Then as a bonus I share Parts One & Two of Rudy Giuliani interviewing John Solomon on the exposed election crimes STILL not prosecuted by Courts due to the idiocy to refuse recognize Standing when the Merits of Fraud existed. ERGO, if you hear or read that not one Court was presented evidence it is because every single Court refused the evidence telling the presenters they did not have Standing to present EVIDENCE.

That is when I became convinced that not only a corrupt bureaucracy exists in the Executive and Legislative Branch, but ALSO the Judicial Branch is compromised with corruption. The Founders’ Constitutional concept of Checks and Balances to protect We The People thus was shredded.

Bitchute VIDEO: EMERALD ROBINSON: FOX NEWS IS GARBAGE!

MY TV SCRIPT TODAY:

FOR THE LAST 16 MONTHS THE FAKE CONSERVATIVE GRIFTERS WHO RUN FOX NEWS DEEMED THAT NO ELECTION FRAUD TOOK PLACE IN 2020 AND THEY OUTLAWED ANY DISCUSSION OF THE SUBJECT ON AIR.

THEY DID SO BECAUSE FOX NEWS WAS DEEPLY INVOLVED IN CALLING ARIZONA EARLY AND THROWING THE ELECTION TO JOE BIDEN – AS WE ALL KNOW.

WE DON’T EVEN HAVE TIME TO LIST ALL THE WAYS THAT FOX NEWS BETRAYED THE CONSERVATIVE MOVEMENT IN THE LAST THREE YEARS.

BUT LET’S TRY ANYWAY.

FIRST, FOX NEWS HIRED A DEMOCRAT OPERATIVE NAMED ARNIE MISHKIN TO RUN THEIR 2020 ELECTION DESK. THIS WOULD BE LIKE CNN HIRING KARL ROVE TO RUN THEIR ELECTION COVERAGE. ARNIE MISHKIN DID WHAT HE WAS HIRED TO DO AND PROMPTLY CALLED ARIZONA EARLY FOR BIDEN. HE WAS THEN FIRED AFTER THE ELECTION.

THE PART YOU MIGHT HAVE MISSED IS THAT FOX NEWS HAS HIRED HIM AGAIN TO RUN THEIR COVERAGE FOR THE 2022 MIDTERMS!

THEN FOX CANCELED LOU DOBBS RIGHT AFTER THE 2020 ELECTION BECAUSE DOBBS WOULDN’T STOP TALKING ABOUT ELECTION FRAUD. DOBBS HAD THE HIGHEST RATED SHOW ON THEIR BUSINESS CHANNEL TOO. FOX CANCELED DOBBS SO QUICKLY THAT IT DIDN’T EVEN HAVE A SHOW TO REPLACE HIM WITH READY TO GO!

THEN FOX NEWS BLACKLISTED RUDY GIULIANI FROM THEIR NETWORK BECAUSE GIULIANI WAS ONE OF PRESIDENT TRUMP’S LAWYERS AND HE WAS STILL TALKING ABOUT ELECTION FRAUD TOO.

THEN THE OWNER OF FOX NEWS RUPERT MURDOCH GOT UP AT A FOX SHAREHOLDER MEETING AND TOLD EVERYONE THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP SHOULD STOP TALKING ABOUT ELECTION FRAUD.

THEN JUST A FEW WEEKS AGO FOX NEWS WAS NAMED AS ONE OF THE CORPORATE MEDIA OUTLETS THAT TOOK MONEY FROM THE BIDEN REGIME TO PUSH THE DEADLY COVID VACCINES ON ITS AUDIENCE WITH DISCLOSING TO THE PUBLIC THAT THEY WERE TAKING ANY MONEY AT ALL.

AND THEN JUST A FEW DAYS AGO FOX NEWS HIRED A MAN PRETENDING TO BE A WOMAN TO BE A CONTRIBUTOR. THIS NEW CONTRIBUTOR MADE A NAME FOR HIMSELF BECAUSE AT ONE TIME HE THOUGHT IT WAS A GREAT IDEA TO MARRY INTO THE KARDASHIAN FAMILY.

DOES THAT SOUND CONSERVATIVE TO YOU?

WHICH BRING US TO THIS WEEK. SUDDENLY FOX NEWS HAS STARTED ALLOWING THEIR ANCHORS TO DISCUSS ELECTION FRAUD.

WHY IS THAT? WHAT HAPPENED? WHAT CHANGED?

ONE THING THAT HAS FOX NEWS WORRIED IS A NEW DOCUMENTARY ON THE 2020 STOLEN ELECTION CALLED “RIGGED.” THE FILM WAS PRODUCED  BY TRUMP ADVISOR DAVID BOSSIE AND IT COMES OUT TOMORROW.

FOX NEWS WAS WORRIED THAT AFTER THIS NEW DOCUMENTARY COMES OUT IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTINUE TO IGNORE THE STOLEN ELECTION. FOX NEWS IS ALSO WORRIED ABOUT THE NEW DETAILS EMERGING FROM GEORGIA AND WISCONSIN THAT WILL MAKE THEIR SILENCE LOOK EVEN MORE FOOLISH.

IN OTHER WORDS: FOX NEWS LOST.

FOX NEWS WANTED TRUMP TO LOSE. THE PEOPLE WHO OWN AND OPERATE FOX ARE ON THE RECORD ADMITTING THIS. THEY COLLABORATED WITH DEMOCRATS TO ELECT BIDEN.

THEN THEY INSULTED THEIR OWN VIEWERS FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS BY CLAIMING ELECTION FRAUD WAS AN ILLUSION.

AND NOW THEY ARE GOING TO COVER ELECTION FRAUD WHILE PRETENDING THAT THEY DIDN’T GASLIGHT YOU FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS.

HOW’S THAT FOR FAIR AND BALANCED?

I Need Your Support!

Who held the Biden Administration to account for its corruption every day like me?

Independent and fearless journalists need your support like never before.

I need your support like never before.

The corporate media is completely corrupt. They just got exposed for taking the Biden regime’s money to push the deadly vaccines on your family without disclosing it! There’s a word for that — and the word is: propaganda.

If we are going to survive the current regime then we must stand together.

I’ve got your back.

Do you have mine?

Just The News

Key FBI officials failed to review an intelligence file identifying Christopher Steele’s ties to Russian oligarchs and were later advised some of the information he provided agents in his dossier appeared to be misinformation planted by Russian intelligence, according to declassified information made public Friday.

The explosive revelations were contained in footnotes that had been originally redacted from Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz’s December report on FBI failures in the Russia case. The information was provided to two Senate committees in recent days.

One of the newly declassified footnotes highlights a glaring misstep early in the Russia case, when key officials failed to review the intelligence control file for Steele, a former MI6 agent who approached the FBI with unverified allegations about Trump after he was hired to do opposition research by the firm working for Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party.

Checking such files is a basic procedure in a counterintelligence probe when an informant is involved, officials told Just the News.

The footnote states that an FBI intelligence analyst and a supervisory special agent working on the Crossfire Hurricane probe admitted they “did not recall reviewing information in Steele’s Delta file documenting Steele’s frequent contacts with representatives for multiple Russian oligarchs in 2015.”

“In addition to the information in Steele’s Delta file documenting Steele’s frequent contacts with representatives for multiple Russian oligarch, we identified reporting the Crossfire Hurricane team received [redacted] indicating the potential for Russia disinformation influencing Steele’s election reporting,” a second footnote revealed.

Specifically, that footnote added: “A [redacted] 2017 report relayed information from [redacted] outlining an inaccuracy in a limited subset of Steele’s reporting about the activities of (former Trump lawyer) Michael Cohen. The [redacted] stated that it did not have high confidence in this subset of Steele’s reporting and assessed that the referenced subset was part of a Russian disinformation campaign to denigrate U.S. foreign relations.”

[Partially un]RedactedHorowitzFootnotes.pdf

That same footnote reveals a separate report to the FBI, dated 2017, “contained information … that the public reporting about the details of Trump’s [REDACTED] activities in Moscow during a trip in 2013 were false, and that they were the product of RIS ‘infiltra[ing] a source into the network’ of a [REDACTED] who compiled a dossier of information on Trump’s activities.” RIS is an acronym for Russian intelligence services.

The new information provides the most explosive information to date that FBI officials had serious reason to doubt Steele’s dossier when it first arrived and during the time it was used to support FISA surveillance warrants targeting the Trump campaign in late 2016 and 2017.

Sens. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, who worked to get the footnotes declassified, said Friday the information withheld from the American public for two years confirms the FBI collusion probe that dogged the Trump administration was flawed from start to finish and covered up by a false narrative driven by news media leaks.

“For years, the public was fed a healthy diet of leaks, innuendo and false information to imply that President Trump and his campaign were part of a Russian conspiracy to spread disinformation,” the senators said. “The FBI’s blind pursuit of the investigation, despite exculpatory and contradictory information, only legitimized the narrative.

“The mounting evidence undercutting this narrative should have stopped the investigation early in its tracks. Instead, it took several years and millions in taxpayer dollars to conclude that the allegations were baseless.”

You can read the newly declassified documents here.

Russia case footnotes to be declassified, exposing FBI concerns about Steele disinformation

Declassified case notes referring to Christopher Steele deception and FBI knowledge of that deception demonstrates just how infested and invested the FBI is as a Deep State agent to take down a sitting President. NO ONE past or present in the FBI to date has been accountable! WHY THE HELL NOT?!

U.S. intelligence has decided to declassify several redacted footnotes from a recent Justice Department report that will expose more problems with the FBI’s investigation into President Trump’s campaign, including that agents possessed evidence their main informant may have been the victim of Russian disinformation, Just the News has learned.

The previously redacted footnotes are likely to raise new concerns that the FBI ignored flashing red warning signals about the informant Christopher Steele and gave a false picture in briefing materials supplied to Congress.

The declassified sections from Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s December review of FBI FISA abuse could be made available to key Senate and House committees as early as the end of this week, according to people familiar with the effort.

John Solomon Reports Podcast

The unredacted footnotes are expected to provide new data points in the timeline showing when the FBI learned, or should have suspected, that its key evidence suggesting Trump was colluding with Russia was erroneous and how high up those concerns were known, the sources said.

The new information “will make clear the FBI possessed information at multiple levels that undercut the evidence it was using to sustain a collusion investigation” and will be specific enough to renew a debate in Washington over “whether the FBI intentionally ignored red flags or simply was blinded by ambition from seeing them clearly,” one source with direct knowledge said.

The evidence could also raise new questions about whether statements made to Congress during the Russia probe were false or misleading, and whether the intelligence community’s official assessment that Vladimir Putin was solely trying to help elect Trump was contradicted by some evidence in FBI files, the sources said.

The declassification was prompted in part by a letter sent in January by Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wis., that requested four footnotes from the Horowitz report be declassified.

Grassley and Johnson are two strong allies of Trump who played a key role in debunking the false collusion allegations the FBI investigated. Johnson’s investigators flagged the redacted passages during a review of the Horowitz report and worked with Grassley’s team to escalate to Attorney General William Barr.

“We are concerned that certain sections of the public version of the report are misleading because they are contradicted by relevant and probative classified information redacted in four footnotes,” Grassley and Johnson wrote Barr. “This classified information is significant not only because it contradicts key statements in a section of the report, but also because it provides insight essential for an accurate evaluation of the entire investigation.”

The two followed up with a letter earlier this month to the Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Ric Grenell saying the release of the classified information would provide “insight essential for an accurate evaluation of the entire investigation.”

Sources said DNI and Justice Department are planning to declassify those four footnotes as well as others in the report that will provide new understanding about failures in the FBI’s now-debunked Russia collusion probe.

One of the key revelations will be the unmasking of footnotes that show specific red flags raised inside the bureau’s intelligence files that Christopher Steele, the former MI6 agent whose anti-Trump dossier played a key role in the collusion probe, could have been the victim of Russian disinformation through his contacts with Russian oligarchs, the sources said.

Horowitz’s report in December concluded that most of the allegations Steele included in the dossier he gave the FBI were inaccurate, uncorroborated, or internet rumor and that the FBI falsely represented to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that Steele’s intelligence had been verified in securing a FISA warrant to target the Trump campaign and former adviser Carter Page in fall 2016 in an investigation code-named Crossfire Hurricane.

Horowitz’s report also raised concerns the FBI failed to fully evaluate evidence in its intelligence files that suggested Russian disinformation was flowing to Steele, who was working during the 2016 campaign for the opposition research firm trying to help Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party defeat Trump.

Those concerns were echoed in the report by former FBI counterintelligence chief Bill Priestap and former Justice Department lawyer Stuart Evans.

“In view of information we found in FBI files we reviewed, and that was available to the Crossfire Hurricane team during the relevant time period, we believe that more should have been done to examine Steele’s contacts with intermediaries of Russian oligarchs in order to assess those contacts as potential sources of disinformation that could have influenced Steele’s reporting or, at a minimum, influenced Steele’s understanding of events in Russia that furnished context for the analytical judgments he used to evaluate the reporting,” Horowitz wrote at the time. “We agree with the assessment of Priestap and Evans that this issue warranted more scrutiny than it was afforded.”

While Horowitz raised the issue broadly, a detailed set of footnotes laying out what actually was in the FBI files was completely redacted. That footnote is expected, along with other information, to be declassified.

Persons familiar with the effort said the new declassifications also may raise questions about representations FBI witnesses made in classified briefings and briefing documents to Congress in 2017.

Horowitz’s report flagged one such possible episode, recounting a memo that the FBI provided in December 2017 to congressional leaders that claimed to have dismissed the notion that Steele was the victim of disinformation.

“According to an FBI memorandum prepared in December 2017 for a Congressional briefing, by the time the Crossfire Hurricane investigation was transferred to the Special Counsel in May 2017, the FBI did not assess it likely that the [Steele] [ election reporting] was generated in connection to a Russian disinformation campaign,” Horowitz noted.

Such a claim may have dismissed or overlooked evidence sitting in the FBI’s own files, the report suggested.

When pressed by the IG about the possibility that Steele had been the victim of Russian disinformation, Priestap, the former counterintelligence chief whose supervised the lead case agent Peter Strzok, offered an uncertain answer.

“I’m struggling, with, when you know the Russians, and this I know from my Intelligence Community work: they favored Trump, they’re trying to denigrate Clinton, and they wanted to sow chaos. I don’t know why you’d run a disinformation campaign to denigrate Trump on the side,” Priestap answered.

Steele broadly defended his work in an interview with the IG. And after Horowitz’s report was issued, the former British spy issued a statement through his lawyers and his company Orbis Business Intelligence disputing many of the IG’s findings, including the allegation that Steele’s primary sub-source had disowned or denied much of the information attributed to him in the dossier.

“Public discussions about a source are always fraught with danger for the source and the source’s sub-source,” the statement said. “Had Orbis been given an opportunity to respond in a private session, the statement by the primary sub-source would be put in a very different light.”

Horowitz isn’t the only government official to raise concerns that Steele may have been victimized by Russian disinformation. One of the Democrats’ star witnesses during President Trump’s impeachment investigation, government Russia expert Fiona Hill, testified about Steele that she had “misgivings and concern that he could have been played” by Russian disinformation. Hill had previously worked with Steele when he was with MI6.

“Their goal was to discredit the presidency,” she testified in an October deposition. “Whoever was elected president, they wanted to weaken them. So, if Secretary Clinton had won, there would have been a cloud over her at this time if she was President Clinton. There’s been a cloud over President Trump since the beginning of his presidency, and I think that’s exactly what the Russians intended.”

The new evidence from the declassified footnotes will give the American public a first chance to evaluate whether the FBI dropped the ball on evaluating Russian disinformation in the Steele dossier.

Whatever the final verdict, the upcoming declassifications are a pointed reminder that the public still has much to learn about what did, and did not, go right in the Russia collusion probe.

Hmm… A U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine blocks corruption data on the Sleepy-Creepy Joe & Son criminal enterprise – she gets fired and the Dems are angry at Swamp Draining President Trump for removing fishy now-former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch. I guess a new way to spell real corruption is D-E-M P-A-R-T-Y.

John Solomon: Ex-ambassador Yovanovitch blocked Ukraine investigation before being ousted by Trump

By TheBlaze

News Republic

Marie Yovanovitch

On Friday’s radio program, award-winning investigative journalist John Solomon joined Glenn Beck to detail how Marie Yovanovitch, the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, obstructed investigations into potential corruption and interference by Democratic and Ukrainian officials in the 2016 U.S. election.

The Trump administration recalled Yovanovitch from her post in May. The whistleblower complaint at the center of the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump alleged that Yovanovitch was recalled because of claims made by former Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.

A White House memo of the July 25 phone call referenced in the whistleblower complaint, documents President Trump speaking to Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky about Yovanovitch. “The former ambassador from the United States, the woman, was bad news and the people she was dealing with in the Ukraine were bad news, so I just want to let you know that,” he said.

During a House deposition on Friday, Yovanovitch told congressional investigators, “there had been a concerted campaign against me, and that the Department had been under pressure from the President to remove me since the Summer of 2018.”

In this clip, Solomon breaks down the timeline. Starting last year, several Ukraine officials working under Prosecutor General Lutsenko raised alarms concerning Yovanovitch’s conduct, saying not only was she meddling in Ukraine domestic affairs, trying to control who the government there could and couldn’t prosecute, but that former Vice President Joe Biden was also up to something fishy concerning his son, Hunter, and Ukrainian gas company Burisma. But when they tried to bring it to the attention of American politicians, Yovanovitch blocked their visa applications from ever going further than her desk.

“There were three waves of concern expressed by Ukrainian authorities including the prosecutors and other officials. In May of 2018, then-House Rules Committee Chairman Pete Sessions, Republican from Texas and one of the most powerful chairmen in all of Congress at the time, he made a trip over to the Ukraine. He came back and wrote a letter to the brand-new Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, and he said, ‘I have heard some deeply troubling reports from both Ukrainians and Americans, that our ambassador is bad-mouthing President Trump, and I think you should recall her.’ That was the first time that Ukrainians on the ground raised concerns that they saw the ambassador engaged in inappropriate behavior, interfering investigations, that sort of stuff,” Solomon explained.

“A few months passed and nothing happened. So the Ukrainian prosecutors under Lutsenko … hired an American lawyer. This is in the October-November time frame of 2018,” he continued. “They hired a former U.S. attorney here in the United States and they gave him a packet of information of things that they felt were wrong. One, that the ambassador was interfering in the Ukrainian internal affairs, like telling who he could prosecute and not prosecute. Two, that Joe Biden had fired a prosecutor, who was investigating his son’s company, Burisma. And, three, there is some significant evidence and there is about to be a court ruling in Ukraine … that Ukraine inappropriately interfered in the U.S. election in 2016.”

Solomon pointed out that the Ukrainian prosecutors “tried on their own to get visas to come to the United States,” but that the U.S. Embassy would not process the request. “They were just sitting there unprocessed. They wouldn’t reject them, they wouldn’t approve him. So they were in limbo,” he said.

“The third wave is when, eventually, Lutsenko … reaches out to me and agrees to do an interview,” Solomon added. “He says, on the record, what had happened, confirming what Pete Sessions said, confirming what the prosecutors had done in the fall, and legitimately raising concerns…. When we have a diplomat on our soil in Ukraine, their job is not to tell us what to do in our internal affairs, it’s to deal with American policy. It’s not to tell us who we can and can’t prosecute on our own soil. So three waves over a year … and all before Rudy Giuliani got on the ground in Ukraine.”

Obama White House Sought Ukraine’s Help In Taking Down Trump: REPORT

The Obama White House brought in Ukrainian authorities to help jumpstart the Russian collusion narrative and to help then-Vice President Joe Biden’s son out of a jam.

John Solomon, an opinion contributor to The Hill, lays out the results of a meeting between Obama White House officials and the Ukrainian authorities. Solomon spoke to multiple participants in the meeting and viewed memos from the time to bring us the story.

“The agenda suggested the purpose was training and coordination. But Ukrainian participants said it didn’t take long — during the meetings and afterward — to realize the Americans’ objectives included two politically hot investigations: one that touched Vice President Joe Biden’s family and … READ THE REST

The damning proof of innocence that FBI likely withheld in Russian probe

Here’s another Sunday cross post some piece you may find interesting or fascinating. Again YOU may have read, BUT I’m guessing many have not read.

The theme of Solomon’s piece is the FISA warrant standards presented to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) to look at Carter Page and George Papadopoulos did NOT include the exculpatory evidence a FISC Judge probably would have denied a warrant.

The damning proof of innocence that FBI likely withheld in Russian probe

By JOHN SOLOMON, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR

03/14/19 04:00 PM EDT

The Hill

If President Trump declassifies evidence in the Russia investigation, Carter Page’s summer bike ride to a Virginia farm and George Papadopoulos’s hasty academic jaunt to London may emerge as linchpin proof of FBI surveillance abuses during the 2016 election.

The two trips have received scant attention. But growing evidence suggests both Trump campaign advisers made exculpatory statements — at the very start of the FBI’s investigation — that undercut the Trump-Russia collusion theory peddled to agents by Democratic sources.

The FBI plowed ahead anyway with an unprecedented intrusion into a presidential campaign, while keeping evidence of the two men’s innocence from the courts.

Page and Papadopoulos, who barely knew each other, met separately in August and September 2016 with Stefan Halper, the American-born Cambridge University professor who, the FBI told Congress, worked as an undercover informer in the Russia case.

Papadopoulos was the young aide that the FBI used to justify opening a probe into the Trump campaign on July 31, 2016, after he allegedly told a foreign diplomat that he knew Russia possessed incriminating emails about Hillary Clinton.

Page, a volunteer campaign adviser, was the American the FBI then targeted on Oct. 21, 2016, for secret surveillance while investigating Democratic Party-funded allegations that he secretly might have coordinated Russia’s election efforts with the Trump campaign during a trip to Moscow.

To appreciate the significance of the two men’s interactions with Halper, one must understand the rules governing the FBI when it seeks a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant such as the one secured against Page.

First, the FBI must present evidence to FISA judges that it has verified and that comes from intelligence sources deemed reliable. Second, it must disclose any information that calls into question the credibility of its sources. Finally, it must disclose any evidence suggesting the innocence of its investigative targets.

Thanks to prior releases of information, we know the FBI fell short on the first two counts. Multiple FBI officials have testified that the Christopher Steele dossier had not been verified when its allegations were submitted as primary evidence supporting the FISA warrant against Page.

Likewise, we know the FBI failed to tell the courts that Steele admitted to a federal official that he was desperate to defeat Trump in the 2016 election and was being paid by Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to gather dirt on the GOP candidate. Both pieces of information are the sort of credibility-defining details that should be disclosed about a source.

What remains uncertain in the court of public opinion is whether the FBI possessed evidence suggesting Papadopoulos and Page — and, thus, the larger Trump campaign — were innocent of collusion. Republican lawmakers have suggested for months that such evidence existed and was hidden from the courts, but none has emerged in public.

My reporting from more than two dozen sources, many with access to the FBI’s evidence, suggests one answer to that question lies in Halper’s interactions with the two Trump campaign advisers, some of it documented in FBI records. And interviews with both men reveal just how much they told Halper about their innocence.

Page, an avid biker, rode his mountain bike on Aug. 20, 2016, to a Northern Virginia farm after being invited there by Halper for a casual Saturday visit. Page met Halper weeks earlier when invited by Halper’s assistant to a Cambridge academic conference. The two corresponded by email around the time of Page’s trip to Moscow and arranged to meet in Virginia.

By the time Page arrived at Halper’s farm, he had been rattled by media calls during the prior week in which reporters alleged having information that Page met with two senior Russian intelligence figures in Moscow. The reporters suggested his trip might have been part of a larger plot to coordinate with Russia to benefit Trump’s election as president.

That allegation, it turns out, was one of many in the uncorroborated Steele dossier guiding the FBI’s collusion probe.

Page told me he was incredulous at the suggestions and told everyone he knew, including Halper, that he had not met either Russian intel figure and knew of no Trump-Moscow coordination.

“I’m certain that nothing I said that day at the professor’s farm could be deemed as anything other than exculpatory. And once again, in September, I explained reality to the FBI. Contrary to the DNC’s false reports, I have never met those Russians, and I did not know of any effort to coordinate, collude or conspire with Russia. Period.”

Page said he went to Moscow in July 2016 simply to give a speech, at the same university where former President Obama spoke a few years earlier. And he said he consciously did not take any actions with Russians that might raise concerns, especially after helping U.S. prosecutors and the FBI in an earlier Russian criminal case and meeting with federal authorities as recently as the previous March.

“I’ve never done anything even vaguely resembling illegality throughout the countless trips to Russia. But I was exceptionally meticulous that trip to carefully avoid anything that could be remotely construed as questionable,” he told me.

Page’s recollection is backed up by a letter he sent to then-FBI Director James Comey a few weeks after his Halper meeting. “For the record, I have not met this year with any sanctioned official in Russia, despite the fact that there are no restrictions on U.S. persons speaking with such individuals,” he wrote in September 2016.

Multiple sources tell me none of the FISA applications the FBI submitted to judges over the course of a year’s surveillance of Page made any mention of exculpatory statements or protestations of innocence that Page made to informants.

If such statements exist, in the form of a tape or a transcript or an FBI interview report — three routine investigative tools the FBI uses when managing informers — then it would be a huge omission that likely violated FBI rules.

A month later, in London, Papadopoulos was paid $3,000 to present a foreign policy paper to Halper. On the second day of his visit with Halper, Papadopoulos said the conversation turned from academic work to a barrage of questions about Russia, Trump and collusion, including whether the Trump campaign had conspired with Russia on the hacked Clinton emails or changed the GOP platform on Ukraine to appease Vladimir Putin.

Papadopoulos told me he pointedly remembers his response: “I made it clear to Halper that what he was suggesting did not only amount to treason, but that I had absolutely no idea what he was talking about and had no information at all about anyone involved with the campaign who might have been involved with a conspiracy because there never was a conspiracy and no one was colluding with a foreign power, especially Russia.

“Furthermore, I made it clear to him that Ukraine should be supported and that Russia will always remain a competitor, even if Trump decided to work with Russia to stabilize Syria and East Ukraine while checking China’s rise.”

Sources familiar with the FISA applications say they contain no evidence that Papadopoulos made exculpatory statements unwittingly to an FBI informer.

Again, if such statements exist in transcripts, tapes or FBI reports, they’re a major omission.

Page never has been charged with wrongdoing. And Papadopoulos, after an exhaustive investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller, was not accused of conspiracy with Russia; instead, he pleaded guilty to making a false statement to the FBI about a months-old conversation with Australian diplomat Alexander Downer regarding a rumor that Russia possessed embarrassing emails from Clinton.

The crime was deemed so minor by the presiding judge that Papadopoulos was sentenced to a mere 14 days in jail.

If Page’s and Papadopoulos’s recollections of what they told Halper are accurate, former FBI officials Comey, James Baker, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok — all of whom played a role in the Russia probe and the FISA warrants — have some serious explaining to do. So does departing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who signed the fourth and final FISA warrant.

My reporting suggests a much bigger scandal — the intentional misleading of the nation’s federal intelligence court — soon may eclipse the Russia narrative that has dominated the media the past two years.

The fastest way to know if that storm is on the horizon is for Trump to declassify the documents showing exactly how the FBI behaved in this case.

FISA Warrant to Spy on Trump Illegal

One doesn’t have to be a rocket scientist to comprehend the FBI/DOJ pursuit to get a FISA warrant to spy on Donald Trump based on the Steele Dossier hoax was known by those Obama Administration Departments to be illegal.

BUT since the Dem Party has had a history of breaking the law and getting away with it AND under the belief Crooked Hillary would win election to POTUS on Election Day 2016, the Dems undoubtedly felt safe in lawbreaking spying on then candidate Trump. Even with proof, the Dem machine in government (aka the Deep State) under Barack Hussein Obama felt above the law.

I’m not certain as yet how John Solomon uncovered proof connected to an illegal FISA warrant used against Trump, but he has. Solomon has found Bruce Ohr warned FBI/DOJ the Steele Dossier was tainted and those powers-that-be proceeded anyway to get the FISA spy warrant.

Last night’s Hannity interviewed John Solomon, Sara Carter and Gregg Jarrett on this illegal FISA spy warrant. The general consensus was laws were broken. If laws were broken, the Dem history of zero accountability implies no prosecutions will follow.

If the Trump DOJ ignores the Obama Deep State plants and grows a pair, perhaps a jury formed from WE THE PEOPLE can decide guilty or not-guilty.

HUGE: Top DOJ Officials Were WARNED ‘Biased’ Dossier Was Connected to Hillary – Corrupt DOJ Officials Then Went to Work For Mueller

By Cristina Laila

January 16, 2019

The Gateway Pundit

Bruce Ohr

According to a new report out by award-winning investigative journalist John Solomon, former top DOJ official, Bruce Ohr warned FBI and DOJ officials that Steele’s dossier was connected to Hillary Clinton and cautioned them it may be biased — weeks BEFORE they obtained a FISA warrant on Carter Page.

Twice-demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr briefed FBI and DOJ officials in July and August of 2016 and cautioned them about Steele’s connection to Hillary’s camp and warned them about political bias.

Two of the top DOJ officials, Andrew Weissmann and Zainab Ahmad then migrated to Mueller’s team to hunt down President Trump!

This crucial information provided to the FBI by Bruce Ohr was omitted weeks later from the FISA warrant application that the FBI submitted to the court to spy on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign through advisor Carter Page.

John Solomon of The Hill reported:

Ohr’s activities, chronicled in handwritten notes and congressional testimony I gleaned from sources, provide the most damning evidence to date that FBI and DOJ officials may have misled federal judges in October 2016 in their zeal to obtain the warrant targeting Trump adviser Carter Page just weeks before Election Day.

They also contradict a key argument that House Democrats have made in their formal intelligence conclusions about the Russia case.

Since it was disclosed last year that Steele’s dossier formed a central piece of evidence supporting the FISA warrant, Justice and FBI officials have been vague about exactly when they learned that Steele’s work was paid for by the law firm representing the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

Last year, the House Intel Committee released a 2-page FISA memo showing the dossier formed an essential part of the initial and three subsequent renewal FISA application against Carter Page.

The FBI claimed it was “unaware of any derogatory information” about Christopher Steele, that Steele was “never advised … as to the motivation behind the research” but that the FBI “speculates” that those who hired Steele were “likely looking for information to discredit” Trump’s campaign.

Bruce Ohr’s testimony to congressional investigators last summer revealed FBI and DOJ officials had no reason to speculate. Ohr told investigators that he explicitly warned the FBI officials that Christopher Steele was biased against Donald Trump and was working on a project connected to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

John Solomon continues:

“I certainly told the FBI that Fusion GPS was working with, doing opposition research on Donald Trump,” Ohr told congressional investigators, adding that he warned the FBI that Steele expressed bias during their conversations.

“I provided information to the FBI when I thought Christopher Steele was, as I said, desperate that Trump not be elected,” he added. “So, yes, of course I provided that to the FBI.”

When pressed why he would offer that information to the FBI, Ohr answered: “In case there might be any kind of bias or anything like that.” He added later, “So when I provided it to the FBI, I tried to be clear that this is source information, I don’t know how reliable it is. You’re going to have to check it out and be aware.”

Investigative reporter Sara Carter has the exchange between Trey Gowdy and Bruce Ohr during Ohr’s testimony revealing the names of the top DOJ officials:

Under intense questioning from former North Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy, Ohr named the officials he informed about his contact with Steele.

“I spoke with some people in the Criminal Division, other career officials who dealt with some of these matters,” Ohr told Gowdy.

“Yes,” said Ohr. “So, I was about to tell you. One of them was Bruce Swartz, who is the counselor for International Affairs in the Criminal Division; a person who was working with him at the time, working on similar matters in the Criminal Division was Zainab Ahmad; and a third person who was working on some—some of these matters I believe was Andrew Weissmann.”

John Solomon points out that Bruce Ohr’s testimony about his contacts with top DOJ officials in the summer of 2016 destroys Adam Schiff’s junk counter-memo where he argued that Bruce Ohr’s contacts with the FBI began “weeks after the election and more than a month after the Court approved the initial FISA application.”

The FBI is required to present exculpatory evidence to the FISA court so by omitting this information, it is clear that Obama’s corrupt FBI/DOJ abused the FISA system.

I watched Sara Carter report on Hannity last night on issue that Bruce Ohr was more involved in the Steele Dossier frame-up of President Trump than previously thought. How does she know? Newly discovered documents of Ohr notes indicating earlier dates on Steele Dossier collaboration between Bruce Ohr (DOJ), Strzok and other FBI cadres as well as the fired Christopher Steele. Ohr was acting as a go-between betwixt Steele and the FBI, even though Steele had been fired.

Long after being fired from the FBI’s Russia probe, UK spy Christopher Steele emailed with Bruce Ohr in August 2017 about being reinstated to help Mueller. Steele was paid by Fusion GPS to work for Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC to dig up Russian dirt on Trump. In November 2016, Steele was deemed “not suitable” to serve as an FBI informer after being caught leaking information to the pro-Clinton media.

BREAKING: Bruce Ohr Docs Raise Serious Questions

By Sara Carter

August 08, 2018 7:51 PM EDT

SaraCarter.com

  • New docs were written by Ohr roughly 2 weeks after the 2016 presidential election

  • Notes mention Strzok & Page and have many lawmakers and investigators concerned

  • Separate docs show FBI had backchannel investigation which they never disclosed to FISC

Strzok & Ohr

A law enforcement sensitive document written by senior Justice Department official, Bruce Ohr, is raising serious concerns amongst congressional investigators regarding testimony provided to Congress on the involvement of FBI special agents in the probe into the Trump campaign and its alleged Russian ties.

Nov. 21, 2016, the handwritten document lists former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok, his paramour FBI Attorney Lisa Page and Special Agent Joe Pientka (who along with Strzok interviewed former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn).

Strzok, who was the lead investigator in the FBI’s investigation into Trump, was removed last August from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation after the DOJ’s Inspector General discovered a barrage of anti-Trump text messages between him and Page. Page, who was working as the general counsel for now fired Deputy Attorney General Andrew McCabe, is no longer with the FBI.

Page’s name on Ohr’s notes raises a number of questions, particularly since she would not have normally been involved in national security investigations, a congressional investigator said. It also raises a number of questions regarding McCabe’s possible involvement and whether was he authorizing any meetings or communications with Ohr in regard to the Trump investigation, the investigators noted.

Ohr was demoted twice by the Justice Department for his failure to disclose that his wife, Nellie Ohr, worked for the now-embattled research firm Fusion GPS, which produced the infamous anti-Trump dossier. The new document is only one in a series of notes commemorating his communications with dossier author, Christopher Steele, which have been obtained by the congressional oversight committees investigating the FBI’s handling of the Trump Russia investigation.

Bruce Ohr

Another congressional investigator told SaraACarter.com that the notes written by Ohr raise “concerns of previously undisclosed communications with the FBI and Ohr and how extensive these communications were. It also raises concerns about testimony given by Lisa Page, who downplayed her interactions with Ohr in her (July 13) testimony to Congress.”

The notes at the bottom of the memo state, in sloppy writing, “no prosecution yet, pushing ahead on M case,” in reference to Paul Manafort, who is now facing years old charges on financial crimes and money laundering, according to congressional investigators.

Ohr also stated, “may go back to Chris,” in reference to Christopher Steele.

“The more we learn about this, the more it seems like Bruce Ohr was a really key figure in this circle comprising those both outside and inside the government who were colluding with each other to manufacture the Trump-Russia investigation,” said a third congressional staffer involved in the Russia investigations.

Separate Documents Reveal FBI’s Backchannel Investigation Conducted by Ohr

In a separate, but related matter, a slew of documents and emails obtained by congressional investigators also shows that the FBI failed to disclose to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) that it had a backchannel investigation with senior Obama Justice Department officials that continued to use and obtain information from Steele.

Steele was a central figure in the separate investigation being conducted by Ohr and Fusion GPS. According to the documents, Ohr and his wife were working closely with Steele and channeling information to the FBI.

The new onslaught of documents obtained by the oversight committees seems to show a pattern, considering the FBI also failed to disclose important information in its FISC warrant application to spy on short-term Trump campaign volunteer, Carter Page.

On Monday, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes revealed that Obama’s FBI failed to include “exculpatory evidence” in its FISA application against Page. If proven true, this violation has enormous implications, according to a congressional source with knowledge of the investigation.

“Ohr was basically allowing himself to be run as a source so the FBI could communicate with Steele even after they fired him,” said another congressional source who maintains that the exculpatory evidence should have been included in the application and the court should have been aware.

Top Nuclear Official Suggests Obama Admin Lied About…

Uranium One Collusion-Conspiracy

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray recent testimony before the House Judiciary Committee was so uninformative that the smell of coverup comes to mind.

When asked about Uranium One and FBI investigative bias Wray defended FBI-integrity while Rosenstein defended Mueller and his team as not contaminated by hate-Trump bias.

These two refused to answer various questions with “can’t comment on open investigation” (Trump) or the Inspector General investigation on FBI bias. President Trump needs to fire these guys and get some swamp draining people in the FBI and DOJ!

Having vented against Rosenstein and Wray, let’s look at how William D. Campbell exposes corruption and wait for the Dem/Leftist coverup trying to discredit Campbell. This brief post by Joshua Caplan examines probable lying in the Obama Administration about Uranium.

Top Nuclear Official Suggests Obama Admin Lied About Uranium One Deal — GOP Senator Says He Has Stone Cold Proof

By Joshua Caplan

December 13, 2017

Gateway Pundit

Did the Obama administration lie about key aspects of the Uranium One deal approval process? In a letter to Congress, a leading nuclear official appears to suggest so.

Obama Nuke Fallout

Obama Nuke Fallout

Daily Caller reports:

The current chair of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) said that one of her Obama-appointed predecessors’ responses to Congress on a key aspect of the Uranium One deal did not capture the intricacies of the matter.

“I would note that, as your letter makes clear, the responses you have received have not fully depicted the complexity of this issue,” NRC chairwoman Kristine Svinicki said in response to  a question from Wyoming Republican Sen. John Barrasso during a Wednesday Senate hearing. […]

Barrasso also said he had evidence the Energy Department misled him on their role in the approval of uranium exports. He asked both agencies for documents to find out if he was intentionally misled.

“Uranium One did not need a specific NRC license to export U.S. uranium,” Barrasso said. “Instead, Uranium One only needed to be, and later was, listed as a supplier on a transport company’s NRC export license.”

Last week, Barrasso expanded his investigation into the infamous Clinton-Uranium One deal.

On Monday, Barrasso sent the following letter to the Department of Energy:

On March 21, 2011, former NRC Chairman Greg Jaczko responded to my letter on behalf of then-President Obama stating: ‘At this time, neither Uranium One Inc. nor ARMZ [Blog Editor: ARMZ is a Russian mining company – AtomRedMetZoloto] holds a specific NRC export license. In order to export uranium from the United States, Uranium One, Inc. or ARMZ would need to apply for and obtain a specific NRC license authorizing the export of uranium for use in reactor fuel’ … Recent reporting by The Hill uncovered that Uranium One was able to export uranium without obtaining a specific export license. Beginning in 2012, Uranium One exported U.S. uranium by ‘piggy-backing’ as a supplier on an export license held by the shipping company, RSB Logistic Services Inc.

The Wyoming GOP lawmaker kicked off his probe into the Clinton-Uranium One deal in October.

The Hill‘s John Solomon reported last week that the Obama Justice Department failed to call on the deal’s secret informant, William D. Campbell, when it came time to charging former Russian uranium industry executive Vadim Mikerinn.

“While he was Maryland’s chief federal prosecutor, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s office failed to interview the undercover informant in the FBI’s Russian nuclear bribery case before it filed criminal charges in the case in 2014, officials told The Hill,” reports Solomon.

“I’ve never heard of such a case unless the victim is dead. I’ve never heard of prosecutors making a major case and not talking to the victim before you made it, especially when he was available to them through the FBI,” Alan Dershowitz told The Hill.
