I began this post on December 1, but it has taken me until December 3 to nail it down. Before I begin this Pro-Israel, Reject-Antisemitism and Abhor Islamic Supremacism cross post; I need to be clear on some personal views.

I’m a Christian that supports 100% God Almighty’s Covenant Promise to the Divine lineage of Abraham, Isaac (child of Promise) and Jacob (renamed Israel after wrestling with Angel of God): which is a Promised Land to all partakers of the Covenant relationship. And – even though most Jews disagree – that Covenant relationship extends to the Believers of the Risen Savior Jesus (the son of Mary – Tribe of Judah and the Son of God via Holy Spirit Incarnation) by faith and Adoption (NOT REPLACEMENT) into those Covenants and Promises between Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the Law-Giver Moses AND God Almighty.

As to Antisemitism: It is my belief that there Covenant-Keeping Jews and Covenant-Breaking Jews. And among the Covenant-Breaking Jews there are self-deceived Jews who believe they keep their heritage and trust in Covenant-Breaking Leftist principles (i.e., principles that are against Torah principles). That is self-deception. Then there is another class of Covenant-Breaking Jews who just downright abandon their Judaism altogether by embracing Marxist-atheist values (which is a club NOT exclusive to Jews as there are many former Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, other religions and yes even [former] Muslims in the Marxist-atheist club).

The ONE thing Covenant-Keeping Jews and Covenant Breaking Jews have in common is being the recipients often times of violent Antisemitic hate. A history of Christians persecuting Jews because the wicked twisting of the facts about who killed Jesus and blaming ALL Jews for the actions of a minority of Jewish leaders (Divided Pharisees and pretty all Sadducees in the Jerusalem Sanhedrin in pre-Resurrection days). The idiocy behind the Christ-killer accusation is this:

1. Jesus was raised Jewish.

2. The first Christians were Jewish and except for maybe Luke (there seems to be some modern dispute on Luke as Jew or Gentile) the entire New Testament was written by those who call themselves Jewish as much as Christian.

3. The Apostle Paul (writer of most of the New Testament) clearly brought the Gospel to the Jew First and the Gentile Second followed by the Redeeming Blood of Jesus made the two one (NOT REPLACED) who by faith BELIEVED in the Risen Savior.

Then there are were/are Christians who fall for the idiocy that ALL Jews have an agenda for World Domination. The most cited document behind this idiocy is the forged/fabricated [SEE HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE & HERE] The Protocols of The Elders of Zion. The document has be proven forged and written specifically as a tool to incite Jew-Hatred to offset blame for bad political leadership. The forgery can be traced through the hands of French then German but specifically promoted by Czarist Russia. The obvious idiocy comes from simple Bible reading. The whole concept of a Promised Land is a specific area of land between the Red Sea and Euphrates River – NOT WORLD-WIDE. AND Jerusalem ONLY becomes a WORLD Capital under the reign of the RETURN of King Jesus in which the Chosen People get one more shot at accepting and believing by faith in their Promised Messiah. (I support these perspectives in GotQuestions.org: HERE & HERE. It is my opinion Covenant-Keeping Jews will see Jesus in His RETURN and recognize their Messiah. Sadly after the bodily Resurrection of Jesus many Jews missed their Messiah, it is my guess many will miss their Messiah at the RETURN of Jesus. Islamic Supremacism NOT PEACE

BUT WORSE THAN Christians persecuting Jews based on twisted facts and lies, is MUSLIM persecution of Jews. Unlike Christians who are supposed understand their Scripture, IT IS ENCODED in Islamic revered writings (Quran, Hadith & Sira) to hate and kill Jews. That same hate is extended to all who refuse to submit to Islam, but a special venom is placed on Jews firsts then secondly upon Christians as People of the Book for brutality if they refuse Islamic Submission. Did Nazis carry out the horrific Oct 7th massacre?

One of the most accurate aspects about Israel’s war with Hamas in Gaza is the use of the word Nazi to describe the terrorist enemy. No other label or historical parallel could capture the chilling ferocious madness – but not scope – of Palestinian butchery of Israelis. The Nazi vilification epithet has now become conventional Israeli discourse in public and media circles with the vivid revelation – in words and photos – of Palestinian savagery and barbarism by Hamas on October 7. Hamas terrorists, without an ounce of inhibition or remorse, shot youth in cold blood at the music festival at Re’im, burnt and beheaded Jews, vaunting their sadistic impulses upon children, men, and the elderly – raping women and girls. They decapitated a baby cut from the mother’s womb in front of her eyes. The pyromaniacs set fire to homes, barns and cars.

Nazis and Jews

The murder of approximately 1,200 Israelis in an orgy of bloodshed evoked the sensation that Nazis carried out such a horrific massacre of helpless Jews on that ‘Black Saturday’ on Gaza’s border. Decades of Palestinian terrorism upgraded from stoning and stabbing Jews to the diabolical nightmare of Nazi crematoria – burning Jewish people alive. Later, in a child’s room in Gaza, Israeli soldiers came upon an Arabic translation of Mein Kampf, Hitler’s bible. The kidnapping of 241 Israelis to Gaza became an additional chilling chapter of this unparalleled ordeal.

Are the Palestinians Nazis by ideology?

Berl Katznelson, the foremost leader of Labor Zionism until his death in 1944, was a witness to Arab massacres of Jews in the 1920s and 1930s. He referred to “the Palestinian Nazis who succeeded to unite here in [Eretz] Israel the zoological antisemitism of Europe and the lust for the dagger of the Orient.” The connection between Nazis and Palestinians led the esteemed songwriter Naomi Shemer to offer a remarkable insight:

“Arabs like their murder hot, moist, and steamy, and if they will ever be free to fulfill themselves, we [Jews] will yearn for the good sterile gasses of the Germans.”

In Kfar Aza and Be’eri, Nir Oz and Sderot, there was no Palestinian industrialized war machine in operation; rather just primitive hordes of “Muhammad’s monsters”[1] mangling and mutilating Jews whose innocence, in the double sense of the word, became ready prey for the Gazan rabble run wild. To define those Hamas Palestinian as ‘terrorists’ is a gross understatement, perhaps a euphemism.

In Israel today, after the October 7 pogrom, the liberation of language has allowed the use of ‘Nazi’ to describe the horrendous event. During the entire year prior to the pogrom, the leftist street protests against the judicial reform package of the Netanyahu government introduced the odious word – Nazi – specifically targeting Netanyahu himself. Placards portrayed him in a Nazi uniform, the demonization of the prime minister becoming a central axis of the intense brainwashing campaign. The year 1933 became a symbolic benchmark for Netanyahu’s devious dictatorial designs – said the protest.

Of memorable notoriety was ex-general and member of Knesset Yair Golan’s “processes speech” from 2018 that hinted Israel was already adopting Nazi features in its ideological transformation from a democracy to a dictatorship. The end of liberty in Israel was approaching. The leftist-liberal secular camp, unhinged and full of hatred for Netanyahu during the decades of his premiership, had lost its cultural poise and historical judgment.[2]  When the Arab Nazis struck and slaughtered in October, the outrageous accusation that the rightist-nationalist camp is Nazi-like paled and dissolved.

The gruesome real Nazis changed the contours of the domestic Israeli dialogue. Now Netanyahu, the would-be Nazi in the furtive imagination of some bewitched Israelis, labeled Hamas leader, Yahya Sinwar, “a little Hitler hiding in a bunker” on November 5. Here was a candidate worthy of the title.

However, many years earlier, the enemies of Israel from near and far had adopted the Nazi charge against the Jewish state as an ideological staple of de-legitimization. The Russians had initiated this perversion of comparing Zionism to Nazism, and their Syrian proxy followed suit. The loathsome ‘Zionism-is-Nazism’ canard served to vilify Israel and render its existence to be a wicked injustice imposed on the Arabs, Muslims, and the world.[3] This fabricated indictment shaped the victimology of the Palestinians that became a marketable political logo.

Incompatibilities and Conflict: The Primacy of Islam

Islam, the religion of the Muslim faithful, predominates in the political calculus of Hamas (an Arabic acronym for the Islamic Resistance Movement). This turns the Israeli–Palestinian clash into a Muslim–Jewish religious war. In the language of the Hamas covenant from 1988 (Art. 15): “the Palestinian problem is a religious problem” which obligates Muslims to conduct jihad. [Bold Text Blog Editor’s] In Articles 20 and 31 Hamas makes the heinous accusation that Israel uses Nazi methods against the Palestinian people. Where has Israel concealed those death camps and gas ovens? Needless to say that the very victims of Nazism are not the Palestinians but the Jews, then in Europe and now in the Middle East.

It is worth recalling that the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) earlier flung the Nazi charge against Israel in its 1964 Charter (Art. 22). This diatribe against Zionism is an incredulous inversion of truth, no less because of the intimate collaboration in World War II between Hitler and Haj Amin Al-Husseini, the Palestinian leader in British-mandated Palestine. The latter’s ideological and nationalist successor, Yasser Arafat, stated in an interview in 1981 that “the Zionist invasion recalled the Nazi invasion” (of Austria, Poland…).[4] Fatah, the core faction in the PLO, and Hamas are of one Palestinian mind.

The religious engine instructing, validating, inspiring, and mobilizing Hamas is, expectedly, the Koran. The book of Allah revealed to the prophet Muhammad guidance [Bold Text Blog Editor’s] in confirming that the only true faith is Islam (3:18), it is above all religions (48:28), and it will conquer or convert the entire world. To “fight for the cause of Allah” (9:111) against “those who do not embrace the true faith” (9:29) is the greatest deed a Muslim can do. The “believers” (Muslims) must confront the “unbelievers” (Jews) and thereby establish truth and justice on earth. Indeed, “ruthlessness toward unbelievers” (48:29), beheading without mercy, is the mark of Islam as a complete religious-political way of life. [Bold Text Blog Editor’s] For hundreds of years Muslim regimes applied restrictions and humiliations against dhimmi Jews (and Christians) in the lands of Islam[5] – similar to Nazi Germany’s anti-Semitic legislation, turning Jewish citizens into outcasts and dwarfing their public presence. With the spread of armed radical Islam, militant and triumphalist, Muslims seek nothing less than a resounding victory against the Jewish people.

With an ineluctable mandate from Kitab Allah (The Book of God), no moral restrictions stayed the hand of Hamas savages. [Bold Text Blog Editor’s] Like the Nazis in the 1930s, Hamas was always rearming and preparing for the war it would start. Nazis reviled the godless communists, Hamas reviled godless Fatah – and both saw the Jews as the ultimate and diabolical enemy. Hitler aroused frenzy among the Germans, he whipped up passion and hatred, and the mob would follow him; all this featured in the role of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin and his successors – Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar. In both cases, Germany and Palestine, exultant mass support for the regime as befits totalitarian movements was more essential than the democratic vote that brought them to power. Hamas cutthroats and murderers assaulted civilian communities and military posts across the Gaza line and slaughtered the Israelis. The spirit of Itbach el-Yahud – “slaughter the Jews” – filled the air. This sacred mission gave life significance and purpose. Twelve hundred dead Israelis and 241 Israeli hostages were a trophy of victory that, when the news of the operation spread, brought the Gazan Palestinians to the streets, joyous at the Jewish blood spilled, and – as is customary – to distribute sweets and candies in celebration. Fatah followers in the West Bank were no less exuberant. [Bold Text Blog Editor’s]

The Hamas plan for war was sophisticated in its tactical maneuvers and deceptive in implementation. In the months prior, Sinwar had avoided provoking Israel, rather conveying his emphasis on economic development for Gaza and shying away from joining the more active terror campaign by Islamic Jihad in Samaria. Netanyahu apparently may have believed that Israel had successfully deterred Hamas from any concerted military campaign. In the German case, until September 1, 1939 when Germany invaded Poland, Hitler conducted a disinformation campaign aimed at America, England, and Russia, to conceal his intention to go to war.[6] In the end, Hitler fooled Chamberlain and later Stalin; Sinwar arguably fooled Netanyahu – as Arafat fooled Rabin, not with war but with a peace offensive.

War is at the heart of Islam and conquest is the banner of its glory. [Bold Text Blog Editor’s] Ayatollah Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran inspiring, training, arming, and financing Hamas and other Islamic terrorist groups [Blog Editor: It is amazing how Jew-Hatred has brought unity between Sunni-Hamas & Shia-Iran – two Muslim groups who otherwise consider each other Islamic heretics.], declared in a speech in 1942 that Islam is not a religion of peace. Rather, “Kill them [the non-Muslims] put them to the sword…Whatever good there is exists thanks to the sword.”[7] Religious euphoria bonds with the Islamic maxim: Din Muhammad bi’l Saif (the religion of Muhammad by the sword). Khomeini demanded that no one should insult Islam by calling it a religion of peace. His Hamas proxies, bold and ferocious, did not disappoint.

The classic Islamic works – Sirat Rasul Allah and The Sahih Al-Bukhari Anthology – relate the gruesome actions and instructions of Muhammad against enemy forces. They document his war against his own Quraysh tribe, the expulsion of the Bani al-Nadir tribe, and the slaughter of the Bani Qurayza. Mercy, attributed to Allah in the opening Al-Fatiha Koranic verse, was not included in the arsenal of qualities or attributes of Muhammad’s Muslims. A traditional saying commands: “Kill any Jews that fall into your power.” The Hamas Charter (Art. 8) cites the movement’s slogan: “Allah is its target, the prophet is its model, the Koran its constitutions, jihad is its path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of its wishes.” [Bold Text Blog Editor’s] In a street rally in Ramallah weeks into the Gaza War, the chant arose: “Whoever has a rifle, shoot a Jew.”[8]

The goal of the Nazis was to kill all the Jews and cleanse Germany of any Jewish presence. The Palestinians are unarguably their true successors and ideological compatriots in the Middle East, fighting to cleanse Israel of all Jews.

Reflections on Gnostic Heresy

The Hamas-Nazi analogy requires a few final reflections. Four distinctive features define the resemblance:

One: they engaged in the dehumanization of the Jews, as vermin (rats and parasitic insects) by the Nazis, and as apes and pigs by Hamas;

Two: they had the singular and obsessive objective of killing Jews more than even victory in war;

Three: they aspired to achieve global conquest in the name of their ideology – Nazism and Islamism – without compromise.

Four: German Nazism emerged in the 1920s with a fervent hatred of Great Britain and saw her as the major strategic rival, so to the Muslim Brotherhood  – Hamas’ parent organization – was born in the same decade and saw Britain, with its mandate over Palestine, its Great Power enemy. The shame of the Versailles Treaty for Germany compared with the humiliation of the Balfour Declaration for the Arabs.

Germans and Palestinians acted under a mysterious spell, they did things out-of-the-ordinary in a conflictual-military context. They burnt Jews alive, and Hamas in earlier years conjured up the holocaust “still to come upon the Jews.”[9] A primordial force operated in such cultures dedicated to domination but also destruction, the perpetrators never blaming themselves. They do not countenance the possibility of error. The Nazi truth and the Hamas truth are unassailable: the faithful ask no questions. Hitler youth in Germany and Islamic youth in Palestine receive an education that prepared them to sacrifice, murder, and die. Only with such language and interpretation can we begin to grasp the violent nightmares that these diabolical gnostic forces imposed on their Jewish victims, and the world.[11] Hitler’s declaration of the Thousand Year Reich, and Islam’s belief in the Coming of the Mahdi or the Day of Judgment, make possible and permit every conceivable monstrosity. Yesterday I gave a Zoom lecture to members of the Italian senate, and next week I will speak at the European Parliament in Brussels and at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. Israeli ambassadors have also called PMW for information to use in their lectures and PR for Israel.

In my presentations, I focus on the PA/Fatah’s support of Hamas’ slaughter on October 7, as well as their calls to Palestinians in the West Bank to join the terror war. I also urge countries to accept Israel’s position that the PA cannot be the replacement to run Gaza once Israel destroys Hamas. It was the PA’s messages that PMW has been warning about for years that generated the support for Hamas that led to the October 7 atrocities. 

I am giving between 1 and 4 interviews a day to the Israeli and foreign media. Fox News reported on the financial rewards the PA will give the terrorists and the Wall Street Journal [WSJ subscription may be required] published my op-ed this past Monday.

PMW’s activities with the army, internationally, and with the media have expanded significantly and our critical role in supporting Israel’s war effort has stretched PMW to the max. There is NO Doubt Hamas fired massive rockets and sent terrorist soldiers into Israel on 10/7/23. After the “NO DOUBT” of yet another pseudo-Palestinian attack that so-far (or at least the last time I read) has led 1300 barbaric murders of Israelis and any unlucky non-Muslim Westerners who happened to be in the attack area.

THEN the Pro-Palestinian and ironic allies of Anti-Globalists/Leftists & blatant blame all-Jews Antisemites vs Pro-Israel, Zionists (Leftist Zionists, Conservative Zionists & Christian Zionists) rabidly began to skew and probably twist facts with Propaganda. The Pro-Palestinian side (except the Anti-Globalists) celebrated the massacre inside Israel. The Anti-Globalists (many of which I have admired in their stands against NWO Tyranny) condemned Israel’s response which undoubtedly will lead to pseudo-Palestinian mass-deaths not involved in the attack on Israel – calling the Israeli response a genocide.

The Hamas attack and the Israeli response has vastly divided friends based on whose narrative one supported. Admittedly, I’m a Christian Zionists who has always believed the Arabs who call themselves Palestinians (the Arab-Palestinian history of being located in the area is actually miniscule compared to the history of Jews being located in the area) should be forced to leave the Biblically Promised Land to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. (NOTE: Whether factual or not in reality, Arab-Muslims consider themselves the descendants of Abraham through Ishmael born to Sarah’s handmaiden Hagar. Ishmael IS NOT a part of the Abraham, Isaac [child of Promise], and Jacob [renamed Israel by the Almighty] Promise.) My Christian Zionist sentiments has sadly placed me at odds with many Anti-Globalists who oppose a New World Order who are more concerned about Leftist-Globalists who have infiltrated Israel’s government perhaps even worse than the Leftist-Globalist infiltration in the U.S. Government. And of course, Jew-Hating (regardless of the existence of Covenant-Keeping Jews) Antisemites who disseminate the propaganda ALL Jews are the blame for the ills of the world and desire to rule as a Jewish-Controlled World Order.

The Antisemite Jew-Hatred accusation is POPPYCOCK since Covenant-Keeping Jews are ONLY interested in their Jewish Homeland and NOT World-Control.

ON THE OTHERHAND, Islam’s revered writings (Quran, Hadith & Sira) demand a world conquest to force ALL Peoples to submit to the will of Allah. AND YET, due to the infiltration of Leftist-Globalist infiltration in Israel’s government and a history of Leftist Zionist history in Israel, there are many reasons to question the Israel Government Bureaucracy (just like the highly corrupted U.S. Government Bureaucracy) which undoubtedly more aligned with WEF-NWO agenda designs than the Almighty’s Covenant that has allowed the Return of Jews to a sovereign Homeland.

A short post by Pam Kohler at Salvation and Survival gives a Christian Zionist such as I a great snapshot about right-and-wrong criticism of Israel noting the existence of the influence of Leftist Jews who have zero inclination toward the Almighty’s Covenant of a Biblical Homeland. Kohler’s post is entitled, “The Lord Has Chosen Zion; He Desires It For His Dwelling Place!” I posted the below comment on her post, you’ll have to go there to read Kohler’s response:

AND NOW this takes me to an interesting Canada Free Press post I ran into yesterday by Kelly O’Connell, who posits the idea the Hamas attacks on Israel on Israel might be a part of the Islamic mindset of the Mahdi ushering in the resumption of the domination of the Muslim New World Order. To be fair Mahdi doctrine is usually associated with the minority Shia Islam which dominates modern Iran but O’Connell touches on that a bit. Hamas are terrorist who subscribe more with the majority Sunni Islam doctrines associated with the Muslim Brotherhood. I’ll let you decide if O’Connell’s speculation is accurate or not. Since Hamas (Sunnis) funding and weaponry comes from Iran (Shia), I think he might be onto something.

My Christian Zionist perspective that undoubtedly is Politically Incorrect: If there is a Mahdi-entity, it is an Antichrist demonic entity ushering in an End Times scenario that could hasten the return of the ACTUAL Messiah – Jesus Christ the Son of God and King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Or another glitch in history as we Believers in the Risen Savior await His prophesied RETURN. Only God Almighty knows.

Twelver Shia offers the story of the hidden imam, Muhammad al-Mahdi, or simply the “mahdi,” meaning “divinely guided one.” In 874 A.D., the six-year-old son of the eleventh imam went into hiding to protect himself from the persecution of the reigning Abbasid empire. The occultation of the mahdi, known as “ghaybah” in Arabic, will end with his return to the world for the Last Judgment. The Fervid Desire of Iran to release the curative of the pseudo-Christ Mahdi, to heal the world and bring peace by, ironically, destroying all non Muslims, as often explained by past Iranian President Ahmadinejad:

Dajji is Devil: The Dajji is described as follows: “The Prophet said (about the Dajjal) that he is one eyed, his right eye is as if a protruding out grape. Dajjal’s character:

The Dajjal, False Messiah or Antichrist, plays a key role in Muslim eschatology. He’s ‘the apocalyptic opponent of Jesus’, appearing in the last days. He’s ‘a malevolent creature in human form.’ His arrival will follow the appearance of the Mahdi’. He claims to be Jesus, and his forces attack the Mahdi, while almost defeating him when the real Jesus descends from heaven. Working together, Jesus & Mahdi destroy the Dajjal and his army. One Teaching Claims Syria as the final place of the Muslim Apocalypse War of the Mahdi: “Dabiq is the name of a small town in northern Syria. According to Muslim eschatological tradition, it will be the site of a major battle that will be fought between Muslims and Christian invaders, a battle that will be one of the signs that the end-times have begun.”

“The final apocalyptic battles occur north of Israel in the land of Magog (Rev. 20:7) during the reign of the final caliph, the Mahdi, who will rule over all Islam. Hamas attacks Israel, and then I begin to read the amazing typically anti-Globalist sources infiltrated by Jew-Haters, come out and blame Israel and support the Arabs who call themselves Palestinians.

This is what I know from extensive study of modern Jewish and Arab history merely from the top of my memory. Jews began to immigrate to the area now known as modern Israel that was under management of the then Muslim Ottoman Empire (modern Turkey today is remnant of that old empire).

Why did European Jews begin to immigrate to the area controlled by Ottoman-Turkey? A combination of circumstances created by an emerging Zionist Movement to return to the Promised Land given by God AND rabid European Antisemitism that brutalized Jews of lesser financial means.

To be upfront, early Zionist leaders were more Left-Wing than Biblical in their mindset. Many of the European Zionist-supporting Jews desired to keep their Jewish identity while also adapting Western Cultural benefits. The movement gained a large impetus from the French Dreyfus Affair. Here’s a paragraph summary (you should read the whole page) from Holocaust Encyclopedia:

‘Alfred Dreyfus (1859-1935) was a French Jewish military officer who was wrongfully tried and convicted of treason against France in 1894. The trial and ensuing events are referred to as the “Dreyfus Affair.”’

As I wrote, you should read the entire post for detail of conviction for treason more for being Jewish than any actual proof of treason. Her’s a summary of Dreyfus’ final exoneration which took quite some time and the experience of jail time on Devil’s Island:

“Dreyfus was not officially exonerated until July 12, 1906, by a military commission. He was readmitted into the army with a promotion to the rank of Major. A week later, he was made a knight of the Legion of Honour. Despite the toll which the years of imprisonment on Devil’s Island had taken on his health, he returned to serve in the French army in World War I and was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel at the end of the war.

Dreyfus died in Paris on July 12, 1935, at the age of 75.”

Enter prime-mover of Zionism Theodore Herzl. History appears to be in current dispute on how much the Dreyfus Affair affected Herzl. I found what I believe to be a great synopsis from the website my Jewish Learning:

“As a young man, Herzl believed Jews should seek to assimilate into European culture. According to several of his biographers, Herzl had an ambivalent relationship to his Jewish identity, both proud and ashamed, and sought to shed his distinctly Jewish traits and meld into the wider culture. The conventional view has it that Herzl was deeply influenced by the trial of Alfred Dreyfus, a French-Jewish army captain falsely accused of treason in 1894. The case, which has come to be seen as a textbook example of enduring European hostility toward Jews, unfolded when Herzl was the Paris correspondent for the Viennese Neue Freie Presse. However, later scholars have suggested that Herzl’s transformation occurred earlier and that he played up the impact of the Dreyfus affair on his thinking only to win support for his political goals.

Herzl lived from 1860 to 1904. He never witnessed the complete exoneration of Dreyfus and neither did live long enough to see the restoration of the Jewish Homeland. Keep in mind Herzl became the typical of the Left-oriented European Jew weary of experiencing Antisemitism who did immigrate to a Palestine-area (part of a Syrian province-like administration) administered by Ottoman-Turkey. Contrary to claims of historical revisionists, Ottoman land mismanagement led to a relatively empty rural Palestine area with cities such as Jerusalem actually having more Jews than Muslims. European Jewish immigration brought Western innovation and the need for more employment. That is when Arabs began to immigrate to the area to work. The descendants of today’s so-called Palestinians were these Arab immigrants. It is a LIE of a long-time Palestinian existence in the Jewish Homeland.

Sadly, the People of the Covenant may not figure out that Christ the Redeemer is their Messiah until His Second Coming when many Jews will believe under a kind of weak Thomas Faith of seeing is believing. NONETHELESS, the Muslim world who revere Jesus as a prophet (their revered writings call Jesus by the name “Isa”, BUT REFUSE to believe Jesus is the Son of God and REFUSE Jesus died on the Cross and was Resurrected three days later) will have an even more difficult realization of Redemption because of their brainwashing revered writings. Hatred of all things non-Islamic are actually encoded in their revered writings – BUT that’s another subject.

Reflections on Israel’s New Existential War

There have been plenty of terrorist attacks on Israel. A dozen or so conventional wars of various magnitude have been waged against the Jewish state. And more often there have been mixtures of both.

Yet never have hundreds of gangs of black-clad murderers carefully planned to swarm Israel, with an agenda to pull random Jews out of their homes and off the street, murder them, and toss their bodies in the street.

In fact, the closest parallel to the sort of methods Hamas is now embracing is something close to the Rwanda 1994 mass killing, when swarms of Hutu militia killers launched a preplanned murder spree against thousands of Tutsi civilians.

Note one common theme of these horrific videos of the murdering of young women: the bloodthirst of the Gaza crowd. There appears a natural desire of everyday Gazans to video the mutilations, an embrace of the spitting on the doomed, a frenzied effort to mutilate the dead—and the absence of a single Gazan objecting to the group murder of a civilian.

Hamas did not act out of the ordinary, but in sync with its people. In truth, there is something so terribly wrong in Gaza that the United States should keep as far away as it can from such barbarity—and hope that it too feels the same about America and keeps to itself.

So again why did Hamas mount such a long-planned and multifaceted assault on Israeli towns, public buildings, soldiers, and civilians?

The invasion was not so much a surprise attack, in the conventional Pearl Harbor sense, as a carefully calibrated land, sea, and ground effort at mass killing and hostage taking. It was designed to execute noncombatants, grab Jews for bargaining leverage, and to shock Israelis through their pre-civilizational desecration of the bodies of the dead.

It targeted first a youth concert near the border, on the theory the cowardly killers could gain maximum media traction and Arab solidarity by sensationally butchering and kidnapping helpless adolescents. Will the murderers in the weeks ahead transfer their killing zeal to attacks on the IDF? They will soon have their long desired and ample opportunity to showcase to the world their bravado as they face real soldiers and not unarmed elderly and youth.

Apparently, the Palestinians in their now ISIS role also thought their descent into even greater barbarity, rarely witnessed in even the most savage parts of the world, would shock Israelis into assuming some sort of collective fetal position, with hands over their ears screaming, “make all these demons just go away.”

If so, Hamas sorely miscalculated.

The sheer horror of their methods, and the cowardice shown by focusing on teen-aged girls and children rather than the IDF, will have the exact opposite effect, both in Israel and worldwide.

Israel now knows there is no living with a precivilizational Hamas. It must destroy it, permanently block off Gaza from itself, and adopt a strategy of chronic disproportionate response from now on out.

In such a change of strategy, Israel will have the backing of most of the civilized world and its own people, since there is no other choice once Hamas has adopted its campaign of death. We will likely see things in the next month that no one has anticipated, and yet the Israeli response will be in the eyes of most of the world long overdue.

In other words, few will pay any more attention to the Squads of the world, or the radical Jew-haters of the Western Left, or the Democratic-Socialists of America who cheered on the killing. They are now revealed on the side of death for death’s sake and cannot be reasoned with.

We are not yet 80 years out from the Holocaust. Yet here again we witness black-clad cadres of special killer units trying to round up Jews and execute them on the spot. There is one strange difference though between the current Hamas SS cadres and their spiritual forefathers in Nazi Germany.

Between 1941-45 America fought to destroy the SS and its hired local death squads. But in 2023, the Biden administration has restored hundreds of millions of dollars in aid to the Palestinian Authority and to Gaza under Hamas, despite the commitments of both to the destruction of Israel and the mass killing of Jews—and regardless of the warnings of its own State Department.

That too will change, as there will soon be zero American support for giving one more cent to any Palestinian “organization.”

Why the attacks now? Other than the usual reasons the Palestinians slaughter Jews—envy, the easy preference to destroy others than to create a successful modern state of their own, ethnic and religious hatred—the timing and methods of this particular killing spread were predicated on some particular catalysts.

Palestinians wanted to stop any rumored rapprochement between the Gulf monarchies—their traditional purse strings—and Israel, by forcing the issue of Arab solidarity in times of “war,” especially through waging a gruesome attack aimed at civilians and encompassing executions and hostage taking. They wished to force, for example, the Saudis to endorse their mutilation of corpses or else be to seen as sell-outs to the “Jews.”

Iran is the likely driving force in prompting the war. Its greatest fear is a Sunni Arab-Israel deal that would finally transcend the anti-Semitic and ethnic hatred that now resides most prominently in Palestine and Iran.

In addition, Arab forces only achieve success against Israel in surprise assaults during an Israel holiday. So the current attack was timed 50-years after the October 6, 1973 beginning of the Yom Kippur War. They struck during Simchat Torah, coming at the end of a weeklong Jewish celebration of Sukkot. And yet despite the iconic date, Hamas caught both the sophisticated intelligence networks of Israel, the United States, and the West in general completely unaware.

Did Hamas think Hezbollah and Iran would join in? Will they? If one believes their rhetoric they will; if one believes that they do not wish to experience what will likely follow in Gaza, they will not.

For the time being, after all, there are now zero restraints on Israel for the first occasion perhaps in its history. Few other than the international relations major AOC or a bigot in the American State Department will call for proportionality, an immediate ceasefire, or an Israeli stand down.

Hamas may also have reckoned that recent Israeli turmoil and mass street protests over proposed reforms of the Israeli Supreme Court had led to permanent internal divisions and thus a climate of domestic distraction if not an erosion of deterrence.

True, there was something eerie about the Israeli left’s opposition that extended to the politicization of IDF recruits. This propensity to commit collective civilizational suicide is now toxic in Western society, from Sweden to America. But in a frontline state like Israel it could prove fatal–as Hamas apparently also reasoned.

Let us also be candid, the Biden administration has contributed to the notion that Hamas was a legitimate Middle-East player. It fueled the perception that the U.S. was backing away from its traditional support for Israel—to the delight of Hamas—based on inexplicable policies.

Remember there is an iron law in the Middle East: anytime the U.S. distances itself from Israel, and gravitates to Iran, its violent enemies see that as a de facto greenlight to ratchet up their aggression. It is now a tenet of the base of the new woke Democratic Party, whether on campuses, among its Squad, in the media, or as championed by its identify politics caucuses, that Israel is an illegitimate state, while radical Palestinians are freedom fighters.

Do we remember that in February the ridiculous Secretary of State Blinken bragged that not only had the Biden administration resumed massive aid to the corrupt PLA, canceled by Trump, but also cumulatively had transferred $1 billion—even as Palestinian authorities and Abbas bragged that they would continue to pay bounties to the families of “martyrs” (i.e., those killed while conducting terrorists attacks against Israel)?

All such funds are fungible. So the more Biden’s people brag that the money goes to humanitarian purposes or has not yet arrived in Iranian accounts, the more these terrorist entities preemptively free up cash to mobilize for war.

So millions of American dollars went into Gaza, run by Hamas—despite the Biden administration’s efforts to keep mostly quiet the resumption of such inexplicable support.

In this regard, note the shameful State-Department (“U.S. Office of Palestinian Affairs”) website news release that was posted instantly after attack (since mysteriously taken down). It had ended with this quite embarrassing, morally equivalent admonition:

“We urged all sides to refrain from violence and retaliatory attacks. Terror and violence solve nothing.” “All sides?” “Refrain from retaliatory attacks?”

So Israel is to be the moral equivalent of terrorists executing civilians and brutalizing their corpses? And all this from the U.S. government? And what exactly is the “U.S. Office of Palestinian Affairs,” a megaphone for “normalizing” Hamas?

The IDF then is not to retaliate against these killers?

Does the Biden administration now also call upon Ukraine, “to refrain from violence and retaliatory attacks?” Does it believe that Ukraine’s “violence” in response to Putin’s “terror” will “solve nothing?”

Remember also the Biden administration had recently released some $6 billion to Iran through a prison swap deal that saw South Korea had over embargoed Iranian money to Qatar—despite Tehran’s increased anti-Israeli rhetoric and its loud brag about the escalation.

In fungible fashion and in anticipation of the arrival of this cash windfall, Iran no doubt accelerated its shipments of arms to Gaza. We should assume Iranian money for rockets (Hamas claims they have launched 5,000, and have received 100,000 of them via the Damascus airport) and weapons in general for Hamas were supplied by Iran, a terrorist state that the Biden administration apparently sees as a strategic partner.

Almost immediately, after his inauguration an eager Biden mobilized to resume the bankrupt Iran deal. In unhinged fashion, he appointed the anti-Israeli bigot, pro-Iranian zealot journalist Robert Malley as America’s chief Iranian negotiator. Remember, Malley was the special ISIS advisor of Barack Obama (who kept mum during the 2009 mass uprising against the Iranian theocracy), when ISIS overran Iraq.

Our envoy Malley apparently advertises himself, to quote his Wikipedia bio, as “an expert on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and has written extensively on this subject advocating rapprochement with Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood.”

We are now witnessing the reification of our Iranian envoy’s idea of “rapprochement” in the streets of Israel.

Note that Malley is now under FBI investigation for security breaches, involving disclosing classified U.S. documents. He also is under further scrutiny for allegedly helping pro-Iranian activists and propagandists land influential billets inside the U.S. government.

Imagine that: Iran now cheers on mass death in Israel while its agents and provocateurs burrow into the U.S. government (which might explain the Biden State Department’s immediate call to cease Israeli retaliation).

The result of this madness is that there was a general Hamas and Iranian perception that the Biden administration had resumed the discredited Obama insanity of empowering Iran, Hezbollah, and Hamas. This discredited agenda aimed to “balance” the power of Israel and the moderate Arab Gulf governments to achieve “creative tension,” and was certainly exacerbated by Biden’s loathing of the government of Benjamín Netanyahu.

Note as well that the Biden administration has insidiously siphoned off key weapons and munitions from emergency stockpiles inside Israel apparently to transfer them to Ukraine. The so-called “War Reserve Ammunition—Israel” is reportedly all but depleted of just the sorts of weapons and shells that will be likely needed in the present crisis.

Who knows, we should soon expect that some of the multibillion-dollar arsenal abandoned to the Taliban—who have now voiced a willingness to help Gaza in the killing of Jews—will end up with Hamas. So we deplete strategic arsenals in Israel, but leave them to the Taliban.

In this regard is there a Carteresque pattern here?

Upon the ascension of Biden and his woke strategic agendas, we witnessed the following chain of events: 1) the 2021 complete humiliation of the U.S. miliary in Kabul in its greatest defeat in 50 years; 2) followed by Vladimir Putin’s 2022 opportunistic invasion of Ukraine; 3) followed by China’s new belligerence and escalating threats to Taiwan; 4) followed by Turkey’s new de facto alliance with Russia and recent drone encounter with the U.S. air force in Syria; 5) followed by the Hamas/Iranian inspired attack on Israel—6) with more to come unfortunately.

Will Biden finally get the message from the attacks on the Ukraine and Israeli borders, that borders matter? We too are being invaded, with the encouragement of the Mexican government and to the advantage of the cartels. Biden should carefully digest the ranting of President Obrador who seems to feel he has veto power over the White House, as he demands our own borders remain open to his citizens for whom he cannot provide, while he seeks to influence U.S. elections.

In a sane world, the Biden administration would immediately cancel all talks with Iran, renew sanctions, and stop any cash transferences. (Why were the Obama and Biden administrations so fond of sending so much money to theocratic Iran)? It would stop all aid to the West Bank and Gaza. It would put a travel ban on anyone from Iran or the West Bank and Gaza and pull visas of any currently from Palestine in the U.S. It would immediately ramp up defense spending, especially on missile defense, dismantle the woke commissariat in the Pentagon, and prepare for the unthinkable and existential abroad.

And there is likely zero chance that the handlers of Joe Biden will do any of that.

Following Hamas’ terror massacre on Israel Saturday morning, Abbas’ Fatah Movement has urged Palestinians in the West Bank and Jerusalem to join in the terror against Israel, as Palestinian Media Watch documented yesterday.

The “successful” terror attack, in which Hamas terrorists have murdered between 800 and 1000 Israelis – mostly civilians – wounded over 2,500, and taken approximately 150 hostages into the Gaza Strip, is seen by the Palestinians as a great “victory.” Official PA TV broadcast a Fatah member mocking Israel that its allegedly “undefeatable army is weaker than cobwebs”:

Hamas terrorists also fired at least 3,000 rockets at Israeli population centers. In response, Israel launched Operation Iron Swords to counter the Hamas terror threat.

I hope people have noticed Antisemitism has returned on levels that undoubtedly would have pleased Nazi in the 1930s and 1940s. Sad thing about the current Antisemitic infection is that Jews worldwide have embraced Leftist Thought and godless contradicting-Bible morals. In essence, a Leftist Jew still proud of their Judaic heritage has abandoned much of the God-given Covenant that has made the 12-Tribes of Israel the Chosen People.

Hence the 21st century emerging Antisemitism is largely based on Marxist/Socialist embraced ideology and societal-transforming constructs. For Conservative-Patriots observing American Jews embracing the Dem-Marxist Party, one passionately desires to criticize.

The Problem: No matter how one tries to justify a new found Antisemitism, the Bible is still Clear. Jews who keep and practice their Torah (1st five books of Old Testament) Covenant are the apple of God’s Eye and are the primary receivers of Promise: a People Chosen and a People Promised specific geographic land.

A constant problem plaguing the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has been the issue of Covenant-keeping. When the Hebrew Leadership inspired the people to Keep Covenant, the Hebrew People are receivers of God’s Promises. When the Hebrew Leadership inspires Covenant-abandonment, the Hebrew People experience promised curses primarily because disobedience withdraws God’s protection. Today the Gentile (non-Jewish) world view the Hebrew Tribes as Jews, largely as the result of the curse: The last independent Israeli Kingdom of the Davidic line was the Tribe of Judah (the Kingdom of Judah consisted of larger Tribe-Judah and much smaller Tribe-Benjamin). The last Kings of Judah were not Covenant-Keepers which resulted in the Babylonian Captivity. When Persia conquered Babylon, the Persian emperor allowed Judah-Captives (who chose to) to return to their homeland. From “Judah” is where the designation “Jew” come from.

Understanding the ebb and flow of blessings and cursing is recorded in the lengthy Chapter 28 of Deuteronomy (NKJV):

If there was ever good evidence to point to reasons for Jews to NOT trust Christians sharing and/or evangelizing the Good News of Salvation and Redemption by the Blood of the Risen Messiah Jesus the Son of God, it is the way too often violent Christian Antisemitism over thousands of historical years through unscriptural blood libel blaming such as Christ-Killing and just poisonous lies such the blood sacrifice of Christian Children (Too many Christians support unborn baby murder via abortion as if a woman’s authority over her body extends to a God-created little life awaiting to be born).

It’s been quite some time since I have taken a journey to attack the idiocy of Antisemitism. But as I alluded earlier in this post, a large segment of Jews have placed a target on their own back by embracing the God-hating ideology of Leftist. Anything Leftist (it really doesn’t matter the degree of Marxism – which is atheistic by nature – or the variation of Socialism – which either dilutes God’s Word or degenerates God’s Word to myth eliminating Divinity) removes the efficacy of God’s Covenant. Frankly, that includes self-proclaimed Christians who do the very same thing Leftist Jews do. But that is another train of thought.

You might be interested why I decided to rail against Antisemitism. Although it happened a few days ago, I discovered Benjamin Netanyahu has again fought off the Jewish Left in Israel and has won the role of Prime Minister in Israel. Netanyahu is adding more time as the already longest serving Prime Minister in modern Israel history.

Regardless of the Christian beginnings of this post, the bulk of the thoughts deal Antisemitism and the wonderment to why Jews might support modern perpetrators of Antisemitism in America.

I’m a supporter of Biblical Morality and Biblical Christianity. I was sad to discover that search engines (and not just Google) have become so warped by Secular Humanism they ignore the standard Biblical interpretation in favor of placing website toward the top justifying sin as normal. The homosexual sin was my first test search. Indeed, search engines appear to me to be so complicit to twisting Biblical wording to justify sin as normal rather than the ORIGINAL INTENT (boy that sounds familiar) of the CREATOR of ALL that exists. So here I focus on the CREATOR’s ORIGINAL INTENT rather than man-made word twisting justifying sin as acceptable. For Christians to contemplate primarily from Chapter 2 of the Revelation of Jesus Christ to the Apostle John (Revelation 1: 11; 2 – Amplified Bible, Classic Edition):

11 Saying, I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last. Write promptly what you see (your vision) in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia—to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea.

‘Tremendous Anxiety in the Jewish Community’: US Jews Targeted by Anti-Semitic ‘Mapping Project’

BOSTON, MA – Jews in the US are becoming more concerned for their safety and for good reason. In addition to growing violence, a new way of targeting them is underway.

Creators of The Mapping Project have developed an interactive website that seeks to expose those who support the colonization of Palestine by revealing the names and addresses of close to 500 organizations and individuals in Massachusetts, many who are Jewish.

Rob Leikind, the regional director for the American Jewish Committee (AJC) in New England, is listed and he’s sounding the alarm, alongside a host of other Jewish advocates and community and regional leaders in the Boston area.

“There’s tremendous anxiety in the Jewish community,” Leikind told CBN News. “This is a moment where people feel like things have changed.”

Ellie Cohanim, the former deputy special envoy on anti-Semitism at the State Department says the map puts Jewish individuals and institutions at risk. “This is coming at a time when there is a rise in anti-Semitic incidents and attacks all across the country,” she said.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) tracks anti-Semitic harassment, vandalism and assault in the US. Last year, it recorded 2,717 incidents, a 34 percent increase from 2020 and the highest number since it began tracking in 1979.

The American Jewish Committee states that one in four American Jews have been the target of anti-Semitism in the last 12 months. Those included physical attacks, verbal harassment and online targeting.

The AJC calls it a severe problem, requiring urgent attention.

Leikind notes that history is repeating itself. “The anti-Semitism which after the Holocaust was kind of an obscenity, today is becoming normalized again. That people who have those ideas, who kept them to themselves now feel increasingly comfortable expressing them,” he said.

Jewish advocates like the AJC see the threat coming from both the extreme left and the extreme right. For example, in 2018 far right white supremacist ideology motivated the Pittsburgh synagogue shooter to kill eleven people.

Leikind explains the disturbing line of thought.

“Jews are somehow the engineers behind a vast conspiracy to turn America into mud people. We’re race mixing, all of a sudden going to turn this country into a homogenous country where white people will no longer exist. That idea sounds crazy to many of us,” he noted. “But it now has a fairly substantial audience.”

On the left, there’s anti-Zionism which leads to anti-Semitism say Jewish advocates.

“The notion that Israel is the worst place on earth,” Leikind explained. “That Israel is the exemplar of all that is bad with the nation state, with nationalism, that Israel is the avatar of modern colonialism.”

Cohanim points out a trend in Europe where attacks on Jews increase when there’s conflict in Israel. That’s now happening in the US, most recently during Israel’s conflicts with Gaza.

“We had caravans of Palestinian-flagged cars driving through Jewish neighborhoods, particularly looking for Jews to attack and in fact they did attack Jews, all across this country,” she told CBN News.

The FBI is keeping tabs on the Mapping Project. In Boston, a wide array of elected officials and community leaders have denounced it.

In light of that, Leikind is even more focused on building bridges and encouraging conversations about anti-Semitism, hoping people will learn to better tolerate and even appreciate their differences.

Report: NIF, EU, UN Drive Ferocious Campaign to Quash Israel’s Nationality Law

In the week before the Saturday night rally in Tel Aviv’s Rabin Square against Israel’s new Nationality Law, the organizers issued frequent announcements to the media, signed by the “headquarters of the struggle against the Nationality Law.”

 

According to the website Mida, the group behind the “struggle” is Anu (Us in Hebrew), a leftist NGO supported by the New Israel Fund, the European Union, UNESCO, and the Shoken fund, to name a few.

 

Anu is also behind an online funding campaign to raise money for the rally and the continued fight against the new law.

 

To remind you, the Basic Law: Israel as the Nation-State of the Jewish People, enacted July 19 by a majority of 62 to 55 with 2 abstaining, establishes the constitutionality of the three historic Zionist principles: the free return of the Jews to the land of our fathers; the free settlement of Jews everywhere in Israel; and the miraculously revived Hebrew as the official language of the Jewish State. Calling these principles racist and part of an apartheid policy is tantamount to attacking the very existence of a Jewish State.

 

But the Anu-supported “Struggle Headquarters” describes the new Basic Law (meaning it is constitutional) in a distorted way, with clear post-Zionist attitudes woven between the lines.

 

For one thing, the Struggle Headquarters does not distinguish between Israeli minorities who committed to military service and those who do not, presenting the protest as being shared by “Druze, Jews and Arabs.” This despite the yawning gap between the position of a large number of Israeli Arabs, who identify themselves as “Palestinians” and pray for the destruction of Israel, and the overwhelming majority of the Druze, who are proud of their country and fight for it in the battlefield.

 

The Struggle Headquarters propaganda maliciously misrepresents the law, using a false comparison between two Border Guard officers, one a Jew, the other a Druze, and stating that “the Nationality Law states explicitly: They are not brothers! They are not equal!”

 

The new law does no such thing, of course. It certainly does not violate the civil rights of Druze citizens, nor does it violate the equality between Jewish and Druze citizens.

 

The Struggle Headquarters intentionally lies to the public, suggesting the new law “officially cancels the principle of civil equality” and “justifies inequality in the distribution of national resources,” both utterly baseless claims.

 

They also claim the law “cancels the recognition of Arabic as an official language,” when the Nationality Law, which crowns Hebrew as the Jewish State’s official language, also explicitly uphold the special status given to the Arabic language.

 

Along with the above distortions, the Struggle Headquarters is also infected with post-Zionism: “The government, deliberately, violates the international right of minorities to national self-determination as minority groups,” the campaign declares, but fails to explain what is the basis for this so-called “international right.” That’s because no such right exists.

 

Minority rights, as applying to ethnic, religious or linguistic minorities and indigenous peoples, are an integral part of international human rights law, designed to ensure that a specific group which is in a vulnerable, disadvantaged or marginalized position in society, is able to achieve equality and is protected from persecution. The concerns of international legal conventions on minority rights are not to prevent nation-states such as England, Denmark, France or Israel from remaining so, but to prevent the genocide of minorities in places like the former Yugoslavia or east Africa. In countries with a Western democratic tradition, minority rights are usually protected by affirmative action quotas.

 

And yet, the literature disseminated by the Struggle Headquarters say Israel must provide “national self-determination” to Israeli Arabs, many of whom identify themselves as “Palestinians.” This is a concept that promotes eliminating the uniqueness of the Jewish national identity of the State of Israel.

 

This post-Zionist outlook joins similar statements made by Druze former General Amal Assad, one of the leaders of the struggle against the Nationality Law, who believes the Jews do not have a unique right to the Land of Israel, as he put it recently on his Facebook page: “Where did you get the nerve to determine that the country belongs to the Jews? What is the foundation of the claim of the Jewish right and ownership of the land?”

 

Last week, it was the same Assad who caused the collapse of a meeting between Prime Minister Netanyahu and the heads of the Druze community, when he declared that Israel is on its way to becoming an “apartheid state.”

 

THE LEADER

 

One of the prominent figures in the “struggle against national law” is Dr. Ricki Tessler, a faculty member at the Hebrew University’s School of Education and chair of the Academic Forum on Civics Education. Tessler is the spearhead in the campaign to eliminate national-Zionist values from the teaching of civil studies, in favor of “universal” values ​​that correspond to the values ​​of a state of all its citizens.

 

In an interview with the Knesset TV channel, Tesler expressed her rage at the fact that the country’s civil studies books teach that “the government can make decisions because it is the majority,” protesting: “Where will all this lead us?”

 

In other words, Tessler is enraged by the most basic principle of democracy: majority rule.

 

ANU AND THE NIF

 

Anu is a federation of lefwing [sic] organizations, including Agenda, heavily sponsored by the New Israel Fund (80% of its budget came from NIF).

 

Agenda’s board included NIF’s Executive Director in Israel, Rachel Liel; MK Daniel Ben-Simon (Zionist Union); and former Israel TV news director and current mayor of the Druze town of Daliat al-Carmel, Rafik Halabi, who is one of the pillars of the protest against the Nationality Law; and the group’s director-general Anat Saragusti, who later ran B’Tselem US.

 

Between 2014 and 2017, Anu received more than $550,000 in grants from the NIF. The NGO also receives grants from the European Union and the UN, the specific amounts are not yet known.

Anu serves the leftist agenda, dedicating its official website and Facebook page to promoting leftwing demonstrations under the title “The People Are Fighting Corruption.” Anu provides organizational knowledge to expand the circle of participants in the demonstrations, offering an online demonstrations map, directing users to the locations of the demonstrations throughout the country, and providing updates via email on upcoming rallies.

 

To date, Anu has launched an extensive campaign to prevent the expulsion of illegal African infiltrators, spreading blatant lies such as that “the State of Israel expels tens of thousands into mortal danger”; demonstrations against the government’s natural gas outline; rallies against the demolition of illegal construction in Bedouin settlements in the Negev; and support for the Barbur Art Gallery in Jerusalem, which hosted members of extreme leftist, anti-Israel organizations in a venue that is public property belonging to the Jerusalem Municipality.

 

Among the more bizarre campaigns appearing on the organization’s website is “The struggle against brain-control crimes.” Anu claims that “university management retirees, together with subcontractors from intelligence organizations, fire electromagnetic radiation to establish remote brain control, to manage the citizens using microwave radiation.”

The new government’s war on BDS

The flagship of the diplomatic war against Israel is the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s new government is less than a month old, but it’s already apparent that it is different from its predecessors. And if it continues on its current diplomatic trajectory, it may do something that its six predecessors failed to accomplish. Netanyahu’s new government may improve Israel’s position internationally.

The stakes are high. Over the years, Israel has largely concentrated its efforts on developing the tools to contend with its military challenges. But as we have seen over the past decade and a half, Israel’s capacity to fight and defeat its enemies is not limited principally by the IDF’s war-fighting capabilities.

Israel’s ability to defend itself and its citizens is constrained first and foremost by its shrinking capacity to defend itself diplomatically. Its enemies in the diplomatic arena have met with great success in their use of diplomatic condemnation and intimidation to force Israel to limit its military operations to the point where it is incapable of defeating its enemies outright.

The flagship of the diplomatic war against Israel is the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement.

Participants in the movement propagate and disseminate the libelous claim that Israel’s use of force in self-defense is inherently immoral and illegal. Over the years BDS activists’ assaults on Israel’s right to exist have become ever more shrill and radical. So, too, whereas just a few years ago their operations tended to be concentrated around military confrontations, today they are everyday occurrences. And their demands become greater and more openly anti-Semitic from week to week and day to day.

Consider the events of the past seven days alone.

Late last week Israel fended off a major international effort led by Palestinian Authority Soccer Federation chairman and former terrorist chief Jibril Rajoub to expel it from the Fédération Internationale de Football Association. Not only is Rajoub a man with blood on his hands. The Fatah luminary is admired by the Israeli far-Left while also being a favorite of Qatar, the chief state sponsor of the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas.

Rajoub is sympathetically inclined toward enabling Hamas in Gaza to expand its presence in Judea and Samaria.

Before the government had a chance to sigh in relief that FIFA was settled, Britain’s National Union of Students voted to join the BDS movement. This means that the anti-Israel demonstrations and assaults that take place several times a week at Britain’s universities will now take place under the NUS banner.

Also Wednesday, the French telecom giant Orange’s CEO Stéphane Richard told reporters in Cairo that he wishes to cut off his contract with Israel’s Partner telecommunications company, one of Israel’s largest cellular telephone services providers.

Richard was apparently coerced into making his statement by the Egyptian BDS movement which has threatened to boycott Orange’s subsidiary in Egypt due to its contract with Partner.

Tuesday it was reported that last month the Dutch government issued a travel advisory to its citizens traveling in Israel. In an act of anti-Jewish inversion now common in the Western discourse about Israel and its enemies, the Dutch government warned that Jews in Judea and Samaria constitute a threat to Dutch travelers because they throw stones “toward Palestinian and foreign vehicles.”

In the US, the Anti-Defamation League reported that this past academic year there was a 38 percent rise in anti-Israel events on college campuses over the previous year. The number of BDS campaigns doubled over the previous academic year.

By ADL’s count, there were 520 anti-Israel events on campuses. BDS campaigns were initiated on 29 campuses.

At the UN, Tuesday “The Palestinian Return Center,” Hamas’s European chapter, was granted official status as a recognized nongovernmental organization by the UN’s Commission on NGOs. Now, thanks to the commission, Hamas terrorists can participate in UN meetings, have full access to UN facilities and wear their new, official UN badges.

Incidentally, the same commission rejected a request by ZAKA to receive the same status. ZAKA is an Israeli NGO that provides first aid and handles the remains of terrorism victims and victims of major disasters in Israel and worldwide.

Also at the UN, Leila Zerrougui, the envoy for children in armed conflicts, is pushing to get the IDF added to the blacklist of groups that harm children.

Boko Haram, Islamic State, al-Qaida and the Taliban are among the current names of the list.

Wednesday Republican Sen. Ted Cruz sent a pointed letter to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon condemning Zerrougui’s actions. Cruz threatened, “Congress will have no choice but to reassess the United States’ relationship with the United Nations and consider serious consequences if you choose to take this action.”

In contrast to Cruz’s position, in his interview with Channel 2 broadcast Tuesday, US President Barack Obama indicated that due to the rising tide of anti-Israel sentiment and campaigns, if Israel doesn’t make unreciprocated concessions to the PA then the administration will have no choice but to join the anti-Israel UN bandwagon.

The time has come, then, for Israel to take the wheels off the wagon.

For the past dozen years or so, pro-Israel activists in the US in particular have been fighting an uphill, lonely battle against the organizations promoting the BDS movement. Among their top complaints has been the constant refrain that the Israeli government has undermined their actions by standing silent or denying what was happening or treating Israel’s defenders as the moral equivalents of its adversaries.

To some degree, the reticence of the Foreign Ministry was understandable. The BDS Israel haters often claim that they wage political and economic warfare against Israel and isolate and humiliate Israel supporters in the West to promote peace.

This claim has always been ridiculous. You can’t support peace and boycott Jewish-owned businesses in all or parts of Israel. You can’t support peace and boycott Israeli students and professors and dance troupes.

But so long as the word “peace” has been involved, or the boycotters have pretended that they are only referring to Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem, the Foreign Ministry has by and large taken them at face value and pretended that their smear operation is nothing to worry about.

To the extent they have tried to deal with the growing hate Israel phenomenon, they have run away from its essence. Instead, our senior diplomats have said that the best way to combat BDS is by rebranding Israel as the start-up, gay, friendly state with great beaches.

And largely as a result of this self-induced paralysis and blindness, pro-Israel activists have been isolated.

Jewish anti-Israel organizations such as J Street, Open Hillel and the New Israel Fund in the US, and European governments and government- funded organizations in Europe have operated largely free from criticism by official Israeli voices unwilling to take sides in the debate about the country’s right to exist and defend itself.

All the while, Israel’s diplomatic standing has gone from weak to incapacitated.

Against this backdrop, statements and actions by the new Netanyahu government are encouraging because, unlike its predecessors, it seems to have stopped playing the fool.

At the outset of this week’s cabinet meeting, Netanyahu spoke out angrily and specifically against the BDS movement and warned that Israel must not blame itself for the BDS haters’ assaults against it.

As he put it, “The last thing we need to do is to bow our heads and ask where we went wrong, where we erred. We have done nothing wrong and we have not erred. We are not a perfect country; we do not pretend to be such, but they are setting standards for us that are both twisted and higher than those for any other country, any other democracy.”

Wednesday Netanyahu assailed the British student union’s decision to join the BDS movement.

Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked excoriated the BDS movement at the Knesset, stating openly that it is the new Jew hatred.

Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely has translated this new position into action. Among other things, this week she instructed Israel’s ambassador to Switzerland to formally demand that the Swiss government and the Zurich municipality rescind their financial support for the planned Breaking the Silence conference this month in Zurich. The purpose of the conference, like the purpose of the foreign-funded group more generally, is to demonize and libel the IDF.

So it appears that the government has decided to finally go on offense. But if this is true, then much more can and must be done immediately.

Take the Dutch travel advisory for instance. Israel wasted no time in condemning Holland’s move. But the Dutch statement was just the tip of the iceberg.

Holland spends millions every year to directly and indirectly finance organizations whose sole purpose is to demonize Israel and Israelis. The Dutch government paid a lot of money to invent lies about Israel and its Jews that then formed the basis of its malicious, bigoted travel advisory.

The Israeli embassy at the Hague as well as the Foreign Ministry must demand not only a retraction of the travel warning. They must demand an immediate cessation of this subversive, adversarial campaign.

So, too, while the British government responded with embarrassment to the BDS vote of the NUS, the fact is that the British government holds responsibility for the strength and radicalism of the BDS movement in Britain. Like Holland, the UK spends millions every year financing NGOs whose purpose is to undermine Israeli sovereignty, demonize the IDF, attack Israel’s right to exist and fund Palestinian terrorists.

Every year, the British government funds dozens of Israeli and Palestinian-registered NGOs whose purpose is to make Israel into an international pariah unable to wage wars of self-defense without risking war crimes tribunals, economic boycotts and international humiliation.

Rather than sufficing with expressions of thanks to the Cameron government for distancing itself from the student union’s boycott of Israel, the government must demand the cessation of direct and indirect British governmental funding of these groups and their campaigns.

The BDS movement is a proxy war. It is being waged against Israel not only by deep-pocketed Arab governments which fund the NGOs that carry the battle to the streets. It is also being waged by hypocritical leftist donors in the US and by supposedly friendly European governments.

The government has taken the first steps in beating back this onslaught. But the hour is late and the stakes are high. The BDS movement is a strategic threat because as it gets stronger, Israel’s ability to wage war on the military battlefield becomes further constrained and the threats to Israel’s economy and social fabric grow. BDS must be defeated piece by piece in an unrelenting offensive that attacks its sources and puts it out of business. It won’t be easy. It won’t be genteel.

But if the government doesn’t submit to the diplomatic urge to be polite, it stands a chance of making matters better, for a change.

Too Little, Too Late


The Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) Movement that operates to condemn Israel for not allowing Arabs who call themselves the mythical Palestinians (who never EXISTED as a national entity let alone existing as an independent nation), is essentially an Antisemitic Movement given a pass because of the propaganda that mythological Palestinians were booted out of their homes by Jews who originated primarily from Europe. The historical facts on Jews living in the Land of Israel are HERE. The Biblical facts that determines that the Holy Land is the Land of the Jews are HERE.

And as Ari Bussel will share a lot of that validity added Antisemitism comes from Left Wing Jews both inside and outside of Israel. This Jewish self-loathing would be like Black Liberation Theology Movement (See Also HERE & HERE) African Americans demanding a Caucasian free independent nation within America with a demand that a more economic astute USA supply the infrastructure while BLT nationalists plant the overthrow and slaughter of non-Black Americans to possess an expanded nation.

Too Little, Too Late

The Response to BDS

Like flowers after the first rain, there are signs Israel is waking up in the face of the strongest resurgence of anti-Semitism in the past eighty years.

In the United States, Jews have been living under the illusion that “it will not happen here.” In fact, if a classroom of high school students were asked if the Holocaust could reoccur today, the answer would be bewilderment. Back in 1981, a movie The Wave was based on a true story, a teacher who set out to show his students how the non-imaginable can become a frightening reality.

We feel secure. We also did not expect attacks on US soil. September 11, 2001, showed us that was a false belief.

While American Jews do not expect a repetition of the Holocaust, today we are on the verge of a volcano about to erupt. It has become acceptable to blame Israel for the world’s faults and hold her to a different standard than any other nation.

It is now the norm to remain quiet, seated and focused when the most abhorrent lies about Israel are uttered in public. Teachers believe Israel is the New Nazis. Students at universities are being brainwashed insane falsehoods like Israelis murder children at will, harvest organs from males and do not even bother to rape Gazan women since they are not viewed as human. (Apparently, modern-day Israelis are much worse than the Nazis, for the Nazis had special accommodations for female sex servitude.)

All is done in broad daylight, with respected professors and politicians, business people and members of the clergy present, often themselves propagating the lies.

And society remains silent.

Apparently, our education fails us. If we remember “First They Came for the …” by Pastor Martin Niemoller and witness the very same thing and standby silently, we have learned nothing, and as students of history know, those who ignore the past are doomed to repeat it.

One may rise to object: “It is quite confusing,” they would say. “Israelis and Jews themselves are at the forefront of the criticism– why blame us?” And that person would be correct.

In fact the same question is raised by both sides; with Israel’s detractors using this line as justification that their quest is just, while Israel’s defenders ask themselves repeatedly, in utter frustration – why should we fight when some of the worse detractors are Israelis or Jews?

Switzerland used this line to reject Israel’s official protest against an exhibition by a NGO “Breaking the Silence.” It replied via official channels that it is an Israeli organization, legitimately recognized in Israel, bringing Israelis to Switzerland to present what they have to present. We will not stop them!

Good for the Swiss! The Canadians would have acted differently, but they are the sole exception. Why is Israel demanding from others what she permits herself?

When Israel decides to fight, she has the tools, resources, knowhow and drive. At the moment, none exists. The new anti-Semitism erupting like a volcano has been ignored for so long, and so many Israelis and Jews have participated in the upcoming avalanche, any attempt to act now is doomed to be “too little, too late.”

In fact, today, those at the helm face fierce internal opposition. We have grown so accustomed to attacking Israel, why stop? Branded as “right wing extremists,” the Government is being confronted with the accusation it is attempting to stifle free speech and the very democracy of which Israel is so proud.

It is interesting that those who were aiding and abating Israel’s detractors here in the USA are starting to feel the pinch. They are at the forefront of “fighting BDS” (the movement to Boycott, Divest and Sanction Israel, a front that legitimizes any false verbal attack against Israel as the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth).

Israel and the other eight or so million Jews who live around the world outside Israel have not yet felt the pervasive, vicious and vindictive force about to be unleashed. When it does, Israel will have no other choice but to absorb the Jews fleeing to her shores and begin fighting back.

In Israel we are taught that victory cannot come from being on the defensive. Apparently, we forgot, or did not properly learn, that vital lesson as well.

It is incredible in this post-WWII, post-Hitler and post Holocaust era of the 21st century that antisemitism would emerge as common place on American university campuses. BUT that is exactly what is happening RIGHT NOW with the government funded (in the case of State funded universities at least) Jew-hating and Islamic terrorist supporting organizations have become quite prevalent at university campuses in idiotic sympathy for a people that were manufactured as Palestinians in 1964 prior to the 1967/Six Days War (See Also HERE, HERE and HERE) in which Israel regained land stolen by the original Arab invasion in 1948.

Jew hatred is an ugly presence on America’s campuses, from UCLA to Columbia and everywhere in between. The anti-Semites masquerade as anti-Israel activists, but their message is clear: Jews must be cleansed from the Middle East.

This campus “conversation” must be changed. We should not be discussing whether genocidal lies – that Jews occupy land that doesn’t belong to them, that terrorists are “freedom fighters,” and that Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East is “an apartheid state” – are true or false. We need to be discussing whether a hate group like Students for Justice in Palestine should have official university recognition and whether its hate should be funded by student fees. We need to be discussing Students for Justice in Palestine’s support for terrorists and for the destruction of the Jewish state.

Because the left so far has controlled the narrative and made Israel the target, we have been losing the political war on campus. Prior to the launch of our campaign against “Jew Hatred on Campus,” no organization was attempting to defend Israel and the Jews by putting the onus on their enemies. Consequently, Jewish students have been the targets of intimidation and harassment by Students for Justice in Palestine, and there has been an uninterrupted flow of anti-Jewish propaganda on campus spread by SJP. SJP is a front for the terrorist group Hamas – whose slogans it mouths and whose agenda – the destruction of the Jewish state – it supports.

We are fighting back.

Our viral poster campaign condemning SJP as “Jew Haters” and for supporting terrorists appeared on more than 50 campuses around the country simultaneously. SJP responded by condemning the posters as Islamophobic and lobbied campus officials and local police departments to crack down on anyone who drew the connection between their campus efforts and the genocidal campaign against the Jews led by Iran, Hamas and other Islamist parties.
 
SJP’s reaction was predictable.  Sadly, so were the reactions of many campus Jewish groups, who have been indoctrinated in the mandates of political correctness, and who instantly sprang to the defense of SJP’s outrages and criticized us. SJP is the campus spearhead of the genocidal campaign against the Jews in Israel, yet campus Jewish groups refuse to identify them as such. They echoed SJP’s characterizations of the posters as Islamophobic. (In fact, the posters didn’t mention Islam. They were directed against SJP, which claims to be a secular group, and which includes some misguided leftist Jews in its membership.) These Jewish groups should know better, given that they are SJP’s targets. But apparently they care more about appeasing anti-Semites in the name of multiculturalism than fighting them.

As one of our student activists, Ross Beroff, pointed out in an op-ed that ran in his university’s newspaper, “SJP tries to hide their naked anti-Semitism by partnering with groups with misnomers such as Jewish Voice for Peace. Throughout history, whenever a new group arises to try and destroy the Jews, there have been members of the tribe assisting them. For months, SJP had its Facebook profile picture in support of convicted terrorist Rasmea Odeh. Other chapters have held fundraisers for her.”

SJP holds fundraisers and rallies for a convicted anti-Jewish terrorist, but instead of joining usin the fight against this hate group, our would-be allies are busy putting out statements distancing themselves from our actions. Their cowardice merely emboldens the Jew-haters.

But they will not succeed in silencing us. Our goal is to change the campus conversation entirely. Before, they talked about the SJP narrative, which claims falsely that Israel is an apartheid state, occupies Arab land, and victimizes Palestinians. These are lies of Hitlerian dimensions. Shame on these Jewish organizations who spring to the defense of their would-be grave-diggers.

By naming the SJP genocide supporters for what they are, we have begun to turn the tide. For the first time, The New York Times has covered anti-Semitic activity on campus. At UCLA, SJP holds emergency meetings attempting to stop us from telling truths about them. Across the country, media have taken notice of our campaign, and they are beginning to ask questions about why Jews have become targets on campus. Why does a hate group like Students for Justice in Palestine receive university funding and support? No group with anti-African American or anti-Hispanic agendas would be tolerated by university administrations. Yet SJP’s anti-Semitic agendas receive university funding and university support. This injustice must end. A university campus is no place for a terrorist support group and no place for an organization whose sole purpose is to slander Jews and destroy their homeland.

Today we are witnessing a resurgence of global Jew hatred not seen since the 1930s when Hitler was laying plans for a “Final Solution” to the problem presented by Jews through their physical extermination. I am fairly certain the U.S. government uses taxpayer funding to undermine foreign governments either subversively or to influence elections if that foreign government has policies that are detrimental to American National Interests or National Security. This has occurred especially in the post-WWII era when the free world has expected America to police the world from nefarious motives typically with Cold War tactics associated with Soviet and Communist China international Marxist revolution agendas. In the post-Cold War era the Pax American paradigm is resented except when a nation or some state-persecuted nationality faces a genocidal situation and that may even be a bit iffy when political correctness forces our policies to conform to a despotic ruler’s sovereignty.

 

The problem I am having is our Socialist Transformation Deceiver-in-Chief has been promoting Left Wing NGOs – many associated with Leftist Jewish organizations – to fund Israeli opposition campaigning against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu due for mid-March Israeli elections.

 

Amazingly Obama’s State Department could actually be sending American taxpayer funds to one of these NGOs directly to actively lobby against Prime Minister Netanyahu’s election. Since Israel has a special alliance reliance with the USA I cannot believe that a majority of American voters would support Obama or his Administration lobbying against the head of government in Israel. Senator Ted Cruz has queried the State Department about funding such an anti-Netanyahu campaign for an official confirmation or denial.

 

The Left Wing organization the State Department could be funneling money toward is One Voice (SA HERE). One Voice is funding Victory 15 (V15) which is actually using Obama 2012 campaign staffers (270 Strategies) in Israel in their anti-Netanyahu efforts. Follow the Leftist Money Trail.

Jeffery Goldberg at the Atlantic describes the relationship between President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu as one of “mutual loathing.”  I will grant the feeling on the President’s part, although Netanyahu feels the heat, but does not reciprocate.  Netanyahu has a country to run, and issues for him are not personal.

 

Has the President sent a contingency of election manipulating experts to Israel to defeat Netanyahu’s Likud party in the upcoming Israeli elections?  Clearly the White House would deny such an absurd notion.  The President will not even see Netanyahu during his visit to DC at the beginning of March due (supposedly) to the proximity to the Israeli elections, let alone meddle in the sovereign election of a foreign country.

 

The President would not dispatch a delegation directly to Tel Aviv to manipulate the Israeli elections.  All the President needed to do is to listen to the idea, smile broadly and nod his head.  There are enough mega-philanthropists, mainly American Jews and a few Israeli expats living in New York, who would carry out the plan, put up the finances and pull the strings behind the scenes.

 

The President, undoubtedly, would love nothing better than to see Netanyahu defeated.  For him, it is personal, although he has much greater things to handle, including more fundraising, international mega-excursions with a full court, golf outings and vacations with the First Family.

 

It is not so much Obama as the driving force, it is his stance of “do what you want, it sounds good.”  Leave it to the J Street and like- minded Jews in America who feel they need to force Israel to act as they want.  Time and again they turned to the Administration to apply pressure on Israel, for her to give in, extend more gestures, withdraw and to submit.  Thus, there is really nothing new under the sun.  George Soros, J Street, Americans for Peace Now and others have consistently used the same tactics to topple Netanyahu’s government, but Netanyahu is stubborn.  He has his country to defend; contrary to what good American Jews may think.

 

The Likud party is convening a press conference to disclose sources of funds to members of the so-called “Zionist Camp” (a misleading name self-assigned, somewhat similar to J Street initially calling itself “pro-Israel, pro-peace,” later to drop the “pro-Israel” portion.  There is another similarity many would remember:  J Street hid the fact the Soros was its initial mega donor).  The Likud party also enlisted high-powered lawyers to ask the Elections Committee overseeing the upcoming March 17th election to rule against the flow of foreign indirect funding to the election cycle.

 

This is a very important lesson to which one must pay very careful attention.  For a long period of time, there has been noise, thus public attention in Israel, about the flow of foreign money (some from foreign governments) into local NGOs that are acting to undermine Israel’s position in world public opinion.

 

There has been an attempt to pass legislation to prohibit such funding, but it has not been successful.  The main reason is that in Israel, like any true democracy, one does not target only the portion of the flow of funds one does not like.  The rule of law applies equally to all.  And the “all” in this equation does not want to stop the flow of funds; until the action hits them directly.

 

Each member of the Knesset, each political party and movement relies heavily on money flowing in from the outside (the comfort zone is psychological more than an imperative).  Members of the Knesset regularly travel overseas on fundraising missions, rather than focus on local individuals and companies, within which there is richness beyond imagination (although less of a giving culture and an inclination is rarely forthcoming).  (As I flew to Israel, a former Israeli ambassador and a former major general were busy fundraising in my hometown of Beverly Hills.)

 

An Israeli colonel (reserves) has travelled to the USA repeatedly and very successfully raised millions of dollars to expose the flow of funds from the USA to Israel.  Numerous individuals received tax exemptions on donations to that cause legally.  So exposed he did what is otherwise generally publicly available (by the mere status of American non-profits; a requirement for the 501(c)(3) status) and came public with it in Israel. 

 

This vigilante only erred with one unacceptable omission:  he hid his own sources of funds.  Go expose others, while protecting exactly what you are attempting to expose.  This does not sit well with me, nor should it with anyone.

 

As for the elections, something similar is happening.  For many years, there are election experts, primarily in New York, who provide advice to the Likud and to Mr. Netanyahu for “big bucks.”  They fly back and forth, most are religious and those whom I know are ultra-Zionists.  (This is a new form of Zionism, one of living the comforts and the high-life of New York, while espousing to know better and run the Israeli political scene.)

 

Suddenly there is a problem.  There is an acute need to expose “the other side.”  Has the Likud forgotten that it, too, uses high-powered “experts” from New York?  Admittedly, V15 may not be “Modern-Orthodox” and their flavor of “Zionism” is closer to J Street’s than to ZOA’s, but they are playing the exact same game. 

It turns out they are very good at it, and none other than Ha’Aretz has been actively promoting their every move.  There is nothing to hide.  All is in the sunlight.  And they are very effective – the media both in Israel and the USA is hovering around like bees so the public is fed constantly the idea that “Netanyahu has to go.  Even the USA thinks so.”  Imagine, they do not even need to spend money on this message.  In short, priceless.

 

The more the White House denies, as it should and as is expected, the more the message is drilled into the collective Israeli and international psyche.

 

The Likud wants to change the rules of the game.  Suddenly the same rules by which it played all along are no longer to its liking.  Similar to the foreign funding flowing to Israel, the Likud in this case will cry “foul!” but apply their discontent only to the other side, not themselves.

 

To effect change, one must hurt personally.  But “change” applies to all equally, so one must be very careful with for what one wishes.

 

The upcoming election in Israel is indeed a most fascinating one.  The Prime Minister is going to America to act as a tool in the hands of the Republican-controlled Congress, and a team of experts has arrived in Israel to tilt the election results here.

Allow me a small reminder that holds true both in Israel and in the USA.  The voter, contrary to all assumptions, is not stupid.  So try as you might, spend the money, attempt to manipulate.  At the end of the day, it is the voter who decides.

 

My recommendation for anyone who cares:  BE SURE TO VOTE!
