After each count there are alleged details of the alleged crimes – 29 pages worth.

 

Isn’t it interesting Mueller doesn’t use some form of legalese claiming there was a conspiracy to hack the 2016 election with the cooperation with the Trump Campaign?

 

Kim DotCom claims the allegations in the indictment are very flimsy. The Gateway Pundit claims Kim DotCom said this:

 

In late May 2017 internet entrepreneur Kim DotCom claimed to have evidence that former DNC worker Seth Rich was involved in the leaked emails released by WikiLeaks.

 

Kim DotCom shared that he was willing to come to the US and give testimony if it is required.

 

Then Kim DotCom’s lawyers sent a letter to Robert Mueller saying he would come testify in the US and would provide evidence to the Investigation.

On Friday Kim DotCom responded to the latest Mueller indictments of another 12 Russian operatives.

 

Kim DotCom says the evidence in the indictment doesn’t survive a giggle test. Kim DotCom added today’s indictment confirmed that Mueller cannot be trusted.

Kim DotCom’s maintains DNC servers weren’t so much hacked but shared by Crooked Hillary campaign staffer Seth Rich. Rich was mysteriously murdered on the DC streets.

 

The Mueller indictments are the basis for the Leftist MSM and many Republicans are screaming and Crying President Trump has committed treason by meeting with Putin. After all, the indicted GRU Officers were under the direction of Vladimir Putin, right?

 

What really chapped the Trump-haters hide was not only did President Trump meet with Putin, but said he believed the Russian thug’s claim Russia did not interfere in the 2016 election cycle.

 

In all honesty, my gut tells me Putin is pitching a load of crap, ergo I am not pleased with Trump’s agreement with Putin. On the other hand, I believe President Trump did not want insult Putin publicly out of the hope he could work out some kind of geopolitical deal with Russia that would benefit the USA.

 

I believe Trump wheeling and dealing with Putin blew up in President Trump’s face, misjudging the stakes of any deal. Is a mistake an act of treason? HECK NO!

 

Indeed, President Trump the next day wisely walked back not pointing a finger at Russia. In a public statement on Tuesday the President admitted he erred in has grammar. Here’s the statement explaining his verbal error:

Mueller is closer to committing treason by obstructing Congressional inquiries into his Special Counsel team’s motives of trying to create evidence – NOTHING THERE – to form the basis for impeachment proceedings. Faking evidence is in essence the actions of coup against the Executive Branch of Trump’s Administration. AGAIN, giving credence of a Deep State operating in our government’s Executive Branch.

Former FBI Director James Comey asserted Thursday evening that he did not know beyond news reports that Hillary Clinton‘s campaign had paid for research that led to a dossier of unverified allegations about President Trump‘s ties to Russia.

 

“When did you learn that the [Democratic National Committee] DNC and Hillary Clinton campaign had funded Christopher Steele’s work?” Fox News anchor Brett Baier asked Comey on “Special Report,” referring to the dossier compiled by Steele, a former British spy.

 

“I still don’t know that for a fact,” Comey responded. “I’ve only seen it in the media. I never knew exactly which Democrats had funded. I knew it was funded first by Republicans.”

 

“That’s not true,” Baier interjected, referring to funding by Republicans.

 

“My understanding is that his work started … as oppo research funded by Republicans,” Comey maintained, adding the activity was “then picked up by Democrats opposed to Donald Trump.”

 

The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative publication, confirmed to the House Intelligence Committee in October that it originally funded the Trump project through the opposition research firm Fusion GPS.

 

The project until that point had focused on researching multiple Republican presidential candidates and was not looking at collusion with Russia, the Free Beacon said.

 

The Free Beacon maintained that none of the work product it received from Fusion GPS appeared in the dossier and the publication said it did not pay for any work performed by Steele, suggesting he became involved after the publication stopped funding the project. Follow the money:

 

Steele — a former British spy and a Russia expert — was working on contract to Fusion GPS, a Washington-based public-relations firm, which, in turn, was on contract to a D.C. law firm, which, in turn, was on contract to the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC. Steele, that is to say, was working for Hillary Clinton. His job, among other things, was to collect opposition research on Trump from his network of Russian sources.

 

When Steele arrived in Rome, his famous “dossier” did not exist. The dossier, as we have come to know it, is some 17 reports that he compiled between June and December 2016. In early July, Steele had been working on the Clinton account for only a few weeks and had written but one report, dated June 20. Dems and Crooked Hillary Fingerprints:

 

A significant part of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s basis for investigating the Trump campaign’s Russia ties is looking more and more like a political hit job carried out by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign. Her campaign’s fingerprints are on at least three separate pieces of information fed to the FBI, including the Christopher Steele dossier Republicans say formed the basis of a secret warrant obtained to spy on Trump campaign associate Carter Page.

 

A former State Department official confirmed on the record Thursday that Clinton associates were funneling information to Steele as he was compiling a dossier commissioned and paid for by the Clinton campaign and DNC. That’s on top of the recent revelation that a top Department of Justice official fed the FBI information compiled by his wife, who was working for the firm Clinton and the DNC were paying to dig up dirt on Trump, Fusion GPS.

“It is troubling enough that the Clinton Campaign funded Mr. Steele’s work, but that these Clinton associates were contemporaneously feeding Mr. Steele allegations raises additional concerns about his credibility,” Sens. Chuck Grassley, who chairs the Judiciary Committee, and Lindsey Graham wrote in the letter referring Steele to the FBI for a criminal investigation. If Mueller was truly a neutral Special Counsel, he would not only focus on the Trump Administration and Campaign in a conspiracy with Russians to win the election. There is plenty of evidence suggesting Crooked Hillary’s campaign committed conspiracy with Russian government to sway the election.

 

There is certainly the appearance that Crooked Hillary solicited Trump dirt from Russian operatives. Christopher Steele alleges the information on his discredited Dossier had Russian sources. Crooked Hillary’s campaign paid for that Dossier making that an act of conspiracy that involved the Russian government.

 

I am confidently certain Putin is a thuggish liar in proclaiming no meddling in the U.S. election process (and other American National Interest agendas). Nonetheless Putin threw a Russian monkey wrench at the Leftist MSM and the Democratic National Committee. He accused the DNC of receiving $400 MILLION contribution from nefarious Russian sources:

 

While the mainstream media, Democrats and the Never-Trump crowd clutched their pearls over President Trump and Vladimir Putin’s summit on Monday, a major bombshell was overlooked.

 

During the highly publicized joint press conference the Russian President not only called US. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s bluff on the indictment of 12 Russian officials, but blasted former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton for nefarious activities.

 

Putin said that he’d welcome U.S. officials to Russia to probe further into alleged Russia-Trump collusion. He also referenced Bill Broward, a U.S. born, London-based banker who’s been accused of improper donations to Democrats.

 

Putin suggested that perhaps, the Russians need an investigation of their own in regard to Broward:

 

For instance, we can bring up Mr. Browder, in this particular case.  Business associates of Mr. Browder have earned over $1.5 billion in Russia and never paid any taxes neither in Russia or the United States and yet the money escaped the country.

 

They were transferred to the United States. They sent [a] huge amount of money, $400,000,000, as a contribution to the campaign of Hillary Clinton.  Well that’s their personal case.

  

Well that’s their personal case.  It might have been legal, the contribution itself but the way the money was earned was illegal.

 

 So we have solid reason to believe that some [US] intelligence officers accompanied and guided these transactions.  So we have an interest in questioning them.

Broward has a complicated history with Fusion GPS, the group hired by the DNC and Hillary Clinton to concoct the now infamous Trump dossier.

Finally, after Mueller indicted 12 Russian spies in an obvious propaganda campaign to make the dump Trump crowd happy, Rep. Devon Nunes had some relevant insight about Mueller and the FBI:

 

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) slammed Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s indictment of 12 Russians accused of hacking activities during the 2016 presidential election because it only focuses on efforts to disrupt operations of Democratic Party campaign apparatuses.

 

Appearing on Fox News Nunes told host Maria Bartiromo that his House committee learned of the Russian meddling found in the Mueller indictments over a year ago and was included in his committee’s report months ago.

 

“It’s great that they indicted Russians — yes, they did bad things. They’re always up to bad things. We know that. They have very sophisticated intelligence capabilities in Russia. And they’re always — they’re constantly attacking the United States and our allies. However, in the indictment, they leave out some really important people that they also went after, so the indictment plays like they are only going after the Democrats, when Bob Mueller and all his investigators and his lawyers know for a fact that they also targeted Republicans. Why is that not in the indictment? It makes the indictment look ridiculous.”

You know, I’ve had a great respect for the FBI apart from the DOJ. I’ve listened to Conservative commentators repeat over and over how the FBI rank-and-file are law enforcement with integrity and all the existing corruption has been inherent in the FBI management/leadership. I gotta tell ya though, I beginning to think leadership corruption has been so pervasive that I gotta believe the corruption has filtered down to the rank-and-file.

 

If there hasn’t been any filter-down corruption, where in the heck is the mountain of integrity coming as one-voice to spill the beans on crooked leadership?

 

Especially since the Obama years, law enforcement and Intelligence operations in the Executive Branch have become so politicized, it is no wonder that Conservatives as myself are seeing the manifestation of a rogue Deep State in operation. A Deep State concept is something that had been relegated to fringe Conspiracy Theory like the Illuminati.

 

Not anymore. It is becoming obvious there is a corrupt government within the government.

Obama administration officials and liberal bureaucrats ‘completely destroyed the FBI and DOJ’ by weaponizing them on behalf of Hillary Clinton

Democrats “have all this blood on their hands” because they “completely destroyed the FBI and DOJ” by digging up dirt on President Donald Trump in 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s favor, House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) said Monday on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle.”

 

“They’re the ones that have all this blood on their hands. They’re the ones who completely destroyed the FBI and DOJ,” Nunes insisted. “How did they do that? They did that by digging up dirt — the Clinton campaign dug up dirt, put it into a dossier, fed it into the FBI. The FBI used our counterintelligence capabilities against a political campaign. That’s what happened here.”

 

Nunes was responding to accusations Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, leveled against him and other GOP House committee members during an interview on CNN’s “Wolf” last week.

 

Schiff called Nunes, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) and Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) “the four horsemen of this apocalypse” who “have been leading the charge basically to require the Justice Department to give them materials that can be leaked or fed or misrepresented.” Meadows is chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, which Jordan founded, while Gowdy is chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

 

“And in the meantime, they do enormous damage to these institutions. Ultimately they’ll be held accountable,” Schiff claimed.

 

Nunes dismissed Schiff, saying he and the other GOP lawmakers are “not going to be threatened by the Democrats” and will proceed with their investigative plans.

 

“The Democrats in the House and the Senate — they’ve continued to want to obfuscate, they’ve continued to want to cover up,” Nunes said. “If we listened to the Democrats, we would have never … found out that the Democrats and Hillary Clinton paid [former British spy] Christopher Steele to generate this dirt on President Trump.”

“So I tend to ignore everything that they say,” Nunes added. “We continue to do our work day in and day out to get to the truth. And gradually we are getting to the truth.”

 

Nunes revealed earlier this year that the FBI used the anti-Trump dossier alleging collusion between the presidential campaign and the Russians to renew surveillance warrants again former Trump adviser Carter Page. Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) funded the dossier.

 

Information the congressional committees’ investigations have steadily uncovered includes direct evidence of profoundly anti-Trump and pro-Clinton bias within the DOJ and FBI during the Russian collusion investigation, and also in the immediately prior probe of Clinton’s use of a private email server to conduct official business as secretary of state.

 

Nunes noted that he referred 17 current and former DOJ and FBI officials to Gowdy of the House oversight committee, and to Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), chairman of the House Committee on the Judiciary.

 

Nunes also revealed Monday that he referred 10 Obama-era Department of State and White House officials to Gowdy and Goodlatte for testimony about the dossier, surveillance abuse, and other matters.

 

Congressional investigators “still don’t understand how” and why the Trump-Russia investigation “was opened” in the first place, Nunes said, noting that “many people in the Obama-era State Department were involved in the opening of that investigation.”

 

“We also know that many people in the State Department were meeting with Christopher Steele … so this is why this investigation is taking a while,” Nunes said. “A lot of people had their hands on the Steele dossier, including many people in the media who knew about the Steele dossier.”

 

Nunes said these reasons are “partly why I am sending these names over to the judiciary and oversight committees, because they already have a task force — the task force has been convened.”

 

“They should be able to do all of these hearings in the public, full transparency, so that people can watch on live television,” Nunes told Fox News host Laura Ingraham. “But the good thing is that I believe that Chairmen Gowdy and Goodlatte, their task force will interview these people, and they will interview them in public. It will be the first time during this entire investigation that the American people get to see actual questions get answered by these potential witnesses.”

“That is my recommendation to the committee chairmen. I believe they will follow that recommendation. And they may have other names,” Nunes added. “I believe as these hearings take place and testimony is given to the Congress, I think it will be a much-needed sunlight in this investigation. I think the American people will begin to see who is telling the truth and who is not telling the truth.”

 

Nunes also ripped mainstream media outlets for failing to cover the Obama-era scandals and seeking to “get to the bottom of it.”

 

“What we’re having to do here as the legislative branch of government — we’re having to do the work that the media won’t do because there are very few in the media who will actually cover this story to try to get to the bottom of it,” Nunes lamented. “That’s part of what’s taking so long. Typically you would have a free and fair and transparent media trying to get to the truth. But in this case we haven’t had that.”

 

Nunes said he hopes to ensure the American people “know that this is just one more step in the process” of finding answers and achieving transparency.

 

“I think we’ve been very transparent about how we’ve conducted the process. We’re onto FISA abuse and other matters. I’ve said for a long time that we’re looking at the State Department.”

Americans are currently living in some of the most interesting and dangerous times, that they may ever hope to never see again, especially once one views the machinations of the corrupt and criminally-minded high-ranking government officials and intelligence and FBI agents, under the Obama administration, who weaponized the FBI and the Department of Justice. The entire system of FISA-702 surveillance and data collection was weaponized against Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and his subsequent presidency, in a manner that can only be described as illegal, unconstitutional and sedition, if not outright treason.

 

As reported by Sara Carter, investigative journalist and Fox News contributor, a four-page classified House Intelligence Committee memo, spearheaded by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, was made available to all House members on Thursday January 18th. It outlined extensive abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that could lead to several senior officials in the FBI and the DOJ being fired, along with the end of Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation of President Trump.

 

“There are four pages of a memorandum prepared by the intelligence committee that will shock the conscience of the country when it comes to the horrific abuses that occurred during the last administration and that I believe continue to pose a threat to Donald Trump’s presidency,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) stated on Fox News.

 

Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) said that he was sickened by the memo. He said the information it contained showed behavior by the Obama administration that was “worse than Watergate“.

Due to a ninety-nine page ruling from the FISA Court, declassified in May 2017, America was made aware of numerous unauthorized and improper FISA 702 (17) “About Queries”, that were made by people, such as Susan Rice, within the Obama administration. This information was revealed by National Security Agency Director Admiral Mike Rogers on October 26, 2016; after he started his own investigation in March 2016, subsequently initiating a full NSA compliance audit.

 

Widely reported and proven, America knows that Hillary Clinton and her campaign, facilitated by her lawyer Marc Elias, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz and other Democrats, hired and paid Glenn Simpson and Fusion GPS for negative information on Donald Trump. Their agreement led to Christopher Steele, former MI6 British intelligence agent, receiving the subcontract and the compilation of the largely false and unverified thirty-five page “Steele Dossier“.

 

Until Admiral Rogers blew the whistle, the FBI had been giving Fusion GPS and CrowdStrike access to the FISA database. They halted access on April 18, 2016; once they learned of Rogers’ investigation, and the very next day, Mary Jacoby, Glenn Simpson’s wife, went to the White House.

 

One must also note that Bruce Ohr, who was recently removed from his position as associate Deputy General at the Justice Department, met with Christopher Steele during the 2016 campaign. Shortly after the election, Steele also met with Glenn Simpson, the founder of Fusion GPS. And Bruce Ohr’s wife Nellie was working for Simpson at the time.

 

Nellie Ohr is a Stanford University PhD and a subject matter expert on Russia, speaks Russian and is well versed on CIA operations. Her skills include building counterintelligence frameworks to give the appearance of events, that never actually occurred.

 

Numerous Wall Street Journal and Fox News reports are now credible, in their assertions that the FBI illegally used false information in the Steele Dossier to obtain FISA warrants against President Trump and members of his campaign staff and cabinet, such as Michael Flynn and Carter Page. The FBI claimed Page, a Trump advisor, was a “Russian agent” and no source anywhere else made that claim, except for Christopher Steele.

 

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) asked for a criminal investigation of Steele, on January 25th, for making “false statements”. He also called for the release of the memo.

 

On January 12th, Sean Hannity (FoxNews) stated: “I spoke to three people, two congressional members, one person in the DOJ. They all confirmed at different levels that 100 percent the dossier was used … [ to get] the FISA warrant.”

 

This is extremely important considering that FBI agent Peter Strzok, who was in regular contact with the CIA and handled counterintelligence operations, was a source for the Steele Dossier, as was CIA Director John Brennan. They, along with many others such as Andrew McCabe — Hillary Clinton apparatchik, Susan Rice and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, fed the false narrative of President Trump’s so-called “collusion” with Russia.

 

Please recall that Susan Rice illegally unmasked General Michael Flynn, which set in motion events leading to his resignation as President Trump’s Director of National Intelligence. Her information came through the illegally obtained FISA warrant, which makes Rep. Paul Gosar’s statement ever more significant, as he recently exclaimed: “If you don’t think the unmasking has something to do with the weaponization of our Department of Justice and our intelligence services, think again.

 

In addition, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Session’s Justice Department investigation, of this criminal FISA abuse, uncovered texts between former counterintelligence expert Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, his mistress and FBI attorney, in which they spoke of an “insurance policy” and a seeming plot to undermine President Trump’s administration. Both of them served briefly on Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference; but Strzok also led the FBI probe into Hillary Clinton’s private email server and he was involved in opening the 2016 investigation into election meddling. And the day after the election, one finds a text between Strzok and Page saying, “Perhaps this is the first meeting of the secret society”

 

Looking at the texts, at one point, Strzok writes Page: “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s [Andrew McCabe?] office that there is no way he gets elected. But I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re forty.”

 

The FBI’s investigation into Russian government interference in the election began in July 2016, just weeks before Strzok’s text. This looks increasingly like a plan was already in place to sink the Trump presidency, if he won, even though they thought any Trump victory would be unlikely. This was their motivation and the smoking gun that illustrates FBI corruption and bias against President Trump.

 

More importantly, despite FBI Counterintelligence Director Bill Priestap‘s “suggestion” not to notify Congress, shouldn’t FBI Director James Comey have told Congressional oversight that he was investigating presidential candidate Trump, as protocol dictates? Or, was Comey too hiding the fact that the FBI was running a counterintelligence operation against a presidential candidate, president – elect Donald Trump and then a sitting President of the United States Donald Trump?

 

The known facts alone speak of such egregious crimes against America and the people’s sacred trust, that they warrant lengthy prison sentences and even executions, depending on one’s degree of complicity. All of these conspirators must be identified and punished accordingly, made to face a day of reckoning, and this does not end well for America until this is done.

 

Representative Matt Gaetz correctly observed: “I believe there are people who will go to jail. You don’t get to try to undermine our country, undermine our elections, and then simply get fired.”

 

In 1961, President Kennedy stated: “The very word ‘secrecy’ is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings … Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it.”

 

Dangerous times demand serious answers for America, which is under assault by domestic enemies. Evil men and women, aspiring dictators and apparatchiks of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, without any respect for our U.S. Constitution and America’s founding principles, have actively sought to usurp the will of the American people and a duly elected U.S. president. Their intents and purposes could not have been executed without Obama’s imprimatur and specific orders, as they cast the die and betrayed America, and, down to the last conspirator, they must be ruthlessly exposed, by releasing the memo, if we are to save our Republic.

It is looking more and more Dem conspirators in the FBI and DOJ tried to fix the November 2016 election to Crooked Hillary’s favor. AND barring the failure of a Crooked Hillary election, then the conspiracy appeared intending to take out President Trump with fake evidence.

DEEP STATE DOSSIER DISINFORMATION

Establishment media ignore the real sources of the Russia investigation.

George Papadopoulos was the “improbable match that set off a blaze that has consumed the first year of the Trump administration.” Like the Trump campaign itself, advisor Papadopoulos “proved to be a tantalizing target for a Russian influence operation.”

 

Thus opens a 2500-plus-word December 30 New York Times piece headlined “How the Russia Inquiry Began: A Campaign Aide, Drinks and Talk of Political Dirt,” by Sharon LaFraniere, Mark Mazetti and Matt Apuzzo, with reporting by Adam Goldman, Eileen Sullivan and Matthew Rosenberg. The multiple authorship betokens serious investigation but this piece shapes up as dezinformatsiya and the Times gives it away in the early going.

 

“It was not, as Mr. Trump and other politicians have alleged, a dossier compiled by a former British spy hired by a rival campaign,” that started the investigation, and there is some truth to that. The dossier, one of the dirtiest tricks political tricks in US history, was only part of a plan revealed by FBI counterintelligence boss Peter Strzok in the office of FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe. As a Strzok email explained: “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40. . .”

 

Like FBI boss James Comey, Strzok was a partisan of Hillary Clinton, the likely reason he got the job of spearheading the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails. It was Strzok who changed “gross negligence” to “extremely careless,” freeing the Democrat from the prospect of criminal charges. As David Horowitz said, it was the greatest political fix in American history.

 

Donald Trump went on to win the White House but for Democrat “progressives,” that meant that Trump and Putin must have teamed up to steal the election from Hillary. That is the real source of the Russia investigation, sanctified in December 2016 by Senators Chuck Schumer, John McCain, Lindsey Graham and Jack Reed. None was a fan of Trump and it recently emerged that McCain associate David Kramer, formerly with the State Department, met with dossier co-author Christopher Steele. The New York Times piece fails to mention Mr. Kramer and remains reluctant to follow the money, supposedly the first rule of investigative reporting.

 

The Clintons are not exactly short on cash and FBI deputy director “Andy” McCabe got some $500,000 from the Clintons for his wife’s political campaign. The establishment media are not curious whether Peter Strzok got a piece of the action, and if so how much. The Clinton’s faithful Odd Job would not be the first FBI man to grab the gold from under the table.

 

The FBI’s Robert Hanssen gave thousands of pages of classified material to the KGB and its Russian successor agency the SVR.  In return, the Russians gave him $600,000 in cash and diamonds, plus another $800,000 in a Russian bank. The FBI’s Richard Miller engaged in an affair with Svetlana Ogorodnikova and gave the Russian an FBI counterintelligence manual in exchange for sexual favors, $15,000 in cash and $50,000 in gold. FBI agent Earl Pitts gave KGB agent Aleksandr Karpov classified information and unmasked an FBI agent working in counterintelligence. The KGB and its Russian SVR successor paid Pitts $224,000.

 

Strzok works counterintelligence but on his watch Pakistani-born Iman Awan enjoyed access to the computers of the House Intelligence Committee and the Democrats’ favorite IT man performed his IT work from Pakistan for several months a year. If Peter Strzok knew about Awan’s illicit data-mining operation it seems clear he did nothing to stop it. On the other hand, POTUS 44 had commanded the FBI to look the other way when Muslims were involved, and the Bureau, which wields a budget approaching $9 billion, duly followed orders.

 

In the office of Andy McCabe, Peter Strzok discussed the “insurance policy” with his consensual flame Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer and Clinton devotee. When that emerged, new FBI boss Christopher Wray did not fire Strzok and take his gun and badge. Instead Wray stashed Strzok in human resources, where he will still command access to FBI records.

 

After all this, and a lot more, the New York Times opts to point the finger at George Papadopoulos. The establishment media prefer to claim that the FBI’s Clinton fan club and the bogus dossier had nothing to do with the Russia investigation.

 

Did the FBI perchance deploy the dossier to secure a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign? Russophile Nellie Ohr, wife of demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr, duly hired on at Fusion GPS. What was Nellie’s role in the dossier?  Who paid for the dossier? Congress has been trying to get answers but the FBI has been stonewalling. What are they trying to hide?

 

Devin Nunes, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, wants the DOJ and FBI to hand over all documents related to the dossier on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. The committee also seeks to interview Ohr, Strzok, FBI attorneys James Baker, Lisa Page, and Sally Moyer and FBI assistant congressional affairs boss Greg Brower.

 

If the FBI and DOJ fail to comply in full, that will certify their partisan corruption, the larger back story of the Russia investigation. All testimony should be public so the people can watch on C-SPAN and avoid the deep-state disinformation of the old-line establishment media.

House Intel Committee investigates plot to stop Trump

WASHINGTON – What began as an investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election has now become a probe into how federal law enforcement conspired to stop Donald Trump from becoming president.

 

The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence has expanded its investigation that began with claims of Russian collusion and a fraudulent memo paid for by Trump opponents to one that focuses on members of federal law enforcement – both in the U.S. Justice Department and the FBI – and how they actively worked against the Trump campaign and the eventual Trump presidency.

 

In a startling turnabout, committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., is accusing the Justice Department and the FBI of misleading him in “a pattern of behavior that can no longer be tolerated.” He charges that Justice claimed it possesses no documents related to the infamous Trump dossier, then, under pressure, produced “numerous” such papers.

U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., is already opposing the move, even though he and other Democrats have conceded recently that finding a Russia-Trump conspiracy has produced no real evidence.

 

Nunes has put in place what amounts to a separate investigation of the FBI and the Justice Department hierarchy.

 

According to reports, the major components are:

 

  • Fusion GPS, the opposition research company that prepared the bogus Trump-Russia dossier with money from Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

 

  • How the FBI allowed that dossier to fuel investigations since July 2016.

 

  • Investigative bias that has been discovered regarding several key investigators.

 

A key subpoenaed witness is David Kramer, an associate of Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz. Kramer is one of the few people known to have possessed a hard copy of the dossier. McCain asked Kramer to represent him at a Nov. 28, 2016, meeting with Christopher Steele in Surrey, England. Steele compiled the 35 pages of memos making up the dossier based on his paid Kremlin sources.

 

Kramer then obtained a copy of the dossier from Fusion GPS and McCain hand-delivered a copy to then-FBI director James B. Comey in December 2016.

According to an interview in Mother Jones magazine, Steele said he supplied his memos accusing Trump of a Russia conspiracy to the FBI in “early July” 2016. Comey has testified he began the counterintelligence investigation in “late July.” The memos accused the Trump team of a conspiracy with the Kremlin to damage Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

 

Nunes wants more information on how the bureau used the document to investigate Trump people. He has been unsuccessfully trying to gain access to FBI documents.

 

In a Dec. 28 letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Nunes said the Department of Justice at first said dossier-related FBI interview summaries, known as 302s, “did not exist.” Weeks later, under an Aug. 24 subpoena, DOJ suddenly located “numerous FD-302s pertaining to the Steele dossier, thereby rendering the initial response disingenuous at best,” the House intel committee chief wrote.

 

Based on the record of stonewalling, Nunes said the committee no longer can accept Justice’s position that it cannot turn over other official investigative forms, called 1032s. They document meetings between the FBI and confidential human sources.

 

He gave the Justice Department until Wednesday to comply with his requests.

 

“Unfortunately, DOJ/FBI’s intransigence with respect to the August 24 subpoenas is part of a broader pattern of behavior that can no longer be tolerated,” Nunes wrote. “At this point, it seems the DOJ and FBI need to be investigating themselves.”
