Our Republic Is In Crisis


If you have ever read any of my blog posts you are fully aware that members of the Political Party known as the Dems are ardent liars. With that in mind you can only imagine the inner fury that arises when I hear a Dem proclaim “we must protect the Constitution” or “No President is above the law” and so on. I particularly find it galling when I’ve heard Nancy Pelosi – Speaker by the incredulous virtue of being the leader of the Majority Party in the House – quote Benjamin Franklin as he departed the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia:

I’ve heard Pelosi quote Franklin on preserving our Republic by impeaching President Trump. The gall coming from a leader from what is now one of the most corrupt Political Parties in American history whose leadership has spent decades diluting, arbitrarily rewriting through unelected Courts and in many cases just criminally ignore the United States Constitution.

 

There are rumors that IG Michael Horowitz’s report on “DOJ and FBI’s conduct during the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant process as it relates to the 2016 presidential election” is going to scapegoat the unimportant and ignore the big fish Dem criminals – AS USUAL. America’s Traitors Must Not Go Unpunished

The United States Republic has been under a sustained assault since 2016, by a Democratic Party, that has used every mechanism and maneuver possible to undermine President Trump’s Administration; and it now self-describes itself as “the Resistance”, an incendiary title most usually ascribed to insurgents fighting an occupying military power and not a “Loyal Opposition”. Their worldview is so far removed from America’s Founding, so antithetical, that they now stand as the Enemy from Within, as they engage in a war to cripple a duly elected government by any means necessary, and this cannot be allowed, if this nation is to continue as a true Republic.

 

Time and time again, the Democratic Party has exhibited it is willing to use any means necessary to gain a momentary advantage to achieve their agenda and goals, no matter the systemic implications and the unintended or intended collateral consequences. They do not care if their actions can be justified as a general rule of conduct, equally applicable to all of America, since they believe they are the most brilliant animals in the room and seek to impose their will, despite any protestations.

 

Our governing system is in crisis, and our Republic is indeed in crisis. Both are in crisis due to the Democratic Party’s belief that their actions to ignore, subvert and replace norms, institutions and laws are somehow authorized simply by their will, edict and proclamation, and their follower’s acceptance of this abrogation of the Constitution compounds and exacerbates the situation, creating dangerous times for all America.

 

Immediately upon Trump’s election, Rosa Brooks, Defense Department official under Obama, outlined ways to remove Trump from office, before the 2020 elections, in an article for Foreign Policy. In seditious and treasonous style, she brazenly advocated for a military coup.

 

In recently discovered tweets, Mark Zaid, attorney for the traitorous Ukraine Gossip Leaker, boasts of the coup in January 2017, typing the words: “#coup has started. First of many steps. #rebellion. #impeachment will follow. … As one falls, two more will take their place.”

 

And, in a recent New York Times op-ed, retired Admiral William McRaven essentially called for President Trump’s ouster, as he suggested “the sooner, the better.”

 

Traitors within the Obama administration’s CIA, FBI, DOJ and State Department, along with federal bureaucratic holdovers, had to be acting at the direction of Obama himself, when all is said and done, in this coup to overthrow President Trump, and the mainstream media was culpable all along the way, doubling, tripling and quadrupling down on the dishonest narrative. They are all now desperate to evade their responsibility for this, as they still advance the false premise that Russia hacked the 2016 election to help Donald Trump defeat Hillary Clinton. And as all the traitors are being exposed, one by one, they are willing to bring down the country rather than face the consequences of their sedition and treason.

Reported by Fox News, John McLaughlin, former acting CIA Director, recently publicly exclaimed, “Thank God for the Deep State.” He was soon joined by John Brennan, former CIA Director, who added his agreement in praise for the “Deep State people” and their opposition to President Trump.

 

How are the American people supposed to maintain this nation, when nearly half of them support the anti-American, anti-Constitution and rule of law actions and policies of the Democratic Party? How does this not end badly for America?

 

The Democratic Party communists are hellbent on impeachment and the absence of wrongdoing and any real case doesn’t enter their illogical thought process. They do not care that they are further seeding the destruction of America and will reap the whirlwind to follow.

 

After President Obama’s hot microphone moment with Russian President Medvedev was excused and the media was essentially silent on it, the Democrats really are throwing bricks in a glass house, especially in light of former Vice-President Biden’s actual quid pro quo, regarding withholding aid to Ukraine until an honest Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden was fired. Can anyone really honestly state that President Trump has committed one single misdemeanor or high crime, in this entire miserable mess?

 

And now all America is being forced to endure the nauseating spectacle of the bug-eyed mentally ill Representative Adam Schiff chairing the “impeachment inquiry”, and acting bizarrely and near deranged, in the House Intelligence Committee, where Schiff has regularly abused his power and shredded the constitutional norms. Schiff has continuously, consistently and maliciously blocked every attempted defense of the nakedly absurd charges against President Trump, through chicane and deceitful means that are void of any concept of due process, concocted by Schiff and his communist lawfare confidence men and grifters — no right to argue against those set of Stalinist rules and this ensuing “show trial”, no right to call witnesses and no right to cross-examine “witnesses”, those purveyors of hearsay.

This is simply an attempt to convince America that the entire FBI abuse of the FISA warrant process and multiple lies presented to the FISA Court all rests on the shoulders of one lone, lowly miserable chump of a lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, who manipulated and doctored one email, and its truthless assertions are meant to exonerate both the CIA and the FBI for opening the “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation on false evidence they furnished to the FISA judges.

At a May press conference capping his tenure as special counsel, Robert Mueller emphasized what he called “the central allegation” of the two-year Russia probe. The Russian government, Mueller sternly declared, engaged in “multiple, systematic efforts to interfere in our election, and that allegation deserves the attention of every American.” Mueller’s comments echoed a January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) asserting with “high confidence” that Russia conducted a sweeping 2016 election influence campaign. …

 

… The report claims that the interference operation occurred “principally” on two fronts: Russian military intelligence officers hacked and leaked embarrassing Democratic Party documents, and a government-linked troll farm orchestrated a sophisticated and far-reaching social media campaign that denigrated Hillary Clinton and promoted Trump.

 

But a close examination of the report shows that none of those headline assertions are supported by the report’s evidence or other publicly available sources. They are further undercut by investigative shortcomings and the conflicts of interest of key players involved: 

 

  • The report uses qualified and vague language to describe key events, indicating that Mueller and his investigators do not actually know for certain whether Russian intelligence officers stole Democratic Party emails, or how those emails were transferred to WikiLeaks.

 

  • The report’s timeline of events appears to defy logic. According to its narrative, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange announced the publication of Democratic Party emails not only before he received the documents but before he even communicated with the source that provided them.

 

  • There is strong reason to doubt Mueller’s suggestion that an alleged Russian cutout called Guccifer 2.0 supplied the stolen emails to Assange.

 

  • Mueller’s decision not to interview Assange – a central figure who claims Russia was not behind the hack – suggests an unwillingness to explore avenues of evidence on fundamental questions.

 

  • S. intelligence officials cannot make definitive conclusions about the hacking of the Democratic National Committee computer servers because they did not analyze those servers themselves. Instead, they relied on the forensics of CrowdStrike, a private contractor for the DNC that was not a neutral party, much as “Russian dossier” compiler Christopher Steele, also a DNC contractor, was not a neutral party. This puts two Democrat-hired contractors squarely behind underlying allegations in the affair – a key circumstance that Mueller ignores.

 

  • Further, the government allowed CrowdStrike and the Democratic Party’s legal counsel to submit redacted records, meaning CrowdStrike and not the government decided what could be revealed or not regarding evidence of hacking.

 

  • Mueller’s report conspicuously does not allege that the Russian government carried out the social media campaign. Instead it blames, as Mueller said in his closing remarks, “a private Russian entity” known as the Internet Research Agency (IRA).

 

  • Mueller also falls far short of proving that the Russian social campaign was sophisticated, or even more than minimally related to the 2016 election. As with the collusion and Russian hacking allegations, Democratic officials had a central and overlooked hand in generating the alarm about Russian social media activity.

 

 

The Democrats are waging a heated attack ahead of the post-Thanksgiving deluge of bad news they anticipate to be forthcoming in Horowitz’s report. Many criminal cronies whose turpitude and crimes have been richly and publicly fully documented for many months may soon be called to an accounting on detailed charges, and at the very least, those facing criminal indictments should and must eventually include the following, if any true justice still exists in America; charge, arrest, prosecute and imprison: Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Rosenstein. And if real justice is to be had, any sweep must capture Bill Priestap, Sally Yates, Loretta Lynch, Susan Rice, Samantha Power, John Carlin, Michael Gaeta, and most certainly even Barack Obama, the Democratic Party Prince of Darkness, just in time for Christmas, too. And a bit of added reward would see Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann included for their mendacious, malicious prosecution, when they knew for two full years they had no case. The center of the 2016 Lawfare Alliance election influence was/is the Department of Justice National Security Division, DOJ-NSD. It was the DOJ-NSD running the Main Justice side of the 2016 operations to support Operation Crossfire Hurricane and FBI agent Peter Strzok. It was also the DOJ-NSD where the sketchy legal theories around FARA violations (Sec. 901) originated.

 

Michael K Atkinson was previously the Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the National Security Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ-NSD) in 2016. That makes Atkinson senior legal counsel to John Carlin and Mary McCord who were the former heads of the DOJ-NSD in 2016 when the stop Trump operation was underway.

 

Michael Atkinson was the lawyer for the same DOJ-NSD players who: (1) lied to the FISA court (Judge Rosemary Collyer) about the 80% non compliant NSA database abuse using FBI contractors; (2) filed the FISA application against Carter Page; and (3) used FARA violations as tools for political surveillance and political targeting.

 

Yes, that means Michael Atkinson was Senior Counsel for the DOJ-NSD, at the very epicenter of the political weaponization and FISA abuse.

 

If the DOJ-NSD exploitation of the NSA database, and/or DOJ-NSD FISA abuse, and/or DOJ-NSD FARA corruption were ever to reach sunlight, current ICIG Atkinson -as the lawyer for the process- would be under a lot of scrutiny for his involvement.

 

Yes, that gives current ICIG Michael Atkinson a strong and corrupt motive to participate with the Pelosi-Schiff/Lawfare impeachment objective.  Sketchy!

These traitors must not go unpunished, and if there is any truth to the report that Inspector General Horowitz has essentially given cover to several of the coup plotters, including James Comey, this portends of more dark days ahead and more evil machinations yet to come.

 

Over half of America has been awaiting the moment authorities, acting in accordance with the actual rule of law, put an end to this convoluted, terrible campaign of seditious fog that is driving our country close to the brink of a second civil war. If these traitors escape true justice, whether one wishes to acknowledge the fact, the republic is essentially done and over, and anything goes moving forward, since that will, in fact, be the attitude taken from any such point on by both parties.

 

In an age of traitors justifying their sedition and treason as a normal path of resistance to a President, whose only crime is being hated by the communist Democrats, it is not any exaggeration to state that many of those involved in this ongoing assault against the President and the Republic should have to answer charges up to and including treason. Attorney General William Barr and U.S. Attorney John Durham must find the strength to force the ignoble cast of characters to feast at the table of the consequences of their own actions, and other loyal Americans in pertinent departments must anticipate and stand ready to preempt any attempt by these desperate traitors and their respective agencies to enlist the military brass in an outright overthrow of the executive, since intimations of this are already circulating. In these upside-down times, when the misguided, the ignorant and the Evil redefine patriotism as removing the President before a constitutionally mandated election, any such move will result in civil violence unseen since the mid-Nineteenth century: The Deep State and the Democratic party have worn out their welcome and their legitimacy.

Saul Alinsky originated freeze, isolate, charge, find guilty without truth or trial is what Democrats use to get rid of all enemies, not just presidents they hate.

 

Impeachment, Democrat style, overrides the rule of law, tosses truth out the nearest White House window and ignores the pain-filled cries of the people.  Forced impeachment that grows from a psychopathic obsession translates into to the rule of politics over natural law.

November’s election left the Democrats in exile, a state in which they landed on their very own. With MSM help they decided to go on as if Hillary Clinton and not Donald Trump won.

As recently as this weekend, came the most visceral of truth that Ambassador of Hate Barack Obama’s 8-year-long mission to sow hatred of America among her perceived enemies was a big fail.

 

Trump got the royal treatment in Saudi Arabia—and he never had to grovel to the Saudi king to get it.

 

Obama, then president Obama bowed deeply to Saudi King Salman in 2009. On a red carpet rolled out for him, President Trump shook hands with the Saudi king.

 

Groveling doesn’t earn a world leader respect, it only shows weakness and vulnerability. Melania Trump didn’t wear a head covering as Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton did on Muslim turf.  Paying lip service to a foreign culture doesn’t necessarily cut it.

This part-essay and part op-ed piece is quite thought provoking. Justin Smith writes about how Americans rose up and voted for Trump largely repudiating the Obama legacy and the continued Crony-Leftism of Crooked Hillary.

 

Justin praises the electoral system and the wisdom of the Founding Fathers to make that a part of their American experiment. And that made me think of the hysterical Leftist in the tank Clintonistas going ballistic breaking the public order with vandalism and violence. There is a Left Wing push to those responsible for the Electoral College to reject the Constitutional path to POSTUS and revote according to the national popular vote which as of this writing has Crooked Hillary up by a mere .2% over President-Elect Trump.

 

For those that didn’t pay attention in school, one of the reasons for the Electoral College is to balance political power between populous States and less populous States. If you look at a Hillary vs. Trump map as affecting the Constitutional Electoral College, YOU will notice Trump’s victory is a virtual landslide in terms of the Electoral College.

Donald J. Trump will be sworn in as the 45th President of the United States on January 20th, 2017, in large part because he so easily and defiantly laughed in the face of the D.C. establishment types, who thought he was a joke, and he turned the old political order on its head. Trump rejected soul-draining and mind-numbing identity politics and double standards in the law, that centered on whether one was a Republican or Democrat. He addressed the real issues of the day from immigration and “refugee” policies to Obamacare and national security, and he bluntly outlined how our world is filled with enemies, adversaries and competitors as well as friends. He opened a pathway for Americans to forcefully oppose the long-entrenched D.C. establishment, and the hyphen-free Americans took it, as they chose to make America work for all Americans, not just those in power.

 

Certainly, it is a positive act for any candidate to be magnanimous in victory, as Trump is showing. But he shouldn’t fall for the Leftist Progressive Democrats’ overanxious con — the “poison chalice” — of reaching across the aisle for “compromise”. The Democrats didn’t even know the meaning of the word in 2009 when Obama and his Democrat majority rammed Obamacare down our throats.

 

Trump needs to stay true to his agenda and to those Americans who put their faith in him. He needs to strike hard, while the stars are aligned and the iron is hot, to accomplish much in his first year. Any delay only gives his political enemies and the Leftist media time to gain control of the valves needed to “drain the swamp” in D.C., so Trump must not be overly concerned with those Leftists who are upset that he won, even if their heads are spinning on their shoulders and their tears are making the oceans rise.

 

And conservative Americans must also drive home the lessons of the benefits of a conservative free-market capitalist system, guided under the Founders’ Original Intent in the U.S. Constitution, over Marxist socialism. We must continue to illustrate how capitalism expands liberties, while socialism limits and destroys those same liberties.

 

On November 8th, Obama and most of Americas thought Hillary Clinton was poised early on to win, which prompted Obama to say that (regardless of who wins) “the sun will come up in the morning.” And as the sun rose the next day, a shocked Obama found himself expressing “hope” that Trump would be invested in unity, respect for American institutions and the nation’s way of life and the rule of law; all of this coming from Obama, a man and a U.S. President who had no respect for any of those things.

 

Let’s not forget too quickly that over the last eight years, Obama and his criminal cohorts, radical progressives/communists, used the Executive Branch to unleash the IRS dogs on conservative Americans and conservative political groups. He worked to destroy the coal industry that supported thousands of families, all on an ideological whim based on false science, and he attempted to intimidate conservatives away from exercising their constitutional rights for fear that armed federal agents might arrest them.

 

Let’s not forget how normal Americans have been depicted as racial “cowards” by Clinton associate Eric Holder, former U.S. Attorney General, after being attacked as “xenophobes” and “nativists” by progressives and RINO immigration expansionists. Don’t easily forgive the incessant accusations of “Islamophobia” by Hillary and the progressives in the wake of numerous islamofascist attacks on America. Hold on a bit longer to that anger resulting from baseless accusations of “homophobia” over our protest of homosexual marriage, and continue to mourn those police officers ambushed by murderous thugs seeking racial vengeance — all of this coming from Democrat Progressive policies and propaganda.

 

Hillary Clinton, in a conciliatory tone stated during her concession speech, “We owe him an open mind and as chance to succeed.” She was probably quite fearful that Trump would follow through on his promise to prosecute her, however, this is most unlikely to happen given Trump’s statement in his victory speech that “we owe her a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country.” This in itself is a troubling start to Trump’s presidency, although he did tell ’60 Minutes’ on Nov. 13th that he wants “to think about it.” He also is now back-pedaling on immigration.

 

An unreasonable fear has also gripped the Leftists and anarchists who either purposefully, or from ignorance, misinterpret Trump’s proposals as “racist”. They have protested and rioted in several major U.S. cities like Los Angeles, Portland, New York and Miami, since November 9th, shouting “not my president”.

 

The Washington Post reported that issues of national security, rule of law and scope of government and rejecting Obama’s liberal agenda propelled Trump to victory, rather than any racist considerations. They assert that “on average, the counties that voted for Obama twice and then flipped to support Trump were 81% white”.

 

Isn’t this ironic? Now that the shoe is on the other foot, all of a sudden the Leftist Progressives, who wanted Obama to ignore the Constitution and take full advantage of “the pen”, are showing a great and renewed interest in that old tired concept of “checks and balances.”

 

And in the meantime, Americans who love God, Family and America are rejecting the corruption in our government. We reject the elites who hold us in contempt. We reject any government official, any leader and any unconstitutional “law” attempting to silence us and make us bow, kneel and obey the arbitrary whims of an out-of-control State.

 

Pray for America. Pray for Donald Trump and Mike Pence as they face this massive responsibility of healing and unifying America the best they can, and help them keep America safe and Free.

+John Houk He supports massive growth of government. That is his vision of “great”. How is that so different than Obama? Maybe he won’t be as weak. Maybe he will be rabidly nationalist. How are those necessarily good? Putin isn’t weak. Doesn’t make him good. Hitler was nationalist. Didn’t make him good. His goals are still very much in alignment with the liberals. Look at his recent history of support publicly and financially for Hillary and others on the left.

 

Hmm… I don’t see any massive growth of government EXCEPT in terms of an efficient military and National Security. In terms of National Debt and Gross Domestic Production I see government decrease. Obama is a globalist tending toward ending National Sovereignty – Crooked Hillary too. Is Trump a rabid Nationalist? NO, he is an America First Nationalist. Trump admires Putin’s leadership skills NOT his Russian imperialistic agenda. Trump is not Hitler! Hitler wanted a Socialist Despotic Aryan German Empire where nations were subservient and Jews dead. Trump wants to keep America good without Multiculturalist globalism destroying American exceptionalism. Trump’s goals are VERY MUCH unaligned with the American Left that supports the globalism of NAFTA and TPP! Trump supported the Clintons when it would benefit his business. He paid to get Clintons to play. The play benefited Clintons financially while charging for government favors. It is legal to donate. It is illegal to play for pay in government. It’s called corruption.

Those qualities can be good or bad. It depends on the underlying principles they are used to accomplish. Trump’s only consistent principle is to HIS PERSONAL DESIRES; see his history of the use of eminent domain. His ego and selfishness do nothing to inspire hope that those qualities would be used for good.

 

Trump worked within the law. Bill and Hillary worked outside the law and used power to become Teflon so no charges were filed. By the way Trump lost his imminent domain case and complied. Bill and Hillary LIED and people have died and American foreign policy has is in full disarray. Trump’s business is just fine.



Trump apolitical? That’s laughable. He is not PC, but that does NOT mean apolitical. He is VERY well versed in navigating politics and manipulating people to get what he wants. He is a very political personality; he simply hasn’t held office before.

 

Hmm … I believe history proves that wrong Sifu. You yourself mentioned how he has donating money to Dems. He also donating money to Republicans. The donations demonstrate advancing his business goals and profiting his investors. That’s not politics, that’s solid business in the realm of profit and loss. In America we call that Capitalism. Capitalism has made America wealthy enough that foreigners who hate us want to dip into that wealth by hook or by crook (mostly crook). Donald Trump at worst is a business personality and not a power-grabbing-monger like the Clinton clan.

Someday the Rule of Law Must Face Purist Islam Threat to Society

A couple days ago I posted “Military Action Needed to Save Christians under Muslim Domination”. It is a lengthy post so in a nutshell I penned my displeasure with our American President and the Western powers who are burying their head in the sand while Christians are being slaughtered by ISIS and persecuted across the rest of the Muslim dominated world.

I was so ticked off about BHO inaction that I suggested wealthy benefactors start footing the bill to raise a private army to do what President Barack Hussein Obama either fears to do or is casually allowing due to his disdain for Biblical Christians who view Marxist oriented Black Liberation Theology (See Also HERE) as more racist (See Also HERE) than Christian.

In light of Obama allowing Christians to be butchered by ISIS I ran into an editorial report by Raymond Ibrahim that was originally on Pajamas Media and FrontPage Mag about Buddhists in Myanmar (former Burma) getting fed up with the terrorism of their Muslim minority and striking back in an uncomplimentary fashion. Ibrahim is the only writer that I have seen that is supporter of the Buddhist Monk Ashin Wirathu who is being accused of being an intolerant Buddhist terrorist fomenting Burmese Buddhists into acts of violence against the minority Burmese Muslims who primarily known as Rohingya Muslims with a Bengal heritage (although there seems to be a mixture of Asian Muslims as well).

Let’s be honest. The Rohingya Muslims of Myanmar are receiving horrendous treatment by the Buddhist majority. They are beaten up, property defaced and their population has been displaced to squalid barely habitable refugee camps within and outside Myanmar. Their treatment is hideous and inhumane, BUT these are things that should sound familiar however in a reverse order.

In Egypt Christians are kidnapped, raped, forced to convert to Islam and into marriage, property is burned, Churches are torched and Egyptian Christians are murdered. Pakistan Christians receive the same treatment as Egyptian Christians. Arab Christians once a significant minority among the Arabs who falsely call themselves Palestinians have fled to Western nations to escape Muslim intolerance. Nigerian Christians have been raped, become sex slaves and slaughtered by Muslim Boko Haram terrorists. Kenyan and Somali Christians have been slaughter victims of Muslim El Shabaab terrorists. AND Christians in Syria and Iraq are experiencing everything Egypt and Pakistan face but also experiencing genocide as in ethnic cleansing at the hands of ISIS.

So as I said, does the plight of the Rohingya Muslim sound familiar?

If you Google the Rohingya Muslims you’ll notice a Western World media outrage for them. YET the Muslim dominated Christians that way outnumber the Rohingya Muslims in genocidal numbers might get also-ran coverage by the media.

The thing is Buddhist intolerance for the Rohingya Muslims was a learned experience due to the consistent actions of Islamic Supremacism that resulted in forms of violence against Buddhist young girls and women alike as well as toward Buddhist Monks:

In June 2012, riots erupted in western Rakhine State after the rape and murder of a Buddhist girl by three Muslim men. Rakhine Buddhists retaliated by killing ten Muslims in an attack on a bus and the fighting quickly spread between Buddhists and Rohingya. There were casualties on both sides but most observers agree that the Rohingya suffered a disproportionately greater loss of life and property; many people displaced by the conflict are still in temporary camps today. A high-level delegation from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) that included foreign ministers from Islamic countries arrived in western Myanmar’s troubled Arakan State on Friday. The Muslim delegation was greeted by more than 3,000 outraged Buddhist protestors…outrage caused in part by the kinds of atrocities described below, which happen often in Myanmar.

• 18-11-2013: An Arakanese young girl aged( 6) was raped and brutally murdered by Bengali muslims at Kra Nyo Pyin village of Kyauk Taw township in Arakan State, Western Burma.

• 17-11-2013: An Arakanese young girl aged (5) was brutally murdered and kept underground. People found her on 18-11-2013 at 10:00 morning at Paut Taw – West Phayoungka island Soe Mea Kyi village.

• Bengali Muslims physically tortured and gang-raped an Arkanese minor girl at Rakhine State, western Myanmar.

• A six-year-old girl, named Mi Mi Nge, daughter of U Shwe Aung and Daw Moe Moe San living in Kyar Nyo Village in Kyawtaw Township, was abducted by Bengali Muslims from Ywar Hnyar Village on Monday evening. When dawn broke, her body was found dumped at paddy field outside the village. She was found to be wounded on the head and injured on both cheeks. The Bangladeshi government is accusing Rohingya Muslims from Burma of involvement in a wave of Muslim attacks on Buddhist temples in southeastern Bangladesh on Saturday and Sunday.

Bangladeshi Home Affairs Minister Mohiuddun Khan Alamgir Monday said Rohingyas were among the thousands of anti-Buddhist rioters who vandalized and looted at least 10 Buddhist temples and dozens of homes in the district of Cox’s Bazaar, bordering Burma. He also accused radical Islamists and opposition party activists of instigating the riots as a “premeditated and deliberate” attempt to disrupt communal harmony.

The attacks began late Saturday after local Muslims found a photo of a burned Quran on Facebook. Rioters who deemed the photo offensive to Islam blamed it on a Buddhist man and went on the rampage in minority Buddhist areas, looting property including statues of Buddha.

The Buddhists of Myanmar practice the Theravada version of Buddhism (See HERE, HERE and HERE). Their religious beliefs are not encoded with hatred toward Muslims, but Islamic revered writings are large and explicit to attack those who insult Islam who adhere to any non-Muslim religion, creed, ideology or individual.

As distasteful as it seems – especially to Americans – harshness toward those who adhere to the purity of the Quran, Hadith and Sira will someday have to be dished out by Westerners and Americans to survive an intolerant Islam. I cannot agree with the societal violence encouraged by the Buddhist Monk Ashin Wirathu, someday the Rule of Law will have to start treating purist Islam as a threat to Constitutional Liberty and Freedom. Illegalizing theopolitical doctrines that call for violence, executions and rebellion against the Constitutional government will have to occur and be enforced for at least the American way of life to continue.

West Misses Point—and Lesson—of Buddhist Anti-Muslim Sentiment

Ongoing reports decrying “anti-Muslim” Buddhists seem to miss the point: this antipathy did not appear out of thin air but rather in response to Islamic aggression—the same Islamic aggression the rest of the world is trying to cope with.

A Financial Times editorial titled “Buddhist militancy triggers international concern” opens by describing the “traumatic first-hand view” of a Muslim woman whose home was attacked and possessions plundered by Buddhists in Sri Lanka. Says the woman: “If I could meet those responsible, I would ask: ‘Sir, does your Lord Buddha teach this?’”

Some paragraphs down, readers discover that her home was attacked during the course of “two days of clashes with Muslims,” which were “sparked by a street-corner disagreement between a Buddhist monk and a young Muslim,” and which left three people—religious identity unstated—dead.

So even this centerpiece story meant to demonstrate Buddhist intolerance begins with a quarrelsome “young Muslim” who may have been the one to initiate hostilities (unlike, for example, the habitual and unprovoked persecution millions of Christians and other minorities experience in the Muslim world.) But FT does not allow for that interpretation, arguing instead that the incident “is part of a wider trend: the rise of a new generation of militant anti-Muslim Buddhist organisations.” At no point does the editorial point out that Muslim minorities regularly provoke Buddhist backlashes.

An Al Jazeera report titled “Myanmar’s Buddhist terrorism problem” cites major clashes that erupted in May 2012 and which displaced numerous Muslims. But, as one digs further, one realizes that these clashes were sparked after Muslims raped and slaughtered a Buddhist woman.

And a New York Times article tells of how

Ashin Wirathu, a Buddhist monk with a rock-star following in Myanmar, sat before an overflowing crowd of thousands of devotees and launched into a rant against what he called “the enemy”—the country’s Muslim minority. “You can be full of kindness and love, but you cannot sleep next to a mad dog,” Ashin Wirathu said, referring to Muslims. “I call them troublemakers, because they are troublemakers.”

While all such reports are meant to highlight Buddhist intolerance, for those who can read between the lines—or who are familiar with Islamic teachings, history, and current events—it is clear that Buddhists are responding to existential threats posed by the Muslims living among and around them

Consider the words of Fr. Daniel Byantoro, a Muslim convert to Orthodox Christianity:

For thousands of years my country (Indonesia) was a Hindu Buddhist kingdom. The last Hindu king was kind enough to give a tax exempt property for the first Muslim missionary to live and to preach his religion. Slowly the followers of the new religion were growing, and after they became so strong the kingdom was attacked, those who refused to become Muslims had to flee for their life to the neighboring island of Bali or to a high mountain of Tengger, where they have been able to keep their religion until now. Slowly from the Hindu Buddhist Kingdom, Indonesia became the largest Islamic country in the world. If there is any lesson to be learnt by Americans at all, the history of my country is worth pondering upon. We are not hate mongering, bigoted people; rather, we are freedom loving, democracy loving and human loving people. We just don’t want this freedom and democracy to be taken away from us by our ignorance and misguided “political correctness”, and the pretension of tolerance. The fact is, as in other countries where they are minorities, Muslims in Buddhist nations often initiate violence and mayhem. In Buddhist-majority Thailand, where Muslim minorities are concentrated in the south, thousands of Buddhists—men, women, and children—have been slaughtered, beheaded, and raped, as Muslims try to cleanse the region of all “infidel” presence. Accordingly, Wirathu, the “radical” Buddhist monk cited by FT, NYT, and Al Jazeera—the latter simply calls him the “Burmese bin Laden”—is on record saying: “If we are weak, our land will become Muslim.” The theme song of his party speaks of people who “live in our land, drink our water, and are ungrateful to us”—a reference to Muslims—and how “We will build a fence with our bones if necessary” to keep them out. His pamphlets say “Myanmar is currently facing a most dangerous and fearful poison that is severe enough to eradicate all civilization.”

To this, the NYT scoffs, pointing out that “Buddhism would seem to have a secure place in Myanmar. Nine in 10 people are Buddhist… Estimates of the Muslim minority range from 4 percent to 8 percent…”

As mentioned, however, in neighboring Thailand, Muslims also make for about 4% but are engaged in a genocide against Buddhists in the south where Muslims are concentrated.

More importantly, history—true history, not the whitewashed versions currently peddled in American schools—demonstrates that for 14 centuries, Islam has, in fact, wiped out entire peoples and identities: what we today nonchalantly refer to as the “Arab World” was neither Arab and almost entirely Christian in the 7th century, when Islam came into being and went on the jihad. Today, Christians remain a persecuted and steadily dwindling minority.

If Buddhists understand that their entire civilization is at stake, the FT, NYT, and of course Al Jazeera editorials carry all the trademarks—moral relativism and pro-Islam bias, and that dangerous mixture of confidence and ignorance—that characterize the Western elites’ inability to acknowledge, let alone respond, to Islamic aggression.

I am guessing Sifu is one who intentionally or unintentionally supports the concept of a Living Constitution. I am definitely one who stands with the Original Intent Constitution.

Actually Sifu Original Intent was freedom to worship as you please (or not), but the rule of law was viewed through the Christian perspective. Read the beginning and ending of Constitution and the entire Declaration of Independence factoring in each State’s Constitution which were never Federally abrogated by the U.S. Constitution.

This sentence does not make sense in context of the meaning of “rule of law”.

Rule of Law means there is NO ruler. The ruler is replaced by the law. This means nobody is above the law. All are equally subject to the same treatment by law.

Now to say that laws were often based on the values commonly taught by the Christian religion is pretty fair. To assume those values are in perfect parallel or exclusive to the Christian religion is a massive fallacy.

Edit: and the Constitution is not any part of those laws. The Constitution constitutes the creation of a federal government with ONLY an explicit set of powers limiting that government to never infringing on natural rights.

Sifu you are sorely mistaken! The “Rule of Law” means the law rules the land as opposed to the Rule of Man which implies a man or an oligarchy of men rule the land. Men rule by a pen and a phone (edict) are not subject to laws. When law is the rule no man is above the law. In Western Culture laws are derived from a heritage. The West’s heritage is Greco-Roman and Judeo-Christian influences. This heritage is the reason Western nations that don’t have a Third World element thus have evolved a Representative Democratic form of government in laws have replaced men as the ruler.

 

To assume those values are in perfect parallel or exclusive to the Christian religion is a massive fallacy.

 

Even the Democratic-Socialist Representative governments of Europe demonstrate the laws have an exclusivity to Judeo-Christianity – although that exclusivity is being eroded by culture destroying Multiculturalism. In America Multiculturalism only has a mere toe-hold because Left Wing Democrats and the Mainstream Media (MSM) have been ramming the concept down American throats.

 

As long as constitutional interpretation is via Original Intent rather than the make it up as you go along Living Constitution (Rule of Man), the Judeo-Christianity inherent in American culture and intended by America’s Founding Fathers will be preserved which has made America great.

 

Once Multiculturalism gains more than a toe-hold in America then the erosion of the Christian heritage that has made America exceptional so that the world’s poor dream of coming to America for a better life. The secularist value system promoted primarily by America’s Left is eroding American culture by a determined effort to dilute our Judeo-Christian influence to the point of actually belittling Christianity and calling Bible believing Christians bigots. Once Biblical values are replaced with the acceptance of concepts such as homosexual acceptance and allowing counter-American culture concepts such as despotic Sharia Law that is derived from a specifically antisemitic and antichrist religion known as Islam, then America’s values derived from Judeo-Christianity will cease to exist. America will cease to be exception followed by America ceasing to be great.

Sifu either the Constitution is wholly a part of “those laws” or it is a piece of paper that exists to provide citizens an illusion of the existence of the Rule of Law meaning the Rule of Man is the reality and America is despotic and America has never been exceptional and thus America’s greatness is an illusion. That doesn’t sound like the same America I have studied nor is it the America I have grown up in from birth to the present (58 years). AND my elementary and secondary school learning occurred prior to the American Left making their efforts to revise history in text books and in class curriculum.

 

Now the Constitution did constitute the creation of a Federal government with three Branches designed in such a way that one Branch does not dominate the other. To prevent Branch domination the Constitutional Rule of Law provides for Checks and Balances. Once those Checks and Balances are breached by any Branch then despotism will ensue that will replace the Rule of Law with an oligarchic Rule of Man.

 

Part of those Checks and Balances is the influence of Judeo-Christianity and the Constitution maintaining that laws not mandated to the Federal government is under the sovereignty of the several State governments.

 

An essay by David W. New provides an astute observation the God of Christianity and the U.S. Constitution in terms of Original Intent, State Constitutions and the Federal government:

 

Where is “God” in the Preamble to the Constitution?

 

Secularists are very quick to point out that the word “God” does not appear in the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution. They claim that this is highly significant. It proves that the United States should not be ‘under God’ in their opinion. Of course, they are correct in one point. The word “God” does not appear in the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution or anywhere else. However, it is doubtful that this fact has the kind of significance they claim it has. Generally, the word “God” will appear in two places in most constitutions. The first place is in the preamble to the constitution. The second place is in the religion clauses in the bill of rights. For example, the word “God” appears in the preamble in eight state constitutions. In four states, the “Supreme Ruler of the Universe” is used instead. By far, the most popular divine reference in a preamble is “Almighty God.” This appears in the preamble of 30 state constitutions. In some states, the state constitution does not have a preamble. However, a divine reference can be found in the religion clauses in the bill of rights in each instance. There is only one state constitution which has a preamble that does not have a divine reference of any kind. This is the Constitution of Oregon. But here the words “Almighty God” appear in the state religion clauses. In the case of the U.S. Constitution however, no divine reference appears in either the Preamble or in the religion clauses in the First Amendment. Why is this true?

 

The most likely reason why the word “God” does not appear in the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution is textual. The Preamble to the U.S. Constitution is modeled after the Preamble in the Articles of Confederation. Since the Articles of Confederation did not use the word “God” in the Preamble, this is the most likely reason it does not appear in the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution. The Preamble in the Articles of Confederation began by listing all 13 states. It began as follows: “Articles of Confederation and perpetual union between New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, etc. . . . . and Georgia.” When the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution was first drafted, this was the model that was used. Later, as the constitutional convention was coming to a close, a short form was agreed to. The 13 states were dropped in favor of the much simpler form We the People. Thus, rather than trying to establish a radical godless state, the most likely reason the word “God” does not appear in the Preamble was because the Articles of Confederation did not have it. It is doubtful that anyone in 1787 could have foreseen the development of radical secularists groups like the ACLU and their ‘spin’ on the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution.

 

Where is “God” in the First Amendment?

 

The most likely reason why the word “God” does not appear in the First Amendment is textual as well. Here however the textual reason is due to the subject matter of the First Amendment. The religion clauses in the First Amendment are very different from the religion clauses in most state constitutions. The subject of the religion clauses in the First Amendment is the government or “Congress.” This is not the case with most state constitutions. In most state constitutions the subject is the individual. This difference in the subject matter is the reason the word “God” does not appear in the First Amendment’s religion clauses. Let’s compare the religion clauses in the First Amendment with the most popular religion clause used in the United States. Most states copy from the religion clauses found in the Pennsylvania Constitution. In particular, the first sentence appears in many state constitutions which says: “All men have a natural and indefeasible right to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of their own consciences . . .” The subject of the clause is clear. It is “All men.” The New Hampshire Constitution which copied from Pennsylvania uses’ better wording. It says “Every individual . . .” In either case, the individual is the subject of the clause. Thus, a major difference between the religion clauses in the First Amendment and most state constitutions are their points of view. The First Amendment was written from the point of view of the government. Most state constitutions were written from the point of view of the individual. In addition, the religion clause in the Pennsylvania Constitution protects a “natural right” of an individual to worship “Almighty God” according to conscience. Since the focus of the religion clause is on the “right” of an individual, the word “God” naturally appears. This is not the case with the First Amendment. Here the focus is on the role of the government. There are two religion clauses in the First Amendment. They consist of 16 words as follows: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . . ” The first clause is known as the Establishment Clause. The second clause is known as the Free Exercise Clause. The subject of the First Amendment is clearly the “Congress.” The purpose of the First Amendment is to bar the Federal Government from interfering with the freedom of religion in the United States. Congress may not establish a religion or prohibit the free exercise of religion in America. Since the purpose of the First Amendment is to stop any abuse by the Federal Government against religion, this explains why the words “God” “natural right” “worship” or “conscience” do not appear. Rather than trying to promote a radical secularist philosophy, the most likely reason the framers did not use the word “God” in the First Amendment is because the subject is Congress.

 

Where is “God” in the Constitution?

 

The mistake modern secularists make is obvious. They take a twentieth century concept like “secularism” and read it back into the Constitution. They take a concept that didn’t even exist in the eighteenth century and attribute it to the framers of the Constitution. Unfortunately, this is a very common mistake. The fact that the word “God” does not appear in the Constitution means little. It is actually a rather shallow observation. The reality is “God” is in every word of the Constitution, including the punctuation. Below the surface of the words in the Constitution, there are a mountain of ideas that made its formation possible. The belief that God exists and that all nations of the world are subject to Him sits on the summit of that mountain. As the Supreme Court of Florida said in 1950: “Different species of democracy have existed for more than 2,000 years, but democracy as we know it has never existed among the unchurched. A people unschooled about the sovereignty of God, the ten commandments and the ethics of Jesus, could never have evolved the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. There is not one solitary fundamental principle of our democratic policy that did not stem directly from the basic moral concepts as embodied in the Decalog and the ethics of Jesus . . . Our Constitutional Republic, once a free republic, is failing through the ignorant, uneducated and ill-informed choices of its Congressmen, Senators and American voters, and it is also failing because many Americans are culpable and willful in their support of actions and policies that negatively impact America. Far too many Americans do not understand or do not care that Obama’s Siren’s call for the Progressive fundamental transformation of America is found nowhere in the principles that built America, and many do not care that this is being done by unconstitutional means.

 

There was a time when there existed fine, decent Democrats, liberal only in the classical sense, who loved America and worked for Her in a benevolent fashion. Senator Joe Lieberman (CT) was one such Democrat, who was a foreign policy hawk. Another such Democrat was Senator Henry “Scoop” Jackson (WA _served from 1953-1983), who was a leading “anti-communist” hawk. But today, the Democratic Party and nearly all Democrats are ultra-socialist, right on the verge of being outright communists and fascists.

 

Democrats Kaye Hagan (NC), Mark Begich (Alaska), Mary Landrieu (LA), Mark Udall (CO), Jeanne Shaheen (NH) and many other Democrats are all currently distancing themselves from President Obama in preparation for the November 4th election. All of these Senators voted with Obama’s agenda 95% of the time, according to the Congressional Quarterly Roll Call calculators. Voting for any Democratic leader is voting for the Progressive Movement’s legislative agenda and Obama’s fundamental transformation of America.

 

For six years America has careened through a sluggish economy worsened by Democrat economic policies advocated by Obama that come straight from Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal. They didn’t work then and they haven’t worked today, as we find approximately 100 million Americans now receiving government assistance of some sort.

 

Democrat policies from Roosevelt’s era have been greatly expanded upon by the Progressives of Obama’s new marxofascist based Democratic Party, because dependent people equal an easily controlled population. Many Americans on welfare today could have been productive, if only they had been encouraged to be independent. But, their entire lives the Democrats so convinced them that they could not succeed under the free market system and Adam Smith’s Capitalism, which they never really tried. And this is immoral, but then immoral pretty well describes the entire Progressive platform of ideas.

 

Increasingly Americans are experiencing Progressive Democrats’ tyranny, just as in California where Democrat Governor Jerry Brown and a Democrat supermajority in the legislature seized control of all ground water supplies in the state this past September, under the guise of conservation and due to a drought of their own making. More of these Agenda 21 based regulations are due to go into effect nationally in November, despite efforts to block them (HR5078), and they are setting the stage for the biggest land grab in U.S. history, in terms of power over land use, at the hands of Progressive Democrat bureaucratic political hacks and unelected despots.

 

President Obama can only use an Executive Order to supplement previously existing law passed by Congress, not to make new law in his current manner. When Obama issues Executive Orders, such as the Dream Act, that go astray of Constitutional limits and when bureaucracies, such as the EPA, are able to bind Americans through regulations, not law, it is extra-legal. One also is denied their Constitutional rights if forced to arbitrate any disputed matter through a bureaucrat, as this places administrative power above the law, side-stepping the courts and judges.

 

Along with Obama’s boastful disregard for the Constitution, Obama and the Progressive Democrats have worked tirelessly to undermine Christianity and Our American Heritage, as witnessed by their support of homosexual “marriages” (nothing “gay” about it) and their assault on Hobby Lobby’s position regarding birth control. They don’t “mean well” and they don’t give a damn about America or anything outside their Progressive ideology.

 

Disagree with the Democrat divisive platform and the opposition is accused of hatred: If you oppose illegal immigration, you hate Hispanics. If you have concerns about Islam in America, you hate Muslims. If you oppose Affirmative Action, you must hate blacks. And if you oppose “gay” marriage, you must hate homosexuals – “well – hmmm?” One out of four ain’t bad. I’ll let Ya’ll figure it out. (Just joking folks – please, no hate mail).

 

Six years of Democratic failed policies have shown that voting for the Democratic Party is both foolish and dangerous for the nation. Our border patrol agents are used to nullify immigration law, allowing terrorists to cross our borders. The Justice Department now enforces U.S. law through race-based initiatives. Every vote for Obamacare and its death panels, the most destructive legislation in U.S. history, came from the Democratic Party. The Islamic State has set the Middle East ablaze due to Obama’s and Democratic support of the Muslim Brotherhood and Obama’s insistence on complete withdrawal from Iraq. And now, the incurable and deadly Ebola virus and previously eradicated diseases, like tuberculosis, are in America due Obama’s “open borders” policy and his ideological idiocy.

 

But isn’t this what Americans wanted after all – “Hope and Change”?

 

Americans themselves are largely responsible for their own misery. One hundred and eleven million eligible voters, 45%, stayed home in 2012, while 27.4% believed Obama’s lies and pie in the sky promises and voted for “free” handouts and government benefits. 25.3% voted to be left alone by the government.

 

Incompetence has become the rule at many of the highest levels of government and in private businesses. Corporations like GM now seek protections and monopolies. Obama’s and John Kerry’s bungling will soon ensure that Iran has nuclear ICBMs, while the U.S. space program is compromised by its reliance on Russian, an old enemy renewing its adversarial position. It takes 10-15 years now to build a bridge that used to take 3 years, because of environmental studies required by the EPA. It takes an average of seven years to get a mining permit. And $7.2 trillion of new Obama debt has the U.S. debt at $17.8 trillion, undermining our fiscal responsibility to future generations.

 

Friederich Hayek, renowned economist, once remarked that having “seen millions voting themselves into complete dependence on a tyrant (Hitler) has made our generation understand that to choose one’s government is not necessarily to secure one’s freedom.”

 

Thomas Jefferson, the third U.S. President, simply stated, “Educate and inform the whole mass of the people … They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.”

 

Our Founding Fathers didn’t expect government to control every aspect of the American people’s lives, as Obama and the Progressives are now doing by using the IRS against political opponents and telling us what medical insurance we can purchase. The Founders had survived tyranny, and they wrote the Constitution as a promise to the American people that government would be kept out of our private lives. Nobody – not elected Progressive officials, not Obama – gets to dictate how we live our lives, and Americans can remain a free people, a republic, despite Obama’s numerous lawless edicts and threats of one man rule, by sending the message in November that WE are restoring Our U.S. Constitution.

“Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it.” –Declaration of Independence (1776)

 

According to a source within the Secret Service, Barack Obama refers to himself as “The Bear” when diverting from a planned security route for “meet and greet photo ops.” He announces such departures by saying, “The bear is loose!”

 

Now, I’m sure it’s only coincidence that “The Bear” is also the mascot of the former Soviet Union, and now the Russian Federation. While it would be more fitting if Obama referred to himself as “The Red Squirrel,” his wishful “bear” reference certainly reflects the tyrannical “rule of lawlessness” that now defines his presidential modus operandi. 
Obama’s administration is now defined by his litany of lies and legacy of scandals, most notably this incomplete list of ignominy: The failure of his so-called “economic recovery plan, his unparalleled foreign policy malfeasance, his ”Fast and Furious“ gun control play, his long list of ObamaCare lies, his IRS Enemies List, the dramatic resurgence of al-Qa’ida, the Benghazi cover-up to protect his 2012 re-election bid, his hollow ”Red Line“ threat to Syria, the ”Russian Spring“ in Crimea, the Middle East meltdown in Egypt, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Jordan and Israel, the disintegration of Iraq, and now, of course, the VA death panels cover-up and the immigration crisis on our southern border.

 

He has certainly earned the public opinion title of ”worst president since WWII,“ which has negated the smidgeon of good faith he once held with congressional Republicans, and also most of that extended him by all but the most leftwing congressional Democrats.

 

So what’s Obama to do?

 

Having lost control of the House in 2010 and having failed to recover it in 2012, and the pending threat of losing Democrat control of the Senate, Obama has launched, in earnest, a campaign to completely bypass Congress through executive and regulatory diktat, a bold and lawless endeavor unmatched in its unconstitutional offense, except perhaps by Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s despotic regime.

 

The range of his executive and regulatory edicts has been very broad, from 19 executive orders constricting Second Amendment rights, to regulations supporting his “war on coal” and avoiding the Keystone XL pipeline.

 

But the most notable abuses have included his repeated rewrites of the so-called ”Affordable Care Act,” in order that it not wound the re-election campaigns of his congressional Democrats.

 

Now, Obama is increasingly audacious in the exercise of these unlegislated diktats.

 

In November of last year, he pretended to be constrained by law in acting on immigration reform, saying, “If, in fact, I could solve all these problems without passing this through Congress, then I would do so. But we’re also a nation of laws. That’s part of our tradition.”

 

But a few months later, Obama proclaimed, “Where Congress isn’t acting, I’ll act on my own.” He complained that “we can’t wait” for Congress, and bragged that he’s “getting things done” by disregarding Rule of Law and the separation of powers set forth in our Constitution.

 

“[W]e are not just going to be waiting for legislation in order to make sure that we’re providing Americans the kind of help that they need,” he brazenly declared. “I’ve got a pen … and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward.”

 

These are the words of a despot, and now define Obama’s standard operating procedure, whether secretly ordering the “Taliban Five” terrorist trade for an Army deserter, or choking the economy with his executive and regulatory orders, ostensibly to halt “global warming.”

Though Obama claims to be a “professor of constitutional law,” a genuine constitutional scholar, George Washington University’s Jonathan Turley, a self-acknowledged liberal Obama supporter, has offered severe criticism of Obama’s abuse of executive orders and regulations to bypass Congress.

 

According to Turley, “I think that he has crossed the constitutional line. … When the president went to Congress and said he would go it alone, it obviously raises a concern. There’s no license for going it alone in our system, and what he’s done, is very problematic. He’s told agencies not to enforce some laws [and] has effectively rewritten laws through the active interpretation that I find very problematic.”

 

“What’s emerging,” Turley notes, “is an imperial presidency, an über presidency, as I’ve called it. … Obama has repeatedly violated this [separation of powers] doctrine in the circumvention of Congress in areas ranging from health care to immigration law to environmental law. We are in the midst of a constitutional crisis with sweeping implications for our system of government. … We are now at the constitutional tipping point for our system.”

 

Reread those words for their full effect…

 

In his 1973 volume, “The Imperial Presidency,” noted liberal historian Arthur Schlesinger, a key adviser to John F. Kennedy, outlined the extreme danger to Liberty posed by lawless executive overreach. At that time, his focus was on Richard Nixon, but his warnings, like those of Turley, have far more application to Barack Obama.

 

So, with 30 more months of Obama’s escalating assault on Liberty, what now? Make no mistake – this “lame duck” is anything but.

 

Turley advises, “If balance is to be reestablished, it must begin before [Obama] leaves office, and that will likely require every possible means to reassert legislative authority. No one in our system can ‘go it alone’ – not Congress, not the courts, and not the President.”

 

As the ever-erudite Dr. Charles Krauthammer notes, “[Obama’s] gross executive usurpation disdains the Constitution. It mocks the separation of powers. And most consequentially, it introduces a fatal instability into law itself. If the law is not what is plainly written, but is whatever the president and his agents decide, what’s left of the law? … This president is not only untroubled by what he’s doing, but open and rather proud. As he tells cheering crowds on his never-ending campaign-style tours: ‘I am going to do X – and I’m not going to wait for Congress.’ That’s caudillo talk. That’s banana republic stuff. In this country, the president is required to win the consent of Congress first. At stake is not some constitutional curlicue. At stake is whether the laws are the law. And whether presidents get to write their own.”

 

Of course, I think the good doctor would agree, given his sterling psychiatric credentials, that the rise of Obama’s imperial presidency was entirely predictable, given that he is a textbook case study in Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

 

Speaking in Texas last week, Obama’s egomaniacal arrogance shined through with his lavish first-person references – “I,” “me” and “my” (199 times in all) – when outlining upcoming plans to unilaterally dictate “immigration reform” and additional “economic measures.”

 

This week, he made clear his intent to unilaterally advance his populist “class warfare agenda” to “help working Americans … when Congress won’t act.” In his latest weekly address, Obama insisted, “So far this year, Republicans in Congress have blocked every serious idea to strengthen the middle class.”

 

That lie earned him a stern rebuke from even The Washington Post’s Fact Checker, as did his earlier claim that Republicans “have filibustered about 500 pieces of legislation that would help the middle class,” about which The Post concluded, “On just about every level, this claim is ridiculous.” But for Obama’s sycophantic legions of useful idiots, fiction trumps fact.

 

So what can Republicans do?

 

Plenty, if they are willing to fight fire with fire, and they better start igniting those precedents now. It’s going to take more than a threat of a lawsuit from House Speaker John Boehner.

 

House Republicans can use their control of the budget to defund enactment and enforcement of Obama’s lawless orders and regulations. Indeed, if they fail to do so, then they violate their own oaths “to Support and Defend” our Constitution, and Rule of Law becomes gravely imperiled by rule of men.

Of course, if Republicans don’t act, and we continue racing down this imperialist path to tyranny, there are tens of millions of American Patriots who understand our options.

 

Having recently celebrated Independence Day, I invite you to re-read the Declaration of Independence. This remarkable treatise on Liberty as “endowed by our Creator” addressed an imperial executive who willfully violated that endowment “which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitled” all people.

 

Our Founders outlined the “injuries and usurpations” committed by the executive, “all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.” They noted, “He has refused his Assent to Laws … He has obstructed the Administration of Justice … He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass (sic) our people, and eat out their substance.”

 

There are undeniable parallels between the imperial powers which gave rise to the American Revolution and the imperial presidency which now threatens the Liberty our Founders, and generations of American Patriots since, have defended with their “lives, fortunes and sacred honor.”

 

Obama now jokes about his lawlessness: “It is lonely, me just doing stuff. … I’m just telling the truth now. I don’t have to run for office again, so I can just let her rip.”

 

In other words, short of rigorous intervention by Congress, this gets much worse before it gets any better.

I subscribe to the online periodical The Patriot Post. It’s free and so far totally independent of advertisements and totally dependent on the gracious support of free will donations. I am fairly certain that oft times it is the same message because it is so well written and is quite timelessly relevant. I may have even cross posted it more than once. Independence Day

The Patriot Post

 

“God who gave us life gave us Liberty. Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of God? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that His justice cannot sleep forever.” –Thomas Jefferson (1774)

 

Amid all the contemporary political and cultural contests, too many conservatives fail to make the case for overarching eternal truths — whether in debate with adversaries across the aisles of Congress, or with neighbors across Main Street.

 

Lost in the din is the foundational endowment of Essential Liberty, and any debate that does not begin with this eternal truth will end with temporary deceits.

 

The most oft-cited words from our Declaration of Independence are these: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

 

The eternal assertion that Liberty for all people is “endowed by their Creator” and is thus “unalienable” should require no defense, because “we hold these truths to be self-evident,” and because the rights of man are irrevocable from the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God.”

 

But the root of all debate between Liberty and tyranny — or, in political parlance, between Right and left — is the contest to assert who endows Liberty — God or man.

 

Contemporary Leftist protagonists seek to replace Rule of Law with the rule of men. This is because the former is predicated on the principle that Liberty is “endowed by our Creator,” while the latter asserts that government is the giver of Liberty.

 

The history of man, since its first record, has repeatedly and tragically documented that when the people settle for the assertion that government is the source of their rights, tyranny is the inevitable result. And tyrants always attempt to undermine Liberty by driving a wedge between it and its foundational endowment by our Creator.

 

For generations, American liberals have driven that wedge by asserting that our Constitution provides a “wall of separation” between church and state. But does it?

 

 

The short answer is “yes,” but it is most certainly not the faux wall constructed by judicial activists, who have grossly adulterated the plain language of our First Amendment especially during the last 50 years.

 

Contrary to what many liberals would have us believe, the words “wall of separation between church and state” do not appear in our Constitution — nor is this notion even implied. Thomas Jefferson penned those words in an obscure 1802 letter to the Danbury Baptist Association in response to concerns about Connecticut’s establishment of Congregationalism as their state church. Jefferson assuaged their concerns, telling the Baptists that the First Amendment prohibited the national government from establishing a “national church,” but he concluded rightly that the Constitution prohibited the national government from interfering with the matters of state governments — a “wall of separation,” if you will, between federal and state governments.

 

The “wall of separation” argument is thus a phony one. Indeed, it is a blueprint for tyranny.

 

We are created, from the beginning, in the Image of God, and that image is the essence of Liberty, the well of all rights for all people for all time.

 

Our enlightened Founders, in their revolutionary opposition to tyranny, looked far beyond kings and parliaments to the enduring source of the rights of man, and they enumerated in our Declaration of Independence that we are, indeed, created in God’s Image for His purpose, and that no man could strip that endowment from the soul of another. Thus, we have the equal capacity to be free, personal, rational, creative and moral beings, and we are entitled to be so through His endowment.

 

These rights and freedoms were further enshrined in our Constitution.

 

In 1776, John Hancock wrote of Jacob Duché, the first Chaplain appointed by the Continental Congress, “Congress … from a consideration of your … zealous attachment to the rights of America, appoint(s) you their Chaplain.” Duché, Pastor of Philadelphia’s Christ Church, captured the spirit of the American Revolution, saying, “Civil liberty is as much the gift of God in Christ Jesus … as our spiritual freedom… ‘Standing fast’ in that liberty, wherewith Christ, as the great providential Governor of the world, hath made us free.”

 

It is in that spirit that we at The Patriot Post adopted our motto, Veritas vos Liberabit — “The Truth Will Set You Free” (John 8:32). That is the essence of the assertion that we are “endowed by our Creator” with life and Liberty.

 

Ignorance of the true and eternal source of the rights of man is fertile ground for the Left’s assertion that government endows such rights. It is also perilous ground, soaked with the blood of generations of American Patriots. As Jefferson wrote, “The tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.”

 

Indeed, the “Cycle of Democracy” demands this tonic. And despite the pervasive assault on Liberty by the current legions of Leftist NeoComs, to paraphrase the great Prussian military historian, theorist and tactician Carl von Clausewitz, “the best defense is a good offense.”

 

Our Founders closed their Declaration with this pledge to each other, and all who would follow: “With a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

 

In his 1800 letter to fellow Declaration signer Benjamin Rush, Thomas Jefferson wrote, “I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man.”

 

Like millions of our generation’s American Patriots, I have sworn likewise. We must never forsake our Sacred Honor.

 

No matter what setbacks we face, Liberty is an eternal endowment. Thus, we must hold the lines on defense, and regroup for relentless attack on offense.

It seems the more things change, the more they remain the same. These marxofascist Progressive devils just will not give up, until they have absolutely destroyed our national security, made us an open-border state and destroyed most of sovereignty through multiculturalist, politically correct class warfare and diversity – no more “melting-pot” or ‘E Pluribus Unum’ for America anymore – only one long abysmal march into the despair that only comes from centralized government and Marxist economic worldviews, unless we fight back like hell and kick them right in the teeth with a good dose of Civil Disobedience (REBELLION -? -)

In regard to U.S. immigration policy and the current flood of illegal aliens into the United States, the only issue one must consider is whether the U.S. is to be a nation governed by the rule of law or by despotism and Obama’s decrees, which do not consider anything other than manipulating the American people and holding power for the marxofascist Progressive Movement, that calls itself “the Democratic Party”. Obama has shown unbelievable temerity, when it involves breaking immigration law, any law for that matter, and his administration has violated the American people’s trust with malice and purposeful, criminal nefarious intent.

 

In 2013, Obama, Attorney General Holder and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement released 36,000 criminal aliens into our society, while they awaited deportation. Among these illegal aliens , there were 193 convicted murderers, 426 rapists, 303 kidnappers and thousands of other assault, theft and drug crimes committed, according to the May report from the Center for Immigration Studies.

 

Just months before the last presidential election, Obama essentially granted amnesty, illegally and unConstitutionally, to 800,000 illegal aliens, through his executive order, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, which deferred deportation proceedings. This amounted to an open invitation to the people of South and Central America and a sign that they would not be turned away.

 

The Washington Times noted (6-10-14) that an estimated 10,000 unaccompanied children are being apprehended each month, as they are smuggled into the U.S.; and yet, they are permitted to stay, while military bases in Texas, Arizona and California are overflowing, and another 1200 are being transferred to Ft Sill, Oklahoma. And these are just the ones that have been caught.

 

In Brownsville, Texas, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen details a “criminal conspiracy” from a December 2013 court order, in which illegal alien parents are paying smugglers to bring their children to the U.S., believing amnesty is coming. He focuses on an Obama policy that spends $2 billion U.S. taxpayer dollars to reunite illegal alien children with their illegal alien family, through the Department of Homeland Security. Nobody gets charged with smuggling and nobody gets deported, as the DHS rewards their criminal conduct.

 

Many immigrants crossing the border in south Texas have been flown to El Paso, to be more easily processed by the Border Patrol. They are then released to be on their way to wherever they choose to go, according to the El Paso Times (6-7-14). One illegal alien, identified only as Maria, said that immigration officials contacted her sister to arrange travel plans, and she is on her way to Tennessee to reunite with her sister.

 

The humanitarian crisis that has arisen on the southern border is “a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally – while this operation continues full speed ahead is deplorable”, stated Arizona Governor Jan Brewer.

 

Humanitarian crisis or not, simply reaching the United States’ sovereign territory doesn’t automatically entitle an illegal alien to either amnesty or citizenship, nor should it. Denying U.S. citizenship is not punishment and neither is denying “legal status” for someone, who has already shown an inclination to ignore U.S. law. And, this “crisis” does not demand that the U.S. deliver the minors to the custody of a parent living here illegally, who purposefully chose to leave that child behind years ago; if anything, provision them, the adult they arrived with and the illegal parent for a return trip home, and let them fix their own nation’s problems, since this would be infinitely less costly to our nation in the long term.

 

Many of the conditions these illegal aliens are attempting to escape, such as the “abuse and persecution” mentioned by White House spokesperson Josh Earnest and the “corruption, poverty and violence” referred to by Santa Cruz (Arizona) Sheriff Tony Estrada, are of their own making. They accepted the Che Guevara, Chavez and Ortega brand of Latin American Marxism and class warfare – the same type of class warfare that Obama and the Progressives are instigating across America – the same type of cradle-to-grave government control that always ends in abysmal failure and poverty for all.

 

In May, Obama stated that he would act in August, illegally and unConstitutionally once more, to “make law” and comprehensive immigration reform, through an executive order, if Congress did not act soon. Should Obama follow through on this threat, every man, woman and youth, who value Freedom in America, should take to the streets in mass civil disobedience and protest.

 

Why would we want to bring these sort of influences and worldviews into the country? Any right thinking, logical minded American doesn’t choose this. But Obama does, because Central and South Americans typically vote Democratic and “legalizing” them will ensure the marxofascist Democratic Party’s lock on power for the rest of the century.

 

When Arizona Governor Jan Brewer complained angrily about the feds dumping illegal aliens from Texas into her state, without any warning, federal officials told her that this will be ongoing for the foreseeable future, as 1000 more illegal immigrant children were scheduled to arrive within days. Adults and family groups will also arrive.

 

“This is not a humanitarian crisis. It is a predictable, orchestrated and contrived assault on the compassionate side of Americans by her political leaders that knowingly puts minor illegal alien children at risk for purely political purposes”, asserts the statement by the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers.

 

Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Ala), after warning for many years that Obama’s immigration policy was certain to create just such a crisis, recently stated: “President Obama is responsible for this calamity…Only by declaring our border is no longer open – that the law will be restored – can this emergency be stopped.”

 

Republicans must stop falling for Progressive gambits and ploys presented through a myriad of fallacious postulates, such as the immediate need for new “comprehensive immigration reform”. The only real solution for repairing our so-called “broken immigration system” is to enforce current immigration law and secure the border now.

 

Unless We the People – the American people – have become as corrupt as this Obama administration, we must stand now against this criminal exploitation of Central American children and this political deception. We must stand against those political leaders who are for “a path to citizenship” and amnesty for illegal aliens, before fully protecting our national security (jobs and economy) and public safety (the right of people to be secure in their property and person). For if we fail to stand against the tyrants in DC, we will be committing national suicide, and America, as we knew it (B.O. – “Before Obama”), will disappear forever, remade in the image of the newly arrived and the miserable countries of their origin.
