According to the cursory reading I have done to date the bank HSBC is the world’s second largest bank. Admittedly economics and finance are areas I am insufficiently educated in; nonetheless when here’s of international banking problems with the world’s second largest bank I had to expand my curiosity.

Apparently I am on the WND press release list (I don’t recall signing up, but I am pleased that I am). The press release sent says to contact Jerome Corsi for more info, so I presumed the PR was by Mr. Corsi. The WND press release notifies that HSBC is directly involved in international scandalous money laundering of international criminals. If you are a Bank Conspiracy Theorist that probably isn’t surprising; however what I found disturbing is that President Barack Hussein Obama’s Attorney General Nominee Loretta Lynch was involved with earlier investigations of HSBC AND presumably set up billions of dollars of fines against HSBC. Now the fines sound like a good thing but what doesn’t sound good is the probable banking Officers that undoubtedly committed crimes worthy of prison WERE NOT PROSECUTED by Lynch. It is my humble opinion this should disqualify any consideration for Lynch’s confirmation to America’s highest justice Office.

Threatens to block confirmation of Loretta Lynch

WASHINGTON – What does the biggest banking scandal in world history have to do with the confirmation hearings for attorney general-nominee Loretta Lynch?

No one was prosecuted in the Justice Department’s case against HSBC, a global mega-bank that admitted its role in a massive money-laundering scheme involving drugs and illicit arms trading. Loretta Lynch was in charge of that investigation and imposed a $1.2 billion fine on HSBC – with no criminal prosecution and no jail time for anyone associated with the bank.

Now senators want to know how that happened.

New York Times bestselling author Dr. Jerome Corsi is available to speak to the media about the revelations regarding banking giant HSBC that he broke in 2012 and how Obama Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch may have worked to strike a sweetheart deal to protect the international firm.

When Corsi first reported on HSBC in 2012, the banking giant retaliated against WND: The bank filed a complaint Feb. 9, 2012, with a WND Internet service provider, EdgeCast Networks. Access to the article was blocked for a period of three hours, until the Internet provider concluded the complaint was unwarranted.

At the time, WND Editor and CEO Joseph Farah remarked, “I’ve been in journalism for 30 years and in Internet journalism for 15 years. In all that time, I have never seen such a blatant and temporarily effective effort at raw censorship by a powerful institution – in this case, one of the world’s largest banks.”

A member of the Senate Judiciary Committee has opened an investigation he believes could threaten the confirmation of Obama’s nominee to replace Eric Holder as attorney general, Loretta Lynch.

After his staff quizzed a whistleblower provided by WND, the office of Sen. David Vitter, R-La., announced it is investigating why Lynch, in her capacity as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, allowed banking giant HSBC to avoid criminal prosecution of bank officers and other employees. HSBC paid a hefty fine, instead, for laundering uncounted billions of dollars of illegal drug and terrorist money through its U.S. bank in the service of Mexican drug cartels and Middle Eastern terrorists.

Vitter’s staff examined allegations made since 2009 by John Cruz, a former HSBC manager armed with 1,000 pages of bank account records and recordings of employees and numerous state and federal law enforcement agents who labeled him as “crazy” rather than seriously look into his claims.

Vitter’s Washington staff spoke to Cruz in an hour-long teleconference that WND attended in the senator’s office.

The meeting left Vitter’s staff asking, “How can we allow Loretta Lynch to be the nation’s top federal law-enforcement officer when the HSBC money-laundering scandal raises questions about a cover-up that may be continuing even today?”

Cruz’s allegations were first reported in a series of WND stories that began with a February 2012 report. Cruz called the $1.92 billion fine the U.S. government imposed on HSBC “a joke” and filed a $10 million lawsuit for “retaliation and wrongful termination.” Whistleblowers in India and London joined Cruz in charging the HSBC settlement amounted to a massive cover-up.

In response to WND’s reporting of Cruz’s evidence, HSBC lodged a complaint that blocked Internet access to one of the WND stories, and senior reporter Jerome Corsi was fired by the New York City investment firm he had worked with for two years as a senior managing director, Gilford Securities.

WND also reported evidence Holder’s Justice Department did not investigate money-laundering charges in deference to bank clients of his Washington-based law firm, where he was a partner prior to joining the Obama administration. In addition, WND reported HSBC was engaged in a systematic scheme to defraud citizens of India who live abroad out of billions of dollars in investment accounts.

Formal investigation

At the conclusion of the meeting Wednesday, Vitter’s staff authorized WND to announce the senator has decided to open a formal investigation into Cruz’s allegations against HSBC.

Vitter’s staff explained that at the center of the investigation will be the question of whether Lynch, acting in her capacity as U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, had engineered or knowingly participated in a government settlement in 2012 that allowed HSBC senior management to avoid criminal prosecution.

HSBC was allowed to admit only deficiencies in administrating anti-terrorism, money laundering statutes while bank employees down to the branch level who laundered billions of dollars in Mexican drug cartel and Middle Eastern terrorist money were let off the hook, with many remaining as employees of the bank even today.

A Department of Justice press release Dec. 11, 2012, named Lynch, representing the Justice Department, in its civil settlement with HSBC.

The bank agreed to pay a fine of $1.256 billion and an additional $665 million in civil penalties in exchange for “deferred prosecution.” The DOJ agreed not to pursue any criminal prosecutions of HSBC officers or employees after a probe in which DOJ criminal investigators were joined by investigators from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of Homeland Security, the New York County District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Treasury.

The investigation found HSBC had violated numerous anti-money laundering statutes, processing billions of dollars of transactions for Mexican drug cartels and Middle East terrorist organizations.

“I was told in 2009 that HSBC had reserved $2 billion to pay government fines as a cost of doing business to avoid criminal prosecutions in the money-laundering case,” Cruz told WND.

“It’s a travesty of justice that no one at HSBC got prosecuted when HSBC laundered billions of dollars of drug for Mexican drug cartels and laundered billions more for Middle Eastern terrorists, in a massive bank fraud scheme I can prove HSBC bank officials knew was going on from the highest executives in the bank to branch managers and employees throughout the HSBC bank,” he said.

In 2012, Cruz turned over to WND some 1,000 pages of customer account records he pulled from the HSBC computer system before he was fired by HSBC senior management uninterested in investigating his claims. He also recorded hours of conversations with HSBC bank managers and compliance officers, and various law enforcement officers, none of whom took his allegations seriously.

“I tried for years, starting in 2009, to bring this to the attention of law enforcement agencies in New York State and the federal government, including the Department of Homeland Security and the IRS, that HSBC was engaged in a massive multi-billion dollar international scheme of laundering drug and terrorist money, and nobody was interested,” Cruz said.

“What I got for my efforts was bank officers, including bank compliance officers, told me to forget about it. And when I didn’t forget about it, HSBC fired me in February 2010, after give me a bad performance review,” he said.

Cruz began working at HSBC on Jan. 14, 2008, and was terminated for “poor job performance” on Feb. 17, 2010.

“When I heard about the DOJ settlement, I was shocked,” Cruz said. “I couldn’t believe the federal government settled with HSBC, with the federal government allowing all of the many HSBC employees I could prove were involved in perpetrating this massive illegal money-laundering to go free.

“I lost my job, and the criminals in HSBC laundering drug and terrorist money, while engaging in massive tax evasion defrauding the federal government out of billions in tax revenue, got to keep their jobs,” he said, and “many are still employed by the bank today.”

Bogus accounts

Cruz told WND that as a relationship manager for HSBC, it was his responsibility to look up various accounts in the computer system and go to visit the account holders in person and offer them additional products and services.

“I pulled these documents because I thought they were evidence of suspicious activity taking place,” Cruz affirmed when presented by WND with various HSBC computer ledgers of customer accounts. “These same documents I brought to bank security and my managers in the bank.”

To his surprise, HSBC management and bank security did not welcome his reports of suspicious activity.

“My managers told me I was crazy and I didn’t know what I was talking about,” he said. “They told me it was none of my business what goes on in transactions; but that’s my job.”

WND showed Cruz the HSBC account ledger for a business named “United Express.”

“It was supposed to be a shipping company that does over $2 million a year in transactions,” Cruz said, recognizing the HSBC computer-generated account ledger. “But the ledger shows millions and millions of dollars in transactions, but the transactions are all through PayPal and American Express.”

Cruz also described his visit to see the company in person.

“There were two employees on site that didn’t speak English,” he recalled. “The only evidence of any packaging being done was a couple of small boxes in the corner.”

Suspicious activity

Cruz showed WND a redacted HSBC account ledger for a company indicating more than $1.34 million in deposits and $1.23 million in withdrawals in a one-month period from July 21, 2009, to Aug. 20, 2009.

“The account does not say where the money comes from or where it is going to,” Cruz noted. “It’s just a transaction. But the money gets transferred out of the account. Where does it go? The bank won’t explain it, but they know exactly where it goes. If it goes from here down to Malaysia, Brazil, Columbia, Hong Kong – the bank knows exactly where it’s going, because the bank owns the branches in those countries.”

Money, he said, “comes in daily, thousands of dollars, always in even amounts.”

“You look at a statement and it says ‘transfer,’ but where did it go? There’s no account number or tracking number that documents where the transaction went,” he pointed out.

Cruz contends HSBC was running what amounted to a “shell game.”

“So many of these businesses are conducted out of a person’s home,” he said. “I would walk into these homes. There’s a couch, there’s a chair, a desk, but the house is empty – a couple of Mercedes sitting out front. But where is the business? It’s only online transactions of money in and money out.”

Identity theft

Cruz said his 1,000 pages of customer accounts show that to implement the money-laundering scheme, HSBC relied on identity theft. Social Security numbers were stolen to create the bogus retail and commercial bank accounts through which HSBC employees systematically deposited and withdrew hundreds of millions of dollars on a daily basis, apparently without the knowledge of the identity-theft victims.

“When an individual finds out they got a loan they never knew about, 5 percent of that loan went to the accounting firm that made up the phony tax returns and the other 95 percent of that loan went to the manager,” he charged.

“One manager was involved in the transaction, another manager was involved in notarizing the transaction, and senior management was involved where they signed off permission to give the loans even when the loans get rejected by underwriting.”

‘Criminal enterprise’

Cruz told WND he recorded hundreds of hours of meetings he conducted with HSBC management and bank security personnel, during which, he charged, various bank managers were engaging in criminal acts.

“I have hours of hours of recordings, ranging from bank tellers, to business representatives, to branch managers, to executives,” he said. “The whole system is designed to be a culture of fraud to make it look like it’s a legal system. But it’s not.”

Cruz explained that even when he let bank managers know he was taping the conversation, the managers were not interested in what he was saying.

“HSBC is a criminal organization,” he said. “It is a culture of crime.”

Irony of Saudi King Warning of ISIS Western Infiltration

In an article from United with Israel there is a report that the Saudi King is warning the West that the Islamic State (IS) is preparing terrorist activity in a Western nation near you. Before further thoughts I want everyone to notice that the United with Israel article uses Islamic State and its abbreviation rather than ISIS or ISIL. As far as I know the Obama Administration still refers to the Islamic terrorists occupying parts of Iraq and Syria as ISIL (Islamic State and the Levant). The acronym ISIS is the first way that I heard about the Islamic terrorist organization so I usually refer them in that fashion.

 

Arabic: Al-Dawla Al-Islamiya fi al-Iraq wa al-Sham

 

English rough translation: Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham

 

“ISIS” comes originally from the English rough translation.

 

Evidently “al-Sham” can be translated as Levant.

 

The “Syria” of ISIS also comes from “al-Sham” in the sense that Muslim Arabs think in terms of Dar al-Islam used Greater Syria while the West stuck with its ancient maps of the Levant.

 

Is it ISIS or ISIL? Both are correct. ISIS and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) are the same, the group which emerged during the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003 and was once led by the feared Abu Musab al-Zaraq[a]wi, killed by the Americans in 2006.

 

The group changed its name in 2012 from the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) to the Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS), from the Arabic term for Levant, al-Sham. That is sometimes translated as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). It wanted to change its name to include a broader swath of land, as its goal was to create an Islamic state based on Sharia, or Islamic law.

 

The group, now led by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, is advancing toward that goal as it has now occupied parts of both Syria and Iraq, and continues its campaign south to Baghdad. (Is It ISIS Or ISIL? Now to the next irony.

 

Does anyone find it interesting that the Saudi King is warning the West about the Radical Islam of ISIS when the Saudi Kingdom is the primary culprit for putting up the money enabling Radical Islamic teaching in the West’s Mosques including the USA?

 

If it wasn’t so real it would be almost hilarious that the ever growing huge minority of Muslims in Europe are rioting in the streets over Israel’s existence and Muslims are emigrating to Syria and Iraq to fight for Radical Muslim causes. I find it hilarious because of Saudi dissemination of Radical Islam to Europe while warning the Europeans that bad stuff was going to happen. Hello! Europe has been experiencing the fruit of radicalization for quite some time. I suspect that the Saudis are putting up warnings about ISIS is because the Islamic terrorists are on the verge of becoming a legitimate State. If ISIS indeed becomes the legitimate IS nation then there will be a Radical Sunni Muslim competitor in the Muslim Middle East with Saudi Arabia. Which by the way is now the current guardian of Islam’s most holy sites in Mecca and Medina.

 

Who better to take care of Saudi Arabia’s competitor problem than the USA or an USA led coalition to dismantle an IS nation, right?

 

Here’s another thing to think about. Violence is burning throughout Europe due to Radical Islam. The radicalized Muslims in European nations with a large minority combined are sending recruits in the thousands to Syria and Iraq. At this point radicalized American Muslims are going to Syria and Iraq by the hundreds.  Now most of those American Muslims are immigrant Muslims or first generation children of those immigrant Muslims. Eventually immigrant Muslims will begin to grow in the USA exponentially largely due to the Left Wing ideology of multicultural diversity. Multicultural diversity and the need for labor is the reason for the exponential growth of a Muslim population in Europe. America doesn’t have the need for labor like Europe did but thanks to multicultural diversity it will eventually hit the USA unless immigration restrictions emerge pertaining to hating the American way occurs.

 

As long as Barack Hussein Obama is President those restriction will never emerge. Obama is allowing low-wage labor competition displace young and elderly American citizens who try to work. The American Left will give voters the impression that Latino immigrants fill a low-wage labor necessity. The thing is Latino illegal immigrants are willing to work for wages that are lower than that would be acceptable for American citizens of any racial persuasion. Legal and first-second generation Latino immigrants would not work for the low wages that illegal immigrants would work.

 

Then there is the unenforced border situation Obama has fomented that is enabling Latino gangs, drug cartels and Muslim terrorists to cross the border just as illegal immigrants crossing the border for low-wage and American Welfare opportunities. None of those coattail violent people sneaking across the border have ZERO intentions of coming to the USA for a better work situation to become Americans or send money back to their homelands. Gangs come to carve out violent enclaves of racketeering and drug marketing. Drug cartels are like the upper management for the gangs who distribute cartel wares. I don’t think you’ll have a hard time to guess what Islamic terrorists intend to do on American soil.

Saudi King Warns the West: You Are Islamic State’s Next Target

King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia warns the West of the rising threat from the Islamic State terrorists, calls for “rapid” action. As terrorism intensifies in Europe, world leaders seek solution.

 

King Abdullah has warned that the West will be the next target of the radical Islamists sweeping through Syria and Iraq, unless there is “rapid” action.

 

“If we ignore them, I am sure they will reach Europe in a month and America in another month,” he said in remarks quoted by Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Saturday.

“Terrorism knows no border and its danger could affect several countries outside the Middle East,” said the king, who was speaking at a welcoming ceremony for ambassadors early that day.

 

The Islamic State (IS) group has prompted widespread concern as it advances in both Syria and Iraq, killing thousands of people and forcibly converting adherents of other faiths. Lack of action would be “unacceptable” in the face of the phenomenon, King Abdullah said.

 

“I ask you to convey this message to your leaders. Terrorism at this time is an evil force that must be fought with wisdom and speed. I hope all ambassadors convey the message literally because fighting terrorism requires speed and capabilities,” the Saudi monarch demanded.

 

“I have noticed that most of you have not spoken about those terrorists and this is a completely unacceptable matter in terms of human rights. Those terrorists do not know the meaning of humanity. You see how terrorists carry out beheadings and make children show the severed heads in the street. It is no secret to you, what they have done and what they have yet to do. If we ignore them, I am sure they will reach Europe in a month and America in another month. Mark my words well and transmit this message to your leaders,” he concluded.

 

Saudi Arabia itself has so far not taken any comprehensive action against IS, which presents an explicit threat to their regime as well.

 

Islamic State Activity Intensifies in Europe, Targets Jews

 

The king’s warning comes as reports of IS activity in Europe multiply. A Lebanese news source, the Naharnet, reports that France has arrested an IS recruiter in France. The man, who is said to be of Chechen origin, was stopped at the Nice airport on Saturday and taken into custody. Naharnet further reports that some 800 French nationals or residents, including several dozen women, have traveled to Syria or returned from the conflict-ridden country, or plan to go there.

 

In a separate incident, French authorities have arrested and indicted two Muslim girls, ages 15 and 17, for plotting a suicide bombing in the Great Synagogue of Lyon. The girls contacted each other through social media and are among 60 people under investigation in France for association with radical Islamists, especially the Islamic State, where thousands of Europeans have joined the terrorist group. At least nine French synagogues have been attacked since the commencing of Operation “protective Edge’.

 

Across the channel, police in Britain have asked the public to identify “aspiring terrorists” amid government concern about people who go to fight with extremist groups in the Middle East and might return to carry out attacks on home soil.

 

West Seeks Coalition to Fight IS

 

US Secretary of State John Kerry called Friday for a global coalition to combat Islamic State fighters’ “genocidal agenda”, as President Obama has admitted the US did not yet have a clear strategy on how to contend with the IS terror.

 

Writing in the New York Times, Kerry said he and Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel will meet European counterparts on the sidelines of a NATO summit in Wales next week to enlist assistance. They will then travel on to the Middle East to build support “among the countries that are most directly threatened.” However, the Obama Administration has come under fierce criticism for what appears to be inaction and indecisiveness regarding IS, which seems to be the fastest-growing threat to Western Civilization.

Stop Modern Pancho Villa Terrorism on U.S. Border

Here’s your mini-history question: Did you learn about Pancho Villa in Middle School or High School? If you went to a public school after 1995 or so you probably don’t have a clue.

 

Doroteo Arango, alias Francisco “Pancho” Villa, was born in 1877 (1879 according to some sources) in San Juan del Rio, State of Durango, Mexico. During his lifetime, he was a ruthless killer (killing his first man at age sixteen), a notorious bandit (including cattle rustling and bank robbery), a revolutionary (a general commanding a division in the resistance against the 1913-14 Victoriano Huerta dictatorship), and despite his bloodthirsty nature, an enduring hero to the poor people of Mexico. In their minds, Villa was afraid of no one, not the Mexican government or the gringos from the United States. He was their one true friend and avenger for decades of Yankee oppression.

 

In late 1915 Pancho Villa had counted on American support to obtain the presidency of Mexico. Instead the U.S. Government recognized the new government of Venustiano Carranza. An irate Villa swore revenge against the United States. And began by murdering Americans in hopes of provoking President Woodrow Wilson’s intervention into Mexico. Villa believed that American intervention would discredit the Carranza government with the people of Mexico and reaffirm his own popularity.

While the presence of American troops served to deter Villa on the north of the Rio Grande, the murder of U.S. citizens in Mexico continued. One of the most heinous atrocities occurred January 11, 1916, when Villa’s bandits stopped a train at Santa Ysabel. The bandits removed a group of 17 Texas business men (mining engineers) invited by the Mexican government to reopen the Cusihuiriachic mines below Chihuahua City and executed them in cold blood. However, one of those shot feigned death and rolled down the side of the embankment and, crawling away into a patch of brown mesquite bushes, escaped. The train moved on, leaving the corpses at the mercy of the slayers, who stripped and mutilated them. After the escapee arrived back at Chihuahua City, a special train sped to Santa Ysabel to reclaim the bodies. When the people of El Paso heard of the massacre, they went wild with anger. El Paso was immediately placed under martial law to prevent irate Texans from crossing into Mexico at Juarez to wreak vengeance on innocent Mexicans.

 

Despite outrage in the United States and Washington over the Santa Ysabel massacre, President Wilson refused to intervene and send troops into Mexico. Two months later, Villa decided to strike again. This time he would invade the United States. At 2:30 a.m., on the morning of March 9, 1916, he and 500 “Villistas” attacked the 13th U.S. Cavalry at Camp Furlong near Columbus, New Mexico.  Despite prior knowledge that Villa and his men were pillaging, raping, and murdering their way toward the border, the cavalry was caught completely by surprise. One reason for the cavalry’s sluggishness was because some of the troops had been drinking, but perhaps more importantly, all of the troops’ rifles were chained and locked in gun racks. Still, the cavalry managed to get organized and fought off the “Villistas” killing many of them in the process.

 

During their retreat, however, the “Villistas” stopped at Columbus, New Mexico for a looting and window-shooting spree that left several U.S. civilians dead. For three hours, bullets struck houses and shouts of “Viva Villa! Viva Mexico! Muerte a los Americanos!” (death to americans) were heard in the streets. The town was set afire, though Villa’s men realized nothing beyond a few dollars and perhaps some merchandise from the burntout stores. The terror continued until about 7 a.m., and when Villa finally rode off, the smoke-filled streets of Columbus were littered with the dead and wounded. Fourteen American soldiers and ten civilians were killed in the raid.

The populace of Columbus was in a state of hysteria. The American cavalry troops collected the bodies of the “Villistas” that had been shot in the streets and on the outskirts of town and piled them on funeral pyres and cremated them. For a day or more the fires smoldered and the odor of burning flesh permeated the air. Columbus lay virtually demolished, so completely burned and pillaged that it never recovered its former vitality.

 

To prevent repetitions of the Columbus outrage, President Wilson called out 15,000 militia and stationed them along the U.S. – Mexico border. Wilson also informed President Carranza that he intended to send a military expedition into northern Mexico to capture Pancho Villa, and Carranza reluctantly agreed. President Wilson then appointed Brigadier General John J. Pershing to lead 4,800 troops (mostly cavalry), supported by aircraft and motorized military vehicles (the first time either were used in U.S. warfare) on a punitive expedition into Mexico to capture Villa.

I found the rest of this Joe Griffith on a pdf page. You will learn that U.S. Army under General Pershing never caught Pancho Villa. However the chase was fairly successful to prevent Pancho Villa from committing heinous acts of terrorist depravity against Americans. In 1923 a group of assassins delivered a fusillade of bullets into his 1919 Dodge roadster:

 

But, a few years later, on Friday, July 20, 1923, Villa’s luck ran out. Accompanied by his entourage of Dorades (“Golden Ones”), which was what he called his bodyguards, Pancho Villa frequently made trips to Parral (Map 2) for banking and other errands. This day, Villa had picked up a consignment of gold with which to pay his Canutillo ranch staff and was driving through the city in his black 1919 Dodge roadster when a group of seven riflemen fired 150 shots in just two minutes into his car. In the fusillade of shots, 16 bullets lodged in his body and four more in his head. Villa was reported to have killed one of the assassins before he died. Pancho Villa’s enraged Americans in the early 1900s. What is going on NOW on American/Mexican border makes Pancho Villa look like a juvenile delinquent.

 

I ran into a disturbing SIOA Facebook Group post about the graphic unwieldiness on both sides of American/Mexican border. This post reads like there is a huge amount of lawlessness in place. You would expect this on the Mexican side; however the report explicitly tells us of the corruption occurring on the American side of the border. County Sheriff departments are bribed and the above board Sheriff Departments have an inadequate staff to deal with the billion dollar drug cartel business reach. Federal agencies which the author calls alphabet Federal agencies look the other way largely due to the Marxist-in-Chief of the United States of America. The author also explains that the American Border are the most effective deterrent against drug cartel power, BUT AGAIN the Obama Administration has reduced the Border Patrol to impotent observers unable to effectively engage drug cartel criminals.

This is a great exposé! I wish it was sourced a bit better so it doesn’t read like a chain email. I understand the reluctance to be more specific with sourcing because the report implies the long arm of drug cartel threats to extend to family. But as you ask, I am going to share this report which will eventually be posted on my blogs primary of which is SlantRight 2.0 (http://slantedright2.blogspot.com/).

 

The essay is a fount of information minus the names of the authoritative sources. There is a huge indication that Militia Movement groups are armed and getting weary of the Federal government not upholding Constitutional protections for U.S. citizens. Unless Congress does something to force Obama to follow the law pertaining to the U.S. side of the border you can expect some vigilantism to become a problem. Vigilantes engaging themselves to protect border farmers and ranchers and catch illegal aliens will undoubtedly lead to erroneous decisions in which innocent people die. Unless Obama’s Administration acts I will not condemn vigilante action intended to make up for what the constitutionally empowered agencies are failing to do because of the Obama Administration.

 

One step Congress can take is to impeach Obama. Obama’s border failure can be included as one of the many infractions committed by his Administration.

 

The author uses many acronyms that I will probably be embarrassed to say that I am unaware of, because of this I am going to Google some of those acronyms to reference them. Perhaps a reader might be unaware just like me.

First hand Observations from the Border (please share everywhere you can)

 

The information presented here is part observation and part interviews with people living this nightmare. The information is given by people that would never share these details on Facebook, email, phone, or texts. It was only secured after personal trust was won and only given in hushed voices in face to face conversations with no pictures or video allowed. Cartels have the technology to learn where any picture posted online was taken. The information was collected with old fashion pen and notebook.

 

There are six main players in the south Texas border area. Cartels or Narco terrorists, Border Patrol, Sheriff Departments, Land Owners, Militias, other Federal and local Agencies. Seventh would be Muslim groups.

 

The Cartels partially operate like a corporation, their higher echelon have families and well groomed lawns. Lower echelon are less than animals. They have a pyramid style organization.

 

Family at the top, security and soldiers in the middle working their way into the family, and then on the ground gangsters motivated to kill anyone to gain the upper tiers.

 

They also pay mercenaries to come from all over the globe to carry out missions on American soil. East Europeans and Russians are used to assassinate and terrorize people on the lookout for Latin descendant cartels. They are paid in drugs and women for their loyalty. The Cartels have unlimited supply of cash and resources. They can and will buy anything they need to achieve their goals. They have used IEDs to move Border Patrol away from areas they want and the Border Patrol often complies. Most police and agencies simply avoid them.

 

The cartels have a dumping ground below a cliff. Standing at the top you think you are looking at clothes strewn everywhere when in fact it is bodies. Recently in New Laredo (Mexico) 60 headless bodies were found. In Laredo (Texas) 60 heads were found.

 

Two families run New Laredo and are at constant war. One family runs Laredo with an iron fist. There is no police in New Laredo. The Mexican Army makes token patrols wearing masks.

 

The Cartels come out in the South Texas night in trucks with 360 swivel .50 Cals installed in the bed terrorizing any rancher who has stepped out of line. They know how many police are in which town and what their weaknesses are. They use Hwy 16 through McMullan County, town of Tilden to run product north because the county has only 2 deputies and a sheriff with no or little aid from the Feds or State. Cartels have little to fear. Their reach has grown to the point that whites are members. All and any race can possibly be cartel or working for the cartel.

 

A little known aspect of cartel operations is the slave trade. Members often move product north and are expected to bring kidnap victims back when they return south. Four attractive women were stolen from the small town were staged at this year alone. If a cartel family member sees a woman he wants, his soldiers will follow her until taking her becomes possible. Rancher family members are often kidnaped for ransom and treated well and returned because ransom is often paid with no involvement with Authorities.

 

The Border Patrol is the most dedicated and honorable force of good in the area. Not perfect but the closest thing to effective determent on the border. They use high technology like blimps and drones. They are handcuffed by the Federal government that cuts their hours and reduces their mission scope. Rules of engagement often make Border Patrol agents little more than observers. The agents work off duty for the ranchers, they are better armed off duty. They wear brown uniforms similar to their official uniforms with no patches or insignia, when they capture illegals they turn them over to their on duty comrades and the reports are written as “illegals turned in by ranch hands”. This method may be the most effective means of slowing the “bleeding”. The border patrol knows when they are outgunned which is often the case when the cartels are serious about moving product and they pull back or look the other way so they can live to fight another day.

 

All sheriff departments on the border, save two are paid off by the cartels. The two county Sheriffs that are fighting back are often handcuffed by the Feds. Sheriffs recently asked militias for help but after the recent cop killings in Las Vegas, the Feds leveled a huge amount of pressure on local authorities not to collaborate with militias and to send them home which is exactly what happened. Makes one question what was really behind that event in Las Vegas.

 

The landowners and ranchers dance to a dangerous tune between the devil and a tyrant. They must make agreements with the cartels about what can or will happen on their land under the threat of having their land confiscated by the Federal government. If the Feds can make the case that the ranchers know drugs are being smuggled on their land they use imminent domain or RICO type laws to confiscate their land. The ranchers often make agreements allowing people smuggling if the cartels will not smuggle drugs. A rancher recently became fed up with this arrangement and decided he would not allow anyone on his property be they Fed or cartel.

 

He hired armed men to police his land. All of his men were systematically assassinated with silenced weapons and he and his family were killed in his home including a 6 month old infant. This event was written up by the Feds and local official as inter-gang warfare.

 

If a rancher confronts the cartel he goes into the “book”. They often begin killing his extend family, meaning cousins, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters working through the family all the way to the rancher himself. The ranchers have been mostly reduced to making a token phone call to the Border Patrol that they know will bring no response so they can say they reported activity and keep their land. It is a dance. They must live “tactically” at all times. They live in a war zone and they know it.

 

There are three well known militias. TSM [Texas State Militia] which allows almost anyone in. TCM which is filled with Vets, some trained better than others, some not. Bowie Volunteer Militia where one must be able to pass a PT test [Personal Training or Personal Fitness Test] and have training. There are meetings and lots of training but lots of infighting and frustration at the handcuffing and ROE [Rules of Engagement] forced on them by authorities. They have mostly all dispersed. I personally heard some say they are not going back to border region unless to shoot, fight, and kill.

 

The alphabet soup agencies are mostly inept. They make appearances and little more, they are outgunned and they know it. They show badges and make threats towards the local LEO [Local Enforcement Officer] that can and do actually make a difference. They are hated by all including locals and cartel. They often show up unprepared and wholly uninformed with what they face, some agents have parked their vehicles returning later to view them stripped of all gear including full auto M4s.

 

One of the most troubling aspects of the border is that Muslim groups have bought huge swaths of land that they operate 24/7 training for Jihad. 30 such camps are reported to exist in south Texas. They are waiting for opportunity. They also send fighters overseas. This is how many American Citizens are found fighting in places like Afghanistan. What is more troubling is that the cartels and the Muslim groups are fighting over the lucrative drug trade in faraway lands in South America. If the Muslims secure even a small portion of this billion dollar racket, they can finance chaos all over the planet. Now that they have established a foothold in south Texas they are dispersing into other states and protected by the Feds under the auspice of freedom of religion. They are just waiting for the right opportunity to start Jihad in America.

 

Conclusion

 

South Texas is an occupied land. It is not the Wild West where there was at least a hint of honor and respect for traditional American chivalry. It is a tactical battle zone with competing interest constantly at battle with one another. Politics and Federal Tyranny exasperate the conditions on the ground. It is Afghanistan plopped onto the American Map with literally the same players on the ground thrown into the mix with the worst criminals Mexico and South America can produce alongside Americans who are looking for advantages. All preying on true local patriots trying to scrape out a living on lands long passed down through the generations. What solution is there? Most often I hear we should send our military to take back the land and secure the border. This is partially plausible but only if it is viewed as a deployment with war zone ROE. You will not succeed in South Texas if you go there to stand around looking tough. The enemies must be defeated. Like many Texas Militia, I will never return to the area unless I go there to fight and eliminate the invaders. Make no mistake, we have been invaded and are being occupied. South Texas is no longer America. When a country refuses to defend its borders it ceases to be a country. This gaping hole in our southern border will soon effect the entire nation. You must begin to prepare.

DHS and ICE have been neutered and are powerless to stop it. Now they are even getting threats from the Oval Office to shut up and stop talking to the press or face felony criminal charges!

 

WASHINGTON (AP) – The surge in immigrant children caught crossing the southern border in Texas that has dominated headlines and risks becoming a political crisis for President Barack Obama and Congress includes a new threat facing Border Patrol agents: reporters. An assistant chief patrol agent, Eligio “Lee” Pena, warned more than 3,000 Border Patrol agents that journalists looking for information about what Obama has described as a humanitarian crisis are likely to ask for information and “may try to disguise themselves.” The email, obtained by The Associated Press, said agents should not speak to reporters, on or off duty, without advanced permission and warned that anyone who does could be charged with a crime or disciplined administratively. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Gil Kerlikowske told the AP on Friday he was not aware of Pena’s email warnings but said generally, “I am not a fan of telling people not to talk.” Kerlikowske, who has pledged greater transparency since taking over the agency earlier this year, did not formally disavow the directive but added that Border Patrol agents should be focused on their jobs while on duty. Pena’s email was issued as national news organizations descended on the border to cover the immigration surge, especially children crossing the border alone from Central America. The problem has overwhelmed the Border Patrol. More than 47,000 children traveling alone have been found at the border since the start of the budget year in October. Pena did not describe what sorts of disguises could be employed by reporters. ~Houston Chronicle

 

They don’t want to release our soldier who had legal weapons in Mexico? How about this, we have over 300 instances of Mexican Soldiers coming over our border and not a one of them is in Jail.

 

That’s right, over 300 instances of the very same thing they accuse our marine of doing, including shooting people and landing helicopters on our farm property and our federal government hasn’t done a thing. Instead, they threaten border agents against speaking out, and they use these kids in a sick and twisted human trafficking scam to punish the states that speak out against the President’s bid for Amnesty and complete and utter disregard for border security.

 

Yes, he is using the children to punish anyone that speaks out. Oklahoma has made headlines with their recent bucking of the Federal Common Core. They now have 600 to 1200 children at Ft. Sill, turning an Army post into a day care center! What about anyone else that spoke up? Well, isn’t it amazing that their State bases have also had children shipped to them, slowly neutralizing the military. Do you want to call out the National Guard? The Oval Office says too bad, if you do we will press federal charges on you for subverting the government. Ask Governor Perry and Governor Brewer about the e-mails they received from the Pentagon.

 

It also seems that people think that the individuals Obama released from prison were nice criminals. The government didn’t keep tabs on them. In fact, DHS doesn’t know where many of them went. So out of the 37,000 he used to punish Texas, let’s take a close look at what these individuals did.

 

The document reveals that the 36,007 convicted criminal aliens freed from ICE custody in many instances had multiple convictions. Among them, the 36,007 had nearly 88,000 convictions, including:

 

193 homicide convictions (including one willful killing of a public official with gun)


426 sexual assault convictions


303 kidnapping convictions


1,075 aggravated assault convictions


1,160 stolen vehicle convictions


9,187 dangerous drug convictions


16,070 drunk or drugged driving convictions

These are not the nice guys you hire at the Home Depot to fix your roof to undercut the labor unions. By the way, did you know that 88% of those send 90% of their pay checks back to their country of origin and live almost free in the United States on your tax dollar? They have no intention of becoming US Citizens. Governor Perry offered them in state tuition if they became American Citizens in 3 years. Less than 15% of all Illegals take them up on the offer. They don’t because why should they? We pay for everything for them anyway, to the point that our own sovereign people and veterans are having issues getting benefits.

 

Meanwhile, people don’t get it. The children are pawns, a distraction. Of the 6000 people that come across daily, only 2000 of the children and the weakest physically are being rounded up. Where are the other 4000? Do people not realize that they are connected to people like CAIR, the Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeda, and the drug cartels? Do they not care that these people have infiltrated from New York to Seattle? They are branching out from California to Florida. They are making camps in all 48 of the Continental States (no confirmed camps in Alaska or Hawaii). Does no one care?

 

On live television, a film maker exposed the drug boats coming back and forth across the border, and yet people still choose not to believe their country is being invaded.

 

I leave you with this thought: As you watch this, you need to be concerned. You need to get in touch with your governor and Congress. The United States has got to do something to secure the border. You cannot tell me if the government can declare a 100 mile radius around the border of the continental states a Constitutional free zone and patrol it with drones, it could not have stopped this. You cannot tell me that with the militarization of DHS and adding MRAPs [Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected] to police forces it couldn’t have stopped the invasion. And make no mistake, this is an invasion that threatens your very freedom, liberty, Social Security system, jobs, education, and the very sovereignty of the United States of America. I have no clue how the Representatives of Congress or the President can sleep at night selling out our country and committing high treason against the Constitution of the USA.
