Cruz, Lee Threaten ‘Procedural’ War on Senate Floor to Stop ‘Lawless Amnesty’

Six U.S. Senators have placed outgoing (i.e. lame duck) – Majority Leader Senator Reid – on noticed that if President Barack Hussein Obama unilaterally forces an illegal alien amnesty edict, that audacious Presidential act will cause a constitutional crisis. It is the belief of the Senators (Original Intent) that immigration law is solely the purview of the Congress.

Since I agree with those six Senators, Obama illegal Alien Amnesty should be another nail to the coffin of impeachment. God knows many of those nails have already been hammered but political numbers, political correctness, and a cowardly GOP leadership have FAILED to move the coffin from the House to the Senate.

Cruz, Lee Threaten ‘Procedural’ War on Senate Floor to Stop ‘Lawless Amnesty’

Republican Senators Ted Cruz of Texas, Mike Lee of Utah, Jeff Sessions of Alabama, Pat Roberts of Kansas, Mike Crapo of Idaho, and David Vitter of Louisiana sent a letter to lame-duck Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada today saying that if President Obama takes unilateral action to grant amnesty to illegal aliens it “will create a constitutional crisis.”

The senators told Reid that they would assist him in enacting a measure to stop Obama from unilaterally granting an amnesty, but that if Reid lets Obama go forward with such an amnesty they “would use all procedural means necessary” to make the Senate focus on the constitutional crisis they say that this “lawless amnesty” would create.

On Dec. 11, the continuing resolution now funding the government will expire. Before that date, both Houses of Congress will need to approve a new continuing resolution to fund the government beyond that date.

If the CR does not permit the Executive Branch to spend money on some action, the Executive Branch cannot take that action.

“We write to express our alarm with President Obama’s announced intention to take unilateral executive action by the end of this year to lawlessly grant amnesty to immigrants who have entered the country illegally,” the senators wrote Reid.

“The Supreme Court has recognized that ‘over no conceivable subject is the power of Congress more complete’ than its power over immigration,” the senators said. “Therefore, President Obama will be exercising powers properly belonging to Congress if he makes good his threat.

“This will create a constitutional crisis that demands action by Congress to restore the separation of powers,” the senators told Reid.

“As majority leader of the Senate, you have the responsibility of not only representing the citizens of your state, but also of protecting the Constitution through vigilant exercise of the checks and balances provided under the Constitution,” wrote Cruz, Lee, Sessions, Roberts, Crapo and Vitter.

“Therefore, we write to offer our full assistance in ensuring expeditious Senate debate and passage for a measure that preserves the power of Congress by blocking any action the president may take to violate the Constitution and unilaterally grant amnesty,” the senators said.

“[H]owever,” they continued, “should you decline to defend the Senate and the Constitution from executive overreach, the undersigned senators will use all procedural means necessary to return the Senate’s focus during the lame duck session to resolving the constitutional crisis created by President Obama’s lawless amnesty.”

It is my opinion that Move America Forward (MAF) is the USA’s preeminent pro-military organization. MAF’s primary message is to organize material support for the military personnel fighting overseas. That material support is in the nature of care packages that includes both scarce necessities (e.g. toiletries) and to a lesser degree some comforts (perhaps like treats). Here at home MAF acts as a public service for families of overseas military personnel. MAF in its early days began to expose anti-military organizations that tarnished the reputation of the military or actively participated in protests harmful to America’s war efforts which means potentially harmful to overseas military personnel.

MAF began to understand that Left Wing attack dogs would thus begin to come out of the woodwork to denigrate MAF efforts. Without investigating the details it is probably a good guess Left Wing individuals and organizations would begin to whine about MAF’s non-profit tax deductible status. Hence the formation of a political wing called MAF Freedom PAC (MAFPAC.org).

Keeping all this in mind MAF Freedom PAC supports political candidates for Office that or both Conservative and pro-military in their outlook. One such candidate is the Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate in Alaska – Dan Sullivan (MAFPAC.org email below).

Sullivan is in a tight race with the Dem Party incumbent Senator Mark Begich. Senator Begich is taking the typical Left Wing path of disinformation, character assassination and downright lying to win reelection:

Senator Begich misled Alaska voters by insinuating he had the support of Senator Lisa Murkowski who won her reelection running as an Independent write-in because she lost her Republican Primary to Tea Party endorsed candidate Joe Miller in 2010. (It is my opinion the GOP Establishment sold-out Miller so Murkowski would still caucus as a Republican.) Senator Murkowski has very publicly denied any endorsement of the Dem incumbent Senator Begich.

Mark Begich has spent the last month trying to exploit Senator Lisa Murkowski by suggesting that she supports his candidacy (she doesn’t). Begich has repeatedly run ads using Murkowski’s image and likeness – against her will – and now suggests that the only reason she opposes his ads is because she doesn’t like her picture in them.

Here’s the backstory:

·         On August 7, Politico reported: “Representatives for GOP Sen. Lisa Murkowski are demanding that her fellow Alaskan, Democratic Sen. Mark Begich, take down a campaign ad featuring her image — an unusual instance of two sitting senators from the same state in a public spat. …In a letter disseminated on Thursday, the law firm for Murkowski’s Senate committee skewered a Begich ad in a cease-and-desist missive. The ad in question, “Great Team,” features Murkowski and Begich appearing together, along with testimony from an individual who says he is a lifelong Republican, a Murkowski voter —and also a Begich supporter.”

·         On August 11th, Sen. Begich refused to take down the Murkowski ad: Reports made clear: “Mark Begich, Alaska Democrat, said he doesn’t plan to take down a campaign ad showing him working together with his Republican colleague, Sen. Lisa Murkowski. Ms. Murkowski has sent Mr. Begich a cease-and-desist letter to stop playing the television ad, saying that he used her likeness without her permission.”

·         On September 28th, Sen. Begich brazenly ran another ad featuring Lisa Murkowski: KTVA reported, “It comes after Murkowski earlier in the campaign called on Begich to stop running a similar ad. And it comes days after Murkowski was featured in an ad endorsing Begich’s GOP rival, Dan Sullivan.”

·         On October 24, Mark Begich claimed the only reason that Lisa Murkowski was mad about the ads is because she didn’t like her photo: During a recent debate, Dan Sullivan asked Mark Begich why he repeatedly used Senator Murkowski in his campaign ads against her will. Senator Begich’s obnoxious (not to mention sexist) response? “She didn’t like the photo. That’s what the letter was about, Dan.”

Despite overwhelming evidence, Senator Mark Begich (D., Alaska) denied having attacked Republican Ted Stevens in attack ads during the 2008 Senate campaign.

The issue came up during a debate Thursday night between Begich and Dan Sullivan. Sullivan questioned Begich regarding wrongful accusations against Stevens and whether Begich regretted running the incorrect attack ads.

Begich, presumably hoping no one with access to Youtube was paying attention boldly stated, “I didn’t run attack ads.”

Now I don’t live in Alaska but I gotta tell ya, for an Alaskan voter to actually vote for Senator Mark Begich’s reelection that person must really be dedicated to the Democratic Party, political liars and dirty politicians.

Like Tom Cotton, a fellow veteran running for U.S. Senate, Dan went to Harvard where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Economics. He studied Law at Georgetown which is where he met his wife Julie, also a law student at the prestigious school.

Dan’s experience in the Marines made him a tough-as-nails leader who never backs down and for whom surrender is not an option! He’s fighting a tough race against Mark Begich, a typical Democrat politician who runs to the right during election season, distancing himself from Obama and his liberal views, but as soon as they get elected these liberals always show their true colors.

Begich has shown this in his support for President Obama’s inaction in confronting ISIS. In a recent debate, Begich supported Obama’s policy of a hands-off fight against ISIS, with no troops and only very limited bombing. Sullivan pounced on the opportunity to show how wrong that strategy is.

“Inaction has its own consequences,” Sullivan said, “If we need combat troops to protect personnel, to protect the embassy, to protect ambassadors like we didn’t have in Benghazi, to protect pilots, I would be for it.”

His opponent, Begich, was silent and offered no such commitment to protecting our citizens or our interests abroad.

Asia Bibi is a Pakistani Christian. She has been in a Pakistan slammer since 2009. Why? A bunch of religious racist Muslim ladies were upset Asia drew water out of a well designated for Muslims. A common practice among the Muslim populace of Pakistan is to exact personal revenge and steal Christian property by leveling the accusation against a Christian for breaking Pakistan’s Blasphemy Law. The Muslim gals at the well were so enraged a Christian used a Muslim well and touched the utensils used to draw water that a couple of them (appropriately the name of one of the Muslim gals is Mafia) shouted Asia Bibi muttered blasphemous comments against the antichrist prophet known as Mohammed (or Muhammad or whatever). Pakistan’s Blasphemy Law (See Also HERE) says that is a good enough reason for a capital crime.

Asia denies the accusation, BUT if she did – SO WHAT! I bad mouth that antichrist prophet all the time. I am a Christian and quite frankly I find it quite annoying that Mo established a bloody religion in which Jew-hatred and Christian-hatred are actually encoded in Islamic holy writings – especially the Quran considered by Muslims to be the direct words from the demon Allah.

Christian’s in Muslim dominated nations have had to face the Islamic assault on Jesus Christ’s divinity and divine origins for over a thousand years. When the Muslims conquered the Christian majority Middle East and North Africa their lives as oppressed people became so horrendous that after a few hundred years of human demoralization the Christian majority slowly converted to Islam to leave denigration behind.

Pakistani Christians like Asia Bibi face this human denigration which often ends with the Muslim ultimatum: convert or die. Asia Bibi has been sentenced to death. To get out of the death sentence she simply has to deny her Savior Jesus Christ and embrace Islam.

Bravely, Asia Bibi has chosen Christ for life in eternity rather than a future lake of fire for denying her Savior. Asia’s only hope to escape a demonic death sentence in this life is if Western nations – ESPECIALLY THE USA – step in notifying Pakistan there will be consequences if it allows the execution of Asia Bibi.

A huge amount of Pakistan’s military budget is supplied by the United States of America. David French writing an article for the ACLJ about Asia Bibi’s plight indeed shows how the U.S. government under the Obama Administration can indeed exact consequences on Pakistan for allowing death sentences under Free Speech issues.

We Christians know President Barack Hussein Obama has gone out of his way to schmooze with Islamic nations and even Radical Muslim organizations that support this Islamic Supremacist ideology of executing people for using Mo and Islam’s name in vain. I mean dear God in Heaven he has had Jew-hating and Christian-hating Muslim Brotherhood and Salafists come to the White House to listen to their opinion.

We Christians know the Democratic Party that endorses the murder of unborn children as a form of birth control and has forced Americans via the Courts to submit to a homosexual agenda even though both the Old and New Testament make no bones that such a lifestyle is an abomination in the eyes of God. (** Just to note that neither I nor the Christian Scriptures endorse the execution of abortionists and homosexuals as say Sharia-minded Muslims would.)

So what can Christians do to bring pressure on the U.S. government to actually address an injustice being exacted on the Christian minority of Pakistan?

ONE: On November 4^th flood to the polls to vote Republican or at least a Conservative candidate representing any other political party. BUT NOT VOTING for one single Democrat or Independent supporting ungodly issues the Democrats support.

TWO: Flood your Senator and Representative in Congress to place political pressure on Pakistan to save Asia Bibi and other Christians under the same idiocy of Islamic Supremacist death sentences for expressing Free Speech and Religious Freedom issues. AND I DO MEAN FLOOD!

A good way to begin that flood is to sign every petition you can find (even if it is a fund raising tool) in which the petition is actually delivered to persons or a person with political influence.

Top U.S. Aid Recipient Is Set to Hang a Christian Woman for Blasphemy

Pakistan is a perennial recipient of billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars. It’s an occasional ally/frequent enemy, sometimes actively conspiring against U.S. interests, sometimes actually firing on U.S. troops (incidents so notorious they now have their own Wikipedia page), and — of course — it’s the home of increasingly virulent jihadist extremism. And, no, this extremism isn’t confined to the fringes of Pakistani society but is sometimes even manifested in its appellate courts.

Last week, a Pakistani court of appeals upheld Asia Bibi’s death sentence for blasphemy. She’s a Christian and a mother of five.

Death. For allegedly saying bad things about Mohammed.

Barbaric.

Not that it matters (one should be able to freely insult the prophet of Islam without fear of death), but there’s evidence that even the inherently illegitimate blasphemy charge is trumped-up nonsense. Here’s Asia Bibi describing the incident in her own words. The story begins with Bibi taking a drink of water, then offering the cup to her Muslim neighbors:

Then I start to hear muttering. I pay no attention and fill the cup again, this time holding it out to a woman next to me who looks like she’s in pain. She smiles and reaches out . . . At exactly the moment Musarat pokes her ferrety nose out from the bush, her eyes full of hate: “Don’t drink that water, it’s haram!”

Musarat addresses all the pickers, who have suddenly stopped work at the sound of the word “haram,” the Islamic term for anything forbidden by God.

“Listen, all of you, this Christian has dirtied the water in the well by drinking from our cup and dipping it back several times. Now the water is unclean and we can’t drink it! Because of her!”

It’s so unfair that for once I decide to defend myself and stand up to the old witch.

“I think Jesus would see if differently from Mohammed.”

Musarat is furious. “How dare you think for the Prophet, you filthy animal!”

The story then moves into the familiar demand for conversion:

“That’s right, you’re just a filthy Christian! You’ve contaminated our water and now you dare speak for the Prophet! Stupid bitch, your Jesus didn’t even have a proper father, he was a bastard, don’t you know that.”

Musarat comes over as though she’s going to hit me and yells: “You should convert to Islam to redeem yourself for your filthy religion.”

I feel a pain deep inside. We Christians have always stayed silent: We’ve been taught since we were babies never to say anything, to keep quiet because we’re a minority. But I’m stubborn too and now I want to react, I want to defend my faith. I take a deep breath and fill my lungs with courage.

“I’m not going to convert. I believe in my religion and in Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for the sins of mankind. What did your Prophet Mohammed ever do to save mankind? And why should it be me that converts instead of you?”

Bibi’s act of defiance is rewarded with physical assault, an assault that days later grows more sinister:

Five days later, I went to work fruit picking in another field. I’ve almost filled my bowl when I hear what sounds like a rioting crowd. I step back from my bush, wondering what’s going on, and in the distance I see dozens of men and women striding along towards our field, waving their arms in the air.

I catch the cruel eyes of Musarat. Her expression is self-righteous and full of scorn. I shiver as I suddenly realize that she hasn’t let it go. I can tell she’s out for revenge. The excited crowd are closer now; they are coming into the field and now they’re standing in front of me, threatening and shouting.

“Filthy bitch! We’re taking you back to the village! You insulted our Prophet! You’ll pay for that with your life!”

They all start yelling:

“Death! Death to the Christian!”

The angry crowd is pressing closer and closer around me. I’m half lying on the ground when two men grab me by the arms to drag me away. I call out in a desperate, feeble voice:

“I haven’t done anything! Let me go, please! I haven’t done anything wrong!”

When a young mullah intervenes, he is explicit: Convert or die.

“If you don’t want to die,” says the young mullah, “you must convert to Islam. Are you willing to redeem yourself by becoming a good Muslim?”

Sobbing, I reply:

“No, I don’t want to change my religion. But please believe me, I didn’t do what these women say, I didn’t insult your religion. Please have mercy on me.”

I put my hands together and plead with him. But he is unmoved.

“You’re lying! Everyone says you committed this blasphemy and that’s proof enough. Christians must comply with the law of Pakistan, which forbids any derogatory remarks about the holy Prophet. Since you won’t convert and the Prophet cannot defend himself, we shall avenge him.”

This is a nation with a nuclear arsenal, that flies dozens of F-16s supplied by the United States, and is an alleged partner in our war on terror. But it’s a nation that sentences mothers to death simply because they’re Christians who refuse to deny Christ — even in the face of an angry, violent mob.

Bibi is appealing to Pakistan’s highest court, a process that could take years. In the meantime, how many more billions of American dollars will subsidize this savagery? I fully recognize there are good and noble members of Pakistani society — our European Centre for Law and Justice has an affiliate in Pakistan that is staffed with courageous lawyers who’ve saved many Christian lives — but it’s past time for our government to insist that our alleged allies behave in a manner that not only advances U.S. interests but also protects the most basic of human rights of Pakistan’s persecuted Christian minority.

We simply cannot tolerate jihadist extremism. Yet we do, again and again — even subsidizing and arming it. And how are we rewarded for this appeasement and forbearance?

With more sharia; with more jihad.

And with more Christian mothers facing the hangman’s noose.

Colonel in the Iowa National Guard who was actually a company commander in Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq circa 2003. Just like Sarah Palin, the Iowa local media and national Left Stream Media have done their best to assassinate State Senator Ernst’s character. And just like America’s Liar-in-Chief Obama, the Dem candidate for the Iowa Senate Bruce Bailey has become a liar as well.

Dishonesty comes as naturally as breathing for some folks. These types of people are clinically referred to as pathological liars. They tell lies habitually and chronically for the purpose of furthering their own agenda.

Pathological liars are different from compulsive liars. A compulsive liar is dishonest out of habit. This person tells lies so often, about virtually every facet of his life, that uttering an honest word becomes uncomfortable and unnatural.

I am no psychologist, but if I were to offer an amateur diagnosis, I would guess that Democrat U.S. Senate hopeful Bruce Braley fits the definition of a pathological liar. We already know Braley is dishonest. He has provided numerous examples over the past few years.

Braley Voted Against Funding Combat Operations in Iraq

Iowa Democrat Bruce Braley opposed funding any American military operations in Iraq this year-before he supported them. The three-term House member, who is running for Iowa’s open Senate seat in one of the year’s hottest races, touted his support for military action against ISIS in Iraq and Syria in a recent debate.

“I recently had the opportunity to vote to give the president limited authority to begin strikes against terrorists in Iraq and Syria,” Braley said during the debate with his Republican opponent, Joni Ernst.

That’s not quite accurate, as Fox News’s Carl Cameron points out. The recent House vote Braley cited was to arm Syrian rebels fighting against ISIS. Authorization for United States’s bombing campaign against ISIS terrorists has fallen under the authorization to use military force against terrorist groups first passed by Congress in 2001, the Obama administration has argued. There’s been no separate vote in this Congress to authorize the recent air strikes.

But earlier this year, Braley voted for an amendment to not fund any military combat operations in Iraq. On June 19, California Democrat Barbara Lee offered an amendment to the defense appropriations bill to “prohibit the use of funds to be used for the purposes of conducting combat operations in Iraq.” The amendment failed, but 23 Republicans and 142 Democrats voted for it-including Bruce Braley.

While Bruce Braley tries to talk tough about confronting ISIS, it’s too little too late and we don’t buy his story. He claims to have supported airstrikes against ISIS, but he was lying about that and in fact he voted FOR an amendment that would have made it impossible to carry our airstrikes against ISIS.

Luckily that amendment failed, but Bruce Braley has shown his true colors. He is a foreign policy wimp and believes in Obama’s weak lead-from-behind strategy that allowed ISIS to grow into the dangerous group we face today!

Ted Cruz Just Made a Bold Prediction About Harry Reid …

Scottie Nell Hughes interviews Senator Ted Cruz in a TPNN interview. In summary Cruz tells Scottie that the GOP will fire Senator Harry Reid in 2014 as the Majority Leader of the Senate. Cruz proceeds to talk about the need for strong leadership among the potential GOP Presidential candidates in the 2016 election as opposed to the namby-pamby contrast the Republicans have offered the last two Presidential election cycles. “Namby-pamby” is my word not Senator Cruz’s.

Cruz talks about the Paul Ryan-Tea Party semi-feud currently taking place saying roughly that no Conservative Republican should criticize another Conservative. By the way, Ryan and Hughes have exchanged barbs between each other. Hughes is not the only Tea Party person who feels Ryan abandoned the Tea Party Movement to join the GOP Establishment.

Cruz is upset about the Dem party with the aid of the Left-stream media portraying the GOP as at fault for shutting down the government. Cruz tells the truth that the no-compromise Dems were responsible for that shutdown.

Ted Cruz sat down with TPNN News Director Scottie Nell Hughes, for an exclusive and wide-ranging interview at the 2014 Americans for Prosperity Defending the American Dream Summit, taking place in Dallas this weekend.

Scottie offered a tactical attempt to get Senator Cruz to budge on announcing whether he was going to make a run for the presidency in 2016, pressing Cruz, “Is there a timeline that you will be thinking of making an announcement? Let’s just say someone was thinking of running for 2016, when would be that time that you would think of that.”

“I am happy to make an announcement right now–which is 66 days from now, I am convinced we’re going to retake the U.S. Senate and we’re going to retire Harry Reid’s as majority leader,” Cruz confidently predicted about the upcoming 2014 midterm elections, a proclamation that will make principled conservatives give a standing ovation to hear.

“Next year, we’re going to see the presidential race get moving,” Cruz elaborated. “Let me tell you the test I intend to apply as a voter, it’s the test I intend to apply as a voter who will be voting in the Republican primary in 2016. Republicans should nominate whoever is standing up and leading,” Cruz advised.

Cruz referred to the upcoming election as “the most important election of our lifetime,” then expanded on the urgency of America’s dire direction under Democrat President Barack Obama:

“Our country is in crisis. It’s now or never. Whoever is standing up and leading, making the case that the Obama agenda isn’t working–economically it’s a disaster, our constitutional rights are under assault–abroad, America’s receded from leadership in the world.”

It would be easy to make the case that Cruz is slightly hinting at a 2016 presidential run, as Cruz has certainly provided bold leadership in fighting against Obamacare, amnesty, and various other acts of Obama’s lawlessness, and has been viciously attacked for it by the establishment leadership in both political parties.

Cruz’s message to other prospective GOP presidential candidates, which so far is looking like it may be another crowded field, is “stand up and lead.” Cruz encouraged voters to look at candidates who’ve “stood up and engaged” on the important issues facing the nation over the last two or three years.

“We’ve seen two elections in a row where Republicans didn’t take it to the Democrats, didn’t draw a clear contrast. If we hide in the corner, Hillary Clinton will run right over us,” Cruz predicted. “Margaret Thatcher famously said, ‘First you win the argument, then you win the vote,’” Cruz explained.

Cruz told Scottie that what the GOP needs for the next presidential candidate is someone who paints a positive, bold, optimistic vision, that we can get back to the principles that built this country.”

It sounds like Senator Ted Cruz may have just been describing President Ted Cruz.

Scottie then asked the senator from Texas to weigh in on the somewhat of an ongoing feud between the establishment RINO wing of the GOP, versus the grassroots, pro-Constitution, pro-freedom Tea Party and libertarian wing of the Republican Party. Specifically, Scottie asked Cruz to comment on Paul Ryan’s new book in which he bashed the Tea Party and the Cruz push to stop the funding of Obamacare by using the threat of a government shutdown as leverage.

“I like Paul Ryan. He’s a good man,” Cruz responded. “I will say that I don’t think it’s beneficial when Republican leadership throws rocks at conservatives, at conservative activists across this country,” Cruz answered about Ryan’s attacks against the Tea Party.

Cruz then blasted the leftstream Democrat media complex, who he referred to as “useful idiots,” for perpetuating the lie that Republicans shut down the government:

“One of the greatest lies that the mainstream media repeats ad nauseam, is the lie that Republicans shut down the government. It’s simply not true. The House of Representatives, House Republicans voted over-and-over-and-over again to fully fund the federal government, but to defund Obamacare. The reason the government shutdown is because President Obama and Harry Reid wanted to shut down the government, and they said very publicly that they thought it benefited them politically to shut down the government, in part, because they could count on the useful idiots in the media, and sadly on a fair number of Senate Republicans, to go on television and blame the shutdown on Republicans.”

Cruz told Scottie that when Republicans voted to fully fund the government except for Obamacare, and Democrats refused to negotiate, it was the Democrats who chose to close down the full government, not the Republicans.

Cruz said the fight to defund Obamacare, was a fight against “the most disastrous legislation in modern times.”

“How many Americans wished Republicans had stood together and Democrats hadn’t shut down the government, but had been willing to work to avoid the disaster, the train wreck that is Obamacare?” Cruz asked rhetorically.

Establishment GOP Aids Cochran to Steal Primary Runoff

On June 24^th 194,932 votes to McDaniel’s 187,265, 2014 Mississippi had its runoff election in the GOP Primary between incumbent Establishment Thad Cochran and Tea Party favorite Chris McDaniel. McDaniel won the first Primary but with less than 50% of the vote causing the runoff. In that runoff McDaniel led in the count a substantial amount then astoundingly Cochran pulled ahead and won 194,932 votes to McDaniel’s 187,265. In other words Cochran won by 7667 votes. The thing is those winning votes came under an incredibly suspicious manner. Out of McDaniel’s own pocket he investigated the ballots he legally forced to make available. After McDaniel’s investigation was complete he discovered this:

McDaniel presented his case to the Mississippi Republican Party and they WOULD NOT VIEW OR LISTEN TO THE EVIDENCE! The State GOP wanted McDaniel to pack it in and give up to the Establishment Republican incumbent Thad Cochran. Now that is Establishment corruption at its height. There is obvious illegal action involved on behalf of Cochran. My God! Some Federal Justice indictments must come to someone involved in this voter fraud. Unfortunately a criminal investigation to sniff how far the fraud went up the Cochran Campaign chain probably would take some time which would entail a continued certification of Cochran’s November 4^th election day participation.

Ergo McDaniel cannot depend on the wheels of criminal justice especially with a corrupt Dem Party Attorney General in Eric Holder. McDaniel is stuck with the power of civil courts to nullify the fraudulent votes. The Judge that is not under the influence of the GOP Establishment should be able to do one of two things: either force another runoff election or nullify the 25000 fraudulent votes thereby giving McDaniel June 24 victory over Cochran.

Constitutional conservative Mississippi Senate Candidate Chris McDaniel told Tim Constantine on TPNN’s Capitol Hill Show on Wednesday, that Republican establishment-backed, 76-year-old Senator Thad Cochran’s campaign stole the recent runoff election in Mississippi, that he had proof, and hoped his current court challenge will not only overturn the election, but will allow people to see the “ugly, ugly under belly of some element of the Republican Party.”

McDaniel, who defeated Cochran, nicknamed the “King of Pork” in the prior Mississippi Senate primary, but failed to avoid a forced runoff vote because neither he nor Cochran passed the fifty percent threshold.

“They did steal the election, there’s no question about that,” McDaniel told Constantine. “They basically brought in 40,000-plus Democrats into a Republican primary. And that’s called Party Raiding,” he claimed.

McDaniel said that the Cochran campaign utilized “illegal votes” in the run-off election, and when his campaign presented the evidence to the Mississippi Republican Party’s executive committee, which is the process required, they refused to look at the evidence.

“Once we found the evidence, we attempted to take that evidence before the state Republican executive committee, which is what statue demands what we do,” McDaniel explained. “We took the information before the State Republican Executive Committee, and they refused to hear it, because it was too politically difficult, I’m assuming,” he charged.

McDaniel said there is a hearing coming up on Thursday on a motion to dismiss, which McDaniel thought his campaign would win, allowing the case to move forward. A full hearing on the merits of McDaniel’s case is scheduled for September 16.

Constantine made the point that even if one assumes that every Democrat who voted for Cochran in the Republican primary would eventually vote for him in the general election, law would have allowed those same Democrats to vote three weeks earlier in the Democrat Party’s primary. “Legally, you cannot do that,” Constantine said.

“We found about 15,000 total irregularities, many of which are also ineligible voters,” McDaniel contended. “On top of that, there are approximately 2,000 absentee votes which will probably be disqualified as well,” he predicted.

The Mississippi Republican Party has a long history of being a classic example of a corrupt “good ole boys” network, led by RINOs like former Governor and current lobbyist Haley Barbour, who many credit as being the mastermind (along with his son) behind Cochran’s dirty tricks and despicable smear campaign against Chris McDaniel and the Tea Party.

“We have already spent $200,000 on legal fees,” McDaniel revealed during the interview.

McDaniel issued a blistering condemnation to the Republican Party establishment and leadership, saying that if the problem of the election is not fixed, they have no business calling themselves the party of Ronald Reagan.

“I pray we’ll get justice. We need our chance to present our evidence. And the people of this country and this state need to finally see the ugly, ugly under belly of some elements of the Republican Party. And those elements, as bad as they’ve behaved, they have no business being the party of freedom or being Reagan’s conservative party.”

The Big Sky State of Montana has been a mixed bag in the U.S.’s political spectrum. Since 2012 Montana voted Republican for President, has a Democrat Governor, two Dem Party Senators and since 2012 Montana’s lone Representative in U.S. House of Representatives is Steve Daines a Republican.

Dem Senator John Walsh has been exposed as a plagiarist which became scandalous enough that he opted out of a Senate reelection campaign in 2014. Which makes him a has-been.

Guess who became the GOP choice to face Walsh in 2014? Yup, Rep. Steve Daines Montana’s only House member in the U.S. Congress. The Montana Dems have selected State Senator (Montana State Congress) to face Steve Daines in the 2014 election cycle.

Daines is so Conservative that the Dems aren’t campaigning against what he votes, but rather the Dems are doing what they doo-doo best. Which is to say the Dem strategy is an absolute negative campaign of character smears much like something you might read from the Montana Leftist blog called Intelligent Discontent:

The title is fairly self-explanatory but if you are a Leftie you might enjoy how Don Pogreba explains deceitfully votes Conservative with committing to that vote in his home Montana State. Typically the Dems are counting on the Montana voters being duped while calling them stupid for not realizing a Conservative will vote Conservative in House voting roll calls.

A Helena Independent Record (IR) posted this about Steve Daines on March 24 of this year:

Montana’s U.S. Rep. Steve Daines — a Republican running this year for the U.S. Senate — has fashioned a very conservative voting record in his first 15 months on the job, independent analyses show.

He opposed Democratic President Barack Obama 87 percent of the time during 2013, according to Congressional Quarterly, a nonpartisan publication that covers Congress.

In addition, a 30-year-old rating system devised by two prominent political scientists casts Daines as the most conservative House member in Montana history.

The Montana Democratic Party, which is working to defeat Daines in this year’s election, also has called Daines “reckless” and extreme, pointing primarily to his 2013 support for House Republican budget proposals and his opposition to two key bipartisan budget deals in 2013 and early this year.

What a surprising description of the Conservative GOP Haines, right? God bless him for voting against Obama 87% of the time and God bless him for being the most Conservative Representative in Montana history.

In contrast the candidate the Dems chose to replace plagiarist Senator Walsh on the 2014 ballot is State Senator Amanda Curtis (D – Dist. 76). Walsh is so Left Wing that you can tell she sees herself in the mold of the Socialist-in-Chief President Barack Hussein Obama. (Breitbart) – Montana State Senator Amanda Curtis (D-76 Dist.) is running for U.S. Senate and will no doubt be trying to run away from her past statements mocking guns, Christianity, the Bible, and the family.

She just stepped into the race in place of John Walsh, the Democrat candidate who had to step down amid a plagiarism scandal.

On August 22 the Tea Party Express posted a compilation of Curtis’s statements that include laughing at gun owners who stress the importance of having a gun for self-defense. She does this by telling stories about walking home “in the dark, through parking lots and everything,” without a gun. She looks into the camera, feigning surprise, and says, “I’m glad I made it.”

She then references someone who brought up “the God almighty, and natural law, and the Bible, and biblical this and biblical that, and Christianity and fundamental Christianity.” After saying these things she looks into the camera and grimaces, like the mention of these things caused her pain.

She then makes fun of a fellow legislator who said “the most basic form of government in Montana is the family.” She grimaced again and said, “Really?”

Of course, her mockery of the family is also another mockery of Christianity, which puts forth the family as the first authority children learn to obey.

Justin Smith is writing in support of Joe Carr to unseat Republican Senator Lamar Alexander in Tennessee’s next Primary. You Tennessean voters need to read this if you are a Conservative pro-Second Amendment citizen. Smith itemizes a few of Senator Alexander’s failures in this regard.

Joe Carr is the Tea Party and Conservative anti-establishment hopeful to replace Senator Alexander. I am one of those that believes the GOP Establishment needs to be replaced with Conservatives that actually believe in less government, a fairer tax system, immigration reform that does not include outright amnesty, a free market economy and most of all – Original Intent interpretations of the U.S. Constitution over the Leftist deluded dilution of a Living Constitution. From what I have read Joe Carr represents the real Conservatives and Senator Alexander has swayed to status quo politics that essentially gives the farm away in compromises with Obama’s Leftist transformation vision of a new USA.

According to the Wall Street Journal, a Republican pollster places Senator Alexander up by 30 points from July 22-23 polling. My guess is the pollster asked GOP Establishment questions to bolster Alexander among Tennessee voters. That does sound a bit unsurmountable for Joe Carr, BUT David Brat showed that the GOP Establishment does not always get it right with the voters. Ask Eric Cantor.

More Than A Republican

Last week State Representative Joe Carr (R) brought his bid for the U.S. Senate against incumbent Senator Lamar Alexander (R) to the national spotlight. On July 14th, nationally recognized radio and television political analyst, Laura Ingraham endorsed Joe Carr and backed her endorsement with a rousing rally for Carr on July 22nd, in front of approximately 600 people at the Millennium Maxwell Hotel in Nashville, TN. And the very next day, Sarah Palin, former Governor of Alaska, also offered her strong support and endorsement of Mr. Joe Carr.

It is no wonder that intelligent, strong, conservative women, such as Laura Ingraham and Sarah Palin, would support Joe Carr’s candidacy for the U.S. Senate, especially when one compares the pedigree of Carr’s and Alexander’s ideas. Carr stands on principles over politics in Tennessee’s 48th District, while Senator Lamar Alexander is far too willing to compromise with Obama and the Progressives to the point of betraying Tennesseans and the American people and facilitating Obama’s fundamental transformation of America, on issues like Obamacare/ACA, immigration “reform”, Common Core and our Second Amendment Rights.

In April 2013, Senator Alexander sided with Obama, Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) and the Progressive Democrats in their Toomey-Manchin gun registration scheme, S. 649, and voted against Senator Rand Paul’s filibuster. This was certainly a betrayal, since Alexander professes to be “pro-gun.”

Joe Carr clearly stands for the Second Amendment and against any anti-gun legislation. Carr has sponsored several bills in the Tennessee legislature that would expand gun owners’ rights, and he embraces ideas like “Constitutional Carry.”

On May 13, 2014, Alexander would not give the ‘Knoxville Sentinel‘ a “yes” or “no” answer whether he supports Common Core State Standards in education. And Joe Carr immediately asked, “How is it possible that the senior Senator from Tennessee can’t give Tennessee parents a ‘yes or no’ answer about the future of their kids’ education?” Carr concluded with, “I am fighting to repeal Common Core and I’d like to know if Sen. Alexander will join that fight or not.”

Repealing Obamacare/ACA is an issue of critical importance to many Americans, and it is beyond disgusting to witness Progressive Republicans-In-Name-Only, such as Lamar Alexander, pretend they cannot stop Obamacare. Alexander says he has voted 23 times to repeal Obamacare, and yet, when he had the opportunity to defund or delay the ACA in October 2013, he joined 28 other turncoat Republicans and voted to pass cloture in the Senate, 83-16.

Joe Carr has led the fight in Tennessee against building the ACA mandated “healthcare” exchanges. He has co-sponsored legislation that would prohibit Tennessee from participating in any Medicaid expansion authorized under the ACA, and he has co-sponsored a bill designed to halt implementation of regulatory schemes to operate the ACA, because most Americans are still completely opposed to the ACA and its controls over one-sixth of the economy and the individual.

When Alexander voted for the Corker Hoeven Bill (June 24, 2013) and the Border Security, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Act (June 27, 2013), essentially giving amnesty to upwards of 30 million illegal aliens, he had to shamelessly align himself against his constituents in Tennessee and join a coalition of business groups, unions, gay rights, Latino and immigration advocates and quislings and Progressive Democrats, such as Chuck Schumer (NY) and Robert Menendez (NJ), in order to see both bills pass.

Joe Carr has fought hard to stop the illegal immigration problem in Tennessee, and he has set a national standard. On June 8, 2011, his Tennessee Lawful Employment Act (E-Verify/ HB1378) was signed into law. He has also sponsored legislation to prohibit “sanctuary cities”. Carr understands that the immigration “reform” bills passed by the U.S. Senate have contributed to the rise in illegal aliens attempting to cross the southern border, and he knows this is simply one more way for the Progressive Democrats to “perpetuate their attacks on the American way of life,” as he often states.

As Sarah Palin explained in her endorsement (The Washington Post July 23/ Sean Sullivan): “He’s stood up to those in his own party, fighting to enact some of the toughest illegal immigration legislation in the country and working to make Tennessee the 4th most business friendly state in the nation.”

Regarding Lamar Alexander’s Senate record, Palin stated, “Unfortunately advocating for amnesty, cash for clunkers, bailouts, raising the debt ceiling and many controversial Obama administration nominees has marred the incumbent’s record. It’s time for a change.”

On every issue critical to America, Lamar Alexander has sided with Democrats. He voted to take away Veterans’ benefits in 2012 and in February 2014. He believes in the Progressives’ man-made global warming myth and has signed on to the EPA’s job-killing initiatives and proposed massive spending on “green energy.” He has voted for every tax-hike. And, he also undermined true conservative Chris McDaniel’s Senate bid in Mississippi by donating $10,000 to Thad Cochran.

Much in the manner that a relatively unknown challenger, Dave Brat, was able to upset House Majority Leader Eric Cantor in Virginia’s June election, Joe Carr espouses very similar views to those held by Brat, and Carr stands strong on principled ideas and the U.S. Constitution , as it relates to issues, such as illegal immigration. This has enabled Carr to close a 24 point percentage gap to seven points over the past two months, according to Triton Polling, illustrating his fighting spirit.

Just as Laura Ingraham told Carr’s supporters, “What we need now in our country, we need fighters, we need individuals who stand up, buck the powers that be whether they be on the left and the right.” And during her July 14th radio show, she described Carr as being “no nonsense, a citizen legislator.”

The head of steam that gathered under Joe Carr’s campaign is rapidly becoming a wave of support, as Tennesseans are in agreement with Sarah Palin that, “Joe Carr is the new voice Tennessee needs in the U.S. Senate,” because time and again he has taken the overreach of the Federal government to task and asked the right questions. Do we need an EPA so large it requires armed personnel, and do we need an IRS that requires 20,000 more agents just to enforce Obamacare? Never has any one vote been of such critical importance to Tennessee, possibly America, as the one voters cast on August 7th, if one cares about states’ rights and personal liberty as much as Joe Carr does.

If Joe’s own words do not inspire some to vote for him, they should certainly make us all think about the direction we are taking our nation: “It’s not enough to be a Republican. I’m a conservative and a Constitutionalist. … We are not at the 11th hour, we are at the midnight hour … I’m going up there (Washington, D.C.) to start a fight. We (our leaders in Congress/the Executive) have trampled on the legacy of 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence.”

Much of America might actually be unaware of the obvious voter fraud that took place in Mississippi in the GOP run-off election between incumbent Senator Thad Cochran and challenger Chris McDaniel (a local State Senator). Senator Cochran represents the Republican Establishment and McDaniel was highly supported by the Tea Party Movement. With what you have read so far, who do you think committed the vote fraud and who do you think was the victim?

July 3rd, 2014 • Senator Chris McDaniel discussed the widespread accusations of election fraud in last week’s run-off primary against Senator Thad Cochran. McDaniel spoke with former Congressman Allen West as to the multiple allegations regarding illegal voting, vote buying, and corruption that occurred in the Mississippi election.

The Tea Party organization Conservative Campaign Committee (CCC) sent one of those fund raising emails today. As usual I’ll leave the fund raising decision to you the reader. I am neither endorsing a donation nor telling you to be supportive of CCC. But also as usual CCC provides some very relevant info on the goings on of Dems, the GOP Establishment and the effect on the Tea Party Movement.

In this CCC email you will learn that McDaniel lawyers are very confident that a new run-off vote will take place between Cochran and McDaniel.

Great news, friends, as Ted Cruz calls for a voter fraud probe in Mississippi, where serious allegations have emerged that could result in a “redo” of the runoff election between the establishment’s Thad Cochran and Conservative Republican Chris McDaniel.

McDaniel’s campaign has already found more 5,000 improper votes cast, and tens of thousands of more votes are now in question – far in excess of Thad Cochran’s margin of victory on the day of the runoff election.

Election attorneys employed by McDaniel campaigns have said that if they find additional improperly cast ballots than a redo of the runoff election is likely. True The Vote and FreedomWorks have already filed suit regarding the election.

Lloyd Marcus, Chairman of the Conservative Campaign Committee, issued a statement commenting on the conduct by the Cochran campaign: “There are very serious allegations of voting irregularities and also possible illegal conduct in this runoff election. The voters of Mississippi deserve a fair, clean and honest election – they deserve to have their votes count and their voices heard.

“And when there is a new runoff election ordered, I have words of advice to Thad Cochran’s campaign team: don’t you ever again use the tactics of the Left and play the race card against conservatives like Chris McDaniel and the tea party movement.

“Conservative black activists such as myself, Dr. Ben Carson, Congressman Allen West, Kevin Jackson, Ambassador Alan Keyes, Niger Innis and countless others have worked for years to show how conservative principles of self-empowerment and liberty are the best prescription for not just the success of our nation, but for prosperity and success for minority communities.

“Thad Cochran’s campaign shamelessly undermined that effort by echoing the sentiments of the liberal media and leftist activists by labeling Chris McDaniel and the tea party movement as racist, hateful and harmful towards minorities – and that is a bald face lie,” Marcus concluded.

Palin Endorses Pierson for Texas District 32

I am a supporter of Sarah Palin. Because of my support my interest is always piqued when she endorses someone. I wish Palin would run for public office but as time slips on by that is becoming more and more unlikely. With the beginning of endorsements for the 2014 election cycle it increases my reasoning that Palin will announce any kind of candidacy for the time being.

It has come to my attention Sarah Palin has endorsed Katrina Pierson Republican Tea Party candidate to run against in the tank for Obamacare and the Obama agenda incumbent Republican Rep. Pete Sessions of Texas 32^nd District for the House of Representatives.

The Lame Stream Media and the Republican Establishment must be worried because are in character assassination mode toward Tea Party activist Pierson. An article in the Texas Observer relating a Slate article that brought out some data showing Pierson was receiving unemployment funds while she was consulting for Senator Ted Cruz’s campaign.

The picture painted is that Katrina Pierson must be a Tea Party hypocrite for taking government money for being (what?) unemployed. Now who has been in our nation’s Executive Office for nearly 6 years with little to no improvement in the U.S. economy or unemployment stats for better or worse depending on the scrubbed numbers provided by the White House?

The picture also painted is Pierson may have done something illegal while receiving unemployment benefits while consulting for Senator Ted Cruz. Since the Texas Observer article does not mention if Pierson received compensation from the Cruz campaign I am guessing there was nothing illegal there. Even if there was consulting beneficiary for Pierson I suspect it would have to substantial enough to be considered employment rather than doing odd jobs while waiting for a job compensatory to her former employment. After the article talked about her activism as a Tea Party advocate and being a spokesperson against U.N. Agenda 21 as if that is a crazy nut thing to do as Leftists would have you believe. Since only crazy people would be against the U.N. stepping on U.S. sovereignty telling Americans and making rules for Americans to manage their own land whether for agriculture or some kind of natural resource usage.

It’s hard not to think that more than a few of Pierson’s fellow conservatives might be bothered by the prospect that their tax dollars were subsidizing her full-time activism—they would certainly be furious if a Battleground Texas organizer did the same. I wouldn’t argue that the jobless should cease their political activity, but Pierson’s supporters might. Sessions, for his part, called a potential federal extension of unemployment benefits “immoral” just last week.

Pierson’s primary challenge to Sessions has been pretty much the only credible tea party primary challenge to an incumbent representative this cycle, so her failure to launch has really been something. Pierson has seemed to flounder, despite her ties to Ted Cruz’s 2012 campaign (and the endorsement of both Cruz’s father, Rafael, and Sarah Palin,) and her high profile in the activist community. She hasn’t been able to draw on the resources that might help make her candidacy viable—Sessions had accumulated over 20 times Pierson’s campaign cash at the end of January.

Sessions is conservative, make no mistake about it. But in his nearly two decades in Washington, he’s accumulated a thick layer of grime. He was an associate of both Jack Abramoff and Allen Stanford. In a comic example of congressional excess, Sessions once earmarked $1.6 million dollars for “dirigible research” by an Illinois company that employed a former aide as a lobbyist. In one breath the article author Hooks tells us to “make no mistake” that Sessions is a Conservative but has had money scandals with Jack Abramoff, Allen Stanford and sending $1.6 million bucks to an Illinois dirigible company that employed a former Sessions aid. Hooks also fails to mention that Sessions’ Conservative bona fides is questionable with the Congressman’s support of Obamacare. Pete Sessions is only Conservative enough to try to look good to his 32^nd District voters. When it comes to the issues that it is time to put his so-called Conservative foot down Sessions tows the Republican Establishment line.

I am looking at Katrina Pierson’s candidacy because of a Conservative Campaign Committee (CCC) email promoting her with publicizing Sarah Palin’s endorsement. I am cross posting the email below because it has quoted Palin on the endorsement. You should know that this email was sent on 2/23/14. I am telling you this because there is a time sensitive request for funding a pro-Pierson TV ad that provides a deadline for the 24^th. Of course that deadline has passed as of this post but I am sure the CCC would still accept targeted donations for Katrina Pierson. I probably should ad that the CCC is a Tea Party organization that probably is not directly affiliated with the Pierson campaign.

Ted Cruz has heaped praise on Pierson, calling her: “An utterly fearless principled conservative” and Cruz praised Pierson with good reason. You see, Katrina Pierson was one of the leading campaigners for Ted Cruz, helping him to get elected to the U.S. Senate:

It’s not just that Katrina Pierson is so great, but her opponent – incumbent Congressman Pete Sessions – needs to be ousted from Congress. Sessions bad-mouthed the effort to defund and repeal ObamaCare, with Sessions saying “we do not want to stop it.”
