Standing Firm in the Face of Tyranny


Consider this quote from Justin Smith:

 

Some poor law enforcement agent will be placed between a rock and a hard spot, if he truly understands the Constitution, whenever he is serving under some Democratic majority government and has orders to confiscate the firearms of the people in his area — those who have not relinquished them and sold them “back” to the government. Those men who go against their oaths to uphold the Constitution, in favor of illegitimate and illegal orders from the new rising despots and tyrants will create a collision juncture between the forces of tyranny and the immovable forces of freedom and liberty. And for those in law enforcement who do understand the full import of their oaths, they will stand with liberty and freedom first.  

 

The United States probably hasn’t faced such political division among Americans since the Civil War when the first Republican President would not allow a divided union over the issue of slavery. Today’s divide is between Americans who actually understand the principles of our Founding was primarily to resist the tyranny of a powerful government (the Conservative Right) and Americans brainwashed an all powerful government will take care of all life’s needs – OR ELSE (the Left-Wing).

 

Such a division will force law enforcement at all levels and military members to make a choice if a Left-Wing government asserts control over people’s lives: Namely whether or not to support the edicts of an all-powerful government or their oath to the U.S. Constitution that resulted after our Founders forced out a tyrannical government.

Live Free or Die. Some of us mean those words when we say them.

 

Americans may mouth the words, but when push comes to shove, too many either really don’t care or they are cowards deep down, who will allow the status quo to carry on, no matter how sorry a state of affairs has grown around it; or, their own ignorance is so deep that the God Given nature of our individual rights is beyond their grasp and understanding, and those words in the mouths of the timid, the weak and unsure become mere noises like the squeaking of a mouse eking out an advertising catch-phrase. Their words are empty and void of any sense of duty and obligation to themselves, their families and their country and what one must do to actually maintain a free society.

 

Today, in astounding fashion, we see a majority of the Democrats and even quite a large number of Republicans bowing to their feelings and the communists and statists within the House and the Senate, as the whine over the scourge of “gun violence” reaches a fever pitch. These gun-grabbers personify firearms, as if these inanimate firearms are chaotically running about America slaughtering innocent citizens. And we now hear many Democrats and television network hosts and pundits asserting “assault weapons ownership is not synonymous with gun ownership.”

 

A brick or a hammer is an “assault weapon”, and if anything, the AR-15 is simply a tool for the defense of home and person. It is no different than the 1905 Remington .308 semi-automatic, from the days when mass shootings were unheard of and an unthinkable and evil act, and the good morals of society prevented such things, through the people’s own self-restraint and will to only act for each other’s well-being.  Firearms are harmless left at rest, and the damage they do, the good or evil, lies with the intent of the man holding it.

 

It makes no difference to the weak of America that the Second Amendment was enacted after America had just come off the bloody battlefields from a terrible war against the tyranny imposed by the British. Memories of what happens when citizens are disarmed have long faded, and the Founding principles have seemingly been very nearly eradicated by the flood of revisionism history and the constant asinine assertions that the “right to keep and bear arms” is somehow only for hunting, as they completely ignore the part that says, “shall not be infringed”. This plain language has not been enough to secure our freedom, even today, because those fine words in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution cannot help us, if the ideas they express are not engraved deep within the hearts of all Americans.

 

Despite the clear negative right telling government that it cannot “infringe” on our right to carry firearms for the lawful purpose of self-defense, it has long been more than obvious that Democrats want to take our firearms. The Democrat communists and statists continue to politicize mass shootings, as they rally and advocate for the further infringement and the outright abrogation of the Second Amendment.

 

During the Democratic Party presidential candidates’ debate, on September 12th 2019, the Far Left radical Beto O’Rourke gave the firearm debate a hard electric jolt, when he flatly stated:  “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47. We’re not going to allow them to be used against fellow Americans anymore.”

 

Shortly after Beto’s revelation, Cheryl Chumley, journalist at the Washington Times wrote: “All the Democrats who’ve tried for years to deny the gun confiscation motives behind their gun control pushes went — nooooooo. There’s the golden ticket the NRA, the Republican Party, the patriotic Second Amendment supporters of this country needed to prove their argument. … Democrats want to confiscate guns, pure and simple.”

 

Recently on the Jimmy Fallon Show (Sept. 16th), Kamala Harris, Democrat candidate for president, advocated for mandatory buyback programs the “right” way, by giving “people their value, the financial value of what they have and not just taking things from people that have value without compensating them”.

 

A recent poll from the Washington Post suggests, however accurate or inaccurate, that thirty-one percent of Republicans and fifty-five percent of independents would support mandatory buybacks. If true, this should be more than troubling to America’s freedom loving patriots, as it suggests a certain willingness by many to subvert the nation’s founding and erode liberty.

 

But I did not buy my firearms from the government, and so, the government cannot legitimately enact a mandatory buyback program that is flagrantly unconstitutional and strips U.S. citizens of their rights, while the criminals are still largely untouched by any laws it may pass. I don’t want to sell my firearms “back” to the government. What now?

Our right to keep and bear arms shouldn’t even be up for debate, that time having long passed. However, no deluge of facts and statistics will change the minds of the Democratic communists and their radical brown shirts, since their true desire is to render the law abiding Americans defenseless and unable to defend our families, our property, our communities and ourselves and stand in the breach in defiance of their numerous depredations and treason, while they reduce everything and everyone to the common denominator of poverty and misery and nothing more than serfs, who are forced to surrender to their socialist super-state, the Leviathan. These radicals absolutely will try to take our weapons.

 

Thirty-two years after the Battle of Bennington (August 16th 1777), in a letter to Veterans of the War for Independence, General Stark wrote: “They were men who had not learned the art of submission, nor had they been trained to the art of war. But our astonishing success taught the enemies of liberty that undisciplined freemen are superior to veteran slaves”.

 

For any knowledgeable patriot, it is an easy choice. Any move to disarm America must be met with swift action and massive force, since no mystery is found in the progression of what follows the disarming of any people, revealed time and again in the annals of history and a trail of death, genocides and tyranny. Standing firm in the face of rapidly advancing tyranny is not a hard choice.

 

Free men understand that slavery begins with the end of the government’s acknowledgement of our right to keep and bear arms and its role as a supposed defender of the Bill of Rights, and as such, anyone supporting the suppression of our right to bear arms, through their mistaken belief that only the State should possess the tools of violence, is fit only for the cattle cars; whether malicious in their intent or just plain ignorant, it is of little importance at this point, since they hold a statist vision that seeks to shame and browbeat good and decent Americans into submitting to totalitarianism. There isn’t any prescription or solution to any problem that can start by signing away a God given right that will always exist despite such a foolish act, a right that preexists government. And Free Men with liberty engraved and blazing upon their hearts, who are forced to meet the forces of tyranny, repression and subjugation with steely grips on their weapons, can only answer with a blistering inferno of bullets and intensely wielded hot, blurring blades, that are, in fact, the final arbiter of freedom.

This is one of the most thought provoking submissions from Justin Smith on the state of our U.S. Government platformed by the U.S. Constitution.

 

I am uncertain if it was Justin’s intention but this essay provides good reasoning to reform America’s Constitution. There is as much a divide between naysayers and pro-Constitution reformers for a new Constitutional Convention for American Governance.

 

The naysayers are concerned about the intrusion of abusive power (both Conservative and Leftists) in government. Constitutional Reformers believe that parameters can be imposed on Constitutional delegates in the framing of a new Constitution. Frankly, in this day and age there are elements of truth that are probably valid concerns from both the naysayers and reformers.

 

My biggest concern based on America’s last two election cycles, is that Americans are so divided on political ideology (Conservative vs. Leftist) the atmosphere for give and take deliberation in a convention may be impossible.

 

If you look at American history, Americans were not exactly unified in certainty in leaving the British Monarchy for complete independence. Many Americans considered themselves British citizens living in colonial America. While many other Americans were so upset with British governance exploiting colonial life relegating colonialists conquered subjects with no self-determination in practical local governing robbed of British privilege.

 

The former were loyal to the Crown but still displeased with socio-political governing. The latter were so displeased with British governing that the feeling of self-governing would provide a better socio-political life based on representation. Then there were a group of colonials that were ambivalent and just sought existence.

 

Of course the outcome favored the self-government by representation group of colonials; however, there was enough displeasure with British governance among Crown-favored Americans that remained after the Revolutionary War that a consensus could be deliberated upon in the formation of a national government of united former colonies.

 

On a personal level, I have doubts such a consensus via deliberation is possible in America’s current political divide. The political atmosphere today resembles the America of the Civil War than the Americans during the War of Independence.

 

I suspect America’s current divide may devolve into a war that would determine the political future of make-up of the United States. Lacking a Lincoln-like individual, that make-up may or may not be a Fractured States of America.

 

My prayer for America is for a Lincoln-like individual for a unified future. If not, I fear America’s future will fated to foreign domination by a more globalist-minded governance.

‘We the People’

Americans, by and large, have not kept themselves informed, and adhered to the limits the Constitution imposes upon our government, which has resulted in more than half the problems we face today as a country. And, because the voters themselves do not know, or care, what the Constitution says, they elect candidates who have no intention, or desire, to support and defend it — believing in “the end justifies the means”.  It is a vicious cycle that repeats itself every election cycle and won’t stop until the people take the time to learn what the drafters of the Constitution intended when they wrote it.

So, as Lysander Spooner so aptly said, “But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain – that it has either authorizes such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case it is unfit to exist.” I could almost stop right there, saying that is how I feel about our system of government, and the document that established it…but I won’t.

Even though the Constitution outlined a fundamentally sound system of government, in theory, the problem is that it was the creation of a group of men who held differing views on what government should look like and what powers it should hold.

Ben Franklin explained it best when he said:

 

“For when you assemble a number of men to have the advantage of their joint wisdom, you inevitably assemble with those men, all their prejudices, their passions, their errors of opinion, their local interests, and their selfish views. From such an assembly can a perfect production be expected? It therefore astonishes me, Sir, to find this system approaching so near to perfection as it does; and I think it will astonish our enemies, who are waiting with confidence to hear that our councils are confounded like those of the Builders of Babel; and that our States are on the point of separation, only to meet hereafter for the purpose of cutting one another’s throats. Thus I consent, Sir, to this Constitution because I expect no better, and because I am not sure, that it is not the best. The opinions I have had of its errors, I sacrifice to the public good. I have never whispered a syllable of them abroad. Within these walls they were born, and here they shall die. If every one of us in returning to our Constituents were to report the objections he has had to it, and endeavor to gain partizans in support of them, we might prevent its being generally received …” (Source: Franklin’s Final Address to the Constitutional Convention.

There were many concerns expressed by these patriots who opposed the Constitution, but the underlying theme that can be found in most of their writings is that the Constitution created a consolidation of the States into a Union under a strong centralized government.

In a more perfect union, a more perfect Republic, our sovereign and independent states would reassert the 9th and 10th Amendments more forcefully, since they have been abrogated out of existence by federal laws and judicial activism; the states should unite themselves together by a perpetual confederacy, without ceasing to be, each individually, a perfect state. They will together constitute a federal republic: their joint deliberations will not impair the sovereignty of each member, though they may, in certain respects, put some restraint on the exercise of it, in virtue of voluntary engagements. A person does not cease to be free and independent, when he is obliged to fulfill engagements which he has voluntarily contracted.

One of the primary concerns of the anti-Federalists was: Did the Constitution do away with the status quo and create a consolidation of the States into a single, indivisible Union; or Republic, or did the States still retain all powers which were not expressly given; allowing the government to intrude into and interfere with the lives and liberties of the people.

 

[Blog Editor: It is my humble opinion the concerns of the Anti-Federalists who opposed ratification of the Constitution is important thought relating to America’s current political divide. Here are posts with some perspective on Anti-Federalist thought:

 

 

 

 

 

On June 5, 1788 in a speech opposing ratification of the Constitution, Patrick Henry expressed those exact sentiments as follows:

“I rose yesterday to ask a question which arose in my own mind. When I asked that question, I thought the meaning of my interrogation was obvious: The fate of this question and of America may depend on this: Have they said, we, the States? Have they made a proposal of a compact between states? If they had, this would be a confederation: It is otherwise most clearly a consolidated government. The question turns, Sir, on that poor little thing-the expression, We, the people, instead of the States, of America.”

It should be obvious, that the people had already established republics by their having created their own State Legislatures, so they actually had no need to create another Republic for the purpose of governing them all. The purpose for which the delegates were sent to Philadelphia was to arrive at suggestions for amendments, in order to make the existing Confederation Government adequate for the needs of the country; not to toss the existing form of government in the trash heap and replace it with one of their creation.

If the powers given to this new form of government were to be exercised primarily upon the States, then why did the drafters of the Constitution demand that it be ratified by the voice of the people; as it was the States whose authority would be further restricted, or usurped, by the creation of this new form of government. However, if this new system of government was, in fact, a consolidation and a diminishing of the sovereignty of the States, then it would make sense that the people must give their consent to it.

Yet, in Federalist 45 James Madison attempted to ensure the people that the States would retain their authority over the lives and liberties of the people by saying:

“The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected.

 

The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.”

Most Americans believe the Bill of Rights protects certain rights against governmental interference. That is only partially true, since the Bill of Rights are amendments to the Constitution which created our federal government; not the constitutions which framed the various State governments. Therefore, technically they only apply to the federal government. However, an argument can also be made that, since the Constitution itself is the Supreme Law of the land, any amendment to it could be implied to apply to the States as well.

Keeping things simple, let’s just say that the Bill of Rights only applies to the federal government. How is it then that the government can dictate what kind of guns private citizens may own; how is it that the Supreme Court — which is PART of the federal government — decides whether a State may display the Ten Commandments, or that children be prohibited from praying in school; how is it that the federal government can violate the 4th Amendment by spying upon the private conversations of every man, woman and child in this country, just to keep us safe from terrorism?

There exists a whole list of things the federal government has done which are not among the powers listed in Article 1, Section 8 as those powers given to Congress; which in case you have forgotten, is the lawmaking body of our government; not the President as so many seem to think.

This has all been done because of the concept of implied powers; something introduced while George Washington was President. That occurred because the Constitution itself did not provide specific enough limitations upon the powers it was granting government; leaving loopholes by which government has expanded its power well beyond those originally intended.

So, if that is true, then the Constitution itself failed the people as it did not provide sufficient means for the people to resist the encroaching powers of government and to ward off tyranny and oppression.

Not one individual can provide me with the Article and Clause that grants any of us the authority to arrest and charge any of our elected officials, for the crime of violating the Constitution, because such a clause simply does not exist. And, it is this oversight that has resulted in the Constitution’s failure, by not providing the means to oppose a government that no longer adheres to any kind of limits upon their power and authority.

I only care whether the party that is in control adheres to the Constitutional limitations imposed upon them and seeks to protect and defend my rights…that and nothing more, and both parties have failed miserably in this duty. If government does not do this, then I revoke my consent to being governed by it.

Why do Americans still support a government that no longer resembles or represents the ideas and beliefs which led our Founders to seek their independence from a tyrant? Why do they so meekly submit to tyranny and oppression today? Is there not a drop of patriotic blood left in their bodies?

One certainly must wonder what has kept Americans from marching on D.C, with rifles in hand and sixteen feet lengths of rope, so criminals like Hillary Clinton, Obama and Susan Rice and many others could be hung from the highest tree, or the balcony of the Capitol Building; especially in light of the current double standard of “law” applied in America.

All I see is a nation of sheep who meekly obey the commands of their masters. What has become of the land of the free and the home of the brave? LaVoy Finicum was brave and he was gunned down in cold blood; with the media and the people calling him an extremist.

I seek to restore America to Her Founding Principles and more of an Originalist approach towards the implementation of the U.S. Constitution, which has been bastardized far and away from anything ever intended by the Founding Fathers. If Patrick Henry, Samuel Adams and Thomas Jefferson were alive today they would either have fled the country, or they would be serving time, in Guantanamo Bay as domestic terrorists, because the people of this country no longer care about limited government or individual liberty; all they care about is comfort and security, whether it’s the Democrats or Republicans providing it.

And it makes me sick to death to watch.

The Only Evolution I Trust is Conservative Evolution

Yesterday I received a donation exhortation from the TheTeaParty.net under the guise of Ron Dove. I get these fundraising emails quite often from various Tea Party organizations and Conservative organizations as you probably do as well (If you happen to be a Leftie you probably receive the fundraiser emails also but from the other side of political spectrum). Many of these organizations are quite worthy of support while others probably pad their non-profit salary base more than they should. Nearly all the legitimate Tea Party/Conservative fundraising base have the correct message that you have an affinity toward. In my case, as a rule, I tend not to make political donations until it closer to an election and funding is more defined to whence it is designated.

I am about to cross post TheTeaParty.net fund raiser not because I am promoting them in particular but rather because Ron Dove gives some background from growing up in a Liberal family then in adulthood migrating to Conservatism. That story is similar to mine and I suspect many others as well. It is good to know that I was not the only one to become disgusted the Left/Democrat Party paradigm.

Give if you want to, but perhaps you should a little digging into the Tea Party/Conservative organization best fits your thoughts on a national level. For that matter a local Tea Party organization (one Tea Party directory) might be closer to your heart because they are more aware of combatting Leftist concepts in your community.

I want to tell you why I’m with the Tea Party

It’s supporters like you that make the TEA Party great. I want to thank you for your past support of the TEA Party and encourage you to take a moment to initiate a monthly donation, and here’s why.

I became involved in the TEA Party Movement because I wanted to encourage people to think for themselves. I grew up in a Liberal household. As I was growing up it seemed like most decisions liberals made were because they were always made that way in the past. They did not even think about an issue or who to vote for. They always toed the party line. How many minority voters have voted as Democrats simply because they do not know any different? I, and we, should be educating all voters on what the Tea Party and Conservative Politics has to offer. And that’s why I got involved – to make some kind of difference.

But, if you are like me, you are also sick and tired of the same big Political game going on in Washington. It appears that regardless who our “Representatives” are, they are in their positions for themselves and not for us. How can someone represent me and us if they are there for themselves?

What issues are important to you? This is what is important to me:

o Immigration/Secure Our Borders – I live 40 miles from the Mexican border in Southern Arizona. I know about the illegal immigration problem because I see it and live it every day. My Grandparents came to this Country as immigrants. I appreciate that people want and need to come here to make a better life for themselves and their families. However, it has to be done the proper way! Our Government needs to enforce existing laws and come up with new ways to keep undocumented people out of Our Country.

o Our 2nd Amendment Rights – It seems like we are constantly trying to protect our 2nd Amendment rights. I am sick of this constant occurrence. Are you?

o Health Care – The Affordable Health Act is not affordable and is one of the worst legislations ever adopted. We need a leader/leaders that can do better than this!

o Taxes – Is the current system fair? Does everyone pay in? This system is not only flawed, but many of the deductions, loopholes and exemptions make no sense. Do we even need the IRS?

o The Economy and Small Business – My father started his own Dental Practice in 1950. Small business is what grows the Economy and is the life blood of small towns and cities. When was the last time we had an Administration that was small business friendly? We need leaders who understand this and cultivate employment and economic opportunities.

Finally, what ever happened to personal responsibility? We live in the time where everyone thinks they deserve a hand out. We need our Representatives to respect those who are truly in need, but instill the sense of personal responsibility in every program and fund created and maintained by Our Government.

I can think of many more issues that are important to me, us and Our Country. The TEA Party needs your continued help so we unite Conservatives, expose non-Conservatives to another way of thinking and to help to ensure we have nominees that reflect our values. We have expanded our member base vastly in the five years I have been involved; but we desperately need your continued support right away to continue to do what we do. Honor and Sacrifices

“God and the soldier doth all men adore in time of war and not before; when the war is over and all things righted, God is forgotten and the soldier slighted.” — signed by the 16th Regiment of Foot on January 30, 1770

 

Freedom is the most precious thing to all men and women, and since the Civil War, millions of Americans have placed their lives in harm’s way in the defense of God, family and freedom, with over one million making the ultimate sacrifice during the course of several wars from WWII, Korea and Vietnam to the present wars in the Middle East. The empty seats at family gatherings bear witness to this sacrifice by these honored dead, and we the living must be resolved that these soldiers “last full measure of devotion” and their lives were not sacrificed in vain.

 

Today Americans, who love this country see far too many others, malcontents, more than willing to sow the seeds of strife and discord, as they trample on the American Flag and dishonor the memories of those heroes we honor each Memorial Day. These fallen soldiers would least understand the twisted logic of these anti-American fascists, since our fallen often laid down their lives on the field of battle to stop the enemy from burning their flags, fighting to the death rather than suffer disgrace at the hands of their enemy.

 

On the foreign front and without any virtue, Obama has dishonored all U.S. Armed Forces members, those living and those killed in action, and their many sacrifices, through Middle East policies that have allowed the Islamic State to grow into a real security threat to America. His hasty withdrawal from Iraq, aimed at keeping a campaign promise, has been a direct factor in the fall of much of Iraq, including Ramadi, and this in turn ensures more long wars of attrition yet to come.

 

Scores of U.S. soldiers died defending Ramadi and hundreds more were wounded between 2006 and our final withdrawal, and about a week ago the world sat by idly watching as Ramadi fell to Islamic State fascists, who immediately murdered over 500 people and set the exodus of 25,000 Iraqis in motion; during their two month advance on Ramadi, these Islamofascists have forced 147,000 Iraqis to flee to refugee camps.

 

The images of Ramadi falling to the Islamic State and their black flags being raised has sent a chill through many Americans who fought in Iraq. They are more than disgusted that their sacrifices have seemingly been made in vain, for nothing.

 

General Douglas McArthur once noted that “Duty, Honor, Country” reverently dictates what each of us ought to be and can be, in regards to finding courage, faith and hope in the face of any crisis. Too many on the Left and too many in the top echelons of the U.S. military, including General Martin Dempsey, no longer seem to have a good grasp on the meaning of these words.

 

Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey is politicizing the U.S. Armed Forces, and he has become Obama’s echo chamber. He didn’t send extra security to Benghazi, because he “never received a request”; he never saw evidence of Iran’s military fighting in Iraq, even though Iranian Quds Forces have been in Iraq for most of the decade and 20,000 Shiite Popular Mobilization Forces have been there since last year. Dempsey’s habit of parroting Obama’s policies has resulted in a consistent record of failure.

 

During October 2014 Dempsey said, “We have a crisis in Iraq” (The Long War Journal), but by November he was telling troops in Baghdad that ISIS is “a bunch of midgets,” and several years would be needed to defeat them — several years to stop Obama’s “JV team”.

 

This past April, Gen. Dempsey suggested that Ramadi is “not symbolic in any way” and losing it would not be a major setback, even though it is only 75 miles from Baghdad. Dempsey stated, “I would much rather that Ramadi not fall, but it won’t be the end of the campaign should it fall.”

 

Debbie Lee, the mother of the first Navy SEAL killed in Iraq and in Ramadi (awarded the Silver Star), was furious over Dempsey’s remarks, and she penned an open letter that read in part: “I am shaking and tears are flowing down my cheeks as I … listen to the insensitive pain-inflicting comments made by you in regards to the fall of Ramadi. My son and many others gave their future in Ramadi. Ramadi mattered to them. Many military analysts say that as goes Ramadi so goes Iraq.” (Iraq is already lost).

 

Lee went further: “You, sir, owe an apology to the families whose loved ones’ blood was shed in Ramadi … whose bodies were blown to pieces by IEDs and bullet holes leaving parts and pieces behind … Ramadi mattered to them. … You and this administration have minimized that Ramadi could fall. Now you are minimizing that it is falling, but you Sir WILL NOT minimize the sacrifice my son Marc Lee made or any of our brave warriors.” (The Daily Beast – 5/20/15)

 

Considering that America has already seen too many of Her Sons and Daughters return home in body bags and without arms and legs, lost in a war that was brought to them unasked for and undeserved — enough blood to last a lifetime and then some — Can anyone now honestly say that the mission in Iraq was worth it?

 

America can honor Her soldiers by praying for peace and working towards peace through strength, because we have seen the deepest wounds and scars of war, as Arlington Cemetery grows. We understand that wars often come at a time chosen by our enemies, but we do not want to fight twelve year wars ever again. We simply want our Armed Forces fully prepared to properly defend Our Beloved America on two fronts and, if pushed to war, to fight to win devastatingly quick.

 

With the war tocsins sounding across the globe, Obama and the Progressives are destroying the leaven which binds together the entire fabric of our national defense system, and a million ghosts are rising from their white crosses in Arlington Cemetery thundering the words “Duty, Honor, Country.
