I suspect Justin was not implying mindless obedient Americans are like Nazis but rather how Americans like sheeple are being culled into obedience today as the Germans were by the Nazis in the 1930s through the end of WWII in 1945. From my home here in Tennessee, with mask mandates extended until August 29th, to California and Governor Newsom’s continued assault against religious freedom and one’s right to worship. Most of America appears all too ready to surrender every last vestige of individual and collective Freedom and Liberty at the same time, simply because a few within government, aided by a hysterical Leftist media, have said we must all be extremely afraid of a little virus that is no more deadly than a serious flu.
The environment is one of a most surreal nature, as Americans berate those not choosing to wear masks or abide by social distancing mandates, rather than acknowledging we are all quite capable of seeing to our own health concerns, without being told by nosy and needlessly nervous nanny neighbors and a Big Brother super state interfering in our personal matters, intimidating and bamboozling people by way of their propaganda and fear tactics. They violate principles of good medicine and in the process they are also violating basic principles of personal freedom.
In the realm of public health a principle known as the Principle of Effectiveness exists that makes it clear, public health officials have a duty and a responsibility to do no harm to the people they are supposed to protect. If any agency is following this principle, it will recommend only those interventions known to be effective, but such is not the case in America today, since masks are known and proven to be ineffective and the drug hydroxychloroquine, that so many government officials scoff at and now prohibit, is absolutely known to be effective against COVID-19. Essentially, we are finding our elected officials are using force to make people submit to illegal, illegitimate orders, to an end that does nothing to improve the nation’s current situation, and only makes it worse.
One must note that Dr Anthony Fauci, who has been the face of the Trump COVID Policy, initially offered an extremely erroneous strategy for the nation that resulted in thousands of unnecessary deaths, as he moved government agencies to quarantine people at home without treatment until they had to be admitted to the hospital. Only then would they be given hydroxychloroquine, under the Emergency Use Authorization, which turned out to be a major mistake by Fauci and Dr Stephen Hahn, Commissioner of the FDA, that was a result of Fauci’s advocacy for Big Pharma — “the Vaccine” and “a Certificate of Health” — and a drug called “remdesivir“, that costs thousands of dollars per patient and has no real overall effect on keeping people from dying from COVID-19.

By contrast, hydroxychloroquine only costs sixty cents per tablet and has a very easy to follow prescription requiring three tablets in the first 24 hours, followed by two tablets daily over the next five days.
One international study from April 6th 2020 noted that COVID is a two stage disease, and if patients received hydroxychloroquine during the first week of the onset of symptoms, the disease didn’t progress to the second phase, and they survived in fine fashion. However, Fauci and the FDA ignored this report and proceeded with their own flawed studies. And in the meantime, fifty-three studies have proven hydroxychloroquine’s effectiveness, while only fourteen have offered negative reports, with ten studies focused on patients in the last stages of COVID-19; two came from the same author at the University of Minnesota, while the fake Lancet paper was retracted, leaving an equally faulty Brazilian study.
Americans are dying from the want of this effective treatment, and yet, the press continues to ignore the damage Fauci has done and they continue to call hydroxychloroquine, “dangerous”, even though it has been used for multiple respiratory ailments for the past 65 years. However, nobody should lose sight of the fact that 99.5 percent of all infected are actually surviving this supposed “killer” disease.
A study by Stanford/UCLA from June 2020 estimates and indicates the probability of COVID-19 infection is approximately 1 in 40,500 people, while the probability of requiring hospitalization from COVID-19 complications among those fifty to 64 years old is 1 in 709,000. The likelihood of dying from COVID-19 is 1 in well over six and a half million. These probabilities show how useless any future vaccine would actually be. And if vaccination is made mandatory, even with immunization a hundred percent effective, it could only prevent 1 death out of 6,670,000 vaccinated; so, nobody really benefits from any extraordinary move to create this vaccine, other than the Fauci, Bill Gates, Big Pharma and all the globalist One Worlders who are aligned with the need for it. A despicable use of subterfuge, obfuscation and outright lies by the Leftists and the globalists, with even some Republicans inadvertently facilitating the mess further, has furthered the Bill Gates and Big Pharma New World Order agenda, as it seemingly hides in plain sight. Americans haven’t any real rights left, if politicians recent actions are any measure, since the greatest majority of elected officials no longer make even the simplest of pretense that they actually care about the Constitution or the Bill of Rights.
On August 7th 2020, a Ventura County state judge, in California, issued a restraining order against Pastor Rob McCoy and the Godspeak Calvary Chapel Church, enforcing Governor Newsom’s ILLEGAL and UnConstitutional order, that is full of the governor’s tyrannical arrogance, in that he truly believes he can prevent a congregation from singing and worshiping, while the judge, with equal malevolent hubris, extended the order to anyone who attends this church, “Does 1 through 1000”.
However, as noted by Liberty Counsel: “Newsom’s orders allow the church to feed, shelter, and provide social services, but the same people in the same building cannot worship. In other words, non-religious services are acceptable but religious services are banned. People can receive food, but not take communion. People can be housed overnight, but cannot hold a short worship service, Bible study, or meet for prayer. People can receive counseling to find work but cannot be counseled on finding eternal life.”
As Mat Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel, would later state: “If people cannot see this obvious unconstitutional violation, they are blind.”
A hard-hitting response is all the Left and the Democratic Party Communists understand, but, for all his grandstanding and bluster, I cannot help but view President Trump’s actions as those of a coward, as he failed to fire Fauci at the first hint of his subterfuge and lies, pushing Gates Vaccine, along with Fauci’s lack of respect for freedom and the country on the whole that has been forced to unduly suffer added economic catastrophe by way of the lockdowns. The full-blown assault against liberty and freedom by the Democrat Communists and their masters, i.e. George Soros, Bill Gates, the Clintons and Obamas, across the country would have been inconceivable months ago. And in an unconscionable, weak and pathetic response, the Republican Party has played right into the false narrative advanced by Fauci’s Apocalypse Platoon, while they pretend the State actually has the authority to enact any such blatantly absurd “orders” of its own.

Currently, America even sees supposed conservatives such as Gov. Greg Abbot of Texas and Mike DeWine of Ohio holding their states hostage, while President Trump blathers about China and progress towards “the Vaccine”, rather than go on the offensive and castigate the governors who have trampled on individual liberty and our Bill of Rights.
If President Trump wanted to truly do something worthwhile, he should drive home a point and go and stand and make a statement for Liberty alongside Ian Smith and Frank Trumbetti in Bellmawr, New Jersey, who have refused to allow Governor Phil Murphy to shut them down, even in the face of a ten thousand dollar per day fine for each of them, that the gym remains open and a threat of six months in jail. Such an act would be a stand for all small business owners and all Americans across the land who have had their careers and lives destroyed due to largely Democrat implemented lockdowns. What a definitive moment that would be to see, and it would pave the way to a massive nationwide resistance and the complete opening of America, as all Americans could take heart and follow this example, simply saying “Hell No … We Won’t Stay Locked Down.”
President Trump should never have declared a state of emergency, but he could have at least lifted it as soon as doctors such as Dr. John Ioannidis [Daily Wire 5/18/20 & FEE 7/23/20], Dr. Simone Gold, and Dr. Stella Immanuel started poking holes in Fauci’s false narrative and had them all brought to him in Washington. Instead, trump has allowed Fauci to speak as if from the Gospel to the Leftstream presstitutes who have breathlessly carried his falsehoods before the public, presenting them as though they were in fact the absolute truth and real “science”, the Gospel according to Anthony Fauci. And even though he was initially reluctant to wear a mask, Trump has now complied with the Deep State demands and obediently called it “patriotic” to wear one.
I would call it “Cowardly” as I remind President Trump that it won’t be the fools and the idiots walking around wearing masks every minute of the day who will be voting for him in November.
Please recall that all of this started off as a simple “two week plan” and has now extended into months, with no real end in sight. Each time a mask mandate is scheduled to be lifted, we see it extended by weeks or months, and some have suggested we could see this continue over the next three years … or longer (?).
In the meantime, all America is left wondering just how this surreal Circus Act ends. Will Fauci simply one day announce over National Public Radio that the nation has reopened, moving people to tear off their masks? Can’t you see it now? Perhaps millions of Americans will even tear off their clothes, and run out under the sun, as they weep with relief and joy, dancing through the tall grass, leaping from one boulder to the next, near ponds and rivers, searching the sky for a rainbow and the dawning of the New Age.
Will husbands and wives readily reconcile easily after all the turmoil they’ve been forced to endure, nearly coming to blows from the stress of a lost business or job and going bankrupt, thanks to a totally unnecessary government ordered lockdown? Can they ever regain their former happy relationships and resume their marital bliss?
How about all those in government responsible for the lockdowns? Surely no patriotic American can easily forgive the unforgivable and the indefensible, illiberal, tyrannical position so many governors and mayors took during this much-hyped “pandemic”. Don’t look for me to be welcoming any of them with open arms or my vote, as they flounce down the steps of Legislative Plaza or the Capitol. And I sure as hell won’t be popping the cork off any bottle of champagne to celebrate, with any of them; if anything, I’ll still be working on my “Hangman’s Knot”.
I am familiar with the fear from a rattler or copperhead snake, Louisiana quicksand, a wild Grizzly Bear in the Grand Tetons and a reoccurring nightmare of mine that has Hillary Clinton stepping onto the stage of the Democratic National Convention grinning like a cocaine addict and telling a roaring crowd that Joe Biden has withdrawn from the presidential race due to health concerns ….. but such disproportionate fear as seen in our country from “The Virus” with a 99.5 percent survival rate? C’Mon Man.
It’s far past time to throw open the gates to every economy in every state and the entire national economy on the whole, while we all cast aside the irrational fear the nation has encountered, after a successful all out media driven propaganda campaign that has very nearly destroyed whatever was left of our economy after the March 16th economic collapse. Every American who wishes to have any chance at a decent life must simply refuse to obey or comply with any more outrageous orders based on VooDoo “science” with no basis in fact, and we can all let this be a new start to a new populist grassroots movement opposed to the entire establishment, as it currently exists, in the name of Freedom and Liberty — upholding the Inalienable Right to Free Speech and Religious Freedom — to end the rule of the oligarchs and the corporate New World Order fascists who would rule over us all, against our will.
Do nothing at your own risk, as such a mindset enables this lockdown ideology that represents tyranny without limit, at the expense of all human dignity, decency and our Inalienable Rights. Our politicians have created an economic desert, trampled on our Bill of Rights, and called it “defending American’s health”.

The first interview is from a sheriff in Washington State under the unconstitutional dictatorship of Governor Jay Inslee. That caught my attention because I grew up in Washington State acquiring my entire primary, secondary and college education there. I last left the State of my youth in 1998. I have lived in Oklahoma since. I am tremendously saddened how the Dem Party has stolen the Liberty of Americans residing in Washington. Especially among the Washingtonians living on 2/3 of land area East of the Cascade Mountain range dominated by the more populated uber-Liberal Sheeple voters and politicians dwelling on the 1/3 of land area West of the Cascades.
Governor Inslee’s orders pertaining to public gatherings or businesses operating in violation of his orders in my opinion is a violation of our citizens’ constitutional rights under the First Amendment, Second Amendment, and other Amendments of the US Constitution and Washington State Constitution.
Not allowing citizens to attend church or firearm dealers to conduct business is a violation of the First Amendment and the Second Amendment, but the Governor has no problem allowing marijuana shops to stay open for business.
As Sheriff I will uphold our citizens’ constitutional rights and liberties and will NOT ENFORCE Governor Inslee’s COVID-19 Proclamation Orders on public gatherings and non-essential businesses.
No crisis should ever violate a citizen’s liberty or God-given rights under our US Constitution or Washington State Constitution.

As the global health emergency of the coronavirus pandemic begins to wane, the fallout from the lockdowns continues to mount. Each day we see more reports of record unemployment, businesses struggling to survive and critical food supply chain infrastructure shutting down.
At the same time, we see business owners and anyone else who violates the lockdown orders being threatened with jail while actual criminals convicted of serious and violent crimes are released back into the communities.
We are beginning to see that the ‘cure’ is not only worse than the disease, it will have longstanding repercussions as the severity of the crisis appears to have been greatly exaggerated.
In this report, Spiro is joined by multiple Sheriffs from across the country who clearly state their position. Public safety and people’s constitutional rights are their number one priority.
These Sheriffs are true patriots who not only serve the people in their communities by upholding their sworn oaths, they serve as a great reminder of how this country and the rule of law is meant to be upheld, as many state’s Governors blatantly disregard the constitution and impose broad and wide-ranging authoritarian lockdowns which many would argue are causing far more damage than the virus itself.
Justin Smith submitted an Easter/Christian Rights message. The Easter part probably could have waited to next week because tomorrow is Palm Sunday rather than Easter. Palm Sunday represent the triumphal of Jesus into Jerusalem on a white donkey colt with the populace hailing the Lord Jesus with Hosanna to the son of David with palm branches and clothing laid in the path to honor Jesus. One week later a Sadducee/Pharisee Sanhedrin infused crowd shouted for the Lord’s crucifixion.
AND thank God for that Crucifixion because that led to the Resurrection of the Lord and Salvation for every person who believes in every generation.
PAY ATTENTION to the Christian Rights portion of Justin’s message. There are large numbers of Christians trying to congregate to worship the Risen Savior. Those Christians are being vilified by the MSM, the Dem Party and ironically vilified by many Christians gripped by the fear of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In full disclosure on a personal level, I don’t have a lot of hitch in my get-along anymore. The result is I’ve been attending my Church online long before the ChiComs unleashed COVID-19 on the world.
BUT in this time of social distancing if Churches can figure how to meet without infecting others after Church, then BY GOD – congregate and worship even as fear is spread to hamper Christian worship.

Today, faithful Christians in America are being tried and tested more than they ever have been in recent years, even the past century, as we prepare to worship God at this most holy season that commemorates Passover, the Last Supper and the Resurrection on Easter Day. Many troubling earthly matters have made life difficult for millions of our countrymen and people across the globe, as difficult as any time many have seen in this lifetime, and as one may think on the influence, or lack thereof, of the Spirit of God in our daily lives, one must wonder that we are not more concerned and anxious in preparing ourselves and our families for the events and inherent government evils currently lurking at our doors; for although this world is temporary, not one jot or tittle of the Lord will go unfulfilled.
With that said, every single Christian man, woman and child and every hungry questioning and inquiring soul seeking comfort and solace should be in attendance in Church this Easter Sunday, despite any and all “orders” and “mandates” handed down, after a grim cavalcade of data sheets, bad and false information and “experts” seemingly enabled the reins of power to be snatched from the executive, during this so-called “crisis”.
We call ourselves “the Faithful” and Christianity “the Faith”. Isn’t now the best time to exhibit some of that faith we are always holding up for the non-believers to see?
Are we so afraid of this virus, that we will actually comply with government orders and allow our right to assemble to be suppressed and essentially removed, based on an arbitrary whim of a politician? Can we not at the very least gather and hold hands in front of the Church altar for the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who came to earth and shed His blood in sacrifice, so that we might all be redeemed of our sins and receive salvation? You can always wash Your hands before and after.
Everybody certainly is free to worship as they see fit; however, don’t say you are “faithful” if you are living in such fear of death that you cannot or will not even walk through the Church doors to worship the God you say you love, or you, the pastors and priests, cannot stand before your congregations and deliver your Easter sermon in person over fear of the virus or fear of what the government response may be.
Is it so easy to turn your back on Your faith?
Recall that Jesus first received and endured a public flogging before his crucifixion. The Roman centurions flogged Jesus repeatedly with whips made of leather, jagged pieces of bone and iron balls, heavily bruising and lacerating His flesh, as they tore into his underlying muscles and cut Him into a horrific mass of bleeding flesh, so terrible to see for anyone with any compassion and a trace of love for their fellow man and all humanity.
As Isaiah 52:14 in the King James Bible recorded for posterity: “As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men“. Basically this tells us Jesus was so disfigured that the people were astonished, because one could barely recognize a person was underneath all the visible brutality and blood.
Following His Resurrection, Jesus first appeared to Mary Magdalene, as we know from many accounts such as Mark 16:9-10: “Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils. And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.” But, He also remained on earth for the next forty days speaking to His followers, and there are no less than ten infallible proofs of His Resurrection offered in Scripture; Scripture also records that He ascended into Heaven, from Mount Olivet near Jerusalem, flanked by two angels as his Apostles stood by and witnessed it all.
We Christians understand the fellowship necessary in the Church to keep it alive and flourishing, and we train and teach our children in our ways, until the day they are baptized and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, which brings me joy as I recall my own grandchildren’s baptisms, in the Church and, when the weather permitted, outside in Drake’s Creek, with the frogs and snakes and all. We are baptized, we die and we rise with Christ.
And yet, the authorities would have us turn our backs on the One True God and our faith, without so much as a nod towards our right to freely assemble and worship, as we see fit. As reported by OneNewsNow on April 3rd, Mayor Bill de Blasio has threatened to close the Church down permanently if they refuse to abide and comply with his orders to close their doors: “(The police will) inform (church leaders) that they need to stop the services and disperse. If that does not happen, they will take additional action up to the point of fines and closing the building permanently.”
Attorney Brad Dacus, fellow at the Pacific Justice Institute, declared: There is absolutely no authority for the mayor (de Blasio) to engage in such a draconian, tyrannical practice, and to make such a threat in times like these shows a complete insensitivity to the rights of citizens in his town.”
On Monday, March 30th, in Florida, Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister arrested Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne, after receiving an “anonymous tip” that he was still holding large church services at The River at Tampa Bay Church, in violation of a local “safer-at-home” order, that is obviously so illegitimate, illegal and UnConstitutional on more levels than one can mention here. He was arrested at his home and charged with “unlawful assembly” and violating public health emergency rules, misdemeanors carrying a 60 day jail sentence and a $500 fine.
Also recently, according to WAFB-TV (CBS News), Pastor Tony Spell of Life Tabernacle Church, near Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was charged with six misdemeanors, after he repeatedly and rightfully defied Governor John Edwards orders prohibiting gatherings of ten or more people in one location. This past Sunday, March 29th, there were 1,265 people in attendance, and for each ten people, according to authorities, a separate charge can be placed that carries a 6 month jail sentence.
In a March 30th email and a separate statement to WAFB, Pastor Spell declared: “We have a constitutional right to congregate. We will continue. … The virus, we believe, is politically motivated (and I agree ~ JOS). We hold our religious rights dear and we are going to assemble no matter what someone says.”
Thank God at least two state governors, Gregg Abbott of Texas and Ron DeSantis of Florida, are exhibiting a bit of good common sense and pushing back against the harsh tactics of many so-called “leaders”. Both men have noted that “attending religious services conducted in churches … and houses of worship” are essential services and activity.
But how despicable it is to find that people are pointing their finger at others who are not causing them harm in the slightest, as these accusers hide behind a mask of anonymity, cowards that they are. A gathering of Christians doesn’t affect anyone who is standing on the outside, looking in and acting as a government informant on the Christians terrible “crime” against the state, unless the informant should accidentally hear the Word of God in the process. And how repugnant it is that one of our Fundamental God Given Rights is now frowned upon and penalized by the Leviathan as “unlawful assembly”.
The government, the Leviathan, and its new “Law” pleases those among us too innocent and dumb to know better, as it compares its small power to God’s Eternal Might and demands that Christians, and all Americans, accept the delusion of the State as our God, with instant and unquestioning obedience, while it also tries to justify lockdowns through this “pandemic”. And, it has been emboldened by those large numbers of clergy genuflecting to the State, and many within its ranks today proceed to use the “safer-at-home” orders to eviscerate the remainders of our shredded liberty.
I’ll be in Church Easter Sunday, or kneeling in prayer outside its locked doors, and I hope many of You will join me there. Do not follow the Leviathan into any betrayal of Jesus Christ. Stand as one Church for Our Lord and Savior and take joy in the salvation that has come through His sacrifice upon the Cross for us all, all who acknowledge Him as the One True God, who came to earth and defeated Satan and Death, in order to usher in a new age and a New Covenant with Man.
“That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” John 3:15-17 King James Bible
Let us praise God for the bold believers and our courageous Christian Brothers and Sisters and Church leaders rebelling against tyrants and defying our “Rulers”, and in addition, we must pray that the Faithful throughout America follow their lead, challenging this arrogance of elected government officials and unelected bureaucrats, just as Believers across history have done. And let us stand firm, strong and staunchly together with friends and family, in defiance of government diktats, and open the churches to millions across America on Easter Sunday, throwing off the government’s chains of deceit and fear, as we, the Church, gather for the most precious and wonderful of Christian celebrations, the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior.
And don’t forget. He has promised to return.
“And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him; and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.” ~ Revelation 6:1-2
In closing, I will leave You all with the one most important question You will ever answer in Your lifetime, as it was once put to all America in song, ‘When the Man Comes Around’ by Johnny Cash, who sang: “The hairs on your arm will stand up at the terror in each sip and in each sup. Will you partake of that last offered cup or disappear into the potter’s ground when the man comes around?”
