Ted Cruz originally favored TPP, but he has seen the light of his corrupt GOP Leadership RINOs pushing backroom deals. NOW Senator Cruz opposes this threat to our sovereignty, Constitution and immigration laws.

Apparently journalist political wags predict TPP to pass an up or down vote on the Senate floor today-Wednesday. As I am writing this it is about 4:53 PM I have discovered TPP has passed the Senate; thus thanks to the GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker John Boehner TPP advances to President Barack Hussein Obama’s desk for signature:

The Senate on Wednesday cleared legislation that will strengthen President Barack Obama’s power to negotiate a Pacific trade deal, ending a weekslong struggle to lift the measure out of the political quicksand that repeatedly came close to trapping it in both chambers.

The legislation, passed 60-38, will give Mr. Obama “fast track” authority that allows him to submit trade deals to Congress for an up-or-down vote without amendments. Negotiators have said that process is crucial to completing the 12-nation trade deal with countries around the Pacific Ocean, known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

Already approved by the House, the bill now heads to the White House for Mr. Obama’s signature. Its passage delivers a rare legislative victory for the second-term president whose agenda has largely stalled in a Congress now fully controlled by Republicans.

Wednesday’s vote capped a fitful campaign that joined the White House, top GOP leaders and centrist Democrats to push through Congress legislation that both ends of the political spectrum opposed. Liberals viewed expanded trade as detrimental to U.S. jobs, while conservative members didn’t want to expand Mr. Obama’s authority. Senator Cruz indicated he changed his mind from supporting fast tracking TPP/TPA finally becoming cognizant of Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell lies in secretive backroom deals. Especially pertaining to immigration. This would mean he was one of 38 nays in the up and down vote taken today on TPA out 60 treasonous yeas.

It is too late to pressure your Senator about the outcome which gives Obama near dictatorial powers in trade agreements that will further “fundamental transformation” of America agenda, it appears that the 2016 election cycle will be America’s last chance to rid the USA of self-deluded Democrats and RINO/Establishment Republicans. If you have a Republican as your Representative or Senator who claims a Conservative pedigree yet voted a “yea” for TPP/TPA and associated acronyms deleterious to an Original Intent Constitutional government, that Republican is either lying or self-deceived. Get rid of that Republican in the Primaries and of course the Democrat in the General Election.

A successful Democrat and GOP Establishment election in 2016 could represent the last nails in the coffin containing the Constitutions intended Liberty and Freedom.

TED CRUZ: OBAMATRADE ENMESHED IN CORRUPT, BACKROOM DEALINGS

In an exclusive at Breitbart, Ted Cruz writes today of the corrupt back room dealings and changes to TPA since he initially voted for the bill in the Senate.

In his article, Cruz states that in general, he “believes that free trade is good for America, but regarding TPA, Congress has become enmeshed in corrupt Washington back room deal-making. He also writes that he has “serious concerns that it would open up the potential for sweeping changes in our laws that trade agreements typically do not include.”

Cruz goes further to write:

“Since the Senate first voted on TPA, there have been two material changes.”

“First, WikiLeaks subsequently revealed new troubling information regarding the Trade in Services Agreement, or TiSA, one of the trade deals being negotiated by Obama.”

“Despite the administration’s public assurances that it was not negotiating on immigration, several chapters of the TiSA draft posted online explicitly contained potential changes in federal immigration law. TPA would cover TiSA, and therefore these changes would presumably be subject to be fast-track.”

Cruz says that when TPA last came up for a vote in the Senate, both he and Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) introduced amendments that would have barred fast-track treatment for any trade agreement that attempted to impact immigration law, but two other Republican senators objected, and thus they were both denied votes on their amendments. He goes on:

“At the time that Sessions and I introduced our amendments, many said our fears were unfounded. But now we have far more reason to be concerned.”

“Second, TPA’s progress through the House and Senate appears to have been made possible by secret deals between Republican Leadership and the Democrats.”

Cruz explains that TPA was blocked by a group of senators led by Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-WA) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), “both of whom were conditioning their support on the unrelated objective of reauthorizing the Export-Import Bank.” Said Cruz:

“The Ex-Im Bank is a classic example of corporate welfare. It is crony capitalism at its worst, with U.S. taxpayers guaranteeing billions of dollars in loans for sketchy buyers in foreign nations. Ex-Im is scheduled to wind down on June 30. But powerful lobbyists in Washington want to keep the money flowing.”

Cruz suspected that Republican Leadership had promised supporters of Ex-Im a vote to reauthorize the bank before it winds down. When he asked Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) what precise deal had been cut to pass TPA, McConnell stated me “that there was no deal whatsoever.”

Taking McConnell at his word that there was no deal on Ex-Im, Cruz voted yes on TPA.

When the vote went to the House, Democrats opposed TPA en masse. Boehner then cut a deal with Democrats and “punished conservatives, wrongly stripping of one of his subcommittee chairmanship, and reportedly threatening to strip other conservatives of their chairmanships as well”.

Why does Republican Leadership always give in to the Democrats? Why does Leadership always disregard the promises made to the conservative grassroots?

Cruz finishes his article, writing:

Enough is enough. I cannot vote for TPA unless McConnell and Boehner both commit publicly to allow the Ex-Im Bank to expire—and stay expired. And, Congress must also pass the Cruz-Sessions amendments to TPA to ensure that no trade agreement can try to back-door changes to our immigration laws. Otherwise, I will have no choice but vote no.

There’s too much corporate welfare, too much cronyism and corrupt dealmaking, by the Washington cartel. For too long, career politicians in both parties have supported government of the lobbyist, by the lobbyist, and for the lobbyist – at the expense of the taxpayers. It’s a time for truth. And a time to honor our commitments to the voters.

Conservatives rightly do not trust President Obama. With a deal this big, kept out of the public eye, and supported by Obama and traitorous Republican leadership in both chambers, we smell a rat. Thankfully Cruz has seen the light.

UPDATE: Despite Cruz’ change of mind regarding Obamatrade, a 60-37 motion on Tuesday in the Senate to end debate on TPA sets up a vote for final passage on Wednesday. If the Senate approves fast-track or trade promotion authority (TPA), it would then be sent to Obama’s desk to become law.

I think I have actually found an issue that Conservatives and Leftists might actually have some common. And the incredible irony is this issue may equally divide the Conservative and Leftist camps into pro and against on both sides of the issue.

What is that issue?

The issue is called Trans-Pacific Partnership or TPP.

The plus implications of a TPP agreement is the schmooze of Free Enterprise and the tearing down of restrictive tariffs between the TPP signatory nations.

I have knowledge of the TPP negotiations on a periphery basis rather than a complete informed basis. So when I received The Western Center for Journalism (WJ) action alert email I was quite interested in their Conservative view. When I did a little cursory investigation is when I discovered there are some Leftists against TPP. In case you were unaware the WJ takes a Right Wing position that many (especially Leftists) consider a bit further to the Right than a lot of other Conservative organization

Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, who is considered more Left Wing than Hillary Clinton, has come out strongly against a TPP agreement. Her reasoning is a bit different from the Conservative reasons for being against TPP, but the point is regardless of the reasons there is strong opposition from both Left and Right on the Trans-Pacific Partnership becoming a part of the Rule of Law.

Here is an excerpt from an article that is billed as showing the pros and cons of TPP:

The Trans-Pacific Partnership, or TPP, is a proposed free trade agreement between the U.S and 11 other trading partners bordering the Pacific Ocean. Current trade between the countries is $1.5 trillion in goods (2012 estimate) and $242 billion in services (2011 estimate). Once approved, it would be bigger than the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), currently the world’s largest free trade area.

The TPP is between Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the U.S. and Vietnam. The countries involved are responsible for 40% of the world’s total GDP of $88 trillion, 26% of its trade, and 793 million of its consumers.

Notably, the agreement excludes China. It’s meant to balance the trade dominance of both China and India in East Asia. It also provides a trade alliance that gives the U.S. an excuse to intervene in trade disputes in the oil-rich South China Sea.

However, all parties have signaled that other members can join in the future. So far, the Phillipines and China have indicated an interest.

Like most other trade agreements, it removes tariffs on goods and services, and sets reciprocal trade quotas. Unlike most agreements, but like the TTIP, it removes non-tariff blocks to trade and harmonizes regulations and statutes.

Pros

The TPP boosts exports and economic growth, creating more jobs and prosperity for the 12 countries involved. It increases exports by $305 billion per year by 2025. U.S. exports would increase by $123.5 billion, focusing on machinery, especially electrical, autos, plastics and agriculture industries.

Cons

Most of the gains in income would go to workers making more than $88,000 a year. Free trade agreements contribute to income inequality in high-wage countries by promoting cheaper goods from low-wage countries.

This would be particularly true for the TPP, because it protects patents and copyrights. Therefore, the higher-paid owners of the intellectual property would receive more of the income gains.

The agreement regarding patents will reduce the availability of cheap generics, making many drugs more expensive. Competitive business pressures will reduce the incentives in Asia to protect the environment. Last but not least, the trade agreement could supersede financial regulations. Senator Warren has had her Senate staff publish a report on TPP called “Broken Promises”. Warren’s concerns seem to focus on how TPP will affect Labor in the USA. In this she is joining America’s big Unions. From a Labor perspective, there is concern of cheap foreign labor and greater production of goods and services in foreign countries that could affect employment of American citizens – in Warren’s case that would be Union backed Labor.

Michael Wessel backs Senator Warren at Politico but he focuses on the secrecy involved in the TPP negotiations. And not just the typical secrecy involved in nation-to-nation negotiations, but the kind of secrecy that has very limited access to those authorized to view the memos and reports that have been saved from the negotiations. To the point that the authorized must go to a designated building and they must be watched by a government functionary:

You need to tell me what’s wrong with this trade agreement, not one that was passed 25 years ago,” a frustrated President Barack Obama recently complained about criticisms of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP). He’s right. The public criticisms of the TPP have been vague. That’s by design—anyone who has read the text of the agreement could be jailed for disclosing its contents. I’ve actually read the TPP text provided to the government’s own advisors, and I’ve given the president an earful about how this trade deal will damage this nation. But I can’t share my criticisms with you.

Conservative anti-TPP concerns center around the distrust of laws forced on Americans that are beyond the scope of the Constitution and the concern that TPP will bypass Congressional oversight and/or approval protocols. Also there is a concern of mass immigration of foreigners taking American jobs. In essence the issue is a foreign infringement on American sovereignty.

The Conservative plus view looks at lower tariffs and markets that prosper the American economy via less regulations as well as products made less expensively thus costing consumers less money.

Senator Jeff Sessions list five concerns about TPP:

Congress has the responsibility to ensure that any international trade agreement entered into by the United States must serve the national interest, not merely the interests of those crafting the proposal in secret. It must improve the quality of life, the earnings, and the per-capita wealth of everyday working Americans. The sustained long-term loss of middle class jobs and incomes should compel all lawmakers to apply added scrutiny to a “fast-track” procedure wherein Congress would yield its legislative powers and allow the White House to implement one of largest global financial agreements in our history—comprising at least 12 nations and nearly 40 percent of the world’s GDP. The request for fast-track also comes at a time when the Administration has established a recurring pattern of sidestepping the law, the Congress, and the Constitution in order to repeal sovereign protections for U.S. workers in deference to favored financial and political allies.

With that in mind, here are the top five concerns about the Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that must be fully understood and addressed before passage:

1. Consolidation Of Power In The Executive Branch. TPA eliminates Congress’ ability to amend or debate trade implementing legislation and guarantees an up-or-down vote on a far-reaching international agreement before that agreement has received any public review. Not only will Congress have given up the 67-vote threshold for a treaty and …

2. Increased Trade Deficits. Barclays estimates that during the first quarter of this year, the overall U.S. trade deficit will reduce economic growth by .2 percent. History suggests that trade deals set into motion under the 6-year life of TPA could exacerbate our trade imbalance, acting as an impediment to both GDP and wage growth. Labor economist Clyde Prestowitz attributes 60 percent of the U.S.’ 5.7 million manufacturing jobs lost over …

3. Ceding Sovereign Authority To International Powers. A USTR outline of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (which TPA would expedite) notes in the “Key Features” summary that the TPP is a “living agreement.” This means the President could update the agreement “as appropriate to address trade issues that emerge in the future as well as new issues that arise with the expansion of the agreement to include new countries.” The “living agreement” provision means that participating nations could both add countries to the TPP without Congress’ approval (like China), and could also change any of the terms of the agreement, including in controversial areas such as the entry of foreign workers and …

4. Currency Manipulation. The biggest open secret in the international market is that other countries are devaluing their currencies to artificially lower the price of their exports while artificially raising the price of our exports to them. The result has been a massive bleeding of domestic manufacturing wealth. In fact, currency manipulation can easily dwarf tariffs in its economic impact. A 2014 biannual report from the Treasury Department concluded that the yuan, or renminbi, remained significantly undervalued, yet the Treasury Department failed to designate China as a “currency manipulator.” History suggests this Administration, like …

5. Immigration Increases. There are numerous ways TPA could facilitate immigration increases above current law—and precious few ways anyone in Congress could stop its happening. For instance: language could be included or added into the TPP, as well as any future trade deal submitted for fast-track consideration in the next 6 years, with the clear intent to facilitate or enable the movement of foreign workers and employees into the United States (including intracompany transfers), and there would be no capacity for lawmakers to strike the offending provision. Drudge Blows Lid Off Obama Secret ‘Trade Deal’… This Is Huge

Mitch McConnell just did his part for large multi-national corporations and squeezed it through the Senate… BARELY. As a matter of fact, because of your Blast Faxes and calls in stanch opposition to TPP, McConnell had to pull every dirty deal out of his bag of tricks AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE to make it happen.

Make no mistake, your opposition to TPP totally changed the dynamic in Washington… so much so that the ultimate fate of this globalist scheme is presently UNCERTAIN in the House of Representatives.

And now that Mitch McConnell and John Boehner are on the ropes and desperately trying to re-group, at this very moment, to push this globalist agenda through the House of Representatives, we’re in a position to defeat TPP outright… but we must strike now… before McConnell and Boehner can make dirty, behind-the-scenes deals to sneak it past us.

If You’re Thinking That Your Faxes And Calls Are Not A Powerful Weapon… Just Look At What You Just Did To Mitch McConnell.

Two weeks ago, Washington elites were high-fiving one another because passage of this New World Order trade scheme was considered a slam-dunk… a done deal… but that all changed once patriot Americans, like you, started burning up telephone lines and sending avalanches of faxes to Washington.

As a matter of fact, Mitch McConnell literally scrambled to make DEALS with his fellow Senators on the fly DURING THE CLOTURE VOTE when it became clear that the unthinkable was actually happening and he did not have the votes he needed to betray you after all.

According to conservative pundit and the son of former-President Ronald Reagan, Michael Reagan: “The NY Times reports a blur of 11th hour deals on the Senate floor on Thursday saved Obama’s trade agenda from defeat, busting a filibuster to advance legislation that would enable the president to complete a sweeping, 12-nation Pacific trade agreement.”

The Hill, the publication of record for Washington insiders, fleshed out the details: “More than halfway through the vote, it appeared supporters of fast-track might be stuck… McConnell then huddled in the well of the Senate floor… The breakthrough came when McConnell promised [Senator Maria] Cantwell that he would schedule a vote next month on an amendment authorizing the Export-Import Bank. As soon as he did, Cantwell wheeled around and voted ‘Aye,’ followed in quick succession by [Senators] Murray, Heitkamp and Sens. Chris Coons (D-Del.) and Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.).”

The Hill added: “McConnell’s proposal also pushed [Lindsey] Graham, who was also in the huddle, to vote yes” and The Hill goes on to state that Orrin Hatch made a last-minute concession to Senator Rob Portman that induced him to vote “yes” as well.

Here’s the bottom line. The political elites in the Senate had to hustle, at the very last minute, to push this betrayal precisely because patriotic Americans pushed back; but, as the New York Times notes, this win “was not the overwhelming victory House supporters had hoped for” and “advocates concede they do not yet have the votes to hand the White House trade promotion authority.”

You read that right. They don’t believe they have the votes. That’s why Boehner and McConnell are hustling, at this very moment, to secure the votes needed to betray you and that’s why you are positioned to deny them that betrayal. McConnell won a battle but, the cost for him was very high and, if you speak out now, we can win the war.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership Is A Fraud. It Has Nothing To Do With Trade.

Let’s get down to brass tacks. TPP is nothing more than a pretext for implementing a globalist agenda and eradicating American sovereignty and your freedom.

Don’t take our word for it. Political pundit Dick Morris, hardly a tin-foil-hat type, calls TPP a “fraud” and writes: “The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) has nothing to do with trade. While it officially embraces 11 countries plus the U.S., 76 percent of our trade with these nations is with Mexico and Canada, already covered by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Any export growth is likely to have been already covered by NAFTA, making the TPP irrelevant to our trade relations.”

Morris goes on to explain: “The World Trade Organization has reduced tariffs to almost nothing… the US already functionally has free trade with all of the countries of the Pacific Rim” and he adds: “The TPP is nothing but an effort by the globalists to circumvent American sovereignty, transferring a host of issues from the control of the U.S. Congress and the various state legislatures to international trade courts.”

So what’s the real agenda behind pushing TPP? Morris adds that TPP gives “multi-national companies the right to sue the American government to force changes in our laws in a foreign or international court.”

Why is that important? Morris yet again: “Multinational corporations find bureaucrats easy to control, subject as they are to the influences of the revolving door between regulators and those they regulate. Coming from industry or planning to return there, the supposedly disinterested bureaucrats are anything but impartial.”

And just in case you were wondering why TPP is being kept under lock-and-key… just in case you were wondering why the public is not allowed to read it… just in case you were wondering why elected officials must lock themselves in a room in the basement of the Capitol Building to read it and are prohibited from taking notes and must even relinquish their cell phones before locking themselves away to read the bill… the answer should now be obvious.

In a nutshell, multi-national corporations are spending millions (perhaps billions) to convince our elected officials to willingly cede their Constitutional authority and hand our national sovereignty over to Barack Obama and an oligarchy of international corporations… it’s all about the Benjamins… your liberties be damned.

But make no mistake, when enough of our elected officials know that enough of us are on to this little game, they will back down and if multi-national corporations are willing to spend billions to secure their vote, are enough of us willing to reach out to our elected officials to put a stop to this foolishness?

Let’s Recap… Subverting Our Sovereignty For The Benefit Of Globalists Is Not Free Trade… It Is Tyranny.

If you’re still having a hard time believing that TPP will give Barack Obama and globalists unprecedented powers… if you’re having a hard time believing that TPP is nothing more than a concession to an international oligarchy that will cost us our sovereignty, our freedom and millions of American jobs… don’t take our word for it.

Here’s a refresher course on what Phyllis Schlafly says about TPP:

The text of TPP emphasizes that it is a “living agreement.” Translated out of bureaucratese code language, that means the text of TPP can be changed in major and minor ways by executive action after Congress passes the document.

TPP will facilitate the expanded movement of foreign workers into the United States. TPP opens the door to more waves of illegal immigrants and allows Obama to make future changes without any congressional oversight or expiration date.

Kevin L. Kearns of the U.S. Business and Industry Council calls this “another power grab” that will let Obama and his employees rule by executive action. By the device of not calling TPP a treaty (even though it involves 12 countries on three continents), the globalists induce the Senate to abandon the 67-vote threshold for treaty ratification and even the 60-vote threshold for important legislation.

Fast Track turns over some of our authority as a sovereign nation to international authorities, which is a major longtime goal of the internationalists, the so-called kingmakers and big business lobbyists. The code language that hides this in TPP is the statement that calls it a “living agreement.”

Giving Barack Obama, a man who has repeatedly shown his hatred for this country and a willingness to subvert our Constitution, such broad powers is like giving an arsonist a book of matches and a can of gasoline.

The American people have been deceived and betrayed once more by the newly elected Republicans, who portrayed themselves as conservatives. These newly elected joined the rank and file establishment Republicans, and on January 6th, they helped reelect a big spending, Republican-in-Name-Only Statist, John Boehner, as Speaker of the House to the 114th Congress, which illustrates that despite a Republican majority, the 114th Congress will not be truly conservative in its character.

Boehner won the Speaker position with 216 votes of 408 cast, less than a majority of the full House. With 164 Democrats voting along ideological lines for Nancy Pelosi, twenty-four courageous Republican Congressmen remembered their oath to the Constitution and set aside personal ambition and partial considerations for committee chairs, and they voted for the true interests of America and Her people, by voting for alternative Republican candidates for Speaker of the House.

Despite claims to the contrary, every Republican Congressman was aware of the fact that 64% of Republican voters wanted to “dump Boehner”, due to a campaign by Joseph Farah at ‘WND’, which generated over 500,000 letters urging House members to fire Boehner. Most of the new Congressmen received votes, during their campaigns, based on their assurances that they would seek Boehner’s removal as Speaker.

Many disturbing reasons led to the movement to oust Boehner. He has overseen the largest government spending spree of any Speaker in U.S. history, including Nancy Pelosi; he insisted on fully funding Obamacare at the end of the last Congressional session, when he also pushed House members to fund Obama’s immigration amnesty until February 27, 2015; and he gave a $1.1 trillion spending bill his blessing in December of 2014.

Obama’s amnesty for illegal aliens could have been fought by passing month to month continuing resolutions and demanding concessions at every juncture to keep government funded. But now, by passing the “Cromnibus” [Link] and funding the Dept. of Homeland Security through February, Boehner and the House allowed Obama to build the administrative structure needed to issue his deferred prosecution orders and work permits for the parents of the DREAM “children.”

Reported by several journalists including Melissa Quinn at the ‘Daily Signal’ (Jan 5), Rep. Jim Bridenstine placed this fight in its proper perspective, stating:

“The CR/omnibus legislation ($1.1 trillion spending bill) sufficiently undermines the checks and balances enshrined in the Constitution that it warrants my pending vote against the Speaker. John Boehner went too far when he teamed with Obama to advance this legislation. He relinquished the power of the purse, and with it he lost my vote.”

Some Congressmen, such as Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) Vice-Chairman of the Energy and Commerce Committee, expressed their fear that they would lose their position if they opposed Boehner. They called it “a hard vote” to go against their principles, but they haven’t any principles; the hard votes were delivered by the twenty-four courageous American patriots, men of honor, integrity and principle, who stood and opposed Boehner, including Scott DesJarlais, Ted Yoho and Louie Gohmert.

And yes, the retaliations are already underway. Rep Daniel Webster (R-FLA), who opposed Boehner, and Rep Richard Nugent (R-FLA), who voted for Webster, were both removed from the Rules Committee hours after the vote. Boehner also used retaliation in 2012, when he threw Representatives Tim Huelskamp (R-KS), Justin Amash (R-MI) and David Schweikert off their committees.

Given the numbers, there was going to be a Republican Speaker no matter who the candidates were, since the vote continues until one candidate gains a simple majority. At the very least, the true conservative Republicans were hoping to force a second vote for the first time since 1923, when Frederick Gillett (R-MA) needed nine ballots to win the Speaker’s seat (Congressional Research Service).

Statements similar to Rep. Diane Black’s (R-TN), that opposing Boehner would “position Democrats to exert greater influence over the outcome”, are nothing more than a weak, blatant attempt to cover their own self-serving cowardice. And every Republican vote for Boehner was a vote for their own personal ambition and massive government and its associated expenditures.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) stated, “Critics may call my vote unwise … but I challenge them instead to defend the undemocratic manner in which the Speaker has moved legislation through the House of Representatives.”

In 2015, Obamacare, illegal immigration, energy, jobs, the tax code and education, along with appropriations and budget issues, will all present America a string of failures under John Boehner’s direction as Speaker of the House. The next two years will be full of faux conservatives full of feigned anger, and Republicans still will have accomplished nothing.

How can Boehner continue to lead the cooperation – err, ugh – “opposition” to Obama (as the crowd laughs uproariously), when he has lost the confidence of his own party?

It’s no wonder Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was gushing as she handed the Speaker’s gavel to Boehner. Her party sees John Boehner as being malleable in Obama’s hands.

How could any Republican vote for Boehner for Speaker of the House in good conscience, knowing that he is working to undermine conservative principles?

When Americans vote for candidates calling themselves “conservatives”, they expect to receive honorable leaders, who understand the basis for true conservatism, determined to uphold their oath to the Constitution. Time and again, John Boehner has violated his oath and blocked the efforts of new Congressmen to advance conservative policies that would have had better than expected results, if only one gathered the strength to do the right thing.

Twenty-four Republicans who opposed Speaker Boehner, as they fought for Constitutional government, are an inspiration for many Americans. Their votes also represent the largest in-party repudiation of a sitting Speaker since 1923.

Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder of the Tea Party Patriots, observed:

“Republicans should study the names of those who were brave enough to stand up and cast their vote against the status quo of the Boehner establishment. One day, they will lead that party, and the party and the nation will be far better for it. Tea Party Patriots everywhere salute them.”

The 2014 election was about making the changes the American people demand, something Boehner has refused to do. Every single Republican was tasked by America to dump Boehner, but the majority of them were too busy running to protect their cushy assignments and their committee positions and running scared from a whiny Fool’s retaliation. Every single Republican who cast their vote for Boehner betrayed the U.S. Constitution and the American people in so doing.

Brent Smith has written an article that is correctly critical of Speaker John Boehner and the GOP Establishment leadership for brushing off calls for President Barack Hussein Obama’s impeachment.

Too many Republicans from both Conservatives and GOP Establishment withstand calls for impeachment out of what I can call political realism. The thinking runs something like this: Even if the House of Representatives currently under a GOP majority serves articles of impeachment with a simple majority, the Constitution states that two-thirds of the members of the Senate are needed to convict and remove from Office. (See Standards for Impeachment) That 2/3 today is sixty Senators. Realists believe even with a majority win in the 2014 election it would be doubtful that there would be 60 Republican Senators. And it is a decent guess that if a miracle occurs and the Senate session beginning after the 2014 reaches at least 60 Senators, that are probably enough RINOs to thwart a conviction of President Barack Hussein Obama.

Despite the logical arguments of the political Realists I say PHOOEY!

Admittedly I felt Barack Obama had a Socialist Transformative agenda to end the Constitutional America as we know it which includes throwing Biblical Christian values into irrelevance from the beginning of the rise of his popularity in the 2008 election cycle. NONETHELESS, for we Americans that want to see accountability from an elected official rather than see how political realism plays out. Beginning impeachment proceedings NOW we the people will see just who in the House stands for accountability and who stands for political realism. The 2014 election cycle will then give constituents an actual voice about their Representative in the House. If constituents vote for a candidate or incumbent that maintains the political realist status quo, then they deserve the future Left Wing despotism that will gain deeper roots resulting from Obama transformatism (See Time [Leftist Vision], Education Brainwashing, OBAMA FORCED A CHANGE NOT WANTED and The Godless Left And Social Justice).

If a majority of the House votes to impeach the President, at this point it would probably be the 2015 Senate installed in January that decides to keep or boot President Barack Hussein Obama out of Office. I am praying if a GOP led Senate fails to remove Obama from Office, then more voters will wake-up to the dysfunction of reality politics by insuring a Conservative GOP election of President and a super majority in both the House and Senate in 2016. Impeachment proceedings will make this the true political reality. In this case there is a difference between verified reality and predictive realism.

Recently, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, little Johnny Boehner, proclaimed that, “Every member of Congress swore an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. So did Pres. Obama. But too often over the past five years, the president has circumvented the American people and their elected representatives through executive action, changing and creating his own laws, and excusing himself from the forcing statutes he is sworn to uphold – at times even boasting about his willingness to do it, as if daring the American people to stop him.”

“That’s why, later this month, we will bring legislation to the House floor that would authorize the House of Representatives to file suit in an effort to compel president Obama to follow his oath of office and faithfully execute the laws of our country.”

Boehner’s statement was in direct response to Obama’s “So Sue Me” statement to Congress. In other words, Obama will do whatever he darn well pleases, and if you don’t like it – tough toenails for you.

He didn’t, nor does anyone else using that phrase, mean to actually sue him. Maybe he did.

Boehner says he’s disappointed in “the president’s flippant dismissal of the Constitution we are both sworn to defend…”

He’s disappointed? That’s it? Not outraged at the president who is breaking the law on a regular basis, and consistently acting anti-constitutionally?

There is a method of redress you know, Johnny. It’s written right in that Constitution you swore to defend but probably haven’t read. It’s called impeachment and I guarantee if this were Bush thumbing his nose at a Democrat Congress, articles would have been drawn up long ago – and rightly so. I would certainly support it, whoever is in office.

No official is above the Constitution. No – not even Ronaldus Magnus (Ronald Reagan).

So why file a lawsuit? Why not impeachment? A few reasons, in my opinion.

First, little Johnny would feel the need to garner “public support” for impeachment which is not required and wholly unnecessary. But we all know he is too cowardly to actually “do his job” without first getting approval. There was almost no support to impeach Nixon before the process began – neither public nor congressional.

Second: assuming Congress has legal “standing” or authority in the eyes of the court to even file a lawsuit – it would drag on potentially for years and accomplish exactly nothing – except for spineless Republicans to claim their at least “trying” to stop this “lawless” president. It’s great cover for the lily livered establishment, and they know it.

I haven’t heard this theory, but I’ll just throw it out there. Finally and most importantly is the built-in excuse of no longer having to answer any questions.

Let me put it a better way. You know – whenever there is a major court case or major lawsuit being litigated – what do the parties always say when asked about the case? “I’m sorry, I can’t discuss that, I can’t comment on an ongoing case. I’d like to comment – but I can’t.”

Wow! What better way for both sides to just give the finger to all of us demanding that something be done about Obama.

Reporter: “Mr. Boehner – what are you going to do to stop the president’s open border lawlessness?” Boehner: I’m sorry, but that’s part of an ongoing lawsuit. You know I can’t discuss it. Sure wish I could though.”

Voilà! Problem solved for the establishment! No more questions – no more scrutiny!

Also, once a lawsuit is filed, Congress can wash its hands of it. Their attorneys, being well paid by us rubes, will handle the heavy lifting, as it were. Spineless congressional leaders get a free pass – they don’t have to do anything or say anything.

It’s a win-win!

July 8, 2014 – (Fox News) – Sean Hannity Interviews Sarah Palin – Time to Impeach Obama Now! —— Sarah Palin joined Sean Hannity tonight to explain why she’s now calling for President Obama’s impeachment; namely, she’s tired of the president’s lawlessness and use of executive power, and the Republicans can’t just “bring a lawsuit to a gunfight,” they need to “halt an imperial presidency.”

Palin argued that Obama is becoming an imperial president who’s “lying to the American people” that needs to be reined in. She dismissed the idea this would be a losing issue for Republicans and, in fact, argued that the impeachment of the president is a bipartisan issue that plenty of Democrats should be able to find agreement with.

Hannity wondered if the GOP would seriously take this up. Palin said if they don’t have the “cojones,” they should, and declared that any person who cares about the safety and security of the nation needs to get behind filing articles of impeachment because “enough is enough.”

Of course you know (if you read my yesterday’s post) I concur with Sarah Palin – “enough is enough”.

I was not surprised to learn that Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH) curtly responded to Palin’s Hannity appearance – “I disagree”.

7-9-14 – (John Boehner on IMPEACH OBAMA Stance by Republicans and Sarah Palin) – Yesterday, when a reporter asked Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) if he agrees with Sarah Palin’s call to impeach President Barack Obama, he politely responded, “I always respect other people’s opinions,” before saying he has no plans to make such a proposal. When House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) was asked the same question at his press conference this morning, his response was a bit more terse to say the least. He appeared to lose interest in the question as it was being asked, saying curtly, “I disagree,” while scanning the assembled press to see who he could call on next.

When the reporter continued to ask about House Republicans who also think Obama should be impeached, his expression grew more stern and he repeated, “I disagree.”

Last month, when Boehner confirmed his plans to sue President Obama over his use of executive actions, the speaker insisted, “This is not about impeachment, this is about his faithfully executing the laws of our country.”

Boehner’s flippant answer in a disdainful manner is at least one of the reasons Tea Party Conservatives desire him to be replaced as the lead Republican making him Speaker of the House. It is also a classic example of Republicans labeled RINOs and of Conservative Republicans more concerned about political position than moving the USA back to the very Conservative principles enumerated in the Republican Party Platform (2012). I suspect when Palin was referring to a Party Platform it was to point two – We The People: A Restoration of Constitutional Government. Here are the subsections of this platform point:

Now I can understand why President Closet-Communist thumbs his nose at these platform headings, BUT I cannot accept that the current most powerful person in the Republican Party does not think Obama has flagrantly abused these Constitutional stands. When Speaker Boehner proclaims publically at a press conference, “I disagree,” he also thumbing his nose at the GOP Party Platform. I have to wonder – does this mean Boehner intends to abandon Conservative principles in supporting the Original Intent of the U.S. Constitution?

Boehner is only the tip of the iceberg of Republicans lacking cojones to act on what needs to be done to protect this nation from Obama’s agenda of transforming America from the Founding Father’s constitutional vision to a top-down Leftist utopian government. The writer that goes by the pseudonym AllahPundit at Hot Air brings up some great observations about Republicans that are bona fide Conservatives yet play politics above the needs of WE THE PEOPLE:

… He [Boehner] wants to do something bold to show conservatives that he’s resisting Obama’s power grabs, but not so bold that it’ll blow up in the GOP’s face in November. The lawsuit is the perfect gesture. It gives him an excuse to rail against executive overreach publicly while booting the disposition of the matter to the courts. If they rule against him, it’s the judiciary’s fault, not his. And if it takes a year or more for the case to wend its way up to the Supreme Court, even better. It’s off his plate, which is what’s important. (Said Palin to Hannity last night, “You don’t bring a lawsuit to a gunfight, and there’s no room for lawyers on our front lines.”) For him to turn around and agree with Palin on impeachment after all that would be bizarre. Why pursue a circuitous legal route to rein in Obama if he’s prepared to try to remove him from office entirely?

It’s not just Boehner who’s running away from impeachment either. In purple-state Iowa, GOP Senate nominee Joni Ernst — who’s been endorsed by Palin — carefully explained to Yahoo News yesterday that she didn’t really say she wanted to impeach Obama the last time she said she wanted to impeach Obama.

Republican Iowa U.S. Senate candidate Joni Ernst attempted Tuesday night to walk back statements made at a January event in which she said President Barack Obama had “become a dictator” who should be “removed from office” or face “impeachment.”…

“To be clear, I have not seen any evidence that the President should be impeached,” the statement …

… Could Boehner’s impeachment-avoidance strategy end up backfiring if he loses his lawsuit? Imagine a federal judge rules that the House’s dispute with O over executive power is a political question that should either be decided by the people at the polls or by the people’s representatives through their Article I powers — which, of course, includes impeachment. The courts will have essentially punted this issue back to Boehner and told him, a la Erick Erickson, to man up and accept the political risk of trying to remove the president if he’s allegedly so troubled by executive overreach. What’s Boehner’s move then? Use the power of the purse to choke off funding for Obama’s priorities and quietly ignore impeachment altogether, right?

This indicates that among RINOs and Conservatives in the Republican Party, their power structure has become political rather than considering their constituents or this American Republic designed to accommodate the American people in Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Hannity had asked Palin toward the end of his interview if Palin was considering leaving the GOP. She answered carefully and semi-cryptically to the effect she had no intention to leave the Republican Party but if the Party leaves her what choice would she have. Since the Republican debacle of Election 2012 I have sensed the Republican Party has left true Conservatives. What choice should we make?

Will House Select Committee Finally have Subpoena Power to find Benghazi Truth

I have grown weary hearing from Dem Party talking – especially President Barack Hussein Obama – that Benghazigate is one of those phony scandals AND the proof is that after months of House investigations from several House Committees zero evidence of wrongdoing or a cover-up has turned up!

I am hardly a journalistic expert or an expert in the law or even an expert political talking heard; NEVERTHELESS I was not born yesterday either. The White House, the State Department, the Defense Department, the CIA, the U.S. Military have all stalled in answering questions in the House investigations. Documents that have been subpoenaed have either failed to be delivered and those that were delivered are redacted to the hilt so that no one could make heads or tails of a sentence let alone a context in a document.

So DUH!!!!!!!!!!!! House Committees have not turned up results because of Executive Branch obfuscation and probably other Government Departments and Agencies have willingly joined in the obfuscations to cover their own hind-quarters perhaps for various different reasons.

WELL! Thanks largely to Judicial Watch – a private NGO-blog and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a White House memo has shown up, that had previously been redacted to the hilt before the House received it, that shows that the White House had directed Susan Rice to tell the public on Sunday News shows that the Benghazi Islamic terrorist attack was a spontaneous Muslim riot egged on by a sophomoric movie trailer on the Internet poking bad taste fun at Mohammed the founder of Islam. (Admittedly bad taste and offensive to Muslims even the humor was based on actual nefarious actions recorded about Mohammed in the Quran, Hadith and Sunnah.)

NOW and FINALLY, House Speaker John Boehner is going to form one Select Committee to investigate a Benghazigate cover-up!

House Speaker John Boehner announced Friday that he will convene a select committee to investigate Benghazi, ending months of resistance to conservative demands that the laser focus of a special panel be brought to bear on perhaps the worst scandal surrounding the Obama administration.

In doing so, Boehner rejected White House claims that a newly uncovered email, withheld from Congress, did not apply to Benghazi. The email not only mentions Benghazi specifically, it refers to “protests,” which by definition included the Benghazi attacks, which the White House considered the result of a “protest” at the time of the email.

Meanwhile, House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa Friday issued a subpoena to force Secretary of State John Kerry to testify about Benghazi.

According to reports, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), is being considered to lead the new committee.

From a written statement by Boehner:

Americans learned this week that the Obama Administration is so intent on obstructing the truth about Benghazi that it is even willing to defy subpoenas issued by the standing committees of the People’s House. These revelations compel the House to take every possible action to ensure the American people have the truth about the terrorist attack on our consulate that killed four of our countrymen.

In light of these new developments, the House will vote to establish a new select committee to investigate the attack, provide the necessary accountability, and ensure justice is finally served.

The administration’s withholding of documents – emails showing greater White House involvement in misleading the American people – is a flagrant violation of trust and undermines the basic principles of oversight upon which our system of government is built. And it forces us to ask the question, what else about Benghazi is the Obama administration still hiding from the American people?

This dismissiveness and evasion requires us to elevate the investigation to a new level. I intend for this select committee to have robust authority, and I will expect it to work quickly to get answers for the American people and the families of the victims.

Four Americans died at the hands of terrorists nearly 20 months ago, and we are still missing answers, accountability, and justice. It’s time that change.

Boehner has been in more hot water than usual with conservatives lately, particularly over remarks mocking them for not wanting to move ahead with immigration reform. The special panel may in part be a move to appease them.

But Boehner is also reportedly genuinely furious with the White House.

The committee will also ensure that Benghazi is continually in the headlines during the months leading up to the election.

So … Conservatives are an Outside Group among Republicans

In the Republican Party the GOP Elitists wield the power and the Tea Party Conservatives get out the grassroots urging voters to vote favorably for pro-Republican issues. A marvelous revelation is beginning to emerge among Conservative activists and voters active within the Republican Party. That revelation is that Republican Elitists are only on board with Conservative principles of limited government and fair taxes only when it suits the Elitists to gain political power.

Let’s be honest in the USA political power is attained by eligible voters participating in America’s constitutional process in selecting candidates for Office in the Legislative Branch and in the Executive Branch. The Executive Branch on a Federal Level pertains to the Office of President of the United States (POTUS) and on a State and Local Level for such Offices as Governor, Lieutenant Governor, perhaps a few State-level Cabinet positions, County Commissioners, Sheriffs and Mayors.

The goal of political power to achieve political ends is for a Political Party to control the Office of POTUS primarily. The political ends are attainable when a Political Party controls both Houses of Congress. AND supposedly the political power dream is for a Political Party to control POTUS, the Senate and the House. AND it is considered favorable if the Political Party controlling the Office of POTUS is able to select Judiciary Branch Judges that favor a Political Party’s political agenda especially the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS).

Here is the political reality of 21^st century American politics. There is a Left and Right agenda. This two-sided coin of agendas is all about how to interpret the U. S. Constitution. The 21^st century American Left desires to interpret the Constitution under the reasoning of a Living Constitution.

In general a Living Constitution is interprets law on the basis of the greater good of society’s overall belief system. What is good for society uses the Constitution as a template to launch legal change to conform to society’s perceived norm.

In general the Right agenda is to interpret the U.S. Constitution under the Original Intent of America’s Founding Fathers as a foundation for law that is changed by the will of the voters rather than imposed by government to remold society’s belief system.

The Left-Right political ideals have roughly been translated in America’s development of a Two-Party political system in which neither extreme view attains absolute political power constitutionally but through the vision of the Founding Fathers’ vision of protecting American citizens from oppressive and/or corrupt government Checks and Balances were to be the hallmark of governing in the American Republic.

In the first 100 years or so of the American Republic a Left-Right political gap was nearly non-existent. The emerging political struggle in the USA seemed to center on the economic principles Big Business urbanization and the disparity with the one-time backbone of early America the economy centered upon rural industry such as family farms. People of property were the original enfranchised voters of the American Republic. The un-propertied citizens were not considered capable of participating as a political influence in government on a Local, State and especially a Federal level. The Civil War was as much about the rural political Elites of the South sensing a threat to their economic base from the Big Business urban Elites of the North. And within the North those Elites of power were centered in the North East (New York, Pennsylvania and the New England States). The backbone of the rural Southern economy was slave labor. The abolition of Slavery became the spark that ignited conflict between the agendas of Northern Elites and Southern Elites. Thank God the immorality of slavery was abolished even though the actual struggle was with Northern and Southern economics and power control. It is my opinion that President Lincoln’s obstinacy in preserving the Union of all the States in the American Republic is what led to the possibility of the USA becoming a super power today.

Thanks to a godless German Karl Marx and urbanized labor producing even Bigger Business in the Western World a new political disparity began to emerge between the working class and Industries’ Wealthy Elites. As the working class replaced the family farm as the backbone of the economy in Western Society, voting enfranchisement began to be extended to all voting age males and by early 20^th century to include all voting age females. This began the change of the political dynamics in Western nations in which moral consciences began to enforce better living conditions and labor safety issues that affected the new backbone of the Western Economy. BUT still the wealthy Elites were the actual power brokers politically with votes becoming a restraint upon excesses of political Elitist agendas.

Marx’s bitter vision of the less wealthy working class rising up to forcefully appropriate industrial control the utopian dream of spreading the wealth caught emotions of the Western World’s better educated people which ironically ultimately influenced a significant people from the wealthy class to begin spreading the power in better equity among voting citizens. And those that became dedicated to the Marxist vision adopted an activism to change society by force. Hence the success of Vladimir Lenin and his cadre of followers that infected Russia’s poorest of the poor in the still existing Russian Serfs of the early 20^th century. The successes of Lenin to instill a new power Elite in Russia replacing the Boyer (Nobles) led Monarchist Elites would soon lead to Russian disillusionment. The Serfs that indeed experienced a better living circumstance had to yield to the all-pervasive power structure of the top-down Soviet-Communist State. Eventually the Soviet vision of Communism was adopted by China’s Mao Zedong who adopted Leninist-Marxism to conform to Chinese culture but still making utopian promises to China’s extreme have-nots.

Before the 21^st century came to be it became clear that Soviet Communism was just another form of absolute power corrupting absolutely. The USSR incentiveless economy could not bring the kind of economic liberation that the more Capitalistic Economies of the Western World brought to an entrenched Middle Class that had a better life than Marx’s so-called oppressed working class would be doomed to experience. Thanks to a Reagan-led revolution of an emphasis of a Market Economy and the incentives that prospered American ingenuity, the USA was able to outspend the Soviet economy. In the 1960s Khrushchev threatened to bury America. In reality Reagan’s America buried the Soviet Union forcing its collapse without a single actual military confrontation.

But the call of Communist utopianism and the elusive promise of an egalitarian society in which people attain a humanistic equality absent the restraining instruments of religious (in my case Biblical) morality has reared its head in stealth. Since forced Marxist-Communism has been demonstrated to be a failure with the demise of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), how can these lovers of a Communist society transform the world?

The stealth paradigm for the new Communist agenda to transform the world moves away from Leninist-Trotskyist-Stalinist principle of armed revolution. The new Communism is societal infiltration on a cultural level. The prime mover of this new Communism (maybe neo-Communism) was an Italian who died just before the beginning of WWII. At one time this Italian was considered the father of Eurocommunism. In the 1970s and 80s Eurocommunism was making serious inroads politically in Western Europe. The various national Communist Parties of Western Europe were actually gaining electoral support on a national basis in European nations. The greatest inroads accomplished by Eurocommunism were primarily in Italy and France. Eurocommunism has since receded as a political force in Western Europe. Without further study my guess for the lack of electoral interest in Eurocommunism is largely due to Western Europe adopting a Socialist political paradigm separate from Marxist-Leninist revolution.

Even so the Western European Socialist paradigm is part and parcel of the Italian person considered the father of Eurocommunism – Antonio Gramsci. Gramsci died in 1937 after years of incarceration for his Marxist political beliefs. Gramsci’s Marxist theories essentially postulated that Communism triumphs over a Capitalist society more by slow a transformation than an instant armed revolution. It is good speculation that Gramsci’s slow transformation paradigm was influential on Obama-Hillary hero Saul Alinsky. Here is an excerpt from DTN that gives a snapshot of the Alinsky methodology:

After completing his graduate work in criminology, Alinsky went on to develop what are known today as the Alinsky concepts of mass organization for power. In the late 1930s he earned a reputation as a master organizer of the poor when he organized the “Back of the Yards” area in Chicago, an industrial and residential ethnic neighborhood on the Southwest Side of the city, so named because it is near the site of the former Union Stockyards; this area had been made famous in Upton Sinclair’s 1906 novel The Jungle. In 1940 Alinsky established the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), through which he and his staff helped “organize” communities not only in Chicago but throughout the United States. IAF remains an active entity to this day. Its national headquarters are located in Chicago, and it has affiliates in the District of Columbia, twenty-one separate states, and three foreign countries (Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom).

By the late 1960s, the Black Power movement would drive Alinsky and his organizing crusades out of the projects in African-American neighborhoods, leaving him no choice but to shift his focus to white communities. For this purpose, he established the Citizens Action Program (CAP), in 1970. As Stanley Kurtz writes in his 2010 book Radical in Chief: “Alinsky was … convinced that large-scale socialist transformation would require an alliance between the struggling middle class and the poor. The key to radical social change, Alinsky thought, was to turn the wrath of America’s middle class against large corporations.”

In the Alinsky model, “organizing” is a euphemism for “revolution” — a wholesale revolution whose ultimate objective is the systematic acquisition of power by a purportedly oppressed segment of the population, and the radical transformation of America’s social and economic structure. The goal is to foment enough public discontent, moral confusion, and outright chaos to spark the social upheaval that Marx, Engels, and Lenin predicted — a revolution whose foot soldiers view the status quo as fatally flawed and wholly unworthy of salvation. Thus, the theory goes, the people will settle for nothing less than that status quo’s complete collapse — to be followed by the erection of an entirely new system upon its ruins. Toward that end, they will be apt to follow the lead of charismatic radical organizers who project an aura of confidence and vision, and who profess to clearly understand what types of societal “changes” are needed. Hillary Clinton’s 1969 College Essay on Saul Alinsky shows his influence on her. Alinsky’s influence on Obama was a bit more indirect than Hillary’s but perhaps also a bit more hands on in applying the Alinsky Method. Check this out from David Horowitz:

Unlike Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama never personally met Saul Alinsky. But as a young man, he became an adept practitioner of Alinsky’s methods. In 1986, at the age of 23 and only three years out of Columbia University, Obama was hired by the Alinsky team to organize residents on the South Side [of Chicago] “while learning and applying Alinsky’s philosophy of street-level democracy.”10 The group that Obama joined was part of a network that included the Gamaliel Foundation, a religious group that operated on Alinsky principles. Obama became director of the Developing Communities Project, an afﬁliate of the Gamaliel Foundation, where he worked for the next three years on initiatives that ranged from job training to school reform to hazardous waste cleanup.

Three of Obama’s mentors in Chicago were trained at the Alinsky Industrial Areas Foundation,12 and for several years Obama himself taught workshops on the Alinsky method.13 One of the three, Gregory Galluzo, shared with Ryan Lizza the actual manual for training new organizers, which he said was little different from the version he used to train Obama in the 1980s. According to Lizza, “It is ﬁlled with workshops and chapter headings on understanding power: ‘power analysis,’ ‘elements of a power organization,’ ‘the path to power.’ … The Alinsky manual instructs them to get over these hang-ups. ‘We are not virtuous by not wanting power,’ it says. ‘We are really cowards for not wanting power,’ because ‘power is good’ and ‘powerlessness is evil.’”14

According to Lizza, who interviewed both Galluzo and Obama, “the other fundamental lesson Obama was taught was Alinsky’s maxim that self- interest is the only principle around which to organize people. (Galluzzo’s manual goes so far as to advise trainees in block letters: ‘Get rid of do-gooders in your church and your organization.’) Obama was a fan of Alinsky’s realistic streak. ‘The key to creating successful organizations was making sure people’s self-interest was met,’ he told me, ‘and not just basing it on pie-in-the-sky idealism. So there were some basic principles that remained powerful then, and in fact I still believe in.’” On Barack Obama’s presidential campaign website, one could see a photo of Obama in a classroom “teaching students Alinskyan methods. Both Hillary and Obama had a Middle Class upbringing with Left oriented families. There is no surprise that Hillary and Obama radicalized toward the Left both being attracted to activism pointed toward the underprivileged. In the 1950s and 60s such activism typically led to an attraction to Marxist principles to transform America to an egalitarian utopia.

We Conservatives like to call Republicans with a diluted to nonexistent Conservatives as Republicans in Name Only (RINO). How much diluted Conservatism do we accept as Conservative before we bend our ears back and shout RINO? Let’s take Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) and former GOP Vice Presidential Nominee in 2012. After perusing OnTheIssues.org Ryan definitely has a Conservative pedigree. And yet Tea Party Conservative express vitriol towards Ryan for coming up with a give-n-take Budget that obviously only places a dent in the Budget instead of putting a Budget together that exudes Less Government, Less Government Spending and better taxes. Frankly it will be impossible to pass a Budget that will make Conservatives happy with a Socialist minded President and a Dem Party Senate dominated by the principles of Marxist-Socialism. Regardless of the criticism some movement is better than zero. My concern about Paul Ryan rather than defending his Conservative pedigree he may be joining the Republican Establishment to vacate Tea Party Conservatives from the GOP.

Tea Party Conservatives believe the GOP Establishment should excised from the Republican. Obama’s Left Wing fringe is praying (to whoever the ungodly pray to) the Republican Establishment ejects Tea Party Conservatives, Social Conservatives and those known as the Religious Right. I found a guy that is a homosexual Leftist that actually the Conservative Wing of the GOP as the Fringe Right. The reality this ungodly dude exemplifies the Fringe Left dominating the Democratic Party. Check out this support for the Republican Establishment:

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) finally told Tea Party extremists to jump in a lake. He was incensed by reflexive criticism from outside pressure groups that bitterly opposed a new budget deal negotiated by Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wisc) and Sen. Patty Murray, (D-Wash). The Ohio Republican realized that these implacable “conservatives” had their own agenda that did not include what was best for the American people. So radical was their position, that they would risk another government shutdown, which would be a calamity for the Republican Party.

In my view, the Republican brain trust should abandon its reliance on social conservatives and Tea Party activists. They haven’t already done so out of fear that it would be political suicide that would cost them their base. However, by dumping these extremists, the GOP would almost immediately gain new credibility with Independent voters. They would also put conservative Democrats into play who lean right, but won’t vote for GOP candidates because of their retrograde views on social issues.

Dumping the Tea, as well as the Religious Right, would also increase the Republican odds of winning the presidency. In the last couple of election cycles, the GOP primaries attracted two types of presidential candidates: Those who are crazy (Rick Santorum and Michele Bachmann) and those who abandoned their principles and pretended to be insane in order to win (John McCain and “severe conservative” Mitt Romney). The influence of radical elements in the primaries produced flawed candidates who appeared plastic and insincere. A worst-case scenario was the drafting of the unqualified Sarah Palin for Vice President, which badly damaged McCain’s credibility.

So if the Fringe Left views the Republican Establishment as an ally in the sense of the enemy of my enemy is my friend, why indeed should Tea Party Conservatives remain a part of a Political Party in which the power structure does not desire Conservative Principles or Conservative Values? My God my fellow Americans! The Republican Establishment is calling the Conservative base that retook the House in 2012 is being vilified as fringe outside groups and basically must discover their pecking order within the GOP.

Self-proclaimed Conservative John Boehner (R-OH) is the Speaker of the House. Many Conservatives have questioned whether or not Boehner is a bona fide Conservative or a part of the Republican in Name Only (RINO) crowd. RINOs can Center-Left to Center-Right but definitely not committed to the entirety of Conservative principles that have been a part of the Republican Party Platform for some time. In Boehner’s case he has taken the GOP Establishment line that the Tea Party Movement needs to be minimized if not downright ostracized from the Republican Party. If the Republican Establishment has their way the removal of the Tea Party will mean we will have to come up with a new acronym representing the present day RINO. Maybe something like Republican Establishment Party Only (REPO). Or maybe something like Republican Elitist Party Only (REPO). You get the point, no true Conservatives are a part of the GOP.

Now if Boehner and his Establishment buddies’ war on the Tea Party is not bad enough here is a thought that should make you want to flush Boehner and the Republican Establishment down the political toilet. Retired Lieutenant Colonel and former Representative Allen West wonders if the Speaker is helping Obama cover-up Benghazigate.

No matter how much it might hurt in 2016, it is time for Conservatives and Tea Partiers to form a new Political Party to give American voters an opportunity to side with the Conservative vision to return the Original Intent of the Constitution which includes less government and fair taxes.

Former Rep. Allen West (R-FL), a leader in the conservative movement and retired Lt. Colonel of the United States Army, told Breitbart News that he thinks House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) might be trying to help the Obama administration cover up the Benghazi scandal.

West is a signer of the letter from a coalition of conservative and military leaders, along with three family members of the victims in the Benghazi terrorist attack, that demanded Boehner create a select committee to investigate the Benghazi terrorist attack. Boehner has been blocking the House Resolution from Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) that would create such a committee, even though H. Res. 36 has 178 cosponsors in addition to Wolf.

“There is widespread support for a select committee to get to the bottom of disturbing questions surrounding the attack, as H. Res. 36 has 178 cosponsors,” West said in an email to Breitbart News. “Yet Speaker of the House John Boehner and Majority Leader Eric Cantor refuse to bring it to the House floor for a vote. You have to wonder, is there something they know that they prefer not come to light?”

The letter delivered to Boehner on Monday similarly questioned whether Boehner is helping President Barack Obama’s administration cover up the Benghazi scandal. Specifically, because Boehner is a member of the “Super 8”—congressional leaders who are briefed on national security matters—the coalition wondered if he knew something that a full investigation into Benghazi would reveal.

“Some analysts believe your inaction and passivity towards getting to the truth concerning Benghazi is because you were briefed on the intelligence and special operations activities in Libya as a member of the ‘Super 8,’” the group wrote. “You may possess ‘guilty knowledge.’ We recall how then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi developed a form of ‘amnesia’ concerning a documented briefing she received on so-called ‘enhanced interrogation techniques’ – later termed ‘torture’ for political purposes.”

GOP LEADERSHIP: BENGHAZI VICTIMS’ FAMILIES ‘ABSURD AND INACCURATE’ IN SELECT COMMITTEE DEMAND

An anonymous aide for House GOP leadership told the Washington Examiner Monday it believes three family members of the victims of the Benghazi terrorist attack and other conservative movement and military community leaders are being untruthful in their demand for a select committee investigation into Benghazi.

The unidentified aide would work for either Speaker John Boehner, Majority Leader Eric Cantor, or Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy, per the Examiner’s identification.

Pat Smith, the mother of murdered Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith, and Charles Woods, the father of murdered security officer Tyrone Woods, along with Smith’s uncle Michael Ingmire, joined scores of conservative movement leaders in demanding Boehner install a select committee.

A bill that would do so is sitting in the House with 179 cosponsors including lead sponsor Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), more than a substantial majority of the House GOP conference. Boehner, Cantor, and McCarthy will not schedule a vote on the matter, despite overwhelming support from the conservative movement, victims’ families, the American people, and the GOP conference.

Instead, an anonymous House GOP leadership aide responded to Monday’s letter, which was exclusively reported by Breitbart News, to the Washington Examiner’s Paul Bedard by accusing the coalition writing the letter of making false statements in the letter regarding the GOP leadership’s incapacity to lead an investigation into Benghazi.

“These complaints are absurd and factually inaccurate,” the anonymous GOP leadership aide said. “The committees’ efforts are coordinated by a full-time leadership staffer, administration witnesses have testified publicly and privately, and the committees have both professional investigators and subpoena authority.”

Boehner aide Michael Steel added that Boehner wants to still investigate Benghazi. “House Republicans are committed to finding the truth about what happened in Benghazi and why the White House failed to level with the American people,” Steel told Bedard.

Steel has not responded to a series of questions on the matter from Breitbart News, including details on the lone staffer he says House GOP leadership has working to coordinate the investigation among the various committees.

About a week ago Speaker of the John Boehner (R) criticized Tea Party Conservatives for hampering the Democrat/GOP budget deal. Now I have mixed feelings on this budget deal. I feel with a neo-Marxist President the only kind of budget that will pass and be signed is a compromise budget. Hence a compromise was good.

However, Boehner’s personal attack strategy on Tea Party Conservatives is a demonstration of the Republican Establishment – mired with Left-Center and Crony Capitalist Conservatives – has decided to minimize true Conservatives possibly to the point of excising their existence from the GOP.

Boehner may consider himself a Conservative and this budget deal may be the best compromise for the U.S. government to move on; however he should of attacked what the GOP had to give up and begin ramping that up as a 2014 election issue. Instead Boehner attacked the Less-Government/Fair-Taxes element of the GOP know as Tea Party Conservatives.

It is my opinion that the Tea Party Movement will only have a significant influence on the Congressional Budget path if they withdraw from the Republican Party. This would mean the multitudinous separate and local Tea Parties would have to find some kind of unity through some kind of federation and/or centralization. Critics of this will tell you this is guaranteeing a Democratic Party majority in both Houses of Congress and another Dem President in the probable likes of another Alinsky devotee in Hillary Clinton.

I say so what!

When the Republican Party broke into the national scene in America in 1856, it neither won Congress or the Presidency. Republicans were considered too radical by the political establishment of its day because they represented the Abolition Movement (i.e. the abolition of slavery and full citizenship for former slaves). The irony of those days the Democratic Party won the Congress and the Presidency in 1856 and it was the Democrats that favored slavery and the status quo on a national basis. Today the Dem Party strategy has switched from status quo Capitalism (including the Southern slave culture) to Socialist utopianism. Part of that power base is to convince America’s poor and minorities that the Dems have their interests at heart by creating a system which the government takes care of people. In essence the Dems have managed to make the poor and minorities dependent on government hand-outs as part of a survival mode. The irony is the Dems have created a pseudo-slave class which continued votes keep their masters in power. When Boehner criticizes the Tea Party instead of admitting temporary compromises he is upholding the Dem Party slave-class system to perpetuation.

America needs another Lincoln to STAND UP to discharge the status quo and render the Establishment Republicans and status quo Dems irrelevant now as Lincoln did to the Dems and to what was left of the Whig Party to win political power in 1860.

It is time to stop calling Establishment Republicans RINOs (Republicans in Name Only). Let us call them Republicans and the Tea Party start another National Political Party that will eventually gain the hearts of American voters. A Tea Party paradigm might cause a bit of civil strife for a while as did the 1860 Dems in starting the Civil War, but good designs will always triumph over the evil designs of the Socialistic slave mentality.

WOODSTOCK, Ga. — THERE’S a political axiom that says if nobody is upset with what you’re doing, you’re not doing your job. We’ve seen this proved time and again in the liberal attacks on conservatives like Sarah Palin and Dr. Benjamin Carson, who provide principled examples to women and minorities and are savaged by the left for doing that job so well.

But cheap-shot politics isn’t relegated to Democrats. Last week the House speaker, John A. Boehner of Ohio, attacked conservative groups who criticized the budget deal, hashed out by Representative Paul D. Ryan, Republican of Wisconsin, and Senator Patty Murray, Democrat of Washington, for failing to reduce spending and for raising taxes.

“They’re using our members and they’re using the American people for their own goals,” he said, calling the opposition “ridiculous.”

In one way, Mr. Boehner is correct. The goals of groups like ours are those that congressional Republicans once espoused: smaller government, less spending and lower taxes. Alas, those who demand such things today from their elected officials face unfounded attacks.

Make no mistake: The deal is a betrayal of the conservatives who fueled the Republicans’ 2010 midterm shellacking of Democrats.

It raises discretionary spending above $1 trillion for 2014 and 2015. It reneges on $63 billion of sequester cuts. Its $28 billion in deficit reduction over the next decade is a pittance compared with the $680 billion deficit piled up in 2013 alone. And it raises taxes, particularly on airplane passengers through new travel fees.

Perhaps most troubling is that the deal locks in spending for President Obama’s Affordable Care Act, ensuring that the worst parts of Obamacare will continue unfolding to the shock of increasing numbers of Americans.

But the budget plan is about more than taxes and spending. It was a slick means by which Senate Republicans could appear to oppose the deal while in fact allowing it to sail through the chamber.

Take Senator Mitch McConnell, Republican of Kentucky, the minority leader, who opposed efforts to defund Obamacare earlier this year while claiming to do everything possible to stop it.

After attacking conservative groups for their efforts to prevent the funding of Obamacare, Mr. McConnell, who is facing a primary challenge in his 2014 re-election race, is now seeking to portray himself as a conservative darling, championing fiscal austerity by voicing opposition to the budget proposal. (My organization has not endorsed a candidate in that race.) Doing so gives him some nifty talking points that align with most conservative groups, but it is little more than parliamentary sleight of hand.

Consider how he handled the vote on the bill. To defeat a filibuster, its supporters needed 60 senators to win cloture and move to a final vote. Instead of rallying his troops against the vote, Mr. McConnell allowed a handful of Republicans in battleground states — who needed to be seen as supporting the bill — to vote for cloture, while he and the rest railed against it, casting themselves in the role of budget hawks.

With cloture accomplished, a dozen Republicans were then free to vote against final passage if they need wiggle room when they’re confronted on the campaign trail next fall by voters demanding action on government spending. Mr. McConnell and many Senate Republicans used the vote to manipulate the system, allowing them to cast themselves as deal makers or principled conservatives, depending on their audience.

This is not principled policy making; what we’re seeing is simple gamesmanship that raises legitimate questions about which values Republicans truly hold and which are merely interchangeable with those of Democrats.

The job of Tea Party groups and other conservatives is pretty simple: to inform Americans about the need for restraint in spending, tax relief, pro-growth economic policies and individual liberty — and to support the men and women who pledge to promote these positions. To the extent that the speaker of the House and Senate Republicans are attacking such groups, it looks as if we’re doing our job.

But after this budget vote, our job expands to include informing Americans about who keeps their word in Congress and who does not.

When establishment Republicans call spending increases spending cuts, deny that raising taxes is a hike, and champion deficit reduction that doesn’t scratch the surface of our nation’s debt, it suggests a detachment from the facts. But when those who voted for them criticize their elected officials for not keeping their promises, and are then attacked for doing so, it suggests that Kurt Vonnegut was right in observing, “A sane person to an insane society must appear insane.”

The dollar is doomed from a lack of Supply expansion that can’t be realized in capital accumulations in US financial markets because of a Tax Code that Penalizes Profits more than if these funds are held Off Shore. And so the results are a Doomed Dollar as the world trade currency as the US Prints more and more debt to try and fill this void in domestic markets fueling a hyper currency war in international markets.

The ‘people’s currency’ of China is redefining the global economic monetary system. The closed-capital pariah is blossoming into a reserve standard and is hedging appeal against the indebted dollar and the untested euro, piquing foreign interest.

Degenerating credit quality across the board has prompted asset managers to shy away from the dollar, euro, Japanese yen, British pound, and Swiss franc. And some are turning to the yuan; a currency which 10 years ago was completely off limits to foreign investors.

An HSBC forecast projected that by 2015, the yuan will become one of the three most used currencies in global trade, in league with the dollar and euro. The report, issued in April, also foresees a third of China’s cross-border transactions being carried out in yuan.

China has been making a concerted effort to establish itself as an international currency reserve. China already has agreements with Russia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan allowing trade to be settled in yuan instead of dollars

As China launches its global currency, European financial centers are hoping to become Europe’s yuan hub. London, Paris, and Zurich have all made very vocal bids for this title. According to Bloomberg, the Bank of England has an inside track to be the first Group of Seven nation to sign a currency-swap with the People’s Bank of China. The deal may grant the UK central bank as much as 400 billion yuan ($64 billion) in reserves.

For an Agenda of Ideology to take shape The Policies of Polarization instead of economic equality benefiting all in the supply-side sense, truth becomes a crisis creator. Just like God is being attacked because the truth for free people comes from God Almighty!!!!

When the society is being divided in class by how the economic policies become totally controlled by a central Government that elects its own central banker and that Banker is singly providing funding for the destruction of a Multi-class society by making debt issues funding available to an elite group that supports an ideological agenda making them loyal to this. And at the same time funding through a purchasing policy of treasuries that makes available to the Government welfare funding for over 50 million of the society. Thus this makes that 50 million dependent and loyal, while telling the Middle Class that they are the prize to save from this destruction while dividing them up into either elite class or Welfare class. With this division most going to the back of the welfare bus because at this stage of the breakdown of the society they are a little late getting on any bus. You can call this deceit.

In this time of Societal Breakdown polarization becomes the primary tool in dividing up the freedoms that bind a multi-class society together making those freedoms seem as if they are the problem not the solution. And if anyone speaks out against this action then they are seen as radical. And again you can call this deceit.

It would appear that the breakdown in a free society and its fundamental function of equality is from the suppression of truth that then leads to the oppression of that society. So where do you think we are at in this process???
