I found a couple of posts relating to the power of American Intel agencies utilizing cyber-spy programs capable of manipulating elections designed to use on foreign interests but have been turned on the American election process by nefarious Intel actors doing the bidding of the Dem-Marxists to gain power in the USA.

The problem: To my knowledge there is no verifiable paper trail – yet. Either the info is from in-the-know insiders or the info is fabricated to assuage the anger of Conservatives yet with no favorable outcome.

THERE IS ONLY one way to see some accuracy at this point. If the info herein is accurate, Donald Trump is inaugurated as President on January 20. If the info is wishful thinking to temporarily placate cheated Conservatives/Patriots of the Republic, then Quid Pro Beijing Crooked Joe is inaugurated as President on January 20.

When attorney Sidney Powell first told reporters that she was about to “release the Kraken,” this writer, like many others, thought that she was about to release a mythical sea monster upon the ship of globalist tyranny. However, while she is attempting to sink them by exposing their villainous plot to steal our 2020 election, the Kraken she referred to is a real entity that is about to be exposed. Once this information is released, if it contains proof of wrongdoing, it will shake the foundations of this nation.

The “Kraken” is a cyberwarfare program run by the Department of Defense that tracks and hacks various other systems to acquire evidence of nefarious actions by our enemies, both foreign and domestic. Sidney Powell says that, “an algorithm was plugged in to steal votes from President Trump during the election.” And the Kraken program will prove that.

The DoD is not the primary user of the Kraken program.

Rather it was developed by the CIA, and they allow the Defense Department access. It is used to get information about the nation’s enemies, by hacking computers and cellphones. This could be a problem to the enemies of America if there is a conspiracy to hack into voting machines, like those from Dominion Voting Systems.

What the developers of Dominion, and its software, didn’t count on when developing the program to shift votes, were the overwhelming numbers of Trump voters on election day. Trump voters turned out in record numbers on November 3rd due to fear of their ballots being trashed before being counted.

That phenomenon, many allege, caused the voting machines’ software to crash while trying to shift votes from Trump to Biden. The huge numbers of Trump voters were not figured into the algorithm. It caused all of their elaborate planning to go out the window and forced them to communicate in real-time. While the voting was still ongoing. Those communications, it is being surmised, were captured by Kraken.

Smartmatic software program

As the Smartmatic software program was used to flip votes from one candidate to the other, Trump votes to Biden, the Smartmatic software was also overwhelmed in the early stages of election day. Purportedly causing voting machines, in certain districts, like Atlanta and Philadelphia, to mysteriously shut down. Trying to hide the truth, the MSM, at the insistence of knowing Democrats, called the shutdowns simple glitches. The same thing happened in Antrim County, Michigan, where a voting supervisor caught the problem.

At first, the glitches, the broken water pipes, and other issues appeared to be isolated and random. But if Sidney Powell is correct, it was a planned and calculated strategy to steal this election across all the states using Dominion. As the glitches mounted, those panicked co-conspirators must have contacted one another to rectify the problem.

Enter the Kraken

Kraken programs in CIA and DoD facilities would pick up that information as the conspirators communicated by cell phone, text, and computer. Like the CIA / DoD facility in Germany might have.

Why target Germany, one might question? Because CIA facilities overseas are under the control of the DoD. This is important because the CIA is still a part of the deep state that tried to topple our elected president.

Many within the CIA are quaking in their boots and high heels because of their fear over the Durham investigation into the coup attempt on President Trump. That is why all requests for information from the CIA have been slow-walked. They knew that they could steal this election, and when Biden became president, all investigations would end. So President Trump could not trust the CIA to provide the information.

He had to think outside of the box in order to prove a second coup attempt on voters.

Information about Kraken has been around for several years, however, only a few paid attention. Except those persons intent on stealing this election. In 2017, WikiLeaks released numerous CIA documents detailing “Kraken.”

They included orders to spy on all major candidates in France’s 2012 presidential election, including the incumbent at the time, Nicholas Sarkozy. Some might remember that Obama, the president then, did not like Sarkozy because he was too conservative for the far-left president. According to the leaked documents, Kraken would provide information on each party’s election strategy, each candidate’s private conferences, and the ability to influence political decisions. If it were used against France in 2012, it could have been used against the hapless Mitt Romney that same year. Was that election stolen too?

If I had a Hamr

The CIA uses another program in conjunction with Kraken, called Hamr” (or hammer) also in the files WikiLeaks released, which Powell referenced. Hamr spies on protected networks without being detected.

After Powell first mentioned Kraken, reports began circulating about an American operation in Germany, where servers were confiscated. At first, many thought the servers belonged to two election technology firms, Dominion and Scytl.

But the servers that were taken apparently belong to the CIA, which has a field office in Frankfurt. The State Department also operates a consulate in that city. Yet the CIA is not loyal to the Constitution, everybody knows this as they operate above the law.

Most recently it has been subverted into the radical left-wing political arena.

The CIA has been part of the deep state that has hindered investigating the coup conspiracy of 2016, and the undermining of President Trump for his entire four years in office. The last head of the CIA, John Brennan, once threatened Trump, stating that he couldn’t understand the power of the intelligence community.

The CIA is an untrustworthy part of the globalist deep state trying to circumvent the Constitution.

The FBI is right there with them. So how do patriots secure evidence of wrongdoing from them? The out-of-box program for justice all began to unfold when President Trump dismissed the Secretary of Defense, Mark Esper, replacing him with Christopher C. Miller. Miller was a Green Beret and is a loyal patriot.

His first action as Acting Secretary of Defense was to move control of Special Operations Command away from General Milley, Chief of Staff at the Pentagon, and go directly to him. A few days later word of servers being seized in Germany began to circulate. No one knew whose servers, or why or who conducted the seizure.

It now appears those CIA servers were located inside a military installation in Frankfurt. The U.S. military has full authority to do this because any CIA activity in the European theater is being conducted using military cover. In other words, CIA officers would be identified to the German government (and anyone else asking) as military employees or consultants.

To use information from these servers in an American court, law enforcement would have to have been involved.

We know the loyalty of the FBI is suspect, so perhaps assistant U.S. Attorneys were a part of the seizure. In that case, the evidence obtained can be used in a U.S. court.

While there is no notification of who seized the servers, we can speculate that law enforcement was aided by Special Operations Forces, who report directly to Miller.

It has been reported that neither CIA Director, Gina Haspel, nor FBI Director, Christopher Wray knew about the operation. Therefore, law enforcement must have been some other agency under the DOJ, or the Assistant Federal Attorneys in person. Since Dominion owns servers in Germany and Scytl operates them in Spain, data collection overseas is vital to proving any case of vote manipulation in the U.S.A.

Remarkably, voting data was available to Dominion and Scytl prior to anyone in the U.S. Those overseas databases played a pivotal role in the outcome of that day’s voting. And maybe those confiscated servers in Frankfurt hold information about Dominion and Scytl’s actions on election day.

While this is still unfolding, it is reported that President Trump now has all the evidence of voter fraud and election-related treason needed to stop those tainted votes from being counted.

The path to the White House in 2020

The path to a Trump second term now rests first in the courts. If it is proven that this election is so tainted that the votes in 28 states using Dominion Voting Systems machines cannot be counted, then the House of Representatives will determine the next President.

This scenario is the likely path moving forward. First, the electors in enough states, those using Dominion, must not be counted. Which would mean that neither candidate earned the 270 electoral votes necessary to become President. Then, according to our Constitution, the House votes for the President.

While Democrats are the majority in the house, according to the Constitution, each state only gets one vote each. There are 37 states with a majority of Republican Congressmen. It would mean a second term for the duly elected President, and evil would have been defeated again; only because we elected a fighter as our President.

Like his style or not, Trump is the only person who could have carried out the defeat of so much evil: twice.

Situation Update – Nov. 27th – DoD vs. CIA firefight in Frankfurt as covert war against the deep state RAGES across the globe

(Natural News) At this very minute, a covert war is raging across the globe, pitting Trump’s DoD and DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) against black hat deep state factions running the CIA.

The good news is: Trump is winning.

As you know by now, the DoD launched a raid on a CIA-run server farm in Frankfurt, Germany, to secure servers that contain proof of CIA interference with the 2020 election (i.e. backdoor manipulations of election results via Dominion voting machines). But new information is now surfacing that indicates there was a firefight at the server farm facility, involving US Army Special Forces units, engaging with CIA-trained paramilitary units that were flown in from Afghanistan in an emergency effort to defend the facility.

One CIA officer was killed during the firefight, and he is now being reported across the mainstream media as being “killed in Somalia.” Five US Army soldiers were also killed, and they are being explained away as dying in a “helicopter crash” in Egypt.

Despite the deaths, the servers were successfully acquired by the DoD, and those servers were turned over to President Trump’s private intelligence group, which is now once again led by Gen. Michael Flynn, recently pardoned and now allowed to process top secret information, since his security clearance has been restored.

Here’s where this gets good:

Sidney Powell is about to roll out expert witnesses in the Georgia and Michigan lawsuits. One of these witnesses has been handed details of the vote theft which were acquired through two means: 1) The “Kraken” cyberwarfare program run by the DoD, and 2) Information found in the servers which were acquired during the multiple raids. (There were also server farm raids in Barcelona and Toronto, we are told.)

One of these witnesses is Dr. Keshavarz-Nia, a well-known cybercrimes investigator, who has a long history of working with U.S. military counterintelligence, as well as the NSA and CIA.

He has now offered sworn statements to Sidney Powell, which can be viewed at this link.

His statements include:

I have previously discovered major exploitable vulnerabilities in DVS and ES&S that permit a nefarious operator to perform sensitive functions via its built-in covert backdoor. The backdoor enables an operator to access to perform system updates and testing via the Internet without detection. However, it can also be used to conduct illicit activities such as shifting votes, deleting votes, or adding votes in real-time… I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden.

And so the circle is complete: DoD forces deploy cyber warfare weapons (“Kraken”) as well as kinetic troops (Special Forces, under the US Army) to acquire physical servers, all the information derived from these operations is extracted by DIA forensic analysts, it is then handed over to various expert witnesses who are prepared to testify under oath, resulting in the courts nullifying the fraudulent vote manipulations in the swing states.

This is how Trump gets to 300+ electoral votes and secures his second term as President. If successful, these revelations will also utterly destroy the Democrat party and result in thousands of treasonous actors going to prison for their roles in this attempted cyber warfare election theft to overthrow the United States government.

You Decide – Smoking Gun or No Smoking Gun

Much of the Conservative oriented media were using words like “smoking gun” in Judicial Watch’s discovery of an email from Jeremy Bash to the State Department informing them that Benghazi was under attack and the Defense Department is prepared act immediately. The email was sent a mere hours after the attack began. The attack began about 9:40 PM on September 11, 2015 with the last defenders dying in mortar fire shortly after 5:15 AM on September 12, 2015.

Considering the U.S. military had assets in Tripoli, in Rota Spain and Croatia. And since the Bash email demonstrates that this was NOT a spontaneous Muslim riot inspired by a badly acted anti-Mohammed movie trailer called the “Innocence of Muslims.” The Muslim terrorist attack was well organized AND the higher-ups in the Obama Administration KNEW it was an organized Muslim terrorist attack. The Jeremy Bash email is at least yet another chink in the chain showing we the American voters that Obama, his Cabinet and his staff are a bunch of liars.

As to the Bash email “smoking gun,” the Dem Party liars of the House Benghazi Committee have launched their spin counter-attack against the “smoking gun” accusation. Evidently the minority Dem Committee members released an unredacted version of the Bash email. The Dems think this shows there is no “smoking gun.” Here is a screen capture of Dem member Bash email:

One glaring explanation the Dems fail to reveal that Judicial Watch does is the identity of “S”:

“apparent reference to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton”

The unredacted version includes the recommended forces to send and where they are located:

“… a SOF element that was in Croatia (which can fly to Suda Bay, Crete), and a Marine FAST team out of Roda, Spain.”

The other portion unredacted reveals names that follows “Please advise how you wish to convey that approval to us”:

“Burns/Nides/Sherman to Miller/Winnefeld would by my recommended course.”

I am currently unfamiliar with what those people do that was special enough to be redacted. If someone has a revealing source on these people, let me know in the comment section.

Frankly I do not see anything in the unredacted portion that indicates the Dem Party spin propaganda that there is no “smoking gun.”

Consider what Bash told the State Department under then Sec. Hillary Clinton saying, “After consulting with General Dempsey, General Ham and the Joint Staff, we have identified the forces that could move to Benghazi. They are spinning up as we speak.”

What? He wrote “spinning as we speak”. The official line is that Naval were too far away to provide relief. BUT what about Air Fighter Assets check out this map:

No check out this remarkably plausible scenario that still makes this a “smoking gun” and that there are probably groups of people involved in a lying cover-up:

The Obvious Solution – Pit-Stop Sigonella

Now that we have an understanding of the tactical constraints facing the DOD, there is a (hopefully) obvious solution that more alert readers probably picked up on.

o Hour 0-1. While the F-16s at Aviano are not on strip alert, given the genuine emergency it’s reasonable to expect that within an hour of the order being given a sober pilot or two could have been located, an aircraft fuelled and in the air with a minimal default loadout. In this scenario the aircraft may have had only ammunition for its 20mm cannon and pilot would be given a simple briefing on the way to the plane: Get to NAS Sigonella.

o Hour 1-2. Given that the distance from AFB Aviano to NAS Sigonella is only 610 miles, the pilot would be able to quickly attain altitude and cruise at above the standard cruising speed of 577 mph. The F-16 would be on the ground at NAS Sigonella within an hour of its departure from AFB Aviano. During this one hour flight two important things would happen:

1. Via radio the pilot receives a more detailed briefing. The plan – a quick refuelling at NAS Sigonella and an immediate departure for Benghazi to fly a close air support (CAS) mission.

2. NAS Sigonella is informed of the incoming F-16 and told to prepare for immediate refuelling of the aircraft upon its arrival.

o Hour 2-2.5. The F-16 arrives at NAS Sigonella and is immediately refuelled. While it’s possible to refuel an F-16 without even stopping the engines (hot-pit refuelling), it’s also possible that NAS Sigonella didn’t have a refuelling team available that was trained for this. Thus, let’s assume that the refuelling process takes a full 30 minutes before the F-16 is again airborne and enroute to Benghazi.

o Hour 2.5-3.5. Given it is only 468 miles from NAS Sigonella to Benghazi the F-16 is on station and providing close air support within 3.5 hours from the initial order.

And, of course, subsequent F-16s could follow the same route at intervals to ensure that continuous air coverage was provided from that time on.

What Difference Would This Have Made?

According to the people on the ground and knowledgable about such matters, the appearance of U.S. warplanes would have been a total game-changer (see their testimony in Appendix A). Basically, the consensus is that a single low altitude pass by an F-16 at full afterburner would have put the fear of God into the attackers – these men had all seen U.S. airpower in action during the Libyan campaign and would have tucked-tail and run as soon as air support showed up.

So, By What Time Could the F-16s Have Arrived in Benghazi?

Going back to our timeline of the attack (which started at 21:42), we can see that by 21:59 DOD had already redirected a surveillance drone to Benghazi. This quick response is important because is shows us how efficiently orders could get relayed through the DOD chain of command. By 23:00 it was clear to DOD that the attack involved U.S. casualties and was ongoing. In my mind, there is no reason not to have scrambled the F-16s at this point. After all, the worst case would be that the situation resolved and the F-16s would turn around and go home. There was simply no reason not to deploy the F-16s and, conversely, every reason to do so.

U.S. Military was Prepared to Immediately Protect U.S. Diplomats in Benghazi, Email Records Show

Contrary to what the Obama administration has told the American people, the U.S. military was poised and ready to respond immediately and forcefully against terrorists in Benghazi, Libya.

That’s what we have learned from an email exchange from then-Department of Defense Chief of Staff Jeremy Bash to State Department leadership immediately offering “forces that could move to Benghazi” during the terrorist attack on the U.S. Special Mission Compound in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012. In an email sent to top Department of State officials, at 7:19 p.m. ET, only hours after the attack had begun, Bash says, “we have identified the forces that could move to Benghazi. They are spinning up as we speak.” The Obama administration redacted the details of the military forces available, oddly citing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemption that allows the withholding of “deliberative process” information.

Bash’s email seems to directly contradict testimony given by then-Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta before the Senate Armed Services Committee in February 2013. Defending the Obama administration’s lack of military response to the nearly six-hour-long attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Panetta claimed that “time, distance, the lack of an adequate warning, events that moved very quickly on the ground prevented a more immediate response.”

This latest bombshell your Judicial Watch has released to the public has attracted considerable media attention. Here is how the Washington Examiner reported on these revelations:

While parts of the email were redacted, the message indicates the Pentagon was waiting for approval from the State Department to send the forces in. That help never arrived for the Americans under siege at the Benghazi compound. A spokesman for the House Select Committee on Benghazi said investigators had received the unredacted version of the email, which was obtained by Judicial Watch through the Freedom of Information Act and made public Tuesday, last year but had declined to make it public.

Now would be a good time to go back and review the Obama administration’s many prevarications on the Benghazi terrorist attacks. (A significant collection of our history-making work on the Benghazi scandal is available here.)

You may recall that the first assault occurred at the main compound at about 9:40 p.m. local time (3:40 p.m. ET in Washington, DC). The second attack on a CIA annex 1.2 miles away began three hours later, at about 12 a.m. local time the following morning (6 p.m. ET), and ended at approximately 5:15 a.m. local time (11:15 a.m. ET) with a mortar attack that killed security officers Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

Jacob Sullivan was Deputy Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at the time of the terrorist attack at Benghazi. Wendy Sherman was Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, the fourth-ranking official in the U.S. Department of State. Thomas Nides was the Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources.

The timing of the Bash email is particularly significant based upon testimony given to members of Congress by Gregory Hicks, Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. embassy in Tripoli at the time of the Benghazi terrorist attack. According to Hicks’ 2013 testimony, a show of force by the U.S. military during the siege could have prevented much of the carnage. Said Hicks, “If we had been able to scramble a fighter or aircraft or two over Benghazi as quickly as possible after the attack commenced, I believe there would not have been a mortar attack on the annex in the morning because I believe the Libyans would have split. They would have been scared to death that we would have gotten a laser on them and killed them.”

Ultimately, Special Operations forces on their own initiative traveled from Tripoli to Benghazi to provide support during the attack. Other military assets were only used to recover the dead and wounded, and to evacuate U.S. personnel from Libya. In fact, other documents released in October by Judicial Watch show that only one U.S. plane was available to evacuate Americans from Benghazi to Tripoli and that raises questions about whether a delay of military support led to additional deaths in Benghazi.

As per usual, we only obtained this document after going to federal court. The new email came as a result of a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed on September 4, 2014 seeking:

• Records related to notes, updates, or reports created in response to the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. This request includes, but is not limited to, notes taken by then Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton or employees of the Office of the Secretary of State during the attack and its immediate aftermath.

The Obama administration and Clinton officials hid this compelling Benghazi email for years. The email makes readily apparent that the military was prepared to launch immediate assistance that could have made a difference, at least at the CIA Annex. The fact that the Obama Administration withheld this email for so long only worsens the scandal of Benghazi.

The Washington Examiner puts it very well:

The newly disclosed email chain casts doubt on previous testimony from high-level officials, several of whom suggested there was never any kind of military unit that could have been in a position to mount a rescue mission during the hours-long attack on Benghazi.

It came out later that day that the House Select Committee on Benghazi had been withholding from the public an unredacted version of the email released by Judicial Watch. Almost immediately upon Judicial Watch’s release of the devastating email, a spokesman for the House Select Committee on Benghazi made a snide, sour-grapes announcement to The Daily Caller attempting to defend the Committee’s decision to keep the email secret for a year by implicitly criticizing Judicial Watch’s supposed “rush to release or comment on every document it uncovers.” Bad enough fighting the lawless secrecy of the Obama administration – so it is disappointing to have the unnecessary spitballs from presumed allies for transparency.

The Democrats on the Select Committee thought they helped their cause of defending the indefensible by releasing a complete version of the email. Hardly. The new details show that the military forces that weren’t deployed, specifically “a SOF [Special Operations Forces] element that was in Croatia (which can fly to Suda Bay, Crete), and a Marine FAST [Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team] team out of Rota, Spain.” The FAST Team arrived well after the attack and the Special Operations Forces never left Croatia. In addition to providing confirming details that forces were ready to go, the Democrats expose the Obama administration’s dishonesty in withholding the information in the first place.

All this goes to underscore the value of Judicial Watch’s independent watchdog activities and our leadership in forcing truth and accountability over the Benghazi scandal.

I am a huge fan of The Patriot Post and Mark Alexander. Indeed, I have a Patriot Post banner on my SlantRight 2.0 blog in which you can click to receive a free subscription of the online magazine in your inbox.

On Wednesday Alexander posted an exposé of the United States Air Force Academy’s persecution of religious freedom in which points a finger at guess who for officially instituting such a policy? If you are a Conservative you KNOW it was the America’s own Marxist-in-Chief President Barack Hussein Obama. The atheist tool needling Obama’s military policy at the Air Force Academy (AFA) is Mikey Weinstein.

Suppressing 1st Amendment Religious Expression in the Air Force

Yet another case of BO’s D-O-D v G-O-D…

During the rancorous debates that preceded passage of the 2014 Defense budget – the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 – one of the proposed amendments was designed to protect the First Amendment rights of members of the Armed Services.

The NDAA as signed by Barack Hussein Obama in December of 2013 included an amendment based on the protective rights language proposed by Rep. John Calvin Fleming (R-LA). Regarding that amendment, Fleming noted: “The conscience rights of our men and women in uniform and their chaplains must be protected. While existing protections have focused on their beliefs, my amendment will extend that protection to the liberty granted by the U.S. Constitution, namely the freedom to exercise those beliefs in speech and actions. This amendment is aimed at stopping the unjust threats and reprimands against service members who have been speaking or acting in accord with their deeply held beliefs, while ensuring that military necessity and readiness are not compromised.”

Indeed, Section 532 of the NDAA, the “Enhancement of protection of rights of conscience of members of the Armed Forces and chaplains of such members,” was implemented as a first step toward achieving that goal.

Last week, however, the Air Force Academy, with a little help from perennial atheist agitator Mikey Weinstein, tested the protection of those rights. Recall that Weinstein heads the “Military Religious Freedom Foundation,” or what would be more aptly named the “Military Freedom From Religion Foundation.” (Other Service Academies are not burdened with Weinstein because he has made the AFA his testing ground for atheist challenges.)

One of Weinstein’s resident cadre of campus atheists complained to the Academy’s Superintendent, Lt. Gen. Michelle Johnson, about a Bible verse posted on a Cadet’s dorm door whiteboard: “I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me…” (Gal. 2:20) Those erasable whiteboards are on all Cadet doors, and they are used for personal messages and statements. There is no AFA restriction on what can be posted on them, and Cadets have a respectful understanding of what might be offensive to others – which most assuredly should not include a Bible verse.

That notwithstanding, it was promptly “suggested” to the Cadet that he remove the Bible verse, even though such posts are common.

Johnson claimed in an official statement, “The scripture [on the Cadet’s door] could cause subordinates to doubt the leader’s religious impartiality.”

Really?

On Tuesday of this week, a Cadet with the same leadership rank and position in his squadron as the Cadet who posted the Bible verse on his dorm door, invited the entire Cadet Wing, both in a public announcement to the Wing assembled and by official AFA email, to the “Ask and Atheist Day” event. The event flyer was advertised all week on Academy bulletin screens.

So, are we to believe then that promoting atheism to the entire Cadet Wing through official channels does not raise doubts about “the leader’s religious impartiality”?

The Cadets who contacted me about the atheist event indicated that they were not objecting to the promotion of that event, but to the hypocrisy of that promotion, versus a fellow Cadet being asked to remove a Bible verse from his door. Obviously, only the Christian expression of faith is the target of AFA discrimination, and it is Johnson’s “religious impartiality” which should be in contention.

Of note, Johnson’s press release stated, “While we swear an oath to Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States, Airmen are also bound by [Air Force Instruction 1-1].” (Shouldn’t that read “Airpersons”?) Instruction 1-1 is a regulation put into place in 2009 by Obama’s DoD administrators to suppress religious speech.

Johnson’s reference to “swear an oath” is ironic, given that, as The Patriot Post first reported last year, somebody at the AFA removed the words “So Help Me God” from the Officer and Enlisted Oaths in the AFA’s official handbook. Those words were removed in 2010 and are still AWOL from the current handbook – in violation of federal statutes and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

My column, “End Run on ‘So Help Me God’,” details this omission, and the matter is now the subject of a Freedom of Information Act inquiry to determine who removed those words and why. (I bet Mikey Weinstein’s name pops up.) Suffice it to say that removing “So Help Me God” from official oaths is a far more egregious offense than the current dispute over the Bible verse, but both fall into the same category of faith suppression. However, we may never get an answer given that “the most transparent administration” has stonewalled far more FOIA requests than any other administration.

Regarding the whiteboard Bible verse, Weinstein told Fox News that it “clearly elevated [fundamentalist Christianity] over all others at an already virulently hyper-fundamentalist Christian institution.” He added, “It massively poured fundamentalist Christian gasoline on an already raging out-of-control conflagration of fundamentalist Christian tyranny, exceptionalism and supremacy at USAFA. You cannot put a picture in front of your room of a white person whipping a black person. You can’t put a picture of anything that’s denigrating outside your room.”

Got that? Posting a passage from the Bible on one’s personal whiteboard is akin to posting a picture “of a white person whipping a black person.” (Shades of Joseph Goebbels in Weinstein’s über -hyperbolic rhetoric.)

Former spec ops commander Lt. Gen. William “Jerry” Boykin (USA Ret.) says, “The very troops who defend our religious freedom are at risk of having their own taken away. The worst thing we can do is to stop Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines, especially the chaplains, from the free exercise of their faith. … If a scripture scares [the AFA administrators] this much, then [some of those they are training] may not be very effective when confronted by a committed enemy who is willing to die for his or her beliefs. This academy should be training warriors. Scripture is hardly a threat.”

The AFA’s leadership malfeasance spilled over into Air Force budget testimony before Congress last Friday, with both Air Force Secretary Deborah Lee James and Air Force Chief of Staff General Mark Welsh being asked for a detailed explanation of why the AFA is suppressing religious expression. Reps. Doug Lamborn (R-CO), Joe Wilson (R-SC), Michael Turner (R-OH), Mike McIntyre (D-NC) and Randy Forbes (R-VA) pressed for answers.

Lamborn noted, “The Air Force Academy is in my district, and … I’m very disturbed by what happened with this Cadet. I think it’s a suppression of religious rights.” He has written a letter of protest to Johnson, noting, “We are asking future officers to perhaps give even their very lives to protect and defend the Constitution and yet denying them rights from that same Constitution.”

As Forbes put it to Sec. James, “Can you imagine a young Cadet when he’s forced with the entire chain of command coming in there and telling him basically this is inappropriate?” He objected further, “Perhaps most offensive, the Air Force said this was a teaching moment, that the Cadet’s action of putting the Bible verse on [the whiteboard] was inappropriate based on leadership principles.”

Forbes then asked Gen. Welsh, “What other inspirational quotes have Cadets been forced to remove from their personal whiteboards other than verses from the Bible?”

Welsh insisted the “single biggest frustration I’ve had in this job is the perception that somehow there is religious persecution in the United States Air Force.” He added, “We remove hundreds of quotes from those boards. … You have to get the facts right on every one of these cases.”

Now, I’ve met Gen. Welsh, and I found him to be in possession of strong character and leadership qualities – and a devoted Christian. But if he’s been told that the AFA has removed “hundreds of quotes from those boards,” I for one would like to see the evidence of those removals, preferably without issuing another FOIA request. According to a response I received from Gen. Welsh regarding the issue of “So Help Me God” being removed from the AFA’s official handbook, he was told that was “a printing error on a wall calendar,” not an obvious omission from the handbook.

Memo to Gen. Welsh: You can’t “get the facts right” if somebody at the AFA is feeding you misinformation.

So what now?

To ratchet up the stakes, some AFA Cadets are standing their ground in protest by posting this offensive note on their door whiteboards: “IN GOD WE TRUST”. By “offensive,” I mean an offensive strategic move to challenge the culture of religious suppression at the AFA. (The Patriot Post is offering 4″x6″ stickers with our flag over the words “IN GOD WE TRUST” free of charge to Cadets at any service academy. E-mail GodTrust@PatriotPost.US to inquire about obtaining quantities of these stickers.)

Of course, Mikey Weinstein is furious: “This is an absolutely horrible, shameful disgrace. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such an open rebellion like this happening at any military academy. It’s like they’re sticking their middle finger up at what the academy did.”

Will AFA Superintendent Johnson demand our National Motto be removed from her Cadets’ doors?

If so, a religious Liberty coalition, including the Family Research Council, the Alliance Defending Freedom, the Liberty Counsel, the Liberty Institute and the Thomas More Law Center, announced they will provide legal defense for any Cadet brought up on charges.

Liberty Institute attorney Mike Berry believes the AFA actions are a direct violation of Section 532 of the NDAA as noted previously, saying, “If the Cadet didn’t violate any rules, then why was the quote removed? … This is not only morally wrong, it’s illegal. … We met with Col. Paul Barzler, the Air Force Academy Staff Judge Advocate [and] pointed out that under the Constitution, federal law, and military regulations, Cadets have the right to religious exercise. I was shocked when he responded that [according to Obama’s DoD policy] the term ‘religious exercise’ does not include written or verbal speech.”

Personally, I’m not sure why anyone would be shocked at any directive from the Obama administration.

Under the pretense of “religious tolerance,” Obama’s administration has been advancing his mandate to remove all expressions of faith from government forums. This eradication serves the Left’s strategic objective of replacing Rule of Law with the rule of men – because the former is predicated on the principle of Liberty “endowed by our Creator,” while the latter asserts that Liberty is the gift of government.

Stand your ground, Cadets!

I later discovered that Danny made Part THREE and Part FOUR to his “Benghazi Reveal”. I highly encourage you to read all four reports to understand the depths of evil the Obama Administration has sunk too to retain power. Retaining power also means getting Hillary elected to the Office of POTUS to use at least four more years to bury the truth that Dem Leftists lie to voters to perpetuate their goal of transforming the USA into a Marxist/Socialist utopia that destroys the U.S. Constitution and the moral fiber of that which has made America good. The Benghazigate Scandal was of paramount concern to President Obama and comrades because its exposé probably would have cost Obama his reelection.

In the spirit of keeping America’s eye on the evil designs of the Obama Administration WND posted an article yesterday that derived information from Richard Miniter about newer evidence that Obama Officials – by extension Obama and Hillary – had a THREE MONTHS WARNING of an al Qaeda attack on Chris Stevens and did nothing to prevent it. Thus knowing of an upcoming attack Obama did nothing while it was happening in Benghazi and nefariously Barack Hussein Obama was not taking any calls while former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty kept fighting another 7 hours after Ambassador Chris Stevens and Sean Smith had been killed in the attack.

BENGHAZI BOMBSHELL! AL-QAIDA VOWED TO KILL AMBASSADOR

Months before attack, U.S. had photos of 300 armed militants near outpost

Months before the 2012 Benghazi attack that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans, the U.S. State Department had at least three detailed intelligence reports warning of al-Qaida’s build-up in Benghazi and quoting a militant leader who vowed to kill the U.S. ambassador, according to a new book chronicling the heroism of Navy SEALs.

American diplomats in Benghazi made even more urgent pleas for beefed up security than previously thought, and officials also refused to consider at least five military scenarios that could have saved the lives of two Americans in the terrorist attacks.

In “Eyes on Target: Inside Stories from the Brotherhood of the U.S. Navy SEALs,” authors Richard Miniter and Scott McEwen point to newly discovered government reports showing Ambassador Chris Stevens and his colleagues desperately requesting additional security and better personnel than the suspect Libyans already on the job. Those intelligence reports came in addition to multiple requests for additional security.

“We discovered three intelligence reports that circulated in the months before the attack. Each of those reports show intelligence agencies warning the State Department (and) warning the Defense Department there’s an al-Qaida build-up in Benghazi. One of those reports included photographs of more than 300 al-Qaida operatives in Martyr’s Square. That’s downtown Benghazi. That’s less than a mile from the diplomatic outpost where the ambassador died,” Miniter said.

“In those photographs in the intelligence report, they show them waving guns. There’s a quote mentioned in this intelligence report in which the leader of al-Qaida in Benghazi said if the U.S. doesn’t leave they were going to kill the U.S. ambassador. You can’t get any clearer than that,” he said.

“Somewhere in the bowels of the State Department there’s a bureaucrat who has got the three intelligence reports, and on the other part of his desk he’s got the three or four security requests from the ambassador begging for more security guards. After reading those intelligence reports and seeing those pictures, he stamped each one of those denied, denied, denied.”

The attack in Benghazi came just weeks before the 2012 presidential election and while President Obama’s campaign portrayed al-Qaida as effectively dismantled and the ouster of Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi as a major victory, wouldn’t a quiet increase in security be a less risky decision than leaving a diplomatic post vulnerable to attack?

Miniter said it was a political calculation.

“They were concerned that if somehow the American public were to learn that there was additional security for the ambassador or the diplomatic staff in Benghazi, it would take away the two winning arguments that they thought they had on foreign policy,” Miniter said. “So if they admitted that there was a massive al-Qaida build-up in Libya, that crosses off their two foreign policy successes and undermines the president’s case for re-election. So as crassly political as it was, that appears to be the motivation, according to the Benghazi eyewitnesses. These are participants in the tragedy that we interviewed.”

While Ambassador Stevens and diplomat Sean Smith were killed within the first 40 minutes of the initial attack, Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty fought on for another seven hours. While the Obama administration contends any military response would have taken 20 hours to mobilize and reach the fighting, “Eyes on Target” offers five different response scenarios that Miniter and McEwen say would have ended the fighting much sooner and most likely saved the lives of both Woods and Doherty.

The options ranged from Air Force fighters from Aviano Air Base to Navy fighters in Gaeta, both located in Italy to a drone strike and even a cruise missiles launched from the Mediterranean Sea. Miniter said the mere presence of fighter jets would have ended the crisis.

“The scenario that seems the best is simply dispatching F-16 Fighters from Italy and having them fly over Benghazi. The loud jet roar overhead would be enough to scatter the attackers. They certainly know that when facing the U.S. Air Force or U.S. Navy in the sky, death comes from above. With more than a hundred attackers, mortars, rocket attacks they would know that they were targets. Without firing a shot, they could have been driven off. That’s the kind of thing that President Obama, who doesn’t like combat, would tend to favor,” he said.

Told through the eyes of current and former Navy SEALs, “Eyes on Target” is an inside account of some of the most harrowing missions in American history – including the mission to kill Osama bin Laden and the mission that wasn’t, the deadly attack on the U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi.

In addition to denying permission for Doherty to go to Benghazi and any other sort of military intervention, “Eyes on Target” details the Obama administration’s paralysis in making any decisions on response to the attack. After an early evening briefing from Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, Obama was out of contact the rest of the night. So should he bear any blame for failing to launch military action, or does the responsibility lie with Panetta?

“While Americans were fighting and dying in Benghazi, the president was unreachable. According to congressional testimony, Panetta’s last conversation with the president was before 6:30 p.m. Washington time. Remember, Glen Doherty and Ty Woods, the two SEALs who fought to save the Americans, wouldn’t die for almost another seven hours. In that period, the president disappeared. He refused to take calls,” Miniter said.

Eighteen months later, the Benghazi investigation essentially falls along party lines, with Democrats saying there is no scandal and Republicans accusing the administration of leaving Americans on the field of battle and concocting a story around a spontaneous demonstration spurred by an Internet video to deflect from the many security warnings.

Will the final story on Benghazi simply be a matter of political opinion? Miniter doesn’t think so.

“Ultimately, I think this is going to be a turning point in the country’s assessment of the president,” he said. “The media are supposed to be referees, but instead they’re on the field being players. Too many of the media are simply playing to the White House’s agenda. Really, they should be watchdogs, not lapdogs.”

Whenever CAIR perceives an individual or group is on the verge of showing the public the true nature of purist Islam subscribed to by organizations such as CAIR they go on the propaganda and lawfare attack to besmirch one’s character.

This is definitely the case of Reza Kahlili!

A Monday press release said CAIR sent a letter to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta requesting the dismissal of Reza Kahlili, my pseudonym, “who wrote on an Islamophobic hate site that he renounced Islam and began the quest to find the real God.”

It cited articles I wrote referring to Iranian agents who had coordinated operations out of American mosques and Islamic centers and warning that Iranian agents have infiltrated the United States through the “Muslim Brotherhood’s Islamic Student Association.”

“This is yet another unfortunate example of our nation’s military and counterterrorism personnel being trained by individuals who weaken America’s security by promoting their own religious and political agendas,” wrote CAIR national Executive Director
Nihad Awad in his letter.

CAIR’s attack surprises me. In becoming a spy for the CIA while a member of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, I not only risked my life but those of my loved ones to protect the security of America and the free world and raise awareness of the brutality Iranians suffer under a regime that has no mercy, even for women and children.

As an American citizen, I have the right to convert to whatever religion I wish. I converted to Christianity, finding love and the true God. How is that Islamophobia? Or does CAIR support laws such as those in Iran where converts can be imprisoned or executed for renouncing Islam and finding Christ? Should I be persecuted in the United States because I am now a Christian?

My activity, which CAIR wants censored, focuses on Iranian human rights and the vicious violations of basic decency committed by a tyrannical regime, brutality that has been documented by human rights organizations worldwide.

But more importantly, the Islamic regime, along with its proxies, seeks to destroy Israel and poses a major threat to America and the free world.

Shouldn’t CAIR be more interested in protecting the sanctity of the mosques and, therefore, value my information on how Iranian agents are abusing such worship sites? Or is just stating such facts considered a crime by CAIR and automatically constitutes
Islamophobia?

Perhaps CAIR does not know that I do not teach about Islam at the Counterintelligence Training Academy. I teach on the activity of the Revolutionary Guards and its intelligence operation.

Does CAIR approve of the Islamic regime in Iran? Does it support imprisonment and torture of men and women who seek freedom? Does it approve of the tens of thousands of executions of political prisoners since the 1979 revolution? Human Rights Watch warned that state hangings in Iran this year could reach more than 1,000.

Does it approve of execution of minors, the rape of children or the stoning of women on the charge of adultery? Does CAIR approve of cutting off hands and feet for stealing? Does CAIR approve of a man having four wives with no legal rights for the women? Does it approve of lashings for women who do not completely adhere to Islamic hijab?

Does CAIR dispute Iran’s support with its terrorist proxies, Hezbollah, Islamic jihad and others or the murderous regime of Syria’s Bashar Assad? Does it dispute that international courts seek the prosecution for terrorist activities committed by members of the Islamic regime, including the current defense minister, Ahmad Vahidi, who is wanted by Interpol for the Jewish Community Center bombing in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1994.

Perhaps CAIR does not know that I worked for the CIA – not only in Iran but in Europe – and with Iranian agents within a mosque. Perhaps CAIR does not know that much of the information that is not disclosed in my articles for security purposes is then given to the FBI. Perhaps CAIR does not know that even today through my contacts with Revolutionary Guard members, I provide information to protect America and the free world.

Is CAIR interested in the security of America, and does it not want to do whatever it can to weed out terrorists posing as ordinary Muslims? Does it not hurt the Islamic community when acts of terror are committed, such as 9/11?

I have detailed my life in my book, “Purchase at Amazon – A Time to Betray, and I challenge CAIR to read it and determine whether I promote Islamophobia.

So I ask: What is it that has CAIR and the appeasers of the regime so infuriated? Is it perhaps the dream of a free Iran?

WASHINGTON, July 23, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today called on the Department of Defense (DoD) to drop an anti-Islam lecturer at the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) in Elkridge, Md., who wrote on an Islamophobic hate site that he “renounced Islam and began the quest to find the real God.” (reza kahlili:”Why I Renounce Islam and Choose Christ)(reza kahlili:” WND)(reza kahlili: 8/24/11)

That lecturer, “Reza Kahlili,” a pseudonym for a man who says he is a former CIA operative in Iran, also claims that Iranian agents are “coordinating operations out of [American] mosques and Islamic centers,” that Iran already has nuclear weapons, and that Iranian agents have infiltrated the United States through the “Muslim Brotherhood’s Muslim Students Association.” (Daily Caller, 7/22/12; Washington Times, 10/27/11, Los Angeles Times, 7/6/12, American Thinker, 2/23/12)

A program coordinator for Iran instruction at JCITA confirmed to the Los Angeles Times that Kahlili is a paid lecturer for the DoD-chartered academy. His lectures are audio-only, allegedly to protect his identity. The newspaper called Kahlili “one of the most influential and outspoken voices in the U.S. advocating the overthrow of the Iranian government.”

CAIR chapters in Florida recently held news conferences in Tampa and Pembroke Pines to ask the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) to stop using a notorious anti-Muslim bigot as a counterterrorism trainer.

Last month, CAIR welcomed a decision by the U.S. military to stop using a target depicting a Muslim woman wearing a religious head scarf (hijab) and verses from the Quran to train Navy SEALs at the new close quarters combat range at Joint Base Fort Story in Virginia Beach, Va.

CAIR also recently called on the Department of Defense to dismiss an instructor at the Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Va., who taught fellow officers that only a “total war” on Islam would protect America, that they should use “Hiroshima” tactics, target civilian populations, and abandon the Geneva Conventions. The instructor of that course was later relieved of his teaching duties.

The Washington-based Muslim civil rights organization has also called on the Obama administration, the Department of Homeland Security and Congress to provide oversight for apparently widespread anti-Muslim bias in the training of law enforcement, security and military personnel nationwide.

The Pentagon provided TheDC with a statement of support for Kahlili, Wednesday.

“We can confirm that Mr. Reza Kahlili, who has specialized counterintelligence expertise, occasionally lectures at the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA),” Pentagon spokesman James Gregory wrote in an email to TheDC. “He’s one of many guest lecturers called upon by JCITA for specific subject matter knowledge. His experiences provide valuable insight to trainees, and he keeps his personal religious beliefs out of the classroom. He does not lecture on or about Islam or any religious treatise, and his personal beliefs are his own.”
