SEKULOW: Deep State Admitted to Having 16 MORE PAGES of Clinton-Lynch Tarmac Meeting…

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) has forced the FBI to divulge more documents pertaining to then Attorney General Loretta Lynch meeting with former President Clinton at an airport tarmac thanks to FOIA. Apparently, the FBI has been lying to the ACLJ claiming no such documentation existed.

Due to FBI lying, Jay Sekulow has called the stall/cover-up as a move by the FBI Deep State. This Court victory by the ACLJ may be significant because even a few members of the Leftist MSM are beginning to report IG Michael Horowitz’s impending report will implicate the FBI 7th Floor in criminal activities against the 2016 Trump campaign and perhaps even while Trump has been POTUS.

SEKULOW: Deep State Admitted to Having 16 MORE PAGES of Clinton-Lynch Tarmac Meeting Docs That it Will be Forced to Turn Over by Month End

By Cristina Laila

May 11, 2018

Gateway Pundit

An attorney for Trump, Jay Sekulow celebrated another victory against the Deep State in federal court.

After twice-denying their existence, the Deep State admitted to Sekulow in court it has magically found more Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting docs and will be forced to turn them over to the ACLJ by the end of this month.

These Clinton-Lynch tarmac documents were located after a THIRD ‘search’.

Jay Sekulow

Via the American Center for Law and Justice:

After twice denying their existence – first lying to the ACLJ, and then once caught, claiming it had turned over all documents to the ACLJ – the FBI Deep State has just admitted in federal court that is has found new documents – 16 pages and 2 text messages – that it will be forced to turn over to the ACLJ by the end of the month.

In recently filed court documents, the FBI finally admitted – on its supposedly third search attempt – that it has located another batch of documents responsive to the ACLJ’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for information relating to former Attorney General Lynch’s suspiciously timed and highly secretive meeting with former President Clinton on a tarmac in Arizona just days before it publicly exonerated Hillary Clinton.

Specifically, the FBI reported that it has located an additional 16 pages and 2 text messages. The FBI informed the court that it will produce these documents to the ACLJ on or by May 31, 2018.

Jay Sekulow tweeted: After twice denying their existence, the #DeepState just admitted in federal court is has found new documents on the #Clinton-Lynch meeting that it will be forced to turn over to the @ACLJ by the end of the month. The wins keep adding up – thanks to you.

Here are the two St[r]zok-Page text messages about the Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting recently uncovered by the ACLJ:

Now, the FBI has just produced the two text messages to the ACLJ – texts between FBI agent Peter Strzok and now former FBI agent Lisa Page.

The texts dated June 30, 2016, three days after the tarmac meeting, state:

“All the airport tarmac articles finally burst out. Took a little bit. Not a big deal, just ASTOUNDINGLY bad optic.”

“Omg he is spinning about the tarmac meeting, viewed in conjunction with the {REDACTED} Wants to meet at 4, have us bring lists of what we would do in an ordinary circumstance (easy, refer to PC) and in this circumstance (easy, refer to 7th floor)….”

The “he” referenced in the second text, based on the context of already released text messages, is likely Bill Priestap, assistant director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division. The “7th floor” is a clear reference to the upper echelon of FBI management – then-Director Comey and his top advisors and lieutenants. The texts paint an even clearer picture of just how high up the FBI chain the Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting was. They knew it was bad and were in full crisis management mode. Yet, it also shows how the mainstream media buried the story waiting several days to really cover it at all. In the end, we know it was the 7th floor – and Director Comey himself – who decided what the FBI would do – publicly exonerating Clinton just days latter [sic] – something that was anything but “ordinary.”

Saeed & Naghmeh Abdenin - Save from Iranian Prison

John R. Houk

© September 20, 2013

Too often we Christians tend to lose sight of those being persecuted for believing that Jesus Christ the Son of God and Savior is Lord of all. This is especially the case when individuals in Muslim dominated nations that have received high profile media coverage of their persecution and/or incarceration merely for being a Christian or refusing to renounce their faith. God forgive there are many, but the person I am thinking of at present is naturalized American citizen Pastor Saeed Abedini imprisoned in Iran initially under the false claim of proselytizing in Iran and then upgrading the false claim to a national security threat. The truth was Pastor Saeed was visiting family while helping with the construction of an orphanage.

The American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) has managed to keep Pastor Saeed in the public eye. Below are a series of emails I have received as updates which will also include a message of support which is valid for money keeps the Christian activism flowing.

Today, we are launching the largest online campaign in ACLJ history.

And it’s all for Pastor Saeed, a U.S. citizen imprisoned in Iran simply because he is a Christian.

It’s been nearly one year – 52 weeks – since Pastor Saeed’s illegal captivity at the hands of the Iranians.

Now, Iran has a new president, and he claims to be more moderate than his predecessor.

We’re going to hold him to his word.

Using a brand-new website that raises awareness for the persecuted church and gives a voice to the voiceless, we’re asking you to write a letter to President Hassan Rouhani asking that he free Pastor Saeed.

We’ve written text you can use, or you can customize to send your own message, but our goal is simple: 52,000 letters asking President Rouhani to save Saeed.

We will send President Rouhani 1,000 letters every week until Pastor Saeed is free.

Be heard. Help save Saeed.

Pastor Saeed Writes of “Psychological Warfare,” “Physical Violence,” and “Death Threats” in Iranian Prison

Saeed Abedini

American Pastor Saeed Abedini was arrested in Iran for being a Christian and with the false accusation of proselytizing threatening Iran’s national security when he agreed not to do so. Pastor Saeed was during work in a Christian orphanage when the Iranian government decided to arrest him.

Everyone that knows about Islam and Iran knew that Pastor Saeed was being tortured. A letter he managed to smuggle out of the notorious Evin Prison reveals that the Pastor is indeed being tortured to force him to recant his faith in Jesus Christ the Son of God and Savior.

In true Christian martyr fashion Pastor Saeed has refused to recant and rejoin Islam.

I have to be honest I don’t know if I would be that strong in the face of torture. My mindset would be God have mercy for being forced to recant under tortuous mutilation at the hand of Muslim trying to force a conversion out of me. I believe I can die for my faith, I just don’t know if I can withstand torture.

So I pray for Pastor Saeed’s protection, strength and deliverance from the oppression of Iran’s Islamic Sharia Law the religion of compulsion – no matter what any Muslim apologist might tell you!

Below is an article from the American Center from Law and Justice (ACLJ) that includes Pastor Saeed Abedini’s smuggled letter.

Pastor Saeed Writes of “Psychological Warfare,” “Physical Violence,” and “Death Threats” in Iranian Prison

By Jay Sekulow

ACLJ

VIDEO: #SAVESAEED

Earlier this week, American Pastor Saeed Abedini was able to write a letter to his wife and supporters detailing the horrific conditions he suffers in Iran’s brutal Evin Prison.

Pastor Saeed has now been imprisoned in Iran nearly five months.  He describes how the “the psychological warfare, a year of not seeing my family, physical violence, actions committed to humiliate me, insults, being mocked,” extremists and other bullying groups in Evin “create another prison within the prison walls.”

In his last public letter, before his conviction, Pastor Saeed wrote that he was told he “will hang” for his faith.  Today, he says that he still faces “death threats” in prison.

For the first time, Pastor Saeed acknowledges that the beatings and torture are designed to get him to recant his Christian faith – something he says he will never do.  “They are only waiting for one thing…for me to deny Christ,” he wrote. “But they will never get this from me.”

In one instance, a fellow cellmate “attacked” him because he was singing praise songs.

As Pastor Saeed writes, “It is during these harsh conditions, that I deeply need God’s Saving Grace so that I can be the fragrant scent of Christ in the dark house of Evin prison.”

These are the conditions he will face every day for the next eight years of his prison sentence.  Pastor Saeed, a U.S. citizen, is being forced to undergo some of the most horrific conditions imaginable.

Upon receiving this heartbreaking letter, Pastor Saeed’s wife, Naghmeh, told us:

It is heart wrenching to hear of Saeed’s continued abuse and torture in the Iranian prison. We have known for some time that he is facing physical and psychological abuse. Now our worst fears have been confirmed. He continues to face life-threatening abuse at the hands of the Iranian officials simply because of his faith in Jesus. These are the dreadful conditions he will continue to face as he serves his lengthy prison sentence in Iran. Saeed is an American citizen who is being pressured and falsely promised freedom if only he will deny his faith in Jesus. We have seen this tactic used in the past. Saeed will never recant his faith in Jesus – even if it means continued torture and abuse. Our primary concern is for his health and well-being with each passing day. We know that while he is very weak physically, Saeed is strong in his faith. His situation is dire and with the continued abuse and death threats, we are not sure how long Saeed will survive these horrendous conditions in prison. The most important thing we can do is pray, continue to raise awareness of his case and continue to work for his freedom.

It is incumbent upon each of us to stand up for this 32-year-old U.S. citizen, loving father of two, devoted husband, and committed pastor.

It is rare that he is able to get a letter like this to the public.  He has no voice.  Each of us must be his voice.  Sign the petition for his freedom at SaveSaeed.org.  After you have signed the petition, please consider who of your family and friends can also sign this petition to save Pastor Saeed.

Watch and share the video above as his letter is narrated.  Below is the complete letter from Pastor Saeed, translated into English – a powerful testimony of perseverance in the face of unspeakable persecution:

Writing from my heart.

My Dear Friends,

The conditions here get so very difficult that my eyes get blurry, my body does not have the strength to walk, and my steps become very weak and shaky.

Various (bullying) groups, the psychological warfare, a year of not seeing my family, physical violence, actions committed to humiliate me, insults, being mocked, being confronted with extremists in the prison who create another prison within the prison walls, and the death threats…

It is interesting that because I am a Christian pastor, I am carefully watched. I am expected to smile at them despite what is being done and to understand why they are doing all of these things. But, of course, I can clearly see what is going on and because I want to serve God, I see all of these difficulties as golden opportunities and great doors to serve. There are empty containers who are thirsty for a taste of the Living Water and we can quench their thirst by giving them Jesus Christ. Maybe you are also in such a situation, so pray and seek God that He would use you and direct you in the pressures and difficulties of your lives.

There are those who are enemies of the Living Bible and do not want to hear. They are trying to put me under such horrific pressures (that are sometimes unbearable) so that they can show me that my faith is empty and not real. And after all of these pressures, after all of the nails they have pressed against my hands and feet, they are only waiting for one thing…for me to deny Christ. But they will never get this from me. This is why the Bible is Truth and they are in the way of destruction.

There is another group who does not know the Gospel of Truth. Instead of truly listening and meditating on God’s Word, they are just waiting to see how I react to all of their pressures and persecution. What will come out of me during these intense times? But again, this is another golden opportunity for me to shine the light of Christ in this dark world and to let God to use me.

Yesterday when I was singing worship songs, the head of my cell room attacked me in order to stop me from praising but in response I hugged him and showed him love. He was shocked.

It is during these harsh conditions, that I deeply need God’s Saving Grace so that I can be the fragrant scent of Christ in the dark house of Evin prison. I have often seen the Shining Morning Star in the darkness of this prison and I have seen His amazing and supernatural works. Oh, how beautiful is seeing the light of the Shining Morning Star of Christ in such evil darkness.

So:

§  See your golden opportunities in pressures and difficulties.

§  See the Shining Morning Star in the dark times of your life.

I Love Him! He is Gracious, Merciful, and Righteous to me. I now know that I have not been forgotten and that we are together in this path. God gives me Grace.

This is my message for the Church: Stay Strong for His Glory. He will come back soon! Be with God and give your best efforts for His kingdom.

Pastor Saeed, servant of Jesus Christ in chains for endurance of Gospel. I love you all.

Share his letter.  Pray.  Join over a quarter of a million others, and sign the petition at SaveSaeed.org.

Chuck Hagel anti-Israel Jew-hating RINO Comrade

Hmm … President Barack Hussein Obama nominates Senator Chuck as Secretary Defense. This is the same Chuck Hagel that desires to support Jew-Hating Islamic terrorists to endear America to Arabs even though such a necessary is throwing Israel under the bus. Hagel will actually say the USA is committed to Israel on one side of his mouth and on the other side of his mouth wants to extend diplomatic talks with surround Islamic terrorists that have only one goal; viz., the destruction of Israel and the genocide of Jews.

The ACLJ has started a petition that is probably as much of a fund raiser as it is a voice to such a ridiculous choice as a Hagel nominee; nonetheless a donation is not required at it adds a voice of dissention that is made public by American voters.

President Obama has nominated an anti-Israel former Senator to be Secretary of Defense. Senator Chuck Hagel has blamed American support for Israel on the “Jewish lobby,” refused to sign a letter supporting Israel, and opposed labeling Hezbollah a “terrorist organization.”

But that’s not all. Senator Hagel supported direct dialogue with Hamas – a terrorist group that launches near-daily attacks on Israeli civilians – and even refused to label the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps as terrorists.

A former Senator with this record of appeasement cannot be second in command of our Armed Forces.

Make your voice heard. Tell the United States Senate to vote against President Obama’s nomination of Senator Chuck Hagel as Secretary of Defense.

Does a Hagel Nomination Mean a Giant Leap Forward for Iran’s Nuclear Program?

By Jay Sekulow

Jan. 7, 2013 10:55 AM

ACLJ

Since 1948, the hostile governments of the Middle East have done everything in their military power to completely destroy the state of Israel.  Immediately after Israel’s declaration of independence, Arab armies united to invade the new nation.  In 1967, Israel found itself surrounded by hundreds of thousands of troops and thousands of tanks.  In 1973, Egypt and Syria breached the peace and sanctity of Yom Kippur and launched a surprise attack that brought Israel to the brink of extinction.

Each time, Israel was saved by the providence of God and the indescribable courage of its armed forces.  Each time, the American people rallied in support of our most faithful ally.

But not even courage can prevail against a nuclear detonation.  For the first time since its declaration of independence, Israel is on the verge of facing a nuclear-armed enemy – a nation that has vowed to destroy the Jewish state.

In the face of this threat, President Obama has nominated a former Senator, Chuck Hagel, who has a record of appeasing Iran that is perhaps unmatched by any Senator, current or past.  Over at the Weekly Standard, Bill Kristol has done invaluable work compiling the sad details of Senator Hagel’s record. Consider the following:

-He has voted against labeling Iran’s Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization, even though the Revolutionary Guard has been fighting a low-intensity war against America, Israel, and other allies for years;

He voted against labeling Hezbollah – Iran’s army in Lebanon – a terrorist organization in spite of its long record of attacks on Israeli civilians and perhaps even American Marines;

-He voted against the Iran-Libya Sanctions Act at a time when both countries had recently engaged in direct attacks against Americans;

-He opposed the Iran Counter-Proliferation Act; and

-He said – while still a senator – that “[A] military strike against Iran, a military option, is not a viable, feasible, responsible option.” (Emphasis NCCR)

While no one wants war with Iran, a military strike is preferable to a nuclear Holocaust.  Yet Chuck Hagel has taken such an option off the table.

Perhaps most disturbing of all, this nomination – in the face of Democratic and Republican opposition – signals that President Obama values Israel’s security less than any other modern American president. Fortunately, however, he will soon discover that he faces a united American people – from across party lines – that understand a simple moral imperative: Terrorist nations should not possess nuclear weapons.  Americans deserve a Secretary of Defense who shares that core moral understanding.

The fact is that Senator Chuck Hagel is not the right person for the job.

Send a powerful message to the Senate: we must protect Israel and that means rejecting Senator Hagel’s nomination. Add your name here.

Judge of Death

Abolghasem Salavat - Judge of Death

Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani is facing a death sentence in Iran for being a Christian accused of converting out of Islam. Nadarkhani’s lawyer Mohammad Ali Dadkhah had managed to make Nadarkhani’s persecution an international cause to place pressure on Iran. Iran’s solution was to get rid of Nadarkhani’s advocate. Dadkhah was arrested and convicted in Iran then sentenced for nine years in prison. Specifically Dadkhah was convicted for “…acting against national security and spreading propaganda against the regime.” Dadkhah was sentenced by Iran’s notorious “Judge of Death” Abolghasem Salavat.

Without representation the Iranian government can rip Nadarkhani out of his jail cell and execute the death sentence and no one will be the wiser that the Pastor is dead. I don’t know how ICLJ can pull off advocating for Pastor Nadarkhani legally but they are asking for donations to make an effort to keep the pressure on Iran. I pray others step up to the plate with ICLJ to aid Nadarkhani in any way possible.

May God Almighty save and protect Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani in the name of Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God!

Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani’s Iranian attorney has been convicted and sentenced to nine years in prison for defending human rights.

The judge in this case is known as one of Iran’s worst human rights abusers and is commonly referred to as the “Judge of Death.”

The ACLJ has been working with Pastor Youcef’s attorney to secure his freedom. Now, with no legal representation in Iran, Pastor Youcef is essentially facing the Iranian regime alone – no advocate to keep him alive and to keep the appeals process going.

Pastor Youcef’s attorney will soon begin serving his time in one of Iran’s harshest prisons, and no other Iranian attorney will represent him.

Atheists, Church-State and Ground Zero Cross

ground-zero-cross-by-bill-williams

John R. Houk

© August 6, 2011

A group of atheists have filed a lawsuit against the Memorial Museum being constructed for public remembrance of purist Muslims attacking the World Trade Center/Twin Towers that killed thousands on American soil.

Are the atheists angry about al Qaeda Islamists performing an act of a Jihad/holy war against secular America?

Are the atheists angry that a Mosque has approval to be built right next to the Ground Zero spot where thousands of Americans lost their lives?

The answer to the questions is predictably “no”.

Also predictably the atheists are angry of the symbol of hope found in the Twin Tower rubble: two iron beams fused together in a form of a Cross. This is another case of reinforcing the term “Separation of Church and State” which is nowhere found in the U.S. Constitution. Until 1947 the Original Intent of the Constitution’s First Amendment was properly interpreted; viz. the government cannot designate a State Church but the Church may be an influence toward the betterment of American society even if that influence stretches to public institutions.

First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The bold type of the First Amendment is simple to understand. Then in 1947 the Supreme Court fabricated law from words not found in the Constitution. Here is a summary of that decision of Everson v. Board of Education:

”The establishment of religion’ clause of the First Amendment means at least this: Neither a state nor the Federal Government can set up a church. Neither can pass laws which aid one religion, aid all religions, or prefer one religion over another. Neither can force nor influence a person to go to or to remain away from church against his will or force him to profess a belief or disbelief in any religion. No person can be punished for entertaining or professing religious beliefs or disbeliefs, for church attendance or non-attendance. No tax in any amount, large or small, can be levied to support any religious activities or institutions, whatever they may be called, or whatever form they may adopt to teach or practice religion. Neither a state nor the Federal Government can, openly or secretly, participate in the affairs of any religious organization or groups and vice-versa. In the words of Jefferson, the clause against establishment of religion by law was intended to erect a ‘wall of separation between church and state’.”

You have to know that Justice Hugo Black writing for the majority opinion was on a roll for Original Intent until the part I emphasized with bold print. Justice Black placed into law by Judicial fiat Thomas Jefferson’s letter to the Danbury Baptist Church that was concerned about an Established Church on a State level. Although the U.S. Constitution forbade the Federal government from establishing a State Church, many of the original States still had State Established Churches. Not only did these States have an Established Church, NO ONE filed a suit that would make it to the Supreme Court to end an Established Church on a State level.

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) has decided to take on the atheists and is preparing an Amicus Brief backed by the signatures of Americans showing the absurdity of preventing the Ground Zero Cross to be a part of a memorial commemorating the unjust death of Americans at the hands of purist Muslims. Below is the email sent that included the urging of readers to pass this info along to others in order to raise signatures to be added to the Amicus Brief.

A new Rasmussen survey finds that 72% of Americans believe that the Ground Zero Cross should be included in the National September 11 Memorial and Museum — further confirmation that the American Atheists’ lawsuit against the Ground Zero Cross is absurd.

The Cross – two intersecting steel beams found in the wreckage of the World Trade Center by rescue workers two days after 9/11 – is a symbol of hope for so many people. It is an integral part of the story of 9/11 and belongs in the national museum.

The ACLJ must file our amicus brief challenging the atheists’ claims by August 14th – in one week. If you join our Committee to Protect the Ground Zero Cross, your name will be added to the brief we submit to the court.

In less than a week, over 30,000 of you have already joined our Committee online. I would like to see that number grow to 72,000 by the time we submit our brief; 72,000 representing the 72% of Americans who support this important part of the Ground Zero story.

Please show your support for the Ground Zero Cross and all those who have been inspired by its presence, and sign on to our Committee today.

If you have already joined this Committee, please help us meet our goal of 72,000 online signatures by forwarding this email to anyone you know who would like to stand up in support of those who have sacrificed so much. You could also join the over 4,000 people who have “Liked” this Committee on Facebook by using the “Like” buttons in this email.

It is critical that we accurately represent the groundswell of support for the Ground Zero Cross so that it is preserved as a memorial for our children and grandchildren.

The Ground Zero Cross is not an artist’s rendering that could be perceived as “offensive and repugnant” as the atheists claim in their suit; it is surviving steel – an actual piece of 9/11 history. Hundreds of people, of all faiths, working amid the death and destruction resulting from the terrorist attacks found comfort and solace in this Cross rising out of the ashes.

We cannot stand idly by and allow a few individuals to mock and hide an important piece of the Ground Zero story with claims of getting headaches by simply looking at the Cross.

As I have said before, if there are those who don’t like it – look the other way.

Join with the tens of thousands who have already done so, and sign on to the Committee to Protect the Ground Zero Cross.

Help us meet our goal of over 72,000 online signatures representing the 72% of Americans who support the Cross before our August 14th court deadline.

You will be able to tell your children and grandchildren that you helped protect this integral piece of American history for future generations.

Thank you for taking action to protect the Ground Zero Cross, and for your continued support for the ACLJ.

Sincerely,

Jay Sekulow
ACLJ Chief Counsel

P.S. If you have already signed on to our brief, please forward this email and join the thousands of others who have shared the Committee to Protect the Ground Zero Cross on Facebook and Twitter.
