Fjordman gives a book review to a Danish book written 2008 but now available in English about Radical Islam and forced conversions to Islam in European prisons.
The book Holy Wrath: Among Criminal Muslims was written by the Danish psychologist Nicolai Sennels. This is an English translation of a book called Blandt kriminelle muslimer, which was written in 2008. It is based on personal experiences Sennels had with young Muslim criminals while working as a psychologist for three years at a juvenile facility in Copenhagen.
Since 2008, problems with criminal gangs from an immigrant background have grown worse in Western Europe. The terror threat from militant Muslims and Jihadist groups has increased as well.
On 14-15 February 2015, two victims plus the perpetrator were killed and several others wounded during terror attacks in Copenhagen. The first attack targeted a debate about blasphemy attended by the Swedish artist Lars Vilks, who has drawn Muhammad as a dog. The second attack targeted Jews in a synagogue.
The terrorist was Omar El-Hussein. He was born in Copenhagen to Palestinian parents who fled to Denmark via a refugee camp in Jordan. He had recently been released from prison for a stabbing offense. Omar became radicalized as a militant Muslim in prison. During his deadly attacks, he was carrying a copy of the Koran with a bookmark at Surah 21. This chapter contains verses about punishing disbelievers of Islam.[1]
In cities across Europe, natives are being harassed, robbed, raped, stabbed and even killed by Muslim immigrants. This violence is usually labelled as “crime,” but it could sometimes also be labelled as Jihad. The line that separates crime from Jihad is blurred at best. Sometimes, there is no dividing line between the two at all.
Those familiar with early Islamic history know that looting and stealing the property of non-Muslims has been part and parcel of Islam from the very beginning. In fact, so much of the behavior of Muhammad and the early Muslims could be deemed criminal that it is difficult to know exactly where crime ends and Jihad begins.
Muslims are over-represented in jails all over the Western world. Some violent criminals also convert to Islam while behind bars. As a devout Muslim, you can continue doing criminal things, yet at the same time claim to be morally superior to your victims. If you rob and mug non-Muslims you are not a thief or a thug. You are in fact a brave Jihadist doing Allah’s noble work in spreading the supremacy of Muslims over others.
Some militant Muslims continue their Jihad inside Western jails. In Britain, a prison chaplain revealed in February 2018 that inmates are being forced to convert to Islam for protection behind bars. Paul Song said he had been hit by Muslim inmates at HMP Brixton. He believes that the “Christian faith is not equal” in prison: “Some people have been forced to convert with violence. How do I know? Because three or four people come up to me to tell me. This is a very sensitive issue.” One prisoner has come forward and made a signed statement that prisoners in the UK were forced to convert to Islam after serving time in 2015. Mr. Song says he was removed from his job in south London amid accusations that his Christian teachings were “too radical.”[2]
It is not known exactly how many Muslims there are in French prisons because the French state does not publish such statistics. However, virtually everyone seems to agree that Muslims make up a majority of convicted criminals in France, even though they constitute a minority of the overall population.
Already in 2008, 60 to 70 percent of all inmates in France’s prison system were Muslims.[3] In 2015, it was estimated that of the people behind bars in France, at least 70 per cent were Muslims. The percentage could be even higher than this in cities such as Marseilles, or in some of the most notorious suburbs of Paris.[4]
French prison guards launched public protests against the government in January 2018. French prisons have developed a reputation for being hotbeds of radical Islam that have turned out some of the Jihadists behind a series of bloody terrorist attacks in recent years. The protests began after a convicted Al-Qaeda militant attacked guards in a high-security facility on January 11 with a razor blade and scissors, injuring three of them. A series of other assaults occurred shortly afterwards, often by radicalized Muslim inmates. “These people go to work every day, civil servants, fearing for their security or their lives. We need solutions which respond to this concern for working in safety,” Laurent Berger, head of the national CFDT union, said.[5]
In Copenhagen, it was a shock for Nicolai Sennels when he realized that most of the inmates in a Danish prison were young Muslim men. This is a common pattern today from Scandinavia to Spain. Moreover, the Muslims routinely blamed their victims for their problems. They have been raised within a culture where respect equals instilling fear in others. This is how aggressive emotions are perceived in Muslim culture: It is other people’s fault if you feel emotionally distraught. If what happens is always someone else’s fault, then you are without responsibility for your own situation. You are a victim who has been belittled, oppressed or persecuted. This perceived victimhood leads to a sense of entitlement to retribution and revenge.
Regardless of whether the Muslim youths are religious or not, they think and react in similar ways when it comes to the cultural view of honor and shame, revenge and limitless loyalty to the group. Even Muslims who sold drugs, drank alcohol and did not fast during Ramadan were greatly offended by the Danish Muhammad cartoons. They harbored a deeply-rooted perception that Islam and Muhammad should always be defended.
Sennels notes that among Muslim inmates, being religious gives one a higher status. Those who read the Koran and prayed every day had a certain amount of power over the minds of other Muslim men. Moreover, those who held religious Islamic views also tended to be more ideologically hostile to Western society.
Muslim criminals generally felt that external factors were the causes of their problems, not their own actions. They always viewed themselves as victims of outside forces: Provocations by the police, racism from Europeans, harassment from Christians, Jews or others. This became the moral justification for aggression. Since their honor had been violated, they had the right, perhaps even the duty, to respond with anger and force.
Sennels comments that for Muslims, anger and violence generate respect. A lack of anger and violence is viewed as weakness and generates contempt. In the Middle East, if you are perceived as weak, you will be preyed upon by rival clans. Western liberals do not understand this mentality. The more “dialogue” and kindness they show to Muslims, the more Muslims will despise them for being weak. They respect only force.
In Western and East Asian culture, to display anger publicly is often viewed negatively as a loss of self-control:
“Muslim culture, on the other hand, has the complete opposite view. Here, lack of inclination or ability to deliver the expected aggressive reaction when provoked is the fastest way to lose face. If you believe that it is always other people’s fault when you feel hurt or frustrated, you have a tendency to see yourself as a victim: ‘It’s the other guy’s fault!’ This will generate a feeling of being insulted and offended, and the resulting reaction is often to lash out with accusations like ‘you make me feel this way, so of course I’m reacting.’ By this logic, even very destructive reactions can be justified. The victimhood becomes a blank check that can be used as an excuse for all kinds of ‘legitimate’ responses and revenge. In plain English: If you are in a nightclub, and you accidentally bump into a person who has grown up with this kind of thinking, odds are you are in for a beating. Like a young man said in group therapy, trying to explain why he stabbed another young man outside a convenience store several times: ‘It was his own fault. He shouldn’t have made me mad.’”[6]
The book by Nicolai Sennels was written about the experiences of a psychologist in one Scandinavian prison. However, some of the insights he presents about Muslim culture have wider significance. It is a big problem for Muslims if they cannot properly address shortcomings in themselves and their own societies because they blame others for their failures and misfortunes. Unfortunately, it is also a big problem for the world if Muslims continue lashing out with violence against other people because of imaginary or grossly inflated wrongdoings.
I try to keep tabs on one of my favorite essayists Fjordman. Fjordman doesn’t get a lot of play in the USA I am guessing because he is from Norway/EU and is often denounced in Europe as being a Right-Wing Islamophobe. An accusation that can get you thrown in jail by European Leftist Multicultural government elites under crazy hate-speech laws.
In case you haven’t read Fjordman essays very often, you should be aware that Fjordman is a pseudonymous pen name that he used for years to protect his anonymity. Anonymity was important because of the crazy Muslim Supremacists dominating European violence who enjoy killing non-Muslims for criticizing Islam.
Pretty much everyone who knows about Fjordman today knows his real name of Peder Jensen. He was exposed because the loony Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik leaned on twisted interpretation of Fjordman’s essays tryingto inspire cultural violence against Muslims by killing Norwegian youths. Since Breivik seemed to base most of his twisted thoughts on Fjordman (other notable Counterjihadists were in his manifesto) essays, the Norwegian police arrested Fjordman as if he was some kind of Breivik co-conspirator. Although completely exonerated, Fjordman’s legal name became public knowledge – exposing him to crazy Muslims.
This happened to Fjordman circa 2011. Fortunately he is still writing essays. The essay you are about to read demonstrates the correlation between Muslim refugees/immigrants in Sweden erupting in huge pockets of violence against Swedish non-Muslims. This is important to Americans, because the Dem Party wants to continue bringing in Muslims who do not have any inclination of assimilating into American culture of Religious Liberty and the Liberty guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.
In Sweden, car-burnings are not major news anymore; they have become a part of daily life. Cars are torched in Swedish towns on a regular basis.
Between January and September 2017, Sweden experienced 6000 car-burnings. That equals roughly 22 car fires per day. Schools and other buildings are sometimes targeted by arsonists as well.
Meanwhile, a report claims that Swedish students and other citizens have been pushed to the back of the public-housing queue. The authorities thus sometimes prioritize recently-arrived asylum seekers and immigrants over the country’s native population.

If you search for crime, you can find it in any society. Sadly, in Sweden today, you do not have to search very hard. A casual look at newspapers on any random day will be filled with stories about armed robberies, sexual assaults, rapes, public gang shootings and perhaps explosives in restaurants. This crime wave is no longer merely confined to the major cities. Many smaller towns and some rural communities are now affected as well.
In some Swedish municipalities, harassment and violent threats have become major issues even at public libraries. In the town of Trelleborg, in the autumn of 2017, a gang of 30-50 youths effectively occupied the local library. One mother, who asked that her name not be used, explained that she is now scared to visit the library with her children. The last time she went, visitors were harassed by a loud, aggressive youth gang. When a guard asked the gang-members to leave, they surrounded him. The local police say that they are aware of this problem, but that they do not have sufficient staff to patrol the library every day.
In October 2017, an 81-year-old Swedish woman in the town of Mölndal was harassed and threatened by some youths while walking her dog. A few boys around the age of 12 walked in front of her and blew cigarette smoke in her face; one of them threatened to attack her dog and her. Then he spat her in her face. The woman now says that she is afraid to go out. The local police confirm that elderly people are harassed in similar ways. In a separate incident, some youths stole a loaf of bread from another woman in her 80s.
On the evening of October 29, 2017, a car was torched in the Muslim-dominated district of Rosengård in Malmö. On October 30, another car was torched in the same area. The local daily Sydsvenskan mentioned these incidents with just a couple of sentences. Why? Because car-burnings have become a part of daily life. They are not major news anymore. Cars are torched in Swedish towns on a regular basis.

The police in parts of Sweden have also experienced, in recent years, a rising number of violent attacks. Police vehicles and stations have been targeted; sometimes even policemen in the privacy of their homes.
On October 29, 2017, a stone was thrown through the front door of the police station in the small town of Kinna. A police station in Dalbo, Växjö had several windows smashed with stones and was shot at with fireworks. The local police chief commented that the police earlier experienced vandalism against their cars, too. A police station at Vännäs in northern Sweden was hit by a rock a day earlier.
On October 29, a police patrol in the town of Linköping was ambushed by people throwing rocks at them. One policeman was injured, struck in the face by a stone.
On October 18, a police station in the southern city of Helsingborg was hit by an explosion. No one was injured, but a large part of the building, as well as the windows on the building opposite, were damaged by the blast. “This is very serious. An attack on the police is not just an attack against society, but on everyone’s safety,” said Sweden’s National Police Commissioner, Dan Eliasson.
On October 28, in the middle of the night, someone fired roughly 20 bullets into the private home of a police officer in Västerås. The policeman and his family were asleep at the time. The shots went straight through the house and into the neighbor’s house. According to the regional police chief Carin Götblad, only luck prevented anyone from being hit.
Despite many such incidents, Johanna Skinnari, a researcher at the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention, claims that it is not possible to determine whether or not attacks on the police are becoming more common. She did add, however, that “ordinary threats and harassment” are on the rise. Her research, she explained, found that these attacks tend to reinforce the “intimidation capital” of the perpetrators, “to show they’re tough and not afraid of the police.”
A Swedish policewoman described how criminals have published photographs of her, her husband and her 2-year-old son, whom they threatened to murder. She said that similar stories about police officers in Sweden are now common. Some policemen have begun checking for bombs under their cars before starting them. As one violent criminal told the Swedish police: “You are no longer hunting us. We are hunting you. We will hunt you and your families.”
Swedes pay some of the world’s highest taxes. Despite this burden, parts of the country suffer from a chronic lack of police resources. Many crimes go unsolved. Witnesses are sometimes afraid of talking to the police. At other times, the police lack the capacity to investigate even serious crimes such as murder or rape.
Being a policeman is not an attractive job in Sweden today. The risks are high; the salary is low. The majority of Swedish police officers — an alarming 58% — are considering finding a different profession.
The police warn that foreign criminals view Sweden as a most attractive country. If you steal something, the chances of being caught are almost zero. If you should be sentenced for a crime, you might spend only a short time in a comfortable prison. A lot of weapons are illegally circulating among criminal gangs, from pistols to hand grenades.
A journalist, Ivar Arpi, commented that parts of the country are no longer under the control of the state. At many train stations, libraries and hospitals, threatening and harassing the staff have become a daily routine. In troubled areas, shops are forced to close: thanks to rampant crime, they can no longer buy insurance. Throwing stones at the police or rescue service personnel is now “normal.” The use of hand grenades in attacks in Sweden is now comparable to regions of Mexico in which drug cartels operate.
The Gothenburg regional daily Göteborgs-Postenargues that a “low-intensity war” is currently being waged against the Swedish police. This situation exists, the newspaper notes, although the Swedish economy is still strong. What happens to these tensions if the economy suffers a downturn?
PO Hellqvist, who has worked for 30 years at the Swedish Security Service (Säpo), sounded an alarm on a “power struggle” between Swedish authorities and criminal gangs in certain areas. He says he is concerned about the growth of parallel societies, complete with their own “morality police,” partly cut off from, and often hostile to, the rest of society. Such communities have historically been a breeding ground for terrorism. Hellqvist adds he is even more worried about people who become radicalized locally than about ISIS jihadists returning from the Middle East. The local radicals, he notes, are more numerous.
Three employees of Sweden’s public broadcasting station SVT were convicted of human trafficking after they smuggled a Syrian migrant into Sweden in 2014. They will not, however, lose their jobs because of this. At the same time, another Syrian Muslim migrant was being arrested in Germany; he is suspected of plotting a mass-murder terrorist attack.
Kjell-Olof Feldt, who served as a powerful Minister of Finance during most of the 1980s, was widely respected as an honest and competent minister (even though some of his fellow Social Democrats thought his economic policies too “right-wing”). In October 2017, the now-retired Feldt gave an interview to a Swedish newspaper in which he expressed concerns about the future of his own party, as well as about the future of Sweden. Feldt says that the way the established political parties have handled immigration has weakened trust in politicians. He described the current immigration policies in Sweden as a “ticking bomb“. When asked what politicians can do to solve these problems, Feldt replied: “I do not know. I think hardly anyone knows.” Current political leaders, in his view, are simply trying to keep a lid on the situation and stifle debate.
Meanwhile, a report claims that Swedish students and other citizens have been pushed to the back of the public-housing queue. Municipalities across Sweden suffer from a housing shortage. The authorities, it seems, have sometimes been prioritizing recently-arrived asylum seekers and immigrants over the country’s native population. The Swedish government is looking to house 100,000 more immigrants in 2018.

This brief Fjordman essay focusing on Islamic terrorism in Spain then expanding his understanding to all the European Union (EU) is something concerned Americans should understand the implications that are applicable to the USA thanks to eight years of Obama/Dem immigration policies.
The Barcelona Process, promoted by the EU, has helped to facilitate a greater presence of Islam and Muslim immigrants in Western Europe — thereby also increasing the Islamic terror threat there. That result was perfectly foreseeable.
When the number of people who believe in Islamic Jihad doctrines rises, the likelihood of experiencing jihadist attacks increases as well.
It is unlikely, though, that European political leaders will point to this connection. Doing so would be an indirect admission that Europe’s leaders have actively increased the Islamic terror threat against European citizens. This is the brutal truth they do not want exposed.
The murders on the pedestrian street of La Rambla in Barcelona on August 17, 2017 were not the first Islamic terrorist attack in Spain. On March 11, 2004, 192 people were killed, and around two thousand injured, in the Madrid train bombings.
In hindsight, that attack marked a new phase in the modern Islamic Jihad against Europe. After the Madrid bombings, London was hit with deadly bombings on July 7, 2005. In recent years, the frequency of jihadist attacks on European soil has increased dramatically.
It is probably not a coincidence that Spain was an early target of Islamic terror. The Iberian Peninsula, present-day Portugal and Spain, was for centuries under Islamic rule. Militant Muslims have repeatedly made it clear that for them, reconquering Spain is a priority.

Ironically, some people in Barcelona seem to view tourists who pay for short-term visits as a greater threat than Muslim immigrants who come to stay permanently. One can hear similar reactions among some radical left-wing activists, for instance, in Greece.
Mass tourism can potentially cause problems such as overcrowding and local pollution. Nevertheless, it is noteworthy that only a few days before the terror attack in Barcelona, some locals were complaining about an invasion of tourists. One radical left-wing group, Arran, published footage of tourist bikes in the city having their tires punctured in acts of deliberate sabotage. Of course, the problem might be even greater if there were too few tourists.
Meanwhile, a real invasion of Spain and Europe is taking place. For years, huge numbers of illegal immigrants from the Islamic world and Africa have been entering, especially through Greece or Italy. Spain, too, has seen a spike in the number of illegal immigrants. The Spanish-controlled enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla in North Africa are under increasing pressure as points of departure for migrants.
The Madrid bombings in 2004 were immediately followed by the election in Spain of the Socialist politician José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. His policy of appeasement of Islam and the Islamic world was, sadly, not the first. Western Europe’s appeasement of Islam stretches back at least to the 1970s.
With the 1973 oil embargo, Arab countries in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) used oil as a weapon and tool for blackmail. European countries started giving concessions to Arabs to ensure their oil supply and, they doubtless hoped, avoid terrorism. These concessions were not just limited to economic affairs. They also included opening Western Europe up to Islamic culture and Muslim immigration. The author Bat Ye’or has written extensively on this subject.
As part of the Euro-Arab Dialogue, a Euro-Mediterranean Partnership between the EU and the Arabic-Islamic world was launched in 1995 with the so-called BarcelonaProcess. Its purpose was to strengthenthe ties between Europe and the Arab world in the fields of trade, economy, environment, energy, health, migration, education, social affairs and cultural cooperation.
This Process has been in force for decades. Despite it, the increasingly stronger ties between the EU and Arab Muslim countries rarely receive critical scrutiny from the European mass media. There is even a Union for the Mediterranean, which most Europeans have never heard of.
As the official website of the European External Action Service (EEAS), the diplomatic service of the European Union (EU), stated in October 2017:
“TheUnion for the Mediterranean promotes economic integration across 15 neighbours to the EU’s south in North Africa, the Middle East and the Balkans region. Formerly known as the Barcelona Process, cooperation was re-launched in 2008 as the Union for the Mediterranean…. Projects address areas such as economy, environment, energy, health, migration, education and social affairs. Along with the 28 EU member states, 15 Southern Mediterranean countries are members of the UfM: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Mauritania, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Palestine, Syria (suspended), Tunisia and Turkey. Libya is an observer.”
The Islamic Republic of Mauritania in western Africa, a full member of the Union for the Mediterranean, has the same formal status there as Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, Italy and Poland. Although Mauritania was the last country officially to ban slavery, it is still widely practiced there to this day. Yet the country regularly cooperates with the EU on matters of importance to the future of the EU.

I found a Fjordman essay at the Gatestone Institute. Fjordman writes about how the influx of Muslim refugees/immigrants into Norway and Sweden will soon relegate the original cultural inhabitants into a subordinate minority.
I am American. My guess is that a majority of my readers are Americans. Followed by a minority of Europeans that read or speak English that read American writings because they might be weary of Islam marginalizing their culture. Those Europeans probably read Americans because European Union (EU) rule of law will go after people speaking or writing the truth about Islam. Apparently defending your own culture is a hate-crime in Europe.
If you are an American, why should care about the inundation of Muslims overtaking Norwegian and Swedish culture? BECAUSE if Crooked Hillary had won the election in 2016, you could count on an inundation of Muslims bring their Islamic Supremacist culture to the USA in the name of Dem Party promoted Multicultural Diversity.
Multiculturalism is destroying Norway and Sweden as a Western Culture, followed closely by the rest of Europe. DO YOU as an American want to throw E Pluribus Unum – Out of many, One – out? Multiculturalism throws the concept of the melting out and replaces it with a divided pot of foreign cultures vying for dominance. Vying multiple cultures essentially destroys American unity.
If you toss an Islamic Culture into the concept of Leftist Multiculturalism, it is self-destructive. Especially Islam’srejection of any culture or thought that is not Islamic as an evil to be destroyed. What do you think happens to the American melting pot with Western-hating Islam?
Americans need to think of the answer to that question as they read Fjordman’s on Muslim immigration overrunning Norway and Sweden.
If current levels of immigration continue, native Norwegians will be a minority in their own country within a few decades. In some parts of inner city Oslo, they are already a minority.

Ramadan is supposed to be an Islamic holy month of fasting. In reality, as one is thought to be doublyrewarded in paradise for deeds “fighting corruption” during Ramadan, it is a month of “jihad and victories.”
It therefore nearly always leads to an increase in jihad violence in different parts of the world.
Breitbart News counted at least 1,620 people killed by militant Muslims during Ramadan in 2017. Most of these were killed in Muslim-majority countries. However, deadly Islamic terrorist attacks also hit Western cities such as London.
When dealing with Muslim terror, it can be useful to separate it into two different, categories: Big Terror and Little Terror. Big Terror includes mass casualty attacks such as suicide bombings. Little Terror includes other forms of violence and harassment, such as torching cars, that have a negative impact on daily life. Both forms of terror are intended to spread fear.
France suffers from tens of thousands of car fires every year. Sweden, which has the highest number of Muslim immigrants in Scandinavia, also has the highest number of car fires. In the Muslim-dominated Swedish city of Malmö, cars are now torched on a nearly daily basis.
In June 2017 during Ramadan, dozens of instances of wheel-tampering were reported in different police districts in Denmark. In all cases, the lug nuts that secure the wheels of a car had been loosened. One motorist was driving along when he heard an odd noise. Shortly afterward, his left front wheel appeared in front of the car and rolled off into a field. The car ended up in a ditch; the man, in a hospital. The police have so far been unable to find the perpetrators. They have been advising all motorists thoroughly to check their lug nuts before starting their car.
In June 2017, Oslo, Norway, experienced a significant number of car fires within a few weeks. Officially, the police claimed they could see no connection between these fires, which spiked during Ramadan and mainly took place in Muslim-dominated areas. Anonymous sources claimed that a group of young immigrant men – who had apparently been complicit in the burnings — had shouted: “We’re going to make Malmö!”
If current levels of immigration continue, native Norwegians will be a minority in their own country within a few decades. In some parts of inner-city Oslo, they are already a minority. The author Halvor Fosli, in 2015, published a book in which he interviewed ethnic Norwegians living in those areas. Erna Solberg, Norway’s supposedly conservative Prime Minister, has long been known for her positive views of Islam and mass immigration. As PM, she has repeatedly warned against Islamophobia and Christian “racism” against Muslims. In 2011, then as leader of the major opposition party, Solberg stated that Muslims in Europe are now being harassed just as Jews were in the 1930s, during the rise of Nazism.
On June 25, 2017, an estimated 8,000 Muslims celebrated Eid al-Fitr, the end of Ramadan, in a major sports arena and concert hall in Oslo. Prime Minister Erna Solberg attended. She made some comments about creating a sense of community, and warned against anti-Muslim forces and others trying to divide people. According to national media, many of the Muslims treated the Prime Minister as if she were a “superstar.”
Cemal Knudsen Yucel, from the organization Ex-Muslims of Norway, said hewas sad to see politicians and media promote Islam and Islamic values on television yet again. As a former Muslim, he has never experienced this kind of celebration in his Muslim home country. There, Eid al-Fitr is normally celebrated with your family, not at a stadium with thousands of people. In his view, this shows how effectively Islam builds power in the society in which it operates. A country’s senior political leader attending a gathering of thousands of Muslims in the nation’s capital city, can only elevate Islam’s status and prominence in society.
The Islam-friendly newspaper Aftenposten writes that the Rabita Mosque was a co-organizer of this big Islamic party, attended not only by the Prime Minister but also the national media. The Rabita Mosque in Oslo has for years been involved in highly controversial activities, as pointed out by the author Hege Storhaug. The mosque has been visited by well-known jihadists and its leaders are suspected of having ties to the MuslimBrotherhood, an international Islamist organization with the motto:
“Allah is our objective; the Prophet is our leader; the Quran is our law; Jihad is our way; dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.”

The Muslim Brotherhood, in the 1930s and 1940s, enjoyed friendly ties with Adolf Hitler and the Nazis. Sheikh Yusufal-Qaradawi, one of its foremost spokesmen today, has stated that Allah sent Hitler to punish the Jews, and indicated that the next genocide of Jews will be at the hands of Muslims. Qaradawi, a leading advocate of suicide-bombing, has also bragged that Muslims will conquer Europe.
Since its founding in Egypt in 1928 by Hassan Al Banna, the Muslim Brotherhood has for generations been involved in fostering those who would promote its expansionist goals. Jihadists and Islamic terrorists who have been members include Sayyid Qutb, Abdullah Azzam, Ayman al-Zawahiri, leader of the Al-Qaeda terrorist network after Osama bin Laden, and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the self-proclaimed caliph of the Islamic State (IS or ISIS).
That a mosque with suspected links to such an organization arranged a major event in Oslo — and was applauded by the country’s head of state — is frightening. While a totalitarian Iron Burka of sharia, jihad, terror, and violence is descending on Europe, many Western leaders and members of the media welcome it, embrace it and claim it enriches our society.
Prime Minister Solberg’s main political rival, Social Democratic party leader Jonas Gahr Støre, is possibly even more smitten than she is. In 2008, the Norwegian government sponsored dialogue talks in Oslo with members of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Middle East. Støre, from the Labor Party, was then foreign minister. The prime minister at the time, Jens Stoltenberg, is now leader of the Western defense alliance NATO.
The Muslim Brotherhood, which also has ties to, among other groups, the extremely brutal Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas, in 2007 made Norway, under the left-wing Stoltenberg government, the first Western country to “normalize” its relationship with Hamas. AUF, the youth organization of the Norwegian Labor Party, the labor unions (LO) and its coalition partner, the Socialist Left Party, also advocated for this affiliation.
The policy of normalizing ties with Hamas was widely applauded by many Norwegian mass media and left-wing activists in 2007. The major Oslo-based newspaper Aftenposten praised it as a “wise” move. When this author strongly objected to cooperating with terrorists, the Norwegian media and left-wing activists, few years later, accused me of encouraging terrorism.
Raymond Johansen in 2007 had friendly public meetings on behalf of the Norwegian government with the Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh. In 2011, Haniyeh praised the global terrorist leader Osama bin Laden as “an Arab holy warrior.” In 2017, Ismail Haniyeh was chosen to be the new overall leader of Hamas. The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) then called him a “pragmatist.” Between 2009 and 2015, Johansen was the Party Secretary of the Labor Party, Norway’s largest political party for nearly a century. In 2014, he warned in the state broadcaster NRK against the “Fascist” movements now threatening Europe. Did he mean the Muslim Brotherhood or other Islamic organizations who threaten artists and authors? No, comically, Johansen mentioned just me, personally, by name, as a dangerous “extremist” who needs to be confronted. Nobody else. Just me.
Raymond Johansen, currently serving as the Governing Mayor of Oslo, has stated that an attack on Muslims is an attack on him. The vast majority of Muslim immigrants vote for the Labor Party or other left-wing parties. Mullah Krekar, a radical Muslim and “refugee” notorious for publicly praising Islamic terrorists and jihadist massacres, has advised Muslims in Norway to vote for Labor or other Socialist parties.
The deputy leader of the Norwegian Labor Party is a Muslim woman from a family of Pakistani immigrants. The leader Jonas Gahr Støre, as Foreign Minister, held talks by telephone with the Islamic terrorist leader Khaled Mashaal from Hamas. In a book published in 2014, Støre criticized “Islamophobes” again, including this author.
On September 11, 2017, Norway will have parliamentary elections. The voters have a realistic choice between two Prime Ministers: Erna Solberg or Jonas Gahr Støre. Both are Islam-friendly, anti-national globalists and multiculturalists who promote mass immigration. Other European countries such as Germany are in a similar situation: virtually all the establishment political parties are promoting more immigration and more Islam.

Birgitta Ohlsson is a politician from the Swedish Liberal party. On the National Day of Sweden in 2001, she published an essay entitled “Abolish Sweden!” She wanted to abolish all nation states and institute a democratic global parliament and a global police force.[1] Ohlsson has been a member of Parliament for many years, and served as Minister for European Union Affairs in the government of PM Reinfeldt between 2010 and 2014.
A global democracy doesn’t look very likely, but Ohlsson and other Swedish politicians have nevertheless made great progress in abolishing Sweden.
In November 2015, even Sweden had to reinstate a form of border control. At that point, more than one thousand asylum seekers flooded into the country every single day.[2] The then Deputy Prime Minister Åsa Romson from the Swedish Green Party literally cried on TV over this fact.[3] She did not cry because successive Swedish governments have done massive and possibly irreversible damage to the country through their immigration policies. No. Romson cried because she couldn’t continue immigration as fast as she wanted to.
Their official partyprogram in 2017 states the following, in multiple languages:
“The Swedish Green Party has a vision of a world without borders, where all people can move, but no one is forced to flee. We don’t believe in countries’ right to choose their citizens; we believe in people’s right to choose where they want to live. We should greet people with opportunities, not with walls. Everyone should be able to live, work and realise their dreams where they want to. Freedom of movement should be a human right.”[4]
Mass immigration to Sweden still continues, just at a slower pace than in the crazy year of 2015. Back then, Sweden couldn’t even find beds for the many Afghans, Iraqis, Somalis and other immigrants.
The German public broadcaster Deutsche Welle in late June 2017 conducted an interview with the Swedish Justice and Migration Minister Morgan Johansson, a Social Democrat. Johansson then stated that “We have between 400 and 500 asylum seekers each week coming to Sweden. So we haven’t shut our borders but we now have a level which we can handle. And we didn’t have that in 2015.” He stated that “Now we have control over that situation.” The Minister also claimed that there is “no direct link” between migration and terrorism.[5]
This last claim is a flat-out lie. It is a proven fact that Muslim asylum seekers and immigrants have been involved in many deadly Jihadist attacks in Europe. On April 7, 2017, the rejected Muslim migrant Rakhmat Akilovmurdered five people and wounded several others when he mowed them down with a stolen truck in a terrorist attack in central Stockholm.[6] A couple of months later, the Swedish Justice Minister claims that there is no connection between migration and terrorism.
Prime Minister Stefan Löfven, Justice Minister Johansson and other representatives of the Swedish government may pretend that things are under control. There are, however, many disturbing signs that this is not true.
In June2017, eight new districts were added to a police list of “especially vulnerable areas,” where crime rates are very high. Some have labeled them no-go-zones, a label the authorities reject. In 2015, Sweden’s national police released a report of 53 so-called vulnerable areas, including 15 considered especially vulnerable. Eight more urban areas have now been added to that list, bringing the latter number up to 23.[7] This is a big increase in just two years of places where Swedish authorities no longer have effective control over their country’s territory.
A survey in June 2017 suggested that Swedish police officers are facing increased threats and violence and that criminal gangs have created a “parallel society.” Anna Nelberg Dennis, the vice chair of the Swedish Police Union, said that it has become more and more common for gangs of young people to attack police officers in certain areas. “I think it’s part of a change in society, where in socially vulnerable areas, gangs have created parallel societies where they take the law into their own hands,” she said. “[The gangs] believe that police shouldn’t be there because they rule the area. This is something that the police can’t solve themselves.”[8]
The Stockholm region has been hit by a wave of bloody, gang-related murders. A report has found that 94.5 per cent of people identified as being involved in the Swedish capital’s violent, organized crime scene have an immigration background.[9]
One woman visited the emergency ward at the hospital in Lund, southern Sweden, in 2017. She described it as “Dante’sInferno,” massively overcrowded and slow.[10] Swedish hospital staff and ambulance personnel face increasing threats and violence. Elderly Swedes who have paid taxes their whole lives often receive shockingly poor treatment. The Swedish welfare state started to disintegrate after the authorities decided that they should be the welfare office of the entire planet.
Sweden has a record number of unsolved murder cases.[11] Many public gang shootings go unsolved because the ethnic gangs do not talk to the police. Less serious crime can be nearly risk-free for criminals in many municipalities. The police are understaffed and underfunded.
No fewer than 70 police stations in Sweden will be closed down during parts of or for the entire summer of 2017 due to a shortage of money and staff.[12] This is happening at a time when the number of rival mafias and criminal gangs operating in the country has never been higher.
Bråvalla festival, one of the major music festivals in Sweden,announced that they would cancel their entire festival in 2018 due to reported incidents of rape and several sexual assaults.[13] Sweden has infamously high rape rates. Swedish mass media have for many years claimed that this spike in rapes and other violent crime has nothing to do with immigration, despite strong evidence to the contrary. Numbers clearly show that immigrants from the Muslim world and Africa are vastly overrepresented in such crimes.[14]
Gang rapes were very rare in Scandinavia forty years ago. They are now disturbingly common, and destroy the lives of thousands of women. Even gang rapes of boys have now become fairly common in Sweden.
Some migrants from Afghanistan explain that the rape of young boys by one or several older men is a common cultural practice in their country called bacha bazi.[15] European countries such as Sweden have seen a big influx of young Muslim men from Afghanistan. Many of them claim to be children, even if they are in their 20s or older. They bring with them the mentality and practices of their Islamic homeland.
In 2017, a man from Afghanistan was convicted of anally raping a young boy. For child rape, he got one month in a soft Scandinavian prison. He could not be deported since he had become a Swedish citizen.[16]
The first Islamic terror attack in Scandinavia took place in Copenhagen, Denmark, on July 22, 1985. The attackers targeted American and Jewish targets. One person was killed and 26 injured. The terrorists were Palestinians based in Sweden. The problem has got a lot worse since then.
Michael Skråmos, a Swedish convert to Islam and former expert on “Islamophobia,” has joined the Islamic State and calls for Muslims to attack targets in Sweden.[17] A number of Islamic terrorists have even received welfare payments from Europe while staying in the Middle East.
At least 150 Jihadists have returned to Sweden after supporting the Islamic State (ISIS), probably the most brutal terrorist group on the planet. Many of them have been given protectedidentities by Swedish authorities to help them quietly re-integrate into Swedish society. Some of them complain that it is difficult to get a job after having fought for the mass-murdering slave traders of the Islamic State. A re-entry program — which may include free housing, a driver’s license, and tax benefits — was instituted by Anna Sjöstrand, a coordinator against violent extremism in the city of Lund. “There may be criticism, but [I think] that you should get the same help as others who seek help from us. We can’t say that because you made a wrong choice, you have no rights to come back and live in our society,” Sjöstrandtold Swedish radio.[18]
Some might question whether freely joining genocidal terrorists who routinely behead people, burn them alive or stone them to death falls under the category of simply “making a wrong choice” in life.
It is highly likely that some terrorists or war criminals have received asylum in Sweden. The Swedish state seems very concerned with protecting them. It has been less concerned with protecting Swedes against foreign terrorists or war criminals.
In June 2017, the Swedish Security Service (Säpo) warned about an explosive growth in the number of radical Muslims in the country. “We have never seen anything like it before,” Säpo chief Anders Thornberg stated.[19]Thornberg said there are around 3,000 violent extremists in Sweden as of mid-2017. Some 2,000 of those are believed to have Islamic motives, and the remaining originate from far-right and far-left movements.[20] A 2010 report estimated the number of violent Islamic radicals at 200. The number of militant Muslims in Sweden has thus increased at least ten times in just seven years. Despite this, the country continues to import thousands of Muslims annually. Many of them are young and aggressive men from conflict areas.
Although Thornberg did not admit this openly, it is doubtful whether the security services can track thousands of people continuously. If the authorities cannot contain the number of potential Jihadists today, what will the situation be like 5, 10 or 20 years from now? When will the number of radical Muslims exceed the number of police officers in Swedish streets? What happens then?
The Nordic Passport Union allows citizens of Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland to travel and reside in another Nordic country without a passport or a residence permit. This agreement dates back to the 1950s. Today, these countries are also members of the Schengen Area, which includes much of the EU.
The Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET) told the public broadcaster DR in June 2017 that Denmark may face a terror threat from the many radical Muslims in Sweden.[21] While Denmark, Norway and Finland also have a significant number of potential Jihadists, this threat is at least one order of magnitude worse in Sweden.
The Danish People’s Party (DF) and others in Denmark are starting to warn that increased border controls against Sweden may be necessary to keep out terror and crime.[22] Sweden’s other immediate neighbors, Norway and Finland, still haven’t properly entered this debate, but they should.
I have warned for many years that the problems in Sweden have grown so big that they are no longer merely a threat to the internal stability of Sweden. They have now also become a threat to neighboring countries.

Europeans face the same kind of propaganda of blaming the exposers of reality as Conservatives face in America from the Left on multiple issues, including gun control. One of the frustrating things about trying to warn against a gradually-developing threat is that many people choose to ignore the warnings until it is almost too late. Perhaps this is human nature. We prefer to ignore unpleasant realities as much as possible, and don’t believe a problem is real until we can see it with our own eyes. Some people will not believe it even then.
If seeing is believe, the time has now come to believe. The problems of mass migration and radical Islam have been developing for a long time. However, they have intensified recently and keep on escalating. 2015 may in hindsight be remembered as the year when illegal mass immigration was brought to the forefront of mass media attention. Migrants have been arriving illegally to the Western world for many years. Yet the flow of illegal migrants arriving in boats in the Mediterranean has drastically increased in 2015 compared to 2013 or 2014.
After some high-profile incidents in which migrants have drowned,[1] several European countries sent ships to pick up illegal immigrants in the Mediterranean and bring them to Europe. Critics argue that this is not a long-term solution. This sends out a signal to illegal immigrants and people smugglers that Europe is open to them. That will encourage even more of them to come. There is no reason to assume that the pressure of illegal immigration from the south will stop in the year 2016, 2017 or 2030. On the contrary, the ongoing population explosion in Africa and parts of the Middle East indicates that mass migration could further increase in scale in the coming years. The turmoil caused by militant Islam also continues.
Sometimes, bringing attention to a problem may trigger accusations that you caused the problem to exist in the first place. Jan Opsal is a Professor of Science of religion at the School of Mission and Theology (MHS) in Stavanger, Norway. He works with issues related to Christian-Muslim relations. In July 2015, Professor Opsal accused mepersonally of contributing to the rise of radical and militant Islam by spreading alleged “conspiracy theories” about Islam.[2] According to him, “Those who warn against Islam, through constant assertions that are not factual, will thereby contribute to increased radicalization of Islam.” Mr. Opsal further suggested that maybe one tenth of a percentage point of Muslims support the Islamic State (IS or ISIS).
With all due respect to the professor, the percentage of Muslims sympathizing with the militant Muslims of ISIS is a lot bigger than what he suggests. It could be 50 times as great, or even 100 to 200 times. Muslims supporting jihadists from groups such as ISIS or al-Qaida can now be found in cities and towns across the Western world. This is not a “conspiracy theory.” It is a fact. Just listen to the increasingly worried warnings of professional security services.
Furthermore, if you listen to the jihadists themselves, they legitimize their actions by referring to the Koran and other authoritative Islamic texts. Suggesting that critics of Islam helped cause the slave markets and massacres of ISIS is not merely wrong, it is absurd. This is like suggesting that critics of Communism caused the Gulag, or that critics of Nazism caused Auschwitz.
Next to Islamic theology, the primary cause of radicalization in Europe today is arguably the immigration policies promoted by Western political elites. EU governments have a duty to help the flood of migrants arriving in Europe and not cave in to “populist” demands to turn them back, European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker says.[3] In other words, EU leaders think native Europeans have a “duty” to settle large numbers of illegal immigrants from dysfunctional African and Muslim societies permanently in their nations. “Ministers, unlike citizens, have an obligation to act. We made proposals that went far, while still being modest given the scale of the problem,” Juncker said, referring to the proposals from the Commission, the executive arm or unelected “government” of the 28-nation EU. “We proposed a mandatory system to redistribute asylum seekers and people who need international protection, but the member states did not follow us,” he said. At a July 20, 2015 meeting in Brussels, EU justice and home affairs ministers agreed to relocate more than 32,250 Syrians, Eritreans, Iraqis and Somalis who had landed in Greece and Italy. The ministers also agreed to take in some 22,500 Syrian refugees currently living in camps outside the EU. Juncker said the EU would resume efforts to reach a higher target. “If we don’t get there on a voluntary basis, we will have to reconsider the Commission’s proposals,” the former Prime Minister of Luxembourg said. Mandatory distribution of asylum seekers among member states is still being seriously considered.
Illegal immigrants currently arrive on a daily basis, at a pace of hundreds of thousands annually. They use every trick imaginable to get into Europe, perceived as the promised land of milk and honey. Migrants hide in containers, storm trucks, occupy railway stations or use inflatable rubber dinghies. Some even tryto swim to European-controlled territories,[4] or get smuggled insuitcases.[5] Meanwhile, there is rising opposition among ordinary Europeans to having their local communities forcibly changed by this influx.
It is interesting to note that some of the strongest opposition to mass immigration can be found in societies that have first-hand experience with Communist rule: Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Eastern Germany and Baltic nations. Nationalistsprotested in Riga, Latvia’s capital, against their country’s taking in a planned 250 migrants under an EU resettlement scheme. “I don’t feel that EU institutions are listening to our concerns about taking in refugees from very different cultures,” said MP Raivis Dzintars.[6] Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has repeatedly sounded the alarm. EUSSR It has long been a joke to compare the European Union to the Soviet Union, an EUSSR. Some people wonder whether this is really a joke. The Russian intellectual and former Soviet dissidentVladimirBukovksy believes the EU has certain structural similarities to the dictatorial Soviet Union.[7] The unelected and powerful European Commission resembles the Soviet Politburo, ruling hundreds of millions of people without their consent. While partly true, it should be mentioned that not even Communist states such as the Soviet Union championed mass immigration of Muslims and Africans on the scale which the EU is doing today. The USA does, however. The EU seems to have adopted harmful traits from both Cold War superpowers: The anti-democratic bureaucratic structure of the Soviet Union, and the mass immigration “diversity” policies of the USA.
It has become increasingly apparent that the EU in its present form is actively harmful to the long-term interests of native Europeans. The organization provides weak leadership. When it attempts any leadership at all, it usually leads Europe in the wrong direction. The handling of illegal immigration and radical Islam has been very poor, and dominated by Utopian ideas without basis in reality. Its handling of the euro crisis in Greece has not been impressive, either. With its increasingly authoritarian centralization, the EU robs national parliaments of their power and undermines its own popular legitimacy. The repeated attempts to force illegal immigrants on all of its member states trigger outright hostility. Its immigration policies contribute to the rising polarization of European societies.
Perhaps the EU will be remembered as the alleged “peace project” that once again plunged Europe into conflict.

As WWI was nearing its end for Ottoman Turkey, their defeat now guaranteed and the loss of what was left of a large empire was unfolding before Ottoman-Turkish eyes. The Turkish power elites began to focus on Turkish nationalism. Turkish nationalism had no place for non-Turkish and non-Muslim minorities residing on Turkish land.
Eventually a Turkish power elite struggle ended with a leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk (Greek perspectiveand Armenian perspective) winning the day. Kemal viewed the WWI loss was partly due to a lack modernization that European nations had experienced. Kemal changed his name to solely Ataturk and began a secularizing process but still a nationalist process.
Between the Turkish elite struggles through to Ataturk hegemony, Turkey’s minorities began to experience an ethnic cleansing genocide. Christians in Turkey experienced genocide. The Armenian and Assyrian Christians suffered the most. The Greek people of western Turkey had a heritage of the area that stretched to a time before the birth of Christ.
At the end of WWI and the Greco-Turkish war an exchange of Turkish Greeks for Greek Muslims are agreed upon. The sadness is that the Greeks of Turkey were brutalized in their expulsion with loss of property, assaults, rapes and in many cases death. Also a sad issue: most of the Greeks leaving Turkey occurred between 2014 and 1922 as the losing Greek army retreated from Turkey. The fleeing Greeks in this stage were the most brutalized by the Turks and numbered probably close to a million or so. After the Lausanne Treaty legalized a population exchange between Greece and Turkey, the number of Greeks leaving was much smaller:
According to official records of the Mixed Commission, the ‘Greeks’ who were transferred after 1923 numbered 189,916 and the number of Muslims expelled to Turkey was 355,635 (Ladas 1932:438–9; using the same source, however, Eddy 1931:201 states that the exchange involved ‘192,356 Greeks from Turkey and 354,647 Muslims from Greece’). While accurate figures are impossible to ascertain, it is probable that the total number of Christians who entered Greece at this time was in the region of 1.2 million, the main wave being in 1922 during the period of hostilities (Bierstadt 1925: 248–250; Eddy 1931: 251; Ladas 1932: 438–442; Pentzopoulos 1962: 96–99; Kitromilides and Alexandris 1984–5; Hirschon 1998 [1989]: 36–9). The Greek perspective of the genocide can be read at “THE GREEK GENOCIDE: 1914-1923” among other places you can research. The first paragraph sums up the horrors experienced by Greeks living in Turkey in the time period:
The Greek Genocide was the systematic extermination of the Greek subjects of the Ottoman Empire before, during and after World War I (1914-1923). It was instigated by successive governments of the Ottoman Empire; the Committee of Union and Progress Party (C.U.P), and the Turkish Nationalist Movement of Mustafa KemalaAtatürk. It included massacres, forced deportations and death marches, summary expulsions, boycotts, rape, forced conversion to Islam, conscription into labor battalions, arbitrary executions, and destruction of Christian Orthodox cultural, historical and religious monuments. According to various sources, approximately 1 million Ottoman Greeks perished during this period.
Other sources have differing stats to one degree or another. The point being is that Turkish Muslims were not pleasant toward Greeks then. Today the unpleasantness continues with illegal refugees flooding into Greece permitted largely by European Union (EU) multiculturalism. You’d think history would have taught the Greek government some lessons, right? Some observations by the essayist Fjordman (Thanks to Anders Breivik now exposed as Peder Jansen), should not only wake up the Greeks but also Americans. American Democrats are trying to force Muslim refugees down American throats in the name of Multiculturalism as if that is our “American values”. IT IS NOT! I visited Greece in the spring of 2013. Once a leader of ancient European civilization, Greece is now at the epicenter of many of the ills befalling modern European civilization. These include the financial crisis in the Eurozone and non-European mass immigration.
In Athens, the Thiseio metro station is situated close to the Temple of Hephaestus at the ancient Agora. When I visited it on several occasions, I saw immigrants urinating near the temple in broad daylight. The migrants who gathered in this area seemed to come from places such as Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. I doubt all of them had entered legally.
Twenty-five centuries ago, Socrates lectured here. Today, Adbul Karim the illegal immigrant urinates here. This was in 2013. Things were about to get a lot worse.
Aristotle once founded biology as a scientific discipline while studying marine life on the beaches of Lesbos. More recently, Lesbos, Kos and other islands in the Aegean Sea have witnessed a flood wave of predominately Muslim immigrants entering uninvited.
The number of illegal immigrants coming to Europe was already significant in 2013. It continued growing in 2014 and exploded the following year. In 2015, more than a million people from the Islamic world and Africa forced their way into Europe, causing chaos from the Balkans to Germany. Most of the migrants were young and physically fit men of military age. Some of the hostile Muslims shouted “Allahu akbar!” while attacking the local police. Yet these aggressive intruders are still routinely labeled “refugees” by the Western mass media.
In the autumn of 2015, a single Greek island could receive thousands of boat migrants in a single day. I watched several drone videos during the peak of this influx. It looked like an invasion on a nearly industrial scale. It resembled D-Day on the beaches of Normandy in 1944, only without the tanks.
An invasion does not always require tanks or fighter jets.
Lesbos alone had to deal with tens of thousands of life jackets abandoned by the migrants.[1]
It would be tempting to call these culturally alien intruders Trojan seahorses, since many of them arrive in small boats or rubber dinghies. But perhaps that is unfair. Seahorses are gentle animals, after all. It is a documented fact that some of these Muslim asylum seekers were involved in serious crime and deadly terrorist attacks in Europe afterwards.
In December 2016 and January 2017, I spent some days on the islands of Kos and Rhodes. The town of Kos has a small but worthwhile archaeological museum, situated next to a mosque dating back to Ottoman times. Compared to world-class institutions in Athens such as the Acropolis Museum or the National Archaeological Museum, it was modest. Yet it contains a fine collection of statues and other ancient artifacts. It is testimony to the incredible richness of Greek art history that even local museums contain objects of such high quality.
An Askleipion was a healing temple dedicated to Asklepios, the ancient Greek god of medicine. In addition to the ones in Thessaly and Epidaurus in mainland Greece, the Askleipion on Kos was among the greatest such establishments in the Greco-Roman world. Hippocrates of Kos, perhaps the most important Greek physician in Antiquity, probably received his medical training here. Galen, another prominent Greek physician, studied at the Askleipion at Pergamon on the west coast of Asia Minor.
The Staff of Asklepios, a serpent-entwined rod, is still used internationally as a symbol of medicine, healing and pharmacies. When visiting Kos around New Year’s, there were very few tourists on the island. I literally had the entire Askleipion all to myself. You can see from the ruins that it must have been a big and prominent temple a couple of thousand years ago.
There is a statue of Hippocrates next to the modern harbor in Kos town. It is inscribed with the Hippocratic Oath for the ethical practice of medicine. “Do no harm,” the basic message of the Hippocratic Oath, remains a guiding principle for many modern physicians.
For several days in a row I could see a small group of illegal immigrants sitting directly behind this statue. They were literally hiding in the shadow of Hippocrates. There was some symbolism to this. Muslims force their way into Europe, using European ethical ideals and humanism as a weapon to gain entry. The migrants I saw in January 2017 did not speak Arabic. Based on their looks, I would guess that some of them came from South Asia, perhaps from Pakistan or Bangladesh, while others may have come from Afghanistan or Central Asia.
Kos is located very close to the west coast of Anatolia or Asia Minor, the country we now call Turkey. Using only the naked eye, I could clearly see individual houses in Turkey. You hardly need a motorized boat to travel this short distance. A kayak would be enough. In calm weather, an able swimmer might be able to swim from Turkey to Greece and the EU.
Several other Greek islands such as Samos, Lesbos and Chios are also situated close to the Turkish coastline. All of these islands have experienced major problems with illegal immigrants. Some of these problems still remain in 2017.
Turkey has been rocked by a series of deadly terror attacks in recent years. The number of foreign tourists visiting the country has fallen sharply because of this between 2014 and 2017.
The Islamic State (ISIS) is suspected to be behind several attacks on Turkish soil. This is somewhat ironic. Accusations have earlier been made that Turkish authorities quietly aided ISIS, as long as they were fighting the Kurds.[2] 2017 was just a couple of hours old when Turkey was hit by yet another bloody attack. This time, the target was a nightclub in Istanbul.[3]
For all its substantial social and economic problems, Greece is still a safer travel destination than neighboring Turkey. You will see more veiled Muslim women in Brussels, Berlin, Stockholm or Amsterdam, not to mention London or Paris, than you see in Rhodes or Kos.
Most of the migrants who arrive in Greek islands do not want to stay there. They want to get to countries in northwestern Europe with more generous welfare states.
The number of migrants entering Greece from Turkey was sharply reduced in 2016 compared to 2015. However, some illegal immigrants continue to arrive in Greek islands. Boat migrants crossing the Mediterranean along the longer route, from North Africa to Italy, reached record levels in 2016.[4] Moreover, this temporary reduction in the flow of migrants into southeast Europe is entirely dependent upon the actions and policies of Turkish authorities.
The Turkish government and President Erdogan engage in open blackmail and demographic warfare against Europe. They have repeatedly stated that they want money and visa-freeaccess to the EU for millions of Muslims in Turkey.[5] Otherwise, they will unleash the hordes from the Middle East again.
That is not the worst-case scenario. The worst-case scenario is that Turkey, an increasingly Islamic and unstable country, itself might descend into a full-blown civil war. Such an event would trigger even larger population movements towards Europe than we have seen so far.
Greeks have been at the receiving end of one of the longest campaigns of ethnic cleansing in human history. For nearly 1,400 years, Muslims have been wiping out communities of Greek-speaking Christians in the eastern Mediterranean. Greeks fought a long and bloody struggle to liberate themselves from centuries of brutal and oppressive Turkish rule.
Now, Multiculturalism, the EU and mass immigration bring Islam back. Greeks and other Europeans are expected to celebrate this. In 2017 Athens will get its first new mosque since Ottoman times.[6] This happens partly after pressure from the pro-Islamic policies of the EU.
By early 2017, the migrant situation in Greece was calmer than in 2015. Yet I sensed an underlying fear among some of the local Greeks that the troubles could restart again at any moment. The Islamic world and Africa have booming populations and dysfunctional societies.
Hundreds of millions of people in these overpopulated regions would potentially like to move to Europe. The apocalyptic scenes of 2015 may simply be a prelude to what is yet to come.

On January 20, 2017- Donald Trump will be inaugurated as the 45th President of the United States. I pray when more than if, that Trump’s campaign promises begin to roll out. I expect a sudden impact on Muslims entering America. Donald Trump promised extreme vetting of Muslims, or anyone for that matter, entering as immigrants or refugees:

I’ve heard Dems and Lefties condemn this promise as bigoted and un-American. IT IS NOT! When we or any Western nation allows a foreign people with a culture in conflict to ours, then our culture is under threat to be undermined.
The USA is a nation of immigrants, but from its very beginnings assimilation was the key. America’s mother country has always been considered England more commonly referred today as the United Kingdom. The first text I ever wrote under the pen name Fjordman, on February 20, 2005, was about the imported rape wave in Sweden.[1] Even though I am from Norway, I have probably written more texts in English about Sweden. Some essays that I wrote in 2005 or 2006 are still being circulated and quoted on the Internet, many years later.
Why this interest in Sweden? Perhaps this is due to its strong “brand.” Many outsiders still have a very positive view of Sweden. They are shocked when somebody describes what the country is actually like today.
Sweden is not the peaceful Utopia some admiring outsiders imagine it to be. Prime Minister Olof Palme was shot and killed on February 28, 1986. This assassination became a national trauma. Foreign Minister Anna Lindh was stabbed and lethally wounded on September 10, 2003. Tensions in Swedish society are even higher now than they were back then.
I was among the first to write for an international audience about the problems in Malmö. Sweden’s third-largest city is probably the most Islamized city in Scandinavia. In the past generation, unrest in Malmö has escalated from stabbings to frequent car bombings. Similar problems are spreading to other areas.
In Sweden today, many people fear for their future. Some feel like strangers in their own country. Several friends of mine either have serious plans to leave Sweden or have already left. They don’t want to grow old there, and they don’t want their children to grow up in an atmosphere of violence, crime and self-loathing.
Sweden has high levels of immigration and emigration at the same time. The same pattern can be seen in other Western European countries such as Italy and Germany.[2] Very often, educated natives leave while unskilled immigrants from the Islamic world or Africa enter. This is supposedly “good for the economy.”
In less than 40 years, Sweden has gone from being the envy of the world to being an increasingly dysfunctional state. The single greatest cause of this negative transformation is mass immigration of people from very different cultures. Things that would have been unthinkable or at least extremely rare in Scandinavia two generations earlier have become commonplace. They include car bombs and deadly gang shootings in residential areas. Hand grenades have repeatedly been used to attack restaurants or even private homes.[3] The violence is no longer confined merely to the major cities. It also affects smaller Swedish towns.
NRK is the government-owned and publicly funded radio and television public broadcasting company in Norway. It often has a pronounced left-wing bias, is generally in favor of mass immigration and positively disposed towards Islam. However, the Multicultural “diversity” problems in neighboring Sweden are now so big that they have become nearly impossible to hide.
The journalist Anders Magnus from NRK visited some of the Multicultural trouble zones in Swedenin 2016. The overworked and undermanned Swedish police openly state that they are about to lose control over certain areas. Many Swedish police officers are deeply frustrated with the situation and are considering quitting their jobs. In some districts, criminal ethnic gangs have already taken effective control. This partly includes the Stockholm suburbs Rinkeby, Tensta and Husby. The economist Tino Sanandaji calls these areas a ticking time bomb.[4]
Several immigrant-dominated areas in Sweden were shaken by violent riots in 2013. None of the fundamental problems have been resolved since then. Non-European immigration continues. Just as in similar urban areas in parts of France, Belgium, the Netherlands and elsewhere in Western Europe, the police are met by stone-throwing immigrants when they enter Muslim-dominated areas. The same thing happens to Swedish firefighters and ambulances. They never travel into such urban districts unless the police are present there first.
An official report from the Swedish police in 2014 counted at least 55 areas where the authorities no longer have effective control over law and order.[5] This number keeps growing. After repeated attacks, Swedish ambulance personnel have requested similar protection gear to that used by people working in war zones.[6]
Sweden has experienced a series of car fires in 2016. The firefighter Kaj Engelke from the city of Malmö hit out at young arsonists who blamed their troubles on society and reacted by setting cars alight.[7]An immigrant man living in the city of Västerås claimed that some immigrants commit vandalism and car fires due to racism and a shortage of interesting “activities” provided to them by society.[8]
On August 10, 2015, two random Swedes, a mother and her son, were stabbed to death by an African asylum seeker at an IKEAfurniture store in Västerås. The murderer from Eritrea has stated that he decided to attack some white people that looked Swedish as a revenge for being denied asylum in Sweden.[9]
Mohamed Dame is fleeing from criminal gangs who rule several suburbs of Gothenburg (Göteborg), Sweden’s second largest city. “It’s like a war zone,” he says. They see murders nearly every week. People are shot and sometimes killed while eating food at local restaurants. Members of criminal immigrant gangs execute each other in public streets. Hand grenades are being thrown into private homes. People are terrified. They fear for the safety of their children. Mohamed Dame is considering moving back to Somalia. His native country now feels safer than parts of Sweden.[10]
A survey was made in 2016 of 1200 pupils at schools in notorious Gothenburg suburbs such as Angered and Bergsjön. More than eleven percent — or roughly one in nine — of children between 12 and 18 years in these Swedish schools openly admit that they sympathize with the Islamic State or similar Jihadist groups. The terrorism researcher Magnus Ranstorp thinks this should be seen as a warning sign by the authorities. Ulf Boström, integration police inspector in Gothenburg, considers the result “very scary.”[11]
Gothenburg suburbs such as Angered have a very high percentage of Muslim immigrants. Many Jihadists have been exported from these communities to fight for the extremely brutal Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). For years Gothenburg has been one of the main recruiting grounds for ISIS terrorists in Europe.[12] On the plus side, Angered is establishing a new Camel Center where Swedes can buy fresh camel milk.[13]
The British public service broadcaster BBC is often biased in favor of Multiculturalism, Islam and mass immigration. Yet even the BBC have realized that Sweden is no longer the stable and peaceful country it once was. In October 2016, they ran an article titled “How Sweden became an exporter of jihad.”[14] Alongside Belgium, Scandinavian countries such as Sweden are among the biggest per capita exporters of Jihadists in Europe. The welfare state is used by radical Muslims to wage war against the Western society that is harboring them.[15]
On February 14-15, 2015, a Danish citizen of Palestinian Arab origins shot and killed two people and injured several others in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Swedish artist Lars Vilks, who has made drawings of Mohammed, was a likely target of the first terror attack against a debate about blasphemy and free speech. The second attack killed a Jewish guard at a synagogue. A year later, it was finally revealed that Omar the terrorist was carrying a copy of the Koran during his murderous attacks.[16]
Lars Vilks needs constant police protection. Militant Muslims want to kill him for insulting Islam and its alleged prophet Mohammed. As I understand it, he is now being moved around between different residences. Such is the fate of a kind and friendly professor of art history in Sweden today. His only crime is that he has made drawings of a man who may or may not have lived in the Arabian Peninsula in the seventh century.
Meanwhile, Sweden, the EU and the rest of the Western world keep importing more radical Muslims.
On October 12, 2016, hundreds of radical Muslims gathered at a public square in central Stockholm, near the Swedish Parliament and the Royal Palace. Many of them were so-called unaccompanied refugee children from Afghanistan. These asylum seekers claim to be minors. In reality, they are often young men of military age in their 20s or even their 30s. According to an eyewitness, the politician Hanif Bali, one of the Afghan men shouted “May Allah increase our numbers. We must make Muslims of all of them all!”[17]
Unfortunately, those wanting to Islamize Sweden have not faced much opposition from the church. Even though Christians are being persecuted by Muslims in multiple countries, many Christian leaders in Europe are actively engaged in welcoming Muslim immigrants. Some church leaders are as committed to open borders and Multiculturalism as any bureaucrat in the EU or the UN. Swedish bishops seem more concerned about alleged “Islamophobia” than about global Islamic aggression against all those who are not Muslims.
Eva Brunne is the Bishop of Stockholm in the Lutheran Church of Sweden. She became the world’s first openly Lesbian bishop in 2009. Brunne in 2015 called for the removal of crosses and other Christian symbols at the Seamen’s Church in Stockholm. That way, visiting foreign sailors practicing other religions such as Islam would not be offended. She also wanted to mark the direction towards Mecca, to make it easier for Muslims to perform Islamic prayers inside the church.[18]
There is currently a movement throughout the Western world that claims that there are no significant biological differences between men and women, and that gender is “socially constructed.” As usual, progressive Sweden is at the forefront of this movement.
A high school in Sweden is preparing to build an additional gender-neutral changing room to cater to pupils who identify with a gender other than their biological sex, or consider themselves neither male nor female. St Eskil’s gymnasium in Eskilstuna, a town west of Stockholm, has decided to build the new changing facilities at the request of pupils. “We have discussed this with the pupils and have realized that there is a need for this,” Johan Ahlkvist, the headmaster, told Swedish Radio in October 2016.[19]
Soon Swedish girls and young women may not merely be forced to share streets with aggressive Muslim men from war zones. They may sometimes be forced to share toilets or changing rooms with them, too. If you object to any of this, you will be branded a “racist” by the mass media or left-wing activists and risk losing your job.
A nine-year old Swedish girl in Eskilstuna was forced to change school due to sexual harassment. She was repeatedly called “pussy” and “whore,” was beaten and had her pants pulled down. “A staff member at the school explained to us that our daughter was blond and pretty, and therefore exciting to hit on,” says her mother.[20]
Criminals in Scandinavia often get shorter sentences and a softer treatment than they would receive in many other countries. This system is not well-suited to dealing with the mass importation of people from some of the most violent and dysfunctional societies in the world. In Sweden, it is even possible to be convicted of child rape without being sentenced to a single hour in prison.
In November 2014, a Somali Muslim immigrant brutally raped a 12-year-old girl in Sundsvall, Sweden. He was later found guilty of rape. According to the court, he kept repeating the words “black d*** is expensive” over and over while raping the girl. She later “bled profusely from her genitalia” and suffered “both physical and psychological” injuries as a result of the abuse. Yet in June 2015, a Swedish court decided to let the Somali rapist off with 180 hours of community service for child rape. It was argued that he was not yet 18 at the time of the crime and had “some trouble with anxiety as well as sleeping problems.”[21]
The foundations for modern Sweden’s wealth were laid in the generations before the Social Democrats rose to power and turned the country into a welfare state. Many people do not realize this. Including quite a few Swedes. Sweden became rich in spite of the welfare state, not because of it.
It is nevertheless true that the welfare state worked reasonably well in Scandinavian countries as long as the populace was largely ethnically homogeneous. From the 1970s onward, the authorities opened up for the mass importation of people from other countries, also from regions outside of Europe. This turned Sweden into a giant welfare office for much of the world’s population. The natives are essentially forced to fund their own colonization. They are also expected to celebrate this development.
Mass immigration has already put huge strains on the economy. This situation is clearly not sustainable in the long run. The authorities have quietly begun cutting down on certain aspects of the world-famous Swedish welfare state. If you need public health care in Sweden, be prepared to wait for a long time for even basic treatment. Nurses and doctors at hospitals often suffer violence, threats and abuse from imported clans.
Many elderly Swedes who are law-abiding and have worked their whole life receive little support from the state. Meanwhile, billions are spent on recent immigrants from Afghanistan, Somalia, Syria, Iraq, Eritrea, Pakistan, Turkey and Nigeria. Even Islamic terrorists are sometimes prioritized ahead of Swedish pensioners.
In 2015 the soldier Fredrik Brandberg suggested that he was likely to get less help from Swedish authorities than returning ISIS terrorists do. “In a few months, I’m back in Sweden after being deployed in Afghanistan, against Talibans and others,” he said. “There is no permanent job waiting for me when I come home.”[22]
At least 140 people have returned to Sweden after fighting for terror organizations in Iraq and Syria. Lund county in southern Sweden is considering giving these battle-hardened Jihadists economic incentives to reintegrate into society. The mooted benefits include housing grants, debt restructuring and free driving licenses. Radio Sweden spoke to Christoffer Carlsson, the author of a report for the national coordinator against violent extremism. He supports the use of public money, sponsored by Swedish tax payers, to reintegrate Muslim terrorists into Swedish communities.[23]
Anna Sjöstrand is the municipal coordinator against violent extremism in Lund. She states that one cannot deny ISIS terrorists tax benefits just because they made the “wrong choice” of supporting a genocidal terrorist organization, infamous for murdering archaeologists and holding slave markets. “We cannot say that because you made a wrong choice, you have no right to come back and live in our society,” Sjöstrand says.[24]
Yet, as the writer Robert Spencer comments, “Why not, exactly? The Islamic State is at war with Sweden. What evidence does Anna Sjöstrand have that the returning jihadis will not continue to pursue this war?”[25]
Scandinavia got its first Muslim suicide bomber in central Stockholm on December 11, 2010. Fortunately, this terrorist, the Iraqi-born Swedish citizen Taimour Abdulwahab al-Abdaly, was incompetent and only managed to kill himself. Yet he could have killed dozens of people that day.[26] Other militant Muslims may well succeed.
The natives have gradually gotten used to public gang shootings, car fires and bombs. Events that were extremely rare in Scandinavia in the 1970s have become routine. Native Swedes will be a minority in their own country by the middle of this century, if present trends continue. In certain urban areas, they already are a minority.
Sweden has a disturbing number of unsolved murder cases, and one of the highest recorded rape rates in the world.[27] The natives are being replaced and abused. Gang rapes have become so common that they are hardly newsworthy anymore. Swedes have largely become a nation of whipped dogs. They have been shamed, harassed and indoctrinated to celebrate their own national destruction.
Sweden has become a fearful society. Many Swedes, especially women, are now scared to walk the streets in their own country. They are also afraid of losing their jobs and being harassed by left-wing journalists in the mass media if they oppose mass immigration. Ideological indoctrination has been intense for decades in the media and the education system. Powerful suppression of individual dissent was present in Sweden even before mass immigration began. The British historian Roland Huntford described this well in his 1971 book, The New Totalitarians.
Swedes are pioneers in everything that is gender-neutral, even “gender equal” snow plowing. Yes, really.[28] Won’t the many Marxist activists and Socialist Feminists in Sweden object to Muslims immigration? In most cases, no. Feminists with left-wing views generally refuse to link violence to immigration. Even though it is a documented fact that Muslim and African men are involved in sexual violence against women much more frequently than European men, this subject is usually avoided in public debates.
Instead, many Feminists focus on the “patriarchy” as the main problem, which is to say, men in general. If anything, white men are even worse than brown or black men. According to Marxist racial thinking, white men also oppress “people of color.” In early 2016, some Swedish women demonstrated against “racist and xenophobic” white men and warned them not to protect them from immigrant rapists.[29]
Apparently, some Swedish Feminists prefer foreign rapists to white racists. They seem to be getting their wish. Swedish women have never had more Feminism than the do now, and they have never been less safe.
Brutal acts of violence committed by immigrants and asylum seekers from some of the world’s most violent countries have become part of everyday life in Sweden. So far, this development has largely been met by quiet resignation. Yet anger is simmering beneath the surface.
One gang rape triggered a very unusual outburst of public anger in Sweden in October 2016. This happened in Visby, the main town on the island of Gotland in the Baltic Sea. A wheelchair-bound Swedish woman in her thirties was reportedly gang-raped by up to six immigrants at an asylum center after asking if she could use the toilet. She was eventually able to escape the building. Several migrant men were arrested, but released soon afterwards. The case triggered a turbulent protest march. Some angry locals threw rocks and stones at the migrant facility. This generated attention from major international media such as Fox News.[30]
The Swedish police sent reinforcements to Gotland due to the demonstrations and tensions.[31] The police did not protect the locals against imported criminals from brutal war zones. They protected the immigrants and local authorities from angry locals. Meanwhile, the understaffed police in other Swedish cities had to deal with never-ending car fires, bombs and public shoot-outs between criminal immigrant gangs.
As the dissident writer Julia Caesar noted, the Gotland incident revealed an anger that has been accumulating in Swedes for years. Sweden is approaching its breaking point. The gang rape of a disabled, wheelchair-bound woman by immigrants crossed a psychological line. The political and media elites — the same people who have promoted Multiculturalism and mass immigration for decades — now call for calm and restraint.[32]
Camilla Sundelius, a young woman from Gotland, knows the victim. She says many of the locals feel let down by the authorities regarding asylum seekers from Muslim countries such as Afghanistan. Most of them are young men. They have no respect for women or for the local culture. The community has changed for the worse due to immigration. Swedish girls are now harassed at school. This did not happen before. “Nobody has asked us if we wanted to have asylum seekers here. It’s not okay to not ask the people,” says Sandelius.[33]
Given that these asylum seekers and accused rapists were imported to the island against the wishes of the local population, some view this as a political rape.
When locals got angry and demonstrated against the gang rape of one of their own women by asylum seekers, the local newspaper Hela Gotland compared this to the rise of Nazi Germany in the 1930s.[34]Admittedly, some people with neo-Nazi sympathies may have been involved in these demonstrations. Yet the “Nazi” label was essentially used to tarnish all those who oppose mass immigration, regardless of political ideology.
On October 16, 2016, there were demonstrations against “racism and sexism” in the medieval town of Visby on Gotland. No disturbances broke out, though police did separate members of the hard-line nationalist group, the Nordic Resistance Movement, from the rest of the demonstrators. “It was very nice, almost a folk festival. There was really nice music, so people danced,” stated one of those who attended.
A Gotland resident named Agneta Berg said she felt the need to participate in the rally. “I am a volunteer in a network around Garda, where there is accommodation for asylum seekers. My husband works with two unaccompanied minor refugees. We have taken a lot to do with asylum seekers here, and I want Gotland to be welcoming to people who flee from war,” she said. “This is a reaction to the racists who have taken over after the rape case. You don’t want their agenda to apply,” she added.[35]
The rally ended with the participants chanting the slogan: “No racists in our streets!”[36] By “racists,” they were not referring to Muslim men who view European women as worthless infidel sluts. No. They were protesting against European women and men who object to having young Muslim men from brutal war zones forced upon local communities through a state-sponsored policy backed by the EU and applauded by the UN.
The parties that backed this demonstration against racism in Visby were the Marxists of the Left Party (Vänsterpartiet), Sweden’s “reformed” Communist party, as well as the Feminist Initiative.[37]Sweden has a specifically Feminist political party, even though nearly all Swedish politicians claim to be Feminists.
Gudrun Schyman is a spokesperson for the Feminist Initiative. As the then leader of the Swedish Left Party, Schyman in 2002 compared Swedish men to the Taliban, the extremely repressive Islamic movement in Afghanistan that were allied with Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaida terrorist network. Fredrik Virtanen, a male columnist in the major newspaper Aftonbladet, agreed with her. Yes, Swedish men are like the Taliban.[38]
In October 2016, a Swedish prosecutor ruled that the flag of the self-proclaimed caliphate known as the Islamic State (ISIS) does not constitute hate speech and is therefore legal under Swedish law. Prosecutor Gisela Sjövall announced that she would not prosecute a 23-year-old man who posted the black ISIS flag on his Facebook page. Swedish police had launched a criminal investigation into the man, who originally comes from Syria, on suspicion of hate speech. “Put simply, one can say that he is expressing contempt for ‘all others,’ and not against a specific ethnic group,” Sjövall told Sweden’s SVT public broadcaster.[39] That makes it legal.
Swedish authorities ruled that the Islamic State flag, a symbol of still-ongoing slavery, ethnic cleansing, genocide and mass murder, constitutes free speech and is legal. Meanwhile, the street artist Dan Park has spent months in jail because Swedish authorities ruled that his drawings constitute illegal “hate speech.”[40]
Already in May 2005, I warned against the possibility of disintegration, perhaps even civil war in Sweden:
“Swedish culture is disappearing with astonishing speed in front of our eyes. If the trend isn’t stopped, the Swedish nation will simply cease to exist in any meaningful way during the first half of this century. The country that gave us Bergman, ABBA and Volvo could become known as the Bosnia of northern Europe.”[41]
I would love to be proven wrong in this pessimistic assessment. So far, this has not happened.
Some positive trends have emerged since I started writing. Swedish alternative media such as the websites Avpixlat or Fria Tider now have as many readers as some newspapers. The Sweden Democrats are represented in Parliament and have become one of Sweden’s largest political parties. However, they are not in power and are nowhere near having an overall majority. Even if they were to implement their entire party program, this is probably no longer enough to halt Sweden’s decline.
Sweden, like other European countries, cannot regain control over its national destiny until it leaves the European Union (EU). Perhaps followed by leaving the United Nations (UN). As long as mass immigration persists, Sweden will continue along its path toward the abyss.

Despite this, the nation’s politicians have made the country more or less a member of the EU, only without any influence or voting rights — in opposition to the popular will, and possibly also in violation of the country’s Constitution.
The British should study the case of Norway closely. But mainly as a negative example of what to avoid.
On June 23, 2016, 51.9% of the voters in the United Kingdom voted for leaving the European Union (EU). The turnout was high, and the British referendum gained great international attention. Marine Le Pen, leader of France’s National Front, praised the result, calling Brexit “the most important moment since the fall of the Berlin Wall.” Le Pen said that if she wins France’s 2017 presidential election she would call a referendum on leaving the EU.
Nigel Farage stepped down as leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP) shortly after winning the historic vote. Many death threats against him and his family from supporters of the EU reportedly affected his decision.
The complicated divorce process between the UK and the EU could take years of negotiations. Some people have looked to Switzerland and Norway, two of the wealthiest countries in Europe, as possible models to follow, yet both maintain a close cooperation with the EU. There are also concerns in Switzerland and Norway about how Brexit will impact their own relationship with the EU.
Daniel Pedroletti, president of the Swiss community group New Helvetic Society London, says there is “a big misunderstanding” in Britain surrounding Switzerland’s position:
“They want to be like Switzerland but they don’t know that Switzerland has to pay an enormous amount to the EU and accept the laws without being an influence [on them].
“They don’t realize that if they want a similar agreement they will have to accept the free movement of people and pay high fees and accept some laws which they would have no influence on.”
Though not a full member of the EU, Switzerland has over 120 bilateral agreements in place with the bloc — its main trading partner.
Nigel Farage does not want Britain to emulate Norway’s deal with the EU. It is terrible, he says. The Norwegian people rejected membership in the EU. Yet the Norwegian Parliament (Stortinget) has “deceived the people” and got Norway into a very bad agreement with the EU, according to Farage.
Norwegians voted against joining the European Community/European Union twice, in 1972 and in 1994. After the 1994 referendum, the country’s political leaders designed a close association deal with the EU. This is the EEA Agreement, known as the EØS Agreement in Norwegian. This does not cover common agriculture and fisheries policies. Control over natural resources is sensitive in a country with a long coastline plus major offshore deposits of oil and natural gas. Yet apart from a few such exceptions, Norway in reality became an associate member of the EU after 1994. EEA membership requires the free movement of persons, services, goods and capital with the EU. Norway is also a part of the open-borders Schengen Agreement, which has severely weakened checking migrants and asylum seekers across much of Europe.
Statistics from 2016 show that of all the 31 countries in the EU and the European Economic Area (EEA), Norway is the only country that has adopted all EU directives before their deadline. Norway retained its top position for the third year in a row. Its two fellow EEA countries, Iceland and Liechtenstein, were the worst at implementing directives. Norway, which is supposedly not a member of the EU, thus implements EU rules and regulations more obediently than do the founding members France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. This may surprise people who view Norway’s relationship with the EU as something to emulate.

With a vote of 136 in favor and 29 against, Parliament approved a bill that would tie Norway’s regulation of financial and insurance institutions to EU rules. Center Party leader Trygve Slagsvold Vedum opposed the bill and warned that it was “a circumvention of the Constitution.” The group “No to the EU” stated that Parliament had gone directly against the will of the people by weakening national sovereignty. An opinion poll showed just 26 percent of Norwegians supported the plan to tie Norway to the EU’s financial oversight.

Due to limitations on free speech, telling people they must accept the foreign culture of refugees, accept Islamic Sharia in their Justice system and the governance of unelected oligarchical elites over the people; The European Union is becoming more despotic than representatively democratic. The Czech politician Vera Jourová is the European Union’s Commissioner for Justice, Consumers and Gender Equality in the Juncker Commission. In October 2015, Commissioner Jourová indicated that the EU will clamp down even harder on so-called “hate speech” directed against immigrants:
“If freedom of expression is one of the building blocks of a democratic society, hate speech on the other hand, is a blatant violation of that freedom. It must be severely punished. As some of you noted, over the past few weeks, we have witnessed a lot of solidarity towards refugees. But we have seen a surge of xenophobic hate speech. Some of you advocated enrolling the help of online intermediaries such as Google or Facebook to take down hate speech from the web. Other participants rather underlined promoting the use of counter-narratives. You also highlighted the need for clearer procedures to prosecute those who spread hate speech online. I was pleased to hear media and Internet providers’ experiences and to hear their commitment to work with us. I fully agree with you on these lines of action. As was said this morning, Internet knows no borders. I intend to bring together IT companies, business, national authorities and civil society around the table in Brussels to tackle together online hate speech.”[1]
These statements were not empty words. On May 31, 2016, the European Commission — the unelected “government” for over half a billion people from the Black Sea to the North Sea — together with the major companies Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (owned by Google) and Microsoft unveil a code of conduct. This includes a series of commitments to combat the spread of racism and xenophobia in Europe. EU Commissioner Vera Jourová in partnership with these major Internet companies unveiled a “code of conduct” to combat the spread of “illegal hate speech” online.[2]

Free speech advocates have warned that the definition of “hate speech” is so vague the EU could end up with the power to get postings critical of the Brussels project removed from the Internet forever in what constitutes a “frightening path to totalitarianism”. The former UKIP MEP Janice Atkinson blasted: “It’s Orwellian. Anyone who has read 1984 sees it’s very re-enactment live.”[3] The Internet firms must work with EU officials to build a “network” of “trusted reporters” who can flag up instances of ‘hate speech’ to be removed within 24 hours. The EU’s definition of “hate speech” is so vague that it could potentially include virtually anything deemed politically incorrect by European authorities, including criticism of mass migration, Islam or even the European Union itself. The analyst Soeren Kern warns that the EU has declared war on Internet free speech.[4]
The EU authorities have previously demonstrated that they consider so-called “Islamophobia” to constitute hate speech and racism. These new EU regulations will presumably make it even more difficult for Europeans to voice their opposition to Muslim immigration and the Islamization of their countries. American websites such as Jihad Watch or Gates of Vienna still enjoy some free speech protection from the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. If they had been based in the EU, they would now have run the risk of being banned outright. There is a chilling totalitarian impulse behind these censorship efforts.
While the EU clamps down harder on alleged Islamophobia, the Islamic terror threat in Europe has never been greater. Repeated attacks and Jihadist massacres in Copenhagen, Paris, Brussels and elsewhere prove this. Some of this terror threat is directly caused by the immigration policies and open borders promoted by the EU.
In early June 2016, a plot by the Islamic State (IS) to murder many people in Düsseldorf, Germany was revealed. A suspect in police custody has admitted to the authorities that ten Muslim terrorists were supposed to be involved in the plot to murder Europeans with bombs and guns.[5] A number of Islamic Jihadists have entered Europe as alleged “refugees” with the flow of migrants in 2015 and 2016. This is now a documented fact.
The massive influx of more than one million illegal immigrants in the Mediterranean in 2015 caused great internal tensions within the EU. While some came from Libya and headed towards Italy, a striking number of the predominantly Muslim migrants came in boats from the Turkish coast, heading for Greece and the rest of Europe. The authorities in the Muslim NATO country Turkey have cynically exploited this flow of migrants to squeeze concessions of out European authorities. This behavior essentially amounts to demographic warfare. It is certainly not the behavior of a friendly, supposedly allied country.
The European Commission has in 2016 given conditional backing for Turkish people to gain visa-free travel inside Europe’s passport-free Schengen area. Yavuz Baydar, a liberal Turkish journalist, said Turkey had all the power because it could break off the migrant deal at any moment. He said EU leaders let the Turkish government “play them like a yoyo.”[6] Turkey has taken the EU hostage, with migrants used as blackmail.
The EU’s ruling oligarchs indicate that millions of Muslims from Turkey may soon get easy, visa-free access to Europe.[7] In reality, the number of Muslims will probably be higher than this. Most of Turkey is geographically a part of the Middle East. The country borders Syria, Iraq and Iran. Once Turks have free access to the EU, the sale of Turkish passports and people smuggling from other Islamic countries to Europe will likely increase.
Turkey will soon have a larger population than Germany. Several million people of Turkish and Kurdish origins already live in Germany, plus rapidly increasing numbers of other Muslims. Hundreds of thousands of Afghans and others entered Germany just in 2015.
Anatolia, currently known as Turkey, was populated by Christians a thousand years ago, especially Greek-speaking Christians. Constantinople, now called Istanbul, was for centuries the largest city in Christian Europe. When Turks came from Central Asia, they began a thousand-year-long campaign of Jihad and ethnic cleansing. The result is that there are very few Christians left in Anatolia today. The genocide of Christian Armenians between 1915 and 1917 was just one part of this. A century later, Turkey still refuses to recognize the Armenian genocide.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his AKP party have largely dismantled the secular reforms instituted by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Erdogan has pushed Turkey in a more authoritarian and aggressively Islamic direction. Why do we still treat the Turks as allies? Turks have been enemies of European civilization for over a millennium, apart from a few decades during the Cold War.
Will the EU cave in to Turkish blackmail? It is insane to pay for aid in stopping hundreds of thousands of Muslim immigrants, and in exchange for this give millions of Muslims easier access to Europe. Any rational leader would not do such a thing. Unfortunately, it has been a long time since Western European leaders acted in the rational interests of their nations. EU leaders have for years developed the habit of caving in to Muslim demands.
In early June 2016, British Prime Minister David Cameron said there would be a recession, years of uncertainty and weaker trade in the event of Brexit. “Add those things together — the shock impact, the uncertainty impact, the trade impact — and you put a bomb under our economy,” he said.[8] Peace in Europe could be at risk if Britain votes to leave the European Union, PM Cameron previously warned.[9]
Apparently, if you don’t surrender your freedom to a group of bureaucrats in Brussels, all kinds of disasters and plagues will rain down from the heavens. In 2005, the Swedish EU Commissioner Margot Wallström warned Europeans that they should support the EU Constitution or risk a new Holocaust.[10]
Prime Ministers must stop listening so much to their voters and instead act as “full time Europeans,” according to the powerful Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker. Elected leaders are making life “difficult” because they spend too much time thinking about what they can get out of EU and bowing to public opinion. Mr. Juncker has warned the British people that they will be treated as “deserters” if they leave the EU.[11] That is a shockingly aggressive statement from a top EU oligarch to the citizens of a previously free nation. In most conflicts, deserters are dealt with harshly, and often executed.
The unelected Juncker has also publicly insulted Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban, ironically calling him a “dictator.”[12] Orban defends European civilization and the interests of his own nation. That is what his supporters and free citizens elected him to do. Juncker brags about using lies and subterfuge to force further EU integration upon European citizens, whether they want this or not.[13] Jean-Claude Juncker is so arrogant and insufferable that he turns thousands of people against the EU every time he opens his mouth. If Britain leaves the EU, Mr. Juncker’s extreme arrogance and authoritarian mindset will surely have contributed to this outcome.
The ruling EU elites are afraid that a Brexit could lead to a domino effect, causing other countries to leave the EU. Almost half of all Italians would vote to leave the EU if given the opportunity, according to one poll.[14]
If the British vote to leave the European Union, this would be a tremendous blow to the EU. The British resisted Napoleon’s attempts at subjugation in the nineteenth century. They also led the fight against Hitler in the twentieth century. It would be perfect historical symmetry if the British dealt a crushing blow to an increasingly dangerous and totalitarian EU in the twenty-first century.
However, Britain is no longer the same country as it was 200 years ago, or even 50 years ago. London now has a Muslim mayor. It is increasingly hard to find an actual Englishman is the English capital city. The Great Displacement of the native population through mass immigration continues at full speed, in the UK as in the rest of Western Europe. Muslim immigrants routinely gang rape white girls in towns across England. In a healthy Britain, the campaign to leave the EU should have won by a landslide.
I have spent a lot of time analyzing the EU. Whatever hopes I might have had in the early 1990s that it was a positive project have long since evaporated. A decade ago, my conclusion was that the organization is flawed beyond repair.[15] Perhaps the EU will be remembered as the alleged “peace project” that once again plunged Europe into conflict. This was my view already before the debt crisis in the Eurozone, and before the more recent migration crisis. Since then, things have deteriorated even further. The EU actively causes tensions within the North and South, East and West of Europe.
Africa is projected to grow with over one billion people in the coming 30 years. That is more than twice the population of the entire European Union today. If the Islamic world and Africa were to send a quarter of a billion migrants to Europe merely in the next decade, the population of these regions would still continue to grow. The EU responds to this unsustainable population explosion at its southern doorstep by makingit easier to migrate from African countries to Europe.[16]
Europe has probably never throughout its entire, turbulent history been weaker than in the early decades of the twenty-first century. Europe is now the sick man of the world. Other countries can simply dump their failed cultures and unsustainable population growth in our lands.
The EU elites act in a nearly dictatorial manner. They ignore widespread popular opposition and open the continent up for millions of Muslims. The same EU elites want to punish formerly independent European nation states that refuse to take in Muslim immigrants.[17]This happens at a time when a disturbing number of immigrants harass Europeans in their own streets or plot murderous attacks in various European cities.
Forcing Muslims on European local communities while Muslims harass Europeans is not merely wrong. It is evil.
U.S. President Ronald Reagan angered many in 1983 when he dubbed the Soviet Union the “evil empire.” Yet he was telling the truth. It was an Evil Empire. The European Union is the Evil Empire reborn. It increasingly resembles a political mafia, with threats and blackmail. Yet U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama actively supports the new Evil Empire. He even intervened in the British campaign in 2016 and encouraged Britain to remain in the EU.[18]
The EU has become the anti-European Union, a cultural wrecking ball that is destroying European civilization. Through a toxic mix of stupidity, cowardice, lust for power and ideological fanaticism, European ruling elites promote suicidal immigration policies that are destabilizing much of the European continent. The organization does not solve any of Europe’s fundamental problems. It makes some of them worse, and adds new ones.
Of the EU’s key institutions, the European Parliament is the only one that is directly elected by the peoples of Europe. Current Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) should get paid for the period in which they have been elected, but not more. All institutions of the EU should be formally dismantled and abolished as soon as possible. That includes the European Commission, the European Council, the Council of the European Union, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Central Bank and the European Court of Auditors.
Europeans need to get rid of the EU, before the EU inflicts irreparable damage on European civilization.

The one tragedy you should be aware before you read about Fjordman interviews with the police and a Norwegian media outlet is that Fjordman is no longer an anonymous writer. Because of police investigations Fjordman gave an interview to Verdans Gang in which he publicly reveals his actual name believing the police investigation would eventually reveal it anyway.
The writer and authorPeder Are Nøstvold Jensen, better known as Fjordman, is a European treasure and a near extinct rarity unfortunately. I have admired and followed him for many years.
He’s been an inspiration to me personally as a writer and essayist. In fact, his book Defeating Eurabiawas the catalyst for my own book No Apologies which will be released on Amazon for the Kindle this spring.
Fjordman has paid the price for having the courage to stand up for what is right and true. It is incredible, that in today’s Europe, one can hardly dare to stand up ones culture and country without undergoing intense scrutiny, harassment, and sometimes even persecution from the authorities. Not to mention risking death at the hands of the Muslims hordes who those same authorities have allowed to overrun the borders and flood the continent in their millions.
