Blog Editor 6/22/23: I just realized I have not updated my ABOUT PAGE to reflect the name change to Conservative-Patriot Christian Right (CPCR).  The hundreds of recent visit to my ABOUT PAGE is what got my attention. HERE on CPCR I have two posts (so far explaining the name change and my abandonment of Neoconservatism:

BELOW is the previous ABOUT PAGE explanation of the old NCCR which I am keeping so when people read decades old posts that still have the NCCR acronym, they might understand the past. BUT the above is the future:

NCCR is an acronym for NeoConservative Christian Right. I choose Neocon because I’m more pro-American military power to protect U.S. National Interests and National Security than a traditional Conservative which could be labeled a PaleoConservative. Paleocons correctly are concerned about too much government but view flexing American military muscles as unnecessary meddling that increase American taxes. Obama’s Foreign Policy shows that weakening the American military has weakened America and has set America for future debacles that the military will not have the resources to actively alleviate.

Christian Right is my abbreviated description of a Christian Conservative not afraid to stand with Biblical Christianity which includes exposing antichrist religions such as Islam.

    1. Agents were here at my home last week from Homeland security after I called and told them
      Pres. Obama was going to be killed in 2015. This was revealed to over 3 months ago. Brothers & sisters please walk very discerning – the end is nigh. PRAY for AMERICA!!!
      He is holding Florida because God is trying to save it from covering of the ocean which shall happen very soon. also at the same America shall split from florida to Iowa. East and west coasts shall disappear. Will we be nuked first ? Only God knows. He is waiting for America to REPENT or all evil and distruction shall come.

In the entirely likely event that President Obama is alive and well during the remainder of his vacation with his family on a small island in the middle of the Pacific ocean, would you -please- consider seeking psychiatric advice? In my experience, God’s voice is so much more subtle than planting ideas of future events in our heads. It’s usually not healthy to believe such thoughts!

You need to read your own Quran and you will discover how much hatred toward Christians and Jews has been codified as holy in Islam. Ditto on Islam and the Quran. After 9-11 I knew some Muslims hated us, I knew there was terrorism all over the globe directed by Islamists and Jihadists, but not until I started finding brave souls like yourself exposing the Quran’s actual texts to me I had no idea what evil we were up against.     1. I am unaware pertaining to any Christian aspect of the nuking of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. However the bombing itself ended the brutal Japanese aggression that brutalized most of East Asia including Pearl Harbor. Any post-economic benefits going to American corporations is simply the price of losing a senseless war. If there is any lies being perpetuated about lingering radiation that far away in time from the original bombing is a bit nefarious. Definitely something public and quick needs to take place.

    Truth Not a Requirement at Methodist Church’s Upcoming Anti-Israel Conference

    During the weekend between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, a Methodist church in Lexington, Mass., will host a gathering of well-known anti-Israel commentators including Ilan Pappé, Noam Chomsky, and Stephen Walt. The event is organized by an Arlington, Mass.-based group called the Society for Biblical Studies. The organization was founded in the late 1990s and has been bringing activists to Israel and the disputed territories under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Peter Miano for nearly two decades.

    The theme of the conference, which will be held at the Lexington United Methodist Church on Sept. 17-19, is “Christians and the Holy Land: What Does the Lord Require?”

    The Society for Biblical Studies cynically declares that it has invited speakers “representing a range of perspectives” to present at its conference. In fact, the invited speakers all have a history of promoting a hostile interpretation of the Arab-Israeli conflict that portrays Israel in a singularly harsh light. For example, Mark Braverman is a Jew who specializes in speaking to Christian audiences about the evils of the Jewish state. “Israel is in the grip of a rogue criminal government,” he said at a Christian festival in England in 2014.     Tisha B’Av, also known as the Jewish Fast of Av, is a period of fasting, lamentation and prayer to remember the destruction of the First and Second Temples of Jerusalem. The Jewish people still continued the fast day even after they rebuilt the First Temple after the Babylonians destroyed it in 586 BCE. The Romans destroyed the Second Temple by burning it in 70 CE and this marked the start of a long exile period for Jewish people. These are two of five sad events or calamities that occurred on the ninth day of the month of Av. The other three were when:

    Ten of the 12 scouts sent by Moses to Canaan gave negative reports of the area, leading to the Israelites’ despair.

    The Romans captured the fortress city of Beitar, the last stronghold of the leaders of the Bar Kochba revolt, and thousands of Jewish people, including Bar Kokhba (or Kochba), were massacred in 135 CE.

    The city of Jerusalem was destroyed in 136 CE.

    Tisha B’Av is a sad day that observes other major disasters and tragedies that Jewish people experienced throughout history, including the expulsion of the Jewish people from England in 1290 and from Spain in 1492, as well as the mass deportation of Jewish people from the Warsaw Ghetto during World War II.

    About Jacob Prasch

    Jacob’s family is a combination of Roman Catholic and Jewish. (In his youth he was forced to attend a Catholic school, but also attended the Jewish Community Center.) Jacob’s wife Pavia, also from a science background, is a Romanian-born Israeli Jewish believer who is the daughter of holocaust survivors. Pavia was an atheist and Jacob was an agnostic.         Actually I like Jacob Prasch. He knows Hebrew and Greek. He is critical and asks right questions. For example: “Questions for Catholics”

        I’d like to read directly from the Greek language what it says in the New Testament. Jesus spoke Aramaic, but when Matthew wrote it down on the testimony of the apostles who’d been eyewitnesses he wrote it in Greek. Or if it was written in another language it was quickly translated into Greek. We have one historical reference that Matthew might have been in Hebrew or the Hebrew dialect of Aramaic according to Haggis Sippus, but there’s no manuscript ever found. We have the Greek. And it is the translation of the Greek which the Roman Catholic church bases its doctrine that Peter is “the rock”. Is that what it says?

        Verse 18, and I’ll translate it word by word:

        “Kago de” – “Also I” or “And also I”…
        …”soi lego” – “to thee” or “to you say”…
        …”hoti sy ei Petros” – “thou art Peter” or “you are Peter”…
        …”kai” – “and”…
        …”epi” – “around” or “on, but in the context it would mean “on”, with that I agree…

        – With Russia and Iran now undisputedly backing Syrian President Bashar al-Assad by sending troops and weapons into Syria, a newly-released Bible Codes video reveals that the partnership has Messianic implications for the Jewish people.

        International Bible Codes expert Rabbi Mattiyahu Glazerson explains that the recent cooperation among Russia, Iran and Syria to boost the standing of Assad is one step in the final redemptive process.

        For Israel, Iran is “of the peoples that are around you.” Iranian leaders have repeatedly stated that their goal is to wipe Israel off the map, with the most recent public comments being made by Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who vowed that Israel will cease to exist within 25 years.

        As you can see, Jesus expressly stated that we will not know the day when He will return. It is my belief then, that we should not try to predict it. It is equally clear from this passage though, that we are expected to be watchful for His glorious return.   35. “The Belief That We Can Flee And Find Refuge Elsewhere Is An Illusion”

    – I, too, was stabbed for being a Jew.

    My cowardly attacker came from behind, thrusting a knife deep into my back, just to the left of my right shoulder blade, mere centimeters away from penetrating lung. The second stab, into the muscle of my right tricep, was comparatively benign compared to the first and most devastating wound. I shouted in shock and spun around to see my attacker fleeing down the street.

    At first the pain was no greater than a hard punch and, initially, I thought the attack was exactly that, a random punch. Confused as to what had just happened, I threw my left arm over my right shoulder to feel the wound, and was shocked to discover that my finger easily entered the flesh of my back. Upon seeing my hand drenched in blood, I realized what had just happened.

    As I learned during my IDF service in the Golani infantry unit, when one is wounded in “merkaz massa,” anywhere in the torso, coughing blood is a sign that the lungs have been punctured and it is only a matter of time until the victim drowns in his own blood.
    As I felt around my mouth for any signs of blood I began banging on the window of the closest building yelling for someone to call an ambulance.

    What makes my story so noteworthy is not the miraculous nature in which I evaded death or serious injury. What makes my story worth telling is that it happened neither during my IDF service in Lebanon, Gaza, or Hebron nor during the 15-plus years of my life residing in Jerusalem. I was stabbed in New York City. Stabbed by a man, the police would later tell me, who needed to stab a Jew to be accepted into a gang.

    As I sit here in my Jerusalem apartment hearing the sirens which have become devastatingly commonplace, I write this article in response to the Facebook posts I am reading from new immigrants who are questioning the wisdom of their decision to move their wives and children to the middle of an intifada in which many fear leaving the confines of their homes.

    We must open our eyes. It can happen anywhere. France, London, Seattle, New York, Australia…

    Jews are being attacked everywhere with increasing frequency and ferocity every day. All one must do is scan the news to see the alarmingly dramatic upswing in anti-Semitism around the world. –

    1. BROTHER: “HIS TIME WILL COME”

      – Jacob Steals the Blessings

      For all those who say that my hatred for Jacob is unfounded, you should make sure to read this:

      Dad was getting older; he had just turned 123, and he was worried that his time was coming.46 Despite my rebellious and sinful life, I was still his favorite, and he decided to give me his blessings before he passed on. His instructions were simple: Go to the field, hunt some game and cook me a meal. He also mentioned that I should make sure not to steal, but I have been known to have selective hearing.47

      Dad had made it clear that I was to hunt using my sword and bow,48 so I didn’t take my cloak with me this time.49 I used to store it in my parents’ home, so it would be handy whenever I would serve my father.50 Besides, I didn’t exactly trust my wives with my possessions, especially something of that value.51

      Well, that ended up being quite a mistake. Later I found out that Jacob had worn my cloak and had fooled my father into thinking he was me.52

      I wasn’t used to hunting without my cloak, and things didn’t go as smoothly as they usually did. Strange things kept happening: I would catch a deer and tie it to a tree, but as soon as I turned my back on it, the deer had disappeared. 53 It was almost as if the Satan was out to get me!

      I finally had the food prepared and brought it home to Dad. I walked into his office, all excited, and announced my arrival.54 Dad suddenly tensed up, and after a short while I saw his face come to a slow, painful recognition: “It was Jacob after all,” he murmured. “He stole your blessings.”

      It didn’t take long for me to figure out what had happened. Outrage, as a description for my feelings at that moment, would have been a shocking understatement. I was outright furious. “That’s the second time he’s tricked me,” I tried explaining to my father. “First he steals my birthright, and now he steals my blessings.”55

      Bad idea. I wasn’t supposed to let that slip. The cat’s out of the bag now, and Dad knows that Jacob had legal rights as the firstborn and was actually deserving of the blessings. I noticed him ease up a little after that revelation.56

      After much coercion from me, Dad managed to find some blessings for me as well. His words were bittersweet: he warned me that Jacob would be in control, but that in his moment of weakness I would be given an opportunity to overcome him.57 Not much of a consolation, if you’re asking me, and it fueled my resentment for Jacob.58

      It didn’t take long to make up my mind: Jacob had to go.59 Dad deserved to die as well, I decided, as he was an accessory to the crime. I wouldn’t be able to bring myself to kill my own father, so I planned on bringing Uncle Yishmael into the picture. I’d take care of Jacob, he’d take care of Dad, and together we’d split the assets. Or at least that’s what I’d tell Yishmael. My plan was to then eliminate Yishmael as well, so I could become the sole heir to the dynasty.60

      Things didn’t go quite as planned. Jacob managed to slip away somehow—again, apparently, with my mother’s assistance. I tried chasing after him, but he seemed to have G‑d on his side. He was splitting rivers and pulling all sorts of tricks,61 so I eventually gave up the chase. His time will come, I comforted myself. His time will come. –

  36. No Doubt The Time Is Near. But. Who Are They Waiting For?

    “The Time Has Come for God to Reveal the Messiah, Says Jerusalem’s Chief Rabbi”

    – In a surprisingly under-reported story, one of Jerusalem’s chief rabbis, Rabbi Shlomo Amar issued a ruling on Monday that God must bring the messiah and expedite the ultimate redemption. The ruling was delivered during an all-night spiritual gathering of rabbis from the Chabad-Lubavitch movement and a recording of the moment was posted to YouTube (in Hebrew).

    In the days preceding the ruling by Amar, close to 6,000 rabbis and Jewish community leaders attended the annual Kinus Hashluchim (International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Emissaries) in Brooklyn, NY. The Chabad-Lubavitch movement has emissaries who serve the Jewish people in over 75 countries around the world. Each year, they gather in New York for their annual conference.

    After the official conference proceedings were concluded, Amar and others gathered at the Chabad-Lubavitch World Headquarters, also in Brooklyn, NY, for an informal farbrengen. A farbrengen is a get-together in the Chabad-Lubavitch world, where inspirational thoughts are shared and wordless spiritual tunes, called niggunim, are sung. Sweet foods, wine and other items are often served.

    During this spontaneous gathering, and no doubt influenced by the heady success of the conference that had just concluded, Rabbi Berel Lazar, one of Russia’s two chief rabbis, reminded Amar that 25 years ago, the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the last head of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement, who passed away in 1994, had asked Amar to issue a psak din (a formal rabbinic ruling) on the issue of the redemption of the Jewish people.

    The end is near. Are you ready?
    Twenty five years later, at this gathering in the early morning hours of November 9, 2015, Amar agreed that the time had come to rule that God must hasten the arrival of the messiah.

    In the presence of dozens of colleagues and holding the hands of the two men sitting closest to him, Amar pronounced, “We hereby rule according to the demand of the audience – we see the plaintiff but can’t see the defendant – that God Almighty speedily bring an end and reveal the Moshiach (messiah) in front of our eyes in actuality.”

    Despite the late hour, his statement was greeted with a hearty “Amen!” from the crowd. Immediately after, the crowd began singing “We want Moshiach now! We don’t want to wait!” These words come from a song that Lubavitch children are taught to sing from a very early age.

    How is it possible that a rabbi, even one of the chief rabbis of Jerusalem, can make a ruling in Jewish law that obligates God? Breaking Israel News posed this question to senior Chabad Rabbi Uri Kaploun who said, “All that comes to mind is the axiom in Chazal (the Jewish sages) that Lo BaShamayim Hi (it is not in Heaven): once the Torah was given, the earthly court makes the rulings, and the Heavenly Court is, as it were, bound by them.” –

    1. The Mysterious 144,000 by David R. Reagan

      – What is the Purpose of the 144,000?

      What is the role of these 144,000 Jews during the Tribulation? What is their purpose? All the text says is that they will be “bond-servants of God” (Revelation 7:3).

      But the context indicates that they will serve the Lord as evangelists. I say this because their description is followed immediately by the description of “a great multitude which no one can count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues” (Revelation 7:9). John sees this great host of people in Heaven standing before the throne of God, and he asks “Who are they, and from where have they come?” (Revelation 7:13). He is told that they are people who have come out of the Great Tribulation who “have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb” (Revelation 7:14).

      In other words, this multitude of Gentiles are those who accept Jesus after the Rapture and who are martyred for their faith during the Tribulation.

      Because they are placed adjacent to the 144,000 believing Jews, the implication is that they are converted by the Jews during the Tribulation.

      I once called Zola Levitt and asked his opinion on this matter. Zola is a Messianic Jew who has a Bible prophecy ministry. When I asked if he believed that the 144,000 Jews of Revelation 7 would serve as evangelists trying to convert the world to Jesus, he said, “Of course! Why do you think the Lord has given us the kind of personality that we have?”

      I wasn’t about to touch that question with a ten foot pole, so I played dumb. “What are you talking about?” I asked.

      “Haven’t you ever noticed,” asked Zola, “that Jews are very pushy people?”

      “Well yes,” I responded, “now that you mention it, I must say that I have.”

      “Well,” said Zola, “God has given us that kind of personality so that we can be the world’s greatest salesmen. And one day, during the Tribulation, 144,000 believing Jews are going to use those skills to convert a great host of Gentiles to Jesus. We are going to push people up against the wall and hold them by the throat until they say, ‘Jesus!’ Before the Tribulation is over, we are going to convert more people to Jesus than you Gentiles have done in the past 2,000 years.”

    2. About The Replacement Theology

      – Replacement theology teaches that through the New Covenant, YHVH has replaced the Nation of Israel with the Gentile Church, Spiritual Israel. That is a heresy from Hell. When YHVH blessed Abraham, He prophesied that Abraham’s descendants would become a multitude of nations. And again when Jacob blessed Ephraim, he prophesied that Ephraim’s descendants would become a multitude of nations. Neither YHVH nor Jacob ever prophesied that a multitude of nations would become spiritual Israel. The Hebrew phrase “melo hagoim” frequently translated as “a multitude of nations” can also be translated as “fullness of gentiles.” With that in mind, let’s read what Paul wrote to the Romans, and I pray that the light bulb will go off in your head as it did in mine.

      Rom 11: 25 “For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles (melo hagoim) has come in.

      While you are still in shock (I hope), let’s return to Hosea.

      Hosea 1:10 “Yet the number of the children of Israel Shall be as the sand of the sea, Which cannot be measured or numbered. And it shall come to pass In the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not My people,’ There it shall be said to them, ‘You are sons of the living God.”

      Now let’s examine some verses from Hosea, chapters 2 and 3:

      Hos 2:13-16 And I will visit on her the days of the Baals in which she burned incense to them. [Ashtoreth is the mother of Baal. She is known also as Ashtar or Ishtar, which translates into English as EASTER.] Yea, she adorned herself with her nose rings, and her jewels, and she went after her lovers and forgot Me, says Jehovah. (14) Therefore, behold, I will lure her and bring her to the wilderness, and speak to her heart. (15) And from there I will give her vineyards to her, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope. And she shall answer there as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt. (16) And at that day, says Jehovah, you shall call Me, My husband; and you shall no more call Me, My Baal.

      Hos 3:4-5 For the sons of Israel shall remain many days with no king and no ruler, and with no sacrifice, and no pillars, and no ephod or teraphim. (5) Afterward the sons of Israel shall return and seek Jehovah their God and David their king. And they shall fear Jehovah and His goodness in the ends of the days.

      Hosea 1:11 Then the children of Judah and the children of Israel Shall be gathered together, and appoint for themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land, for great will be the day of Jezreel! –

    – A JUDGE WITH A STING LIKE A BEE

    Prior to the establishment of the monarchy under Saul, local chieftains called shofetim (judges) served as the leaders of the Israelites. This was known as the Period of the Judges, and most of the judges were males, with one glaring exception: Deborah. She is most famous for leading the Israelites into battle against the Canaanites in the Jezreel Valley, as recorded in chapter 4 of the Book of Judges. In Hebrew the name Deborah means “bee”, an allusion to the vicious sting she inflicted on the Canaanites.

    AN EXCEPTIONAL BIBLICAL WOMAN

    The truly amazing thing about Deborah are the unique titles that she is given in the Bible: “At that time Deborah, a prophetess, wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel” (Judges 4:4).
    If the fact that Deborah – a woman – served as a judge is not surprising enough, the Bible goes one step further and refers to her as a prophetess. The Hebrew word neviah (נביאה), which is the female form of the Hebrew word for prophet (navi), is very rare, only appearing five times in the entire Bible. But in the following chapter the Bible goes even further in its praise of Deborah: “you arose as a mother in Israel” (em b’Yisrael) (Judges 5:6). This is the only time this term appears in the Bible, making Deborah a truly exceptional matriarch.

Reading the Bible in its original Hebrew is by all means the most powerful way of accessing the true meaning of the text.     THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM VS GOD’S “THE VICTIM JUSTICE SYSTEM”

    – By allowing lawyers’ conversation with their clients to be privileged we extended the suspect’s self incrimination laws to attorneys. The point of our forefathers was that confession alone was not sufficient because of the fear of coerced confession. The duty of an attorney is to advocate for the accused, like as friend who knows the law would, not as the accused alter ego. I suggest that if an accused tells his lawyer any information without being coerced, it should not be privileged. An accused is entitled to a fair trial, but a fair trial ought not to include the legal right to “get away with it”, to lie and cheat. A fair trial is one that uncovers the truth. It is clear that without lawyers right for “privileged” conversation with the accused, it would be a lot harder for the lawyers to get guilty people off. Why is that really bad? Any law that impedes truth and justice in order to protect the accused or accuser is an evil law regardless of what any slick tongued lawyer or politician would argue. Our present laws are designed to give justice to the criminal even at the cost of ignoring the truth, the victim and society’s needs!!

    What the Goldman’s did in civil court in the O.J case should be done by the government on behalf of each victim as part of the criminal case. The Government took responsibility for 9-11 and compensated the victims. Of course under God’s law some offences can only be paid with life, like rape and murder which all of us enlightened people feel are too harsh. God the programmer of our DNA is telling us by these laws that rape and murder are not “fixable” by any punishment, that the energies will not be balanced, that eye for eye will not be satisfied unless we take life for life. The Torah God hints that he tried it without eye for eye and it didn’t work. When God didn’t kill Cain for killing his brother, it didn’t take long before the world became evil and God had to destroy humanity and start again. –

    – Under Torah law: Muhammad misquoted the Bible, suggesting that the hand of a thief should be cut off. The Biblical God decreed that the thief pays back Double, which is what God calls “eye for eye”, if he has no money he would need to work it off. Strangely this law satisfies both God’s “eye for eye” and the Hindu concept of “balance the energies”, because by paying double the thief will feel a real loss like the VICTIM, who in turn feels a real gain like the thief felt, the energies then get balanced. The Bible is often compared to water, always seeking balance.

    I believe changing the name to the Victim Justice System is easy to institute and ought to upset no one. I suggest it will eventually cause the laws to change toward balance, so we and our planet can survive and thrive… –

    – One Bible translation dares to break with the use of the traditional word rib. The Stone edition of the Chumash renders the verse this way:

    ” …and He took one of his sides and He filled in the flesh in its place.”

    Right away you can see that what God took from Adam was a lot more than a small bone. But can this reading be justified? Let us examine other places in the Bible where this Hebrew word is used. We find that it is rendered side in a number of places.

    Look at Exodus 25:12. In referring to the rings of gold on the Ark of the Covenant it says “Two rings shall be on one side (tselo – a variant of tsela) and two rings on the other side”

    Later in verse 14 it refers to the two “sides” (tselot- the plural form).

    Exodus 37:3-5 shows this same description of the Ark.

    In Exodus 27:7 it refers to “the two sides ( tselot) of the altar” upon which staves and rings were attached “to bear it”. Notice that it refers to only two of the altars four sides – the two major sides as opposed to the front and rear. Similar usage occurs in Ex. 38:7.

    Then in Exodus 26:20, the Hebrew word ul-tsela is used, meaning “and for the side” of the tabernacle. This is the same Hebrew word with two initial letters that have the meaning “and for”. In verse 26 we read of one side (tsela) of the tabernacle and the second side ( tsela) of the tabernacle. In verse 35 we see mentioned a table on the south side (tsela) of the tabernacle, referring this time not just to the outer skin of the tabernacle but to its south half. Identical usage occurs in Ex. 36:25,31.

    Notice that in each of these accounts there is nothing resembling a rib or pillar like structural member. It refers to an entire side, essentially half, of a structure. This is very different from the notion of Adam’s rib, but let us continue. –

    I was wondering throughout the last weeks how Donald Trump could ever enter the political stage in your country – now i think i know.
    How can you have a profile picture that shows a crusader waving a sword? How can you say that the whole muslim culture is anti-christ? I’m pretty shure you got your religious & political explanations for that, not forgetting some bible verses. I guess your view of Islam gives you a secure definition of where and what evil is in the world. Otherwise the whole thing would get too complicated.

    I love Jesus, but i hate what you guys call “christianity”. You say you follow god, but all it leads to is war, wealth and hatred. I probably have already initiated a shitstorm by now, saying “heretic”, “anti-christ” and all the words that “put me in my place”. I should know better, why should i try to make you think different? You can’t change a persons worldview in a short comment, he built it up over a lifetime. But can you imagine how i came to my conclusions?

    Maybe i just don’t understand you because I’m from Germany. We’ve had some crazy political decisions made in the last year. No one knows if its ever gonna work, if we can handle it. But at least we know, that we really acted in jesus’ ways: we welcomed the stranger. Because whatever we did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of his, we did for him. Problem is, you don’t see some of his creation as your brothers and sisters, you say they are led by the devil. You should listen to Martin Luther King again.

    And by the way, if there’s a dark side to Islam, is there a dark side to christianity, too?

    As King also pointed out, hate can’t be conquered with hate. Only love can cast out hate. And while we are just waiting for the revelations to be fulfilled (which is kind of a very surpreme excuse for doing nothing and saber-rattling, the usa has kind of a talent there) god is wondering which part of the task “be the light of the world!” we did not understand.

    Meanwhile the churches don’t seem to understand why young people don’t see the hope in this godly message. It’s probably because satan is so active these days, as it was said in revelations …

    i think you are right yurki, at least i partial agree.
    my biggest problem with american conservative thinking is, that they read the revelations and then they think all they have to do is to wait for a war. because armageddon is gonna happen anyway and we cant prevent it from happening.
    as almost always, the bible contradicts itself, at least it seems like that: jesus told us not to wait for what is going to happen according to later letters some christians are gonna write. he tells us to do good in the world, to be the light of the world.
    In consequence, conservative christians think that they dont need to struggle for peace with islamic countries, because god is gonna blow shit up anyways (and its so much easier if you have got someone to blame).

    The complete misunderstandings are corrected in this book, at least i think so. it shows a way out of the dilemma:

    The most comfortable thing about reading the bible your way is that you are not responsible anymore. god has decided, so we can just wait (and americans: PREPARE) for war.

    Even if christians should get to heaven before this happens (im not shure which version you prefer) your attitudes are not legitimate, because you do not stand up for peace.

    And above everything else, the american christian honours his nation. I grew up in a country were we saw what can happen if you are a blind patriot. what does america stand for?

    Why are you so convinced of your country?

    You think you are such a great nations, because you have power. But let me tell you something: it wasn’t just the USA that freed Germany, it was also Britain, France an Russia (and a few other nations). That is your problem: you use every happening in history to glorify your country, but you are not able to criticize. What have you done wrong? You do not want to see your false steps.

    “Study: Over half of Sderot residents are Qassam casualties”

    – Research published by trauma center indicates large percentage of residents of rocket-plagued town suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder

    Over half of Sderot residents have been hurt – physically or emotionally – during Qassam barrages of the past seven years, determined a research document published by Natal, the Israel Trauma Center for Victims of Terror and War.

    The study, which was presented by Director of the Natal Community Staff Dr. Rony Berger at a conference on trauma medicine in Beersheva on Monday, shows that almost a third of the beleaguered town’s residents are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.     “It’s Been A long 50 Days”

    – Though the “Tseva Adom” alarm has stopped sounding, Kassams have stopped for now and the Iron Dome has been removed from its place in the field, Things are not back to normal.

    One person we help is still hospitalized for shock when the Kassam landed just outside her home, another is still hearing the “Tseva Adom” alarm going off in her mind, while still another has had a relapse to his alcohol problem and still another is now on anti-anxiety medication.

    During “Operation Protective Edge” We stood strong and forced ourselves to continue to live as normal as possible. We answered the threat with a “Fight-or-Flight” response. Emotions were high, sort of like a sugar rush or an adrenalin rush but now we have hit that low that comes after the adrenalin or sugar rush and we are starting to hear of people suffering from Headaches, Chest Pain, Problems sleeping, Anxiety and Depression.

    We not only had the constant threat of a Kassam attack or the constant sound of our cell phones alerting us of every rocket fired from Gaza but we also had the constant sound of artillery fire from the IDF into Gaza and that was non-stopped for much of the 50 day Operation.

    People’s nerves were pushed to the limits and even now nerves are still raw and patients is still thin. Inside the Accumulative Traumatic Stress Disorder we live with is also the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, that period between one Kassam to the next, one cease fire to the next and one war to the next. –

    – On January 17, Dafna Meir was stabbed to death by a Palestinian terrorist in her home in Otniel, a Jewish settlement in the Judean Mountains south of Hebron. As she lay bleeding to death, the 39-year-old mother of six fought her attacker, preventing him from murdering three of her children who were home at the time. –

    – Dafna’s husband Natan was at the doctor in Gush Etzion with his son. Ranana called him, and he raced home.

    “For forty minutes I drove to Otniel,” he later recalled. “I stopped to pick up my son, who learns at Mekor Chaim Yeshiva. The whole time, I was trying to contact friends from the town, from the emergency response team, who I knew were supposed to be there in case of an incident. They told me they were treating her. For 40 minutes. I understood that if they were treating her for 40 minutes, the situation was very grave. I turned on the radio and heard ‘a woman was murdered in an attack in Otniel.’ And I knew it was over.”

    On April 19, Natan and Ranana were invited to a UN Security Council meeting by Israel’s UN ambassador, Danny Danon. Accompanied by representatives of OneFamily, an Israeli nonprofit that cares for terror victims, the Meirs stood behind Danon as he called on his Palestinian counterpart, Riyad Mansour, to condemn the attacks.     I’m part of a small volunteer team which campaigned for Britain’s exit from the socialist-dominated European Union, using independently-researched facts from official sources. Ours is a small but influential site, read by everyone from senior members of the Government, to local campaigners, to members of the general public. We’re not-for-profit and we’re driven purely by a desire to do what’s right for our country.

    Now that we’ve won the vote for Great Britain to leave the sclerotic, failing, socialist construct that is the European Union, our priority is to get the Conservative Christian candidate Andrea Leadsom into No.10 Downing Street (our White House!) We desperately need a talented and experienced person with the right political and moral values leading our country, as we embrace the global future outside the European Union.

    So far the Christian Conservative candidate Andrea Leadsom has risen from #5 to #2 in the rankings – we just need to get her to #1 by September 9th.

    Britain has always been the USA’s closest ally. Wouldn’t it be great if the USA’s most loyal and friendly international partner had a committed Christian Conservative as Prime Minister?

        On a daily basis now, the media here in the UK are rubbishing the Conservative Right and Christian candidate, Andrea Leadsom, whom we support. Fortunately she still has a lot of support amongst grassroots Conservatives, but it’s a tough job trying to overcome the bias from the media each day.

        Since I wrote my first post above, the race is now down to just two candidates, of whom Andrea Leadsom is one. We have until Sept 9th to get her elected as Prime Minister!

    – Another great Old Testament type in the Bible is found in Genesis. The Bible tells us of a man called Enoch, a gentile who was the great grandfather to Noah. Enoch lived for 365 years, which just coincidentally matches the 365 days of the gentile calendar (the Hebrew calendar has 360 days). The Bible says that Enoch began walking with God after the birth of his son Methuselah, the oldest living man in the Bible. And then something amazing happened, here it is:

    “And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.” Genesis 5:22-24 (KJV)

    See what we have here? It’s a type picture of the Rapture of the Church. Enoch was a gentile believer in God, had fellowship with Him and ‘walked with Him’. Then, at some point in that walk, God took him home to Heaven literally and physically without ever having to die first. But that’s not all. Enoch’s rapture happens shortly before the tribulation of the flood of Noah destroys the Earth. Do you get that? Enoch is raptured out before the flood which destroyed the world. The apostle Paul teaches in the New Testament that the Church will be raptured out before the time of Jacob’s trouble which will cause global death, misery and destruction. –

      2. Case: Clint Lorance

        SUMMARY

        In June 2012, 1LT Clint Lorance deployed to Zhari, Afghanistan, also known as the “Heart of Darkness,” with elements of the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division in support of the on-going combat operations associated with the “Global War On Terror.”

        When a platoon leader, 1LT Latino was medically evacuated from the battlefield due to shrapnel wounds to his eyes, face, and abdomen from the blast of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), Clint was identified to replace him.

        On July 2, 2012, three days after taking charge of the platoon, Clint led his Paratroopers on a combat patrol. They patrolled through a minefield near where previous attacks on the platoon resulted in four casualties, including the one which wounded the previous platoon leader.

        While patrolling up and down 6 to 8-foot “grape berms” (mud mounds Afghan farmers use to grow grapes), one of Clint’s Paratroopers, PFC Skelton, a former policeman, identified three Taliban speeding toward their patrol on a motorcycle.

        Correctly perceiving the riders on the motorcycle as an immediate threat to the exposed platoon, PFC Skelton called out the threat to Clint, who was standing below a grape berm. Clint had no observation of the motorcycle riders approaching at a faster-than-normal rate of speed.

        PFC Skelton fired, but missed.

        Immediately after PFC Skelton missed, and still unable to observe the situation, Clint radioed a “gun truck” (a lightly armored vehicle mounted with a machine gun he had placed in an over-watch position to protect the patrol) to fire on the Taliban riders of the motorcycle.

        Two Taliban were were killed. One escaped.

        5 witnesses testified hearing the fatal rounds being fired seconds after PFC Skelton’s initial volley missed.

        It was reported, the two who were killed did not have any weapons or radios on them. However, their motorcycle was taken away by an Afghan a few minutes after the engagement without US Forces checking it for explosives, weapons, or communication devices, and there was no report of what the third Taliban, who escaped, had in his possession.

        Just moments and meters away, from this incident, a second tense and quickly evolving engagement occurred in which Clint’s platoon shot and killed two other Taliban and wounded a third in the arm.

        Minutes later, in the same area, Clint’s platoon captured two more Taliban who tested positive for explosives residue on their hands.

        While patrolling back to their outpost, a US soldier believed he recognized one of the deceased motorcycle riders as a village elder. At that point, the case became a “civilian casualty” or “CIVCAS” case.

        As a result, the Army prosecuted Clint for double murder, attempted murder, and several lesser offenses… despite the fact that:

        1. PFC Skelton, who first fired on the motorcycle riders, testified his actions were consistent with the ROEs;

        2. Clint relied upon the PFC Skelton’s correct assessment of the threat when he authorized the “gun truck” to fire within seconds after PFC Skelton missed; and

        3. Clint never fired his own rifle.

        Leading up to Clint’s Court-Martial, nine Paratroopers in the platoon were also initially accused of murder. But, they were eventually given immunity and ordered to cooperate in the case against 1LT Lorance.

        Moreover, prosecutors withheld evidence which would have justified Clint’s order and confirmed that his instincts were correct, specifically a US Army report stating Clint’s platoon was being targeted for an “attack or ambush,” and evidence the Afghans killed were not “civilians,” as the prosecutors claimed, but enemy combatants, as confirmed by “biometric” data (fingerprints and DNA).

        As a result, Clint was convicted, sentenced to 20 years (later reduce to 19 years) in prison in the United
