Netanyahu in a Rock and Hard Place Gamble?

John R. Houk

September 10, 2015

I have typically been a supporter of Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In part because Netanyahu has stood up to America’s Leftist-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama. That drove BHO and his Leftist minion Democrats nuts. I am still okay with that. I am on the Historical and Investigative Research (HIR) email list. I finally took the opportunity to read an August 31 email from HIR which highlighted some disturbing news about Iran, Judea/Samaria, the Palestinian Authority (PA) and unfortunately Benjamin Netanyahu.

This email provides an understanding of a possible reason Netanyahu may face some hostility from the further Right Wing of his Conservative base. In summary the more Conservative faction is a bit upset their Prime Minister that Iran has a path to acquire nuclear WMD which will be used against Israel but still supports the idea (at least publically) for the existence of Palestinian State in which the PA leadership is receiving clandestine financial and military aid from Iran. The more Conservative Israel Right is seeing a big load of hypocrisy from Benjamin Netanyahu.

It is my humble opinion though that Netanyahu is dealing with the realities of a rock and a hard place.

The rock is Israeli Leftists promoting the concept of land for peace under the delusion it will bring peace to the Jewish State of Israel. The hard place is President Barack Hussein Obama trying to court Muslim favor a la idiotic Jimmy Carter that sold out the Shah-ruled Iran (See Also HERE) to the psycho-Shi’ite Ayatollah-rule. As if exchanging the despotism of the Shah (American Leftist, CIA-Mossad Impact, Neocon Perspective, U.S.-British Oil Interests, Pro-Shah Perspective and fsmitha.com Perspective) for the despotism of the Ayatollah’s (See Also HERE) would be better for America and global peace. The Carter concept was erroneous in the late 1970s and the Obama concept is just as ludicrous in 2015 and beyond.

Obama is willing to throw Israel under the bus either under the delusion of peace in our time (can you say Neville Chamberlain?). OR Obama is embarking on a more nefarious agenda of disrupting the current global power structure which includes weakening the USA, to usher in a more Left Wing globalist power structure paradigm. Either way Obama sells out both America and our closest ally in the Middle East – Israel.

I am still convinced Netanyahu is the best man for the job in Israel. He is simply being forced into a geopolitical game in which Netanyahu is waiting to see who the next U.S. President will be, with the hope the new President understands the danger of a nuclear armed Iran and proceeds accordingly.

On the other hand, if Netanyahu’s geopolitical gamesmanship fails between Obama and Israel’s Jewish Left then followed by Iran actually acquiring nuke WMD resulting in a Palestinian State carved out of Israel’s heritage with Iran as hegemonic master and the new Palestinian State the new client. The next domino would be the destruction of Israel and a second modern Holocaust so devastating that Hitler’s final solution look like a picnic.

An important Israeli politician, Moshe Feiglin, has reposted on his Facebook Page an Arutz 7 article written by Rob Muchnick, his US director, asking the question:

Will the Israeli government give Judea and Samaria to Iran?

Email sent by Professor Francisco Gil-White

The article makes reference to HIR’s short documentary film: PLO/Fatah and Iran: The Special Relationship (on Vimeo, on YouTube), which tells the story documented in an earlier HIR piece. This is exciting, because it is the beginning of political awareness on this crucial issue.

Here is Moshe Feiglin’s post:

I wholeheartedly support this very important article from our US Director, Rob Muchnick.

Please read it and demand that Bibi answer the questions that Rob poses.

Dear Friends,

I wish to ask you a question.

Will the Israeli government — the government of the Jewish State — give Judea and Samaria to Iran?

That may seem impossible.

First, because our prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, daily warns that Iranian leaders wish to destroy us.

Second, because the media, although they discuss the connection between Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran, never mention the deeper ties that bind Iran and PLO/Fatah (better known as the ‘Palestinian Authority’).

And what is not in the news goes to sleep in the mind.

But a few days ago, Iran’s official news agency brought this connection back into view by reporting that PLO/Fatah and Iran have signed an “all-out cooperation agreement.”

PLO/Fatah will cooperate fully with Iran!

As a recent documentary reminds me, such cooperation is nothing new. (1) (2)

In the Second Intifada, the Iranian ayatollahs were running PLO/Fatah’s deadliest terrorists, the Al Aqsa Martyrs, and mobilized them to ensure that Mahmoud Abbas became Yasser Arafat’s replacement. At the same time, Iran also sent the Karin a freighter with 50 tons of weapons to the PLO/Fatah. Thankfully, this ship was intercepted by Israel.

But the relationship is older.

In 1979, when the Iranian Islamist regime came to power, the New York Times reported on its front page that PLO/Fatah had been architect of that revolution:

• Yasser Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas armed and trained Ayatollah Khomeini’s troops;

• Yasser Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas were invited, before any others, to celebrate with Khomeini in Teheran; and then

• Yasser Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas helped created the Iranian security services and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

As they celebrated in Teheran, Arafat declared that PLO/Fatah and Iranian aims were identical: the violent destruction of the Jewish people and State.

Meanwhile, Mahmoud Abbas explained to Arab reporters how it would be done:

First, promise peace. Then, gain some territory. And last: annihilate Israel. Abbas called it the ‘Plan of Phases’; the media called it the ‘Peace Process.’

So far, all goes according to plan. But will they conclude it?

Will we let them?

Join me, as Israeli citizens and Jews worldwide, in demanding from our prime minister answers to these questions:

Why is PLO/Fatah still in Israel?

Will our government give Judea and Samaria to Iran?

PLO/Fatah, now better known as the “Palestinian Authority,” will govern a Palestinian State in the militarily strategic territories of Judea and Samaria (or “West Bank”) if the Middle East “peace process” concludes with a “Two-State Solution.” Given that Iranian leaders daily promise the destruction of Israel, most people assume that PLO/Fatah has nothing to do with Iran. It would be absurd, they implicitly reason, for Israeli leaders to give strategic territory to an Iranian proxy. And yet, it is a historical fact that PLO/Fatah helped install Ayatollah Khomeini in power and helped create the current Iranian Islamist regime. It has maintained a close relationship with this regime ever since. This short film documents that relationship.

Short Preface

The Obama administration, like any government, routinely makes public statements about its intentions, values, and policy imperatives. For example, the Obama administration claims publicly to be enemy of Iran[1] and friend of Israel. In fact, the US government claims that “‘concerning policy, we have done everything that we can that is in Israel’s security – and long-range interests.”[2]

But what if PLO/Fatah, also known as the ‘Palestinian Authority,’ is a proxy of Iran?

The US government pushes very hard for Israel to give strategic territory to PLO/Fatah in exchange for a promise of ‘peace.’ So if PLO/Fatah is helping Iran destroy Israel, the US government’s behavior is quite interesting.

About the future PLO/Fatah state, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu states: “I think it’s important to make peace with the Palestinians. And I’m prepared to negotiate that peace right away. …They should have their own independent country.” Consistent with this, Netanyahu is rushing to give PLO/Fatah its independent state, and has even put Jerusalem on offer. But Netanyahu has also said: “We should be assured that this country [the future PLO/Fatah state] is not used as a staging ground for Iranian-sponsored terrorist attacks on us.” So if PLO/Fatah is a proxy of Iran, the Israeli government’s behavior is also quite interesting.[3]

One should then ask: What in the world are the US and Israeli governments doing?

This must be answered, because PLO/Fatah, like Hamas and Hezbollah, is indeed part of an Iranian offensive to destroy Israel.

We will show here that PLO/Fatah has always been and continues to be very closely allied with Iran.

PLO/Fatah’s role in Ayatollah Khomeini’s coup

The regime that still rules Iran was inaugurated by Ayatollah Khomeini (see pictures, top right), a ferocious Islamist terrorist who led the 1979 Iranian Revolution to depose the previous ruler, the Shah of Iran. With whom did the Ayatollah Khomeini want to celebrate, right away and before sharing the joy with anybody else?

With Yasser Arafat, then head of PLO/Fatah.

It was just two weeks after the Ayatollah Khomeini returned to Iran and took power that the New York Times reported how Yasser Arafat had accepted an invitation to visit Teheran. Why so soon? Why so much deference? Because the Ayatollah Khomeini was grateful: “Palestinian sources said that Mr. Arafat’s group had sent arms to the [Iranian] revolutionary forces in the last four months and had trained Iranian guerillas since the early 1970s.”[4] Only four days later Arafat was already in Teheran, celebrating the Iranian theocratic Islamist revolution, and promising to help export it everywhere. Wrote the New York Times: “Bantering and grinning, the guerrilla leader declined to furnish details about support the PLO had given to various Iranian guerrilla organizations.”[5]

Fact: PLO/Fatah played a key role in the Iranian revolution, arming and training Khomeini’s troops.

Naturally, PLO/Fatah expected the favor to be repaid, and the Iranians rushed to state that they would honor their debts. The Globe and Mail reported:

[Quote from Globe and Mail begins here]

Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat said yesterday that Iranian guerrillas would fight alongside Palestinian forces against Israel.

… Mr. Arafat, the first prominent visitor to Iran since the revolution, said the Palestinian and Iranian aims were identical. “We will continue our efforts until the time when we defeat imperialism and Zionism,” he said.

A close aide of Ayatollah Khomaini, Deputy Premier Ibrahim Yazdi, also attended the inauguration of the PLO office and referred to the identity of the two causes and the large number of Palestinian sacrifices in the PLO’s struggle against Israel.

… The son of Ayatollah Khomaini, Seyyed Ahmad Khomaini, a Moslem clergyman who also spoke at the inauguration of the new PLO office, pledged Iran would continue its revolutionary struggle until all Islamic countries had been set free.

The bearded, black-turbanned Seyyed Khomaini said: “We will continue our struggle until we free all Islamic countries and hoist the Palestinian flag together with ours.”[6]

[Quote from Globe and Mail ends here]

Soon after this Arafat bestrode the world stage as the indispensable best friend of Khomeini, negotiating the safety of the Americans held hostage in the US Embassy in Teheran at the request of …(drum roll)… the US government.[6a]

This makes it rather obvious that the PLO was very powerful in Iran.

In fact, the New York Times wrote in November of 1980 that “The P.L.O. currently enjoys close ties with some of the Iranian revolutionary leaders who rose to power with the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini,” including the Defense Minister Mustafa Chamran and the leader of the Revolutionary Guards Abu Sharif. “Like Yasir Arafat,” wrote the New York Times,“both Abu Sharif and Mustafa Chamran are fervent advocates of exporting Iran’s Islamic revolution to the rest of the Middle East – in particular, to the conservative states of the Arab Gulf” (emphasis added). The Times also explained that PLO/Fatah had played a role in the creation of the Revolutionary Guards (for it trained Abu Sharif) and in creating the new Iranian secret police: SAVAMA (because Sharif and Chamran “relied heavily on their P.L.O. contacts” in setting it up). The Times added:

“The current head of the P.L.O. network in Iran is Hani al-Hassan, alias Abu Hassan, a Jordanian citizen who belongs to Arafat’s inner circle of advisers. Before he was sent to Teheran, Abu Hassan served as deputy chief of Fatah’s security department. He enjoys a remarkable entree to Khomeini and other key members of the Iranian regime — so much so that one Western diplomat suggests that the P.L.O. envoy should be counted as one of the most influential men in Teheran.”[6b] [(HIR) emphasis added]

The picture is clear.

1) PLO/Fatah played a key role in the creation of the Iranian Islamist terror state.

a) It armed and trained Khomeini’s troops for his revolution.

b) It helped create the all-important Revolutionary Guards.

c) It helped create the Iranian secret service SAVAMA.

2) The idea of spreading Iranian Islamist terror everywhere was closely associated with “the PLO’s struggle against Israel.”

a) Iran pledged itself to assist PLO/Fatah against Israel.

b) PLO/Fatah pledged itself to export the Iranian Islamist Revolution.

For years now PLO/Fatah has been represented not only as unlinked to Iran, but also as a secular organization, to be distinguished from the ‘fundamentalists’ and ‘Islamist’ Iranian terror proxies of Hamas and Hezbollah. Most people accept this, and that is a testament to how a media barrage can alter the perception of history. It is obvious, however, that if Yasser Arafat’s ideology was to spread the Iranian Revolution, then he was an Islamist. Historian Howard Sachar, writing in 1982, agreed with how the New York Times represented things back then: “from the outset… the Fatah’s reputation depended largely upon the success of its Moslem traditionalist approach of jihad against Israel.”[6c]

Not just any kind of jihad: Iranian jihad.

PLO/Fatah’s alignment during the Iran-Iraq war

To understand just how intimate the relationship between the Islamist Iranian government and PLO/Fatah, one must take into account that such a strong alliance with the Iranian Shiites angered almost every Arab government that was supporting PLO/Fatah. One cannot imagine that they were pleased to hear Arafat announce his goal of exporting the Iranian revolution to the Gulf States (see above), because this would mean deposing the governments in the Gulf States. And yet Yasser Arafat remained close to his friend Khomeini.

A month after the Iran-Iraq war broke out in late 1980, the Arab governments had sided with Iraq and the situation had become politically dangerous for Arafat. So much so that Saudi Arabia and other Persian Gulf states cracked down on their Palestinian populations. “The reason,” reported the Globe and Mail, “is that the authorities are suspicious of Palestinian ties to the militant Shiite Moslems in Iran, who have vowed to export their Islamic revolution.” And it observed: “Palestinian opinion, while reflecting the PLO’s reluctance to choose sides in a war between its two allies, appears much more pro-Iranian than that of conservative Gulf governments” (emphasis added).[7]

That was October 1980. In December, this was the situation:

[Quote from Washington Post begins here]

Dependent on fellow Arab governments for virtually everything — physical protection, diplomatic backing, arms, money — Arafat has had to watch helplessly as the Persian Gulf war split his benefactors into antagonistic blocs with the PLO caught uncomfortably in the middle.

More damaging was the way the PLO’s much advertised independence crumbled under the arm-twisting pressures of the two camps. When the showdown came before last month’s divided Arab summit meeting, Arafat and the PLO were forced by Syrian President Hafez Assad, leader of the pro-Iran axis, to join a boycott of a summit whose aim was to organize a long-term strategy for the Palestinians’ crusade against Israel.[8]

[Quote from Washington Post ends here]

I would call this remarkable. Even though the PLO was dependent on Arab states for everything, when these states got together to plan a long-term strategy for the PLO’s fight with Israel, the PLO sides with Iran. It was “uncomfortable,” sure, but it sided with Iran.

In March 1981 Arafat had a sympathetic meeting with Iraqi Shiites allied with Iran, as reported by Tehran’s news service.[9]

‘Estrangement’ leads to renewed love

But this could not last. As observed above, the PLO’s entire infrastructure was based in the Arab states. Soon the PLO was forced to take a more pro-Arab position. And then, as the Iran-Iraq war was ending with the cease-fire in 1988, the prelude to the Oslo ‘Peace’ Process was getting into high gear. This process quite suddenly represented the terrorist PLO/Fatah as a moderate organization that wanted to make peace. So to keep matters propagandistically consistent, Iran just had to accuse Arafat of ‘treason’ against the Palestinian cause, while Arafat just had to pronounce himself in public against Iranian terrorism.

Thus, for example, when a bomb exploded in Tel Aviv in 1996, the Egyptian news agency MENA reported that Arafat was blaming the Iranians: “Nabil Abu Rudaynah, adviser to Palestinian President Yasir Arafat, …accused foreign, non-Palestinian, elements in the region of being behind these terrorist incidents to wreck the peace process. He specifically accused Iran…”[10] Shortly before that, Arafat had claimed that two Palestinians working for Iran had tried to assassinate him.[11] This is how a story of ‘estrangement’ between Arafat (formerly Khomeini’s best friend) and the Iranian regime was built.

But was it true?

Just one year later, the Palestinian daily Al Quds reported that a top PLO/Fatah leader had come back from Iran with a renewed relationship. What’s an assassination attempt between friends? But in fact this made perfect propaganda sense, because the newly elected Iranian president Mohammad Khatami was supposed to be an Iranian Gorbachev pushing liberal reforms, and Arafat was ‘making peace’ with Israel. Under this guise, an open friendship could resume.[12]

In 2002 the Second Intifada, a series of hair-raising terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians, was raging. This was Arafat’s — that is to say, PLO/Fatah’s— war. Not even the mainstream Western media, so often a cheerleader for Arafat, was denying that most of the violence was due to the activities of Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, a Fatah terrorist group. Here is the Times of London, in April 2002: “A new group directly linked to Yasser Arafat’s Fatah movement through its Tanzim military wing, the [Al Aqsa Martyrs] brigades are behind the majority of recent shootings and suicide attacks against Israelis.”[14] And here is The Australian, in September of 2003:

[Quote from The Australian begins here]

Israeli officials said documents captured last year in a massive military raid on the West Bank after a series of suicide bombings inside Israel showed the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, which carried out many of the attacks, was an arm of Fatah, Arafat’s political organisation. They also said the documents proved the Palestinian Authority’s intelligence apparatus, also headed by Arafat, was involved in planning terror activity.

Israeli officials said the documents showed Arafat had personally authorised fund transfers for such activity. ‘Arafat views terrorism as a legitimate tool for obtaining the Palestinian national goal,’ said one official.[15]

[Quote from The Australian ends here]

In the Second Intifada, behind PLO/Fatah, was Iran. Here is the Christian Science Monitor, writing in January 2002 under the headline: “Palestinian ties to Iran, Hizbullah look firmer”:

[Quote from the Christian Science Monitor begins here]

… [T]he once-frosty relationship between Iran and Arafat appears to have thawed since the outbreak of the [second] intifada in September 2000. Iran, which opposes Israel’s very existence, is a staunch backer of the intifada, opening its hospitals to wounded Palestinians, training fighters, and rallying support for the uprising.

In April last year, Tehran hosted a conference for 34 Arab and Islamic countries and organizations. All the hard-line Palestinian groups were there as well as Hizbullah. But also attending was a representative of the Palestinian Authority, Salim Al Zeenoun, who admitted that the Oslo Accords had turned out to be a “sandcastle of illusion.”

Two months later, Arafat sent a telegram to Iranian President Mohammed Khatami to congratulate him on his re-election.

“We look to all the people of the Islamic world, foremost among them the Muslim Iranian people and their faithful leadership, to support, aid, and assist [Palestine],” Arafat said. He also asked Iran to “work fast to end this bloody and savage war which the Israeli government has been waging for eight solid months.”

Israel says that the military alliance between Iran and Arafat and the scheme to smuggle a shipload of [Iranian] weapons to the Palestinian Authority [the famous Karine A incident] was born at around this time. [13]

[Quote from the Christian Science Monitor ends here]

So PLO/Fatah, once installed inside Israel thanks to the Oslo ‘Peace’ Process, began functioning as a terrorist proxy of Iran.

At the same time, however, the road was being prepared for Mahmoud Abbas to posture as the anti-terror ‘peacemaker.’ Notice what The Australian wrote in September 2003:

“Palestinian prime minister Mahmoud Abbas resigned last month after Arafat refused to hand over control of the security forces Abbas said he needed to make Hamas and Islamic Jihad halt their suicide bombings.”[15]

So, yes, the terrorist activity is all being directed by Arafat, but when Abbas takes over there will be peace, became the media message. In fact, the mainstream Western media went quite out of its way to laud Mahmoud Abbas (alias Abu Mazen) as a supposed arch moderate.

Only one problem with this. The Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades — the most violent Palestinian terrorists, and the ones most involved in the Second Intifada that Iran was sponsoring — in fact preferred Abbas to their own Tanzim boss Barghouti as a replacement for Arafat when the latter died. An Associated Press wire dated December 2004 reports that:

“Abbas already has been nominated as Fatah’s presidential candidate, so Barghouti must run as an independent. But as a leading Fatah member, he would likely undermine Abbas’ prospects… Zakaria Zubeidi, the 29-year-old West Bank leader of the Al Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, a violent group linked to Fatah, said he would back Abbas. ‘Barghouti … should resign from Fatah,’ he told The Associated Press.”[16]

It is already clear that Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades was linked to Iran, because Iran was sponsoring the Second Intifada, which was being waged especially by the brigades. In fact, only two months earlier, with Arafat still alive, the Daily Telegraph had reported: “Israel believes that much of the Fatah-affiliated armed faction, calling itself the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, has now come under Iran’s sway, especially in the West Bank.” Who were they directly working with? None other than Hezbollah, the Iranian proxy Fatah is supposedly so different from: “Scores of Palestinian attacks, accounting for roughly a third of the 98 Israelis killed so far this year, are believed to have been orchestrated by the Lebanese Hizbollah movement.” Arafat did not deny this, though he tried to give it a different spin: he claimed to be upset, and accused Iran of trying to “infiltrate Fatah.”[17]

The upshot is that nobody was denying that Iran was heavily involved with the PLO/Fatah terrorists, the same terrorists who pushed for Mahmoud Abbas becoming the new PLO/Fatah leader.

Oh wait. Somebody would deny the link between PLO/Fatah and Iran. Guess who? The Israeli government.

As Frontpage magazine explained in 2007:

“Iran’s direct connection to Hamas is openly discussed and widely acknowledged. Where Fatah is concerned, the issues are more complex; but the link has been established. In March, Brig. Gen. (res.) Shalom Harari, a Senior Research Scholar with the Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, wrote an Issue Brief for the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs in which he noted: ‘There is a growing strategic alliance between Iran and the radical Palestinian forces in the territories. Iran is involved in supporting both the Islamic factions and Fatah, as well. Today, at least 40 percent of Fatah’s different fighting groups are also paid by Hezbollah and Iran.’

Corroborating Harari’s analysis, Maj.-Gen. Yoav Galant, head of the IDF Southern Command, wrote an Issue Brief for the JCPA one month later in which he observed: ‘A few years ago, Fatah’s Al Aqsa Brigade in Judea and Samaria was bought out by Iran.’ Checks with various security and intelligence sources have provided additional confirmation of this information. Iranian funding of Fatah is not direct, but comes through the conduit of Hezbollah and goes in the main to Al Aqsa Brigades.

The government of Israel… maintains that Al Aqsa, although originally a spin-off from Fatah, is no longer part of Fatah and no longer answers to Abbas. This spin makes it possible to continue to promote Fatah as potentially moderate, in spite of Al Aqsa’s very radical connections. Experts refute this scenario, however. Said one security source who provided background information: ‘Abbas is formally the commander of Al Aqsa…he has little to do with them to ensure deniability…but privately supports Al Aqsa. US money to PA security agencies go to Al Aqsa people as well. Indeed, Abbas has ensured that most of the Al Aqsa people are on the payroll.’”[17a]

The Israeli government goes out of its way to pretend that Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades is not part of Al Fatah, thus supporting Abbas, who pretends that he has nothing to do with them in order “to ensure deniability” for Al Aqsa’s murders of Israeli civilians. The Israeli government is covering for those who murder Israeli citizens. We have already seen above how absurd the Israeli government’s position, for Abbas owes his position to Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades: they were the ones lobbying for him—marching in the streets, in fact—and intimidating his competition.

So PLO/Fatah (or the ‘Palestinian Authority’) is allied with Iran to destroy the State of Israel.

But the US government wants PLO/Fatah to inherit strategic Israeli territory. And the Israeli government is cooperating. What are they doing?

What are the US and Israeli governments doing?

It is now probably a good idea to review HIR’s First Principles, in order to do some hard thinking about US geopolitics.

ARGUMENT A.

Premise 1. The way to do better geopolitics is to have a more accurate representation of the intentions and capabilities of other players in the international system.

Premise 2. The Government of the United States, the most important geopolitical player, has the strongest motivation to do better geopolitics.

Therefore: The Government of the United States works very hard to obtain a better understanding of the intentions and capabilities of other players in the international system.

Fact: CIA director George Tenet said in the year 1998 that the budget on that year had been a little under 27 billion. Recently, a US Intelligence official said in a press conference that the yearly budget was now 44 billion. But the truth is that nobody knows for sure, because the budget for US Intelligence is a state secret.

Hypothesis: The Government of the United States has very good information—definitely better than my own—on which to base its geopolitical decisions.

ARGUMENT B.

Premise 1. The Government of the United States, for many years running, has been the most powerful in the world.

Premise 2. Idiots don’t become the most powerful people in the world.

Therefore: The Government of the United States is not run by idiots.

Hypothesis: If the Government of the United States behaves in ways that seem idiotic to me, then a) there is something I don’t yet understand; or b) this government has different values than my own. Or both. (And I have yet to accept this, which is why I think the behavior is idiotic.)

ARGUMENT C.

Premise 1. The true preferences of someone are revealed in his/her expensive behaviors.

Premise 2. Saying “My intentions are X” is not expensive but cheap.

Therefore: Speech acts (e.g. public and official declarations) don’t necessarily convey information about the true intentions of a government.

Hypothesis: If the Government of the United States consistently, year after year, spends billions of dollars and achieves always similar results, and if these results contradict the government’s publicly declared intentions, the publicly declared intentions must be deliberate deceptions.

US Intelligence knows perfectly well everything that I have documented in this article. And it knew it long before I did. Hence, the US Government is applying very strong pressure on Israel to create a ‘Palestinian State’ run by PLO/Fatah on strategic Israeli territory knowing full well that PLO/Fatah is allied with Iran to destroy Israel.

Is this consistent with other expensive US Government behaviors? It is.

As we have documented on HIR, the entire history of US foreign policy toward Iran, despite the loud public condemnations, is one of consistent and dramatic assistance to Iran’s long-term goals.[19]

On the basis of this evidence we may conclude that when President Obama’s chief of staff Rahm Emmanuel states to a group of rabbis that “ ‘concerning policy, we have done everything that we can that is in Israel’s security — and long-range interests,’ ” the Obama administration is lying.[2] If the US government is lying, then we must consider the alternative hypothesis: that the US Government — not the American people, but the US Government — is an enemy of Israel.

Does this make sense?

It is certainly consistent with HIR’s detailed investigation of US foreign policy toward the Jewish people and state since the 1930s, which shows conclusively that — contrary to popular belief — the US ruling elite has always worked hard to undermine Israeli security.[21]

Israeli leaders are cooperating with this process, because they have not yet expelled PLO/Fatah from Israel. On the contrary. Though they pretend to drag their feet, they are engaged in an on-again, off-again process with PLO/Fatah that (let’s face it) is designed to give it everything it wants, in exchange for… Well, for nothing, because PLO/Fatah has not laid down its arms and does not intend to.

The Israeli government is also much better informed than I am, and likewise knew everything I have reviewed here long before I did. After all, the documentation I use is publicly available, and one of the main targets of Israeli intelligence-gathering is, naturally, PLO/Fatah.

So what are Israeli leaders doing? It is an important question.

Any effort to begin answering this question must examine what certain important Jewish leaders did in the prelude to, and during, World War II. HIR has much documentation on this topic, but two articles in particular offer a good place to start.

First, to examine the behavior of (soon-to-be) Israeli leaders during the Holocaust, please read:

► “The responsibility of the mainstream (Labor Zionist) Israeli leaders during the Shoah (‘Holocaust’)”; from THE PROBLEM OF JEWISH SELF-DEFENSE: An HIR series; Historical and Investigative Research; 21 February 2007; by Francisco Gil-White
http://www.hirhome.com/israel/leaders4.htm

Then, to examine the behavior of a string of Israeli prime ministers, consistent with the history documented above, please read:

►”Leaders Lied, Jews died: Why have Israeli leaders been lying to their fellow citizens about the PLO/Fatah?; Historical and Investigative Research; 10 July 2007; by Francisco Gil-White (with the editorial assistance of Ted Belman)
http://www.hirhome.com/israel/leaders_lied.htm

If History is indeed repeating itself, then the Jewish people is in great peril, for when the causes recur, so do the consequences. And if the Jewish people is in peril, then so are ordinary people all over the West, because 2500 years of Western history show conclusively that periods of Jewish persecution coincide with periods of savage oppression against non-Jews (a recent and dramatic example is the 20th c. Holocaust).

[4] “The PLO announced today that its chairman, Yasser Arafat, had accepted an invitation to visit Teheran soon. It also said that followers of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini had seized the former Israeli diplomatic mission in Teheran, and the PLO had accepted an offer to turn it into a Palestinian embassy.

Wafa, the Palestinian press service, reported that the Ayatollah’s forces had contacted Mr. Arafat by telephone yesterday and proclaimed their solidarity and gave their thanks.

Palestinian sources said that Mr. Arafat’s group had sent arms to the revolutionary forces in the last four months and had trained Iranian guerillas since the early 1970s.”

[5] “An exultant Yasir Arafat, leader of the Palestine Liberation Organization, proclaimed here today that the Iranian revolution had ‘turned upside down’ the balance of forces in the Middle East.

‘Today Iran, tomorrow Palestine,’ he said.

Mr. Arafat received a pledge from Ayatollah Khomeini that the Iranians would ‘turn to the issue of victory over Israel’ after Iran had consolidated its strength, the Teheran radio reported.

…Bantering and grinning, the guerrilla leader declined to furnish details about support the PLO had given to various Iranian guerrilla organizations, saying:

‘It is enough that we are here, and no matter how much we have helped we cannot offer as much back as the Iranian people have offered us. It is enough for us to be among the Iranian people.

Asked whether the Palestinian movement felt ‘stronger’ since the Iranian uprising, he said:

‘Definitely. It has changed completely the whole strategy and policy in this area. It has been turned upside down.’ ”

[6b] “The P.L.O. currently enjoys close ties with some of the Iranian revolutionary leaders who rose to power with the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini. One of the most intriguing delegates at the Fatah conference in Damascus at the end of May, for example, was Arbas-Agha Zahani whose nom de guerre is Abu Sharif. He was then the head of the Ayatollah’s Revolutionary Guards, or Pasdaran Enghelab, a post he resigned in a power play in June that was designed to weaken the position of the relatively ”moderate” President Abolhassan Bani-Sadr. (Abu Sharif was subsequently reappointed deputy chief of the Pasdaran Enghelab.) Abu Sharif rose to a position of influence thanks to the patronage of the present Iranian Defense Minister, Mustafa Chamran. Like Yasir Arafat, both Abu Sharif and Mustafa Chamran are fervent advocates of exporting Iran’s Islamic revolution to the rest of the Middle East – in particular, to the conservative states of the Arab Gulf.

Abu Sharif’s links with Arafat, Abu Jihad and other key figures in the P.L.O. leadership date back to the early 1970’s, when he attended a guerrilla training course at a Fatah camp in Lebanon. After the downfall of the Shah, Abu Sharif and Mustafa Chamran relied heavily on their P.L.O. contacts for help in setting up a new secret police to replace the Sha’s notorious Savak. A special P.L.O. unit, whose members had received intelligence training in the Soviet Union, was dispatched to Teheran to assist in rooting out ‘counterrevolutionaries.’ Abu Sharif repaid his personal debt to the P.L.O. by successfully lobbying — with the backing of, among others, one of the Ayatollah’s grandsons — for a big Iranian contribution to the Palestinian war chest and for the dispatch of more than 200 Iranian ‘volunteers’ to fight with the P.L.O. in southern Lebanon

The current head of the P.L.O. network in Iran is Hani al-Hassan, alias Abu Hassan, a Jordanian citizen who belongs to Arafat’s inner circle of advisers. Before he was sent to Teheran, Abu Hassan served as deputy chief of Fatah’s security department. He enjoys a remarkable entree to Khomeini and other key members of the Iranian regime — so much so that one Western diplomat suggests that the P.L.O. envoy should be counted as one of the most influential men in Teheran.” [(HIR) emphasis added]

NOTE: though the PLO supposedly rooted out “counterrevolutionaries” to help create the Ayatollah’s new secret service, exiled Iranians were pointing out that the new SAVAMA was almost identical in all its personnel to the old CIA-created SAVAK. This would make sense if the Islamist Iranians and PLO/Fatah all answered to the same (US) master. Otherwise it is very strange.

[7] MANAMA BAHREIN — MANAMA, Bahrain (AP) – Saudi Arabia and other Persian Gulf states have tightened restrictions on an estimated 400,000 Palestinians since the outbreak of the Iran-Iraq war, diplomatic sources say.

A ban on political gatherings by Palestinians has been imposed and strict visa requirements are being rigidly enforced. The reason is that the authorities are suspicious of Palestinian ties to the militant Shiite Moslems in Iran, who have vowed to export their Islamic revolution.

Other sources said that Yasser Arafat, head of the Lebanon-based Palestine Liberation Organization, has reassured Persian Gulf governments that his guerrilla movement would never upset the stability of the oil- rich area and ordered his representatives in Gulf capitals to remain neutral in the Iran-Iraq conflict. “The PLO has been treading a delicate path of neutrality between Iraq and Iran and that has not been easy,” one Arab diplomat said. “Iraq, and all other Arab powers, insist that the PLO must put its political cards on the table and declare its unchangeable commitment to the Arab cause against that of the (non-Arab) Persians.” At the same time, Iranian leaders are reported to have asked the Palestinians to support Iran in return for their support of the guerrilla movement.

Palestinian opinion, while reflecting the PLO’s reluctance to choose sides in a war between its two allies, appears much more pro-Iranian than that of conservative Gulf governments.” [(HIR) emphasis added]

A delegation representing the Da’wah Islamic Party in Iraq met with Brother Yasir Arafat the Chairman of the PLO Executive Committee and member of the delegation commissioned to study the issue of the war that has been imposed on Iran by the Iraqi regime, at noon today.

The spokesman for the Iraqi Da’wah Islamic Party briefed Brother Arafat on the measures of suppression, oppression and banishment that have been carried out by the infidel Tikriti regime against the Iraqi Mujahidin. The spokesman, who supported his statement with pictures, statistics and documents, added that during the past year alone, Saddam’s regime had killed and executed 100,000 Iraqi strugglers. The spokesman added that the Iraqi regime’s suppressive measures have escalated to the extent that even women, children and old men are not spared. They, too, have been subjected to tyranny, injustice, imprisonment and execution.

The spokesman stressed that the stance of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran did not represent the stance of the Government and people of Iran alone, but also the claims of more than 60,000 exiled Iraqis and the claims of the help- less Iraqi people. Speaking to Brother Arafat, the Iraqi spokesman added: We ask you, as a true revolutionary, not to deal with us in terms of international political principles and international relations; we call upon you to help our voice of truth be heard through- out the world and to pressure Saddam’s bloody infidel regime to change its position on the oppressed Iraqi people and end the war he has imposed on both of the Muslim peoples in Iraq and Iran.

Then one of the Iraqi mujahidin spoke and said to Brother Arafat: O Brother Abu Ammar, I am a struggler and revolutionary just as you are, and my duty is to fight at your side against the Zionist regime and for the liberation of Palestine and not to be exiled by Saddam’s regime to Iran after a period of torture. Then the struggler showed the marks that remained on his body after being tortured by the Iraqi regime to Brother Arafat, and said that the torture carried out by Saddam’s gang against the Iraqi mujahidin was much more than that carried out by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian combatants. Seeing and hearing all this, Brother Arafat could not prevent his tears of sympathy for the Iraqi brothers from falling. . .

[12] “Bethlehem: Brig-Gen Abu Khalid al-Lahham, who recently returned from Iran, said that Hojjat ol-Eslam Mohammad Khatami is considered a close friend of Palestine and the Palestinian people, as well as a personal friend of President Yasir Arafat. Moreover, he called him the Iranian Napoleon and described him as Iran’s saviour.

In an exclusive interview, Lahham said… the new Iranian leadership will strive to refute its image of exporting revolution and interfering in the internal affairs of other people.

On the internal level, the new leadership will engage in building a free economy and will allow freedom of thought and faith and the formation of political parties.

Lahham, who arrived in Iran 10 days before the elections on an assignment by President Yasir Arafat, added that the new leadership will support the Palestinian people with all their leaders and inclinations, including the peace process, but it will fight to defend its role and presence as a major Middle Eastern state. The Palestinian people will be able to ask for Iran’s support”

[17] “Israel believes that much of the Fatah-affiliated armed faction, calling itself the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, has now come under Iran’s sway, especially in the West Bank.

Scores of Palestinian attacks, accounting for roughly a third of the 98 Israelis killed so far this year, are believed to have been orchestrated by the Lebanese Hizbollah movement.

The Shia group pioneered the use of suicide bombings in the 1980s, kidnapped westerners and successfully drove the Israeli army out of south Lebanon in 2000. Hizbollah is now a political party in Lebanon.

‘Hizbollah is a finger of Iran’s hand,’ the senior Israeli security source said. ‘In the past year we can see increasing Iranian influence in Palestinian attacks on Israel.

‘The same people sometimes receive money both from Arafat’s headquarters and from Hizbollah. If the attack succeeds in causing fatalities, they get a bonus from Hizbollah.’

Another security source said Hizbollah rewards Palestinian cells to the tune of $5,000 (pounds 2,900) for each Israeli killed.

Israel regards Teheran as its mortal enemy, and has every interest in presenting Iran as a dangerous state sponsor of international terrorism. But on the issue of penetrating Fatah, Israel is in unusual agreement with Palestinian leaders.

Yasser Arafat, the Palestinian ‘president’ who has been confined to his Ramallah headquarters for more than three years, said this week that Hizbollah was trying to infiltrate Fatah.

He said Iran was financing radical Islamist groups, and denounced Iran’s spiritual leader, Ali Khamenei.

He said: ‘Khamenei is working against us. He is giving money to all these fanatical groups. Khamenei is a troublemaker.’ ”

[18] The Israeli soldiers were under orders to protect civilians (apparently no matter the cost, because they defended themselves, at first, with non-weapons such as paint-ball guns). It was only after one of the wounded Israeli soldiers was thrown from the upper deck and the lethal weapons of the soldiers were taken from them by the attackers, that their fellow soldiers opened fire to protect them. The result was that some of the attackers died.

The images of the brutal attack against the Israeli soldiers—a blood curling lyinching (sic)—are available to the public.

Leading up to Clare Lopez on Iran Nuke Deal

Clare Lopez and evil POTUS

John R. Houk

© September 6, 2015

Tom Trento of The United West sent a roughly ten minute video link of Clare Lopez explaining the reason why the Obama-Kerry Iran Nuke deal will be disastrous for the United States of America. This is a very important video to watch! As an American voter of the Left or Right you will gain an understanding of the reason this deal is an act of lunacy for America’s part AND a deal of brilliance for Iran’s nuclear weapons program and the continued financial support for Iran’s Islamic terrorist clients.

In order to add some credibility to Ms. Lopez you should know some of her background:

You’ll never meet a nicer person than Clare Lopez and she is stunningly brilliant. She’s also honest to a fault and extremely ethical. I agree with her, Obama has actively allowed the infiltration of our government by the Muslim Brotherhood. He has had America switch sides in the War on Terror. We are now in bed with our enemies and we are standing against Israel. Obama is seeking the destruction of the Jewish State and America. We are no longer stemming the spread of Shariah law… we are assisting in the proliferation of it. Everything he has done since he has been in office is to spread Islamic doctrine and influence, while populating the US with Islamic refugees and helping Iran become THE strong horse in the Middle East.

From The Political Insider:

Clare Lopez is a former CIA officer, and she is risking her professional career to call out President Barack Obama in the biggest way possible.

Lopez is well respected in the intelligence community and worked in the Reagan White House. After two decades in the field with the CIA, and as an instructor for special forces and intelligence students, Lopez is now with the Center for Security Policy managing the counter-jihad and Shariah programs.

Now, she is claiming Obama is why America has completely “switched sides” during the war on terrorism. America is now supporting the enemy, especially through the Muslim Brotherhood.

Lopez has been unwilling to speak in public, but has confided with a few members of the House of Representatives her serious concerns about Obama’s motivations about foreign policy decisions.

Lopez noted that the war on terrorism has always been about stopping the spread of Shariah Islamic law, until Obama started to make major changes which clearly supported the Muslim Brotherhood’s jihadist interests.

She said the global war on terror had been an effort to “stay free of Shariah,” or repressive Islamic law, until the Obama administration began siding with such jihadist groups as the Muslim Brotherhood and its affiliates.

The transition was easy for Obama, who already hates American values and principles as an ideologically radical…

Why the switch?

Lopez explained, when the so-called Arab Spring appeared in late 2010, “It was time to bring down the secular Muslim rulers who did not enforce Islamic law. And America helped.”

And why would Obama want to do that?

As she told WND earlier this month, Lopez believed the Muslim Brotherhood has thoroughly infiltrated the Obama administration and other branches of the federal government.

She also came to the conclusion Obama had essentially the same goals in the Mideast as the late Osama bin Laden: “to remove American power and influence, including military forces, from Islamic lands.”

And,

The former CIA operative said, “as Israel fought enemies on all sides to remain free, secure and Jewish, America began to move away from Israel and toward its Muslim enemies. And, as Iran moved inexorably toward a deliverable nuclear weapons capability, America helped.”

via WND

In addition, Lopez claims that the only reason Obama approved of the killing of Osama bin Laden is he simply couldn’t ignore the chance without looking suspicious. The opportunity presented himself, and he “couldn’t delay it any longer.”

I concur with Clare on Osama bin Laden having to be taken down because otherwise it would have been impossible to deny Obama’s Islamic sympathies. However, I also think that bin Laden had outlived his usefulness and there is a possibility he could have been a willing martyr as he was dying from a kidney condition. Just a thought. This is all orchestrated and planned. What you are seeing is an agenda that is being faithfully implemented and followed. Just as the Iran deal is just a pretext. The whole point here was not the deal, it was redistributing $150 billion back to Iran and to make sure they become a nuclear power. Obama has almost accomplished everything he set out to do with help from both sides of the political aisle. History will look back on this presidency as the greatest betrayal of America ever to occur. That’s if we have a history to look back upon when this is done. (Former CIA Officer, Clare Lopez, Just EXPOSED OBAMA… Our Worst Fears Are TRUE! ByTerresa Monroe-Hamilton; Right Wing News; 9/4/15)

Clare Lopez is not a run-of-mill pundit, rather she is a gal that knows what she is talking about.

The media on the Left and Right have been hailing an Obama victory after Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-MD) went public supporting Obama’s Iran Nuke Deal. For people doing the math she became the 34th supporter meaning a veto override would fall one vote short of the 67 needed in the Senate. You haven’t heard much in the media about the House also having to override the veto. That vote must be at least 290 to override. There is a Republican majority in the House of 246; ergo to override a veto the GOP must pick up 44 votes. In the case of the House this is assuming no RINOs flip to Obama and 44 Dems will join the GOP. (Source for the math)

A vote will be no later than September 17, 2015. Regardless of the media Obama seal, that means the constituents of the treasonous Dems still have ample opportunity to harangue their Senator or Representative to think America more than the Obama sell-out.

Nuke Deal or Not, Iran Has Already Declared War on Us

Old ad: Think of the consequences of war with Iran: Fram Oil Filter Commercial- 1972

An Iran war is inevitable. We can fight a bloody conventional war now or fight a nuke war later with catastrophic results that will for future generations.

Has anyone noticed that as far as Iran is concerned they are in a state of war with the United States of America? From acts of terrorism conducted by client Islamic terrorist organizations who killed American civilians and military personnel, giving aid to U.S. enemies in Iraq causing deaths to American soldiers and harboring for a time al Qaeda operatives while the U.S. led an allied army invading Afghanistan whose Taliban government gave political sanction to the same al Qaeda organization.

AND YET media outlets and a significant amount of Dems do not want to rock Obama’s Titanic boat deal because the Obamasiah claims some deal with a nation not renouncing war against the USA while public railing for America’s and Israel’s death is better than no deal with a warmongering hate-America deceiving nation.

Obama’s Titanic will run into the iceberg Iran with dire consequences whether now or after Obama leaves Office. Lawrence Franklin below gives a picture of the idiocy of Iran Nuke Deal.

Nuke Deal or Not, Iran Has Already Declared War on Us

By Lawrence A. Franklin

August 20, 2015 at 5:00 am

Gatestone Institute

Iran has been at war with the “Great Satan” (USA) since the establishment of the Islamic Republic in 1979. Its opening move was the regime’s seizure of the American Embassy and its taking U.S. diplomats hostage for 444 days in 1979-1980. Technically, the move was an internationally recognized casus belli, legitimate cause for war.

In addition, the Iranian regime’s proxy terrorist group, Hezbollah, engineered the murder of 241 U.S. soldiers, sailors, and marines in Lebanon on October 23, 1983. Iran also sponsored the truck bombing that murdered 19 US Air Force personnel at the Khobar Towers housing complex in Saudi Arabia on June 25, 1996,[1] in an attack allegedly executed by a Bahrain-based cell of Hezbollah, with the cooperation of a Saudi-trained Hezbollah cell.[2]

Iran was behind the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks.[3] The Islamic Republic’s intelligence services facilitated travel across Iran by several of the hijackers in the weeks leading up to 9/11.[4]

Additionally, after the 9/11 attacks, Iran granted refuge, reconstitution, and a base of operations for several high-level al-Qaeda terrorists.[5]

After the overthrow of Saddam Hussein in April 2003, when Tehran activated its underground intelligence network in Iraq to target American troops, Iran was responsible either directly or indirectly for about a third of U.S. casualties in Iraq.[6]

The Islamic Republic also has given military assistance to the Afghan Taliban to kill U.S. and coalition troops in Afghanistan.[7]

Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) naval assets have repeatedly instigated confrontations with U.S. naval ships in Persian Gulf waters.

IRGC gunboats also have threatened commercial shipping, as well as U.S. and allied military assets in Persian Gulf waters, including the Strait of Hormuz. In late April 2015, Iran seized the Marshall Islands-flagged vessel Maersk Tigris, and detained the ship and crew for weeks. In July, several IRGC gunboats surrounded the U.S.-flagged Maersk Kensington.

The most recent Iranian provocation reportedly occurred this month, on August 4, when an Iranian Navy Vosper Class frigate pointed a deck-mounted machine gun at an American helicopter that had just landed on an allied warship.

Tehran’s assistance to the Shia Houthi tribesmen in Yemen has enabled Iran to expand its territorial control of the country. If the Houthi become the dominant force in Yemen, Iran would be in a position to threaten shipping in the Bab el-Mandab Strait, a maritime chokepoint between the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea. A blockade there, as well as at the Strait of Hormuz on the other side of the Arabian Peninsula, would be a clear violation of freedom of navigation on the high seas, a vital international interest acknowledged by the U.S.

Iran has also taken its offensive against the United States to the Western hemisphere. Iran has forged intelligence relationships with several Latin American countries that do not have friendly diplomatic relationships with the U.S., such as Cuba, Venezuela, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Bolivia.

Hezbollah, Iran’s proxy terrorist group, has also infiltrated parts of the United States, with sleeper cells in Dearborn, Michigan; Charlotte, North Carolina; and several other locales.[8]

On a strategic political plane, Iran probably believes that it has been able to drive a wedge between the U.S. and its ally, the “Little Satan,” Israel, over the Obama Administration’s effort to forge a negotiated nuclear treaty with the Iran.[9]

This strategy has also been applied to America’s political and military alliances with the conservative Sunni Arab governments on the Arabian Peninsula.[10]

The IRGC also continues to manage several weapons-development projects, including intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) systems capable of launching nuclear-armed re-entry vehicles at the continental United States.[11]

It seems clear that despite the American political establishment’s failure to recognize that a state of war already exists between Iran and the United States, the Islamic Republic has no doubt with whom it is at war.

Left: Senior Iranian cleric Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Movahedi Kermani, speaking on July 17 in Tehran, behind a banner reading “We Will Trample Upon America” and “We defeat the United States.” Right: Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, proclaims “Death to America” on March 2.

The diminution of American influence in the region, the destruction of the “Zionist Entity” (Israel), and challenging the legitimacy of Sunni Arab Gulf monarchies appear to be the main motive forces driving Iran’s foreign policy.

The regime’s hardliners use their hostility to the “Great Satan” (America) to demonstrate their loyalty to the Islamic Revolution.

U.S. policymakers who hope that the nuclear deal will help nudge the Islamic revolutionary state into becoming a normal member of the international community seem to forget the past. Policymakers, journalists, and intelligence analysts had all predicted that the era of former Iranian President Mohammad Khatami was a sure sign of the evolution of the revolution. Khatami was replaced by the even more hardline president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Dr. Lawrence A. Franklin was the Iran Desk Officer for Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld. He also served on active duty with the U.S. Army and as a Colonel in the Air Force Reserve, where he was a Military Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Israel.

Super Power Poker – Live from Iran

In my Clarion Project update email today was a fantastic link to a video that could be labeled as Iran Nukes for Idiots, but is actually an animated parody with the leaders of the USA, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Iran playing poker (or black jack – some kind of gambling card game) over who wins a good Iran nuke deal that benefits all the nations in the game.

The stakes are the highest they’ve ever been. Nuclear Iran. The US, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Israel play for the security of the world. This is the ultimate hold’em game. Who holds the aces, who will go all in, who is bluffing and who has a tell that will leave them with nothing but a mushroom cloud. No nukes for Iran.

More Than A Threat

A surface-to-surface missile is launched during the Iranian Revolutionary Guards maneuver in an undisclosed location in Iran July 3.

Intro to ‘More Than A Threat

Justin Smith writes one of the best essays he has ever written. So kudos to Justin!

Justin writes about the Joint Plan of Action (JPA) which is the appellation of Obama’s delusion of peace with Iran over nukes and in which Obama is also offering billions of dollars in “Sanction Relief” to Iran. All the U.S. and the other negotiating Security Council members plus Germany get in return from Iran is an unverifiable PROMISE.

Read the preamble to the JPA and ask yourself if Iran will even come close to its part of the agreement.

Preamble

The goal for these negotiations is to reach a mutually-agreed long-term comprehensive solution that would ensure Iran’s nuclear programme will be exclusively peaceful. Iran reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek or develop any nuclear weapons. This comprehensive solution would build on these initial measures and result in a final step for a period to be agreed upon and the resolution of concerns. This comprehensive solution would enable Iran to fully enjoy its right to nuclear energy for peaceful purposes under the relevant articles of the NPT in conformity with its obligations therein. This comprehensive solution would involve a mutually defined enrichment programme with practical limits and transparency measures to ensure the peaceful nature of the programme. This comprehensive solution would constitute an integrated whole where nothing is agreed until everything is agreed. This comprehensive solution would involve a reciprocal, step-by-step process, and would produce the comprehensive lifting of all UN Security Council sanctions, as well as multilateral and national sanctions related to Iran’s nuclear programme.

There would be additional steps in between the initial measures and the final step, including, among other things, addressing the UN Security Council resolutions, with a view toward bringing to a satisfactory conclusion the UN Security Council’s consideration of this matter. The E3+3 and Iran will be responsible for conclusion and implementation of mutual near-term measures and the comprehensive solution in good faith. A Joint Commission of E3/EU+3 and Iran will be established to monitor the implementation of the near-term measures and address issues that may arise, with the IAEA responsible for verification of nuclear-related measures. The Joint Commission will work with the IAEA to facilitate resolution of past and present issues of concern. (Copied from text version from The Guardian PDF posting of the JPA Agreement)

So who believes Iran will the kind of access this preamble insinuates? Just for clarity sake the “E3/EU +3” references these nations: USA, Russia, China/France, Germany and the UK.

No it is time to read Justin Smith’s brilliant essay.

More Than A Threat

Now I am become Death, the Destroyer of worlds.” -Hindu scripture from the ‘Bhagavad Gita’

In the aftermath of the November 24, 2013 interim deal to halt Iran’s nuclear ambitions, which is called the Joint Plan of Action (JPA), Americans bear witness to an Iranian regime that has supported international terrorism, while waging war against the United States and Israel since 1979. We see Secretary of State John Kerry, with an anti-American bias in everything he approaches, purposefully and knowingly pave the way to ensure that Iran will soon acquire a nuclear weapon, while Tzipi Livni and Yair Lapid, two members of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s cabinet, long “to be in a situation in which the Americans listen to us the way they used to listen to us in the past”. And properly so, America heard Benjamin Netanyahu reiterate that “Israel has the right and the obligation to defend itself, by itself, against any threat”.

Vali Nasr, dean of John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, released one of the most naive and idiotic statements in regards to the deal between the U.S, Western powers and Iran. He suggested that Iran might now be helpful in brokering a postwar settlement in Afghanistan, between the U.S. and the Taliban.

Does anyone really believe Iran will ever stop attacking the U.S. and Israel and their interests across the globe, as long as the mullahs, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and Islam… the mother of all totalitarianisms-theocracy… keep Iran in a stranglehold?

For 444 days the islamoNazis of Iran held Americans hostage after deposing the Shah, and the attacks against the U.S. continued into the present. Eighty-five percent of the improvised explosive devices used in Iraq in 2004 were furnished by Iran, according to Lt General Moshe Ya’alon, former Israeli Defense chief of staff. Thirty thousand Revolutionary Guard Corps and Quds Force were actively fighting coalition forces in Iraq; throughout the Afghanistan War, these same forces formed hunter-killer teams for the sole mission of killing U.S. soldiers, according to the 5th Special Forces command hierarchy.

And when will Iran’s proxy “holy warriors” of Hezbollah ever be brought to a day of reckoning for the murders of 283 U.S. Marines in Beirut, Lebanon on October 23, 1983? Marines on a “peace-keeping” mission. One must wonder over President Ronald Reagan’s decision not to mount a swift retaliation… the only real failure of his Presidency.

Now, it is surreal to see John Kerry as the chief negotiator striving to limit Iran’s nuclear ambitions, when this is the same radical antiwar activist who never met an enemy of the United States that he didn’t like. Kerry should be criminally charged for not registering as an Iranian agent, because he advocated giving Iran nuclear fuel during the first presidential debate in 2004, as “a test” of Iran’s “true intentions”. And, this is seen as especially egregious, once one finds that Hassan Nemazee, top Kerry fund-raiser and alleged “agent” for Iran, stated in a 2004 deposition, that he “would not trust this regime (Iran) on the nuclear issue to have any intentions other than a weaponized program”.

Last week, Ruhollah Hossinian, a hardline lawmaker, stated, “It (JPA) practically tramples on Iran’s enrichment rights”. This is reminiscent of 2006, when the UN Security Council had set an August 31 deadline for Iran to halt its nuclear enrichment programs or face sanctions. On August 31, Iranian President Ahmadinejad, in a televised appearance, stated, “They should know that the Iranian nation will not let its rights be trampled on”. And by March 2007, Iran had added 3000 new centrifuges capable of manufacturing weapons grade uranium to its facilities at Natanz.

The ‘New York Times’ characterized the JPA agreement as “a chance to chart a new American course in the Middle East”, although its reality is virtually the exact same policies America has witnessed liberal Democrats employ for decades. In 1979, A.Q. Khan, a nuclear physicist, gave Pakistan nuclear weapons, under the careless watch of Zbigniew Brzezinski; Khan promptly proliferated this technology, first to North Korea and then to Iran, along with blueprints of a Chinese designed warhead. Madeleine Albright failed to halt Kim Jong Il’s nuclear weapons program during the Clinton administration, and now we see Obama and Kerry falling in line with the advocates of appeasement.

What does it mean to Iran’s mullahs that Obama and Kerry are unwilling to concede an Iranian “right” to enrich uranium? Absolutely nothing. The mullahs want nuclear weapons and a dominant position throughout the Middle East more than they desire peace and prosperity for their people, so no amount of sanctions will achieve a satisfactory result.

Utilizing numerous deceptions, such as tramp steamers off the U.S. and European coasts or physically crossing porous borders, it would not be too difficult for Iran to target 29 critical sites in America and the West, identified numerous times by successive Iranian presidents. Iran’s Shahab-4 missiles have a 2500 mile range and can carry biological, chemical or nuclear warheads. The destruction of these sites would seriously cripple Western power, killing millions of innocent people in the process.

How many times and in how many different ways do we have to hear Iran’s leaders state their intent to destroy “the Great Satan” – America and “the Little Satan” – Israel before we believe them and take their words to heart?

Make no mistake. President Hassan Rouhani is no different from his predecessors, Khatami and Ahmadinejad, and while he couches his statements in ambiguous and subtle nuances, ultimately he hopes to foist an Iranian Islamic nightmare on the world.

A few years after taking power, Ayatollah Ruhollah Musavi Khomenei said: “I say let Iran go up in smoke, provided Islam emerges triumphant in the rest of the world”.

The JPA is merely another delaying tactic for Iran’s mullahs, who are just mere weeks away from seeing their goal come to fruition. And, despite all the best efforts of those like Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) who asserts “…strong sanctions…brought Iran to the table”, Iran will have nuclear weapons soon.

The world stands at a critical crossroads, and unfortunately the only real solution is a war to destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities and possibly remove a rogue regime from power, one that should have been targeted long before Iraq or Afghanistan. Rife with cohorts to the jihadists desiring negotiations, no matter the cost, the Obama administration will not answer this call, and Iran fully realizes this due to Obama’s “red-line” failure with Syria. The weight of this solution, unfairly and even more unfortunately, sits on the shoulders of Israel.

In the early 1930s, many viewed Hitler’s ‘Mein Kampf’ as just rhetoric, although he clearly had laid out his program to exterminate the Jews. Sixty-one million deaths, including six million Jews, lay at the feet of Neville Chamberlain’s appeasement plan, because, as so eloquently stated by Winston Churchill, the world lacked the “democratic courage, intellectual honesty, and willingness to act”. Let America and the world not make this same mistake again with Iran.

I am a Patriotic American

Chamberlain-Hitler & Rouhani-Obama History Repeating

Unless you are an idiot liberal, you would agree that the roll out of making Obamacare a viable national health plan was a calamitous disaster. Ari Bussel wonders if Obama is incapable of the successful management of his signature piece of legislation, how can he be trusted to make the world safer by being the prime mover behind negotiating nuclear peace with Iran so that we can give the psycho-Mullahs sanction relief to the tune of SEVEN BILLION DOLLARS?

I am a Patriotic American

By Ari Bussel

Ultimately, only diplomacy can bring about a durable solution to the challenge posed by Iran’s nuclear program.  As President and Commander-in-Chief, I will do what is necessary to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.  But I have a profound responsibility to try to resolve our differences peacefully, rather than rush towards conflict.

Today, we have a real opportunity to achieve a comprehensive, peaceful settlement, and I believe we must test it.  President Obama

What was achieved last night in Geneva is not an historic agreement; it is an historic mistake.  Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

I am a patriotic American.  Whenever I see our flag, my heart springs to attention, and I am filled with pride and joy.  Very little can unnerve me enough to shake my solid belief in this great country of ours.

On Saturday, the 23rd of November 2013, Bloomberg’s top headline read:  “Iran Agrees to Deal With Powers to Curb Nuclear Work.”  It was subtitled “Iran to Reap $7 Billion in Sanctions Relief Under Accord.”  CNN’s top headline:  “Deal Limits Iran’s Nuclear Program,” and Fox’s:  “Deal Struck:  World powers reach agreement with Iran on nuke program.”

Everyone was focused on Iran, except the White House website that still showed the heading “Working with Both Parties to Keep the Economy Moving Forward.”  The latest e-mail blast I received from the White House – part of the White House American Jewish Outreach Update – is from earlier this month, boasting a statement by President Obama on the 75th Anniversary of Kristallnacht and a speech by the President at Dallas Temple on the Affordable Care Act.

[The White House website was later to change with “breaking news:  President Obama’s Statement on Iran, the United States – together with close allies and partners – has taken an important first step toward a comprehensive solution that addresses concerns with the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear program.”]

The President’s top priority always enjoys the full backing of the most sophisticated PR and outreach machine this great country of ours has ever witnessed.  Iran, apparently, is more a nuisance than the top priority.  At least that is how it seems from the attention afforded to it by the White House, resembling a disgusting task that needs to be carried out; an afterthought.

Clearly, the President is not very much interested in Iran, or its threat to the USA.  All that was necessary was an agreement, so that the Iranian “issue” can be put on the backburner.

There are much more urgent issues we face, such as the President’s historical legacy – Obamacare.  (The program, at the moment, is still suffering from “technical glitches” despite an investment of hundreds of millions of dollars in a website that does not work properly, not to mention a faulty architecture that will eventually bring its collapse and finger pointing at the Republicans and members of the Tea Party:  “It is all their fault!”)

Three more years from this November until the next Presidential election, and at the moment, the President is very focused:  Obamacare!  (It is not even a true concern to reform the healthcare system, just maintaining a legacy and not admitting a mess of colossal proportions already so clearly evident.)

Why should anyone worry?  Iran is far away and has repeatedly stated – contrary to all appearances and its abundance of oil as an energy source – that its nuclear program is solely for peaceful purposes.  The Sanctions this Administration has put in place have been most effective, successful in causing remorse among the Iranian leadership and a reversal of course.  It all works.

Iran will say whatever the West wants to hear, while continuing to do exactly what it wants: accelerating development of its military nuclear program.

Indeed, given all the Administration under the current Commander-in-Chief achieved, we are witnessing “Peace in Our Lifetime.”  Let us focus on what is really important:  Higher health insurance costs; mass cancellations of policies for millions who were, until very recently, insured; hospitals and doctors pulling out of networks and Medicare recipients hurting due to cuts.  All this “noise” has to be dealt with quickly, lest it detract from the crowning achievement of Obama.

A negotiated peaceful end to all this unpleasantness with Iran!  Thirty-five years from the ascent of Khomeini to power and the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and finally a Peace Laureate manages to bring an end to decades of open hostilities.  Truly, I am in awe of the massive achievements by one person.  Would I be amiss admitting the Messiah is finally appearing before our very eyes, revealing himself to the world?

Some feel that President Obama just “threw Israel under the bus,” but I say differently:  The President of the United States of America is not entrusted with protecting Israel.  Israel is a sovereign nation, and knows how and when to protect itself.  (If it does not, well, then it – and it alone – will suffer the consequences.)  Israel must not expect, and definitely cannot plan, for America to do its bidding.

The President – glossy and glory speeches notwithstanding – never intended to do anything of substance against Iran.  Similarly, he never had any real intention of standing in the way of Syria’s Assad and the latter’s slaughter of hundreds of thousands of his own people. The world stood silent.  Why bother?

The President “showed determination and force” against an ally – Egypt’s President Mubarak – ushering in the Muslim Brotherhood’s ascent to power and control of the largest Arab country in the world.  The President ordered direct attacks in Libya, against a leader who repented and was working with us, the late Kaddafi.  (Where was the same determination and use of force and resources when our Ambassador and others of his protective detail were murdered?)

And Israel.  Again, Israel.  That is a difficult thorn indeed, only because of the all-powerful Jewish Lobby, AIPAC, that controls DC (please refer to a book about the Jewish Lobby and some statements by the Jews who truly care about America and are part of J Street), and all these rich Jews who support the Democratic Party.  For them, and because of them, we have to pretend.

What a great conclusion:  The Jews are at fault for the President having to take a tough stand against Iran!  Not Israel, but those super-wealthy, super-powerful Jews right here in America.  If it were not for them, life would have been so much easier, a negotiated surrender could have been achieved ages ago.

Forget about Iran.  They do not know what they are doing.  They use idle threats, not really intent on doing anything with their nuclear power.  In fact, they have every right, exactly like Israel, to have a full-fledged nuclear program.

Why should Israel have an arsenal it can use at a moment’s notice, and Iran be precluded?  What’s fair is fair!  Besides, there are enough crazies in Israel, not less dangerous to the world and to world peace!  (If Netanyahu didn’t possess so much clout with Congress, the President would put him exactly where he should be and declare him the real obstacle to peace in our lifetime, peace in the Middle East and the return of the Palestinians to their homeland and eternal capital of Al Quds.)

The President of the United States has to “make-believe” he is proactive so the Iranian “issue” can be set aside.  There are much more urgent things to which he must attend.  Thanksgiving is just around the corner, then Christmas and New Year.  What trips are planned?  Have thousands of members of the Entourage teams been invited to these all-expense-paid trips?  How about just a relaxing get-away using Air Force One to Martha’s Vineyard (too cold already), Hawaii, India or Africa?  Welcome to Beverly Hills!  You can enjoy a moment of rest with peaceful and protected shopping on Rodeo Drive!

There are endless parties to attend, a family and a Royal Dog.  Alas, the President is also the Commander in Chief, and there are still thousands of Americans around the world (time to get back home!).  Just recently we saw a disaster in the Philippines, and there, too, Israel was first.  First to respond and so effectively so.  The first baby to be delivered was called Israel and millions of hits (five million by the last count) were generated around the reports of the Israeli Consul General in the West Coast.  Those damn Jews!  First at everything!  They even managed to steal the glory from the President sending our military force and full might to extend a helping hand.

The Presidential Calendar is full!  Five days in Geneva have been overwhelming, truly exhausting even for a seasoned politician like our Secretary of State.  Time to get back home.  The days to Thanksgiving and Black Friday are drawing closer; let us stop wasting time on Iran.  Declare an agreement.  State the historic significance of our achievements, ease and eliminate the sanctions and let’s focus on what is really important.

Our allies in the Middle East and throughout the world are shocked.  Even France (usually characterized by their rush to surrender at the face of even the slightest hiccup) decided to take a different stand.

Our “allies in the Middle East” have long awakened to a new frightening reality, one in which the USA cannot be trusted.  Saudi Arabia sees something that our President does not, so it messes things up for him, for his plan for a peaceful holiday season.  Perhaps they simply do not understand the peaceful intentions of Iran and Iran’s right to achieve nuclear dominance (for “peaceful purposes” and nothing else).

A new coalition of the frightened is being formed.  Israel, France, Saudi Arabia, other countries in the Gulf.  Is anyone surprised that the fanatic Prime Minister of Israel is heading it, stirring trouble in peaceful and otherwise calm waters?

In fact, anyone with a bit of common sense and understanding of reality, and anyone who knows how to read what the Iranians are saying and analyze what is actually taking place in Iran, would conclude that the US-of-A has gone mad.  Apparently a previous history lesson – “Peace in our Lifetime!” – has been forgotten (or never learned at all).

If I, a patriotic American, did not believe Saturday night’s speech by President Obama, imagine what others, particularly Iran, countries throughout the Arab World and Israel, made of it.

I, at least, have given my President the full benefit of the doubt.

I would stand and defend our country to my last breath, and although I am registered with the Selective Service, we have not had a draft in recent memory.  I am just afraid my Commander in Chief has brought us a step closer to the beginning of World War III, willing to sacrifice whatever is needed, similar to the offering of Czechoslovakia in 1938.

A Very Bad Deal

From left to right: British Foreign Secretary William Hague, German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius.

I have just discovered the Obama Administration negotiating team (five permanent U.N. Security Council members – United States, Britain, France, Russia, China – plus Germany) has hammered out a deal that indeed favors Iran. The favor is Iran agrees to lower its uranium enrichment process by 5% while the UN led sanctions are reduced to the point that the USA promises to give Iran $7 BILLION in sanction relief. The whole deal is based on an absolute trust that Iran will honor its part of the deal. I guess that will work out just like trustworthy North Korea promised no nuke weaponization and Hitler promised Chamberlain no more aggressive invasions.

A Very Bad Deal

Sent by Secure America Now

Sent: 11/24/2013 8:58 AM

This morning in Geneva, the United States and other world powers agreed to a deal with the radical mullahs in Iran over their nuclear program. What details have been released indicate it is a very bad deal for the United States and can be interpreted as rewarding Iran for its decades of radicalism and terror.

Even more important, Obama and Kerry seem to naively believe Iran can be trusted. What gives them that idea? Iran has been lying and terrorizing the west for over 30 years. Nothing has changed. In fact, the United States went down this path with North Korea and it lead directly to its getting nuclear weapons. Read this article which sheds more light on the Iran deal.

A Bad and Morally Indefensible Deal (NationalReview.com)

By Jack David, November 24, 2013 1:00 AM

The announcement that the P-5+1 (the five U.N. Security Council members plus Germany) reached a nuclear deal with Iran has just been made. A few details of the deal have been announced and there likely will be others. But what has been reported so far is sufficient to conclude, as Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said of the draft deal reported two weeks ago, that “this is a very, very bad deal.”

The Iranian “concessions” thus far announced are unimpressive: Iran will stop enriching uranium beyond 5 percent; it will install no additional centrifuges; it will convert the 100 pounds or so of 20 percent enriched uranium which quickly can be converted to weapons-grade uranium to something harder to convert to weapons-grade uranium. Iran has not agreed to dismantle any of the thousands of centrifuges it has installed and continues to operate; to send any of its 20 percent enriched uranium out of the country; to close the nuclear facilities which will soon provide it with plutonium with which to make nuclear weapons; to stop its testing of long-range missiles; or to cease its support of terrorist activities by Hezbollah and others.

The United States has reportedly agreed to provide Iran with $7 billion in sanctions relief. This relief doubtless will help Iran in many ways, not least the “right” to continue the dangerous nuclear-weapons development and terrorist-support activities which it has long maintained. It will not be in the least surprising, as more details of the deal are announced, to learn of other benefits provided to Iran to induce it to agree . . . to something – anything.

The U.S., by pressing forward with this very, very bad deal has further eroded its dwindling international credibility. No country in the Middle East will perceive U.S. agreement to this deal as anything but further evidence of its weakness, further evidence that the U.S. is content to undermine its historical alliances, expressions to the contrary notwithstanding.

In defending the deal, the United States (and perhaps others among its P-5+1 partners) doubtless will point to the fact that it is only an interim step and that Iran has agreed to allow International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors to visit its still-operating facilities. Given Iran’s long history of preventing IAEA inspectors to do their jobs and its long history of flouting its obligations regarding its nuclear program, the value of this Iranian promise should be discounted to zero.

In a speech in Tehran this past week to a crowd of thousands that was was broadcast live, Iranian Supreme leader Khamenei attacked the U.S., France, and Israel, saying that “Zionist officials cannot be called humans, they are like animals,” that “the Israeli regime is doomed to failure and annihilation,” that the “Zionist regime” is the “rabid dog of the region.”

The deal the U.S. and its partners just struck with Iran is a “very, very bad deal” as a practical and a political matter. In the context of Khamenei’s contemporaneous statements and the background of so many other statements of similar stripe, it is also morally indefensible.

— Jack David, a senior fellow of the Hudson Institute, served as deputy assistant secretary of defense for combating weapons of mass destruction and negotiations policy from 2004 to 2006.

Here is an interesting fact about the Quran and the Hadith: Jew-Hatred is encoded as truth in Islam’s holy writings.

005.060
YUSUFALI: Say: “Shall I point out to you something much worse than this, (as judged) by the treatment it received from Allah? those who incurred the curse of Allah and His wrath, those of whom some He transformed into apes and swine, those who worshipped evil;- these are (many times) worse in rank, and far more astray from the even path!”

PICKTHAL: Shall I tell thee of a worse (case) than theirs for retribution with Allah? (Worse is the case of him) whom Allah hath cursed, him on whom His wrath hath fallen and of whose sort Allah hath turned some to apes and swine, and who serveth idols. Such are in worse plight and further astray from the plain road.

SHAKIR: Say: Shall I inform you of (him who is) worse than this in retribution from Allah? (Worse is he) whom Allah has cursed and brought His wrath upon, and of whom He made apes and swine, and he who served the Shaitan; these are worse in place and more erring from the straight path. (AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD); Total Verses: 120; Revealed At: MADINA; Quran-USC.edu.org; Center for Muslim-Jewish Engagement)

002.096
YUSUFALI: Thou wilt indeed find them, of all people, most greedy of life,-even more than the idolaters: Each one of them wishes He could be given a life of a thousand years: But the grant of such life will not save him from (due) punishment. For Allah sees well all that they do.

PICKTHAL: And thou wilt find them greediest of mankind for life and (greedier) than the idolaters. (Each) one of them would like to be allowed to live a thousand years. And to live (a thousand years) would be no means remove him from the doom. Allah is Seer of what they do.

SHAKIR: And you will most certainly find them the greediest of men for life (greedier) than even those who are polytheists; every one of them loves that he should be granted a life of a thousand years, and his being granted a long life will in no way remove him further off from the chastisement, and Allah sees what they do. (AL-BAQARA (THE COW); Total Verses: 286; Revealed At: MADINA; Ibid.)

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. “O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.” (Bukhari :: Book 4 :: Volume 52 :: Hadith 177; Fighting for the Cause of Allah (Jihaad))

If you take the time to examine more Quranic suras and the Hadith you will find more encoded Jew-Hatred (AND also Christian-Hatred and general non-Muslim-Hatred). Honestly if you are outside the belief system of Islam, unless you are blind, Islam is as much an ideology as it is a religious guiding principle, perhaps even more so an ideology teaching adherents about a superiority. This is a superiority that says if you not in the club or if you insult the club you are worthy of death or forced humiliating submission.

Now I have imposed on your reading time to show you that the principle of the enemy of my enemy is my friend is alive and well. Can you imagine the Jewish State of Israel and the radical Islamic Wahhabist nation of Saudi Arabia are engaged in working out a deal that both nations consider an existential threat?

The common enemy is Iran. Yup, that’s right. The same radical Islamic Shia-Twelver nation that President Barack Hussein Obama is about to urge the Senate to approve a deal on drawing back sanctions under the delusion that Iran will slow down nuclear uranium enrichment under the next delusion that Iran will forsake WMD nuclear weaponization.

Either Obama is a complete Foreign Policy moron or he is engaged in finding any scenario of chaos to transform the globe (yes including the USA) into a Left Wing pseudo-Marxist New World Order.

Obama’s flirtation with Iran has convinced Israel and Saudi Arabia that the U.S. government is no longer dedicated to their actual Middle Eastern allies’ regional security.

Jew-Hatred from a nuclear armed Iran could easily lead to a nuclear WMD strike against Israel EVEN THOUGH Israel does have its own nukes to level Iran. The Twelver mentality of Iran’s Mullahs and Ayatollahs will not be deterred by the military doctrine of Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD). In essence the MAD doctrine states that regardless of who pushes buttons to launch nuclear warheads first, the retaliating nuke power will push buttons as well. Meaning that nations engaged in nuclear war will both loose because they will both be destroyed by mutual nuke WMD attacks. Twelvers believe dying in war is glorious and sends one straight to Muslim Paradise.

The problem between Saudi Arabia and Iran has its history in the ancient Islamic divide of Sunnis vs. Shias. Sunnis represent roughly 90% of all Islam. Even in that demographic difference both Islamic sects have both declared each other heretics. In the Muslim world heretics are worthy of death. So-called moderate-radical differences make no difference in how to adjudicate a Muslim heretic. It is an offense worthy of death. Wahhabi Clerics have often proclaimed Shia believers kafir. There is a Shia minority in Saudi Peninsula but the aim of Wahhabi fatwas against Shi’ites has a lot to do with a rally cry against the heretics of Iran. So you can see that a nuclear armed Iran is also an existential threat to Saudi Arabia whose Wahhabis consider themselves Sunnis. A large amount of Sunnis have a problem with the medieval puritanical Wahhabis.

If Israel and the Saudis cooperate against Iran, I would advise the Israeli government that Saudi Wahhabis are still their enemy and will turn on a dime to betray Israel once (if ever) there is a successful Israel-Saudi neutralization of Iranian regional aspirations.

Here is the article that got the old gray matter motivated concerning an Israel-Saudi team against Iran.

Read Part 2 of ‘Iran, Obama and Nuclear War’

William of Ockham and his Quote

I cross posted Danny Jeffrey’s very insightful post “Iran, Obama and Nuclear War” that begins the examination of the real reasons behind President Barack Hussein Obama making an economic/nuke deal that is favorable to Iran’s National Interests BUT detrimental to our ally Israel and essentially the USA itself. In that essay Danny notifies us there will be a part two.

In Part TWO Danny continues to examine or perhaps expose Obama’s agenda in lessening sanctions against Iran in exchange that Iran slow down its uranium enrichment that leads to nuclear weapons. You will discover about how this will affect Israel. The short answer is it will lead to nuclear which is a part of the Obama end game. Also in that end game is some information on how Obama is getting rid of all high level military Officers loyal to the U.S. Constitution while leaving those Officers loyal to Obamasiah.

Here is a tantalizing excerpt:

You are probably familiar with Occam’s Razor, the concept that the simplest answer is usually the correct answer. My simple answer to why Obama supports a nuclear Iran is that he wants a nuclear war. They have stated, for the entire world to hear, their intention to wipe Israel off the map. Any sensible human being would take them at their word, and do everything possible to stop their hellish scheme, but all that Obama and Kerry are doing is asking them to slow down for just six months.

You MUST read the entire essay. O yeah you will learn there is a Part THREE on the way.

And So It Begins…

Saudi-Iran Map

Yesterday I wrote of President Barack Hussein Obama’s Foreign Policy duplicity for making the effort to negotiate a deal with Iran that will essentially leave their not-so-secret clandestine nuclear weapons program intact. AND that such a negotiation is throwing Israel under the bus.

TODAY I have learned what Obama’s idiotic plans with Iran will lead to – Check out The Corner of the National Review Online to discover Obama’s negotiations is beginning WMD nuclear arms race in the Middle East.

And So It Begins…

My old colleague Mark Urban reports for the BBC:

Saudi Arabia has invested in Pakistani nuclear weapons projects, and believes it could obtain atomic bombs at will, a variety of sources have told BBC Newsnight.

While the kingdom’s quest has often been set in the context of countering Iran’s atomic programme, it is now possible that the Saudis might be able to deploy such devices more quickly than the Islamic republic.

Earlier this year, a senior Nato decision maker told me that he had seen intelligence reporting that nuclear weapons made in Pakistan on behalf of Saudi Arabia are now sitting ready for delivery…

The Sauds, of course, are signatories to that spiffy non-proliferation treaty. Zbigniew Brzezinski and all the realpolitik types in Washington think Iran can be “contained” à la Russian bear. King Abdullah and the other Sunni monarchs understand that this isn’t 1950: a US containment strategy doesn’t come in the wake of nuking Japan, but after years of American weakness, retreat, and the abandonment of allies like Mubarak. Would you bet your future on American containment?
