Paul Sutliff [BOOK LIST on Amazon] has been running his Sutliffian Report as a live podcast on his Youtube channel. Paul has been a great source for me over the years on the dark side of Islam via some bold (these days because universities are dominated by Leftist thought) scholarship that Islamic theologians would rather you remain clueless. More recently Paul has injected the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ the Son of God in his perspective in exposing Islam.
The subject of yesterday’s 2-hour live podcast was “Can Shariah Stand Up to Critical Thinking?”As I’m typing this I’ve gotten to the 25-minute mark of the video and have already decided to share it while I listen to the rest. You should watch and learn something about the theo-political religion that actually places a target on the heads of Christians and Jews in their revered writings.

What happens when shariah abrogates hadiths or the Quran? What if Shariah says Muhammad was wrong? Does that mean Islam fails? Tonight we cover #waterpurityandIslam, beards, private regions, shaving, and #femalecircumcision aka #FGM.
Paul Sutliff sent an interesting video to my email on a lengthy discussion of the topic “Can Shariah Stand up to Critical Thinking? Part 10 b7.3 to c1.3” posted 4/13/23 as a live broadcast. It’s worth being informed so if you have time constraints or a low attention span, it’s worth bookmarking to go back to where you left off.

For those who do not know Paul, here’s an excerpt from his Amazon author page:
“Paul Sutliff has a BA in Religion and Philosophy from Roberts Wesleyan College, a MSEd from Nazareth College of Rochester and a post-grad Certificate in Mid-Level Intelligence Analysis. Paul is an educator, a research writer and a radio talk-show host. Paul says he is only an awakened Patriot to what is happening around him.
Paul first started to look into the Muslim Brotherhood after the college where he earned his MSEd took $500,000 from the international Institute of Islamic Thought. It took only a short bit of research to realize that a former Catholic college had opened its doors to an enemy of the United States. This was easy to find since they had personally delivered a satellite phone battery pack used in the bombings of our Embassies in Tanzania and Kenya according to the FBI.
In 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden called for jihad on American soil (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOhjQ9qoVJw) and a NYC mosque called for the murder of those who insult Muhammad (https://www.al-khoei.us/books/?id=5516). The question that needs to be answered is what does Islam teach vs. what the followers of Islam state they believe.”
Paul has a Blog that is not as active as in times past, but a great place to learn the actual nature of Islam which is not a pretty proposition for we non-Muslims: Paul Sutliff on Civilization Jihad.

Can Shariah standup to Critical Thinking? Does Shariah openly proclaim Islam as Gnosticism? What if Shariah promotes the concept of secret knowledge as salvation? Today we examine b7.0 to b7.2. What happens if the translation has misinformation? What happens if Shariah lies???? Worse, What if it can never be changed???

Elsa takes a stand against educational indoctrination that places a favorable light on Islam rather than at least balancing with the undeniable truth that is not peaceful neither in the present nor in the past. Then she shares that World Truth Summit is having a future interview with Steve Amundson of the Counter Jihad Coalition on November 18.
Where do we go from here? That’s the question I asked last time. In 2 weeks, there will be an interview with Steven Amundson of the CounterJihadCoalition, on what he’s been doing. It fits with something I’ve been thinking about.
My thought: what about a campaign, EDUCATION NOT INDOCTRINATION. Simple, clear, easy. The major point: what we have now is an indoctrination system masquerading as an education system. Education: teaching students to think. Indoctrination: rote learning, memorization of teacher-taught lessons.
“We don’t have rote learning,” some may object, horrified. “That’s from the nineteenth century.”
Unfortunately it didn’t stop then.
It’s thriving in the West. Children currently learn to regurgitate lines like, all opinions are equal, all cultures are equal, and all religions are equal. Even worse, they’re taught that these are truths, not fallacies. That’s rote learning, indoctrination.
What would teaching be like? It would include students learning to think about:
– What does equal mean?
– Why is it illogical to claim that all opinions are equal? (This is a cinch to prove.)
– What is an opinion and what is a fact?
To become better acquainted with teaching students how to think, teachers could all be given Think or Sink: We Think or the West Sinks (or a condensed version, at least). At the very least, they could be sent a link to a 20 minute video:
Elsa Schieder, PhD. THINK OR SINK. Big Danger to Western Civilization: No Thinking Allowed! Freedom of thought, freedom of speech, critical thinking, good thinking – all are in big danger in the West. In education, instead of critical thinking, there is much uncritical acceptance of opinions not founded on facts.
One question: who benefits?
This is the opening speech from:
Essentials of Freedom
Conference – January, 2014
Edmonton, Alberta
Option one. We could hope that the main ideas sink in.
Option two. Much better, we could start a grassroots movement for concerned parents (and grandparents, etc.) who care about their children, about their need for education not indoctrination. A goal: to educate these concerned people so they know how to effectively teach teachers, who are generally caring but severely brainwashed so they actually believe it makes sense to believe nonsense like all opinions, cultures and religions are equal.
If you’re interested in being part of this grassroots movement, please let me know.
Then, as I mentioned last time, the next interview series is starting. A major focus: grassroots activism.
The first interviewee: Steve Amundson of the CounterJihadCoalition.
Steve Amundson
Steve was chosen to kick off this series, as he has been doing grassroots activism for years. In fact, what he’s been doing is something most people concerned about Islam would be afraid to do. He and some friends have been spending Saturday night on a shopping promenade – but not shopping. Instead, they set up a table and load it with fabulous brochures. Islam 101. Sharia 101. ISIS 101. The brochures will all be available for you to download.
The interview will be presented on Wednesday, November 18th… Following it, you’ll be able to send Steve questions, and he’ll answer the following week (Wed, Nov 25th).
And that’s it for today (except for a major P.S.)
As always, all the best to all of us who care and dare, to life and to love,
How do we heard? Cassandra wasn’t heard. It took Churchill 10 years – and then it was Hitler’s marching into one country after another that got him to listen. How about having fun, and being Luke Skywalker – he had a hard time, but had great adventures and great friends.
Then, what do we need to be heard? One, a media of our own, instead of the mainstream propaganda machine. Two, an education system that educates, instead of indoctrinates with politically correct non-thinking propaganda. Three, perhaps a grassroots movement, a kind of tupperware system, spreading something people value even more than tupperware. Fourth, perhaps a political party of our own, that focusses strongly on the issues we care about. It may also be helpful to ask: is there a way to tell our stories that gives them a better chance to be heard?
PPS. Maybe you think it’s ridiculous, paying attention to education, given the state of things. As per a recent rulings in the STATES (not Saudi Arabia), a Muslim may not be required to transport alcohol as this goes against his religion, but in the same USA, a Christian may NOT refuse to bake a cake or to sell flowers for a gay wedding, as this goes against their religion. And in CANADA (again, not Saudi Arabia), a Christian holding up a sign has been attacked with impunity by Islamics. Also Pegida (which is against the Islamisation of the West) is forced to leave the rally they had organized. Why? Because the police (yes, this is all on video!!!) claim to be unable to control the people against Pegida. What will happen next? If someone is being murdered, will be police say to acquiesce as this is more than the police can handle? Anyway, here is the Christian with the sign:

As the video shows, AL-HASHEEM KAMENA ATANGANA has in the past few years terrorized and assaulted Christian preachers in downtown Toronto, and last Saturday he attacked Eric Brazau for holding a sign about Islam.
Apparently many Muslim preachers who man the booth there and nearby mosques have been promoting intolerance and hatred, terrorizing any secular or Christian speaker in the area.
This Saturday at the same intersection, ERIC BRAZAU and the RISE CANADA team will be showing items and staging a performance.
ERIC BRAZAU has filed a report with a Toronto Police Detective. On Thursday RISE CANADA will release a new video with the results of that report, as well as fresh breaking news on this matter.
As the video shows, Al-Hasheem Kamena Atangana attacked Eric Brazau for holding a sign about Islam. And as a Christian preacher attests, Atangana has also assaulted Christian preachers in downtown Toronto. Further, according to this preacher, many Islamic preachers who staff a booth in the same area and who preach in nearby mosques have been promoting intolerance and hatred. But nothing is done against them.
It could be about, how I came to find the wonder of Islam.
The words that come into my mind: The Heart of Darkness, the title of a novel by Joseph Conrad.
What I mean is that I found so many things I did not expect, so many things I could not admire. I would have loved to find a religion of peace. I did not. I feel as if I slowly stepped into a cave, slowly found lights, and had to recoil from what I found.
In one corner, the corpses of 600-900 dead Jews, murdered by Mohammed. The story isn’t one I found in early versions of his story that I came across. But it’s right there, hinted at in the Qu’ran, and spelled out in detail in the Sira and Hadiths (very revered Islamic religious texts). The story is right there.
But I didn’t find the story until late in my exploration, when I already had a good idea of what kinds of things I’d be coming across.
The early explorations were much more tentative.
After all, I was told Islam was a religion of peace. But something did not make sense.
It was a bit like being a detective – Nancy Drew, say – young and innocent and very Western. Why was there this feeling of danger when I was tiptoeing into finding out about a religion of peace? The cave felt damp, and at the same time dusty. It felt that much lurked, that did not want me tiptoeing around, just wanting to look and see. But why should this be, if this was truly a religion of peace? After all, all I wanted was to see. Why the sense of menace?
Was it an over-active imagination?
Or was it from knowing that there were fatwas out against others – and that others had been murdered because of these fatwas? Was it …READ THE REST
Can’t America see the alignment of Common Core “standards” with Karl Marx’s postulate on education and Obama’s desire to fundamentally transform America? – Justin Smith
Justin Smith exposes the Left Wing nature of Common Core State Standards as it is affecting his home state of Tennessee; however the analysis could be applicable to every State in the Union.
Many states, including Tennessee, are now attempting to extricate themselves from Common Core State Standards, after extensive research has proven them to be much more than an innocuous improvement on the long-standing public education system. The American people now see the subterfuge of CCSS and the intentions of the marxofascist Progressive Democrats to coopt the program in order to affect psychological changes and an alteration in the character of the American people through propaganda presented as fact and indoctrination.
In this light, the ‘Our View’ editorial from the November 23rd ‘Daily News Journal’ [Blog Editor: I could only find 11/22/14 DNJ editorial] is reprehensible and despicable. More than a simple “ideological scuffle”, as the DNJ named it, Common Core represents an ideological battle that will ultimately prove to be the most important component of the “21st century complexities of life, labor and liberty,” that they referenced. And yet, the DNJ urges TN State Rep. Rick Womick and “like-minded colleagues” not to “waste a lot of time, energy and resources” in battling CCSS and to essentially abandon the conservative ideas based on individualism, Western philosophies, Judeo-Christian principles and liberty – Our American Heritage – in favor of Progressive socialism, anti-American fallacies and false assumptions, atheism and more authoritarian, centralized government control over our lives and America’s children.
Common Core was originally intended to create new standards only in English Language Arts (ELA) and math in grades K – 12. Science standards were practically ignored. And now, in practice, CC goes far beyond just English and Math standards.
Very little research or analysis was conducted on Common Core prior to its adoption, and the members of the validation committee were required to sign non-disclosure agreements, as the public was initially kept well in the dark on CC. Of the members on the validation committee, there was one ELA expert, Dr. Sandra Stotsky, and one math expert, Dr. Jim Milgram, and neither one of them would sign off on it.
On November 13th, TN State Sen. Bill Ketron told an assembly of State Legislators, Murfreesboro City and Rutherford County School Board Councilmen that, during a recent conversation with Gov. Haslam, the Governor suggested he could beat any upcoming bill that attempts to remove Tennessee schools from CCSS, and Haslam had assurances from Lt Gov. Ramsey that such bills would fail. This will soon be tested, since Senate Bill 4 and House Bill 3 were recently filed in the Tennessee Legislature, in order to create “Volunteer State Standards” and stop Common Core expansion beyond this school year.
There exists many great reasons for all fifty states to permanently exit from CCSS, with all its flaws and predilection towards conformity, as exposed by Dr. Duke Pesta, who travels the nation speaking against Common Core, using the following example: Three students were instructed to collaborate on a math problem. One student answered correctly and two had wrong answers. The student who solved the problem correctly was marked “wrong”, because he went against the group. So, in the world of CC, consensus is everything and independent thought be damned.
One more enormous problem exists, because the College Board that wrote the Advanced Push U.S. History Redesign Framework is also headed by the architect of Common Core, David Coleman. Pay especially close attention to the word “redesign”.
The Framework omits Benjamin Franklin, James Madison, Dwight Eisenhower and many other key figures, as it gives one brief mention of George Washington and refers to the Declaration of Independence in just one clause of one sentence; it casts America in a negative light and forces teachers to instruct students in a leftist blame-America first reading of history, tearing apart everything good and decent America was built upon and omitting traditional presentations of our Founding Principles.
Look on page 74 of the Framework and one finds that teachers are given the flexibility to use examples such as Students for a Democratic Society and the Black Panthers. On the other hand, please note that Rosa Parks and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. are omitted from U.S. history.
A blatant, overt attempt to portray capitalism in a negative light is found on page 64: “A number of critics challenged the dominant corporate ethic in the United States and sometimes capitalism itself, offering alternative visions of the good society through Utopianism and the Social Gospel.”
George Washington doesn’t merit mention in AP U.S. History because he held slaves. This is a low and arbitrary slap in the face of all Americans and all real scholars, as cheap academics and untrustworthy curriculum become the new academic standard; the Progressives have rationalized and justified the evisceration of history, but in so doing, they put on display their own intellectual dishonesty.
In association with CC, the incredibly invasive Dept. of Education directive, ‘Promoting Grit, Tenacity and Perseverance’, demands public schools influence students’ non-cognitive development in dispositions, social skills and attitudes, which are independent of intellectual ability. To further this endeavor, schools are collecting more than 400 data points on every child through CC assessments, including their likes, dislikes, grade-point average, home situation and health questions from pre-K into the workforce.
Common Core builds a complete psychological profile. Any weaknesses in a child’s attitudes or values could be targeted for remedial indoctrination and education.
Can’t America see the alignment of Common Core “standards” with Karl Marx’s postulate on education and Obama’s desire to fundamentally transform America?
In ‘The Socialist Alteration of Man’ (1930) Lev Vygotsky, a Marxist Russian psychologist, writes, “It is education which should play the central role in the transformation of man this road of conscious social formation of new generations, the basic form to alter the historical human type … to reunite thinking and work which have been torn asunder during the process of capital development.”
The testimony of Lily Tang Williams, a former associate law professor at Fudan University in China and a legal immigrant living in Parker, Colorado, pounds the final nail in Common Core’s coffin:
“Common Core, in my eyes, is the same as the communist core I once saw in China … Nationalized testing, nationalized curriculum and nationalized indoctrination … I cannot believe this is happening in this country. I don’t know what happened to America, the shining city on the hill. Chinese children are not trained to be independent thinkers … they are trained to be massive skilled workers for corporations. And they have no idea what happened in Tiananmen Square in 1989 …”
Common Core proponents want students to view society’s problems and potential solutions through a collectivist worldview that serves the interests of a class, race, certain politicized groups and the State, rather than the truth, logic and rational thought. Creativity and innovation become grounded in emotion, and terms like “critical thinking skills” (red flag) become measures of a student’s acceptance or resistance to the radical changes in values, beliefs, feelings and behaviors that CCSS demands. The word “truth” ceases to have its old meaning, and it becomes something to be dictated by the State.

Is Western culture perfect? No. Is Western culture superior to other cultures? Okay, I am biased at this point because the answer is yes. Although there has been a huge degradation in moral ethics in the West due to the onslaught of Secular Humanism and Moral Relativity upon the influence of Christianity in the West, it is from the West that the world has experienced some of the best modernization to improve a person’s quality of life.
One of my favorite anti-Islamist writers Bill Warner has written that the foundation of the West is the development of critical thinking and the Christian Golden Rule. Critical thinking is related to reasoning with measured objectivity. The Golden Rule is related to treating others as you would have them treat you.
Warner correctly asserts that Islam is based on authoritative thinking and dualistic ethics (e.g. two contradictory things are correct). Although a public figure like Warner would not wade out to what I am about to say, here it is: In comparison to Western Culture, Islamic Culture is evil. Read Warner’s assessment and you will see I am correct.
