On August 31 in a Phoenix Arizona speech, Donald Trump outlines his ten-point plan for immigration reform. Most Conservative outlets were very pleased with the speech. I have not checked the American Left’s (Dems and MSM) viewpoint on the speech yet. The reason for that is the spin of lies and warped criticism that typically flows from a Leftist’s mouth.

Even the Never Trumper Conservatives of the Nationally Review grudgingly praised the speech as sensible:

After two weeks spent waffling on immigration, and making noises on the subject largely indistinguishable from those of Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio, Donald Trump has settled on a hawkish position — and a practical one. Trump’s crowd-pleasing antics aside, in his immigration speech in Phoenix, Ariz., on Wednesday he laid out a sensible, realistic path forward on genuine immigration reform.

Trump’s rhetoric on immigration has frequently been reckless, and on occasion he has seemed to play to feelings of animosity. He would be well served to strike a soberer tone. The Trump plan for immigration reform is awesome! It focuses on security, the border and unvetted Muslim regugees.

Donald Trump’s speech in entirety can be read at DonaldTrump.com. I am excerpting the ten points followed by the entire speech (about 1:17 and some odd seconds) courtesy of ABC.

Number One: We will build a wall along the Southern Border.

On day one, we will begin working on an impenetrable physical wall on the southern border. We will use the best technology, including above-and below-ground sensors, towers, aerial surveillance and manpower to supplement the wall, find and dislocate tunnels, and keep out the criminal cartels, and Mexico will pay for the wall.

Number Two: End Catch-And-Release

Under my Administration, anyone who illegally crosses the border will be detained until they are removed out of our country.

Number Three: Zero tolerance for criminal aliens.

According to federal data, there are at least 2 million criminal aliens now inside the country. We will begin moving them out day one, in joint operations with local, state and federal law enforcement.

Beyond the 2 million, there are a vast number of additional criminal illegal immigrants who have fled or evaded justice. But their days on the run will soon be over. They go out, and they go out fast.

Moving forward, we will issue detainers for all illegal immigrants who are arrested for any crime whatsoever, and they will be placed into immediate removal proceedings. We will terminate the Obama Administration’s deadly non-enforcement policies that allow thousands of criminal aliens to freely roam our streets.

Since 2013 alone, the Obama Administration has allowed 300,000 criminal aliens to return back into U.S. communities – these are individuals encountered or identified by ICE but who were not detained or processed for deportation.

My plan also includes cooperating closely with local jurisdictions to remove criminal aliens.

We will restore the highly successful Secure Communities program. We will expand and revitalize the popular 287(g) partnerships, which will help to identify hundreds of thousands of deportable aliens in local jails. Both of these programs have been recklessly gutted by this Administration. This is yet one more area where we are headed in a totally opposite direction.

On my first day in office, I am also going to ask Congress to pass “Kate’s Law” – named for Kate Steinle – to ensure that criminal aliens convicted of illegal reentry face receive strong mandatory minimum sentences.

Another reform I am proposing is the passage of legislation named for Detective Michael Davis and Deputy Sheriff Danny Oliver, two law enforcement officers recently killed by a previously-deported illegal immigrant. The Davis-Oliver bill will enhance cooperation with state and local authorities to ensure that criminal immigrants and terrorists are swiftly identified and removed.

We are going to triple the number of ICE deportation officers. Within ICE, I am going to create a new special Deportation Task Force, focused on identifying and removing quickly the most dangerous criminal illegal immigrants in America who have evaded justice.

The local police know who every one of these criminals are. There’s no great mystery to it, they’ve put up with it for years. And now, finally, we will turn the tables and law enforcement will be allowed to clear up this dangerous and threatening mess.

We’re also going to hire 5,000 more Border Patrol agents, and put more of them on the border, instead of behind desks. We will expand the number of Border Patrol Stations.

I’ve had a chance to spend time with these incredible law enforcement officers, and I want to take a moment to thank them. The endorsement I’ve received from the Border Patrol officers means more to me than I can say.

Number Four: Block Funding For Sanctuary Cities

We will end the Sanctuary Cities that have resulted in so many needless deaths. Cities that refuse to cooperate with federal authorities will not receive taxpayer dollars, and we will work with Congress to pass legislation to protect those jurisdictions that do assist federal authorities.

Number Five: Cancel Unconstitutional Executive Orders & Enforce All Immigration Laws

We will immediately terminate President Obama’s two illegal executive amnesties, in which he defied federal law and the constitution to give amnesty to approximately 5 million illegal immigrants.

Hillary Clinton has pledged to keep both of these illegal amnesty programs – including the 2014 amnesty which has been blocked by the Supreme Court. Clinton has also pledged to add a third executive amnesty.

Clinton’s plan would trigger a Constitutional Crisis unlike almost anything we have ever seen before. In effect, she would be abolishing the lawmaking powers of Congress in order to write her own laws from the Oval Office.

In a Trump Administration, all immigration laws will be enforced. As with any law enforcement activity, we will set priorities. But, unlike this Administration, no one will be immune or exempt from enforcement – and ICE and Border Patrol officers will be allowed to do their jobs. Anyone who has entered the United States illegally is subject to deportation – that is what it means to have laws and to have a country.

Our enforcement priorities will include removing criminals, gang members, security threats, visa overstays, public charges – that is, those relying on public welfare or straining the safety net, along with millions of recent illegal arrivals and overstays who’ve come here under the current Administration.

Number Six: We Are Going To Suspend The Issuance Of Visas To Any Place Where Adequate Screening Cannot Occur

According to data provided to the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, between 9/11 and the end of 2014, at least 380 foreign-born individuals were convicted in terror cases inside the United States. The number is likely higher, but the Administration refuses to provide this information to Congress.

As soon as I enter office, I am going to ask the Department of State, Homeland Security and the Department of Justice to begin a comprehensive review of these cases in order to develop a list of regions and countries from which immigration must be suspended until proven and effective vetting mechanisms can be put into place.

Countries from which immigration will be suspended would include places like Syria and Libya.

For the price of resettling 1 refugee in the United States, 12 could be resettled in a safe zone in their home region.

Another reform involves new screening tests for all applicants that include an ideological certification to make sure that those we are admitting to our country share our values and love our people.

For instance, in the last five years, we’ve admitted nearly 100,000 immigrants from Iraq and Afghanistan – in these two countries, according to Pew research, a majority of residents say that the barbaric practice of honor killings against women are often or sometimes justified.

Applicants will be asked for their views about honor killings, about respect for women and gays and minorities, attitudes on Radical Islam, and many other topics as part of the vetting procedure.

Number Seven: We will ensure that other countries take their people back when we order them deported

There are at least 23 countries that refuse to take their people back after they have been ordered to leave the United States, including large numbers of violent criminals. Due to a Supreme Court decision, if these violent offenders cannot be sent home, our law enforcement officers have to release them into U.S. communities. There are often terrible consequences, such as Casey Chadwick’s tragic death in Connecticut just last year. Yet, despite the existence of a law that commands the Secretary of State to stop issuing visas to these countries, Secretary Hillary Clinton ignored this law and refused to use this powerful tool to bring nations into compliance.

The result of her misconduct was the release of thousands of dangerous criminal aliens who should have been sent home.

According to a report from the Boston Globe, from the year 2008 through 2014, nearly 13,000 criminal aliens were released back into U.S. communities because their home countries would not take them back. Many of these 13,000 releases occurred on Hillary Clinton’s watch – she had the power and the duty to stop it cold and she didn’t do it.

Those released include individuals convicted of killings, sexual assault and some of the most heinous crimes imaginable, who went on to reoffend at a very high rate.

Number Eight: We will finally complete the biometric entry-exit visa tracking system.

For years, Congress has required a biometric entry-exit visa tracking system, but it has never been completed.

In my Administration, we will ensure that this system is in place at all land, air, and sea ports. Approximately half of new illegal immigrants came on temporary visas and then never left. Beyond violating our laws, visa overstays pose a substantial threat to national security. The 9/11 Commission said that this tracking system should be a high priority and “would have assisted law enforcement and intelligence officials in August and September 2001 in conducting a search for two of the 9/11 hijackers that were in the U.S. on expired visas.”

Last year alone, nearly a half a million individuals overstayed their temporary visas. Removing visa overstays will be a top priority of my Administration. If people around the world believe they can just come on a temporary visa and never leave – the Obama-Clinton policy – then we have a completely open border. We must send the message that visa expiration dates will be strongly enforced.

Number Nine: We will turn off the jobs and benefits magnet.

We will ensure that E-Verify is used to the fullest extent possible under existing law, and will work with Congress to strengthen and expand its use across the country.

Immigration law doesn’t exist just for the purpose of keeping out criminals. It exists to protect all aspects of American life – the worksite, the welfare office, the education system and much else. That is why immigration limits are established in the first place. If we only enforce the laws against crime, then we have an open border to the entire world.

I will enforce all of our immigration laws.

The same goes for government benefits. The Center for Immigration Studies estimates that 62 percent of households headed by illegal immigrants used some form of cash or non-cash welfare programs, like food stamps or housing assistance. This directly violates the federal public charge law designed to protect the U.S. treasury.

Those who abuse our welfare system will be priorities for removal.

Number 10: We will reform legal immigration to serve the best interests of America and its workers

We’ve admitted 59 million immigrants to the United States between 1965 and 2015.

Many of these arrivals have greatly enriched our country. But we now have an obligation to them, and to their children, to control future immigration – as we have following previous immigration waves – to ensure assimilation, integration and upward mobility.

Within just a few years immigration as a share of national population is set to break all historical records.

The time has come for a new immigration commission to develop a new set of reforms to our legal immigration system in order to achieve the following goals:

To keep immigration levels, measured by population share, within historical norms

To select immigrants based on their likelihood of success in U.S. society, and their ability to be financially self-sufficient. We need a system that serves our needs – remember, it’s America First.

To choose immigrants based on merit, skill and proficiency

And to establish new immigration controls to boost wages and to ensure that open jobs are offered to American workers first.

We want people to come into our country, but they have to come in legally and properly-vetted, and in a manner that serves the national interest.

We’ve been living under outdated immigration rules from decades ago. To avoid this happening in the future, I believe we should sunset our visa laws so that Congress is forced to periodically revise and revisit them. We wouldn’t put our entire federal budget on autopilot for decades, so why should we do the same for immigration?

Let’s talk about the big picture

These ten steps, if rigorously followed and enforced, will accomplish more in a matter of months than our politicians have accomplished on this issue in the last fifty years.

Because I am not a politician, because I am not beholden to any special interest, I will get this done for you and your family.

If ever there was a time to stand on one’s principles and the principles that built America and made Her strong, it is now. The future of America is at stake, and for anyone to still be screaming “never Trump” is not very principled, especially in light of Donald Trump’s “America First” policies and the great speech he presented to the Detroit Economic Club recently. Screaming “never Trump” is actually fairly anti-American and immoral, if one understands that the alternative is Hillary Clinton and policies that are certain to undo the U.S. Constitution and destroy America. [Bold text emphasis by the Editor]

Once one looks at the stark differences between the two candidates, despite any valid points myself and others made in opposition to Trump during the primary, one must ask the “never Trump” people, just what principles are you holding on to so tightly that you would pave the way for Hillary Clinton — the most corrupt, dishonest and despicable politician in American history, a Chavez imitator and an Alinsky acolyte — to win the presidency and implement plans that will kill the U.S. economy and individual liberty?

Donald Trump said it best on August 8th: (Hillary Clinton) supports the high taxes and radical regulation that forced jobs out of your community … and crime policies that made you less safe … and immigration policies that have strained local budgets … and the trade deals like NAFTA, signed by her husband, that have shipped our jobs to Mexico and other countries …”.

Ninety-four million Americans are currently outside the labor force, 14 million of those added under Obama, while American households are earning $4000 less than they were over a decade ago. And Progressive Democrat policies have driven seven million more Americans into poverty. Hillary Clinton offers more of the same.

The large number of Democratic promises to implement a massive socialist expansion of government, including everything from subsidized abortions and “sky-is-the-limit” confiscatory taxation to new job-killing regulations and the radical climate change agenda, makes the current $20 trillion national debt look like chump-change. Literally millions of new federal employees will be required to operate such an intrusive government.

As Trump noted in Detroit, “If you were a foreign power looking to weaken America, you couldn’t do better than Hillary Clinton’s economic agenda.”

During his speech at the Democratic National Convention, Bernie Sanders told the crowd: “Together, my friends, we have begun a political revolution to transform America, and that revolution, our revolution, continues.”

Hillary Clinton elaborated clearly in her acceptance speech, as she promised amnesty for approximately 30 million illegal aliens currently in the U.S. This is part of her greater plan to make these illegal aliens U.S. citizens with full voting rights, in order to build a permanent Democratic majority that controls America.

Hillary is also proposing a 550% increase in Syrian refugees, importing 65,000 Syrians in a single fiscal year in addition to the 149,000 Muslims granted green cards annually, and this would amount to roughly 214,000 in her first year as president. She could potentially resettle 1.5 million Muslims to America, if she served two terms. But Donald Trump promises to halt this Progressive insanity and all immigration from regions that support and export terrorism, like Syria.

The next President of the United States could potentially appoint four Supreme Court Justices. While Clinton will certainly appoint Leftist Supreme Court Justices, modeled after Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who regularly usurp the U.S. Constitution in favor of “social justice”, Trump will appoint Conservative Justices, similar to Antonin Scalia, with the possible exception of his sister, who respect the rule of law expressed in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, including the inalienable right to life and the Laws of Nature and God. Clinton will protect Obama’s anti-American policies, and Trump will rip Obama’s dastardly legacy up by its roots.

Donald Trump has proven that he will go bare-knuckles with Obama and Hillary on every major scandal and issue during their terms in office, from Fast and Furious and the Iranian Nuclear Deal to Benghazi, Hillary’s illegal email schemes and Pay-to Play corruption. This is his badge of honor. He is fighting to keep America from becoming far removed from the America of the 20th Century and far removed from anything resembling a nation founded on freedom and liberty, as envisioned by our Founders.

Trump’s finely articulated policy plans spoke of “jump (starting) America” out of “the weakest so-called recovery since the Great Depression” (only 1.2% growth), ending over-regulation that costs America $2 trillion annually and tax reforms for all Americans (Make America Grow Again). He also offered logical, well-thought and common-sense ideas for energy and trade.

Without going into the details, part of Trump’s message stated: “A Trump administration will end this war on the American worker and unleash an energy revolution that will bring vast new wealth to our country … When we reform our tax, trade, energy and regulatory policies, we will open a new chapter in American Prosperity.”

How about crime? Trump claims the title of “the law and order president”. Clinton invited the mothers of thugs to speak at the DNC.

If this is really a matter of conscience and principle for the “never Trump” conservatives, are they actually prepared to hand Hillary the Oval Office by refusing to vote or vote third party? Or worse — will many of them vote for Hillary, as some have suggested, setting in motion the completion of Obama’s destructive and catastrophic fundamental transformation of America?

How will they feel about their principles once America lies at their feet in shambles?

The principled vote is one cast for Donald Trump, who loves and fights for America, if “never Trump” conservatives are honest. If anyone believes Trump to be bad, Hillary, who loathes America and desires unrestrained power, is worse, as she coddles America’s enemies and neglects national security concerns. Hillary’s disastrous socialist ideas are pulled straight from the despots’ historical ash heap and the burial grounds of millions of their victims, nations destroyed by crushing poverty, civil strife and violence. Donald’s ideas are straight from traditional conservative principles that offer peace through strength and economic prosperity for our country. And economic prosperity, history proves, always provides greater individual liberty.

FBI: Yes, Queen Hillary Broke The Law. No, She Won’t Be Prosecuted.

On July 4, 1776, the United States announced its independence from Great Britain based on the key principle of rule of law.

On July 5, 2016, the United States said, “F*** it. I’m With Hillary!”

Just days after the Attorney General of the United States Loretta Lynch held a secret meeting aboard a plane with former President Bill Clinton – whose wife was under FBI investigation; just the day after Hillary leaked that she’d want Lynch for her own administration; just hours after the President of the United States Barack Obama flew Hillary – still under FBI investigation – down to North Carolina on Air Force One; just two hours before Obama was to open his campaign on behalf of Hillary Clinton, FBI Director James Comey announced that while Hillary Clinton had clearly engaged in criminal activity worthy of prosecution, he had recommended that she not be prosecuted.

Because of course he did.

Here are Comey’s findings, which demonstrate full violation of multiple provisions of federal law:

Hillary Clinton utilized multiple “different servers and administrators of those servers during her four years at the State Department, and used numerous mobile devices to view and send e-mail on that personal domain.” So she was lying when she said that she only set up the system so that she could use one handheld device.

Hillary transmitted classified information. Here’s Comey: “From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were ‘up-classified’ to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.” So she lied that no classified information was received or sent.

Hillary did not hand over all her work emails to the State Department. At least three of those emails were classified “at the time they were sent or received, one at the Secret level and two at the Confidential level.” Comey was kind here to Hillary – he said that there was no evidence that “any of the additional work-related emails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them.” Except, of course, that deleting such emails would be the entire purpose of having a private server.

Hillary’s lawyers didn’t read the emails they deleted – they just deleted stuff based on header information and search terms. “It is highly likely their search terms missed some work-related e-mails, and that we later found them, for example, in the mailboxes of other officials or in the slack space of a server,” Comey said. This would be destroying possibly classified material. And as Comey says, there may be a fair bit of data they never saw: “It is also likely that there are other work-related e-mails that they did not produce to State and that we did not find elsewhere, and that are now gone because they deleted all e-mails they did not return to State, and the lawyers cleaned their devices in such a way as to preclude complete forensic recovery.”

Comey admitted openly that Hillary’s team was “extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information….None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Government—or even with a commercial service like Gmail.”

Hillary knew that classified material was passing across her server; as Comey acknowledged, “even if information is not marked “classified” in an e-mail, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.”

Hillary’s server could have been hacked, and some of her emails were likely hacked in other people’s inboxes: “With respect to potential computer intrusion by hostile actors, we did not find direct evidence that Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail domain, in its various configurations since 2009, was successfully hacked. But, given the nature of the system and of the actors potentially involved, we assess that we would be unlikely to see such direct evidence. We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial e-mail accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account. We also assess that Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal e-mail domain was both known by a large number of people and readily apparent. She also used her personal e-mail extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail account.” [Bold Text by Blog Editor}

So, Hillary lied. She lied that she never transmitted classified information. She lied that she only used a private server because she wanted one device. She lied that the State Department allowed her to jerry-rig this technological set-up. She lied that the emails were never breached.

But according to Comey, no biggie.

Now, Comey essentially admitted that Hillary violated federal law. As he said, “Our investigation looked at whether there is evidence classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on that personal system, in violation of a federal statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way, or a second statute making it a misdemeanor to knowingly remove classified information from appropriate systems or storage facilities.” And Comey stated that the FBI had “investigated to determine whether there is evidence of computer intrusion in connection with the personal e-mail server by any foreign power, or other hostile actors.”

But no matter. The law doesn’t apply to Hillary Clinton. As Comey said, “To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.”

No, we’re dealing with the Clintons. There’s a different set of rules for high-profile Democrats.

And no, Comey’s excuse-making that similar cases aren’t prosecuted doesn’t cut it. Here’s what Comey said:

Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past. In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here. As a result, although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case.

Nonsense.

Past cases have focused on willful transmission of classified information to outside actors. But that’s not what the rule of law is. The rule of law says that laws must be applied as they are written, and they must be applied equally. Here are just a few of the statutes Hillary clearly violated, according to Comey’s own statement:

18 USC §793. This statute explicitly states that whoever, “entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document…through gross negligence permits the same to removed from its proper place of custody…or having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody….shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.” Comey called her “extremely careless.” That was highly charitable. But even by that standard, Hillary was grossly negligent with classified material. Comey says Hillary had no intent to transmit information to foreign powers. But that’s not what the statute requires.

18 USC §1924. This statute states that any employee of the United States who “knowingly removes [classified] documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.” Hillary set up a private server explicitly to do this.

18 USC §798. This statute states that anyone who “uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States…any classified information…shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.” Hillary transmitted classified information in a manner that harmed the United States; Comey says she may have been hacked.

18 USC §2071. This statute says that anyone who has custody of classified material and “willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years.” Clearly, Hillary meant to remove classified materials from government control.

Yes, Hillary broke the law.

But the law no longer matters. The woman for whom the executive branch just manipulated the law will likely end up running that executive branch. God help us all.

John Adams wrote in the Massachusetts Constitution that the purpose of separation of powers was to ensure that we establish “a government of laws, and not of men.” So much for that idea. We now have a government by the Obamas, the Clintons, the elites. And thanks to the Divine Right of Kings, they are not subject to the laws of the merely mortal whom they govern.

In a sense I am a Birther and in another sense Birthers could very easily become irritate with me. I am a Birther in the sense I believe Barack Hussein Obama’s identification documents like his birth certificate and his Social Security Number are fishy. Really there is the odor of rotten fish surrounding something that America’s 2008 elected President have gone to great lengths to keep outright verification obfuscated.

I mean the President has used his power attorneys to keep Birther scrutiny at bay as well as to make academic documents (whether records or writings) hidden from the public eye as if the public has no right to know about their President’s past.

Then there is the sense that I believe Obama’s efforts at obfuscation may never be known until way later than his Administration of Office or even perhaps until after his death. Here we are in 2012 and many aspects of Kennedy’s assassination or Nixon’s Watergate cover-up in the early 70s are still covered by National Security.

The actual involvement of the Soviet Union in infiltrating American government or sensitive classified material was written off as part of a witch hunt conducted by Senator Joe McCarthy. It has only in the last five years or so that McCarthy for the most part has been vindicated and YET Democrats and Leftist STILL point to the McCarthy investigations as an aberration that American history should show as a life destroying affair of innocent citizens. Recent releases of old Soviet Union documents into the public domain has bridged the gap of American National Security to demonstrate that the USSR was indeed very involved in infiltrating the American government and Classified information to the benefit of America’s Cold War enemy.

I have been of the belief that the Birther Movement’s greatest success might be keeping BHO’s secretive agenda in the public eye long enough that historical truth may come along sooner than later.

That being said, it seems that Sheriff Joe Arpaio may have stirred enough dust on the Birther issue that the BHO political machine has gone a step further than legal obfuscation. It seems the President may be using the power of his Office to threaten journalists to leave Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse findings alone or the consequences of government agency power may intrude in the lives of journalists that might think there is a story in those Cold Case Posse findings. AND it seems that Obama sycophants in the Leftist MSM are involved in heaping ridicule on the Cold Case Posse in an effort to discredit the report by the power of the pen rather than a refutation of the evidence that has been dug.

The Western Center for Journalism has sent an email that exposes government and private intimidation that is related to President Barack Hussein Obama. So far the direct link has not been found; however if the few growing brave souls of Conservative media keeps asking the questions, it will add legitimacy to Obama corruption involved in hiding his secrets. More Threat Allegations Surface: The Soros-Funded Media Matters And The Obama Regime Are Threatening The Media Over The Birth Certificate Issue?

As evidence mounts that the “birth certificate” released by Team Obama is a “computer-generated forgery,” EVEN MORE shocking revelations are coming out that Barack Obama’s surrogates and far-left power-brokers are engaged in a massive and tyrannical effort to SILENCE the conservative media from reporting on Mr. Obama’s eligibility.

However, there’s some good news to report as well. A few brave souls in the conservative media are finally daring to break the silence. Diana West, who writes for The Washington Times, recently blew the whistle: “Clearly, something has us all on lockdown. That’s much, much scarier than even the amazing possibility that some con artist might be pulling off the biggest scam in history.”

And, as we previous reported, Mike Zullo, the lead investigator of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse stated; “During our investigation, we actually were told [that media] had been threatened with FTC investigations. Commentators [had been] threatened with their jobs.” And according to WND.com, the “threats were so intimidating that some individuals quit their positions over safety concerns for their families.”

Of course, there’s more (keep reading)… and even more will follow; but for now, one thing is certain.

The Obama Regime is not just illegitimate… now that the illegitimacy and tyrannical abuses of the Obama White House are finally starting to see the light of day, the Obama Regime is coming unglued. Like a cornered animal, IT IS OUT OF CONTROL, and if we do not take action, right here and right now, we may very well lose our country.

More Allegations Of Threats…

Radio talk show host Mark Gillar recently stated: “One of the things you hear on the street is that they’re [members of the media] being threatened. You hear rumors of the White House threatening to use the full force of the FCC or… the FTC to come after them if they don’t get in line.”

But the threat allegations appear to more than rumors. Dr. Jerome Corsi, stated that the Cold Case Posse is looking into allegations of threats being issued to members of the media and is actively pursuing those allegations:

“Testimony is being developed that the White House is intimidating, in a systematic way, the mainstream media and if any broadcasters dare go into this birther story, they’re going to risk FCC investigations… people are going to have careers ruined… thrown off the air.”

If Corsi’s is correct, it would explain a great many things:

*** It might explain why CNN mysteriously released commentator Lou Dobbs from his contract two years ago because he refused to stop reporting on the controversy behind Obama’s “birth certificate.”

***It would explain why Glenn Beck was suddenly released from his contract with FOX News even though he had one of the highest rated shows in cable television at the time. While Beck actively refused to investigate the legitimacy of Mr. Obama’s “birth certificate,” it was clear that his reporting, on a host of other issues, put him on the Obama Regime’s hit list.

***And it would explain why talk show host Sean Hannity recently said that back in 2008 he was specifically told, on multiple occasions, that his continued insistence on reporting on the Jeremiah Wright-Obama connection could be career-ending.

Obviously, more is going on than meets the eye, and obviously… something has been afoot for a long time; but if you’re thinking that the media is not reporting this story out of an honest belief that there’s nothing there… or out of misguided arrogance… or elitism… think again.

Diane West again: “One editor told me the problem is the evidence of fraud might prove to be true! A very famous conservative figure told me that if the president were proved to be an identity thief, ‘that would alienate too many people.'”

“Ridicule Is Man’s Most Potent Weapon. … The Threat Is Generally More Terrifying Than The Thing Itself.” -Saul Alinsky

Alinsky’s lesson is not to be taken lightly. Ridicule, or the threat of ridicule, can be even more intimidating than the threat of physical violence or loss of livelihood.

Andrew Breitbart’s successor, Ben Shapiro, inadvertently and unintentionally demonstrated the point, and his demonstration might give us a window into why others have neglected to give the pressing issue of Obama’s eligibility any serious coverage.

During a recent radio interview Mark Gillar literally grilled Shapiro on why he would NOT be investigating Barack Obama’s eligibility as part of his ongoing campaign to “Vet Barack Obama.”

Unable to get a straight answer from Shapiro, Gillar continued to press him on the question. Shapiro vacillated at every turn until he started talking in circles. At one point he told Gillar that “people aren’t interested in this [the birth certificate issue].” Seconds later, clearly flustered, he contradicted himself and acknowledged that he’d received a massive amount of emails on the birth certificate issue.

Huh?

Gillar pressed forward, but Shapiro repeatedly assured Gillar that he had “looked into” the birth certificate issue and that pursuing it would be a “waste of time.” And yet, Shapiro could not give Gillar a coherent answer as to why pursuing Obama’s eligibility would be a waste of time, other than to say; “I’m one of those people who yawns at it;” and it was clear, to even the casual observer, that Shapiro had not “looked into” the issue at all.

AND THEN… IT HAPPENED… as Gillar continued to press him, in an unscripted moment of candor, the truth finally came out when Shapiro, clearly flustered, blurted out, “Media Matters, don’t listen to this.” And just in case the folks from Media Matters were indeed listening, Shapiro continued and stammered: “I don’t think it’s true… and I think people should move beyond it.”

And there you have it… the naked truth. It’s not arrogance or elitism that’s preventing so-called conservative media figures from covering this constitutional crisis… IT’S FEAR!

When It Comes To The Conservative Media’s Vetting Of Barack Obama, Have No Illusions. Obama Is In Charge.

As Saul Alinsky preached, ridicule is indeed a very potent weapon and Shapiro inadvertently confirmed what we’ve suspected for far too long.

Far too many in the “conservative media” will only “vet” Mr. Obama as long as George Soros’ Media Matters and the Obama Regime say it’s okay… they’ll only go as far as Media Matters and the Obama Regime will allow.

A video of a young Barack Obama praising and hugging a radical Harvard professor… that’s okay. Tepid criticism of Obama’s left wing policies… that’s alright too.

Actually “vetting Obama” over his eligibility and the attempts of his surrogates to silence the media from reporting on the compelling evidence that Barack Obama does indeed have something to hide… whoa… you’re crossing the line buddy.

And Shapiro, in no uncertain terms, confirmed to the folks at Media Matters and Barack Obama’s surrogates that they are indeed running the show; and the blogosphere went wild. Posters used words like “coward” and “traitor” to describe Shapiro.

But, and we can’t emphasize this point enough, don’t be mad at Shapiro. He never applied for the position of “white knight” or “savior of the conservative movement.” Why should he, and so many others in the conservative media, put their necks on the chopping block?

And frankly, it’s not so much his job as it’s our job. Pursuing the truth and holding our elected officials to account when it comes to safeguarding the rights guaranteed to us by Almighty God is the job of patriotic Americans.

The United States, after all, is our country. America is a government of the people, by the people and for the people and securing our rights and holding our elected officials to account is our responsibility.

Put another way, don’t hold your breath waiting for someone else to do what must be done. The responsibility is ours and ours alone.

So again… don’t be mad at Shapiro or O’Reilly et al… unless you’re prepared to do, right here and right now, what they are unwilling to do… what must be done.

Don’t be angry unless you’re willing to get out of your comfort zone and call our conservative leaders in Congress on the carpet and demand that they investigate these shameless attempts by the Obama Regime to silence the media.

The Media Is Silent Because, Like You, They Believe There Is A Very Real Possibility That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Hold The Office He Usurped In 2008.

Remember the words of Diana West: “One editor told me the problem is the evidence of fraud might prove to be true!” But West is not the only member of the conservative media to recently jump on the eligibility bandwagon.

Jeff Kuhner, who is also a writer for The Washington Times is scratching his head and asking why “the media is silent...” Kuhner states that “when it came down to bringing down a Republican president, they were like a pack of jackals. They were like a pack of howling wolves… no stone left unturned, no question went unanswered; but when it comes to this man [Obama]… our media remains silent.”

Kuhner gives two possible answers to the question: “There are only two possible conclusions,” he says. “Either this story [the contention that Barack Obama is not eligible] is false or… what if, and I stress if, the story is true.”

And taking a good hard look at the first conclusion, Kuhner essentially says that if the story is false, if Arpaio is wrong, then it’s still a huge story. He asks why the media is not investigating the story simply to prove that Arpaio is wrong.

That question has only one answer. The second conclusion is indeed true… the allegations against Obama are true and the Cold Case Posse’s evidence is so compelling that any reports, even inaccurate attempts to “refute” the Cold Case Posse, on this issue must never see the light of day.

Let’s face facts, getting the story wrong, on purpose, never stopped the liberal media from moving full steam ahead.

Remember Rathergate? As Kuhner recounts, CBS News conducted a two year investigation in former-President George W. Bush’s National Guard service and when CBS news couldn’t find any real dirt, they went with a story impugning President Bush that was based entirely on clumsily forged documents.

A double standard? … Of course, but it’s not enough to simply point out that there is a double standard. We must ask ourselves WHY?

And while we’re asking questions, here’s another issue that Kuhner addresses. Why is it that even when the conservative media reports on the long-standing association between Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers and Barack Obama, the vetters never really go into just want Ayers preached?

If you were to listen to the self-proclaimed vetters of Barack Obama, you’d be left to believe that Ayers was little more than a crazy leftist malcontent who planned and instigated acts of domestic terrorism in his youth simply because he wanted to stick it to the establishment.

But it’s not that simple, as Kuhner points out, the Weather Underground planned and instigated acts of terrorism in an attempt to actually topple the government of the United States… encourage our enemies to invade and annex parts of the United States… round up tens of millions of Americans… place them into Marxist re-education camps… and ELIMINATE those Americans who refused to be re-educated.

Ayers views are not a conspiracy theory. It’s what Mr. Ayers and the Weather Underground preached. It’s a fact. And if the media reported, as the late-Paul Harvey would say, the rest of the story, there would not be an American alive who would not come to the not so shocking realization that Barack Obama is actually a very dangerous man and totally unfit to serve in any capacity within our government.

So, where is the media? Answer: They’re either fellow travelers or they’re cowards. And where are our Republican leaders? Answer: they’re asleep at the wheel.

But that is all changing. It’s changing right now. Your faxes and calls have roused our elected officials into consciousness. Now it’s time to slap them awake.

Cowardice Is A Two Way Street.

We’ve read your emails. We’ve fielded your calls. We know that some of you are discouraged and are saying to yourselves: ‘What’s the use?’ And obviously, some may be saying, if our elected officials and members of the conservative media are going to act cowardly: ‘Why go on?’

The answer should be apparent. Cowardice is a two-way street. Right now, our elected officials and members of the media are afraid. Members of the media are afraid of having their careers ended and our elected officials live with the fear of not being reelected.

But they shouldn’t fear the far-left as much as they should fear the righteous wrath of an electorate that feels betrayed by their cowardice. As patriots, we have a duty to ensure that they fear the wrath of a betrayed electorate at the ballot box more than they fear the wrath of left-wing extremists who are ready, willing and able to expose them to career-ending ridicule.

Here’s a little secret. Barack Obama is afraid right now too. He knows that the eligibility issue still has the potential to end his career… that’s why he fighting… that’s why his surrogates are issuing threats and ridiculing those who dare to address this constitutional crisis.

And he also knows that even if wins the battle to silence the conservative media and our elected officials, your continued refusal to let this issue go away will still jeopardize his chances to keep his job in November. He doesn’t need people questioning his eligibility for office as he runs for reelection. He knows that if the issue of his eligibility remains on the table, he done.

For once, our conservative leaders and Barack Obama are in total agreement. They want nothing more than for you to sit down, shut up and stop demanding that the issue of his eligibility be resolved once and for all.

If the American people keep fighting this battle, we win. If the American people give up the fight, we lose the war. It really is that simple.

The elites in Washington desperately want you to give up and we, as patriotic Americans, have a duty not to give them the satisfaction. No matter what the eventually outcome; we are entering the home-stretch. The time to win this war is upon us. It is now.
