Tony Newbill has found two stories that are not really similar except perhaps in one thought; viz. the focus is in government overreach as in utilizing too much police authority as per the rights of American citizens.

The first examines that LaVoy Finicum’s murder was motivated more by government greed via the deception of ecological concern. Evidently the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) usurped public land in Oregon under the auspices of protecting a bird that MIGHT go on the endangered species, BUT when the bird did not make the list the BLM began collaborating with a mining company that wants to mine for uranium to turn it into yellow cake. The thing is the process of extracting the yellow cake is a probably environmental disaster toward ranchers and farmers in that Oregon area.

The second case involved the Dearborn Police chasing a woman that fled a mall in which she aimed her car at mall security. As the chase ensued the Dearborn Police managed to place the lady’s car into an enough of a standstill for massive bullet to be shot at the fleeing 31-year-old lady (Janet Wilson) who died from the bullets. Two things of note to me is that the Dearborn Police have a habit propping up the Dearborn Muslim majority’s acts of stifling the First Amendment rights of Christians AND the 31-year-old lady was an African-American. Sadly, within a 40-day period the 31-year-old Black lady was the second African-American that died (Kevin Matthews) at the hands of the Dearborn Police through the same use of unreasonable force.

A Tale of Cattle, Sage Grouse, and Uranium in Oregon

Once there was a cowboy who let his herd of cattle roam free on thousands of acres of wilderness. He knew that they would live in harmony with the other critters, and that the land would benefit. He made sure that there was plenty of water and plenty of room so that the land would flourish. You see, if given enough room, critters are good for the land. They eat the overgrown forage and leave behind fertilizer that helps new forage to grow, which nourishes every other critter. Each critter has enough room to get out of the other one’s way, and everyone is happy.

That is, until the government in its infinite “scientific” wisdom, decides that cattle are bad for the land.

But is that the real reason that cattle ranching, as it has been done for over a hundred years, is now scheduled to become obsolete? A thing of the past – something to be disdained and thrown to the curb?

Picture a pristine wilderness devoid of the ravages of civilization and industrial development. Birds flying overhead and deer roaming free. Paradise as far as the eye can see. And in the middle of this haven designated as “public lands” set apart to be protected by the benevolence of the Federal Government’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM), is an open pit uranium mine.

Say what??? You have got to be kidding me! Nope. This is what the BLM has on the back burner for the Malheur Wilderness area.

And the cowboys? Well, the last ones who attempted to get in the way of this takeover of land for the “public good” are now sentenced to 5 years in prison and branded as terrorists for protecting their land and cattle and forced to “grant the BLM first right of refusal if the Hammonds ever sold their ranch.”

The Dark Side of Environmental Conservation

Environmental conservation is a good thing. But is that what is really being done by the BLM when it takes over land? Maybe what the BLM is actually doing is grabbing land in the name of environmental conservation and placing it under the sole control of the government and out of the hands of we the people in order to do with it as the government pleases.

The lands that the government collects are called “public lands.” The BLM is charged with managing “public lands,” and routinely leases and sells mineral rights on the very same lands that it is supposed to manage and protect.

BLM’s Planning Manual 1601 explains the use of public lands:

Land use plans ensure that the public lands are managed in accordance with the intent of Congress as stated in FLPMA (43 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.), i.e., under the principles of multiple use and sustained yield. As required by FLPMA, the public lands must be managed in a manner that protects the quality of scientific, scenic, historical, ecological, environmental, air and atmospheric, water resource, and archaeological values; that, where appropriate, will preserve and protect certain public lands in their natural condition; that will provide food and habitat for fish and wildlife and domestic animals; and that will provide for outdoor recreation and human occupancy and use by encouraging collaboration and public participation throughout the planning process. In addition, the public lands must be managed in a manner that recognizes the Nation’s need for domestic sources of minerals, food, timber, and fiber from the public lands.

According to the BLM Planning Manual, the agency is charged with maintaining the ecological environment of its public lands. That is, of course, unless it decides that mining for uranium supersedes any such directive.

Uranium on BLM-Administered Lands in OR/WA

In September 2011, a representative from Oregon Energy, L.L.C. (formally Uranium One), met with local citizens, and county and state officials, to discuss the possibility of opening a uranium oxide (“yellowcake”) mine in southern Malheur County in southeastern Oregon. Oregon Energy is interested in developing a 17-Claim parcel of land known as the Aurora Project through an open pit mining method. Besides the mine, there would be a mill for processing. The claim area occupies about 450 acres and is also referred to as the “New U” uranium claims.

Oregon Energy’s proposal calls for extracting ore from a mile-long, 600-foot wide, 250-foot deep open pit 10 miles west of McDermitt and 3 miles north of the Oregon-Nevada border. The mine, adjoining the former Bretz Mercury Mine, a contaminated open-pit site from the 1960s, would cost $200 million to develop and uranium extraction could continue for up to 20 years, said Oregon Energy President Lachlan Reynolds.

Plans call for the ore to be crushed and mixed with an acid solution in enclosed vats to leach out the uranium, he said. The acid would bond with the uranium and when dry become a sand-like powder called uranium oxide concentrate, or yellowcake. Yellowcake would bring $52 per pound and could fuel nuclear reactors or be processed into weapons.

Tuttle, spokesman for the Portland-based Center for Environmental Equity, foresees environmental problems.

Problem: The government wants the land.

Reaction: Demonize cattle ranchers and blame the cattle for a decline in the sage grouse in order to free the land for alternate government use by pitting environmentalists against cattle grazing and the ranchers to gain the required reaction of placing the land under further restrictions in order to be protected from environmental harm.

Solution: The government gets the land.

The government wants the land for “conservation” efforts. In order to achieve this, the ranchers with their cattle and any private property interests need to go so that there is no interference. This way the land can be “protected” by the BLM and used for any purpose that the government wants it for, including uranium development.

The question then becomes – who will get the land – the sage grouse or uranium miners. In either case, the ranchers are out and the cattle can be consigned to your friendly neighborhood CAFO (concentrated animal feeding operation).

The rancher takes the blame, and the government does as it pleases. If the grouse is listed as an endangered species, the land is taken for conservation. If it isn’t, the land is taken for corporate energy and uranium mining. A win/win for big government. It’s called hedging your bets. Either way, the little guy loses and the government wins, and the rancher is left holding the bag. He either gets booted out by the sage grouse, or booted out by uranium interests, and there goes another source of local food and independence, leaving us ever more dependent on the corporate food chain.

Since a decision was made to not list the sage grouse as an endangered species in 2015, guess which interests won? You’ve got it – mining. Now the only problem left is to work out how to make the energy industry operations appear “beneficial” to the environment so as not to concern the sage grouse supporters, and to declare more public land as “cattle free,” again, for the benefit of the environment. Not a problem that a good Public Relations campaign can’t handle. Cha-Ching!

Yesterday’s fatal shooting of a 31-year-old Detroit woman by Dearborn police has been ruled a homicide by the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s office.

Janet Wilson was shot Wednesday afternoon by a Dearborn officer after driving erratically and allegedly trying to run over an officer on Hubbard Drive near the Southfield Freeway. Witnesses had reported Wilson acting strangely at nearby Fairlane Town Center and mall security was notified.

Michigan State Police Lt. Mike Shaw said the 31-year-old woman’s vehicle got stuck in traffic as she left the mall, and she tried to flee as officers approached.

Shaw says a Dearborn officer fired when the woman almost ran over an officer. Wilson died of multiple gunshot wounds and the officer was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said both of the officer-involved shooting incidents are being independently criminally investigated by outside agencies, and that the department is committed to transparency and disclosure by fully cooperating with the investigations.

“Upon conclusion of the criminal investigations we will be conducting internal reviews on both of these incidents,” Haddad said. “While we are very proud of our long history of Civil Rights advocacy as well as our history of appropriate use of force, we will closely examine all of our policies and procedures to ensure that we are employing the latest training and following national best practices in all of our responsibilities to the community.

Once we are allowed and it is appropriate to do so, we fully intend to make public disclosures regarding these incidents.”

In America when a person calls another a Judas, that person is considered a once trusted person who has betrayed that trust. The term comes from the Apostle Judas Iscariot that betrayed Jesus the Son of God to the greedy for power running the Jewish Sanhedrin. Fighting with Words against Judas Iscariots of Today

ISLAMABAD: A few days back, I saw a tent outside the National Press Club, Islamabad. There a Christian couple with children has converted to Islam and was looking for financial help. The newly converted Muslim family has posted a written request that asked help from the President of Pakistan, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chief Justice of Pakistan and Malik Riaz (a real estate tycoon [Express Tribune]). This is not the first time that such an incident happened, earlier many families have displaced the same banners and many of my colleagues are a witness to it.

Though the data is not available, but I guess around 95% Pakistani Christians are living under or below the poverty line and situations much

worse in remote areas as Christians are living in bounded slavery. Long ago before Indo-Pak partition, when missionaries came here and preached Christianity, a majority from poor class converted to Christianity. Certainly it happened due to the love and economic support by the missionaries. Missionaries established educational institutions and health care centers in this region.

When Pakistan came into being in 1947, history is witness to it that there were some Christians sitting on the top most positions in different sectors. But as soon as the real ideology was grabbed by Liaqat Ali Khan [Wikipedia] after the death [Dawn and Hamari Web] of the founder of the nation – Mohammad Ali Jinnah – Pakistan became the Islamic Republic [Friday Times] of Pakistan in 1956 [Calgary Centre for Global Community]. On 12 March, 1949, the second constituent assembly of Pakistan passed the objective resolution [Speech of Liaquat Ali Khan on the Objectives Resolution March 9 1949 – Scribd.] which was proposed by the first Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan, proclaiming that the future constitution of Pakistan would not be modeled entirely on a European pattern, but on the ideology and democratic faith of Islam. The promulgation of the constitution in 1956 led to Pakistan declaring itself an Islamic Republic (official name) with the adoption of parliamentary democratic system of government. The resignation letter [Wikipedia and Marvisirmed.com] of Jogendra Nath Mandal [The News on Sunday] in October 1950 clearly showed the hypocrisy of the Muslim leadership.

Missionaries established educational institutions to educate children from the lower class and hospitals for public care but after the mass exodus of missionaries from Pakistan, the sitting Christian leadership didn’t follow the same rules. Later when Zulifqar Ali Bhutto became the prime minister of Pakistan, he nationalized Christian institutions thus this chapter was closed. Since then neither clergy nor political leadership ever planned for the economic development of the Christians. Instead clergy remain busy in selling church properties and political leadership remains disloyal with the community [Christian Times and Religion-Online.org]. In the first week of November 2015, in the village of Punjab province, Chack number 228, (around 50 km away from the Faisalabad) an eight year old Christian girl was beaten [Breitbart] and locked in her school washroom by her head teacher for daring to use toilet meant for Muslim girls only.

In the recent few weeks dozens of Christian girls were kidnapped/rapped and forced to conversion [Pakistan Christian Post, CrossMap.com and News.va]. The head teacher in a village 30 kilometer away from the Punjab capital was brutally beaten up due to his faith by his subordinate. Still Pakistani leadership says that there is no discrimination and minorities are enjoying full rights in Pakistan. This is all due to the poor performance of the Christian leadership; and Pakistani Christians are still facing many problems. But the [Christian] clergy is busy in making money.

Secondly since the government of Pakistan has adopted joint electoral system for minorities of the country the local community is divided into different groups – a divide and rule policy being adopted. The PML-N present ruling party, in Punjab has not been able to provide protection to Christians, instead the rulers’ attitude towards Christian is discriminatory. Since the twin churches bomb blast in Youhanabad [HERE and HERE], many Christians are still in the prisons [Pakistan2days]. Dozens of the families are suffering due to the arrests of their family heads. [The is the case even] Though the government has not been able to prove its allegations against them and therefore inmates and their families are suffering. In this incident, one Christian parliamentarian has reportedly betrayed the community and had shown his loyalty with his party. The same has been happening for the last decade.

Christians of Pakistan need better leadership and unity at the local level. There are people with potential to do something but they don’t have resources. But there are people, with no vision but resources, they are wasting them and have set their priorities. Education, economic uplift programs need to adopted. And to discourage the hypocrites and self-centered personals.

There are also some so-called leaders among Pakistani Christians that mislead the world and present a cool and calm situation in Pakistan for Pakistani Christians. Most recently one religious leader and so-called political leader has attended and presented a report and denied any oppression or persecution of religious minorities by the government and local people [Pakistan Christian Post]. This type of people are betrayers and have sold out our nation, they do not want anyone to expose them. These are the Judas Iscariots of today and we need to stand against them. But I believe that youngsters of [our] nation have realized [that many Christian leaders are corrupt] and will reject them and will stand with truth and right.

The European Union has taken in millions refugees from Syria, Egypt and other countries of the Middle East. Now extremists among those refugees are reportedly involved in creating disturbance in the EU [Express and WSJ] and UK. The EU and UNHCR are very open about [Muslim] refugees from the Middle East. Yet these EU countries always discourage Pakistani Christians. And [these EU leaders are] taking measures against Christian asylum seekers from Pakistan. As a Pakistani Christian, I urge Pakistani Christians to stand together and join hands together against the crooked and self-centered so-called [Christian] leadership.

I first encountered Soleilmavis Liu via the now defunct community known as Yahoo 360. In all honesty I have not kept in full contact with her. Every once in a while I get I discover a Peace Pink update (her Ning community) and a GofundMe.com update.

Soleilmavis began Peace Pink as an educational/expose website that was (and probably largely still is) enlightening people of Mind Control because she was a victim. Soleilmavis wrote a book chronicling her victimization of remote mind control entitled, “Twelve Years in the Grave – Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp”. The link provided to her book is to buy an eBook version priced at $5.99. Here is the summary from that link:

Being taken into the USA Embassy in Hong Kong, and her brain was remotely controlled by electromagnetic mind control tech, Soleilmavis’ story sounded weird, but it was true.

Suffering horrible pain and many other strange symptoms, Soleilmavis Liu, one of many private citizens, discovered that she and many other people were test-subject victims for the study of electromagnetic spectrums mind control weapons and global surveillance equipment. This book tells the true story that during her horrible period in the grave, her soul was waylaid, but God answered her cries, and gave her love and support. Losing her life to find God was a true consolation and brought joy to her soul and gave her the strength to be a soldier rather than a victim. She worked hard to seek justice by exposing these horrible crimes to the public, which – if not exposed and publicized – in the future humanity would no longer know the meaning of physical inviolability and privacy.

In the case of Soleilmavis’ mind control chronicle it has all the appearances of a good science fiction epic. Nonetheless I believe her. I checked out some of her experiences with other examples just to corroborate. It turns out she is or was not the only victim. Although Soleilmavis somewhat cautiously points toward American Intelligence agencies without specifically naming one, the fact is many nations with resources explored remote mind control tactics and technologies for their own national purposes and interests. I am guessing the global Intelligence situation was a ‘keep up with the Jones’ scenario.

Book “Twelve Years in the Grave – Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp”, authored by Soleilmavis Liu, provides the sound facts and evidence about the secret abuse and torture with remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies.

Whistleblower Reveals Military Mind Control Project At Major University

What if the government could change people’s moral beliefs or stop political dissent through remote control of people’s brains?

Sounds like science fiction, right? Well, a leaked document reveals that the US government, through DARPA research, is very close to accomplishing this.

Activist Post was recently contacted by an anonymous whistleblower who worked on a secret ongoing mind-control project for DARPA. The aim of the program is to remotely disrupt political dissent and extremism by employing “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation” (TMS) in tandem with sophisticated propaganda based on this technology. TMS stimulates the temporal lobe of the brain with electromagnetic fields.

The program, conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication, is based at Arizona State University. The DARPA funding for this project can be confirmed on the ASU website here. The head of the project, Steve Corman, has worked extensively in the area of strategic communication as it applies to terrorism and “extremism” – or what could be called “the war of ideas.”

This DARPA research brings about many ethical questions and dilemmas. Mainly, this research aims to literally induce or disrupt the operation of narratives within the brain. In other words, this research aims to stop individuals from thinking certain thoughts and make others believe things they normally would not believe. This research has tremendous interrogation possibilities and could potentially be used to more successfully spread propaganda or stop political upheaval to an unsuspecting public.

Abstract – In July 1995 the CIA declassified, and approved for release, documents revealing its sponsorship in the 1970s of a program at Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, CA, to determine whether such phenomena as remote viewing “might have any utility for intelligence collection” [1]. Thus began disclosure to the public of a two-decade-plus involvement of the intelligence community in the investigation of so-called parapsychological or psi phenomena. Telepathy … and the Technology of Mind Control

This page documents actual government experiments primarily from USA but mentions foreign precursor governments as well. The projects are documented as real however the descriptions – in my opinion – is logical conjecture based on incomplete de-classified documents and trusting on the reliability of anonymous and revealed witnesses.

A “profane” or materialistic view of telepathy became commonplace after World War II. Just as new mathematical models and theories of physics had been brought to bear on development of the atomic bomb, so too new tools were brought to bear on the human mind.

Just as Cold War scientists raced to design rocket engines and missile technologies that would give their country superiority on the nuclear battlefield, so too did scientists rush to develop ever more complex and thorough models of the human brain. They literally began to see the brain as a mental battlefield.

Implicit within this Cold War race to acquire brain “technology” was the crude assumption that the human mind could be mechanically “modeled” or understood as an artificial construct. The brain began to be viewed as a complex “thinking machine” or computer that could be analyzed, broken into component parts, and back-engineered.

Within this context, telepathy began to be seen as an exotic form of mental radio transmission, only one of many communication functions performed by the mental machine.

Communication per se was nothing new. But technicians became fascinated by the potential to communicate silently and covertly, at a distance. Likewise, telepathy seemed to offer a powerful means to distract and confuse the enemy, to program assassins, or to forcibly extract secret information from an enemy’s mind.

SYNTHETIC TELEPATHY AND THE EARLY MIND WARS

Introduction

I first became aware of Allan H. Frey’s work at Willow Grove in 1972, just after completing “The Holographic Concept of Reality.” I was working with Dr. Carl Scheicher (MRU) at the time, and was asked about the significance of this work. Realizing its possible use in mind control, my first reaction was to go on “red alert.”



Full significance was not yet understood at this time. Basically, Frey had discovered another sensory motor input in the higher blue-band frequencies of 0.3-3.0 GHz. – at very low amplitudes of power. It was “as if” we had another type of “vision,” but did not know how to “see” what was being received. It constituted the next generation of subliminal communications.

What got this paper classified “top secret” for almost 20 years was that it was critical for the use of Allan Frey’s study, and its possible application to mind control. I never was able to draw what was so important in that initial paper until I began researching this paper, more than 24 years later. I will discuss those aspects further into this document.



In 1961, Allan Frey, a freelance biophysicist and engineering psychologist, reported that humans could hear microwaves. Most United States scientists dismissed this discovery as the result of outside noise.



James C. Linn offered a more technical description of the experiment.

“Frey found that human subjects exposed to 1310 MHz and 2982 MHz microwaves at average power densities of 0.4 to 2 mW/cm2 perceived auditory sensations described as buzzing or knocking sounds. The sensation occurred instantaneously at average incident power densities well below that necessary for known biological damage and appeared to originate from within or near the back of the head.”

The other two books are “The Queen of the South in Matthew 12:42” and “The Struggles of an Ordinary Man – The Turbulent History of China Through a Farmer’s Eyes from 1930 to 2000”.

The book “The Queen of the South in Matthew 12:42” is Christian in nature and proposes a theory racial migration by the descendants of Shem (Noah’s son). The theory is completely new to me so I have to do a bit of contemplation before I can concur with her theory.

According to Soleilmavis Liu the future of Queen of the South is not a reference to the Queen of Sheba that may or may not have hooked up with Solomon, rather she will be a gal from South China of the Dong-Yi people whom she traces through a migration of some descendants of Shem.

A PDF posted by Nature and Science by Soleilmavis entitled “The Ends of the Earth” in 2011 sounds like a precursor to her book about the Queen of the South. Here is the abstract of that PDF:

Abstract: Old and New Testament Bible Stories told us The Creation Story; and God used Jews stories to teach us that we should obey God Jesus, walked the earth in the form of a man, he lived only near Jerusalem. The Brief History and Brief legends

Since Peleg, the world was divided (Genesis 10-25).and the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth (Genesis 11-8).

The descendants of Shem spread out over all the Continent of Asia to North and East. The journeys for them to “the East Corner” and “The North Corner” were not very long.

Jesus Christ was the descendant of Jacob (Israel) and Shem. In Old Testament Bible Stories, God used Jews stories to teach us that when the Jews obeyed God, they did well. When they disobeyed, the consequences were bad. In New Testament Bible Stories God told us stories of Jesus and his 12 disciples (12 apostles) who lived near Jerusalem.

The Queen of the South was also the descendant of Shem.

I found a section on the Google Books version of “The Queen of the South in Matthew 12:42” which is a bit controversial for me:

The Queen of the South is offspring of the Dong-Yi People and Dong-Yi Culture. She is also the son of the Woman and Son in Revelation 12, or Liu Bang’s mother and her son, who were offspring of the Dong-Yi People.

The Queen of the South is also and offspring of the Queen of Sheba(1) in 1 Kings 10: 1-13, who was an offspring of Sheba(1) and the Dong-Yi People.

There is even more and probably better context of Soleilmavis’ theory on the Queen of the South, but there is not a copy and paste option with Google Books. I had to transcribe those two short paragraphs.

In all honesty this is very divergent from what I studied in Bible School. I have not had the opportunity to read the entire book yet thus those two above paragraphs could be out of context to the whole of Soleilmavis’ End Times book. So I am withhold specific criticism of her thoughts at this time.

The esteemed preacher Charles Spurgeon identifies the Queen of the South as being from Abyssinia or Arabia Felix. Today Abyssinia correlates to Ethiopia in East Africa and Arabia Felix to Yemen. Christians tend to lean to the belief the Queen of Sheba came from Ethiopia while the Muslims lean to Yemen. In either case there is a bit of a discrepancy with a Chinese Queen of Sheba propounded by Soleilmavis. But as I said I need to read the full context; ergo for the sake of curiosity it would be tempting to purchase “The Queen of the South Matthew 12:42”.

Soleilmavis’ third promoted book is “The Struggles of an Ordinary Man – The Turbulent History of China Through a Farmer’s Eyes from 1930 to 2000”. Keeping in mind her thoughts on the migration of some of the descendants of Shem, she explores cultural memes of China. Soleilmavis is not harsh toward the Mao-Marxist cultural changes to China but in a courteous manor she reasons the Marxist influences have affected the moral stature of Chinese culture in the present to the negative. Soleilmavis’ even tone is understandable since she was born and raised in the People’s Republic of China and her lecture at a Shanghai university of course would be scrutinized by the Chinese government. All of which is certainly brave because Soleilmavis Liu is a devout professing Christian in a nation that does not look too favorable on the Christian faith.

Soleilmavis’ third book “The Struggles of an Ordinary Man – The Turbulent History of China Through a Farmer’s Eyes from 1930 to 2000” examines the socio-cultural aspect of the everyday Chinese citizen. She calls this segment of China the “Ordinary Man,” I sense in American terms that would be the common man.

An intro of a paper/lecture Soleilmavis gave in Shanghai China gives you an idea of the theme of this book:

As you can guess the data I find the most interest in are Soleilmavis’ experiences with government agency mind control experiments on unfortunate involuntary victims. This is something one does not hear much about because it is too often relegated to the dark rooms of Conspiracy Theory. Once something is branded Conspiracy Theory those who consider themselves rational human beings become skeptical of the theory’s validity. Nevertheless Soleilmavis is not a lone dog in this victimization and there is some documentation as I have related earlier in this post.

This editorial by Shamim Masih is actually entitled “Status of Religious Freedom in Pakistan”. However the subject line of the email was “Islamophobia” so I went with that title whether intended or not.

As I read Shamim’s editorial I became intrigued to the reason for the Islamophobia subject line. The editorial emphasizes the Civil Rights and Human Rights violations that the Muslim community and politics of Pakistan continuously inflicts upon Christians and other religious minorities in the Sunni majority nation.

Islamophobia is typically the negative intoned accusation leveled against those that at worst hate Muslims and at best those like myself that views Islam as a threat to Western culture and an enemy of Judaism and Christianity in particularly.

The irony is “Islamophobia” more literally means an unnatural fear of Islam rather than the hatred of the Muslim practitioners of that theopolitical religion. In my case, I do not hate or fear Muslims. BUT I do regard the principles and dogmas of the Quran, Hadith, Sira and how that all affects the Muslim respect for Sharia Law as an innate human evil programmed into the mindset of its followers.

Most of Shamim’s past articles and editorials intimate that the only hope for religious minorities in Pakistan is for all religious faiths including the Sunni majority learn to accept each other in harmonious tolerance regardless of religious differences. AND in most cases I would agree to mutual tolerance; however the problem I have is that Islamic revered writings specifically encourages violence up to and including death to all unbelievers (define as kafir in Islam) who refuse to subject and submit their beliefs to Islamic Supremacy. On a personal level then I am not going to tolerate a religious faith that will not tolerate my faith just because I refuse to shut up about Jesus Christ being the Son of God.

Status of Religious Freedom in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: On the third death anniversary of my mother, we arranged a prayer meeting in our house, where only our family members participated. As we were praying, somebody knocked at the door like he wanted to break it up at once. I went outside and found that our landlord was there. At once, he started shouting, why are you people praying at home, it is not church etc., etc. I humbly clarified that I knew it was not a Church and we didn’t invite other people to pray. It’s our family prayer meeting as it is my mother’s death anniversary. So we gathered in tribute to her [memory]. He strictly cautioned me not to do this again in the house. All the services should be performed in the Churches. This is just one example, there are many like this. Restrictions on building new Churches, registering a new Church based organization etc. even in Islamabad. There are only two properly constructed churches, while there are thousands of the mosques and madrassas (seminary). Reportedly, it is mentioned in the map of Islamabad, there should be one Church in each sector of the capital. But the Capital Development Authority [CDA] doesn’t allow you [Christians] build a Church in the capital.

Despite the first democratic transfer of power in the country’s history, from one civilian government to another, the exceedingly poor religious freedom environment worsened. Recent and previous rulers engaged in and tolerated systematic, ongoing, and egregious violations of freedom of religion or belief. Despite democratic institutions, Pakistan’s legal environment is particularly repressive due to its blasphemy laws and other religiously discriminatory legislation and constitutional provisions. Authorities failed to protect citizens, minority and majority alike, from the sectarian and religiously –motivated violence and courts have not consistently brought perpetrators to justice or taken action against societal actors who incite violence. There are many examples to it. I will just quote one, i.e. two years past when hundreds of the Christian houses in Joseph Colony were burnt. During this particular case, only Sawan Masih [Dawn.com] was sentenced to death but the rest of the perpetrators were set free to go for others [i.e. Christians].

Unfortunately Pakistani religious minorities are facing the worst situation in the world for religious freedom. In the past few years, conditions hit an all-time low due to chronic sectarian violence targeting not only Shia’s Muslims but also Christians, Ahmadis and Hindus. Pakistan’s repressive blasphemy laws and anti-Ahmadi laws are widely used to violate the religious freedoms and foster a climate of impunity. During 2014, United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCRIF) again recommended that Pakistan be designated as a “country of particular concern” (CPC).

Muslims not only from Pakistan but from Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Syria and everywhere else have done enough to deserve hatred. They have been killing innocent children, attacked schools, burnt Christian villages, torn down Hindu temples, mutilated journalists, shunned scientific laws and flogged enough bloggers for free thinking to deserve this acrimony all around the world. Many of them claim that version of Islam is peaceful, a version that promotes brotherhood and peace. Unfortunately, that version of Islam is only found in books now.

Pakistani Christians live under the fear of religion, our churches, our kids and our lives are not secure. Converting to another religion is out of the question. Honestly speaking, at this very moment, Pakistan is not fit for Shia Muslims or non-Muslims alike. We are not against Islam but against this Mullaism*** (Islamophobia).

Kashmiryat – the lofty notion of belonging to one region – flourished by Kashmiris, irrespective of their faith, for centuries despite gravest provocations lies bruised in the wake of the current phase of secessionism in the Valley. Terrorist outfits groomed by the Jamaat- e-Islami (Jamaat) have outwitted those who professed their allegiance to secularism.

The Jamaat presents Islam as a political ideology – and not as religious pedagogy concerned only with the relationship between man and God. Abul Ala Maududi, the founder of the Jamaat, had no hesitation in making it explicit that Islam was a political ideology comparable to Communism and Fascism. According to him, it covered all departments of life, whether private or public.

The Jamaat also presents Islam as a creed whose mission is to fight all other creeds because it believes Islam to be the only true creed – all other creeds being flawed or false. Maududi reasoned that just as God has made the laws that govern physical nature, He has also made laws that govern social relations. The first set of laws can be ascertained by observation and experimentation. But God conveys the second set of laws concerning man’s duties towards God and his fellow human beings only through revelations. Accordingly, divine messages have been transmitted to mankind from time to time through prophets.

Another feature of Maududi’s ideology is that he singles out secularism as the chief adversary of Islam. He argues that secularism makes a distinction between the personal life of an individual and his public life, and banishes religion from the latter. Hence, anyone who believes in secularism will inevitably allow his secular values to influence his social, political and economic behaviour and thus violate the teachings of Islam, which draw no line between the domain of the spirit and that of the flesh.

Some ideologues of the Jamaat go a step further and argue that secularism is the road that leads to atheism because when you separate your personal beliefs from your social and political principles, the latter develop their own momentum and eventually dominate the former.

The Jamaat is not only communal in its outlook, it teaches militancy as well. Communalism of a minority community often centres on grievances of a political or economic nature and tends to be paranoid.

The Jamaat brand of communalism, however, is not concerned about immediate or short-term gains for the community. It projects Islam as an ideology and calls upon Muslims to organise themselves into a revolutionary party with the object of capturing total power. It is not bothered about jobs for Muslims or for a share in the power pie. On the contrary, the Jamaat requires its members not to hold any office under an unholy political system or alliance.

Maududi was the first noteworthy religious figure in the history of Indian Islam to propound the thesis that the supreme purpose of Islam is not the spiritual salvation of mankind; but to establish the sovereignty of God on earth or an Islamic state. All other purposes are secondary and subordinate to that of establishing an Islamic state. Pak-Stan, Land of Pure

Shamim Masih writes about Sunni Muslims persecuting all the religious minorities of Pakistan. Shamim points out religious strife in Pakistan is largely due to the intolerance by Sunnis of all things not Muslim especially all things not Sunni Islam. Then Shamim segues how some Pakistani Sunnis flipped their lid when some students participated in an international student fair choosing Israel their nation to commemorate.

Now let me address Shamim’s title, “Pak-Stan, Land of Pure”:

Many writers translate the word ‘Pakistan’ as ‘Land of the Pure’; this is incorrect. The word Pakistan consists of two parts, i.e., Pak and Istan. While Pak is a Persian word, which mans (sic) holy/ pure/ clean, the word Istan is from the word isthan, which is a Hindi word meaning a place. For example ‘Janum Isthan’ means the place of birth. So the word Pakistan means a holy/ pure/ clean place (country) and not the ‘Land of the Pure’. The word Pak is an adjective which describes ‘Istan’ (Isthan), place and not its inhabitants. This is eulogized in the National Anthem; which begins as ‘Pak Sar Zamin Shad Baad’ As regards its inhabitants; all of them cannot be said to be pure as they have proved time and again. I suspect Shamim views the Land of the Pure through the filter of the hope that Pakistan’s founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah was genuine in his founding speech proclaiming:

You are free to go to your temples, you are free to go to your mosques or to any other place of worship in this State of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion or caste or creed. That has nothing to do with the business of the State. – Presidential address to the first Constituent Assembly of Pakistan, Karachi, 11 August 1947 (Muhammad Ali Jinnah; Wikiquote)

The minority religions in Pakistan to this do believe this was a promise for secular state in which all the citizens of Pakistan would enjoy equal civil rights. I believe this was a lie. You can read a decent essay that sets the case that Jinnah was not being honest to the future citizens of Pakistan: “Muslim Partition of an Independent and United India”.

If Pakistan was ever to be considered the Land of the Pure it was more in the sense of a Nazi Aryan pure race in which like Hitler’s German supremacy, Pakistan was intended to be an Islamic Supremacist State.

ISLAMABAD: Rawalpindi city was seized for three days due to the Moharam [Also Muharram] riots [Religious conflict between Sunnis and Shias – HERE and HERE] in October, 2013. Roads were blocked, mobile service was off and the residents faced a short fall off their household items. Sunni Muslims wanted to dictate to the other faiths of the country. There is large number of Shia Muslims living in the country, on every year when there is Moharam, the situation becomes worse. This has been [going] on for years, both targets each other; and thus the situation is getting worse day by day (I am sorry, but it is fact). When there are different schools of thought and people are from different faiths, you have to be tolerant. Tolerance is the essence of the faith you believe in.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah had conceived Pakistan as a democratic state for Muslims and all others, [where] they could live together in peace and harmony. And every Pakistani can worship freely according to his belief. Unfortunately a religious mind-set had started ruling after Pakistan’s independence. As a result, insecurity, terrorism and intolerance are prevailing in the country. No Pakistani feels safe and secure in the country either from the majority or minority. Minorities – weak segment of the society – is especially targeted [by the] majority Muslims, especially Shias are not protected.

Recently the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) arranged an international student fair at Faisal Mosque. Students publicly displayed Israeli culture & customs that include Israeli flags, photographs of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Orthodox Jews, a high-tech manufacturing plant, and Jerusalem’s Al- Aqsa [See HERE]. The mere presence of the display triggered a ferocious and immediate reaction led by religious and student groups on campus and across the country. After a firestorm of criticism, authorities at the university empanelled a disciplinary committee to investigate and punish the students behind the stall. Even this was discussed in the parliament and parliamentarians demanded to take strict action against those students, who have promoted Israeli culture and painted it as land of peace and prosperity. Unfortunately people don’t accept others.

When there are different schools of thought and people are from a different faith, you have to be tolerant. Since, the people of Pakistan tied with Jordanians and Egyptians are the world’s most anti-Semitic people. According to the most recent Pew Global Attitudes Survey only 2% of all Pakistani polled reported favorable attitudes towards the Jewish people and Israel. Perhaps, they could be Christians. Christians around the world believe Jews as [the] favorite nation of God.

For more than a decade – Pakistan [has] faced terrorism and you [can] find different protests, mobile phone service [is often] off, sit-ins, energy shortages etc. The law and order situation has reached its worse. Politicians are smashing each other and only nationalism is seen in papers. Normally on every other occasion, when people are celebrating their special days, mobile service usually is off. This is so-called precautionary measure taken for security reasons.

Biblically speaking- Jews, Christians and Muslims are siblings of Abraham. Thus Pakistani Christians believe and obey the Word of God. We being Christians believe that Jacob (son of Isaac) was named Israel by God. And God loved Israel throughout his life and ordered to bless Israel. It is written in the Bible; Genesis 27:28-29 ……. May nations serve you and people bow down to you. Be lord over your brothers…… may those who curse you be cursed and those who bless you be blessed.

When it is written in the Bible, we being Christian have to follow the teaching and we bless Israel. When it is written; those who bless [Israel will] be blessed. Isaac’s blessing was irrevocable. Israel is the land of prophets; most of messages came from this soil.

I give you an example, Hindus of India chose to be secular as that is what their religion teaches; acceptance. When there are 330 million gods you have to be tolerant. That is the beauty of pantheism and polytheism. There are around 180 million Muslims in India. Not only the population is increasing by the percentage but the total population is increasing too. It is due to tolerance from Hindus that Muslims are just multiplying in India.

The authorities have to realize that many Hindus are migrating to India and thousands of Pakistani Christians and Shia Hazaras are seeking asylum in different countries. It doesn’t make any difference if Pakistan does not accept Israel. Israel exists and it is member of United Nations. And most importantly Christ Jesus was born in Jerusalem and set an example of tolerance. A land of peace and prosperity; live long Israel.

Pakistan’s Blasphemy Laws are a tool for the Sunni Muslim population to persecute Christians. The law of the land of Pakistan is actually used to persecute Christians for their beliefs. Most Pakistani Christians are highly aware of the danger they live in if they complain about Islam in earshot of any Muslim. Because of this most blasphemy accusations are fabricated as revenge or some other nefarious design by Muslims. BUT think of it – the Islamic faith’s religious texts specifically claim Jesus is not the Son of God; hence when a frustrated Christian was to embark on a moment of bravery and tell an insulting Muslim that Jesus Christ is the Saving Messiah Son of God who arose from the dead in bodily resurrection and thus Mohammed is not telling the truth – that Christian will be sentenced to death.

ISLAMABAD: Lahore High Court – LHC judges have saved their skin and confirmed the death sentence of Asiya Bibi. Unfortunately, in [the] high profile case of Asiya Bibi, the radical groups are also tracking her case and their presences in the court have shown that they were willing to keep Asiya’s death sentence confirmed. I am just hypothesizing but I am sure that Justice Anwar ul Haq while deciding Asiya’s case at the LHC must be thinking about Salman Taseer (late) and Shahbaz Bhatti (late) and their own security.

Asiya Bibi was first sentenced to death in 2010, and now LHC upheld her death sentence. The mother of 5 was accused of blaspheming against [the] Prophet Mohammad following an argument with two Muslim co-workers during an incident in 2009 in one of her parent’s village. There are dozens of these people waiting for their fate in different jails of Pakistan and many from the religious minorities were sentenced to death under 295-C PPC. The constitution of this country is:

295.

Injuring or defiling place of worship, with Intent to insult the religion of any class:

Whoever destroys, damages or defiles any place of worship, or any object held sacred by any class of persons with the intention of thereby insulting the religion of any class of persons or with the knowledge that any class of persons is likely to consider such destruction damage or defilement as an insult to their religion. Shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

295-A.

Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting Its religion or religious beliefs:

Whoever, with deliberate and malicious intention of outraging the ‘religious feelings of any class of the citizens of Pakistan, by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representations insults the religion or the religious beliefs of that class, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, or with fine, or with both.

295-B.

Defiling, etc., of Holy Qur’an:

Whoever willfully defiles, damages or desecrates a copy of the Holy Qur’an or of an extract there from or uses it in any derogatory manner or for any unlawful purpose shall be punishable with imprisonment for life.

295-C.

Use of derogatory remarks, etc., in respect of the Holy Prophet:

Whoever by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representation or by any imputation, innuendo, or insinuation, directly or indirectly, defiles the sacred name of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine.

Pakistani courts; under any circumstances are very strict to announce a death sentence to the accused of blasphemy from the people of religious minorities. And none of the judges from the senior court dares to remove the decision of a lower court. Likewise, we have seen with Asiya Bibi’s case, the LHC upheld her death sentence. If so, what about the section 295 A, which says, Whoever, with deliberate and malicious intention of outraging the ‘religious feelings of any class of the citizens of Pakistan, by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representations insults the religion or the religious beliefs of that class, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, or with fine, or with both. During the last few years, there are many incidents [that have] accrued of this kind; in Shinti Nagar, a hundred of the Holy Bibles were burnt by a mob. During the Gojra riots two churches and seven members of a family were burnt alive. Shanti Nagar, a Christian village with its churches was burnt, in Mardan, a hundred year old church with its old signs, pastor’s house and a school were turned to ashes. And in **Joseph Colony hundreds of the houses and two churches were burnt. Alas! No one is being punished by the court. Many Muslims involved in riots were arrested and were released one after another. It is clearly seen here that JUDGES’ decisions seem biased here. When the constitution says whoever, with deliberate and malicious intention of outraging the religious feelings of any class of the citizen of Pakistan … insults the religion or the religious beliefs of that class, shall be punished [Blog Editor: Italics added by me for emphasis]. Unfortunately the law is being imposed on minorities but the rest of majority is not punished.

Thousands of angry protesters on Saturday set ablaze more than 100 houses of Pakistani Christians over a blasphemy row in the eastern city of Lahore, officials said.

Over 3,000 Muslim protesters turned violent over derogatory remarks against Prophet Mohammed allegedly made by a young Christian, Sawan Masih, 28, three days earlier, police official Multan Khan said.

Was Pakistan being made for this day? Unfortunately; [the] religious [Islamic] mind-set segment is ruling in [our] country and [they] have forgotten that this country was not partitioned from India to become a Muslim state. Primarily the founder of our nation – Muhammad Ali Jinnah – had conceived [Pakistan] as a democratic state for Muslims and all other minorities [as well], [so] they could live together in peace and harmony and can worship freely. Non-Muslims of the region have struggled for this country so that they could be forever protected and treated as equal citizens.

I think there is chance apex [Highest] court can overturn the death sentence of the blasphemy cases, despite pressure on judges from radical groups that are determined to see Asiya executed. In many cases, especially blasphemy cases, court decisions are influenced, either by ideology or threats, by local radical groups. In this regard, at least President Barack Obama, the Pope and other Westerners can play a positive role to convince the Pakistani government to ensure justice in blasphemy cases facing a death sentence.

Shamim Masih is providing a follow-up (scroll below my thoughts) on the rumors and status of the Christian Zafar Bhatti who has been convicted for committing blasphemy in Pakistan.

As Shamim Masih reported yesterday in his report “CLAAS has nothing to do with Zafar Bhatti case, says Basharat Khokhar,” Pakistani Christian Zafar Bhatti has not been receiving the material and legal support publicized by the Pakistan Christian Civil Rights organization CLAAS. Regardless of the initial reported rumors, Bhatti is alive, unwounded but not well. This is the horrendous blasphemy Pakistan law that was supposedly committed and indeed convicted for (Sources on legal issues):

Zafar Bhatti is accused of blasphemy under Pakistan’s 295C blasphemy law. He was charged in July 2012, based on rumors that he insulted Muhammad’s mother in text messages. Zafar worked selling medicines, and he often went door-to-door with his presentation. He also used those opportunities to share Christ in the various homes, reading the Bible and praying with families. He also established a small NGO called “Jesus World Mission” [NGO link on Facebook] whose purpose was to assist the poor.

On July 11, 2012, he was accused by a fellow NGO worker of sending blasphemous text messages from a mobile phone that she had given him. Zafar and his wife left the village to avoid a massive riot. Police arrested him on July 26, charging him under 295c of the legal code, which are informally called the “blasphemy laws.”

In jail, Zafar has been beaten several times. Someone also tried to poison his food. Several of the Muslim prisoners pressure him, saying if he accepts Islam he will be forgiven. Zafar’s sister and wife are quite concerned for his well-being in prison as his case moves through the legal system. “Pray that God will help my brother stay strong in his faith,” said his sister. Once again, Pakistan’s blasphemy law has been used to bring unsubstantiated charges against members of religious minorities. Rev Zafar Bhatti, president of the Jesus World Mission, is in prison after he was accused of violating the ‘black law.’ Judges now must decide whether or not to heed the appeal made on his behalf and release him on bail. A Muslim leader said the Christian clergyman sent him text messages that insulted Islam and the Prophet Muhammad. Catholic leaders and human rights activists have responded immediately, pleading for his innocence, noting that police has been subjected to pressures and that the case is vitiated by errors in law.

Rev Bhatti hails from Karachi, but moved to Lahore in 2010, in Nawaz Sharif Colony, where he has worked on behalf of local Christians and religions minorities for the past two years. On 10 July, he decided to move with his family to the capital Islamabad. The next day, Ahmed Khan, deputy Secretary of the local Jamat Ehl-e-Sunnat, unexpectedly filed a complaint against the Christian clergyman at the New Town police station, in Rawalpindi.

According to the police report, Khan received some text messages on his mobile phone with insulting language towards Muhammad’s mother from an unregistered but visible number, which he kept in the phone’s memory. At the police station, he said that if the agents did not open an investigation for blasphemy under article 295-C of the Penal Code, his organisation would take matters in its own hands.

Police arrested Rev Bhatti on 16 July and his sister-in-law Nasreen Bibi. In custody, the pastor was physically abused and tortured to extract a confession but he stood his ground, rejecting the accusation and insisting on his innocence.

“Zhaffar Bhatti is innocent,” said Khalid Jill, of APMA. “We are going to fight for his release.” In his view, police began a case against him under “pressure,” but we “are going to appeal because he was charged under the wrong article of the law.”

Mgr Rufin Anthony, bishop of Islamabad-Rawalpindi, is of the same opinion. “How can police be sure” about the offender’s identity? “It is clear that it is a case of personal animosity,” probably in connection with some land. Zafar is accused of sending blasphemous cell phone text messages to an Islamic cleric. Problem is, Zafar is illiterate and would have no way of knowing how to write a text message.

The Pakistan contact says Zafar survived an assassination attempt in prison March 31. Apparently poison was placed in his food, causing him to bleed from his nose and mouth.

Here’s a portion of the email sent to me about Pakistani Christian prisoner Zafar Bhatti:

“Muslim prisoners told him he would be forgiven (for the alleged blasphemy incident) if he accepted Islam. But he refused to accept Islam. Muslim prisoners are trying to kill him… and are saying they will tell jail authorities that he is using bad language about Prophet Mohammed. Zafar’s sister says ‘everyday Muslim prisoners come around Zafar and call him kafar (infidel) and use bad language against him and Christianity.’ They are giving him mental torture. Zaffar Bhatti was poisoned in Jail and suffered unsasnitory (sic) living conditions which affected his legs and body, yet he survived. And as he hailed the Name of Jesus loud and clear echoing in the prison cell walls, the prison inmates and the guards became astonished and asked what was that? They never heard how Christians hail the name of Jesus aloud. I want you to notice the large bulk of this information is NOT from any Mainstream Media sources. The irony is if you Google ‘Zafar Bhatti’ most Mainstream Media sources still have the rumors that he was killed in Adayla Prison awaiting execution for the absurd Blasphemy conviction.

The Christians on death row for Blasphemy convictions are growing all the time. To my knowledge no one has been executed as yet. On the other hand death row Christians are victims often victims of attempted murder or murder by guards and/or inmates. Zafar Bhatti is an example of the many Pakistani Christians that are relatively unknown in America because our media has opted not to report on the horrendous treatment of Christians in Pakistan unless it is a catastrophic event in which many Christians die.

Can you imagine the silliness of being convicted to a death sentence for voicing your opinion about Mohammed in a negative way? If such laws existed in the USA I would have been lynched long ago. As a Christian living in the land of Liberty I often condemn the theology of Islam directly from that so-called religion of peace’s own revered books such as the Quran, Hadith and Sira. The Quran is considered immutable even by devoted Muslims that call themselves Moderate. It is misleading that the Quran is not presented in a chronological order because there are basically two sides of a coin in the book. One side concentrating mostly form Mohammed’s home town of Mecca prior to fleeing are all about peace and toleration through Allah. The flip side of the coin are Mohammed’s words and actions in Medina which by Western standards are quite lecherous, greedy, brutal and intolerant. According to Islamic theology, especially as seen through the Sunni sect and Abrogation, the Medina portion of the Quran outweighs the Mecca portion when consulted on a theo-political jurisprudence matter. I do not have an irrational fear of Islam as the word ‘Islamophobia’ might indicate, rather I have a very rational dislike for the Islam that is very anti-Christian (ergo antichrist religion) and anti-Jewish (ergo antisemitic) in their holy writings. Thank God I have the right to expose the essence of Islam’s antichrist nature in America. Pakistan I probably wouldn’t make it to the court house before Christ-hating Islamic Supremacists murdered me for my beliefs as blasphemous to Mohammed, Allah and Islam in general.

Every charge of Blasphemy in Pakistan is an attack on Civil Rights issues taken for granted in the United States of America. We as Americans have the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. (Bold text mine)

In America the Constitution is nearly holy writ for the American way of life. Hence Religious Freedom and Free Speech is protected even if individuals, people of devout faith, atheists or various political ideologies are offended. As Americans when a person or group of a divergent faith, no faith or political persuasion offends another American; the offended vents in written or peaceful protest form. Violent responses has become as heinous crimes in the minds of all Americans of faith, no faith, race, gender and politics. Now it is true peaceful protests have evolved into violence but this has occurred less and less in the USA since the 1960s. These days when violence does erupt it is almost never to do with religion or politics, rather when the perception of a minority race that their race has experienced a horrendous rupture in Civil Rights, the minority breaks out into violence. These days the majority population as a whole rarely if ever instigates violent protest over an incident. This was not the case during the 1960s and the very early 1970s in which the Civil Rights Movement was forcing the White majority to abandon long-time prejudices primarily against African-Americans (Black Community).

The Southern U.S. had been entrenched in the hostility toward Black Americans having the same Equal Rights as White Americans because of the former Black Slave status ended with the North (Union) victory over the South (Confederacy) States effectively ending the institution of slavery but not the White attitude toward former slaves. The 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments to the Constitution became the foundation to provide Equal Rights to American minorities even though the end of the slavery of Black Americans was the purpose. Those Amendments became ratified in 1865, 1868 and 1870 respectively. BUT full implementation was not forced upon the segregationist South and various non-South urban areas until the 1960s Civil Rights Movement. That is roughly 100 year variance between slavery emancipation and the enforcement of Civil Rights.

This is my point: other than some race baiting by certain politicians (cough – President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and more), Civil Rights violence has nearly ceased to exist. Regardless of the fact that discrimination does still exist it is not even close to the level that Black Americans experienced prior to the forced policies of the Civil Rights policies of the U.S. government in the 1960s and early 1970s.

As I was researching the limited sources I could access pertaining to Zafar Bhatti and his family I discovered that Zafar’s sister – Nasreen Bibi – experienced a tragedy at the hands of Muslims in 2010. Then 12 year old Shazia Bashir worked for a Muslim family as a domestic servant. When her parents were finally granted access to their daughter they found her tortured with cuts to her body of which Shazia eventually succumbed to in the hospital. At any rate forgive me for interjecting the U.S. Constitution be sure to read about Zafar Bhatti’s very urgent needs as reported by Shamim Masih.

Zafar Bhatti blasphemy accused is perfectly fine, says his wife Nawab Bibi

ISLAMABAD: Zafar Bhatti accused of blasphemy case confined in the Central Jail Adiala (or Adayla) Rawalpindi, is perfectly fine and fit, says his wife Nawab Bibi after visiting him in the jail on September 29, 2014. She is thankful to Tahir Naveed Chaudhary, Chairman Pakistan Minorities Alliance – PMA and Basharat Khokhar, Rights Activist for arranging their visit to Adayla Jail.

According to the details; there were rumors that Zafar Bhatti a victim of the 295-C [Blasphemy Law] imprisoned in Adayla Jail, was attacked after the attack of Muhammad [perhaps also Ali] Asghar, another blasphemy victim in the same premises. A police constable named Yousaf attacked Muhammad Asghar on September 25, 2014; he received a gunshot and was taken to the hospital and is still under treatment. Since then there were unverified reports [that Zafar was killed] and Zafar’s family was worried about him.

Early morning on 29^th September, Tahir Naveed Chaudhary chairman PMA and Basharat Khokhar took Nawab Bibi and Nasreen Bibi and went to see Blasphemy victim Pastor Zafar Bhatti. They met Zafar in the jail and found him in good health. Ferguson – Lamestream Media, Race Baiters and a Closer Truth

It is becoming increasingly clear the racism that currently exists in Ferguson Missouri is not so much from White policemen but from a crime infested element of Ferguson’s Black community. Oh yeah, I think it is more politically correct to say ‘African-American,’ sorry about that pc police.

Anyway, the Lamestream Media went directly to the so-called eyewitnesses for an account because the local police was erring on the side of caution due to the racial volatility of which they were already aware. On the other hand the Ferguson Police has a crummy civil rights record. Other than the demise of Michael Brown a fairly recent incident involving an arrest of Henry Davis occurred. The problem: the Ferguson Police arrested the wrong Henry Davis. Here is a description of what happened to the wrong Henry Davis:

The short version: the police beat up Davis, concussing him and causing him to bleed. A lot. Although they had to admit he wasn’t the man named in the warrant — the only reason he was picked up in the first place — he was criminally charged for . . . wait for it . . . getting blood on their uniforms. And the perspective local justice corruption gets worse in the case of Henry Davis:

A quick check on Pacer reveals that Davis filed a civil lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in August 2010. During the case, according to Daly, the officers, who deny the excessive force, actually denied that they were bled on, even after being confronted with the signed criminal complaint. It also appears that the district judge found this perjury too minor for a due process violation, which is bizarre. If the officers lied to prosecutors about the damage to their uniforms in order to initiate and maintain the prosecution, Davis ought to be able to proceed to trial on a fabricated evidence/due process claim. The court also decided that the concussion was not a severe enough injury to merit a trial, which is another facially ridiculous ruling. (Ibid.)

O yeah, I forgot to mention that Davis was Black. Thus it is quite evident the Black citizens of the city of Ferguson have little to zero faith in the local justice system.

And yet again, on the other hand, the conflicting accounts on just how Michael Brown was shot by police and the evidence pointing out the kid was an 18 year old thug, meant he should have been arrested. The Leftist retort that small time robbery (cigars from convenience store) is never an excuse for fatally shooting anyone let alone a person as young as 18 year old Michael Brown although he legally was an adult.

According to the 2010 U.S. Census, America’s total population is 299,736,465 (via InfoPlease). In this population breakdown 223,553,265 (72.4% of total) are White and 38,929,319 are Black (12.6% of total).

According to FBI 2011 homicide statistics there were 3172 White homicide victims by White perpetrators. Of those 3172 there were 2630 White perpetrators against White victims (or 1.76% of White population). But the ratio between perpetrator and victim among Whites is much larger, viz. 83%.

Black perpetrator homicides against White victims are in the numbers (448 – Black) and of course the total victims of Whites which again is 3172. This percentile ratio is 14%. It is my opinion the disparity is made vis-à-vis the high Black crime rate and the greater population among the White majority. The thing that seals this disparity is the Black on Black murder rate. The total number of Black victims of homicide was 2695 back in 2011. The number of perpetrators of Black committed homicides is 2,447. The Black on Black percentage is 91% according to the numbers supplied by the FBI.

When a small town policed department with a significant Black population looks at the statistics of the volatility of Black crime, police officers don’t really care on social explanations from either the Left or Right on how Black-American and crime seem to coexist in an alarming manner. AND when the police department is made up of largely White police officers that either show a propensity to use racist attitudes to dispense law enforcement among Black Communities there will be mutual distrust in the motives behind actions observed by White officers and Black residents.

It could be some time until the public receives the details that led to Darren Wilson shooting Michael Brown. Nonetheless the Lamestream Media were in unison to place on blame of police brutality straight on Officer Darren Wilson. Why? The reason is because Lamestream reporters descended on Ferguson to find some eyewitnesses because the Ferguson Police Department refused to release details while an ongoing investigation was occurring. Of the course the Black Community interpreted that standard procedure as a cover-up for yet another incident of police brutality that resulted in the death of a Black 18 year old recent High School graduate.

The so-called witnesses probably filled more with rumor and innuendo from cop-hating Black companions of Michael Brown either stretched the truth of what they allegedly saw or simply downright lied. After Zimmerman was found not guilty of a racist inspired murder of Trayvon Martin, the Press was more than willing to receive so-called eyewitness accounts that placed Wilson in a negative light and Brown in a positive angelic light. I suspect the Press assumption that Zimmerman was found not guilty back of the lack of actual eyewitnesses other than reviewers of 911 calls and the perceptions of people behind closed doors. Basically Zimmerman’s jury had to sift through Prosecutor and Defense mutual character assassinations to come to a verdict was either guilty or guilty without any reason of doubt. Regardless of the Lamestream Media convicting Zimmerman with words before a jury verdict, it was quite inevitable for a not guilty verdict under the rules of innocent or conviction according to the U.S. Constitution.

So when stories began to emerge that conflicted the Brown-murder eyewitnesses’ claim he was shot fleeing with his hands up in the air. The other chain of events reported is that Michael Brown was belligerently walking down the middle of the street refusing Wilson’s order to go to the curb which led to Wilson exiting his car to arrest Brown. As Wilson attempted to place Brown in the squad car Brown began to defiantly beat Wilson in the face after being pulled himself into car by Brown. The police account is Brown acted as if he was reaching for Wilson’s gun but Wilson manages to remove himself from Brown beating his face in. At which time Wilson upholstered his gun telling Brown to surrender. Rather than submitting Brown charged the already face beaten Wilson resulting in the gun being shot six times into the six-foot four-inches of Michael Brown’s body. Depending who read the fatal shot being in Brown’s neck or head.

Somebody is lying – either Brown fled arms raised as the Lamestream Media initially reported or Brown charged Wilson in defiance with the Officer’s gun being shot six times of an extremely violent (NOT GENTLE) giant who acted in a homicidal manner. Whichever story is correct convicts or exonerates Wilson no matter the Officer’s racial prejudice – if any.

It seems a Left-Right media fracas is emerging along the lines of whose story is the truth about how much physical harm that Darren Wilson received from Brown leading to Wilson shooting Brown.

Some initial digging by the Blogger Gateway Pundit reported that Wilson’s orbital (eye) socket was broken by Brown. CNN investigative reporting dismissed the Gateway Pundit story as false. Since the Ferguson incident has become international news British news sources have gotten involved in the investigative reporting for their readers. So it is ironic that the British Daily Mail makes an effort to summarize the Gateway Pundit vs. CNN reporting:

·         Officer Darren Wilson did not suffer a broken eye socket as a result of his deadly confrontation, according to latest reports

·         On Tuesday it was reported that he had suffered an ‘orbital blowout fracture’

·         The officer was taken to a hospital with a badly swollen face following the shooting on August 9, but x-rays came back negative for any serious injury

·         Earlier reports had claimed that the officer was almost knocked unconscious by Brown’s blows

·         Only six arrests were logged overnight in Ferguson on Thursday as the town witnessed a more peaceful night

Officer Darren Wilson did not suffer a broken eye socket as a result of his deadly confrontation with unarmed Ferguson, Missouri, teenager Michael Brown, according to latest reports.

In recent days, reports had emerged stating that Wilson, 28, was badly beaten and left with serious facial injuries following the fatal shooting in the St Louis suburb, including an eye socket fracture.

On Tuesday, The Gateway Pundit reported that the officer had suffered an ‘orbital blowout fracture’.

But CNN reported on Thursday that although the officer was taken to a hospital with a badly swollen face following the shooting on August 9, x-rays came back negative for any serious injury.

Earlier reports had claimed that the officer was almost knocked unconscious by Brown’s blows, according to the source.

A police source told Fox: ‘The Assistant (Police) Chief took him to the hospital, his face all swollen on one side. He was beaten very severely.’

The source continued: ‘They ignored him [Wilson] and the officer started to get out of the car to tell them to move. They shoved him right back in, that’s when Michael Brown leans in and starts beating Officer Wilson in the head and the face.’

A police source has confirmed to MailOnline that Wilson was taken to hospital and treated for facial injuries sustained during the Brown incident but would not elaborate on the severity or nature of those injuries.

Last week, Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson said Wilson had suffered swelling to the side of his face but gave few details of the injuries.

Wilson, a six-year veteran of the Ferguson force with a clean record, has not been arrested or charged with any crime.

He is on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation and is under 24-hour guard after death threats were aimed at him.

Wilson is ‘traumatized, scared for his life and his family’ along with being deeply concerned that a grand jury, which met for the first time on Wednesday, will make an example out of him, the source told Fox.

On Tuesday The Gateway Pundit reported from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.

Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

And finally I am excerpting a One Citizen Speaking post that fairly well expresses my opinion on the shooting … so far. I say so far because like I said public data will not occur until the Ferguson Police or whoever ends up in charge of the investigation releases them. That might not happen until after a murder trial is imposed on Darren Wilson because after all – the Lamestream Media, professional race baiters and much of the Black Community are still calling for Darren Wilson blood.

Enough is enough!

I am tired of seeing the mainstream media feature black racists, agitators, communists, and self-serving race-baiters like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson spouting nonsense that defies common sense and offends the sensibilities.

One, Michael Brown’s death was self-inflicted the moment he decided to challenge authority and present his 6’4” 292-pound body as an existential, in-your-face, threat to Officer Darren Wilson. There appears to be no intent on the part of the police officer to do anything except get two idiots who were walking down the middle of a street back on the curb.

Two, the outrage over the release of convenience store crime photos showing someone appearing to be Michael Brown in a strong-arm burglary of a convenience store in the proximity of the fatal encounter. Various sources have confirmed that it was Brown and his companion that took a box of cigars out of the convenience store without payment – and it became strong-arm burglary (rather than shoplifting) the minute he attempted to intimidate the clerk with his physical presence and put his hands on the clerk. This is relevant because the first things defense attorneys will demand is the police officer’s record including any use of force complaints – no matter how old. This is to establish a pattern and practice of using unjustified force.

Three, the police officer may not have known about the theft from the convenience store, so he was just hassling someone for “walking while black.” Not only were the two suspects walking down the middle of the street (an infraction), but they also refused the lawful orders of a police officer to “get out of the street.” But why this is a bogus issue is common sense. While the police officer may have not known – or possibly suspected — that a more serious crime had been committed, Michael Brown certainly was aware of his criminal acts, and that may have been motivation for his assault on the officer. Yes, there is little or no doubt – including medical treatment records – that the officer was injured during the altercation.

Four, the idea that “unarmed” equals innocent, defenseless, or incapable of causing great bodily injury, is an outright lie. Here is a recent case in Los Angeles when an “unarmed” domestic violence suspect assaulted an officer that resulted in grave bodily injury …

Five, that the mainstream media took the word of an unfiltered, unvetted thug who was there in the convenience store at the time of the strong-arm robbery over the presumption of innocence of a police officer until he was proven guilty or facts to the contrary surfaced was disgusting and un-American. This thug’s narrative that Michael Brown was shot in the back while trying to surrender appears to be suspect by the preliminary autopsy notes of noted forensic pathologist Michael Baden who noted that all of the shots appeared to come from the front.

Six, that Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder would attempt to enter a local police matter and spin the story for political advantage – places the officer at much greater risk of over-zealous prosecution and the conjuring-up of evidence that doesn’t exist or that may have alternative explanation. We have seen a number of Obamacons openly thumb their nose at the American justice system to gin-up a media-worthy event or political result. I do not believe Attorney General Eric Holder is honest and ethical – or can be trusted with this inquiry.

Seven, that Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has somehow gained wisdom and enlightenment to put forth the following piece in Time Magazine is to demonstrate why progressive socialist democrats are bereft of common sense and are perhaps the most dangerous among us …

Atrocity? A thug apparently attacks a police officer after committing a criminal act and is shot dead – and that’s an atrocity? Just another act of systemic racism? An example of class warfare? In what alternative universe does a basketball player, albeit a champion basketball player, have access to all of the facts and comes to the conclusion we are viewing an atrocity, another act of systemic racism and class warfare? This is an example of the clear and present danger idiots who have gained some measure of celebrity pose to society when they opine on social events.

Eight, a peaceful protest ends being peaceful when Molotov cocktails are used or shots are fired. It doesn’t matter what group initiates the hostile action, the police cannot allow anyone, peaceful or not, to remain at risk in the area. To do so would be police malfeasance.

Nine, to allow looting, rioting, and the destruction of private property in order to prevent further rioting or to avoid appearing racist is wrong.

Ten, when you hear “no justice, no peace” who are hearing the words of racists, activists, and others who are willing to condemn and convict someone without knowing the facts. …

Eleven, and if you want to see a case of blatant self-promotion from the mother of another thug, you need go no farther than the liberal Time Magazine piece by Trayvon Martin’s mother.

Excuse me! Is this the mother who was looking for a big payday from the death of her son – even before Zimmerman was charged with a crime? Is this the innocent child that was visiting his father while serving a ten-day suspension from school? A man-child killed due to a self-initiated confrontation with a neighborhood watch captain that did everything right when he called the police and was then attacked by the physically imposing Trayvon Martin?

She didn’t lose her son to senseless gun violence, her son precipitated the confrontation by attacking George Zimmerman and forcing him to use lethal force to save his life.

Americans celebrate Christmas still even though America’s Left has made inroads in eradicating the birth of Jesus Christ a holiday by law. Thank God most businesses close on Christmas day. However, largely due to the Constitution’s First Amendment, observing Christian as an act of faith is purely a voluntary decision. Hence even when a majority of businesses close on Christmas days a significant amount of restaurants open for service to take advantage of profiting from the majority of restaurants that close in observance of Christians. No one is jailed or fined for operating any business on Christmas day and neither is anyone tossed in jail or fined for being a consumer.

This not the case in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Of course Christmas is not a national holiday; however the Muslim observed month of Ramadan is. AND in Pakistan there is legal punishment involved for breaking the rules of the daytime fast encoded in Sharia Law. Pakistan’s constitution places certain exceptions which I won’t go into but one of those exceptions is that non-Muslims do not have to comply with the Ramadan (Ramzan in Pakistan) rules of fast. NONETHELESS, Christians are often subject to Ramadan enforcement anyway. Shamim Masih reports.

Enforcing Respect of Ramadan by Ordinance

ISLAMABAD: Islamic Republic of Pakistan, a sovereign country in South Asia with a population exceeding 180 million people, came into being as a result of the Pakistan movement led by Muhammad Ali Jinnah. It is the second most populous Muslim majority country and has the second largest Shia population in the world. After Islam, [both] Christianity and Hinduism are the largest religious minorities in the country. Religious minorities are around 5% of the total population. Pakistan is a democratic country but the common man remains deprived of the basic human rights, which is a sheer violation of the constitution.

During General Zia’s regime the “Ehtram-e-Ramzan ordinance 1981” [Reverence for Ramadan] was introduced and with the rise to power of PML-N, they brought back to some extent, the same straitjacket religiosity of dark years. This ordinance is one of the many incomprehensible laws that General Zia ul-Haq’s unconstitutional and illegal regime [The Islamization of the Legal System under General Zia ul Haq] inflicted upon Pakistan. It is perhaps very similar to the Sabbath laws of Jews and Christians, which at one point enjoyed state sanction in many secular western nations including the US. But most of these states have since then repealed these laws or have made them redundant. But this ordinance is there and the government reminds the public that it is unlawful to eat, drink or smoke publicly during the month of Ramazan [aka Ramadan]. The law states that any person who is under obligation to fast is not allowed to eat drink or smoke in public.

Now this in itself creates two exceptions: the first would be a person who is not under obligation i.e. a person who is either a non-Muslim, sick, elderly or is a woman who may be menstruating. However, the application of this law has more often than not targeted non-Muslims because, in practical terms, it is impossible to tell whether a person is ‘under obligation’ to ‘fast’ just by looking at the person. The second exception is for those people under obligation to not eat, drink or smoke in public. So, in other words, it is okay for a person under obligation to fast to eat, drink and smoke so long as he or she does it privately. Now the logical extension of this would be that a person not under obligation can eat, drink or smoke as he or she pleases. It goes without saying that this legal freedom is not honored by the police who target the poorest of the poor in enforcing this law. It is quite the sightseeing laborers being hauled into jail for a mere drink of water during these extremely hot months of June and July. Then there is the obvious question of whether or not the state has any right, constitutionally, legally or morally to determine who is under an obligation to fast or not. Pakistan’s constitution, in terms of its relationship with Islam, is an enabling and not an enforcing constitution. The state is required to enable Muslims to live Islamic lives but not to force them to do so. No article of the constitution empowers the state to force people to pray, fast or live according to the injunctions of Islam. Hence the question of whether a person is under any obligation to fast or not be a matter between him and God, and not between the state and the citizen.

Surely time has come for the people of Pakistan plus the government to realize that religious observance is usually personal matter but not insurance plan one. It really is time for you to bury Zia’s legacy along with his remains in Faisal mosque. The 1st step would be to scrap his illegal ordinance given cover from the eighth amendment.

Shamim Masih writes about the injustice and persecution leveled against Christians in Pakistan. Shamim begins by referencing a previous post, “Self – Esteem and Dignity lies in Mutual Respect”. With this post he continues these thoughts, but there is some emphasis on some members of Pakistan’s Christian leadership using their clerical positions to exploit the Christian laity rank and file for self-aggrandizement of wealth and power.

Shamim uses Sadiq Daniel as an example. The scoop on Daniel is that he rigged a pastoral election to attain the Office of Bishop (See Also HERE) of Karachi then proceeded to sell off Church property (he evidently had ordained minister accomplices – See Also HERE) and placed the proceeds of the sales in his own pockets.

ISLAMABAD: Earlier I posted that healthy self-esteem is important because some of us think too little of ourselves; on the other hand, some of us overestimate themselves. The key to an honest and accurate evaluation know the basis of our self-worth – our identity. Evaluating yourself by the worldly standards of success and achievement can cause you to think too much about your worth in the eyes of others and thus miss your true values in God’s eyes.

Many Christian right activists are working in our country; some of them have vision to save Christians facing problems others are looking for Western donors and thus creating ambiguity among the workforce. Even religious leadership stands in the same queue. In my college days, I was a drastic religious activist but later I found that most of religious leaders made their wealth via the very avenues they publicly condemned as being anti-environment. What I realized is that they “got theirs” but didn’t want anyone else to get the same. It’s not that I now think that all these leaders are good and not harmful to the environment, but if you are going to point accusative fingers you’d better make sure the shit is cleaned from your nails first.

Clergy who are members of either denomination could be subject to disciplinary measures. There are many actively involved in massive misappropriation of church properties, under various fraudulent pretexts while holding posts forming part of the pious and respected institution in Christian community, but the so called Bishop Sadiq Daniel from Karachi dioceses from the Church of Pakistan thereby further tarnishing the image of the Christian community at large. Although it is settled a principle of law that once a trust property, always a trust property; thus, no change in its status is permitted in any manner whatsoever. But this man is involved in selling church properties. And finally [the] chief of “Church Property Bachao Tehrik, Pakistan” Bishop Dr. Ijaz Inayat filed an application in the Sindh High Court, and luckily the court is considering it an urgent matter, has accepted the petition and set a date for its hearing.

Christianity is still regarded as a problem and a threat by both the government and local people in the country. Christians are still being imprisoned for their faith – often constrained in shackles or stocks – and torture is endemic. The most common form of persecution involves high level pressure to abandon their faith, with sanctions commonly including forced eviction, denial of service and social exclusion. Despite all this, and due to the amazing witness of local believers, the church continues to grow.

Fanaticism, mob violence, death threats, bombings, and institutional discrimination are just some of the dangers. Christians are often denied places in schools, are forced to accept only menial jobs, and are viewed with [the] low cast. Certainly, in this situation; we should stand against these evils in the society to save our future. They are either ordained to guard them or to sell them to thieves in few coins.
