Hannity is my favorite Fox News show. When Hannity speaks of FBI corruption he goes out of his way to say something like 97% (I am not sure of the exact quote. It could be a little more or a little less, but Hannity definitely speaks the 90 percentile range) of the FBI is not corrupt blaming 7^th Floor FBI management.

It’s about time. The FISA Court’s communication yesterday indicates that the Deep State’s Carter Page FISA warrants were illegal and the related indictments may be voided.

An individual with the Twitter name of Undercover Huber tweeted out some interesting tweets about the FISA Court’s document regarding handling and disposition of information this week. After the recent DOJ IG report that showed that the four FISA warrants taken out on Carter Page and used to legitimize spying on candidate and then President Trump had numerous material issues, the FISA Court is finally taking action.

Undercover Huber started his account when Jeff Sessions asked US Attorney John Huber to look into the Clinton Foundation’s crimes in 2017. Huber eventually completed his efforts without investigating anything. It was a total head fake by Sessions and Huber to calm demands from conservatives. The only fortunate result from all this is the twitter account of Undercover Huber which often has some outstanding tweets. Yesterday was another example of this from Undercover Huber.

The FISA Court acknowledges that the last two of the four Carter Page FISA warrant applications were fraudulent. This means that the other two most likely are as well:

In his next two tweets Undercover Huber notes that the Court is asking the FBI to sequester the data and information related to the Carter Page FISA warrants. Undercover Huber suggests that actions in any cases that relied on any of the ‘fruit of the poisonous tree’ could be overturned, including indictments from the corrupt Mueller gang:

Someone should start asking Mueller and his crew (I hear Weissmann is on TV these days) whether any of their cases relied on information gathered or derived from the Page FISAs, either directly from Page or two hops away from him

We really don’t know if the Durham investigation is another head fake like the Huber non-action. What we do know is that members of the Obama administration illegally spied on the Trump team before and after the 2016 election.

US Attorney Huber NEVER EVEN STARTED His [FISA] Investigation

Former Attorney General Jeff Sessions tasked Federal U.S. Attorney John Huber (Office in Utah) to investigate FISA abuse allegations in spying on the Trump campaign. The problem with Huber’s investigation: HE DIDN’T DO SQUAT! Huber is either incompetent or a Deep Stater.

Thankfully President Trump now has a competent Attorney General in William Barr. Barr removed Huber whose tasks were assigned to U.S. Attorney John Durham. Story at The Gateway Pundit.

Today on CBS Attorney General William Barr disclosed that the Huber investigation is over.

Huber was assigned to look at FISA applications and the electronic surveillance during the 2016 election and actions by Hillary Clinton.

Huber did not even start his investigation.

He didn’t do a damn thing!

AG Barr said this morning on CBS News that Huber did nothing and his work was taken over by the team he set up under US Attorney John Durham:

JAN CRAWFORD: Um, what’s the status of Huber’s investigation in Utah? I think the former Attorney General Sessions had asked him to look at this.

WILLIAM BARR: Right, so Huber had originally been asked to take a look at the FISA applications and the electronic surveillance but then he stood back and put that on hold while the Office of Inspector General was conducting its review, which would’ve been normal for the department. And he was essentially on standby in case Mr. Horowitz referred a matter to him to be handled criminally. So he has not been active on this front in recent months and so Durham is taking over that role. The other issues he’s been working on relate to Hillary Clinton. Those are winding down and hopefully we’ll be in a position to bring those to fruition.

JAN CRAWFORD: So he won’t be involved in this really at all then?

WILLIAM BARR: No.

JAN CRAWFORD: This is his role, it’s done?

WILLIAM BARR: Right.

JAN CRAWFORD: And now Durham is going to pick up–

WILLIAM BARR: Yes, right.

We reported this three days ago from an interview of Joe diGenova and now AG Barr has confirmed it.

John Huber was the special prosecutor tapped by former AG Jeff Sessions to investigate FISA abuses by Obama’s DOJ/FBI. Sessions nominated Huber to perform this investigation after numerous calls for a special investigation into the Clinton Foundation and the Deep State.

But months ago we reported that nothing was getting done.

Mark Meadows (R-NC), Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Doug Collins (R-GA) sent a letter to special prosecutor John Huber on January 8th demanding answers by a January 21st deadline.

“Your investigation has been ongoing for over nine months. During the course of our extensive investigation we have interviewed more than a dozen current and former DOJ and FBI personnel, and were surprised to hear none of these potentially informative witnesses testified to speaking with you,” the GOP lawmakers wrote.

The Republican Congressmen then blasted Huber for being a no-show at the December hearing where Clinton Foundation whistleblowers Lawrence Doyle of DM Income Advisors and John Moynihan of JFM Associates testified.

The Clinton Foundation whistleblowers, Mr. Moynihan and Mr. Doyle told the committee they had to send their evidence to the Huber investigation THREE TIMES because they kept losing it.

In October, Congressman Meadows and Jim Jordan said they wanted to haul John Huber in before Congress to testify because they had not received any updates on Huber’s investigation.

Now we know that it was all a farce. Huber did NOTHING!

Huber and the former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, should be brought before a grand jury and investigated for their actions in obstructing justice.

The American people are very angry about all that is going on in DC. We want OUR country back! We DEMAND justice!

Interview with Representative / Congressman on the House Judiciary Committee Ron DeSantis by Brian Kilmeade on the Fox News Fox and Friends program Wednesday April 18 2018 4/18/2018. [*** There is more interesting content in the description I will post after the McGhee cross post.]

Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., along with 10 other congressmen, sent a letter to Sessions, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and U.S. Attorney John Huber, saying there is evidence that Obama-era officials partook in corruption and even treason.

“The investigations into the Hillary Clinton and the Presidential campaign revealed egregious levels of misconduct and mishandling of sensitive information,” Gosar said in a statement.

Comey’s deliberate refusal to investigate Clinton’s misuse of a personal email system “suggests improper investigative conduct, potentially motivated by a political agenda,” Gosar said in the letter.

Comey’s recently published memoir, “A Higher Loyalty,” is also considered “questionable conduct” because of its detailed alleged conversations with President Trump, even confidential ones.

According to Gosar, this suggests Comey was responsible for sensitive leaks to the media, since he had already admitted to asking “a friend to share the content with the reporter.”

Such behavior is treasonous, the legislators said.

The lawmakers also want Hillary Clinton investigated, specifically her former presidential campaign’s connection to the Washington firm Fusion GPS, which led research into potential collusion between Russia and Trump, ultimately leading to the controversial Steele dossier.

Clinton disguised payments to Fusion GPS, violating the Federal Election Commission’s statutes.

The Steele dossier eventually led to an investigation into alleged collusion between Trump and Russia, which Gosar says is unfounded since the dossier was based on “false and unverified” information and funded by illegal means.

“The actions of these government officials outlined in our letter point to evidence of corruption and possible treason. It’s time these unelected bureaucrats stop hiding behind their titles and start being held to the same standards as every other American.”

Gosar said he wants everyone connected to the Steele dossier investigated, including FBI Agent Peter Strzok and FBI Counsel Lisa Page, who frequently had conversations via text about how they could undermine Trump’s presidential campaign and secure a Clinton win.

Strzok and Page also allegedly assisted Clinton in hiding her misuse of her personal email server, in which it’s believed she compromised confidential communications.

The Wall Street Journal reported in January that, “the latest texts show the FBI also eliminated evidence that Mrs. Clinton compromised high-level communications.”

“Because we believe that those in positions of high authority should be treated the same as every other American, we want to be sure that these potential violations of law are vetted properly,” the Congress members’ letter stated.

So, they effectively disguised the fact that they were funding the Dossier. That’s not the way the Federal Election laws are supposed to work…You’re supposed to disclose your expenditures. So, if you (Mueller and his Special Counsel team) are going after (President Trump’s attorney) Cohen, why isn’t anybody also looking at how the Clintons handled this?

With regard to Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, we raise concerns regarding her decision to threaten with reprisal the former F.B.I. informant who tried to come forward in 2016 with insight into the Uranium One deal. He (the F.B.I. informant) testified in front of the Congress in the committees that he was threatened by Lynch’s Justice Department. We think that’s a serious issue and we think it deserves further investigation.

With regard to Former Acting Director of the F.B.I. Andrew McCabe, if they’re going to go after people like (Lieutenant General) Michael Flynn for a false statement to the F.B.I. on really a tangential fact that wasn’t material to any criminal offenses, but yet you have the deputy director (Andrew McCabe)…Remember, he initiated the investigation of Michael Flynn. You have the deputy director (Andrew McCabe) lying under oath…Is there going to be a similar case brought against him or do we have two different sets of rules for people?

With regard to top counterintelligence F.B.I. agent, Peter Strzok, and senior F.B.I. lawyer Lisa Page, if you look at those text messages, it raises a lot of alarming things, one of which is obstruction of a congressional investigation. He said, well we don’t want to provide all the 302s (summaries of interviews of subjects of an investigation), that’ll be explosive to Congress. So, they (Peter Strzok and Lisa Page) are going back and forth acknowledging that they’re not fully complying with Congress. So, we need to look at that and obviously a host of other issues that came out of these text messages.
