Most Conservatives are very aware that President Barack Hussein Obama is a liar as well as his Executive Branch flunkies. The Dems and the American Left have been making excuses for those lies by denial of the obvious, deceptive misdirection and/or cover-ups.

 

That is how Obama was elected in 2008: recall the lies of being a Christian for nearly a quarter century under the Black Liberation Theology racist Jeremiah Wright, friendship with homegrown American terrorist Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn (Weather Underground), mentorship of Communist Frank Marshall Davis (See DTN for details on Davis-Communism), secretive and still undisclosed academic records, the lack of clarity if his Mother and Muslim Stepfather made him an Indonesian citizen while living there going to a Muslim school and undoubtedly more lies and deception I cannot think of at the moment.

 

AGAIN lies secured Obama’s reelection in 2012: i.e. the lies about Libyan military weapons shipped to unvetted Syrian rebels fighting Assad’s regime and the probable cover-up that led to four Americans being murdered by organized Islamic terrorists. The cover-up included blaming an obscure anti-Islam movie trailer that parodied Mohammed’s bloodthirsty sex life. The same lies also included then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

As part of the Obama Administration lies, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton illegally used a private email server that included the use of emailing classified information. Hillary’s misdirection was other Secretaries of State used private email servers but failed to mention that most of Secretaries did not have restrictive laws in place. Hillary’s next misdirection was claiming nothing on her server was marked as classified at the time but only later. That deceptive lie was used even knowing that the potential emailing of information that might later be marked classified was and is illegal by law. Hillary also ILLEGALLY deleted thousands of emails trying to cover-up her blatant misuse of a private email server that combined both sensitive (later marked classified) and business dealings that included nefarious foreign fund raising for the Clinton Foundation in exchange for Hillary favors. Here are three journalistic claims of illegality by Hillary:

 

 

 

 

Trust me there are more lies and cover-ups but I want to get to the one in which the Obama Administration has been caught lying to the American people and to Congress about the Iran Nuke Deal which was only a deal for Iran with zero plausible vetting by the U.S. government. Most auspiciously the Iran Nuke Deal lies were exposed by Ben Rhodes flapping his mouth either unintentionally or “braggadociously” that lies were used on Americans to gain the deals acceptance. AND the cover-up was further exposed when the admission happened that some mysterious person ordered a portion of a Press Conference exchange between State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki and Fox News correspondent James Rosen was deleted from public viewing.

Little more than a month ago, senior Obama adviser Ben Rhodes let slip, either unwittingly or braggadociously, that he and others had essentially lied to the media and American people about the Iran nuclear deal in order to advance the administration’s narrative.

 

This admission raised a number of questions regarding the truthfulness of prior statements from Obama officials about the deal, compelling some to go back and check archived video of past press conferences, which in turn led to the discovery that a pertinent exchange during a 2013 State Department press conference had been edited out of the record.

 

That edit of an exchange between Fox News reporter James Rosen and then-State spokeswoman Jen Psaki, in which she admitted with a wink and a nod that the administration lies to keep certain information private, was initially dismissed as nothing more than a “glitch.”

 

However, it has now been admitted by spokesman John Kirby that the edit was no glitch, but a deliberate erasure of the record on orders from on high in the administration.

 

Speaking to the crew of Fox’s “The Five,” Rosen said it was “significant” that the administration effectively admitted to lying about covering up a prior admission of lying.

 

“I think this is a significant moment insofar as we have the United States government essentially admitting here that its spokespeople lied from the State Department podium, that they then admitted that from the State Department podium, and then tried to cover up that admission by deleting the official archive of this material, and so I’m honored to play some small role in holding our public officials to account, and we’ll see if this is the end of it,” Rosen explained.

 

However, the new-found truthiness of at least one member of the Obama administration only went so far, for while Kirby admitted that the edit to the tape had been ordered, he claimed not to know who had given that order.

 

Rosen and the rest weren’t buying that excuse, though, with Rosen surmising, “If you remember being asked to do it, you probably have a very good chance of remembering who asked you to do it.”

 

“The Five” co-host Dana Perino, former spokeswoman for the Bush administration, thought Rosen was too nice in his assessment of the situation, saying, “I think that their explanation falls well short of acceptable, because one, it is a violation of the Federal Records Act. It has to be.”

 

This administration lies, the lies about lying, then lies about lying about lying. Then, on the rare occasion that it actually slips up and tells the truth, it quickly reverts to lies and subterfuge to counteract and cover up the truth with more lies and deception.

 

This from the “most transparent administration in history” no less.

Deceiving Christians

Mark Charles Hardie left another comment claiming as a candidate for President he is supportive of faith based Conservatives. The thing is he left the comment on this post: “This is Why we Call the Gay LobbyFascist!” Even that post was made in March 2015, Mr. Hardie’s first comment was made on August 7, 2015. Mr. Hardie’s comment was supportive of the homosexual agenda alluding to supporting same-sex marriage for after all, Jesus told us to love our enemies. Also he made it clear he was running for both the Senate to replace Barbara Boxer in California and as the Democratic nomination for POTUS.

As a Biblical believing Christian Mr. Hardie’s assertion that the Jesus paradigm of love your enemies was a poppycock stand in validating a homosexual lifestyle. I also questioned the validity of his candidacy for either the Senate or the Presidency. As of now I could not find a campaign website to examine his politics so I relied on searching out the few places asserting he is running for Office and that had some profile info. Frankly the info is a bit fantastic to believe as credible but there is a nagging truth he is a blogger for the Left Wing favorite the Huffington Post. I have no doubt this adds an air of credibility among Lefties (aka Progressives, Democrats, Marxist Utopians, et al).

I dismissed Mr. Hardie’s first comment with this post: “Justifying Homosexuality with ‘Love yourEnemies’?” This was posted on August 8, 2015.

Mr. Hardie’s second comment was not post on the 8/8 post but rather on 8/8/15 on the same location as his first comment but after my response to his first comment with a standalone post. Ergo, I am uncertain if Mr. Hardie actually read my dismissive post. Here is that second comment in order for you to ascertain for yourself if read my response or if he is simply proclaiming his Christian faith (which is a bit of a mystery if you take a look at “Justifying Homosexuality with ‘Love your Enemies’?”):

SUPPORTING CONSERVATIVE VALUES AND INSPIRING PEOPLE OF FAITH

This is a message from Mark Charles Hardie. I am a candidate for president of the United States and United States Senator representing California.

First, I want to inspire conservative people of faith. It’s vital to have faith in God. I know that keeping a strong faith and strong trust in God can protect people from spiritual attack by the wicked.

Second, I do not believe that Christians should compromise their beliefs. Instead, I think that Christians should “return to Christ”. I think Christians should return to Christ-like love and self-sacrifice. However, Christians should not be weak. Instead, Christians should seek to “cast out demons” and rid the world of Satan. I believe that Satan is defeated by the blood of Jesus.

Finally, I will proclaim the majesty and power of God for the rest of my life. (Minor editing performed)

You see, I am having a bit of a credibility issue with Mark Charles Hardie. Mr. asserts something that every Biblical Christian would shout “Amen” or “That’s good preaching”. For my point let’s re-read a portion:

This is the same guy that wrote:

“… “Gay People Belong To God”. In other worlds, I meant to say that God Almighty created all human beings–both gay and straight. Jesus of Nazareth says, “Love your enemies”. I think Jesus wanted to open our hearts to people who may seem different. I was speaking of radical Godly compassion.” (Quoted from Justifying Homosexuality with ‘Love yourEnemies’?)

Although Mr. Hardie is implying homosexuals are the same as heterosexuals in the eyes of God Almighty. I do not agree with that sentiment. God specifically calls homosexuality an abomination; however doesn’t use a singular descriptive word, rather God is explicitly descriptive:

“You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.” (Leviticus 18: 22 NKJV)

In the HuffPo blog post Mark Charles Hardie is doing a good thing; viz. condemning violence against homosexuals because of their sin-life choice. Old Testament justice according to the Law of Moses given by God Almighty proclaimed a death penalty for breaking this commandment. God did NOT endorse torture which is what occurs when gay-bashers commit violent acts against homosexuals. BUT thanks to Jesus Christ the Son of God we are no longer subject to the penalties and curses of the Law of Moses because faith in the risen Lord delivers those who believe in Christ.

It has taken a few centuries for the Scriptural view to catch up with Christian practices. Death in this life is no longer a penalty for sin. Sin opens people up to – regardless of faith in Christ or not – to the consequence of separation from God. The degree that God-separation manifests in this life is between God Almighty and the individual committing sin. The Word of God does teach us that black-hearted unrepentant sin will manifest in the Last Judgment. Thus I pray for homosexuals for all humanity has in one way or another fallen short in matters of sin until the Return of Christ Jesus.

BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN I WILL STAND WITH VALIDATING A HOMOSEXUAL LIFESTYLE which is still an abomination in the sight of God. Violence is wrong but so is homosexuality.

Thus even though Mark Charles Hardie is condemning gay-bashing, he also implying that homosexuality is a practice that must be accepted in our culture. Our culture’s Christian heritage has slowly been whittled away by a Leftist agenda which exemplifies Secular Humanism as superior to God’s Word. Although I am increasingly in the minority opinion in our representative Republic, it is my belief that the Christian paradigm as stated in the Scriptures is superior to Secular Humanism. Hence the words of Mr. Hardie in his February 2015 HuffPo post does not match what he is telling Christians in his first comment nor in his second comment I cross posted above:

My proposal calls for the creation of “California LGBT Police Departments” throughout the Golden State. These police departments, funded by the state, would be staffed exclusively by gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender police officers. Mark Charles Hardie’s HuffPo post simply DOES NOT line with the words used in both his comments. His assertions and proposals are simply ungodly and abominable in the sight of God. It is my opinion Mr. Hardie wants Christians to compromise their beliefs. He is either lying to Biblical Christians or he Lying to Homosexuals or he is lying to himself. AGAIN this is not a guy that deserves a vote especially from Biblical believing Christians.

Obama, Hillary, et al – Nefarious Intentions

Remember Lois Lerner, the persecutor of Tea Party organizations and Conservative if they opposed the Obama agenda? Katie Pavlich gleaned some info from Judicial Watch that demonstrates that Lerner (as in the IRS) and the Department of Justice (as in – at the time – Obama’s buddy and confidante Attorney General Eric Holder) actually conspired to take out criminal action against any organization opposed to Barack Hussein Obama.

If you are a true American and purport to be a Democratic Party supporter, here is a good reason to at least write your Senator and District Representative to urge prosecution for these kinds of political dirty tricks. These kind of antics definitely the qualifications for Impeachment under the categories of High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Trust me, if you the Constitution, what qualifies as an impeachable Misdemeanor is quite broad under the Original Intent of the Framers of the U.S. Constitution.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. – ARTICLE II, SECTION 4 (Standards for Impeachment; The Heritage Guide to The Constitution)

Likewise, George Mason offered the standard of “maladministration.” At the other end of the debate, Charles Pinckney suggested that a president should not be subject to impeachment for any offense. Other delegates used vague language that only fuels the modern debate as to their true intentions. James Madison objected to a standard of “maladministration” as too ambiguous but he also stated that impeachment was a necessary precaution against “the incapacity, negligence or perfidy of the chief Magistrate.” For his part, Alexander Hamilton referred to impeachable offenses as “those offences which proceed from the misconduct of public men, or in other words, for the abuse or violation of some public trust.”

Franklin viewed impeachment as a process by which public concerns over presidential misconduct could be resolved and the legitimacy of a presidency restored. He noted that there are times when a president’s conduct is viewed as “obnoxious” and demands a process of public review and decision. As a Conservative my sense is Obama and many of the cohorts of his Administration probably have treasonous acts that may never be proven as a high crime. However, maladministration and malicious acts are very provable. The only hindrance are the Democrats of the House – in impeachment proceedings – and in the Senate doing their due diligence for their constituents and the Constitution – in convicting for malicious acts that may fall more under Misdemeanors than High Crimes.

The focus of this post is Hillary Clinton – the current favorite to win the Dem Party nomination for POTUS, but President Barack Hussein Obama is certainly has had unclean hands from his 2008 election campaign through to the present. His campaign was full of image lies portraying to Americans he was the epitome of hope and change. The reality was and still is a connection to Marxist idealism (HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE) and the racism involve with Black Liberation Theology (HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE) . This reality includes a host of Marxist mentors and admirations on the Leftist side and a load of hate-Whitey BLT supremacists.

Impeach the Leftist cronies, Prosecute them or both.

New Documents Show Extensive Collaboration Between IRS, DOJ to Criminally Prosecute Conservative Groups

Last year emails revealed former IRS official Lois Lerner was in contact with the Department of Justice Criminal Division about criminally prosecuting conservative tea party groups for pursuing political activity (opposed to President Obama’s agenda) by “posing” as non-profit organizations.

Now, new documents obtained by government watchdog Judicial Watch through two different Freedom of Information Act lawsuits show extensive collaboration between the IRS and DOJ (and subsequently the FBI) to go after conservative groups with criminal charges. The IRS likely violated federal law by illegally sharing 1.25 million pages of taxpayer information with DOJ, which were contained on nearly two dozen FBI backup tapes. Further, information shows DOJ wanted IRS officials who were scheduled to testify in front of Congress about the targeting scandal to turn over planned remarks to them first before delivering on Capitol Hill. Judicial Watch today released new Department of Justice (DOJ) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) documents that include an official “DOJ Recap” report detailing an October 2010 meeting between Lois Lerner, DOJ officials and the FBI to plan for the possible criminal prosecution of targeted nonprofit organizations for alleged illegal political activity.

The newly obtained records also reveal that the Obama DOJ wanted IRS employees who were going to testify to Congress to turn over documents to the DOJ before giving them to Congress. Records also detail how the Obama IRS gave the FBI 21 computer disks, containing 1.25 million pages of confidential IRS returns from 113,000 nonprofit social 501(c)(4) welfare groups – or nearly every 501(c)(4) in the United States – as part of its prosecution effort. According to a letter from then-House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) to IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, “This revelation likely means that the IRS – including possibly Lois Lerner – violated federal tax law by transmitting this information to the Justice Department.”

But the IRS wasn’t simply sending the DOJ information, Lerner herself was meeting with DOJ officials to discuss pursuing criminal charges.

On October 8, 2010, Lois Lerner, Joe Urban [IRS Technical Advisor, TEGE], Judy Kindell [top aide to Lerner], Justin Lowe [Technical Advisor to the Commissioner of Tax-Exempt and Government Entities], and Siri Buller met with the section chief and other attorneys from the Department of Justice Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section, and one representative from the FBI, to discuss recent attention to the political activity of exempt organizations.

The section’s attorneys expressed concern that certain section 501(c) organizations are actually political committees “posing” as if they are not subject to FEC law, and therefore may be subject to criminal liability. The attorneys mentioned several possible theories to bring criminal charges under FEC law

Keep in mind Lerner previously and essentially stated in an email that at least one conservative group needed to be made a public example with prosecution.

“One IRS prosecution would make an impact and they wouldn’t feel so comfortable doing the stuff,” Lerner said in a 2013 email.

The goal was to stop the flow of other conservative non-profits, opposed to President Obama’s agenda, from applying for tax exempt status and therefore becoming more effective.

“These new documents show that the Obama IRS scandal is also an Obama DOJ and FBI scandal,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. “The FBI and Justice Department worked with Lois Lerner and the IRS to concoct some reason to put President Obama’s opponents in jail before his reelection. And this abuse resulted in the FBI’s illegally obtaining confidential taxpayer information. How can the Justice Department and FBI investigate the very scandal in which they are implicated?”

It’s no wonder Lerner’s hard drive magically “crashed,” “losing” thousands of emails sent and received during the time period when she was meeting with DOJ to pursue prosecution of American citizens exercising their constitutional right to free speech.
