Introducing Sutliff/Hinners Podcast on Probable Islamic Brainwashing in Nashville Police

Paul Sutliff had Cathy Hinners on his podcast Civilization Jihad Awareness. The topic of discussion was Nashville police officers receiving some sort of training from a Mosque reputed to disseminate Radical Islam to its attendees. In case you have been desensitized, Radical Islam = Islamic Terrorism.

 

I appreciate that Paul began the podcast by giving a bit of history on the Muslim Brotherhood’s document: An Explanatory Memorandum – On the General Strategic Goal for the Group In North America (5/22/1991). You can read that grand strategy to Islamize America on a PDF on the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) website HERE. The IPT PDF begins with the Muslim Brotherhood’s original Arabic followed by the English translation which you’ll have to scroll down to read.

 

Cathy Hinners posted an article on the podcast subject matter on DailyRollCall.com: Nashville Police Cadets Schooled On Islam At Radical Mosque

 

Central to the subject matter is the Islamic Center of Nashville (ICN). To understand how bad ICN is for America in general and Tennesseans in particular here is an excerpt from the Tennessee Star (which is interesting since the Tennessee press is usually Muslim-friendly) dated 11/20/17:

 

Former board members of the Islamic Center of Nashville (ICN), Awadh Binhazim and Kamel Daouk helped found the ICT; Binhazim served as Secretary of the Board and Daouk as Chairman.

 

Binhazim proselytized Islam in Nashville through his organization Olive Tree Education which served as the dawa program for the ICN (which was recently visited by Metro Nashville students), with lectures and classes at Vanderbilt, Tennessee State University and presentations to local civic groups and law enforcement. Daouk served as the treasurer of Olive Tree.

 

According to a Politico article, the Olive Tree Education website listed several lectures by al-Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki.

 

In 2010, a video of Binhazim at a Vanderbilt student program recorded him saying that Islamic law mandates capital punishment for homosexuality and that “as a Muslim he does not have a choice of whether to accept or reject what Islam teaches.”

 

Binhazim’s bio posted on Vanderbilt’s website notes that Binhazim held a variety of roles at the ICN including as Vice-President and Secretary of the ICN Board and as Director of Public Relations for the mosque. The ICN Imam during Binhazim’s tenure was Abdulhakim ali Mohamed who served the mosque from 1999-2007 and partnered in Olive Tree Education. This Imam came to Nashville from the radical Brooklyn Al Farooq mosque which had a documented history of raising money for terrorists and is the same mosque attended by the “blind sheik” who was convicted in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Justin Smith has sent two articles, some Justin quotes and some photos demonstrating the religion of Islam is diametrically opposed to anything Western Culture and opposed to any religion that is NOT Islamic, particularly Judaism and Christianity. Justin makes clear that he is in the Counterjihad camp that the label “Radical Islam” is a huge misdirect. The entirety of Islamic doctrine displayed in the Quran, Hadith and Sira (one could include Islamic theological theologians respected by current Muslim theologians such as respected Islamic Theologian Ibn Taymiyyah (Of interest: Ibn Taymiyya: the father of modern Muslim terrorism? – Ibn Taymiyya’s Theodicy of Perpetual Optimism) and influential Islamic treatises such as “Reliance of the Traveller” By Ahmad ibn Naqib al-Misri. Here is a “Traveller” analysis.

 

You will quickly discover that Justin his little tolerance with Counterjihadists (or multiculturalists for that matter that claim true Islam is not a terrorist ideology) that try to distinguish Moderate Islam from Radical Islam. It is my humble opinion when Counterjihadists make the distinction, it is out of political correctness. The reality is the theological tool of Islamic Dualism enables a Muslim to follow any peaceful dictates from the Quran, Hadith and Sira. But what the knowledgeable Muslim will not tell you is the Islamic theological term of Abrogation (See Also: “David Bukay on Islamic Abrogation” posted 6/21/08) can be used to override any Quranic peaceful tenet by the simple fact of the date of the of the newer displaces the older. Hence, all a peaceful Muslim needs to know to transform into a terrorist is to understand the Islamic principle of Abrogation.

It is right and proper that America stands with Israel, because most of the current uproar against Her is steeped in the Islamic hatred for both Jews and Christians and the Islamic nations’ desire to wipe Israel from the face of the earth. US Embassy Move Helps the Fight Against Radical Islam

Today, the United States moved its embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Israel’s capital city, Jerusalem. The move is significant – it marks a recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital city by the U.S. and an end to the dispute of its status by the world’s foremost superpower.

 

The move is also significant in the battle against radical Islam. Here are four reasons why:

 

  1. The move marks an end the era of appeasement of radical Islamists

Congress passed the bipartisan Jerusalem Embassy Act in 1995 which required the U.S. Embassy in Israel to be located in Jerusalem. It was unanimously affirmed by the Senate in 2017.

 

Up until President Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, U.S. presidents declined to act on the bill, citing security concerns. That was a code word for appeasement of radical Islamists (as well as other Arab nationalists, like the Palestinian Authority, which conveniently pulls out Islamist tropes [Blog Editor: This is me admitting to literary ignorance. I had to look up “trope.”] for violent jihad when it suits their purposes).

 

As it has been proven historically, appeasement has only led to the emboldening of violent Islamists and has been the impetus for broad-scale and unrelenting terrorism, both against Israel and the U.S.

 

(The opposite is also true. Far from causing a world conflagration as predicted by various elements which have traditionally taken the appeasement route, the recognition by Trump that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel passed with narry [sic] a whimper in the Arab world.)

 

The embassy move is a message to Islamists: There will be no more appeasement.

 

  1. The move puts Islamists on notice that the US president keeps his word

Former president Obama famously vowed the use of chemical weapons in Syria was his red line. When Syrian President Assad pulled out the weapons and used them on his own people, Obama reneged on his promise to take action, serving to embolden the Syrian despot even further.

 

That’s just one example.

 

World powers have already gotten the idea that Trump is a force to be reckoned with. One gets the idea that his saber rattling against North Korea was not a bunch of empty promises, as we have already witnessed substantial progress with North Korea, from their willingness to come to the table to talk about getting rid of their nuclear weapons to the release of political prisoners to the U.S.

 

  1. The move tells Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah and the rest of the Islamist world that the US is serious about standing up to them

Jason Greenblatt, a key player in Trump’s Mideast negotiating team, said the move “show(s) that America will always stand with Israel.”

 

Said another way, the move demonstrates in a dramatic way (i.e., going against the stance of the European Union) that it supports a country that actually fights radical Islam instead of giving it lip service.

 

Tiny Israel has risked war with Iran by not crossing its own red lines – which, at the moment, have to do with making sure that Iranian forces and their advanced weapons are not knocking on Israel’s borders or being transferred to Israel’s enemies like Hezbollah. To this end, Israel has repeatedly attacked Iranian installations in Syria and been willing to face the consequences.

 

Similarly, Israel is currently showing the world it will not back down when threatened by the Islamist terror organization Hamas on its southern border.

 

  1. The move is a way to get radical Islamists to accept reality and move on

Greenblatt also noted the move is “not a departure from our strong commitment to facilitate a lasting peace deal. Rather, it is a necessary condition for it.”

 

In other words, the Arab World needs to accept the reality of the State of Israel, make peace with it and stop using the issue as an excuse for not getting their own houses in order.

 

We see this has already happened in the Sunni states of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt. Under tremendous and potentially disastrous threats from not only from their own radical elements but from Iran, these states have chosen to accept (and even embrace) the reality of the State of Israel, which they rightly believe can help them win these battles.

Too often these scenes of chaos and mayhem are staged and there are high tech cameras and film equipment operating behind the scenes, almost as though on a movie set.

 

If Palestinians managed to breach the fence, they will presumably kill and capture as many Israelis as possible, while calling it a “return.” If Palestinians are killed, Hamas can always blame Israel.

“In a few centuries, in Syria, where more than 90% percent of the population were Christians, and in Iran where an overwhelming majority of citizens were Zoroastrians, the demography drastically shifted to majority-Muslim. Neither nation could have anticipated such a change.”

 

And here in the United States: “The number of Muslims in the US has increased by 40% in just five years — between 2010-2015 — while in the same period the non-Muslim population of the US has grown by only five percent.”

 

You see who is responsible for this: the man who was President of the United States during those years. He is the one who pursued reckless immigration policies that have placed the U.S. in this situation. He is the one who remains responsible for the great strife and violence that his actions will be bringing to America for generations to come.

 

“Radicalism: The Real Shock Was the Reaction of the Americans…,” by Majid Rafizadeh, Gatestone Institute, May 12, 2018:

 

“Soon,” said the letter, “America Will Be Ours”.

The writer, it became clear, was an extremist Muslim in the U.S. who claimed to be a reputable religious preacher. With each new word, concern grew.

 

He pointed out, throughout the letter, the “sinful” ways of the West: dancing, drinking, dating…

 

He expressed disgust that most women did not wear the hijab or participate in prayer five times a day. Then he got straight to the point: “Ours,” he explained, represented Muslims like him.

 

The sentiment is hardly a new one. A person hears similar proclamations from many Muslim extremists throughout the years. The real shock was not letter but the reaction of many Americans after seeing it.

 

Such a thing, they said, could never happen. The writer’s words were “just bluster,” nothing to be taken seriously. Most surprisingly, they stated — honestly — that Muslims who speak of such intentions do not really mean what they say, so these threats should not be cause for concern.

 

The history of the two nations where I grew up — Iran and Syria — taught all of us there a big lesson about living in this kind of ignorance: the reality of how quickly a nation can be consumed by the philosophies of a religious state. An authoritarian and malicious regime, as exists now in Iran — the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism and brutal even to its own people — is something we cannot forget.

While many may underestimate the radical preacher’s claims that “Soon, America Will Be Ours”, for extremist Muslims these beliefs are strongly and deeply rooted.

 

Many extremists believe that their religious desire — for a “Muslim takeover of the White House, a directive from Muhammad himself ” — is coming true in the US. Religiously speaking, for these Muslims, ruling America is Allah’s (God’s) word, a sacred promise is coming to fruition.

 

A recent survey and demographic research released by the Pew Research Center found that Muslims will soon overtake members of other religions, including Jews, as the second-largest religious group in the United States.

 

This issue should not be taken lightly. What does being the second-largest religion in a country mean? Voters impact local and national politics, swing domestic elections, elect more representatives from the same religious affiliation, are influential enough to determine who the next president of the United States may be, and change the laws of the land. All it takes is a subtle shift in power for the entire society, political system and culture of a nation to be changed.

 

The number of Muslims in the US has increased by 40% in just five years — between 2010-2015 — while in the same period the non-Muslim population of the US has grown by only five percent. This means that the Muslim population is growing almost eight times faster than the non-Muslim population in the US….

Book Review: “Holy Wrath: Among Criminal Muslims”

The book Holy Wrath: Among Criminal Muslims was written by the Danish psychologist Nicolai Sennels. This is an English translation of a book called Blandt kriminelle muslimer, which was written in 2008. It is based on personal experiences Sennels had with young Muslim criminals while working as a psychologist for three years at a juvenile facility in Copenhagen.

 

Since 2008, problems with criminal gangs from an immigrant background have grown worse in Western Europe. The terror threat from militant Muslims and Jihadist groups has increased as well.

 

On 14-15 February 2015, two victims plus the perpetrator were killed and several others wounded during terror attacks in Copenhagen. The first attack targeted a debate about blasphemy attended by the Swedish artist Lars Vilks, who has drawn Muhammad as a dog. The second attack targeted Jews in a synagogue.

 

The terrorist was Omar El-Hussein. He was born in Copenhagen to Palestinian parents who fled to Denmark via a refugee camp in Jordan. He had recently been released from prison for a stabbing offense. Omar became radicalized as a militant Muslim in prison. During his deadly attacks, he was carrying a copy of the Koran with a bookmark at Surah 21. This chapter contains verses about punishing disbelievers of Islam.[1]

 

In cities across Europe, natives are being harassed, robbed, raped, stabbed and even killed by Muslim immigrants. This violence is usually labelled as “crime,” but it could sometimes also be labelled as Jihad. The line that separates crime from Jihad is blurred at best. Sometimes, there is no dividing line between the two at all.

Those familiar with early Islamic history know that looting and stealing the property of non-Muslims has been part and parcel of Islam from the very beginning. In fact, so much of the behavior of Muhammad and the early Muslims could be deemed criminal that it is difficult to know exactly where crime ends and Jihad begins.

 

Muslims are over-represented in jails all over the Western world. Some violent criminals also convert to Islam while behind bars. As a devout Muslim, you can continue doing criminal things, yet at the same time claim to be morally superior to your victims. If you rob and mug non-Muslims you are not a thief or a thug. You are in fact a brave Jihadist doing Allah’s noble work in spreading the supremacy of Muslims over others.

 

Some militant Muslims continue their Jihad inside Western jails. In Britain, a prison chaplain revealed in February 2018 that inmates are being forced to convert to Islam for protection behind bars. Paul Song said he had been hit by Muslim inmates at HMP Brixton. He believes that the “Christian faith is not equal” in prison: “Some people have been forced to convert with violence. How do I know? Because three or four people come up to me to tell me. This is a very sensitive issue.” One prisoner has come forward and made a signed statement that prisoners in the UK were forced to convert to Islam after serving time in 2015. Mr. Song says he was removed from his job in south London amid accusations that his Christian teachings were “too radical.”[2]

 

It is not known exactly how many Muslims there are in French prisons because the French state does not publish such statistics. However, virtually everyone seems to agree that Muslims make up a majority of convicted criminals in France, even though they constitute a minority of the overall population.

 

Already in 2008, 60 to 70 percent of all inmates in France’s prison system were Muslims.[3] In 2015, it was estimated that of the people behind bars in France, at least 70 per cent were Muslims. The percentage could be even higher than this in cities such as Marseilles, or in some of the most notorious suburbs of Paris.[4]

 

French prison guards launched public protests against the government in January 2018. French prisons have developed a reputation for being hotbeds of radical Islam that have turned out some of the Jihadists behind a series of bloody terrorist attacks in recent years. The protests began after a convicted Al-Qaeda militant attacked guards in a high-security facility on January 11 with a razor blade and scissors, injuring three of them. A series of other assaults occurred shortly afterwards, often by radicalized Muslim inmates. “These people go to work every day, civil servants, fearing for their security or their lives. We need solutions which respond to this concern for working in safety,” Laurent Berger, head of the national CFDT union, said.[5]

 

In Copenhagen, it was a shock for Nicolai Sennels when he realized that most of the inmates in a Danish prison were young Muslim men. This is a common pattern today from Scandinavia to Spain. Moreover, the Muslims routinely blamed their victims for their problems. They have been raised within a culture where respect equals instilling fear in others. This is how aggressive emotions are perceived in Muslim culture: It is other people’s fault if you feel emotionally distraught. If what happens is always someone else’s fault, then you are without responsibility for your own situation. You are a victim who has been belittled, oppressed or persecuted. This perceived victimhood leads to a sense of entitlement to retribution and revenge.

 

Regardless of whether the Muslim youths are religious or not, they think and react in similar ways when it comes to the cultural view of honor and shame, revenge and limitless loyalty to the group. Even Muslims who sold drugs, drank alcohol and did not fast during Ramadan were greatly offended by the Danish Muhammad cartoons. They harbored a deeply-rooted perception that Islam and Muhammad should always be defended.

 

Sennels notes that among Muslim inmates, being religious gives one a higher status. Those who read the Koran and prayed every day had a certain amount of power over the minds of other Muslim men. Moreover, those who held religious Islamic views also tended to be more ideologically hostile to Western society.

 

Muslim criminals generally felt that external factors were the causes of their problems, not their own actions. They always viewed themselves as victims of outside forces: Provocations by the police, racism from Europeans, harassment from Christians, Jews or others. This became the moral justification for aggression. Since their honor had been violated, they had the right, perhaps even the duty, to respond with anger and force.

 

Sennels comments that for Muslims, anger and violence generate respect. A lack of anger and violence is viewed as weakness and generates contempt. In the Middle East, if you are perceived as weak, you will be preyed upon by rival clans. Western liberals do not understand this mentality. The more “dialogue” and kindness they show to Muslims, the more Muslims will despise them for being weak. They respect only force.

 

In Western and East Asian culture, to display anger publicly is often viewed negatively as a loss of self-control:

 

“Muslim culture, on the other hand, has the complete opposite view. Here, lack of inclination or ability to deliver the expected aggressive reaction when provoked is the fastest way to lose face. If you believe that it is always other people’s fault when you feel hurt or frustrated, you have a tendency to see yourself as a victim: ‘It’s the other guy’s fault!’ This will generate a feeling of being insulted and offended, and the resulting reaction is often to lash out with accusations like ‘you make me feel this way, so of course I’m reacting.’ By this logic, even very destructive reactions can be justified. The victimhood becomes a blank check that can be used as an excuse for all kinds of ‘legitimate’ responses and revenge. In plain English: If you are in a nightclub, and you accidentally bump into a person who has grown up with this kind of thinking, odds are you are in for a beating. Like a young man said in group therapy, trying to explain why he stabbed another young man outside a convenience store several times: ‘It was his own fault. He shouldn’t have made me mad.’”[6]

 

The book by Nicolai Sennels was written about the experiences of a psychologist in one Scandinavian prison. However, some of the insights he presents about Muslim culture have wider significance. It is a big problem for Muslims if they cannot properly address shortcomings in themselves and their own societies because they blame others for their failures and misfortunes. Unfortunately, it is also a big problem for the world if Muslims continue lashing out with violence against other people because of imaginary or grossly inflated wrongdoings.

Understanding The Threat

 

Many men and women have left Islam and courageously speak truthfully about what Islam teaches and the threat it poses to the civilized world.

 

These are people grew up being taught about the obligation to wage jihad, that taking Jews and Christians for friends is unlawful because it is prohibited by Allah in the Koran, that non-Muslims are the “worst of all creatures” (Koran 98:6), and that the purpose of Islam is to impose sharia (Islamic Law) on the entire world.

 

We in the non-Muslim world can learn a lot from these people.  Are we hearing them?

 

As a Special Agent in the FBI (1996-2008), UTT Founder/President John Guandolo worked with muslim assets/informants who did dangerous and difficult work on behalf of our nation and the FBI.  While they did not adhere to sharia, they identified themselves as “muslims.”

 

Through this work, Mr. Guandolo came to know about an Imam from Uganda who converted to Christianity. The Imam wrote his story in March of 2007, and it included details of growing up in Islam, training to become an Imam, and what Islam teaches.  John Guandolo had this story translated into English and then disseminated it inside the FBI as well as to Christian organizations to support their work in Islamic nations.

 

A brief summary of the story is below which gives readers an insight into the true intentions of Islam.  It reveals Islam is a totalitarian system which enslaves people who are a part of it.

 

“My name is Mayanja Yiusf.  I was born into a Muslim family in Uganda…When I came of age, I enrolled for studies in Islam and Arabic which took six years:  three years of Islam and three years of Arabic.  I trained in Uganda and Sudan and I became a prominent Imam and spoke at many mosques in and outside Kampala.  I was a leader of a Muslim Association called Al-Dawahti…I was on the council of Tabliqs and my paternal uncle is the leader of that sect in Uganda.

 

“I was born and raised a Muslim, but now I have left that life behind…In light of the crisis in the world today, and because of the ongoing strategies to attack Christians at every level, may this also be a warning to all peoples everywhere, that Islam is obtaining dominance and is arming itself for continued war on all things not of Islam.  There is little time left to reach the many innocent Muslims who wish they could escape from the violent slavery of Islam.

 

“I tell you my story while I am still alive.  You see, as a Muslim who has left the faith, my days may be numbered.  I have lived under the threat of death since I left my father’s household, only until now, they have not succeeded.

 

“Lest you think that the religion of Islam is promoting the love of God and fellow man, here are just a few of the works that Islam engages in today:

 

“It is not just the “radical fundamentalists” or jihadis who participate in the terror of today.  Do you not know that it is against the Koran to refuse help to those who are in Jihad?

 

“There is a strategy called the “New Mosque Movement” which seeks to begin building mosques and schools and clinics all over the world.  Just look around and you can see, in Africa, South America, England, and France, and even in America.  The mosques are the centers of political thought as well as religious practice, but then again, those two are inseparable in Islam.

 

“Muslim fathers will gladly kill their sons and daughters if they disobey or leave the religion.

 

“Muslim groups are sending Muslims to Christian places for information.  They spy everywhere, especially where there is freedom of movement…They start non-profits and organizations everywhere, many with the purpose to intimidate Western societies.  In the US, CAIR and organizations like them are funded to push the free countries to accept them and their religion and practices.  They threaten to sue and intimidate if they don’t get their way.

 

“Wherever they begin to operate in villages, towns, etc they threaten others, especially moderate Muslims, and even other Imams who are not as aggressive as the jihadists…Peace in Islam means that the countries are operating under the rule of Islam, Sharia Law, and with religious leaders in charge.  That is their peace.

 

“There are no innocent civilians for the jihadist.  All may be killed because they are merely part of the evil societies to be cleansed.

 

“I am proud to be a Christian now because the Almighty God of the Christians fights for himself.  he doesn’t request or persuade anybody to fight, but instead reconciles people to Himself.  He says that vengeance should be left to him alone.  I hope the reader is able to distinguish between the God of Christians, Jehovah, and Allah…You are hereby invited to think about this:  the Islamic faith does not encourage any believer to reason out who Allah is.  The day you will reason about what you were taught in Islam, will be the day you are released from bondage and you will see the light of Christ.”

 

UTT believes there is a lot to learn from individuals who leave Islam and speak truthfully about the threat it poses to those inside and outside Islam who do not adhere to the sharia and all of its obligations.

 

To defeat an enemy we must clearly identify the threat.  The threat the civilized world faces today is not from “violent extremists” or “radical Islam” or any other euphemism we put on the face of it.  The threat, as 100% of the enemy clearly states, comes from Islam which commands its adherents to impose sharia on the earth through all means necessary.

 

Speaking truth is never wrong.  For the sake of those enslaved by Islam, it is the loving thing to do.

Crazed Muslim in South Dakota

You may or may not have heard of Understanding The Threat (UTT). The website is a fairly recent discovery for me. An email alert from UTT reports that a Worldview Weekend scheduled for April 9, 2017 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota was to be the subject of a protest by the local by local Mosque – Islamic Center of Sioux Falls. I am uncertain if the protest was arranged or not but a Muslim went to the Worldview Weekend event and video streamed it on Facebook. The lying Muslim Brotherhood infiltrator that video streamed his perspective followed by a display of his guns on Facebook that these ominous words toward the end: “be terrified”.

The property of ICSF is owned by a Muslim Brotherhood organization known as North American Islamic Trust (NAIT). To understand a bit about the Worldview Weekend organization, ICSF and NAIT; here is a bit of background info to understand just how threatening this story is.

Here’s a full disclosure moment: I associate myself with the Word of Faith Movement which, these days, seems to receive a lot of criticism – some justified but most unjustified. The Worldview Weekend Foundation bills itself as a watch dog for proper Christian beliefs and a defender of the faith from anti-Christian groups or critics. For reasons of this post, I am looking at Worldview Weekend alerting Christians to the dangers of Islam. Ergo, I might not be aligned with all of Worldview Weekend’s doctrinal mainstays, I fully aligned with exposing Islam as an antichrist religion. The ICSF has invited Muslims that support Islamic terrorism into their midst. One such person is Jihad Qaddour. Qaddour is a Muslim Brotherhood acolyte. Here are some excerpts on him:

In addition to his role as an officer of the Muslim American Society, the part of the US Muslim Brotherhood closest to the Egyptian organization, an individual with the last name Qaddour was listed on a spreadsheet from an internal U. Brotherhood document dated 12/18/88 that lists fifteen last names of the US Brotherhood Shura Council.

 

… With an estimated population of 171,544, if Jihad Qaddour reaches his goal, Muslims will be a majority in ten years.

North American Islamic Trust

 

In this excerpt from The Global Muslim Brotherhood Daily Watch on NAIT check out all the American Islamic organizations connected to the Muslim Brotherhood:

 

The North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) describes itself as “a waqf, the historical Islamic equivalent of an American trust or endowment, serving Muslims in the United States and their institutions. NAIT facilitates the realization of American Muslims’ desire for a virtuous and happy life in a Shari’ah-compliant way.” A research report on the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) authored by the GMBDW editor describes the origins of NAIT and the role that it played in the early development of the US Muslim Brotherhood:

 

“The North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) was established on May 23, 1973 and later became known as an affiliate of ISNA. According to the incorporation documents, the purpose of NAIT was to “serve the best interests of Islam and the Muslim Student’s Association of the United States and Canada” by establishing a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation to hold “investment property.” …: An Islamic scholar writes: “With its ability to raise funds, especially from overseas, MSA began establishing business and professional organizations useful in establishing off-campus institutions. The North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) became instrumental in establishing masajid, student houses, Islamic centers, full-time schools, and literature publishing (under the American Trust Publications, International Graphics Press, and Islamic Book Service). Its members created the American Muslim Scientists and Engineers (AMSE), the American Muslim Social Scientists (AMSS), and the Islamic Medical Association (IMA).”

 

The report goes to describe how NAIT today has become the custodian of a large number of U.S. mosques and Islamic centers:

Former FBI special agent Robert Stauffer headed an investigation in the 1980s of Muslim Brotherhood finances and reportedly discovered that the Islamic Society of North America had received “Millions and millions of dollars” through NAIT which, he says, “served as a financial holding company for Muslim Brotherhood-related groups.” The money, he says, was wired into the United States from Islamic countries, including Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Egypt, Malaysia and Libya.

Well, that is some background info. Now to the Muslim who video streamed the event to his Facebook page then ended with some profanity toward the Christian participants followed by a display of several weapons. Each weapon was reciting “be scared” or “be terrified”.

 

I am certain due to the profanity used by the pious Muslim most websites have not shown the video. Pamela Geller was not deterred. Here’s her excerpt which I uploaded to Youtube. ***BEWARNED, the “F” word seems to be his favorite epithet*** [UPDATE 4/19/17]: Youtube has notified me the video promotes violence. My intention was to report on jihadi hatred of Christians. I have appealed the Youtube decision but I do not hold my breath on the organization looking at my view point.]

I find a bit ironic … or better yet- hypocritical, that the ICSF Mosque in South Dakota desired to protest the Worldview Weekend event after having speakers such as Jihad Qaddour promoting Jihad speaking. Last Sunday evening, April 9, 2017, over 500 people gathered for the Worldview Weekend Rally in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  The Muslim Brotherhood threatened, a Muslim showed up in what was a possible thwarted attack, and local officials did nothing.

 

This is how America will lose this war if it does not change course immediately at the local level.

 

The Sioux Falls Police Department notified the speakers, radio personality Brannon House and Shahram Hadian, a former Iranian muslim who is now a Christian pastor, that the Islamic Center of Sioux Falls filed a permit to protest the Worldview Weekend Rally event because they viewed the event as bigoted and Islamophobic.

 

The property for the Islamic Center of Sioux Falls is owned by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), meaning it is a part of the Muslim Brotherhood’s jihadi network in America waging “Civilization Jihad.”

 

At the event on April 9th, a muslim man entered the event while filming on Facebook Live.  He filmed a Koran he was holding in his hand, scanned/filmed the audience with his phone, and was then stopped by security/police because filming was not permitted.  He told them he was leaving, and then lied to them and said his name is “John Smith.”  In fact, the man’s name is Ehab Jaber.

 

On Jaber’s facebook page it is clear he is anti-police and pro-sharia (Islamic Law).  During his video of the event in question, he made very derogatory remarks about those in attending.

 

On video Jaber proceeded to his car where he filmed several weapons including  3 pistols and two rifles.  While brandishing the weapons Jaber commented, “be terrified.”

 

It should be noted two South Dakota legislators were in attendance at the event.

 

The good news is that within hours of the event, Jaber was visited by two FBI agents.  The problem, he is still free on the streets of Sioux Falls.

 

The other problem is the FBI has interviewed nearly all of the jihadis who have killed Americans in the last several years declaring them “not a threat.”

 

Organizers of this event have been told the local prosecutors are refusing to charge Jaber with any crime.

These incidents are occurring all over the United States with similar results.  This comes from a lack of training of police officers, prosecutors, and judges at the state and local level.

 

As a direct result of UTT training, terrorism cases have been opened and in one case – only a couple weeks ago – an Al Qaeda operative was identified and is now under investigation.

In any earlier post entitled “Polston Suspension Lifted – Prof Zufari Resigns” which exposes that Areej Zufari as a down in the dirt radical Muslim that hates Jews and Christians. I have no knowledge of Marshall Polston’s dedication to the Christian faith. BUT I DO KNOW Mr. Polston was willing to face the wrath of a Christian faith-hating Muslim in Areej Zufari. As the title suggests, Zufari resigned her post as a Professor at Rollins College.

 

Rollins College maintains Zufari left on good terms. She resigned, the college claims, because of hostile threats. That may be true but Zufari’s Islamic terrorist connections should have gotten her FIRED!

 

Now I am learning Muslim terrorist loving Areej Zufari is also a full Professor at Valencia College also located in Florida just as Rollins College. ACT for America has sent out an “ACTION ALERT” asking protestors to demand the Islamist Professor resign from Valencia College as well.

Polston Suspension Lifted – Prof Zufari Resigns

I just an ACT for America email update on Rollins College suspending a student for openly disagree with a Muslim Prof who was indoctrinating the class about the Crucifixion of Cross saying it was a hoax.

 

The student – Marshall Polston. The Professor – Areej Zufari.

 

After Polston publicly complained about his suspension, Counterjihad investigators began to Areej Zufari’s life. The discovery was that she was a Jew-hating radical Muslim working at Rollins College in Florida. Zufari was a mistress to a married Syrian whose name is Maher Ghawji:

 

Joe Kaufman, an investigative journalist for FrontPage Magazine and Chairman of Americans Against Hate a civil rights organization and terrorism watchdog group, filed an affidavit No. CT-003545-04 naming Professor Zufari and her then husband Maher Ghawji a medical doctor based in Memphis, Tennessee. The affidavit reads in part:

He left Syria around 1982, the year a government-led massacre took place in the town of Hama – a Brotherhood stronghold – which resulted in the deaths of 10,000 to 40,000 people (Exhibit 2). Knowing about Zufari’s boyfriend is quite significant; however, if one believes there is Radical Islam inherent in Zufari merely because she is married to a Muslim Brotherhood Jihadi operative, this will change your mind:

 

Zufari served as the spokesperson and Director of Communications for the Islamic Society of Central Florida (ISCF) from 2001 to at least 2004, according to the author bio from her 2012 book “Beyond the Headlines” and press communications from the organization. ISCF’s main mosque, Masjid al-Rahman, is owned by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), which was classified by federal prosecutors as both an un-indicted co-conspirator in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing case and as an entity that is or was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.

 

In this case, the Muslim Brotherhood’s goals were identified as “establish[ing] a network of organizations in the U.S. to spread a militant Islamist message and raise money for Hamas,” and “eliminating the State of Israel through violent jihad.” Former FBI special agent Robert Stauffer stated that NAIT’s role in the Muslim Brotherhood is that of a nonprofit financial holding company, according to the Milwaukee-Wisconsin Journal Sentinel.

 

Security policy expert Alex Alexiev reports in the National Review that NAIT is “the proprietor of hundreds of radical mosques and Islamic institutions in the U.S., including some that have been closed down by the government as criminal enterprises.” According to the Hudson Institute, NAIT is the title owner of at least 25% of all Islamic facilities in the United States with some estimates reaching up to 79%. ISCF has not responded to multiple calls and emails asking if Zufari still holds a position with the organization.

 

In recent years ISCF has received notable publicity for terrorism fundraising activities. In 2009, ISCF sponsored and held an event at Masjid al-Rahman that raised at least $55,000 for George Galloway’s Viva Palestina, which has been criticized as being a financial conduit for the terrorist organization Hamas. Indeed, in 2009 Galloway held a public press conference where he handed a bag of cash over to Hamas leadership.

While its website claims that the organization is for peaceful practitioners of Islam, earlier this year Imam Musri welcomed Sheikh Mohammed Rateb Al-Nabulsi, a radical Muslim cleric who openly calls for the death of Jews and gays, according to Heritage Florida Jewish News.

 

In recent years Rollins College appears to have forged deep connections with ISCF and the two have engaged in affiliated projects dating as far back as 1998. Rollins has collaborated on several events with the ISCF, including one as late as September of 2016, according to the ISCF’s Twitter page.

 

… Zufari was caught up in the middle of a divorce case between Rosine Ghawji and her husband, Maher Ghawji, a Syrian-born endocrinologist, whom Rosine has exposed as a supporter of and donor to radical Islamic activities.

 

Proof of the affair, found in the affidavit of counter-terrorism expert Joe Kaufman, showed that Zufari had been planning a trip to a nudist resort with Maher Ghawji, a man who admitted in court to giving money to his brother, who ended up being a part of a terrorist-linked organization, according to page 32 of the court filing. Specifically, a …

 

Six years prior to their divorce, Rosine [Maher Ghawji’s ex-wife] began acting as an FBI informant leaking information about her ex-husband, who she claims revealed himself to her to be a member of the Muslim Brotherhood early on in their relationship.

 

Email evidence uncovered in the court filing shows that the two were so deeply involved that Zufari had gone to Syria and visited with Ghawji’s family. This past Wednesday, Zufari’s sister confirmed in a comment on a Facebook post that at one point they were even engaged to be married, but claims “their relationship didn’t last for other reasons” after the court trial had ended.

 

According to point 20 of her lawsuit against Zufari, Rosine alleges that throughout the affair Zufari was aware of her ex-husband’s extremist beliefs, and was even complicit in the plan to radicalize Ghawji’s two children, Louis and Tarek “K.K.” Ghawji.

When asked to respond to the situation and Zufari’s ties to radical Islam, Rollins College spokeswoman Jo Marie Hebeler said the following in a statement:

 

“Rollins College is welcoming and respectful of all religious and cultural beliefs. As an institution of higher education, we value and encourage diversity of opinions and respectful discourse. In accordance with FERPA and our institutional policies, it is our responsibility to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all involved in this incident, students and faculty alike. The safety and fair treatment of all members of our campus community is of utmost concern.”

Ergo the Rollins College multicultural diversity policy means the college looks the other way when Islamic terrorist supporting apply for employment. YOU have to wonder if the college has other Islamic terrorist supporting staff under their employ?

 

Marshal Polston had his suspension lifted after only a week. AND Islamic terrorist supporting Areej Zufari has voluntarily resigned as a Professor at Rollins College.

 

And yet Rollins College insists Polston did not get suspended for arguing with Areej Zufari. Rather the college claims Polston was suspended for social media disrespect and vulgarity against college staff. The only proof of such disrespect and vulgarity is an email sent to Zufari complaining of receiving a failing grade for disagreeing with her facts. I found the email at WND:

 

We need to talk as soon as possible over phone or in your office because you have been extremely unfair to me and pursuit a ruthless program of hostility in your recent grading simply due to the fact that I disagree with you on your inherent bias and clandestine theological apologies. I’m actually a nice person but not when I’m viciously attacked. I’d be just as happy to go to the dean about this issue.

 

I’m emailing you about the first essay in your Rollins class. You recently failed me with a 52% despite the fact that I followed all the guidelines listed, covered all the topics and asked you directly about the problem areas. I specifically asked you about sources in person as a result of your request that the paper be an analysis and not research. Everything I wrote came from personal memory and research or first hand experience in my travels with the government, personal visits with friends, teaching experiences or philanthropic efforts in the Middle East.

 

Quite frankly the grade you assigned to me exposes your a true agenda which is to silence me in class. As I told you before I’m not interested in speaking anymore. But since you’ve decided to carry a blitzkrieg out against me, I may have to speak up in regards to your extreme bias and not necessarily to the class but to the dean. You’re one of the most incompetent professors I have ever seen in my entire life.

 

It’s very clear you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. You may have a college degree but you belong in a reform school.

 

First you conflate the immaculate conception and virgin birth which are totally different. Then you state that middle eastern Jews were Sephardic when in fact they are mostly Mizrahi Sephardic Jews only emigrated from Spain to North Africa and Istanbul and we’re NEVER native.

 

I could go on and on and on. Everybody knows that you’re a failure as a Professor — Rest assured I’m not the only one!!! I have dozens of examples to pull from that I’ve noticed during the class.

 

I think it’s great to be a theological apologist but not in a secular setting — I don’t know whether this was just a mistake or not so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. In order to stop a textual embarrassment in the Quran from coming to light in class you proceeded to ignore the facts when I asked a pertinent question about Mohammed. He had an adopted son which divorced his wife so he could marry him and although you finally admitted it was twisted, it took until I looked up the verse that you believed me.

 

Your bias is blatantly evident in your misinformation about the historical Jesus and moreover manifested in the lack of discussion about Wellhausen’s documentary hypothesis (with you taking the theological position that Moses wrote the first five books of the Torah). No one takes either position that you gave in the archaeological or secular biblical fields.

 

Also your brainwashing session about sharia law at the United States of Rollins ignores what the vast majority of people in countries like Egypt and Iraq really believe in regards to misogyny, homophobia or religious freedom.

 

I agree that sharia law can be reformed but in the context of the seventh century, let’s not jump to utopian conclusions about sharia law’s original implementation in society. I understand that you are much more liberal Muslim which is great but quite frankly it astonishes me your hypocrisy. On the one hand you report me to the dean for correcting you while you were indoctrinating students with false information. On the other hand a Muslim student in class cracks a joke about chopping someone’s body parts off and you do nothing. It’s really cowardly of you to shut me down in the middle of class or lie to the dean but I should be careful when saying that because that would be insulting to cowards. I hope we don’t have to escalate this issue and you’ll stop this crusade against me. I would really hate to get in contact with some national media personalities that I’m good friends with but I’m going to have to take it there or pursue legal options if you don’t stop your harassment toward me.

 

Hmm … I see an upset student over an unjust/undeserving failing grade AND NOTHING physically threatening, disrespectful or vulgar. Since Rollins College multicultural diversity policy does not preclude hiring Islamic terrorist supporters, it is not surprising the college uses an age old Islamic tenet in fabricating a suspension reason – Taqiyya (aka Lying).

 

The ACT for America is taking its share of credit for Areej Zufari resigning, but says nothing of Marshall Polston’s reinstatement. ACT uses the email as a fundraiser. Give or not, that’s up to you. ACT for America is a worthy cause if you have the extra cash.

After being caught red handed indoctrinating students, and slandering one who stood up to her radical agenda, Marshall Polston, ACT for America came to the rescue.

 

Zufari was on the FBI terror watch list for connections to a co-conspirator in the first WTC bombing, and was an explicit anti-Semite.

The professor, Areej Zufari, wanted 20-year-old sophomore Marshall Polston out of her Middle Eastern humanities class at Rollins College after doing battle with him for most of the spring semester. Polston accused her of saying Jesus’ crucifixion is a hoax and that his disciples didn’t believe he is God — but that wasn’t his only issue.

 

In an email to Zufari after receiving a failing grade on an essay, Polston wrote “you report me to the dean for correcting you while you were indoctrinating students with false information. On the other hand a Muslim student in class cracks a joke about chopping someone’s body parts off and you do nothing.”

 

The controversy spread beyond the private liberal arts school in Winter Park, which received thousands of angry messages about the professor.

 

The school’s President Grant Cornwell told the Orlando Sentinel that Zufari quit “because of the hateful threats and emails and phones messages she was getting. I think it’s a terrible injustice, but I do respect her decision.”

 

In addition, Cornwall told the paper that Polston’s suspension in late March — which was rescinded after a week — wasn’t over his theological dispute with Zufari but because of his “vulgar” and “mean-spirited” Facebook comments to another student. The president added to the Sentinel that since Polston’s posts didn’t constitute a specific threat, he was reinstated.

 

However, Polston’s reinstatement letter from Rollins College says his behavior was connected to more than just a single student, noting he had been “aggressive, disrespectful, and at times, vulgar in multiple verbal and electronic communications with faculty, staff and students.”

 

Cornwall’s revelation about Polston’s “vulgar” and “mean-spirited” Facebook comments was the the first time the school gave its reason for the suspension, the Sentinel reported, adding that the school wouldn’t comment earlier, citing student privacy laws.

 

But at the time, Cornwall did insist the school “never ever ever” would suspend a student simply for disagreeing with a professor.

 

Polston’s attorney Kenneth Lewis told the Sentinel the Facebook post was “nothing” and “a total joke” — and that the classroom dispute was the real reason for his client’s suspension.

 

Before Polston’s suspension, Zufari sought an injunction against him for “protection against stalking,” the paper said, citing court records — but she withdrew the injunction request last week.

 

Cornwell added to the Sentinel that school officials interviewed other students in Zufari’s class who disputed Polston’s allegations — and that the school decided his failing grade was appropriate after reviewing Polston’s essay.

 

“I was upset, understandably,” Polston told the Central Florida Post about his failing grade. “I’ve never gotten anything less than straight As, so I was really interested in figuring out how to possibly improve or at least understand the grade.”

 

In 2013, Rollins College kicked InterVarsity Christian Fellowship off campus because the student group required its leaders to be Christian and promote certain conservative beliefs, the Sentinel reported, which constituted a violation of the school’s anti-discrimination policy.

Georgetown University is a premier academic institution in America, yet the university has unconscionable links to the Radical Islam that hates American culture and Liberty.

 

USNews.com ranks Georgetown University #20 nationally tied with UC Berkley. This makes Georgetown one of America’s elite colleges. Georgetown was founded as a Jesuit-Catholic college in 1789 around the time of the U.S. Constitution became the centerpiece of American government and George Washington became the first President of the United States.

 

Georgetown University, a private university in Washington DC, is the oldest Catholic and Jesuit higher education institution in the US.

 

Its alumni include two former US presidents: Bill Clinton and Lyndon Johnson; as well as several other heads of state, including King Felipe VI of Spain.

 

Having been founded in 1789 by John Carroll, the US’ first bishop and archbishop, on a hilltop overlooking the Potomac River, Georgetown awarded its first bachelor’s degrees in 1817.

 

The American Civil War nearly forced the closure of the university, with the student body dropping from 313 to 17 between 1859 and 1861, but it was in the aftermath of the conflict that Georgetown became the institution that is known today.

 

Patrick Healy, the university’s president between 1873 and 1882 and the first African American to earn a PhD, reshaped the institution’s curriculum to place a focus on history and the natural sciences, and started the construction of Healy Hall, the flagship Flemish Romanesque building at the heart of the campus.

 

Nowadays the university is divided into nine undergraduate and graduate schools, including Georgetown College, which offers a liberal arts programme, and the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, which has educated heads of state and politicians from around the world.

 

With more than 7,000 undergraduate and about 10,000 postgraduate students, about 11 per cent of Georgetown’s students are from overseas, being drawn from about 130 countries.

 

Although it has always been independent of the Catholic Church, Georgetown’s Jesuit heritage continues to be influential, with education at the university emphasising service to others, particularly the vulnerable and disadvantaged.

 

Georgetown also runs a school of foreign service in Doha, Qatar, and offers study abroad opportunities at villas around the Mediterranean.

 

Alumni and sports teams of Georgetown are known as Hoyas. Prominent Hoyas include US defence secretary Robert Gates and his predecessor Donald Rumsfeld; José Manuel Barroso, the former president of the European Commission; and King Abdullah II of Jordan. Georgetown has one of the top Islamic apologists (John Esposito: HERE & HERE) that defends Muslim terrorists that hates Israel and has a University adjunct in Doha, Qatar. Qatar is a notorious supporter of Radical Islam and Islamic terrorists in the Middle Eastern region. I suspect the Jesuit founder of Georgetown is rolling over in his grave over Islamic infiltration into his Catholic university.

Georgetown University and Radical Islamists: It’s a Family Affair

Georgetown University’s Qatar campus is set to host Sami Al-Arian for a lecture tonight in Doha. According to a news release from the school’s Middle Eastern Studies Student Association, Al-Arian is a “civil rights activist” who hopes to challenge students to “make it a better, and more equitable and peaceful world.”

Those are charitable descriptions for Al-Arian, a documented member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s Majlis Shura, or board of directors. According to the Islamic Jihad’s bylaws, which law enforcement agents found during searches of Al-Arian’s home and offices, there can be “No Peace without Islam.” The group’s objective is to create “a state of terror, instability and panic in the souls of Zionists and especially the groups of settlers, and force them to leave their houses.”

It’s an agenda Al-Arian took to heart. Following a double suicide bombing in 1995 that killed 19 Israelis, Al-Arian solicited money from a Kuwaiti legislator. “The latest operation, carried out by the two mujahideen who were martyred for the sake of God, is the best guide and witness to what they believing few can do in the face of Arab and Islamic collapse at the heels of the Zionist enemy…” he wrote.

“I call upon you to try to extend true support of the jihad effort in Palestine so that operations such as these can continue, so that the people do not lose faith in Islam and its representatives…” he wrote. Four years earlier, he spoke at a fundraiser in Cleveland, introduced as the head of the “active arm of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine.”

Why, then, is a Jesuit university, albeit at a campus in Qatar, hosting a leader of a designated terrorist group’s “active arm”?

There’s a family bond between Georgetown University and the Al-Arians. Son Abdullah is an assistant professor at Georgetown’s Qatar campus, teaching history in its School of Foreign Service. He earned his Ph.D. at Georgetown, writing his dissertation about the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood during the 1970s, a time his father acknowledges being part of the global Islamist movement.

Jonathan Brown, Al-Arian’s son-in-law, also works at Georgetown, as the [Saudi] Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Chair of Islamic Civilization. Brown recently drew criticism for a lecture in which he argued that slavery isn’t inherently “morally evil” if the slave is treated well. He also minimized sexual consent as a recent social more, arguing no one is really free enough to grant consent anyway.

Property records show Brown and his wife Laila Al-Arian bought a modest house just outside Tampa in 2015. Brown also owns a $1.1 million house in Mclean, Va.

Brown’s boss, Georgetown University Professor John Esposito, has been a staunch Al-Arian defender. Al-Arian is “an extraordinarily bright, articulate scholar and intellectual-activist, a man of conscience with a strong commitment to peace and social justice,” Esposito wrote in a letter to a federal judge.

Brown’s slavery and sexual consent lecture was hosted by the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) in Herndon, Va. The IIIT was a prime financial supporter of a think tank Al-Arian founded in Tampa called the World and Islam Studies Enterprise (WISE). It provided cover for at least three other members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s Shura Council, including his brother-in-law Mazen Al-Najjar, an academic named Basheer Nafi and Ramadan Abdullah Shallah – the Islamic Jihad’s secretary general since late 1995.

Federal prosecutors wanted Al-Arian to tell a grand jury what he knew about the IIIT’s financial support for terrorists. He refused. Al-Arian was charged with criminal contempt after maintaining that stance even after a judge granted him immunity for his truthful testimony.

The case never went to trial. Al-Arian was deported to Turkey in 2015, pursuant to terms in his 2006 guilty plea connected to his Palestinian Islamic Jihad support. He now works as “director of the Center for Regional Politics at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University,” the Georgetown Middle East students group’s news release said.

Al-Arian is a computer scientist.

Sabahattin Zaim opened in 2010 and claims to have about 1,100 undergraduate students.

While the Georgetown University program is organized by a student group, promotional material lists Mehran Kamrava as moderator. Kamrava directs the Georgetown School of Foreign Service’s Center for International and Regional Studies.

 
His presence adds the university’s imprimatur to the Al-Arian event. In addition, the School of Foreign Service posted the news release promoting Al-Arian’s lecture.

Qatar has supported Hamas, the Islamic Jihad’s rival Palestinian terrorist group, providing money and refuge for Hamas leaders. In that light, Al-Arian’s invitation doesn’t seem out of place. But it is still an event hosted by a Georgetown University campus, moderated by one of its prominent faculty.

While Al-Arian has tried to deny his Islamic Jihad activities, or at least minimize them, his work to advance the group’s bloody ambitions is undeniable. He self-identified as the Shura Council’s secretary. In his plea agreement, he admits lying about Shallah’s prominent role in the Islamic Jihad.

During his 1991 remarks in Cleveland after his “active arm” introduction, Al-Arian urged donations for jihad. “Your brothers in Palestine are struggling with their beings,” he said, “so let us struggle here with our money.”

“This is the way of giving,” he said earlier. “This is the way of struggle. This is the way of battle. This is the way of jihad. This is the way of martyrdom. Thus is the way of blood, because this is the path to heaven.”

The student association’s news release failed to mention this background as a convicted felon, describing the former University of South Florida professor as a “civil rights advocate.” It fails to mention Al-Arian’s guilty plea, and whitewashes his resulting deportation to Turkey by saying “Al-Arian relocated.”

The federal judge who saw all the evidence against Al-Arian, who watched him lie about his true identity and violent ambitions, called him a “master manipulator.” Old habits die hard, apparently. The question in this case is whether Georgetown and its student groups are being duped or are witting accomplices in whitewashing a terrorist into a “human rights advocate.”

When Americans Become Dhimmis

Yesterday I blogged on Marshall Polston being suspended from Rollins College in Florida for openly disagreeing with Professor Areej Zufari over the divinity, Crucifixion death and bodily Resurrection of Jesus Christ the Son of God.

 

I posited in essence, What would you expect from a Muslim who is taught these things about Jesus straight from their Quran, Hadith and Sunnah? Yet, I found it quite deplorable that Rollins College suspended Polston for his religious beliefs as if establishing the Islamic beliefs on Jesus as the accurate truth.

 

I argued that this attitude of Rollins College placed the educational institution in a position of submission to Professor Zufari and to the theopolitical ideology of Islam. Indeed, Islamic Supremacism is the belief Muslims are taught and that all non-Muslims must submit to Islam either in conversion or in publicly admitting that Islam is superior to one’s separate religious beliefs.

 

This is called Dhimmitude. Check out these excerpts of a Jerry Gordon review of the Mark Durie book “The Third Choice- Islam, Dhimmitude and Freedom”:

 

While browsing through a Barnes and Noble in Westport, Connecticut in 1988, I chanced upon a book on the bottom shelf of the Judaica section with the curious title, The Dhimmi: Jews and Christians under Islam, by Bat Ye’or. Bat Ye’or is a nom de plume meaning in Hebrew “daughter of the Nile.” I perused the paperback volume shocked by the revelations that the Muslim realm was not the tolerant Islam that Medievalist scholars had conveyed. …

The term dhimmi in Bat Ye’or’s pioneering volume referred to those subject to a dhimma or treaty decreeing their status and obligations including a jizya or poll tax that effectively amounted to onerous payments made in lieu of being beheaded – blood money. As Bat Ye’or noted:

 

Dhimmitude: the Islamic system of governing populations conquered by jihad wars, encompassing all of the demographic, ethnic, and religious aspects of the political system. The word “dhimmitude” comes from dhimmi, an Arabic word meaning “protected”. Dhimmi was the name applied by the Arab-Muslim conquerors to indigenous non-Muslim populations who surrendered by a treaty (dhimma) to Muslim domination. Islamic conquests expanded over vast territories in Africa, Europe and Asia, for over a millennium (638-1683). The Muslim empire incorporated numerous varied peoples which had their own religion, culture, language and civilization. For centuries, these indigenous, pre-Islamic peoples constituted the great majority of the population of the Islamic lands. Although these populations differed, they were ruled by the same type of laws, based on the Shari’a.

The Third Choice should be considered an important and timely complement to Bat Ye’or’s, The Dhimmi. (View this presentation on the Third Choice by author Durie at The Heritage Foundation.) He elucidates dhimmitude via discussion of basic Islamic Sharia law contained in the Quranic canon based on the example of Mohammed. What Durie means by the model of Mohammed is captured in an essay by him on the impossibility of Islamic reformation:

 

. . . Muhammad combined within himself the offices of king, judge, general and religious leader, thus unifying politics, law, the military and religion. To follow his example means creating a theocratic political order, where the laws of the land are controlled by Islamic theology.

Durie conveys the ritualized brutality of jizya –a virtual beheading:

 

For the dhimmi, the annual jizya payment was a powerful and public symbolic expression of the jihad-dhimmitude nexus, which fixed the horizon of the dhimmi ’s world. Although the ritual varied in its specific features, its essential character was an enactment of a beheading, in which one of the recurrent features was a blow to the neck of the dhimmi, at the very point when he makes his payment.  (p. 131)

Durie goes on to note the devastating impact of the jizyaon dhimmis:

 

The intended result of the jizya ritual is for the dhimmi to lose all sense of his own personhood. In return for this loss, the dhimmi was supposed to feel humility and gratitude towards his Muslim masters. Al-Mawardi said that the jizya head tax was either a sign of contempt, because of the dhimmis’ unbelief, or a sign of the mildness of Muslims, who granted them quarter (instead of killing or enslaving them) so humble gratitude was the intended response.

The remarks of al-Mawardi and Ibn ‘Ajibah make clear that its true meaning is to be found in psychological attitudes of inferiority and indebtedness imposed upon non-Muslims living under Islam, as they willingly and gratefully handed over the jizya in service to the Muslim community. (p. 141)

AND this is the reason I become so upset when an American public figure or an American private/public institution goes out of its way to accommodate a Muslim or an Islamic organization. It is the beginning of the bending of the neck to submit or die to Islam.

 

While I was corroborating the news of Marshall Polston’s expulsion from Rollins College, I came across an awesome exposé of Professor Areej Zufari which I actually linked to in the “Florida College Turns Religious Liberty into Dhimmitude” post. The exposé is by Rich Swier.

 

Swier’s information of Zufari forces me to hold back the inward fury welling up pertaining to American Dhimmitude!

Orlando’s Muslim Professor Areeje Zufari — Profile of a ‘Radical Islamic Supremacist’

This column provides the background of Professor Areeje Zufari, a Professor of Humanities and Coordinator of the Humanities Speakers Series at Valencia College located in Orlando, Florida. Zufari gained attention when she told her students “that the crucifixion of Jesus was a hoax and that his disciples did not believe he was ‘divine.’”

But there is much more to this story.

 

Joe Kaufman, an investigative journalist for FrontPage Magazine and Chairman of Americans Against Hate a civil rights organization and terrorism watchdog group, filed an affidavit No. CT-003545-04 naming Professor Zufari and her then husband Maher Ghawji a medical doctor based in Memphis, Tennessee. The affidavit reads in part:

 

  1. Maher Ghawji has admitted to his wife of being a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, a violent political movement whose members are sworn to “defend Islam” with their “blood.” He accepted this status with a group of friends, during a trip they had made to Cairo, Egypt (Exhibit 1). He left Syria around 1982, the year a government-led massacre took place in the town of Hama – a Brotherhood stronghold – which resulted in the deaths of 10,000 to 40,000 people (Exhibit 2). Following the massacre, members of the Brotherhood fled Syria, some leaving for the U.S. or Europe, some joining up with Osama bin Laden to fight in Afghanistan (Exhibit 3).

 

  1. During his court deposition, on June 4, 2004, Maher Ghawji admitted to the court and to his wife of being a Wahhabi, an adherent to a fanatical religious form of Islam emanating from Saudi Arabia (Exhibit 4 – page 26).

11a. Maher Ghawji’s son, Louis, has written about how his father wants to “get rid” of all Jews and how his father wants him [Louis] to become a suicide bomber. In an e-mail he sent to a friend on June 24, 2004, he wrote, “And because he [Maher Ghawji] wants to get rid of all Jews and everybody should be muslim and if not all others are idiots and blah blah blah muslim allah blah blah blah wants me to go blow up myself so he would be proud of me…” (Exhibit 5).

 

11b. Both of Maher Ghawji’s sons have discussed how their father hates Jews. In the July 2, 2004 chambers interview with Louis and K.K. Ghawji, the children state the following: K.K. Ghawji: “So, but also, when he watches the TV and hears about Jews, he doesn’t – he’s like saying I hate the Jews, it is – ” Louis Ghawji: “He’s always wondering like every time there is one Jew dead, it is always a big fuss…” (Exhibit 5).

 

  1. About Palestinians becoming suicide bombers, Maher Ghawji stated in his June 2004 deposition, “I think this will generate this, I’m not sure, spirit of blowing themselves up or feeling in despair; and when you’re in despair evidently like they live, and these people has no education, fifty percent jobless, have no running water after the invasion of Israeli to the Gaza Strip and West Bank, destroy all their infrastructure, evidently they feel miserable; and I said these people — I don’t see why not.” (Exhibit 4 – page 82).

…Zufari had given Polston a failing grade without explanation, after the two disagreed over Zufari proclaiming during the first class that the Crucifixion of Christ was a hoax… as was the idea that Jesus’s disciples did not think he was “divine.”

 

Polston reached out and demanded an explanation from the professor, but she instead reported him to the Dean of Safety for making her feel “unsafe.”

 

The straight-A student would ultimately be suspended on March 24th and then face outlandish allegations by Zufari, later that day.

 

She accused him of skulking around in the brush outside the classroom, but video surveillance from a Dr. Phillips restaurant and neighborhood gate cameras prove Polston was nowhere near the school at the time.

 

Now the Central Florida Post has uncovered a lawsuit filed in Orange County, FL in 2007 that contains bombshell allegations against Zufari and provide insight into her radical Wahhabi leanings. SEE THE LAWSUIT BELOW.

About Dr. Rich Swier

 

Dr. Rich is a “conservative with a conscience.” He believes that “extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice and moderation in the pursuit of justice is not virtue.” His idol is former Arizona Senator Barry Goldwater. Goldwater was a true conservative who wrote this in his book “The Conscience of a Conservative”:

 

“I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them. It is not to inaugurate new programs, but to cancel old ones that do violence to the Constitution, or …

Rich holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA, a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Washington University, St. Louis, MO.

 

Rich is a 23-year Army veteran who retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1990. He was awarded the Legion of Merit for his years of service. Additionally, he was awarded two Bronze Stars with “V” for Heroism in ground combat, the Presidential Unit Citation, and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry while serving with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. He is a graduate of the Field Artillery Officers Basic and Advanced Courses, and U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

 

Rich was the Founder/CEO of Sarasota Online, a high technology company that was sold to Comcast Cable in 1996. He helped start Backsoft Corporation an enterprise software development company in 1997 whose clients included Coca-Cola, Anheuser- Busch, Hyundai Electronics, Volkswagen, Moen and Goodyear. Backsoft was sold in 2001.

 

Rich twice chaired the Sarasota Better Business Council and sat on the Board of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. He served on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County from 2000-2009. He served from 2006-2011 on the Sponsorship Advisory Committee to the Sarasota County School Board.

 

Rich served for ten years as the President of the Sarasota County Veterans Commission, was an honorary member of the BRAVE Fund, and served as Chairman of the Sarasota National Cemetery Advisory Committee for seven years.

 

Rich was the State Editor for RedCounty.com, former radio talk show host of the Dr. Rich Show and former Editor of Watchdog Wire – Florida, an internationally read website dedicated to exposing government fraud, waste and abuse at the city, county, school board and state levels in Florida. –READ ENTIRETY
