Alinsky’s Rules For Radicals & How They Are Being Applied Today

Blog Editor: Rather than capitulate to Facebook censorship by abandoning the platform, I choose to post and share until the Leftist censors ban me. Recently, the Facebook censorship tactic I’ve experienced is a couple of Group shares then jailed under the false accusation of posting too fast. So I ask those that read this, to combat censorship by sharing blog and Facebook posts with your friends or Groups you belong to.


Many Conservatives who pay attention to how government and politics affects their lives are aware of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. Those same Conservatives are aware of prominent Dems living the Rules for Radicals (cough ahem – Crooked Hillary, Deep State Obama, among others).


Alinsky’s Rules are a Socialist agenda to transform America AWAY from its Founding Principles and Christian heritage. Take from the Ocensor article cross posted here about how much the present Dem Agenda smacks of old uncle Saul.

Many of us have heard of Saul Alinsky, his rules for radicals, the left scoffs at our looking to this, but is there any truth that this is being applied to the US political landscape today, and if it is, who is applying it?


To understand what these rules are we have to look at what he asked for and what was his goal. Alinsky was a socialist who lived in the 1900s in the US, graduated from the University of Chicago with a Ph.D. in Psychology. He went on and worked for the State of Illinois for a short time, then went on to be a community organizer, writer, political activist.

He is looked to as a author of socialist ideology, something that many on the left aspire to follow, and much of his “Rules for Radicals,” published a year before his death is seen as a guideline of how to bring about a social change in America to set it up for socialist rule.

So what is this “Rules for Radicals” and what did it advocate? The whole document was set up to show how to bring a nation to its knees so a socialist change could come to the land and would bring about socialism to the state. Here are the items and what they were set up for:


1)   Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people.


2)   Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

3)   Debt  – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level.  That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4)   Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.

5)   Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Water, Electrical power, Housing and neighborhood demographics, and Income).

6)   Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.  (Common Core?)

7)   Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools.

8)   Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor.  This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take Tax from the wealthy with the support of the poor.


So how does this list apply today? I would say if you look at the actions of the last president, then of the left today, with people like AOC, Sanders, along with her squad and many from the left you see this in full effect today. So let’s look at each item and see if it is in workings today.


  • Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people.


i. We saw two activists within the Democratic party, one that was very much of an activist in her school days, one that went from activist and community organizer to the White House, Clinton and Obama pushed from their times in the White House to put in place socialized medical care, Clinton failed when she was the first lady, Obama partially succeeded, but has much of what he pushed now being stripped by Trump.

ii. Even though Trump has pushed back on this, today you see the whole Democrat party pushing for universal healthcare, the more left-leaning or outright socialist the candidates are, who is running for president, we see idea’s being presented from strengthening of Obamacare to outright shutting down private healthcare insurance and putting in a Canadian style social healthcare, where the state controls all.

iii. We now hear that healthcare is a fundamental human right, this is used as a means of pushing that there should be no choice in this, the government, as a guarantor of our rights should be the one to take charge of our health care, it should never be in the hands of private business or individuals. The far-left socialist, Sanders and Warran are pushing this; when asked if our healthcare insurance will be taken, both are equal in their moves to deflect from the question and never answer.

iv. By demanding that universal healthcare is given to all, including illegals, the left is demanding that our nation be changed to what they demand, if you are not willing to change the structure of our government the left labels and then attacks, as they do with everything.


  • Poverty – with the way the economy is going under Trump this is getting harder and harder to exploit, so instead of trying to exploit poverty, instead the left pushes to scare people to think it is coming, or to openly wish for a great recession, such as Bill Mahr did.

1. We have seen that some within the left want to see a recession, turn to any paper, turn on the news, you are now bombarded with stories of a recession coming our way. The fact that our economy is the strongest it has been in years, that is a considerable inconvenience for the left, they know then the only way to push this today is not to say people are worse off, instead, bad times are coming, when they do, it is all Trump’s and the Right’s fault, so you need to come to us today so we can protect you against this when it happens.

2. The second thing you see is the left turning to very radical ideas that will radically transform our economy and is guaranteed to bring about complete and total poverty, thus you have the Green New Deal. When the left is unable to feed off the fear of people of things turning sour, they then look for ways to bring about an economic downturn. The dream of the left is to see our economy fail, the benefit for them is two-fold: First, they get rid of the arch-enemy who they see as standing in their way for the idea of a socialist paradise. That would be the conservative right and Trump.

Debt Snowball



i. One of the ways to bring people and nation to poverty is to rack up their debt. We had two trillion dollar stimulus given to Obama, but instead of our economy thriving, unemployment going down with this, instead, our economy got worse, our unemployment figures continued to rise.

ii. Under Obama, we saw our deficit double, and one has to ask, what was accomplished? Our growth never exceeded 2%, he told us jobs were not coming back, he fell back on his socialist ideals when he demanded that more and more of our lives and our dependence be given to the state.

iii. While the debt is growing under Trump, and I would love to see a reverse of this, we also have to understand, with all these trillions that Obama was given, our national defense was left in shatters, Trump had little choice but to pick up the budget just to build back up a tattered force, many of our jets were unable to fly, it got so bad the Navy was raiding museums to get spare parts. Trump’s moves were never to set this nation in debt; he is moving to pick up the economy to cover spending, an increase in the economy means there are more funds available to be taxed.


Constitution-Gun – Second Amendment


  • Take Away Our 2nd Amendment – no party has done more to try to restrict our right to bear arms, something that is part of the American fabric in life, it is a right granted to all Americans, although I now see this right slowly being stripped frequently on almost a daily basis. The left knows a well-armed population is not so quickly forced to go with government programs and forced ideology, take away the guns you take away the ability to resist.


i. While I can’t say for certain that these school shootings are far too convenient, but I must ask if you are so concerned about school shootings, why aren’t you willing to secure the schools that house our children so this does not happen? As terrible as this sounds, I am at the point that I believe the left thinks these children being lost are worth the sacrifice if they can take our guns in the end. That is why the left refuses to act to protect our schools if we do that, then they will see no more shootings to use as a backdrop to press their taking of our guns.




  • Welfare – no place is the dependence the left wants on display than in our inner cities. The grand experiment by Johnson has laid our cities to waste; families are not in multiple generations where not a soul has worked, their dependence of the state is total. When you create a whole class that is dependent on the state, you have an almost entire class of people who are easily controlled.


i. The inner cities in America, parts that are where the primary population of our African American demographic lives, you have a whole group that is told they need to vote as they are told, it is best for them, even though little can be shown to back this up.

ii. Today the growth of African American’s leaving the Democratic party is quickly bringing the far left to the point of panic, so what did they do? They moved on from these people, still demand that they support them, all while turning on them and moving their support for illegals that have no say in government affairs. This is why there is such a strong move now to give illegals the right to vote.


Systemic Evaluation Education


  • Education – the plan here was to use our school’s as a means not to teach, instead, indoctrinate. I must say, no place is it evident that this is being applied in America today than in our whole mess of an education system. We send our children to school to get an education so they can better their lives, yet starting now in grade schools are children are under a constant barrage of liberal ideology.


i. No place are these ideas in its entirety shown more than in schools. You have young people that are poor, they are going through school, so the concept of social handouts is very appealing to them, they care not about taxes, they aren’t paying any, instead they are living off the graces of the taxpayer, thus they feel in many cases they are entitled to these handouts.

ii. We also see the lack of freedom of speech, of different ideas, this is something these young people think is unacceptable. Thus you have riots and using the heckler’s veto when they wish to shut up opposing views. As was with Russia in their revolution, China too, the leaders or activist go for the youth, they are less able to see what this will lead to in the future, only care about the present.




  • Religion – Religion or faith, it gives hope to a people, that is why socialism, in every nation it has been implemented in, religion was either controlled by the state or was stomped out, or at least the effort was to do this. If you have a people without hope, they need to look to someone or something for hope; if you put the government in place to give this hope, they will turn to it.


i. The colleges, the stronghold of this movement are also moving to push this. If you look at the teachings of evolution, global warming, you don’t see a science, where all can be questioned, it is OK to challenge theories to see if they stand up to the questions presented. Instead, you are attacked by zealots, with every bit as much zeal as you see from other faiths when you question their core doctrines. The left has moved to replace religion with science, they seem to fail to understand, they are two separate things, but when you do this, you still accomplish what you were seeking to do, taking away hope outside of what socialist is trying to present.

  • Class Warfare – To control the masses, as was seen in Germany, Russia, China, and other nations, you need to create an enemy, for the socialist, it is the elites, the ones driving the economy. They push that somehow these people are gifted, they have earned nothing, gotten what they have due to their taking it from the less fortunate, but is this the case? Let’s look at that:


i. We have heard it said that people with too much money should be forced to hand it over to people that have little or none, this is the groundwork of socialism, but is really good practice. You have Bill Gates, Zuckerberg, and others, tech giants that have amassed unheard-of wealth, but did they steal? No, they created a product, one that had a need, they used this need to create wealth, no one was stolen from, people paid for this, this was passed on to these people that created these items.

ii. Socialist countries start off by stripping the wealthy of their wealth, this may seem like a good thing, but when this is the class creating jobs, handing down wealth to people under them due to this creation, what happens to jobs when they are taken out of the equation? Suggest you look to Venezuela and see what happens. A large oil producer, a wealthy nation, but the standards of the nations around it, now is in utter poverty, the people are in the streets looking for some means of survival. All they have done is stopped upwards mobility and made all people poor.


We may not think that Alinsky’s playbook is in play, sites like Snopes go out of their way to try to discredit where the practice of this is shown, but it is very much in play, it is just being done in secret. What they fail to state is that communism or socialism is exactly what Alinsky was pushing.


We are all in a big chest match, pieces are being moved, many times not in a way that we suspect, but the results will be the same, either we move to counter this or sit and watch it happen.

Introducing Shamim’s Christian Advocacy in Pakistan

Shamim Mahmood writes of potential solutions to alleviate discrimination by the Sunni Muslim majority against Pakistan’s Christian minority.


Pakistani-Christians are horrendously persecuted in Pakistan via both extra-legal (e.g. terrorism and prejudice) and legal paths primarily through enacted Blasphemy Laws in this Islamic Republic. More egregiously the Blasphemy Laws are used as an instrument of false accusations for various reasons such as revenge, monetary extortion, property acquisition and such nefarious evil designs by Muslims against Christians.


Shamim is a great brother in Christ; however, his faith in the historical promise of Pakistan’s founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah of equal rights for all of Pakistan’s religious minorities. Particularly after Jinnah’s death untimely right after Pakistan’s 1947 birth made the equal rights promise a historical delusion. It is my humble opinion that the declaration of an Islamic Republic meant that religious minorities not bowing as dhimmis to Sunni Muslims made an equal rights promise a delusion.


Muslim love of the Quran that tells them to physically coerce non-Muslims through humiliation to convert or to kill them if they insult Islam or its pseudo-prophet Mohammed is a dooms day promise toward Christians and other religious minorities in Pakistan.


A Muslim apologist will tell a Christian that Islam is peace and makes provision for the People of the Book which are Jews and Christians. And indeed the Quran has those provisions. Unfortunately, those provisions of the Quran spoken by Mohammed were abrogated by the Islamic prophet after the conquest of Medina. Mohammed grew weary of courting the favor of Jews and Christians and sadly and suddenly the moon-deity Allah began telling Mohammed to subject Christians and Jews in humiliation even death for insults. (Later one of four honored Caliph’s that assumed the reins of power after Mohammed’s death figured out how to sustain the then Muslim minority with a stinging protection tax. Failure to pay meant death.) Thus it became an insult for a Christian to proclaim Jesus the Son of God who died on a cross and was resurrected by the Father in bodily form at oneness with the Father and Holy Spirit.


Quotes of Quran from “The Quran and Christianity” (6/23/16):


In the Quran, Christians are generally referred to as “people of the book” and then in the various suras and ayahs (or chapters and verses) a number of references are made. In 2:120, “Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you till you follow their religion. Say: ‘Verily, Islamic Guidance is the only Guidance. And if you were to follow their desires after what you have received of Knowledge, then you would have against Allah neither any protector nor helper.”

In 3:56: “As to those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe torment in this world and in the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers.” In 3:85: “And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.” In 3:118: “O you who believe! Take not as your helpers or friends those outside your religion since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed we have made plain to you the verses if you understand.”

3:178 states: “And let not the disbelievers think that our postponing of their punishment is good for them. We postpone the punishment only so that they may increase in sinfulness. And for them is a disgracing torment.” Hardly encouraging for the basis for a peaceful co-existence and a comfortable pluralism.


Here are some Quran quotes in “Does The Quran Mention Jesus? What Do Muslims Believe About Jesus?”:


Muslims reject the idea that Jesus was God and consider the belief blasphemous (Sura 5:75).  Islam says that Jesus was an apostle of Allah just like all the other apostles of Allah (Sura 5:78).  The Qur’an says that anyone who believes Jesus is “the Son of God” is imitating “what the unbelievers of old used to say.  God’s curse be on them; how they are deluded away from the Truth” (Sura 9:30). …

There are several competing theories put forth by different Muslim scholars concerning Jesus and the cross.  Nevertheless, they all contain the belief that Jesus did not die on the cross for the sins of the world…or anything else (Sura 4:157).

Here are some Quran quotes from “JESUS THE “SON” OF GOD”:


Muhammad, the founder of Islam, misunderstood what the term “Son of God” meant with respect to Christianity.  He thought of it only in terms of sexual reproduction, i.e. that God fathered a child through sexual intercourse with Mary.  Therefore he spoke out against it.


Christians also reject that God had physical intercourse with Mary, but we understand Christ being God’s Son as an analogical term.  We believe that the eternal Son of God, one with the Father from all eternity, united to Him in one Spirit, “became flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14), and took “the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men” (Philippians 2:7).  We believe in the incarnation of the Son of God.


Muhammad did hear the Christians proclaim Jesus the Messiah as God’s Son, but understanding or not, he specifically denied that Jesus was the Son of God.  He said in the Quran,


Sura 2:116 – “They say:  “God has begotten a son”.   Glory be to Him.  No, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth:  everything renders worship to Him.”




Sura 9:30 – “The Christians say the Messiah is the Son of God, that is a saying from their mouths.”


Muhammad was unable to distinguish between the Christian belief in Jesus as the Son of God and the Arab Pagan belief in idols as offspring of God, i.e., Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat, (these were idols worshipped around Mecca as daughters of the supreme God – or Allah).   Muhammad misunderstood that Christians in no way consider Jesus – the Son of God, in the same way the Arab Pagans understood their idols.


I think you get the idea. There will never be equal rights for a Christian residing in a nation in which the Quran and Sharia Law define culture and society and its rule of law.

That’s my take though and not Shamim’s.

Should Shamim give up and quite being a Rights Advocate for Pakistani-Christians? ABSOLUTELY NOT! On Christ’s ascension to the right hand of the Father He gave a message to the disciples who were the minority of their faith in their day:


16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.


18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore[a] and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.[b] (Matthew 28: 16—20 NKJV)


14 Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. 15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they[a] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Way Out to Long Sufferings

7 And the Lord said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. 8 So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites. 9 Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them. 10. Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.” (Exodus 1:7-10)


The world has seen surly seen the oppression of Christians living in Pakistan. Since Zia’s regime, there are more than 1400 blasphemy cases registered and thousands of the Christians girls have faced force conversions and huge numbers of persecution cases were registered against religious minorities. According to the sources more than sixty people accused of blasphemy were killed before their respective trials were over though the death sentence has never been implemented.


Affected before partition of Indo-Pak, this section was introduced in 1860 [Blog Editor: See the PDF “Blasphemy Laws in Pakistan: A Historical Overview” Beginning page 9 for British 1860 blasphemy law & Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860)] and was meant to prevent religious violence. Prior to 1986, only 14 cases pertaining to blasphemy were reported. But later it is being used to settle personal secures. And thus minorities of the country have been facing persecution under this unsympathetic blasphemy law.


To me persecution of Pakistani Christians is aligned with other issues as well, like poverty. There are different options to get rid of long sufferings. Being an optimist, here are few recommendations, and I feel this is workable and can minimize the level of persecution. Major portion of this marginalized community lives in outskirts under/below the poverty line. Ninety percent of poor girls work as maids and thus become the victims of domestic violence or being raped. This leads to being forcefully married and are asked [Blog Editor: more often forced] to convert to Islam. A major portion of the youth are unemployed or work as laborers with a low salary or bonded labor. Practically speaking, any Christian working under Muslim bosses face discrimination in/on a regular basis. Even Isfan Yar Bhandara [or Isphanyar M. Bhandara] (minority parliamentarian) confessed that minority parliamentarians receive discriminatory development funds [Blog Editor: 2 articles on discriminatory practices with Development Funds – HERE & HERE] in the lower house.


Education is the first and foremost priority, go to school is a right of every child and to ensure the provision of an education facility can fix the problem. Church based institutions and other buildings can be used to educate the Christian community. Big donor agencies can take this initiative and I assure you after fifteen years, things would miraculously change. Drop out ratio has gone higher ever since the standard of the public school education cannot meet the required result and education at private sector is much expensive.


So provision of better employment opportunities to the marginalized segment of society is the only solution for a better future. There are a number of measures one can take to save their skin. For example; providing small loans in establishing their own businesses in livestock, petty trading, agriculture, stitching, embroidery, handicrafts and small scale rural manufacturing can raise the living standard of the poor population. This will help them start earning on their own instead of relying continuously on cash grants by some donor agencies/church based organizations. Any interest free loan scheme can alleviate unemployment and poverty from this marginalized segment.


There may be some organizations working on the same issues but we need to take as a challenge and start working at broader level. Otherwise there are a number of options youth can choose on their own, that may be destructive not constructive. So I suggest constructive measures can save Pakistani Christians as a sense of deprivation is prevailing among the Christian youth in Pakistan. And it’s an alarming situation.

You may have seen Shamim Masih’s name on many a guest post on my blogs. Shamim is from Pakistan with, in my opinion, an unfortunate circumstance. He is a Christian in a Muslim majority nation that claims the odd duality of being a secular republic and an Islamic republic.

Pakistan became an independent nation in 1947 when the former British raj divided India along the lines of religion; viz. a West and East Pakistan as Muslim and the majority of the Indian subcontinent as Hindu. In both sides of the partition there were and still are minorities smaller than the Muslim majority and Hindu majority.

The person credited for pushing the partition of India was Mohammed (alternate spelling include Muhammad) Ali Jinnah who viewed that an independent India would marginalize the significant sized Muslim minority on the subcontinent. Jinnah promised a secular republic that all people no matter their religious faith would have political equal rights, but the emphasis would be Islamic. The problem for Pakistan is that Jinnah died a little over a year after Pakistan independence in 1947.

Some people of note wonder how successful Jinnah would have been to institute the vision he proclaimed for Pakistan if he had lived longer. To make things short in regard to Pakistan’s current political status, Pakistan quickly devolved into an Islamic Supremacist nation in which political rights and privileges became dominated by the Sunni-Islam majority. Roughly this translates that all the minorities of Pakistan (including Shia-Muslims and Ahmadi-Muslims) were treated with disdain and persecution. This disdain was institutionalized by the Sunni leaders that dominated the Pakistani government.

Just as a short aside, India has developed a more democratic representative government than Pakistan. The Indian governing elites have had a better history in at least attempting political equality between Hindus vs. the minorities. BUT there has been a history of strife between the Hindu majority and India’s minorities and even within Hinduism due to that religion’s caste system.

We don’t hear much about Pakistan in the American press except once in a while in terms of cooperating and/or hindering the war being prosecuted in Afghanistan due to Islamic terrorism perpetrated on September 11, 2001. Islamic terrorists under the guise of al Qaeda attacked American soil that resulted in nearly 3,000 immediate deaths which grows even in this present day as the past rescue effort has had continuous effects. BUT the American press should pay more attention on how Pakistan’s Sunni leaders and populace has made that nation one of the most dangerous for minorities to live in for the entire world:

IN ITS latest global report, the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) described Pakistan as presenting one of the “worst situation(s) in the world” in respect of liberty of thought. It cited the authorities’ “grossly indequate [sic]” response to attacks on Shia processions and mosques which had cost hundreds of lives; the fact that the Ahmadis, who follow a religious teacher of the 19th century, are denied the right to call themselves Muslims, deprived of many other civil rights, and virtually disenfranchised; forced conversions and kidnappings affecting both Christians and Hindus; and above all a blasphemy law with a very low threshold of proof, which can easily be invoked in the course of petty quarrels unrelated to religion.

Over the past month, the news about religion in Pakistan has become worse, whether this is measured by the behaviour of officialdom or the horrors suffered by ordinary folk at the hands of terrorists or fanatics. Shamim Masih is a Christian Human Rights activists who is also a journalist by profession. In the last few years he has been a voice crying in the wilderness trying to expose this blatant inhumanity that effects Pakistani Christians. Here is just a small example of the risks a Christian faces in Pakistan:

It all started with the promise of what seemed to be an innocent shopping trip with a friend. But when the 12-year-old Christian girl traveled into the town of Lahore with her friend one day last January, she had no idea that everything in her world was about to go terribly wrong.

She was kidnapped by the friend’s uncle and driven more than 120 miles away, where she was subsequently raped and forced to sign papers consenting to marriage to the man. And when she refused to give in to his demands that she convert from Christianity to Islam, she was severely beaten.

The nightmare continued for the next eight months, as the girl was repeatedly raped and beaten until she finally converted. Fortunately, she eventually managed to escape from her abductor and contacted her parents to tell them of her whereabouts.

But the family’s troubles were far from over. When the kidnapping was investigated, it was revealed that, although the girl’s father had reported her missing eight months before, the police had never looked into her disappearance. And when Lashkar-e-Tayyaba, a militant Islamic group, contacted the authorities about the young girl, they produced a marriage certificate claiming that she was married to one of their members — despite the fact that the legal age for marriage in Pakistan is 16. To make matters worse, the authorities suggested to the girl’s family that if the girl was not turned over to her “legal” husband, charges would be filed against them.

The State of Christian Persecution in Pakistan

· The abduction, forced marriage, and conversion of Christian girls by Muslims has become a disturbing trend in Pakistan; in fact, it is estimated that as many as 700 girls are abused in this manner each year. In most of these cases, the authorities rarely take action and the girls are never returned to their families. If the girls are raped and become pregnant, it is nearly impossible for the courts to release them from their captors.

· If a girl does manage to leave her Muslim family and attempts to return to Christianity, she is considered an apostate and is liable to be killed, despite the fact that she was forcibly converted.

· According to Jonathan Racho with International Christian Concern, “Rape has been used as a weapon of persecution against Christian girls in Pakistan, where Christians are treated as third-class citizens. In the Muslim majority country, Christian girls are particularly vulnerable to these types of crimes because Muslim authorities are reluctant to protect them when their rights are being violated by Muslims.”

· Nazir Bhatti, president of the Pakistan Christian Congress, has stated that over 99.9 percent of rape cases involving Christian women go unreported.

Shamim has been reporting on these kind of incidents for quite some time. In case you haven’t figured it out, this means Shamim Masih risks his life every time his name is on something in print.

Shamim, as far as I am aware of, is not an ordained minister, BUT he often does the work of a minister by visiting the Christian imprisoned, Christian victims of violent Muslims and I have viewed pictures of him involved in ministry to Pakistani Christian children.

You should also be aware Shamim Masih is a family probably the same as you and I. He has children. Children need to go to school to receive an education. According to Wikipedia here is the Pakistan official stance on education for children:

Public Education in Pakistan is based on the Islamic Supremacist model:

Islamic extremism in Pakistan has its roots in the country’s educational system. As long as religious hatred is taught in school text books, discrimination and intolerance towards minorities will continue to thrive among young people.

Schools are at the heart of the problem but at the same time, they are the key to defeating terrorism and religious extremism in Pakistan. Many are adamant about this: experts, educators, bishops, civil society organisations, politicians and scholars alike. “For as long as the jihad begins in the classroom and religious hatred is fostered through state school text books, it will not be easy to imagine this country as one that exudes tolerance, a peace-building country that strives for harmony,” Professor James Paul Anjum explained to Vatican Insider. Mr. Anjum is a Christian and President of the Pakistan Minorities Teachers’ Association (PMTA). Christian children that are brave enough to attend Pakistan’s public schools will face discrimination and derision from the Sunni Muslims. Their texts books will about how peaceful Muhammad was even though he slaughtered Jews and Christians as he pillaged his way to dominate the Arabian Peninsula. While you listen and read this as a Christian student you probably will learn that Jesus not only never died on the Cross but also was not the Son of God. So you can guess the level of education for Christian children is much diminished unless you pay for that education.

… In Pakistan it is very common for Christians to be relegated to work in the least desirable fields. Among many jobs the most common are cleaning people’s private residences and collecting and disposing of garbage. There are several reasons this is so but one of the most obvious reasons is that the Christian community in Pakistan cannot afford to educate itself. Education is expensive and the Christian community lacks the resources to pay for a proper education. The inability to access a better education causes Christians to hand down these bad jobs to their children and perpetuate a negative cycle. A few days ago I received this email from my valiant Christian friend Shamim Masih:

This is the actual situation, I am suffering with: Today the school management sent back to home my children due the non-payment of school fee for the last three months.

I queried Shamim what kind of tuition he was looking at for his children in terms of U.S. dollars. Shamim emailed back $300.

Surely there ten Americans willing to donate $30 or thirty Americans willing to donate $10. Even if Shamim receives an excess of his children’s educational needs, he is truly a workman worthy of your support. You may even wish to send a monthly support for Shamim and his family’s needs especially as long as the Lord is providing protection in an Islamic Supremacist nation.

Shamim writes about the incredulous hypocrisy of Pakistan’s school system especially as it affects religious minorities and worse – the girls of those minorities. I believe I found a decent website that explains how education works in Pakistan. The information was put together by a Pakistani whose name is Umbreen Sabir Mian. I find it fortunate he put together the data in English. Mian’s website info is based on a presentation he put together in 2011. Here are some excerpts that will provide a framework for Shamim’s report:


The educational system of Pakistan is among the least-developed in the world. The system was based on the British colonial educational system, which lasted until 1947. In that year, Pakistan gained independence as a result of the partition of the Indian subcontinent into the states of India and Pakistan. The colonial system was elitist; it was meant to educate a small portion of the population to run the government. Despite changes since independence, the Pakistani educational system has retained its colonial elitist character, a factor preventing the eradication of illiteracy.




There are 3 main sectors of education system in Pakistan.



>Formal Education


>Informal Education


>Religious Education


The provincial Education Departments are headed by their respective Provincial Education Ministers. The civil servant in charge of the department is the Provincial Education Secretary. The provinces are further divided into districts for the purpose of administration. The head of the Education Department in a district is Executive District Officer (EDO). Literacy Department functions separately in case of Punjab and Sindh only it is headed by Executive District Officer (EDO) literacy. In the Provinces of NWFP and Balochistan, literacy is the part of Education Department. The hierarchy then runs down to the District Education Officer, Sub-district Education Officer, Supervisors or Assistant Sub-district Education Officers.

At the grass root level (the union council level), Learning Coordinators (LCs) provide academic guidance as well as supervise the schools. The administrative structure has been decentralized under the Devolution Plan. Village Education Committees (VECs)/ School Management Committees (SMCs) have been set up in the provinces at grass root level.



Despite the intentions of the Pakistani government, the educational system has failed to eradicate illiteracy in the post-independence era. It has also failed to train an adequate number of professionals to meet the needs of the country in different fields, which has been a major hindrance to the nation’s economic development. …


…  The government privatized the schools nationalized in the 1970s. It also reversed the process of promoting Urdu as the language of education and encouraged a return to English language in the elite private schools. Finally, the government emphasized Pakistani studies and Islamic studies as two major fields in the curriculum. This was a shift from colonial education’s emphasis on British history and English culture and literature.



The government of Pakistan recognized that education is the basic right of every citizen; therefore, access to education for every citizen is crucial for economic development and for poverty alleviation. …



… The targeted groups for EFA goals belong to disadvantaged communities with minimal opportunities. These groups are highly vulnerable, without access to learning facilities, or public sector facilities, which are functioning at sub-optimal levels.


Female Education

The Pakistani educational system has demonstrated a discriminatory trend against women. This bias is evident in the pattern of literacy, which shows a strong correlation between gender and literacy rates. …



Despite all shortcomings of private education mentioned above, PIHS survey indicates that enrolment rates in public schools have declined since 1995-96 particularly a large decline has been observed in rural areas. It is generally perceived by parents that quality of education in private schools are better than the public schools, therefore, those parents who can afford prefer to send their children to private schools. These trends indicate that the public education system is unable to meet public demand for providing quality education in the country.  (Education system of Pakistan; Pakistan – Higher Education System)



I realize this was a quite lengthy intro to Shamim Masih’s report on the lack of education opportunities for Pakistani Christians. Many might even feel this is superfluous info and as such unneeded. The Pakistani who put the data together not unsurprisingly failed to mention anything about religious minority discrimination let alone Christian discrimination.


Actually the treatment of Christians in Pakistan is symptomatic of all Christians throughout the entire Muslim world. So read and become enlightened to what the Western World has been sticking their heads in the sand for quite some time. AND PLEASE SUPPORT SHAMIM MASIH WITH YOUR GENEROSITY.**

ISLAMABAD: When Church bells are ringing and you hear worship songs all around your surroundings on Sunday services, it sounds good. But it is only possible in a Christian country not in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. In Pakistan, on Friday, you will find that people block the roads for Friday prayer near and around the mosques. Although it is said that mosque is not for prayer but a base for recruiting Muslim youths to engage in terrorist activities. It sounds that Pakistan has become the hub to control religious extremism and discrimination.


On the other hand, religious minorities have been targeted; colonies, villages were being burned, accused in false cases of blasphemy, victims of intimidation, forced marriages, and force conversions is seen in this country. New church buildings are restricted unconstitutional, and you cannot arrange religious gathering at your homes even. During the last few weeks; we started Sunday service at our home but our landlord asked me to stop this service because we live in Muslims’ surroundings. According to the report, the greatest levels of social hostilities toward religion felt in Pakistan. Social hostilities include armed conflict, terrorism, sectarian violence, harassment, intimidation or abuse motivated by religious factors. Harassment against Christians has been increased in the recent decade.


Government has imposed unannounced restrictions on religious minorities’ which include political restrictions, limit preaching, and construction of the new church buildings. On the other hand when a Christian is accused of blasphemy, the people of a neighborhood gather to punish the accused, burning him alive or lynching him. The police and the government have never punished such acts.


Education is basic right of every child and [the] state is responsible to provide basic rights to every citizen. Ninety percent of the Christian girls remain uneducated and indulged in household jobs.  They are being sexually harassed and then being forced to convert to Islam. If girls from the minority go to school they face discrimination. They are not only forced to study Islamic studies but forced to do manual jobs like cleaning in the schools while other girls remain in the class rooms. Iffat Nasim, headmistress of the Government Khadija Girls High School in Rawalpindi, is reportedly involved in extra-educational activities by indulging the Christian students in cleaning/washing classrooms, toilets, verandas/corridors for hours and preparing burgers/buns from Muslim students for earning money for her.


Parents of the different Christian students submitted an application to the District [Executive] Education Officer (EDO) Qazi Zahoor ul Haq. He conducted an inquiry but it was not in letter and spirit, rather [it was] swept under the carpet. Parents provided rotated clips and pictures even then no prompt action is being taken. The above mentioned activity not only depicts her interest in education, but also shows her discriminatory attitude towards the Christian community. This is not the end; discrimination against religious minorities is seen in every walk of life in Pakistan.

There is a huge lack of activism among Christians in America. One way to get active is to get involved with COA, find something similar perhaps in your home Church, if you are the go-getting leader-type get organized with COA in your home Church OR at the very least spend some closet prayer time to pray that America wakes up.


From early American Colonial days right on through to the present America has been blessed epochal movements that were influential in the persona of America. The earliest of these were actually called Great Awakenings (COA short history of Great Awakening moments).


COA focuses on changing the spiritual climate of America to bring Christ back into centrality into the American psyche. One thing you can add to your prayer activism is to come against two movements currently transforming America away from its Christians roots: Left Wing activism which uses Radical Muslim activism as a device to destabilize Christian America. Largely due to the idiocy of income manipulation the government has made it difficult to address the transformative activism of America’s Left. Although Leftist interests are free to criticize everything Christian and still get an income tax deduction status, Christian Churches and Ministries are not afforded the same Liberty. Technically Churches aren’t forbidden from influencing godly politics but due to the Leftist fallacy of Separation of Church and State (NO WHERE FOUND IN THE U.S. CONSTITUTION), Leftists use the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to threaten Churches and Ministries with the loss of their 301(c)3 status of receiving tax deductible donations:


To be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, an organization must be organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings may inure to any private shareholder or individual. In addition, it may not be an action organization, i.e., it may not attempt to influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities and it may not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates.


Organizations described in section 501(c)(3) are commonly referred to as charitable organizations. Organizations described in section 501(c)(3), other than testing for public safety organizations, are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Code section 170.


The organization must not be organized or operated for the benefit of private interests, and no part of a section 501(c)(3) organization’s net earnings may inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual. If the organization engages in an excess benefit transaction with a person having substantial influence over the organization, an excise tax may be imposed on the person and any organization managers agreeing to the transaction.

It is a bit interesting the IRS does not hold Left-oriented charitable organizations to the same standards. AND just as an aside from Mr. Hofer’s intention to motivate America to wake up, I have to add that it has been recently exposed that the IRS has been given marching orders to come down even harder on Churches and Ministries even if there is an insinuation of politics.

21 Days of Ekballo — “To Send Out”


September 11–October 1


The Cry Out America ministry team would like to offer you a 21-day challenge. The challenge involves simple and practical tasks that reflect our cooperation with Jesus’ directives to be a sent out into our community as His laborers. Our hope is to multiply the process of bringing transformation to our community by simply adding the words of our mouths with the work of our hands and feet to the 24/7 prayers that were prayed.

In 1975, God simultaneously gave a message to Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade for Christ, and Loren Cunningham, founder   of   Youth   with   a   Mission.   The   essence   of   these messages is encapsulated by the following sentence, “If God’s children are going to impact any nation for Jesus Christ, then they will have to affect the seven spheres, or mountains of society, that are the pillars of any society.”1 These seven mountains include: the marketplace, government, media, arts and entertainment, education, the family and religion.2


Other leaders like Pat Robertson of CBN and Regent University and Francis Schaeffer of L’Abri have echoed the same message calling for men and women to see their lives work as callings from God. The hope and goal of these leaders has been to raise up change agents, who will scale the mountains of culture knowing that these mountains are where the battles are won or lost for the building of the Kingdom of God. Our assignment is to help raise up a new generation of change agents who will understand the bigger picture of God’s kingdom and the role that humanity plays in building God’s kingdom while we are here on earth.3


From this perspective, we will be praying this year for the people who are currently working in each of these areas of society and for those that God will call, empower, and mobilize to work in those fields in the future. The following are prayer starters:  prayer points drawn from Scripture that we hope will give you some direction as you pray for friends, family, members of our community, as well as, national leaders, who work on the various mountains of society. We also hope that these prayer points will be a benefit to you in the future as you pray for future generations, who will engage in building God’s kingdom on earth!




  • Pray that God will position His sons and daughters (true followers of Jesus) to positions of influence on every mountain of culture.


  • Read Ephesians 1:3–6, 9–11.


  • Thank God for His people whom He has placed in your life to be encouragers and partners with you in the work to which God has called you.


  • Thank God for the people of God, who are faithful workers in the fields where God has placed them.


  • Thank God that He will bring to completion the work He has begun in us—His sons and daughters.


  • Pray God’s children will be wise, discerning, and growing in knowledge and understanding.


  • Pray the love of God’s children—toward Him and toward each other—will continue to grow so that we will be able to determine what really matters and be found pure, blameless, and filled with the fruit of righteousness in the day of Christ (Ephesians 1:3–6, 9–11).


  • Read Colossians 1:9–14.


  • Pray God will give His people wise minds and spirits attuned to his will.


  • Pray God’s people will acquire a thorough understanding of the ways in which He works.


  • Pray they will live well for the Master, making him proud as they work hard in His field, the earth.


  • Thank God that as we increasingly learn how God works, we will increasingly learn how to do His work.


  • Pray God’s children will have the strength to persevere and Endure (“hang in there” for the long haul), not with the grim strength of gritting your teeth but with the glory- strength God gives, the kind of strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy.


  • Thank the Father who makes us strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that He has for us.


  • Thank God for rescuing us from dead-ends and dark dungeons of captivity.


  • Thank God that He has established us in the kingdom of the Son He greatly loves and has allowed us to be part of His work of building His kingdom.


  • Thank Jesus for delivering us from the pit and freeing us from those sins, which we were doomed to keep repeating (Colossians 1:9–14).


  • Pray God’s people will be devoted to prayer and intercession.


  • Pray God’s people will be alert and aware of what God is doing on earth and have a desire to work with Him.


  • Pray God’s people will be thankful.


  • Pray God’s people will walk in wisdom toward outsiders.


  • Pray whatever God’s children do, they will do it heartily as unto the Lord and not as unto men. Pray they do this because they are well aware that they will receive their reward and their inheritance from the one they serve— Christ Jesus, the Lord (Colossians 3:23, Ecclesiastes 9:10).


  • Pray God’s children will be careful not to rob Him, consequently, bringing themselves and their families under a curse. Instead, pray God’s children will wisely release back to Him the resources He has provided for ministry in the church and community.


  • Thank God for the blessings that He releases to His faithful children (Malachi 3:7–12; Deuteronomy28:1–14).


  • Pray that the speech of God’s children will be gracious, seasoned with salt, always knowing how to answer each person (Colossians 4:2-6).


  • Pray God’s sons and daughters will be mature and fully assured in everything God wills, so they will be confident in how they carry themselves and how they complete the work that God has called them to do (Colossians 4:12).


  • Pray God will find His sons and daughters worthy of His calling and the kingdom of God.


  • Pray God will, by His power, fulfill every desire for goodness and the work of faith so that the name of Jesus will be glorified (2 Thessalonians 1:5, 11–12).


  • Pray God’s people will not listen to ungodly counsel and will not entertain scoffers (Psalms 1:1).


  • Pray God’s people will love His word and receive life from it (Psalms 1:2-3).


  • Pray believers will overcome darkness through His light, shining in our hearts (2 Corinthians 4:6).


  • Pray God’s people will reflect His love.


  • Pray God’s sons and daughters will be men and women of integrity in every setting of life.


  • Pray God’s people will walk in humility and righteousness and that He will shelter our nation because of those humble and righteous ones (Zephaniah 2:3).


  • Pray men and women, both inside and outside the church, will receive a revelation of the eternal nature, plans, and purposes of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.


  • Pray the God of peace will keep His sons and daughters blameless in spirit, soul, and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23).


  • Pray Our LORD’s Prayer found in Matthew 6:9–13.



September 4


This sphere of society includes people who work as counselors, ministers, social workers, educators, and those in any aspect of culture that deals with family life.


  • Thank God for mothers and fathers who have a relationship with God, enabling them to love their children and teach with wisdom, knowledge and understanding that come from knowing God.


  • Thank God for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding that far exceed the limited knowledge and understanding we gain from life experiences.


  • Thank God for godly, extended family members, who bless and encourage us and our children.


  • Thank God for family, who help strengthen our faith and develop our gifts and callings.


  • Pray God will give mothers and fathers the language of those instructed by God so they may speak with wisdom into their children’s lives; know how to sustain their children with comforting words when they are weary; be able to teach their children how to be instructed by the Lord (Isaiah 50:4).


  • Pray God will put His word in parents’ mouths, so they will be able to plant the kingdom of God in their children.


  • Pray parents will be able to lead their children into a relationship with God, the Father.


  • Pray our children will be (and be known by others as) the children of God (Isaiah 51:16, Romans 8:14–15).


  • Pray parents will be filled with God’s Spirit and model a relationship with the Holy Spirit even as Jesus modeled that relationship for us.


  • Pray God will cause godly mothers and fathers to be willing to enlarge their tents and make room for many spiritual sons and daughters in their lives and even their homes.


  • Pray God will cause them to multiply their Christian impact through their willingness to parent those who have not had godly parents (Isaiah 54:1–3).


  • Pray God will teach our children, make them prosperous, keep them from oppression and terror, only allow enemy attacks on their lives that will accomplish what is needed to make them mighty warriors for His kingdom, not allow any weapon formed against them to prosper, and refute any accusations made against His righteous children (Isaiah 54:13–17).


  • Pray fathers will be careful not to exasperate their children but lovingly, wisely, and patiently train them in the ways of the Lord (Colossians 3:20; Ephesians 6:4).


  • Pray parents will create an atmosphere of joy that celebrates obedience in their homes.


  • Pray children will desire to obey their parents because they know obedience pleases God (Colossians 3:20).


  • Pray broken marriages will be restored.


  • Pray husbands will love their wives as Christ loves the church. (Ephesians 5:23).


  • Pray husbands will love their wives as their own bodies, nurturing and caring for her (Ephesians 5:28–29, 33).


  • Pray husbands will cling to the wife of their youth (Ephesians 5:31, Proverbs 5:15–23, Ecclesiastes 9:9, Malachi 2:14–16).


  • Pray wives will respect, honor, and mutually submit to their husbands (Ephesians 5: 22, 33, Colossians 3:18).


  • Pray leaders of the family mountain will stand for life.


  • Declare that marriage will remain the foundation of the family unit.



September 5


This sphere of society includes the sciences, medicine, retail, service, managerial, the restaurant industry, etc.


  • Read Proverbs 11.


  • Pray God’s servants in the marketplace will walk in integrity, humility, faithfulness, and righteousness.


  • Pray they will be filled with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding that comes from God.


  • Pray they will be trustworthy, kindhearted, pure, discrete, and generous.


  • Thank God that He has enabled His sons and daughters to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light (Colossians 1:12).


  • Thank God for the good things that He has given to us (Deuteronomy 8:10).


  • Pray God’s sons and daughters will observe God’s commands so God will be able to bless them with beautiful land that is productive and nurturing (Deuteronomy 8:6–10).


  • Pray Gods men and women in the marketplace will remember the LORD their God gives them the ability to produce wealth; this is how He confirms His covenant, which he swore to our forefathers (Deuteronomy 8:18).


  • Pray God’s sons and daughters will seek the knowledge of God’s will, spiritual wisdom, and understanding so they may live lives pleasing to the Lord, bearing fruit in every good work.


  • Pray God’s sons and daughters will be strengthened with power and patience to joyfully and thankfully endure (Colossians 1:9–11).


  • Pray God’s ministers in the marketplace will use honest scales and measurements when dealing with customers, clients, and suppliers (Leviticus 19:36; Proverbs 11:1).


  • Pray God’s sons and daughters will be careful to obey His laws so they will be prosperous and successful (Joshua 1:7–8).


  • Pray God’s servants will not rely on wicked counsel or confer with mockers so whatever they do will prosper (Psalms 1:1–3).


  • Pray God’s servants will commit to the LORD all they do so their plans will succeed (Proverbs 16:3).


  • Pray God’s servants will honor the LORD with their wealth, with the first fruits of all their crops so their barns will be filled to overflowing, and their vats will brim over with new wine (Proverbs 3:9–10).


  • Pray God’s servants will seek to build God’s kingdom first and foremost, seeking to walk in God’s righteousness so everything he/she needs, will be provided (Matthew 6:33).


  • Pray God will keep His sons and daughters free from the love of money. Pray God will help them to be content and fulfilled by the knowledge of His presence in their lives (1Timothy 6:6–10; Hebrew13:5).


  • Read 1Timothy 6:11–18.


  • Pray God’s children will pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, and gentleness. Pray they will fight the good fight of the faith so they will be able to take hold of the eternal life to which they were called.


  • Pray God’s marketplace servants will have a revelation of God as the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, which no one has seen or can see.


  • Pray that those who are rich in this present world will not be arrogant nor put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but they will put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.


  • Pray God’s children in the marketplace sphere of society will do well, be rich in good deeds, be generous, and be willing to share (1 Timothy 6:11–18).


  • Pray they will be able to be trusted with much (Luke 16:10).


  • Pray they will be generous so God will be generous to them (Luke 6:38).


  • Pray those in the marketplace will fear God so He will give them success (2 Chronicles 26:5).



September 6


This sphere of society includes teachers, administrators, coaches, staff, and volunteers at all levels of education from preschool thru graduate levels.


  • Read 2 Timothy 3:14–4:4.


  • Pray God will position godly administrators and teachers on the Mountain of Education.


  • Pray God will give His educators wisdom, favor, and ability to influence.


  • Pray godly teachers positioned in the sphere of education will remain faithful to teaching based on the knowledge of truth that they have learned from Scripture.


  • Pray teachers will teach with godly wisdom.


  • Pray teachers will be able to instruct, admonish, and encourage their students in ways leading to righteous living.


  • Pray teachers will be able to equip their students with all they need to fulfill their God-given purposes.


  • Pray teachers will be prepared to teach students whether in the classroom or out of the classroom.


  • Pray teachers will be patient and careful when giving instructions.


  • Pray that teacher’s concepts of God are sound and grounded in truth so they may be able to dispel myths that are perpetuated through false doctrine (2 Timothy 3:14–4:4).


  • Pray teachers, administrators, and parents will become intercessors for their students and that they will pray their students’ hearts, minds, and spirits will be opened to knowledge, wisdom, and understanding that comes from God so their minds and purposes are conformed to the mind of Christ and His purposes.


  • Pray students will have the fortitude when tested to prove God’s will in and through their lives (Romans 12:1–2).


  • Pray teachers will be able to teach their students how to demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God and take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:3–5).


  • Pray teachers will be free to teach truth, which results in students being set free (John 8:32).


  • Pray both students and teachers will desire to please God and not their own selfish desires (Romans 1:21–27).


  • Pray teachers will be free to teach students to fear the LORD, which is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One, which brings understanding (Proverbs 9:10).


  • Pray God will bring into position student leaders within student bodies, who are like Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego—filled with wisdom and understanding because they know their God and understand the principles of His kingdom (Daniel 1).


  • Pray godly teachers will be disciple makers (Matthew 28:19).



September 7


This sphere of society includes actors, writers, producers, managers, singers, instrumental musicians, dancers, athletes, coaches, referees, photographers, graphic artists, gaming professionals, cartoonists, artists in all types of mediums, and individuals who work in various support roles in these fields.


  • Pray God’s servants in the area of arts and entertainment will walk in integrity, humility, faithfulness, righteousness; that they will be filled with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding that comes from God.


  • Pray they will be trustworthy, kindhearted, pure, discrete, and generous (Proverbs 11).


  • Pray God will call and anoint people, who will produce excellent quality entertainment that displays godly lifestyles, behaviors, and values in the movie industry.


  • Pray God will inspire psalmists, who will sing new songs unto the Lord (Isaiah42:10).


  • Pray God will enable and position musicians who will play skillfully in a broad spectrum of settings (Psalm33:3).


  • Pray God will raise up designers and artisans who are filled with the spirit of God, skilled and knowledgeable about all kinds of crafts, and able to teach others (Exodus 35:30–36:1).


  • Pray God would release resources to His artists who will faithfully produce work that brings glory to Him.


  • Pray God will reveal corruption within this sphere of society to authorities that will act with godly intent to correct situations.


  • Pray God would cause a great distaste of ungodly values throughout society, especially among the young.


  • Pray God would create a hunger throughout society for godly virtues to be exhibited.


  • Pray God would use His sons and daughters on the mountain of arts and entertainment to create works that cause people to rejoice in the Lord.


  • Pray God would raise up artists who are modest.


  • Pray God would cause His children on this mountain to be thankful intercessors and those expressions of thankfulness and intercession would be seen in their work.


  • Pray God’s children in the arena of arts and entertainment would create work that causes the peace of God to arise within men and women.


  • Pray this resulting peace will pass human understanding— a peace that keeps hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.


  • Pray that the work of believing artists would cause viewing audiences to focus on whatsoever things are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and of good report.


  • Pray that if there be any virtue and any praise, audiences will be led to think on these things (Philippians 4:3–13).



September 8


This sphere of society includes pastors, teachers, evangelists, church, seminary or para-church organization administrators, lay-ministers, staff members, volunteers, etc.


  • Read Isaiah 61:1–6.


  • Pray God will call and mobilize men and women who walk in the spirit of the sovereign LORD; who are anointed to preach good news to the poor; who are willing to be sent to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives, and release prisoners from darkness.


  • Pray they will boldly proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor and the day of God’s vengeance.


  • Pray they will be willing to comfort all who mourn and provide for those who grieve, bestowing on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and garments of praise instead of spirits of despair.


  • Pray God will view His servants as oaks of righteousness, plantings of the LORD that display His splendor.


  • Pray God enables them to rebuild the ancient ruins, restore the places long devastated, and renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.


  • Pray these men and women will wisely shepherd God’s flocks and work His fields and vineyards.


  • Pray God will be able to refer to them as His priests and ministers who serve Him.


  • Pray He will find them worthy to feed on the wealth of nations and boast in their God-given riches.


  • Pray God’s servants will be able to present the fullness of His message; reveal the secrets of His kingdom and the mystery of Jesus Christ dwelling in us; possess wisdom and energy to teach, admonish, and instruct God’s people so they may be presented perfect to Christ (Colossians 1:24–25).


  • Read Ephesians 4:10–16.


  • Pray God will release apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to prepare God’s people for works of service.


  • Pray God will use those ministers to build His body in a way that produces unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God.


  • Pray He uses ministers to develop a mature community of believers, who will attain to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.


  • Pray their gifted teaching will keep God’s children from acting like infants, who are tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.


  • Pray God will use those ministers to speak the truth in love so we will, in all things, grow up into Him, who is the Head, that is, Christ.


  • Pray the whole body of Christ will be joined and held together; that it will grow and build itself up in love, as each part does its work (Ephesians 4:10–16).


  • Pray God will send those who are willing and able to go and preach the Good News to all nations, even the ends of the earth (Matthew 24:14; Romans 10:14–17).


  • Pray God will use His servant to build His church so it cannot be destroyed when all hell comes against it (Matthew 16:18).


  • Pray God will call and empower men and women who are prepared to preach the Word in season and out of season; to correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction (2 Timothy 4:2).


  • Pray ministers of the gospel will increasingly teach and preach the gospel of the kingdom of our LORD (Matthew 10:7).




September 9


This sphere of society includes military, local, state, and national government leaders and employees, elected or hired.


  • Pray God would mobilize intercessors for those that are in authority (1 Timothy 2:1–4).


  • Pray that God will engage men and women who are willing to stand in the gap on behalf of the land so He will not destroy it (Ezekiel 22:30; 2 Chronicles 7:13–14).


  • Pray God will call and empower men and women to be national leaders, who are humble, willing to intercede and even to lay their lives down on behalf of our nation as Moses did for Israel (James 4:6; Exodus 32).


  • Thank God for men and women on the mountain of government who, like King David, release God’s blessings and favor on their people because they boldly worship God and acknowledge His sovereignty (1 Chronicles 29:10–13).


  • Pray God will continue to raise up men and women on the mountain of religion who rule the people with justice under the fear of the Lord (2 Samuel 23:3).


  • Thank God and ask Him for men and women in the arena of government who, like King Solomon, have great wisdom and knowledge and by their wisdom and favor release blessings on their people (2 Chronicles 1:12).


  • Pray God will position people in the sphere of government who love justice and hate injustice so that it will be evident to all people why our nation and others like it are blessed (Isaiah 61:8–9).


  • Pray God will position righteous people as rulers so His people may thrive and rejoice (Proverbs 29:2).


  • Read Isaiah 44:24–45:5.


  • Pray God will raise up rulers who, like Cyrus, have the ability to fulfil the word of God; to restore ruins and rebuild cities; to establish God’s community within a region or territory (Isaiah 44:28).


  • Pray God will engage anointed leaders, who have the authority to subdue rulers and nations who act wrongly toward God’s children (2 Samuel 22:32–51; Isaiah 45:1).


  • Pray government officials will walk in the fear of the Lord and revere God’s Word.


  • Pray leaders on this mountain will be sensitive to the needs of all people and have great wisdom to know how to meet those needs.


  • Pray God will engage men and women like Joseph who will have the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to protect and provide for nations in seasons of famine (Genesis 41).


  • Pray God will equip men and women with godly wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, like Daniel and his compatriots, and these wise men and women will be significantly better, more affective, and more accurate counselors to rulers than those who do not know God (Daniel 1:17–20).


  • Pray God will release a spirit of justice and righteousness that will restrain evil in our land.


  • Pray people willingly submit to ruling authorities that have been positioned by God (Romans 13:1–6).




September 10


This sphere of society includes writers, editors, producers, technicians, personalities, staff, etc. who work in the fields of television, radio, the Internet, newspapers, magazines, and other media sources or outlets.


  • Pray God’s servants on the mountain of media will walk in integrity, humility, faithfulness, and righteousness.


  • Pray they will be filled with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding that comes from God and be trustworthy, kindhearted, pure, discrete, and generous (Proverbs 11).


  • Read Romans 10:14–17.


  • Thank God that He has positioned men and women in the sphere of media who will boldly give glory to God for the great things that He has done.


  • Thank God that He has raised up men and women who are not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ.


  • Pray God will speak through the leaders He has placed on the mountain of media because the Spirit of the Lord is upon them and His Word is on their tongue (2 Samuel 23:2).


  • Pray God’s people in the arena of media will be aware that the power of life and death are in the tongue, and they will not use their words carelessly but use their tongues to bring forth life (Proverbs 18:21; Matthew 12:37).


  • Pray God will position people within the media who will use their tongue to build up and not tear down what God has planted in His people (1 Corinthians 10:8).


  • Pray God will position and give favor and authority to those whom He has appointed to be a voice of justice to the nations (Matthew 12:18).


  • Pray He will make them bold, fearless and unashamed of the gospel (Jeremiah 1:10; Romans 1:16).


  • Pray God will instruct those on the mountain of media to know how to sustain the weary with a word (Isaiah 50:4a).


  • Pray God will put His words in the mouths of those in the sphere of media that they will be able to plant God’s kingdom on earth (Isaiah 51:16).


  • Pray God will mobilize heralds of peace, who bring good news and proclaim salvation to the nations (Isaiah 52:7).


  • Pray God will raise up watchmen in the mountain of media who will lift their voices with shouts of joy when the Lord makes Himself known to a people (Isaiah 52:7).


  • Pray that those who issue warnings to God’s people will cause them to turn away from sin and evil (Ezekiel 3:16–21).


  • Pray God will call and send forth godly reporters, who will refute every evil word spoken against God’s people, in a broader public arena (Isaiah 54:17).


  • Pray God will call men and women to the sphere of media who will report the truth with integrity.


21 Days of Ekballo


Ekballo is the Greek word, meaning “to be thrust forth.” Jesus uses this word in Mathew 9:38 when he says: “Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.” He is saying ekballo laborers or workers. Pray they will be “thrust forth” into the harvest field.


We challenge you to live as laborers of Jesus and be ekballo-ed into your community for the next 21 days! The following guide gives practical suggestions to do simple things to make a change. Each day’s suggestions are to be repeated every week.


Day 1—Family: September 11, 18, 25


Ø  Contact a family member, whether near or far, and tell them you love them. Forgive any past wrongs and bless them by praying for them throughout the day.


o   “We love because He first loved us” (1 John 4:19).


o   “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you” (Ephesians 4:32).


Day 2—Marketplace: September 12, 19, 26


Ø  Going grocery shopping today? Stopping by the YMCA? Be EKBALLO-ED and be Jesus to someone! Whether they are your cashier, waiter, or a stranger, say a kind word, thank them, share a smile, and show them you care and they are appreciated. Let them know they are of value. Buy someone groceries; ask someone if they need prayer; tell someone they are beautiful.


o   “Freely you have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8).


Day 3—Education: September 13, 20, 27


Ø  Find a teacher, professor, or student of any age and encourage them to be faithful, to press on, and to have hope for the education system in America. Encourage them to remember one person really can make a difference! Pray short prayers for that person throughout the day and ask God to use them to bless the educational system in the United States.


o   “. . . May you have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen” (Ephesians 3:18).


Day 4—Arts and Entertainment: September 14, 21, 28


Ø  Take a break from the time you usually spend watching TV or surfing the Internet and use that time to pray for entertainers, musicians, and athletes in America.


o   “With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness and your every deed prompted by faith. We pray this so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ” (2 Thessalonians 1:11–12).


Day 5—Religion/Church: September 15, 22, 29


Ø  Think of the last church or church member you criticized and flip that criticism into a blessing. Find three people in that church for whom you are grateful and love them as Christ loves His bride. Pray a minimum of three minutes for the pastor and congregation to receive continued knowledge of Jesus and His love.


o   “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy” (Ephesians 5:25–26).


o   “Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ . . .” (1 Corinthians 12:12–26)


Day 6—Government: September 16, 23, 30


Ø  Pray for governmental leaders in America, specifically for those in your city/county/state, to experience the love of Jesus and to lead our nation back to God. Instead of cursing with critical words, pray blessings over them. Pray for righteous and just laws to be established in this land, and pray for our leaders to follow the leadership of Jesus. Express your appreciation to someone in government verbally or through an email.


o   “First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:1–4).


Day 7—Media: September 17, 24, October 1


Ø  Make a difference in someone’s life today by using social media. Tweet, Facebook, Instagram, or email a testimony of what God has done in your life and how he saved you. Share a scripture or a personal message with someone via social media and let people know of Jesus’ perfect love.


o   “Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord . . .” (2 Timothy 1:8).


o   “’Return to your home, and declare how much God has done for you.’ And he went away, proclaiming throughout the whole city how much Jesus had done for him” (Luke 8:39).


Suggested Ekballo Service Projects


Ø  Volunteer to help serve meals or do cleaning and repairs at a local emergency shelter or ministry for the homeless.


Ø  Assist with fund-raising efforts or other volunteer needs at a local pregnancy care center, drug rehabilitation program, free medical clinic, etc.


Ø  Organize a “car care” day for single moms and widows.


Ø  Organize a lawn service day for the elderly.


Ø  Organize a city cleaning project for a local park, community center or other public venue.


Ø  Use your imagination and ask God to show you creative ways to visibly impact your community for Christ.

Increasingly, it appears that many of our so-called “educators” do not have any qualms in aiding and abetting the Muslim Brotherhood’s 25 Year Plan and the American Muslim Advisory Council’s dawa/proselytizing efforts, as they approve indoctrination events and textbooks across the U.S. and here in Tennessee, that describe the process for converting to Islam and teach how to pray like Muslims. Islam is presented in false and glowing terms as “a religion of peace,” which only serves to advance the agenda of wealthy Saudi Arabian Wahhabis and other islamofascists; these “educators” affirm an undeserved stature of Islamic superiority, which traps Muslim children in a cycle of Sharia law/doctrine abuses perpetrated under a controlling tribal and unreformed freedom-killing ideology, and this also creates greater opportunities for the indoctrination of vulnerable groups of American children!

In early 2010, Minnesota’s ACLU sued St Paul’s public k-8 Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy for violating the ban against government religious advocacy; Massachusetts schools adopted a Notebook advocated by Harvard’s Middle Eastern Studies Center that claims Muslim explorers discovered the New World and Native Americans had Muslim names; and, in September of 2010, the Texas Board of Education drew heavy criticism after issuing a textbook resolution asking publishers to fix the “pro-Islamic/anti-Christian half-truths, selective disinformation, and false stereotypes” that riddled the textbooks, just as the case has been in Williamson, Rutherford and now Sumner Counties in Tennessee…for example, the brutal and violent conquests of Christian lands by Muslims is now referred to as “migrations” of “empire builders.”

Amanda Elmore has indoctrinated students at Hendersonville High School through her World Studies classes, over the past ten years, but one young lady, a freshman, finally said “enough.” Mike Conner’s stepdaughter was given a zero, when she refused to attend a field trip on September 4, 2013 to one of the most radical mosques in the nation, the Islamic Center of Nashville of Carlos Bledsoe infamy; next, she also refused to accept the alternative assignment to “compare and contrast” the teachings of Jesus, Gandhi and Mohammed.

Conner’s daughter refused the alternative assignment due to its heavy bias towards Islam. She had been given one page of Bible verses, two thirds of a page about Gandhi and five pages about Mohammed. After a threatened lawsuit, she was allowed to simply compare any three of the five major religions through any information she could research on her own, as it should be.

On September 11, 2013, Sheridan Middle School (Arkansas) Superintendent Brenda Haynes argued that inviting a Muslim guest speaker, on this day of tragic memories for most of us, was motivated by pure intentions. “There was no thought of having this person address the classes to point Islam as ‘a religion of peace’,” Haynes stated. If there was truly “no thought” of such a scenario arising, how interesting is it that she felt compelled to mention it?

And, what a feeling of shock and disgust must have coursed through parent’s minds upon hearing that Principle Peter Badalament read a Muslim prayer over Concord-Carlisle High School’s (Boston) intercom system, instead of reading the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States; the poem, by Syrian-American poet Mohja Kahf, is contemptuous of America and Americans in general.

Islam is the ideology of death. It demands to this day the deaths of anyone who leaves it, and it regularly demands the deaths of adulterers, homosexuals, infidels, Jews, Christians, and even other Muslims who practice a less strict form of Islam.

Many Americans become offended and indignant over any suggestion, even when presented with proof, that child marriage, honor killings and female excision are, right this very instant, a very real fact of life for many Muslim girls in homes all across America; if 95% of Egyptian girls are genitally mutilated, what percentage of Egyptian girls born in the U.S. are circumcised? None? I don’t think so.

When educators in the U.S., out of a misguided notion founded in diversity, multiculturalism and the desire not to stigmatize Muslims, do not present any information about Muslim women kept from working and being productive, given frequent beatings and forced into arranged marriages that are approved by their parents, communities and imams/preachers, they deny countless Muslim girls their right to be free from this backward culture; they fail to live up to the ideas and values of our democratic republic, and they dishonor the memory of those American women who fought so long and hard for equal rights!

Islam is built on sexual inequality and on surrender of individual responsibility and choice. This is not just ugly; it is monstrous.

Sure, these things do not happen to all American Muslims, since some Muslims have assimilated better than others; however, we still see thousands of radical Muslim students, young men and women born in the United States, such as Lema Sbenaty of Murfreesboro, TN – a Muslim Student Association (MSA)/Muslim Brotherhood supporter, Islamic sympathizers and liberal educators, who have so manifestly benefitted from every advantage of Western education, ignore the profound differences between a theocratic mind-set and a democratic mind-set.

Sbenaty tells her associates in the Muslim Interscholastic Tournament organization that “We are Muslims in non-Muslim countries. As such, it is the duty of each and every one of us to inform and educate others about Islam… emphasize that your MSA is for anyone interested in … clearing misconceptions about Islam. This may facilitate school approval.” And, this would give her and other adult Muslim women access to young high school students for the purpose of “educating”/indoctrinating them about Islam.

All of this has contributed to the national dynamic, which has created a sanitized version of Islamic history and dogma that has infiltrated U.S. public textbooks over the last two decades; a great amount of this occurred through the efforts of Muslim convert Susan Douglas, from the Institute on Religion and Civic Values, who wrote lesson plans, advisories, guidelines and pamphlets to soft the image of Islam in public schools for ten years. Central to her works is the ‘Teacher’s Guide to Religion in the Public Schools’, which was promoted as an interfaith ‘First Amendment’. 

Surely, we can flatly state, “Islam, based on the Quran, that denies women basic human rights is backward,” even if only as an opinion. And, since this is a valid criticism, ignoring the practice of victimization of women that stems from the Quran only adds harm to its victims: Free speech is the bedrock of liberty and a free society. And yes, it includes the right to blaspheme and offend.

Doesn’t this matter to all those clever young Muslim girls in America, such as Lema Sbenaty?

A lot of Americans, some well-intentioned and some not, have a hard time accepting that all human beings are equal, but all cultures and ideologies are not. A culture that values women as masters of their own lives is better than a culture that mutilates young girls and confines them behind walls or murders them for falling in love. A culture that protects women’s rights… where a woman can be appointed to the U.S Supreme Court… is better than a culture that denies a woman’s inheritance rights and dishonors her by questioning her truthfulness as a rule of law. The American culture guided by the Western Enlightenment and the U.S. Constitution is better than anything Islam can offer or has ever offered!

If today’s Progressive Leftist educators and publishers were truly objective, they would tell a story of a Quran that is the ‘Mein Kampf’ of Islam, which means to eliminate and supplant all other religions and ideologies with the mother of all totalitarianisms, theocracy; they would write of events like the mass murders of innocents, such as occurred recently in Kenya, Nigeria and the Sudan, simply because the victims could not name Mohammed’s mother and were not Muslim, and these educators would recount the historic genocides perpetrated by Muslims across Constantinople, Armenia and Anatolia; they would explain the inherent violence of an ideology that does not respect any human rights and preaches the Holy War, the Jihad: All the evil that these Sons of Mohammed commit against us and themselves comes from the Quran.

There is a problem with Islam. By ignoring the facts, you, the Muslim student or adult…the “educators”, fail your community. If the goal is to truly seek the truth, which education and textbooks are supposed to provide, then no one can deny that a strict interpretation of Islam is preparation for bigotry, widespread strife and oppression. You cannot deny the link to Islamic beliefs and the failure of Islamic societies to provide peace, opportunity and prosperity to their people. No matter which Islamic country you call you ancestral “home”, you are no longer living there for a reason, so embrace the better life your parents sought for you, by giving birth to you in America or by bringing you to America. And, if you believe there should be Sharia law in America, go home and take a look at what it’s really like!

Islamabad Pakistan (Shamim Masih): In the month of January, the news was printed in “Daily Nai Baat” Islamabad/Rawalpindi that forty three (43) Christian students [were] compelled from the examination hall [to memorize the Quran for educational marks] in 4 different Christian schools, Sainte Marry Cambridge School (8), Sainte Patrick School (16), and Sainte Teresa’s Girls High School (19) in a just Rawalpindi city.


Haroon Arif, a student from DG Khan in Punjab, couldn’t get high enough marks to get into medical school, which [he] missed the grade by less than 0.1%, would have earned 20 extra marks if he was Hafiz-e-Quran [SlantRight Editor: this is a reference to one who has memorized the Quran]. He tried to claim his knowledge of the Bible was equivalent, but this made no impact.


This is a standard situation for many young Pakistani Christian students. When you can’t afford private school and Christian’s schools do not own you, tell me where shall we go?


Christian minority believed to be much more than the estimated figures of 13% ( of Pakistan’s 180 million populations. However Pakistani census internationally keeps minority figures low to deny them greater representation. The unabated killings and persecution of religious minorities and smaller sects of Islam raise questions about Pakistan’s regressive direction. The audacity of the killers and state inaction are even more worrying. Many Christian girls were kidnapped, raped and converted to Islam by force and even killed.


Recent statistics about education facilities and its status is alarming. It said that Pakistani Christians are the least educated Pakistanis:


a)     6% have a primary education


b)     4% have a high school education


c)      1% has a college education


d)     0.5 have a professional education


If we use these statistics as a benchmark to get some perspective on the seriousness of the problem and make a few further calculations the conclusions are mind blowing. If we assume that 2.5% of the total population is Christian there are about 4.5 million Pakistani Christians in total. Taking the statistics given 11.5% or five hundred thousands have some kind of education which means that 4 million Christians do not have any kind of education what so ever. That’s more people than the population of many countries and requires urgent attention:


In the present scenario, we a group of likeminded people [have] taken initiative to provide books, stationary, school bags and uniforms to the deserving Christian student of the area. Before starting the new term (new classes) in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, we have selected 25 Christian colonies in and around the twin city. In each colony quite a number of Christian students [are] willing to go to school but due to the lack of resources the drop [out] rate [is] becoming higher and higher, parents do not have proper source of earnings and can’t afford high school fees and [the] feel burden on buying books for their kids.


They usually engage their kids to add in earnings instead [of] sending them to school and colleges. Existing institutions Christians [are] following [are] adding classes [for the socially] rich in their schools and thus discouraging the poor Christian students; this situation is not only creating inferiority complex in their minds but also pushes them to go for some unethical activities like drugs etc.


So I request the Christians in the world to support the Pakistani Christian Students for their better future.

Please Stop Sexualizing Our Children



The homosexual agenda to transform America from a Christian moral into a sexually deviant nation proceeding like an express train run amok. Courts are even telling parents that they have NO CHOICE if they desire to opt out their children from diversity training. In this case the diversity training is forcing children to be brainwashed into accepting the homosexual lifestyle as something normal. For a Biblically oriented Christian there is nothing normal about homosexuality.

In most States across the nation it is the law that your children must go to Public School within the system in the School District in which you and your family reside. If you reside in a School District in which a partial amount of the schools or the entire District sucks academically, you have few options for your children.


If you are a person of means or a working Joe American willing to make sacrifices to provide your child or children with a better education you can shop for a private school. In a lot of cases Joe American cannot afford private schooling even if the school makes an effort to be affordable for working class Americans like some religious affiliated schools attempt to do.


Another option is for a Charter School which is a Private School that takes Public School vouchers for tuition. If a Charter School exists within driving distance your child has to cross the hurdle of being qualified. If the qualification hurdle is achieved then your child/children get placed on ye old waiting list.


Another option is you can root up your family and leave a house you possibly own and move to a better School District where a house payment may be unaffordable or the rent is too high.


There are probably other legal options to pursue, but the above options came to me off hand. One option that many parents take is to fudge on their residence in registering their child/children in a better school within their School District or in a nearby School District.


Oops! What happens if you get caught fudging on your residence requirements to get your kids in a better school?


This is what happened to Kelley Williams-Bolar for getting caught trying to better her children’s education:


She was convicted of falsifying records by claiming that she lived in her father’s home. Her father lives and pays taxes in the district of the better school. Williams-Bolar spend ten days in jail, received three years probation, ordered to perform community service and was fined $30,000. (WAPC – February 1st, 2011)


I can you believe this was the penalty for a victimless crime of – GASP! – extricating her children from a School District providing a derelict education to another School District that would educate her children?


I find it unbelievable that the MSM has not jumped on this as a story that everyone should know about! I mean a $30, 000 fine sounds a bit exorbitant to me, how about you?
