I am grateful that I found the email from Breaking Christian News highlighting an Intercessors For America call for prayer on America’s leaders (that would be the ungodly coup despots in the ruling Executive Branch and the godly and ungodly members of the Legislative Branch) related to the National Sovereignty terminating Pandemic (better known as Plandemic) Treaty including IHR Amendments.

If God moved on past despots for favorable outcomes affecting Jews (e.g., Nebuchadnezzar, Belshazzar and Ahasuerus [historical Xerxes]), the Almighty can affect policy from American despots who desire to eradicate National Sovereignty.

A move is currently under way that could give the World Health Organization unprecedented powers to dictate public health policy.

US government officials, along with representatives of over 150 nations, are actively negotiating amendments to existing International Health Regulations and a new treaty governing future pandemics. If this treaty and certain amendments are passed, the WHO and its director-general, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, would be handed the power to unilaterally dictate what constitutes an actual or potential Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). Previously, the role of the WHO has been advisory, but this draft treaty in combination with proposed amendments to the WHO’s governing documents would make WHO “recommendations” legally binding under international law.

The WHO would then have wide latitude in the event of any public health emergency (per Article 18 IHR recommendations), with the authority to:

  • require medical examinations;
  • review or require proof of vaccination or other prophylaxes;
  • place “suspects” under public health observation;
  • implement quarantine, isolation, or contact tracing.

Additionally, provisions in both the pandemic treaty and any amendments dictate the censorship of health “misinformation” and “disinformation”—in violation of our First Amendment. The WHO would also have the power to determine which drugs or treatments can be used, and which ones will be restricted.

Is It an Agreement, an Accord, or a Treaty?

Though the pandemic treaty has been referred to as an “accord” or “agreement,” this is not the truth.

What are the facts?

In 2005, President George W. Bush unilaterally signed the United States onto the International Health Regulations, declaring it an “agreement.” But “because the revised IHR included language making it legally binding under international law, the 2005 document was a treaty that should have received a 2/3 majority approval by the US Senate,” according to Liberty Counsel.

The WHO defines the IHR as a legally binding “instrument of international law.” Well, on whom is it legally binding? On 196 countries.

Here’s the critical fact that causes confusion and allows miscommunication, and Liberty Counsel presents it succinctly: “Individual nations can make more rules or laws that are more restrictive than what the WHO is demanding, but they cannot make rules or laws that are less restrictive” than the WHO’s legally binding standards.

Who, exactly, is running the WHO?

WHO Director-General Dr. Ghebreyesus is not a medical doctor, but he is a Marxist revolutionary. He once led a communist terror organization known as the Tigray People’s Liberation Front, in Ethiopia. He calls the legitimate concerns about the IHR “fake news, lies, and conspiracy theories.”

But he’s not the biggest concern.

It’s communist China that is really at the helm of the WHO, which is the supranational health arm of the UN. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the WHO adopted the “China Model,” which featured Chinese communist-style lockdowns and vaccine mandates.

Frank J. Gaffney Jr., executive chairman of the Center for Security Policy, a co-founder of the Sovereignty Coalition, and a guest on IFA’s April 2024 First Friday webcast, warns:

“If they can get two treaties adopted in May, Tedros would be able to compel compliance with a China Model 2.0, featuring surveillance, censorship, and other totalitarian control techniques that will crush our sovereignty and freedoms in the name of ‘global governance.'” [Bold Text added by Blog Editor]

Gaffney points out some of the many ways the WHO is untrustworthy. The organization lied about the nature and origin of the COVID virus, thus untruthfully deflecting attention from China. It endorsed China-style lockdowns, mask/vaccine mandates, and digital passports/IDs. It suppressed effective treatments and instead demanded poorly tested gene therapies (“vaccines”). It encouraged censorship of doctors, scientists, and medical experts, while taking funding for itself from big pharma.

The ‘Next Pandemic’

Tedros has repeatedly stated that a new pathogen is primed to strike, insisting that it’s “a matter of when, not if,” and claiming that it could be 20 times deadlier than COVID-19. This prediction then creates pressure to sign the treaty by May 2024, even labeling it a “critical mission for humanity.”

However, methinks they doth protest too much. Dr. Meryl Nass is a physician and a staunch medical researcher who proved that the world’s largest anthrax epidemic was due to biological warfare. She maintains that the WHO’s pandemic treaty and amendments are designed around a biosecurity agenda that will create more pandemics, rather than stopping them.

Gaffney and Nass are not the only ones sounding the alarm about the WHO and this upcoming vote. US Sen. Ron Johnson, R-WI; Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas; and Rep. Chris Smith, R-NJ, have also voiced their concerns. And Rep. Andy Biggs, R-AZ, introduced the WHO Withdrawal Act in June 2022, which requires the president to withdraw the US from the WHO (repealing a law that originally authorized us to join) and prevents any taxpayer money from going toward participation.

World-Renowned Physicians Receive Public Apology from Accuser Admitting Allegations of Academic Fraud Were Incorrect

Washington, D.C. – The source of a series of false allegations often recited in media stories has publicly acknowledged her error and apologized for questioning the integrity of the FLCCC Alliance and founding members Paul E. Marik, M.D., FCCM, FCCP, chairman and chief science officer, and Pierre Kory, MD, MPA, president and chief medical officer.

In June of 2022, Allison Neitzel, a physician and author of the blog, Misinformation Kills, made a series of false allegations of fraud in reference to peer-reviewed published research of Drs. Marik and Kory. Dr. Neitzel’s unsubstantiated claims also included accusing the FLCCC Alliance of “grifting” when she falsely claimed that the organization is the “same” as other organizations that sold ivermectin and telehealth services to the public. Finally, Dr. Neitzel was a staunch supporter and promoter of false claims by another online influencer, Kyle Sheldrick, a physician and Ph.D. candidate in Australia, who made a series of unsubstantiated allegations of fraud committed by Dr. Marik on social media and to the journal CHEST that he later retracted following an investigation into his claims by the journal. Dr. Sheldrick publicly acknowledged his mistake in a statement issued in May 2023.

Many of Dr. Neitzel’s and Dr. Sheldrick’s false claims were often used by widely read media outlets, positioning them as authoritative sources of such information.

Today, Dr. Neitzel issued a lengthy statement acknowledging her mistakes and apologizing to Drs. Marik and Kory, and the FLCCC Alliance that included the following [Blog Editor Bold Text Emphasis]:

“A number of times in 2022 in the MisinformationKills newsletter and on Twitter, I used terms like “fraud” and “fraudulent” to criticize certain positions of and statements by the FLCCC, Dr. Marik and Dr. Kory, and to criticize certain studies by Dr. Marik or Dr. Kory.  My posts have also characterized the use of ivermectin in treatment with words like “grift.”  I take this opportunity to clarify that I did not mean my statements to be understood as conveying anything more than intense criticism, and I regret if anyone understood the statements as accusations that any of them had engaged in fraudulent professional or business practices.”  

Her statement concludes, “I apologize to the FLCCC, Dr. Marik, and Dr. Kory for the statements that are the subject of this update.”

“As physicians in the public discourse, we all have the responsibility to not make accusations like fraud without first knowing all the facts. To do otherwise is highly irresponsible and unprofessional, especially when the media spread these accusations further,” said Pierre Kory, MD, MPA, president and chief medical officer of the FLCCC Alliance. We accept Dr. Neitzel’s apology. However, it is regrettable that it has taken almost two years for her to acknowledge her mistakes.”

“We are always open to a professional debate on any of our research. That is often how good science comes about,” said Paul E. Marik, M.D., FCCM, FCCP, chairman and chief science officer of the FLCCC Alliance. “I hope that Dr. Neitzel understands that accusations of fraud are not to be recklessly made and can be particularly damaging during a public health crisis when critical information among frontline physicians is being used to save lives.”

BACKGROUND PAPER ON THE PROPOSED TRANSFORMATION OF THE W.H.O.

With the active support of the Chinese Communist Party, the World Economic Forum, the European Union, Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Biden administration, two accords are being finalized that would give the World Health Organization (WHO) wholly unprecedented and actually unconstitutional powers over the United States and her people.

If adopted, these two proposed governing protocols – a package of major amendments to the WHO’s existing International Health Regulations (IHRs) and a new treaty being described as the Pandemic Agreement – could threaten national sovereignty, undermine states’ rights, and imperil constitutional freedoms and basic individual liberties.

Specifically, the WHO and its unelected officials would be granted the authority to restrict U.S. citizens’ rights to freedom of speech, privacy, movement (especially travel across borders), choice of medical care and informed consent. The WHO would also be empowered to ignore intellectual property rights and impose a massive and unaccountable surveillance system on the world. Most significantly, the proposed instruments would violate Americans’ basic civil rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Tenth and Fourteenth Amendments.

The following are of particular concern:

1. If the two proposed governing protocols are adopted, the WHO would be transformed from an advisory, charitable organization into the world’s governor of public health, whose orders must be obeyed.

The World Health Organization was founded in 1948 as a specialized agency of the United Nations with a mandate to coordinate international health issues. The WHO carries out its mandate issuing guidance, making recommendations, and establishing protocols for dealing with medical emergencies. Currently, the World Health Organization (WHO) is in the final stages of considerably amending its existing International Health Regulations (IHR) and negotiating an international Pandemic Treaty. The ostensible purpose is to enable a global response to “Public Health Emergencies of International Concern” (PHEICs).

Although the WHO does not presently have the authority to enforce its recommendations, under the proposed IHR amendments and new Pandemic agreement, both of which would be binding, the WHO would gain the authority to issue mandates, not simply give advice, transforming its role from an advisory and charitable agency to one that will govern public health worldwide.

During a declaration of an actual or potential PHEIC, the IHRs would be in force. The Treaty would always be in force.

2. The proposed IHR amendments and Pandemic Treaty confer essentially unlimited powers over public health globally to the WHO’s Director-General.

The IHR amendments would require states parties to surrender sovereignty over public health to the WHO’s unelected and unaccountable Director-General, who would – among other things – be empowered to direct nations as to what laws they must pass and enforce. For example, the IHR amendments insert the word “shall” a total of 168 times. The clear intent and meaning of these changes is to establish that such dictates will be mandatory for member countries to follow, especially during a declared “emergency.” (Note that the protocols establish compliance and implementation committees, as well as a “focal point” in each country to report back to the WHO on compliance.  Moreover, the defined scope of the proposed IHR has been expanded to include “all risks with a potential to impact public health” (Article 2, Scope and purpose).[1] 

Moreover, if the proposed IHR changes and Pandemic Treaty are adopted in late May 2024, America’s elected representatives would no longer solely set our public health policies. Instead, they could be dictated by the WHO’s Director-General, who would be authorized to declare unilaterally public health emergencies of regional or international concern. Such declarations can include perceived or potential emergencies other than pandemics, including for example: climate change, immigration, gun violence or even emergencies involving plants, animals, or ecosystems. And, under the WHO’s proposed agreements, American citizens would be obliged to comply with whatever the Director-General says must be done about these emergencies.

3. Both the proposed Pandemic Treaty and IHR indicate a disconcerting intent to suppress free speech criticism of public health concerns, establish global surveillance, and support the proliferation of potential biological weapons.

Other problems abound with the WHO’s Pandemic Treaty and International Health Regulations amendments. For example, they would require the establishment of a global surveillance state that threatens the basic privacy rights of all Americans and reflects the organization and its partners’ determination to suppress free speech that is at odds with the WHO’s public health policies. While nominally promoting “unhindered” access to information (Treaty Article 3. General principles and approaches),[2] there is a contradictory requirement for nations to “combat false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation” (Treaty Article 18, Communication, and public awareness).[3] Notably, under these protocols, social media could be monitored and censored; citizens could be inoculated and subjected to lockdowns at the sole discretion of the WHO; and Americans’ medical data, from birth to death, could be shared globally.

Both documents also support the proliferation of potential biological weapons.  While the stated goal of the Pandemic Treaty is to reduce pandemics, it establishes a “Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing System” (Treaty Article 12, Access and benefit sharing)4 that requires nations to share “potential pandemic pathogens” – a formula for proliferating potential biological weapons, which increases the risk of pandemics.5

Furthermore, the WHO’s Director-General would appoint experts to supervise genetic engineering and Gain-of-Function research on potential pandemic pathogens (Article 24, Scientific Advisory Committee), which appeared in the February 14, 2024, draft of the Pandemic Treaty.6 Such research will further increase the risk of escape of highly pathogenic microorganisms. A serious effort to prevent pandemics would require the WHO to end such dangerous research.

4. Implementation of public healthcare policy is a state, not federal, responsibility.

The responsibility to define and implement public health policies is not an enumerated power in the U.S. Constitution, and therefore is an authority reserved to the states. The federal government cannot transfer authority for U.S. public health policy to the WHO because it is not, in fact, entitled to exercise such authority, let alone relinquish it to a foreign entity.

The Biden administration is, nonetheless, strongly supportive of both of the proposed WHO accords. The U.S. State Department has indicated that it does not intend to request Senate advice and consent on the IHR amendments or the Treaty. And the U.S. Senate has, to date, refused to agree to require either or both to be submitted pursuant to its constitutional role in the ratification of such accords.7 8

It falls, therefore, to the states’ Attorneys General to stand against these agreements and thereby safeguard such state prerogatives and their constituents’ medical freedom, lest one or both be irreparably harmed.

Meryl Nass, a biowarfare and epidemics expert, has warned about the globalist agenda to impose a “global dominion by the few and total control of the masses” disguised as an international pandemic treaty under the World Health Organization (WHO).

According to Nass, whose medical license was suspended in January 2022 by the Maine medical board for allegedly spreading “COVID misinformation” and prescribing ivermectin, the current draft of the treaty and the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) would require the public to have mRNA-based vaccination. The treaty gives the director-general of the WHO additional power to determine which medications can be used in medical emergencies. This means that the WHO will gain authority over the healthcare of the public in different states, obliging local healthcare practitioners to adhere to their directives.

The WHO is also set to implement nationwide biosurveillance programs to identify potential pandemic-causing pathogens by testing humans, domesticated and farm animals and wildlife, as well as inspecting farms, factories, wastewater, and more. Additionally, the WHO director-general can declare a pandemic or even a potential one, but with no predefined criteria to declare one.

Furthermore, the director-general can act based on little more than hearsay. Concrete evidence of an impending or ongoing pandemic is not a prerequisite. Nations are also obliged to monitor and censor social media to push the WHO’s narrative.

This globalist agenda, disguised as a treaty, implies a loss of medical freedom and bodily autonomy for the masses.

WHO pandemic treaty encourages gain-of-function research

In an article published by Nass entitled “The WHO’s Proposed Treaty Will Increase Manmade Pandemics,” [Brownstone Institute link added by Blog Editor and dated 8/17/23] she pointed out that the treaty encourages “gain-of-function” research, a euphemism for biological warfare research, to predict future pandemic threats or potential bioweapons.

Meaning, the WHO obliges its members to actively search for potentially pandemic-causing pathogens and, once found, share them and any associated research globally. With this strategy, it would be harder to blame a country or organization as all nations are working with the same pathogens.

Moreover, the treaty proposes that governments share all viruses and bacteria with “pandemic potential” with the WHO and other governments, even putting their genomic sequences online. However, this plan risks exposing dangerous pathogens to hackers and other malicious actors, undermining global security.

In short, gain-of-function research is explicitly incentivized by the treaty.

Ultimately, the WHO treaty pushes people in the opposite direction of what is required to prevent future pandemics. To effectively prevent pandemics, it is necessary to stop gain-of-function research, as it represents the most significant pandemic threat.

“It is the public who pays the cost of the research, and then pays again for the accidents and deliberate leaks. Wouldn’t it be better to end gain-of-function research entirely, by restricting funding or closing the laboratories, rather than encouraging the distribution of biological weapons?  If we want a decent future, it is crucial that we control these weapons instead of proliferating them,” Nass wrote.

Amidst growing concerns over the safety of Covid-19 vaccines, a shocking report from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) reveals the devastating impact of the injections on children and young adults.

The data shows a staggering increase in mortality rates among vaccinated children, with triple-vaccinated children being 45.23 times more likely to die from any cause than unvaccinated children. Meanwhile, mortality rates per 100,000 are lowest among unvaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds and highest among vaccinated 19 to 39-year-olds.

This alarming trend is echoed by a secret CDC report, which confirms that half a million American children and young adults have died following the Covid vaccine roll-out, resulting in nearly 118,000 excess deaths against the 2015-2019 five-year average.

These staggering figures raise serious questions about the safety of the Covid-19 vaccines, the impact they are having on our youth, and why they were ever granted emergency use authorisation for use among children and young adults in the first place.

Despite the U.S. Government’s reputation for poor publication of relevant and up-to-date data regarding the consequences of rolling out Covid-19 injections, a surprising discovery has been made through the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OEC).

The OECD, an intergovernmental organization with 38 member countries founded in 1961 to promote economic growth and global trade, houses a treasure trove of information on excess deaths.

Thanks to figures provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and found in the OEC database, a chart has been created to showcase the excess deaths among children and young adults aged 0-44 across the USA by week in 2020 and 2021.

The grim reality of the situation has been revealed through official figures.

When the alleged Covid-19 pandemic struck the United States in early 2020, there was only a slight increase in excess deaths among children and young adults. However, with the advent of a Covid-19 vaccine, one would have expected a decrease in the number of deaths in this age group. Unfortunately, the opposite occurred.

The year 2021 saw significantly higher excess deaths among children and young adults every week, with the exception of weeks 29 and 30. But then, in week 31, a shocking event took place that caused excess deaths to skyrocket among children and young adults.

Tragically, official figures from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reveal that this trend has persisted into 2022.

The CDC’s latest publication would spark major concern among the public if the mainstream media bothered to publicise it.

This is because the numbers paint a grim picture of the impact the Covid-19 vaccine has had on children and young adults.

But as it happens, they and the authorities have instead chosen to sweep the data under the carpet.

The data, which goes as far as the week ending October 9th, 2022, shows an alarming increase in excess deaths within the age group.

Comparing the figures from 2020, the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, to 2022, the increase in excess deaths is undeniable. In 2022 alone, there were 7,680 more deaths among children and young adults compared to the same time frame in 2020.

However, the year 2021 stands out as the worst year for deaths in this age group, with a staggering 27,227 more excess deaths by week 40 following the rollout of the Covid-19 vaccine.

The official CDC data provides a sobering look at the effects of the vaccine, with the figures showing a continuous rise in deaths after its rollout on December 14th, 2020.

The grim figures reveal a haunting reality – the year 2022 saw a staggering 1,352 more deaths among 0-44-year-olds by week 40 compared to the same period in 2020, despite the latter being at the height of the alleged COVID pandemic.

But the most concerning aspect of the data is the overall number of deaths and excess deaths since the roll-out of the Covid-19 injections.

With millions of Americans being coerced into getting the injections, and millions of parents being forced to get their children vaccinated, the truth of the matter lies in the mounting number of deaths among young Americans.

Nearly half a million people aged 0 to 44 have lost their lives and this has resulted in a devastating 117,719 excess deaths compared to the 2015-2019 average.

The average life expectancy in the US in 2020 was 77.28 years, which begs the question – how can the staggering number of deaths, including 231,987 children and young adults up to the age of 44 and 40,365 excess deaths, be explained as an unfortunate consequence of COVID-19?

However, the real shocker lies in the further increase in death among children and young adults in both 2021 and 2022, despite the official narrative that Covid-19 injections are safe and effective. The data provided by the CDC, and even further data published by the UK Government, reveals a sinister truth.

Because the official narrative that Covid-19 injections are safe and effective has been debunked by a report quietly published by the UK’s Office for National Statistics on July 6th, 2022.

A report that proves beyond doubt the Covid-19 vaccines are not what authorities claim them to be.

The report is titled ‘Deaths by Vaccination Status, England, 1 January 2021 to 31 May 2022’, and it can be accessed on the ONS site here, and downloaded here.#

According to the data in Table 2 of a report by the UK’s Office for National Statistics, the consequences of the mass Covid-19 vaccination campaign are shocking.

The report contains the monthly age-standardized mortality rates by vaccination status among 18 to 39-year-olds for Non-Covid-19 deaths from January to May 2022. The data shows that in every single month of 2022, partially vaccinated and fully vaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds were more likely to die than unvaccinated individuals in the same age group.

To put it into perspective, the data shows that in February, triple-vaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds were 27% more likely to die than unvaccinated individuals, with a mortality rate of 26.7 per 100,000 among the triple-vaccinated and 21 per 100,000 among the unvaccinated.

And by May, the situation had significantly worsened, with triple-vaccinated individuals 52% more likely to die, with a mortality rate of 21.4 per 100,000 compared to 14.1 per 100,000 among the unvaccinated.

However, the most concerning figures are among the partially vaccinated, with May seeing partially vaccinated 18 to 39-year-olds 202% more likely to die than unvaccinated individuals.

These findings raise serious questions about the safety and effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccines, and it’s imperative that further research is conducted to understand the impact of these vaccinations on public health.

The report on the monthly age-standardised mortality rates by vaccination status in England up to May 2022 would have raised alarm among the public if it was publicised.

But yet again it wasn’t and was instead swept under the carpet.

Because the same data contained in Table 2 of the report, gathered by the Office for National Statistics, also reveals the dire consequences of the mass Covid-19 vaccination campaign on children.

The figures are horrific.

The mortality rate for unvaccinated children equated to 0.31 for Covid-19 deaths, however, for one-dose vaccinated children the rate skyrocketed to 3.24 per 100,000 person-years.

The rate is even more concerning for triple-vaccinated children, with a staggering 41.29 per 100,000 person-years.

The report also revealed the impact of the vaccinations on non-Covid-19 deaths, with unvaccinated children having an all-cause death mortality rate of 6.39 per 100,000 person-years, and partially vaccinated children having a slightly higher rate of 6.48.

However, the rates rapidly increased following each injection, with double-vaccinated children having a 97.28 all-cause death mortality rate and triple-vaccinated children having an alarming 289.02 per 100,000 person-years.

These figures, which are age-standardised and rates per 100,000 population, provide conclusive evidence of the devastating impact of Covid-19 vaccination.

Double-vaccinated children are at least 15.22 times more likely to die from any cause compared to unvaccinated children, and triple-vaccinated children are a staggering 45.23 times more likely to die.

The numbers don’t lie, and they paint a disturbing picture of the devastating effects of the Covid-19 vaccines.

This information, therefore, proves that the vast majority of the 118,000 excess deaths among half a million deaths suffered by children and young adults – in the secret report given to the OECD by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) – are a shocking and tragic consequence of Covid-19 vaccination.

I have said for a long time that the URF in VAERS is 41, and there are 16,300 excess US deaths in VAERS (subtracting 250 background deaths per year which gets reported into VAERS) which comes to 668K.

In short, you can just take the number of vaccine doses in millions and just change “millions” to “thousands” to estimate the number of people killed by the vaccine.

By comparison, the official World Health Organization (WHO) number of COVID-19 deaths to date is 6.8 million (6,817,478 deaths, reported to WHO, as 3 February 2023),4 which are not detected as COVID-19 assignable deaths in ACM studies.
