’13 Hours,’ Outnumbered, Andrea Tantaros & Hillary Clinton

I’m 59 years old. I remember the days when the cost of a movie ticket was 35 cents until I was 12. Then the price of a ticket was 75 cents then inflation drove the price to – wait for it – $1.25.

I say all this memory land about the movies because there is a movie I’d really like to go see but will probably have to wait for the Twelve Bucks or more it will cost to watch “13 Hours”. Here’s a three-minute trailer courtesy of Zero Media:

13 Hours The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi Trailer 1 (2016) Michael Bay Movie HD [Official Trailer]

Now to the reason I’m blogging about “13 Hours”.

I received an email update from BizPac Review about a segment in the Fox News show Outnumbered. The segment was about “13 Hours” and the theme of, if you have seen the movie and still vote for Hillary Clinton for President then you are an IDIOT.

BPR zeroes onto the passionate comments by Andrea Tantaros but the Outnumbered program is about discussions between four women and a random male guest which in this episode was former Senator Scott Brown from Massachusetts.

Here is the Youtube version of that “13 Hours” segment:

I made sure to post the Youtube version because the three blogs I post to don’t always accept embedded videos from other places other than Youtube. In the BPR article cross posted below a link to the Fox News website portraying this Outnumbered segment is linked early. However, when you get to the end of the article it tells you to scroll “below” to watch Andrea Tantaros. Unfortunately, no such video existed at the time I read the article. So at the end I will embed the Fox News video version.

Tantaros on ‘13 Hours’: I’ll take word of Benghazi survivors over ‘liar’ Hillary any day!

By Frieda Powers

January 19, 2016

BizPac Review

Andrea Tantaros minced no words in blasting Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for her handling of Benghazi.

In discussing the new movie “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi” on Monday, the co-host of Fox News Channel’s “Outnumbered” said anyone who sees the movie and still votes for Clinton is “a criminal.”

Clinton, who was secretary of state at the time of the Benghazi terror attack in 2012, has recently dismissed the film as a dramatization.

Tantaros noted that the movie would hurt Clinton’s campaign, “because this isn’t just not a movie that’s based on fiction when you can look at four gravestones, four tombstones, and know that this is real.”

As Clinton attempts to discredit the movie, Tantaros believes it has become a question of credibility: “If she wants to speak out now and try to discredit the film,” she said, “she is speaking out against the survivors who we’ve seen on this news channel and elsewhere, talk about how she stood and looked victims’ families in the eyes and lied.”

Tantaros said Clinton should be in prison for the part she played, and anyone who could not see that deserved the same. “If anyone sees this movie, and everyone should go see it,” she said, “and goes on to vote for Hillary Clinton they’re a criminal, in my estimation.”

With questions that still remain unanswered by Clinton and the administration, Tantaros said Clinton has “zero credibility.”

“A majority of Americans when polled, the number one word that they associate with Clinton is ‘liar,’” said Tantaros. “Frankly, I’ll take the word of the men who survived that attack at that embassy over her word any day.”

USA in Trouble when SCOTUS Ignores Constitution

John R. Houk

© June 26, 2015

Yesterday SCOTUS ruled Obamacare subsidies are just fine. Remarkably Chief Justice John Roberts joined four Leftists and a Centrist to pat Barack Hussein Obama to tell him it was just fine to keep screwing up America.

TODAY SCOTUS ruled that same-sex marriage must be legal in ALL 50 States in the Union based on the 14th Amendment that assured former slaves as equal citizens with equal rights. I wonder if those Northern States that ensured Freedom for Black-Americans would think that the 14th Amendment’s intent would be used to justify the ungodly abomination of homosexual marriage. This time Chief Justice Roberts went with the godly side but was a part of four losing Justices that lost out to four thumbing their noses Leftist Justices and Centrist Justice Anthony Kennedy placed the USA in a dangerous spiritual position in the eyes of God Almighty.

Late last night Robert Smith submitted a post expressing his displeasure with how the three constitutional Branches of our Federal government are forsaking the Constitution. Smith concludes that the unconstitutional government movement will lead to one of two actions: 1) America’s Constitution gets a reset button of Original Intent at the ballot box. 2) Barring the peaceful action of the ballot box, a Revolutionary War-style rebellion will occur with the Americans that are tired of the tyranny of the ungodly Left.

After the Robert Smith post I’m going to cross post the informative story I find most relevant to the Sodomizing of America by five ungodly Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States.

Degrading OUR Constitution

By Robert G. Smith

Sent: 6/25/2015 11:07 PM

The Constitution is being ripped asunder by the POTUS and the SCOTUS. The POTUS is determined to destroy our country. This is so the Transnational Bankers, Global Politicians and Islamists will have an easier task of subjugating the people of our country and making them accept a NWO and Islam as the one true religion.

In the SCOTUS you have Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg who believes the Constitution has out lived its usefulness. [And we have] one Elena Kagan, who believes the Constitution should be supplemented by Sharia Law. And Chief Justice John Roberts who perceives himself as a member of the House of Representatives.

It is becoming clear that the American People must take matters into their own hands. Hopefully by the ballot box, but if necessary by armed intervention.

They have taken the most sought after health care in the world, emasculated it and made it so costly no one can afford it. The number of citizens who did not have health care prior to O-Bama Care was so small they could have been provided governmental health care paid for, many times over, by the billions already spent by O-Bama Care.

It makes me heartsick to see the country and the Constitution I fought for in three wars so maligned so corrupted by those who have never turned a finger to protect our country and our way of life. This must be corrected. How? I do not have the answers, but I hope it is by the ballots and not the bullets.

We have a Congress that is doing very little to better the situation. They must be replaced by true Conservatives, those who truly love our country.

Most of our voters do not comprehend the serious nature of the problems facing our country today. They are lackadaisical when it comes to checking the backgrounds of those we choose to represent us. They continue to send to Congress people who have only their own selfish interests in mind. This must be stopped!!

To vote for a Liberal only ensures the continuation of the situation we now have. The liberals must be replaced by true Conservatives and not by the many RINOs – Republican In Name Only – that we now have serving in Congress; i.e. Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, Lamar Alexander, Bob Corker, and the list goes on.

I hope to see a peaceful change in the direction our country is following but I do hope to see a change!!!!

Symposium: Judicial activism on marriage causes harm: What does the future hold?

By Ryan Anderson

June 26th, 2015 4:28 pm

Ryan T. Anderson is the William E. Simon Senior Research Fellow at The Heritage Foundation and the author of the forthcoming book Truth Overruled: The Future of Marriage and Religious Freedom. His amicus brief was cited in Justice Clarence Thomas’s dissenting opinion in Obergefell.

As the four dissenting opinions make abundantly clear, today’s ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges had nothing to do with the Constitution. This ruling is perhaps as clear of an example of judicial activism as any we have seen in recent years – or are likely (hopefully) to see in the future. The majority of the Court simply replaced the people’s opinion about what marriage is with its own. Nothing in the Constitution supplies an answer to the question What Is Marriage? And none of the purported rationales can justify the Court redefining marriage everywhere.

This ruling will likely cause harm to the body politic: to constitutional democratic self-government, to marriage itself, to civil harmony, and to religious liberty. Because of space constraints, I highlight these four harms with quotations solely from Chief Justice John Roberts’s dissent. (Needless to say, they could be amplified with quotations from Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito.)

First, the ruling will cause harm to constitutional democratic self-government. As Roberts notes, “this Court is not a legislature. Whether same-sex marriage is a good idea should be of no concern to us. Under the Constitution, judges have power to say what the law is, not what it should be. The people who ratified the Constitution authorized courts to exercise ‘neither force nor will but merely judgment.’” Roberts continues:

Although the policy arguments for extending marriage to same-sex couples may be compelling, the legal arguments for requiring such an extension are not. The fundamental right to marry does not include a right to make a State change its definition of marriage. And a State’s decision to maintain the meaning of marriage that has persisted in every culture throughout human history can hardly be called irrational. In short, our Constitution does not enact any one theory of marriage. The people of a State are free to expand marriage to include same-sex couples, or to retain the historic definition.

Indeed, Roberts repeatedly argues that in Obergefell the Court has simply Lochner-ized – “the majority’s approach has no basis in principle or tradition, except for the unprincipled tradition of judicial policymaking that characterized discredited decisions such as Lochner v. New York.”

Second, the ruling will cause harm to marriage itself. Roberts notes that marriage “arose in the nature of things to meet a vital need: ensuring that children are conceived by a mother and father committed to raising them in the stable conditions of a lifelong relationship.” But redefining marriage makes it more about the romantic desires of the consenting adults involved than about the needs or the rights of children involved to a relationship with their mother and father.

Indeed, the judicial redefinition of marriage to exclude the marital norm of male-female sexual complementarity raises the question of what other marital norms may be excluded. Roberts writes: “One immediate question invited by the majority’s position is whether States may retain the definition of marriage as a union of two people.” Roberts continues:

Although the majority randomly inserts the adjective “two” in various places, it offers no reason at all why the two-person element of the core definition of marriage may be preserved while the man-woman element may not. Indeed, from the standpoint of history and tradition, a leap from opposite-sex marriage to same-sex marriage is much greater than one from a two-person union to plural unions, which have deep roots in some cultures around the world. If the majority is willing to take the big leap, it is hard to see how it can say no to the shorter one.

It is striking how much of the majority’s reasoning would apply with equal force to the claim of a fundamental right to plural marriage. If “[t]here is dignity in the bond between two men or two women who seek to marry and in their autonomy to make such profound choices,” why would there be any less dignity in the bond between three people who, in exercising their autonomy, seek to make the profound choice to marry? If a same-sex couple has the constitutional right to marry because their children would otherwise “suffer the stigma of knowing their families are somehow lesser,” why wouldn’t the same reasoning apply to a family of three or more persons raising children? If not having the opportunity to marry “serves to disrespect and subordinate” gay and lesbian couples, why wouldn’t the same “imposition of this disability,” serve to disrespect and subordinate people who find fulfillment in polyamorous relationships?

For marriage policy to serve the common good it must reflect the truth that marriage unites a man and a woman as husband and wife so that children will have both a mother and a father. Marriage is based on the anthropological truth that men and woman are distinct and complementary, the biological fact that reproduction depends on a man and a woman, and the social reality that children deserve a mother and a father.

Redefining marriage to make it a genderless institution fundamentally changes marriage: It makes the relationship more about the desires of adults than about the needs – or rights – of children. It teaches the lie that mothers and fathers are interchangeable.

Third, the ruling will cause harm to civil harmony. When fundamental policy changes are made by Court rulings that have no basis in the Constitution, it makes change harder to accept – because it casts doubt on the change itself. As Chief Justice Roberts points out,

Supporters of same-sex marriage have achieved considerable success persuading their fellow citizens—through the democratic process—to adopt their view. That ends today. Five lawyers have closed the debate and enacted their own vision of marriage as a matter of constitutional law. Stealing this issue from the people will for many cast a cloud over same-sex marriage, making a dramatic social change that much more difficult to accept.

Yet in the middle of such a robust debate, the Court “seizes for itself a question the Constitution leaves to the people, at a time when the people are engaged in a vibrant debate on that question. And it answers that question based not on neutral principles of constitutional law, but on its own ‘understanding of what freedom is and must become.’” This will make the redefinition of marriage less accepted – more contested – in the United States. Roberts elaborates:

The Court’s accumulation of power does not occur in a vacuum. It comes at the expense of the people. And they know it. Here and abroad, people are in the midst of a serious and thoughtful public debate on the issue of same-sex marriage. … This deliberative process is making people take seriously questions that they may not have even regarded as questions before.

When decisions are reached through democratic means, some people will inevitably be disappointed with the results. But those whose views do not prevail at least know that they have had their say, and accordingly are—in the tradition of our political culture—reconciled to the result of a fair and honest debate.

But today the Court puts a stop to all that.

The Court had no reason – no basis in the Constitution – to short-circuit the democratic process. No reason to put a stop to the national discussion we were having about the future of marriage. Roberts continues, “There will be consequences to shutting down the political process on an issue of such profound public significance. Closing debate tends to close minds. People denied a voice are less likely to accept the ruling of a court on an issue that does not seem to be the sort of thing courts usually decide.” Just so.

Fourth, the ruling will cause harm to religious liberty. As Roberts notes, the decision “creates serious questions about religious liberty. Many good and decent people oppose same-sex marriage as a tenet of faith, and their freedom to exercise religion is—unlike the right imagined by the majority—actually spelled out in the Constitution.” When marriage was redefined democratically, citizens could accompany it with religious liberty protections, but “the majority’s decision imposing same-sex marriage cannot, of course, create any such accommodations.”

Most alarmingly, the majority opinion never discusses the free exercise of religion. Roberts notes, “The majority graciously suggests that religious believers may continue to ‘advocate’ and ‘teach their views of marriage. The First Amendment guarantees, however, the freedom to ‘exercise’ religion. Ominously, that is not a word the majority uses.”

Indeed, as Roberts notes, “Unfortunately, people of faith can take no comfort in the treatment they receive from the majority today.” Why can they take no comfort? Because “the most discouraging aspect of today’s decision is the extent to which the majority feels compelled to sully those on the other side of the debate.” Over and over and over again, the majority attacks the Americans who stand for marriage as the union of husband and wife. And as Robert notes, “These apparent assaults on the character of fair minded people will have an effect, in society and in court. Moreover, they are entirely gratuitous.”

Indeed, “[i]t is one thing for the majority to conclude that the Constitution protects a right to same-sex marriage; it is something else to portray everyone who does not share the majority’s ‘better informed understanding’ as bigoted.”

In conclusion, because the Court has inappropriately redefined marriage everywhere, there is urgent need for policy to ensure that the government never penalizes anyone for standing up for marriage. As discussed in my new book, Truth Overruled: The Future of Marriage and Religious Freedom, we must work to protect the freedom of speech, association, and religion of those who continue to abide by the truth of marriage as union of man and woman.

At the federal level, the First Amendment Defense Act is a good place to start. It says that the federal government cannot discriminate against people and institutions that speak and act according to their belief that marriage is a union of one man and one woman. States need similar policies.

Recognizing the truth about marriage is good public policy. Today’s decision is a significant setback to achieving that goal. We must work to reverse it and recommit ourselves to building a strong marriage culture because so much of our future depends upon it.

… Considering the fact that this nation reelected a communist in spite of the undeniable damage that he has done, I must conclude that over fifty percent of our voting population are living in a state of total denial; bound and determined to remain that way.

The above paragraph is from Danny Jeffrey’s post “I…Conspiracy Theorist”. Until the post November election 2012 I was a dyed in the wool Republican. Being as such I supported Mitt Romney who tried to paint himself as a moderate with Conservative leanings. A cursory examination of Romney’s history as Governor of Massachusetts painted a closer picture of a RINO that was Left of center that socialized medicine in his State and showed a strain of social Liberalism in not denouncing homosexual marriage which was remarkable since Romney’s faith is as a Latter Day Saint (LDS aka Mormonism) which has shown itself as a socially conservative despite being a cult-like spin-off from the traditional Christian faith (yeah, I went there – get over it). I was under the losing paradigm of ‘anybody but Obama’.

That paradigm was and is a model for losing and Republicans LOST an election that they should have won if the Republican Establishment wanted to win more than try to push Conservative Tea Party supporters into insignificance. Romney failed to call out a debate moderator that openly lied supporting Obama’s Benghazi talking point. This made Barack Hussein Obama look like a man of truth when in fact BHO has been lying to Americans before his 2008 election and continued to do so throughout his First Term of Office (AND for that matter through to this very day).

It became obvious to me that as long as the Republican Establishment called the shots in the GOP, Conservative principles would rarely if ever see the light of day. It was at that point I also realized voters would believe any pile of trash supporting Obama’s Leftist transformation agenda to socialize America into a pseudo-Marxist nation. In case you didn’t realize it, Marxist principles of governing obliterates the Constitutional principles originally intended by the Founding Fathers which insured the American individual to pursue Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness.

Marxist utopianism is a stateless and classless society which will never happen because of the nature of humankind to be selfish. Ergo the Marxist path to seek the unattainable utopia is a state which defines right, wrong, acceptable, and unacceptable even if it imposes on the free conscience of an individual. In essence the Marxist state is the Founding Fathers’ greatest fear after gaining independence from Great Britain – state despotism.

American voters believed Obama lies in 2008. American voters put their trust in Obama for his First Term. AND American voters believed the reelection lies that led to an Obama victory in November 2012.

If American voters persist in believing Obama and Dem Party lies the path to state despotism will be unavoidable. So let’s reprise Danny Jeffrey’s quote above:

… Considering the fact that this nation reelected a communist in spite of the undeniable damage that he has done, I must conclude that over fifty percent of our voting population are living in a state of total denial; bound and determined to remain that way.

As long as American voters believe the Obama lies, gullible voters will lead the Conservative Americans – probable minority at this point – to a Marxist-like state. It will be too late to reverse the course of state despotism that gullible voters will impose on American Conservatives.

You have to be asking, ‘Well, what is the solution?’ or if you are living in a state of blind denial you might ask contemptuously, ‘What is your solution to maintain the American principles of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness?

I have to be honest. I am just a Joe American that recognizes the American experiment established by our Founding Fathers is slipping away. I am not a mover and shaker. But this one thing I do know. If you are an American that does not want to live under state despotism or you do not want your children and grandchildren to live under state despotism, YOU MUST begin to arm your minds with the concepts of American Liberty. Share those concepts boldly even in the face of ridicule of Leftist or brainwashed demagoguery that believes Obama’s transformation (aka change you can believe in) is what is making America good. Ask people to look around. Ask them what has Obama ‘change’ done that is good for the American way of life or the general welfare of what makes America good. Be armed with the answers to lies or brainwashed talking points that simply are wrong.

Boldly share that it is only in elections and voting that Liberty will be retained peacefully within our homeland. Don’t tell anyone to blindly vote for a Republican and definitely don’t vote for a Democrat. Make sure you are voting for a candidate that believes in constitutional Original Intent over the destructive paradigm of the so-called Living Constitution. Originalism is faithful to the Founding Fathers vision for Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Living Constitutionalism is a warped Leftist ideology that molds the Constitution to be interpreted in the way that makes a Socialist-Marxist society acceptable leading to the termination of Liberty.

There are many sources to educate yourself and others in Founding Father Originalism. Some may cost money that Joe Americans living in Obama’s America may not readily afford in their budget. As long as the Internet remains free there are also many sources that are free. Danny Jeffrey has been constructing one of those sources. He calls it the Fix Bayonets Library. Click on that link and begin arming yourself to operate as a free American citizen before you might have to choose to live, support or operate a second American Revolution to throw the bond of despotism off your backs that you may or may not win in blood.

If you haven’t read Danny Jeffrey’s “I…Conspiracy Theorist” yet, I am cross posting it below. Danny does a more eloquent job than I in presenting his case to become an avid reader of the Fix Bayonets Library.

Fix Bayonets

Recently I published an essay entitledCan You Handle The Truth? It was a compilation of some of the series of essays that I have written regarding current events and the agenda that guides them. Yes, to some I would indeed be regarded a conspiracy theorist, and indeed I do write of a vast conspiracy that is taking place around us. The primary difference between other conspiracy theorists and myself is that I do extensive research and have a most annoying habit of presenting links to verifiable facts, gleaned from reliable sources.

At the readers’ comment section of that article I had the dubious pleasure of being visited by one of our Internet trolls. This person boldly chose to identify himself/herself only as ‘Anonymous’ and left the following simple remark:

Anonymous March 9, 2014 at 8:10 AM

I am sorry that you are so afraid.

I never delete a critical comment unless the language passes the bounds of decency. Being a firm believer in the First Amendment I support the right of even a troll to speak his/her mind and make a fool of themselves anytime they so choose; but, needless to say, I just had to reply:

DANNY JEFFREY March 9, 2014 at 9:13 AM

Mr/Ms Anonymous, you need not concern yourself with my level of fear, as I firmly believe that fear is a natural reaction to being on a field of battle. Of course every battle does have those fearless foolhardy souls around who fear nothing; predicting their destiny becomes so easy. When the battle finally subsides I shall watch for your name on the casualty list, and when I find it I shall waste not my time feeling sorrow. Some things are just meant to be.

In all honesty I do think of America as a battle field, and many would pinpoint 911 as the beginning of that battle. I place the starting date as much earlier; during the Johnson and Carter years when Progressivism, i.e. The Left, was given such a big boost, and now, after these many years some of us begin to understand the machinations of the Progressives.

The true beginning naturally dates back to the Teddy Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson time frame but their goals were largely rejected by the American public. Later FDR hastened the rush to hell with his New Deal and the only thing that saved us from communism then was World War II. Truman, JFK, Nixon and Reagan all opposed the leftward tilt that was slowly overtaking this nation, but in realms beyond their control Progressivism advanced, one slow step at a time, and now for all intents and purposes they have won.

The death knell for America was finally sounded when elected members of the GOP became afraid to tell the truth to the public, and they too began leaning left in order to remain in office.

It is said that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing and I believe this to be factual. If you are unwilling to know it all then you are better off knowing nothing. Essentially we have three choices: Live with the fear born of knowing the truth no matter how horrid that truth is; live with the confusion of knowing just a little and be too frightened to delve further into the unknown; or go merrily along your way, totally oblivious to the reality that is about to descend on this nation.

The vast majority of the American public exist, to varying degrees, in the final two categories. Considering the fact that this nation reelected a communist in spite of the undeniable damage that he has done, I must conclude that over fifty percent of our voting population are living in a state of total denial; bound and determined to remain that way.

Then there is the group that is trying to ‘Wake Up America’. They are the ones with but a little knowledge and therefore they are dangerous. What they have in abundance is fear, and sadly, ignorance, and that ignorance is accompanied by a heaping helping of gullibility. They know full well that something is dreadfully amiss in our country and they go about trying to warn others, whilst not even beginning to comprehend the true danger themselves.

So very many still spread their posts across the Internet trying to rally others by announcing that Obama is incompetent. Anyone foolish enough to believe that probably is not going to be reading anything that I write so I need not concern myself about hurt feelings. These people are abject fools!

Even an incompetent politician is not going to release 68,000 convicted criminal aliens in one year. This act is not indicative of incompetence but points to a man with a plan.

From Frontpage Mag…
Obama Released 68,000 Convicted Criminal Aliens in 2013

I read an interesting thought many years ago: You only have to be right fifty one percent of the time to make progress. If you are right ninety eight percent of the time then you are phenomenal but at fifty one you can muddle along still slowly making headway. I am inclined to believe that 51 percenter is incompetent, but take a look at Obama’s record: Everything that he has done is counter productive. This is not incompetence. Yes, Obama is a 98 percenter in a downhill race, as destruction of America is his goal. And I might add that he is succeeding, with the compliance of the GOP.

Another interesting article from Frontpage Mag…
Obama Cancel Tomahawk Missile, Spends $400K on Camel Sculpture in Pakistan

Now I must ask you; is that behavior incompetence or is he intentionally wasting money that America does not have while crippling our military?

I do not like living in constant danger, but have no choice in the matter. Nor do I like living in ignorance, but there I do indeed have a choice. I have spent the last five years researching what is taking place around me and now I understand it, and that puts me into the category of a conspiracy theorist, and that label applies equally well to most of those who keep reading these essays. Any who deny that there is a conspiracy in place is either a total fool or is a liar, complicit in the ruin of this nation.

This past month has not seen much writing from me as I have been building an Internet library such as I do not believe you will find anywhere else. Since Obama has been in office I have sought answers to his agenda that seems so strange to many. It is Not strange. It is diabolical, and with data collected over these years I try to put the whole plan before you.

Glenn Beck, Trevor Louden, Daniel Greenfield, David Horowitz, Frank Gaffney, a host of others and I have long begged Americans to do their own research. Whether from being disinterested, lazy, or too fearful, few do. Well, I have made it easy for everyone who really want to know. I have done that research, stored my data across eight different websites, and have now compiled it into my Fix Bayonets Library. The list of topics is very long, but they are all interrelated and I have connected the dots.

All that I ask of you is to access that library, read what I have learned from so much research, and pass it on to your Internet friends. You want to wake up America? You will not succeed by passing along the ravings of the people who grow rich by duping the gullible of this nation. You will wake no one by spreading hoaxes and sensationalism.

The truth is out there. I have found it and put it into a presentation that anyone can comprehend if they but take the time to read the truth instead of the latest hoax that comes down the pike. The library is essentially finished, and yet will never be finished as it is a work in progress. I shall continually update it with current events and breaking news.

We are running out of time and many fear that we may soon lose the Internet. I cannot foresee that happening as our entire way of life is now linked to the Internet, even the harshest governments in the world use it, with censorship of course. Our economy, from Wall Street, to industry, to our banks, and our welfare recipients are all dependent upon the Internet. It will not go away, but what will is the freedom of speech. Horowitz, Gaffney, Glenn Beck and I must be silenced. Therefore if you believe that one day you might want to know what is happening, you had better learn it now, while you still have the right.

When I began this essay it was my plan to close with a link to the library that I have built. This is the link to Fix Bayonets Library, but I shall go one better: I shall print the directory of that library below and each of those links lead to still more links that in turn leads to my indisputable sourcesCW, by the way is my collected writing on that topic. Try clicking a half dozen of those links and you will get an idea of the wealth of information put before you, and you don’t even have to put up with all of the advertising you find on those sensationalist sites. They are just in it for the money.

Learn three percent of what I know and you will be better equipped to deal with tomorrow.

Some see, few know, many choose to wander aimlessly in a fog, devoid of sunlight. I seek the light of day and leave the others to their chosen realm of ignorance. They are the ones who have brought this great nation down. I write only for the benefit of those who possess the courage required to restore our birthright. – Danny Jeffrey

Sorry Ukraine, America voted the wrong way in 2012

Reset The President red button

The Ukraine has been invaded by Russia ostensibly to preserve peace which probably means to protect the Russian speaking and Pro-Russia Ukrainians of the Crimea part Ukraine. At any rate Allen West has written a brief but explosive little essay about how the voters have elected an impotent weak President unable to confront Russia’s goal of becoming a big player at the cost of Liberty.

Allen West – Steadfast and Loyal

During his first term, Obama told then-Russian President Medvedev to “tell Vladimir I will have more flexibility after reelection.”

Last week, Obama demonstrated some of that flexibility, which in that case meant decimating our military capability.

Yesterday, Obama demonstrated more flexibility, which meant more empty words and meaningless threats. There will be costs for any military intervention into Ukraine and Crimea? Just sounds like any red line blather from the community organizer prom king.

Vladimir Putin is a steely-eyed former KGB agent. He knows America under Obama has no options and no guts. It has taken Obama almost two weeks to address the Ukraine issue. Obama already cancelled the missile defense shield for Eastern Europe.

Americans and our allies don’t trust Obama to lead anything bigger than a Gay Pride parade. Hillary Clinton offered Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov a toy reset button. Putin reset it to USSR.

Elections have consequences and the result is an absence of courageous American leadership. I humbly apologize to the liberty-loving people of Ukraine. The beacon of liberty and freedom that was American no longer shines brightly. Putin, you lucky rascal, your timing could not have been any better. America has no leader.

Meet Allen West

Allen West was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia in the same neighborhood where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once preached. He is the third of four generations of military servicemen in his family.

During his 22 year career in the United States Army, Lieutenant Colonel West served in several combat zones: in Operation Desert Storm, in Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he was a Battalion Commander in the Army’s 4th Infantry Division, and later in Afghanistan. He received many honors including a Bronze Star, three Meritorious Service Medals, three Army Commendation Medals and a Valorous Unit Award. In 1993 he was named the US Army ROTC Instructor of the Year.

After his retirement from the Army in 2004, Allen taught high school for a year before returning to Afghanistan as a civilian military adviser to the Afghan army, an assignment he finished in November 2007.

In November of 2010, Allen was honored to continue his oath of service to his country when he was elected to the United States Congress, representing Florida’s 22nd District. As a member of the 112th Congress, he READ THE REST

I gotta tell ya Danny your writings (And read Danny’s Part 2) are coming closer and closer to the semblance of Revolutionary War pamphleteering. I like it!

Something popped into my head while I was reading your essay. Yeah, I know, when the light comes on in the old grey matter it could be dangerous. You believe a revolution is imminent and the attempted take-over will be at the hands of the Left … err I mean Progressives, correct? Frankly I do not disagree with that prediction.

But here’s the thing. What if a majority of the American electorate awoke from the Matrix slumber imposed by the Left and began voting against Progressive candidates and Establishment Republicans? What if true Conservatives began to have the proverbial upper hand politically at least as in the Reagan years? Would there still be a revolution in America’s immediate future?

Now here’s the thought that popped into my mind. No matter who dominates America’s political power structure a revolution would occur anyway. Why?

The reason is because the political spectrum in the USA is uncompromisingly fractured. There is the Progressive Left. There is the Conservative Right. There is an Independent electorate in the middle that is neither Progressive nor Conservative but just want the best environment to live their lives on whatever non-political path they desire to walk.

Honestly the semblance of balance has been the Center-Left and the Center-Right that have historically bargained in an agreed upon give-and-take legislative fashion. The last time that balance broke down in the USA there was a bloody Civil War with the weaponry of that time.

It is my opinion the Center-Left in America has totally disintegrated in America’s Constitutional power structure. In our current Two-Party system those we call the Establishment Republicans are the Center-Right. The problem with the GOP’s Center-Right is that the business-as-usual mentality has been infected with Center-Left or just down right Progressive thinking. The growing Conservatives of the Republican view (and rightfully so) as a betrayal of the history that brought America to the point of the most powerful yet Freest nation on the planet Earth.

This absence of political balance is what will lead to another Revolutionary War in the USA. I guess one could call a future internecine war in America the Second Civil War, but I tend to think it will be akin to America’s original Revolutionary War. Divisions in political loyalties will splinter urban areas as well as rural areas. The only reason entire States might take a side for or against a duly elected Constitutional government one political spectrum was able to subdue the other side of the political spectrum within a State.

No, the next war conflicting Americans will be whose political vision wins a bloody war with the winners Founding a new Constitution based on the victorious political spectrum.

God have mercy on us all on how such a war will culminate.

Hmm … Another dangerous thought: Perhaps a global war will set aside political spectrum conflict within the USA – at least temporarily. But again Danny isn’t the global conflict part of an International Progressive agenda to squash opposition to a Left Wing New World Order?

Time will tell.

New American Revolution

When I cross post from another’s website I usually precede the cross post with my thoughts. I have just read a Danny Jeffrey post on his Freedom Rings 1776 blog. Frankly in the brief time I have been a fan of Danny this is the best post I have ever read.

In admiring Danny’s post, it writes up like a call for Conservatives to finally unite to the point of a call to arms if necessary. The reason: The American Left has so infiltrated American government only an extreme confrontation may solve the differences among Americans.

READ Danny’s post and then my thoughts following. Where do you weigh in as an American?

Freedom Rings 1776

Albert Einstein is oft quoted as saying that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Accepting his premise I must then accept the reality that Americans are collectively insane. That said, I must propose that we stop doing those things and do something different. Stay with me for a short while and I shall tell you what that something is.

There is a bit of wisdom that dates back many millennia, and we have been totally ignoring it. It is a simple statement that reads “Know thine enemy!” Today, we have many enemies and we ignore the greatest, and in doing so America has nearly been brought to her knees, and if the Age of Obama is allowed to continue he will complete the process, and the Land of the Free will lead mankind into a new age of darkness.

In time of great danger one must be vigilant, one must be learned, one must be aggressive, and most of all one must be informed. Therein lies the greatest danger of all for, as a rule, Americans are woefully misinformed. There are many, actually a great many, in this nation who care only for their own agenda and will not hesitate to do grievous harm to America if they feel they will benefit from it, but by and large I am confident that the bulk of our citizens, armed with the truth, will do the right thing. That is the pitfall, for on a daily basis they are deceived and betrayed by those who shape public opinions.

Call them the Main Stream Media, the Progressive Media, the Lame Stream Media, the Drive by Media, or call them what you will, they are the greatest danger faced by this nation and freedom around the world for they are the one that direct the thoughts of mankind, and in so doing shape the future. In a recent speech Sarah Palin referred to them as the Old Media while referring to bloggers and the news sources found on the internet as the New Media. She was correct. If the truth is to be found it will be found on the internet, and that is one facet of the danger. Not all utilize the internet and many who do waste their time playing games and spreading gossip.

So a reality we must face is that the MSM is still the most powerful source of information or perhaps I should say, misinformation in America, and as such we have no choice but to deal with it.

Few would argue the premise that it was the media who empowered Obama and put him into the White House. They airbrushed over his shady past, downplayed his deep roots into socialism and communism, and ignored his ties to terrorists and Islam. They glorified his Hope and Change while never asking how he would accomplish all of the glorious promises he made and since his inauguration they have been complicit in covering for his inadequacies, mistakes, and his intentional assault on our freedom.

Diversion and deceit are great tactics in any military or political operation and they have employed both quite well as this man rapidly dissects all that is American and replaces it with oppression through massive power grabs. They are traitors to America and must be dealt with. The question is…How? Read on.

We stand at a crossroad in history. In but a few short months, America will either meet its end under the terms of a dictator or return to Progressive rule under Mitt Romney. Neither is a desirable option. Any way you slice it this nation is in very deep trouble. Even those who are prepared to vote for Romney admit that they are not voting for him but against Obama. We are all aware that Romney is a clear and present danger, but hopefully a little less dangerous than Obama.

Many patriots are prepared for civil strife and oppression should the reign of the Marxist continue, and many of them are planning to resist under the provisions outlined in the Constitution. Should it come to this then only the force of arms will determine the future of this nation. If, on the other hand, Mitt Romney is victorious in November the slower rot that has long been attacking America will come back into play. If that is the case then we have a chance to affect, in a non violent fashion, the future of this nation and it is through the media that has been complicit in bringing us down.

“Hold their feet to the fire” and “Vote em Out” has been totally ineffective. Look at the 2010 election for the proof. Many will defend the Republicans we sent to Congress in 2010 by stating that they are putting forth good bills that are stopped by the Senate. Any fool with half a mind knows that those bills will indeed end in Harry Reid’s trash can. The only reason the bills were ever written in the first place was to look good to the conservative voters. They are not expected to pass, and if there was any hope of them making their way through the Senate those bills would not have been written in the first place, for many we had faith in have now joined the Power Elite that knows no loyalty.

So out of frustration Americans “Hold their feet to the fire” and make phone calls, send Emails and faxes” and on a daily basis watch the nation deteriorate. There is no longer a Republican Party. We now have a one party system which I choose to call the Republicrats. One part of the group is farther left than the other but both are left of center. To find the proof of this one need only to look look the the GOP’s Golden Boy Mitt Romney. The RNC did not choose a conservative, they chose a Progressive who once ran to the left of Ted Kennedy and as governor introduced his own version of socialized medicine. Holding their feet to the fire is ineffective because our Congressmen and Senator never deal with the issue. They have massive taxpayer funded staffs to answer the phones and delete the Emails.

As for the “Vote em Out” effort: It ain’t gonna happen. The only seats gained in 2010 were those occupied by the moderate and right leaning democrats. The Progressive Congressional Caucus and the Black Congressional Caucus remained intact because they are what their constituents want, and you, my conservative allies, don’t vote for them so you can’t “Vote em Out”. They are there to stay! And we must therefore deal with them as well.

Here is how to deal with all of the above: Attack the media! We all know that the media lies, distorts, and engages in cover ups. We post videos of the trash they utter on the alphabet media and we post articles from the New Media we will never see in print in the New York Times. We, on the internet read of events they refuse to cover. We see the truth that many Americans never do. If you want to change America we have only one course of action. We must look to the media and Hold Their Feet To The Fire.

Recall the glory days of the Tea Party? I doubt that you will ever witness such a sight again. Look at these people. They are troubled. They know that Obama is leading America unto destruction. They don’t want to be transformed.

Today they are ridiculed, scorned, and cast aside by the Republican Party. These were the people who in 2010 went to the polls casting conservative votes, trusting in and gaining power for the GOP. Today they are thanked by those they trusted by having Progressive Mitt Romney offered as their only hope for a better tomorrow. That is a grand betrayal! After all their efforts, the members of Congress who support the Tea Party can be counted on your fingers.

Why? Why has such a loyal force been cast aside? Why has their efforts been tossed into the dust bin of history? The answer is simple. Votes! Obama has opened the floodgates that will destroy America and few in DC have the courage to oppose his efforts. A reader left a comment on one of my essays and said that once the spigot of entitlements are turned on they can never be turned off. If the GOP supports our laws they will lose the Latino, black and Islamic votes and so from the viewpoint of the GNC they must lean farther left and court the vote of those who seek a government subsidized life style, Both political parties are convinced that the Tea Party is a thing of the past. Wrong! They can be rejuvenated. They can make their voices heard again and they can increase in numbers and power.

Many could not make a trip to our nation’s capitol for such a protest as we see in the above photo, but they can make a trip to their city hall, their state capitols, and their local media outlets. Picture the people above spread across the nation, protesting not Obama policies for one day but protesting week after week the local media itself who mislead America and make those policies possible. Picture the Tea Party surrounding ten thousand newspapers and TV news outlets demanding that all America, for the first time, be told the truth.

The Holy Grail of the televised news media is the Nielsen ratings. Those rating will plummet overnight if all conservatives turn off the news, and protest at their local station. Another Holy Grail, this one for the printed media, is their paid subscriptions. That grail will bite the dust if millions of conservatives speak with cancellations and letters to the editors explaining why the are cancelling their subscriptions.

David Letterman and Bill Maher of Palin bashing fame would have retreated if a thousand marchers had paraded up and down the streets in front of their homes and TV stations demanding that the truth be told. Till now we have been polite and losing our nation in the process. The people who turned thirteen colonies into a nation were not polite. They were determined. They saw what needed to be done, and they did it. Are we any less patriotic than they?

In a recent essay I stated that the greatest danger to America is our media. I awarded them this distinction because they are the mouthpiece for the entire Progressive movement. It is they who back the agenda of those who would enslave America. It is they who shape public opinion. It is they who daily spread lies and slanted half truths for all to believe, and those who believe vote accordingly. Therefore it is they whom we must attack. We must expose them for what, their agenda for what it is, and show once and for all, the danger they present for our republic. The media is our mutual enemy and  everyone should know it.

Billboard- Citizen Guide to Revolution

Such billboard are beginning to dot America’s landscape. Never in my life did I ever imagine that such a day would come and our people would be on the verge of civil war. Let us hope that the day never comes, but at the rate things are going it may very well be part of our future and to all I would offer this advice… “Prepare!” Meanwhile let us engage the enemy with this different tactic I propose.

Those individuals or groups with the funding can buy ads in your local paper, not advocating civil unrest like the above billboard, but simply countering lies put forth by the media. If a newspaper refuses your ad then include their name in your message and go to another newspaper.

Protest at media outlets and have pages available to handout to the curious. Include URLs to responsible conservative sites. Avoid the sensationalists as they bring forth the image of us as kooks in foil caps. I must stress Responsible Sites only. For those who are not on the internet have printouts of truth they won’t find with the MSM.

Time has already shown that we cannot depend on those we sent to Washington. Now the burden of Freedom rests on the shoulders of the American patriot. Short of civil strife exposing the agenda of the media is our last hope. Use it.

These are but a few methods available to us. As the concept of a nationwide media protest grows others will undoubtedly use their own creative thoughts to further the agenda of freedom.

Danny you are a sooner than later guy. I am a later than sooner to see how things play out guy.

I want you to know I agree with everything you wrote in this article. In advocating in a wait and see how things play out I might be missing the mark by placing more faith in American voters than I should. If political disaster happens in a rapid pace as you predict with Americans following the MSM above common sense, then I am on board with you.

I still would like to wait and see how Americans as a voting mass can comprehend what is going on. If they cannot comprehend then indeed a bloody civil war will occur in America that will unfortunately make the USA vulnerable to foreign intervention.

I fear there are no geopolitical rivals of the world’s left leaning powers that would aid the cause of a Conservative America. A second civil war in American history would truly be a perilous time on the scale of America’s war of Independence which we label the Revolutionary War.

The signers of the Declaration of Independence faced hanging for insurrection if the old Red Coats won the Revolutionary War.

In a second civil war in which Conservatives finally decide to take a stand for Original Intent Constitutionalism, will undoubtedly face the same charge of treason since the U.S. is so entrenched with a Leftist bureaucracy.

In either case Danny, I will stand with you.

About Danny Jeffrey:

I’m sixty seven and since Ronald Reagan left office I have watched my country slowly deteriorate as freedoms are lost and the value of our currency dwindles. This has been a slow but steady decline until Barrack Obama entered the White House. I will not refer to this man as President. That is a job that deserves respect and he has earned none at all. I am convinced that were it not for the Tea Party stirring up the public we would now be living under a total dictatorship. He seeks only power and has no loyalty at all to the United States, and as long as he is in office I shall write to any who will read and speak of what he is and what he is doing to this country. New York Gov. demands Homosexual "Marriage" in all 50 States

Sodom and Gomorrah by Jan Brueghel the Elder 2

Homosexual activism, the Democratic Party and New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo are openly displaying their desire to sodomize American culture by forcing same-sex marriage upon Americans even though a majority of voting citizens are not up with the sinful nature of same-sex homosexual marriage.

Former Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt that received the boot from the U.S. Navy for praying in the Name of Jesus has sent out an e-newsletter highlighting the national agenda of the Democratic Party to sodomize America.

Deciding Who Votes

John R. Houk

© November 11, 2010

Ann Coulter wrote a column in which she encourages the repeal of the 26th Amendment.

1. The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age.

2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

I am not sure if Coulter is being her typical facetious political writing self, but if she is not this is an occasion I disagree with her. Her point is that military members stationed overseas are not provided the equal ability of an 18 year old to vote. Coulter is absolutely correct that the military vote is not counted because various States refuse to send out the proper documentation enabling the military vote to be counted by Election Day. That practice is indeed reprehensible! You have got to know this occurs because Democrats assume military voters will vote Republican. It is probably a correct assumption that most military voters do vote Republican; however I doubt that 100% of military voters are voting against the Dems. If my guess is correct then the Dems are also preventing military voters that would actually vote for the anti-military political Party.

In any case I was enabled to vote in my first Presidential election in 1976 at the age of 20 because of the 26th Amendment. I couldn’t vote on Election Day 1974 because my birthday came about three weeks later. I would have voted if I could have.

Coulter’s stings the Dem Party by admonishing Obamacare’s mandate that parents MUST leave their children on their insurance until age 26. The point being that Obama and the Dems must be saying that citizens are not mature enough to make political decisions and should not be able to vote until after age 26. The insinuation is a politicized college graduate is old enough to vote.

Truthfully I have to agree that in this day and age there are voters that are clueless; however I believe this has less to do with age and more to do with irresponsibility in becoming informed. Thus it is not an age issue. Being informed is a responsibility issue. Do we take away the ability to vote based on knowledge? Absolutely Not!

Measuring knowledgeability in voting enters the realm of despotism in the government deciding who can and cannot vote. That would be evil for the entire political spectrum from Left to Right. We have to decide then that the age to vote should be based on the unalienable right endowed by nature’s Creator as embodied by the rule of law’s age of consent.

The question then becomes: What is the age of consent? That question has a multifaceted answer in America. At age 18 you are by law considered a legal adult and thus are accountable for your actions as opposed to a minor whose accountability is limited by law in which parents may be held responsible for many of the actions of their minor children. And yet an 18 year old is still a minor in regard to consuming alcohol or experiencing prurient data such as strip clubs or X rated films (in some States). Also the age of consent may differ for a person aged 14 to 18 for sex depending on which State one lives. So if you can have sex at a certain age are you accountable to vote? Most people would offer a resounding NO.

Frankly age 18 is the perfect age for adult accountability. It is the age most graduate from High School and is eligible for College or a trade school or the military without the consent of a parent. Is an 18 year old mature enough to consume alcohol responsibly or to view live prurient interests? Most would say NO; however a voting 18 year old would probably vote yes.

Here is the thing. Eighteen year olds do not vote voluntarily. I mean if there is not a law forcing citizens to vote, an unfortunate majority of people do not vote at any age. Non-Presidential election years are consistently way below 50%. Most Presidential Elections are barely above 50%. (See National Voter Turnout in Federal Elections: 1960–2008)

I have to believe the percentage of the American electorate that does vote are indeed informed and vote for a purpose. The problem with the purpose is that America is currently polarized nation. The people who vote with purpose that are vocal are decidedly on the Left or the Right. Thus the voters with purpose, who do not associate themselves with a political spectrum but with what benefits their interests, are decidedly centrist. It is the centrist voters that empower the Left or the Right that hopefully brings political balance to America.

The media might in America is decidedly weighted to the Left. When television, Hollywood and the written media bombard the public for over a quarter century on Leftist principles, the centrists make a close voting decision based on the Leftist bombardment. The Right has FOX News, bloggers and a handful of Conservative written outlets. The only media balance that exists is the fortunate fact that FOX News has higher ratings than all their competitors on a massive scale. This Conservative creeping balance has really existed for about a decade. The Right has to find a way to win the centrists back to leaning toward the Right to offset the societal acceptance of homosexuality, exclusion of Christianity from public venues and the favorability to kill unborn babies in the name of birth control.

I am a Right Winger; however I am wise enough to comprehend that the Left keeps the Right from going too far. Going too far Right usually means abandoning Liberty in favor of Security. I am a pro-Security kind of guy; however I can that the abuse of Security focus can indeed infringe on an individual’s civil rights. The balance is Liberty with Security and not so much Liberty that the nation disintegrates from foreign multicultural influences changing the American way of life. This is merely an example. I am certain my readers or critics can find other unbalancing issues of the Left and the Right that ruins America’s political balance and threatens the existence of the American way of life.
