A Comment to America’s Era of Marx and Mao


I shared Justin Smith’s post “America’s Era of Marx and Mao” (NCCR cross post) on multiple Social Media Platforms. The focus of that post was the infection of Marxist Critical Race Theory plaguing America.

In that sharing process Harry L. Simpkins left an astounding insightful though untitled comment that Socialism in all its forms – including Communism and Fascism (which includes Nazism) – functions via oppression, tyrannical control and terrorist violence (often punctuated with mass murder). The Socialist oppression paradigm sanitizes the masses with an illusion, perhaps better described as delusion. Simpkins’ insight is THIS is happening NOW in America.

Critical Race Theory [CRT] is merely the latest indoctrination program to be foisted off on vulnerable children by the social engineering centers. It’s been an on-going for decades. Spreading hatred and division through school children is simply the next step in their plan to destroy the country.

The result of a decades long, relentless program of subversion and inculcation of the young with Socialist ideologies.

The reason so many younger people are lusting after Socialism leading inevitably to Communism or its equivalent by whatever name, and ultimately Fascism; is because they have grown up sheltered from harsh realities by the very political and economic system that they claim to despise all the while being taught to despise the stalwart and dedicated men and women who preserve the Freedoms that allowed them to grow up so sheltered.

For decades, they have been relentlessly indoctrinated all their short lives by the social engineers that have infiltrated into all levels of education, government and media to believe that they are entitled to the fruits of the labor of others and that big, all-powerful government should control every aspect of everyone’s lives. All the while dreaming starry-eyed and clueless, yearning for the unattainable utopia that is constantly promised by those who want absolute control.

They have no memory, practical experience or historical knowledge of the abhorrent conditions and oppression that those under the Socialist and finally Fascist boot endured and continue to endure. They ignore or refuse to acknowledge the 100,000,000 to 120,000,000 million people killed under Socialism in the 20th century, whether in gulags, through starvation, or out-right, systematic slaughter.

Being so sheltered, they cannot conceive that “To each according to his needs and from each according to his abilities” is NEVER how it works. The end result is invariably, “To each the bare minimum to keep the worker alive and from each absolutely as much as possible until it kills them.” Except of course for those self-same social engineers who wish to be the ones in control and who benefit from that lethal system of labor.

Those in this country that decry the 1% fail to realize that discounting the obviously blatant disproportional holdings of the relative few; that they themselves ARE the 1% compared to most of the rest of the humans on the planet.

Except for a very, very few, most in this country live a lifestyle that is FAR more opulent and abundant than nearly any royalty in the middle ages. This is due to the Republic as laid out in the Constitution, governed by the rule of law and made possible by the Capitalist economic system that sheltered them as they grew up.

Socialism, whether called “National Socialism”, or “Democratic Socialism”, or “Populist Socialism” or “People’s Socialism”; Socialism has NEVER led to increased liberty, personal security, diversity of thought and ideas, or economic prosperity.

Without known exception, Socialism ALWAYS leads to a lower standard of living, less Freedom and the censuring of ideas and especially speech. Finally, inevitably, leading to unrestricted despotism and blatant Fascism, oppression, starvation, misery and death.

Brainwashing is a cultural device of all things Communist. Nations overcome by Communism have utilized brainwashing as an instrument of control ever since the first Communist state emerged in 1917 (THAT WOULD BE THE COMMUNIST STATE PRESIDENT REAGAN TERMINATED WITHOUT FIRING A SHOT!).

I ran into a post (complete with citations) at In Defense of Our Nation that divulges how tyrants utilize brainwashing through the vehicle of propaganda.

MY FELLOW PATRIOT AMERICANS, our nation and culture is under the current assault of brainwashing propaganda. If YOU do not learn to recognize the brainwash-propaganda, YOU will succumb to an infection far worse than the propagandized effects of the CCP Virus (aka COVID-19, Coronavirus, China Virus, etc.). This infection destroys Truth, Liberty, Religious Freedom and the individual will to think for yourself. Submission to the will of the State destroys these virtues once the cornerstone of the American Republic.

David Risselada shares how to recognize the brainwash techniques used to control YOU. BUT let’s be clear. This is a Communist virus aimed at OUR minds and the perpetrators are Dem-Marxists that fraudulently brought Beijing Joe and Commie Kamala as at least the figureheads of America’s current politburo oligarchy.

President Biden recently announced his executive actions on gun control. While they may not appear to have any substantial effects to the casual observer, the stage is being set to turn law-abiding gun owners into criminals. Many of the actions taken by Biden, and the previous administration no less, violate the constitution’s ex post facto provisions. It is against the law to criminalize something which has been legal. The government cannot, for example, make owning an AR pistol brace, or a bump-stock, a criminal offense when they have been available to the public for years. Furthermore, unconstitutional agencies like the ATF have no legislating power to enact such laws. Any rule change they attempt to enforce is null and void unless congress passes a law. Taking it one step further, all laws which are not in sync with the constitution themselves, are meaningless and unenforceable. In typical fashion, people are responding to these executive orders, and any threats of gun confiscation, with vows of non-compliance. Will America be able to resist the coming push to eliminate the second amendment, or will they fall in line and comply? The past year has been a good indicator of America’s inability to resist tyrannical dictates.

The coronavirus psyop has shown the global elite that a well-crafted fear message, coupled with a massive media campaign, can influence and control behavior. Covid-19 was presented as a life-ending global pandemic which virtually no one questioned. Almost immediately, people across the country willingly complied with unconstitutional mandates to close their businesses and lock themselves in their homes. Shortly thereafter, local governments and major chain retailers began enacting mask requirements. The big lie meant to persuade people into compliance was asymptomatic carriers being the biggest spreaders of the mysterious new coronavirus; therefore, masking up meant you were saving lives. Throughout the course of the past year, Covid-19 data has proven to be controversial, at best. Numbers were constantly readjusted, hospitals were closing due to a lack of patients while we were told they were overflowing, the CDC admitted that all deaths were being labeled as Covid-19, and the PCR tests proved to be producing false positives. In Tulsa Oklahoma, (this writer’s hometown) The Health Department officially announced they would be adding “probable positives” to the case count which would inflate the number of cases, proving the whole thing is a lie. Despite the abundance of contradictory information and the lack of evidence proving forced mask mandates slow the spread of a virus, Americans continued to comply with the absurd. They simply did not take the time to investigate anything for themselves. If people refuse to research anything in the interest of their rights to not cover their face, how will they resist gun confiscation when the right crisis presents itself?

Americans have not yet realized they are subjects of an ongoing experiment in gaining compliance and are considered nothing more than stimulus-response animals. They fed us the stimulus of Covid-19, for example, watched how we responded and took notes. The human response to fear and crisis is well documented, and it has been proven the mind can be subjected to enslavement and submission through the creation of chaos and uncertainty (Meerloo, 1961, p. 19). Keeping people in a state of fear and hopelessness is essential in developing the conditions necessary for people to abandon their own sense of reason, and demonstrate a willingness to comply with tyranny (Meerloo, 1961, p. 30). This is a concept that can also be seen in Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, where he says people will chance the unknown if faced with an uncertain, hopeless future. The susceptibility of the mind is a trait of human behavior which according to Meerloo, (1961, p. 8) has been understood since the 1930s. Through torture, belittlement, confusion, and isolation the spirit of resistance in most men can be broken and their behaviors, reduced to animal-like traits (Meerloo, 1961, p. 11).

America’s founders, in the declaration of Independence, recognized a fundamental truth of human nature that has proven itself to this day. People are willing to endure oppression as long as it is sufferable. Meerloo (1961, p. 18) suggests this is because men fill their minds with delusional thoughts of their tormentors letting up. As if no one can believe people would be so ruthless. When it comes to the coronavirus, it is hard to believe, for example, people could have the will to force society to mask themselves and dictate people close their businesses. It is just as hard to believe, when it comes to gun control, anyone could suggest passing laws that would empower criminals and punish only the law-abiding. The techniques of oppression were not as refined in the founder’s day as they are now.  Through Pavlovian and Skinnerian conditioning methods, control of the mind, as well as behavior, has become much more subtle. Coronavirus mandates, for example, were not forced on anyone. There were no laws passed making it a criminal offense for refusing to comply. People voluntarily agreed to follow unconstitutional dictates and eventually, it became the perceived norm.

Meerloo (1961, p. 36) states people find emotional relief when participating in some common action that is perceived as the greater good. Very few people were willing to step outside of the box and defend their liberty when it came to masking mandates, because the common perception was wearing masks saved lives. Asymptomatic carriers were spreading the disease, and according to the government, any one of us could have the virus and be completely unaware we are spreading it. This, as mentioned earlier, was the big lie. The fear of standing out and going against the grain became the control mechanism. B.F. Skinner (1971, p. 92) states the fear of disapproval can, in some instances, be a more effective form of control than a police state. When people put great effort into a certain action, it becomes a control mechanism. People were led to believe wearing masks was the virtuous thing to do. This created a dissonance of sorts and people solved this by justifying the action of wearing masks as a higher virtue. A willingness to surrender their own freedom for the benefit of others. This is referred to as effort justification (Maich, 2013). People, when feeling conflicted over certain issues, naturally seek to ways to alleviate it (Maich, 2013). The term effort justification describes the action of justifying the choice made, even though it may not align with the individual’s beliefs (Maich, 2013 [Blog Editor: Risselada’s link is bad. I found this: https://ojs.lib.uwo.ca/index.php/wupj/article/view/1659/1038]). People initially knew wearing masks was not the right thing to do. It became a justified action because people didn’t know what else to do and wearing a mask when you know how ridiculous it is, requires great effort.

There are certain truths pertaining to human behavior that seem to repeat themselves. Cass Sunstein and Richard Thaler write in their book, Nudge (2008, p. 37 – [Blog Editor: This is a bad link. Here’s another version: https://booksvooks.com/nonscrolablepdf/nudge-improving-decisions-about-health-wealth-and-happiness-pdf.html]), people wouldn’t know what to do with themselves when coming across information that contradicts their previously held beliefs. They claim that people simply do not think deeply enough about complex situations or every choice they must make and because of this, their behavior and choices are easily persuadable. They even allude to something that Skinner discussed. People have a tendency, according to Sunstein and Thaler (p. 58), to allow themselves to fall into established, predictable patterns for the sake of adhering to normality. This is referred to as collective conservatism and it is something we see every day, driven by the need to be a part of the group or perceived norm.

Another subtle, yet deceptive form of mental entrapment is something which is known about the human response to fear. In the textbook, The Dynamics of Persuasion: Communication and Attitudes in the 21st Century, the technique of fear-then-relief is discussed (p. 464). It is described as the persuader deliberately placing the targeted individual(s) into a state of fear and then abruptly removing that fear. Research has continuously shown that people are more compliant when in a state of relief. According to Meerloo (p.31), conditioned responses to fed stimuli may be accelerated when associated with this state of relief. In other words, people who are experiencing a great deal of stress or anxiety are much more likely to go along with tyranny if it relieves them of this comfort. Meerloo (p.18) alludes to the idea of Chinese peasants accepting communist doctrine because their life became so much easier opposed to resisting it. There was a sense of relief associated with no longer fighting the system because fear of being targeted by the communists had been alleviated. This concept of fear-then-relief fits well with the others mentioned above. It is a fundamental truth of what is known about human behavior. People are afraid to stand out and feel a sense of relief when they can just fit and go along with the crowd (Meerloo, 1961, p. 36).

Answering the question pertaining to compliance with gun confiscation, and America’s ability to resist rests in understanding the propaganda they will throw at us to achieve their goal. Gun owners have been demonized as militarized radicals and white supremacists. They are blamed every time there is a mass shooting and portrayed as selfish, uncompassionate people unwilling to surrender their so-called rights for the greater good. If absolute chaos broke out tomorrow, and the general perception was created showing everyday gun owners surrendering their guns in the name of public safety, would the individual be able to resist? If a never-ending stream of propaganda ran on the news depicting AR-15 owners as terrorists, and swat teams conducting raids against those who failed to comply, would the individual be able to resist? People, according to Meerloo (p. 36) can build up a defense to mind control if they understand the nature of the propaganda being used against them. Free men must not only understand the nature of this propaganda but what it is about our own minds that makes us so susceptible to the acceptance of a tyrant’s dictates.

Be very alert my fellow Conservative Americans!

 

I’m on the email list of Israpundit. Israpundit is a Pro-Israel blog founded and operated by Ted Belman. Israpundit does a lot of the same thing I do in cross posting interesting content from other sources. My Israpundit email list for 8/25/19 had the title “Who Is Antifa?” by Ray DiLorenzo of “STAND UP AMERICA” listed fifth. With all the Antifa violence going on, especially in Portland Oregon, the title piqued my interest.

 

Before I followed through with a cross post myself, I thought I’d do a little checking into Stand Up America. So I Googled it (Yeah I know, I should have Duck Duck Go’d it). I typed in “Stand Up America” and went to the first entry on the Google search engine. I was stunned!

 

The page loading from https://www.standupamerica.com/ is the word “RESIST” in large bold caps. Realizing these days that “RESIST” is the mantra of the Dems to all things relating to the Trump Administration, I warily scrolled down. Here are the words that greeted my curiosity:

 

“WE ARE STAND UP AMERICA

 

After the 2016 election, millions of progressives came together in the Stand Up America community to resist Trump’s dangerous agenda. We’re now focusing our efforts on standing up to the Trump administration’s corruption and strengthening our democracy across the country. We’re committed to providing you with the information you need to take timely, impactful action and make your voice heard.”

 

I thought, “WHAT?!” That description didn’t sound like a website that would expose Antifa but rather a website that would promote Antifa ideology. So I went to the website’s About Page for further clarification:

 

“WHAT WE DO — AND WHY WE DO IT:

 

Stand Up America began in the weeks after the 2016 election, when hundreds of thousands of concerned Americans came together online to organize and resist Trump’s dangerous agenda. Our community has quickly grown to over two million Americans, across all 50 states, who are taking action and making their voices heard daily.

 

We’re focused on advocating for an immediate impeachment inquiry to air the evidence of Trump’s crimes, standing up to his administration’s corruption, and strengthening our democracy across the country.

 

The Stand Up America team is here to provide you with the information and resources you need to take meaningful action. Whether it’s an upcoming protest or calling your lawmaker about urgent legislation, we’ll keep you informed about how you can most effectively use your voice to protect our democracy and resist the dangerous and …” BLAH BLAH BLAH

 

My God! Stand Up America sounds like a hate America-hate Trump Antifa sympathetic website. That couldn’t possibly be the folks Israpundit was cross posting to expose the Communist background of anti-American ideals of Antifa, right?

 

So I came to my senses and Duck Duck Go’d “Stand Up America” coupled with the author of the Israpundit exposé post’s name – Ray DiLorenzo.

 

And Shazam! I discovered DiLorenzo’s name was associated with another “Stand Up America.” To be precise though, the name is “STAND UP AMERICA US FOUNDATION.” And the URL is “http://www.standupamericaus.org/sua/”. The key being evil “Stand Up America” is a dot-com and good “Stand Up America” is a dot-org.

 

Stand Up America US’s About Page promotes the American principles of the U.S. Republic the Founding Fathers would have been proud. And NOT the concepts of “Democracy” that would have Founders churning in their graves:

Antifaschistische Aktion, abbreviated as Antifa or anti-fascist, was an organization affiliated with the Communist Party of Germany that existed from 1932 to 1933. In the postwar era the historical organization inspired new groups and networks, known as the wider Antifa movement, many of which use the aesthetics of the historical Antifaschistische Aktion, especially a modified version of its logo. There is much confusion as to who Antifa is, and what they stand for. First, let’s define fascism that they say they are against: Fascism is a set of political beliefs that includes strong control of society and the economy by the state, and the halting of any resistance. In a fascist nation, private enterprise would continue, but all private commercial endeavors would be heavily controlled by the state. Examples would be Nazi Germany and Mussolini’s Italy.

 

In a Communist society, all means of production would be owned and controlled by the state. Communism is theoretically classless and egalitarian. In reality, the ruling class always does very well. Examples would be the former Soviet Union, Communist China, Cuba, Vietnam, Laos and North Korea. All have had to introduce some form of capitalism to survive, some more than others. There are no pure Marxist systems in existence today. It simply does not work.

 

Hitler expelled the Communists from Germany in the early thirties as they were stealing his thunder and his voice. The Fuhrer was very impressed with Mussolini’s fascism and how effective it was, hence the fascist/Nazi alignment during World War II. These deported German Communists hit the U.S. college circuit, joining every major university, until they have now almost completely taken over our education system.

 

Fascism and Communism are not opposite ends of the spectrum, rather, they are first cousins on the left. Both are secular socialist with power being absolute with no opposition tolerated, especially from God. No natural rights, only that which they choose to dispense.

 

On Monday, a disenchanted former Antifa member was interviewed on Fox News. He was as confused as so many others. He called Antifa the real fascists. No, they are not fascists. Antifa was and is primarily a global Communist movement using fascist tactics…breaking up meetings, rallies, destroying property, clubbing a few people, etc. They use the moniker ‘anti-fascist’ to keep you confused with no idea as to their real intentions. Democrats don’t speak out because they are close relations…the militant wing of the party doing the dirty work, but keeping enough space between them to distract you. Democrats are not strangers to militant wings, hence the KKK.

 

They both have all the earmarks of beginning as organized crime. If someone wants free stuff from the government, they vote or support those that promise it. The money is taken from those that do work (oppressors) and gives it to those who won’t work (the oppressed). It’s a social & political contract. Give me power, I give you free stuff and will protect your receivership. Of course, if you give them enough power you will eventually no longer have a vote or a choice in the matter or even the free stuff.

 

Democrats love to promise what they know is impossible just to sit back and watch the Republicans say no, and then with expressions of righteous indignation explain in a press conference that Republicans just don’t care. Republicans fall for it every time.

 

Antifa are people that have been indoctrinated that America is an illegitimate country, built on the backs of slaves, racist to its very core where common citizens, especially those of color, have no chance at a decent life. They have been stirred up to a point of hate. They are either ignorant of history or just lying to themselves.

 

To Antifa, anyone that disagrees with them, is not entitled to free speech. Heck, anyone who disagrees with Democrats is labeled a racist, homophobe, whatever. They both see themselves as the arbiters of morality even while they are assaulting people and killing babies. Conservatives are not fascist. If there are fascists in this country, they will reside in the Democrat Party. What group of politicians works the hardest to control every aspect of commerce and limit freedoms?

 

If a group is going to seize power or arrange a civil war, you need a reason and that always points to a class of people, a faction, an enemy. And the Left is busy creating just that…an enemy they need to destroy in order to achieve their ends. You know, the middle class ‘racists’, ‘white supremacists’, ‘deplorables’, conservatives…all the people that are representative of the people that built this country. That would be everyone that isn’t a socialist, whatever the race. Hitler and Stalin would be proud.

 

The immediate goal of Antifa and the Left is to create chaos with anarchy close behind. The Antifa website, itsgoingdown.org admits that Antifa members are either Marxists, Maoists or anarchists. They urge their followers to make the country ungovernable and to participate in mass insurrection and physical violence….anarchy.

 

Many Democrat-controlled cities are close to anarchy now. San Francisco and Los Angeles are becoming unlivable. Dallas will not bother prosecuting theft unless it is over $750. Even the New York Times admits that Democrat-controlled cities are unlivable and that is saying a lot.

 

Why does the Left ignore Antifa? Why do they demand that prison populations be reduced? Why is the rule of law being assaulted? If violent demonstrations and mass shootings continue…the people will demand a heavy-handed response from the government…especially gun confiscation, making the country ripe for takeover. I am not convinced that the mass shootings as of late are totally unrelated. They seem to fit the intention nicely. Do not assume they wouldn’t stoop to such a low.

 

Who is funding Antifa has proven difficult. They are highly decentralized with loose affiliations with other groups. What we do know is that the Democrat Party and George Soros have used paid protest organizers and protesters in the past. We don’t believe the protesters are motivated by money, but rather their hatred of America. George Soros has an affiliation with Antifa through a group called The Alliance for Global Justice that supports Refuse Fascism, an Antifa group. Their goal is to “Drive out the Trump/Pence regime.”

 

There is no strong Fascist movement in America, but there is a strong Communist presence. Popular phrases such as social justice that Obama put into fashion are popular communist signals. The movement is now filled with every disenchanted dirt bag, with built-in Antifa Brown Shirts in attendance in case you’re not listening. This is no longer politics, but an attempt at a Communist/Socialist takeover of this country.

 

As we get closer to the 2020 election, and especially if the Democrats lose, I see cities like Portland, Oregon and a town near you descending into total chaos as the Left gets more aggressive in their attempt to be rid of Trump and the America we love.

 

If we do not get a handle on this problem soon, Western civilization will resemble a post-apocalyptic Mel Gibson movie.

Unwitting Embrace of Leftist Utopianism due to Jew-Hatred

I find it quite disturbing and extremely sad that there exists people in America who claim patriotism yet express racist statements indicating Jew-Hatred and Anti-Israel sentiments.

 

These so-called Patriots will lump all Jews monolithically as something repugnant because people of Jewish heritage have been or (startlingly) currently are supportive of Left-Wing ideology too often to the point of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Communism.

 

In case you didn’t realize it, lumping Communist-oriented Jews are representative of all Judaism is like lumping all Americans with Communism because many people of a Western Civilization heritage (yet non-Jewish) embraced atheistic Communism. Western Christians such as Friedrich Engels and Vladimir Lenin (born as Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov) abandoned their faith and heritage to embrace a violent-revolution concept like Communism.

 

Sure, people of a Jewish heritage devoted themselves to Communism, for the most part these Communist devotees abandoned their faith and heritage in the same fashion as the Communists who abandoned their Christian heritage. The attributed inventor of modern Communism in Karl Marx is an example. Another example of abandoning his heritage to embrace Communism is Mao Zedong (aka Mao Tse-tung).

 

For people looking for a form of Leftist Utopianism, Communism is the antidote regardless of heritage and religion. Ultimately the Communist antidote seeks to transform society enforced by a government even if it means massive murders for society to forget their past heritage.

 

Those Americans calling themselves Patriots yet hate Jews are unwittingly aligning themselves with Leftist Utopianism which would lead to Communism. To be clear, Communism eradicates Liberty and Freedom as the Leftist ideology seeks to make people the Natural Rights endowed by Nature’s God.

 

This brings me to the Pro-Israel organization that non-Jewish Leftists; self-loathing Leftist Jews and Muslim Apologists love to hate – the Canary Mission. I have posted twice on the Canary Mission HERE and HERE. If you are a Jew-Hater that erroneously describes oneself as a Patriot, I pray the Canary Mission exposes your racism.

Jews have had a long history of engaging in wars with enemies who fight by rules that Jews find abhorrent. Rather than fight by those rules, Jews have held themselves to more humane standards. While this is morally admirable, it’s not always martially effective.

 

On his way to establishing control over the Arabian Peninsula, Mohammed’s armies fought and conquered the Jewish tribes that had lived there for centuries. Jews of the Nadir tribe, living around Medina, wouldn’t fight on the Sabbath. Even during wartime, due to a biblical injunction, they refused to cut down their enemy’s fruit trees. Mohammed had no such qualms. He had his soldiers cut down the Nadir’s date palms on which they depended for food and for trade. And he did it on the Sabbath. The Nadir surrendered and were exiled.

 

Israel has been battling the terrorists of Hamas ever since abandoning Gaza in a futile attempt at peaceful coexistence. The IDF is the most moral army in the world and fights as hard at avoiding civilian casualties as they do at fighting against Hamas. Hamas works hard at creating civilian casualties, its favorites being Gazan children that their media allies can blame Israel for. And so this war drags on.

 

On university campuses throughout North America, Israel and Jewish students are vilified and harassed by BDS supporters including Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and their allies. Campus Jews think this is an ideological disagreement. Jewish students don’t understand that BDS and SJP are fighting a war, and so they continue the custom of fighting by different rules. Jewish students see BDS and SJP as organizations that they can debate in order to sway the larger student population.

 

Meanwhile, BDS proponents, in this endless war against the Jews, use every anti-Semitic/anti-Israel lie they can muster. They use theater, public demonstrations, and displays designed to demonize Israel. They crush dissent by protesting and shouting down pro-Israel speakers. They demand free speech rights, but deny them to campus Israel supporters. They feel emboldened enough to tweet messages like, “Hitler should have killed the Jews when he had the chance that dog” and “What do you call a flyin Jew?….. Smoke.”

 

Jewish students, who because they are at college to get an education, are at a terrible disadvantage facing paid BDS activists, who are on campus to demonize Israel as part of a long-term strategy to bring down the Jewish state and return Jews to their Sharia approved roles as “dhimmis.” While Jewish students have formed grass-root organizations to fight BDS, BDS groups, including SJP, are the American arms of Hamas and are well trained and well funded by Hamas.

 

The main Hamas to SJP conduit has been American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), a group founded by U of C Berkeley professor, Hatem Bazian. AMP’s board membership includes various anti-Israel activists, terror supporters, and former members of the Holy Land Foundation, an organization that was shut down in 2009 after a lengthy FBI terrorism investigation and federal trial.

 

In addition, Omar Barghouti, founder of the BDS movement, who was denied entry into the U.S. in April 2019, has extensive terrorist connections. A group he co-founded, the Palestinian Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions National Committee (BNC) receives support from a who’s who of terrorist organizations that not only includes Hamas, but also: Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Palestine Liberation, Front, Palestinians Islamic Jihad, and many others.

 

Barghouti’s father, Marwan Barghouti, along with Yassir Arafat, was a founder of the PLO, which Omar Barghouti states, “was very much a part of our family . . .” The elder Barghouti also ran the terrorist Tanzim force and founded the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades. One does not engage in reasoned debate with these people.

 

Recently, groups like Zionist Organization of America, StandWithUs, and the Lawfare Project, have begun steering more resources into training and supporting beleaguered Israel advocates. These adult organizations have gained experience over the years of struggle and have begun fighting back more aggressively, going so far as bringing lawsuits against some of the most unfriendly-to-Jews universities.

 

Even with this outside help, Jewish students still refuse to go all out. They still insist on holding back even as they themselves on some campuses are wary of looking too Jewish by wearing a kippah or other noticeably Jewish outerwear, lest they be harassed. Like the IDF, they insist on fighting with one (or more) hand(s) behind their backs.

 

Three years ago, a new anti-BDS group, calling themselves “Canary Mission,” entered the fray. They take their name from the recognition that Jews are the “canary in the coal mine,” the first to face irrational discrimination when societies enter into periods of increased bigotry and self-destruction. Their motto is, “If you’re racist, the world should know it.” Their members remain anonymous. They work at exposing campus anti-Semites, including students and professors, on the Left and on the Right. And they use the anti-Semites’ own words from their own social media posts to do it. They’ve created an online database full of anti-Semitic and anti-Israel tweets and Facebook rants, and dedicated pages listing personal and organizational ties to Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood and other terrorist groups.

 

The Middle East Studies Association, an organization that backed a University of Michigan professor in his refusal to write a recommendation for a Jewish student to study in Israel, has a page on its website dedicated to “exposing” Canary Mission. They claim that Canary Mission’s “profiles are filled with falsehoods, misrepresentations and errors,” but provide no examples. They misrepresent Canary Mission’s “political agenda” and denounce its members as being “extremists.” Without a trace of irony, they accuse Canary Mission of seeking to “silence free and open campus discussion of, and teaching about, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.” Canary Mission is lumped with organizations like CAMERA, Honest Reporting, StandWithUs, and other pro-Israel and media watchdog organizations that MESA falsely associates with a “rise of Islamophobia.”

 

The Electronic Intifada has posted Steven Salaita’s diatribe, “A guide to surviving Canary Mission,” from which we learn about “Zionist thuggery,” “messianic compulsions of settler-colonization,” and facilitation of “sexist, racist and homophobic abuse.” His advice is, don’t talk to Zionists. Recall that Salaita had a University of Illinois job offer rescinded after some of his vicious anti-Israel tweets came to light.

 

Mondoweiss calls Canary Mission “a settler-colonial scam, an ethnonationalist slur, and a malicious, well-funded, underground machine set to destroy the lives and careers of real people.” People exposed by Canary Mission are referred to as “Palestinian human rights advocates” who are smeared by Canary Mission, but again, no “real people” examples are offered.

 

In addition to these long-standing Israel-hating sites, there is now, “Against Canary Mission.” In addition to slamming Canary Mission, this site also houses rehabilitative counter-profiles on people previously profiled by Canary Mission. These profiles are much shorter and contain much less detail. They are much friendlier. There is also an option for “activists” to write their own profile. To be fair, I could not find that option on the Canary Mission website.

 

The legal director of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee has accused Canary Mission of using “dirty tactics.”

 

Blowback from groups like the Middle East Studies Association and these other Israel hating websites are predictable. The fact that these sites are so offended by Canary Mission and so eager to slander and discredit it, tells us that Canary Mission is effective and that the campus Israel/Jew haters and terror supporters are afraid of being revealed as the hateful bigots they are.

 

Unfortunately, Canary Mission is so effective that it is also scaring the Jewish students who have been subjected to the bullying tactics of the people Canary Mission has profiled. And the Jewish students, in their panic at possibly being labeled as “racist” or “Islamophobic,” are siding with their enemies against Canary Mission.

 

In April and again in October 2016, the David Horowitz Freedom Center, using information provided by Canary Mission, put posters up on the U of C Berkeley campus, showing Students for Justice in Palestine’s links to Hamas. In addition, names were named. The posters were denounced by campus SJP members as “hate speech.” An attorney with Palestine Legal criticized the university “for allegedly creating a hateful environment for SJP.” This is the same campus that employs Professor Hatem Bazian, who has a deservedly long Canary Mission page documenting his founding of AMP and co-creating SJP. This is in addition to Bazian’s fund raising activities for a Hamas-linked charity and his unabashed promotion of anti-Semitism.

 

Besides being Hatem Bazian’s home campus, U of C Berkeley is also infamous for hosting a course calling for the destruction of Israel. It’s the university where Rachel Beyda was almost denied a student government leadership position because she is Jewish. Even so, the president of the Jewish Student Union condemned the posters, stating, “. . . This does not allow us to have any room for conversation from the pro-Israel or pro-Palestinian side.”

 

When the posters also appeared at San Francisco State University, which is currently being sued for discriminating against Jewish students, an advisor to the General Union of Palestine Students stated, “This is very racist, it is Islamophobic.” San Francisco’s Hillel executive director condemned the “offensive messages.”

 

At UC Davis, Aggies for Israel allied themselves with student groups including the Muslim Student Association (another Muslim Brotherhood front group, many of whose leaders graduated to terrorism), to pass a resolution, part of which accuses Canary Mission, again without irony, of creating “a toxic atmosphere of fear and paranoia among fellow students, thus infringing upon students’ ability to freely express their opinions.”

 

At the University of Michigan, a pro-BDS resolution was recently passed on its eleventh try. Part of the blame was laid at the feet of Canary Mission. BDS proponents, who were savvy enough to play on Jewish students’ insistence on fair play, pulled out their victim card, expressing worry about future repercussions due to Canary Mission’s “blacklist” and “McCarthyite tactics.” In return Jewish student organizations rolled over, submitting to a secret ballot, thereby allowing anti-Israel/anti-Semitic student government officials to escape responsibility for their anti-Israel vote. The Jewish students lost because they allowed BDS to set the rules and control the battle.

 

Following the vote, two students wrote a letter, which was signed by several universities’ Hillel Governing/Executive Boards and pro-Israel organizations, rejecting Canary Mission. “We view much of the rhetoric employed to villainize these individuals as hateful and, in some case, Islamophobic and racist. In addition, Canary Mission’s wide scope wrongfully equates supporting a BDS resolution with some of the most virulent expressions of anti-Semitism and anti-Israel rhetoric and activity. . . we expect credible Jewish and pro-Israel communal organizations to help us combat anti-Semitism . . . in a diplomatic manner that seeks to protect our community rather than shaming the other side anonymously.”

 

One would expect SJP members to condemn the coverage of their terrorist ties. When Jewish students and Jewish organizations side with SJP because they want to combat anti-Semitism in a diplomatic manner and not shame the other side’s vile ethnic hatred, it’s clear that the Jewish students do not understand the nature of the enemy or the enormity of this fight.

 

Sun Tzu said, “If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

 

BDS proponents know their enemy, and they know how easy it is to control Jewish students who are truly interested in fairness and decency, with cries of “racism” and “Islamophobia.” Jewish students, who have grown up in bubbles of comfort, don’t even know that they have an enemy.  The lesson from our Passover Haggadah that: “in each and every generation, they rise up against us to destroy us” hasn’t been taken seriously. Students don’t know enough Jewish history to understand that this is just the latest manifestation of an ancient war against the Jews that began in Europe with the rise of Christianity and in the Middle East with the rise of Islam. They really believe it’s all about Israel, when Israel is just the latest excuse. They don’t understand that they are pulling the wool over their own eyes and doing some of SJP’s (and Hamas’) work for them.

 

Mohammed said, “War is deceit.” Deceit, implicit in campus “apartheid walls,” die-ins, and mock checkpoints, is the strongest weapon in the Israel-haters arsenal. Their second greatest weapon is Jewish students’ naiveté.

 

We know there is a double standard when it comes to Jews and Israel. University officials are willing to overlook campus anti-Semitism if it is masked as anti-Zionism. The anti-Semites have worked hard to create a false separation between Judaism and Zionism in order to justify and promote their hatred.

 

When a group of Wisconsin high school students stupidly posed for a school photo giving a “seig heil” salute, there were calls for their suspension. And, we were told, “. . . the image could have far-reaching consequences for the young men pictured there . . .” Meanwhile, Canary Mission has screenshots of SJP members tweeting things like: “The world would be soooo much better without jews man”, and “Lol let’s stuff some Jews in the oven.”  Shouldn’t these publicly posted sentiments have far-reaching consequences? Not according to Jewish students. But just like Israel’s fight with Hamas, the misguided insistence on fair play insures that this fight will continue long after the current crop of students has graduated. And as long as these students support Israel, they will always be denigrated. They will always be insulted as bigots by real bigots.

 

Using Canary Mission’s information, Jewish university students can take the offensive in order to hamper BDS efforts. If the BDS movement were a white supremacist or neo-Nazi group, there would be no reservations about using Canary Mission to expose them. This is a double standard Jewish students are imposing on themselves.

 

It’s not McCarthyite or bigoted if they’re telling the truth. Canary Mission recently posted a video in which SJP members disrupt a UCLA Students Supporting Israel event and threaten the speakers. SJP denied having anything to do with the disruption. But thanks to advances in digital technology, the SJP bullies are highlighted in the video along with screenshots of some of their troubling tweets. McCarthyism? No. This is revealing the truth and exposing SJP as not only bullies, but also as liars. This is fighting back. [Blog Editor’s bold text] It is aggressively taking the fight to the bigots on the public relations field where Jews and Israel have been taking a beating due to their insistence on either engaging in free and fair debate or not fighting back at all. Unlike the campus Israel haters who depend on deception, it is the Jewish pro-Israel students who have the truth on their side.

 

We know that a juicy, outrageous lie that gets one’s blood boiling is easier to accept than a boring truth, especially if that lie is about Jews or Israel. Exposing the bigoted hatred of the SJP liars and their admiration for Hitler and Nazis, who, they mourn, should have finished the job, would do a lot more for the campus pro-Israel cause than reasoned debate. In that debate, lies carry the same weight as truth to students who don’t know enough about Israel or its history to tell the difference. Anyone though, even a brainwashed university student, can identify as anti-Semitic, a tweet that says, “@BarackObama shut up about gay marriage and go kill all the Jews.” Display enough of these detestable social media posts and expose enough links to terrorism, and the true intentions of the posters would be undeniable, even as they whine about being victims.

 

That would be a strong first step toward defeating and shutting down the campus Israel/Jew-hating industry.

America will be unable to continue for much longer through the “give and take” of Congressional politics, when one views the reality of the Democratic Party as thinly veiled Communists of today, who simply take and never give in any so-called “compromise”. Look at the violence that followed President Trump’s election and the tacit support given violent Antifa rioters and Black Lives Matter, and look at the election of Democrat Rashid Tlaib to Michigan’s 13th Congressional District this month, whereupon she wildly waved the Palestinian flag — the flag of Hamas and Muslim terrorists; and one will understand that the far and wide disparity between the ideology of the Democrats and the Republicans will only lead to greater civil strife, setting the stage for a civil war that may not come real soon but soon enough. One cannot reach across the political divide or build bridges with those who will use those bridges to destroy one’s homes.

 

It is astounding to find factions in our exceptional country, who support the Swamp and its expansion, that have united against President Trump and any move towards our Founding Principles [Blog Editor: Expanded views of Founding Principles – HERE & HERE]  and real conservative values, that promote great prosperity and individual liberty.  These are the crazies of the Left and their Democrat Party useful idiots, Marxists, liberals, elderly hippies, welfare moochers, rabid feminists, LGBTQ bathroom “rights” advocates and rainbow dancing socialists, Black Lives Matter racists, cowardly Antifa thugs, and the Millennial pansy generation who subvert the U.S. Constitution for their taxpayer subsidized paychecks.

 

In March of this year, State Department official Keith Mines suggested [Blog Editor: See Also HERE] he believed the odds of a second American Civil War starting within the next ten to fifteen years are about sixty percent. During an interview with ‘Foreign Policy’ magazine, Mines lamented: “It is like 1859, everyone is mad about something and everyone has a gun.”

 

America is not the same country it was, when I was a boy, several decades ago. She has changed drastically, and not for the better, and Democrats and Republicans are irretrievably divided, as they stare across a wide ideological chasm at each other.

 

On October 9th, 2018, former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton declared that Democrats “cannot be civil” as long as Republicans hold the White House and Congress, adding: “You cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about”.

 

Hell has frozen over. I agree with Hillary. However, I’d ask her, just exactly what is it that she and her fellow “Progressive” Democratic Commie Rats care about? It can’t be America or Her Founding Principles, as we see them cry “racism” whenever they cannot win an ideological debate. They always divert the discussion to race, gender or sexual preference and the “right” of women to abort their unborn children, so much so that their corruption of the FBI and the Department of Justice is never properly addressed and corrected — neither are Hillary’s numerous criminal acts against America.

 

Today, Americans hear young socialists and communists within our nation talking about “fundamentally transforming” America, which simply means creating a new authoritarian socialist state for America and destroying the Constitution and the Republic “by any means necessary”, including violence.  We saw the Hillsborough, North Carolina GOP headquarters firebombed last month, Some, such as the  Antifa professor from Diablo Valley College who clubbed several pro-Trump people at a rally last year, have very nearly killed people they thought were conservatives or Trump supporters. Antifa attacked my good friend Haley Adams and her family at both the June Prayer Rally and the July Freedom Rally she helped organize this year in Portland, Oregon, sending her elderly father to the hospital after one attack; and all simply due to the fact that she was waving an American flag.

 

Americans have witnessed Leftists, communists and anarchists attack good and decent Americans all across the nation, as they burn the American flag as they did in 2016 in Pittsburgh. From El Cajon, California to Connecticut to Tennessee, Americans have been attacked repeatedly, since 2015, simply for being a Trump supporter or for honoring the American Flag. Despicably, even the elderly are assaulted, as evidenced by the attack on a seventy-one year old female staffer for California GOP Representative Dana Rohrabacher last year. And it is well documented that Black Lives Matter and Antifa have shot at and shot and killed or wounded several people, over the last few years.

 

The Left and the Democratic Party has now cast aside its once veiled-veneer of civility and all remaining pretense. It still pursues its suicidal sovereignty killing mission through neo-Orwellian Agenda 21 regulations, gun confiscation, government-mandated politically correct orthodoxies and the suppression of Free Speech and dissent — especially in regard to any criticism of Islam — more fiercely than even the mainstream media currently demonstrates.

 

Sadly, there is not much that unites us today.

 

The Communists of America, the Democratic Progressives, call decent Americans, who support and defend the Constitution, “deplorables, racist, homophobic, Islamophobic and every other vile name under the sun.” And most often, we are referred to as fascists and Nazis. These are the anti-Christians and anti-Americans — the secular humanists intent on purging Christianity from our society — bent on the destruction of the Republic. Their vulgar outbreaks of violence are a growing movement intent on bringing down America.

 

How can anyone find any “compromise” with this sort of EVIL and this agenda, and why would anyone want to do so?

 

On June 26th of this year, Representative Steve King (R-Iowa) warned America is headed toward another civil war, as he declared: “America is heading in the direction of another Harpers Ferry. After that comes Ft. Sumter.”

 

My people, who love America and understand Her Founding Principles and Her Exceptionalism, want America to return to ‘E Pluribus Unum’ and a national community grounded in the desire for individual freedom, but it is far too obvious today that this will not happen without a struggle. Our enemies hate our God-given inalienable rights to speak freely, to worship freely and to keep and bear arms, and they will hate and attack us even more once they ever regain power. Understand this and be ready to defend your life and liberty by exercising your right to do so.

 

Any decent American cannot abide by the totalitarian ideology the Democratic Party would foist upon them, if the Democrats were given the chance, and should this nation and the patriots of Our Republic find themselves forced to take up arms to hold their rights and preserve Liberty, one need look no farther than the illiberal Democratic Party and its fascist ranks. History will record  they pushed America into the abyss of civil war and brought down a darkness on our society through their ideology and their death wish, blurring the shape of beauty and normalcy, the definition of virtue, the edges of truth.

 

The battle for the heart and soul of America will continue for some time. These events, this juncture in history at this hour, represent the most sickening things I have witnessed in my many years on this earth. The war is ahead of us, and the ending will be much like that of the final fall of Rome.

As a recap for the purpose of this post:

 

I recently received criticism on a MeWe group for sharing a Justin Smith post entitled “Liberty First and Foremost”. The beginning of Justin’s essay said this:

 

The Democratic Party has grown to be the enemy within our country, and the communist Democrats working in federal positions are the same as foreign agents infiltrated into federal agencies, seeking to do whatever is needed to end this republic.

 

Chris Worth at this MeWe group said something to the effect he read equating the Dems to a “Communist” and decided the post was worthless and hence encouraged readers there was no need to read further.

 

And now to continue to show that the Dems have an affinity for Communism from their 2016 Party Platform.

 

Resuming with the summary of the Party Platform:

 

LGBT Issues

 

Supports comprehensive federal nondiscrimination protections “for all LGBT Americans, to guarantee equal rights in areas such as housing, employment, public accommodations, credit, jury service, education, and federal funding.”

 

Opposes all state efforts to “discriminate against LGBT individuals, including legislation that restricts the right to access public spaces.”

 

Supports combatting [sic] LGBT youth homelessness and improving school climates.

 

Supports ensuring support LGBT elders have access to necessary health care, and “protect LGBT people from violence—including ending the crisis of violence against transgender Americans.”

 

Supports promotion of “LGBT human rights” around the world and ensuing “America’s foreign policy is inclusive of LGBT people.

 

As a Christian Conservative that supports Biblical Morality Dems and all people of the Left vilify me as –gasp– a homophobe. The Dem support for the normalization of all things homosexual (Lesbian-Gay-Bisexual-Transgender and now days the adding of Queer) is a Marxist elite design to displace the Christian Values that have been the backbone of American culture for two centuries. ONLY in the mid-1900s with the infection of Leftist thinking in the media, entertainment, academia and the Courts has the homosexual lifestyle been normalized via the power of propaganda waged in those venues.

 

Today it is even difficult to use general terms on Internet search engines to locate data on how Americans rejected homosexuality as normal because the search engines are dominated by Left-think. In Part One I lost patience looking for the data on American attitudes about the LGBTQ lifestyle and ended up using homosexual activist thinking making it sound as if the homosexual-by-choice (I don’t buy into the Gay gene concept) people are struggling victims. To that end here the title I found and used in Part One when the Dems suggestively place LGBTQ discrimination under the section “Discrimination and Racial Issues”: Being Gay Used to Be Illegal. And here is a quote from that post about society’s concurrence with Biblical Morality by illegalizing the homosexual lifestyle:

 

“Being gay” (same-sex activity and partnership) used to be illegal in the U.S. and the U.K., and being gay is still illegal in many parts of the world. The details are complex.

 

Prior to 20th-century reforms, punishment for homosexuality in places like the United States and the Britain included incarceration, fines, castration, and even death. LGBT rights throughout world history is a complex subject. Some cultures had progressive stances on LGBT issues long before Britain and the US, yet other cultures still consider “being gay” a crime punishable by death and imprisonment today. Even today, state-sponsored LGBT discrimination still exists in the West. You can tell the Leftist slant by the above website when the Christian attitude toward the LGBTQ lifestyle is described as “discrimination” or “still illegal” rather than shunned due moral agreement with the Creator of all that exists:

In Communism religion challenges the authority of the State and must be suppressed by any means necessary. As such here is an illuminating quote about the reason Communism disdains religion:

 

A communist government has to have the people looking at them as a god or as diety. After all, a communist government basically decides what people do in terms of career, in terms of where they live, what choices they have for food, clothing, medical care and how much money they “live on.” Allowing the people to have a “god” places the government at number two in terms of authority and prominence in a citizen’s life and might lead to a rebelion [sic].

 

Karl Marx, the father of communism, said, “Communism begins from the outset with atheism.” (He said this in  Introduction to A Contribution to the Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right).

 

Vladimir Lenin similarly wrote: “A Marxist must be a materialist, i. e., an enemy of religion, but a dialectical materialist, i. e., one who treats the struggle against religion not in an abstract way, not on the basis of remote, purely theoretical, never varying preaching, but in a concrete way, on the basis of the class struggle which is going on in practice and is educating the masses more and better than anything else could”(He said this in his book,  Private Property and Communism). Dem support for an LGBTQ agenda smacks entirely of Communist remolding of cultural thinking.

National Service

 

Support strengthening AmeriCorps with the “goal that every American who wants to participate in full-time national service will have the opportunity to do so.”

 

AmeriCorps according to its website:

 

AmeriCorps is a network of national service programs, made up of three primary programs that each take a different approach to improving lives and fostering civic engagement. Members commit their time to address critical community needs like increasing academic achievement, mentoring youth, fighting poverty, sustaining national parks, preparing for disasters, and more.

 

AmeriCorps is a good idea. You can hearken back to President Kennedy’s words:

 

My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.

Service for Country is difficult to criticize. However, a CBS report (of all places) shows the current scope of AmeriCorps has problems:

 

WASHINGTON — A CBS News Radio investigation of years of complaints about AmeriCorps programs has found multiple allegations of sexual harassment, abusive behavior and mismanagement since 2013. The allegations are detailed in complaints to the agency’s Inspector General, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request.

 

AmeriCorps, a network of national service programs, is the largest issuer of grants for service and volunteering.

 

It is overseen by the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), which was established as a federal agency in 1993 – and has been dogged for years by claims that it is poorly managed.

 

Conservative critics say AmeriCorps is a waste of money and promotes liberal causes. The Government Accountability Office found last year that CNCS has fallen short in monitoring whether the organizations it grants money to meet federal standards and requirements. In essence the AmeriCorps problem is Big Government, mismanagement and propagating Left-Wing causes in its current state. Here’s a Michelle Malkin criticism from 2011:

Can you say, “Teaching government dependence”?

 

The Libertarian-oriented Hoover Institute observed in 1996, three years after AmeriCorps’ creation:

 

… Clinton has used the rhetoric of citizenship to justify his efforts to expand the welfare state. He has contradicted his emphasis on personal responsibility by working to preserve bureaucratic federal control of social programs. The revival of citizenship requires a transfer of power from government to families, voluntary associations, and communities. The president has instead sought to reinvigorate civic life by trying to relegitimize government.

AmeriCorps reveals the administration’s fundamental misreading of the components of healthy citizenship. The program provides government subsidies for voluntary activity at the federal, state, and local levels. By so doing, it conflates volunteering — which nearly 90 million Americans regularly do — with a federal-government jobs program run by a centralized bureaucracy. It is, in essence, a Great Society-style program trying to pass as a plan to reinvigorate citizenship and heal communities. Government dependence is one of the ways a Communist government manages the thoughts and actions of its citizens.

 

Read this article on Marxist/Leninist agenda to control citizens and look for similarities to the stealth actions of the Democratic Party. Here is a bit of an intro:

The Marxist/Leninist approach to rule was sow seeds of discontent then implement violent rebellion to overthrow a non-Communist regime.

 

The Eurocommunist approach was (or is) a quiet revolution by gaining dominance in societal institutions such as Media, Entertainment, Academia and Government Institutions (We can call this the Shadow/Deep State). You need to bone up on the information you can find. In America, Eurocommunism may not be appropriate, so here let’s call it the Gramsci/Alinsky approach. Here’s an excerpt from a 2008 article written on the cusp of the beginning of Obama’s Fundamental Transformation:

Due to an American divide politically, I’m not sure if one can point to a subversive path against the U.S. Constitution. My guess the is the current status of subversion is a combination of Marxist/Leninist (the Bill Ayers dream) and Gramsci/Alinsky.

Supports directing more federal resources to “lifting up communities that have been left out and left behind, such as the 10-20-30 model, which directs 10 percent of program funds to communities where at least 20 percent of the population has been living below the poverty line for 30 years or more.”

 

Supports protecting programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

 

Supports helping people “grow their skills through jobs and skills training opportunities.”

 

Supports expanding the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) program for low-wage workers not raising children, including extending the credit to young workers starting at age 21.

 

Supports expanding the Child Tax Credit (CTC) and making more of it refundable, or indexed to inflation to stem the erosion of the credit.

That kind of irked me. So, I quipped he should read the Dem Party Platform to see the Communism dripping from the words.

 

Essentially Chris Worth called bull and challenged me to show where Communism was found in the Dem Platform.

 

Ergo the purpose of this post.

 

Responding to Chris Worth of LEFT VS RIGHT~DEBATE IS ON! FIGHT FOR YOUR CAUSE! On MeWe

 

The Democratic Party Platform is updated every 4 years corresponding to Presidential elections. The 2016 Dem platform true to Socialist/Communist ideology to fool the people, disguises their words to sound appealing, yet when compared to the less likely to disguise Socialist/Marxist agenda of making decisions rather than offering choices is quite apparent. The DNC Platform is 50 pages of disguised flowery promises impossible for the most part to accomplish without bankrupting government and/or taxing “We The People” so heavily that no one will ever manage their own affairs without government –cough– guidance.

 

Here’s a summary of the 50-page platform with a little added commentary:

 

Bioethics Issues

 

Supports appointing judges who defend abortion rights.

 

Opposes efforts to limit or prohibit taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood.

 

Opposes any laws that limit abortion.

 

Supports the repeal of the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits federal funds from being used for abortion services.

 

Supports free abortion and contraceptives for all women.

 

Supports “sexual and reproductive health and rights around the globe.”

 

Opposes the “global gag rule” and the Helms Amendment that bars American assistance to abortion throughout the developing world.

 

Here’s the Socialist/Marxist rub on “Abortion Rights”. There is NO WHERE in the U.S. Constitution guaranteeing a right to kill unborn babies for the primary purpose of exacting birth control for unwanted pregnancies. An “Abortion Right” was created by a majority decision of SCOTUS using a frankly UNCONSTITUTIONAL Living Constitution paradigm interpreting the Constitution NOT by what is written, instead ignoring what the Constitution should mean. The Living Constitution paradigm ensures an elite few rather than the Amendment/Convention of States process prescribed by the Constitution (See Also LexisNexus summary) to make the Rule of Law.

Criminal Justice Reform

 

Supports reforming mandatory minimum sentences and closing private prisons and detention centers.

 

Supports working with police chiefs to invest in training for officers on issues such as de-escalation and the creation of national guidelines for the appropriate use of force.

 

Encourages better police-community relations.

 

Supports requiring the use of body cameras.

 

Opposes the use of “weapons of war that have no place in our communities.”

 

Opposes racial profiling that targets individuals solely on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, or national origin.

 

Supports a requirement to make the Department of Justice investigate all “questionable or suspicious police-involved shootings.”

 

Supports states and localities “who help make those investigations and prosecutions more transparent, including through reforming the grand jury process.”

 

Supports assisting states in providing a system of public defense that is adequately resourced and meets American Bar Association standards.

 

Supports reforming the civil asset forfeiture system to “protect people and remove perverse incentives for law enforcement to ‘police for a profit.’”

 

Supports removing barriers to help formerly incarcerated individuals successfully re-enter society by “banning the box” (persuading employers to remove from their hiring applications the check box that asks if applicants have a criminal record). Supports executive action to “ban the box for federal employers and contractors, so applicants have an opportunity to demonstrate their qualifications before being asked about their criminal records.”

 

Supports expanding re-entry programs, and restoring voting rights for felons.

 

Supports, whenever possible, prioritizing prevention and treatment over incarceration when tackling addiction and substance use disorder.

 

Endorses the use of effective models of drug courts, veterans’ courts, and other diversionary programs that “seek to give nonviolent offenders opportunities for rehabilitation as opposed to incarceration.”

 

Supports abolishing the death penalty.

 

This dreamy sounding police reform if read carefully, smacks of Big Government (i.e. The State, Big Brother, Comrade Leader, World Leader, Alphas, Chairman, Supreme Leader, Führer … Obama) control of local lives. Racism is bad, right? When race baiters begin victimizing the majority, who are the racists. What is the correct view of Social Justice? Is usurping or destroying property to mindlessly equalize a race or the poor for past wrongs of Justice or Injustice (socio-philosophy & Biblical  perspective)?

 

The Socialist/Communist/Democrat as evidenced by history and recent events spurred on by Dems and their acolytes (e.g. Antifa, Black Lives Matter, Militant LGBTQ, etc.). The so-called reforms for Criminal Justice are code words to enlist the disgruntled to control Americans that still respect the Constitution as the Rule of Law and remember sacrifices that has led America being a great nation.

Supports ending discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, language, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.

 

Supports promoting “racial justice through fair, just, and equitable governing of all public-serving institutions and in the formation of public policy.”

 

Supports removing the Confederate battle flag from public properties, “recognizing that it is a symbol of our nation’s racist past that has no place in our present or our future.”

 

Calls for a “societal transformation to make it clear that black lives matter and that there is no place for racism in our country.”

 

Supports U.S. ratification of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women.

 

Supports adding the Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

 

Much of these flowery words are already covered by American Rule of Law. Key terms deceptively slipped in that probably most voters who agree that racism is bad and any form of discrimination against women is bad, probably don’t understand that “sexual orientation and gender identity” mean making the ungodly LGBTQ lifestyle normal ignoring the standard in Christian Morality noting such a life is NOT natural. The Left has used activist Courts for decades to AGAIN … transform society via the non-constitutional path of Leftist Judicial Activism and Leftist media brainwashing.

 

I’ve had a bit of trouble locating a web page charting American attitudes toward homosexuality. I suspect largely it is anathema to show how much Americans viewed the LGBTQ as a perverse lifestyle. I have mixed feelings on the old Confederate flag. While it is a symbol of America’s slavery past it is also a period in history which Americans deeply believed in their cause which divided America into its bloodiest war when American killed American (uncannily similar to the present – is there a Civil War emerging?).

Supports the federal government removing marijuana from the list of “Schedule 1” federal controlled substances and to appropriately regulate it, “providing a reasoned pathway for future legalization.”

Supports policies that will allow more research on marijuana, as well as reforming our laws to “allow legal marijuana businesses to exist without uncertainty.”

 

Supports expanding “access to prevention and treatment, supporting recovery, helping community organizations, and promoting better practices by prescribers.”

 

Supports expanding access to care for addiction services, and ensuring that insurance coverage is “equal to that for any other health conditions.”

 

Such legislation should be along a State’s Rights issue. This is a case that the Federal government observe:

Supports a student borrower bill of rights to “ensure borrowers get adequate information about options to avoid or get out of delinquency or default.”

 

Supports the Public Service Loan Forgiveness and loan discharge programs “begun by the Obama Administration.”

 

Supports the inclusion of student loans in bankruptcy.

 

Supports a moratorium on student loan payments to all federal loan borrowers.

 

Supports restoring year-round Pell funding.

 

Supports strengthening the gainful employment rule to ensure that for-profit schools enable students to complete their degrees and prepare them for work.

 

Supports the Department of Education using their oversight to “close down those for-profit schools that consistently engage in fraudulent and illegal conduct.”

 

Supports universal preschool for all children.

 

Supports efforts to “raise wages for childcare workers, and to ensure that early childhood educators are experienced and high-quality.”

 

Supports increased investments in afterschool and summer learning programs.

 

Encourages group mentoring programs.

 

Encourage states to develop a “multiple measures approach to assessment, and we believe that standardized tests must be reliable and valid.”

 

Opposes use of standardized tests that “falsely and unfairly label students of color, students with disabilities and English Language Learners as failing.”

 

Opposes the use of standardized test scores as basis for refusing to fund schools or to close schools.

 

Opposes the use of student test scores in teacher and principal evaluations.

 

Support enabling parents to opt their children out of standardized tests without penalty for either the student or their school.

 

Supports a national campaign to recruit and retain high-quality teachers.

 

Supports “high-quality STEAM classes, community schools, computer science education, arts education, and expand link learning models and career pathways.”

 

Supports ending end the “school-to-prison pipeline by opposing discipline policies which disproportionately affect African Americans and Latinos, Native Americans and Alaska Natives, students with disabilities, and youth who identify as LGBT.”

 

Supports the use of restorative justice practices that “help students and staff resolve conflicts peacefully and respectfully while helping to improve the teaching and learning environment.”

 

Supports improving “school culture” and combating “bullying of all kinds.”

 

Supports expanding Title I funding for schools that serve a large number or high concentration of children in poverty.

 

Supports charter schools but opposes for-profit charter schools.

 

Supports increasing sexual violence prevention education programs that “cover issues like consent and bystander intervention, not only in college, but also in secondary school.”

 

This huge Education summary can be boiled down to reality! For such Education Reforms to take place the classic Communist principle of Wealth Redistribution will be forced upon American taxpayers. For Education Reform in this platform Americans capable of paying taxes will be thrust into poverty. Then OOPS! No more money to steal from taxpayers for the unsustainable Education Reform. Then what? The only way the Dems could maintain control of the government is to terminate the Constitution and institute rule-by-force. Then boom! The Utopian lies turn America into a totalitarian regime giving more to the government telling people what to support, how to believe and ultimately terminate Faith (meaning Judeo-Christian Morality) in favor of a government managed Secular Humanism.

I have read that Millennials have become sympathetic to the concept of Socialism. Here are three definitions from Merriam-Webster:

 

1: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods

 

2 a: a system of society or group living in which there is no private property

 

b: a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state

 

3: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done

 

Vladimir Lenin – the first dictator of the Soviet Union once said, “The goal of socialism is communism.”

 

Communism is often attributed to the theories promoted by Karl Marx. Those theories are absolutely contradictory to what has made America great. And yet Millennials find favor with the Socialist ideology that would turn America into a totalitarian nation.

News Analysis

 

America’s largest socialist organization, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), recruited tens of thousands of young people during the presidential campaign through the Bernie Sanders movement. Recently, their membership has been given another boost in the wake of DSA member Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s upset victory over New York Democratic Rep. Joe Crowley in June.

 

Most of the new DSA comrades genuinely believe they are working for a better America. These indoctrinated souls have no idea that by joining DSA, they have become part of the international communist movement.

 

DSA claims to be working for an America that looks more like Scandinavia — yet it harbors many members loyal to Cuba, China, and even the old Eastern Bloc.

 

In fact, the rapidly growing Marxist organization has many serious communists in leadership positions — including convicted East German spy Kurt Stand, who was a long-time DSA national leader even before he was forced to serve a prison sentence for his role in passing U.S. secrets to East Germany’s Stasi secret police. (His ex-wife, Theresa Squillacote, who worked in the Pentagon, was also sent to prison.)

 

Stand was released in 2012 and has since assumed a leadership role in the Metro Washington DSA.

 

East Germany was known officially as the German Democratic Republic. DSA is just as “Democratic” as was Stand’s beloved Stalinist East Germany.

 

A Bit of History

 

DSA was founded in 1982 from a merger of the 5,000-strong Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee (DSOC) and the 1,200 to 1,500 members of the New American Movement (NAM). The leader of DSOC was Michael Harrington, whose 1962 book “The Other America” is credited with being the inspiration behind President Lyndon B. Johnson’s “War on Poverty” initiative known as the Orwellian-sounding “Great Society.”

 

While DSOC could claim a few genuinely anti-communist old-time socialists in its ranks, NAM was much more communist-oriented. Most younger members of NAM came out of the anti-Vietnam War protests of the 1970s and the Maoist-leaning Students for a Democratic Society. Most of the older members were former Communist Party USA militants. NAM tilted the Democratic Socialists to the left, and as more younger people joined, the party became increasingly pro-communist.

 

DSA draws heavily from the ideas of the late Italian Communist Party theoretician Antonio Gramsci.

 

Realizing that old-style violent revolution was not working in Europe, Gramsci came up with a new plan. Rather than using the standard Marxist-Leninist revolutionary model of inciting the workers to revolt against their bosses, Gramsci reasoned, why not infiltrate communists into all areas of society?

 

The phrase “long march through the institutions,” coined by Gramsci student and German revolutionary Rudi Dutschke, reflects this vision. To achieve revolution, infiltrate the field of education, journalism, the churches, entertainment, labor unions, civic organizations, and mainstream political parties.

 

The Orange County, California, branch of the DSA acknowledged its debt to Gramsci in its February 1984 newsletter:

 

“Antonio Gramsci was a founder of the Italian Communist Party. He developed theories on ‘open-ended Marxism’ and independent Euro-Communism. His writings have remained influential among European parties of the left for several decades. They have also formed a vital part of the ideas that brought about the formation of today’s DSA.”

 

With Gramsci’s doctrine firmly in play, DSA was able to accomplish this infiltration on many fronts. Here is a sample:

 

  • AFL-CIO president and DSA member John Sweeney fundamentally transformed the U.S. labor movement in 1994–95.

 

  • DSA comrades like actor Ed Asner moved Hollywood even further left through their influence in the entertainment unions.

 

  • Eliseo Medina, a DSA comrade and former executive vice president of the Service Employees International Union, almost single-handedly started the political movement to legalize illegal aliens. Medina became President Barack Obama’s unofficial immigration adviser.

 

  • Ron Bloom, who served under Obama directly as “assistant to the president for manufacturing policy,” was a member of the DSA’s predecessor, the DSOC.

 

  • The movement for single-payer (government-run healthcare) is and continues to be a DSA operation. It started with Chicago DSA comrade Dr. Quentin Young, another mentor to Obama.

 

  • Academia has been overrun with Marxist professors, who are grooming the next generation of radicals. DSA is well-established through their youth organization, Young Democratic Socialists of America, with chapters on university campuses and even high schools all over the country.

 

  • Thousands of “community organizers” — labor organizers and nonprofit officials — have been trained through the DSA-aligned Midwest Academy in Chicago.

 

  • DSA member Michael Moore has influenced millions through his documentaries, and DSA member Linda Sarsour is a prominent pro-Sharia activist and speaker, including her role at the Communist Party USA-sponsored Women’s March.

 

Additionally, hundreds of DSAers have taken on prominent roles in the churches, including Norm Faramelli, who served as an adjunct faculty member in Christian ethics at the Episcopal Divinity School; Michael Eric Dyson, who was a theology teacher at Georgetown University; Rosemary Ruether, formerly of the Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary; Cornel West, professor of philosophy and Christian practice at Union Theological Seminary; Eugene TeSelle, former professor of philosophy and Christian practice at Union Theological Seminary (and a mentor to presidential candidate Al Gore); Gary Dorrien, Reinhold Niebuhr professor of social ethics at Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York and professor of religion at Columbia University; and Steve Charleston, former president and dean of the Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

 

Infiltrating the Government

 

The Democratic Party has always been a major target for DSA. Most DSA comrades in the early days were also Democrats, and members held office all through the party.

 

In the early 1990s, New York Mayor David Dinkins and St. Paul, Minnesota, Mayor Jim Scheibel were DSA comrades. DSA had many state legislators, county commissioners, and local officials in its ranks — almost all under Democratic Party cover.

 

Several Congress members were DSAers, including Rep. Major Owens (New York) and the pro-Cuba Rep. Ron Dellums of California, who shockingly served on the House Armed Services Committee.

 

In 1991, Bernie Sanders and the DSA got together to set up the House Progressive Caucus, now known as the Congressional Progressive Caucus. At nearly 80 members strong, it is the largest and most influential caucus in the House.

 

The Congressional Progressive Caucus will likely gain several new members this coming election, including card-carrying DSA members Ocasio-Cortez of Queens, New York, and Rashida Tlaib of Detroit, Michigan. Both have won their Democratic primaries and look certain to be elected in November. But Ocasio-Cortez and Tlaib are far from the only DSA members and allies who have won their primaries so far this election cycle alone.

 

What Is the Plan?

 

While touted in the media as a new movement, DSA is nothing but warmed-over communism. Reading their inner party documents soon provides a clearer view of the organization’s intentions.

 

For example, Detroit DSA leader Dr. David Green visited Cuba to review the communist dictatorship’s health system. He wrote in Greater Detroit DSA’s May 2009 newsletter: “One of the most impressive features of Cuban society is its healthcare system. The Cuban system demonstrates what can be accomplished when health care is viewed as a human right rather than a commodity.”

 

Green also wrote in DSA’s publication Democratic Left, in Spring 2007, “Our goal as socialists is to abolish private ownership of the means of production.”

 

When DSA members boast that they want to end capitalism, they mean it. All private business is the Marxist’s enemy.

 

Pressuring lawmakers to implement policies favorable to the revolution is the ongoing goal of many Marxist organizations, and DSA is dedicated to several policies that they believe would further that goal. During their annual convention, an estimated 700 to 800 delegates voted to abolish the police altogether and additionally to empty the prisons.

 

The DSA has been clear about their desire to abolish the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency of the Department of Homeland Security. DSA wants to economically isolate “apartheid” Israel, strongly supporting the so-called BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) movement. They are very active in pushing for so-called anti-gentrification policies and for rent control. One of DSA’s most coveted policy positions is the euphemistically named “Medicare for All,” or Single Payer.

 

DSA is using massive resources to push these policies on a local and national level, from having their thousands of members engage in knocking on doors, to pressure elected officials to make Single Payer a part of their platform.

 

DSA, ‘Totalitarianism,’ and ‘Direct Action’

 

Many DSA members tout “democracy” while supporting totalitarianism. Consider that many of their members are associated with — or are outright members of — the anarchist “anti-fascist” movement known as Antifa. One will rarely if ever, find a DSA member denouncing the violence of Antifa. DSA members were active “counter-protesters” along with other communist groups and Antifa during the infamous “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville in August 2017, for example.

 

One prime example of the DSA–Antifa alliance is evident in the violence-promoting organization, the Knights for Socialism, a front for Young Democratic Socialists of Orlando at the University of Central Florida. The members of the Knights for Socialism are largely DSA members, and leader Dylan Tyer has prominent positions with the local DSA and YDSA. It should be noted that the former regional field director of the Florida Democratic Party, Adam Whitmer, was elected chair of the Democratic Socialists of Orlando last year.

 

The Knights for Socialism gained notoriety for its “Bash the Fash” event held last year, billed as a “self-defense seminar” held “in response to the record number of hate crimes against Latinos, Immigrants, Muslims, Women, the LGBTQIA+ community, Jews, African Americans and other minorities since the rise of Donald Trump and other Alt-Right Neo-Nazis.” The Knights for Socialism logo is the Antifa flag.

 

In addition to their association with Antifa, DSA members can be credited for starting the politically embarrassing trend of ambushing immigration officials. The event that started the short-lived but media-hyped movement was an impromptu ambush organized by the Metro DC chapter of the DSA on Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen on June 19 while she dined with a colleague.

 

In that case, the chair of the Metro DC chapter, Margaret McLaughlin, posted the restaurant’s address on Twitter, prompting fellow comrades to come shout “Shame!” at Nielsen during dinner. Other DSA members included Allison Hrabar, Jesse Rabinowitz, and Austin Kendall. Instead of being condemned, the event received glowing coverage in The New York Times and CNN, among others.

 

The day after the ambush, and in response to media coverage referring to the participants as “activists,” the Metro DC DSA tweeted indignantly: “We’re not ‘liberals,’ not vague ‘activists.’ We’re socialist organizers.”

 

That initial action spurred a wave of ambush-like actions on the homes of immigration officials. But the glowing coverage of those actions ended abruptly after California Rep. Maxine Waters took the rhetoric too far a couple of days later when she instructed Americans to “absolutely harass” White House officials.

 

In the aftermath, DSA member Allison Hrabar received a bit of attention, considering her work in the anti-trust division of the U.S. Justice Department. It appears that Hrabar, a member of the Metro DC chapter’s steering committee, is still employed by the federal government while continuing to be very much involved in her socialist activism.

 

While DSA claims to fight authoritarianism at home, it is quite happy to support totalitarianism abroad. In February, long-time DSA comrade Daniel Adkins published an article in Democratic Left daring to argue that the United States was in economic competition with “mercantilist” China. This prompted a furious response by the Seattle DSA, Boston DSA, and the Communist Caucus of East Bay DSA claiming that his article “was both irresponsible and morally inexcusable” and “pits the U.S. working class against the Chinese working class.”

 

The critics insisted that the article be removed and further demanded that a “statement [be] published on DSA’s blog in due time affirming a commitment to internationalism, acknowledging that the Adkins piece should not have been published, and refusing to publish pieces promoting national chauvinist or anti-Chinese perspectives in the future.”

 

Global Alliances

 

During their annual convention in August 2017, DSA dropped its longstanding affiliation to the Socialist International (SI), the more-than-a-century-old alliance of socialist and social democratic parties — because they are too moderate!

 

According to the revolutionary publication Left Voice:

 

“The resolution that passed stated, ‘Our affiliation with the Socialist International hinders our ability to develop stronger relationships with parties and social movements that share our values and which, in many cases, are bitterly opposed to their country’s SI affiliate(s),’ and, ‘In many countries, they have helped to lead the attack on the welfare state and on the rights of workers and unions.’”

 

After ditching the SI, the Democratic Socialists began looking around for new foreign friends.

 

According to an article published by Democratic Left on Nov. 25, 2017:

 

“In early November, DSA Deputy Director David Duhalde spoke on two European United Left/Nordic Green Left panels at the European Parliament—building ‘real global party ties for a post-Socialist International DSA.’

 

“Then he appeared on a Sinn Fein program and ‘shared a special moment’ with a former political prisoner about the Irish and Chilean struggles against authoritarianism.”

 

European United Left/Nordic Green Left is a caucus of communist, Marxist, and Green parties in the European Parliament, formed in 1995.

 

“They have taken special note of DSA as part of the larger surge of interest in socialism in the U.S. and the popularity of Bernie Sanders,” the article said.

 

Sinn Fein is the socialist legal wing of the former Marxist-Leninist terrorist Irish Republican Army.

 

When communists run for public office in America as openly communist, they are lucky to break 100 votes. Yet when they run covertly as Democrats, they can win seats on school boards, county commissions, and even in Congress. DSA is now 48,000 members strong. It has locals in every state and is busily taking over Democratic branches from Texas to Maine, from Nebraska to Hawaii.

 

Americans should demand that the Democratic Party be held accountable for allowing their party to be infiltrated by radical DSA Marxists.

Intro to ‘From Uncivil Discourse to Civil War?’

Mark Alexander’s Patriot Post column Wednesday (8/15/18) has a title that demands to be read – From Uncivil Discourse to Civil War?

 

Alexander’s zeros in more on the uncivil discourse than the potential outcome of socio-political incivility. The growing separating supporters of the American Left and American Conservatives will end in Civil War if a consensus mending does not occur.

 

The theme The Patriot Post is the growing violence occurring in the name of Socialism. The Dems embracing this Socialism have attempted to anesthetize the term by calling the ideology Democratic Socialism. The reality though about Democratic Socialism is it is the politics of Communism.

 

Mark Alexander summed up Communism by this excerpted description:

 

Russia’s “Red October” Revolution was inspired by the Communist Manifesto, published by Karl Marx in 1848. Contemporary leftists would like you to believe that there’s a clear distinction, but Adolf Hitler was certainly a socialist. In his autobiography Mein Kampf, Hitler wrote of his Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (National Socialist German Workers’ Party, the “NAZI Party”), “The party should not become a constable of public opinion, but must dominate it. It must not become a servant of the masses, but their master.” On the socialist state versus individual Liberty, he wrote, “The unity of a nation’s spirit and will are worth far more than the freedom of the spirit and will of an individual; and that the higher interests involved in the life of the whole must here set the limits and lay down the duties of the interests of the individual.”

From Uncivil Discourse to Civil War?

Historic socialist assaults on Liberty were not as organized and targeted, nor did they have the tacit approval of a major political party.

Make America Civil Again

 

The Democrat Party’s fastest growing identity-politics constituency has, for the last decade, been coalescing around a theme that is both animating and destructive: Hate. The current chorus of contemptible rhetoric comes from leftist Demo antagonists, their Leftmedia propagandists whose ad revenues depend on conflict and dissent, and the hate-profiteering groups now forming “thought patrols.”

 

Make no mistake: This new constituency is growing more desperate and disenfranchised by the day, and the inherent risks of such hate-filled rhetoric pose an ominous threat to civility and to the future of American Liberty.

 

Since 1960, Democrats have built their party along lines of division, and now, they rely almost completely on the politics of disunity to sustain their constituencies and maintain their power. Their political playbook has only one chapter: “Divide and Conquer.” The two major lines of this Demo-division are economic class disparity, created in large measure by their own failed economic policies, and the socio-cultural victimization cards of race, ethnicity, religion, and gender.

 

But as their political identity constituencies began to soften, they have resorted to a new identity attribute to unify all the others: Hate.

 

Over the last decade, fomenting hate has become the centerpiece of Democrat strategy. But as the party has become more radicalized and its rhetoric more unhinged, the center-left is being eviscerated. The net result is that fewer Democrats are proud to be Americans and, as an astounding new Gallup poll notes, Democrats now prefer socialism to capitalism.

 

Barack Obama, who was himself a disciple of hate, spawned in 2011 a movement of “useful idiots” under the “Occupy Wall Street” banner. That movement was joined by the so-called “Black Lives Matter” constituency in 2014 and the emerging “antifa movement” of self-proclaimed anti-fascist fascists in 2016.

 

Notwithstanding the fact that Obama’s BLM-fueled hatred inspired the murder of police officers in New York and in Dallas, antifa is now emerging as the most broadly violent of leftist groups. Its riotous confrontations in August 2017, targeting the normally quiet town of Charlottesville, Virginia, ostensibly in support of the removal of historic monuments, prompted liberal Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz to make this clear to his Democrat colleagues: “Antifa is a radical, anti-America, anti-free market, communist, socialist, hard-left sensorial organization.”

 

Idiotfest – Democratic Socialists of America

 

These groups have two common denominators. They embrace and spread hate and they subscribe to the delusion of democratic socialism. They are well organized by statist handlers, including Direct Action Network and Democratic Socialists of America — a.k.a., fascists. They are well financed by their billionaire backers, the archenemies of Liberty — George Soros, Tom Steyer, Jeff Bezos, and Michael Bloomberg.

 

In 2016, socialist/fascists consolidated around the candidacy of Bernie Sanders, whose non-Democratic presidential primary bid was surreptitiously stolen by Obama’s heir-apparent, Hillary Clinton. But in reality, Clinton’s Democrats and Sanders’s socialists constitute a distinction without much difference. Indeed, the Democrat Party’s protagonists, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), and of course Sanders, have become a unified chorus of populist socialism deniers and hate provocateurs.

 

The stunning defeat of Clinton in 2016 by Donald Trump, who has mastered the art of antagonizing his opponents, greatly amplified the leftist tenor of hatred. The most strident of the Demo hate-spewers have decompensated into an illness alternatively called “Trump Derangement Syndrome” or the more formal “Trump Anxiety Disorder.”

 

But the escalating violence and the unprovoked attacks on Republicans and Trump supporters is no laughing matter.

 

The most notable of those attacks was in June 2017, when one of Bernie Sanders’s conscripts, an Obama “99%”er from Illinois, attempted the mass murder of congressional Republicans on a Virginia baseball field. This deranged Democrat severely wounded House Majority Whip Steve Scalise and injured four others before being killed by Scalise’s security detail. Notably, if Scalise and his security team hadn’t attended this early morning practice, the other 11 members of Congress would have been utterly defenseless.

 

But the list of other assaults is long and growing more violent.

 

In the last two weeks, the Demos’ hate-filled constituencies have rioted in three cities: Providence, Rhode Island; Portland, Oregon; and Berkeley, California. I would include Washington, DC, on that list, but the police presence there last weekend largely contained the haters before they became violent, much to the Leftmedia’s dismay.

 

Antifa – Then & Now

 

It’s no small irony that leftist protesters are confusing conservatives with Nazis. Ironic, I note, because the hatred being driven by leftist Demo rhetoric is taking on shades of the 1934 “Night of the Long Knives” purges of the National Socialist German Workers Party, as there is a now-discernible trend of Democrat moderates being pushed aside for hyper-leftist candidates. The most notable case in point would be the defeat of 10-term Demo incumbent Rep. Joe Crowley in New York’s 14th congressional district by 28-year-old socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

 

If the brown shirt fits…

 

As Rep. Steve King (R-IA), never one to shy away from hard-hitting and controversial remarks, observed recently, “America is heading in the direction of another Harpers Ferry. After that comes Fort Sumter.”

 

We aren’t there yet.

 

Our nation’s Constitution and the Liberty it enshrines have been through cycles of assault by socialists, fascists, and anarchist groups for the last hundred years. But what differentiates the current cycle from those of the past is that past movements were never as organized and targeted, nor did they have the tacit approval of a major political party.

 

The escalating Demo-inspired violence certainly puts our nation on a collision course with disunity on a national scale — if it does not subside.
