

 

A certain chapter in American history is closing and the future of America and freedom is at risk. Those of Us who love freedom and liberty and America must grab hold of the moment to seize the 21st century for our children’s children and their children and generations beyond to ensure their economic prosperity and liberty and a 21st century that becomes all the Founders envisioned, full of an appreciation for life and all America originally represented, God’s glory and grace.

I join many Conservative observers who view the seeds of a Civil War erupting in the USA between seemingly equally divided sides of divergent ideologies. And yet many Conservatives believe such a collision course is an exaggeration thinking the mechanisms of Constitutional government will prevail in a civil society.

 

The difficulty I see in depending on governmental mechanisms is the continuous erosion of the Constitution and Founding Principles of the Founding Fathers by transformative-minded proponents of a Living Constitution forcing the legal whims of humanity to justify immoral culture, Big Brother Government Supremacy (ala Marxist Super-State) and the forced diminishment of individual Liberty and Christian Morality.

 

The remarkable irony is the Marxist-oriented Left seems joined with intolerant Islam for the united goal of eradicating Christian influence. It’s remarkable for if the united goal is achieved, the Marxist-Left and intolerant Islam would ultimately turn on each other in blood soaked violence for global supremacy.

 

Another irony is the American Left promoting border-free immigration in the name of Marxist-Globalism. The irony is a large number of Latinos flowing into the USA seemingly maintaining the nationalism of their nations’ of origin are largely Roman Catholic in Christian moral ethics and the ones looking for a better life espouse an individualistic work ethic that originally drove American  enterprise. Once a grateful Latino electorate empowers the American Left electorally, the American Left will crush Roman Catholic Christian ethics and any individualism to work toward self-betterment.

In short, the American people are currently on a trajectory towards complete subjugation under an authoritarian tyrannical government or a Full Blown All Out Hot Civil War, simply because the current agenda of the Democratic Party and its hardcore socialist components leave zero room for compromise; conservatives cannot, and most will not, compromise with evil.

 

When we see two standards of law and “elites” being allowed to avoid prosecution, while others are targeted for criminal prosecutions by institutions that have been weaponized by the Left and Obama, we know the “rule of law” and the republic are dying, if not dead, and it will take years to repair the damage, even should Barr successfully find and prosecute all involved in the soft coup against President Trump, through the abuse of their power and the FISA Court as well as spy operations and other illegal means.

 

When we see riots in the streets over manufactured “wrongs” and the murders of policemen by Black Lives Matter, riots on campuses and the squashing of conservative speech, online censorship by Leftist Big Tech and the advocacy of violence against whites and “white privilege” by the likes of Malik Shabazz of the New Black Panthers, calls for the Reconquest of the Southwest by La Raza [NCLR & LRU], Conservatives and Christians physically attacked for carrying the American Flag i.e. Portland, Oregon ANTIFA — all communist inspired and backed by Communist Party USA [CPUSA] and George Soros‘ “Open Society“, we few or however many Conservatives full well know and understand that a concerted effort is underway, aligned with their Muslim allies of CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood, to undermine and fundamentally transform America into an authoritarian socialist state — in their own words — “By Any Means Necessary“.

Yes, — We can still try to effect change from within the system so much as it still exists, but like many of You, I wonder what exactly is holding Americans in their seats before their TVs, when their very freedom and the entire Bill of Rights are at stake this very minute, despite all efforts by President Trump, and in some instances because of President Trump, i.e. HR 76, FISA Reauthorization and the ban on bump stocks. And like You, I know it will take more than simply talking to our so-called leaders.

 

Gathering in one massive rally — protest — in the center of the nation is a start and it must be accompanied by messages formed with the strongest of meaning and intent, to properly convey just how serious We the People are viewing the erosion of the republic, the Constitution and the continued assaults against every good and decent thing our nation was founded upon.

 

I see a period over the next seven years of intense civil strife, and I believe that the Left will riot if Trump is reelected in 2020 just as they did in the years leading up to the election and afterwards in all the liberal bastions. I also believe that if the Democrats somehow win in 2020, the Left will still riot and attack conservatives, because they will feel much more emboldened this time around, than they did under Obama — and it was pretty bad under Obama.

 

Left Wing Willing Use of Civil Strife

 

And, with our divides currently so wide and deep, since there really isn’t any good way for true American Patriots and conservatives and Christians to compromise with the socialists and communists of America, and America’s Millennials — the majority of whom embrace ideas antithetical to our Founding Principles and the Constitution — I see the level of violence increasing over the next seven years to the point of civil war, possibly with civil war breaking out within this time frame.

 

While I see this as something we should avoid, if at all possible, I do not run from the idea, since before I see my children and grandchildren and their children’s children serving as serfs and chained at the altar of a Socialist Super State with asinine policies under “hate speech” laws and sovereignty killing legislation that also destroys individual liberty, I would prefer fighting ’til my last dying gasp to save freedom and liberty in Our Beloved America, even if it means stacking the dead carcasses of the Red, Radical, Democratic Party Commie Rat Bastards ten feet high and ten feet deep all about me in all directions for as far as the eye can see.

 

God Bless You for Fighting the Good Fight. God Bless Your Family Too. And God Bless Our Beloved America. May He Keep Her Free For All Eternity and Damn Her Enemies Both Foreign and Domestic to the Hell They Have Earned and So Richly Deserve.

Justin Smith tackles the existence of political gridlock in America today, blaming it on the irreconcilable differences between the Dems and GOP. Us vs Them

The Republic Hangs In The Balance: Communists, Devils and SOBs

Most of the American public feels that the future of the Republic hangs in the balance. “Four more years of Trump… and it will be the end of us…” they say. Or… “I hope those Democrats don’t get into office; did you see those taxes they’re proposing?”

 

We are programmed to see the world that way. It’s “Us vs. Them.” You just have to decide which “Us” you’re part of.

 

But what if you’ve chosen the wrong “Us”? What if neither the Republicans nor the Democrats will save the Republic?

 

We’re pretty well stuck with the Two-Party System for Now — the Choice We made Despite George Washington’s admonishment against parties — until we can kill the parties off, DISCARD THEM LIKE OLD BROKEN DOWN SHOES.

 

America needs to kill the two party system and simply allow the best man or woman with the best ideas and vision for the nation win the day. But that will not be an easy thing, since parties determine the ballot; however, it can be done, if the people will it so.

 

Short of this, patriotic Americans must help both parties purge their ranks of anti-American communists, socialists, Muslims and globalists, who do not work within the confines of the U.S. Constitution and do not protect and defend it and our nation’s Founding Principles. It’s past time we make it known that the ideas of Marx, Lenin, Stalin and Mao have absolutely no place in America’s culture.

 

I am afraid it’s going to take a civil war to drive this point home. Our divide has never been so great, all due to one side’s abandoning the vision and the mechanisms placed in our system, by Our Founding Fathers.

 

We have arrived at the day described by Washington, when men and women place party allegiance over allegiance and loyalty to America. But it’s even more serious than many can know. We have allowed a large segment of the population to be indoctrinated by the advocates and progenitors of Marxist Socialism, a foreign ideology that is antithetical to our Founding Principles, acting through sedition and treason against our nation; and this large segment is now represented by the Democratic Party, just as RINOs are its agents in the Republican Party.

 

Communism has long infiltrated our nation and both parties [Dems], from its spawning in 1848, and it seeks our subjugation and the end of individual liberty.

 

So, as we proceed rather warily and regard the future for America’s Children, when You select a candidate for any office, try to get Your community on the same page to vote for someone — A Person, A Statesman and Not A Party — who holds proven views that support the greatest economic prosperity through an individual’s own efforts and free choices; who supports known ideas, virtues and principles that allow for the greatest realm of individual liberty possible.

 

Work like hell to get them elected.

 

And then push all elected representatives to rescind superfluous laws and bad or illegitimate law that impedes any God-given right or the Bill of Rights, and make these legislators ask the following before each bill is voted upon.

 

Does this bill help all Americans? Or does it harm more Americans than it helps?

 

Does this bill create real potential for greater prosperity? Or does it impede economic growth?

 

Does this bill take anything away from individual liberty? Too many bills do this very thing simply due to the fact they fall under the auspices of the government; by this alone, Congress should be passing VERY FEW “Laws” each year, instead of thousands of new laws that not one citizen in the nation can possibly know or obey in their entirety.

 

There are only two things worth fighting for. You are either protecting your stuff or you are protecting yourself. But against whom?

 

Those devils in the Republican party? Or those SOBs, the Democrats?

 

The Democrats are vying with each other to see who can come up with a new tax, likely to be seen at the 70% mark, to take away our property; we surely don’t want them in charge.

 

But wait… the Republicans increased spending by some $500 billion over two years… and added $2 trillion to the federal debt. Where did they think that money would come from?

 

Where is the “Us” worthy of support? Where is the “Them” that should be annihilated? Well … for starters we definitely can say it is those illiberal and intolerant Communists, Socialists, Fascists and Muslims within our borders, who should be annihilated; since they have just about forced our nation to Her knees as they repeatedly and often attack our Founding Judeo-Christian Principles, Our Constitution and Our Freedoms and Liberties and God-given Rights.

 

Tell Your Congressmen and Senators, that You would PREFER THEY DO NOTHING RATHER THAN PASS BAD, ILLEGITIMATE LAW THAT FURTHER ERODES OUR CONSTITUTION AND OUR FREEDOM AND LIBERTY.

 

Make this a plan for ELECTION 2020!!!
