Newbill examines a post from a Bernie Sanders supporter that calls Crooked Hillary an evil Neocon. I disagree with the appellation Neocon on Hillary Clinton. For months, I have been arguing that Hillary Clinton should be impeached. It is all well and good to prosecute a former government official for any crimes she has committed. Indeed, the Constitution expressly provides for criminal prosecution in addition to impeachment. Nevertheless, for the Framers — and, if we had common sense, for us — the imperative was to deprive a corrupt person of any further opportunity to abuse government power. Whether the official should also be convicted and sent to prison was not unimportant but, in the greater scheme of things, decidedly secondary.

Interestingly, the main pushback I received upon positing this argument was not that Mrs. Clinton is undeserving of impeachment. That, of course, is a measure of the seriousness of her high crimes and misdemeanors: the e-mail scandal; the reckless mishandling of classified information that has surely exposed our national-defense secrets to hostile powers; the mass destruction of thousands of government records after Congress asked for them; the obstruction of government investigations; the serial lies to Congress and the public; the shocking failure to provide security for Americans stationed in Benghazi and the failure to attempt to rescue them during a terrorist siege; the lies to the American people and to the families of murdered American officials about the cause of the attack; the trumping up of a prosecution against the video producer scapegoated for the Benghazi attack; the Clinton Foundation corruption involving the sale of influence for donations, the favors done for shady benefactors at the expense of national security, and the use of the State Department as an arm of the Clinton pay-to-play enterprise.

 

… How could she be removed from an office she does not hold based on offenses not committed while wielding presidential power?

These questions and the non-incumbency theory behind them fundamentally misconstrue the constitutional remedy of impeachment, which is not limited to removal from power but includes disqualification from future office. Moreover, their premise is wrong: The proceeding against Clinton would not be a presidential impeachment; it would be an impeachment based on her abuses of power as secretary of state, which would have the constitutional effect of disqualifying her for the presidency.

… Article I endows the House of Representatives with the “sole Power of Impeachment” — i.e., the power to file articles of impeachment. It further empowers the Senate with “the sole Power to try all Impeachments.” Significantly, in prescribing the standard for conviction in the Senate, Article I, Section 3 states that “no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two-thirds of the Members present” (emphasis added).

 

Note carefully: The Constitution does not say the impeached person must be a current officeholder. As we shall see, that makes perfect sense: The point of impeachment is to deny power to any person — not necessarily an incumbent official — whose high crimes and misdemeanors have demonstrated unfitness for a high public trust.

 

The constitutional standard for impeachment also elucidates that incumbency is not necessary. The standard, prescribed by Article II, Section 4, is the commission of “Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” Obviously, one need not be in office to commit treason or bribery; but if one has at any time committed these heinous offenses, one is unsuitable for public office. Ranchers Protest Land Grabbing, Santilli Reports Then Arrested

I have some background perspective leading up to the good news that journalist Pete Santilli had all charges against him dismissed in relation to the Oregon Malheur Wildlife Reserve Standoff between ranchers and State/Federal authorities.

 

Toward the end of 2015 and the first couple months of 2016 the news media was all astir about some angry ranchers, self-termed a militia, protesting government land-grabbing around the Burns Oregon area. More specifically these angry ranchers occupied Oregon Malheur Wildlife Reserve which is public land that was nationalized by the Federal government.

 

What sparked a number of ranchers from many Western States to occupy a federal refuge in Oregon? A Burns area ranching family – the Hammonds – was dealing with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) who desired to purchase a swath of the Hammond family’s. After the Hammonds refused to sell the BLM and FWS utilized regulations and rules that have the force of law (even if not specifically legislated by Congress) to oppress/persecute the Hammonds to sell or for the Federal government to simply downright steal the land by force of law:

HISTORY: (aa) The Harney Basin (where the Hammond ranch is established) was settled in the 1870’s. The valley was settled by multiple ranchers and was known to have run over 300,000 head of cattle. These ranchers developed a state of the art irrigated system to water the meadows, and it soon became a favorite stopping place for migrating birds on their annual trek north.

(a) In 1964 the Hammonds’ purchased their ranch in the Harney Basin. The purchase included approximately 6000 acres of private property, 4 grazing rights on public land, a small ranch house and 3 water rights. The ranch is around 53 miles South of Burns, Oregon.

 

(a1) By the 1970’s nearly all the ranches adjacent to the Blitzen Valley were purchased by the US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and added to the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge covers over 187,000 acres, stretches over 45 miles long and 37 miles wide. The expansion of the refuge grew and surrounds to the Hammond’s ranch. Approached many times by the FWS, the Hammonds refused to sell. Other ranchers also choose not to sell.

 

(a2) During the 1970’s the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), in conjunction with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), took a different approach to get the ranchers to sell. Ranchers were told: “grazing was detrimental to wildlife and must be reduced”; 32 out of 53 permits were revoked and many ranchers were forced to leave. Grazing fees were raised significantly for those who were allowed to remain. Refuge personnel took over the irrigation system claiming it as their own.

 

(a3) By 1980 a conflict was well on its way over water allocations on the adjacent privately owned Silvies Plain. The FWS wanted to acquire the ranch lands on the Silvies Plain to add to their already vast holdings. Refuge personnel intentionally diverted the water bypassing the vast meadow lands, directing the water into the rising Malheur Lakes. Within a few short years the surface area of the lakes doubled. Thirty-one ranches on the Silvies plains were flooded. Homes, corrals, barns and graze-land were washed away and destroyed. The ranchers who once fought to keep the FWS from taking their land, now broke and destroyed, begged the FWS to acquire their useless ranches. In 1989 the waters began to recede; now the once thriving privately owned Silvies plains are a proud part of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge claimed by the FWS.

 

(a4) By the 1990’s the Hammonds were one of the very few ranchers who still owned private property adjacent to the refuge. Susie Hammond in an effort to make sense of what was going on began compiling facts about the refuge. In a hidden public record she found a study done by the FWS in 1975. The study showed the “no use” policies of the FWS on the refuge were causing the wildlife to leave the refuge and move to private property. The study showed the private property adjacent to the Malheur Wildlife Refuge produced four times more ducks and geese than the refuge.  The study also showed the migrating birds were 13 times more likely to land on private property than on the refuge. When Susie brought this to the attention of the FWS and refuge personnel, her and her family became the subjects of a long train of abuses and corruptions.

 

(b) In the early 1990’s the Hammonds filed on a livestock water source and obtained a deed for the water right from the State of Oregon. When the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) found out the Hammonds obtained new water rights near the Malhuer Wildlife Refuge, they were agitated and became belligerent and vindictive toward the Hammonds. The US Fish and Wildlife Service challenged the Hammonds right to the water in an Oregon State Circuit Court. The court found the Hammonds legally obtained rights to the water in accordance to State law and therefore the use of the water belongs to the Hammonds.*

 

(c) In August 1994 the BLM & FWS illegally began building a fence around the Hammonds water source. Owning the water rights, and knowing that their cattle relied on that water source daily, the Hammonds tried to stop the building of the fence. The BLM & FWS called the Harney County Sheriff department and had Dwight Hammond (Father) arrested and charged with “disturbing and interfering with” federal officials or federal contractors (two counts, each a felony).  Dwight spent one night in the Deschutes County Jail in Bend, and a second night behind bars in Portland. He was then hauled before a federal magistrate and released without bail. A hearing on the charges was postponed and the federal judge never set another date.

 

(d) The FWS also began restricting access to upper pieces of the Hammond’s private property. In order to get to the upper part of the Hammond’s ranch they had to go on a road that went through the Malhuer Wildlife Refuge. The FWS began barricading the road and threatening the Hammonds if they drove through it. The Hammonds removed the barricades and gates and continued to use their right of access. The road was proven later to be owned by the County of Harney. This further enraged the BLM & FWS.

 

(e) Shortly after the road & water disputes, the BLM & FWS arbitrarily revoked the Hammond’s upper grazing permit without any given cause, court proceeding or court ruling. As a traditional “fence out state” Oregon requires no obligation on the part of an owner to keep his or her livestock within a fence or to maintain control over the movement of the livestock. The Hammonds still intended to use their private property for grazing. However, they were informed a federal judge ruled, in a federal court, the federal government did not have to observe the Oregon fence out law. “Those laws are for the people, not for them”.

 

(f) The Hammonds were forced to either build and maintain miles of fences or be restricted from the use of their private property. The odd thing about the plight of the Hammonds is as a family they never committed to be supportive of all the ranchers that came to the Malheur Wildlife Reserve to occupy and protest the treatment of the Hammonds and the father and son incarceration twice for the same accused crime. The Oregon local ranchers and rural communities were not very supportive either. My guess is the locals did not want to rock the status quo they had become accustomed to from the BLM and FWS OR some of the Left Coast thinking had infected the locals who may have some sympathy for the Left Wing environmentalists (Eco-Marxism) who want to protect wetlands for their precious birds (Left Coast Thinking: HERE. AND Paiutes: HERE. AND Conservative Sympathetic yet Support Feds: HERE) over the property rights being abused against ranchers who have become upset enough over Federal Land Grabbing to actually arm themselves to go down swinging against the power of Big Brother.

 

Even without Oregon local support, I tended to have a lot of sympathy for their protest. I will never be a fan of a coercive government pressuring American citizens pertaining to their rights to property. In the case of Western rural landowners – ranching, farming or a combination – The federal government’s job should be limited to protecting constitutional Rights rather than usurping land by coercion or pressure via bureaucratic regulations. The vast amount of land under Federal control is an intrusion of States’ Rights (Tenth Amendment).

 

The Ammon Bundy protest was undoubtedly doomed to failure. The Left Stream Media and politicians made little effort to report on the reasons these ranchers embarked on a doomed protest. The lack of balanced coverage painted a picture of extremists doing Right Wing nut job antics. Worse these ranchers were prepared to the weapons the 2nd Amendment guarantees every American to own for self-protection and to rise up against a tyrannical government. After all, it was British tyranny that caused thirteen British Colonies to rebel. One of the British injustices was storming onto private citizens’ property and seize food and guns. HENCE the Second Amendment. The Founding Fathers had a mistrust of a government that might devolve into tyranny.

 

In the case of Ammon Bundy’s rancher militia, if shooting began, there was zero possibility the militia could match the fire power of well-resourced State and Federal police force. HENCE the death of LaVoy Finicum – witnesses claim murder and the FBI claims justified shooting because Finicum was armed. By the way, armed with what to die in a hail of bullets?

 

Shortly after the arrest of Ammon and Ryan Bundy the militia protest ended. As far as the Left Wing Media goes, that was the end of the story. Yet anyone considered in a leadership mode were all arrested. Those prosecutions are still ongoing. I haven’t noticed any media coverage. To read coverage on the trials you have to go alternative news sources of the Left and Right to see how Big Brother is persecuting these rancher protesters. Much of the Left that is following the trials are full of condemnation ready to pitch the perceived lawbreakers to the lions of the coliseum. The sympathetic Right are typically anti-Big Brother types such as Oath Keepers and III Percenters (Explanation: SHORT – LONG). There are Establishment Conservatives that also have an unsympathetic view of the rancher militia in Oregon because they believe the Constitution does not support the Bundy/Militia view.

 

Then there are sympathetic types that faithfully covered the Bundy/Militia rancher standoff in blogs, radio and live streaming podcasts. The most prolific of these was Pete Santilli whose sympathies were rewarded by being present with an inside view reporting on the Malheur Wildlife Reserve Standoff. The problem for Santilli was that the Federal authorities did not appreciate him giving the public a favorable perspective of the ranchers’ complaints.

 

Santilli was arrested for his efforts. Prosecutors decided to throw the book at Santilli to the degree if convicted, he could have spent as long as thirty years in prison. For what? Allowing the public an inside view.

 

The good news for Santilli is that his lawyers managed to get the Judge to get the evidence the Prosecutors desired to use tossed. This led to the announcement that ALL CHARCHES against Pete Santilli were dismissed without prejudice. For one, I’m very happy to discover the news that the charges against alternative media reporter Pete Santilli in the Oregon Malheur Wildlife Reserve case have been dropped.

 

KOIN reports:

 

In a filing on Tuesday, US Attorney Billy J. Williams said prosecutors decided not to pursue charges against Santilli because of “this Court’s pretrial evidentiary rulings excluding evidence against” him.

 

The charges were dismissed without prejudice, which means it is as though the action had never been filed.

 

“It’s been our position since the beginning that Pete had innocent intentions here,” Santilli’s lawyer Tom Coan told KOIN 6 News. “He never encouraged anyone to go out and stay at the refuge.”

 

The Las Vegas Review and Journal adds:

 

The dismissal came at the request of federal prosecutors in Portland who acknowledged in court papers that they no longer had enough evidence to pursue their case against conservative radio talk show host Pete Santilli. Prosecutors cited rulings that barred them from presenting some of their evidence.

 

“Based upon this Court’s pretrial evidentiary rulings excluding evidence against Santilli (ECF No. 1171), the government has decided that the interests of justice do not support further pursuit of these charges against Santilli,” wrote US Attorney Billy J. Williams.

 

Awww, their evidence wasn’t admitted? Poor babies. Perhaps, they should try acknowledging who is actually committing the crimes on land that, according the Constitution, belongs to the people of the State of Oregon.

 

However, this does not mean that Santilli is completely off the hook just yet. He is being transported to Nevada where he is facing trumped up charges from the 2014 Bundy Ranch siege in Bunkerville, Nevada.

 

“He looks forward to focusing 100 percent of his time defending the charges here in Nevada,” Santilli attorney Chris Rasmussen said Tuesday.

 

Ammon Bundy’s former attorney Mike Arnold added that he believes the trial on what he refers to as “thought crimes” will be a long one.

 

“We don’t have thought crimes in America. You need, typically, overt acts to accompany speech in order to make it past First Amendment muster,” Arnold said. “In this case, the government is claiming that the possession of firearms on the property was such an overt act and the protesters are presumably going to say, ‘you know, we have a right to open carry.’”

 

Frankly, the entire federal case is a lot of unconstitutional trumped up charges not only against Santilli, but everyone involved. The feds attacked Santilli’s freedom of the press and many protesters freedom of speech in Nevada and in Oregon. Furthermore, they continue to coverup their unconstitutional claims to the land in western states and through the union.

The pseudonymous Tony Newbill left two comments that had very little to do with his comment line of thinking to the post “New Anti-Semitic Film All the Rage in Turkey”. That post was about a Jew-hatred film circulating Turkey that the Turkish government endorses more than repudiates.
 
Newbill’s comments center around a wealth management product being promoted that promises a plan that will help Joe American to develop a strategy to remain solvent after a global Leftist elites set in course an economic collapse that will trigger a 25 year economic depression. The second Newbill comment are his thoughts about Eco-Marxists utilizing a Climate Change ideology that is designed for the emergence of a Central Government management of society that will suppress basic Liberties Americans take for granted. This Climate Change ideology INCLUDES a forced depopulation agenda.
 
The second Newbill comment is fairly understandable with Newbill links which include –cough- TED Talk propaganda clips. The first Newbill comment I think needs a bit more elaboration or at least I thought so since I have never heard of the CIA’s Project Prophecy used to predict future catastrophes.
 
When I first started search engine explorations of the existence of a CIA program called Project Prophecy I was a bit concerned all links seemed to point to Jim Rickards as a CIA inside-man that worked on the original Project Prophecy. All those links are all about the marketing video Tony Newbill links to either as part of marketing promotion or from Conspiracy Theory websites that fact-minded people tend to pooh-pooh because of the source.
 
In that search I actually found a Youtube version of marketing version produced though by the company marketing Project Prophecy 2.0 which claims to utilized the old CIA tools for personal wealth management in a dangerous and gloomy future economy. I will post that Youtube video (about 45 minutes) if you wish to watch the whole thing. It actually is quite interesting. For those of you who desire a shorter taste of Money Morning video here is a 16 minute examination of the Rickard assertions including short clips from the original that doesn’t endorse the Project Prophecy 2.0 findings but neither does it refute.

I did find a non-marketing blog who calls himself COGwriter (a pseudonym for Bob Thiel) a Ph.D. holder and a Pastor in the Continuing Church of God (CCOG). Some people (including myself) may question some of Bob Thiel’s theology, but I believe his focus on Denominational theological matters separates himself from the typical Conspiracy Theorists pooh-poohed by the show-me-the-facts-Jack individual. A reader sent me a link to a video about something called ‘Project Prophecy’ and the view of a former participant, Jim Rickards (who says he once worked for the CIA) who believes that the USA is going to end up with the collapse of the USA dollar as the world’s reserve currency and that it is subject to a 25 year depression.  He also advocated books, lectures, a newsletter, and other things that I did not purchase, nor am I promoting them here.

Here is some information from a related website about ‘Project Prophecy’:
 
Project Prophecy was to develop a system or systems that could in effect foretell a terrorist act in the United States or world wide by looking for anomalous stock market trades that would profit heavily by betting on an unforeseen (to most) terrorist event to occur. For instance, if a peculiar or odd amount of trades were placed saying that the stock of a particular cruise-ship company was going to go down dramatically, the U.S. government could place assets and surveillance on the ships etc. of that company to be on the lookout for terrorism, and hopefully stop the act before it was able to be executed. Also, by tracing back the questionable stock market trades, the government might be able to see who knew what at what time and perhaps track down the responsible terrorists in this fashion. Get the idea?
 
Project Prophecy Is Shelved
Jim Rickards and the team working on Project Prophecy were successful. They built a system that monitored hundreds of stocks and companies that they considered vulnerable to terrorist activity and financial gain. In fact, the system they built predicted the thwarted attack on an American airline company which was quashed by New Scotland Yard. The terrorist’s ostensible plan was to blow up a few international flights, the ones with the most Americans on board. While Project Prophecy was not a part of stopping the attack, the data and corresponding happenings did show that their thinking and programming was working. Unfortunately, as you might expect, the very government that envisioned, conceived, planned, paid for, and executed Project Prophecy, shelved project Prophecy. Not because it did not work, but perhaps because it worked too well.
 
Project Prophecy Breathes Again, But Under A Different Name
Project Prophecy was resurrected after a time. This time it was known as MARKINT. MARKINT was a derivation of project prophecy. However, rather than focus narrowly on terrorist activities, MARKINT used technology to track nearly any kind of trade that might be harmful or be seen as financial warfare in the markets. The video itself has a screen showing symbols of 16 US government agencies with intelligence branches that Jim Rickard says are concerned about the impact on the USA if the dollar ceases to be the world’s reserve currency.  Another screen shows the statement, “THE FALL OF THE DOLLAR AS THE GLOBAL RESERVE CURRENCY.”
 
Jim Rickards states that one or more US government agencies are “lying to us” and that the economy is in much worse shape than government officials let on or that many politicians truly realize.  He explains why there could be a 25 year depression, based upon historical information and charts and current information and charts [Blog Editor: Here is a PDF document of some of those charts, etc.].  He claims that, “Debt is now destroying economic growth.”
 
Actually, it is worse than that.  Debt accumulation is setting the USA up for destruction according to biblical prophecy.

The reason is we have now reached a moment where four words — the earth is full — will define our times. This is not a philosophical statement; this is just science based in physics, chemistry and biology. There are many science-based analyses of this, but they all draw the same conclusion — that we’re living beyond our means.
 
The eminent scientists of the Global Footprint Network, for example, calculate that we need about 1.5 Earths to sustain this economy. In other words, to keep operating at our current level, we need 50% more Earth than we’ve got.

Leftists, Dems and even some Republicans that I have to assume that are in the RINO category have been shouting down critics of the UN Agenda 21 as a fringe part of the Ring Wing Conspiracy Theorists. If you haven’t leaned yet let me say that when a Leftist or Dem Party Leftist goes out of the way to paint a picture of lunacy to an accusation from a Conservative there is probably more validity than lunacy.

 

I mean a majority of voters have demonstrated they have caught onto Dem lies on the November 4 elections when they threw the bums out of the control of both Houses of Congress. The Dem’s liar-in-chief Obama has painted a picture of ‘I didn’t do it’ for six years with the American Press backing up his lies. Just look at some of the more prominent scandals which are essentially just lying cover-ups hidden under the power and thumb of Presidential authority. Actually Obama’s lies and deception seems to be a lifetime component – For Example:

Voters that truly love America have their own priority of Obama scandals that just should be impeachable or – my God – at least be investigated to discover just how heinous that scandal is without Executive Privilege used as an excuse to cover-up crimes against the law. The scandals that bother me the most are the ones actually aimed against voters to deceive or impugn for political reasons:

 

1. Benghazigate: It was bad enough that there was zero attempt to send help before four Americans died as the hands of Islamic terrorism, but the Administration tried to spin the debacle as it was the fault of a foreign national creating a poorly acted trailer of a movie portraying Mohammed in a negative light even though bad acting made the true story look ludicrous. That was an outright freaking LIE to get reelected in 2012. CAN YOU SAY WATERGATE TRADITION?

2. IRS Scandal: The IRS acted as a Secret Police-like arm of Obama Administration to silence the voice of Conservative organizations like the Tea Party in hope of keeping Conservative truth from American voters. ANOTHER WATERGATE TRADITION!

 

3. Veteran Affairs Scandal:

 

Beginning in April 2014 and continuing for a number of weeks thereafter, an ever-growing amount of information was learned about a massive scandal that quietly had been infecting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for several years. Initially it was reported that VA patients were being forced to wait for inordinately long periods of time before they were permitted to see a doctor and get medical treatment — particularly at one VA hospital in Phoenix, Ariziona (sic). To be seen by a primary care provider, for example, generally required a 115-day wait. These long wait times sometimes resulted in dire health consequences for the patients: According to CNN, as many as 40 veterans had died while on wait lists at the Phoenix hospital. As if the VA isn’t nefarious enough on its own, it is currently been uncovered White House officials under Obama’s watch directly ordered a VA cover-up so that no political fallout comes to the liar-in-chief’s doorstep:

 

Almost two months ago, a whistleblower from inside the Department of Veteran Affairs claimed that the Inspector General watered down the final report in the VA’s wait-list scandal to minimize the political damage. Trust me the three scandals I just mentioned are a mere drop in the bucket to the nefarious practices that should lead to an Obama impeachment. BUT probably won’t because the Republican Establishment (and incredulously some Conservatives) would rather let Obama get away with crimes against American citizens and American voters ‘for the good of the country’.

This brings me back to the Left stealth subversion against the USA via Agenda 21. While Obama dismantles America overtly embracing Establishment fears to impeach him, Agenda 21 keeps methodically on dismantling the American Constitution. The Daily Signal has embraced the remarkably under reported case of Martha Boneta battling Virginia’s Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC) agenda to rip away her property rights. For me though The Daily Signal conspicuously fails to connect the PEC to Agenda 21. Largely I believe this failure is because PEC continues to act with impunity even though the Virginia Right to Farm ACT passed:

This legislation passed by the Virginia State Assembly and signed into law by a Democratic Party Governor places a curb on the power of the eco-Marxism of Green Lefties. It was a win for Property Rights over collectivist thinking. BUT Martha Boneta still endured eco-fascism from the Agenda 21 group promoting the globalist policies of so-called sustainability in which the United Nations Leftists look to promote an elitist global vision in which the population is manipulated by abortion, government ordered authority over private property and ways of living to place the planet’s population to certain permanent level. Martha Boneta over an eight year period actually was forced to manage her family farm under Gestapo-style tactics to either force to submit to what the Piedmont Environment Council (PEC) dictated to her in the management of her farm.

On Thursday November 6 Martha and the PEC presented their cases on who controls the property – owner or easement holder in which a new owner did not sign. The arbitration went to the State government appointed Virginia Outdoors Foundation. The VOF board members are appointed by the State elected Governor. This means there is some oversight in the decision making process of the VOF. The VOF sided with Martha Boneta.

 

RICHMOND – Martha Boneta’s eight-year battle with an environmental group over a conservation easement on her farm in Virginia’s Hunt Country moved closer to resolution yesterday as another organization agreed to take over enforcement activities.

 

Boneta and representatives of the Piedmont Environmental Council appeared at a meeting of the Virginia Outdoors Foundation’s board of trustees in the Virginia General Assembly building here. The foundation is a co-holder of the easement on Boneta’s farm.

 

Each side made 20-minute presentations about the easement on Boneta’s property and what she has called abuses on the part of the environmental council in its enforcement of the terms.

After the presentations, the Virginia Outdoors Foundation’s seven-member board voted 6-0 to adopt a resolution expressing its willingness to take over enforcement activities.

State Del. Brenda Pogge, R-James City County, attended the meeting and told The Daily Signal afterward that she plans to introduce legislation in the upcoming session of the Virginia General Assembly to reform easements on public lands.

 

“I’m a citizen legislator who is outraged by the abuse we have seen in this case,” Pogge said, adding:

 

“The way Martha was treated does not resemble truth, justice and the American way. That’s what we need to get back to. My bill would address the use of easements on public lands that would include schools, firehouses and other public buildings. It’s just a start. People like Martha Boneta are the leaders of the next American Revolution. Obama represents the new King George. Only when grassroots Americans wake-up to withstand the anti-Constitution Left will the principles of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness return.

 

The depraved morals the Left transforms America into leads to the second dark ages of human depravity and ignorance. The masses will become tied to the land again. The Republican Party election victory on November 4, 2014 might be the last chance for Americans that have enjoyed Liberty fought for by our Founding Fathers to counter President Barack Hussein Obama’s fundamental transformation of America. If the Republican leadership fails to heed the call of American voters the static sustainable agenda of the global stealth Marxist elite will continue to envelope this nation until the need for arms might be all that remains to resist the despotic designs of the Leftist transformation of America.

 

Keep in mind that transformation agenda is subtle. Keep the masses poor and dependent on government. Destroy America’s Christian heritage that has been the foundation of a strong moral society. Part of subtlety is atheism, Islam Supremacism and a collectivist mind-set.

 

Whatever undermines American Exceptionalism is a surrender to the Obama fundamental transformation.

Islam is not only an antichrist religion that focuses on eliminating Christians and Jews in which Islam’s Quran deceptively called the People of the Book, this particular religion especially represents everything that is destructive to the Western Culture that has led to the best rule of law document that has become the guiding light politically leading to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness – the United States Constitution. Because of this violent goal to force all humanity to submit to a man-created deity derived from a polytheistic god turning into a monotheistic religion, Mohammed the creator of Islam has set in motion a theo-political death cult that has forced its Liberty destroying upon a large chunk of the world.

In my intro I show my displeasure with Islam as an antichrist religion. I mean literally Islam’s Quran defames the Christian perspective Christ. Mohammed and thus Islam specifically ridicules that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and ridicules that Jesus died on the Cross then was buried after which Resurrected as fully God with all the Divine attributes He emptied to born as fully human to Redeem a lost humanity. I don’t care if that makes me a politically incorrect Islamophobe, but it is the truth that the Quranic portrayal of Christ is an antichrist spirit.
 
Justin’s essay is about the threat the Islamic terrorists known as ISIS is a threat to U.S. National Security and to Christians in general.

The past conflicts were results of overpopulation and then the control of it by the hierarchy that when the alliance to manage the depopulation strategy falls apart like it says it will always do in the Bible as in the book of Revelation, “i.e.: Iron and Clay” then war breaks out which is only a conflict between the hierarchy not staying together on the plan to manage the genocide so they enact the society to defend them with drafts.

Jim Guthrie has given up on looking for private pasture land to lease for his cattle.
Last spring and summer, the McCammon, Idaho, rancher was unable to replace lost grazing leases and had to sell half of his livestock. He’s now resigned to a smaller herd of 100 mother cows.
 
“I just don’t have the appetite any more for scrounging for pasture,” Guthrie said. “I figure I could just sell the extra hay and not have to fight finding pasture and probably be just as well off in the long run.”

Lord Christopher Monckton. The former adviser to Margaret Thatcher gave an address during the Minnesota Freemarket Institute Conference at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, in early November 2009. For the first time, the public heard about the 181 pages, dated Sept. 15 that comprised the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change— a rough draft of what could was supposed to be signed during the December Copenhagen global climate event…

 

Lord Monckton himself only became aware of the extraordinary powers to be vested in this new world government when a friend found an obscure U.N. Web site and searched through several layers of hyperlinks before discovering a document labeled as a “Note by the Secretariat.” Here are some excerpts of Lord Monckton’s closing speech, as transcribed by Fighting’ Words Blog, from the audio recording of the conference:

 

“At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it.

 

I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government” actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfaction of what is called, coyly, “climate debt” – because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.

 

How many of you think that the word “election” or “democracy” or “vote” or “ballot” occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn’t appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it – Now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He’s going to sign it. He’ll sign anything. He’s a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he’ll sign it.”

 

However contrary to Lord Monckton’s assertion, no treaty was signed at Copenhagen yet some fundamental new realities about global power shifts in the world, and the role of Obama’s America in the new order emerged from the event. In a new upcoming report we will devote a significant portion to unraveling the events of Copenhagen and why a Global Treaty was deferred against the expectations of Lord Monckton.

I was watching a video of Dr. Drew giving a speech about his first meeting with a young Obama at Occidental College. It is chilling that the media is hiding the fact that Obama stated to Drew that “A Communist revolution in the USA is inevitable”.

 

Obama is painted by the Elitist controlled media as a ‘moderate’, because they are part of the Communist deception to keep the American people in the dark about the coming dictatorship. We are living in dangerous time of lies and deception. Why do you think super wealthy people are throwing cash at Obama? They want to give him absolute power and then be on his “A list” for generously donating to the Marxist cause.

The ‘super rich far left’ are growing restless with ‘Obama the Moderate’, because they didn’t donate their money with the purpose to fund a ‘moderate’. They donated their money with the purpose to fund a Marxist revolutionary that will give the Elite more status and smash the rest of us. These people are power hungry and greedy.

Raising the status of the poor is too expensive and it is NOT going to happen. It is much easier to smash the middle and upper middle class until they are almost equal to the poor people in society. After all, the Elite want to pay lower wages since they always brag about the “Chinese Economic Model’ in the NY Times.  The unions have a hard lesson coming. 

Dr Drew brought up an excellent point during his speech when he mentioned that “Communist revolutions only take place in countries that have a ‘weak’ middle class”. Well folks, they are working on that as we speak. It sickens me to write this.

My first meeting with young Barack Obama raised strong feelings and left me with a positive first impression.  At the time, I felt I’d persuaded a young man anticipating a Marxist-Leninist revolution to appreciate the more practical alternative of conventional politics as a channel for his socialist views. 

I met Obama in December of 1980, a couple of days after Christmas, in Portola Valley — a small town near Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.  I was a 23 year old second-year graduate student in Cornell’s Government Department, and had flown to California to visit a 21 year old girlfriend, Caroline Boss.  Boss was a senior at Occidental College, where she had taken a class in the fall of 1980 with political theorist Roger Boesche.  She met and befriended Obama in that class.

The taller of the two was Obama, then only 19, who towered over his five-foot-five companion, Mohammed Hasan Chandoo – a wealthy, 21 year old Pakistani student.  Chandoo had a full dark black, neatly trimmed moustache, and was dressed in expensive clothes.  Nevertheless, Obama was the more handsome of the two.  At six foot two, Obama carried himself with the dignity and poise of a model.  The diminutive Chandoo, in contrast, came across as more of a practical, businessman type.  Obama displayed a visible deference to Chandoo when they were standing together at the vehicle.

Boss and Obama, however, had a starkly different view. They believed that the economic stresses of the Carter years meant revolution was still imminent. The election of Reagan was simply a minor set-back in terms of the coming revolution.  As I recall, Obama repeatedly used the phrase “When the revolution comes….”  In my mind, I remember thinking that Obama was blindly sticking to the simple Marxist theory that had characterized my own views while I was an undergraduate at Occidental College.  “There’s going to be a revolution,” Obama said, “we need to be organized and grow the movement.”  In Obama’s view, our role must be to educate others so that we might usher in more quickly this inevitable revolution.

 

… Boss and Obama seemed to think their ideological purity was a persuasive argument in predicting that a coming revolution would end capitalism.  While I felt I was doing them a favor by providing them with the latest research, I saw I was in danger of being cast as a reactionary who did not grasp the nuances of international Marxist theory.

Since I was a Marxist myself at the time, and had studied variations in Marxist theory, I can state that everything I heard Obama argue that evening was consistent with Marxist philosophy, including the ideas that class struggle was leading to an inevitable revolution and that an elite group of revolutionaries was needed to lead the effort.  If he had not been a true Marxist-Leninist, I would have noticed and remembered.  I can still, with some degree of ideological precision, identify which students at Occidental College were radicals and which ones were not.  I can do the same thing for the Occidental College professors at that time.

Whatever impact our encounter might have had on him, I know something about what Barack Obama believed in 1980.  At that time, the future president was a doctrinaire Marxist revolutionary, although perhaps — for the first time — considering conventional politics as a more practical road to socialism.  Knowing this, I think I have a responsibility to place on the public record my account of this incident from our president’s past. What would you do if you knew that the top Democrat running for president was lying about his past?

 

That is the question I was faced with in 2008.  I had met the young Barack Obama while he was a sophomore at Occidental College, and I knew that his commitment to socialism was deep, genuine, and longstanding.  See my earlier article on American Thinker.

 

I had been a leader of the Marxist students at Occidental College myself, starting in 1976 when I founded the precursor of the Democrat Socialist Alliance on campus.  The young Obama I knew was a Marxist socialist who would have been quite comfortable with Communist party members like his Hawaii mentor Frank Marshall Davis, retired domestic terrorists like Bill Ayers, or active socialist politicians like Illinois State Senator Alice Palmer.

 

The Obama I knew was nothing like the lifelong pragmatic centrist that he was pretending to be in the 2008 presidential campaign.  When I talked politics with the young Obama, he expressed a profound commitment to bringing about a socialist economic system in the U.S. — completely divorced from the profit motive — which would occur, in his lifetime, through a potentially violent, Communist-style revolution.  In this context, I saw my report on young Obama as a key piece of evidence suggesting a profound continuity in his belief system.

 

Although I was surprised by Barack Obama’s insistence on his mainstream ideological credentials, I was shocked that my attempts to spread the news about young Obama’s Marxism failed to gain any media traction with reporters, activists, or campaign staffs during the 2008 presidential campaign. Well, here are some basic facts about how the country is faring with Barack Obama in the White House. Take a look at the numbers, sans commentary, and make your own judgment about whether Barack Obama deserves another term in office.

 

1) Real median household income is down $4300 since Obama took office.

 

2) The percentage of unemployed workers who’ve been out of a job for more than a year is over 30%.

 

3) The country has had the longest streak of +8% unemployment since the Depression under Obama: 39 months and counting.

 

4) In 2011 under Barack Obama, nearly one out of every seven Americans was on food stamps. That’s a 70 percent increase from 2007.

 

5) Fifty percent of new college graduates are underemployed or unemployed.

 

6) U.S. home ownership is at a decade long low. So is the number of Americans who say their home is worth more than they paid for it. Home prices are the lowest they’ve been since 2002.

 

7) Barack Obama ended NASA’s manned space program.

 

8) Going into this election cycle, Barack Obama had raised more money from Wall Street than any President in history. He has also raised more money from Wall Street than all of the GOP presidential contenders combined in this election cycle.

 

9) Under Barack Obama’s leadership, the last time Harry Reid and the Senate Democrats passed a budget was April 9, 2009.

 

10) Barack Obama’s budget was defeated 414-0 in the House and 99-0 in the Senate.

 

11) When he was running for President in 2008, Barack Obama pledged not to raise taxes on families making less than 250,000 dollars per year. He broke that promise with the tanning salon tax and with Obamacare, which raises almost 500 billion dollars in new taxes, a significant portion of which would be paid by people making less than 250,000 dollars per year.

 

12) When Barack Obama took office, gas was $1.95 per gallon. Today gas is $3.72 per gallon.

 

13) In February of this year, the federal government had a 229 billion dollar deficit. That was the largest deficit in the history of the United States.

 

14) America lost its AAA credit rating (which it had held since 1917) on Obama’s watch despite the fact that Timothy Geithner publicly said there was “no risk” of that happening.

 

15) Barack Obama added more to the debt in just 38 months than George Bush did in two full terms as President.

On December 10, 1974, the United States National Security Council promulgated National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM-200), also called The Kissinger Report. This document explicitly laid out a detailed strategy by which the United States would aggressively promote population control in developing nations in order to regulate (or have better access to) the natural resources of these countries.

 

In order to protect U.S. commercial interests, NSSM-200 cited a number of factors that could interrupt the smooth flow of materials from lesser-developed countries, LDCs as it called them, to the United States, including a large population of anti-imperialist youth, who must, according to NSSM-200, be limited by population control. The document identified 13 nations by name that would be primary targets of U.S.-funded population control efforts.

 

According to NSSM-200, elements of the implementation of population control programs could include: a) the legalization of abortion; b) financial incentives for countries to increase their abortion, sterilization and contraception-use rates; c) indoctrination of children; and d) mandatory population control, and coercion of other forms, such as withholding disaster and food aid unless an LDC implements population control programs.

 

While the CIA and Departments of State and Defense have issued hundreds of papers on population control and national security, the U.S. government has never renounced NSSM-200, but has only amended certain portions of its policy. NSSM-200, therefore, remains the foundational document on population control issued by the United States government.

 

NSSM-200’s strategies have resulted in regional population growth rates decelerating so fast that they are already causing severe economic and social problems in Europe, the former Soviet Union, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Many developing nations are now aging even more rapidly than the developed world, which foretells of even more severe problem for their relatively underdeveloped economies.

 

Over the past 40 years, there has been much disagreement over whether or not population control programs are necessary for those nations with the most rapidly growing populations. There can be no disagreement now, however, except among those organizations whose incomes depend upon it. The time for population control has come and gone. It is now necessary to plan ahead. We have successfully averted a “population explosion,” and now we must work just as hard to avoid a “population implosion.”

 

On the eve of the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of NSSM-200, therefore, Human Life International calls on the Bush administration to repudiate this document, which advocates violating the most precious freedoms and autonomy of the individual through coercive family planning programs.

 

Governments do not belong in the business of telling families how many children they should or should not have. NSSM-200 represents the epitome of interference in this most intimate decision.

 

NSSM-200 does not emphasize the rights or welfare of individuals or of nations, just the “right” of the United States to have unfettered access to the natural resources of developing nations. Instead of the United States positioning itself to take advantage of the natural resources of other nations, it should be supporting and guiding authentic economic development that allows the people of each nation to use their resources for their own benefit, which would lead to an enhancement of human rights worldwide and healthier economies for all. Fortunately, however, some states and patriotic Americans are starting to wake up and fight back!

 

Local Tea Party groups have begun petitioning their local governments to withdraw from membership in the ICLEI USA. The Republican National Committee in January passed a resolution exposing U.N. Agenda 21 and warning against its implementation.

 

And now seven states have proposed similar resolutions to warn their citizens, policymakers and local governments about the dangers of implementing Agenda 21.

 

But the fight is proving to be an uphill battle that needs grassroots Americans to make their voices heard in order to win.

 

The Tennessee legislature passed an anti-Agenda 21 resolution, but Governor Bill Haslam refused to sign it.

 

Last week, the Kansas House passed a similar resolution that, among other things, condemns any attempts by any Federal agency to implement Agenda 21 within Kansas’ borders. Of course, the pro-Agenda 21 forces are doing everything in their power to kill it.

Be it further resolved: That the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives shall send an enrolled copy of this resolution to each member of the Kansas Congressional Delegation.

 

Simply put, implementation of the U.N.’s Agenda 21 must be stopped. The author of “Eco-Tyranny: How the Left’s Green Agenda will Dismantle America” warns that the federal government has been collecting properties across the country for years, even now is working to control more and ultimately wants to block off any use by the American people.

 

In a commentary published in Forbes, author Brian Sussman argues that every American is heir to an “unfathomable fortune” in natural resources on nationally owned land but is condemned to bankruptcy by a government that won’t let them use it.

 

Sussman says it’s the deliberate policy of a government “beholden to the green agenda.”

 

He reports that “the feds now own nearly 700 million acres of property” that contain huge amounts of natural resources the country could use in difficult economic times, including oil, natural gas, minerals, timber and water.

 

Instead, the federal government has permanently removed these lands from economic development, deliberately harming the interests of the country to please environmentalists.

Talk Show Host Sounds Warning About Russian & U.S. Military Joint Anti-Terrorist Drills

Talk show host John Moore claims that “his sources” from CIA headquarters told him that there will be 200 Russian Special Forces ‘Spetsnaz’ troops participating in the anti-terror drills at Ft. Carson. I do believe this to be true.

 

These anti-terror drills will take place May 21st – May 31st, 2012 crossing over Memorial Day weekend. For U.S. Troops to be doing military drills with Russians troops on U.S. soil over Memorial Day weekend is even shocking to me (that is not easy to do).

 

Where are the U.S. Military leaders? You have failed the American people for allowing this to even take place. Don’t give me that crap that the ‘Cold War’ ended. Tell that to the morons that watch MSNBC. 

 

John Moore also claims that up to 30,000-100,000 might be on U.S. Soil by the end of the year. This I can’t confirm, but anything is possible judging by the direction that we are heading.

 

If these soldiers disappeared into the American population it could be a danger to National Security like never seen before. John Moore clearly knows about Russian Spetsnaz soldiers and how deadly they are. They are well trained in everything that you could imagine.

 

These Spetsnaz soldiers could assist Al Qaeda terrorists in attacking crucial U.S. targets (Pink Terror). This will be done to further soften up the U.S. infrastructure. The Spetsnaz troops could also just commit the terrorist acts themselves (Red Terror).

 

I believe that these Spetsnaz soldiers are coming for only one purpose and that is to eventually commit sabotage against the USA prior to a massive ‘staged’ war. Whether it is this summer, before the 2012 elections or after the elections will not matter. What will matter is that they are going to be on U.S. Soil and that is huge.

It is generally believed that Mohammed Atta was the leader of the 9/11 strikes against the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Atta was an Egyptian, a student of architecture in Cairo and Hamburg, born on Sept. 1, 1968. His studies continued to the end of the 1990s. We are told that he was seriously religious, though he was seen drinking alcohol and playing video games at a sports bar the week before 9/11.

 

In May 2003, Capt. Vladimir Hucin, formerly with Czech intelligence (BIS), made a curious statement in front of Petr Cibulka, the head of the Right Bloc (Pravy Blok) in response to a question about Atta: “I had information that Mohammed Atta was trained in the Zastavka terrorist training camp in 1988, by Czechoslovak Communists and STB.”

 

Cibulka was not surprised by Hucin’s claim regarding Atta. According to Cibulka, al Qaeda is the child of the Communist Bloc and its rogue state allies. “[Al Qaeda] is supplied and trained by Iraq,” said Cibulka in a 2003 interview. “But the real brains behind this global terrorist campaign against the free world … is in fact the Russian GRU. Moscow fights against the United States with a hidden hand.”

 

There is no question that the FBI and the CIA, in their infinite wisdom, would dismiss Cibulka’s statement and the allegations of Capt. Hucin. The reasoning of the FBI and CIA goes something like this: People who have fought communism their whole lives are deeply committed to their views, even when communism has collapsed. Those who hate communism do not stop hating it, and their judgment is distorted by this hatred. Therefore, statements connecting today’s terrorism with “International Communism” are not to be taken seriously.

 

Perhaps the prevailing wisdom of the FBI and CIA deserves the honored place it now enjoys. On the other hand, an admission that anti-Communism can become an obsession does not automatically discredit everything anti-Communists have to say. Soviet Communism invented modern terrorism. The Communists trained Arafat, Mandela, Carlos the Jackal and others. To what end was this training?

 

There is an old book by a GRU defector who wrote under the pen name Viktor Suvorov. The book’s title is Spetsnaz: The Inside Story of the Soviet Special Forces. Chapter 15 in this book is about Spetsnaz’s role at the outset of World War III. It makes very interesting reading.

 

Russian Spetsnaz commandos are trained as paratroopers, explosives experts, terrorists and assassins. According to Suvorov, World War III will not begin with conventional military operations, or even with massed nuclear missile strikes. On page 196 he describes “a series of large and small [terrorist] operations the purpose of which is, before actual military operations begin, to weaken the enemy’s morale, create an atmosphere of suspicion, fear and uncertainty, and divert attention of the enemy’s armies and police forces to a huge number of different targets….” According to Suvorov: “The principle method employed at this stage is ‘grey terror.'” This is a kind of terror that is carried out “in the name of already existing extremist groups not connected in any way with the Soviet Union, or in the name of fictitious organizations.”

 

Suvorov claimed that “grey terror” would have a psychological warfare component. The Russian special services, he wrote, would launch a scandal parade. Dirt would be invented, created or dug up on America’s leaders, on America’s defense establishment and on America’s friends abroad. According to Suvorov, various nations would begin to distrust their leaders. The peace movement, he wrote, would make use of these scandals. “In many countries there are continual demands to make the country neutral and not to support American foreign policy, which has been discredited.” When America’s international support erodes away, explained Suvorov, the “grey terror” gathers in scope and “reaches its peak.” The next stage is pink terror, “when active military operations have not yet begun and there is still peace, but when some of the best spetsnaz units have already gone into action.” This leads directly to “red terror” – which is open warfare between major powers.

 

Perhaps it is crazy to make this suggestion: But is it possible the “grey terror” of Viktor Suvorov has begun? Are key leaders in al Qaeda paid agents of the old Communist Bloc, paving the way for “pink terror” and the “red terror” that logically follows?

 

One hesitates to accept, at face value, the statements of anti-Communists in Eastern Europe (since their statements are so grim). And yet, there is something strange about the terrorists and their war against America. What do these terrorists hope to achieve for themselves? Islam is not going to take over the United States. The Islamists have no army. They don’t even have a country that dares to openly embrace their cause.

 

Last Sunday night I received a call from an American businessman recently returned from South America. He had a strange encounter. He’d met a Russian down below the equator. This Russian thought South America was safe place to be at the moment. The businessman talked about life in South America. “Life is better in the United States,” he said. The Russian answered. “Yes, but the United States is not going to be there much longer.”

 

The Russian refused to elaborate. Perhaps he doesn’t need to.

The U.S. Government is riddled with overt Communists that are openly preaching Communist propaganda daily as they hide behind the label Progressive. I am still against these ‘joint drills’, even if this is some type of deception for the Russians to lower their guard. Allen West and Sarah Palin seem to be the only ones that have the guts to say anything.

The new #1 man from Al Qaeda, Ayman Zawahiri was trained by the Russian FSB. Notice that the War on Terror has ended now according to the State Department? So, I guess Zawahiri gets a free pass for helping to orchestrate 9/11 for Iran and Russia? The Democrats benefited very much from 9/11 as well. Think about it….

A shocking U.S. Army manual that describes how “political activists,” including American citizens, are to be indoctrinated in re-education camps also includes rules on forced labor and separating political prisoners by confining them in isolation.

 

Aside from detailing how PSYOP teams will use “indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes,” as well as targeting “political activists” with indoctrination programs to provide “understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions,” the manual directs political prisoners to be separated from the rest of the camp population.

 

On page 284, the manual (PDF) describes how “Malcontents, rabble-rousers, trained agitators, and political officers who may attempt to organize resistance or create disturbances within the I/R facility,” are to be confined “in isolated enclosures to deny them access to the general population.”

 

The document also makes clear that the internment facility is not only a re-education camp but also a forced labor camp. Page 277 of the manual states, “Detainees constitute a significant labor force of skilled and unskilled individuals. These individuals should be employed to the fullest extent possible in work that is needed to construct, manage, perform administrative functions for, and maintain the internment facility.” (THERE IS MORE!)

For the first time in history, Russian and American airborne forces will hold joint drills in the US. The anti-terror exercises scheduled for May 2012 will get off to a flying start with a tactical landing operation and “terrorist” camp raid.

 

­“This is the first time such an event is being held,” Russian Airborne Forces spokesperson Col. Aleksandr Kucherenko stressed, announcing the plan. “The Russian airborne will contribute a special task group that will exercise with US special service weapons.”

 

The drills were arranged by the Russian Airborne Command and a US military delegation in Moscow last December.

 

Russian soldiers will receive preparatory training in Colorado’s Fort Carson with the US weaponry and equipment they are to use during the operation. The drills include parachuting, operation planning, reconnaissance, assault operations and evacuations by helicopter.

 

“According to the exercise scenario, soldiers of the two countries will hold a tactical airborne operation, including reconnaissance of an imaginary terrorists’ camp and a raid,” Colonel Kucherenko revealed.

 

The drills will take place between May 24 and 31. But it’s not all work: on May 27, the Russian paratroopers will get a chance to unwind at a baseball game in Colorado Springs.

Russian warships will be equipped with NATO navigation and communications systems to improve coordination in anti-piracy missions around the world, Chief of the Russian General Staff Nikolai Makarov said on Wednesday.

 

The issue has been discussed during a meeting of the NATO-Russia Council in Brussels.

 

“We decided to install standard NATO navigation and communications systems on our warships,” Makarov said.

 

NATO warships have been patrolling the pirate-infested waters off the Somali coast since 2008, as part of Operation Ocean Shield. NATO has recently extended its mission in the Gulf of Aden and adjacent areas until 2014.

 

Russia joined the international anti-piracy mission in the region in 2008. Russian warships have successfully escorted more than 130 commercial vessels from various countries since then.

 

Task forces from the Russian Navy, usually led by Udaloy class destroyers, operate in the area on a rotating basis.

Outsourcing was part of the plan to make the USA Dependent and Breakable,  so what will happen here is all our Equipment: Case International Harvester, Caterpillar, John Deere, Ford new Holland, plus all the car manufacturers, plus all the After Market parts suppliers like NAPA, O’Reilly’s –  all these Manufacturers Import ALL the Parts they assemble their equipment with. We will see these parts become almost unattainable when the dollar loses its reserve currency status as these BRIC Suppliers who we Import our parts supplies all together reject the dollar exchange at the rate we have been operating at. Our result will be much like Iceland’s was in 2008, only way bigger a civil unrest because Iceland was only 98,000 people. We are 311,000,000  and reducing their level of abundance will be way bigger a deal than what it was in Greece or the other PIIGS countries that tried austerity only to reject it and vote for the Socialist like they did in France hoping for a return to their abundance. However, it won’t happen as the BRIC nations are only gathering them for the Slaughter later. We have seen this before in that region. First you promise them the moon for control over the resources. Only to bait and switch to the oppressive famine and strife that depopulation is all about. And this is not a conspiracy they are talking about today as a remedy for Earth’s salvation, like a Collective Salvation you know!!!   

 

 Seven big problems for 7 billion people

Sometime on Monday, Oct. 31, the world’s population is projected to hit 7 billion. Is that numerical milestone a cause for celebration or concern?

 

A little bit of both, according to the United Nations Population Fund. The organization, an international development agency that promotes the right of every person to enjoy a life of health and equal opportunity, on Wednesday released a report detailing the achievements and setbacks faced by an ever-crowded world.

 

How we respond now will determine whether we have a healthy, sustainable and prosperous future or one that is marked by inequalities, environmental decline and economic setbacks, according to “The State of World Population 2011” report.

In response to the report, msnbc.com asked seven notable figures to identify some major problems — and potential remedies — confronting a world with 7 billion inhabitants. Here’s what they had to say:

Paul Ehrlich is known for his outspoken stance on overpopulation. Although he was not the first to raise the alarm about population issues – concern had been widespread in the 1950s and 1960s – his approach brought the issue to a new level of media prominence.

Society is faced with a profound dilemma – one that is sharpened considerably by the twin threats of financial crisis and climate change. The dilemma is this: to resist economic growth is to risk economic and social collapse, but to pursue it is to endanger the ecosystems on which we depend for long-term survival.

 

For a long time this problem has gone unrecognised in mainstream policy or in public debate. When reality begins to impinge on the collective consciousness, the best suggestion offered has been to somehow separate growth from its material impacts (and continue to do so while the economy expands exponentially.)

 

But this proposition has to be tested. Against historical reality, technological possibility, demand for future resources, ecological targets, and the social and economic forces that drive society forwards.

 

The analysis by Chris Goodall described in the Guardian this week is an essential starting point to address the most critical question of all: can a society based on growth really make that separation fast enough to avoid ecological catastrophe? This is exactly the kind of analysis that is often sadly lacking at policy level and desperately needed as the basis for a green economy.

In short, it’s quite clear that there is considerable potential for technological change. And we already have at our disposal a range of useful options: renewable, resource-efficient, low-carbon technologies capable of weaning us from our dangerous dependence on fossil fuels. These options have to provide the platform for the transition to a sustainable economy. But the idea that they will emerge spontaneously by giving free reign to the market is patently false. So while Goodall’s analysis is valuable, there is only cold comfort in these statistics. The world’s most renowned population analyst has called for a massive reduction in the number of humans and for natural resources to be redistributed from the rich to the poor.

 

Paul Ehrlich, Bing professor of population studies at Stanford University in California and author of the best-selling Population Bomb book in 1968, goes much further than the Royal Society in London which this morning said that physical numbers were as important as the amount of natural resources consumed.

The optimum population of Earth – enough to guarantee the minimal physical ingredients of a decent life to everyone – was 1.5 to 2 billion people rather than the 7 billion who are alive today or the 9 billion expected in 2050, said Ehrlich in an interview with the Guardian.

“Most of the predictions [in Population Bomb] have proved correct [SlantRight Editor: That’s a lie, the Population Bomb is false propaganda]. At that time I wrote about climate change. We did not know then if it was warming or cooling. We thought it was going to be a problem for the end of this century. Now we know it’s warming and a problem for the beginning of the century; we didn’t know about the loss of biodiversity. Things have been coming up worse than was predicted. We have the threats now of vast epidemics”.

But he agreed with the Royal Society report that said human population and consumption should not be divided. “[They] multiply together. You have to be deal with them together. We have too much consumption among the rich and too little among the poor. That implies that terrible thing that we are going to have to do which is to somehow redistribute access to resources away the rich to the poor. But in the US we have been doing the opposite. World population needs to be stabilised quickly and high consumption in rich countries rapidly reduced to avoid “a downward spiral of economic and environmental ills”, warns a major report from the Royal Society.

 

Contraception must be offered to all women who want it and consumption cut to reduce inequality, says the study published on Thursday, which was chaired by Nobel prize-winning biologist Sir John Sulston.

 

The assessment of humanity’s prospects in the next 100 years, which has taken 21 months to complete, argues strongly that to achieve long and healthy lives for all 9 billion people expected to be living in 2050, the twin issues of population and consumption must be pushed to the top of political and economic agendas. Both issues have been largely ignored by politicians and played down by environment and development groups for 20 years, the report says.

 

“The number of people living on the planet has never been higher, their levels of consumption are unprecedented and vast changes are taking place in the environment. We can choose to rebalance the use of resources to a more egalitarian pattern of consumption … or we can choose to do nothing and to drift into a downward spiral of economic and environmental ills leading to a more unequal and inhospitable future”, it says. 9.15am: The Royal Society has published today a landmark report – 21-months in the making – that it says is the “first substantive offering” in its 350-year history on the topic of the “impacts of human population and consumption on the planet”.

 

The report (pdf, 5.7MB) lays out nine recommendations for, what it hopes, will “be a springboard for further discussion and action”. In doing so, it appears to imply that rising consumption levels need tackling ahead of rising population levels:

 

In the short term it is of the utmost urgency to reduce consumption and emissions that are already causing damage, for example greenhouse gases, deforestation, and land use change amongst others. Furthermore, unless the goal is a world in which extreme inequality persists, it is necessary to make space for those in poverty, especially the 1.3 billion people living in absolute poverty, to achieve an adequate standard of living.

 

The intertwined issues of consumption and population have, of course, long been cornerstones of the wider environmental debate. But, in recent years, the consensus among environmental commentators seems to have moved towards the view that over-consumption is, indeed, the more pressing concern. In 2011, when the human population reached 7bn for the first time, a major report by French national agencies concluded rather bluntly that “the rich must stop consuming so much“. Now consider how long we have before we consume enough of Earth’s natural resources so that human life is no longer sustainable. If The Story of Stuff is accurate, we know that 30% of Earth’s natural resources have been consumed in the past 30 years. Let’s use a conservative estimate of 10% for our global consumption of natural resources in all the previous history up to 1975. Just a guess, but it would appear to be a conservative estimate. This means that we have consumed 40% of Earth’s total natural resources up to this moment in human history. No matter how you graph this data, you will generate a consumption curve that is exponential. With a little extrapolation, you would also realize that the human population is likely to consume another 30% – 40% of Earth’s remaining resources within the next 10 years. This means that sometime before the year 2020, mankind will have consumed 80% of Earth’s natural resources.

 

Many would probably like to assume that we have until 2020 to fix this problem, but this also assumes that we don’t run out of some essential resources before then. What happens if 100% of drinkable water, forests, or coal runs out before then?

 

It doesn’t take a genius to understand that the only way to achieve sustainability in any environment is to consume only what can be replenished or replaced at an equal rate. Not only is our current rate of consumption unsustainable and irresponsible, but our rate of consumption over the next few years will be catastrophic and unconscionable. Does anyone really believe that with a continuously expanding world population, that our consumption rates will stabilize or actually start reversing?

 

The only way to reverse this spiraling abyss would not only be to halt consumption at their current levels, but we would actually need to reduce our consumption levels to those of nearly 50 years ago. And how do you accomplish that when the world population is continuing to expand out of control with more and more people are uneducated, starving, and suffering?

 

The Earth experience involves learning everything from conscious evolution to sustainability. Learning to replace what we have destroyed and depleted is part of this experience, but more importantly is learning how to balance our existence with nature.

How do we move the entire world consciousness from irresponsible over consumption to responsible under consumption overnight? If you live outside the matrix and in any form of reality, then you know this is not possible while the world is controlled through greed and self-indulgence. It’s also not realistic to think that these control factors and the PTB [SlantRight Editor: Conspiracy Theory thoughts on Powers That Be] are going to disappear and everyone else is going to achieve a sufficient level of belief and understanding overnight.
