Selling America out for personal profit
Democrats appointed corrupt bureaucrats to do their bidding. They turned the FBI into their own enforcers, and used the justice system to punish their opponents and hide their own criminal activities
In the 1800s, if a government official helped an adversary or foreign nation acquire ownership in a U.S. corporation, and they were caught, anyone involved would have been tried for treason. However, Democrats have been selling America out since they sold the coining (issue) of U.S. currency to foreign bankers in 1912, through the Federal Reserve Act. Far too many Americans are unaware of the fact that Democrats sold Americans into servitude in 1912.
It’s servitude because foreign bankers were given control of our currency and empowered to collect interest on every dollar in circulation by taxing the personal income of all Americans. Then Democrats falsely altered the Constitution—that forbids personal income tax—to allow them take a portion of our earnings.
Hunter Biden-Tied Fund Helped Communist China Obtain a Michigan Auto Parts Maker
I could list dozens of examples where Democrats sold us out for personal profit, but for the sake of brevity, I will stick with the most current Democrat sellout.
Back in September, the Michigan Star ran an article titled, “Hunter Biden-Tied Fund Helped Communist China Obtain a Michigan Auto Parts Maker”. The article ran before the Hunter Biden laptop revelations. It outlined how Joe Biden, who promoted friendly dealings with Communist China, suddenly changed his tune. This is an excerpt from that article:
“For Biden, a four-decade advocate of trade and friendly relations with Beijing, it was a stunning turnabout… But for U.S. security experts, it was remarkable for another reason: An investment fund named Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) partly owned and directed by Biden’s son, Hunter, and Secretary of State John Kerry’s stepson, Chris Heinz, had just a few years earlier played a vital role in facilitating the sale of the Michigan-based auto parts maker Henniges Automotive to one of China’s main military aircraft makers, Aviation Industry Corporation of China or AVIC.”
The article noted that AVIC had been placed on a Commerce Department blacklist just months before the deal was approved by the Obama administration, and it went on to say: “The Obama administration allowed the transaction to proceed even though Henniges possessed “anti-vibration technologies with military applications” and AVIC had a history of ties to China’s military aggression dating to at least 2007.”
Why didn’t the FBI investigate this? They had to know about the deal because the Michigan Star, Breitbart and others knew about it and exposed it.
Biden family received millions of dollars from the Communist Chinese government
Furthermore, since the Michigan Star article ran, Hunter Biden’s laptop has revealed that the Biden family received millions of dollars from the Communist Chinese government. However, no members of the Biden or Kerry family have been interviewed by the FBI, that we know of, although the FBI has had Hunter Biden’s laptop since last December. The FBI has only interviewed Tony Bobulinski, but we could say they had to because he went public.
It’s important to note that none of Biden’s accomplices have had their homes and offices raided by armed FBI agents in predawn raids; like happened to supporters of President Trump during the phony Russian investigation. That proves there’s a dual justice system and crooked Democrats are above the law. Hillary was above the law and judging by the FBI’s current behavior, so are the Bidens.
In my opinion, the FBI would have acted different if the same foreign deals were done by a member of the Trump family. If Donald Trump had been paid $500,000 by the Russians shortly before his wife, the Secretary of State, approved a deal that gave the Russian government 20% of the U.S. uranium supply, both of them would probably be in jail now. That’s the real Russian collusion story.
And if a member of the Trump family had been paid millions by Communist China, the FBI would have leaked the information to their media accomplices to destroy his campaign.
It’s time to fire everyone at the top of the FBI as well as their accomplices in the Department of Justice
Moreover, I have no doubt that, if President Trump had flown millions in cash abroad, like the Obama regime did in the Iran deal, the FBI would have opened an investigation to find out who all received a portion of that cash, and the CIA would have had spies on the ground when the money arrived overseas to see who all received a portion of it.
As a matter of fact, the Iran deal is suspicious because governments and corporations do not send cash to foreign nations or debtors. And I’m certain, that if Donald Trump Jr. had received millions from deals with the Communist Chinese, that his home, and the homes of his associates, would have been raided, and Donald Trump would not be running for president. He would have been indicted to stand trial for treason.
Judging by the FBI’s inaction and silence, in reference to the China-Biden deals, nothing has changed within the justice system. A double standard of justice still exists. I say that because the FBI and the Justice Department have had ample time to apply the law equally, and they refuse to. For that reason, I believe it’s time to fire everyone at the top of the FBI as well as their accomplices in the Department of Justice.
Finally, Democrats appointed corrupt bureaucrats to do their bidding. They turned the FBI into their own enforcers, and used the justice system to punish their opponents and hide their own criminal activities. As a result, honest people within the justice system, as well as the American people, are left to suffer the consequences. That’s why we face the possibility that another corrupt socialist Democrat will regain the reigns of government. That’s the consequence we are facing and we can thank the FBI and Justice Department for it.

Exclusive: Hunter Biden, CCP-Tied Billionaire Had Close Relationship, Texts Reveal

Hunter Biden and an energy tycoon with extensive ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had a cozy relationship, according to text messages disclosed to U.S. Senate investigators by Tony Bobulinski, one of Biden’s former business partners.
In text messages sent to Bobulinski on Oct. 14, 2017, Biden wrote that he and Ye Jianming, the founder of multibillion-dollar Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy, had a “solid” relationship. Biden said he was the first guest at Ye’s new apartment and that the billionaire cooked lunch for him.
“I’ve been talking to the Chairman on a regular basis. I was his first guest in his new apartment/ he cooked me lunch himself and we ate in the kitchen together,” Biden wrote, according to text message screenshots (pdf) obtained by The Epoch Times.
Biden added that Ye “has me helping him on a number of his personal issues,” including for “staff visas and some more sensitive things.”
The close relationship between the pair began as early as 2015, according to a report by the Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security Committee. The text messages raise significant questions considering the extensive ties between the communist regime and both Ye and his company.
While on paper a private enterprise, CEFC had a rare contract to store part of China’s strategic oil reserves, received financing from a regime-owned bank, and hired a number of former top officials from state-owned energy companies, according to Reuters. The company also had more layers of Communist Party committees than many private Chinese companies have.
The text message from Biden, the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, was in response to a question from Bobulinski, who had at that point spent months trying to figure out why Ye hadn’t yet wired $10 million to SinoHawk LLC, the U.S. joint venture incorporated by Ye, Hunter Biden, James Biden, Bobulinski, and two more partners, James Gilliar and Rob Walker.
SinoHawk LLC was created through a web of corporate entities, according to corporate records (pdf) obtained by The Epoch Times. Hudson West IV, a limited liability corporation controlled by Ye, owned half of SinoHawk. Hunter Biden and his partners owned the other half through Oneida Holdings LLC, which they in turn owned through five more corporate entities, one for each partner, the corporate documents (pdf) show.
According to Bobulinski, the “Sino” in SinoHawk stood for China, while “Hawk” was picked because it was the favorite animal of Beau Biden, Joe Biden’s deceased son.
The emails, text messages, and documents reviewed for this article were produced by Bobulinski to the media and later to the Senate Homeland Security Committee. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), the committee chairman, told The Epoch Times last week that the committee’s ongoing review has found nothing to put the authenticity of the documents in doubt.

“What I can say about all of those sources, we’re continuing to do our due diligence to verify and authenticate the genuineness of those emails,” Johnson said. “And to date, we have found nothing that disputes them. All we’ve found is verification, validation of their authenticity.”
At least one of the emails in the batch provided by Bobulinski matches word-for-word the emails purportedly obtained from a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden and published by The New York Post. Bobulinski reportedly turned over three of his smartphones to the FBI on Oct. 23.
Ye’s underlings in China and the United States kept telling Bobulinski that the wire was coming while putting up baffling roadblocks, such as asking Bobulinski what the goals of the joint venture were, despite signing off on corporate paperwork that listed the mission of the enterprise. Throughout the process, Bobulinski couldn’t get in direct contact with Ye and had to deal instead with his lieutenants.
“So u 1000% [didn’t] reach out to Chairman Ye or Director Zang and create parallel noise?” Bobulinski wrote to Hunter Biden on Oct. 14, 2017. “I didn’t [think] so but just trying to manage chaos.”
Biden responded by talking of his close relationship and regular talks with Ye, including that Ye engaged Biden as his attorney in the United States. Biden also curiously distanced himself from the acquisition deals in Oman and Luxemburg for which SinoHawk was ostensibly created.
“Anyway, he and I are solid so when and if you or James feel like I’m capable of telling him about your Oman and Luxembourg or The Russian guys deal just let me know. We have a standing once a week call as I am also his personal counsel (we signed an attorney client engagement letter) in the US,” Biden wrote.
“I assumed you lost interest as we haven’t spoken for so long. Are any deals that you said were closing—,” Biden wrote.
Bobulinski’s responses suggest he was baffled by the response, considering the amount of effort he and other partners expended to get in touch with Ye to secure the promised $10 million in funding for SinoHawk.

“About ‘my deals’ they apparently are our deals not my deals,” Bobulinski wrote. “Not much for games, they were supposed to fund 10 MM USD, which they never did, and am assuming u know that.”
Ye never wired the money to SinoHawk, but Bobulinski would later learn from the Homeland Security Committee report that Hunter and James Biden received money from Ye via another channel.
According to confidential documents obtained by the Senate Homeland Security Committee, on Aug. 4, 2017, more than two months before the Biden–Bobulinski text exchange, CEFC Infrastructure Investment (US) LLC, a subsidiary of Ye’s company, sent Hunter Biden’s law firm, Owasco, a payment for $100,000.
Four days later, CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million to the bank account for Hudson West III, another entity controlled by Ye. On the same day the money arrived, Hudson West III started sending frequent payments to Hunter Biden’s firm.
“These payments, which were described as consulting fees, reached $4,790,375.25 in just over a year,” the Senate report stated.
A month later, on Sept. 8, 2017, Hunter Biden and Gongwen Dong, Ye’s U.S. operative, applied for a credit line. Hunter Biden, James Biden, and James Biden’s wife, Sara Biden, were authorized users for the credit cards linked to the accounts. They subsequently used the credit cards to buy more than $100,000 in luxury items, including airline tickets and multiple items at Apple Inc. stores.
When Bobulinski learned two years later about the money that flowed to the Bidens, he reached out to James Biden.

“Hope you and family are well, safe and healthy. You can imagine my shock when reading the report yesterday put out by the Senate committee. The fact that you and HB were lying to Rob, James and I while accepting $5 MM from CEFC is infuriating,” Bobulinski wrote, using Hunter Biden’s initials.
“And so disappointing based on the years of work that James, Rob and team invested to get things done.”
Further hints about Ye and Biden’s intentions for SinoHawk are revealed in an email from one of Ye’s lieutenants to Bobulinski. On July 26, 2017, Zhao Runlong wrote about the $5 million of working capital intended for SinoHawk as money “lent to BD family.”
“This $5 million loan to BD family is interest-free. But if the 5 M is used up, should CEFC keep lending more to the family?” Zhao wrote, using “BD” as shorthand for “Biden.”
A review of nearly 1,800 pages of emails and more than 600 messages Bobulinski handed over to Congress suggests that Bobulinski’s insistence on running SinoHawk by the book may have resulted in Hunter Biden abandoning his partners and accepting money from Ye via another route.
Bobulinski summed up the events prior to the last presidential debate on Oct. 22, telling reporters that Hunter Biden wanted to use SinoHawk as a personal “piggy bank” before Bobulinski intervened. President Donald Trump invited Bobulinski as a guest to the debate because the emails and texts Bobulinski handed to Senate investigators can be viewed as damaging to Joe Biden.
Joe Biden’s name doesn’t come up in any of the corporate documents used to set up SinoHawk. At the time the company was formed, he was no longer in the White House.
The texts and emails show that Gilliar brought Bobulinski into the deal to work full-time as the CEO of SinoHawk. Hunter Biden began to voice concerns about the direction of the company in mid-May, 2017, less than two weeks before the paperwork incorporating SinoHawk was signed.
On May 13, 2017, Gilliar sent an email to Biden, Bobulinski, and Walker about proposed “remuneration packages” and an equity breakdown between the five partners. Under the proposal, Hunter Biden would receive an $850,000 salary and a 20 percent stake in Oneida Holdings, which, in turn, owned half of the joint venture with Ye’s company. The equity breakdown also included a 10 percent stake, which was to be held by Hunter Biden “for the big guy.” Bobulinski told reporters on Oct. 22 that the “big guy” was Joe Biden.
Hunter Biden reacted to the proposal by pointing out that he would need more than $850,000 because after alimony and taxes, he would be left with only $100,000 for himself.
“I have been the only one asked to give up all other active commercial interests- no consulting fees no promoting another business no continuing to work on existing projects etc…so I have to admit I do expect that if I can’t keep my toe in other things I will need a hell of a lot more than 850 p/y on a monthly basis,” Biden wrote.

On the same day, Bobulinski wrote a text message to Gilliar: “We need to manage Hunter as every discussion makes me feel like he thinks things are going to be his personal piggybank.”
On May 16, 2017, Bobulinski responded to Hunter and partners by pointing out that the company would need an operating budget in order to make a profit.
“We should all discuss so you are covered but you also have to be conscious of the moving parts and operating budgets and we have to pay a team of people who will be working 100 hours a week so we generate enough profits so we are distributing $10s of MM out to the owners,” Bobulinski wrote.
“I will be circulating the Terms for Oneida later today. In that I have included an [additional] payment to you and I as sitting on the board of SinoHawk. We can all discuss.”
In the following days, the money discussion escalated into a standoff about the ultimate control of the company. Bobulinski, who was taking on the CEO role, didn’t want to have his decisions overruled by the Bidens, who controlled half the company with the combined stakes. Hunter Biden pushed back hard, arguing that Ye went in for the deal solely due to the Biden family name.

“They are both coming to be MY partner to be partners with the Bidens,” Biden wrote in a group chat on May 17.
The next day, in a text message sent directly to Bobulinski, Biden outlined his case for getting full control of the company.
“Tony please stop the ‘[you’re] making me nervous’ bull [expletive]. Come on man we both want the same thing. We want to make certain we have as much control over our own fates as possible. I don’t blame you for wanting that – it doesn’t ‘make me nervous’ it is what it is. Just happens that in this instance only one player holds the trump card and that’s me,” Biden wrote.
“May not be fair but it’s the reality because I’m the only one putting an entire family legacy on the line/ and if you think it’s reasonable that I turn the keys over to someone that I’ve spent less than 12 hours with than that makes me nervous. So I’m asking you to do us all a favor and find a different way to alleviate your worries.”
The argument then spilled out again into the group chat, with Biden making the case for why he should have more control of the company. At one point, Biden appeared to threaten to break Bobulinski’s jaw, to which Bobulinski responded with an invitation to a fight. The argument exposed that Bobulinski didn’t want to end up being a figurehead CEO to cover for the Biden family’s involvement without any control over the company.
“And to add to it, if you are so worried about your family, you wouldn’t be doing this because as u said, all of your dad’s lawyers and any lawyer would advise you and Jim not to touch this with a 100 foot pole,” Bobulinski wrote.
“So if you are willing to take a risk so be it, I am willing to stand by your side and take risk as well but there has to be balance in governance and the board.”
While Joe Biden’s name doesn’t appear in any of the corporate records disclosed by Bobulinski, the Biden family name was nonetheless one of the key offerings to Ye from Hunter Biden and his partners.
An April 25, 2017, business proposal (pdf) prepared by the partners for CEFC, features a photo of Joe Biden with Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos. The proposal touts Joe Biden’s relationship with Santos as a “strong one throughout the Obama administration.” A section dedicated to potential CEFC investments in Oman noted that Hunter Biden’s “family & friends” could be used to endorse Ye and CEFC and solicit a special exemption from the leader of Oman to establish a “CEFC vehicle” that is uniquely [sanctioned] by His Highness to omit the required local partner element.”
In a June 1, 2017, letter to Ye, Hunter Biden, after sending wishes from “my family and I,” wrote “I hope you are very happy with the progresses [sic] that has been made in Oman, this in my opinion cements our common belief, that by combining our connects and skills, we will create new opportunities in third geographies and economies, as well as the benefits for our two great countries.”
SinoHawk never got off the ground, but Hunter Biden and Gilliar appear to have been providing the same services for Ye in a less formal fashion since as early as February 2016.
In an emailto CEFC sent on March 13, 2017, Gilliar referenced “several strategy documents that [were] prepared earlier in our relationship,” including a proposal for the CEFC acquisition of Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the United States. The Westinghouse proposal (pdf) attached to that email was dated Feb. 22, 2016.
CEFC China Energy was China’s largest privately held oil company before it was caught in Beijing’s crosshairs in 2018. The oil conglomerate made billions of dollars in Russia, Europe, and parts of Africa, while Ye fostered ties with high-level Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials.
Ye has been missing since early 2018 after he was placed under investigation by the Chinese regime for “suspected economic crimes” and detained. A state-owned enterprise took control of CEFC in March 2019, and, according to Chinese media Caixin, the firm declared bankruptcy early this year.
Hunter Biden, James Biden, Gilliar, Walker, Bobulinski, and the Joe Biden campaign didn’t immediately respond to requests by The Epoch Times for comment.

Ho was also involved in the CEFC venture, as originally reported by the New York Post and suppressed by the media and Big Tech firms.
The audio breaks the mainstream media’s narrative that the hard drive is somehow “fake” or does not implicate Hunter or Joe Biden in criminal investigations and/or business deals with the Chinese Communist Party.
The former veep’s son also bemoans longtime business partner Devon Archer naming him and his father Joe as witnesses “in a criminal case” without notifying him.

CEFC China Energy recently made headlines following a New York Post exposè highlighting how Hunter Biden leveraged his father’s name to ink deals with the Chinese government-linked entity.
The company, founded by the now-missing Chinese tycoon Ye Jianming, has been identified as collaborating with the Chinese Communist Party’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) since its founding.
CEFC’s PLA ties come through Ye. Even CNN acknowledges it:
“For years, rumors had circulated in China that Ye was a People’s Liberation Army (PLA) princeling […] Onlookers theorized that Ye Jianming’s grandfather was a high-ranking Communist Party official called Ye Jianying. A biography of the younger Ye in a 2012 financial report seemed to support claims of high-level PLA ties. It states that from 2003 until 2005 he was the deputy secretary general of the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC). That group is a purported political arm of the Chinese military, according to a report by the Project 2049 Institute, a US-based organization that researches Asia security issues. Stylistic similarities between the CEFC China Energy and CAIFC logos did nothing to dispel the idea that Ye was linked to the military.”
What’s more, the Wall Street Journal noted the company was a supplier of the PLA in 2018:
“The company reports over $40 billion in annual revenue including Middle East oil production, financial holdings in Central Europe, trading in Singapore and oil storage depots for China’s strategic national reserve. A person with knowledge of the situation said CEFC supplies the People’s Liberation Army.”
Despite these ties, Hunter Biden identifies himself, “unequivocally with no room for different opinions or interpretation” as a Managing Director of CEFC.
“I am the managing director of CEFC. I have complete authority as to who I hire and who I fire. I have only employees that work for me in DC,” the former veep’s son wrote.
Hunter Biden continued: “I am not in a JV with CEFC. I am not partners with CEFC. I am not employed or funded by CEFC. My expenses will not be reviewed by any CEFC employee. The President of CEFC has no right reason nor ability to terminate HW3.”

I am amazed that my fellow board members do not see the inherent conflict such an arrangement if true would create for the chairman and Mervyn and Kevin and Jaqi personally.
Under US law if the Chairman and equity holder of a corporation partnered with a US LLC (Owasco) through ownership of his wholly owned US llc (Hudson West) was in reality and practice using CEFC employees and money to operate a privately held company there would be an enormous conflict of interest.
The notion that you and Kevin and Jackie are insisting that such an illegal scheme is in fact your understanding of how this company is organized – well then I would say in light of the ongoing investigation you should not be surprised by warrant being issued related to this.

Anybody not residing in one of America’s local cemeteries or living in a cave in Borneo has to know that President Trump is one-hundred percent accurate, when he states in a recent campaign advertisement that, “Joe Biden is a liar who has been ripping off our country for years.”
The story broke in the [JOS]New York Post on October 14th 2020, written by Emma-Jo Morris and Gabrielle Fonrouge, laying out the details of recent emails released from a laptop computer owned by Hunter Biden, that prove former Vice-President Joe Biden is just as corrupt as most of America thought him to be. While Hunter Biden worked on the board of Burisma, a company under investigation for corruption in Ukraine, as an “energy expert” paid $50,000 a month with no experience in the energy field, Ol’ Crooked Joe subverted U.S. policy in Ukraine by heading the U.S. government’s anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine, and it’s made clear that despite his lie and denial that he ever had any involvement in his son’s business or granted any favors, Biden did in fact meet with Burisma advisor Vadym Pozharskyi, less than a year before he demanded the firing of the man who was investigating Burisma, Ukraine’s top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin.
On September 18th 2020, the [JOS]Senate Homeland Security and Finance committees released an eighty-seven page report, that resulted from their investigation of Hunter Biden’s work with Burisma, noting Obama administration officials ignored the readily apparent conflict of interests, when then Vice-President Biden’s son joined the board of a company owned by a corrupt Ukrainian oligarch. The report also included evidence of a $3.5 million dollar wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow.
The report starts off by stating: “On April 16, 2014, Vice President Biden met with his son’s business partner, Devon Archer, at the White House. Five days later, Vice President Biden visited Ukraine, and he soon after was described in the press as the “public face of the administration’s handling of Ukraine.” The day after his visit, on April 22, Archer joined the board of Burisma. Six days later, on April 28, British officials seized $23 million from the London bank accounts of Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky. Fourteen days later, on May 12, Hunter Biden joined the board of Burisma, and over the course of the next several years, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer were paid millions of dollars from a corrupt Ukrainian oligarch for their participation on the board.”
In addition to investigating Archer’s financial records, the Senate is acting to undercover any money-laundering, that occurred, such as Hunter hiding funds, later to be paid out to various Biden Family members. The aforementioned report cited nonpartisan Treasury Department documents called Suspicious Activity Reports, that are generated by financial institutions when transactions appear suspicious or money-laundering is suspected.
So who was really colluding with Russia and Ukraine? It certainly wasn’t President Trump.
On October 19th, in an interview with reporters, Reuters correspondent Jeff Mason questioned the President over his portrayal of the Bidens as criminals, whereupon, President Trump responded: “He (Hunter) is a criminal … He got caught. Read his laptop and you know who’s a criminal. You’re a criminal for not reporting it. … Let me tell you something. Joe Biden is a criminal and he’s been a criminal for a long time and you’re a criminal and the media [is too] for not reporting it.”
During the first Presidential debate on September 29th, President Trump pointedly shoved the facts in Biden’s face, stating: “He [Hunter Biden] didn’t have a job until you became vice-president. Once you became vice-president, he made a fortune in Ukraine, in China, in Moscow and various other places. He made a fortune and he didn’t have a job.”
And yet, Biden can still say with a straight face, “My son did nothing wrong.” This “man” has lost anything remotely resembling a conscience, as he crawls forth each day to demean and sully America and all Her fine history.
According to the NYP, one of the most critical pieces of evidence is the April 2015 message, from Pozharskyi to Hunter, that read: “Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure.”
In light of this revelation, one readily sees just how corrupt the mainstream media is through the lens of the last townhall interviews, where NBC’s Savannah Guthrie attempted to paint President Trump as a “white supremacist”, without ever once noting that Joe Biden can’t even mention the fact that all of our recent violence and riots across America have been the product of Antifa and BLM communists. And, as Ol’ Antifa Joe was across town with George Stephanopoulos, who acted more like a therapist than a serious reporter, reveling in the wonders that will arrive under a New Age Biden presidency, nary a word was uttered about Joe Biden’s family’s lucrative business deals in Ukraine, China and Russia and his zeal for selling America out, betraying Her to Her enemies, over the years, an omission that highlights the media’s bias and communist agenda for America.
This story also illuminates the extreme corruption and politicization of the FBI, who sat on this computer and never looked into the information it contained, since December 2019, until now, once the story broke.
After receiving Hunter Biden’s computer at his computer repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware in April 2019, John Paul Mac Isaac, fixed it and tried to contact Biden for four months to receive payment, never receiving a response, at which time it became his property. He had seen enough of the materials contained in the hard-drive, that dealt with China, Ukraine, Burisma and other issues that he knew the material was sensitive and critical to much of what was transpiring in the country. As the manufactured Ukraine collusion attack against President Trump unfolded in August of 2019, he knew he was holding something explosive and of the utmost importance to the investigation, and he offered it to the FBI in mid-September of 2019.
According to Larry Johnson, a former CIA analyst and a close friend of John Isaac, after weeks of unsatisfactory responses from the FBI or hearing anything from the evidence that was finally put before a grand jury, when two FBI agents from Wilmington finally did listen to him, he realized that none of the evidence had been shared with the President’s defense team, who by that time were trying to stop impeachment proceedings against President Trump.
One would have thought the FBI would have immediately seen that the President’s lawyers had what amounts to exculpatory evidence of an extremely high importance, or at the very least, FBI Director Christopher Wray would have informed Attorney General William Barr of the existence of this laptop and its treasure trove of evidence. Instead, President Trump’s legal team had to make their case against impeachment without it. Damning revelations, purely damning and an indication of just how much we need to eradicate the Bureau, close it down and start all over with new, intelligent, talented, competent and honorable and righteous men and women.
The only reason America has this information today is thanks to John Isaac’s presence of mind to make copies of the hard-drive, primarily for his own protection. And after his suspicions rose, that something wasn’t quite right about this entire affair, he handed another copy to Rudy Giuliani, a former federal prosecutor and mayor of New York City and one of President Trump’s lawyers. Naturally, Giuliani readily recognized a detailed record of the Biden family’s world-wide graft and grifting operations, along with graphic evidence of Hunter Biden’s moral depravity.
Upon being inundated with reporters’ questions, especially focused on what made Isaac go through Giuliani, he explained: “When you’re afraid and you don’t know anything about the waters that you’re in you kind of, you want to find a lifeguard …. Epstein didn’t really kill himself, (and) this guy (Seth Rich) got shot jogging.”
As noted by the NY Post, and as I have reported on several previous occasions:
“Less than eight months after Pozharsky thanked Hunter Biden for the introduction to his dad, the then-vice president admittedly pressured Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arsenky Yatsenyuk into getting rid of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin by threatening to withhold a $1 billion US loan guarantee during a December 2015 trip to Kiev.
‘I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money, ‘ Biden infamously bragged to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018. ‘Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.'”
One particular case reveals that in November of 2011, through the efforts of Hunter and Archer, the China Entrepreneur Club (CEC), largely comprised of Chinese Communist billionaire businessmen and diplomats, including Wang Zhongyu (vice chairman of the 10th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference), Ma Weihua (director of multiple Chinese Communist offices) and Jiang Xipei (member of the Chinese Communist Party), a fast track path and an audience at the White House was made possible. Although the meeting was kept off the official Obama-Biden visitor logbooks, Vice-President Joe Biden’s surreptitious meeting was disclosed in an [JOS]obscure biographical account of CEC Secretary General Maggie Cheng, one of the CEC’s core founders, who asserts that she facilitated the CEC delegation meetings in D.C. in 2011, while she also names many of the establishment top officials the CEC met. And the first name she throws out is that of Vice-President Joe Biden.
In a separate scheme, not involving Hunter, Devon Archer was convicted, but had his conviction vacated. An appellate court recently overturned the lower court’s ruling, reinstating Archer’s conviction earlier this month on October 7th. And he now awaits to hear if he will receive the full ten year prison sentence — enough of an incentive that he just might want to make a deal about his and Hunter Biden’s numerous creative and criminal financial adventures in exchange for a reduced sentence.
These emails are authentic and there is even a drop slip work order with Hunter Biden’s signature on it, that John Isaac required, before working on the laptop. The Biden’s have basically proven this was Hunter’s laptop, inasmuch as they sent one of their lawyers to attempt to retrieve it, if only too late, since Giuliani had it by that time; and this is something one would only do if ownership was, in fact, assured. Even the FBI has just acknowledged that this wasn’t Russian “disinformation” as alleged by many in the Intelligence community, like John Brennan, communist traveler that he is. More importantly, the Biden’s aren’t denying the story or calling the emails “fake”, because they know the emails are absolutely real.

In the meantime, the Ministry of Truth is doing its utmost best to squash the story and stop it from gaining ground in the public eye and mind. So arrogant have America’s Communist enemies in the media become that they now make their livings advancing the Democratic Party’s lies and propaganda, having driven most Conservative voices from the ranks of their corporate media empires. But they are now facing a great failure, since the real facts and a Righteous Truth is being revealed, that contains a mighty power all unto itself, positioned to make history and overcome this organized evil.
The numerous deceptions, thefts and acts of treason against the United States paint Joe Biden as an anti-American traitor, who will continue to betray America to Her enemies, if he somehow convinces a misguided electorate to hand him the U.S. presidency, and it reveals him to be the most undeserving, unqualified, sorriest, most poor candidate to have ever sought the presidency in U.S. history. Barely able to remember what position he’s running for or where he’s campaigning on any particular day, it’s a given that the red, radical Communist Kamala Harris would actually be in control, as the Biden campaign announced on Sunday, October 18th 2020, that it was “putting a lid” on Ol’ Crooked Joe’s activities for the week, so that he can retreat and hide in his basement and study up for the final “debate” with President Trump, this evening, October 22nd.
The truth remains that Joe Biden is hiding from the press, so he doesn’t have to answer any questions about the recent exposé of his and his son’s numerous criminal activities, while time runs down to the election.
Even though Ol’ Crooked Joe’s ignoble, dishonest nature is known far and wide, the Communists and the Socialists and all the other radicals of this country will vote for him anyway, because they know he will only be a figurehead to be manipulated by the real powers of the Democratic Party. They care not for the evidence exhibiting Ol’ Crooked Joe received a cut of the ill-gotten gains from Hunter’s schemes, that were distributed among the family members. It bothers them not one little bit that Biden and Company betrayed America multiple times, while carrying out tasks that paid his son millions of dollars, nor do they shed a tear for the victims of Biden’s betrayals in the Extortion 17 affair that resulted in the deaths of Seal Team Six.
Any and all of America’s righteous men and women in positions of power where they can actually do something in the face of this egregious episode of our history must act and act soon, in the best interest of all America.
Crooked Joe’s record holds him to be the most Unfit, Unsound, Unstable and Un-Qualified candidate for President, in the entire history of the United States, and in a normal America, authorities would already be steaming ahead with serious official inquiries seeking indictments for such blatant criminal activity and acts of sedition and treason. However, given that these are the most abnormal times any of us have ever witnessed in America in our lifetimes, America and Her patriots are now forced to confront the existential threat of the Democratic Party and its coterie of Deep State traitors, who are scrambling to stay out of prison, in a battle that is becoming an increasingly violent war in our streets, for the highest stakes America has witnessed to be put at risk in many decades. America’s freedom and liberty cannot withstand a Biden presidency unscathed and whole, and as such, anyone who loves America as they love themselves must deny Biden the White House, in the name of Liberty — for God, Family and Country.

Yesterday I became aware of a New York newspaper with the fourth largest circulation in the USA broke a story implicating Hunter and Quid Pro Joe Biden directly to political corruption for monetary gain. I also became aware Twitter and Facebook began a Social Media censorship campaign to block the info from spreading publicly to favor the election of Biden Crime Syndicate head to the Office of President of the United States in the November 3, 2020 election cycle.
I also learned the so-called Mainstream Media (MSM) – TV news networks & print outlets – refused to report on the breaking news initially. THEN the MSM began a campaign to smear the NY Post as disseminating tabloid news. Can you imagine that? A respected news paper with the fourth highest print circulation in the USA is suddenly a tabloid news outlet on the scale of gossip rags such as the National Enquirer or Mother Jones?
Due Dem-Marxist Party propaganda machine in this election meddling censorship, I have a strong suspicious will be censored by Big Tech controlled Social Platforms (for example – Facebook jail might be in my future).
The existence of this story about Biden crimes might actually demonstrate the ironic difference between the old Clinton Crime Syndicate and the Biden Crime Syndicate. People with dirt on the Clintons die under mysterious and suspicious circumstances (mysterious suicides, no perpetrator murders, etc.). Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company — including one that he said would be “interesting for me and my family,” emails obtained by The Post show.
One email sent to Biden on May 13, 2017, with the subject line “Expectations,” included details of “remuneration packages” for six people involved in an unspecified business venture.
Biden was identified as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,” an apparent reference to the former Shanghai-based conglomerate CEFC China Energy Co.
His pay was pegged at “850” and the email also noted that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.”
In addition, the email outlined a “provisional agreement” under which 80 percent of the “equity,” or shares in the new company, would be split equally among four people whose initials correspond to the sender and three recipients, with “H” apparently referring to Biden.
The deal also listed “10 Jim” and “10 held by H for the big guy?”
Neither Jim nor the “big guy” was identified further.
The email’s author, James Gilliar of the international consulting firm J2cR, also noted, “I am happy to raise any detail with Zang if there is [sic] shortfalls?”
“Zang” is an apparent reference to Zang Jian Jun, the former executive director of CEFC China.
The email is contained in a trove of data that the owner of a computer repair shop in Delaware said was recovered from a MacBook Pro laptop that was dropped off in April 2019 and never retrieved.
The computer was seized by the FBI, and a copy of its contents made by the shop owner shared with The Post this week by former Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Another email — sent by Biden as part of an Aug. 2, 2017, chain — involved a deal he struck with the since-vanished chairman of CEFC, Ye Jianming, for half-ownership of a holding company that was expected to provide Biden with more than $10 million a year.
Ye, who had ties to the Chinese military and intelligence service, hasn’t been seen since being taken into custody by Chinese authorities in early 2018, and CEFC went bankrupt earlier this year, according to reports.
Biden wrote that Ye had sweetened the terms of an earlier, three-year consulting contract with CEFC that was to pay him $10 million annually “for introductions alone.”
“The chairman changed that deal after we me[t] in MIAMI TO A MUCH MORE LASTING AND LUCRATIVE ARRANGEMENT to create a holding company 50% percent [sic] owned by ME and 50% owned by him,” Biden wrote.
“Consulting fees is one piece of our income stream but the reason this proposal by the chairman was so much more interesting to me and my family is that we would also be partners inn [sic] the equity and profits of the JV’s [joint venture’s] investments.”
A photo dated Aug. 1, 2017, shows a handwritten flowchart of the ownership of “Hudson West” split 50/50 between two entities ultimately controlled by Hunter Biden and someone identified as “Chairman.”
According to a report on Biden’s overseas business dealings released last month by Sens. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), a company called Hudson West III opened a line of credit in September 2017.
Credit cards issued against the account were used by Hunter, his uncle James Biden and James’ wife, Sara Biden, to purchase more than $100,000 “worth of extravagant items, including airline tickets and multiple items at Apple Inc. stores, pharmacies, hotels and restaurants,” the report said.
The company has since been dissolved, and Hunter Biden’s law firm, Owasco PC, was one of two owners, according to the report.
Biden’s email was sent to Gongwen Dong, whom the Wall Street Journal in October 2018 tied to the purchase by Ye-linked companies of two luxury Manhattan apartments that cost a total on $83 million.
Dong, who owns a sprawling mansion in Great Neck, LI, has been identified in reports as CFO of the Kam Fei Group, an investment firm based in Hong Kong.

The documents obtained by The Post also include an “Attorney Engagement Letter” executed in September 2017 in which one of Ye’s top lieutenants, former Hong Kong government official Chi Ping Patrick Ho, agreed to pay Biden a $1 million retainer for “Counsel to matters related to US law and advice pertaining to the hiring and legal analysis of any US Law Firm or Lawyer.”
In December 2018, a Manhattan federal jury convicted Ho in two schemes to pay $3 million in bribes to high-ranking government officials in Africa for oil rights in Chad and lucrative business deals in Uganda.
Ho served a three-year prison sentence and was deported to Hong Kong in June.
Neither Biden’s lawyer, the Joe Biden campaign, Gilliar, Dong nor Ho’s lawyers returned requests for comment, but Biden’s lawyer has previously said, “There is no need for comment on any so-called information provided by Rudy Giuliani.
“He has been pushing widely discredited conspiracy theories about the Biden family, openly relying on actors tied to Russian intelligence. His record of dishonesty in these matters speaks for itself,” lawyer George Mesires added.

Most of us never imagined it could happen in this country, and yet Wednesday, it did happen.
A major American newspaper published a story, apparently an entirely accurate story, about a presidential candidate. The tech monopolies that control American media feared this story might hurt that candidate, whom they favor. So three weeks before a national election, they shut the whole thing down.
They prevented the public from reading the news. They didn’t apologize for doing this. They didn’t bother to make up reasonable-sounding justifications for it. They just did it, exactly as the Chinese government does. These are monopolies. They have all the power, you have none. They don’t have to care about what you think and they don’t.
This was mass censorship on a scale that America has never experienced in 245 years, and it’s a threat to all of us. Democracies only function when there is a free exchange of information between citizens. We no longer have that.
This is a dark moment. Here are the details:
Wednesday morning, the New York Post published a series of emails that describe Hunter Biden’s lucrative relationship with a Ukrainian energy company called Burisma, and then describe how his father, then the vice president of the United States, intervened to help his son peddle influence.
Now, we’ve known the outlines of this story for quite some time. But these emails add damning detail. No one appears to dispute that they’re real, not even the Joe Biden campaign. There are whispers that it’s all part of a Russian disinformation campaign. If this is a hoax, it is the most complex, sophisticated hoax ever perpetrated. It doesn’t seem possible. There’s too much detail.
These e-mails came from an Apple laptop that was dropped off at a Delaware computer repair shop last year and then abandoned there. After a certain number of days with no payment, the shop’s owner took legal possession of the laptop. When he looked inside, he found tens of thousands of emails, including exchanges with representatives of foreign companies and foreign governments. The laptop apparently belonged to Hunter Biden.
The shop owner was stunned by this, by the appearance of corruption, and he was afraid for his family. So late last year, he gave the laptop to the FBI and kept a copy of the hard drive for himself. He never heard back from the FBI. By May, he was anxious. So he made overtures to Senator Mike Lee’s office and at least one conservative nonprofit, but no one responded. Finally, the man contacted Rudy Giuliani’s office. And Wednesday’s story is the result of that.
The tech monopolies crushed the story the moment it appeared. An executive at Facebook called Andy Stone, a former Democratic staffer, announced that his company would censor the New York Post story. As he put it, Facebook would be “reducing its distribution on our platform.”
Twitter quickly followed suit by locking the New York Post’s entire Twitter account. One of the biggest newspapers in the world was banned from Twitter, which then prevented its users from sharing the story, both privately and publicly. Those who tried to share it got this message: “Your tweet couldn’t be sent because this link has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially harmful.”
In a separate explanation, Twitter wrote this: “We don’t permit the use of our services to directly distribute content obtained through hacking that contains private information, may put people in physical harm or danger, or contains trade secrets.”
That’s the same Twitter that just promoted a New York Times story about the president’s private tax returns, obviously obtained illegally. And who, by the way, was hacked here? No one was hacked. Twitter never addressed that. As for “trade secrets,” there were none. We already knew that Hunter Biden was trading on his father’s office to make $50,000 a month from the Ukrainians. In October, he admitted it.
So we knew the outlines. What we didn’t know until Wednesday was how brazen this was. Hunter Biden didn’t simply sell access to his father, the vice president, or take cash to influence American foreign policy. It’s weirder than that.
As he schemed to extract more money from Burisma, Biden didn’t refer to his father as his father. He referred to Joe Biden, the vice president, as “my guy.” On April 13, 2014, for example, Hunter Biden wrote to his business partner, “The announcement of my guy’s upcoming travels should be characterized as part of our advice and thinking.” Hunter Biden added that he needed to be “protected financially” and wanted a long term role with Burisma: “The contract should begin now – not after the upcoming visit of my guy. That should include a retainer in the range of 25k”.
It’s not clear if Biden got that retainer. But we know he did get a high-paying job at Burisma. Then in May 2014, just weeks after Hunter Biden joined the board of that company, a top executive there let him know explicitly why he was being paid: “We urgently need your advice on how you could use your influence to convey a message/signal, etc., to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions.”
What message does that mean? Well, another e-mail from the same executive obtained by The New York Post and dated April 17, 2015, explains in very clear terms what it means.
“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC [sic] and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure.”
That’s what you’re not allowed to read. And you can see why Facebook and Twitter don’t want to allow you to read it. If Joe Biden met with Burisma executives at the request of his son for the profit of his own family, it becomes very clear that Joe Biden’s previous denials were lies. Just last year, Joe Biden was telling us he had no idea what his son was doing it for Burisma.
You’ll remember that back in 2018, Joe Biden explained that he got the top prosecutor in Ukraine fired. That prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, said he was planning to investigate Burisma when he was stripped of his job. Here’s how Joe Biden explained/bragged about how he canned Viktor Shokin.
BIDEN, speaking in January 2018: I had gotten a commitment from [then-Ukraine President Petro] Poroshenko and from [then-Prime Minister Arseniy] Yatseniuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn’t … They were walking out to the press conference and I said … ‘We’re not going to give you the billion dollars.’ They said, ‘You have no authority. You’re not the president, the president said –‘ I said, ‘Call him.’ I said, ‘I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here’ — I think it was what, six hours? … I said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours and if the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch, he got fired.
Why is the vice president of the United States firing prosecutors in Ukraine? Pause for a moment and ask yourself that. That’s bizarre behavior. It doesn’t help the United States in any way. Why was he doing that at the time?
Biden’s handlers deny there’s anything wrong with this. They just said Shokin was corrupt and somehow the world was benefitting by Shokin getting fired. Biden didn’t explain how he’d benefit from that. But, of course, Joe Biden didn’t do it for his son. He didn’t know anything about Burisma. He didn’t know what Hunter Biden was up to.
Then last October, we showed you a photograph of Joe and Hunter Biden golfing with a man called Devon Archer, a board member of Burisma and Hunter Biden’s business partner. The Biden campaign never explained that photograph. Rather than following up, our media rushed to Joe Biden’s defense in the same way they’re now rushing to bury the New York Post story.
In December, a voter in Iowa tried to ask Joe Biden about Burisma and his fitness for office. Joe Biden lost control of himself. He called the man “fat” and then challenged him to a push-up contest.
You might be wondering what Joe Biden thinks of all this. Unfortunately, his campaign called a lid before noon Wednesday. That meant reporters couldn’t ask him about the New York Post story, not that they wanted to.
We have some questions, and here’s the first one: Did any money from Burisma or any other foreign company or foreign government wind up in Joe Biden’s pockets or in the account of any entity he benefits from?
We’re not accusing Joe Biden of a crime. We’re saying it has long been a mystery how a man who took a government salary for almost 50 years has lived like a rich man since the 1970s. (Ever seen Joe Biden’s houses? Look them up. “Opulent” doesn’t begin to describe the way he lives.) Can you do that? No, you can’t. So how did Joe Biden do that?
No one seems especially interested in finding out. But we are, and we may. There were a lot of emails on that laptop in Delaware, tens of thousands of emails. The New York Post is not the only news organization that has copies of those emails. They are out there. So stay tuned.

NY Post Editor on Hunter Biden Scandal Report: ‘Judge It for Yourself’

The New York Post’s opinion editor said the publication has been “very transparent” with how it handled a hard drive that allegedly belonged to Joe Biden’s son Hunter and contained purported emails that point to deals with Ukrainian and Chinese officials. He calls on readers to “judge it for yourself without letting the narrative be shaped for you before you’ve had a chance to read it.”
“We were very transparent about what we knew and what we didn’t know. And we reported it out very meticulously. And then, [in the] morning we published it,” said Sohrab Ahmari, the editor, in an interview with Epoch Times on Friday.
In recent days, the New York Post dropped a series of exposés on the dealings of Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden.
Soon after the first story dropped, Twitter blocked users from linking to the story in both public posts and direct messages. And Facebook’s communication manager Andy Stone publicly announced that Facebook would be “reducing its distribution.”
Since then, Jack Dorsey has tweeted their “communication” was “not great” and that “straight blocking of URLs was wrong.”

After the story was published earlier this week, it quickly went viral on various social media websites. However, it was later found that Twitter blocked sharing the article and added warning labels, while a Facebook executive, Andy Stone, said the platform would limit the spread of the article and allow its third-party fact-checkers to evaluate the contents. Some users who shared the link were locked out of their Twitter accounts, including New York Post itself and White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany.
As of Friday, it “seems like Twitter unlocked at least the initial Ukraine story. So now you can share it and your viewers can find it anywhere,” he added. “You can find it on our website NYPost.com, they can see for themselves, both the kind of depth and quality of the reporting.”
The move drew several comments from Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey himself, who first said on Wednesday night that communication around the blocking of the article was poor.

Later, Dorsey admitted that “straight blocking of URLs was wrong, and we updated our policy and enforcement to fix.” He added: “Our goal is to attempt to add context, and now we have capabilities to do that.”
Twitter initially claimed the NY Post article violated its policies on “personal and private information” and violations of its Hacked Materials Policy. “Commentary on or discussion about hacked materials, such as articles that cover them but do not include or link to the materials themselves, aren’t a violation of this policy. Our policy only covers links to or images of hacked material themselves,” Twitter stated.
But for Ahmari, the damage appears to have been done.
The move from Twitter and Facebook, which announced it had limited the reach of the NY Post’s initial story, “just goes to show how much unaccountable power these tech monopolies wield, where our freedom speech today lives or dies on these platforms,” he remarked. “And, you know … if freedom speech is real, and it matters, it has to be real on these platforms, and yet, it’s hostage to the whims of Silicon Valley billionaires, it seems.”
Joe Biden’s presidential campaign refuted the NY Post’s report, saying Joe Biden met with an executive at Ukrainian gas firm Burisma Holdings.
“Investigations by the press, during impeachment, and even by two Republican-led Senate committees whose work was decried as ‘not legitimate’ and political by a GOP colleague have all reached the same conclusion: that Joe Biden carried out official U.S. policy toward Ukraine and engaged in no wrongdoing. Trump Administration officials have attested to these facts under oath,” the Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said in a statement to news outlets on Wednesday.

Hunter and Joe Biden Scandal Takes a Dark Turn — FBI’s Top Lawyer on Child Porn Involved in Case
The emails and text messages of Hunter Biden are depressing. Despite many millions of dollars in income, the younger Biden seems to be always in financial distress.
These emails and texts came to light in a series of New York Post stories on the contents of a laptop, presumably belonging to Hunter Biden. Someone dropped off the laptop at a computer repair shop to have its hard drive content recovered. That customer never paid and never returned for the device or its contents.
The store owner was disturbed by the laptop’s content. Fearing for his safety, he released the hard drive to the FBI in December 2019. When the FBI failed to follow up on the disturbing contents, the shop owner turned over a copy of the contents to former federal prosecutor Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani, in turn, released the material to the New York Post.
In one text, Hunter Biden tells his daughter Naomi she can’t keep living like a billionaire’s daughter because her dad is broke.
In another, he promises never to demand half her salary the way her grandfather does.
The question arises, why would Hunter Biden agree to turn over cash to his father?
And another question: Why has the FBI done nothing?
We don’t know, of course, if anything Hunter Biden wrote to his daughter is true. Hunter could be lying. And we don’t yet have definitive prove anything on the laptop is authentic. But, based on the evidence, there’s every reason to believe it’s all true.
So, again, we ask, why would Hunter Biden consent to passing half his income to his father?
It’s not like Joe Biden is destitute. Once known as “the Senator from MBNA,” Joe Biden has millions in his political career. He was Vice President of the United States for eight of the last twelve years. Before that, he’d been a US Senator since 1973.
Maybe Hunter is just a remarkable kid who would never say “no” to his father. But there’s another, darker possibility. Maybe Hunter felt he had no choice.
The FBI’s Child Porn Attack Dog
One image included in the New York Post photos was the FBI’s subpoena for the laptop.
Bleeding through the top page was the FBI Special Agent’s signature: Joshua Wilson. As Western Journal describes it, Joshua Wilson works a specific kind of crime: child porn.

In 2012, Wilson was described by The Star-Ledger, a New Jersey-based newspaper, as “an FBI agent based in New Jersey who has spent nearly five years working full time on child pornography.
More recent news articles suggest Wilson has also worked child abduction cases.
A child pornography criminal complaint from 2012 includes Wilson’s signature — seemingly an exact match to what was found on the December subpoena.
Both Western Journal and the left-leaning Business Insider confirm that the Special Agent’s signature belongs to the same Joshua Wilson.
It’s unclear whether the FBI employs more than one agent named Joshua Wilson. But the available evidence seems to show **the Joshua Wilson who signed the subpoena for Hunter Biden’s laptop, and the Joshua Wilson who investigates child pornography for the FBI, are the same person**. This raises the possibility, not explored by the Post, that the FBI issued the subpoena for reasons unrelated to Hunter Biden’s role in Ukraine and Burisma.
The shop owner has told several news outlets that he did not *see* any child pornography on the hard drive. But those news outlets also confirm that the shop owner has severe vision problems. Some commenters have described him as “legally blind.”
Suppose the FBI’s child pornography and exploitation division is investigating the laptop. In that case, we begin to see possible answers to the two burning questions: Why did Hunter Biden agree to share his income with his wealthy father, and why has the FBI failed to act on the laptop’s contents.
Was Joe Biden Blackmailing His Own Son?
We know that Hunter Biden exploited his father’s position as Vice President to win ridiculously lucrative jobs with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, several Chinese companies and officials, and a $3.5 million gift from the wife of Moscow’s mayor.
We have learned from the New York Post story that Hunter seems to have arranged a meeting between a Burisma executive and Joe Biden in 2015.
We know that Joe Biden got a Ukrainian prosecutor fired in exchange for a $1 billion gift to the Ukrainian government.
We just learned that Joe Biden demanded at least half of his son’s vast income and that Hunter Biden complied with his father’s demands.
And now we know the FBI sent its child porn expert to seize Hunter Biden’s laptop.
We also know that Hunter Biden has lived a troubled life. The Navy kicked him out for drug abuse. He fathered a child he denies and refuses to support. Photos, both in the press and on the hard drive, reveal a playboy’s lifestyle of travel, drinking, drugs, and women. And constant financial problems despite millions of dollars in income.
Considering the numerous photos of Hunter and Joe together, it is reasonable to assume Joe knows about Hunter’s lifestyle. In other words, Joe Biden knows what’s in Hunter’s closet. And the potential consequences to Hunter’s reputation and freedom.
All of this information leads to one final question. A question that answers the two burning questions: **Did Joe Biden blackmail his son?**
Did Joe Biden exploit Hunter’s recklessness by pimping him out as a bagman to foreign capitals?
Did Joe Biden use his influence and power to hamstring FBI investigations of Hunter?
Therefore, did Hunter Biden feel he had no choice but to turn over half the loot to his “Pops?”

Report: Hunter Biden Business Partner Confirms Authenticity Of Email About Deal With Chinese Company
One of the recipients on an email chain with Hunter Biden that was published earlier this week has authenticated the document, Fox News reported.
The email in question, which is dated March 13, 2017, purportedly shows a business partner of Biden’s discussing “remuneration packages” for participants in a deal involving CEFC China Energy, a Chinese energy company that was owned at the time by Ye Jianming.
The New York Post published portions of the email on Thursday as part of a series of stories based on documents purportedly from Biden’s laptop.
Some Democrats have questioned the authenticity of emails published by the Post. But according to Fox News, a person copied on the March 13, 2017, email confirmed that the published document is authentic.
Hunter Biden is identified as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC” in the email. It also says that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.”
The author of the email also included a proposed breakdown of payments, including “20” for “H” and the notation: “10 held by H for the big guy?”
According to Fox News, sources said that “the big guy” is a reference to Joe Biden.
The Biden campaign and Hunter Biden have not disputed the authenticity of the emails released so far. Instead, they have dismissed the publication of the documents as a smear campaign orchestrated by Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
Some Democrats have alleged that the Russian government may have a hand in obtaining or releasing the emails, but the Biden campaign and Hunter Biden have not disputed the story about how he obtained the laptop.
Giuliani claims he obtained the Biden documents from John Paul Mac Isaac, who owns the Mac Shop in Wilmington. Giuliani provided copies of the emails to the Post on Sunday.
Isaac told the newspaper that a man he believes to be Hunter Biden dropped off his computer for repair in April 2019 but never came back to retrieve it. He has said that he notified the FBI through an intermediary about the computer late last year, and that the U.S. attorney’s office in Delaware subpoenaed the device in December.
Isaac said he made copies of the computer hard drive before handing the computer over to authorities. He has also said he contacted various senators about the computer but did not receive a response. He contacted a lawyer for Giuliani last month, he claims.
Giuliani has been investigating the Bidens’ various business dealings since at least 2018. He met several times beginning last year with Arkady Derkach, a Ukrainian member of parliament who the U.S. sanctioned last month because of his links to Russia.
A Senate report released last month detailed Biden’s business arrangement with Ye, the former chairman of CEFC.
The report said that companies affiliated with CEFC wired $5 million to a company co-owned by Biden and a Ye associate named Gongweng Deng.
The report said that Ye worked in the 2000s for a front group affiliated with the People’s Liberation Army.
As you have probably been aware by now, President Trump and First Lady Melania have been tested positive for COVID-19. Unsurprisingly from America’s treasonous Left, well-wishing has been near non-existent and death-wishes have been ghoulishly ever present.
I FULLY EXPECT President Trump to breeze through COVID symptoms proving the Dem-Marxist Party lockdowns are mere extra-constitutional maneuvers to control lives. COVID should be treated like the flu and common cold outbreaks. You get sick, go home until better. Then go back to work or school or whatever one’s common activity is.

FORCING Trump to interrupt both Biden and Wallace. Incidentally, Biden and Wallace frequently interrupted Trump but the MSM Propaganda Machine (including many Fox News pundits) remarkably only vilified Trump. SUCH HYPOCRISY!
So below are some articles/posts that directly refute the Biden lies during the 9/29 debate. This is a lengthy expose but you should really take a gander. The biggest reason to look is because the more facts showing Biden family corruption leads me to the suspicion Deceiving Dem-Marxists will use President Trump’s minor symptom COVID as a deceptive (the proverbial anonymous source) excuse to call off future debates for slow-wit Joe.

President Donald Trump is being praised for his debate night performance, in particular his comments on the pandemic and the crashed economy, while moderator Chris Wallace is getting called out for his glaring bias.
“I could not be more happy with our president and the way that he handled himself,” Cathie Adams, of Eagle Forum, tells OneNewsNow. “He was not going to sit there and take it.”
Adams says many Americans could sympathize over Trump’s frustration with the China-created pandemic, and the mandatory shutdowns that have thrown millions out of work, as well as mandatory mask orders.
Trump was accused by Biden of standing by while 200,000 Americans have died from the pandemic, but the President pushed back by pointing that Biden criticized him for shutting off U.S.-bound flights from China and called it “xenophobic” to do so.
Gary Bauer, president of American Values, says Trump won “hands down” over “substantive” issues and, like Adams, he points to the debate over the pandemic and shutdowns as an important topic.
“I thought one of the most telling moments was when the President said to the former vice president, You want to shut the country down again,” Bauer says. “And shutting the country down, the President said, means all kinds of downsides for not only the economy but for our families, for people’s mental health, for all these other things that come into play.”
Biden was unable to wiggle away from that accusation and Bauer points out the former vice president admitted he wanted to drop the Trump tax cuts, too.
“How in the world do you shut the economy down and raise taxes,” Bauer asks, “and somehow think that by doing those two things you’re going to get economic growth in the United States?”
Regarding moderator Chris Wallace, debate watchers lit up social media as Wallace seemed to save Biden more than once and also cut off Trump in the middle of the President’s responses to Biden’s accusations.
Trump supporters predictably reacted with frustration but other more neutral observers, as the debate wore on, commented on the obvious pattern of bias.
Tim Graham of the Media Research Center says describing the debate itself as a chaotic mess, with too much cross-talking, is a fair description.
“But I think they need to address the idea,” he says, “that the moderator was attacking one candidate and not the other.”
The best example of Wallace’s worst behavior, Graham says, was the moderator’s dramatic demand that Trump “denounce” white supremacist groups.
“The mere question implies he likes white supremacists. It’s an insulting question,” Graham complains. “Chris Wallace did not ask Joe Biden to condemn Antifa. He didn’t ask him to condemn rioters and looters.”
Biden, in fact, suggested that Antifa does not exist and was challenged by Trump — but not by Wallace.

Fact Check: Joe Biden Says Report of Russian Billionaire Paying Hunter’s Firm $3.5M ‘Totally Discredited’
CLAIM: Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed that his son Hunter Biden did not receive $3.5 million from the former Moscow mayor’s wife Yelena Baturina.
VERDICT: FALSE. Biden’s private equity firm received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Yelena Baturina, according to a Senate report.
During the first presidential debate, Biden denied that his son Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Baturina, the widow of former Moscow mayor Yury Luzkkov.
Biden said that allegation was “totally discredited.”
However, according to a report released last week by the Senate Homeland Security Committee, bank records showed that Baturina wired $3.5 million to a bank account controlled by Rosemont Seneca Thornton as part of a “consultancy agreement” in early 2014.
Rosemont Seneca Thornton, LLC, is a firm that Biden incorporated with his longtime business associate Devon Archer in May 2013.
Biden’s lawyer has argued that Biden was not a co-founder of Rosemont Seneca Thornton, had no interest in it, and did not have a financial relationship with Baturina, according to the New York Times.
However, the lawyer did not respond to a question from the Times about whether Biden was paid by Rosemont Seneca Thornton or did consulting work for Baturina.

Carney: Biden Spent the First Debate Flooding America with a Torrent of Lies
Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden took the stage last night with a simple political task: prove to the American people that he is more than “Basement Joe” — He needed to show that he has the temperament, mental acuity, physical stamina, and strength of character to be president.
Instead, Biden let loose an unprecedented torrent of lies and insults, yelling “shut up” when asked to articulate his views on the Supreme Court.
Biden lies unnecessarily, habitually, and without hesitation. When caught lying, he responds with nasty personal attacks.
Even more galling, Biden lies about things that he shouldn’t because they are easily checkable. There are publicly available facts that refute his data.
Take his claim about President Donald Trump’s taxes. He repeated the widespread lie that Trump paid only $750 in taxes in each of the first two years of his presidency. In fact, Trump paid millions but later claimed he had overpaid and only owed $750 — and that’s according to the New York Times.
Even more bizarrely, Biden went on to claim that Trump was able to avoid taxes because of changes Trump made to the tax code.
“Look, the tax code that put him in a position that he pays less tax than on the money a school teacher makes is because of him,” Biden said.
But Trump’s changes did not take effect until 2018 and would not have been filed until 2019. The New York Times story on Trump’s taxes covered only the years 2000-2017.
In other words, the Trump tax returns in question pre-date any Trump administration reforms of the tax code. Whatever provisions Trump employs to reduce his tax burden were in place while Biden was a U.S. senator and vice president.
Trump tried to call Biden out on this, asking why he hadn’t done anything about the tax code for all those years. Biden responds by going ballistic.
Trump: Why didn’t you do it over the last 25 years? Biden: Because you weren’t president and screwing things up. Trump: You were a Senator and [crosstalk] Biden: You’re the worst president America has ever had. Come on.
Biden unleashed falsehoods from his mouth like an undead hydra spewing forth a toxic vomit cloud. His voice is a wheezy breath weapon that turns every subject it touches into lies.
“They’ve done nothing to help small businesses,” Biden puked.
Narrator voice: They spent hundreds of billions of dollars to support small businesses through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and capitalized unprecedented programs with the Federal Reserve to extend loans to small businesses.
Biden complained that there were 91 companies on the Fortune 500 who did not pay any taxes last year. That may be true but a report by the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, a left-leaning research group in Washington, found that nearly 40 percent of the Fortune 500 companies it examined paid no taxes in at least one year between 2008 and 2015.
So this is another situation that pre-existed Trump — a fact which Trump pointed out. Biden just lied and insisted it was Trump’s fault.
“Because you in fact passed that, that was your tax proposal,” he said.
Biden lied again when he said that the 2017 tax act did not lower taxes for the American people. That’s just not true. Most Americans who pay taxes got a tax cut.

Ever since President Trump signed the Republican-sponsored tax bill in December 2017, independent analyses have consistently found that a large majority of Americans would owe less because of the law. Preliminary data based on tax filings has shown the same.
Biden’s vomit-web of lies spans the world, stretching all the way to China.
“We have a higher deficit with China now than we did before,” he said. In fact, our trade deficit with China is on the path to be the lowest since 2009.
Biden lied about the economic record of the Obama administration, claiming that Trump inherited a booming economy. In fact, economic growth was sclerotic in the final year of former President Barack Obama’s reign.
Biden also made the truly outrageous claim that Trump caused the recession. There’s simply no way a recession was avoidable once the coronavirus got loose in the world. That’s why every single major industrialized nation fell into recession.
Who knows? Perhaps Biden will claim that Trump pushed Germany, France, and Japan into a recession. It’s all Trump’s fault even if it happened before he took office or in far off countries out of his control.
Biden is effectively asking Americans to endorse his deception, to allow him to claim control of a principality of lies.
In Biden’s America, any argument against the lies will be met with the cry of the cancel culture: “Shut up man.”
Joe Biden spewed dozens of factual inaccuracies and lies during the debate last night, all of which the mainstream media will be happy to overlook.

Biden Apparently Thinks Economy Boomed Under Obama
Biden: “We left him [Trump] a booming economy. And he caused the recession”
Growth was below 2% in 2016, which can hardly be considered handing someone a “booming” economy. It’s also absurd to claim that Trump caused the recession, when every single other country is also suffering economic devastation from the coronavirus. Relative to other countries the U.S. has done a much better job at containing the economic damage. Meanwhile when it was Obama battling a recession, the recovery was the slowest since WWII.
Biden also said “Trump will be the first in American history to lose jobs during his presidency” if he loses the election. As already stated, it’s ridiculous to attribute pandemic related job losses to Trump (especially when it’s blue states that have both the most coronavirus deaths per capita and the highest unemployment rates), but Herbert Hoover already holds the position of having left office with fewer jobs than when he took office.
Schrodinger’s Green New Deal
Biden: “No, I don’t support the Green New Deal. I support the Biden plan I put forward, which is different than what [Trump] calls the Green New Deal.”
Biden: “His own former spokesperson said, you know, riots, chaos and violence help us and violence help his cause. That’s what this is all about.”
After Trump questioned whom Biden was quoting, he responded, “Kellyanne Conway.”
What Conway actually said came from an August Fox and Friends appearance, where she said: “The more chaos and anarchy and vandalism and violence reigns, the better it is for the very clear choice on who’s best on public safety and law and order.

Biden Invents Amy Coney Barrett’s Position on Constitutionality of ObamaCare
Biden: “She [Amy Coney Barrett] thinks that the Affordable Care Act is not constitutional.”
There is no record of ACB ever saying she thinks ObamaCare is unconstitutional. It’s obviously entirely possible that she does, but it’s not confirmed as Biden claims.
Biden vs. Basic Details
Biden: “There was a peaceful protest in front of the White House (in Lafayette Square outside the White House). What did he do? He came out of his bunker, had the military do tear gas.”
The military was not used to clear the crowd Biden is speaking of, a chemical irritant other than tear gas was used. The incident where Trump was in a bunker was days earlier when hundreds of protesters [Blog Editor: violent rioters] gathered outside the executive mansion.
The Charlottesville Lie Just Don’t Die
Biden: “Close your eyes, try to remember the people coming out of the field with the torches, their veins bulging, spewing anti-Semitic bile, accompanied by the Ku Klux Klan. A young woman got killed. And they asked the president what he thought, and he said there were ‘very fine people on both sides.’ No president has ever said anything like that.”
The “very fine people” remark was one Trump clarified within seconds of making it: “So you know what, it’s fine. You’re changing history. You’re changing culture. And you had people — and I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists — because they should be condemned totally. But you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists. Okay? And the press has treated them absolutely unfairly.”

BIDEN: “You don’t have to solicit the ballot, it’s sent you—it’s sent to your home. What we are saying is, they are saying it has to be postmarked by Election Day. If it doesn’t get in until the seventh, eighth, ninth, it still should be counted. He’s just afraid of counting the votes because of the outcome.”
FACT: Biden is wrong that states with mass vote by mail require postmarks; Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court explicitly said ballots, even those without postmarks, will be assumed to be valid.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court recently ruled that ballots received up to three days after Election Day, even if they’re not postmarked, must be counted.
In Wisconsin, ballots that were not postmarked in time for an April 7 ballot-measure election were counted in some counties.
BIDEN: “[Judge Amy Coney Barrett] thinks that the Affordable Care Act is not constitutional.”
FACT: Judge Amy Coney Barrett has not expressed a view about the Constitutionality of Obamacare or about the current case pending before the Supreme Court.

FACT: The trade deficit with China is falling and “fell sharply” in 2019.

FACT: Fact checkers have said this claim is “overstated,” and violent crime rose by more than 4 percent during the last two years Biden was Vice President.

Biden Corruption Runs Through Ukraine, Russia, and China

You know something’s up when the media bury a story that would have been a no-brainer for Page One if the subject was a Republican.
A new Senate report exposes shocking corruption involving Hunter Biden, who made millions in Ukraine at the natural gas company, Burisma Holdings, when his father, Vice President Joe Biden, was President Obama’s Ukraine point man.
We’ve long known some of this, but the sheer scope of the influence peddling and sums involved are stunning. The 87-page document also exposes Hunter’s Russian connections, including a $3.5 million payment from the wife of a former Moscow mayor embroiled in scandal.
A section on China details a web of lucrative ties between Hunter Biden’s firms and companies controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. It also documents many trips he took to China with Secret Service protection and to dozens of other countries.
The deals involve millions of dollars and at least one contract involving China’s acquisition of an American firm that makes sensitive military technology.
Oh, almost forgot. There’s this, which apparently is not particularly newsworthy:
“Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an ‘Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.’”
Nothing to see here, folks.
In a Democrat rebuttal, Sens. Gary Peters of Michigan and Ron Wyden of Oregon ignore the wealth of documentation and charge that the report is “based on conspiracy theories with roots in Russian disinformation.” Even before its release, the Democrats in July attacked the report as solely partisan.
Republican Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, and Charles Grassley of Iowa, chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, say that if the Democrats are going to point a finger, it should be at a mirror.
“The Democrats’ July 14 letter relied on foreign disinformation to create a false and harmful innuendo about the Chairmen’s oversight work. … Many of the allegations Democrats have made against Republicans … reflect the very patterns of behavior that Democrats themselves have engaged in.”
You know, like the fake Russian “collusion” charge while the Dems themselves paid for the phony Steele dossier full of Russian disinformation that led to the FBI spying on the Trump campaign.
In January and February 2017, the FBI was told that much of the dossier came from Russian sources, and yet the “collusion” narrative lost steam only after the Mueller Report’s release in April 2019.
Democrats then ginned up hysteria over the phone call Mr. Trump made to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. They impeached Mr. Trump while ignoring the massive Biden/Ukraine corruption.
It’s clear this report terrifies them. The Washington Post, for instance, wrote very little, buried it inside and focused on Democrat talking points, not the findings.
The document unveils a 10-year record of corruption with possibly actionable criminality and a coverup at the highest levels. It’s stunning. Here are just a few findings:
Hunter Biden and his business partner Devon Archer joined the board of Burisma Holdings in 2014. Hunter was paid $50,000 a month, though he had no expertise in the field. He and Archer, who had met with Vice President Biden at the White House just before Mr. Biden went to Ukraine on a diplomatic mission, eventually made millions.
Hunter was on Burisma’s board when firm owner Mykola Zlochevsky allegedly paid a $7 million bribe to “shut” a corruption case against him. In 2016, Ukraine prosecutor Victor Shokin had another active investigation into Burisma and Mr. Zlochevsky.
“According to news reports, then-Vice President Biden ‘threatened to withhold $1 billion in United States loan guarantees if Ukraine’s leaders did not dismiss [Shokin].’ After that threat, Ukraine’s Parliament fired Shokin.”
Indeed, in a video that every American deserves to see, Mr. Biden boasts at a Council on Foreign Relations gathering in 2018 that as vice president, he shook down Ukraine’s leaders:
“I said, you’re not getting the billion…I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a b-tch. (Laughter.) He got fired.”
In China, “Hunter Biden had business associations with Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong and other Chinese nationals linked to the Communist government and the People’s Liberation Army. Those associations resulted in millions of dollars in cash flow.”
Hunter opened a bank account with Gongwen Dong to “fund a $100,000 spending spree” with his uncle and aunt, James and Sara Biden, who also received $1.4 million from Hunter’s firm.
Henniges, an American maker of anti-vibration technologies with military applications, was turned over in 2015 to two Chinese companies with ties to the Communist government. One of the companies was a billion-dollar investment fund, Bohai Harvest (BHR), which was formed in 2013 by a merger of Bohai Capital and Rosemont Seneca Partners.
The latter firm was founded in 2009 by investors including Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz, stepson of then-Secretary of State John Kerry.
The conflicts of interest are so glaring they don’t require unpacking.
Any fair-minded person who reads the report might be asking, “And Trump got impeached for a phone call? Seriously?”

Adam Schiff (D-CA) has responded to the Biden probe, saying that after Trump was impeached “for directing a scheme to extort a foreign partner to announce an investigation into Vice President Joe Biden’s son,” that “Trump’s most willing allies in Congress quickly took up that mantle, and carried out his demand…”
Schiff accused the two Senate Committee Chairs of “promoting the same Russian disinformation,” adding “the Kremlin must be very pleased.”
The California lawmaker notably didn’t address any of the core claims in the report.
A long-awaited Senate reporton Hunter Biden’s financial dealings with Ukrainian, Chinese and Russian businesses created potential “criminal financial, counterintelligence and extortion concerns,” and alarmed US officials who perceived an ethical conflict of interest and flagged potential crimes ranging from sex trafficking to bribery.
The findings are contained in a joint report by the GOP-led Senate Homeland and Government Affairs and Senate Finance Committees, released just six days before the first Presidential Debate between Joe Biden and President Trump.

According to the Daily Caller’s Chuck Ross, suspicious financial transactions between Hunter Biden’s firms and foreign nationals from Russia and China – including a CCP-linked Chinese businessman, raised serious concerns. What’s more, Hunter’s seat on the board of Ukrainian energy giant Burisma while his father served as the Obama administration point-man for Ukraine, worried State Department officials in 2015 and 2016.
One official, Amos Hochstein, told the Senate Homeland Security and Senate Finance committees that he said to then-Vice President Joe Biden in October 2015 that Hunter Biden’s position on the board of Burisma “enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine.”
Hunter Biden, now 50, joined Burisma’s board of directors in April 2014, shortly after his father, Joe Biden, took over as the Obama administration’s chief liaison to Ukraine. –Daily Caller
As Ross notes, while the report does not produce direct evidence of wrongdoing by Hunter Biden, Republicans say the evidence paints a troubling picture of Biden receiving “millions of dollars from foreign sources as a result of business relationships that he built during the period when his father was vice president of the United States and after.”
Hunter Biden also received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow, according to the report.
And as Just The News‘ John Solomon writes, “Perhaps the most explosive revelation was that the U.S. Treasury Department flagged payments collected overseas by Hunter Biden and business partner Devon Archer for possible illicit activities.”
The so-called Suspicious Activity Reports flagged millions of dollars in transactions from the Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings, a Russian oligarch named Yelena Baturina, and Chinese businessmen with ties to Beijing’s communist government, the report said. Senate investigators have yet to determine if the FBI or others investigated the concerns. –Just The News
“The Treasury records acquired by the Chairmen show potential criminal activity relating to transactions among and between Hunter Biden, his family, and his associates with Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh and Chinese nationals,” reads the 87-page report. Other transactions involving Biden-controlled firms were flagged for “potential criminal financial activity,” including wire transfers to Hunter’s Uncle, James Biden.
The report focuses on millions of dollars in wire payments that Hunter Biden’s firms received from Ye Jianming, the founder of CEFC China Energy Co., and Gongwen Dong, a U.S.-based associate of Ye’s.
According to Republicans, Ye has “extensive” connections to the Chinese government.
The Senate report says that on Aug. 4, 2017, a subsidiary of Ye’s company called CEFC Infrastructure Investment (US) LLC, wired $100,000 to Owasco, the Biden law firm.
A month later, on Sept. 8, 2017, Hunter Biden and Gongwen Dong applied for a $100,000 line of credit under a shell company they formed called Hudson West III LLC, according to the Senate report.
Biden, his uncle James, and James’s wife, Sara Biden, accessed the account through credit cards, and spent $101,291 on what Republicans call “extravagant items,” including plane tickets, hotels, restaurants and items at Apple stores. –Daily Caller
Meanwhile, according to US government records cited in the report, concerns were raised over potential ties to sex and human trafficking rings.
“Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring,” the report reads.
Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson told Just The News that the sheer volume of potentially illegal activity in Hunter Biden’s foreign dealings left Joe Biden vulnerable to illicit influence or extortion.
“The report raises serious questions that former Vice President Biden needs to answer. There are simply too many potential conflict of interest, counterintelligence and extortion threats to ignore,” he said.
The Biden campaign has called the Senate report an effort to “subsidize a foreign attack against the sovereignty of our elections with taxpayer dollars” and to push a “long-disproven, hardcore rightwing conspiracy theory.”

In early 2015 the former Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, George Kent, raised concerns to officials in Vice President Joe Biden’s office about the perception of a conflict of interest with respect to Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board. Kent’s concerns went unaddressed, and in September 2016, he emphasized in an email to his colleagues, “Furthermore, the presence of Hunter Biden on the Burisma board was very awkward for all U.S. officials pushing an anticorruption agenda in Ukraine.”
In October 2015, senior State Department official Amos Hochstein raised concerns with Vice President Biden, as well as with Hunter Biden, that Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma’s board enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine.
Although Kent believed that Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board was awkward for all U.S. officials pushing an anti-corruption agenda in Ukraine, the Committees are only aware of two individuals — Kent and former U.S. Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs Amos Hochstein — who raised concerns to Vice President Joe Biden (Hochstein) or his staff (Kent).
The awkwardness for Obama administration officials continued well past his presidency. Former Secretary of State John Kerry had knowledge of Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board, but when asked about it at a town hall event in Nashua, N.H. on Dec. 8, 2019, Kerry falsely said, “I had no knowledge about any of that. None. No.” Evidence to the contrary is detailed in Section V.
Former Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland testified that confronting oligarchs would send an anticorruption message in Ukraine. Kent told the Committees that Zlochevsky was an “odious oligarch.” However, in December 2015, instead of following U.S. objectives of confronting oligarchs, Vice President Biden’s staff advised him to avoid commenting on Zlochevsky and recommended he say, “I’m not going to get into naming names or accusing individuals.”
Hunter Biden was serving on Burisma’s board (supposedly consulting on corporate governance and transparency) when Zlochevsky allegedly paid a $7 million bribe to officials serving under Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Vitaly Yarema, to “shut the case against Zlochevsky.” Kent testified that this bribe occurred in December 2014 (seven months after Hunter joined Burisma’s board), and, after learning about it, he and the Resident Legal Advisor reported this allegation to the FBI.
Hunter Biden was a U.S. Secret Service protectee from Jan. 29, 2009 to July 8, 2014. A day before his last trip as a protectee, Time published an article describing Burisma’s ramped up lobbying efforts to U.S. officials and Hunter’s involvement in Burisma’s board. Before ending his protective detail, Hunter Biden received Secret Service protection on trips to multiple foreign locations, including Moscow, Beijing, Doha, Paris, Seoul, Manila, Tokyo, Mexico City, Milan, Florence, Shanghai, Geneva, London, Dublin, Munich, Berlin, Bogota, Abu Dhabi, Nairobi, Hong Kong, Taipei, Buenos Aires, Copenhagen, Johannesburg, Brussels, Madrid, Mumbai and Lake Como.
Andrii Telizhenko, the Democrats’ personification of Russian disinformation, met with Obama administration officials, including Elisabeth Zentos, a member of Obama’s National Security Council, at least 10 times. A Democrat lobbying firm, Blue Star Strategies, contracted with Telizhenko from 2016 to 2017 and continued to request his assistance as recent as the summer of 2019. A recent news article detailed other extensive contacts between Telizhenko and Obama administration officials.
In addition to the over $4 million paid by Burisma for Hunter Biden’s and Archer’s board memberships, Hunter Biden, his family, and Archer received millions of dollars from foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds.
Archer received $142,300 from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan, purportedly for a car, the same day Vice President Joe Biden appeared with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arsemy Yasenyuk and addressed Ukrainian legislators in Kyiv regarding Russia’s actions in Crimea.
Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow.

One of the longest serving members of Congress in a scathing speech on Wednesday accused Democrats of resorting to dirty tricks in order to derail investigations into Joe and Hunter Biden’s dealings with Ukraine. “This is the behavior of cowards. And it has to stop,” Sen. Chuck Grassley declared.
Democrats have accused two leading senators of engaging in disinformation, while in truth the accusers are engaging in disinformation, said Grassley, R-Iowa, in his speech to lawmakers.
Citing investigations being led by himself and Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Grassley highlighted important revelations, among them that parts of the infamous anti-Trump document, the Steele Dossier, were based on Russian disinformation.
The current investigations by Grassley and Johnson center on Hunter Biden’s position on the board of the Burisma company in Ukraine when his father, Joe Biden, was vice president.
Both Grassley and Johnson have come under fire from Congressional Democrats who have sought to discredit the investigation – thus prompting Grassley’s floor speech.
“In the last few weeks, Democrats have falsely accused me and Senator Johnson of receiving packets of information, including tapes, from a Ukrainian,” Grassley said. “That’s false reporting based on leaks from a letter written by Senator Schumer, Senator Warner, Speaker Pelosi, and Representative Schiff, which is itself based on cherry picked innuendo from classified documents.”
In his forceful remarks, Grassley accused Democrats of acting in bad faith.
“This nonsense of orchestrated leaks to plant stories falsely accusing me of dealing in disinformation based on actual disinformation that I wasn’t even privy to serves only the interest of our shared adversaries,” he said. “This is the behavior of cowards. And it has to stop.”
Elsewhere, he countered the Democrats’ claims.
“Let me be clear, my investigation with Senator Johnson is based on how the Obama administration formulated its Ukraine policy, which then Vice President Biden oversaw while his son was on the board of a corrupt Ukrainian natural gas company that was under investigation,” Grassley said.
Summarizing the Russia collusion investigation that produced no evidence of collusion between Moscow and Donald Trump, Grassley took a swipe at the Democrats for not examining the roots of those charges.
“Maybe the Democrats don’t want to look under the hood of the fake Russia investigation because they’d be front and center,” Grassley said.
The pointed floor statement follows an Aug. 4 letter from Grassley and Johnson to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), Senate Intelligence Vice Chair Mark Warner (D-Va.), and House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).
“The fact that the press knew more about the content of the allegedly classified material than we did indicates that you are more interested in grabbing headlines and scoring political points than actually addressing and confronting the issue of foreign interference in our elections,” Grassley and Johnson wrote in their letter.
“We have neither sought out, relied upon, nor publicly released anything that could even remotely be considered disinformation,” the two wrote.
Grassley, 86, was first elected in 1980, and is serving his seventh term in the United States Senate.

As the U.S. presidential race began roaring to life in 2016, authorities in the former Soviet republic of Latvia flagged a series of “ suspicious” financial transactions to Hunter Biden and other colleagues at a Ukrainian natural gas company and sought Kiev’s help investigating, according to documents and interviews.
The Feb. 18, 2016 alert to Ukraine came from the Latvian prosecutorial agency responsible for investigating money laundering, and it specifically questioned whether Vice President Joe Biden’s younger son and three other officials at Burisma Holdings were the potential beneficiaries of suspect funds.
“The Office for Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds Derived from Criminal Activity … is currently investigating suspicious activity of Burisma Holdings Limited,” the Latvian agency also known as the FIU wrote Ukraine’s financial authorities.
The memo was released to me by the Ukrainian General Prosecutor’s Office and confirmed by the Latvian embassy to the United States.
Latvian authorities said they did not get any incriminating information back from Ukraine to warrant further investigation and did not take additional action in 2016. But the memo adds to the mounting evidence that there was ongoing investigative activity surrounding Burisma Holdings and Hunter Biden’s compensation as a board member in the weeks just before Joe Biden forced the firing of the Ukraine prosecutor overseeing the Burisma investigation in spring 2016.
The Latvian law enforcement memo identified a series of loan payments totaling about $16.6 million that were routed from companies in Beliz and the United Kingdom to Burisma through Ukraine’s PrivatBank between 2012 and 2015.
The flagged funds were “partially transferred” to Hunter Biden, a board member at Burisma since May 2014, and three other officials working for the Ukrainian natural gas company, the Latvian memo said. More here from Solomon.

Politico reported just recently that the Bidens took over Paradigm Global Advisors. In the late summer of 2006 Joe Biden’s son Hunter and Joe’s younger brother, James, purchased the firm. On their first day on the job, they showed up with Joe’s other son, Beau, and two large men and ordered the hedge fund’s chief of compliance to fire its president, according to a Paradigm executive who was present. At the time, the senator was just months away from both assuming the chairmanship of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and launching his second presidential bid.
According to the executive, James Biden made it clear he viewed the fund as a way to take money from rich foreigners who could not legally give money to his older brother or his campaign account. “We’ve got investors lined up in a line of 747s filled with cash ready to invest in this company,” the executive remembers James Biden saying.
The Biden family has consistently mixed business and politics over nearly half a century, moving from one business to the next as Joe’s stature in Washington grew. None of the ventures appear to have been runaway successes, and Biden’s relatives have not been accused of criminal wrongdoing in their dealings. But over the years, several of their partners and associates have ended up indicted or convicted. The dealings have brought Joe unwelcome scrutiny and threaten to distract from his presidential bid. A son of Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden was paid an undisclosed amount of money as a consultant by MBNA, the largest employer in Delaware, during the years the senator supported legislation that was promoted by the credit card industry and opposed by consumer groups.
Barack Obama’s presidential campaign said Biden helped forge a bipartisan compromise on the measure, which is now law and makes it harder for consumers to obtain bankruptcy protection in the courts.
MBNA’s consulting payments to Hunter Biden, first reported by The New York Times, followed his departure in 2001 from the company, where he had been an executive.
At the time Hunter Biden was receiving consulting payments from MBNA, he also was a Washington lobbyist at a firm he had co-founded.
“He was not a lobbyist for MBNA, and his work had absolutely nothing to do with the bankruptcy bill. Zero. Nothing,” said Wade.
Resurrecting Biden’s role in the bankruptcy legislation could undercut one of the Obama campaign’s lines of attack: That his Republican opponent, John McCain, is insensitive to the financial woes of middle-class Americans.
Consumer and civil rights groups and unions, as well as Democratic opponents, had argued that the bankruptcy legislation was unfair to low-income working people, single mothers, minorities and the elderly, and would remove a safety net for those who have lost their jobs or face mounting medical bills. But are there other politicians we need to look at? Yes.
Robert Powell, the husband of Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, D-Fla., reportedly took $700,000 from a Ukrainian oligarch named Igor Kolomoisky. Mucarsel-Powell sits on the House Judiciary Committee, the committee that drafted two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump for his alleged abuse of power with regards to Ukraine.
In 2018, the Daily Beast reported that a number of businesses linked to Kolomoisky hired Powell as an attorney. One of those firms paid Powell at least $700,000 over two years, according to public records.
The Miami Herald reported Powell was working for companies tied to Kolomoisky for 10 years. Powell made most of his money in the two years leading up to his wife’s election in 2018.
Kolomoisky has been accused of contract killings and embezzlement in the past. Yet, in 2018 when Mucarsel-Powell was running for her seat, she did not see her husband’s work as relevant to her campaign. More here.
As President Trump works diligently to be the law and order president, it is no wonder AG Barr, John Dunham, Rudy Giuliani and so many others including conservative media are doing the real investigative work… draining the swamp.
So, while we have elections around the corner, we have much more to learn and consider at the ballot box. Could it be that the Democrats led by Speaker Pelosi are scrambling to cover up some other nasty events we are slowly learning about?
