Radical homosexuals will terrorize daycare centers, hospitals, churches, and private schools. Traditional moral values will be shattered by federal law.

*** Explosion of lawsuits as Christian business owners and even clergy are forced to support homosexual “marriage” ceremonies.

Bible Banning Despite 1st Amendment

I have been seeing Social Media posts claiming California has legislation in the works to ban the Bible. I chalked the information up to Fake News or maybe – cough – Russian bots trying to rile up Conservative Values supporters.

After all, how in the world can secularist and/or atheist Lefties believe they can get away with such a huge violation of the First Amendment, RIGHT?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Ever heard of the book Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury? The book is one of my favorites from my Sci-Fi teen reading days. It should be bought and become required reading for every household to understand the power of State totalitarianism. The book is classic with a 1966 movie based on it AND HBO is coming out with a modern version I believe sometime in May 2018. Here is a less than a minute trailer:

Perhaps the Leftist legislators will ban Fahrenheit 451 along with the Bible to make sure their citizens remain ignorant of political totalitarianism.

Before you pooh-pooh the idea of the California State legislators banning books, here is the Assembly Bill No. 2943 California Legislative Information published 03/23/2018 09:00 PM.

The Bill no where mentions the Bible or the morality of the Christian Faith. However, using commercial practices as a pretext AB 2943 declares all things associated with the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) lifestyle is a part of the natural order of existence. Thus, the law prohibits any action to change the LGBTQ lifestyle as illegal. I was going to cross post the entirety of AB 2943, then I realized after copying the Act to a separate Word Document that consumed 18 pages, the reading would be a bit mundane. Here is a relevant excerpt affecting Freedom:

AB 2943, as amended, Low. Unlawful business practices: sexual orientation change efforts.

This bill would include, as an unlawful practice prohibited under the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, advertising, offering to engage in, or engaging in sexual orientation change efforts with an individual. The bill would also declare the intent of the Legislature in this regard.

…

SECTION 1.

The Legislature finds and declares the following:

(a) Contemporary science recognizes that being lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender is part of the natural spectrum of human identity and is not a disease, disorder, or illness.

(b) The American Psychological Association convened the Task Force on Appropriate Therapeutic Responses to Sexual Orientation. The task force conducted a systematic review of peer-reviewed journal literature on sexual orientation change efforts and issued a report in 2009. The task force concluded that sexual orientation change efforts can pose critical health risks to lesbian, gay, and bisexual people, including confusion, depression, guilt, helplessness, hopelessness, shame, social withdrawal, suicidality, substance abuse, stress, disappointment, self-blame, decreased self-esteem and authenticity to others, increased self-hatred, hostility and blame toward parents, feelings of anger and betrayal, loss of friends and potential romantic partners, problems in sexual and emotional intimacy, sexual dysfunction, high-risk sexual behaviors, a feeling of being dehumanized and untrue to self, a loss of faith, and a sense of having wasted time and resources.

AB 2943 goes on as pertaining to the LGBTQ lifestyle, to verify LGBTQ morality protections and villainize (perhaps illegalize) Biblical Values by using numerous Leftist social organizations declaring homosexual choice as normal. You can muddle through the entire Bill to read what I mean. Just to be clear, there are some good consumer protections in the Bill pertaining to commerce. The good is heavily obscured though by the intent to make it easy to sue distributors of Christian materials – which would include the Bible – that homosexuality is natural rather an unnatural abomination as stated by the Creator of all that exists.

When the Leftist legislators cite all these Leftist organization that embrace the fundamental transformation of America, they don’t include the kind of people that were in charge of their reports and findings. Here are some details they conveniently left out:

California bill would criminalize the sale of Bibles and material considered to be offensive to the homosexual community.

A pro-LGBTQ bill is quickly making its way through the California state assembly after it was approved on the floor Thursday. The bill now goes to the state Senate for a vote.

If passed, Assembly Bill 2943 could ultimately threaten free speech and freedom of religion for Christians.

It uses the state’s consumer fraud statute to restrict religious freedom and free speech when it comes to issues of homosexuality and gender identity.

This means the bill would make it illegal to distribute resources, sell books, offer counseling services, or direct someone to a biblically based model for getting help with gender confusion and homosexuality.

Randy Thomasson with SaveCalifornia.com says the bill is very broad and could affect just about anything helping people overcome same-sex desires.

“So, this is a pastor speaking, you pay a ticket to hear him speak. He speaks about overcoming same-sex desires. Hey, that could be outlawed. A church sells a book about overcoming same-sex desires. There’s a sale, there’s a transaction, that could be banned,” Thomasson said.

“This is very expansive, very tyrannical and absolutely squashing free speech, religious freedom and basic choice of people. This is an anti-freedom, anti-American bill,” Thomasson told CBN News.

Essentially, churches and Christian schools that share biblical teaching on the subject would be open to a lawsuit.

CBN News asked Thomasson if this bill could eventually lead to a ban on Bibles or even books from other faiths like the Koran.

“Well, you could see this law going into effect. A church bookstore selling the Bible, of course, selling a book about marriage or sexual purity or overcoming homosexuality or overcoming trans-sexuality. You could see a member of the public or even a member of the state government coming and saying, ‘Hey, that’s illegal,’” Thomasson answered.

“Even the Muslim community should be against this, too, because of what is said about sexual perversity in the Koran,” Thomasson also said.

If AB 2943 clears California’s Senate and is signed into law, it would negatively impact Christian counselors, bookstores, church conferences, as well as medical and health professionals.

The bill also seeks to ban biblically based counseling for those wanting to get help.

It comes six years after California deemed it illegal for minors to receive counseling for same-sex attraction, even if they and their parents wanted help. Now, this bill would also address adults.

“AB 2943 would start by saying, ok, nobody can get counseling to overcome same-sex desires… ok, so no help for adult children, adults who were molested as kids and now they are adults and they say I want help to overcome these feelings. No help for you,” Thomasson explained.

The bill states that “contemporary science recognizes that being lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender is part of the natural spectrum of human identity and is not a disease, disorder, or illness.”

Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, told CBN News that what makes this bill especially dangerous is that California often leads the charge in pushing the LGBTQ legislative agenda.

California was one of the first states to ban “conversion therapy” for minors. Shortly afterward, Oregon, New Jersey, and Vermont passed similar laws.

“People have the right to seek the counsel of their choice, but this bill substitutes the government for personal choice. The implications are staggering, and the result is harmful,” Staver said in a statement to CBN News. – source

Doctors: Gender confusion causes Child Abuse

I’m on the Gordon James Klingenschmitt (aka “Dr. Chaps”) email list. His emails are always informative but they nearly always come with a petition that has information on how to mass fax every single member of Congress. The catch to the mass fax is it will cost you thirty-five bucks. If I had an extra $35 to spare from my budget I would participate frequently. Even if the mass fax is a revenue fund raiser for Dr. Chaps, faxing all Congressmen is an excellent way to share your disposition toward a subject that needs legislation or needs legislation to be prevented. So if you have the same budget issues I have, take the Chaplain Klingenschmitt info and start your own petition. One place that is free is Change.org. (Or if you have another free petition platform or know of a petition pertaining to this subject, please share it in the comments.)

This email provides a “free” option toward the end that will send you to FaxCongress.org. There the wording focuses more on Senator Al Franken, Franken tried to push a promote-homosexuality agenda in the school system in 2010. Thank God Almighty that legislation failed. NOW President Obama is trying his typical unconstitutional path via the Federal Bureaucracy (The Federalist and WND) to force transgender/homosexual education in school education including the college level.

Adults including parents who tell their sons to become daughters, and vice-versa, are abusive and harming their children, confirms a new study by the American College of Pediatricians.

“Facts – not ideology – determine reality,” the American College of Pediatricians (ACP) said in a warning to legislators and educators about the dangers of surgical and medical sex change operations to children.

“Conditioning children into believing that a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and healthful is child abuse,” the physicians said, “Rates of suicide are twenty times greater among adults who use cross-sex hormones and undergo sex reassignment surgery, even in Sweden which is among the most LGBTQ – affirming countries.”

The group, which aims at getting parents involved in their children’s health and education about health, said, “Gender (an awareness and sense of oneself as male or female) is a sociological and psychological concept; not an objective biological one,” and that, “A person’s belief that he or she is something they are not is, at best, a sign of confused thinking.”

“To the contrary, the group maintained that human sexuality is a ‘binary trait’ and said the XY and XX chromosomes that determine female or male sex are “genetic markers of health” not “genetic markers of a disorder.”

“No one is born with a gender. Everyone is born with a biological sex,” the statement said.

“The American Academy of Pediatricians, the larger professional society from which the ACP broke away in 2002, has surgical and medical interventions in youth to suppress the hormones that naturally cause girls to grow into women and boys to men.”

This reminds me of Jesus’ quote in Matthew 18:6: “If anyone causes one of these little ones–those who believe in me–to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” We must oppose the so-called ‘transgender’ recruiting of minor children by abusers.]

Obama threatens Children: Co-ed bathrooms or lose school funds

In a direct threat tantamount to child abuse, President Obama will issue a directive forcing all public schools to open girls bathrooms to confused boys, or lose their school funding.

The New York Times reports: “The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping directive telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.

“A letter to school districts will go out Friday, adding to a highly charged debate over transgender rights in the middle of the administration’s legal fight with North Carolina over the issue. The declaration — signed by Justice and Education department officials — will describe what schools should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against.

“It does not have the force of law, but it contains an implicit threat: Schools that do not abide by the Obama administration’s interpretation of the law could face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid.

“The move is certain to draw fresh criticism, particularly from Republicans, that the federal government is wading into local matters and imposing its own values on communities across the country that may not agree. It represents the latest example of the Obama administration using a combination of policies, lawsuits and public statements to change the civil rights landscape for gays, lesbians, bisexual and transgender people.

“After supporting the rights of gay people to marry, allowing them to serve openly in the military and prohibiting federal contractors from discriminating against them, the administration is wading into the battle over bathrooms and siding with transgender people.

“No student should ever have to go through the experience of feeling unwelcome at school or on a college campus,” John B. King Jr., the secretary of the Department of Education, said in a statement.

Mark Charles Hardie left another comment claiming as a candidate for President he is supportive of faith based Conservatives. The thing is he left the comment on this post: “This is Why we Call the Gay LobbyFascist!” Even that post was made in March 2015, Mr. Hardie’s first comment was made on August 7, 2015. Mr. Hardie’s comment was supportive of the homosexual agenda alluding to supporting same-sex marriage for after all, Jesus told us to love our enemies. Also he made it clear he was running for both the Senate to replace Barbara Boxer in California and as the Democratic nomination for POTUS.

As a Biblical believing Christian Mr. Hardie’s assertion that the Jesus paradigm of love your enemies was a poppycock stand in validating a homosexual lifestyle. I also questioned the validity of his candidacy for either the Senate or the Presidency. As of now I could not find a campaign website to examine his politics so I relied on searching out the few places asserting he is running for Office and that had some profile info. Frankly the info is a bit fantastic to believe as credible but there is a nagging truth he is a blogger for the Left Wing favorite the Huffington Post. I have no doubt this adds an air of credibility among Lefties (aka Progressives, Democrats, Marxist Utopians, et al).

I dismissed Mr. Hardie’s first comment with this post: “Justifying Homosexuality with ‘Love yourEnemies’?” This was posted on August 8, 2015.

Mr. Hardie’s second comment was not post on the 8/8 post but rather on 8/8/15 on the same location as his first comment but after my response to his first comment with a standalone post. Ergo, I am uncertain if Mr. Hardie actually read my dismissive post. Here is that second comment in order for you to ascertain for yourself if read my response or if he is simply proclaiming his Christian faith (which is a bit of a mystery if you take a look at “Justifying Homosexuality with ‘Love your Enemies’?”):

SUPPORTING CONSERVATIVE VALUES AND INSPIRING PEOPLE OF FAITH

This is a message from Mark Charles Hardie. I am a candidate for president of the United States and United States Senator representing California.

First, I want to inspire conservative people of faith. It’s vital to have faith in God. I know that keeping a strong faith and strong trust in God can protect people from spiritual attack by the wicked.

Second, I do not believe that Christians should compromise their beliefs. Instead, I think that Christians should “return to Christ”. I think Christians should return to Christ-like love and self-sacrifice. However, Christians should not be weak. Instead, Christians should seek to “cast out demons” and rid the world of Satan. I believe that Satan is defeated by the blood of Jesus.

Finally, I will proclaim the majesty and power of God for the rest of my life. (Minor editing performed)

You see, I am having a bit of a credibility issue with Mark Charles Hardie. Mr. asserts something that every Biblical Christian would shout “Amen” or “That’s good preaching”. For my point let’s re-read a portion:

This is the same guy that wrote:

“… “Gay People Belong To God”. In other worlds, I meant to say that God Almighty created all human beings–both gay and straight. Jesus of Nazareth says, “Love your enemies”. I think Jesus wanted to open our hearts to people who may seem different. I was speaking of radical Godly compassion.” (Quoted from Justifying Homosexuality with ‘Love yourEnemies’?)

Although Mr. Hardie is implying homosexuals are the same as heterosexuals in the eyes of God Almighty. I do not agree with that sentiment. God specifically calls homosexuality an abomination; however doesn’t use a singular descriptive word, rather God is explicitly descriptive:

“You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.” (Leviticus 18: 22 NKJV)

In the HuffPo blog post Mark Charles Hardie is doing a good thing; viz. condemning violence against homosexuals because of their sin-life choice. Old Testament justice according to the Law of Moses given by God Almighty proclaimed a death penalty for breaking this commandment. God did NOT endorse torture which is what occurs when gay-bashers commit violent acts against homosexuals. BUT thanks to Jesus Christ the Son of God we are no longer subject to the penalties and curses of the Law of Moses because faith in the risen Lord delivers those who believe in Christ.

It has taken a few centuries for the Scriptural view to catch up with Christian practices. Death in this life is no longer a penalty for sin. Sin opens people up to – regardless of faith in Christ or not – to the consequence of separation from God. The degree that God-separation manifests in this life is between God Almighty and the individual committing sin. The Word of God does teach us that black-hearted unrepentant sin will manifest in the Last Judgment. Thus I pray for homosexuals for all humanity has in one way or another fallen short in matters of sin until the Return of Christ Jesus.

BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN I WILL STAND WITH VALIDATING A HOMOSEXUAL LIFESTYLE which is still an abomination in the sight of God. Violence is wrong but so is homosexuality.

Thus even though Mark Charles Hardie is condemning gay-bashing, he also implying that homosexuality is a practice that must be accepted in our culture. Our culture’s Christian heritage has slowly been whittled away by a Leftist agenda which exemplifies Secular Humanism as superior to God’s Word. Although I am increasingly in the minority opinion in our representative Republic, it is my belief that the Christian paradigm as stated in the Scriptures is superior to Secular Humanism. Hence the words of Mr. Hardie in his February 2015 HuffPo post does not match what he is telling Christians in his first comment nor in his second comment I cross posted above:

Mark Charles Hardie’s HuffPo post simply DOES NOT line with the words used in both his comments. His assertions and proposals are simply ungodly and abominable in the sight of God. It is my opinion Mr. Hardie wants Christians to compromise their beliefs. He is either lying to Biblical Christians or he Lying to Homosexuals or he is lying to himself. AGAIN this is not a guy that deserves a vote especially from Biblical believing Christians.

Now that is a quote of Mark Charles Hardie considering the very Words of God contradict that homosexual activist thought:

Thank God we longer live under the Old Covenant for the penalty for disobeying God then was physical death by execution. Thank God we live under the New Covenant in which the sacrificial Blood of Jesus delivers humanity from the authority of Satan’s domain and transfers them to the Kingdom of God’s dear Son Jesus Christ. Sins are forgive in Christ and the penalty of violating the Old Covenant are remitted in Christ. This means unrepentant to the end humans are in Second Death (See Also HERE) danger of eternal damnation separated from the mercies, glory, presence and benefits of God’s Kingdom. ONLY believing in the Redemptive/Resurrection work of Jesus Christ saves any human from the Second Death.

AND YET the mercy and Grace discovered in the New Testament Word of God still testifies that homosexuality is an unacceptable abominable lifestyle.

⁴For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; ⁵and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly;⁶and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly; ⁷and delivered righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked ⁸(for that righteous man, dwelling among them, tormented his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their lawless deeds)— ⁹then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment, ¹⁰and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. While they always disguise it behind the euphemistic language of “tolerance,” “equality” and “social justice,” on occasion the homofascist left will admit to its designs on fascism. There are some who doubt those of us who have long warned that many homosexualists intend to compel, through any means possible (up to and including physical force), Christians and other dissenters to fully surrender to their radical homosexual activist agenda.

Mark Charles Hardie, a Huffington post columnist and 2016 candidate for the California Senate, is helping to make our point. In a February 25 column headlined, “Gay People Are Gods: Protecting LGBT Communities Is a Divine Right,” Hardie goes full Rainbow Shirt. Under the pretext of “minimizing troubling incidents of anti-gay violence,” he shares that he has submitted “an innovative proposal” to the California State Senate to create “LGBT Squads” to enforce the “gay” agenda.

“My proposal calls for the creation of ‘California LGBT Police Departments’ throughout the Golden State,” he writes. “These police departments, funded by the state, would be staffed exclusively by gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender police officers.”

So much for ending “discrimination” based on “sexual orientation.” Heterosexuals need not apply. In order to earn your pink, taxpayer-funded jackboots in this lavender brute squad, you must possess an aberrant sexual appetite for members of the same sex.

Hardie then assumes the persona of Martin Luther King Jr.’s evil twin.

“I have a dream today that gay people and lesbians will have a vested and inalienable right to universal marriage equality backed by the power of law. Gay marriage is not only a civil right to be enacted by governments, but it is a fundamental human right bestowed by the almighty hands of God.”

Wow. Sodomy-based “marriage,” something that the very almighty God to whom Hardie refers has expressly called “an abomination,” is now, somehow, a “fundamental human right,” which He has “bestowed.”

The cray cray continues: “I am inspired with a new dream — not only an aspiration for LGBT equality — but a dream of gay empowerment. For without power there can be no true security or freedom of choice. I now understand that LGBT communities worldwide must be empowered with the weapons to fight for justice.”

To be clear, Hardie, a former staff attorney for CA governor Pete Wilson and “public affairs intern” for Senator Barbara Boxer, is not calling for metaphorical “weapons” to enforce the “gay” agenda. He means weapons weapons. You know… guns.

“Today, in a major step towards fulfilling this lofty dream of social justice, I submitted an innovative proposal to the offices of California State Senator Mark Leno and California Assembly Member David Chiu,” he continues. According to Hardie, in order to enforce his homofascist version of “social justice,” armed “LGBT squads” are “vital.” “[I]t is also vital for LGBT communities to wield police power backed by the force of law. In other words, we must not only demand ‘gay rights,’ but we must also demand ‘gay power.’”

Yikes.

Hardie concludes by dedicating his column to “the memory of Matthew Shepard.” Shepard has become a bit of a mythological figure in our culture. He is, ironically, the poster child for “anti-gay hate crimes.” I say ironically because, while the mainstream media perpetuated the myth that Matthew Shepard was murdered as a result of “homophobia” during the commission of an “anti-gay hate crime,” it has now been revealed that, in fact, Shepard was a young, HIV positive crystal meth addict who was in a homosexual relationship with two of his drug dealers. These fellow “gay” druggies brutally (and tragically) murdered him during a drug deal gone bad. They are both serving life sentences for their crimes. (Bold Text Editor’s)

And so here we are. A California senate proposal for armed “LGBT squads” built upon the phantasmic foundation of the world’s most famous “anti-gay violence” myth.

What could possibly go wrong?

On October 6, 2014, in an unexpected move, the United States Supreme Court declined to review petitions challenging the legalization of same-sex marriage in five states, including Indiana, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin. The effect of this refusal to hear these petitions, or this non-decision on the legality of, or the right to, same-sex marriage for all 50 states, is that stays are now lifted on the three federal appeals courts’ decisions upholding such same-sex marriages. With these stays lifted, same-sex marriages are now legal in 24 states, up from 19.

Other states in those federal circuits are also affected by the Court’s actions on Monday, including Colorado, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Wyoming. It is thought that the three federal appeals court will uphold same-sex marriages in these states as well, where such marriages are currently banned. If those bans are struck down, then the number of states legalizing same-sex marriage climbs from 24 to 30 in short time. Activist Judges from the Lower Courts to the Appellate Courts have used the 14^th Amendment ratified in 1868 after the Civil War to drudge Leftist ideology for homosexual rights as if that was the Original Intent inclusively for the moral depravity of homosexuality becoming normalized in our society. The very slow process of acceptance of the normalizing of the homosexuality began in 1960s with gay PhDs and MDs pushing academic flawed research to counter the Word of the Creator of ALL that exists materially and spiritually.

… [I]t’s been 50 years since Alfred Kinsey published his infamous 1948 report, Sexual Behavior in the Human Male, which has so profoundly and grievously affected not only American society, but the moral, social, and political order worldwide. The A&E television network showed its Left Wing allegiance to New World Order Secular Humanist transformation for suspending (“indefinite hiatus”) Phil Robertson for comments agreeing with the Bible that homosexuality is a sin. I was listening to Fox News this morning and this network with the reputation of a Conservative bastion against the predominantly Leftist Mainstream Media (MSM) had a mixed bag commentary on A&E’s actions. I say a blurb from someone (I can’t remember who) being upset with Robertson for placing homosexuality in the same category of sin as adultery, liars, and so on but be especially upset about placing bestiality as an equal opportunity sin as homosexuality.

So was Phil lying about the Bible, homosexuality and sin?

²⁰Moreover you shall not lie carnally with your neighbor’s wife, to defile yourself with her. ²¹And you shall not let any of your descendants pass through the fire to Molech, nor shall you profane the name of your God: I am the Lord. ²²You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. Trust me this is only a sampling of the Word of God on sex-sins. Homosexuality is included but not singled out. Just as much as adultery, fornication, bestiality, orgies and so on is concerned they are all sins. Phil Robertson is correct!

I sympathize with Phil Robertson because I experienced the same kind of experience. I used to primarily blog on the independent website SlantRight.com. The owner of the server that this blog was upon told me my views that homosexuality was a sinful abomination meant I could no longer blog on his server. The owner was going to remove SlantRight.com but we managed to reach a deal that the old SlantRight.com would remain up as an archive site. If you visit there sometimes you might notice that a bandwidth exceeded message might pop. In which case you would need to wait until the beginning of the next month. Also there is always the chance the server owner may arbitrarily to remove the archive site. My point is the Homosexual Agenda in America has successfully waged a war to bring Americans to view homosexuality as natural and normal rather than an abominable sin. If you stick with the Biblical explanation you will be labeled a bigot. Frankly it is my opinion this but another sign that the Last Days are about to begin or perhaps it has already begun and we Christians have not woke up.

Get ready for a load of Homosexual bull manure vilifying Christianity. You will some Christian truths being twisted and warped to justify sympathy for homosexuality. An example might be something like – Christians believe in the Golden Rule which is roughly treat others as you would have them treat you. For a homosexual the Golden Rule principle is a point of hypocrisy because Biblical Christian Believers are bigoted toward same-sex gender people. Of course such a homosexual incendiary comment is misguided. Christians should indeed treat all people as they would have them treat them. BUT that does not mean Christians accept and promote living in sin! That is just twisted homosexual propaganda.

Placing the shoe on the other foot though. Taking a stand for Biblical Morality does not mean going out and beat up a man or woman living in homosexual sin. Thank God Almighty that He sent His only Begotten Son (God incarnated as a man) to Redeem humanity from the sinful nature that had bound humanity for ages to the kingdom of darkness created at Adam’s Fall. By accepting the Redemptive act of the Lord Jesus Christ’s Resurrection ANY person is set free from the penalty of sin. Humanity is not fully Redeemed yet. That will not happen until the Second Coming of Christ at the end of the Last Days. At that time not only is our human spirit Redeemed but also our soul and body thus defeating the effects of darkness in totality. UNTIL that day of Full Redemption a Christian might find himself susceptible to sin. I John 1:9 is the way back to God’s Kingdom when a Christian allows himself to succumb to sin.

⁵This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. ⁶If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. ⁷But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Just as an aside I feel compelled to point out that human beings should be warned that I John 1: 9 is not a magic wand to sin whenever one desires deluding themselves that the constant confession of sin will bring forgiveness and open the door to sin again and again. You have to realize that repetitive sin callouses your human spirit and as such you will find yourself separate from God with no desire to truly seek forgiveness of sins. AND you should realize a human being cannot fool God Almighty. God knows the reality of what is in a person’s heart with it is the darkness of Satan’s age or the Kingdom of Light made available by the Redemptive Blood of Christ.

A&E Fires Phil

“Duck Dynasty” star and patriarch Phil Robertson came face to face with the political correctness police at A&E again this week when he dared to go “off script” during a GQ interview.

Last May, the network requested that the #1 show in cable TV history eliminate its references to God and guns, but Phil said no: “God and guns are part of our everyday lives [and] to remove either of them from the show is unacceptable. If we can’t pray to God on the show, then we will not do the show.”

Responding to a question about sin in the current edition of GQ, Phil replied in his colloquial manner, “Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there.” He then paraphrased 1 Corinthians: “Don’t be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers – they won’t inherit the kingdom of God. Don’t deceive yourself. It’s not right.”

The reaction from the two most infamous proponents of gender confusion and homosexual normalization was swift and predictable. The so-called “Human Rights” Campaign protested, “Phil Robertson’s remarks are not consistent with the values of our faith communities or the scientific findings of leading medical organizations. We also know that Americans of faith follow the Golden Rule – treating others with the respect and dignity you’d wish to be treated with. As a role model on a show that attracts millions of viewers, Phil Robertson has a responsibility to set a positive example for young Americans.”

Well, we think Phil did set a positive example for young Americans!

The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation complained, “Phil and his family claim to be Christian, but Phil’s lies about an entire community fly in the face of what true Christians believe. He clearly knows nothing about gay people or the majority of Louisianans … who support [them].” They accused Robertson of “vile and extreme stereotypes” and “hateful anti-gay comments.”

If you want a good resource for “what true Christians believe,” don’t start with GLAAD, start with Scripture. Both the Old and New Testaments are crystal clear on the subject, as Mark Alexander outlined in detail in his commentary, “Gender Identity, the Homosexual Agenda and the Christian Response.”

As for “the majority of Louisianans,” Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal clarified, “Phil Robertson and his family are great citizens of the state of Louisiana. The politically correct crowd is tolerant of all viewpoints – except those they disagree with. I don’t agree with quite a bit of stuff I read in magazine interviews or see on TV. In fact, come to think of it, I find a good bit of it offensive. But I also acknowledge that this is a free country and everyone is entitled to express their views. In fact, I remember when TV networks believed in the First Amendment. It is a messed up situation when Miley Cyrus gets a laugh, and Phil Robertson gets suspended.”

Indeed, A&E immediately surrendered: “We are extremely disappointed to have read Phil Robertson’s comments. The A&E Networks have always been strong supporters and champions of the LGBT community. The network has placed Phil under hiatus from filming indefinitely.”

Phil responded, “My mission today is to go forth and tell people about why I follow Christ and also what the Bible teaches, and part of that teaching is that women and men are meant to be together. However, I would never treat anyone with disrespect just because they are different from me. We are all created by the Almighty and like Him, I love all of humanity. We would all be better off if we loved God and loved each other.”

The Robertson family responded, “We want to thank all of you for your prayers and support. The family has spent much time in prayer since learning of A&E’s decision. We want you to know that first and foremost we are a family rooted in our faith in God and our belief that the Bible is His word. Phil’s … beliefs are grounded in the teachings of the Bible. Phil is a Godly man who follows what the Bible says are the greatest commandments: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart’ and ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ Phil would never incite or encourage hate. We are disappointed that Phil has been placed on hiatus for expressing his faith. As a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm.”

In other words, they just put A&E on notice.

When it comes to opposing the homosexual agenda, Christians are now routinely condemned for speaking their beliefs. But the tyranny of political correctness is anathema to America itself, and enslaving all of us to a particular code of thought deemed acceptable to leftists is no different from any other kind of slavery.

Will NY Commission Expose Homosexual Corruption in Govt.?

Anonymous homosexual investigator Solid Snake continues what believes is nearly a one-man crusade to expose the power of homosexual groups, moneyed homosexuals and New York State government as united in corruption essentially bringing the homosexual agenda to life in New York contrary to the fundamentals of Christianity.

Below are the brief email comments from Solid Snake pertaining to Governor Andrew Cuomo creating an independent investigative commission to sniff out corruption in NY government. I have to believe that investigation includes New York’s legislature as well because it is apparent State legislators are a bit bent out of shape such a committee was created by the Governor.

I believe Solid Snake is looking for links of government corruption and rampant exploitation by homosexual activists to hide behind tax dollars to effect houses of perversion that include minors. And by minors we are usually talking about man/boy sex; i.e. boys groomed to satisfy older homosexuals.

Solid Snake has his work cut out for him because Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 106 only mentions corruption in the realm of bribes and payoffs. Apparently morality is the least of the Governor’s concerns. Thus I suspect when a homosexual-to-public-funding corrupt practice occurs, I am betting the highlighting of homosexuality within the corruption will not occur.

The Gay Movement got powerful in NY because of corruption. It is about time someone exposed them. I am putting together a care package to explain it all. The announcement came less than two weeks after the Legislature concluded its annual session without approving any new measures to address the recent corruption scandals.

“The people of this state should sleep better tonight knowing that there is a mechanism in place to make sure their government is not only competent, but is also meeting the highest ethical and legal standards,” Mr. Cuomo said at a news conference in Albany.

Mr. Cuomo, a Democrat, had vowed to appoint an investigatory panel if lawmakers did not pass a package of anticorruption bills he had proposed. His pursuit of the panel risks straining his relationship with the Legislature; even before the announcement on Tuesday, lawmakers had suggested that Mr. Cuomo was starting a crusade against them out of fear that the scandals were beginning to tarnish his own image.

Mr. Cuomo appointed the panel using his authority under the Moreland Act, a 1907 law that gives the governor the power “to examine and investigate the management and affairs of any department, board, bureau or commission of the state.”

The commission will be able to issue subpoenas and to examine witnesses under oath. While the Moreland Act only allows direct scrutiny of the executive branch, Mr. Cuomo will expand the scope of the commission’s work by joining with the attorney general’s office, a notable move considering Mr. Cuomo has shown little eagerness to work with Mr. Schneiderman since he succeeded Mr. Cuomo as attorney general.

Under the arrangement, members of the panel will be empowered as deputy attorneys general.

“There’s no substantial legal argument against them looking into every aspect of the state government,” Mr. Schneiderman said in an interview. “Their jurisdiction is as broad as we can grant using the full authority of my office and of the governor’s office.”

The commission will report preliminary recommendations by Dec. 1.

It remained to be seen how lawmakers would respond to the commission. More than two decades ago, when Mr. Cuomo’s father, former Gov. Mario M. Cuomo, put in place a similar commission, lawmakers at first refused to provide money for it, and then largely ignored its recommendations.

Senate Republicans — whose leader, Dean G. Skelos of Long Island, warned on Monday that “a witch hunt is totally inappropriate” — declined to comment. Eric Soufer, a spokesman for the independent faction of Democrats that shares control of the Senate with the Republicans, said, “Our members would have preferred a comprehensive anti-corruption package, but if this commission helps root out corruption, then we welcome it.”

Michael Whyland, a spokesman for the Assembly speaker, Sheldon Silver, a Manhattan Democrat, said Assembly Democrats had long-sought new campaign-finance laws, and were eager to work with the commission on reform measures “so we can finally have a system in place that reduces the influence of money in our elections.”

The panel, called the Commission to Investigate Public Corruption, will have three leaders: Kathleen M. Rice, the Nassau County district attorney, a Democrat; William J. Fitzpatrick, the Onondaga County district attorney, a Republican; and Milton L. Williams Jr., a partner at the law firm of Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard and a former prosecutor.

Law enforcement officials make up a large portion of the panel. The commission includes 10 district attorneys, among them Robert T. Johnson of the Bronx, and will be advised by Raymond W. Kelly, the New York City police commissioner, and Robert M. Morgenthau, the former Manhattan district attorney.

Mr. Cuomo is a prolific fund-raiser, with more than $22 million in his campaign account as of January. Mr. Fitzpatrick suggested the panel would not shy away from scrutinizing the governor’s fund-raising.

“He’s not looking for rubber stamps,” he said. “He’s looking for an independent commission, and we’ll do what Deep Throat told Bob Woodward to do: follow the money.”

After the Legislature was unable to pass any comprehensive public trust reform this session, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced the details of his Moreland Commission to Investigate Public Corruption in state government.

The majority of the new 25-member commission attended the event held in the Red Room of the Capitol, including those who joined from New York City via webcast. Speaking along with Gov. Cuomo was Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and one of the three chairs of the commission, Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick.

“You’ve given me and the rest of the commission a tremendous responsibility,” Fitzpatrick said. “I will make only one promise today governor and that is I will not let you down and I know I speak for all of us.”

Fitzpatrick will be aided by two other co-chairs, Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice and Milt Williams, a partner at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias and Engelhard, a Manhattan based labor law firm. The three co-chairs will be deputized by Attorney General Schneiderman and given his full jurisdiction to investigate any public office of their choosing.

The power to authorize the Moreland commission comes from Section 6 of Executive Law, which states that the executive has the right to investigate any areas of public office deemed necessary. This includes any organizations that deal within the realms of public peace, safety or justice.

A key task the commission will be charged with is finding a way to aid the current campaign finance situation in Albany. However, according to a Daily News review of the entire commission, five members were found to have worked outside of state election law in their previous campaigns. One of the members is Bronx District Attorney Robert Johnson who reportedly failed to file three required finance disclosure forms during his 2007 reelection campaign.

Despite the shaky campaign finance records, Gov. Cuomo stressed the impressive credentials of the commission members; he also stressed their jurisdiction, which has little if any limitations. The governor said that if he could not get reform done through broad sweeping legislation, he would get it done through broad sweeping jurisdiction.

“You have legendary law enforcement talent on this commission and this is a powerful, powerful signal,” Gov. Cuomo said. “I want to send this signal to two audiences, one, the elected officials in the state of New York, we’re going to raise the bar on public integrity and public trust; and second, to the people of the state, I want to say ‘look we have the best people in the state watching.'”

Other members of the commission in attendance included Albany County District Attorney David Soares; Essex County District Attorney Kristy Sprague; Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney and special advisors NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly and League of Women Voters Legislative Director Barbara Bartoletti among others, both members and advisors.

“You could not get more talent around the table if you wanted to,” Cuomo said. “Everyone at this table believes in the capacity of government, that’s why they’re around this table.”

As the members and details of the commission began to surface, good government and advocacy groups from across the state began to show their support for the commission. One group, Common Cause New York, has recently released reports detailing the clear parallel between lobby money and our elected officials.

“As an organization which has long issued reports to ‘follow the money’ and ‘connect the dots’ between large campaign contributions and undue influence on public policy, Common Cause/NY is heartened by the broad scope of the Commission’s charge to not only investigate but also address the glaring inadequacies in our state’s campaign finance laws,” said Susan Lerner, executive director at Common Cause NY. “We commend Governor Cuomo and Attorney General Schneiderman for joining together to bring the full weight of their offices to bear on the until-now intractable problem of political money breeding corruption in Albany and are impressed by the caliber of the individuals who have agreed to serve.”

Fair Elections for New York, a group that pushed all session for campaign finance reform, also gave its support to the governor’s Moreland Commission.

“The governor has appointed an impressive bipartisan commission that can restore the public’s trust in government by focusing its efforts on systemic reform,” said Adam Smith, a spokesman for the group. “New Yorkers want and deserve a campaign finance system that makes lawmakers accountable to voters, not donors.”

“We look forward to working with the governor, attorney general and members of the commission to further develop systemic policy recommendations for comprehensive campaign finance reform, starting with publicly funded elections,” Smith said.

Citizens Union is a nonpartisan good government group whose aim is to combat corruption and fight for political reform. The group released a statement endorsing the commission.

“Citizens Union has long worked on the very issues being examined by the Commission, and we look forward to engaging the Commission as it begins its work and sharing our longstanding recommendations for reform,” the statement said. “The unfortunate reality is reforms to campaign finance and election law have languished in Albany for decades. Citizens Union believes this Moreland Commission presents a real opportunity for achieving the change that has eluded the state for far too long.”

Other good government groups agree.

“It is encouraging to see a robust, bipartisan, and powerful panel convened to investigate the corrupting influence of money in Albany,” said Karen Scharff, executive director of Citizen Action of New York, an advocacy group that had been vocal during session pushing for campaign finance reform.

The support, however widespread, does not stretch far into the Legislature, as some lawmakers believe that the commission is the governor’s attack on the legislature, with Senate Republican Leader Dean Skelos, R-Rockville Centre, warning that it could easily turn into a “witch hunt.” When asked about this, Cuomo quickly distinguished that witch hunts were used to find something that was not already there.

“It is not about a witch hunt; it’s clear there are cases that need to be policed, that’s inarguable at this point, I understand that people say what people say,” Cuomo said regarding comments made last week by Skelos on a radio program. “This is not about looking for something that is not there, we know it’s there … we want people of this state to know that we have a mechanism in place that is going to assure that this government is a government of integrity and a government you could trust.”

David Grandeau, former executive director of the New York State Lobbying Commission, described the new Moreland commission as another Albany “Kabuki dance” where commissions investigate corruption and make recommendations, but no results ever show.

“This Moreland commission will not fix corruption in Albany. It may highlight it; it may recommend ways to fix it,” Grandeau said. “Corruption and politics go together like milk and honey.”

Grandeau gave an ironic anecdote to the level of corruption in Albany, he talked about the commercials that aired all around the state, which urged voters to contact their legislators and pass Gov. Cuomo’s ethics reform legislation. At the end of the commercial it states that it was paid for by the NYS Democratic Committee, which is not a registered lobby agency, making the commercial — presuming it cost more than $5,000 to make — illegally produced.

“Don’t we get tired of being Charlie Brown and having the football pulled out from under us every time,” said Grandeau.

Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb, R-Canandaigua, believes that the commission will not be able to enact any real change to the current system of corruption. Kolb mentions several pieces of legislation that he and the rest of the minority conference agreed upon that were ignored during session. Gov. Cuomo, however, held steadfast in not compromising too much on the public trust reform, feeling that if legislators were given too much say, they could easily end up policing themselves.

“The Moreland Commission might do effective and important work,” Kolb said. “However, investigations have a beginning and an end. A task force by itself does not have the ability to implement the dramatic, permanent and necessary reforms we need to improve state government.”

Kolb is referring to the commission’s inability to pass legislation to combat their findings. The commission will only be able to make recommendations to the Legislature on how to change the system, not implement their own policies.

At the end of the day, it will come down to the legislators passing specific public trust legislation on their own, which could present a problem considering it was their inability to do so that led to the commission’s formation.

According to the governor, the commission will have the power to subpoena legislators for records if they do not agree to open an investigation. The commission is set to give a preliminary report on their findings at the end of this year, with their first full report due at the end of 2014.

The homosexual debauchery that has taken place for sixteen years was canceled this year due to road construction. Evidently the area for the annual Folsom Street East outdoor festival in which homosexuals gather together to participate with lewd vendors and homosexual sex acts including the leathers that homosexuals flaunt in their so-called pride efforts to be free to do whatever they want even though it is horrifically immoral was canceled because complaints were forthcoming from last year’s events. In recent years there has been a code of conduct which can read in this photo from 2010 which included no public sex acts; however with no real accountability that conduct policy was enforced very loosely:

• No public sexual activity

• No complete public nudity

• No exposure of genitals

• Alcohol is restricted to designated areas only, consumed by adults 21+

• Adequate space must be cleared and prior consent must be given by all participants in any demo or “scene.”

• No demo or “scene” involving blood or other fluids will be permitted, even with consent.

The thing about finding out about the canceling of Folsom Street East 2013 is that luxury seems to be disenchanted with public homosexuality. The non-profit organization that is Folsom Street East simply tells us the cancellation is due to road construction as that is a mere glitch of the last sixteen years. The reality is luxurious buildings that are trendy hotels, restaurants and condos are encroaching on the fringe homosexual district of Manhattan. The sad thing most of the information about the canceled event I found via Google was from either pro-homosexual websites or Leftist critics of the cancellation.

Frankly I can’t vouch if this search engine availability is because Google is making sure pro-homosexual information occurs about Folsom Street East searches or if Pro-Family and Pro-Christian Moral Values organizations have dropped the ball on exploiting this story.

Shame on Google if they are skewing search engine results or shame on Pro-Family/Pro-Christian Moral Values organizations if they dropped the ball or shame on both if these thoughts on search engines and the Conservative-Christian Right are valid accusations.

For most of its 16 years, Folsom East was surrounded by industrial sites and strip clubs. But a recent construction boom brought residential buildings to the far-flung block between 10th and 11th avenues.

Named after the legendary Folsom Street Fair in San Francisco, the party usually draws thousands of visitors and raises money for LGBT-related charitable causes.

In addition to the +aRt condo, where residents already live, construction on the two-building, 710-unit Avalon West Chelsea is also underway, which will eventually bring a 31-story tower and 13-story building to the block.

The changing dynamic already affected last year’s festival — when some residents of the +aRt building complained about being “embarrassed” by the kinky revelers, leading organizers to construct a sidewalk corridor allowing residents to get to their homes without walking through Folsom East itself.

The message on Folsom East’s website assured fetish-lovers that the festival would return, though it was unclear if it would be on the same block.

“Thanks for 16 great years celebrating sexual freedom with the Folsom Street East Street Festival and we hope to see you back on the kinky streets of New York City in 2014!” the site reads.

With the twin blows yesterday of hearing that both Folsom Street East and Fleet Week have been cancelled this year (really, what are we going to do during June?) here’s a bit of a respite.

Fil Vocasek, the board chairmen of Folsom Street East, says that the organization is attempting to plan a number of fetish-themed events throughout the month of June which will take the form of smaller, indoor parties at various venues. The main event was cancelled this year due to construction on 28th Street.

“We’re in conversation with other groups and organizations to make sure there are a lot of fetish, kinky things going on in the month of June,” Vocasek tells DNAinfo.

Folsom Street East’s cancellation came after the closing of the popular fetish and leather bar, Rawhide last month. That site, however, may be staying true to it’s gay bar roots.

Though the advertisement outside of the old Rawhide on Eighth Avenue describes the “corner restaurant/retail space for lease,” the agent behind the listing suggests that another gay bar or club may be taking over the reins from the popular leather bar that closed March 30.

JD Sutro, a broker of Lee & Associates says “A lot of people know the history, everyone knows Rawhide, so we’ve gotten a lot of calls looking to open up another men’s bar or another restaurant that supplements the area.” (Folsom Street East planning smaller events throughout June in lieu of cancelled street fair; By Will Pulos; Next Magazine; April 25, 2013)

New Yorkers have mixed feelings about the High Line. Sure, it’s popular enough to make other cities jealous. But it’s kind of out of the way and, damningly, overrun by tourists. It’s also long been the object of ire from long-time residents suspicious of Bloombergian development, who find it a little too … manicured. It’s a project that makes New Yorkers face up to the question of what sort of city they want to live in — one that’s exciting, but little bit rougher around the edges, or one that’s safe but maybe a little bit tame? And that contrast has never been as stark as now, when High Line-related construction is conflicting with a kinky sex parade.

Jeremiah Moss, a blogger who’s solidly on the side of the older, rougher city, writes that the construction of fancy buildings in the High Line’s neighborhood has led to the cancellation of an old and dear ritual: the Folsom Street East street festival, “the largest outdoor fetish street festival on the easter coast, which brings thousands of sexy kinksters out onto the streets of New York City on a summer afternoon to celebrate sexual diversity and expression.”

Perhaps this is a sign that whatever kinky culture is left in New York has simply moved to a more outer borough. But perhaps shiny, modern cities can’t be safe for tourists, gentrifiers, and sexy kinksters at the same time. For efficiency reasons, it’s quite desirable for more people to live in cities, but it’s important to make sure there’s room not just for people who want to spend $4 on hibiscus ice pops but for people who’d rather spend their money on horse-tail buttplugs. You see the problem I have in relying on news sources that favor moral corruption is there is no perspective from the residents expanding into the 28^th Street area of Manhattan where homosexual debaucheries take place. The Pro-Homo sources dare not mention that some-many-most of the residents’ view of homosexual acts as something more than inappropriate. Could some-many-most view open homosexuality as morally repugnant?

This is the point at which Pro-Family/Conservative-Christian groups have dropped the ball. Someone needs to investigate the percentage of the complaining residents are willing to eschew political correctness and let the world know they have a Christian Moral conflict with the homosexual lifestyle in their front and backyard. Send the Catholic pro-morality investigators to the Catholics and send the Protestant pro-morality investigators to the Protestants. OR here is a true ecumenical idea: This is a time for pro-morality Catholics and Protestants can come together on to investigate AND to promote Christian Morality in the area.

I say “true ecumenical” because the current ecumenical movement tends to be Liberal factions of Catholic, Eastern Orthodox and Protestants unifying on a social activism agenda which tends to be pro-homosexual and to be neutering the Word of God in which Christ’s Divinity, Crucifixion and Sonship are theologically questioned because the Bible does not line up with Modernist philosophy which leans toward secularizing society and abandoning the Creator of all that exists as presented in the Holy Bible. A true ecumenism would be Bible Believing Christians (or on the Catholic-Eastern Orthodox side the Conservative Believing traditionalists) can stand together to jointly affirm Christian Morality.
