President Joe Biden confirmed on Thursday night that if you oppose him, you are an extremist who hates democracy.
Flanked by two members of the military and illuminated on a podium in blood-red lighting, Biden spent half an hour blasting his political opponents in a prime-time address to the nation.
Biden, who delivered his rant in front of Independence Hall in Philadelphia, defined his political opponents—the “MAGA Republicans”—as illegitimate monsters, a rich statement to make just weeks after the FBI raided the home of former President Donald Trump, the man who opposed him in the last election.
Though Biden stumbled and coughed through some of his early lines, his message was clear: People who oppose and disagree with his administration are against democracy.
Biden never really got around to the important issues that most Americans are concerned about right now. He said nothing about the runaway inflation, the economy, the border crisis, or any of that—just a long string of invectives against his political opponents followed up by statements about “unity” and “hope.”
“As I stand here tonight, equality and democracy are under assault,” Biden said. “We do ourselves no favors to pretend otherwise.”
The president then smeared his political foes as an existential threat to the country: “Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal. Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
So, what Americans represent unacceptable extremism?
Earlier in the day, Biden’s Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had the answer.

Since Biden is deeply underwater in the polls, this administration must be defining the “majority” differently.
“There is no place for political violence in America. Period,” Biden said, adding that “the blind loyalty to a single leader and a willingness to engage in political violence is fatal to democracy.”
Of course, Biden wasn’t so vociferous and animated when the “mostly peaceful protests,” turned riots destroyed large sections of American cities in 2020. That’s different, of course. When riots happen in the name of Black Lives Matter or when Antifa—which Biden defined as no more than an “idea”—smashes businesses, well that’s just people getting a little carried away.
In his denunciation of political violence, Biden also said nothing about the abortion activist who tried to murder Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. He also said nothing about the dozens of churches and crisis pregnancy centers that have been vandalized and attacked in the last few months.
Biden spent much of his time saying that those who question elections are basically against democracy. Almost laughably, he said that his political opponents are against the Constitution. It’s a remarkable contention given that he just unilaterally declared student loan forgiveness, spending billions of dollars,with dubious constitutional authority.
Ignoring the Constitution is only bad when other people do it, I guess.
“Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very republic,” Biden said. “Democracy cannot survive when one side believes there are only two outcomes to an election: either they win or they were cheated.”
Is the press secretary a threat to democracy or is it just the president’s opponents?
As caustic and at times unhinged Biden’s speech was, it was important in understanding what this administration defines as extreme and intolerable: Basically, anyone who opposes them.
It was a fiery speech delivered to activists in his base. His attempts to inject words about unity came off as entirely unserious.
“MAGA Republicans have made their choice, they embrace anger. They thrive on chaos. They live not in the light of truth but in the shadow of lies,” Biden said.
You heard that? Biden isn’t just saying that his former electoral opponent is bad, he’s saying those who supported him are bad and that they’ve “made their choice.”
It’s as if the words of unity were sprinkled into the speech to justify punitive actions toward political opponents.
While most Americans may not have heard Biden’s speech—many were probably watching college football instead—it nevertheless summed up much of what the administration has stood for and will now lean into.
Extremism in the name of moderation, condemnation in the name of unity, petty politics in the name of leadership.
Biden said during his speech that his opponents “promote authoritarian leaders and they fan the flames of political violence.”
On Thursday night, it was Biden who sounded like an authoritarian.

Today CNN, via Bob Woodward [Article Here] and The Washington Post, via Robert Costa [Article Here] collaborate on a designed hit against one of the key corrupt actors on Team Two, Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley. CTH previously said this was coming: “Look for Joint Chief’s Chairman Mark Milley to be the guy who gets canned to protect Joe Biden. Mark Milley knows this is likely.”
The framework of the CNN article is that General Milley:

The framework of the Washington Post article paints Milley as even more rogue. A power hungry operator of the industrial military complex, defying civilian oversight:
(WaPo) […] In a pair of secret phone calls, Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, assured his Chinese counterpart, Gen. Li Zuocheng of the People’s Liberation Army, that the United States would not strike, according to a new book by Washington Post associate editor Bob Woodward and national political reporter Robert Costa.
One call took place on Oct. 30, 2020, four days before the election that unseated President Trump, and the other on Jan. 8, 2021, two days after the Capitol siege carried out by his supporters in a quest to cancel the vote.
The first call was prompted by Milley’s review of intelligence suggesting the Chinese believed the United States was preparing to attack. That belief, the authors write, was based on tensions over military exercises in the South China Sea, and deepened by Trump’s belligerent rhetoric toward China.
“General Li, I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be okay,” Milley told him. “We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you.”
In the book’s account, Milley went so far as to pledge he would alert his counterpart in the event of a U.S. attack, stressing the rapport they’d established through a backchannel. “General Li, you and I have known each other for now five years. You think CNN and the Washington Post only recently came to the understanding that General Mark Milley was a corrupt, politically motivated actor, working on behalf of the interests of the Deep State [4th Branch]? They are using the opportunity of this book by Woodward and Costa to hit Milley, place the blame for Afghanistan in his lap, and make him the scapegoat so that Joe Biden and the other participants can avoid further scrutiny. JUNE 2021 – Statements made by Joint Chiefs Chairman General Mark Milley about his belief that President Trump was contemplating a post-election coup should not be viewed in a vacuum. Last month this same General Milley was defending the teaching of Critical Race Theory to West Point cadets. However, the comments Milley made last month, and more attributed today, only solidify several years of CTH watching Milley operate, and now we have answers to previous puzzling questions.
Remember, General Milley did some really odd things as Joint Chiefs Chairman under President Trump:
(1) Milley never removed Lt. Col Alexander Vindman from his White House post after the underling compromised his leadership position. The pentagon left Vindman on assignment to the NSC even after Vindman attempted to take-down President Trump.
(2) Milley was then slow to react to Navy Secretary Richard Spencer threatening President Trump; attempting to extort him into inaction over the disciplinary plans against the SEAL commando, Chief Petty Officer Edward Gallagher. And perhaps worst of all…
(3) Joint Chief Chairman Milley, and SoS Mike Pompeo traveled to Mar-a-Lago in December 2019, where they informed President Trump of military strikes in Syria and Iraq *after* they took place. [Background Here] [Background Here]. President Trump made Esper, Milley and Pompeo hold a press conference without Trump supporting them; then President Trump remained silent on the issue for days.
It seemed like CTH was alone in noticing the issues with the Pentagon and suspicions of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Defense Secretary Mark Esper and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley. However, a few days after the Mar-a-Lago incident, Col Douglas Macgregor expressed his own suspicions about the U.S. military attack in Iraq and Syria that paralleled our gut reaction. Macgregor stated he believed President Trump was being intentionally and “skillfully, misinformed”.
There were valid reasons for the suspicion around General Milley and the entire Pentagon apparatus.
Factually, President Trump’s strategic approach toward foreign threats and foreign intervention (through the use of geopolitical economic pressure) was a major paradigm shift that removed the Defense Department from a primary role, and placed them back into a more appropriate ‘contingency’ role when it came to foreign policy and national security.
It was obvious from the outset of the Trump administration that the Pentagon did not like that position.
Before explaining more, let us remember General Milley in May 2021 outlining his worldview on internal domestic politics.
Note how Milley connected the teaching of Critical Race Theory to his view that people attempted to “assault” the DC Capitol and “overturn the Constitution of the United States“. Watch this carefully, because in many ways he is saying the quiet thing out loud:
America’s top military officer on Wednesday defended teaching “critical race theory” to US Army cadets at West Point — and said it’s important for those in uniform to understand “white rage.”
During a budget hearing held by the House Armed Services Committee, Army Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, said that “on the issue of critical race theory, etc., a lot of us have to get much smarter on whatever the theory is.”
♦ In the big picture, it was not difficult to figure out why the Pentagon would be opposed to Trump.
During the 2016 Trump campaign and early administration, President Trump’s expressed foreign policy was viewed by NATO alliance members as a threat. President Trump dared to tell them their “cold war mentality” was outdated. Heck, the NATO members were simultaneously purchasing energy from Russia at the same time they were demanding the U.S. military protect them from any Russian aggression.
The same type of common sense perspective that startled the NATO alliance members applied internally to the U.S. military.
President Trump’s preferred use of economic warfare made the Pentagon’s role diminished. Instead of punching North Korea’s Kim Jong-un, President Trump hit the checkbook of Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping (tariffs etc.), and then opened diplomatic discussions with the DPRK Chairman. Toward the threat from North Korea, the primary military response became the contingency plan; President Trump engaged in economic leverage, not military…. and it worked.
As a consequence, the value of James Mattis was replaced by the effectiveness of U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer. Joint Chief’s Milley was not in the primary planning room; Milley was replaced by Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross (until he’s needed).
In the Trump era, the President was telling the Pentagon where and when to position; and then he asked them for ‘contingency’ preparation. Decades of Pentagon-centric foreign policy was lessened by an entirely new geopolitical approach based on an economic strategy. This was, in essence, the Trump Doctrine.
President Trump was executing a foreign policy, a clear doctrine of sorts, where national security was achieved by leveraging U.S. economic power. It was a fundamental shift toward allies and adversaries; summarized within the oft repeated phrase: “Economic security is national security.”
The Trump Doctrine of using economics to achieve national security objectives was a fundamental paradigm shift. Modern U.S. history provided no easy reference.
The nature of the Trump foreign policy doctrine, as it was visible, was to hold manipulative influence agents accountable for regional impact(s); and simultaneously work to stop any corrupted influence from oppressing free expression of national values held by the subservient, dis-empowered, people within the nation being influenced.
There were clear examples of this doctrine at work. When President Trump first visited the Middle-East, he confronted the international audience with a message about dealing with extremist influence agents. President Trump simply said: “Drive them out.”
Toward that end, as Qatar was identified as a financier of extremist ideology, President Trump placed the goal of confrontation upon the Gulf Cooperation Council, not the U.S.
The U.S. role was clearly outlined as supporting the confrontation. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates needed to confront the toxic regional influence; the U.S. would support their objective. That’s what happened.
Another example: To confront the extremism creating the turmoil in Afghanistan, President Trump placed the burden of bringing the Taliban to the table of governance upon primary influence agent Pakistan. Here again, with U.S. support, Pakistan is the leading influence agent over the Taliban in Afghanistan; the Trump administration correctly established the responsibility and gives clear expectations for U.S. support.
If Pakistan doesn’t change their influence objective toward a more constructive alignment with a nationally representative Afghanistan government, it is Pakistan who will be held accountable. Again, the correct and effective appropriation of responsibility upon the influence agent who can initiate the solution, Pakistan.
The process of accurate regional assignment of influence comes with disconcerting sunlight. Often, these influences are not discussed openly. However, for President Trump the lack of honesty is only a crutch to continue enabling poor actors. This is a consistent theme throughout all of President Trump’s foreign policy engagements.
The European Union is a collective co-dependent enabler to the corrupt influences of Iran. Therefore, the assignment of responsibility to change the status is placed upon the EU.
The U.S. will fully support the EU effort, but as seen in the withdrawal from the Iran Deal, the U.S. will not enable growth of toxic behavior. The U.S. stands with the people of Iran, but the U.S. will not support the enabling of Iranian oppression, terrorism and/or dangerous military expansion that will ultimately destabilize the region. Trump holds the EU accountable for influencing change. Again, we see the Trump Doctrine at work.
Perhaps the most obvious application of the Trump Doctrine was found in how the U.S. administration approached the challenging behavior of North Korea. Rather than continuing a decades-long policy of ignoring the influence of China, President Trump directly assigned primary responsibility for a reset to Beijing.
China held, and holds, all influence upon North Korea and has long-treated the DPRK as a proxy province to do the bidding of Beijing’s communist old guard. By directly confronting the influence agent, and admitting openly for the world to see (albeit with jaw-dropping tactical sanction diplomacy), President Trump positioned the U.S. to support a peace objective on the entire Korean peninsula and simultaneously forced China to openly display their closely-guarded influence.
While the Red Dragon -vs- Panda influence dynamic is still ongoing, the benefit of this new and strategic approach brought the possibility of peace closer than ever in recent history.
No longer is it outlandish to think of North Korea joining with the rest of the world in achieving a better quality of life for its people.
Not only did President Trump openly share a willingness to engage in a new and dynamic future for North Korea, but his approach removed the toxic international and domestic influences that held down the possibility for generations. By leveraging China (through economics) to stop manipulating North Korea, President Trump opened up a door of possibilities for the North Korean people.
This is what I mean when I say President Trump provided North Korea with an opportunity to create an authentic version of itself.
However, take away U.S. military power and influence, or worse yet, stop using U.S. military power, and the leaders within the military industrial complex start to sense their institution becoming functionally obsolescent. Overlay this U.S. military fear with pre-existing ideological differences and the situation gets worse. This is what President Trump was facing in the background as the Pentagon viewed the Trump economic strategy as a threat to their previous geopolitical mission under all previous administrations.
Unfortunately, like all other issues in the era of hyper-polarization, normally liberal Democrats would be alarmed about military leadership going rogue with their own agenda. However, as long as that agenda was anti-Trump, the political-left with a totalitarian outlook are now okay with it.
In 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden was openly asking the U.S. military to initiate a coup against President Trump. The corporate media didn’t bat an eyelash. The traditional checks-and-balances, things that normally keep us stable, started getting very sketchy within the military; this has only gotten worse in the past year.
Remember, the impeachment effort was only a “soft-coup” until the uniformed military showed up. Yet, these same Pentagon leaders have the nerve now to call a protest in DC, likely manipulated by the FBI, an insurrection …“intended to overturn the constitution of the United States of America.” The one thing these ideologues are good at is projection.
Through secret backchannels unbeknownst to then-President Donald Trump, General Mark Milley informed leaders from the Chinese Communist Party and Democratic Party that he would not carry out “any kind” of military action ordered by Trump.
The revelations represent a stunning admission of an effective coup d’etat at the top of the U.S. government, with U.S. officials colluding with the Chinese Communist Party in order to limit Donald Trump’s powers.

General Milley – who controversially defended teaching Marxist “critical race theory” in the military – telephoned his Chinese Communist Party counterpart, General Li Zuocheng, twice in the final months of the Trump administration.
Milley’s calls – according to Bob Woodward’s and Robert Costa’s new book entitled Peril – were aimed at restricting the President of the United States’ abilities to wage kinetic war against China. Stunningly, Milley even secretly pledged to inform Beijing ahead of any potential U.S. military action.
On the first call on October 30th, 2020, just four days before the U.S. election, Milley assured his Chinese Communist Party friends that the U.S. would not attack China:

“Things may look unsteady,” Milley posited to Li, adding “but that’s the nature of democracy, General Li. We are 100 percent steady. Everything’s fine. But democracy can be sloppy sometimes.” In response, Li suggested that the Chinese Communist Party felt that the United States government was unstable during the hour and a half phone call.
Milley believed that Trump would attempt to create a crisis in an effort to seize power, “similar to Hitler’s exploitation in 1933 of an arson fire at the German Reichstag to help institute emergency powers,” according to The Washington Post.
In reality, it was the anti-Trump establishment that turned a small fracas at the Capitol on January 6th into a full-blown “insurrection” – a framing which an increasing number of Americans now reject.
To address these unfounded fears, Milley spoke to Speaker Nancy Pelosi, informing her that he would prohibit Trump from using “any kind” of military force.”
Later that day, General Milley spoke to Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who was growing increasing concerned Mr. Trump would lash out and use military force.
“This is bad, but who knows what he might do?” Ms. Pelosi said. “He’s crazy. You know he’s crazy. He’s been crazy for a long time. So don’t say you don’t know what his state of mind is.”
“Madam Speaker,” General Milley said, “I agree with you on everything.”
General Milley, who as the president’s top military adviser is not in the chain of command, tried to reassure Ms. Pelosi that he could stop Mr. Trump.
“The one thing I can guarantee is that as the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, I want you to know that — I want you to know this in you heart of hearts, I can guarantee you 110 percent that the military, use of military power, whether it’s nuclear or a strike in a foreign country of any kind, we’re not going to do anything illegal or crazy,” he said.
“Well,” Ms. Pelosi said, “what do you mean, illegal or crazy?”
“I can give you my word,” General Milley said. “The best I can do is give you my word and I’m going to prevent anything like that in the United States military.”
Afghan Failures.
The report from Peril also reveals Milley’s partisan deference to Joe Biden over the Afghanistan withdrawal, a series of decision that led directly to the deaths of American servicemen, Afghan civilians, and the continued abandonment of hundreds of Americans in the country.
“You’re dealing with a seasoned politician here who has been in Washington, D.C., 50 years, whatever it is,” Milley told the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
That seasoned politician later went on to call the Afghan withdrawal an “extraordinary success,” before openly showing his disdain for dead Americans arriving at Dover.
Mark Milley is a traitor who has broken his oath and betrayed his country.
And I don’t say that because I’m a Republican, I say it because I’m an American.
Milley, a four-star general and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is reported to have, in the last months of the Donald Trump presidency, spoken with subordinate officers with the intent of convincing them to subvert the orders of the president of the United States. Further, he is reported to have contacted an officer of the Chinese army and promised to notify that officer of any looming American military action against China, its forces or its interests.
All of that is criminal, the latter portion of it is treasonous.
All of it demands his removal.
In another era, it would have had him in the gallows or up against a wall.
Why did he do it?
Reportedly because he didn’t trust Donald Trump or his judgment. He feared Trump would start or provoke a military action against China.
That is a reasonable fear. Unjustified, not based in reality or fact, but a person could have such a fear. The chairman of the Joint Chiefs could have that fear.
However, that chairman may not nullify civilian control of the military, betray the Constitution, consort with an enemy or offer to disclose American military actions to that enemy as a result.
There is a legal way to respond to such a fear, and an illegal way. Rather, there are several illegal ways, and Milley seems to have taken all of them.
First, the principle.
When he was commissioned an officer in the Army, Milley swore to uphold and defend the Constitution, to bear true faith and allegiance to it, and to obey the orders of the superiors placed above him, to specifically include the president of the United States. He violated every one of those promises.
The Constitution says that the president of the United States is the commander in chief of the Army and the Navy. Period. In chief. Milley is not above the president, and may not subvert, disobey or seek to hamstring the president. To the extent he does any of those things, he has become a law unto himself and has thwarted the Constitution. In short, he has engaged in a one-man coup in which he has taken powers to himself which the Constitution gives to the president, who derives them from the people.
In most countries, you get shot for that.
Now, what if he truly felt that Trump was mentally incapable of discharging the duties of his office, because of mental illness or pure evil? Simple. The Constitution – the 25th Amendment – has an answer for that. Had Milley chosen to keep his oath and uphold the Constitution, he would have gone to the vice president or the cabinet – probably the secretary of State – and expressed his concerns. If those concerns were shared by the vice president and the cabinet, the Constitution has a mechanism for the immediate taking of power from the president.
And, had Milley not been comfortable speaking with the vice president or cabinet, he also has liaison with the chairmen of the Armed Services committees in the House and Senate, to whom he could have gone. Those individuals then could have addressed the matter publicly or with the vice president and cabinet.
In that manner, the Constitution and the government decide, not one individual.
That would have been the legal way to do it.
But Milley didn’t take the legal route.
Instead, he betrayed his oath.
He reached out to a senior officer of the People’s Liberation Army and made assurances and gave information which were not his to make or give. In intelligence terms, he because an asset of the Chinese government, a mole, betraying the confidences of the highest levels of the American government, and he endangered American national security.
Say, as a hypothetical, China was thinking that maybe it wanted to take America down a peg or two. Maybe grab an island somewhere or sink a transiting vessel, a little push in the rising tensions between the two powers. And out of the blue, some crapping-his-pants American general tells you of disorder in the American chain of command, swears the U.S. won’t attack, and promises to alert you if any American military action is undertaken.
At that point, if I’m the top Chinese guy, I push the launch button.
Mark Milley, Princeton ’80, did that.
He betrayed his country.
And the men and women in uniform below him.
When he promised to alert the Chinese to any impending American military action, he was offering the American servicemembers involved in that action as a sacrifice to the Chinese.
You alert someone to an impending attack because you want them to thwart that attack. You thwart an attack by blowing it out of the sea or sky. You thwart an attack by Americans by blowing Americans out of the sea or sky.
I think most Americans would prefer the chairman of the Joint Chiefs not be betraying the men and women who wear our uniform. George C. Marshall didn’t tell Hitler about D-Day, and Mark Milley shouldn’t be telling the Chinese about any of our operations either.
If we expect the privates, airmen and seamen to keep secrets, we should expect the generals to as well.
And speaking of secrets, Milley has a security clearance, which he undeniably violated by divulging information to the Chinese. Violating a security clearance is a federal crime.
Just like everything about this incident.
Mark Milley is Chelsea Manning with eyebrows, only a whole lot worse.
It doesn’t change because you hate Trump. The wrong thing is never the right thing to do. And a betrayal of one’s country, oath and fellow soldiers is always treason.

(Natural News) Today’s article and podcast focuses on a theory that says the deep state swamp is now turning against the Biden regime (and its traitorous operators like Gen. Milley) after realizing if they don’t stop the destruction, they will lose all their power, salaries, benefits and kickbacks as the U.S. empire collapses.

If the US can’t project global power, the US dollar will lose its global reserve currency status

The very existence of the swamp depends entirely on the continued functioning of the fiat currency dollar, and the money printing machine can’t function unless the United States government both exists and is able to project power around the globe.
Biden’s disastrous handling of the collapse of Afghanistan proved to anyone paying attention that with Biden at the helm, taking orders from Obama and China, America’s petro dollar dominance will soon come to an end.

All the left-wing wokism in the military isn’t helping, either.
In the coming months, do not be surprised if elements of the military move against the criminal Biden regime. Don’t be shocked if top Pentagon officials get court-martialed. Now that the incompetence and treasonous actions of the Biden actors have placed the very existence of the United States at risk, those money-grubbing deep staters who depend on the continued debt-based gravy train are going to crack whatever skulls they need to crack in order to keep the money flowing. This is gang warfare, after all, played out on the national stage.
You might also think of this as a civil war inside the Pentagon, where certain elements of the armed forced that had previously been opposed to Trump are now realizing Biden represents an existential threat to their very survival. Trump may have tweeted “mean” things, but Biden threatens to burn down the entire system from within. And that can’t be allowed, or everybody loses.
What they all fail to understand, of course, is how quickly the endless money printing is going to break the entire system anyway. With the total collapse of the dollar likely just around the corner, the Fed’s money printing scheme is rapidly coming to an end, and that means the gravy train will be slamming shut for the whole system. The vast bog of swamp gas will be ignited like a giant fuel-air explosive, and those who once thought the swamp would be their home will quickly realize it’s actually their grave.
The end of America as we know it is nearly here, and even the swamp won’t survive the end game. Then again, neither will America.

The magazine is now majority owned by Steve Jobs’s very rich widow, Laurene, who contributed $500,000 to the Biden campaign and who seems to have reshaped it as the Biden sleazy propaganda arm .
It previously published a pro-defund the police article — supposedly a firsthand account of witnessing a police officer shoot an unarmed youngster for ignoring a basketball sign-in sheet — which, as the extensive Federalist investigation showed, was utter poppycock.

A mere 24 hours after the story was published at Atlantic, the Democratic fundraising outfit ActBlue is soliciting donations via the façade of the leftist group VoteVets. (In fact, the tweet with the VoteVets video was posted at 9:04 AM EDT on 4 September, substantially less than 24 hours after the first archive of the Atlantic post at Wayback, which shows an Atlantic website time stamp of 5:32 PM EDT on 3 September.) [snip] This video was quite obviously not just thrown together, uncued (and overnight!), in the space of less than 24 hours. This had to be in the works beforehand.
Which means, from the sentient being’s analytical perspective that a bunch of people other than Jeffrey Goldberg knew what he was going to publish on 3 September 2020. Not just any people either, but a network of PAC activists and fundraisers for the Democratic Party.
As regards Mr. Goldberg and his story, there seem to be two likely scenarios. One is that he shared the findings of his diligent journalism with Democratic operatives before he published the story.
The other is that this was a packaged story supplied to him by one of the leftist media “war rooms” that now concoct so much of the outline copy, and so many of the talking points, for the visible front-men and women of the mainstream media.
Hovering his cursor over the video clip he saw a notice “Visit secure.actblue.com“ Act Blue, of course, is a Democrat fundraising arm.
It’s pure nonsense from the party to the “media war room.”
Not a single person with the President on that trip, not even John Bolton, no ally of the President, confirms this story on the record, and not a single anonymous source has come forward to confirm it either.
Indeed, those with the President on that trip utterly deny it. And, of course, if he had said what the anonymous sources said he did, I can’t imagine this is the first we’d have heard of it.
You have to be a dope to fall for the claim that a president who has spent so much time praising our troops, raising their salaries, visiting the wounded and honoring dead soldiers and their families would ever say such a thing. On the other hand, please bear in mind, that the DNC (whose titular head now is Joe Biden) gave a prime convention speaking spot to John F. Kerry, whose political career began with him disparaging the soldiers and vets in the very worst way possible, calling them war criminals who engaged in horrendous acts in Vietnam.

It didn’t work for McClellan and it won’t work for Biden, who’s reduced to having a handful of citizens reading pre-prepared questions to him while he reads (poorly) off his teleprompter the pre-prepared answers. The President’s most significant achievements are ignored or buried deep in other trivial media accounts. His approval rating is back at the pre-COVID 52%. Employment is up, beating all expectations.
A new Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) report released at 8:30 AM, revealed stunningly positive news on the state of the jobs market: the economy added 1.4 million jobs in August. But there’s bigger news: the unemployment rate dropped nearly 2 percentage points from 10.2 percent in June to an astonishing 8.4 percent. That’s massively better than economists surveyed by Refinitiv, who were expecting a drop to 9.8 percent.
If the Nobel Peace Prize actually honored someone who furthered world peace, Trump would win it hands down.
He brokered a peace deal between Kosovo and Serbia, which ends two decades of conflict. He has induced the Gulf States to recognize Israel and in so doing deflated both the Iranians and the Palestinians responsible for so much of the carnage in the Middle East. So stupid or biased is the press corps they ignore these momentous successful shifts in U.S. foreign policy. Ambassador Richard Grenell was rightfully dismissive of the White House press corps’ performance this week, roasting them to their face, “I don’t know if you could find [Kosovo and Serbia] on a map. This is atrocious… maybe it’s too complicated of an issue for you all.”
For those of you wondering why this story was orchestrated now and not, as usual, in October, there are several explanations: Biden’s crashing in the polls, the Democrats’ Speaker of the House is on the hair salon rocks, the job numbers are stunning, and there is a desire to influence early voters as quickly as possible before their Potemkin candidate spends more time out of the basement.

Fasten your seatbelts, gird your loins. With nothing but a demented, weak candidate at the top of their ticket and no agenda any normal voter could support, this — well-orchestrated scandals based on pure fakery — is what they are left with.
A sensational, borderline ridiculous story reported by the Atlantic on Thursday alleging that President Trump called American war dead buried in France “losers” appears to be disproven through FOIA documents which reveal a trip to a World War I graveyard was cancelled because of inclement weather.
Jeffrey Goldberg of the Atlantic made the accusation, citing no more than four completely anonymous individuals who claimed to be familiar with the situation. None of the supposedly outraged whistleblowers had the integrity to publicly identify themselves.
The FOIA’ed emails demonstrate quite clearly that President Trump’s helicopter transport to the Belleau Wood site was grounded by the weather. Being the President, Trump cannot simply get into a motorcade and drive down a highway in a foreign country for a great distance without considerable advance preparation on the part of law enforcement.
Goldberg’s report had supposedly quoted these anonymous government officials, who allegedly claimed that President Trump declined to visit the American Cemetery of the Belleau Wood battleground, the site of a battle between American and German soldiers in World War I.
According to the fake news report, Trump had declined to visit the graveyard out of fear that his hair would become disheveled, calling the war dead who are buried there “losers.” Seems a lot more like liberal fanfiction, akin to the laughably fake Steele Dossier that accused President Trump of urinating on prostitutes in Moscow.
These fake news hacks and tremendously dishonest, and pay little to no mind to the most basic standards of journalistic integrity.

President Donald Trump continued reacting Saturday to the Atlantic story claiming he referred to American fallen soldiers as “suckers” and “losers.”
“This reminds me of the Dirty Dossier, which was pushed hard by John McCain, and then with a thud turned out to be a total fraud,” Trump wrote on Twitter.
The president was referring to the infamous Christopher Steele dossier of salacious, unproven allegations about Trump that were paid for by Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
Journalists and top-level political figures passed the dossier around during the 2016 election and released it in full after Trump was elected president.
Trump said the Atlantic article was the product of “a slimeball reporter, maybe working with disgruntled people” to “make up” a bad story.
Current and former officials continue waging war against the article, which was based entirely on anonymous sources. Trump also criticized the story in a press conference on Friday.
“There is nobody that feels more strongly about our soldiers, our wounded warriors, our soldiers that died in war than I do,” he said. “It’s a hoax, just like the fake dossier was a hoax, just like the “Russia, Russia, Russia” was a hoax. It was a total hoax.”
The president urged his supporters to keep fighting the left’s narrative.

Yesterday I posted on Dr. Ramin Oskoui of Johns Hopkins Medicine sharing data of nations outside the USA using HCQ having a 79% COVID lower death rate. HCQ is effective that in the pocket of Big Pharma Scientists and Medical Doctors should at least be exposed to Civil Penalties AND due to unnecessary COVID deaths perhaps a criminal investigation is warranted.

I’ve generally tried to stay out of the hydroxychloroquine debate. My hesitation has been for one reason and one reason only: I have no degree in medicine, and I don’t want to pretend otherwise. As my youngest son has said of my Ph.D., “Dad’s not a real doctor. He can’t really help anybody.”
With my lack of medical credentials noted, however, I have decided it is time to get off the sidelines and engage this issue.
Why?
Put simply, the Democrats’ Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is literally killing people.
Consider the following from the recent news cycle.
On July 23, 2020, the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons (AAPS) provided the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and the Food and Drug Administration copious amounts of data showing, among other things, that countries using hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) are attaining far lower mortality rates than the United States. “The mortality rate from COVID-19 in countries that allow access to HCQ,” said the AAPS, “is only one-tenth the mortality rate of countries where there is interference with this medication, such as the United States.”
Did you catch that? One-tenth the mortality rate means that our country’s current death count of about 160,000 could be and perhaps should be, as low as 16,000.
Oh, but I assume you’ve been told that the AAPS is a “fringe group” of “conservative” doctors who should be discredited?
Well, aside from the fact that such a claim is a textbook example of the Socratic fallacy of an ad hominem attack, i.e., “shooting the messenger rather than attending to the message,” there’s more, lots more.
First, there’s the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan, which recently published a study involving thousands of patients where HCQ proved to be both very safe and highly effective in treating COVID-19. This study reports reducing mortality by 50%. Did you catch that? Fifty percent.
Then, there’s the Palmer Foundation report published last week highlighting the Indian slum of Dharavi. This is Asia’s biggest and densest slum, housing more than a million people. In the early days of the pandemic, Dharavi suffered a cluster outbreak. Doctors report containing it by using proactive measures, “including the use of hydroxychloroquine for prophylaxis (preventive) treatment.” As a result, Dharavi’s COVID-19 infection rate dropped drastically from April through June, and in July, new infections were very low, almost reaching zero on July 9.”
Yes, you read that correctly. “Almost reaching zero.”
Still the stuff of right-wing nut jobs, you smirk?
Well, there is Harvey, A. Risch, MD, Ph.D., professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health (generally not known as a bastion of conservative political thought), who recently wrote in Newsweek magazine: “I am … flummoxed to find that, in the midst of a crisis, I am fighting for a treatment that the data fully support but which, for reasons having nothing to do with a correct understanding of the science, has been pushed to the sidelines. As a result, tens of thousands of patients with COVID-19 are dying unnecessarily.”
Yes, you read that correctly. “Tens of thousands of patients are dying unnecessarily.”
Dr. Risch then goes on to cite study after study showing the efficacy of HCQ. There is a study involving 400 high-risk patients treated by Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, with zero deaths. There are four studies totaling almost 500 high-risk patients treated in nursing homes and clinics across the U.S., with no deaths. There is a controlled trial of more than 700 high-risk patients in Brazil, with significantly reduced hospitalization and two deaths among 334 patients.
There is another study of 398 matched patients in France, also with significantly reduced hospitalization. And there is the reverse natural experiment in Switzerland where on May 27 the Swiss national government banned outpatient use of hydroxychloroquine. By June 10, COVID-19 deaths had increased four-fold and remained elevated. On June 11, the Swiss government revoked the ban, and on June 23, the death rate reverted to what it had been beforehand.
Like many of you, I may not have a degree in medicine. But, as with tens of thousands of you, I do have enough of an education to recognize that when any government politicizes medicine, that far from “just saving one life,” that same government likely just took the lives of tens of thousands.
There is abundant evidence that HCQ has great benefit.
If we would have started using it in March as President Trump suggested, we would potentially be talking about 16,000 deaths right now rather than 160,000. That means that our arrogant little despots such as Govs. Andrew Cuomo of New York, Gavin Newsom of California and Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan have killed more than 120,000 people so far.
Put entire populations out of work and under quarantine where they are forced to spend 24/7 confined in close quarters with others who may or may not have brought the virus into the home. Then force sick senior citizens into nursing homes where they are likely to contaminate the entire facility. Then refuse to let doctors prescribe medication shown to be beneficial in treating the disease. Now that’ll fix the surplus human population and save the planet, won’t it?
What a deal. What a Green New Deal.

For COVID Pandemic: Forget Double-Blind Pipedreams & Examine Global HCQ Results
ChiComs lied about the how and where-from of COVID-19. And I suspect the why has something to do with the Communist concept of spreading the wealth. In this “the wealth” was not the propertied and or rich, but the spreading of a virus globally that was unleashed probably idiotically on its own citizens causing havoc on the internal Chinese economy.
ERGO the ChiComs deliberately allowed COVID-19 to leave its own borders so the economies of other nations would share in economic suffering.
THEN like any good Communist worth their salt, lied about the how and where-from even to the point of blaming China’s largest economic competitor – the USA. SADLY the ChiComs are still lying by not allowing independent scientists into China to evaluate the COVID situation which more than likely expose China to lying about the current status of COVID infections and actual deaths. WHICH of course the world’s Left-Wing-committed Mainstream Media reports with complete gullibility the ChiCom line on statistics.
Well, there are at least a few journalists willing to write about the obvious rather than believing a proven lying Communist government.

According to an article in Wealth Daily on April 2nd, “Humanity’s Deadliest Virus: The Communist Party of China,” by Alex Koyfman, the onset of the Coronavirus crisis may well have been in the development stages a full four months prior to being reported by Chinese health officials.
Koyfman’s article states:
That earlier this week, four full months after coronavirus made the interspecies jump to infect patient zero, the truth about its effects on the Chinese Population has started to make headlines.
Officially, the numbers of infected and dead in China still stands firmly at 81,000 and 3,300, with single digits being added to both counts on a daily basis.
But news this big can’t stay suppressed – not forever, anyway…
As one resident of Wuhan, the city where the disease originated, stated, “The incinerators have been working around the clock, so how can so few people have died?”
Despite Wuhan’s population of over 11 million, city officials reported zero new cases between March 18 and March 22, a near impossibility when looking at what the sickness has done to population centers in other parts of the world within that same time frame.
For those who choose to side with China’s propaganda machine, which is now claiming (quite adamantly) that these revelations are nothing more than the Trump Administration’s attempts at deflecting attention away from the skyrocketing numbers within the U.S., it pays to look at the string of lies the Chinese government has rolled out since the crises started back in December.
The Classic Communist Tactic
The Chinese media is using a classic tactic in the communist’s arsenal to deal with being exposed by the opposition; they accuse the opposition of being guilty of the very thing they were doing, ever heard of Saul Alinsky? And, what was the Trump administration doing that the Chinese authorities objected to?
For one thing, there were elements of the media, not the fake media, but various elements of freelance media, as well as some that were possibly connected to the Trump Administration, who were exposing the lies that the Chinese government was resorting to in order to cover-up China’s progression of the virus.
This is a classic example of how the communists, and all those connected with them, apply and deploy the Leninist principle. The hypothesis is that the desired outcome is to change the public’s perception of favorable to unfavorable, of an organization that is exposing the communists and their connections.
Here’s how they do it…an article would be published in a so-called favorable, conservative, or possibly one with an anti-communist reputation which claims that this organization is a very sinister and dangerous entity in our republic. Events would be reported regarding those in leadership who were racist and anti-Semitic, even if it was completely false. One tactic that Lenin promoted was, in his words, “When the opposition becomes too obstructive, connect them with those who already have a bad smell.” (Like the neo-Nazis, or the Ku Klux Klan.)
The follow-up to the hypothetical issue is that the very next day the story would be picked-up and run by practically every mainstream newspaper in the country.
An example is the Boxer Rebellion that resulted in the loss of thousands of lives which was caused by a tactic similar to this. Four news reporters conspired to concoct a story that the Great Wall of China was to be destroyed. The report went into detail and was picked up by the media of that time and reported world-wide.
More than likely, the reason China covered up the progress of the virus was because of the Chinese obsession with saving face. They didn’t want it revealed to the world how devastating the progression of this virus was in China. (I believe China strategically planned the covered-up until America was well into the epidemic stage of the virus.)
For Asians, saving face is very important, but there’s much more to this than that. The existence of the virus wasn’t something that just inadvertently happened, it just didn’t pop up. The timing of it coincided with too many actions world-wide that collectively pursued the future of world government.
The Foretold Pandemic
Dr. Fauci stated in 2014 that at some point President Trump would contend with a deadly virus which would result in a crisis that would affect America medically and economically.
What we’re dealing with is a world-wide agenda, or conspiracy for world government, and understand that China is an integral component of that agenda. It was a part of it from the time Mao Tse Tung, with help from the United States, began his guerilla actions to take-over the Chinese mainland from the Chinese Nationalists forces of Chiang Kai-shek.
Since China is a member of the agenda for world government, then it follows that whatever it does to that end is going to mesh and coincide with what is being planned globally.
In his article, he delves into the history and personal biases of the faculty of this institution. It is clear that both of these panic narratives were deliberately fabricated to create public acceptance for restructuring society to accept technocratic collectivism, a system in which all humans are ruled by tyrants, posing as scientists, supposedly for the greater good for the greater number. (a statement by G. Edward Griffin.) It is wise to study this full report to acquire a deeper understanding of the issue.
Yes, China’s actions coincide with Patrick Wood’s article with respect to a possible global agenda or conspiracy resulting in a world government.
The virus allegedly escaped or leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China. Whatever the case might have been, China covered it up for about four months which resulted in the entire world, including America, becoming infected with Covid-19 before we began to take action to defend against it.
Obviously, this could have been the purpose for the cover-up of the virus’s progression for the simple reason that as a result America’s economy has suffered mightily. But the only reason we have economically suffered is because of Fauci and Birx incorrect models of how many people would die. When one looks at Fauci and Birx’ connections to the global establishment, one can see the entire plan of America’s destruction.
China is a huge part of the global agenda, and has planned their global takeover to become the world’s top economy since 1949 and their objective is to secure it by 2049, along with the agenda for world government and communist control.
Regarding the role of Imperial College in the UK, as the originator of coronavirus panic and also the global warming panic, it appears that through the members of its faculty it serves as a sort of launching medium for whatever the agenda for world government is promoting.
Dr. Neil Ferguson PhD, world class technocrat, and professor at Imperial College in London which bills itself as a “global university,” began forming a computer model of how fast the virus would spread shortly after the “escape of Covid-19. He projected the possibility of a half million deaths in the UK and 1.1 million in the United States. Since this was picked-up and parroted worldwide – it produced the panic which soon followed, which was most likely the intent and purpose. Add to that the models by Fauci and Birx claiming that 2.2 million Americans would die, and fear and panic took hold.
Sustainable Development and the Virus
According to Patrick Wood, in the introduction of this article, “People want to know just how bad the COVID-19 virus is and is fighting it worth the destruction of America and the world’s economic and financial system while disrupting the lives of hundreds of millions of people? The story behind the story will make it clear that things are seldom as they seem.”
In short and when seen through the lens of sustainable development, aka technocracy, the whole world has just been duped and panicked into destroying itself over COVID-19. The culprit? Dr. Neil Ferguson, the professor at Imperial College in London. Imperial is thoroughly steeped in sustainable development and more dedicated to social causes than academic achievement. In fact, Imperial is very well-known for its alarming research reports on climate change, carbon reduction, environmental degradation, loss of biodiversity, etc.”
Since it is so steeped in sustainable development, let’s take a look at what it’s all about.
In the twenty-first century, the United Nations plans to accomplish its goals through implementation of sustainable development, aka UN Agenda 21, now changed to Agenda 2030.
Agenda 21, The earth summit strategy to save our planet (Earth Press, 1993), states “Agenda 21proposes an array of actions that are intended to be implemented by every person on earth. It calls for specific changes in the activities of all people. Effective execution of agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all humans, unlike anything the world has ever experienced.”
So, at this point we can now begin to see how the activities at Imperial College mesh, or play into what China is doing with COVID-19. We can also see how the narrative connected to all this could have resulted in the panic that caused many government officials to conclude that this was going to be much worse than the seasonal flu, which it is not, and called for drastic measures to be taken to avoid the circumstances. We are now seeing this was all lies by globalists to destroy America’s economy and our president.
A recent article, Martial Law: The Trial Balloon Abolishing Civil Liberties, by Kelleigh Nelson is very revealing with what has happened and continues to happen in regard to the truth concerning what we are deal with. This article, in addition to another she follows up with, presents a good case for this coronavirus event to have been completely contrived, or at minimum, partially so.
Even if the escape of the virus was accidental, in view of what transpired later, it is very clear that a crisis was manufactured which was not allowed to be wasted.
Conclusion
It is apparent that since the goal of the agenda is to remove President Trump from office, that this virus could have been planned as the destruction not only of America’s economy, but of Trump’s reelection. It could be that since the conspiracy has him so surrounded with their people, who he doesn’t seem to have a clue of, they could have determined that it will not be necessary for an assassination to eliminate him. Even if he is reelected for four more years, and even though some of what he is putting into force, on the surface, is detrimental to the conspiracy’s agenda, they are secure in the knowledge that their agenda is safe and will continue to fruition.

Judicial Watch is investigating if prominent conservative figures, journalists and persons with ties to President Donald Trump were unlawfully monitored by the State Department in Ukraine at the request of ousted U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, an Obama appointee. Yovanovitch testified “in secret” to the House impeachment inquiry against Trump on Friday, October 11, 2019. Her “secret” testimony was leaked to the New York Times during the hearing.
Judicial Watch has obtained information indicating Yovanovitch may have violated laws and government regulations by ordering subordinates to target certain U.S. persons using State Department resources. Yovanovitch reportedly ordered monitoring keyed to the following search terms: Biden, Giuliani, Soros and Yovanovitch. Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the State Department and will continue gathering facts from government sources.
Prior to being recalled as ambassador to Ukraine in the spring Yovanovitch reportedly created a list of individuals who were to be monitored via social media and other means. Ukraine embassy staff made the request to the Washington D.C. headquarters office of the department’s Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs.
After several days, Yovanovitch’s staff was informed that the request was illegal and the monitoring either ceased or was concealed via the State Department Global Engagement Center, which has looser restrictions on collecting information.
“This is not an obscure rule, everyone in public diplomacy or public affairs knows they can’t make lists and monitor U.S. citizens unless there is a major national security reason,” according to a senior State Department official. If the illicit operation occurred, it seems to indicate a clear political bias against the president and his supporters. Yovanovitch, a career diplomat who has also led American embassies in Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, was appointed ambassador to Ukraine by Obama in 2016. She was recalled by the State Department in May and remains a State Department employee in Washington D.C.
In the public records request to the State Department Judicial Watch asks for any and all records regarding, concerning, or related to the monitoring of any U.S.-based journalist, reporter, or media commentator by any employee or office of the Department of State between January 1, 2019 and the present. That includes all records pertaining to the scope of the monitoring to be conducted and individuals subject to it as well as records documenting the information collected pursuant to the monitoring. The FOIA request also asks for all records of communication between any official, employee or representative of the State Department and any other individual or entity.

(NationalSentinel) We have made the observation before that in the age of Donald Trump, the establishment media has become a national security liability due to the fact that major outlets will publish just about anything in order to undermine him.
But in doing so, these same outlets also undermine our country — and some 312 million American citizens — making them as big a threat to our security as any foreign power.
The New York Times did it again Sunday with a story claiming that the Trump administration has escalated attacks on Russia’s power grid:
The United States is stepping up digital incursions into Russia’s electric power grid in a warning to President Vladimir V. Putin and a demonstration of how the Trump administration is using new authorities to deploy cybertools more aggressively, current and former government officials said.
In interviews over the past three months, the officials described the previously unreported deployment of American computer code inside Russia’s grid and other targets as a classified companion to more publicly discussed action directed at Moscow’s disinformation and hacking units around the 2018 midterm elections.
Advocates of the more aggressive strategy said it was long overdue, after years of public warnings from the Department of Homeland Security and the F.B.I. that Russia has inserted malware that could sabotage American power plants, oil and gas pipelines, or water supplies in any future conflict with the United States.
But it also carries significant risk of escalating the daily digital Cold War between Washington and Moscow.
“It has gotten far, far more aggressive over the past year,” one senior intelligence official told the Times. “We are doing things at a scale that we never contemplated a few years ago.”
You know what else carries “significant risk?” Reporting classified information that provides valuable insight and intelligence for a nuclear-armed adversary.
So much for “Russia collusion,” right?
The revelations infuriated POTUS Trump, and rightfully so. He said on Twitter the paper committed “a virtual act of Treason” over its report, The Hillnoted.
“Do you believe that the Failing New York Times just did a story stating that the United States is substantially increasing Cyber Attacks on Russia,” Trump tweeted. “This is a virtual act of Treason by a once great paper so desperate for a story, any story, even if bad for our Country.”
“Anything goes with our Corrupt News Media today,” he added. “They will do, or say, whatever it takes, with not even the slightest thought of consequence! These are true cowards and without doubt, THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE!”
He also claimed the Times report was “NOT TRUE.”
Do you believe that the Failing New York Times just did a story stating that the United States is substantially increasing Cyber Attacks on Russia. This is a virtual act of Treason by a once great paper so desperate for a story, any story, even if bad for our Country…..
The fact is the Times report most likely is true. Rational people understand that in light of report after report regarding Russia/China/Iran/North Korea targeting U.S. infrastructure, it makes sense for America — which is a cyber superpower — to respond in kind.
But these kinds of operations are not meant to be revealed. Doing so not only compromises said operations, but foreign intelligence agencies gleaning details from published open source information very often learn things that help them counter our moves.
Which, again, puts our country at risk.
The Times editors know this. They understand full well what revealing this kind of highly classified information can mean to an adversary.
And yet, they published it anyway. Just to ‘get Donald Trump.’
What does that say about them? It says — again — that the president has been right about our own press since he took office: They are more of an enemy than some of our adversaries. Or at least the equivalent.
Even though we have speech protections written into our Constitution via the First Amendment, you still can’t slander someone, libel them, yell ‘fire’ in a theater, or engage in various forms of “hate” speech.
Publishing highly classified information that provides ‘aid and comfort’ to an adversary should be legally actionable as well. Doing so harms our country by weakening our national security.
Think about it: Does anyone believe that FDR would not have punished the NYTimes or the Washington Post if either paper had published plans for the D-Day invasion, just because their editors believed Americans ‘had a right to know’?
Granted, we were in an actual war then, and we’re not fighting Russia — now. Though you could argue that in places like Syria, where Russian-sponsored mercenaries from the Wagner Group attacked U.S. forces and their allies early last year, amounts to a real conflict. Or Russia putting forces into Venezuela, in our hemisphere. Or encroaching on NATO’s eastern flank.
We have argued before that reporting the details about these highly classified operations are harming our national security at a time when the world is more dangerous than ever, not less, and for no good reason. The Times is just as guilty, in our view, as the U.S. officials who leaked the information. If they can be charged under the Espionage Act, then the ‘paper of record’ that published the information should be equally culpable.

When the Leftstream media (the word “Mainstream” becoming obsolete) speaks or writes, your first impression always be, “It’s a lie.” Leftist Net-rag BuzzFeed put the last nail in the coffin of credibility with the “Trump suborned perjury and should be impeached” lie.
Journalism is dead. It wasn’t murder, or old age, it was suicide. Journalism died after drinking a cocktail of contempt, arrogance, ignorance, and enough narrative to kill a whale. Its corpse rolls on, meeting deadlines, publishing stories, and forming cable news panels continuing to extol the virtues of the poisons that killed it. They deserve your skepticism and your contempt.
The latest nail in the media’s credibility coffin landed Friday night. It was a bombshell story that declared, “President Donald Trump directed his longtime attorney Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about negotiations to build a Trump Tower in Moscow, according to two federal law enforcement officials involved in an investigation of the matter.”
Subornation of perjury is a serious allegation for a “news” organization to make. At least it has become one in the years since Bill Clinton actually did it with Monica Lewinsky and Democrats didn’t care (it’s amazing what a difference party membership makes). If true, talking heads exclaimed, this would be grounds for impeachment of the President.
A second after Buzzfeed, the glorified blog known mostly for clickbait listicles and cat videos, published the allegations all presses were stopped. Newspapers and networks sent their reporters on a quest to verify the story, based on anonymous sources, for themselves. They couldn’t.
Normally, if journalism were still a profession with standards, this “bombshell” wouldn’t warrant more than a mention unless and until it was able to be corroborated by someone, even an anonymous someone, by the other organizations. You can’t report on someone else’s anonymous reporting if you can’t get anyone to back it up. But these aren’t normal times.
Every outlet ran the story, adding a casual mention of not having (yet) been able to “independently verify” it for themselves. A mere formality; it had to be true, after all, it was a story about Donald Trump, painting him as a criminal – the top item on Christmas lists in newsrooms from coast to coast.
All of Friday was consumed by this story and its implications.
Meanwhile, no one was able to verify any of it.
The two reporters who “broke” the story were immediately booked on cable news to be celebrated as conquering heroes. And they immediately contradicted each other on the crucial question of whether or not they’d actually seen documents proving their story with their own eyes.
When CNN asked if he’d seen the proof himself, one reporter named Anthony Cormier said, “No, I have not seen it personally. But the folks we have talked to — two officials we have spoken to, are fully 100% read it, to that aspect of the special counsel’s investigation.”
The other reporters, named Jason Leopold, was asked on MSNBC about his partner’s admission and responded, “Over the course of a year we’ve reported pretty extensively on the Trump Moscow project, and we have been — I’ll just say that we’ve seen documents, we’ve been briefed on documents. We’re very confident in our reporting.”
One said they hadn’t seen any proof themselves, the other said they did. It can’t be both.
No one took a knee when those flags were raised, they all saluted and continued an endless series of hypothetical discussions predicated on a story no one at any news organization could back up. I’d be shocked if several of the participants didn’t win Pulitzer Prizes.
Journalism went to Hell courtesy of what its practitioners view as its shining moment – Watergate – and it hasn’t looked back since.
As I wrote in my book, “Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein made an untold fortune, were played in a movie by Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman, were showered with awards, and sent many journalists running down the path of fame rather than truth. And fame is the only thing heroin gets addicted to. The thing was, Woodward and Bernstein were real journalists. They reported a real story of corruption, worked sources, uncovered information, checked their facts, and got the story right. In other words, they earned their accolades. Today, too many journalists aren’t interested in doing the work, they just want the rewards.”
And there is a lifetime of rewards awaiting whoever claims the scalp under the golden coiffed locks resting atop Donald Trump’s head. Its pursuit has perverted the profession more than anything before it, and this time they thought they had it.
Late in the evening on Friday, in an extremely rare move, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office broke their long-standing silence to issue a statement on the story, a strong statement of denial. “BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate,” the statement read.
Mueller could have remained silent, could have let the story peter out the way so many others have, but he didn’t. He drove a stake through its heart, rendering the entire day’s news cycle yet another fake news fever dream.
How this whole Mueller investigation ultimately plays out is anyone’s guess, anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. But how it’s played out for the media is laid bare for the whole world to see. CNN’s Chris Cuomo put it perfectly when he said, “Mueller didn’t do the media any favors tonight, and he did do the president one, because…this allows them to say, ‘You can’t believe it. You can’t believe what you read, you can’t believe what you hear.”
No, Mueller didn’t do the media any favors; it’s not his job to take the media’s side. It’s not the job of the media to have a side, or course. If journalists worry so much about their reputation, maybe they should try to remember that because the rest of us sure will.

I found some interesting thoughts from MLMcCarren relating Robert Mueller’s so-called Trump-Russia collusion investigation.
MLM goes through the known facts indicating not one indictment has been handed down pertaining Trump-Collusion. The indictments that have been handed down are about potential crimes by individuals BEFORE the November 2016 election and two indictments for gotcha-lying moments possibly attained by illegal FISA Warrants. The lies had nothing to do with Trump-Russia collusion (BECAUSE IT DIDN’T HAPPEN), but rather with a couple of guys covering their butts or mis-recollecting (an excuse Crooked Hillary is fond of) events as they took place.
Who knows? Maybe the FISA Memo will become public revealing tons more corruption by FBI and (Obama) DOJ leadership?
I am unsure how much of MLMcCarren’s G+ post is his (I guess it could be “hers”) or how much is quoted material; nevertheless the sentiment should alert every red-blooded American.

Trump has “nothing to hide” regarding the Russia investigation

Of course the article stated⤵ “They spoke on the condition of anonymity because they did not want to be identified discussing a continuing investigation.”
…which may be a felony!? What is at the epicenter of the Left attempting to make political hay over the allegations of Trump trying to dismiss Mueller, is the fact that Trump had at one time raised the issue about three conflicts of interest that may have disqualified Mueller from overseeing the investigation:
✔Finally, the president said, Mr. Mueller had been interviewed to return as the F.B.I. director the day before he was appointed special counsel in May.
Maybe Donald Trump wanted to fire the special counsel, Robert Mueller for conflict, maybe he didn’t, but does he not have a right to raise those questions?
The president dismissed the revelations on Friday, when asked about them by reporters as he arrived at the Congress Center in Davos, Switzerland, for meetings with world political and business leaders.
But nonetheless, the quickest way to clear the cloud of suspicion is to cooperate with Mr. Mueller, not to fight him. And there is every indication that is exactly what president Trump has been doing. The White House has denied nearly a dozen times since June that Mr. Trump was considering firing Mr. Mueller.
⭐White House Director of Legislative Affairs Marc Short
said on “Fox News Sunday.” “I’m not aware of the president ever intimating he wanted to fire” special counsel Robert Mueller.
⭐Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) noted on CNN’s “State of the Union” that Trump cannot directly fire Mueller. He would have to pressure deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein to do so.
She said that at a Senate hearing last year, she questioned Rosenstein “at length on this issue, and he was adamant that he would never give in to any White House pressure to remove” Mueller.
US taxpayers have spent millions and millions of dollars on investigations that have not proven any collusion thus far between Russia and Trump’s presidential campaign. Through it all the White House continues to cooperate in every manner providing any document the special counsel has asked for. They have continued to comply fully, which is a far cry from the Obama administration’s conduct!!!
Admittedly Trump is agitated by the unwillingness of the House Intelligence Committee to release a four-page classified memo that reportedly suggests FBI officials may have used politically motivated sourcing to justify a request for a secret surveillance warrant in the Russia probe’s early stages.
I believe the president is more inclined for transparency in this investigation than being given credit for.
Interestingly enough, Tom Brokaw is a voice of reason in all of this: 🔽Tom Brokaw comments on the alleged reports that President Trump considered firing special counsel Robert Mueller last summer.
TOM BROKAW: “They thought that was the right thing to do. That their base would support them and that the president had a legal grounds for doing what he did. In this case, in the climate in which we now live, people move on in a hurry. He didn’t fire him. He didn’t get close to firing him because the White House was pushing back and he knew what the response would be on the Hill. So I think for the country… it’s kind of a non-issue now that he was thinking about firing him six months ago but he did not. I think that they moved on. I honestly think in the next year there are going to be three big factors. One is the economy. If it continues to go roar along the way that it is a lot of people are going to put aside these other concerns that they have and say, “Enjoy the prosperity.” The other one is what does Mueller find? Do we hear from them this year? And then just down from that, of course, is what happens with immigration. I think those are the three big factors that are in play out there for the country. 💡LET’S LOOK AT SOME HISTORY AND FACTS TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT
The appointment came after a growing cry – mostly from Democrats – mounted for someone outside the Justice Department to handle the probe. Attorney General Jeff Sessions had already recused himself from the investigation. 💡Has anyone been charged?
John David Podesta Jr. (born January 8, 1949) is an American political consultant who served as ✔White House Chief of Staff to President Bill Clinton from October 20, 1998 until January 20, 2001 and as ✔Counselor to President Barack Obama from January 1, 2014 until February 13, 2015. Before that he served as the ✔White House Staff Secretary and White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations for the Clinton Administration between January 20, 1993 until October 20, 1998.
So we see implications tying associates of Hillary Clinton into the investigation, just like we did with Uranium One
At long last, the Senate Judiciary Committee is probing this. The GOP Congress finally may hold a hearing on Uranium One. According to Judiciary Committee chairman Charles Grassley (R., Iowa), ▶ “very serious questions remain about the basis for the finding that this transaction did not threaten to impair US national security.”
✔The Trump administration heavily criticized Mueller’s investigation as several of his attorneys on staff donated to Democratic campaigns, including to Trump’s 2016 rival, Hillary Clinton.
✔Additionally, two FBI officials – Peter Strzok and Lisa Page – are under fire for the anti-Trump text messages they exchanged during the election. Strzok was part of Mueller’s team but was removed from the probe after the text messages were revealed.
💡What has Trump said about Mueller’s investigation?
Trump has oftentimes dismissed the allegations that he colluded with Russia during his presidential election. He said he is “looking forward” to being questioned eventually under oath by Mueller.
He’s said the allegations are a “fake story that is demeaning to all of us and most of all demeaning to our country and demeaning to our Constitution.”
This has turned into a last ditch effort by the Left to undermine the will of the American people who voted to put Trump in charge of our country!
The fact that the alleged desire of President Trump to dismiss Mueller occurred six months ago.
Surely if there were any evidence pointing to misconduct on the part of president Trump, there is every reason to expect it would have been uncovered by now.
It’s time to end this circus sideshow, & for the Democrats to put on their big boy pants, stop their incessant whining, and accept the fact that Trump is president and likely will be through 2024!!!
